- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's insight. Tomorrow's headline march them up seven ten wo
- 0:05Speaker 1: r Hey, we'll take some calls in a minute. Eight
- 0:13Speaker 1: hundred three to two one zero seven ten. Call me now,
- 0:17Speaker 1: eight hundred three to two one zero seven ten. If
- 0:21Speaker 1: you're a Democrat, cover your ears. Bad news here. Stock
- 0:25Speaker 1: market up record highs. This is like the thirty fifth day.
- 0:32Speaker 1: We've hit like a record high. S and P five
- 0:35Speaker 1: hundred very very high, very high. And that's the most
- 0:39Speaker 1: broad indicator of the market that's at almost well, it's
- 0:42Speaker 1: at seven seven hundred and sixty dollars. That's huge s
- 0:47Speaker 1: and P five hundred expected to hit eight thousand by
- 0:50Speaker 1: the end of the year. That's like a record nobody
- 0:52Speaker 1: ever thought we'd see again. If you're a Democrat, cover
- 0:57Speaker 1: your ears. This is not good. Price of oil coming
- 1:00Speaker 1: down eighty one dollars a barrel, it's not ideal. It's
- 1:04Speaker 1: not like the greatest oil price, but it's way below
- 1:08Speaker 1: Joe Biden type of oil prices. It's pretty good. I mean,
- 1:11Speaker 1: considering what's going on in Iran straight to hor moose.
- 1:14Speaker 1: The fact that it only just ticked up a little
- 1:17Speaker 1: to eighty one, that's pretty impressive. So good news for
- 1:21Speaker 1: the economy and all of that. Hey, Connecticut today is
- 1:25Speaker 1: your primary for a Democratic primary for the governor's race.
- 1:29Speaker 1: You got that Ned Lamont, who at times is a
- 1:33Speaker 1: reasonable governor. Ned Lamont had been a very successful businessman
- 1:37Speaker 1: in Connecticut. Wealthy guy, but did very well. And because
- 1:41Speaker 1: his background as a businessman, pretty common sense, kind of
- 1:45Speaker 1: logical kind of guy. But you know how these Democrats
- 1:48Speaker 1: get with all this woke nonsense. He's gone woke lately
- 1:51Speaker 1: a few times, but only here and there. But he's
- 1:54Speaker 1: running for he wants to continue as governor, wants a
- 1:59Speaker 1: third term. A day's primary day, and he's running against
- 2:02Speaker 1: Josh Elliott. Now the good news for Lamont, Elliott is
- 2:06Speaker 1: even more woke. Elliott is a real far left, woke
- 2:09Speaker 1: sort of a character. So if you're a Democrat, I
- 2:12Speaker 1: guess you vote for Ned Lamont today. Then in November
- 2:16Speaker 1: it'll be the Democrat, most likely Lamont against the Republican
- 2:20Speaker 1: candidate Ryan Fazzio. He's pretty good Ryan Fazzio. Vote for
- 2:26Speaker 1: him in November. He'd be a much better governor for Connecticut. Anyway.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Let's take some calls. Let's go to art in Rockland
- 2:32Speaker 1: County Art. How you doing well, You're off to a
- 2:37Speaker 1: great start.
- 2:37Speaker 2: What'd you say, art, I said, Hey, Mark, how's it
- 2:40Speaker 2: going good?
- 2:41Speaker 3: Good?
- 2:41Speaker 1: What'd you want to say, Art?
- 2:43Speaker 2: Hey, it's a couple of points about missus Montdami. Yeah,
- 2:46Speaker 2: she's going to the Middle East and she's getting a
- 2:51Speaker 2: New York City police escort.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Right, yep, that's what you just said.
- 2:54Speaker 2: And she was also not that it's not that big
- 2:57Speaker 2: a deal. But she was on the main das for
- 3:00Speaker 2: the New York Knicks herctory parade. Yeah, but I thought
- 3:04Speaker 2: every time Mom Dommie's asked about her, she's a private citizen.
- 3:09Speaker 2: So how does a private citizen get these parks?
- 3:11Speaker 1: Well, any mayor's wife gets that, even though you're private citizen. No,
- 3:15Speaker 1: it's it's perfectly normal. The mayor's wife always has a
- 3:17Speaker 1: police detail. They always get invited to events. If you
- 3:20Speaker 1: want to pick on her, find something that finds something
- 3:23Speaker 1: good that No, every every wife of every mayor always
- 3:26Speaker 1: always invited to events, always gets a police detail.
- 3:29Speaker 2: I understand, But then he's should be going her a
- 3:31Speaker 2: private citizen.
- 3:32Speaker 1: All right, You got a kind of a silly pouard,
- 3:35Speaker 1: But keep trying. Hey, there's a plenty wrong with this.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Mayor's wife. You could find good things to get her on.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Don't get her on it. She is actually a private citizen.
- 3:42Speaker 1: She holds no office, but if you were. You know,
- 3:45Speaker 1: we haven't had a lot of first ladies lately. Eric Adams,
- 3:49Speaker 1: that was kind of a first lady, but I think
- 3:51Speaker 1: she was kept hidden in New Jersey. To Plausio had
- 3:56Speaker 1: a first lady. I don't think they ever saw each other.
- 3:59Speaker 1: To Plausio was always out there on his own. Remember that,
- 4:04Speaker 1: who's the first lady's named Charlene McCrae. She's the one
- 4:07Speaker 1: that started that fake charity that lost a billion dollars.
- 4:10Speaker 1: And then before that, Bloomberg had no wife. Juliani. I
- 4:16Speaker 1: had a wife, then he didn't have a wife, then
- 4:18Speaker 1: he had another wife, then he didn't have a way
- 4:20Speaker 1: that was kind of complicated. Ed Kotch before twelve years
- 4:23Speaker 1: of ed Koach, twelve years of Bloomberg. So that's twenty
- 4:26Speaker 1: four years of no first lady. You know what nobody
- 4:29Speaker 1: noticed either? Who was before Cotch? A Bean? Yeah, Mary Bean?
- 4:34Speaker 1: Remember her? They were both like a four foot six,
- 4:38Speaker 1: nice couple. Not good as mayor. But let's go to
- 4:41Speaker 1: Gina and Staten Island, Gina, how you doing.
- 4:45Speaker 3: I'm good. How are you Mark?
- 4:46Speaker 2: I love your show.
- 4:47Speaker 4: Good.
- 4:47Speaker 1: What are you on an airplane or in a car?
- 4:50Speaker 3: On a car driving? Uh huh.
- 4:53Speaker 2: So the other day I went to the Museum of
- 4:55Speaker 2: the City of New York.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Yeah, you a movie, but you go in the basement.
- 4:59Speaker 3: So much of them movie The History of New York,
- 5:01Speaker 3: and all of a sudden they show nine to eleven
- 5:04Speaker 3: and then they don't mention Giuliani. They just mentioned luber Ubb. Like,
- 5:08Speaker 3: what the hell.
- 5:09Speaker 1: I went up to the desk and it said to
- 5:11Speaker 1: the guy was going on, you didn't mention Giuliani. He's like, oh,
- 5:13Speaker 1: people complain all the time. I was just like, I don't,
- 5:17Speaker 1: I know. I'm in New York. No I know, I know,
- 5:19Speaker 1: but it's the Museum of New York has been under
- 5:21Speaker 1: control of crazy democrats for many years. They wiped out
- 5:24Speaker 1: part of parts of our history. So I would advise
- 5:26Speaker 1: everybody stay the hell out of the Museum of the
- 5:28Speaker 1: City of New York until the corruption part of it
- 5:31Speaker 1: is gone. Stay out of the Museum of the City
- 5:34Speaker 1: of New York. No donations to them until they get
- 5:38Speaker 1: back to being a legitimate museum. Good point, Gina, thanks
- 5:40Speaker 1: for calling. Let's go to Don in Michigan. Don, where
- 5:43Speaker 1: are you in Michigan?
- 5:45Speaker 4: Oh, Lansing, Michigan Capitol.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Right in the middle of the state. And what what
- 5:48Speaker 1: do people think about this crazy elsaiad?
- 5:52Speaker 4: Oh? Well, my friends didn't vote to her. Oh okay,
- 5:57Speaker 4: but I got to wait a fix. Dearborn. What's that
- 6:00Speaker 4: all the legal immigrants from Mexico say that they have
- 6:04Speaker 4: to live in Deerborn and just move them all there
- 6:07Speaker 4: and the Mexicans will take care of it.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, well, thanks for calling down. You know, Dearborn, Michigan.
- 6:12Speaker 1: It's right outside of Detroit suburb. It's more of like
- 6:15Speaker 1: its own town, Dearborn, Michigan. It's all a Muslim it's all.
- 6:20Speaker 1: That's why you get these crazy, radical left wing kook
- 6:24Speaker 1: congress people out of Dearborn, Michigan. It used to be
- 6:27Speaker 1: a Ford Motor Company, that's all. Dearborn was the Ford
- 6:30Speaker 1: Motor Company. Henry Ford was there. You got the Ford
- 6:34Speaker 1: Museum there and it went totally radical crazy. Let's go
- 6:38Speaker 1: to Rich in Myrtle Beach. Rich how you doing?
- 6:41Speaker 3: Hey? Thanks? Mark? Two quick points. As far as Pierre
- 6:44Speaker 3: whatever tax, I'm shocked. Nobody's come forth with a lawsuit
- 6:48Speaker 3: before this, because I would think that'd be discriminating against
- 6:50Speaker 3: a certain class of people, which would be people who
- 6:52Speaker 3: actually have money. I would think that's totally unconstitutional, single
- 6:56Speaker 3: out a single so called class of people or diversity
- 6:59Speaker 3: of people and try to make them pay more taxes.
- 7:03Speaker 3: And I would think that Faucci, with these new texts
- 7:05Speaker 3: coming out, and you're right, he's like a schoolgirl, just
- 7:07Speaker 3: texting all day long, not doing any work, I would
- 7:10Speaker 3: think he's opened himself up to be culpable and liable
- 7:13Speaker 3: for a lot of deaths and a lot of you know,
- 7:14Speaker 3: heart attacks and all the stuff we knew the young
- 7:17Speaker 3: football players who were dropping like flies after the vaccine.
- 7:21Speaker 3: He's going to be held couple personally liable and cupable,
- 7:24Speaker 3: I would think, would you.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Well, the problem is all of that took place during
- 7:27Speaker 1: the pandemic, and he got a pardon. Joe Biden pardoned
- 7:31Speaker 1: him when he left in two thousand and twenty five.
- 7:34Speaker 3: By the state. Wise, these states are coming after him.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Why couldn't summerre like myself if I had had a
- 7:38Speaker 3: medical problem due to the vaccine, go after him now, civilly,
- 7:42Speaker 3: because we know he's been lying to everybody and the
- 7:45Speaker 3: facts weren't the facts.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Yeah, well that's the that's going to be an interesting
- 7:48Speaker 1: test to that, because the pardon is only for federal charges.
- 7:52Speaker 1: You're right, States could come after him, in charge him.
- 7:54Speaker 1: But you've already got three attorneys general. You got the
- 7:58Speaker 1: Florida Attorney General going after him, subpoenas, all that sort
- 8:02Speaker 1: of stuff.
- 8:02Speaker 3: What about private individuals like you know, you and me
- 8:05Speaker 3: as somebody else who actually had a real problem for
- 8:07Speaker 3: a vaccine. Go after him civilly.
- 8:10Speaker 1: You'll have to do it. I'm busy, but you do it.
- 8:14Speaker 1: But yeah, no, that could happen.
- 8:16Speaker 3: I didn't take a shot. I was never taking that
- 8:18Speaker 3: jab and you and I used to go back and
- 8:19Speaker 3: forth and that in the old days too. But I
- 8:21Speaker 3: don't have a problem because I never took it, you know.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, well, all right, good call, good point,
- 8:26Speaker 1: Thanks for calling. Yeah, a lot of people could start suing.
- 8:28Speaker 1: You could individually sue FASCI, but that's not a criminal
- 8:32Speaker 1: that's just a civil suit. And the same thing. If
- 8:35Speaker 1: an attorney general comes after you, it's most likely civil,
- 8:39Speaker 1: but they could find some way to go after him criminally,
- 8:42Speaker 1: not for anything. When you get a presidential pardon, and
- 8:45Speaker 1: he got that in January of twenty twenty five. When
- 8:49Speaker 1: you get a presidential pardon, it only covers everything up
- 8:52Speaker 1: to the date of the pardon, so if you do
- 8:55Speaker 1: anything after that, you can be charged. And I'm sure
- 9:00Speaker 1: the Justice Department is looking at something, just trying to
- 9:03Speaker 1: get him on something. Now, you could argue, some people
- 9:06Speaker 1: will argue, well, he took the Fifth Amendment in front
- 9:08Speaker 1: of the Senate Committee when he had a full pardon.
- 9:12Speaker 1: There was no reason he had to take the fifth
- 9:15Speaker 1: because he had a pardon, so therefore he was obstructing
- 9:18Speaker 1: Congress from doing their investigation. You could try that, but
- 9:21Speaker 1: it won't work because legally he can still take the
- 9:25Speaker 1: fifth because he's worried about city charges, local charges, state charges,
- 9:32Speaker 1: and he'll argue he needed the pardon for that and
- 9:34Speaker 1: probably win that argument. So, hey, we got a lot
- 9:36Speaker 1: coming up, a lot to get to, and don't forget.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Buck and Clay'll be here at noon today. Don't forget.
- 9:42Speaker 1: I'm here nine to noon every day, nine am to noon.
- 9:45Speaker 1: It's now a three hour show. And then at twelve
- 9:47Speaker 1: noon the great Buck and Clay Show, very good show
- 9:49Speaker 1: every day at noon. Then you got the most listened
- 9:52Speaker 1: to radio show in America, Sean Hannity three o'clock every day.
- 9:56Speaker 1: He got Jesse Kelly six o'clock every day, Jimmy Dalen,
- 10:00Speaker 1: What a funny show. Every day it's nine to midnight,
- 10:03Speaker 1: and it's all of this here on seven ten Woor
