- 0:04Say hello to Mother Earth. We're standing on Mother Earth. We're sitting on
- 0:08Mother Earth. Underneath that. Whatever we have here is Mother Earth, okay,
- 0:12and today's day to celebrate her. And it's so exciting. Thank you
- 0:16everybody for being here. Thank you worldwide audience. This is broadcasted on many
- 0:24different channels, and we're gonna later on go to Australia, to Egypt,
- 0:29to Vancouver to Miami. But our portion here is gonna go from right now
- 0:35to around four o'clock, and we welcome you to stay all day or come
- 0:39and see what's happening. You could go to YouTube dot com slash Good News
- 0:45Broadcast and the first person I want to bring up, and then we're going
- 0:49to talk about sponsors and other people because this gentleman is very busy. Times
- 0:55Square sees maybe four hundred thousand people a day, and actually we're gonna give
- 1:02a big applause because it's an anniversary I believe one hundred and twenty years.
- 1:07So Tom Harris is the president of the Times Square Alliance, who without we
- 1:11would not be here. Tom. All right, let me like you.
- 1:22Thank you very much everyone, and welcome to Times Square. It's so great
- 1:26that you could be anywhere today to celebrate Earth Day, and you chose Times
- 1:30Square and we really are thrilled and want to welcome everyone here for that event.
- 1:34As Paul said, we're all busy. I know I'm busy, I
- 1:38know all of us are busy. But we can't be too busy and busy
- 1:42enough to think about the planet. So it's all about taking the small steps.
- 1:45About ten years ago, the Time Square Alliance, wanting to do a
- 1:49little bit more for public space recycling, started a big Beller solar project,
- 1:53which you'll see our trash receptacles have some recycling and that's just the first step
- 1:59that we can all take. The second step is a reusable bag like the
- 2:01one that I have here from my local shop right. And then stuff that
- 2:06we're doing in our organization inside just to be a little bit more energy,
- 2:13be a little bit more efficient, is reusable water bottles. So again,
- 2:17welcome to Times Square, Thank you very much for being here for Earthday.
- 2:21This is the day that we pause to think about our planet. We only
- 2:24have one planet, but we should think about it every single day and make
- 2:29those small adjustments that if we all do it together, we can make for
- 2:32a more sustainable planet. Thank you very much, and have a great day.
- 2:42Okay, thank you Tom, all right, and I just would like
- 2:45to do a shout out for we have quite a wonderful group that has helped
- 2:50us to make this day possible. And I'm gonna first start with own ommm,
- 2:55who've been good friends with us and then been helping us make these shows
- 3:00occur. They're presenting today, and let's have a nice is this No,
- 3:06that's a picture of everybody actually on this screen, on this Times Square screen
- 3:10by our friends, a clear channel. Every hour there'll be a thirty second
- 3:17mention all day long about what we're doing here. So that's a beautiful thing
- 3:23as well. So let me just share some of our partners and sponsors.
- 3:29Manhattanboro President Mark Levine, who you'll meet later at one o'clock. He'll be
- 3:32speaking. He's a real environmentalist, so that's a good thing. Let's Disrupt
- 3:39Digital has been partnering with our Good News corporation, Timesquare Alliance. You just
- 3:46met him. New York City Parks and Recreation everybody. I want you to
- 3:50know this land right here, Father Duffy Square. There's Father Duffy up there,
- 3:54and George M. Cohen is behind US here statues, this is a
- 3:59city. Let's give a big shot in addition to Times Square, here in
- 4:03New York, we have the great, wonderful, lovely park system. So
- 4:08let's hear it for the New York Parks and Recreation Department. Please, it's
- 4:13very important. Twenty five million people a year go to Central Park. And
- 4:18let's think about Prospect Park, Van Cortland Park, Staten Island, and so
- 4:24on and so forth, and Queens. So all throughout New York and all
- 4:28throughout New York State. New York is one beautiful state. And who's been
- 4:31up in the Adirondics? All right, And so let's do a shout out
- 4:35for Kathy Hockel and the governors and everybody on doing their sustainability. So the
- 4:43big word today is sustainability. The big words today is SDG, the Sustainable
- 4:48Development Goals. The big word is ESG Environmental Social governance. So these are
- 4:56all environmental words. Climate concern, climate conditions, climate problems. That they're
- 5:04not problems. A problem is an opportunity to fix something. And as I
- 5:09said previously, before we got real rolling here, at one point mother Earth
- 5:14was all covered with ice. Okay, that probably was not a good scene.
- 5:18And you have to ice skate or you got nowhere. And so let's
- 5:23be happy that we have land and water and that's the good news here.
- 5:28Okay. So I wanted to say something. I'm gonna bring this microphone back
- 5:32a little bit. I hope I can. Okay, to live a full
- 5:40life, we have to have courage and good conscience. It's your conscience,
- 5:46your conscience that make suggestions on how you should live your life. If I
- 5:51want to throw this Mother Earth picture from the moon, if I want to
- 5:57throw it on the ground, is that good? Is that bad? Oh?
- 6:01It's disposable. It's not good. It's not a healthy way for us
- 6:04to live in any way. We want to burn it. I think burning
- 6:09HOUSEO has some concerns too. We're going to learn about the environment. The
- 6:13important thing is education. The more you know about what you do and how
- 6:16you live from the moment you get up to the moment you go to bed
- 6:20and where you go, and pay attention to it and see how you're What
- 6:25they call another buzzword is carbon footprint. Carbon footprint means how much pollution in
- 6:31your life, how much do you cause as a result of living on Mother
- 6:34Earth? Okay, We need courage and conscience to stand behind our beliefs.
- 6:41We need courage and conscience to share our thoughts. We need courage to believe
- 6:45in ourselves. We need courage to love, live in peace with all.
- 6:48We need courage to care for mother Earth. We need courage to procreate our
- 6:54next generation, and so much more. You all for being here, courage
- 7:00and just watching and sharing our good news and peace efforts. Proves you believe
- 7:05in life. Bravo to you all. We love you. We are all
- 7:10in this together. So I'd like to give one shout out right now once
- 7:15again to the Borough President, Mark Levine. Mark has been kind enough.
- 7:19He's a sustainable president of the Borough of Manhattan, and you're going to hear
- 7:25some of the projects from bike lanes to you know, this an island,
- 7:29so there's a water concern and indoor and outdoor add and congestion and so on.
- 7:34We're going to learn more about that today. So thank you, borrow
- 7:38President Mark Levin. All right, I'm all right. So I'm also a
- 7:44reverend, interfaith minister, ordained for all faiths and spirituality are no faith.
- 7:49Whatever you want to believe, enjoy your life, believe in whatever you feel
- 7:55is important to you. Just don't punch anybody in the nose, okay.
- 7:59So the important thing here is that I have been asked, and I'm part
- 8:05of the faith based community here under Mayor Adams and Pastor Monrose, who's the
- 8:11executive director. And I'm reading a prayer, okay, And this is a
- 8:16prayer for all from the Iroquois Indian prayer. We return thanks to our mother,
- 8:24the Earth, which sustains us. We return thanks to the rivers and
- 8:28streams which supply us with water. We return thanks to all herbs we furnish
- 8:33medicines for the cure of our diseases. We returned thanks to the corn and
- 8:43to our sisters the bean squash, which gave us a life. We return
- 8:46thanks to the bushes and trees which provide us with fruit. We return thanks
- 8:58to the wind, which moves the air has banished diseases. We returned thanks
- 9:03to the moon and the stars, which have given us the light when the
- 9:09sun was gone. We returned thanks to our grandfather, he know, who
- 9:13has given to us his reign. We return thanks to the sun that he
- 9:18or she has locked looked upon the earth with a benevolent eye. Lastly,
- 9:24we returned thanks to the Great Spirit in whom is emboyed all goodness and who
- 9:31directs all things for the good of his children. It's a prayer in powerful
- 9:35prayers every day living by Mark Linden o'mera. Let's let's let's I hope you
- 9:39had a chance to think about what I was saying, and I hope I
- 9:43was clear enough so you could. So let's give this wonderful Mark Linden o'meira
- 9:50some thanks here because that's a beautiful commentary about life and from the Indians.
- 9:56We also want to thank the Parks and Recreation Department for being part of this
- 10:01day. And I just want to now read the rest of our sponsors who
- 10:05have been part of this event. Our Good News Corporation, Let's Disrupt Digital
- 10:11Times, Square Alliance, New York Parks and Recreation, Rove, Disruptive,
- 10:15Provident, Unite Network, Hubcast Media, United Nations, Symphony Orchestra who are
- 10:20coming up very soon after Sister Jenna m twenty seven, Sambling, Buddha Foundation,
- 10:28Sentience, Earth Elders, Jimia hug A, Planet play A, Betty
- 10:35Unify, and we have people from all around the world. We have from
- 10:39India, we have from the Middle East. We have from the Latin countries
- 10:45and more. It's just from Asia and China and Taiwan, and it's some
- 10:52show. I'll tell you. We have four hours. So thank you very
- 10:54much, Sister Jenna. I believe Michelle are somewhere here and I'm going to
- 11:01go, so thank you very much. If you have any questions, I'll
- 11:05be around then we'll be happy to answer them if we can. If we
- 11:09can't, we'll get back to you. Thank you very much, sister Jenna.
- 11:13Yay, okay, thank you so much. Oh shanky everyone, good
- 11:52afternoon. I'd like to invite everyone to take a moment, in the hustle
- 11:58and the the busyness of this specific area. I'm going to invite you to
- 12:05take a moment to turn your attention inside of yourself. And if you don't
- 12:11mind, I'd like to invite you to close your eyes, just for a
- 12:15moment, close your eyes and turn your awareness and your attention inside of your
- 12:22self, inside of the soul inside of you, where there is a reservoir
- 12:31and energy of silence and a peace that exists in you despite the outside world.
- 12:48Turn your attention on your inner being. Close the windows of your mind
- 12:58to the eye side world, and pay attention to my voice and to these
- 13:07words, and escape in the sound of peace and silence inside of you on
- 13:22a day that we need and will restore our planet Earth. And while you
- 13:33sit in the space, I'm going to ask you to chant. Oh.
- 13:46I like everyone that's around who can hear my voice to chant after me.
- 13:54Oh mm hmmm, keep going, Oh, louder ooh, keep going.
- 14:28Oh, take a deep breath in one more time. Oh. We don't
- 14:52need one day to tell us to take care of our Earth through our planet.
- 14:58We need to just become mindful that every act that we perform that has
- 15:03peace and kindness is replenishing Master Earth, Mother Earth, Father Earth, the
- 15:11Child. I don't have to tell you what you have to do, but
- 15:18I can make a suggestion. One day a week, just eat vegetarian.
- 15:24Just if eight billion souls will eat vegetarian, just one day a week,
- 15:31we can have Mother Earth last a little bit longer. Another thing I'd like
- 15:37to invite you to do is, as you're walking and moving around in the
- 15:43busyness of this incredible space of energy, send your good wishes and pure feelings
- 15:48to a person next to you. I can't begin to tell you how that
- 15:54generates an energy on the Earth. Right now, I'd like you to send
- 15:58your good wishes and pure feelings to the person next to you and observe how
- 16:07it makes you feel. As we embark on this day of transformation and creating
- 16:14more awareness of our planet Earth, we beg you, We plead with you.
- 16:19Take a moment, hold your inner peace, Hold your inner peace,
- 16:26Send your good wishes to someone. The Earth needs our silence and our stillness.
- 16:34Even now I can feel it's gotten a little quiet. If we do
- 16:40this consistently, it'll lasts us a very long time. I want to congratulate
- 16:48all the promoters and the sponsors and everyone who has worked so tirelessly to create
- 16:53this in the heart of the city. Your efforts will definitely make a difference.
- 17:00And we invite everyone out there in the world just pause for a moment.
- 17:04Two things I've asked you. One week vegetarianism. Second, every day,
- 17:11as you walk and move around, send your good wishes and your pure
- 17:15feelings to folks that are passing you. Lots of good wishes, lots of
- 17:23love. Enjoy a day that is filled with such intention. Slow down a
- 17:30little bit, Just slow down, you move faster, You move faster,
- 17:37Take care, have a lovely day. Om shanty, om shanty. The
- 18:00time that we choose to be aware doesn't necessarily require me to just sit and
- 18:10meditate. But even while I walk and move around, I can be in
- 18:18a meditative awareness, which is awareness of the soul, the original, eternal,
- 18:32imperishable being of light. For a little while, I'd like to invite
- 18:41you to be present, to be here, and to be now. Allow
- 18:51your mind to settle in the moment, to relax. This meditation is about
- 19:04awareness. It's about becoming aware of your original and eternal self. It's about
- 19:12connecting to your truth. Let go of your name and observe yourself feeling nameless.
- 19:37Let go of your gender to discontinue thinking you're a man or a woman.
- 19:45Let it go and observe how you would feel walking around without a gender.
- 20:00Go of the role that you play, and let go of the titles
- 20:07that you own. Observe how you're feeling as you are gradually letting go.
- 20:22Let go of your religion and put it aside just for now. And let
- 20:34go of your nationality and even the language that you're accustomed to. Imagine you
- 20:52have no name, gender, role to religion, nationality, or even language.
- 21:18Ask yourself, how do you feel at this moment and in this feeling?
- 21:40Who would think of you? And who would you think of? The
- 21:52Supreme? Soul would think of you? And you, deliberated soul would think
- 22:03of the Supreme in this state of absolute freedom, I am truly who I
- 22:15am, A free, peaceful, pure, immortal and eternal soul. Allow
- 22:48yourself to just be absorbed in this awareness at this time. Well, lucky
- 23:17be, I'm getting to introduce the United Nations Symphony Orchestra. How about that?
- 23:27So this is an orchestra made up of wonderful talents who I believe also
- 23:34work at the United Nations. Are have friends at the United Nations, have
- 23:38friends of friends I don't know. You have a lot of talent here,
- 23:41and so we're very fortunate, you know, as life is. We are
- 23:47also known by our friends, and this is one wonderful group and we're going
- 23:52to be very very happy to hear them. Are you almost all ready to
- 23:57proceed? I believe you have a don't you have a musical director also?
- 24:00Or is you're somebody else needs to be on stage? Yes? Okay,
- 24:08here's the director of the organiza say you guys have been around first twenty fifteen
- 24:12that I have that right. Oh you please introduce everybody, and I'm going
- 24:19to get off. Thank you, let me get, let me get hello.
- 24:27Thank you. Happy Earthday to everybody in New York City. Give you
- 24:32sends hands a round of applows to all of you guys. Thank you so
- 24:34much. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and a warm welcome to each
- 24:44and everyone of you. The gather here in a connect Times Square, New
- 24:48York. Today is our day, and we have this amazing United Nations or
- 24:52casa here with us. And I'm going to introduce Marco Yes, thank you
- 24:57so much, Stefania, thank you very much. I am Margo Matute from
- 25:00m twenty seven. It's a small outfit here in New York City, had
- 25:04the honor of producing this wonderful orchestra of amazing human beings that work at the
- 25:10United Nations. I like to introduce the director of the Symphony Orchestra of the
- 25:15United Nations, mister Pedro Vasich. Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you,
- 25:29welcome and thank you for coming here today on this Earth Day. The
- 25:33United States Nations Symphony Orchestra. This is actually a reduced version of the orchestra.
- 25:37We have about ninety members altogether, but we couldn't squeeze them possibly all.
- 25:41On this stage. We're going to perform experts from a our one of
- 25:47our major projects that we did recently with M twenty seven and Marco Matute,
- 25:53and with these teamed Peruvian composer Dan te Valdez, who is here in the
- 25:57audience, who wrote an original new and the An opera on indigenous themes.
- 26:08There is a strong connection between indigenous peoples and the earth day. Indigenous populations
- 26:15represent about five percent of the global population, but they are actually custodians.
- 26:21They own or manage more than twenty five percent of the land on the planet.
- 26:26And on that land that the indigenous people's manage, about eighty percent of
- 26:33all the living things plants and animals live on the indigenous lands. Now,
- 26:38what's specific and what's important is that the lands that are under control and that
- 26:42are managed by the indigenous populations are depleting at much slower rate than the lands
- 26:51that we manage. So in order to save our planet and reduce the pollution,
- 26:56to reduce the the consequences of climate change, it would be good to
- 27:03actually look at the practices and experiences of Indigenous peoples. This is the reason
- 27:08why we embarked on this project and this project of Condor Passa and I hope
- 27:14you're gonna hear a few arias from this From this opera is a celebration of
- 27:21Indigenous culture as and indigenous issues. Indigenous peoples. Thank you for being here
- 27:25and thank you for enjoying our music. More more, who pat is the

- 50:40Hello again? United Nations Symphony Orchestra and magnificent opera and talent on that stage.
- 50:51Let's hear it for them? Was that a show of shows? In
- 50:54fact, it was so beautiful. I thought there were birds, beautiful birds
- 51:00singing on this stage and performing the music sounded like nature. And remember today
- 51:07is Earth Day, April twenty second. Every day is Earth Day. So
- 51:14hi. My name is Reverend Paul slackis all faiths and spiritual and no faith
- 51:20whatever anyone wants to believe. We're all into whatever we believe. Just let's
- 51:23be nice to each other. We're into the peace things. We do the
- 51:27International Day of Peace Concerts here in Times Square, and we've been doing it
- 51:30for twenty four years. And it's my honor and our honor to put this
- 51:36all together for all of you, and because we're able to, because we've
- 51:42had great support from Times Square Alliance, and for our next speaker, who
- 51:46is an environmentalist of unto himself, and that is the President of the Borough
- 51:52of Manhattan, mister Mark Levine, who's been serving since January twenty twenty two,
- 52:00who previously he was a council member of seventh District representing West Harlem,
- 52:05Harlem Heights, Morningside Heights, Upper West Side, where I'm from, and
- 52:10Washington Heights. In his eight years in city council, Mark was a leading
- 52:14voice for tenants rights, public health, equity and schools, transit, parks
- 52:19and housing. A chair of the City Council Health Committee, Mark rose to
- 52:23national prominence as a leader in fighting against the COVID nineteen pandemic. And we're
- 52:30all still recovering from the COVID nineteen pandemic and Mark was a leader here in
- 52:35New York. Thank you Mark, Thank you Ashley for what you do.
- 52:38Mark counted a community credit union in Washington. That's a lot of stuff.
- 52:45I know. Well, I'm going to wrap it up, and Mark is
- 52:46right, and he's fantastic. What a wonderful guy. And once again Thank
- 52:51you all for being here, Thank you Mark for helping us. Okay,
- 53:01Hello Times Square, Hello New York City, Happy Earth Day. Can you
- 53:07give it up again for the United Nations Orchestra. That was an inspiring,
- 53:12beautiful, brilliant performance. We had a lot of Broadway productions out here in
- 53:19the heart of Times Square. We had Beyonce perform up on that balcony.
- 53:23But I have never heard classical music, opera, original compositions so beautiful as
- 53:30the United Nations Orchestra. Give it up one more time for them, and
- 53:37to our host today, the godfather of this event, Reverend Paul Slacus,
- 53:43give it up for Paul again, not just a New Yorker, but a
- 53:46resident of the great borough of Manhattan of the Upper West Side. You have
- 53:52come to the right place to celebrate Earth Day. Everybody. You are at
- 53:55the crossroads of the world. You are on the island of Manhattan, in
- 54:00the greatest city in the world, and we are a city on the front
- 54:05lines of the fight to protect our planet on Earth Day and every day.
- 54:12So Paul asked that between the wonderful entertainment, that I say a word or
- 54:16two about our challenges to protect our planet. Here in New York City as
- 54:22we celebrate Earth Day, and you know the number one source of greenhouse gases
- 54:29here, it's not our cars, or our trucks or our buses, it's
- 54:34all these tall buildings. Seventy percent of the greenhouse gases in New York City
- 54:39are generated by our large buildings. So five years ago, we passed the
- 54:45law known as the Climate Mobilization Act that gave New York City the most aggressive
- 54:51plan in the world to win the race to carbon neutrality by requiring all these
- 54:58big buildings to rush so that by twenty thirty they've reduced their greenhouse gas usage
- 55:06by forty percent, and by twenty fifty that they get to net zero carbon
- 55:12neutrality. We're gonna do that in New York City. This is big.
- 55:15You can applaud for that goal. No other city on Earth can match it,
- 55:17but they should, and we know that to achieve our climate goals,
- 55:23we got to get people out of cars, onto the subway into mass transit.
- 55:30That's tough to do. We passed the law that's taking effect in June
- 55:35called Congestion Pricing. That's gonna get people out of their cars and onto the
- 55:39subway. A little more controversial, but Will you applaud for that too?
- 55:43There you go, and we know that the way we collect and manage our
- 55:47waste has a significant climate impact. New York City is behind on composting.
- 55:54If you believe in composting, will you make some noise? Yes, you
- 55:58do. So We're gonna get composting in every building in Manhattan by next year.
- 56:04This is the goal because when organics go to landfill, they decompose in
- 56:09amidst methane that contributes to climate change. We don't want that. We want
- 56:15our organics, our food waste sent to compost. That is a win for
- 56:21the environment. And we are pushing an inspiring initiative to plant one million more
- 56:28trees in New York City. What do you say to that. Trees absorb
- 56:35CO two, They clean our air, They make a neighborhood cooler on a
- 56:40hot day in the midst of a big storm event. They can absorb water
- 56:46so it doesn't flood our sewers and our subways. If you love trees,
- 56:52make some noise. Well, we've come together to push to plant one million
- 56:57more trees in New York City. For our physical health, for our mental
- 57:00health, for our climate. We want to plant them on streets. We
- 57:06want to plant them in parks, We want to plant them in school yards,
- 57:10on public housing campuses, on rooftops, everywhere in the city to green
- 57:15our New York to make it more resilient. And finally, while we fight
- 57:21to win the race to Carmen neutrality, we want to protect New York City
- 57:24from the climate change that's already here. We know seas our rising and just
- 57:30ten years ago in Superstorm Sandy, we lost New Yorkers to this storm.
- 57:36So we are making our coastline in this city of islands more resilient. All
- 57:42around the southern tip of Manhattan, we're building up our coastline so the next
- 57:46time there's a major flood event, we'll be safe. We're gonna do all
- 57:51this in Manhattan and New York City, and we're committing to this on Earth
- 57:55Day. And this is a multi natural national event. Said a couple of
- 58:00words in Spanish. What do you say about that? So you'll tell us
- 58:04in tiene Espanol saying tiende wow. But again you're playing in this tiempo ska
- 58:14Spano polante haky ques song, ambienteleistas oi el dia latierra, el condaw Manhattan
- 58:22in New York. It's almost sum momente. Come prometitos a la luca por
- 58:27el bien retro planeta por del bien the brot, the head and media and
- 58:30biente Aca and is Lithaly, Manhattan, Hero Single Condole, New York,
- 58:37Oi Eldia de la tierra in toto elano ato gracias. Thank you so much
- 58:45for allowing me to speak to you today, to those of you who are
- 58:47observing the Jewish holiday of Passover tonight, as I will beg psa sama,
- 58:54Thanks so much, everybody. All right, thanks Mark so much in every
- 59:04language. Okay, all right, and shallom okay. I just wanted to
- 59:12thank Mark for being there and joining us, and think about each one of
- 59:15those initiatives. Take our public transportation, it's marvelous. I was fortunate enough
- 59:22to come here by a subway and our bus and a lot of great things.
- 59:29New York has that opportunity for all. So we're going to continue on
- 59:32with the show. I believe Rove is joining us next and I am saying
- 59:38have fun. Hey everyone, my name is Jason. I'm the founder of
- 1:00:12ROV honored to be here on Earth Day. So in twenty seventeen I started
- 1:00:17working with the United Nations at the intersection of how we could use Web three
- 1:00:22and blockchain technology to help solve the sustainable development goals. And there's actually a
- 1:00:29lot of crossover here between banking the unbanked and transparently tracking charitable donations and social
- 1:00:36impact investing. But there was a huge asset class that didn't really exist at
- 1:00:40the time and it wasn't very popular, known as NFTs. Right, and
- 1:00:45NFTs allow for a lot of really powerful ways for organizations to fund causes they
- 1:00:52care about and reward their supporters. So we've built the first one of the
- 1:01:04first crypto consumer apps approved by the app Store, known as rove World,
- 1:01:07and this allows organizations or entities to sell NFTs and to track their holders on
- 1:01:15the blockchain, track the loyalty, the support, the engagement of their holders,
- 1:01:20and reward them on an ongoing basis, whether that's tokens, more NFTs,
- 1:01:27different types of rewards like VIP access, etc. This is all possible
- 1:01:31on a very transparent blockchain. So we launched that in twenty twenty one and
- 1:01:37the goal of rove World was to be super easy to use for the masses.
- 1:01:42You never need to hold crypto. You could download it in the app
- 1:01:45store, you sign in with an email and just like that, you're buying
- 1:01:49NFTs from the causes you care about and getting rewarded well. In one week
- 1:01:53from now, we're really excited to announce, in partnership with Ome, the
- 1:01:59release of the official Andy and Hope NFTs. You guys just saw the UN
- 1:02:05Symphony Orchestra. These will be the official NFTs and they come with a lot
- 1:02:10of different perks. Right one is pre album access to l condor PASA,
- 1:02:17which we just heard Andy Hope. There's also special VIP access right to the
- 1:02:23UN General Assembly and all the other rewards that Rove can offer, rare digital
- 1:02:30collectibles, tokens, et cetera. So really excited. Oh and all all
- 1:02:37of the funds that are raised will go to Accelerator Global, which is a
- 1:02:43program to support the Latin youth in the initiatives that they care about. So
- 1:02:47once again this is a way for entities to fundraise and support their holders on
- 1:02:53an ongoing basis. So super honored to be a part of this and be
- 1:02:59on the lookout for NFT going live one week from now. Thanks everone,
- 1:03:04Okay, that was Roe, thank you Row All right, we still have
- 1:03:08a lot of people doing a lot of good things. We're gonna have a
- 1:03:13cultural showcase, I believe, with Lama Tashi. Then we're going to have
- 1:03:17another keynote speech speech by His Highness chic Abdul Lazzi Nuami, he's the green
- 1:03:27Chik from the Middle East. And I have the Earth Elders trailers premiere keynote
- 1:03:32Akune so and that's just maybe the next twenty minutes. So wow, there's
- 1:03:38a lot of good news on this stage and it's going to continue on all
- 1:03:44day. Well, you know, I'll keep going on here. You know,
- 1:03:46I just realized we didn't show doctor Jane Goodall, and we didn't show
- 1:03:52Leonardo DiCaprio, and we didn't show Stevie Wonder, and we didn't show Ringo
- 1:03:57Starr. So at some point we have to show those people because actually the
- 1:04:04premise of the show is really the words of doctor Jane Goodall, and in
- 1:04:11her video you will see and we will see how she says, if we
- 1:04:15don't take care of Mother Earth, we'll never have peace. So mother Earth
- 1:04:20is instrumental for the world of peace, and let's love her and move life
- 1:04:30forwards in the way that's positive. Are they ready to go. I think
- 1:04:40Michelle are good friends. Oh wow, Maria and Michelle from the OME organization.
- 1:04:45They're part of two d ms, and we're crazy about these people.
- 1:04:49They're really dedicated to world peace, to Mother Earth, good parenting, good
- 1:04:58family and someone's it's today, here we go whose birthday? Say so he
- 1:05:08can hear me. It's Elan's birthday. So happy birthday to Elan that was
- 1:05:13born on Earthday four years ago. My name is Maria Alphonse and I am
- 1:05:17happy to be here. I'm one of the founders of Home. Those three
- 1:05:24ms that you see there, one of them is me, and we're super
- 1:05:27happy to be presenting Earthday in Manhattan. Such an honor to be among so
- 1:05:34many special people, so enjoy it. Hi everyone, good afternoon. My
- 1:05:45name is Michelle Nursisso I am one of the m's in Home, and thank
- 1:05:53you so much everyone for bringing your beautiful energy here today and for supporting this
- 1:05:58wonderful cause his Mother Earth. You know, so all we have this is
- 1:06:02our home, so hopefully that everyone will be inspired by all the beauty that
- 1:06:09you're seeing today. I'm really fortunate to introduce one of our ambassadors, UH,
- 1:06:16the venerable Lamatashi along with his whole team, and I'm so sorry that
- 1:06:21I don't remember everyone's names, but they're very amazing. And just a little
- 1:06:27bit about Lamatashi because you're gonna see him doing a little bit of painting here.
- 1:06:31Lamatashi was the official artist for his Holiness, the Dalai Lama for several
- 1:06:35years. If you go to Dharamsala, where where his Holiness currently resides,
- 1:06:42and you see the beautiful temple, that's just you know, think you know
- 1:06:46Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel. This is what Lamaitashi was part of creating. And he's
- 1:06:53also one of the founders of the only registered Tibetan museum in the world,
- 1:06:58the Museum of contemporaryes Betan Art, which is based in the Netherlands, and
- 1:07:02we are looking to find a place in the US so we can build something
- 1:07:06similar here to continue to spread all of the beautiful teachings of Tibetan Buddhism and
- 1:07:13Tibetan culture. So I'm really honored to present my dear brother and friend as
- 1:07:16well as the rest of the team. And again, thank you everyone for
- 1:07:19being here. Hope you enjoy h oh hello, hello, thank you m
- 1:08:05hmm. Thank you, Michelle and Maria. Hello, hello, hello,

- 1:09:50will meet everyone. We will need to have a lot of support to preserve
- 1:09:57Tibetan culture. H like here the museum, this our logo and today we
- 1:10:03have with the Tibetan lamas UH here from different parts of Tibetan India. We
- 1:10:13came here to pray on this special occasion, our day. We are very
- 1:10:19proud that the Tibetan we stand here to pray for the old piece love and
- 1:10:26compassion. And I thank Home for supporting us, supporting me especially to my
- 1:10:34activities where our monks join and also, I want to thank Nick for that
- 1:10:43for sponsoring our this event and we have I would like to ask our monks
- 1:10:51to introduce themselves. Hello. I am Tanzi Benjo. I wish you having
- 1:11:00this. Hello everyone, my name is yish Chamba. I pray for all
- 1:11:11of you good luck, Thank you very much. Hello. My name is
- 1:11:18My name is ax I. Pray for old peace and all sension being.
- 1:11:26Thank you. Hello, good awting everyone. I'm tens Sega. I'm from
- 1:11:35Tibet. I pray for all peace and happiness to you all. Good afternoon
- 1:11:42everyone. I am Maria la Ren in support of Lamatashi, and we are
- 1:11:46happy to celebrate World Earth Day and we're wishing you all prosperity, long life
- 1:11:53and good health. Oh you the bar lord, you do you get?
- 1:13:11Oh? Loo loo loo loo? Oh more money? And I would like
- 1:14:10to participate. Everyone together, we will recite Mandra of compassion. We don't
- 1:14:17see this, oh can we put it on the side? This? This,
- 1:14:28this one this mm hmm. So we will recite the mandra in the
- 1:14:44background together, the mike and the chicken. You don so together we will
- 1:14:56recite the own money pay me home? Okay. So I would like to
- 1:15:13have everyone recite this mandra on money pay me home. I will explain a
- 1:15:17little bit o money patmeho. And on the top it's written in Tibetan calligraphy.
- 1:15:28So a money pay home is very the most important Tibetan mandra. It
- 1:15:33means consciousness is like a diamond in the lotus. That means we all grow
- 1:15:40out of this muddy water like the lotus. So we will grow from the
- 1:15:45deep muddy water, which becomes the ingredients for the lotus to grow. And
- 1:15:53lotus survives through this muddy water, coming out of the water, the dirty
- 1:15:59and above the service of the water clearly, purely, beautifully, as if
- 1:16:04the lotus didn't touch the dirty water like that. This mandra is oh money,
- 1:16:11pay me home, that's the meaning. So then all the bees comes
- 1:16:15from distance, crossing the valleys towards the flower, towards the lotus. So
- 1:16:20this is our most important Tibetan mandra. So we will reset that together.
- 1:16:26We will go like did you hm did you? So we will go like
- 1:16:36this, Oh money, pay oh money, pay oh money, pay man?
- 1:16:47Okay getty on, oh money, pay man, oh man money,
- 1:16:59pay oh my name badmel oh my name, payman, Oh my name,

- 1:25:57yes, sah girl by show Oh so get them whatso yeah? Oh
- 1:26:38gag so so love yellow. Oh my name bamy oh money payment money,
- 1:27:18So that's okay. So given show never you just than there were never Yoji.
- 1:27:45I pray together with the monks on behalf of Tibet and my culture for
- 1:27:53the world piece and to generate compassion and to free from obstacles and sufferings for
- 1:28:00all of you. These are the prayers to free ourselves from ignorance, desires,
- 1:28:10and hatreds. That is the meaning of money. Pay me who.
- 1:28:14So I have done this. Here the Buddha touching the earth, and here
- 1:28:21it's oahu in the Tibetan mantra of our body, speech and the mind,
- 1:28:30the pure form like the Buddha's body, speech and mind. And then the
- 1:28:33flying monks the symbolize our conscines, our true self, of our Buddha nature.
- 1:28:42So we all have a Buddha nature. So it's a matter of growing
- 1:28:45it. So in Buddhism we say we all will enlighten one day, sooner
- 1:28:51or later. So if you recite this mandra oh money pay me who,
- 1:28:58please remember that and that we grow as a flower, be the flower not
- 1:29:03the bee. If you can all remember, be the flower not the bee.
- 1:29:11Can we say together be the flower not the bee? So if you
- 1:29:15be that, and then all the bee comes towards you, and we grow
- 1:29:21as a flower each time, every time which conflict ourselves with our environment,
- 1:29:30like the flower grow its petal, same way, we grow our qualities like
- 1:29:35the flower and be always beautiful no matter what. So this is the symbol
- 1:29:42where the Buddha comes up above the surface of the water, enlightened mind,
- 1:29:47body and the speech. Thank you very much for this. Ah. I
- 1:29:56want to invite Michelle and uh Maria. I want to organizing this together for
- 1:30:08us. We want to thank our inviters, mister Nick, Michelle, thank
- 1:30:26you very much for this great honor for my country, for todd if you.

- 1:31:43group. So is everybody enjoying the event today? Wonderful, much more amazing
- 1:31:48things to come. Thank you all for coming. Thank you, thank you

- 1:32:18I must say I bless you, thank you so much. So to
- 1:32:25get together with So we'll turn there, we'll turn and then we take picture.
- 1:32:33Yes, yes, so we will say tashi. They like it's a
- 1:32:47Tibetan word to bring good luck and good health. So we say three times
- 1:32:56tashi. They like, one would tashi de leg and hen we can put
- 1:33:03the hentjes like that. When we see Dada Lama and the lamas we say
- 1:33:08Tashi de leg dashi de lag. Thank you very much, Thank you,
- 1:33:15and I wish you all on behalf of my culture. For the Tibetan monks.
- 1:33:19Good luck, good health, Thank you, Hi, Good day in
- 1:33:27New York City Times Square. I'm happy to be at this amazing event today.
- 1:33:30Thank you Nick, thank you Michelle and everyone who's turned up today.
- 1:33:34Our next guest very close to my heart, his Royal Highness Shake up do
- 1:33:40Laziz al Naoumi all the way from Dubai to inspire us with his knowledge,
- 1:33:45also known as the Green Shak. Exactly five years ago he was in Mumbai
- 1:33:50with me, where we hosted an event called Beyond Medicine. Welcome, Welcome,
- 1:33:57your Highness. He's also an author of a best seller across the Indian
- 1:34:00subcontinent in the Middle East, The Dry Fasting Miracle, which we wrote in
- 1:34:06honor of his sister. So thank you so much, brother, Thank you,
- 1:34:12please inspire us. Happy air Day. I'm so pleased to be here
- 1:34:26in New York Times Square, traveling half of the planet to come to celebrate
- 1:34:30with you. So amazing. I'm going to offset this my travel with two
- 1:34:36thousand, five hundred kilos of carbon dioxide. So I'm going to plant about
- 1:34:44sixty five trees back home to offset my travel. Well, I want to
- 1:34:53share with you some thoughts about how to make a better future for all of
- 1:34:57us. To start with my journey, I'm under as ease and amy as
- 1:35:04known as the Green Share. G for global, R for reathing, E
- 1:35:10for enlightenment, other E for ethics, and N is for network, which
- 1:35:15is net worth. The other world is shake is for spiritual, H for
- 1:35:23humility, humble down to earth, than E for environment, I for improvement.
- 1:35:32We need to improve every minute, every second. Then K for knowledge.
- 1:35:38We need to have that knowledge to plement it to practices, not to
- 1:35:44solve the problem, to make our life much better. And the last letter
- 1:35:47of this acronym of green Chare is k is h, which is human being.
- 1:35:55So green Chare is actually that's my genes. I put them on front
- 1:36:00to serve people and to save this planet. I'm doing this fifty years ago,
- 1:36:06not just now fifty years now. I have another fifty years because our
- 1:36:12dreams is beyond our age. It has no number. My journey. My
- 1:36:26journey didn't start in a big fancy places or palaces or the large desert where
- 1:36:33I live or where I'm from. It started in the simple beauty of nature.
- 1:36:40There among the quiet sand and under the big starry sky. I realize
- 1:36:46what I needed among the quiet sand and nature to made me see we were
- 1:36:53not treating it well to do. Being too close to nature made me so
- 1:36:59really passionate and decided to help and not to fix the planet. To fix
- 1:37:04myself. First, I wanted to stand up for people, plants, animals
- 1:37:13of the planet. When I was six, I was with my dad in
- 1:37:18a hunting trip for falconry. My dad is one of the falconer He trained
- 1:37:25thousands of falcons in his life. So I asked him I wanted to have
- 1:37:30my own falcon. But that helped me to see a bigger picture. He
- 1:37:35said, ab the Laziz, you have a special path ahead. Learn a
- 1:37:41lot, find what excites you, and use it to help people on the
- 1:37:46Earth. You are going to be my future falcon. Today, our world
- 1:37:55is at pivotal moment. We are blessed with a plant and nature, beauty
- 1:38:00and resources, but it's now facing significant threats. Climate change is leading to
- 1:38:09more frequent and severe weather events. Just a few days ago, it happens
- 1:38:15even in my country wide, diversity is also declining at alarming rate, and
- 1:38:21pollution continues to degrade our natural environment. These environmental issues are closely linked with
- 1:38:30social and economic problems that affect humidity worldwide. Despite a looming threads of rising
- 1:38:41sea levels and increasing desertification, there remains a chance for us to shift our
- 1:38:47course and leave a positive mark on this planet Earth. If we define what
- 1:38:54is a better future for all, it means living in harmony within ourselves,
- 1:39:01within others, and with the nature, where everyone has a clean air,
- 1:39:09clean water and healthy soil. It's about using natural energy sources like the sun,
- 1:39:17the wind, and making sure every child we have, every child we
- 1:39:26have, should have a bright future and secure. This vision shows us the
- 1:39:33way forward. COP twenty eight in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates last year
- 1:39:42highlighted Kivy achievements in climate action, such as creating the Loss and Damage Fund
- 1:39:49and the establishment of the Global Goal on Adaptation, signaling a major push towards
- 1:39:57sustainability and resilience. The summit also reinforce the urgency of a just transition away
- 1:40:05from fossil fuels and emphasize the need of significant financial support for venerable nations setting
- 1:40:15a clear path for a global cooperation and action actionable climate goals. If we
- 1:40:23ask a question, what are the paths for our brighter future? There are
- 1:40:30many. There are many I want to share with you, few of them
- 1:40:35I think they are so important. To advance toward a brighter future, we
- 1:40:42must fully embrace innovation and sustainable practices that respect our planet's balance. It's all
- 1:40:49about the balance how we will live in this planet. Education is important,
- 1:40:57will be our guiding force and light and empowering communities to make a wise and
- 1:41:02bold commitment and decisions. Even our policies must be deeply rooted and sustainability,
- 1:41:14ensuring every choice reflect our dedication on this Earth. Together, regardless of national
- 1:41:25color, cultural or ideological differences, we must commit to a global pact that
- 1:41:32leads our world to a future of sustainability, peace, and prosperity. And
- 1:41:39prosperity that's really connecting all of us. Finally, let's call for action.
- 1:41:46Join me you as a guardian of the planet and shaping our future. Now
- 1:41:54where harmony tribes, Let's channel our passions into impactful actions. Those impactful actions,
- 1:42:02each choice echoing our commitment to Earth's well being. Together, as architect
- 1:42:10of change, we will cultivate a legacy of hope, resilience, and sustainability.
- 1:42:18Our journey starts now, each of us playing a crucial role and preserving
- 1:42:23our home, this planet for future generation. Let's move forward with purpose for
- 1:42:31our Earth, our children, and a better tomorrow. Remember, our earth
- 1:42:40can't be fixed until we fixed ourselves. Thank you people. All about people.
- 1:43:05The planet is about people. When we connect them, the planet will
- 1:43:10be better. Mm hmmm h m hm into m hm h m h Layers
- 1:44:13to name Jallon Coble h layers Colle to name Jallian nothing co co trouble.
- 1:44:48Okay, hello everyone, We just had a moment of taking the show from
- 1:44:56Vancouver, and later on we'll be going into Australia, Egypt, Miami and
- 1:45:02more from Vancouver. So let me introduce what's happening here. All right.
- 1:45:09My name is Revn Paul Slatkis. So faiths and spiritual and whatever you might
- 1:45:14want to believe, as long as you're kind and loving and caring for yourself,
- 1:45:18for the planet and everybody and then the plant or animals around you.
- 1:45:24So we still have a monster show here in the Times Square until at least
- 1:45:30four o'clock. Aren't soon Earth elders are going to come up. We're gonna
- 1:45:35have a keynote with Canal Sued Founder We the Planet, Chief Impact officer from
- 1:45:43the Chopra Foundation and special advisor to Global Expert of Disruptive and Deepak Chopra has
- 1:45:48been involved in our shows over the years. When the World collide, SDG
- 1:45:56panel is going to happen, so SG. There's some buzzwords in the world
- 1:45:59of Earth concerns. Okay, SDG is this development goals, Sustainable development goals.
- 1:46:08Those are part of the United Nations and there are these goals are what
- 1:46:13the countries which there's one hundred and ninety three desire to eradicate and there are
- 1:46:20quite serious goals and you should go to like UN dot org and learn about
- 1:46:26that. Another buzzword in Earth Day and today is Earth Day, and give
- 1:46:30yourselves an applause for caring enough to spend some time to think about Mother Earth
- 1:46:35please. Okay. Another and important this is a kind of a corporate word
- 1:46:43ESG Environmental social governments, and that's corporations taking care of environmental sustainability within the
- 1:46:53corporations. But it's important to always Remember, a corporation is just people.
- 1:46:59Well, what makes corporation not the name of the corporation, it's the people
- 1:47:02within the corporation. So we actually have a term our Good News Corporation PSG,
- 1:47:09which means personal social governance. It's all about us. It's about your
- 1:47:15conscience, it's about your courage to do the right thing, and it's always
- 1:47:18in every aspect of your life. Do what you think is right, be
- 1:47:23kind to your neighbor, and we move forward in this world. Okay,
- 1:47:30So corporate social responsibility is important as well. That's CSR and keep going.
- 1:47:40All right, So do you know we're on an island, all right.
- 1:47:43We heard from the borough president, Mark Levine earlier and he was talking about
- 1:47:48all of the initiatives that we're looking at here, concern about the buildings,
- 1:47:55the air quality, the outside air quality. Suggesting public transport for all.
- 1:48:00New York has amazing public transportation all day, all night. All right,
- 1:48:06let's hear it for New York and it's public transportation for New York City.
- 1:48:12Seriously, you can get around for two dollars and a little change, and
- 1:48:17if you're a senior like me, you can go for a half okay,
- 1:48:20which is the deal. It's worth getting gold for okay, because there's a
- 1:48:26lot of opportunities for us seniors here in New York. This is a very
- 1:48:30much a philanthropic, a very much a concerning city for those in need.
- 1:48:39So I think the subways are fantastic. I'm in there all the time.
- 1:48:44Life is good. We're gonna have the voice of Monaco now, Alan Lendler,
- 1:48:57he's coming up and and and along with Byron Bird. Bird, Byron
- 1:49:06Bird, What a perfect name for today. All right, who knows the
- 1:49:11peace bird? What's the peace bird? What? What a kind of bird?
- 1:49:14Is it? Peace stuff? Okay, well we have a bird coming
- 1:49:19up on stage and someone from Monica. Look out nicely stressed, You guys
- 1:49:23look beautiful. All right, come on up and share. Thank you very
- 1:49:26much for coming here. I didn't see his jacket. Check this out you
- 1:49:36Hello, New York. Just got to get the stand up a little higher.
- 1:49:45I came. I came here. We came here when Sabert could come.
- 1:49:48Unfortunately maybe next year for sure. Uh And next year we promised were
- 1:49:56we'll perform. I am an uninjured voice for Monaco Official and my name is
- 1:50:01Byron Bird with the group the funk group Son. We've performed all around the
- 1:50:05world with many many groups and stuff like this Golden Platinum Records. But what
- 1:50:10we wanted to do tonight is we wanted to tell the people here in Manhattan
- 1:50:15we're about to launch a big program, all right, and this program is
- 1:50:20going to bring ecology and technology because there has to be a blend there into
- 1:50:27the world to help peace through what we do in sports, music and the
- 1:50:33arts. We work with the un DSMA, which is the United Nations Department
- 1:50:39for the Sports, Music and Arts, and we plan to do many,
- 1:50:43many events around the world. All right, We're going to just show you
- 1:50:45a little bit of the video and we're gonna have maybe a little bit of
- 1:50:48participation, but we would love later for each and every one of you to
- 1:50:54check out the social media that we have and everything else and join in with
- 1:50:58the movement that is being kicked started right here in Times Square. And I
- 1:51:02don't forget to come up. We got a little gift for me for you,
- 1:51:08that's right, Yeah, BEAUTI forgift. So you just after that bearded
- 1:51:12video and when you come up, then that's right. So right now,
- 1:51:15if the sound man and the video man can play the video. It would
- 1:51:18be great and anybody that wants these special glasses will throw some out to you.
- 1:51:25They're going to create a big fad, all right. This is sunglasses
- 1:51:30for a sunny day on Earth Day. Yeah. Usually there's technical difficulties all
- 1:51:45the time. It's coming, He's coming instead. Has everybody enjoyed today so
- 1:51:57far? I think it's been great, you know, Mark Levine, President
- 1:52:03of the Borough of Manhattan. Everyone else here, the Rev. Nick has
- 1:52:09done a great job. I mean a fantastic job of pulling this event together.
- 1:52:15He does a lot all the time, and the Rev does one here
- 1:52:17many times a year for many years, so give them your support. Must
- 1:52:29be still a little bit of a technical problem, Okay, okay, there's
- 1:53:05been a technical difficulty. There's been technic technical difficulties back in the back.
- 1:53:11The video won't be played right now, so it's meaningless for us to be
- 1:53:15here. So what we're gonna do is we're gonna hand out some of these
- 1:53:17glasses and we'll let you know when the video is ready and you'll be able
- 1:53:21to enjoy it. We want everybody to participate, and we'll be working in
- 1:53:27many areas around the world. Easter Island, you know, where we're going
- 1:53:31to be in the Himalayas you know, in Nepal, a lot of places
- 1:53:36around the world, and we work. We're working with artists and musicians like
- 1:53:42Ronald Deino, you know Rafie on the dial, all of the biggest people
- 1:53:47on the planet we plan to bring into this movement. So we want everybody
- 1:53:51to watch and really concentrate on what we need to do in this planet through
- 1:53:57ecology, technology for peace, through music, sports and the arts. All
- 1:54:03right, I'm gonna throw some of these out if anybody wants some there here.
- 1:54:06By the way, if you come to can the Film Festival, we'll
- 1:54:12be here. We'll be there also at the Grand Prie to Formula one.
- 1:54:15So come on, come on, not go. Anybody wants any glass,
- 1:54:19says that, come on, yeah, yeah, I want you to look
- 1:55:02cool the rest of the day. Where are your sunglasses? All right?
- 1:55:15I got the last one that I had on. Do you want it?
- 1:55:26Thank you everyone, Sorry for the technical difficulties. You'll see the video a
- 1:55:30little later. Goodbye New York. Hello, good afternoon everyone. It's my
- 1:55:49humble privilege to share this message with you on behalf of the airth elders A
- 1:55:55Council of thirteen Original Nation elders that span every continent across the globe. As
- 1:56:00you'll see in the trailer, Original Nations have prophesied of our time for millennia.
- 1:56:08We are standing at the alchemic intersection of profound, social, spiritual,
- 1:56:14and ecological transformation. We're asking you for your urgent support and telling these stories.
- 1:56:23Our brother Mike, a survivor of the residential schooling system, is conducting
- 1:56:28vast pilgrimages across Canada, fostering a movement with the young people in honoring all
- 1:56:33life. In the depths of the Amazon, Chief Ninawa faces looming attacks on
- 1:56:41his people's ancestral lands as he works to launch the University of the Forest.
- 1:56:47Cindy is working to protect her ancestral lands as the race for oil in the
- 1:56:53Arctic is seen as an opportunity over the imminent threat of ice life and cultural
- 1:56:59memory being lost forever. Rutendo, guardian of indigenous African knowledge, is working
- 1:57:09to share Africa's rich cultural wisdom with the world almost lost to centuries of brutal
- 1:57:14colonization. In the heart of the Lithium Triangle in Argentina, Grandmother Emma is
- 1:57:21mobilizing four hundred indigenous communities to protect their ancestral lands from lithium extraction and green
- 1:57:29colonialism. Mizaki and Mindahi are working to reawaken ancient sites across the world.
- 1:57:38They're calling on world leaders to honor all life and to protect the biocultural territories
- 1:57:43of indigenous people across the world. The Earth Elders stories stand as a testament
- 1:57:49of resilience, of cultural survival, and of kinship to end the cycle of
- 1:57:57empire and separation. The Elders are calling for us to remember who we truly
- 1:58:00are and unify together now more than ever before. We need to stay centered
- 1:58:09in our hearts. For as long as we love, we will dream of
- 1:58:13life. Our future is in the stories we tell ourselves. Now here's the
- 1:58:20trailer. Behear with these guys. M Okay, okay, okay, it's
- 1:59:08gonna just take five minutes. Guys. I want to thank you for your
- 1:59:11patience. The messages that the Elders are going to be sharing with you are
- 1:59:15spoken from the heart, and I hope that it resonates with you. I
- 1:59:20hope that you feel called to be involved, and yeah, please join us
- 1:59:25in this era of what can be unprecedented peace and transformation. Thank you once
- 1:59:36again, Hello everybody Earth Day here Times Square. We thank the Times Square
- 1:59:42Alliance, who's loudest to be here. New York City Parks, we thank
- 1:59:47them as well, and the Borough President of Manhattan, Mark Levine, and
- 1:59:54the whole group. Everybody look around and see who's been involved with this big,
- 2:00:00big production. So some of the time, let me mention to you
- 2:00:03that some of the downtime is a result of this is a worldwide TV show.
- 2:00:10So we have a broadcast control room in Vancouver, all right, and
- 2:00:16so they're taking the feed from here and they're putting commentary there and adding it
- 2:00:23to the show. And then later on the same kind of procedure will occur
- 2:00:28from Australia and from Egypt and from Miami and other locations. And you can
- 2:00:41be watching this show on United US Live dot com, UNITEDS Live dot COM's
- 2:00:49forward slash earth Day. Okay, uniteds U n I t E US Live
- 2:00:57dot com slash Earthday. Can watch it on there, and later on you'll
- 2:01:01be able to watch it on our YouTube dot com slash good News Broadcast.
- 2:01:06So all twelve hours, so that's why we have a little slowdown and at
- 2:01:13this moment we're going to bring back up and they've been here before the International
- 2:01:16Day of Peace. Heck, Heck is angry elephants. All right, let's
- 2:01:20think. Let's get back to nature here. Elephants are nature. Animals are
- 2:01:25nature. Animals are our friends, as well as all sentient beings animals,
- 2:01:30plants, and human beings Homo sapiens. Hello everyone, My name is Heck
- 2:01:43from Angry Elephant, and the reason why I'm here today is to discuss the
- 2:01:46dwindling population of the African elephant, which is very very important for us to
- 2:01:53take care of. The reason why is four hundred thousand elephants are left in
- 2:01:59the wild, well in the reservations because they have to be protected. Our
- 2:02:03job is to make sure that we do provide people that are helping the elephants
- 2:02:08stay alive with money, food for the elephants. As such, the elephants
- 2:02:14play a very very big role in the ecosystem. They are actually the pioneers
- 2:02:17of the ecosystem. They sustain life for habitats in their wildlife. So what
- 2:02:25we do is that angry elephant. And people always ask why did you choose
- 2:02:28the name angry elephant. It's a frequently asked question, I say, well,
- 2:02:32I've never seen a happy elephant with his face cut off. So what
- 2:02:35they do is in the black market they take the elephant test. They travel
- 2:02:40miles with the elephant test to export them to other countries and like China's a
- 2:02:45major one in UK and they take the elephants, they take their tusts and
- 2:02:49they perform in the black market. The black market has three sustainable compounds,
- 2:02:56one human trafficking, two guns and drugs and ivory. So what that means
- 2:03:02is that they can fit a fit of two foot elephants trunk to ten foot.
- 2:03:06They can fit a human being in there, and when you'll rEFInd one,
- 2:03:10you'll find two, whether it's ivory and drugs or ivory and human trafficking.
- 2:03:15So what we do if you raise awareness Angry Elephant is what we do.
- 2:03:19We see the logo, you understand that this is a cause being pushed
- 2:03:24behind it. The narrative is to raise awareness about what's going on, So
- 2:03:27we provide clothes. We have a website, it's called ww dot angry elephant
- 2:03:31dot net. You can follow us at social media at angry elephant net and
- 2:03:35you'll see all the things that we do. We have a big following on
- 2:03:39Instagram, Facebook, and our web page is enormous with information about the dwindling
- 2:03:44population. So I need for you to be a part of this. What
- 2:03:48I need for you to do is to go onto the website Cidofile news that
- 2:03:51are because we're gonna bring the elephants to America. Well, I guess you
- 2:03:56guys didn't know that elephants did exist at one time in America to the poaches
- 2:04:00and the trophy hunters decide that they wanted to kill them. So now Botswana
- 2:04:03being the biggest land for the elephants that they preserve, it's actually forty of
- 2:04:10Botswana is dedicated to the elephant preservation. Forty percent of their land is dedicated
- 2:04:15to take care of the elephants. Okay, so what happens is they're becoming
- 2:04:19more and more that we need to get the elephants back on into their natural
- 2:04:23habitat. So what I want to do an angry elephant is to bring them
- 2:04:27here to America. So I need everybody to go onto the website, sign
- 2:04:30up for the newsletter. We're gonna put this campaign together and we're gonna take
- 2:04:32care of the elephants. Can we get an agreement on that. Can we
- 2:04:36take care of the elephants? All right? We need them just like they
- 2:04:40need us. We need them, all right, don't forget Angry Elephant dot
- 2:04:44net. Sign up for the newsletter and we'll keep you informed on what we're
- 2:04:47doing. Thank you so much. Poachers have succeeded in reducing the elephant population
- 2:05:00by more than fifty percent. Furthermore, these individuals continue to perpetrate the killing
- 2:05:04of over one hundred elephants on a daily basis. It is a dire situation
- 2:05:10that requires immediate attention and action from all stakeholders to preserve the natural balance of
- 2:05:17our ecosystem. Join us in our mission to preserve the dwindling elephant population.
- 2:05:24Together we can make a difference and ensure the survival of these magnificent creatures for
- 2:05:29generations to come by purchasing one of our popular T shirt designs. A percentage
- 2:05:33of our revenue from each item purchased provides a donation to organizations with boots on
- 2:05:40the ground helping to protect the remaining elephants. Visit us today at www dot
- 2:05:45Angry elephant dot net. All right, we gotta get going here, so
- 2:07:15canw stay up here? Because We got to move the show along because we're
- 2:07:19I have some technical difficulties that have held this up. Get angry, join
- 2:07:24the movement, angry elephant. Okay, Next, thank you very much,
- 2:07:28angry elephant. Here we go. We're gonna have a keynote. Let's give
- 2:07:31him big hand and thank you for the work he's doing. Next, we're
- 2:07:35gonna have Canal Sued, founder of We the Planet, chief Impact Officer Chopra
- 2:07:41Foundation, and special advisor and global expert to Disruptive. Okay, canw please
- 2:07:46share no the video? You have? Video? Yeah? Okay? Why
- 2:07:59wea for a video? If anyone can answer this question? Who knows what
- 2:08:05the capital of India's in the audience? Anyone? Okay, go ahead?
- 2:08:11What's the capital? Oh? Good, there you go. You just save
- 2:08:16the planet. Congratulations. Okay, all right, welcome everyone. My name
- 2:08:22is Kunasu and the founder with the Planet and then partnership with the Disruptor and
- 2:08:28the Triple Foundation. We're here. We're just going to show you a very
- 2:08:31interesting video. We did an AI in the last twelve hours, so just
- 2:08:35to demonstrate what AI can do in record time. What would usually take a
- 2:08:41team at least a couple of days, could we play the video please,
- 2:09:00Yah, that's not working. Go back. Ok they have a joke.
- 2:09:26AI is easy, but AV is pretty hard. So let me just go
- 2:09:30and see what's going on. And Margaret need never doubt that a small group
- 2:09:46of thought full, committed citizens can change the world. In fact, it's
- 2:09:50the only thing that ever has at we the future. H who's been at
- 2:10:01the Margaret Meet? The National the Planetarium and the Natural History off eighty first
- 2:10:07and Columbus Avenue. Okay, So, as mentioned, a lot of these
- 2:10:37are being rolled in in in the Broadcast Center in Vancouver, and ore will
- 2:10:46be editing. This is a TV show, so some of the content you
- 2:10:50might not be seeing at this moment. To put on a show like this
- 2:10:56is a big project, that's for sure. Yah. Okay. I think
- 2:11:24that we're going to screen the earth Elders film. I'm not sure. Kay,
- 2:11:39Okay, Okay. So you guys heard me speak already about the main
- 2:11:46sentiments that are behind some of the messages from the earth Elders. My name
- 2:11:52is Melanie. I'm one of the co directors of the of the feature film
- 2:11:56that we're currently creating. The earth Elders as an organization, as I mentioned,
- 2:12:01which has thirteen original nation elders from every continent across the world. The
- 2:12:05story that we hope to tell with this film is to support the protection of
- 2:12:09fifty two critical bioregions across the world that within each we'll have a supporting traditional
- 2:12:16ecological knowledge center which hopes to be able to combine indigenous led knowledge of ecological
- 2:12:28systems to be able to create future guardians of the Earth that will be able
- 2:12:33to work in harmony with the nature within each respective bioregion, rather than having
- 2:12:39it as a homogenized application of conventional knowledge systems that we have here in the
- 2:12:45West. So, without further ado, please support the film, please join
- 2:12:50us in amplifying this message. And yeah, as I said, we offer
- 2:12:56the invitation for you all to be involved. This requires all of us and
- 2:13:00we have the ability to change the world and create the one that we wish
- 2:13:03to see. Okay, you can tell this was not scripted, but there
- 2:13:07we go. Thank you. We didn't live in one place. We moved
- 2:14:20through the forest. The understandings that we once had to the earth, the
- 2:14:28responsibility that we once had to the earth, is what it is that the
- 2:14:35original peoples of the Earth once walked with and when I say the original peoples
- 2:14:41of the earth, I mean all colors of man, all peoples from all
- 2:14:48regions to gather l piece preva, the resistencia, por Kenowski, sero,
- 2:15:07guitarstra lingua, metal costumes, the cantral soulna alassaiwas can alas uakas in m
- 2:15:22karakos elen guentro. The condor henner around Pasakuti Pacha is a smart team.
- 2:15:33Kuti is courty more you mean to transformasium. The prophecy of the ego and
- 2:15:41the conor h incesss in the space is the unification process unit in the diversity,
- 2:15:50which means that the people from the north and people from the south and
- 2:15:54the center come to together again. That's why this prophecy is so important,
- 2:16:00because it's also a teacher for others that have forgotten the instruction, original teachings
- 2:16:05how to live irresponsibility, in reciprocity, in deep respect with life. Our
- 2:16:16current paradigm has separated us, so it is a time of coming together from
- 2:16:20the separations into that singularity which recognizes that I am because of the other.
- 2:16:26The dynamic life force that exists in everything shows us that we're all related and
- 2:16:31if we're all related. Then we are all connectively responsible for ensuring the healing
- 2:16:37of our environment, the healing of each other, the healing of the cosmos,
- 2:16:41and the emergence. At this time of turning, it's a lack of
- 2:16:48harmony the earth and its history. When things get out of balance, just
- 2:16:58kind of shrugs it, shoulders, shakes off whatever's bothering it. Toda,
- 2:17:09yes so is on for so important? With m yes so? The second
- 2:17:24elements, the waters, the fires, the earth, the winds are speaking
- 2:17:31to us. We've got to listen. This planet is a teacher. We
- 2:17:37are going to receive the teachings and we have to stand up with this mother
- 2:17:41who nurtured us. Always to me, this is what the understanding of the
- 2:17:50prophecy is. It's not about going out telling the world that we have all
- 2:17:56the answers. It's about going out. I'm telling the people of the earth,
- 2:18:03did you have the answers? Into the streets we're coming down. We

- 2:26:28Brad, Really that's not sad. The way to please help the most affected
- 2:27:03people and areas. By streaming this song, we're raising money for for Good
- 2:27:16News Important work for Earthday and for that organization's outreach. So what today is
- 2:27:22is a day of a lot of organizations, maybe in certain respects, so
- 2:27:30many organizations that we have so many videos and audios and content that we could
- 2:27:39probably be going on. Actually usually our Earth Day and our Peace Day shows
- 2:27:43are twelve hours. We've taken over Central Parks with the band show, and
- 2:27:50there's just so many people want to donate. This is a nonprofit donate their
- 2:27:56time to be part of International Day of Peace September twenty first, our Earth
- 2:28:01Day today on the twenty first. We also like to speak a lot about
- 2:28:11water. On March twenty second is World Water Day, of which our company
- 2:28:16was involved with creating World Water Day, which is mark March twenty second.
- 2:28:22And we all know that water is the sustenance of life. Who likes water?
- 2:28:28Is there anybody that doesn't like water and are living on soda? And
- 2:28:33well, soda has water, and I think every liquid might have water.
- 2:28:39How important is water? How important is that we take care of our water?
- 2:28:46Water is life. Water is the sustenance of life, and we should
- 2:28:52always do respect for it. You know. In the meantime, I read
- 2:28:58this earlier h an iroquois uh a poem and we are. I'm gonna read
- 2:29:07a little more of it as we wait for some more of the people here.
- 2:29:22Horribly Yeah, okay, sorry for the delay. Is that Iroquois?
- 2:29:52Actually I read this with the Mayor of New York earlier on today, Mayor
- 2:29:56Adams and Pastor Monrose. I also am a interfaith minister of all spirituality and
- 2:30:03all faiths and no faith. What anybody wants to believes, okay by me,
- 2:30:07as long as you're nice to each other. This is a prayer to
- 2:30:09mother, or spiritual practice by the Iroquois Indian prayer. We return thanks to
- 2:30:16our mother, the earth, which sustains us. We return thanks to the
- 2:30:20rivers and streams which apply us with water. We return thanks to all herbs
- 2:30:26which furnace, furnish medicines for the cure of our diseases. Who knows how
- 2:30:33an aspirin is made? What? What? What? What is an aspirin?
- 2:30:37Where's an aspen created from? Does anybody know? Uh? Okay?
- 2:30:46A weeping willow tree? Okay, so next time you look at a weeping
- 2:30:50willow tree, you're looking at an aspirin. So our plants are crucial to
- 2:30:54our existence and to our health. We return thanks to the corn and to
- 2:31:01her sisters, the beans and squash which give us life. We return thanks
- 2:31:05to the bushes and trees which provide us with fruit. We return thanks to
- 2:31:09the wind, which moving the air has banished diseases. The wind banishes diseases.
- 2:31:18Think about these words, you're living with, these words. A lot
- 2:31:22of times we don't realize what we're living with. We return thanks to the
- 2:31:26moon and stars which have given us their light when the sun was gone.
- 2:31:31We return thanks to our grandfather, he know, who has given us his
- 2:31:37rain. Just think about life without rain. We return thanks every time,
- 2:31:41every year time in the rains. Be happy and save it. Figure out
- 2:31:46a ways to save it. And there's many many people doing that. We
- 2:31:50return thanks to the Sun that has looked upon the earth in a beautiful eye.
- 2:31:56Lastly, return thanks to the Great Spirit in whom embodied or goodness prayers
- 2:32:01in powerful prayers for everyday living by Mark lind and Omara. Okay, thank
- 2:32:07you for listening to that. Okay, all right. Next up, Ashley

- 2:51:35look around, we see a cacophony of global crisis, climate change, homelessness,
- 2:51:41famine, disease, displacement on our war, and deep division that is
- 2:51:48threatening all of humanity. There is still hope. Together, we can work
- 2:51:54to repair this fractured world, a world cracking under the of chaos, breed,
- 2:52:01violence, and volatility. We can envision a world of compassion, innovation,

- 2:52:54action as a global family for the betterment of all of humanity, for today,
- 2:53:01for tomorrow, and to authorize these safeguards our generations to come. We
- 2:53:09must strive to work in partnership with technological advancements to enable us to move swiftly
- 2:53:16and expeditiously. As time is of the essence. We must take full responsibility
- 2:53:24for healing ourselves, for healing the earth, and for the care of all

- 2:56:01Canal, Sue. I'm honored to be here. Thank you Nick, Thank
- 2:56:03you David. There are lots of unsung heroes who are not in the room
- 2:56:07right now that deserve a lot of praise for what's happening. I'd love for
- 2:56:11the slides to come up on the screen so I can introduce what's happening.
- 2:56:16So okay, I'll tell you a story about fifteen twenty years ago. I
- 2:56:22was in the slums of Mumbai and this is how I came to do the
- 2:56:24work I do here to now. I was a research scientist with UCSF at
- 2:56:28Harvard and I came across the first time in my life, the opportunity of
- 2:56:35a lifetime. I was in the slums helping those that couldn't be helped.
- 2:56:39But what was interesting is I thought I could save them because I had this
- 2:56:43Harvard syndrome. And when I hit the ground, I got on my knees
- 2:56:48because I realized the magnitude of the problem was so big that I couldn't save
- 2:56:52one life and I had to be in service of them. So what I
- 2:56:54did was I decided, you know what, this saving the world syndrome,
- 2:56:58I'm gonna stop. And what the lesson I learned on the ground was it
- 2:57:03doesn't matter who you are, where you come from the most important thing is
- 2:57:07that you lead a life that's in service of others, and those that you
- 2:57:11serve, honor, cherish, and love you for your service. So in
- 2:57:16that vein. That's why I started with the planet. And these are the
- 2:57:18four pillars that We the Future was founded on. It was on Sava which
- 2:57:24is service, Sangha which is community, Sadna which is self mastery, and
- 2:57:30Saddharama which is higher purpose and next flight please, next life. I guess
- 2:57:39AI and av av needs to catch up to Ai. Okay, And these
- 2:57:43are the four course states that we want to inculcate in every human being.
- 2:57:48I work with the Chopra Foundation as the Chief Impact Officer and as the founder
- 2:57:52of We the Future. I believe that one of the most important things we
- 2:57:56can do here now, and in addition to enjoying the music, is to
- 2:58:00really start to look at consciousness, not just climate change, but consciousness is
- 2:58:05our greatest global grand challenge. If we focus on inner transformation, we can
- 2:58:09actually have the meaningful impact that we need to have in the world here and
- 2:58:13now. So on that we look at. The first is truth. Now,
- 2:58:18how many of you know this. I worked in the Death and Dying
- 2:58:20Ward about twenty years ago, and the greatest regret of the dying was not
- 2:58:24to lead a life that was true to yourself, but one that was expected
- 2:58:28of others. Your parents, your loved one, even your kids. Now,
- 2:58:31while that is not impossible, meaning you can't divorce yourself with that,
- 2:58:37the most cherished thing you can do is be true to yourself while leading a
- 2:58:39life in service of others. The second thing that allows you to do is
- 2:58:43inculcate a sense of joy and purpose and satisfaction. From that place, it's
- 2:58:50very important for you to actually garner the strength, the inner strength as well
- 2:58:54as the power necessary to finally find peace in our time. We're all suffering
- 2:58:58from pandemic of suffering itself. Life has become more than just chaos and order.
- 2:59:05It's become stressful, and I feel like the most important thing we can
- 2:59:07do right now is focus on transforming ourselves so that we can transform the world.
- 2:59:13Because once you have self transformation, you can actually start to focus on
- 2:59:18transforming our world. Next night, please, next night. So this is
- 2:59:24the cardinal truth I was just talking about. Everyone over here wants to change
- 2:59:28the world, but nobody wants to change. And the truth is that next
- 2:59:33line change starts with us and not just human beings. I invite you all
- 2:59:41to look beyond being human, to look at the animals that look at the
- 2:59:46life on the sea, look at the hidden creatures, magical creatures like baby
- 2:59:50Yoda, who we all love from Star Wars. Because the most important thing
- 2:59:54right now is we have to live a life and service that's something larger than
- 2:59:58us. We have to come together as family, as nation states, as
- 3:00:03elders, as youth, and when we can truly unite women, men,
- 3:00:07black or white, all around the world, all four winds of the world,
- 3:00:11as you heard in the video, we can make the impossible possible.
- 3:00:13So I invite you all to join us in this vision of making the impossible
- 3:00:18possible because it's not about me, it's about we. Where. I want
- 3:00:22ay to come back up here a y a y come up, come back
- 3:00:26here here there we go because were the future is about both of us,
- 3:00:30all of us united. You you go get that. Can we give him
- 3:00:35a mic? Please? Because he's better at this than I have in somewhere.
- 3:00:43I want you to say, Okay, what you say best. We
- 3:00:46are the future, we are the planet. Change our will help me out,
- 3:00:54guys, I mean, please put me on the spot. I'm putting
- 3:00:58it on the spot because I know he can take the heat. We are
- 3:01:01the future. We are the future, we are the come on, say
- 3:01:05with us, okay, we the planet. Say with us, We the
- 3:01:09planet, We the future, We the future. We are the future,
- 3:01:16We are there, We are the planet. We are the united We stand
- 3:01:22and we can make the impossible possible. And we can make the impossible possible
- 3:01:26together, and now you can sing your song. We can change the world.
- 3:01:39All right. So now I'm gonna invite some distinguished guests on stage and
- 3:01:43we're gonna have a conversation around changing the world, making the impossible possible,
- 3:01:46and transforming our world for a better future. Please give a round of applause
- 3:01:50all these thought leaders that really come together to save our world. They live
- 3:01:54their life in every breath transforming our world for a better future. You met,
- 3:02:00you heard from one of them green Shake earlier on, and you're going
- 3:02:03to hear from sister Jenna and Luke who've all done their part from wellness to
- 3:02:07the planet. Please put your hands together to invite our distinguished guests on stage.
- 3:02:11Thank you so much, and keep changing the world and keep being a
- 3:02:13force for good in the world. Thank you all any stage, anywhere you
- 3:02:58can, and you are welcome to say anywhere you like. All right,
- 3:03:03we all have are we all here? Is there one missing him? Welcome?
- 3:03:09Is there someone miss here? This? Is it all right? So
- 3:03:13we're gonna have a conversation around the planet first and foremost, I'd really love
- 3:03:18to have each of you share your story in one minute or less so that
- 3:03:24we can get into the deep trenches of why we're here, here and now.
- 3:03:30And I'd love to start with you Shake. I know you've done extraordinary
- 3:03:33work in the world to transform our world. Could you share something really special
- 3:03:39about the work you're doing here and now before I share my work. When
- 3:03:43I was like at twenty four years old as a diver, so I went
- 3:03:50deep diving about one hundred feet underwater. Then I saw corals, and the
- 3:03:58corals looks different than the normal. It's not red, it's very dry.
- 3:04:05That corals like talking to me and said, abd as ease you come close
- 3:04:13up. I want you to see me how I am really distressed and sick
- 3:04:20because I'm the coral here in this reef. If I am sick, is
- 3:04:24indicate that the planet is sick. Please help me. From that moment,
- 3:04:31it's just analogy how this coral specie talking to me and said, please help
- 3:04:39the planet. Bring the people up there on the land and make a difference.
- 3:04:45I love that. You know, one of my friends actually is a
- 3:04:48Askin is working on AI that can speak to animals and animals can speak back
- 3:04:52to us. So that's amazing you say that because one of the movies that
- 3:04:56really moved my heart, actually my co founder Laura made me turn me onto
- 3:04:58it. It was My Octopus Teacher, and it was this beautiful documentary about
- 3:05:05speaking to the octopus and just observing it in nature and understanding how the power
- 3:05:09of nature itself can teach us how to protect, preserve, and fall in
- 3:05:16love with Mother Earth, with natured itself. So that's very powerful. Sister
- 3:05:20Jenna, you've been a friend for many decades. I know you've done unbelievable
- 3:05:24work. I'd love for you to have to share. Thanks Ganal and Omshanti
- 3:05:28everyone. I think one of the most important things about our conversation today is
- 3:05:33the way we are affected by moments. For me, it was an awakening
- 3:05:37when I was in the Mount Aburajasthan at the headquarters of the Brahma Khamais I
- 3:05:43tell you not I had such a profound experience of something in the soul awakening.
- 3:05:48Now Shaikh and everyone else on the stage. When you're living for your
- 3:05:54eye, your me, and your mind, it's a completely different world.
- 3:05:58When you step out of the eye, the me, and the mind and
- 3:06:01you turn to something bigger than that, you become an instrument to make a
- 3:06:05difference. So the awakening that happened for me was when I started to feel
- 3:06:11this link between I as a soul, a spiritual being, having a human
- 3:06:16experience, and then connecting to Allah Jehovah Shiva and seeing how that energy was
- 3:06:24making me do certain things that were different, more peaceful. Now, when
- 3:06:28I look at spirituality as a means of helping us, how I see that
- 3:06:35is if I become a peaceful person, I make peaceful decisions. When I
- 3:06:41make peaceful decisions, the planet Earth receives the reward of that. Whether it's
- 3:06:46from vegetarianism, whether it is meditation, whether it is the fact that we
- 3:06:54have installed one of the largest solar thermal systems in the world, whatever it
- 3:06:58is, it's because it comes from a peaceful mind. That's my contribution to
- 3:07:03what I want to share today. We don't hear that a lot. We
- 3:07:07don't hear about the importance of a peaceful mind creating a better Earth. It's
- 3:07:13interesting you say that, because just several months ago we were here in Times
- 3:07:18Square talking exactly about how if we could create and really make New York City
- 3:07:24the capital of inner peace and consciousness as well as well being, how it
- 3:07:30would be the most extraordinary thing you could do in our time because without inner
- 3:07:33peace. You know, while it's great to go to the mountains and become
- 3:07:37a monk and you know, elevate, but imagine if you could do it
- 3:07:41right here, in real time, in the middle of Times Square a meditation.
- 3:07:46And that's what we did. We led a meditation right in Times Square
- 3:07:48and everyone within all of the chaos to find a moment a small measure of
- 3:07:56inner peace, which is so valuable. So thank you for that. I
- 3:07:58love Now I'm going to the AI expert doctor, and I'd love for you
- 3:08:05to share your story as well as you know, your take on the world.
- 3:08:09So I was diving one hundred and ten feet getting but I'm a fellow
- 3:08:15diver as well. But for me it was more simple. It's kind of
- 3:08:18like about fulfillment. So I was lucky that I got into entrepreneurship early on.
- 3:08:26Exited three companies, one of the unicorn but kind of like, you
- 3:08:30get to a point where you look at yourself and you're not gonna eat more
- 3:08:33than you eat, You're gonna wear more than you were, and you keep
- 3:08:37thinking what have I done? What am I leaving next? And it kind
- 3:08:41of like struck me when I saw like an older mentor of myself. He
- 3:08:45was like in the end of his life and the only thing that he can
- 3:08:48do is just give money at that point in time to make an impact.
- 3:08:52So that made me think, what if we started early on, why can't
- 3:08:56we have impact as a goal of like companies that build that. So I
- 3:09:01created a company to do that. I got a couple partners to support teen,
- 3:09:07Driper, jumpt on Board, and Vola. Now I am having a
- 3:09:11full platform developed to helping people because you might not know, but like,
- 3:09:16there is seven hundred million people living at less than two and a quarter per
- 3:09:22day, so how can we help them? It does not take that long
- 3:09:26that what opened my eyes started going down that rabbit hole. And you're right,
- 3:09:31it feels good when you are serving a bigger purpose. We are doing
- 3:09:33something that is not only you. You feel much better. You see it
- 3:09:39in your every day and every life with your kids in situations that happen unexplicably,
- 3:09:45like things that go your way, and you know now that you must
- 3:09:48have done something good and it does not require much. Just start with yourself.
- 3:09:54That's it. It's so true. You know what you said was so
- 3:09:56important. If we can teach the youth the importance of social impact. In
- 3:10:01fact, that's happening. The youth are far more aware of what social impact
- 3:10:07is. But the power of the youth and the elder is not that I'm
- 3:10:09saying. We have to confess that we're a little older than the youth.
- 3:10:13Right, that unity really forms a magical formula because if we give them that
- 3:10:22practical wisdom and allow them to really dive into social impact from one hundred feet,
- 3:10:26you know, dive right into the heart of impact, that's such a
- 3:10:31gift not only for them but for the world. So thank you for that.
- 3:10:35And finally, i'd love I mean, you're an icon in India for
- 3:10:37a wellness and even integrative medicine to a degree. You know, you've done
- 3:10:41so many extraordiny things, Luke to save a billion lives. So I'd love
- 3:10:46for you to give you your perspective on thank you. Thank you. Conal
- 3:10:52So about twelve years ago when I started my practice in the field of integrative
- 3:10:56and lifestyle medicine, we had two categories of patients. Some were getting the
- 3:11:01same cycles of chemotherapy stage two breast cancer. If I can use that as
- 3:11:05an example, one hundred patients getting one hundred different outcomes, the same stage
- 3:11:11of the disease, the same cycles of chemotherapy. We further studied this data
- 3:11:16and we found a group that had more spectacular recoveries or remissions. The one
- 3:11:24commonality was this group aligned their lifestyles with nature. They aligned their sleep cycles
- 3:11:31with the circadian rhythms. They started to change the way they eat, move,
- 3:11:37sleep and think. And today on Earth Day, we should never forget
- 3:11:41that we are all products of nature. And when we start to align the
- 3:11:46way we eat, sleep, think, and move with our surroundings the biorhythms,
- 3:11:52everything has the possibility to start getting better. The way the immune system
- 3:11:58responds, the anti inflammatory response of the body, even the medication that you
- 3:12:03may be on starts to work more effectively because we're in a bio field that
- 3:12:07supports chemicals, biology, physiology and everything together. So I do believe that
- 3:12:13the story I have today is everyone out there can make impact right now.
- 3:12:18We don't need more complication. We need to align with the laws of nature
- 3:12:24to circadian rhythms. Get the foundations right first. Once you've got the foundations
- 3:12:28right, then you can look for complication. If not, everything else is
- 3:12:33just a pursuit and it's quite futile. Thank you. Yeah, you know,
- 3:12:37I agree with that completely. I think one of the most important things
- 3:12:39today is we have not only inflame bodies, but in inflamed society, right,
- 3:12:45so everything connects to one another. The well being of a person,
- 3:12:50in my opinion and my view, and this is the insight I've had even
- 3:12:54working with the Chocra Foundation, is pivotal towards the well being of the planet
- 3:13:00because from personal wellbeing only then can you become an agent of true transformation,
- 3:13:07true impact, true agency to help the other. And I want to come
- 3:13:13back to Ushai now and ask a challenging question. In fact, it's about
- 3:13:16challenge. What is a personal challenge that you have here and now that you're
- 3:13:22trying to solve for as well as what is the global grand challenge that you
- 3:13:26are extremely passionate about. One of the most challenging is about understanding, understanding
- 3:13:35not others understanding yourself. The most difficulties is not about understanding nature or others,
- 3:13:43or politics or economics. No, understanding yourself. Many people they reach
- 3:13:50fifties and sixties, they still don't know who they are. Two days are
- 3:13:56important in your life, when you're born and when you discover why are you
- 3:14:00born. Still people are fifties and sixties, they don't know why they're born.
- 3:14:05So when you know what you don't know, you'll neke a difference.
- 3:14:11So, beautiful Sister Jenna, a personal challenge and a global brand challenge.
- 3:14:16I don't think there's a challenge. I just think there's a need for more
- 3:14:20awareness. And I will agree with his holiness. When you become aware of
- 3:14:26who you really are behind your eyes, you won't play games because your spirit,
- 3:14:33your soul, governing your physical and this human dimension is completely responsible for
- 3:14:39everything. I was looking around here, Conal and everyone. Can you imagine
- 3:14:43if every one of these billboards gave a message of peace or hope or drop
- 3:14:50of light, what would happen to all of us right now? And you
- 3:14:54see, individuals have to feel that change within themselves in order to that externally.
- 3:15:01So I think now we're in and mode of really beginning to spiritually awaken.
- 3:15:07There's a real importance for us to know that we are souls and we
- 3:15:11are really irresponsible for our thoughts, our words, our actions. Peace is
- 3:15:18so simple. Stop thinking waste and negative thoughts about people. It's amazing,
- 3:15:24you know, you just channeled one of the most beautiful I felt the divine
- 3:15:30mother speak because only mothers see it as not a challenge. Otherwise, literally
- 3:15:35from the womb to the tomb, the mother knows that even if it is
- 3:15:39a challenge, you cannot see it as a challenge. You have to see
- 3:15:41it as something that needs to be solved. And you know, as a
- 3:15:45state, it's amazing you just inculcated that state of truth, you know,
- 3:15:50inner peace and strength, which leads to happiness, which leads to joy.
- 3:15:56And thank you for embodying that in our And you're right even I always thought,
- 3:16:01not just times square, but imagine if we had the whole world start
- 3:16:05to focus on greening the planet, on your extraordinary citizenship and your causes,
- 3:16:13your idea of inner peace as well as peace reflected on the outside, the
- 3:16:16messaging, the narrative will start to change consciousness, transform it from the inside
- 3:16:22out. I mean, just imagine if every one of these billboards just had
- 3:16:26people cause for peace for the earth. Yeah, and silence. It's just
- 3:16:31a moment of silence, you know. And I'd love to go to you
- 3:16:35and ask you, what do you feel is the challenge of social impact?
- 3:16:41What do you feel is a personal challenge or a global challenge that you feel
- 3:16:46needs to be addressed here now with regards to social impact. So I have
- 3:16:50spent my life studying technology of PhD in machine learning, intelligence and trust networks,
- 3:16:54and to me, it feels like technology is becoming a false dog.
- 3:17:00It's like we idolize technology too much, and we basically can think this is
- 3:17:07nature, which is not nature around us. There is a deeper meaning behind
- 3:17:11nature itself. We are connected in so many ways that we are not yet
- 3:17:16aware of, and we hear about quantum entanglement from a scientific point of view
- 3:17:22that basically should give you hope that we are all part of one big thing.
- 3:17:28It's just that we choose to put the technology blinds on our eyes and
- 3:17:33just depend on that forever. No stop for a second think about the miracle
- 3:17:37that this planet is. We are just a speck of dust in the middle
- 3:17:39of galaxy. There are four hundred and fifty other billion planets just like this
- 3:17:45one, but there is life on only one that we are aware of,
- 3:17:48So it makes sense for us to cherish that, not to waste our time
- 3:17:54energy in differences, in puny things that will never amount to anything. Just
- 3:18:00stop, look at the person next to you. They are a human just
- 3:18:03like you. They have the same pirripos, they have the same feelings,
- 3:18:07they have the same families, responsibilities. That's my challenge is making sure that
- 3:18:13people understand that everybody are the same insight beautiful. Yeah, we are one,
- 3:18:18and you said so much in that it's so powerful one that we are
- 3:18:22stardust. That's something that need degrass Tyson tells us. You know, we
- 3:18:26all come from the stars, we all go back to the stars. We
- 3:18:28all are stardust. But what actually hit me even harder with what you said
- 3:18:33is that AI can either empower us or enslave us. And right now,
- 3:18:39because of the way we're treating AI and the consciousness, we're giving AI too
- 3:18:43much power, everyone's like doom and gloom. AI can destroy us. In
- 3:18:46the next five years, we are going to be controlled and you know,
- 3:18:50everyone's going to lose their jobs, at AI. And the truth is if
- 3:18:52we flip the script on that, because it's all about data, It's all
- 3:18:56about the information and these stories we tell ourselves as well as AI that can
- 3:19:03truly solve for some of our global grand challenges, as including the inner grand
- 3:19:09challenges the matter most to us here and now. Yeah, I'd love to
- 3:19:13go to Luke. Now, look, I'd love your perspective on a global
- 3:19:16grand challenge or even a personal challenge that you feel you see as an extremely
- 3:19:22vital need here and now. I think the challenge that I see every day
- 3:19:30is actually human behavior. It's not that we have a lack of knowledge,
- 3:19:33It's not that we don't have the right tools to make the change that we
- 3:19:37want to make. I think it all comes down to human behavior, the
- 3:19:41choices that we make every day. I mean, we're living in a world
- 3:19:45of complication today. We don't need more gadgets to tell us how deeply we
- 3:19:48slept at night. We don't need these gadgets where disconnecting from our inner instinct,
- 3:19:54where deligning ourselves from nature when we're dependent on the device constantly tell us
- 3:20:01how to feel, how to parent, how to eat, and how to
- 3:20:03sleep. They're great tools. But I think every human out there has a
- 3:20:07perfect truth and a perfect lie, and we're all aware of this. We
- 3:20:11know the lie we tell ourselves every day with the actions that we don't take,
- 3:20:16and we also know the truth as to why we're suffering today, whether
- 3:20:20it's a health problem or whether it's our climate and our earth. So I
- 3:20:22think, like as Highness said, the word understanding ourselves first is the first
- 3:20:28step towards change. But I do believe the biggest challenge right now is human
- 3:20:33behavior and all our actions have to move in that direction. Yeah, I
- 3:20:37agree. The mind is such a powerful thing. It can really control the
- 3:20:43narrative, and that human behavior component is so important for us in order to
- 3:20:48transform ourselves. You know. There's what you reminded me of is what Deepak
- 3:20:54believes in. Deepak Chopra is one of the world's most interesting men in the
- 3:21:00world. He is a pioneer in integrative medicine, and he also believes exactly
- 3:21:05that you don't need all these tools to transform. All you need is the
- 3:21:11self and self realization in the form of silence, sava service, sangha,
- 3:21:22community or fellowship, sadhna, self mastery or self development and Sudharma, higher
- 3:21:30purpose with authentic being. So what you speak to is exactly that. Of
- 3:21:35course, you've come from India, so I just gave you guys a quick
- 3:21:39lesson in Hindi in Sanskrit, which is kind of like our Latin American,
- 3:21:45you know, Latin language. So thank you so much for allowing me to
- 3:21:48do that, Your highness, I want to go back to you for a
- 3:21:52second. You're holding the world in your hand right now, literally speaking,
- 3:21:56you know, and figuratively and literally you're holding the world in your hand right
- 3:21:58now. If we were to tell the next generation, who are fervently fearful
- 3:22:05of a future of conflict of pain, not only inner conflict, but the
- 3:22:11world of outer conflict, how can we solve for that? What is your
- 3:22:16message? We have to be a role model's good examples. There are many
- 3:22:22ways, but I will give you two things, the connection and harmony.
- 3:22:30When I say connection with the earth, what's relevant? The Earth and I
- 3:22:35we have a lot of things to share because my body is from here.
- 3:22:41So we have three elements from the earth, from the water, and from
- 3:22:46the divine up there. Yes, so the three connected. So we want
- 3:22:50to teach the young generation. We already connected to the earth. Seventy percent
- 3:22:56of the water on Earth, seventy percent of the water on our body.
- 3:23:03If we see how many lungs on the earth, two lungs, the oceans
- 3:23:07and the forest, and how many lungs do we have too, true lungs.
- 3:23:11So if we can mimic and to see the image of the earth,
- 3:23:16if the Earth is getting sick, we are getting sick. And we all
- 3:23:22human being be created from one soul, one spirit together. If I hate
- 3:23:28you, I hate myself. If I love you, I love myself.
- 3:23:31If I help you, I help myself. So this is about connection and
- 3:23:37harmony. Beautiful, thank you so much. I'm gonna now ask you,
- 3:23:43sister Jenna, the same question. What for the next generation? What is
- 3:23:46your message? What do you feel is a way in which we can solve
- 3:23:50for I think Luke and his Highness and the Professor they have given the answer.
- 3:23:56I think my question is what is it that stopped us? And I've
- 3:24:01seen this acronym that I use a lot, algae. I know it belongs
- 3:24:05to the bottom of the ocean. But algae in terms of anger, lust,
- 3:24:11greed, attachment, ego is making us sick and the planet so my
- 3:24:16choice is your choices. If it's influenced by that, we are making ourselves
- 3:24:24sick and we're making the planet sick. How do I get the algae?
- 3:24:28Exit it out of my personalities? The question, how do I remove this
- 3:24:33virus that's in my spirit? Give love, receive love, give respect,
- 3:24:41receive respect, good wishes, pure feelings. When you look at another is
- 3:24:46that so hard to do something? And that's all we have to do to
- 3:24:52change the planet. And I think that's my message. Look at another person
- 3:24:58as a so having an experience, help them if they're going down, give
- 3:25:05them a good wish, help them up. It's that simple. Is that
- 3:25:09simple? Canal? Yeah? Yeah, you know it's It's interesting. Love
- 3:25:15has become a four letter word today and a lot of people don't want to
- 3:25:18use it because they think of it as, oh, it's overused, you
- 3:25:22know, overused, too difficult, too cheesy, too much. But love
- 3:25:28is a true quality that if you can inculcate beyond the desire, beyond you
- 3:25:35know, all of the lower levels of desires love. When you can go
- 3:25:39into highest state of love, like you said, which is a state of
- 3:25:43oneness and a state of being, I feel you can really truly extraordinarily change
- 3:25:48the world. So i'd love your thoughts on AI and the role of love
- 3:25:54moving forward, what's going to happen, you know, for the next generation,
- 3:25:58especially because they're going to go into a world which is driven literally by
- 3:26:03the next evolution of AI, which is like fire, electricity, and the
- 3:26:07Internet. All of the three have been connotated to be AI and disruptive technologies
- 3:26:13or exponential technology. I love your thoughts, doctor. So there is like
- 3:26:18the blue pill and the red pill. It depends on, like where do
- 3:26:20you want to go with that? The interesting thing ABOUTI like so the current
- 3:26:26version, like ched GPT and the other it's the first time in modern history
- 3:26:31that a machine was able of talking back to us in a language that we
- 3:26:35actually comprehend, not just like a canned output from it. And when you
- 3:26:41peel underneath, it is simply trying to predict the next talk. And that's
- 3:26:45why you'd hear about something called hallucination. So yes, AI actually halucinates.
- 3:26:48If you ask it too many questions, it will just invent facts that are
- 3:26:52so convincing to you. And what's dangerous about that is that it can do
- 3:26:58the same that that we are doing to ourselves like become self delusional. So
- 3:27:05it takes you into down that path. And then there is a study by
- 3:27:09t where they trained and AI on two different sets of data. One was
- 3:27:13generic, the other one was homicide data. So the show piece of paper
- 3:27:20with a stin of catchup, the first one would say paint, the second
- 3:27:24one would say blood murder, showing people sleeping in a field, picnic murder.
- 3:27:31So what I'm saying here is that, uh, the you know,
- 3:27:35the saying God created man in his own image, Man created AI in his
- 3:27:39own image. Yes, so all the biases, everything that we have today
- 3:27:45may be transferred into EI itself. That's the one of the things that keep
- 3:27:50me up at night is that we would create an AI that looks at us
- 3:27:56and suddenly it treats us as we are treating our elves. Yeah. So
- 3:28:01unless we start to treat others the same way that we want AI to treat
- 3:28:07us in the future, it's gonna be a whirlwind. So amazing, well
- 3:28:13for the next generation folks. And clearly I'm in a red pill person because
- 3:28:16I like red The red pill blue pill analogy comes from a movie called The
- 3:28:22Matrix, which is of generation. It was kind of like the first iteration,
- 3:28:26or you know, attempt to show you what an AI world would look
- 3:28:33like where humanity has the choice to be the best version of themselves or you
- 3:28:39know, be trapped in the matrix. And I think what you've illustrated is
- 3:28:41a perfect idea of how we can actually become the best version of ourselves if
- 3:28:46we tell the story of Ai in a way that makes us the best human
- 3:28:52beings we can be. Can I say something quickly, doctor, I do
- 3:28:56a daily television show live Monday through Friday. Inside of that, I ask
- 3:29:01AI spiritual questions. Wow. And it's been very interesting to see the responses
- 3:29:07that AI is giving us back on chat, like how would you change the
- 3:29:11world? What is so? What is God? It is responding and I
- 3:29:16find it fascinating. Yeah. Absolutely, And you know AI is just a
- 3:29:20baby right now. Yeah. And that video was AI generated, and I
- 3:29:24mean it was nothing a bit a AI versus a a why is video?
- 3:29:30But see we still have that human element that's necessarily, but soon AI is
- 3:29:33gonna learn how to be better at even creating videos for us. So it
- 3:29:39is the story that we tell AI, and I'd love Look, you know,
- 3:29:43you are creating a new generation of well being. So the next generation
- 3:29:48is growing up with all these gadgets and you know, sleep monitors, and
- 3:29:54it's basically the quantified itself is becoming a real thing in the world. How
- 3:29:58would you invite them? What message? What you have for the next generation
- 3:30:01here? Now? See a message would come from a space of preaching.
- 3:30:07So I would want to see what's making people sick right now, which in
- 3:30:11turn is making the earth and the planet sick today. When we look at
- 3:30:15sickness, we can label diseases like diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular while there are
- 3:30:20its normal causes, we're failing to see that emotions like chronic anger, bitterness,
- 3:30:26guilt, envy, repressed emotions over the years have scientifically proven today to
- 3:30:33also add to the formation of disease in the body. The same negative emotions
- 3:30:39is what's hurting the planet. And if we see the people who are making
- 3:30:41these apps, who are controlling social media and everything else, their intention isn't
- 3:30:46the best. So children right now today, in fact, all of us
- 3:30:52are just social experiments. We don't know what the outcome is going to be
- 3:30:56of everything that's happening around. So I think we need to live a little
- 3:31:00bit more with awareness and consciousness. AI is scary, but it can be
- 3:31:05fantastic as well. But the person behind the AI model has to have the
- 3:31:07right intentions for everything to work. So it comes back to consciousness and awareness
- 3:31:13and really looking at why is the system broken right now? And it all
- 3:31:18comes down to greed, anger, all the negative emotions, and I think
- 3:31:22we need to put a little bit more focus over there. Why are we
- 3:31:26such a hurting planet right now? Why are human suffering so much with these
- 3:31:30emotions? As we fix that, we will then start to fix human behavior
- 3:31:35and human choices. Amazing. You know, I fully agree with you.
- 3:31:39We're here because of Earth Day, were celebrating Earth day to day, but
- 3:31:43also while celebrating it, it's good to contemplate because contemplation is a very powerful
- 3:31:48tool. As we fix for climate change on the outside, you know,
- 3:31:52we have to also fix for the inner climate change on the inside. So
- 3:31:58the inner climate that prevails in us is ultimately going to become the message we
- 3:32:03receive as well as we deliver to the world. I'd love for you to
- 3:32:09share with us, what does Earth Day mean to you? You know?
- 3:32:13In one word, as we wrap this, you know, day up and
- 3:32:16celebration as well as contemplation. So the one word that would inspire you and
- 3:32:24your life's work as well as everyone over here, you know, to go
- 3:32:28forth and celebrate and contemplate the next step on Earth Day, representing God on
- 3:32:37Earth beautiful wow, yes, responsibility, responsibility, Yes, from Earth we
- 3:32:46came and to her we're going to go back. So to lose wisely,
- 3:32:52wisdom, beautiful, It would be love and gratitude. I love it,
- 3:32:56yeah, one hundred percent. And for me personally speaking, I believe that
- 3:33:00leadership, love, longevity, and life itself are the words that matter most
- 3:33:05here now. So with that, we want to share an abundance of gratitude
- 3:33:09for all of you in the audience as well as you guys out there on
- 3:33:11the stage and the steps. Thank you so much for being here and celebrating
- 3:33:16Earth Day with us. We really appreciate everyone here, and may you always
- 3:33:22ha ha, well clearly wait, may the force. Oh look, when
- 3:33:26you give something you received, I love it. Thank you so on that
- 3:33:31note, May the Force be with you all, and thank you all with
- 3:33:35abundance and love in our hearts. We wish you the best Earth Day ever.
- 3:33:41Thank you everyone, Thank you everyone. All right, let's have a
- 3:33:48big hand for the SPG panel. Smart people doing smart work, and we
- 3:33:54thank you all for doing that, no doubt about it. All right,
- 3:34:00a lot of good things happening here. We have our chic sister Jenna Canal
- 3:34:09So so Manny Jackson. Then I got everybody, Doctor adell S Mercy PhD.
- 3:34:24Now is our moderator, the green shake green. He's not even he
- 3:34:30looks at me. He's not look green. All right? Uh Luke Catino,
- 3:34:33I believe coming from India. Yeay, maybe, okay, let me
- 3:34:37say all right, listen, everybody, thank you. We got to put
- 3:34:41up a two minute thing. Then we got another hour and a half here.
- 3:34:43Okay, we've extended the show an hour and a half. And I'll
- 3:34:46tell you right now, we're going to go to Mandarin Chinese, Julie yay,
- 3:34:52come on up in two minutes because we're gonna show a video. Hi,
- 3:34:56guys, we got to put a video on, all right. I
- 3:35:03think Spanish is the language. So we're gonna be a lot of race in
- 3:35:07the world. There's a lot of race hosted by the textile industry, by
- 3:35:11the fashion industry. So when I see waste, I see the opportunity to
- 3:35:16bring new life so it doesn't have to end up on the streets. Hi,
- 3:35:20Manny Jackson, I'm a sustainable fashion architect. I actually want to become
- 3:35:26more minimal than I feel like if I have one jacket that does five different
- 3:35:31things and it can replace a few different items in my wards robe. We're
- 3:35:37here at homeboyd Thread about to pick up some uniforms courtesy of California Product Stewardship
- 3:35:41Council, Los Angeles Sanitation. Thank you. Let's see what we can create.
- 3:35:46So this is what we created for you last time. Poor pant legs
- 3:35:48to make it well, actually five one whole pant leg for each one two
- 3:35:54and then one in the back and then you can reverse it. Yeah,
- 3:35:58this is actually a great piece. I can see how someone that does not
- 3:36:01necessarily know the story of homeboard industries, knowing why Threadhouse is doing it,
- 3:36:07I can see how they could have a problem with this, maybe a line
- 3:36:13across or X. This is us saying that we do not necessarily support the
- 3:36:20present system, but we support the programs that's put in place to help empower
- 3:36:24people's lives. So do these clothes? They deserve a second chance as well.
- 3:36:28And so here we are breathing new life into it. For every fifty
- 3:36:33jacket sold allows us to continue our incubator program teaching people how to help us
- 3:36:39make sustainable fashion solutions. Let me ask a question, would you wear that
- 3:36:43jacket? I would don't don't, I would ewhere this is style true style.
- 3:36:50Yeah, thank you for sharing the message. Awesome concept. It's a
- 3:36:52little allowed for like when I be out, but I like the reversible nature
- 3:36:56of it. I like how you can change the size and this is yeah.
- 3:36:58Maybe we always they get the piece of train into bagn Hello, Hello,
- 3:37:07Hello, Hello, how y'all doing out there today? Can I get
- 3:37:09some energy from you all? Yo? Happy Earth Day. Thank you so
- 3:37:15much to Let's Just Work Digital for having me and all of the amazing people.
- 3:37:18My name is Manny Jackson. I am the founder of Thrandhouse Co.
- 3:37:22I'm a sustainable fashion designer and a sustainable fashion architect. And what you just
- 3:37:28saw right here was a video around a project that we're doing. Basically,
- 3:37:35I'm from I'm by the way of Los Angeles, California and originally from Riley
- 3:37:41Durham, North Carolina, but I live in LA and I'm doing a really
- 3:37:45cool project with organization by the name of Homeboy Industries, and what they do
- 3:37:50is basically, they provide opportunities for individuals that gets out of prison or gets
- 3:37:56out of jail or any or formerly incarcerated. They provide them opportunities to be
- 3:38:01trained. And so with me, even a sustainable fashion designer, there's tons
- 3:38:05of waste around me, and there's opportunities to give people job opportunities as well.
- 3:38:11And so that's what we're doing here today. And so what you just
- 3:38:13had a chance to see was a little bit of this campaign that's sharing that
- 3:38:18message. And if you like to purchase any of our jackets, every fifty
- 3:38:24jacket Soul allows us to continue our incubator program. And what that incubator program
- 3:38:28is actually teaching people like yourselves. That's a part of our community, right,
- 3:38:33that's teaching them opportunities how to do natural dying, swing mending. You
- 3:38:39know, the stuff that your your aunties and your moms, your grandma's and
- 3:38:43the stuff used to do thrift shofting, sorting. Because all of that now
- 3:38:48is what's a part of making fashion more sustainable. And so if you see
- 3:38:52right now, I'm wearing this really cool denim jacket, right, and you
- 3:38:58see I have a couple of bags up here. So what really makes Straandhouse
- 3:39:01really unique is all of our clothes converts. And so this jacket that we're
- 3:39:07doing is called our reform jacket and everything. Could you hold this mic for
- 3:39:13me, sir? Is that my science? No? Oh, my favorite
- 3:39:37color. So we have different colors. And now here's the thing. This
- 3:39:43message is not about empowering prison This is not to glorify that. What it
- 3:39:48is is to empower the message around these different organizations that help support individuals expanding
- 3:39:54their life cycle. And we use that same message around simples expanding the life
- 3:40:01cycle in clothing because this is discarded. These uniforms are discarded, and we're
- 3:40:07luckily to be able to work with the organization like homeboard industries, like the
- 3:40:11La Sanitations community and everything and get these discarded uniforms and breathe new life into
- 3:40:18them. So it has a really more significant message. But also we have
- 3:40:22excess on some of the jackets to let you know that we don't support the
- 3:40:28prison system. That's not what we're doing here. But what we do support
- 3:40:31is sustainability and functionality and also being able to save our mother of Earth.
- 3:40:35My name is Manny Jackson. Thank you so much. If you like to
- 3:40:39check out more of the jackets, they all come equipped with the QR code,
- 3:40:43And if you see me in the back, I have a QR code.
- 3:40:46You can scan them. They're on pre order right now. And I
- 3:40:48appreciate you all for having me here. Hello, Hello, hold on,
- 3:40:56HOLDO, get my mic back on. Okay, listen, we're gonna start
- 3:41:00moving around here with uh talent entertainers one after another. All right, we've
- 3:41:07extended the show an hour and a half. Thanks Randy. That's cool stuff.
- 3:41:11Uh, Jilly A is gonna come up next. Hello, you said
- 3:41:20get this mic on? Okay, you're not. You're introducing her. Come
- 3:41:24over here, come over here, hold on, Dennis, Okay, holy

- 3:51:37Okay. So now someone who has been very dear to us for a
- 3:51:41long time, Georgia Fumante. And Georgia has performed at our peace Day events
- 3:51:48for years. She drives down from Toronto and she's a superstar. She sang
- 3:51:52with Pavaratti. She has a claim from so many people in this world,
- 3:52:00including sang in Prince albertole China Beijing Olympics at Athens Arena, praised by Lang
- 3:52:07Lang, Michael Bolton, jose Case Carreras Avarati, and we're crazy about her.
- 3:52:13A great family person and a great person who cares about peace and so
- 3:52:18honorable. She was gonna sing three. We've run out of time and she's
- 3:52:22gonna sing two songs. She's not gonna sing over the Rainbow, but she's
- 3:52:26got a couple of other beautiful ones. All right, mother Earth, this
- 3:52:28is for you, Thank you so much, and happy Earth. The next
- 3:52:41song is a prayer for all of us and our mother Earth. I feel

- 4:11:24Safe cities, beautiful cities, Smart cities. Thank you so much, Thank
- 4:11:31you so much, Paul, Greetings and salutation citizens of the world. A
- 4:11:37blessed, modest day to every planet, citizen, co habitat species that make
- 4:11:45this world so diversified and thriving. My name is Dennis round to him,
- 4:11:50and I am the founder of the Vihara Foundation and chief Development officer of Justice
- 4:11:56for Women International. We are two action profits that are bringing innovation to deliver
- 4:12:01on the United Nations sustainable development goals Today as we recognize the universal force that
- 4:12:09is planet Earth and modern nature. I bring your message from the standpoint of
- 4:12:15actionism. Our human culture has redesigned this planet into one of branded markets and
- 4:12:22over consumerism. More consumption equal more profit, But at what cost to the
- 4:12:30planet. We are literally eating our planetary systems alive and it's time we all
- 4:12:37curb our egos and selfish habits to become more responsible and conscious minded consumers.
- 4:12:46We humans do not have the right to commoditize nature and reduce and pollute the
- 4:12:52planet resources that rightfully belong to the future generations and which is too vital to
- 4:12:58other living organisms. Justice for Women International are taking the Bulbard horn along with
- 4:13:07the Vihara Foundation. We are currently building self sustainable whole system design communities in
- 4:13:13India and Africa to raise people out of abject poverty and restore them with food,
- 4:13:20water and energy, security, housing, any education, and medical social
- 4:13:24security. We are also working to bring innovation to the homeless crisis in America,
- 4:13:31starting in Los Angeles and plan to extend that to other major cities across
- 4:13:37the country. Our organizations have partnered with other impact making NGOs and have assembled
- 4:13:46a global force of process engineers, green technologists and sustainable solutionists that are currently
- 4:13:54master planning to make scalable impact change active work in progress, negotiating lands with
- 4:14:03farmers and governments, and raising funds to implement sustainable change. Currently, eight
- 4:14:09hundred clean solar powered water towers have been installed across Africa and we will be
- 4:14:16gearing up to install tens of thousands more. We will be implementing food production
- 4:14:22investments to move communities from hunger to food abundance. Industrial hemp, canaff maringa
- 4:14:30naime fruit forestry, bamboo, high value timber reforestration, you name it and
- 4:14:37we can do it. We will be implementing renewable energy solutions to give people
- 4:14:41affordable energy and energize their broken economies towards prosperity. Solar, wind, hydrogen,
- 4:14:48water, high center biofuel, just to name a few. All in
- 4:14:52all, we would be creating sustainable wealth without hurting the planet. Our aim
- 4:14:58is to deliver our model in twenty twenty four to serve ending poverty. By
- 4:15:05ending poverty, we can heal the planet and empower people and thereby cure the
- 4:15:09ills of present human trafficking and wildlife poaching. We are giving people real opportunities
- 4:15:16for change and not just hope. We are both underground doing the work.
- 4:15:20You will see more about this in the shortcoming though. We work with a
- 4:15:24team of global wealtholders and people of influence. We are not into glamour or
- 4:15:30big talks, but real work and results. Thank you, and have a
- 4:15:35wonderful and peaceful Earth Day twenty twenty four. Okay, let's Eric for Dennis.
- 4:15:46He's the real thing here. That's what they call environmental eesg eesg every
- 4:15:52corporation. If you go under any corporation, you look under sustainability and they're
- 4:15:56dealing with environmental sustainable governance governance. Okay. We talked earlier about courage and
- 4:16:03your conscience, and it's all up to us. It's personal social responsibility.
- 4:16:10It's not just corporate social responsibility. It's every's responsibility to take care of mother
- 4:16:15Earth. Okay, do you all agree with me? We're all in it
- 4:16:18together. It doesn't no one's any different. If it's too hot here,
- 4:16:21guess what, it's too hot somewhere else. And so if the water comes
- 4:16:25up here, the water is gonna go somewhere else, so vice versa.
- 4:16:27We're burning too much here, it's gonna affect the world anywhere else. We've
- 4:16:32seen that day in day out. I mean, this is time to continue
- 4:16:37on with the positive things. I want to mention. You have to leave

- 4:40:02Okay, thank you, and thanks everybody for being with us. Thank
- 4:40:07you. Hello, children of Light, beautiful people. We are the Indigo
- 4:40:14Twins. They call us also twin Lights in Christ because our mission is to
- 4:40:19share the light of Christ. Is to be children forever, because being children
- 4:40:25forever means being in love, and love is the answer to all our problems.
- 4:40:32When you think about the children from Africa, about so many people who
- 4:40:36go through struggles and diseases and malformations from the enemy, our problems become so
- 4:40:42small, but our faith is big because His faith in us is big.
- 4:40:48We are like him, we are in love. Let's love one another.
- 4:40:53Let's be kind to one another and share His light, the light of Christ,
- 4:40:57which is the highest consciousness, the highest mind of Christ. To be
- 4:41:04in the mind of Christ means to be divine, and we are all humans,
- 4:41:11we all make mistakes, but He wants us to be divine. He
- 4:41:15wants us to feed with his love. And the more we feed with his
- 4:41:18love, the more we raise up to his level. And being at this
- 4:41:25level means being healers, being teachers of love. So let's be teachers of
- 4:41:30love. Let's feed with his love, the Light of Christ. And he
- 4:41:36also teaches us to rejoice because it's Earth Day and Heaven is here on earth.
- 4:41:41So let's rejoice. Let's rejoice and give thanks to Mother Nature and God
- 4:41:47for making us all one. And we want to thank God for giving us
- 4:41:51divine inspiration to write these amazing songs. So the first song we both wrote,
- 4:41:56it's called Rejoice. So let's rejoy together, sing along with us.
- 4:42:11Thank you, Joice, rejoice me glad my child, rejoice, Rejoice.

- 5:03:52now this tree stands as a as a symbol of what nature and us can
- 5:03:59do together the heal the world. But we've got to work much harder.
- 5:04:03We must respect each other, no matter what country, religion, or culture,
- 5:04:08but we must respect the natural world. Unless we can interact better with
- 5:04:15the natural world in more harmony, world peace will be impossible because if you
- 5:04:18lose water, if the climate changes, if the whole world is polluted,
- 5:04:23how can there be peace between men? The word piece has many possible meanings,
- 5:04:32and the Messenger of Peace program has been vital to addressing some of the
- 5:04:34most pressing challenges of our time. Head on poverty, disease, human suffering
- 5:04:42issues which defy the very concept of peace. So today I want everyone here
- 5:04:49to commit to join the quest for peace. Go forward in the struggle for
- 5:04:56peace with passion and compassion. The future of this world is in your hands.
- 5:05:06Okay, Peace and love, everybody, Peace and love. Yes,
