  We're also going to talk about the federal anti-geoengineering bill that Representative Greg Stuby from Florida has submitted, has sponsored the Air Quality Act and what you can do to help get that important legislation passed into law.

  So a lot of people have tremendous difficulty getting their heads around or contemplating exactly what geoengineering is.

  They see the lines in the sky from horizon to horizon.

  They see these grid patterns of this airplane dispensed filth.

  And they see the cloud cover, the unnatural cloud cover that happens afterwards.

  They watch the news and they see these extreme weather events.

  And yet it's very difficult to really get our heads around what is happening here.

  That's partly because geoengineering is a complex problem.

  And it's partly because this is entirely by design.

  The people who are doing this have been doing it in secrecy, doing it illegally and in secrecy for many, many decades.

  It's been stepped up tremendously late years, but it is a problem that has been worsened again and again by additional bad actors and by additional techniques.

  It's complicated, and as with many other things that are done with black budgets and by the deep state and by people who don't want you to know what they are doing to you.

  It's covered in psychological operations and disinformation campaigns and so on.

  The classic one is the Contrail versus Chemtrail back and forth, which has been going on for decades and which is deliberate.

  So what we're going to try and do is we're going to try and re-characterize the problem in a way that people can clearly understand.

  I think that's extremely important for all of us, and I think it's something that will help us to understand what's going on.

  It's also a hard thing to wrap your head around because it is very nefarious, it's very dangerous, it's very destructive, and we don't like to think that the world, that there are actors in the world, powerful actors in the world that would do things this bad, this evil.

  Unfortunately, it is the case, and the time has come for us to stand up and to stop it.

  With that in mind, let's think about geoengineering as gain of function applied to the weather.

  In the wake of COVID, we all understand what gain of function is.

  Gain of function research is essentially bioweapons research.
• 4:25
  And just as with bioweapons developers, both within and outside of the military of the United States and other states, just as they use science to manipulate and weaponize viruses, so do other bad actors use geoengineering technologies to weaponize the weather.

  With COVID, we saw how a gain of function bioweapon was turned against the entire human population.

  And the countermeasure for that bioweapon, the COVID vaccines, were imposed upon the population as the supposed cure.

  Of course, this had disastrous results with regard to human health, wealth, and freedom.

  To put a little more detail on it, we know that the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the virus that causes COVID, was weaponized, that it was made, it was it underwent gain of function manipulation in multiple places, but largely at the Ralph Barrick Laboratory at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and also at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China.

  We know now that through the machinations of people like Peter Dazak of Eco Health Alliance and Anthony Fauci himself, that this was funded and that there was actually sharing of technological information between Barracks Lab and the lab in Wuhan.

  Of course, in late 2019, the virus was released from the Wuhan lab into the world's population, and the COVID disaster ensued.

  The lockdowns were enforced, not to save lives, but to push out the vaccines.

  We all remember how people told us the way to get out of the pandemic is through the vaccines.

  Well, the vaccines had been planned years in advance.

  Patents on the technology for the vaccines had been made years in advance.

  This was all pre-planned.

  The people who call the pandemic a plandemic are right on target.

  What we're seeing now, and it's becoming more and more apparent, is gain of function research being applied to the weather and the climate.

  This has been going on for decades.

  It really started in earnest after World War II.

  And if you want absolutely definitive history of this, I highly recommend Peter Kirby's book, Chemtrails Exposed, a new Manhattan Project that's available from Skyhurst Publishing.

  It's an incredibly detailed book.

  I think it's well worth reading to get a definitive understanding of what's going on.

  I also encourage people to go to Real Geoengineeringwatch.org, GeoengineeringWatch.org, and watch the documentary The Dimming, which Dane Wiggington has put out.

  But my point is that we have been weaponizing the weather.

  The United States military has been weaponizing the weather.

  Other foreign nations have been weaponizing the weather for many decades.

  Multiple U.S.

  presidents are on record having spoken about it, including John F.

  Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson.

  That's how far back it goes.

  And essentially they have developed ways to weaponize weather, to control weather, to create severe storms, to control weather patterns, to control precipitation, and to block sunlight.

  So we are now living under a time period where the weather is being weaponized against us.

  And if anyone in the Trump administration is listening, I would ask them to consider that what happened last time in the final year of the Trump presidency 1.0 was the unleashing of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which up-ended the last year of the president's first term in office and upended his re-election efforts.

  We are headed towards potentially something very much like this again, this time with the extreme weather events.

  So the weather's being weaponized against us in very much the same weather, same manner, excuse me.

  The weather is being weaponized against us in very much the same manner as microbes, viruses have been weaponized against us as well.

  Again, the results are disastrous for human health, wealth, and freedom.

  This time the health of the entire ecosystem is being harmed as well.

  Weather manipulation, the dispersal of huge amounts of aerosolized.

  Nanoparticles of aluminum, barium, strontium, and other metals, all various other materials are being dispersed as well.

  This doesn't only affect humans, this affects the whole ecosystem.

  We we learned last week about how insect populations are plummeting, and there's probably several contributing factors to this, but geoengineering is certainly one of them, as we learned last week.

  So we're dealing with the deliberate pollution of our skies with huge amounts of particulate matter, particulate nanoparticles and metals, and who knows what else.

  We're dealing with the extreme weather events that are being generated deliberately through this.

  And we're dealing with the die-off of many species in our ecosystem.

  Both animals and plants.

  And we have to stop this.

  Let's get our heads around what is going on here.

  And I'm gonna quote a friend of mine, a very good writer by the name of John Leake.

  He's originally a true crime writer.

  He works now closely with Dr.

  Peter McCullough, who those of you who listen to the America Out Loud Pulse program know well.

  And John says, I get the impression that many of the old men who now run the world are experiencing a deaf desperate struggle to come to terms with their mortality.

  The diabolical pseudo-religions they have erected are an expression of this.

  Instead of retiring from public affairs, many of these men are apparently determined to hold on to their power for as long as possible.

  It seems they want to remake the world in the image of their despair.

  And I think there's a lot of truth about that.

  As we've seen, the same people are involved in this that were involved in COVID.

  We know that, and we'll discuss this in a little more detail that Bill Gates, for example, is intimately involved in geoengineering, just as he's intimately involved in bioweapons research and forced vaccination.

  In fact, I would say that there's five horsemen of the globalist or the technocratic apocalypse.

  One is gain of function bioweapons development and the whole pandemic preparedness racket.

  The second is geoengineering and the whole climate change racket.

  The third is digital ID.

  The fourth is tokenized currency or central bank digital currency.

  And the fifth is the censorship surveillance and misinformation, disinformation, malinformation networks that are going on worldwide.

  Who is behind this?

  It's people above the level of our governments.

  It's not solely our governments, it's people above our governments.

  It's the technocratic Epstein class, if you will.

  We know that from the Epstein files that Jeffrey Epstein was deeply involved in the preparations behind the COVID pandemic with Bill Gates, with Chase Bank, believe it or not, with various other people, the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization.

  We know also, although I have not seen as many documents tying him into geoengineering, that he's also been involved in the geoengineering process as well.

  So if we look at Jeffrey Epstein as one important focal point, one important very important nitis of the activity of the globalist technocrats.

  As well as gain of function research, uh, the digital ID, digital currencies, and so on.

  So we keep using the term geoengineering.

  What do we mean by it?

  What is geoengineering?

  And as I said in the title of this presentation today.

  Think of it as all of the above.

  Geoengineering may be defined as the sum total of all the weather and climate manipulation methods that humans employ to deliberately and unnaturally change control and weaponize weather and climate.

  And I'm borrowing a little bit here to make a couple of important distinctions between different types of geoengineering.

  They all fall under that definition, but some are much more widespread and much more destructive than others, in my opinion.

  So to borrow from Peter Kirby, first of all, there's we can think of a sort of first generation geoengineering, such as the old-fashioned cloud seeding, usually done with silver iodide nowadays.

  Now there's toxicity there, it shouldn't be ignored.

  It's legal, it's well known west of the Mississippi.

  But it probably constitutes a small percentage of what's going on worldwide.

  Then there's the next generation of geoengineering, which is really global, it's incredibly widespread, and it's involved in not merely making it rain or snow or restricting rain or snow in certain limited areas, but it's really meant as a worldwide effect on the entire planet's ecosystem.

  And this involves stratospheric aerosol injection or SAI, which involves the massive dispersion of nanoparticulate metals such as aluminum, barium, strontium, and others.

  It involves the massive dispersal of coal coal-fly ash.

  It involves the solar radiation management that uses chemicals like sulfur dioxide and sulfuric acid.

  It also involves ground-based techniques, sea-based techniques.

  They call it marine uh brightening.

  Um, and the electromagnetic component, which really controls the movement of weather patterns, including ionosphoric heaters, ionospheric heaters, excuse me, ionospheric heaters such as HARP up in Alaska, and the next rad technologies, which are not merely to detect weather patterns, but to hold and disperse them where people wish to have them go.

  On this second segment, I'd like to continue our survey of what is geoengineering.

  And the title I gave is all of the above.

  As we discussed in the previous segment, there are multiple elements to geoengineering.

  The most visible is the stratospheric aerosol injection, which is where these huge quantities of coal-fly ash, aluminum, barium, strontium, nanoparticles, and so on are being dispersed overhead to create an artificial cloud cover, and are then manipulated through electromagnetic frequencies.

  When we see this washboard type pattern of low cloud cover that never seems to lift, or we see these bizarre cloud formations that are completely unnatural.

  This is what we're talking about.

  Above that level, we have the solar radiation management with a sulfur dioxide and sulfuric acid and other particles that are designed to reflect sunlight and to stay in the upper atmosphere for long periods of time.

  We also have the ground-based and sea-based systems that either create cloud cover from the ground.

  They call it marine cloud brightening if it's out at sea.

  And then, of course, we have these electromagnetic radiation-based systems, such as the ionospheric heaters, such as HARP is the most well-known one up in Alaska, but there are others.

  And the Nexrad technology, which is present throughout the United States.

  We defend it in the name of national security, and we weaponize it as we see fit.

  And there's even some overlap between the two technologies.

  In the wake of COVID, President Trump put out an executive order, which I think was a very good thing, stating that he wanted to put an end to gain of function research.

  It has not been codified into law, and to the best of my knowledge, it's not completely successful to date because we know there was a recent report that came out that there's still over 3,000 bioweapons laboratories across the world that are known, and about half of them are here in the United States.

  So that remains an absolutely huge problem and a continued threat.

  We also know that geoengineering is an absolutely global phenomenon right now.

  There are numerous reports on social media and elsewhere that this is being done throughout the world.

  The anglosphere in Western Europe seem to be particularly hard hit.

  This makes sense given the fact that a lot of this technology was devised initially in those countries, and that NATO and the United Nations are heavily involved in these activities.

  However, we see reports from countries you may not think are involved, Russia, South America, even over some of the lesser developed countries in Africa.

  So it's really a worldwide problem, a worldwide phenomenon.

  Until recently, geoengineering was considered just a conspiracy theory.

  Nowadays, in the wake of COVID, people don't dismiss conspiracy theories quite as quickly as they did in the past.

  They realize that they've been fooled too many times in too many instances.

  I think of them as parasites, but the Epstein class and the folks that fund the Epstein class at the very top, as Dane Wiggins Wiggington said, whoever prints the money is really who's behind this in the end.

  But people understand, at least to some extent, that the world is in large part run and certainly manipulated by this class of individuals that feel that they can do whatever they please, be it with um biotechnology, be it with currency, be it with individual freedoms, be it with surveillance, be it with the weather.

  So there's an intense social media battle on multiple platforms right now.

  Um, Twitter or X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, you name it.

  And a lot of these are banned, shadow banned content is removed.

  There's numerous bots, trolls, shills, there's intimidation, and so on, but it's breaking through.

  There's a massive increase in visible stratospheric aerosol injection or the so-called chemtrails worldwide.

  It's unmistakable, and people are seeing it.

  There is intensive use of ionospheric heating and next read technology to direct weather patterns, and people are documenting that.

  Individuals are.

  Um to these problems.

  Tucker Carlson, Glenn Beck, Benny Johnson, Nicole Shanahan, Jimmy Dore, Rob Schneider, Carol Swain, General Mike Flynn, uh Naomi Wolfe, and a tremendous number of the influencers on Twitter and X and other social media platforms have in the last year or two taken on this subject.

  There are also numerous prominent politicians who have openly addressed geoengineering.

  Marjorie Taylor Green, before she left Congress, submitted or sponsored a bill to stop geoengineering.

  She was co-sponsored by Tim Burchette, Thomas Massey, and another Congressman whose name is escaping me right now.

  Unfortunately, Marjorie has left Congress, but a stronger, even stronger bill has been submitted in the House by Representative Greg Steuby from the state of Florida.

  That bill is entitled.

  The Air Quality Act.

  Members of the so-called disinformation dozen from the COVID era.

  Those include HHS Secretary Robert F.

  Kennedy Jr., Sayer G, Dr.

  Sherry Tenpenny, and others, children's health defense, and so on down the line.

  Now, what's happening is that a lot of these organizations were organizations that have been dealing with human health and vaccines and the COVID issue.

  And a lot of people who became very much aware of what's going on in the world during COVID, such as myself, have become acutely aware of the geoengineering problem as well.

  There are multiple COVID dissident physicians such as myself, Mary Tally Bowden, Merrill Nass, Kat Lindley, and others who are very much aware of this problem as well.

  I actually produced a document with over two dozen physicians who signed on calling for an end to geoengineering.

  This has been submitted to multiple states who are trying to pass geoengineering bans at the state level.

  There are over 30 states that have legislation in process to stop geoengineering.

  These include blue states, such as New York and Rhode Island, although most of them are red states.

  Three states have passed laws, Tennessee, Florida, and Louisiana.

  Hopefully there will be more on the way.

  Unfortunately, the state laws have some limits, serious limits in effectiveness.

  States do not control the airspace.

  I believe it above the level of 400 feet.

  And the federal government or contractors of the federal government are doing much of the spraying.

  There is federal government legislation, as I mentioned before.

  And this is actually not entirely new either.

  It's simply become a much more visible issue, as we described in late years.

  Former representative Dennis Kucinich of Ohio attempted legislation against geoengineering in the early 2000s.

  This is way back, you know, by many accounts.

  The large-scale use of uh SAI technology, the so-called um stratospheric aerosol injection and the so-called chemtrails really became a widespread issue in the late 90s, around 1996 or so.

  So even as early as I think it was 2002, Dennis Kucinich tried to pass legislation.

  It wasn't successful.

  Of course, last year, Marjorie Taylor Green, Timberchat, Thomas Massey, and Tony Weed all sponsored the Clear Skies Act.

  But uh that legislation has gone by the wayside.

  Fortunately, again, Representative Greg Stewy has submitted the Air Quality Act.

  And again, we're going to speak at the end about ways that you can help push that into law.

  I want to make sure I give credit where it's due, and I want to add that there has been federal action by the Trump administration, which has been beneficial in some ways in the battle against geoengineering.

  The Trump administration ordered the dismantling of the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado.

  The NCAR was responsible, among other things involved in the dispersal dispersal of funds to many, many universities, dozens and dozens, uh, some people estimate up to 130 universities, including places like Harvard and MIT, to not only quote unquote study geoengineering, but I think to provide an air of legitimacy to it under the notion that this is legitimate scientific experimentation.

  is also leaving 66 global organizations, many of which are highly active in geoengineering activities and funding.

  There has been partial defunding of the World Meteorologic Organization, the WMO, which is the geoengineering equivalent of the World Health Organization, the WHO.

  However, we are still dealing with daily highly intensive geoengineering activities over our head, both in the United States and abroad, despite these relatively small, modest gains.

  And I'd like to take us out with some action items that everyone can do, simple things you can do to really help stop this crime.

  As we've seen, there's been an explosion of awareness and explosion of activity in the effort to stop geoengineering, particularly in the United States, but to some extent internationally as well.

  I mentioned some of the people in the United States in the political sphere who have become more aware of this problem or active in trying to stop it.

  There are others beyond those that I mentioned earlier.

  And there's even some folks in the international space who are starting to speak up about this.

  I know that former member of Parliament, Andrew Bridgen is very aware of this problem.

  I know that this is carrying on, I believe, to restore Britain as well as he is, I think becoming increasingly involved with that movement.

  And so this is really becoming more and more of a global movement, which is a wonderful thing.

  However, it really needs to be intensified and brought to an end here in the United States first, partly because the United States leads the way in many of these things on many of occasions, but also because the United States is deeply involved in it.

  And the United States military, the United States government is deeply involved.

  Kennedy is on record implicating DARPA, the defense advanced research projects authority, uh, which of course was deeply involved in COVID again and was deeply involved with guess who?

  So the same bad actors in the United States deep state are involved in this as we're involved in COVID.

  So really, we need we in the United States need to fight this at a level uh that is even far beyond what we're doing at present.

  And one thing that I want to say is I don't want to be the only physician who's actively speaking out about this.

  We need large platform folks sounding the alarm about this problem, promoting action on the part of citizens to get legislation passed and press the administration to get control over the people that are doing this and to stop them.

  Interesting that James O'Keefe, formerly of well, I'm not even going to mention the name of his former organization, which um turned on him, but James O'Keefe, the undercover um independent journalist, recently infiltrated the World Economic Forum meetings in Davos, Switzerland, and managed to infiltrate a geoengineering meeting there.

  And you can look that up on Twitter and I'm sure on other resources and see just how outspoken people were about how they can cash in on poisoning us and polluting our atmosphere.

  So it's really breaking out into the open.

  It's all the bad actors that we saw for COVID.

  It's all the bad actors that we see in the Epstein class.

  It is gain of function, bioweapons, terrorism on a massive global scale.

  Only this time, it's using the weather rather than using viruses.

  In fact, I believe I'm of I'm very concerned that a geoengineering-based climate crisis is very likely the next pandemic, if you will.

  The ongoing human and environmental harm that we're seeing is absolutely catastrophic.

  We're seeing tremendous human toxicities when you consider the massive amounts of aluminum and other heavy metals that are being sprayed into the atmosphere, and when we see the uptick in dementia illnesses, particularly in younger people, uh, including Alzheimer's disease and other similar conditions.

  The relationship is unmistakable.

  We also see the environmental destruction in terms of the loss of fauna and flora.

  As we saw last week when we interviewed entomologist and naturalist Abby Rockefeller, the disappearance of the bugs on the windshield phenomenon, which has simply vanished in the United States over the last five to ten years, is very analogous to the lack of deep blue skies that we used to see that we never see anymore.

  Unfortunately, it appears that we are moving to a tipping point.

  Awareness is exploding on the one hand.

  There's opportunity, as there has been some positive movement in the current administration.

  But we've already experienced permanent damage to the atmosphere, the air, the water, the soil that may be irreversible, including to our ecosystems.

  So what are we doing about it?

  I think that to stop this problem, we need to be active at every possible level.

  The first level is to make everyone aware.

  I urge you to figure out what's going on in your particular state if there's a bill and to support it with all your strength if you're able to do so.

  Find out when the committee hearings are, get to those committee hearings, find out who the sponsors are, contact them and ask them how you can help.

  We're fighting against tremendous forces with tremendous amounts of funds and power that operate in darkness.

  And then we also need legislation at the state and federal levels.

  Ultimately, internationally, this needs to be banned.

  This needs to be outlawed for the survival of the entire planet, the entire species of human beings and related species to us in the food chain and just in nature.
