Humidity blues, fertility chat, and the infamous carnage cruise
In this episode of Note 2 Self, Cat and Saskia vent about the steamy hellscape that is summer in New York. Then, they take a sharp turn into fertility, as Cat opens up about her experience freezing her eggs and navigating the often-overwhelming healthcare system.
Finally, things unravel with the retelling of the now-infamous Carnage Cruise, Saskia’s 30th birthday recovery day that turned into total chaos.
Buckle up for heat-induced spirals, real talk on reproductive health, and a boat party gone very, very wrong.
