- 1:26Speaker 2: the Tuesday edition. Seven days from now, America will be voting.
- 1:33Speaker 2: It will be the midterm, the long, the long trail
- 1:37Speaker 2: of television commercials for politicians will be over. We hope,
- 1:43Speaker 2: at least. They'll give us like, I don't know, three
- 1:46Speaker 2: or four weeks, and then they'll start in on the
- 1:47Speaker 2: presidential campaign. Hello. That'll pretty much be how it goes.
- 1:52Speaker 2: I've just done this long enough. This is just the
- 1:54Speaker 2: way it is. Anyway, hey, programming note on election night.

- 2:27Speaker 2: Hugh and Mike are two of my dear friends, uh,
- 2:30Speaker 2: colleagues on the network. And we've, we've known each other.
- 2:34Speaker 2: All three of us have known each other for probably
- 2:37Speaker 2: in excess of 30 years. Um, but, uh, I'm, I'm
- 2:40Speaker 2: really honored to be able to serve on election night
- 2:42Speaker 2: with them and, Looking forward to doing some coverage. But
- 2:47Speaker 2: Salem News Channel will be on point, and we will
- 2:50Speaker 2: have great information as the races are finishing up, etc. Now,
- 2:56Speaker 2: speaking of the election, and welcome to the Tuesday That
- 3:00Speaker 2: Kevin Show, thatkevinshow.com. I always appreciate people that write the show.
- 3:05Speaker 2: And last night, someone named Pat... in Minnesota, wrote my
- 3:13Speaker 2: Minnesota affiliate, my great Minnesota affiliate, and said the following. Tonight,
- 3:20Speaker 2: October 26th at about 11 p.m., which is about what
- 3:23Speaker 2: time I was on, Kevin McCullough gave two examples of
- 3:27Speaker 2: voting in Minnesota that was incorrect, that were incorrect. And
- 3:31Speaker 2: I want to voice my concerns. I hope this can
- 3:33Speaker 2: be forwarded to Kevin McCullough and he pursues He peruses
- 3:37Speaker 2: the issue with the proper authorities. I have been a
- 3:40Speaker 2: head election judge in Minnesota for over 15 years and
- 3:43Speaker 2: took the job very seriously. He's referring to a story
- 3:48Speaker 2: that I broke yesterday about reporters that went undercover at
- 3:53Speaker 2: an election site in Minnesota. The reporter should have immediately
- 3:56Speaker 2: contacted Steve Simon's office and demanded that the head judges
- 4:00Speaker 2: be pulled for improper training and improper training of their judges.
- 4:04Speaker 2: The voucher process, as described, was incorrect, and if the
- 4:08Speaker 2: head judge was unsure of the procedures, they were supposed
- 4:10Speaker 2: to contact the city administrator immediately. The other was a
- 4:14Speaker 2: judge allowing a non-citizen to vote. What was not communicated
- 4:17Speaker 2: over the radio, number one, the judge should not have
- 4:19Speaker 2: been allowed to have any political affiliation markings on his clothes.
- 4:23Speaker 2: There are rules to what is and is not allowed
- 4:24Speaker 2: in the polling place. And number two, the entire incident
- 4:27Speaker 2: should have been reported to the head judge and or
- 4:29Speaker 2: head judge should have been called over immediately. The judge
- 4:32Speaker 2: should not have said anything. The head judge would get
- 4:35Speaker 2: the voter's name and look up the voter's registration number.
- 4:37Speaker 2: And number three, this incident should be documented on an
- 4:40Speaker 2: incident log, which the city administrator submits to Steve Simon's
- 4:44Speaker 2: office for follow-up, because when the person signed the oath
- 4:46Speaker 2: before voting, they say they're eligible to vote. So then
- 4:50Speaker 2: the SOS, the Secretary of State, will have documentation regarding
- 4:54Speaker 2: the incident so it can be investigated and prosecute the offender.
- 4:58Speaker 2: What was presented on the show was inaccurate and it
- 5:02Speaker 2: was A slap to my face for all the efforts
- 5:04Speaker 2: I put in working my precinct and training my judges
- 5:07Speaker 2: to ensure honest voting opportunities. Over the years, I have
- 5:11Speaker 2: many stories, some intentional fraud, some voter coercion, but each
- 5:16Speaker 2: was documented thoroughly and sent for investigation. I truly believe
- 5:19Speaker 2: as a Minnesotan, we want clean and fair elections. But
- 5:23Speaker 2: what I heard was some reporters trying to sensationalize the
- 5:26Speaker 2: fraud rather than reporting it to the proper officials, which
- 5:28Speaker 2: I hope I am wrong. And they did report it.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Thank you. All right, Pat. First of all, thank you
- 5:34Speaker 2: for serving as an election judge. I know that that's
- 5:38Speaker 2: a thankless job and you're there all day long and
- 5:42Speaker 2: it can be a very weary thing. I know they
- 5:45Speaker 2: pay you like a little stipend or whatever, but I
- 5:46Speaker 2: know it's not probably even worth an hour of your
- 5:50Speaker 2: time for what they pay you, much less the entire day.
- 5:52Speaker 2: So I'm honored that you took the time to write
- 5:55Speaker 2: this very detailed, granular response back to me. And I
- 6:00Speaker 2: want to make sure that we were accurate in what
- 6:04Speaker 2: we were describing, but what I was describing to you
- 6:07Speaker 2: directly came from actual video footage of what had happened
- 6:12Speaker 2: in both places. It was two different incidents. One was
- 6:15Speaker 2: the two reporters that were in the burkas in which
- 6:17Speaker 2: they put on fake accents, and one acted as though
- 6:21Speaker 2: he was vouching, if you will, for the other, and
- 6:25Speaker 2: the then asked the judge directly, the person that she was,
- 6:31Speaker 2: he was speaking to behind the table, if he could
- 6:33Speaker 2: vouch for, uh, the, the woman that was with him. And,
- 6:38Speaker 2: and here's the thing. Um, she referred him to someone else.
- 6:43Speaker 2: I'm assuming that was a head judge. Uh, and then
- 6:46Speaker 2: they eventually, uh, left and they did not cast an
- 6:49Speaker 2: illegal vote. So there was not a, there was not
- 6:53Speaker 2: anything to report. Um, beyond what their undercover investigation turned up.
- 7:01Speaker 2: But the reason that I talked about it yesterday was
- 7:04Speaker 2: because on camera, in real time, in real life, you
- 7:09Speaker 2: could see what happened at that precinct. Now, just so
- 7:14Speaker 2: that you feel like, you know, I'm not swiping all
- 7:19Speaker 2: head election judges with a broad brush, because I'm not,
- 7:24Speaker 2: this is specific incident was discussed. And the people that
- 7:30Speaker 2: were in charge got more upset at the undercover reporters
- 7:35Speaker 2: than they did the judge that was involved. But the
- 7:39Speaker 2: entire incident was helpful and beneficial in that it exposed
- 7:44Speaker 2: a potential weakness where those things were at. Now, the
- 7:49Speaker 2: second incident that I discussed yesterday was where the person
- 7:53Speaker 2: registering the voter said to the person present, the person
- 8:01Speaker 2: that was registering to vote said, do I need to
- 8:06Speaker 2: be a citizen? And the judge responded by saying, or
- 8:11Speaker 2: the person, the registration person responded by saying, we're not
- 8:15Speaker 2: concerned with that here. I don't know that that was
- 8:20Speaker 2: at a poll. I know that, the process that they
- 8:23Speaker 2: were involved in was registering the person to vote. So
- 8:28Speaker 2: I wasn't trying to present anything inaccurately. And if you
- 8:32Speaker 2: have actual evidence that this well-documented case of the two
- 8:38Speaker 2: people in the jobs were not dealt with, because it
- 8:43Speaker 2: stirred a controversy. When that video was released, there was
- 8:46Speaker 2: a public addressing of it by the Secretary of State's office.
- 8:50Speaker 2: And what I found interesting was that They got more
- 8:52Speaker 2: upset with the reporters doing the undercover sting, if you will,
- 9:00Speaker 2: than they were that the sting had produced actual verifiable
- 9:05Speaker 2: weaknesses in that particular polling precinct. So anyway, Pat, thank
- 9:11Speaker 2: you again for taking the time to write. I love
- 9:14Speaker 2: it when people write. I love it when they disagree
- 9:16Speaker 2: with me when they write, when they're respectful people. And,
- 9:19Speaker 2: you know, forthright. And I felt like that you were
- 9:22Speaker 2: you were truly trying to communicate something important and trying
- 9:26Speaker 2: to help us understand the truth. And I even asked
- 9:29Speaker 2: management if I could bring on to describe the the
- 9:33Speaker 2: different scenarios that you should follow. I still might do
- 9:37Speaker 2: that because I think that us understanding the the the
- 9:41Speaker 2: election judge process would probably help us understand how to
- 9:44Speaker 2: make our elections better. And I'm always interested in that.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Kevin McCullough coming right back in a little bit.
- 9:50Speaker 6: We'll be right back.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Here he is from New York, that Kevin, Kevin McCullough.
- 10:16Speaker 2: Welcome back. It's the Tuesday edition. We're just off and
- 10:20Speaker 2: running one week from the election. I know I don't
- 10:22Speaker 2: cover a lot of politics during the year, but over
- 10:24Speaker 2: the next seven days I have to because it is
- 10:26Speaker 2: what we're going to be dealing with in terms of news.
- 10:29Speaker 2: But before we get into all of that, I want
- 10:32Speaker 2: to do what we have purpose to do, which is
- 10:34Speaker 2: to ask the big question, how do we live? How
- 10:36Speaker 2: do we live in a culture where that may not
- 10:39Speaker 2: understand your political rationale. They may not understand your decision-making,
- 10:44Speaker 2: your worldview, anything that you say you believe in. They
- 10:49Speaker 2: may not buy into the idea that there's a God.
- 10:52Speaker 2: They may not buy into the idea that the Bible
- 10:54Speaker 2: or his word means anything. And they certainly may not
- 10:57Speaker 2: buy into the idea that you need to be part
- 10:59Speaker 2: of that. Does that change our mission? I would argue
- 11:02Speaker 2: it doesn't. So here we are asking the question at
- 11:05Speaker 2: the top of the show, like we do each day,
- 11:07Speaker 2: How do we live? How do we live if that
- 11:08Speaker 2: is the context? And Dr. Andy Woods is back with us.
- 11:12Speaker 2: He is the lead pastor at Sugarland Bible Church in Texas.
- 11:16Speaker 2: And Andy, we had kind of a flyby yesterday of
- 11:22Speaker 2: 1 Peter 3, 15, which is the verse we're looking at.
- 11:26Speaker 2: And today we're going to start getting into the individual
- 11:29Speaker 2: kind of ideas of this verse. But why don't you
- 11:32Speaker 2: read it again before we get started? Yeah, thank you.
- 11:36Speaker 7: Well, 1 Peter 3, verse 15, reading from the NASB
- 11:39Speaker 7: 95 update, it says, but sanctify Christ as Lord in
- 11:43Speaker 7: your hearts, always being.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Ready to make a defense.
- 11:46Speaker 7: Now, some translations say give an answer, but make a
- 11:50Speaker 7: defense to everyone who asks you to give an account
- 11:53Speaker 7: of the hope that is in you with gentleness and reverence.
- 11:58Speaker 2: There is a lot in this verse to unpack. And
- 12:02Speaker 2: from the verbs that we're told to do to the,
- 12:06Speaker 2: to the actions themselves. But let's talk about that word sanctify.
- 12:11Speaker 2: That's not a word that outside the church you hear
- 12:14Speaker 2: very often. Why is that important?
- 12:17Speaker 7: Well, I mean, sanctify is the idea of being set
- 12:20Speaker 7: apart for a holy purpose. So, you know, your average
- 12:24Speaker 7: person out there, average Christian might look at themselves as,
- 12:28Speaker 7: you know, being in a job and it's just a
- 12:31Speaker 7: secular thing. And, you know, what could God possibly do
- 12:35Speaker 7: with their lives in that job? But this verse is
- 12:38Speaker 7: teaching us to think about this totally different. I mean,
- 12:40Speaker 7: you're there because God puts you there. You're there to
- 12:44Speaker 7: be set apart. And when the time comes, you're there
- 12:47Speaker 7: to be his mouthpiece. And therefore, if that's your identity,
- 12:53Speaker 7: that totally changes your perspective. You start to think differently.
- 12:58Speaker 7: You start to act differently. You know, around the water cooler,
- 13:02Speaker 7: when everybody's, you know, laughing at the dirty joke, you know,
- 13:05Speaker 7: you're conducting yourself differently because you're actually in a state
- 13:08Speaker 7: of preparation. You know, you're setting yourself aside for something
- 13:12Speaker 7: very significant that could happen at any moment. So I
- 13:17Speaker 7: think that's really the significance of that word sanctify.
- 13:20Speaker 2: It's interesting. I've heard a lot of teachers teach on
- 13:23Speaker 2: the idea of biblical sanctification. And I think the one
- 13:26Speaker 2: that kind of stuck in my head the best was
- 13:29Speaker 2: a pastor who had taken his boys to the dentist, no,
- 13:37Speaker 2: to the barber to get a haircut. And at the
- 13:40Speaker 2: end of the haircuts, he pays. And then they have
- 13:43Speaker 2: like these lollipop jars. You stick your hand in, you
- 13:45Speaker 2: get a lollipop because you were a good boy while
- 13:46Speaker 2: you got your haircut. I haven't had a haircut in
- 13:48Speaker 2: 50 years. So it's not something I'm familiar with. But
- 13:53Speaker 2: at the end of the day, these two boys, there
- 13:58Speaker 2: was one root beer flavored lollipop left in the bowl.
- 14:02Speaker 2: And they liked the root beer. That was their favorite
- 14:04Speaker 2: flavor of lollipop. And one of them got their hand
- 14:08Speaker 2: in and the other one got their hand in and
- 14:10Speaker 2: they both pulled it out. But one of them got
- 14:13Speaker 2: the wrapper off and he got it in his mouth
- 14:16Speaker 2: and he said, this is mine. Now, technically it could
- 14:20Speaker 2: have gone either direction, but the minute that he claimed
- 14:24Speaker 2: it and he didn't just claim it, like he put
- 14:26Speaker 2: his DNA on it, like that, that became wholly set
- 14:30Speaker 2: apart and His lollipop. And no one challenged him on it.
- 14:34Speaker 2: It was truly his at that point. That's almost the
- 14:38Speaker 2: idea of what it means for us to be set apart.
- 14:41Speaker 2: We are to be kind of coded in God's DNA
- 14:46Speaker 2: so that we're truly useful to his purpose. Like for
- 14:50Speaker 2: the lollipop, the kid just got the lollipop. But we
- 14:53Speaker 2: have a bigger purpose for being truly God's. Well, yeah.
- 14:57Speaker 7: And, you know, God is not interested in, you know,
- 15:00Speaker 7: just renting the corner room somewhere. I mean, he wants
- 15:05Speaker 7: all of us. And, you know, when you become a Christian,
- 15:08Speaker 7: Jesus gets all of you. And that would include my speech,
- 15:13Speaker 7: my thoughts. It would include my vocation. It would include
- 15:17Speaker 7: how he wants to use me, you know, in the workplace. So, yeah,
- 15:20Speaker 7: I like that analogy.
- 15:22Speaker 2: So it's and it says sanctify Christ as Lord. in
- 15:27Speaker 2: our hearts, what is unique about saying sanctify Christ and
- 15:32Speaker 2: his Lord? Why does Peter focus on those names of
- 15:38Speaker 2: who he's discussing here?
- 15:39Speaker 7: Well, it's remembering who we're working for. I mean, who
- 15:43Speaker 7: is Christ? The Greek here is the Christos, and it's
- 15:48Speaker 7: basically a proper name for Jesus. His name, of course,
- 15:52Speaker 7: his last name is not Christ. We don't call him Mr.
- 15:56Speaker 7: Christ or Dr. Christ or something like that, but he's
- 15:59Speaker 7: the Christos. He's the Mashiach. He is the one that
- 16:04Speaker 7: we've been waiting for. That's promised in the pages of
- 16:08Speaker 7: the Old Testament and The characters, figures of the New
- 16:14Speaker 7: Testament are always saying this is this is him. You know,
- 16:16Speaker 7: John the Baptist, behold, the lamb of God that takes
- 16:19Speaker 7: away the sin of the whole world. And then Lord
- 16:22Speaker 7: is curious. And he's the one who exercises authority over mankind.
- 16:29Speaker 7: So he is the one that spoke and the heavens
- 16:32Speaker 7: and the earth leapt into existence. And then when creation
- 16:36Speaker 7: went astray, he is the one that stepped out of
- 16:39Speaker 7: eternity and into time and bore a horrific penalty for
- 16:45Speaker 7: our sins that only he could bear to fix our problem. So,
- 16:49Speaker 7: I mean, you know, when we're conducting ourselves in the
- 16:53Speaker 7: workplace or wherever, we have to remember who it is
- 16:56Speaker 7: we're working for.
- 16:57Speaker 2: I mean, we're.
- 16:58Speaker 7: Under his authoritative supernatural control. I mean, there's no one
- 17:02Speaker 7: higher on the In the pecking order, there's no one
- 17:05Speaker 7: higher on the organizational flow chart. So, I mean, I
- 17:11Speaker 7: think that's why Peter focuses on those two terms.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Well, and those two pictures go together so well because
- 17:17Speaker 2: the one who was promised and the whole Old Testament
- 17:19Speaker 2: points to him. We think about, you know, old movies
- 17:23Speaker 2: of kings and royalty and so forth. When the king
- 17:26Speaker 2: would enter, everyone would bow and be humble in their presence.
- 17:32Speaker 2: This should be our posture before God times a million, no? Exactly.
- 17:38Speaker 7: And, you know, there's nobody that's worthy of our worship.
- 17:43Speaker 7: There's a big debate. There's been that way, this way
- 17:47Speaker 7: in evangelicalism for a long time. I call it the
- 17:49Speaker 7: worship wars. And sometimes I wonder if we even are
- 17:53Speaker 7: defining worship correctly, you know, because worship is ascribing worth
- 18:00Speaker 7: to Jesus, right? And it really shouldn't matter if it's
- 18:03Speaker 7: my favorite song or if it gives me the liver
- 18:06Speaker 7: quiver of the day or whatever people are looking for.
- 18:09Speaker 7: He deserves our worship and praise because he is creator
- 18:14Speaker 7: and he is redeemer. And that's why we worship him.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Uh, the writer then says, and this, this brings this
- 18:20Speaker 2: first phrase in the verse kind of to its conclusion,
- 18:22Speaker 2: but that we're to sanctify the Messiah, the Lord of
- 18:27Speaker 2: all in our hearts. Um, What is the heart? And
- 18:33Speaker 2: what is Peter's idea of what the heart is? He's
- 18:36Speaker 2: not talking about the physical organ that's gone. There's something
- 18:40Speaker 2: else that he's referring to here.
- 18:42Speaker 7: Yeah, well, interestingly, the Greek word here is cardia, where
- 18:45Speaker 7: we get the word, you know, cardiology or cardiac, you know,
- 18:50Speaker 7: and all that kind of stuff. But You know, the heart,
- 18:52Speaker 7: biblically speaking, is not, as you just said, it's not
- 18:55Speaker 7: talking about, you know, biology. But it's talking about the
- 19:00Speaker 7: innermost being of a person. You know, for example, the
- 19:05Speaker 7: scripture says that we should love the Lord our God
- 19:08Speaker 7: with all of our heart, mind, and soul. And that's
- 19:11Speaker 7: dealing with the innermost being, you know, of who we are.
- 19:15Speaker 7: And I think we talked a little bit about this yesterday,
- 19:19Speaker 7: that Jesus, when he analyzed people, You know, you look
- 19:22Speaker 7: at the Sermon on the Mount, for example, he went
- 19:25Speaker 7: right for the heart. I mean, he was looking at
- 19:27Speaker 7: what is happening, you know, inside of a human being.
- 19:32Speaker 7: And so there's sort of been a debate for a
- 19:34Speaker 7: long time within Christendom about the lordship of Christ. When
- 19:39Speaker 7: do you make him Lord? I'm more of the persuasion
- 19:43Speaker 7: that lordship is something that you grow into through sanctification.
- 19:50Speaker 7: It says, sanctify Christ as Lord. I mean, you're really
- 19:54Speaker 7: realizing who it is you've entrusted yourself to, and you
- 19:58Speaker 7: want to make him Lord of every area of your life.
- 20:01Speaker 7: And as you do that, then you become a candidate
- 20:03Speaker 7: for usability. which is what Peter is pushing his audience
- 20:09Speaker 7: towards here.
- 20:10Speaker 2: We're getting to that point shortly. Well, this is a
- 20:12Speaker 2: good kind of first flyby of that first line of
- 20:17Speaker 2: this verse. And we've still got quite a bit of
- 20:19Speaker 2: concepts to work through for the rest of the week.
- 20:22Speaker 2: What it means to be always ready, what it means
- 20:25Speaker 2: to make that defense or give that answer and who
- 20:27Speaker 2: we give that answer to. It's all going to be
- 20:30Speaker 2: stuff that we break down in the next couple of days.
- 20:32Speaker 8: Dr.
- 20:32Speaker 2: Andy Woods, thank you for sharing some time with us today.
- 20:35Speaker 7: Yeah, thank you for using your platform to teach biblical truth.
- 20:38Speaker 2: Appreciate that very much. We're trying. We're trying. God's good,
- 20:42Speaker 2: but we're trying. Kevin McCullough coming right back, friends. Don't
- 20:45Speaker 2: go anywhere.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Stick around for more of That Kevin. Here he is
- 21:10Speaker 1: from New York, that Kevin, Kevin McCullough.
- 21:17Speaker 2: All right, 888-342-1010, thatkevinshow.com. Click the banner at the top
- 21:22Speaker 2: of the page, or you can just type in bringherhome.org.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Any of those places will get you to the same spot,
- 21:27Speaker 2: which is where you can give a gift to liberate
- 21:29Speaker 2: a human life and set them free. And I want
- 21:32Speaker 2: to say thank you to my New York tri-state audience today.
- 21:36Speaker 2: They're representing big time. Michael in Clifton, New Jersey said
- 21:39Speaker 2: Garden State's in. David in Brooklyn, New York said, we've
- 21:43Speaker 2: got a slave taken care of for the David B family.
- 21:47Speaker 2: And then I want to say thank you to Robert
- 21:50Speaker 2: in Cardiff, California. He said, we're convicted. We want to
- 21:53Speaker 2: help four slaves be liberated. Robert, thank you for your generosity.
- 21:58Speaker 2: It does not go without being noticed. And we are
- 22:00Speaker 2: so grateful. Todd Chapman.
- 22:02Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you for being a part of it.
- 22:06Speaker 9: And, you know, it's just one of the most unique
- 22:10Speaker 9: and individually impactful ministries that you can be a part of.
- 22:13Speaker 9: You know, there's a lot of great organizations that, Kevin,
- 22:16Speaker 9: I know you partner with throughout the year. They're doing
- 22:18Speaker 9: great kingdom work around the world, feeding kids, Bibles, all
- 22:21Speaker 9: the different things, all good stuff. But this one's really
- 22:23Speaker 9: unique because you give a gift that actually impacts one
- 22:27Speaker 9: individual person in such a profound way. Number one, freeing
- 22:31Speaker 9: them from in many cases, nearly lifelong captivity and the
- 22:35Speaker 9: beatings and the abuse and everything that's come along with that.
- 22:38Speaker 9: But also then not just freeing them, but actually setting
- 22:42Speaker 9: them up to be successful in life in a new
- 22:44Speaker 9: country and freedom, their home country, actually. And as often
- 22:48Speaker 9: as we can, we reunite them with their family in
- 22:51Speaker 9: their original community. Man, what a beautiful picture of God's grace,
- 22:55Speaker 9: his mercy, his deliverance. And that's what we get to do.
- 22:58Speaker 9: So it's pretty awesome. Hope you'll be a part of
- 23:00Speaker 9: it at whatever level you can. And in our heart, Kevin,
- 23:04Speaker 9: I'm sure I speak for you in this. Yeah, we're
- 23:06Speaker 9: telling you it's $ 250 to do that. But we're not
- 23:10Speaker 9: saying that if you can't give $ 250, you can't take part. Because,
- 23:14Speaker 9: you know, you give whatever you can, God will bring
- 23:16Speaker 9: along someone else and bring the balance of what you
- 23:20Speaker 9: were not able to do right now.
- 23:21Speaker 2: And together, you are.
- 23:23Speaker 9: Freeing a slave. But this is so intensely biblical as well.
- 23:27Speaker 9: You know, if you look at the Bible, I mean,
- 23:28Speaker 9: it's just one big rescue story, right? It's a rescue
- 23:31Speaker 9: story all throughout the Old Testament, and then that carries
- 23:34Speaker 9: into the New Testament when Jesus came and ultimately gave
- 23:37Speaker 9: his life so that all of us could be free
- 23:39Speaker 9: from our spiritual bondage, certainly. But that metaphor, that message
- 23:45Speaker 9: of freedom, that heart of freedom extends to physical captivity
- 23:49Speaker 9: as well. That's, you know, the Israelites coming out of
- 23:51Speaker 9: Egypt and and all throughout that. This is God's character.
- 23:55Speaker 2: It's his action.
- 23:56Speaker 9: It's his assignment for his people. And that's why I
- 24:00Speaker 9: think it's so important that we respond and we take
- 24:03Speaker 9: part in this. I'm looking at a picture of a
- 24:05Speaker 9: beautiful young lady named Anouk. And when she was 20
- 24:10Speaker 9: years of age, she found herself stepping into a world
- 24:13Speaker 9: that was totally unfamiliar to her. It was actually a
- 24:15Speaker 9: world called freedom, a place where She was able to
- 24:19Speaker 9: get up in the morning and do as she wanted
- 24:22Speaker 9: to do, not what as her slave master dictated that
- 24:24Speaker 9: she would do. And now she's stepped into a world
- 24:27Speaker 9: where she's, yes, she's still doing some agricultural work, but
- 24:31Speaker 9: it's her little plot of land that she's working and
- 24:33Speaker 9: food that she gets to eat rather than, you know,
- 24:37Speaker 9: raising crops and harvesting crops for a slave master and
- 24:39Speaker 9: his family, and then maybe getting nothing at the end
- 24:42Speaker 9: of the day after all of her days of toil.
- 24:45Speaker 9: It's a situation where she can, talk to her neighbors
- 24:49Speaker 9: without fear of reprisals, where she can pray openly to
- 24:52Speaker 9: the God she loves. 20 years of age, she discovered that,
- 24:56Speaker 9: but it had been 17 years of captivity. When as
- 24:58Speaker 9: a little girl, she was taken by marauders into the
- 25:01Speaker 9: country to the north and all the abuse and, you know,
- 25:06Speaker 9: began all the way up to sexual abuse. And she,
- 25:10Speaker 9: she said that, you know, there were many times I
- 25:12Speaker 9: just wanted out so bad that I thought, you know,
- 25:14Speaker 9: I'll just escape. But she said that I knew they
- 25:17Speaker 9: had horses. I knew, that they had guns. And I'd
- 25:20Speaker 9: heard stories and seen other people that had tried to
- 25:23Speaker 9: escape beaten and abused and even killed. So she said,
- 25:27Speaker 9: I knew that wasn't an option. But thankfully she encountered,
- 25:32Speaker 9: and this is so cool how God just kind of
- 25:33Speaker 9: creates these encounters, right? With our slave retrievers at the market,
- 25:37Speaker 9: at the well, maybe they'll be tending the goats in
- 25:39Speaker 9: a field. And one of our slave retrievers who knows
- 25:41Speaker 9: what to look for will come up and say, I
- 25:45Speaker 9: think I can help you if you're open to And
- 25:48Speaker 9: that's the way God leads them into freedom. So now
- 25:50Speaker 9: she's in her home country and building a whole new life,
- 25:54Speaker 9: thanks to your generosity. And, you know, Kevin, she's actually
- 25:57Speaker 9: one of the younger ones at 20 years of age.
- 25:59Speaker 9: You know, we've got so many stories of women that
- 26:03Speaker 9: are now in their 30s and have been held captive
- 26:06Speaker 9: for 30 plus years.
- 26:08Speaker 2: So, wow, don't you want to end that? What an
- 26:12Speaker 2: awesome opportunity. 888-342-1010, 888-342-1010. There may be evil and it
- 26:19Speaker 2: may be going forward, but on my watch, I'm going
- 26:22Speaker 2: to set someone free. On my watch, I'm going to
- 26:25Speaker 2: see to it that a woman is not further abused tonight.
- 26:28Speaker 2: On my watch, I'm going to see to it that
- 26:29Speaker 2: she is given that bag of hope and that brand
- 26:32Speaker 2: new life. On my watch, she gets a community of
- 26:35Speaker 2: fellow women who have gone through similar things to what
- 26:38Speaker 2: she has done. And she gets a supportive community to
- 26:41Speaker 2: live in. On my watch, she gets to worship the
- 26:43Speaker 2: Jesus that she's only been allowed to think about and
- 26:46Speaker 2: worship in private and in secret these last number of years.
- 26:49Speaker 2: On my watch, that stuff ends. That's your opportunity, friend.
- 26:54Speaker 2: If you're one of these people who wants to make
- 26:57Speaker 2: a difference and you say, oh, the world's such a
- 26:59Speaker 2: big place and so scary and so out of control,
- 27:02Speaker 2: what could we do? Bingo. 888-342-1010. I have the answer
- 27:07Speaker 2: to that question. What could we do? Liberate a life.
- 27:11Speaker 2: Set a captive free. Bring a slave home to her
- 27:16Speaker 2: family and to her land. bringherhome.org is the URL. You
- 27:22Speaker 2: can also just go to the show's website or dial 888-342-1010. 888-342-1010.
- 27:30Speaker 2: What we can't do is now that we know about
- 27:32Speaker 2: this is just sit here and let it rot. Can't
- 27:35Speaker 2: do that. We have to do something about it. If
- 27:37Speaker 2: we see injustice, we are called to be a difference maker.
- 27:41Speaker 2: So let's do that.
- 27:42Speaker 8: 888-342-1010, 888-342-1010.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Here he is from New York, that Kevin, Kevin McCullough.
- 28:14Speaker 2: Welcome back to Times Square. It's that Kevin show from Anchorage,
- 28:19Speaker 2: Alaska to Miami Beach, Florida, San Diego to New York.
- 28:23Speaker 2: We're glad to have you with us. Thank you for
- 28:24Speaker 2: being here. We are just days away. In fact, it
- 28:28Speaker 2: draws ever closer by the second to what everybody's describing
- 28:32Speaker 2: as a very unpredictable set of midterm elections. Normally, you
- 28:37Speaker 2: would think that the power that The party in power
- 28:40Speaker 2: would be in real, real trouble because of just a
- 28:44Speaker 2: number of things that are happening in the economy in
- 28:46Speaker 2: the world. But then the other side is running a
- 28:49Speaker 2: bunch of crazy nut balls. So it's like how in
- 28:52Speaker 2: the world are you supposed to decide what's going to
- 28:56Speaker 2: be the future of the country? John Rogers is here
- 28:58Speaker 2: from the America First Policy Institute, one of our favorite organizations. John,
- 29:03Speaker 2: I know you keep your eye on this all the time,
- 29:05Speaker 2: but this really is kind of an unpredictable– midterm coming
- 29:09Speaker 2: into it because you would think the opposing party would
- 29:13Speaker 2: have a big force of momentum behind them. And yet
- 29:16Speaker 2: they're running crazy people. Yes, they are.
- 29:19Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 29:19Speaker 5: With America First Works or the 501C4, we get to
- 29:22Speaker 5: do all the political fun action arm stuff. And you're
- 29:25Speaker 5: absolutely right. They are running a bunch of crazy people.
- 29:28Speaker 5: And I think that that's one of the things that
- 29:29Speaker 5: are going on in the election right now is they're
- 29:32Speaker 5: not really making themselves a suitable alternative. Their game plan
- 29:36Speaker 5: is that they're just not the Republicans. Republicans are bad men.
- 29:40Speaker 5: not them, I believe is the entirety of their game
- 29:43Speaker 5: plan from a messaging perspective. And they just don't really
- 29:47Speaker 5: seem to care. There seemed to be no vetting whatsoever,
- 29:51Speaker 5: like no measure on what's acceptable on their side of
- 29:55Speaker 5: the aisle. And from a candidate's perspective and some of
- 29:57Speaker 5: their people or some of the Democrats candidates are I mean,
- 30:01Speaker 5: I just don't even know where they came from. It's
- 30:04Speaker 5: amazing to me. You know, you see like a Tallarico
- 30:07Speaker 5: out in Texas. Nick, how are people voting for this guy?
- 30:11Speaker 5: And I think that what we're seeing right now is
- 30:13Speaker 5: you got a Tallarico in Texas, you got AES up
- 30:16Speaker 5: in Michigan. And they're very inspirational for Republicans to get
- 30:20Speaker 5: out and vote just because of how terrible they are.
- 30:23Speaker 5: Their policies are going to set this country back or
- 30:26Speaker 5: put it into a wildly different direction that has no
- 30:28Speaker 5: business going into. And I think that we're seeing a
- 30:30Speaker 5: lot of a lot of voters really inspired to get
- 30:34Speaker 5: out and vote just because their candidates are so terrible.
- 30:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that you've got the battle of, you know,
- 30:40Speaker 2: gas prices aren't where Trump wanted them to be. But
- 30:43Speaker 2: the solution to it isn't all out Marxism. Like, you know,
- 30:48Speaker 2: we've done a really good job on the border. Maybe
- 30:50Speaker 2: we've forgotten about how safe and secure we are. But
- 30:53Speaker 2: the alternative to whatever angst we have about the Iran
- 30:56Speaker 2: war isn't to let the mullahs have nukes. Like, there's
- 31:00Speaker 2: a little bit of nuance in the, quote, dissatisfaction of
- 31:04Speaker 2: where the electorate is at with the president and the
- 31:06Speaker 2: administration and the policies. And I think that's why he's
- 31:08Speaker 2: still drawing enormous crowds. This last weekend, he and Obama
- 31:13Speaker 2: had competing rallies in Michigan, and I think it was
- 31:16Speaker 2: pretty clear who had the bigger one.
- 31:18Speaker 5: That's absolutely right. And I think you're right. There's a
- 31:20Speaker 5: few things going on here. One, you know, there is
- 31:22Speaker 5: a distinction. The voters actually aren't necessarily opposed to the
- 31:26Speaker 5: activities in Iran. What people are focused on, voters are
- 31:29Speaker 5: focused on, is actually the rise in gas prices itself.
- 31:33Speaker 5: When you do a survey, you don't see anybody saying, like,
- 31:36Speaker 5: It's the war. Everybody says it's the prices that is
- 31:40Speaker 5: the issue here. So they know that Iran is the
- 31:43Speaker 5: bad guys and that something needs to be done about it.
- 31:45Speaker 2: We finally have a president. And that we're not losing people.
- 31:47Speaker 8: That's right.
- 31:48Speaker 2: No boots on the ground.
- 31:49Speaker 1: That's right.
- 31:50Speaker 5: The American people, the voters know that. They do want
- 31:54Speaker 5: gas prices lower. Some voters are willing to pay the
- 31:57Speaker 5: price to go and disarm a would-be enemy combatant because
- 32:01Speaker 5: of nuclear Iran.
- 32:03Speaker 2: Nobody wants.
- 32:03Speaker 5: It's bad news for the whole globe. And I think
- 32:07Speaker 5: on the size of the rallies, one of the things
- 32:09Speaker 5: to keep in mind here is the mainstream media has
- 32:12Speaker 5: spent the last two years Only talking about bad news.
- 32:17Speaker 5: There's no coverage of the Trump accounts. There's no coverage
- 32:20Speaker 5: of Trump Rx. There's no coverage. The actually lower prescription
- 32:24Speaker 5: drug prices on tax.
- 32:26Speaker 2: I mean, exactly. Tips, no tax on Social Security, no
- 32:29Speaker 2: tax on overtime.
- 32:31Speaker 5: All of the above and a ton of more things
- 32:35Speaker 5: that have just not seen the light of day because
- 32:37Speaker 5: the mainstream media is actively trying to brainwash America into
- 32:42Speaker 5: believing that everything is terrible when, in fact, everything is
- 32:45Speaker 5: much better than it was two and a half years
- 32:48Speaker 5: ago by a lot. They want to wipe gender out
- 32:52Speaker 5: of all federal government and of our lives and just
- 32:56Speaker 5: rewrite everything. I mean, people need to remember what things
- 33:01Speaker 5: were like a few, not that long ago, but a
- 33:04Speaker 5: few years ago.
- 33:05Speaker 2: And the Biden administration.
- 33:07Speaker 5: Was so terrible that maybe it takes a little while
- 33:10Speaker 5: to recover from four years of that nonsense that we saw.
- 33:14Speaker 5: Because I remember gas prices were higher back then and
- 33:18Speaker 5: there wasn't even a reason for it.
- 33:20Speaker 2: In Texas over the last couple of weeks, the media
- 33:23Speaker 2: has made a big deal about several members of the
- 33:25Speaker 2: Bush family coming out and endorsing Tallarico. Now, I don't
- 33:29Speaker 2: understand how he would appeal to a fiscal conservative in
- 33:34Speaker 2: any way because he wants to spend every dime that
- 33:36Speaker 2: he can possibly take from your taxpayer pocket. But for
- 33:40Speaker 2: a family that had kind of carried the mantle for
- 33:43Speaker 2: conservatism on some level, he doesn't even believe in any
- 33:46Speaker 2: of the same stuff that most Texans believe in.
- 33:49Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, it feels like somebody got duped in
- 33:52Speaker 5: that situation or maybe even tricked into it.
- 33:55Speaker 2: Well, the one daughter lives in New York, so. Maybe
- 33:58Speaker 2: she's not as much Texan as she used to be.
- 34:00Speaker 5: It doesn't sound like it. Well, I think keep in
- 34:03Speaker 5: mind there is a lot of people are crying about
- 34:06Speaker 5: the absentee and early voting that's been going on. But
- 34:09Speaker 5: last Thursday, now Republicans have, there are more Republicans that
- 34:13Speaker 5: have voted in Texas today than there are Democrats that
- 34:16Speaker 5: have voted in Texas so far today in this election,
- 34:19Speaker 5: which is a fact that I think is lost on
- 34:21Speaker 5: a lot of people that are out there.
- 34:22Speaker 2: That's not going to end well for Democrats because Republicans
- 34:24Speaker 2: are going to be two to one on election day.
- 34:27Speaker 5: That's exactly right. And we're trending toward, at this point
- 34:30Speaker 5: in time, it looks like Republicans are trending toward being
- 34:32Speaker 5: somewhere in the 49 to 50% of the electorate by
- 34:36Speaker 5: the time election day, by the day before election. The
- 34:39Speaker 5: Republicans are trending to be about 49 to 50% of
- 34:42Speaker 5: the electorate there. And if you read Twitter, You know,
- 34:45Speaker 5: it looks like we're 8% of the electorate because everybody
- 34:48Speaker 5: just has their hair on fire and is crying and
- 34:50Speaker 5: are buying into a lot of hype that's going on
- 34:52Speaker 5: out there about what's really going on. You know, and
- 34:55Speaker 5: I think the message to your viewers here is get
- 34:58Speaker 5: out and vote. Like, don't buy into this nonsense that's
- 35:02Speaker 5: going on out here that things are worse than they
- 35:05Speaker 5: are because they've been doing this for two years. Like,
- 35:06Speaker 5: this is a psyop. This is an operation they're running.
- 35:09Speaker 5: It's a strategy they're running.
- 35:10Speaker 2: And take a note from the surroundings. If the energy
- 35:14Speaker 2: is up in the pre-vote, get out and vote for sure.
- 35:16Speaker 2: Because I don't care what the pre-polls say. If we
- 35:20Speaker 2: do what we need to do, I think there's more
- 35:22Speaker 2: people that agree with common sense than Marxism, Islam, or
- 35:26Speaker 2: other types of extremism. And I think all we have
- 35:29Speaker 2: to do is just remember we want America to be America.
- 35:32Speaker 5: I completely agree with you. Definitely make sure that you vote.
- 35:35Speaker 5: I mean, don't get discouraged out there. You got to
- 35:38Speaker 5: get out and vote no matter what.
- 35:41Speaker 2: John, I always appreciate it. Keep up the good work
- 35:43Speaker 2: at AFW. We appreciate you.
- 35:44Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 35:45Speaker 5: Appreciate it.
- 35:45Speaker 2: Kevin McCullough coming back from New York, friends. Don't go anywhere.
- 35:47Speaker 4: Stick around for more of That Kevin next. Serving it
- 36:02Speaker 4: up with a no-drink minimum. It's that Kevin Mac show.
- 36:11Speaker 2: All right, Kevin McCullough, glad to have you with us.
- 36:13Speaker 2: And we've got a big next hour straight ahead for you.
- 36:16Speaker 2: We're going to talk with Katie McFarland, who we often
- 36:19Speaker 2: speak with on Tuesdays about big, important national security things.
- 36:24Speaker 2: And then a little bit later on, Don Palmer is
- 36:26Speaker 2: going to be with us from the Heritage Foundation. He
- 36:28Speaker 2: is part of their voter integrity division and what's being
- 36:34Speaker 2: done to help make sure that these elections are secure, yes,
- 36:38Speaker 2: but also lawful and legal and the way they should be,
- 36:42Speaker 2: which I think kind of starts with clean voter rolls.
- 36:47Speaker 2: But we'll discuss all of that with them. All right. Hey,
- 36:49Speaker 2: do you remember back in 2020, COVID? We were in
- 36:52Speaker 2: the middle of COVID. How could you forget? When the
- 36:54Speaker 2: media narrative always seemed absolute, people suggesting early alternatives were
- 36:58Speaker 2: silenced and deplatformed. The late Dr. Zev Zelenko was at
- 37:03Speaker 2: the center of the controversy with Z-Stack and the Zelenko Protocol,
- 37:07Speaker 2: which he applied to patients that he was seeing as
- 37:11Speaker 2: he was already terminally ill with cancer himself. He was
- 37:14Speaker 2: trying to help save people's lives right up to the
- 37:16Speaker 2: very end. He faced immense criticism for sharing his approach.
- 37:20Speaker 2: And later, President Trump cited him during a press briefing.
- 37:24Speaker 2: And I've seen the video. Maybe you have as well.
- 37:28Speaker 2: But Dr. Zinko carefully selected the ingredients and doses that
- 37:36Speaker 2: he thought would fight the virus based on actual research,
- 37:39Speaker 2: actual science, not science that you were forced to believe
- 37:44Speaker 2: or they were going to not let you go to
- 37:46Speaker 2: anything for the rest of your life kind of thing
- 37:47Speaker 2: like the vaccines were. You shouldn't have to feel helpless
- 37:50Speaker 2: every time scary headlines flash across your screen, and we
- 37:53Speaker 2: don't want you to feel controlled. And that's why today
- 37:57Speaker 2: the Zelenko Legacy lives on through the original Z-Stack formula.
- 38:01Speaker 2: Don't wait to take charge of your wellness. Right now,
- 38:05Speaker 2: you can boost your immunity for the flu and cold

- 39:25Speaker 2: first responders are police officers, firemen, our military, you know, everything,
- 39:31Speaker 2: everything that you already know a first responder is. And
- 39:34Speaker 2: every year since 9-11, the First Responders Children's Foundation has
- 39:40Speaker 2: sought to raise money to help the children of first responders. Initially,
- 39:45Speaker 2: it was for 9-11 first responders, but they have since
- 39:48Speaker 2: adopted it. for children who lose their parents, protecting people
- 39:54Speaker 2: through their first responder work. And tomorrow we're going to
- 39:58Speaker 2: honor 15 recipients, I think, in Times Square. And we're

- 41:42Speaker 3: It's Kevin McCullough, Monday through Friday, on That Kevin Show.
- 41:53Speaker 3: And now, from the Connors & Sullivan Broadcast Studios, the
- 41:57Speaker 3: man who is not what he wants to be, but
- 42:00Speaker 3: is way grateful that he's not who he used to be, here's.
- 42:09Speaker 8: All right.
- 42:10Speaker 2: Welcome into our number two. It's that Kevin show for
- 42:13Speaker 2: a Tuesday. And we are grateful to have you with us.
- 42:16Speaker 2: Grateful to welcome in a few minutes, Katie McFarland and
- 42:20Speaker 2: a little bit later, Don Palmer from the heritage foundation,
- 42:23Speaker 2: but we've got a lot to talk about. Election is
- 42:25Speaker 2: now seven days away. And while I believe there is
- 42:30Speaker 2: so much more to life than the world of politics, uh,
- 42:34Speaker 2: we are going to talk a little bit of politics
- 42:36Speaker 2: between now and next Tuesday. Um, And here's the thing.
- 42:40Speaker 2: I said this yesterday. And I know you're listening because
- 42:44Speaker 2: some of you are sending me emails at thatkevinshowatgmail.com. But
- 42:49Speaker 2: I'm not a big Halloween fan. So from the beginning
- 42:54Speaker 2: of this weekend through Wednesday of next week, kind of
- 42:57Speaker 2: like my least favorite week of the year. I don't
- 43:02Speaker 2: really like Election Day. It drives people crazy. Because whoever wins...
- 43:08Speaker 2: Then there's all the hand-wringing and the whataboutism and all
- 43:11Speaker 2: the rest of it. And I'm getting old, cranky, and
- 43:16Speaker 2: much more simplistic in everything. Go vote your conscience and
- 43:21Speaker 2: pray your knees off. Is that a terrible way to
- 43:26Speaker 2: approach Election Day? Vote to stop the biggest evil that
- 43:30Speaker 2: you can and pray like mad. I believe that there
- 43:35Speaker 2: is a God. I believe that he is interested in
- 43:38Speaker 2: our lives. I believe that he has a purpose for
- 43:45Speaker 2: being here. And while I understand the need for good
- 43:50Speaker 2: policy and wanting to get people out and elected, the
- 43:54Speaker 2: right kind of people, I also know that even when
- 43:58Speaker 2: you elect the right kind of people, that they're still
- 44:00Speaker 2: just flawed people. And sometimes they don't do the things
- 44:03Speaker 2: that you hope and pray that they will. Which is
- 44:08Speaker 2: why we need to put the onus of this election
- 44:11Speaker 2: and every election into two focuses. One, doing our best,
- 44:16Speaker 2: voting the best we can. And the second part of
- 44:21Speaker 2: that is to ask the God of the universe who
- 44:24Speaker 2: made us and everything that we see to intervene on
- 44:28Speaker 2: our behalf. To show grace and mercy to our country
- 44:33Speaker 2: because of the ways we didn't live up to our
- 44:36Speaker 2: best potential. and ask him to do what needs to
- 44:41Speaker 2: be done to bring us to where he wants us
- 44:43Speaker 2: to be. Like, I don't think there's more you can do.
- 44:45Speaker 2: I think you vote, you vote, vote, vote, vote, and pray, pray, pray.
- 44:52Speaker 2: And then if you really, really love it, you get
- 44:54Speaker 2: out and you, you do some canvassing and some activism
- 44:59Speaker 2: and some, maybe run for office. Maybe you serve on
- 45:02Speaker 2: a school board for your kids. Um, There's so many
- 45:06Speaker 2: things that you can do if you are called to
- 45:08Speaker 2: do it. But what we are all called to do,
- 45:11Speaker 2: what we all have an obligation to do, is to vote.
- 45:15Speaker 2: And then I say, let's pray in addition to that. Anyway,
- 45:19Speaker 2: welcome into hour number two. Speaking of next week, or
- 45:22Speaker 2: speaking of this week, tomorrow night, if you are in
- 45:26Speaker 2: the Oakland, New Jersey area, Oakland is a little town
- 45:32Speaker 2: in North Jersey. I think it's in Bergen County, maybe
- 45:36Speaker 2: in Passaic County, but it's in, it's in one of
- 45:38Speaker 2: those two counties. And, um, it's not far from the
- 45:42Speaker 2: New York state line up in that area. Uh, but
- 45:47Speaker 2: in Oakland, New Jersey tomorrow night, uh, I'll be at the, which, which,
- 45:53Speaker 2: which club is it? I've already forgotten. It's at one
- 45:56Speaker 2: of the social clubs, uh, speaking to a crowd of
- 46:00Speaker 2: people that will be there gathered, uh, conceivably because they
- 46:05Speaker 2: want to help get a group of, uh, candidates elected,
- 46:07Speaker 2: but I I'm there to talk to them about, um,
- 46:10Speaker 2: why it's important that we actually, um, do show up
- 46:15Speaker 2: and get out the vote. Uh, it is, um, let
- 46:19Speaker 2: me see if I can pull this up here real quick.
- 46:21Speaker 2: It is going to be seven o'clock at the Knights
- 46:25Speaker 2: of Columbus. There we go. The Knights of Columbus. Uh,
- 46:28Speaker 2: and it'll be at seven o'clock, uh, there in Oakland,
- 46:31Speaker 2: New Jersey, uh, And we'll be talking about, I'll be
- 46:35Speaker 2: taking questions and letting people ask me questions, what I
- 46:38Speaker 2: think is going to happen for the election. If you
- 46:40Speaker 2: listen to this show, you think you might have an idea,
- 46:44Speaker 2: but we'll see. We'll see if I'm right. So I
- 46:49Speaker 2: ran across something last night, and I really do think
- 46:53Speaker 2: that it needs to be discussed. You know that the
- 46:56Speaker 2: former President Obama was on the campaign trail in Michigan
- 46:59Speaker 2: over the weekend. He's stumping Republicans. for Abdul El-Sayed. I'm
- 47:05Speaker 2: amazed at all the Democrats that are like, why would
- 47:07Speaker 2: Obama campaign with Abdul El-Sayed? I'd say, sorry, do you
- 47:12Speaker 2: know Barack Obama? Like this is totally his kind of guy. Um,
- 47:17Speaker 2: the crowd walking out of the technical high school where
- 47:20Speaker 2: the rally was held, um, said that, uh, they, they,
- 47:25Speaker 2: they told some of the media there exactly what they
- 47:27Speaker 2: want from their next Senator. Um, Not border security, not
- 47:34Speaker 2: lower energy costs, but they want a check. One rally
- 47:41Speaker 2: goer said of guaranteed income, I think it's a good idea.
- 47:45Speaker 2: Guaranteed income. Like the government sends you a check on
- 47:50Speaker 2: the reg. Another voter, I hope he supports them. Dave
- 47:54Speaker 2: wanted billionaires to foot the bill. A third, Kiana Montgomery,
- 47:57Speaker 2: backed it too. Provided strict parameters on what the people
- 48:00Speaker 2: could spend it on. Now, isn't that funny? I want
- 48:05Speaker 2: guaranteed income from the government, but I want to make
- 48:08Speaker 2: sure that people are spending it for the approved things.
- 48:12Speaker 2: The fact that you have to add that when the
- 48:15Speaker 2: supporters of this policy, which is a terrible idea, have
- 48:19Speaker 2: to put guardrails on it, you know that they're giving
- 48:23Speaker 2: the store away. It's not a good policy. It's not
- 48:26Speaker 2: a good program. And I think it kind of falls
- 48:29Speaker 2: apart on three different levels. Historically, economically, and socially. Now,
- 48:35Speaker 2: that sounds really modest until you remember that Michigan already
- 48:39Speaker 2: ran this play. It was called RxKids, and they burned
- 48:42Speaker 2: through nearly $ 400 million in combined public and philanthropic money
- 48:46Speaker 2: for a targeted benefit that is functionally guaranteed income wearing
- 48:51Speaker 2: a disguise. Give directly, the nonprofit cutting the checks pockets
- 48:56Speaker 2: tens of millions in fees. Michigan's oversight chairman, Jay DeBoer,
- 49:00Speaker 2: called it What it is, a redistribution of wealth, not
- 49:03Speaker 2: a cure for poverty. Now, you try to scale the
- 49:08Speaker 2: lack of success with that program nationwide. It's cuckoo. But
- 49:13Speaker 2: it doesn't work socially either. Unconditional cash doesn't. build character.
- 49:21Speaker 2: You build character through working hard. You build character through
- 49:25Speaker 2: watching something grow that you give your effort to. And
- 49:30Speaker 2: it doesn't work on an economic level. And just look
- 49:33Speaker 2: at France and Belgium and Italy. All of these that
- 49:38Speaker 2: are having these protests right now, they're all mad because
- 49:42Speaker 2: they were promised free stuff and the free stuff didn't come.
- 49:48Speaker 2: In fact, it fell apart because nobody values free stuff.
- 49:53Speaker 2: And when you do that to humans, you also dehumanize them.
- 49:59Speaker 2: So we didn't become the freest, richest nation in human
- 50:04Speaker 2: history by promising we're going to send you a check.
- 50:08Speaker 2: We became that way by guaranteeing the opportunity that people
- 50:12Speaker 2: could build things that would take them to those dreams
- 50:16Speaker 2: and trusting our citizens to be brave enough to use it.
- 50:19Speaker 2: The opportunity. This crowd this weekend seems to have forgotten that.
- 50:24Speaker 2: We are not the home of the handout. We are
- 50:28Speaker 2: the home of the brave. And we used to know
- 50:30Speaker 2: the difference between the two. Kevin McCullough, stay right here.
- 50:54Speaker 1: Here he is from New York, that Kevin, Kevin McCullough.
- 51:02Speaker 2: All right, welcome back. It's Tuesday. On Tuesday, we take
- 51:05Speaker 2: a look at what's going on in the world of
- 51:08Speaker 2: national security, foreign affairs, what's really bubbling up around the
- 51:14Speaker 2: world and how we need to be informed and thinking
- 51:17Speaker 2: about it. KT McFarlane, former Pentagon official in multiple administrations
- 51:21Speaker 2: and advisor to presidents at large, Katie, always appreciate you
- 51:25Speaker 2: joining us. I always want to salute her when she
- 51:28Speaker 2: walks in the room because she was the civilian equivalent
- 51:31Speaker 2: of a four star. And she's also a Navy family.
- 51:35Speaker 2: So there's so many. We just have all the warm
- 51:37Speaker 2: fuzzies because we don't, you know, go Navy, beat Army
- 51:41Speaker 2: every single year.
- 51:43Speaker 8: Absolutely. Although I don't know about this year.
- 51:47Speaker 2: We won't talk football right now. So here's what I
- 51:51Speaker 2: want to know. And I know that you probably have
- 51:54Speaker 2: at least an opinion about it. We've been watching France
- 51:59Speaker 2: and Spain and Greece and Albania and all these places
- 52:04Speaker 2: just melt into just absolute trash piles over the last
- 52:11Speaker 2: five days, two weeks. And a lot of it has
- 52:15Speaker 2: to do with, you know, or the, so they sort
- 52:18Speaker 2: of project this, it starts on social expectations, educational promises made,
- 52:25Speaker 2: not kept, et cetera, et cetera. And then it kind
- 52:29Speaker 2: of starts there. And then it kind of morphs into
- 52:31Speaker 2: these other things where now you've got Palestinian flags flying
- 52:33Speaker 2: in the crowds and people are like breaking windows and
- 52:36Speaker 2: burning things. And it's just a general, um, belligerence, if
- 52:44Speaker 2: you will, from these protesters. And it doesn't seem to
- 52:47Speaker 2: be about something specifically meaningful that they're all uniting around.
- 52:53Speaker 2: It's like they get mad and then there's just a
- 52:56Speaker 2: bunch more of them that are mad and they just
- 52:57Speaker 2: keep getting more people and more angry. And I kind
- 53:01Speaker 2: of have this feeling that when you have socialist governments
- 53:06Speaker 2: that overextend themselves and First of all, socialism, in my opinion,
- 53:11Speaker 2: doesn't really give the individual incentive to work all that hard.
- 53:15Speaker 2: But then the promises you do make them, you don't
- 53:17Speaker 2: deliver on. And I'm looking at Dearborn, Michigan, and I'm
- 53:21Speaker 2: looking at New York City, and I'm looking at some
- 53:23Speaker 2: of these places where, you know, the Somali community in Minnesota,
- 53:28Speaker 2: where a lot of these Marxist and radical Islamic ideas
- 53:33Speaker 2: kind of all get cross-pollinated. And KT, I'm really concerned
- 53:37Speaker 2: that with the election seven days away, that we might
- 53:41Speaker 2: not be that far off from where these European cities are.
- 53:44Speaker 2: What's your thought on that?
- 53:47Speaker 8: Yes and no. Yes, we have the same elements of
- 53:50Speaker 8: problems here, as you very articulately said, of overpromising by
- 53:53Speaker 8: the socialists. They can't deliver general dissatisfaction. A lot of
- 53:58Speaker 8: little issues morphing into one issue. But I think the
- 54:02Speaker 8: difference is we're going to get out of it, and
- 54:04Speaker 8: I don't think Europe ever does.
- 54:06Speaker 7: Now, here's why.
- 54:06Speaker 8: Europe is, and you're right to point out that this
- 54:10Speaker 8: is happening in maybe a dozen different countries. And in
- 54:12Speaker 8: each country, it's a different initial cause, right? The students
- 54:16Speaker 8: in France say, we want smaller classes. We don't like
- 54:18Speaker 8: crumbling buildings. And so they go out and kind of a,
- 54:21Speaker 8: not much of a demonstration, nothing much happens. And then
- 54:24Speaker 8: a day or two later, amazingly, all of a sudden,
- 54:27Speaker 8: very well organized. And it looks like there's a lot
- 54:29Speaker 8: of money behind them. And there are a lot of
- 54:30Speaker 8: Palestinian flags flying everywhere, whether it's in Albania or Marseille.
- 54:36Speaker 8: or even in Sweden, and certainly in Milan. So what's
- 54:41Speaker 8: behind all this? Well, it's a general urge, I think,
- 54:44Speaker 8: and my guess is there's a lot of terrorist money
- 54:47Speaker 8: behind it. There's a lot of communist money behind it,
- 54:50Speaker 8: whether it's CCP, whether it's Russian disinformation. But a lot
- 54:54Speaker 8: of stuff is pouring in because what they want to do,
- 54:57Speaker 8: the bad guys, is to have us destroy confidence in
- 55:00Speaker 8: our democratic institutions. They want to Destroy us from within.
- 55:04Speaker 8: Not an invasion from without, not a bombing campaign, but
- 55:07Speaker 8: it's just a general collapse of society. And so why
- 55:11Speaker 8: in Europe is this going to be different? Well, Europe
- 55:13Speaker 8: has done all the bad stuff, right? Stupid stuff. Completely
- 55:17Speaker 8: open borders and they've given them legal status. So each
- 55:20Speaker 8: of these countries now has a massive influx of millions,
- 55:24Speaker 8: hundreds of millions of young Muslim military age men who
- 55:28Speaker 8: come in. They don't want to assimilate. They can't get jobs.
- 55:31Speaker 8: They expect massive social benefits and social security and health
- 55:35Speaker 8: care and housing, etc., They present a law and order
- 55:40Speaker 8: problem with their communities, and they don't want the culture
- 55:43Speaker 8: and the country or the nationality in which they have
- 55:46Speaker 8: now immigrated. So they're going to keep demonstrating. And the
- 55:49Speaker 8: countries and the governments, most of which are socialists, they
- 55:52Speaker 8: have no economic growth. And the only way you get
- 55:54Speaker 8: yourself out of this mess is is economic growth, and
- 55:57Speaker 8: they don't have any economic growth. So the demands will
- 56:00Speaker 8: continue and increase, as you said. They promise and promise
- 56:02Speaker 8: and promise. They won't be able to deliver, and they
- 56:05Speaker 8: won't be able to fix it because the fixes are tough.
- 56:08Speaker 8: The fixes will be to start deporting people. It will
- 56:11Speaker 8: be cut government spending. It will be a pro-growth economy,
- 56:16Speaker 8: which is always hard at first, even though it pays
- 56:18Speaker 8: great dividends down the road. So I just see Europe,
- 56:21Speaker 8: most of the countries in Europe, in some downward spiral.
- 56:25Speaker 2: Well, and I will note that Italy has had a
- 56:28Speaker 2: bit of a different reaction to these protests, and I
- 56:31Speaker 2: think that's one of the reasons why they're not having
- 56:34Speaker 2: the ongoing intensity that France is, because they aren't afraid
- 56:41Speaker 2: to deport, and they aren't afraid to put up blockades
- 56:45Speaker 2: for people to come in. You've really got to have
- 56:46Speaker 2: a reason to immigrate in the Italian system. And what
- 56:51Speaker 2: happens is none of this happens overnight, but it's a gradual...
- 56:55Speaker 2: kind of cancer that spreads. And we, you know, we're
- 56:58Speaker 2: now talking about a potential U S Senator that embrace the,
- 57:03Speaker 2: you know, his family embraces the Muslim brotherhood and, and
- 57:06Speaker 2: he himself is shady as heck. Like I don't trust
- 57:10Speaker 2: anything that Abdul El-Sayed says, like he just seems to
- 57:13Speaker 2: be arrogant and very smarmy about everything. And we're doing
- 57:17Speaker 2: this with our eyes wide open. We elected a mayor
- 57:20Speaker 2: in New York with eyes wide open, seeing what's going
- 57:23Speaker 2: on in other parts of the world. And still not
- 57:26Speaker 2: making the, oh, wait, we shouldn't let that happen here
- 57:28Speaker 2: kind of reflex.
- 57:31Speaker 8: Yes, all that is true. And I'm assuming that at
- 57:34Speaker 8: least for the next two years, we continue to have
- 57:37Speaker 8: Trump policies, even if the Democrats take the House and
- 57:39Speaker 8: the Senate and they try to impeach him. They can't undo.
- 57:43Speaker 8: They can't undo. They can't, like, open the border, for example.
- 57:46Speaker 8: They can't undo the tax code. They can't undo the
- 57:49Speaker 8: regulatory reform. They can't undo energy dominance as much as
- 57:54Speaker 8: they would like to and as much as they would
- 57:55Speaker 8: certainly if in 2028 we elect a socialist president and
- 57:59Speaker 8: a socialist congress.
- 58:01Speaker 2: Then we're Europe.
- 58:02Speaker 8: Then we're in a downward spiral where we don't recover.
- 58:04Speaker 8: But the reason I have hope is that as the
- 58:08Speaker 8: United States economy starts recovering, it will recover extremely quickly.
- 58:13Speaker 8: Economic growth will be 3%, 4%, 5%. And we'll grow
- 58:17Speaker 8: our way out of a lot of these problems. And
- 58:20Speaker 8: at the same time, if President Trump remains serious about
- 58:23Speaker 8: his law and order, let's call it the big basket
- 58:26Speaker 8: of law and order issues.
- 58:27Speaker 2: Right, right, right.
- 58:28Speaker 8: That that will solve a lot, will prevent a lot
- 58:30Speaker 8: of the issues that we're seeing now in France and Germany,
- 58:33Speaker 8: where countries are just being almost toppled from within by
- 58:37Speaker 8: these burnings and lootings and, you know, basically Nazi witch
- 58:42Speaker 8: hunts that are happening there. So, am I completely confident
- 58:46Speaker 8: America recovers from this? No, because if we are dumb
- 58:49Speaker 8: enough to elect a, you know, Mondami for president kind
- 58:53Speaker 8: of thing, well, who knows what happens then. But as
- 58:55Speaker 8: long as we have the next two years where I
- 58:57Speaker 8: think the economy will turn, people will wake up and say, hey,
- 59:01Speaker 8: wait a minute, the same way that they've now woken
- 59:03Speaker 8: up to woke, right? Two years ago, if we had
- 59:06Speaker 8: had this conversation, it would all been about woke. And now, well,
- 59:10Speaker 8: everybody said, maybe we went a little too far with that.
- 59:12Speaker 8: I'm hoping that as the economy starts improving, people will say,
- 59:16Speaker 8: maybe we're going a little too far with the socialism stuff.
- 59:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that that is possible. And I will
- 59:21Speaker 2: say this, if the Republicans don't do well next Tuesday,
- 59:28Speaker 2: I don't see Trump dialing back his immigration efforts or
- 59:33Speaker 2: his energy efforts or his economic efforts. And if he
- 59:37Speaker 2: stays strong on those three fronts, there's no stopping America
- 59:41Speaker 2: for the next two years, kind of regardless of what
- 59:43Speaker 2: happens on Tuesday.
- 59:45Speaker 8: I agree. And remember, Trump has something called an executive order.
- 59:48Speaker 8: So an executive order is a document a president can
- 59:51Speaker 8: sign instead of a law. So a law, you need
- 59:54Speaker 8: the House, the Senate, the president to all agree on something.
- 59:57Speaker 8: For an executive order, the president just signs it. And
- 1:00:00Speaker 8: it's good for the term of that presidency. So President
- 1:00:03Speaker 8: Trump will use executive orders where he cannot get legislation.
- 1:00:07Speaker 8: And it'll all disappear the night that On January 20th
- 1:00:11Speaker 8: of 2029, but until then, the Trump policy will prevail.
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: Yeah, and of course, they'll challenge those. There'll be a
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: lot of those that they'll take to court. But my
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: hope is that with the legislative successes he's already had,
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: and this is why I'm not really... as worried as
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: I guess I should be about next Tuesday, because the
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: tax on tips is there. There's no tax on tips,
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security. And
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: I do think that him rallying in states and reminding
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: people of what they have done is very vital. I mean,
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: he's campaigning as hard in this cycle as I've seen
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: him campaign in any of his presidential cycles. And it
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: seems like it's having some impact.
- 1:00:58Speaker 8: He's, by the way, I've been with him in the
- 1:00:59Speaker 8: campaign cycle. There is nobody with more energy than Donald Trump.
- 1:01:04Speaker 8: He can do three, four of these a day. Anybody
- 1:01:07Speaker 8: else is, you know, one and they're taking a nap.
- 1:01:09Speaker 8: Donald Trump just keeps going and he feeds on the crowd.
- 1:01:12Speaker 8: And if you'll notice, he'll start on the East Coast
- 1:01:14Speaker 8: and then he'll work his way to the West Coast
- 1:01:17Speaker 8: where it's a three-hour time difference. So he's still going
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: while everybody else is down to sleep at midnight. That's right.
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: All right. Well, KT, next Tuesday, we'll find out. Thank
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: you for being here.
- 1:01:27Speaker 8: Sounds good.
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: And everybody vote. Yeah, everybody vote. Calvin McCullough coming right back.
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: Stick around for more of That Kevin next.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: Here he is from New York, That Kevin, Kevin McCullough.
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: Welcome back, Kevin McCullough. Glad to have you with us.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: That Kevin Show, the name of it, we tried to
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: keep it simple so you weren't confused. Thatkevinshow.com is where
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: you go online. And you can also, on that webpage
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: right there, thatkevinshow.com, click the banner at the top of
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: the page where it says CSI, Christian Solidarity International, in
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: the fine print under the big letters CSI. And I
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: just I just every now and then Todd Chapman is
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: back with us from CSI. And Todd, every now and then,
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: Rob Davis, who is the president of CSI US, will
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: sometimes send me pictures of slaves that have been liberated.
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: And if people are watching on TV, this this is
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: a woman that was just recently released within the last
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: few batches of liberations. And I wish that I could
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: put this where everybody could just see the smile that's
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: on her face. But it is such a smile of joy,
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: a smile of calm, a smile of serenity almost. And
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: she's holding her baby, which Todd, that alone, to be
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: holding her baby in freedom, it means that CSI has
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: been eminently successful with the liberation. Because at one point
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: in time, none of the slave masters would let The
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: little slaves children go. And this is a baby boy.
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: So the fact that she got to bring, you know,
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: technically the slave master's son home to be with her
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: when she got liberated. That's a joyous thing. I just
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: I can't get over how much good this is when
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: we when we pull together and do it.
- 1:03:39Speaker 9: Yeah, it really is incredible. And it's, you know, it's
- 1:03:44Speaker 9: something that's in the grand scheme of life, you know, look,
- 1:03:47Speaker 9: $ 250 is $ 250 today. And, you know, for some people,
- 1:03:51Speaker 9: that may be a sacrificial gift. There's other people, God's
- 1:03:53Speaker 9: just blessed you so abundantly, you're like 250 bucks. Yeah,
- 1:03:56Speaker 9: that's a no brainer. I can do that in a heartbeat.
- 1:03:58Speaker 9: But boy, think about whether you're in either one of
- 1:04:01Speaker 9: those camps. Think about the impact.
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: Of your gift.
- 1:04:04Speaker 9: You have the opportunity to free a human being who
- 1:04:07Speaker 9: has lived more than likely decades in slavery and bondage
- 1:04:11Speaker 9: and abuse. And they never thought that they would be free.
- 1:04:15Speaker 9: They just like, you know, because it's just hope, hope
- 1:04:19Speaker 9: can eventually die.
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: Right.
- 1:04:21Speaker 9: I mean, the Bible talks about that where there's, there's
- 1:04:23Speaker 9: no vision that people perish where there's no vision for freedom.
- 1:04:26Speaker 9: A human being begins to just diminish and you just
- 1:04:28Speaker 9: kind of resign yourself, uh, you know, to the, uh,
- 1:04:32Speaker 9: you know, to the fact that, well, I'm probably never
- 1:04:33Speaker 9: going to get out.
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: Well, can I just be really blatantly transparent here? I wouldn't,
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: I wouldn't last a year. Like I don't, there's no way.
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: And these women have lasted 10, 15, some of them
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: like two decades or longer under the conditions we've been
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: telling people about the last few days.
- 1:04:53Speaker 9: Yeah. I, it's incredible.
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: And, um, And we're going to I'm going to try
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: if you watch the TV show, especially on the weekends,
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: I'm going to try to have more of these pictures
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: so that you can see them firsthand. And certainly on
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: my social media, go to the Kevin McCullough pages on Instagram.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: We'll put some up there. But these smiles I want
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: to be about, Todd, I'm not I'm not a fancy man.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: I'm not super educated. You know, there's nothing about me
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: that is overly impressive in any way at all. But
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: I love smiles. And if I can do two things
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: in life. not die stupid, which is my main goal.
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: My main goal is I just don't want to die stupid.
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: But if the second goal behind that is to be
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: able to put more smiles on people's faces that look
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: like that, then that'll be a life well lived as
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: far as I'm concerned. And friends, you get to be
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: part of that when you give right now, 888-342-1010, 888-342-1010, 888-342-1010.
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: Maybe you're just joining and you're going, what's the big
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: deal about a smile? Well, Todd, you were just talking
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: about the bright hope that they have of being given
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: a new life. That bright hope, the intensity of that brightness,
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: of that happiness, of that joy, it's probably about equal
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: to the depth of the darkness that they felt before
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: they were liberated. And again, I'd never survive. A year in,
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: I'd be given up. I'd just know my own weakness.
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: It would be very overwhelming to do that. These women,
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: some of them have gone to bed, even though they're
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: not allowed to pray out loud. They have gone to
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: bed and prayed for thousands of nights in a row. Lord,
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: please set me free. Lord, please send salvation. Please send
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: someone to liberate me. And they tell us this when
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: we rescue them and bring them out. They're like, I
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: prayed every night for like 17 years. And even in that,
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: I am convicted to the degree of obedience that they
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: demonstrate in giving their needs over to God because there's
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: nothing they can do about it. So they just cast
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: all their cares on him. 888-342-1010, 888-342-1010, 888-342-1010. Now, what
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: does your $ 250 do? It not only gets their liberation,
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: the negotiation done, there's a cattle vaccine that is traded
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: for the life of the slave. That's how little these
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: slaves mean to the slave masters, a cattle vaccine that
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: they can't get, but helps keep their cattle healthy. They'll
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: trade a dose of that for a slave's life. It
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: involves the cost of that vaccine, but then everything else
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: goes towards their, what we call the bag of hope,
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: which is a year's worth of food, a year's worth
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: of grain to plant a seed for another year's worth
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: of food. So basically like two years worth of food,
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: and then all the utensils they need to cook and
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: clean and garden with and blankets and tarps and things
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: to help protect them in the weather. And there's other
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: stuff in there, a Bible, some other things. The coolest
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: thing is that they get a little she goat that
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: they get to literally take for themselves. They get milk
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: and cheese from that goat. They can breed that goat
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: and create little kids and sell those for some micro
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: enterprise and help them provide themselves for a new way
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: of life. It is the most packed $ 250 gift you
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: could ever give because you couldn't put that bag of
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: hope together here in the U.S. financially. You could not
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: put it together and do it for that price. And
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: yet we're able to do that, including the live goat,
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: for every single slave that we liberate. 888-342-1010, 888-342-1010, 888-342-1010.
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: Is from New York, that Kevin, Kevin McCullough.
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: Welcome back to Times Square. It's Kevin McCullough, That Kevin Show.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: Always glad to have you with us. Thatkevinshow.com for the podcast,
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: the TV show, the column. It's all in one spot.
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: Just made it easy for you. Thatkevinshow.com. Don Palmer is
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: back with us, Senior Legal Fellow for Election Integrity at
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: the Heritage Foundation, one of our favorite groups. Don, you
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: were with us a few weeks ago. We talked about
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: some of the issues that we're facing in 2026, but
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: we're past Labor Day. We are into the fall. We
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: are just, what, eight days away, seven days away from
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: the election now, and everyone's making their closing arguments. But
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: the courts still seem to be less than convinced about
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: the administration's desire to help voter rolls be I would
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: say what they should be clean and operating lawfully. Um,
- 1:09:55Speaker 2: and I'm just curious your thoughts. They found 20,000, uh,
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: probably illegal citizens on the voter rolls in Los Angeles
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: last week. Uh, everybody knows about the 315,000 tabulator tapes
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: that weren't signed in Georgia in 2020. I've talked a
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: lot about that, but we're, we're starting to also see
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: some prosecutions of people that are, uh, you know, being
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: brought up on charges for actually this for something that
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: we were told never happens. Sure seems to have happened
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: a lot.
- 1:10:24Speaker 10: Well, it does happen a lot. And that's because the
- 1:10:26Speaker 10: states and they've admitted this. They don't really have a
- 1:10:29Speaker 10: way of verifying citizenship or confirming citizenship. And so you're
- 1:10:34Speaker 10: going to have a lot of noncitizens added to the
- 1:10:36Speaker 10: voter rolls. And so what the Trump administration has been
- 1:10:39Speaker 10: trying to do is provide support through the same program.
- 1:10:41Speaker 10: It's a DHS program that will provide this information to
- 1:10:46Speaker 10: But many of the states that we're talking about, California
- 1:10:49Speaker 10: and now Washington, their position is that federal law allows
- 1:10:53Speaker 10: them to do nothing and just accept the ballots that
- 1:10:56Speaker 10: are returned from noncitizens and count them. And what the
- 1:11:01Speaker 10: dissent in one of the cases in California is saying
- 1:11:04Speaker 10: is that, look, there's federal law that prohibits aliens or
- 1:11:10Speaker 10: non-citizens from voting in federal elections. And states cannot simply
- 1:11:14Speaker 10: hide behind other parts of state law or federal law
- 1:11:18Speaker 10: to allow those ballots to be counted without sort of
- 1:11:21Speaker 10: verifying or doing an investigation into those ballots. And so
- 1:11:26Speaker 10: I don't know if this will make it to the
- 1:11:27Speaker 10: Supreme Court, but I think that there's a solid enough
- 1:11:31Speaker 10: federal issue, an interest involved in federal elections not to
- 1:11:35Speaker 10: have these ballots counted, particularly when they're cast by non-citizens.
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: Well, it seems to me kind of the ultimate federalist issue,
- 1:11:42Speaker 2: doesn't it? It's like we're not trying to tell the
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: states what to do, but if they're going to have
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: a voice in the electoral college or in the running
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: of the federal government representation there, then it is incumbent
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: upon that state to cooperate in a fashion that is
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: lawful across all the other states as well. In other words,
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: you can't have 50 different levels of what constitutes federal
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: qualifications to participate in federal elections. To me, that's an
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: ultimate overarching issue that the Supreme Court had better have
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: an interest in. I mean, they may be voting themselves
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: out of a job if they find themselves on the
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: wrong side of that.
- 1:12:22Speaker 5: Well, that's right.
- 1:12:23Speaker 10: And so obviously, the administration of elections is usually delegated
- 1:12:27Speaker 10: to the states to run those elections. But the federal
- 1:12:30Speaker 10: government in this case has set a bar. They basically said, look, obviously,
- 1:12:34Speaker 10: non-citizens cannot vote in federal elections. There is an interest
- 1:12:38Speaker 10: in federal elections that the Trump administration has in enforcing
- 1:12:42Speaker 10: that law. And so states cannot simply fail to comply,
- 1:12:47Speaker 10: cannot take reasonable steps to to investigate and determine whether
- 1:12:51Speaker 10: or not a ballot is cast by a non-citizen or
- 1:12:53Speaker 10: a citizen. And so I think this is where the
- 1:12:58Speaker 10: Supreme Court sort of has to weigh in. I'm just
- 1:13:00Speaker 10: not sure they want to get involved seven days before
- 1:13:02Speaker 10: an election. I think there obviously is a greater issue
- 1:13:05Speaker 10: involved here where you simply, you know, particularly when there's
- 1:13:09Speaker 10: evidence that the federal government has, is there a duty
- 1:13:12Speaker 10: in the states to work with the federal government to
- 1:13:14Speaker 10: determine whether or not these ballots are legitimate?
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: I say yes.
- 1:13:19Speaker 10: But that's what the courts have said. But bravo zulo
- 1:13:22Speaker 10: to those states that have voluntarily worked with the federal
- 1:13:26Speaker 10: government and the Department of Justice.
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: And frankly, their.
- 1:13:29Speaker 10: Voter rolls are much more clean and accurate than those
- 1:13:32Speaker 10: that are not. And so I think that state legislatures
- 1:13:35Speaker 10: need to explicitly authorize the release of this information to
- 1:13:40Speaker 10: the Trump administration. That should be their next order of business.
- 1:13:43Speaker 10: I mean, I think it's, I think it's a bad
- 1:13:46Speaker 10: series of rulings based on my experience, but that's what
- 1:13:50Speaker 10: the courts have thus far said.
- 1:13:51Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: Are any of the cases that the administration has lost,
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: are any of them in position to appeal directly to
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: the Supreme Court at this state?
- 1:14:01Speaker 10: I believe that the closest I might have an opportunity
- 1:14:05Speaker 10: to go to the Supreme Court is the case out
- 1:14:07Speaker 10: of Michigan in the Sixth Circuit. That went to an
- 1:14:10Speaker 10: en banc review. That means all the judges on the
- 1:14:12Speaker 10: circuit court took a look at that case, and they've
- 1:14:17Speaker 10: reviewed that case. The question is, does the Supreme Court
- 1:14:20Speaker 10: think it's of that importance to take the case forward?
- 1:14:23Speaker 10: And I'm not sure there's actually a split in the circuit.
- 1:14:26Speaker 10: So it's really up in the air whether or not
- 1:14:28Speaker 10: the court will actually hear that case.
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: There may be some related.
- 1:14:31Speaker 10: Cases to that about access to voter registration rolls. But
- 1:14:35Speaker 10: at this point, I'm not sure the Supreme Court is
- 1:14:37Speaker 10: going to hear that case in the upcoming terms.
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: Well, whether it happens before this election is very doubtful.
- 1:14:48Speaker 2: But this is something that really... high-minded citizens and patriots
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: of this country need to pay attention to. Because if
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: we do not have clean voting rolls, we do not
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: have lawful elections. And the only way we're going to
- 1:15:04Speaker 2: get them is by demanding that the voter rolls be
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: clean and regularly updated and checked out. The number of
- 1:15:12Speaker 2: oopsies that we've had after the last several federal cycles
- 1:15:17Speaker 2: are just unacceptable. And again, we're told, oh, it never happens,
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: except in the hundreds of thousands of ballots that, you know,
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: shouldn't even be counted that end up getting thrown in.
- 1:15:28Speaker 7: I think you're right.
- 1:15:29Speaker 10: And that's why I continue to tell folks that election
- 1:15:33Speaker 10: integrity is on the ballot. There have been a lot
- 1:15:36Speaker 10: of advances by the Trump administration and attempts by the
- 1:15:39Speaker 10: Congress to pass good election integrity laws. But that could
- 1:15:43Speaker 10: change with a change in Congress. But I would say
- 1:15:48Speaker 10: that keeping our voter rolls clean is one of those
- 1:15:51Speaker 10: things that every citizen has a responsibility to sort of
- 1:15:55Speaker 10: vocalize their opinion on. And I think it's really vital
- 1:16:00Speaker 10: to the integrity of our elections.
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: And it's a nonpartisan. It should be a 90-10 issue.
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: Like there shouldn't be any dispute as to whether or
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: not clean vote. Because even if you're someone who opposes
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: me on everything that I believe in, don't you want elections,
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: to be honest. If we lose that idea, then democracy's done,
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: representative government's done. Don Palmer, thank you for all that
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: you're doing. Thanks for being with us. Thank you, Kevin.
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: You got it. Kevin McCullough coming back. It's That Kevin Show.
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: Stick around for more of That Kevin next. Serving it
- 1:16:48Speaker 4: up with a no-drink minimum. It's that Kevin Mac show.
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: All right, Kevin McCullough, glad to have you with us,
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: and always grateful for great, great sponsorships that come and
- 1:17:05Speaker 2: stand with us as well. Very soon, I'm going to
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: have an interview with the founders of the Z-Stack formula
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: that I'm taking now. It is an immune-boosting supplement, vitamin C,
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: vitamin D, a little bit of zinc, and a type
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: of zinc that gets into the cell, actually penetrates the cell.
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: Zinc is a hard-to-absorb element, but your body needs it.
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: It needs it to fight off the winter crud, as
- 1:17:32Speaker 2: would become very evident in the COVID battle that Dr.
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: Zelenko was part of. And if you've not tried it yet,
- 1:17:38Speaker 2: they're giving you a huge discount. Biggest in history. Only
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: $ 4. 95 to get your first bottle. Shipping and handling. You'll
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: also have to pay for that, but that's not much.
- 1:17:47Speaker 2: ZStackLife.com slash Kevin. ZStackLife.com. This will help you prevent getting
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: the crud. And if you have the crud, it'll help
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: your body fight it better. It just boosts your immune
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: system in a way that nothing else does. ZStackLife. Z
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: stack life.com slash Kevin Z stack life.com slash Kevin. All right. I,
- 1:18:12Speaker 2: I love it when funny things happen that people don't plan.
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: And over the weekend, uh, former president Obama's on the
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: campaign trail. He's, he's stumping for Abdul El-Sayed and others
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: that are out there. And, um, uh, look, I, I,
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: I've never spent any time with president Obama. I was
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: in a room with him once and, um, I think
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: he would be a gas just to have a Coke with,
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: you know, or what do they have have have a
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: beer at the White House Rose Garden. I think he
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: would be hilarious just to like talk to for a
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: couple of hours. But I don't agree with him on
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: anything like. there's literally nothing that we probably agree on.
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: So when he's out there campaigning and every now and
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: then he'll get into his folksy stage, you know, where
- 1:19:01Speaker 2: he's no longer, he's no longer being like the prim
- 1:19:04Speaker 2: and proper president. He starts talking, you know, country talk.
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: And he, over the weekend, tried to criticize the president
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: for the renovations at the White House. And a key
- 1:19:21Speaker 2: cabinet official in the administration hit back at his criticisms
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: by having lunch at the restaurant that was caught up
- 1:19:28Speaker 2: in the ex-president's critique. Obama spoke at a rally in
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: Ohio on Saturday while campaigning for the Democratic candidates there
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: and slammed President Donald Trump's renovations at the White House.
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: And he said that Trump, quote, seems very focused on
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: home renovations and he should be on HGTV. That's funny.
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: Who writes your material? Wow, that's awesome. He said he's
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: got the White House looking like Saddam Hussein opened a
- 1:19:52Speaker 2: cheesecake factory. Obama quipped after discussing Trump's affinity for gold
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: decor in the various projects underway at the White House,
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: including the new ballroom and changes to the Rose Garden
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: and the new helipad. Treasury Secretary Scott Besant responded by
- 1:20:10Speaker 2: going to a cheesecake factory in Washington, D.C. for lunch
- 1:20:14Speaker 2: and hit back at the former president's remarks with a
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: criticism of the design of Obama's Presidential Center in Chicago,
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: which I don't know if you've seen it. But here's
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: what Besson said. He said, this is the man who
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: built the museum that looks like Darth Vader's tomb. And
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: then he says, I had a great meal. I always
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: have a great meal. And I would tell the Martha's
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: Vineyard set to give it a try. But the Cheesecake Factory,
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: for most Americans, is considered a very nice night out
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: for most American families. It's not something that the average
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: family goes to all the time. There are those that
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: can afford it more often. But I'm just saying, it
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: in and of itself is kind of a pricey spend
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: for a family of five. But then he makes the
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: comparison to Obama's presidential library, and it does. It looks
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: like a missing piece of the Death Star. Sorry, not
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: trying to be personal. It's just, there's no comparison. Kevin McCullough,
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: we'll see you next time.
