- 7:56[SPEAKER_11]: It's just when she tries to do the, uh, well, I won't say what I, because somebody would accuse me of whatever.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_11]: I can't afford any more accusations against me at this point.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_11]: I've been accused of everything.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_11]: I've been accused of everything.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, let's see, um, oh.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_11]: I don't even know if I was.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_11]: We were trying to play down as well Board of Ethics thing.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_11]: Well, I'm going to not talk about the Board of Ethics me today.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_11]: executive session.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_11]: Now that do I call them defendants, respondants, counsel members, they want it open.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_11]: City Council says they want transparency and the mayor says that.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_11]: In fact, they even waived privilege on everything.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_11]: Open meetings loss suggests so and the media, I don't know if they want it open or not because they got to work harder.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_11]: But I don't know why.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_11]: Councilman or former councilman Jennings is once it closed.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_11]: Now he's got a new lawyer to just see that.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know if he picked her out, but I hate to say it, but yeah, Whitney Cumero from the Hancock and Estabric firm in Syracuse is now representing the Board of Ethics.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_11]: uh... went to two thousand four graduate of the uh... same circus university uh... in broadcast journalism i think she might have gotten into that and then in two thousand ten dregs all university she went there and got a degree in law practicing now uh... i'm sure very accomplished and uh... i don't know if she's going to be there virtually but if she had a degree in broadcast journalism the virtual stuff is easy she knows how look good on television
- 9:46[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know if that matters if anybody, what do they got a lawyer for the Board of Ethics Now?
- 9:52[SPEAKER_11]: What's that person going to rule on?
- 9:54[SPEAKER_11]: What's it?
- 9:55[SPEAKER_11]: What are they going to do?
- 9:59[SPEAKER_11]: You know, something I saw.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_11]: I was reading the latest missive from the attorney that's representing Lisa Wajero.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_11]: That's Mr. Levinthal from Long Island.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_11]: You know, he said his letter.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_11]: I noticed.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_11]: Mr. Jennings gets mail for the Board of Ethics at his county address, the county office building.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_11]: Shouldn't there be an address for the Board of Ethics and the City Service as tomato?
- 10:25[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know anything about this open meeting stuff.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_11]: I just, I was just mayor for 20 years.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_11]: I don't, what do I know about any of it?
- 10:34[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_11]: I never heard of this whole process of getting someone voting them off the island.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_11]: I never heard of it, never even thought about doing it, and there was a couple of council people.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_11]: I never tried to vote Kevin Keef off the island.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_11]: I like Kevin.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_11]: So I just don't know, of course, what we didn't do back then.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_11]: This is one of my goals for City Council this year.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_11]: They got to do something about emails.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_11]: They're all sent in too many, and this, you know, on an email where you get one in to hit reply all, because you just think you're sent into the bag, well, you don't know who you're replying to in many cases.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_11]: Maybe you got it under one set of circumstances, and others, I've got emails that showed up.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_11]: I was on the distribution list.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_11]: The ones that were sent to Mr. Kimball accounts, I'm in Kimball or something.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_11]: You know, I will say this, once they're sent to me, I have no obligation to anybody.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_11]: So you can have privilege and confidential written and crayon all over the thing.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_11]: I don't mean anything to me.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_11]: If you send it to me, right?
- 11:42[SPEAKER_11]: I have no obligation or whatever under any of that.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_11]: I'm not sure the council does either.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_11]: But I think they should get rid of that.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_11]: Reply all button off of all city e-mail accounts.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_11]: Because what they're not realizing.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_11]: Learned counsel.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_11]: is that whenever if if the city attorney is one of the people on that distribution list and you send something back talking about a new recipe for your turkey soup or something she has to read it and those are billable hours taxpayers pay for that oh i didn't know that i was just talking about my new recipe for turkey soup and i hit we rely all i didn't realize that well she has to read your recipe for turkey soup
- 12:27[SPEAKER_11]: and maybe even offer an opinion on it so that's cost in the city money knock it off knock it off and uh... it's too much of the secret session executive session and all of that they make too much of it i mean they've been talking about the city manager and his pay thing for weeks now in executive session they got it they want to give them a three thousand dollar i guess stipend because he doesn't use city medical uh... you're something something you're
- 12:56[SPEAKER_11]: But none of the people involved know what the proposal is to pay on, but it's going to come up at the December 15th meeting.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_11]: God.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_11]: Let the new council decide on that.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_11]: Really?
- 13:06[SPEAKER_11]: The old council shouldn't be even involved.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know why they're discussing it in these endless executive sessions.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_11]: And they're going to have one today.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_11]: They get half an hour each for regiro and only.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_11]: then I get that done in half an hour.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_11]: I wouldn't even defend all of that.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_11]: I'd just say, you know, what is it you're trying to do to me and have any questions?
- 13:36[SPEAKER_11]: Because if not, I got a Christmas party to go to.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_11]: Is this a silly?
- 13:41[SPEAKER_11]: I shouldn't be saying that though.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_11]: I really shouldn't.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_11]: The other goals I'm setting for counsel for the coming and who am I to set them really?
- 13:49[SPEAKER_11]: Who am I?
- 13:50[SPEAKER_11]: Other than a talk show host and and you know But on the city budget they should be identifying now where they're gonna cut three to four million dollars now phone he cuts real cuts Yeah, because they're gonna have to do that at least
- 14:07[SPEAKER_11]: in order to keep the ship afloat and the other and this is a little something of kind of a pet peeve a mine because i was coming to the square today and i looked at my right i said that poor fountain can't we have it back lock an hour plaza now it's good they dressed up the curbs and everything it looks nicer in court street looks nicer we're gonna name it Bradley's an extension of Bradley street after steve Bradley i think but uh... but anyway that fountain
- 14:38[SPEAKER_11]: To get the old one back in there, the sculpture.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_11]: It was part of water town.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_11]: It represented our industrial pass.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_11]: Painted it at different color, if you want.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_11]: I don't care what color it is.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_11]: And make it so water comes out and it flows down over and it looks like something, not that weak stream.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_11]: It looks like somebody with prostate problems is peeing straight up.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_11]: And that fountain they got now.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_11]: Should I have mentioned that?
- 15:03[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_11]: And let's make that a goal.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_11]: It's affordable.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_11]: It wouldn't cost much.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_11]: I know a guy who could weld a bracket together to put that right in there and get some plumbers over there and some wiring and all of that stuff and put some lights in and make it look nice and boy, that'd be nice.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_11]: Bring back what was there.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_11]: There was nothing wrong with it.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, the planter is didn't run it there.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_11]: Well.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_11]: I like the planners are nice people and, you know, and all of that, but there's a point at which you have to say, blank the planners, you know, with all of their, you can have marijuana on this side of the street, but not that side of the street, and you can do this here and that there, and we've got to ruin your fountain down there on locking our plaza because I don't know.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_11]: Some soy boy designer somewhere at some engineering firm.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_11]: said all you can't have that thing there.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_11]: It's ugly.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_11]: Well, what they got now is pretty damn ugly.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_11]: Fix it.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_11]: All right.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_11]: Um, this is annoying.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_11]: Some people, I'm saying this.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_11]: It really is.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_11]: How dare you say that?
- 16:14[SPEAKER_11]: You haven't ever write this.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_11]: You were in for 20 years.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_11]: What did you do?
- 16:19[SPEAKER_11]: No, at least I didn't send all these emails.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think I really sent any.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_11]: Of course, email's weren't as prevalent back then.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_11]: But anyway, oh, let's see.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_11]: We got message text messages coming in.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_11]: Somebody text they were too worried about handouts for the homeless.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I agree.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_11]: Somebody said you support the unethical behavior.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_11]: So why do you care?
- 16:51[SPEAKER_11]: So what's the unethical behavior?
- 16:54[SPEAKER_11]: I've been very critical of the decision on the purchase of the golf course and the circumstances surrounding it and the wiring in the basement and the pool we didn't need on the north side and then we closed the one at the fairgrounds.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_11]: I've been very critical of those council members for that.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_11]: There's no, well you don't, you're tolerating the only ethical behavior.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_11]: Well I don't know is it on ethical for the chairman of the
- 17:18[SPEAKER_11]: Board of ethics to use a county email address to receive correspondents on the board of ethics is I don't know you could define it is that if you wanted to you got the right lawyer there's a lot of things you could define is on ethical yeah I never saw this type of stuff before I've been around a while but around the track a couple times and you know I've got my shortcomings and
- 17:49[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know there's a lot of people who are accused people of a lot of things not letting the public speak that was an issue and again, that's a ding against I think only in Vajero and and Hikki there's a lot of things I've been critical of them now we got a hell of a mess Yeah Because there's so preoccupied this now we got a new lawyer on board and I I welcome Mrs. Cumero or Ms. Cumero, Whitney Cumero
- 18:17[SPEAKER_11]: And on to the team there, you know, just one more of many.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_11]: But what she's going to say today at three o'clock, and how much how many hours that she have to spend over the weekend trying to get up to speed on this, and I'm sure, again, I'm not criticizing her, I'm not.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_11]: I'm sure she's very accomplished, but what are we paying for all this for?
- 18:39[SPEAKER_11]: What are we getting out of it in the end?
- 18:41[SPEAKER_11]: Board of mistakes made about, yeah.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_11]: But what are we getting out of all of this?
- 18:46[SPEAKER_11]: Because you're paying for it, folks.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_11]: You're paying for it.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_11]: Not just in dollars and billable hours, but in distraction.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_11]: Have you noticed no one has mentioned since the election?
- 18:58[SPEAKER_11]: Anything about identifying now, cuts for an extra real cuts, not much sign.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_11]: That's, we'll get one less case, a copy, paper, one less case, not so many paper clips, you know, not that kind of cuts.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_11]: Substantive cuts.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_11]: cuts up people aren't going to like no discussion of that and yet was we just hired another lawyer on Friday and who hired her who hired her anybody know on who's authority yeah there's anybody know i mean the chinese do it i don't know
- 19:42[SPEAKER_11]: I just don't know, nobody knows.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_11]: And then they're holding this meeting an executive session this afternoon.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_11]: Please stop.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_11]: You know, you've limited to half an hour for each, each defendant or a correspondent.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_11]: So it's only gonna last an hour.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_11]: And let's hear the deliberations.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_11]: Let's hear what all of this fuss is about.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_11]: Not all of this, you know, she did this, she did that and, you know, all of these other things.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, there's just a lot about this that makes me uncomfortable and listen, I've there's plenty of things that you can criticize me for and a lot more coming up, but I don't know Anyway, if you want to talk about 315755 1240 all the things that we can discuss
- 20:33[SPEAKER_11]: There was a story just on CBS news about that chipsy wacko in a raccoon that got into a liquid store in Virginia and knocked over some bottles and drank the hooch and became apparently intoxicated and passed out on the bathroom floor.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_11]: Now, there could be charges in all of that, you know, I guess, but anyway, it was kind of a funny story, but they released the raccoon, they say they probably didn't
- 21:03[SPEAKER_11]: But it could be an animal cruelty issue there.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_13]: Mm-hmm.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, let's see.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_11]: Just got a text.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_11]: Somebody said, what did they say?
- 21:19[SPEAKER_11]: You know, I got some update on my phone and the operating system, everything's different now, I don't like it.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_11]: While it mayer, waterjohn city council ship of fools, they aren't going to do anything kick the can down the road.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_11]: And they also said, how about those buffalo bills here?
- 21:35[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, a great comeback, 3934 over the Bengals, great game.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_11]: And I see the chief's lost again.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_11]: I'll tell you, that Taylor Swift, she's going to be dumping that loser pretty soon.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_11]: She wants to be with a winner.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_11]: They're below 500 now, aren't they?
- 21:53[SPEAKER_11]: And even the Steelers won the Astrid with old Aaron Rogers over the Raven.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_11]: So that was a holy cow who would have thought that.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_11]: Well, some uh, on the local news this morning, Melendez, and I don't know even what that murder case was.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_11]: Um...
- 22:17[SPEAKER_11]: It's an article on news junkie, how old is two-old a, walk you dog?
- 22:21[SPEAKER_11]: Wow.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_11]: That's important.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_11]: There's lots of things here.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_11]: We'll get to the most of them.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, we got a call coming in.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_11]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_09]: to know Jeff, what are you thinking about this trash issue that's going on a lot of trash being dumped in the bag, you know, stolen dumpsters and different things?
- 22:46[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, do you have any kind of, what if you were the mayor?
- 22:51[SPEAKER_11]: Well, the mayor hasn't got the power to do anything.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_11]: If I were in charge of the city, I would uh, uh, well, first of all, I do a better job explaining this trash thing.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_11]: I'd try to find a way to get more market share.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_11]: I'd come up with a centralized dropoff point.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_11]: As I talked to people every day, people, city residents, nine, see, they all just went to the dump.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_11]: It's a social thing up here.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_11]: You like to go to the dump, the county dump.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_11]: Well, there's no reason you couldn't have it.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, all right.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_11]: All right.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_11]: Sounds good then.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_11]: Well, thank you.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_11]: I appreciate you bringing it up.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_11]: All right.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know why he's concerned if he lives in Cicero.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, that's all right.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_11]: Um, it was a call.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_11]: Good afternoon, your on the air.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_11]: Nope.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_11]: They gave up on us.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_11]: They gave up on us.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_11]: All right.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_11]: Well, listen, we're going to do a, um, don't, there they are again.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_15]: Good afternoon, your on the air.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_15]: there might be a live feed maybe and then I know that Lisa's lawyer is going to be video streaming it so he's probably going to have his record it.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_11]: Well I imagine, yeah I imagine he would and also I don't know if you can access those
- 24:19[SPEAKER_11]: uh... because obviously uh... one or both of the attorneys is a tent attending virtually there's got to be a way to hack into that right so i don't know what i can do it but maybe it can be released uh... might be i think it should be i'd listen i think there i don't know is there a transcript being made of this uh... the whole thing or the minute yeah i know it's kind of a a weird thing it's like
- 24:47[SPEAKER_11]: It's like five people just getting together down on a bar somewhere and then coming up with an opinion on something.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know what they're doing.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_11]: It's not a government functional as far as I'm concerned.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_15]: It's been happening with the first ethics complaint rate because it just fizzled out.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_11]: Died on the vine.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_11]: But again, I mean, if this is so important and I understand a lot of people think it is and it is important in someone, then people need to have a full
- 25:14[SPEAKER_11]: understanding of it.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_11]: Those who want are most people don't care.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_11]: Most people have lost interest in this.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_15]: But if you're on the prosecuting side, what do you want to see done?
- 25:24[SPEAKER_15]: Do you want to see these people kicked off the island on the last day and had the water town city police escort him out on the last day?
- 25:32[SPEAKER_11]: Is that what the goal is?
- 25:33[SPEAKER_11]: Like frog marks him out of the council meeting?
- 25:35[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's what I'd want it, but I don't know if they...
- 25:38[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know if they can get this thing wrapped up in time.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_11]: I guess if you get a opinion from the ethics board and then the council schedules are hearing and maybe they hold the hearing on the 15th and then they could kick them off that night.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_11]: I guess, I don't know, what point is served by that at this point?
- 25:56[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, the two individuals involved, if you don't like the decisions they made, I mean, they were defeated at the polls.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_15]: when you asked Mr. Mayor Smith about what you kind of do here and he mentioned about a bag of money, you know, is he still pushing out of these people got a, you know, money on the side?
- 26:22[SPEAKER_15]: I don't believe that, I'm going to work for one bet.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_11]: Well, I don't either.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_11]: I don't either.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_11]: And we've been monitoring closely, Mr. Holene's lifestyle.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_11]: We've noticed no upward gradations in his lifestyle that would indicate he got a bag of money.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_11]: So, no, I don't believe that.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_11]: I think they got, you know, maybe you could say they got sold a pig in a poker, you could say it was a great move to get control of Parkland.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_11]: You can make all the whatever argument you want, but it's something.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_11]: Hey, listen, I got a run, bud.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, thank you, by now.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_11]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.

- 31:16[SPEAKER_11]: OK, yeah, that was a big good.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_11]: Remember they announced it on Monday night football?
- 31:19[SPEAKER_11]: Howard Co.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_11]: Cell, I guess, had to break it.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_11]: But that was a Ted Coppall and Lynn Schur from ABC News back in December, eight, 1980.

- 31:39[SPEAKER_11]: Chapman is that his name?
- 31:42[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, still in jail.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_11]: Oh my god.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_11]: Well, what are they going to, I'm surprised somebody, I hate to say it.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_11]: Surprise somebody didn't offer him in jail.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, there's a lot of Beatles fans out there.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_11]: And what he did was especially horrible.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_11]: Not that killing anybody, you know, I lighten somebody on fire on a subway.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_11]: Well, that's okay in Chicago.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_11]: That's just a little one-off type incident says the mayor, you know, no big deal.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_11]: And then you go down to Charlotte and they just do, some guy got knife to the chest there.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_11]: It's not as bad as a few weeks ago, and that young lady got to live on fire in one of their late rail system things.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that goes on now.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_11]: And that's okay.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_11]: That's okay.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_11]: No problem there.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, but yeah, the John Lennon thing 45 years ago today and of course 40 many years ago yesterday was a Pearl Harbor day.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_11]: There's nobody mentions that anymore.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_11]: It's generational, I guess.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_11]: Generational.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_11]: All righty.

- 32:58[SPEAKER_11]: Just looking at the forecast over the next eight or ten days, it looks chilly.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_11]: So what we have will stay.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_11]: Unless there was some kind of huge warming deal, right before Christmas.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_11]: It'll be a white Christmas.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_13]: I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.

- 33:27[SPEAKER_11]: Chapman did he get somebody said he just got married I hadn't read that even I know that uh... back when Joe brass was your Joe at a policy he would not mention the guys name on anything now it was just
- 33:58[SPEAKER_10]: Ah.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_11]: There he is, Mark David Chapman.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_11]: Well, as you know, same age as me.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_11]: Um... Yeah, he got married recently.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_11]: That shouldn't be allowed.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_11]: I'm sorry.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_11]: There's a headline from the news this week, Wife of John London Killer Mark David Chapman.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_11]: And we don't know what the wife is.

- 35:53[SPEAKER_11]: Um...

- 39:39[SPEAKER_11]: And it used to be it after to rely on immediate gatekeepers.

- 41:05[SPEAKER_16]: They're still feeling threatened by Lisa and Clip.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_16]: I think that's why it's been shown jump down board.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_11]: Well, he says he's not running again, no.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_11]: So I don't think he's a part of the picture.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_11]: I think you will have two vacant council seats in 2027 because I don't think Shown's Mr.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_11]: Shown's going to run and the doctor is probably going to run from there.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_11]: So I don't know.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_11]: I can't imagine Cliff Olnie's future election prospects are pretty grim.
- 41:40[SPEAKER_11]: Ms. Rejero, could she be rehabilitated?
- 41:43[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_16]: All right.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_16]: Well, I don't know.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_11]: It doesn't seem logical for what they're doing.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_11]: To me, there's a thing about ethics, accusing you of ethics violations.
- 41:53[SPEAKER_11]: It's like saying, when did you stop beating your wife?
- 41:56[SPEAKER_11]: You know, it's one of those type of things.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_11]: And you can't really get away from it.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_11]: The accusation.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_16]: The other thing is to get rid of the child.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_16]: You can get the dog to bark and dog back for your text.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_16]: That's a lie.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, well, I got rid of the dog when the dog died.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_11]: So what do you think of me?
- 42:14[SPEAKER_11]: What do you think of my proposal to bring the fountain back?
- 42:18[SPEAKER_16]: No, I'd like that.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, I think that's, yeah, I just don't understand that whole process.
- 42:25[SPEAKER_16]: When you have something that seems to be nice and just needs to be a little sprue stop, which you get rid of.
- 42:32[SPEAKER_11]: there's no there's no reverence for the past anymore that's the problem you know they put little concrete pavers in the sidewalk and think they're paying you know paying the difference to the past and they're really not i mean bring back that fountain it's sitting there over on marble street right now and uh... you know get it into he was welding yourself and clean it off and put a bracket on it and they can put the thing up in the spring
- 43:03[SPEAKER_11]: They don't care what I have to say.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_11]: They don't care about that stuff.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_14]: No.
- 43:09[SPEAKER_11]: Because there's no consequence to, well, if they don't follow the advice, there's no consequence to it.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_11]: So it's, they don't care.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_11]: I just think it looks stupid.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_11]: Maybe they can, yeah.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_16]: Bye now.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_11]: It was unethical to take that fountain down.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_11]: That's what I think.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, well, we'll try that.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_11]: But I can't bring a complaint to them.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_11]: Don't you have to be a council member and average person can't bring a complaint, you know?
- 43:47[SPEAKER_11]: So anyway, 755, 1240, our phone number, if you'd like to give us a call, that fellow that was sent in state of 59 and a half years in prison, I don't know what the half years are.
- 43:58[SPEAKER_11]: He's a one who killed the woman over behind target in her apartment, nice lady, very nice lady, and now, so how cold is too cold to walk your dog?
- 44:17[SPEAKER_11]: Well, I think that would be up in the air.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, obviously, a certain dog.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, there's Bernie's mountain dogs and those type of things.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_11]: And St. Bernard and all of that, they are outdoors a lot or they are on TV at least.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, if we've got some little, I don't know, Yorkie or one of those little whatever dogs, you know, you probably don't want to leave them out too long.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_11]: They don't have enough body mass to maintain temperature and you can put boots on them.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_11]: Well, I think that's weird.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_11]: People try to put like boots on cats.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_11]: They don't like that.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_11]: So, you know, the incentive for a dog with cold feet, it's an incentive to get your business done quicker if, you know, get it done and get back inside.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, let's see, somebody wants to know if I watched football or 60 minutes.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_11]: I did watch part of 60 minutes.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_11]: Marjorie Taylor Green, post Felix Neisons, I like her.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_11]: I like her.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_11]: And also, they had a thing on AI as something.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_11]: And that's kind of, you know, I like AI.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_11]: I think it's great applications, but this idea that
- 45:41[SPEAKER_11]: Impressionable younger people get into conversations on AI, that's not an indictment of AI as a technology.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_11]: It's just the application of it.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_11]: It's not a good idea.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_11]: But again, I mean, you know, parents got to stay on top of that stuff.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_11]: 755, 1240, the phone number.

- 49:20[SPEAKER_11]: Watertown, dependent, yeah, some of the little things, nobody's heard from the angry man and we're still concerned about him.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_11]: Somebody texted in that they saw an obit or something that seemed to fit the description of the San Diego guy.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know who he is, so I don't really know somebody else texted in Leslie's stall as a horrid person.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_11]: Well, that's because she did the interview with Marjorie Taylor Green last night.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_11]: You know, people say, I think,
- 49:48[SPEAKER_11]: She stands up for what she believes in and you know Trump kicked her to the curb and I don't I don't agree with that I'm again.
- 49:54[SPEAKER_11]: I'm I mean You know, I don't agree with everything Trump says or does but Sorry as Marjorie Taylor green You know if she runs for everybody talks about America's not ready for a woman president We just don't have the right woman who running Marjorie Taylor green would be good Jasmine Crockett she'd be good far as I'm concerned I'd vote for Jasmine for president if she ran
- 50:16[SPEAKER_11]: That way I could get rid of two bugaboo's, you know, that I'm a racist and a misogynist, right?
- 50:22[SPEAKER_11]: 755-1240 is the phone number if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_11]: And let's see.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_11]: No other calls.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_11]: The weather forecast for the rest of the week actually, well, a little moderation by midweek, but not much.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_11]: And then generally pretty cold.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_11]: Uh-huh, yep.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_11]: You know, they were reading an iPad or something.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_11]: They're still debating wine and supermarkets.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_11]: There's two sides to that.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_11]: If you're the liquor stores owner, you don't want that to happen, but if you're just a consumer, why shouldn't you be able to pick up whatever you want, where you want?
- 51:08[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, why can you buy a case of ear to go for me, but you can't buy a bottle of jack for me?
- 51:17[SPEAKER_11]: I wouldn't, to one person, but, you know, that, you know, it's just weird, it's weird.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_11]: But since I have friends who are in the licorice store business, I don't want to, there to be wine in the supermarkets.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_11]: If I didn't have any friends in the licorice store business, I wouldn't care.
- 51:34[SPEAKER_11]: That's how it works, right?
- 51:37[SPEAKER_11]: So, everybody got their superbowl squares yet?
- 51:43[SPEAKER_11]: What's the biggest superbowl square you can get in the water town?
- 51:47[SPEAKER_11]: Don't tell me where, don't you?
- 51:48[SPEAKER_11]: Don't tell me where.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_11]: I remember they used to always say they were 200, well, this is years ago, $200 squares at Bennings.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_11]: That's a total amount, collection, $20,000.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_11]: So I don't know.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_11]: But there must be ones up in that range now or more.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_11]: There's some high rollers here.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_11]: So what's the biggest superbowl square you're in?
- 52:12[SPEAKER_11]: You can call him, tell us, 755-1240.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_11]: Boy, this guy doesn't like Leslie Stahl.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_11]: She used to lie about Reagan.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_11]: That's how old that blank is.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_11]: I can't say the word, but she has, you know, seems like she's been around a long time.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_11]: only sixty minutes person i have a man i know i know people love to hear stories from me uh... michaelis yep the original michaelis back in uh... back in the eighties when i was a channel seven Glenn Hall came in one day to a twelve person and i you know you two can go down to new york and the doing affiliate promos and uh... kathy i think got to do one with rather
- 53:05[SPEAKER_11]: And I did one with Mike Wallace.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's back when they bring the anchor.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think they do that anymore.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think there's any.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_11]: I don't even know who anchors the CBC.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_11]: But it was a big deal back then.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_11]: Yep.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_11]: And we had to fly down on it with the real bumpy flight.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_11]: I remember that.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_11]: That was the time when, because we were,
- 53:35[SPEAKER_11]: Well, the station was in the process of being sold to the folks out in Kenosha.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_11]: So the operations guy Glenn Hall had to keep the expenses down.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_11]: So we had to share a room in New York.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_11]: I'm not saying anything happened.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_11]: I would never say that.
- 53:47[SPEAKER_11]: But that was the deal.
- 53:50[SPEAKER_11]: Now, can you imagine doing that today?
- 53:54[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, you could get a ton of money out of that.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_11]: But back then, life was simple.
- 54:01[SPEAKER_11]: You know, you just behaved yourself and were respectful of people.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_11]: trying to make a big deal of it.
- 54:06[SPEAKER_11]: You don't spend that much time in the hotel room anyway.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_11]: People's Express was the airline at the time.
- 54:13[SPEAKER_11]: It was a real cattle car.
- 54:15[SPEAKER_11]: So anyway, that was the only 60 minutes person they ever met.
- 54:18[SPEAKER_11]: How we got from Leslie Stahl to Mike Wallace.
- 54:20[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 54:21[SPEAKER_11]: But Mr. Wallace, I will say, was very, very cordial, very patient with everybody.
- 54:28[SPEAKER_11]: I was in line the group from WCCO and Minneapolis
- 54:35[SPEAKER_11]: Um, they were right in front of me.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_11]: I remember in the boy.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_11]: They had some pretty people.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know if they're pretty still, but they were pretty back then.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_11]: 755, 1240, the phone number.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_11]: If you'd like to be on the air today and, um, there you go.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_10]: Let's see.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_10]: Um, white Christmas.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_10]: We've discussed that.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_11]: I think we're going to have a white Christmas.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_11]: Flu cases are up.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, we got to get all scared about that now Just stay home and never go out.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, there you go Take your vitamins, take your whatever pills Stay away from people There you go, there's my there's my advice.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_11]: There's my advice.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_11]: Oh Let's see um
- 55:35[SPEAKER_11]: So many texts in Mike Wallace had a reputation if we're being a prickly guy was he nice.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_11]: Yes, he was, in fact, oh, I shouldn't say this because it sounds so self-serving and indulgent.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_11]: But, you know, we all had to go down there with our piece of copy that they were going to throw on the prom pair, whatever they did, and I showed them, you know, folks from Minneapolis did.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_11]: There's an idea.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_11]: I handed a mining look.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, that's well written.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_11]: I said, well, thank you.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_11]: You know, I mean, it doesn't seem like much now, or to the people now who have no respect for anything, but they have Mike Wallace look at your copy and say, that's Mike, that's well written.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_11]: And that allowed to me at the time.
- 56:12[SPEAKER_11]: No, I know there's people out there laughing at what you go, he's known.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_11]: He's got our failed career, and I do have a failed career in broadcasting, but still, you know, felt nice at the time.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_11]: All right.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_11]: Now, how we got into that?
- 56:26[SPEAKER_11]: Well, we're talking about 60 minutes.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I just happened to be watching it last night.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_11]: And I watched a little of the, Marjorie Taylor green and a little bit of the story on AI.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_11]: Not bad about the AI story, because those people lost their daughter.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_11]: And I don't know who to blame on that, but, you know, it's just not a good thing.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_14]: I'm a good thing.
- 56:48[SPEAKER_11]: People's express.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_11]: You paid after you took off.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_11]: 99 now.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_11]: Is that how they did it?
- 56:52[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 56:57[SPEAKER_11]: uh... and somebody just sent me the name of address of the angry guy i'm not gonna read it on the air obviously but yeah i don't know they also got a tax who will be present in the executive session while i assume since the two separate half hour meetings the responded like mr. jaro her attorney on tv
- 57:29[SPEAKER_11]: and uh... the uh... five members of the ethics board uh... that's about it i guess who are they i can't say i can't say uh... seven five five twelve forty the phone number uh... he's been still got a winter storm watching a fact didn't look bad today but this weather something else
- 57:57[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, it still does fall, it's not winter weather, it's fall weather.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_11]: Not that we haven't had, you know, this kind of weather early before.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_11]: Ah, let's see, somebody texting, that's high praise, Mayor, oh, there you go, um, a couple more text coming in.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_11]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if it'd like to be on the show of shows and we still got a minute or so left.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_14]: So... Well, what have we got here?
- 58:39[SPEAKER_14]: Another text.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, I don't care about that stuff.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_11]: Who did you two?
- 58:50[SPEAKER_11]: Funny about Marjorie Taylor green all the lips like her now that she's said a falling out with Trump.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_11]: That's how it works You know now she can go on the viewer any of those shows I see they had RFK's wife on the view recently.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_11]: I saw her on Fox and friends this morning Seems like a nice lady Those old screws true.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_11]: Is that what you call the people on the view?
- 59:16[SPEAKER_11]: Is that a bad term?
- 59:19[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think so.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think so.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_11]: Um... Somebody checks in, do I publicly denounce racism?
- 59:27[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I sent a vote for Jasmine Crockett for president, what more do you want?
- 59:31[SPEAKER_11]: Come on, man.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_11]: Good afternoon, got to be quick.
- 59:35[UNKNOWN]: Playboy.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_11]: Alrighty, that's it for today, and uh... Glenn Curry will be in a five o'clock, you know, Glenn.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_11]: And I don't know what it'll be talking about, but uh, maybe John Lennon, who knows?
- 59:48[SPEAKER_11]: In any event it's been a pleasure talking to you today.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_11]: Hope you've enjoyed it.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_11]: Hope you've got some sustenance out of it and Want to remind you you're listening to a community broadcast through station.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_11]: We are AM 1240 WAT and water town New York the time one o'clock
