- 0:37SPEAKER_02: I mean that's that's not good.
- 0:39SPEAKER_02: I'm not sure it's welcome first of all to Unresolved Dependencies episode Yes, I forgot which number it is.
- 0:47SPEAKER_02: 16, 17, 167, I don't know, who knows.
- 0:50SPEAKER_02: It doesn't matter because this is a very special episode.
- 0:52SPEAKER_02: And I'm I'm first of all, before we come to that, I I'm I'm stunned by your singing and your like skills in terms of like this is amazing.
- 1:02SPEAKER_02: Where do you learn that?
- 1:03SPEAKER_02: Oh exactly, it takes a professional setup like this.
- 1:06SPEAKER_02: So with it sounded so good, even like without my headphones.
- 1:09SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 1:09SPEAKER_02: I like it.
- 1:10SPEAKER_01: It's as if the equipment makes me sound better almost.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: The professional setup.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: That's perhaps there's nothing we need to work on.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: So we're sat here in MGM uh Grand Convention Center.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: We are live at the Power Platform Community Conference 2026, and as you can see, we've we've had a we've got a glow-up.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: This is a podcast glow-up of the century.
- 1:30SPEAKER_02: And we are in person, we can touch each other.
- 1:32SPEAKER_02: We are like in one hand arm away from each other, so everything legal, HR-related is still in policy.
- 1:39SPEAKER_02: So we are good, we are ready to go.
- 1:42SPEAKER_02: Uh, we are hyped and spoke and stoked by this conference.
- 1:46SPEAKER_02: Um, we are very thankful for Microsoft to give us the this booth for like an hour to just talk about everything that goes on here.
- 1:53SPEAKER_02: Um, apparently sing, like not it.
- 1:56SPEAKER_02: It's I would not call it Kori anymore because it's like it was a live performance.
- 2:00SPEAKER_02: They they need you on the big stage for tonight.
- 2:03SPEAKER_02: I will text Van Dana, who's like potentially the background.
- 2:06SPEAKER_02: If you hear her, hear her, don't be mad.
- 2:08SPEAKER_02: Uh she's giving off some prizes, but I will let her know she can go to Pitbull, who who will be on stage tonight, and you can just cancel that one because we have Joseph Griffin in the house.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: And a huge thank you to her for organizing all of this.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: This is a really great suggestion, great idea.
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: And I thought as well, well, I thought I'd sing, because that's that was the answer to Joe's travels.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: Joe's travels, yeah.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: Sorry about Joe's travels.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that was the answer for last time.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: So for those who played along uh the clue last time, yeah, the answer was Las Vegas.
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: Hopefully, pretty obvious from what we did there.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: So if you did want to get involved and play along either on the socials or you can email us hello at unresolved dependencies.com.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: Uh and we have a new clue this week because we've got to be a good idea.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: You have a new clue.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: If Joe isn't travelling, what is he doing?
- 2:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I don't know.
- 2:49SPEAKER_02: He's like he's like uh more effort on applying on a pilot.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: Exactly, exactly.
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: So the clue this time is I'm going to be in a city where you can find a little mermaid statue.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: And in fact, if you were attending this year's European Power Platform Conference, you may have been there as well.
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: Where am I travelling to next?
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: Let us know on the socials, reply or give us hit us up on email, hello at Unresolved Dependencies.com.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: This is clearly the most popular feature that has ever existed, because our inboxes are literally inundated with answers, aren't they?
- 3:19SPEAKER_02: Every week we get just so literally we literally need to buy more storage and all our mailbooks just to answer all the questions on the book.
- 3:24SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 3:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the ends done.
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: So please, please do email.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: We are we are desperate at this point.
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: We need people to get involved.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: Please, please do email us.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: But you know what's actually more interesting than my travelling?
- 3:34SPEAKER_02: Uh uh what is happening at PowerPlatform Community Conference?
- 3:37SPEAKER_02: We're gonna get to that, we're gonna get to that.
- 3:39SPEAKER_01: There's something else that's something else.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: So we need to dispatch your needs.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: But first of all, I'm gonna ask you a question, first of all.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: How how long have you been in the United States of America so far?
- 3:49SPEAKER_02: So I arrived on Monday evening, and today is Wednesday.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: So two and a half days.
- 3:58SPEAKER_02: Two and a half days, yeah.
- 3:59SPEAKER_02: Two and a half days.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: Okay, uh, my next question: how many times have you been to In N Out Burger in that time?
- 4:05SPEAKER_02: Like in total during those two and a half days?
- 4:08SPEAKER_02: In total, yeah, in total.
- 4:09SPEAKER_02: Or how many burgers?
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: Okay, but that's two types of questions.
- 4:12SPEAKER_01: First of all, tell us how many times have you actually physically been in an in-out um restaurant?
- 4:18SPEAKER_01: Restaurant or you specify restaurant.
- 4:20SPEAKER_01: Because I always went to the company store, just uh any establishment owned by the In N Out Corporation, whatever they're called.
- 4:27SPEAKER_02: In the whole stay of two and a half days, yes.
- 4:30SPEAKER_02: Four times.
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: Four times, okay.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: So you've literally been to In N Out more days than you've been here.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 4:35SPEAKER_01: Uh and tell me how many double doubles have you consumed?
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: Um six.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: Six.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: Six.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: So that's that's that's an average of two per visit.
- 4:44SPEAKER_02: Well, it was like I was three times as a restaurant, so I went there Monday evening when I left.
- 4:49SPEAKER_02: When I arrived, I went there yesterday for lunch where you couldn't make it, and then I went there just right now for lunch.
- 4:57SPEAKER_02: And there is a company store next to it where you can buy merch and stuff like that.
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: So that was my fourth appearance in our In N Out Burger-owned establishment.
- 5:05SPEAKER_01: So this is probably the only thing that brings me and Sebastian together.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: We do like In N Out Burger.
- 5:10SPEAKER_01: Um, so that's my top tip.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: If you're ever in Las Vegas or anywhere in the west coast of the US, get yourself to In N Out Burger.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: It is literally probably the best uh fast food burger that you will ever eat in your life in terms of price and quality.
- 5:23SPEAKER_01: I had one the other day, um, uh double double with fries and a soda cost me 13 bucks.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: I mean that's incredible.
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: That's that's like inflation meeting.
- 5:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's amazing.
- 5:33SPEAKER_02: And just and just recalculate that in co-poly credits.
- 5:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you will not get like any app out of that.
- 5:40SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 5:40SPEAKER_02: You spend more on your weekly summary than just like getting the best burger in the fucking world.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 5:45SPEAKER_01: So clearly that's your choice, Sebastian Eats.
- 5:48SPEAKER_02: Yes, it's it has to be because I'm not eating anything else, basically.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: And and you plan to go probably what another two or three times.
- 5:54SPEAKER_01: We we're potentially going on Friday.
- 5:56SPEAKER_02: Maybe potentially going on Friday, that's for sure.
- 5:58SPEAKER_02: Um there is also plans to go tomorrow, at least for some lunch, because I'm the I have a session right before lunch where I make a cameu because I'm officially not around along the speakers, but maybe if you're around and you go to a certain Brook IQ session tomorrow, um I will be there and doing a live demo of GitHub Cooper Polit, Brooke IQ, and Co Polit Studio.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: So it's like it's like at the end of it's like at the end of a Marvel movie when you suddenly see like you know Robert Downey Jr.
- 6:25SPEAKER_01: pop up or someone from another movie.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: That's your that's the surprise.
- 6:28SPEAKER_02: That's that's me surprising the audience, and everyone will go wild and crazy and stand up, standing ovations, all of different chloys will fly fly on the on the stage and then you and then you wake up and go and do your session.
- 6:41SPEAKER_01: Yes, exactly.
- 6:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah, okay, okay, that's good.
- 6:43SPEAKER_02: And a drum solo I thought about it, but uh yeah, we had to cut that because of the time.
- 6:46SPEAKER_02: Exactly, exactly.
- 6:48SPEAKER_01: So we're here live at the Power Platform Community Conference.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: This is my third conference, I want to say.
- 6:55SPEAKER_01: Like your third conference or your third time I've attended.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: You attended once in Orlando, yeah, things like that.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: So tell me, what is your general impression so far?
- 7:05SPEAKER_02: My general impression is that it's very nice.
- 7:08SPEAKER_02: A lot of people, a lot of people.
- 7:10SPEAKER_02: It's it's huge.
- 7:11SPEAKER_02: There's there's a lot of offerings, there's a lot of things you can do besides the the original sessions, there's a lot of Microsoft content.
- 7:18SPEAKER_02: So I I think it's only about time that this is getting a Microsoft first event basically, because so far it's basically a community-organized event, or like there is some community as well, definitely in the background.
- 7:28SPEAKER_02: So shout out to them.
- 7:30SPEAKER_02: Um but Microsoft is so present here with the keynote, with like different sessions.
- 7:35SPEAKER_02: I've been to um various Ask Me Anything with the product group already.
- 7:41SPEAKER_02: Um that was truly amazing to just get one hands-on experience and Batic can be able to share my feedback directly to them, see them in person, um, obviously is it's really nice because that also is a deeper connection.
- 7:57SPEAKER_02: It's maybe as well something that could work for us at some point, but I will not spoil anything there.
- 8:01SPEAKER_02: And I think overall, what they have put on the feed here with like the community launch in the background here, um, there's their whole maker experience, which I was just there outside um in the sunny sun of Las Vegas, uh just uh Rockstone Fro from the um Las Vegas Strip away, where there is a live DJ, fleet drinks, like monarchic of course, you get popcorn, fresh cocoa cocoa water, cocoa water, coconut water, coconut water, yes.
- 8:32SPEAKER_02: So all of the different things um you have revels, you can win prizes, you can um exchange your tokens to like fabulous things.
- 8:40SPEAKER_02: I just like for like five tokens, you got like really nice Microsoft branded socks, and I really mean that because I just got it for Jonas, one of our colleagues, and he was like, Yeah, get me the socks.
- 8:50SPEAKER_02: And I'm okay, sure, I'll get the socks right.
- 8:52SPEAKER_02: Should you need socks?
- 8:53SPEAKER_02: But they're really nice, they're really nice and good.
- 8:55SPEAKER_02: They're like beige, like the old Microsoft logo with all of the traditional colours and stuff like that.
- 9:00SPEAKER_02: Beautiful, you will love them, you definitely need to get them.
- 9:03SPEAKER_02: And I got it like an anchor power bank for like 15 tokens, incredible value.
- 9:08SPEAKER_02: So there is so much to do, uh, so much people from the community you can meet and just get a quick chat into it.
- 9:16SPEAKER_02: It's it's amazing.
- 9:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah, certainly the community lounge area compared to last year.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'm looking around now, you've got phone charging stations available, you've got like a research department there, we've got as well the Ask the Experts thing, which has got it the whole setup, just seems to have been um elevated quite a bit, so which is quite cool to see.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: And the whole maker, and you still need to go down and see the whole maker experience thing.
- 9:37SPEAKER_02: Definitely you need to check that out.
- 9:38SPEAKER_02: I was as well like, okay, what what else could be there?
- 9:40SPEAKER_02: But it's it's truly amazing.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and you won something, didn't you?
- 9:43SPEAKER_02: I won something, yeah, because there's like a human crawl machine where they can just like sip you up and then they put you on a on a crawl, basically, and you can just dive into um a bath of balls, basically, and just grab a prize.
- 9:56SPEAKER_02: You don't know what you're grabbing because like it's it's hidden in a box, and then they uh you can differ win different prizes like GoPros, Aura Rings, um what else have I seen?
- 10:06SPEAKER_02: Uh Switch 2 I think you can win.
- 10:08SPEAKER_02: And um there's the funny thing is there's a there's a weight limit on that.
- 10:14SPEAKER_02: A weight limit, okay.
- 10:15SPEAKER_01: So how did you get on with that?
- 10:16SPEAKER_02: So let me so as you know, I'm you're jacked.
- 10:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 10:23SPEAKER_02: You're ripped, you're ripped.
- 10:24SPEAKER_02: I'm not ripped, no.
- 10:25SPEAKER_02: No.
- 10:26SPEAKER_02: The burgers have done their justice, so but there's a weight limit of like I think like 110 kilograms.
- 10:34SPEAKER_02: And I have to break it to you.
- 10:36SPEAKER_02: I'm slightly above 110 kilograms.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: Okay, so you so you so you broke the rule, you broke the rules of the contest, therefore your prizes forfeit, uh, you are banned from further participation in the games.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: Actually, no.
- 10:48SPEAKER_02: No, no, I I was there with a good friend, uh Charles Phelps, uh, and uh he basically jumped in and I will do it for my mate.
- 10:56SPEAKER_02: And then he jumped into that, and he's the best choice I ever had because he was experienced.
- 11:02SPEAKER_02: He already did it like twice or so, and he already won him some prizes and stuff like that.
- 11:06SPEAKER_02: So he was the pro gamer in this experience.
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: He was your agent.
- 11:10SPEAKER_01: He was your agent doing your job for you.
- 11:12SPEAKER_02: Yes, he was my skilled agent, yeah.
- 11:13SPEAKER_02: And I just gave him instructions saying, I want to have this box over there.
- 11:16SPEAKER_02: And I and then he did everything.
- 11:19SPEAKER_02: He was going up the the crane, going into the pit, and like he's swimming about his life.
- 11:24SPEAKER_02: So there was so much.
- 11:25SPEAKER_02: I have never seen something so beautiful, so empowering than like him trying to get the box I wanted.
- 11:35SPEAKER_02: And you know what?
- 11:36SPEAKER_02: He got it.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then you and then you gave him the prize, obviously, for all of his hard work, yeah.
- 11:41SPEAKER_02: No, it's my prize.
- 11:42SPEAKER_02: Why okay, but he got it for you.
- 11:43SPEAKER_02: He got it for me.
- 11:44SPEAKER_02: He he was offering it to me that he can get it for me.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: Okay, so you might own a drink, possibly.
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: Um just to say, exactly.
- 11:51SPEAKER_02: That's what we're doing later on.
- 11:52SPEAKER_02: Like, um an in-and-out burger or two, maybe.
- 11:55SPEAKER_02: Maybe, sorry.
- 11:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, definitely.
- 11:57SPEAKER_02: So, but we definitely get some drinks later to celebrate that because he he got me a meta quest, like a VR headside, which is incredible.
- 12:04SPEAKER_02: It's like one of the top prices, I think.
- 12:06SPEAKER_02: So incredible.
- 12:07SPEAKER_02: Uh this was I was saying I'm still sorry, I'm still shaking.
- 12:11SPEAKER_02: Um, incredible luck there.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: He came, he literally he was late coming up.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: Uh his adrenaline was sort of like he was like, I got I got this price and then I went this price in here, and I got this prize over here, and then we need to go to the toilet.
- 12:23SPEAKER_02: I was not late.
- 12:24SPEAKER_02: We met for 130, I was here at 127.
- 12:27SPEAKER_02: So I'm like on time.
- 12:28SPEAKER_02: I'm just I'm just pulling your leg as well.
- 12:30SPEAKER_02: So like if you think about like how big this conference is and how how many steps you need to take, first of all, just to get from the hotel through all of the casinos and roll out tables and blackjacks and through gang to getting here.
- 12:45SPEAKER_02: Um it's amazing.
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: I was in time, but it literally takes me a mile to get from my hotel to the convention centre.
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: So literally just walking back, I get half my steps today.
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: So it's incredible.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: It's good.
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: So given the amount of food that I've been consuming, then yeah, definitely is a good place to be there.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: So um, so yeah, so the keynote was yesterday.
- 13:04SPEAKER_01: Yes, Charles Curry.
- 13:05SPEAKER_01: We had Charles Lomana who introduced us uh as well.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: We had Ryan Cunningham.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: Ryan Cunningham's always a pleasure to see on stage.
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: He has he's got good energy, yeah.
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: Lots of energy.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: His energy is just like really on point.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: You can actually feel it.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: I've actually literally been in sessions that he's lived before where the previous speakers, everything's been quite sort of flat, then he comes on and just completely changes the sort of stuff like that.
- 13:29SPEAKER_01: Um and it was so I've been to three of these events in previous years.
- 13:33SPEAKER_01: It's probably the best keynote out of all of them for a while.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: And one of the reasons why I quite liked it is that it was very hands-on demo-based.
- 13:41SPEAKER_01: That's true.
- 13:41SPEAKER_01: That is, and and and and also AI only started to be talked about after, let's say, what, half an hour or something like that?
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: So there was a real focus on quality of life, investments, and improvements.
- 13:53SPEAKER_02: But this is new or a new state-of-the-art quality measurement.
- 13:57SPEAKER_02: The longer you can hide the word AI in your keynote, the better it becomes.
- 14:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 14:02SPEAKER_02: Is that the new quality gate?
- 14:04SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 14:04SPEAKER_02: All right, all right.
- 14:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we had some demos from Leon uh Leon, we had uh Vendano did a demo or two, uh, and yeah, really just focused on um yeah, what's happening at the moment.
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: Obviously, AI and agents sort of came up as part of the sort of conversation, but there were also some other kind of interesting little tidbits and kind of announcements that came out as well.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: Um, so um Charles talked a lot about community as part of this.
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: He announced that it was something, a new thing called the Microsoft Maker community.
- 14:28SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's I think it's kind of combining all of the different forums and communities because it's always like spread around different websites where you have different forums, and you have like forum for Copilot Studio, one for the Power Apps, one PowerPlatform, Power BI, everything is kind of separated and siloed.
- 14:44SPEAKER_02: And I think I I have not checked it since uh the announcement of it.
- 14:48SPEAKER_02: I do think that it's just like everything all together, and that seems to be as well the strategy behind what Microsoft wants to do, that they just want to bring everything together because they have that incredible stack of technology from um Power BI, Power Automate over Dataverse, App to Azure, Foundry Woo! Someone wants to do that.
- 15:12SPEAKER_02: Yeah, of course, who cares?
- 15:13SPEAKER_02: They're like supporting us.
- 15:14SPEAKER_02: So you have to incredible stack, and you just like everyone is their own maker uh because you get enabled with all of this AI and co-pilot um first first party tools, and you can just like jump on it and create something, and you potentially don't need to know what you're creating in the background because the back end is handling all of that and it's just all streamlined on the same technology basically.
- 15:38SPEAKER_02: So if you're talking about managed runtime, for example, that just like brings all the same SDKs and all the different um grounding or like foundation of your app.
- 15:48SPEAKER_02: It's like just one thing.
- 15:49SPEAKER_02: So it doesn't matter like where you create it or like with which tool you're creating it, um, you can just like pull it up again and make some edits more in the future, or you could give it to your favorite developer and he's like able to debug it or make some manual changes, work there with his GitHub Copilot agent.
- 16:06SPEAKER_02: And and I think that is an interesting type because when we looking back two years, reminding when I started working on that, it was CRM, CRM 2011, CM4, I'm gonna call it.
- 16:20SPEAKER_02: And it was also like just one thing, and then afterward it it split in so many first-party applications, so many technology tools where it is definitely hard to keep up with things.
- 16:31SPEAKER_02: And we just started talking about canvas apps, which also get like new visuals, upgraded experiences, so it would be much more easier to create nice looking canvas apps, which is surprising to me because I thought, okay, canvas apps, what why do you need that?
- 16:46SPEAKER_02: Because I have code apps, I have manage apps, um, I'm I'm good with them.
- 16:50SPEAKER_02: I'm much more easier to create that, to maintain it with Git First.
- 16:55SPEAKER_02: And with Canvas apps now, I have not built a Canvas app in like eight years.
- 17:00SPEAKER_02: But now with like the new capabilities, I have an MCP for that.
- 17:03SPEAKER_02: I can hook it up through my uh guitar copilot and then can just create a nice little camera set up if I need one.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, the technology will remain as is for some times.
- 17:11SPEAKER_01: The uh methods and techniques through which you interact with it is the thing that's gonna evolve.
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: Um so yeah, the maker community, go to aka.ms slash maker community, we'll put the link in the show notes where you can find a bit more about that.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: I'll kind of come back to it when maybe talk about um next year's event.
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: But yeah, the words maker, makers making a makers making a comeback, literally, it feels like it seems to be a term that's come up a lot so far for me.
- 17:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it sounds like, yeah.
- 17:38SPEAKER_02: Because as you already teach like the next year's conference, I think, is gonna be like a total rebranding, perhaps.
- 17:44SPEAKER_02: So I think that that maker experience also is or the maker term is as well as combining it doesn't matter if you do have a power platform background or SharePoint, or if you like focused on Azure or you're focused on Power BI or fabric.
- 17:58SPEAKER_02: So it's more like a global phenomenon that like you just can do everything that you want on the PowerPlatform or on the broader Microsoft ecosystem, right?
- 18:08SPEAKER_02: So whatever you want to do, you can do it.
- 18:10SPEAKER_02: You can just hook up everything with your tool of choice, which is either TikTok pilot, um, you have TikTok Copilot app for example, which I prefer lately.
- 18:19SPEAKER_02: You can work with TLI, of course, if you're like fancy and you need to have this um more like pro devlog, you can work with Visual Studio, you can work as well still with the UI.
- 18:30SPEAKER_02: I mean, but who's doing that still, right?
- 18:31SPEAKER_02: So you're not trying to UI anymore.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: I mean it's still surprising in some of the sessions that we've done so far, the amount of people who um and still not you know aware of things like GitHub Copilot or uh all that sort of stuff, we sort of maybe think that may it makes me sort of think maybe we're further ahead than others in a lot of ways, and that yeah, that's still the most people still need to be kind of shown the the the new ways we can sort of you know build out choosing agents and using you know co-pilots and things like that.
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: So I I I totally get us and I I think you can do a lot of more stuff than people are actually doing today.
- 19:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 19:03SPEAKER_02: So you could force your way into that pretty easily.
- 19:06SPEAKER_02: You can create things which you usually have spent months or weeks at least to it in like just maybe hours or maybe days if it's super complex.
- 19:16SPEAKER_02: But you can get there and you can just force your way through that as a maker.
- 19:21SPEAKER_02: And I think this is incredible and and super um exciting times, but also it has that big big challenge that um you need to be aware of like what is the updated thing, what is the latest thing, what do you want to do, and also and but I think exciting times, right?
- 19:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, for sure.
- 19:41SPEAKER_01: So we saw an announcement yesterday, Panatese already, so the conference is gonna be back next year, uh moving to this Assemble.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: Uh sorry, November.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: November.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be in Chicago, which I'm actually pretty excited about.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: I um I want to see you eat a deep pan pizza again.
- 19:58SPEAKER_02: Again, that's a point because I already had one.
- 20:00SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, so that'll be quite sort of good.
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: Uh and as well, it's not gonna be power platform community conference anymore.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: How is it now?
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: What is the name?
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: Uh I think it's is it maker conference?
- 20:09SPEAKER_01: Maker conference.
- 20:10SPEAKER_01: Maker conference.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: So I wonder, you know, we are seeing there has been some real change in Microsoft in terms of what Charles Lamana's kind of involved in now.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: We're seeing like a kind of a unification across M365 Copart and stuff like that.
- 20:22SPEAKER_01: You know, is this are we moving to a post-power platform kind of age?
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: I wonder perhaps.
- 20:28SPEAKER_02: Well, big words, big words.
- 20:30SPEAKER_02: I'm not sure if it's like a Paris power platform area, it's but it's maybe a bit more open area where like people can create things, can create apps, and they don't need as with managed runtime, they don't need to take care about like what is in the background.
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: They can really like just bring their ideas to life, make sure um they they've done their part, which is like the requirement, the UI, the UX, the process around that, and everything in the back end, like the IT, the governance, the security, authentication, all of that is just there.
- 21:05SPEAKER_01: So that probably ties in quite well.
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: I think you were in the session yesterday with uh Casey and Greg as well, um, where they were giving some insights into where things are going, particularly with uh environments.
- 21:16SPEAKER_02: Yes, because that's that's taking a pretty interesting shift because I think we talked about it like last time or the time before, that there is an announcement that Dataverse for Teams is getting getting to deprecated.
- 21:31SPEAKER_02: They're deprecating as well the unmanaged personal developer environments and as well limiting that to just one personal developer environment before you had three.
- 21:40SPEAKER_02: And I think especially that for power apps first developers or for for clients who were especially working on power apps to extending that.
- 21:49SPEAKER_02: Maybe not so much in our case as we are a lot focusing on dynamics, but um this is this is a change.
- 21:56SPEAKER_02: This is this is something new for them.
- 21:58SPEAKER_02: But but for example.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: For example, Casey Per Burke and the team was presenting there is like a different approach to environments because Microsoft, I think, sees environments more like this is a container where like all of your stuff is in, and this this container handles just your policies and your governance, and the rest is just there.
- 22:17SPEAKER_02: It doesn't matter if this is production or not.
- 22:20SPEAKER_02: So they're even like claiming that personal developer environments can have production ready or production productive used apps, which was usually not the case.
- 22:29SPEAKER_02: Every time when you open up a personal developer environment in the past, you've got like a claim that this is not for productive use.
- 22:36SPEAKER_02: So this is potentially changing, and as well with with managed apps, copilots, managed runtime, um this also has an option to be deployed in a personal developer environment, and is then easily shared with, for example, you our colleagues, whoever wants to have access to this app.
- 22:54SPEAKER_02: And you don't need to take care about a deployment anymore, you just like share it and it's good to use.
- 23:00SPEAKER_02: It connects to your data.
- 23:01SPEAKER_02: And in the same same way as this is um Git first, so it means there's always a Git repo in the background, which is a basic code storage for or storage for your code for a source code.
- 23:14SPEAKER_02: Um this also becomes capable of testing different branches on on the same environment.
- 23:20SPEAKER_02: You're basically just adding your branch name to the URL and you can share this with, for example, your power users that they can test new features while the majority of the users are still just running the release version.
- 23:33SPEAKER_02: And and this is mental, this is incredible.
- 23:35SPEAKER_02: So it kind of kind of gets back to this like managed versus unmanaged discussion and do you need solutions and stuff like that?
- 23:42SPEAKER_02: The real big question is how does Dataverse live up to that?
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: So it's kind of almost like lowering the barrier of entry for individuals.
- 23:50SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I just wonder, you know, where does that leave application lifecycle management?
- 23:55SPEAKER_01: Where does that leave, you know, all the security?
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: How do we maintain control over all of this kind of stuff?
- 24:01SPEAKER_02: Especially with like data access and stuff like that, yeah, it comes from outside or even like databases on production environment.
- 24:08SPEAKER_02: So you still need to somewhat get to this data, so you still need to deploy that.
- 24:12SPEAKER_02: But I know that in in their session it was like, yeah, you like relations, you like the 5% of the people.
- 24:19SPEAKER_02: And I think I think this is the interesting take that was for me that even though in our group we have a pretty strong opinion, but even that is like we're only like a fraction of the people because there are so many more people coming from office, coming from this office experience with Microsoft, not the dynamics part of it.
- 24:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I guess it's accepting that maybe Dataverse, you know, it doesn't have to be Dataversus the backend as much as we would love it to be, perhaps always.
- 24:43SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, we're sort of getting to a realm where we're being as agnostic uh as possible.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: You know, we're building just a solution, we're we're using the technology to create these interfaces and the data can exist kind of everywhere.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: So maybe then it sort of then um gets us into like a like an evolved version of Canvas apps, really.
- 25:02SPEAKER_01: Maybe the role of model-driven apps, maybe you know, not so much anymore because I can build, well, I can any of us can create a UK that looks that looks that looks ten times more beautiful, arguably, than a model-driven app.
- 25:13SPEAKER_01: So where does that leave that?
- 25:14SPEAKER_02: You know, yeah, absolutely.
- 25:15SPEAKER_02: And then as well, um gets much more into like this.
- 25:18SPEAKER_02: I just need this for my team and I just create it quickly.
- 25:21SPEAKER_02: And I I don't need to have this technical background anymore.
- 25:25SPEAKER_02: I can just prompt that, I prompt my way through it.
- 25:28SPEAKER_02: Or as in our case, we we for example handle that um skill gap with um we have predefined skills.
- 25:35SPEAKER_02: It's either we're just rolling that out on on covert and co-pilot level, but also we have plugins, uh, or one plugin, especially for GitHub Copilot internally, which then gives you like all of the skills and agents you need to create always the same standard of a um solution.
- 25:52SPEAKER_02: So in this case, you're still focusing on Dataverse, of course, but you can just like flip the switch and connect to everything you need, but you still have the same rules applying to your data model, you have the same rules to apply to your visuals and to your apps and stuff like that.
- 26:06SPEAKER_02: And so the company can make sure that like everyone is using the same skills and produces the same regrettive output of the same quality, no matter if that guy is 10 years in a company or two years in a company or two minutes.
- 26:21SPEAKER_02: So that's that's incredible helpful.
- 26:23SPEAKER_01: But there has been some focus on, I guess, quality of life improvements as well.
- 26:26SPEAKER_01: One of the things that Leon showed yesterday is that you know how annoying that PowerFX formula bar is?
- 26:31SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: When you got a long ass formula that's like 200 lines and you're not able to see it properly because it's all you just copy-paste it into visual code, right?
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, something like that.
- 26:41SPEAKER_01: Well, there's now going to be a pop-out, I think it's there now, a pop-out option, so you can actually go and see all of it in a separate window and edit your power effects code, yeah.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: Pop-out, okay, pop-out, pop-out, pop-out, pop-out.
- 26:52SPEAKER_01: A pop-out window, yeah.
- 26:53SPEAKER_02: Okay, incredible.
- 26:54SPEAKER_02: So the whole crowd of like 10,000 people and the stadium versus they were really excited.
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: They were they were so excited, yeah.
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: King out, incredible.
- 27:03SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, pop-out.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's just like, yeah, this this and that's again, that's why I quite like the keynote and with some of the announcers because they did focus on um, I think the temptation could have been to have gone all in in terms of yeah, agents, AI co-pilots, you know, all this sort of stuff, but I think they were very maker-focused, maker focused, and they curated the content so it chimed well with the audience.
- 27:24SPEAKER_01: Because I think, yeah, there is um obviously the likes of us get to play with all the new shiny stuff, but I've been speaking to I've been meeting with uh people on our sand, I've been meeting with people, people working for like uh governmental organizations, large organizations, you know, they they only they only just got started using power platform.
- 27:39SPEAKER_01: All this AI stuff is kind of like so many miles down the road, they just want to know how to work with this stuff at a very sort of simple level, and you know, so in that respect, I think um I think they did a good job in terms of reading the audience well, and uh yeah, uh the keynote was was quite interesting.
- 27:56SPEAKER_01: What stood out for you for the keynote?
- 27:58SPEAKER_02: Honestly, I think the most interesting part is that in comparison to your workflows, um I can always have always split it from going from left to right from top to bottom.
- 28:10SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so again, quality of life, special special interest.
- 28:13SPEAKER_02: Not sure, not sure if German or artistic, sorry, so like something that's probably a bit of both, maybe who knows?
- 28:19SPEAKER_01: Bit of both, yeah.
- 28:19SPEAKER_01: Bit of both, yeah.
- 28:20SPEAKER_02: Maybe, yeah.
- 28:21SPEAKER_02: Made sense.
- 28:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so that so now you can have all your workflows nicely organized.
- 28:25SPEAKER_01: Organization is is here, is is is important.
- 28:28SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because it's different, like if it's going from left to right, top to bottom, and then you open memory exparautomate, and it's like going from top to bottom again, and you're like, what the hell?
- 28:37SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 28:38SPEAKER_01: But as well, there's also they talked about yesterday, Ryan talked about as well the power platform admin plugin in co-work.
- 28:44SPEAKER_01: So I think the intention behind that is that yeah, so I can just get co-work or co-pilot to basically go and handle all my PowerPoint admin for me, go and create environments, go and enable certain policies, um, you know, making it so that we can very quickly and easily scaffold out what we need from a governance security admin standpoint.
- 29:03SPEAKER_02: I don't I need to go to the UI anymore.
- 29:05SPEAKER_02: I just like tell an agent.
- 29:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:08SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:08SPEAKER_02: Just like go there to my channel and say, yeah, I want to have this, this, and that, and then it just goes there, finds it for me, comes back.
- 29:15SPEAKER_02: I in terms of like it just goes there and finds something, comes back.
- 29:19SPEAKER_02: I I'm particularly interested in in trying out um autopilot because there's a lot of buzz around that, and we have seen other I don't want to say competitors, but other like big players in the market like XAI with the GrocBot or for example um OpenAI and I don't know how the OpenAI personal agent is called at the moment, but the the one for um metric, I think is Muse or so.
- 29:46SPEAKER_02: So I've not seen that yet in my organization that I can use Audi Power because I'm pretty much interested in that because I just want to throw him in all the meetings which I don't want to attend and just doing stuff for me.
- 29:58SPEAKER_02: And I I I'm pretty curious how this works.
- 30:00SPEAKER_02: Um, and we saw a nice down from Charles Lamaner how he's using it, and I think this this could personally just help me a lot because I just want to have this assistant who's just like taking care of my stuff and just organizing because when you're traveling a lot, like you I mean, you aware of that that you're traveling a lot, right?
- 30:17SPEAKER_02: Your emails like inbox just like flooded.
- 30:20SPEAKER_02: Exploded, yeah.
- 30:21SPEAKER_02: Incredible.
- 30:22SPEAKER_02: So handling things of that just automatically and just coming back to you and just saying, hey, you need to care about this today, this would make my life so much easier.
- 30:31SPEAKER_02: But do you know what has lighten up on my tenant or on our tenant?
- 30:36SPEAKER_01: Our tenant, our tenant, yeah.
- 30:37SPEAKER_01: We we share tenants, yeah, yeah, sort of things.
- 30:39SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the copilot code feature has showed showed up.
- 30:42SPEAKER_02: So what is that?
- 30:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah, let me uh embrace that a little bit.
- 30:46SPEAKER_02: So with the latest announcement like uh three weeks ago or so, uh Microsoft announced that they bring a new copilot interface.
- 30:53SPEAKER_02: So they want to have like one app for like everything, basically your operating system for work.
- 30:58SPEAKER_02: This is a little bit the the frame as well that was on the keynote, so I want to happily uh pick this up again.
- 31:04SPEAKER_02: And um, it is a combination of you have a new home experience where you have co-pilot chat and cobre combined, and you can just switch toggle, which is interesting because the one is just like part of your subscription while the other one is like pay as you go or consumption based.
- 31:18SPEAKER_02: While I used to have to to mention that there are models now in Copilot Chat, which are also um user use billing no user how is it called?
- 31:32SPEAKER_02: Usage-based billing.
- 31:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's UBB.
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: Um UBB, new new acronym for us today.
- 31:39SPEAKER_02: Usage-based billing, I think.
- 31:40SPEAKER_02: And uh sorry, for example, the last frontier models, they didn't as well cost you um credits.
- 31:45SPEAKER_02: So a small business is moving into that direction, so it's not everything is included anymore.
- 31:49SPEAKER_02: It basically goes into uh the consumption-based era as well for the chat experience.
- 31:54SPEAKER_02: But nevertheless, um that talk will be interesting to teach people like when to use cowork, when to use chat, but there's a new like tap on that next to potentially at some point ultra pilot.
- 32:05SPEAKER_02: It's code, and it brings in um code functionality directly into your co-pilot app, which is then basically new operating system.
- 32:14SPEAKER_02: So you can just um do some research with the research agent in chat, you can do some cowork stuff, and then you can just seamlessly switch into the code experience and then just let uh let it create some app.
- 32:25SPEAKER_02: And um what I've seen so far during my tests is it can write code, obviously, but it also can, for example, create managed apps through um through the interface.
- 32:33SPEAKER_02: So you can as well fits perfectly fine into this managed runtime story and can just generate the apps from there with a bit more um bit more input with um all of the connections, and you can as well hook it up to your GitHub um organization and account, and you uh basically have the option to then as well um push it against your GitHub repo or for example review open pull requests or something like that.
- 32:58SPEAKER_02: So you don't even need to like switch around to GitHub Copolot anymore if you don't like it.
- 33:02SPEAKER_02: It could just stay in that same window, which is pretty interesting.
- 33:06SPEAKER_01: Nice.
- 33:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so I mean it's um they talked a lot to Charles talked a lot uh uh yesterday about operating systems and how you know effectively these new experiences are the new kind of OS.
- 33:15SPEAKER_01: So uh it means that yeah, maybe we will finally be liberated away from Windows.
- 33:19SPEAKER_01: Who knows?
- 33:20SPEAKER_02: I still need something to run there, but yeah, yeah.
- 33:23SPEAKER_02: That's copilot uh run on Linux.
- 33:26SPEAKER_02: Is that something something like that, yeah.
- 33:28SPEAKER_01: Somebody will vibe code that at some point, I'm sure.
- 33:30SPEAKER_02: It runs on Mac, so I I have high hopes there for Linux story.
- 33:33SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 33:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I went to a session yesterday about Agent 365, so a lot of talk about that there, a lot of kind of interests around all of that.
- 33:39SPEAKER_01: It was mainly just to confirm my basic kind of understanding of most of the things there.
- 33:43SPEAKER_01: Um, but a lot of things in going into things like cost estimation, limit monthly spending, all this sort of stuff.
- 33:49SPEAKER_01: Um, and also as well, uh Microsoft actually making some good attempts to try and um give guidance around things like limits, what you should budget on each month basis.
- 33:58SPEAKER_01: So if you go into the portal now, center monthly spending, uh the the industry usage trend is the word they use, uh, is that okay, you should be maybe thinking about maybe 5,000 credits sort of per month for the city.
- 34:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, just put in more credits, then there must be fine.
- 34:16SPEAKER_01: You'd like to think there's some research.
- 34:18SPEAKER_01: There must be some research or or logic behind that.
- 34:20SPEAKER_02: There is definitely not some some random number to just put in just to sell more credits.
- 34:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but the key the key thing is that yeah, that the we need to start thinking about the foundational elements, need to start thinking about making things like Agent 365, you know, uh before we get to kind of starts around all of this.
- 34:34SPEAKER_01: So it's you know, otherwise we're just gonna find ourselves in a huge mess once again, you know, default environment-based sort of issues again, cleaning up a whole bunch of apps and flows.
- 34:43SPEAKER_01: You know, we we we don't learn from our mistakes, so it's definitely a topic which I'm speaking to.
- 34:48SPEAKER_01: It will always come back.
- 34:49SPEAKER_02: It's a full it's a full circle of life, basically, here and it's it's like world fashion, it always comes back at some point, a little bit altered, but it's it's coming back.
- 34:58SPEAKER_01: The only um thing at the moment is that with Agent Physics Fire in particular, there it does feel like a lot of the experiences are split between uh Microsoft Admin Centre Mac and also uh PowerPlatform Admin Center P Pack uh quite a bit.
- 35:10SPEAKER_01: So you're gonna have to potentially go across into different experiences, have multiple um privilege roles on the tenant to be able to do a lot of this kind of stuff end-to-end.
- 35:19SPEAKER_01: Uh so yeah, just sort of keep that in mind when you're on your on your journey with all of that.
- 35:23SPEAKER_01: It's uh a minor frustration.
- 35:25SPEAKER_01: It's a full governance and admin story, basically, at this point.
- 35:28SPEAKER_02: Exactly, yeah, exactly.
- 35:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah, cool.
- 35:30SPEAKER_02: So what are we doing right now after this one?
- 35:32SPEAKER_02: Your fancy for burger?
- 35:34SPEAKER_01: Maybe a little bit later.
- 35:35SPEAKER_01: So I'm doing I'm actually helping out as part of the X the Expert session as well over here, so people can come to me with uh fabric questions if they uh have a uh and if they uh um yeah, hopefully help them.
- 35:45SPEAKER_01: If not, I'll give them some free tokens as part of that.
- 35:48SPEAKER_01: Um later on is pit bull, I believe.
- 35:51SPEAKER_02: I'm also at the Asker Pro leader.
- 35:53SPEAKER_02: Oh, are you okay?
- 35:54SPEAKER_02: So if you if you have a couple of studio questions, you can just come by.
- 35:57SPEAKER_01: Oh, and then you can come to me, we've got fabric questions, yeah.
- 35:59SPEAKER_02: So don't come to you.
- 36:00SPEAKER_01: So we've got pitbull later on.
- 36:02SPEAKER_01: Have you got your ball cap ready?
- 36:03SPEAKER_01: Mr.
- 36:03SPEAKER_01: Worldwide, what?
- 36:04SPEAKER_01: Sorry, take it?
- 36:06SPEAKER_01: Mr.
- 36:06SPEAKER_01: Worldwide.
- 36:07SPEAKER_01: Is that his song?
- 36:08SPEAKER_01: I think so.
- 36:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's claim, right?
- 36:10SPEAKER_01: I see I I keep having this conversation, so I I can you play me a pit bull song, I'll be like, oh yeah, I know that song, but I can't remember this.
- 36:16SPEAKER_01: He's got one song about Kodiak.
- 36:18SPEAKER_01: Take a picture with the Kodiak or I think it's Flowrider.
- 36:21SPEAKER_01: Is that Flowrider?
- 36:22SPEAKER_01: I think Florrider.
- 36:23SPEAKER_01: Who knows?
- 36:23SPEAKER_01: Um, so we got uh Pitbull A tomorrow, another day of sessions all day tomorrow, uh, and also workshops as well on the Friday.
- 36:30SPEAKER_01: So it's quite an action-packed jam.
- 36:33SPEAKER_02: You can get a lot of input here, it's incredible.
- 36:35SPEAKER_02: It's uh really um if you considering come here next year, do it.
- 36:41SPEAKER_02: Um, not here in Las Vegas, but go to Chicago and discuss that because there is so much input, you you cannot run away from it.
- 36:49SPEAKER_02: It's incredible.
- 36:50SPEAKER_02: And there are so many people from community, you can talk to them if you follow them on LinkedIn or YouTube or whatever there is, you can just straight up go to these people.
- 36:59SPEAKER_02: They they love it to talk to everyone here.
- 37:01SPEAKER_02: Um, you could basically spend the whole day just talking to people here, um getting different opinions.
- 37:06SPEAKER_02: Um you are catching Microsoft people so easily, and usually Microsoft is so good at hiding their big brains and their um technology and um architectural leads from the outside.
- 37:20SPEAKER_02: But here they are maybe around.
- 37:22SPEAKER_02: So if you if you know them, if you have a face to them, or you may be lucky and you got someone in in front um of your face, you can basically ask all those full V questions.
- 37:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we have one of our more uh sort of other colleagues who's never really been to an event like this before.
- 37:38SPEAKER_01: He's his first time sort of here, and he's he's like almost like a kid in a candy shop by now, kind of hooked on it all, type sort of stuff.
- 37:45SPEAKER_01: So I would definitely recommend that you do come to an event like this.
- 37:48SPEAKER_01: Obviously, it can be a bit daunting coming by yourself.
- 37:51SPEAKER_01: Uh if you are thinking of going, then I'm sure just reach out to me, other MVP stuff like that.
- 37:55SPEAKER_01: You know, we're more than happy to kind of take you under the wing, introduce you, show the ropes, all that sort of stuff.
- 38:00SPEAKER_01: It's good to have it's good to have new blood, good to have fresh faces here in the community rather than.
- 38:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no one no one wants to talk about like when Teams wants to become D US or when there was Theorem 4 or 2011 and you had like managed solutions and stuff like that, or dataverse customizations done by hand in the solution explorer.
- 38:19SPEAKER_02: So that's all button.
- 38:20SPEAKER_02: No one wants to talk about this.
- 38:22SPEAKER_02: We want to know like what do you have built like with your coding agent now?
- 38:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 38:25SPEAKER_01: I think there's one more thing we have to kind of mention.
- 38:28SPEAKER_01: It's not wasn't announced here at the Power Platform conference, but it is quite sort of relevant.
- 38:32SPEAKER_01: Um I think it was announced that there's a GitHub Universe event going on at the moment, I think in San Francisco, San Francisco is what we call it.
- 38:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so and there was an announcement there relating to Copilot Studio and specifically the GitHub Copilot Harness agent.
- 38:48SPEAKER_01: So it's it's it's been renamed.
- 38:49SPEAKER_01: It's been renamed.
- 38:50SPEAKER_02: Of course.
- 38:50SPEAKER_02: So whatever um Microsoft releases, there is like a time span of like one day to uh half a year that they will rename it.
- 38:57SPEAKER_02: It is it is set in stone, it's an internal rule.
- 39:00SPEAKER_02: Whenever there's a release statement, there is an internal process that just runs out.
- 39:04SPEAKER_02: It it it searches for a random number in the integer timeframe, and when this number is reached, they will rename it.
- 39:10SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's a that's a set internal flow at Microsoft, I guarantee you.
- 39:15SPEAKER_02: And now how is it called now?
- 39:16SPEAKER_02: So it's not longer GitHub Copilot harness, which is the easiest word ever.
- 39:20SPEAKER_02: It's uh copilot harness, isn't it?
- 39:21SPEAKER_02: Copilot harness.
- 39:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so easier to pronounce because having to go around saying GitHub Copilot harness in Microsoft Copilot Studio, having to keep saying that, you know, it's um I I struggle by the end of it.
- 39:31SPEAKER_01: And you're a native speaker, sorry.
- 39:32SPEAKER_01: I'm a native speaker, yeah.
- 39:33SPEAKER_01: Just too many, too many words with uh people.
- 39:37SPEAKER_01: You just you just look at the glazed look on people's faces, you sort of say it.
- 39:40SPEAKER_02: I think it's just so much words that like when you talk to someone who hears them for the first time, they are not able to comprehend them, and they're they're like after two minutes, they're like, what the hell is a harness?
- 39:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but also interesting with the announcement is that this is also coming to Foundry as well.
- 39:56SPEAKER_01: So it seems like Microsoft's kind of like again peering over the uh the garden fence, looking at the beautiful, lovely GitHub garden, sort of going, hmm, I want some of those rose bushes, I want some of those nice.
- 40:10SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna cherry pick all this nice lovely stuff and we're gonna incorporate it in.
- 40:13SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I'm certainly I'm relieved in one respect, it'll be easy to say.
- 40:17SPEAKER_01: I'm also not relieved because I'm doing a video course at the moment and I now need to go back and basically rewrite everything.
- 40:22SPEAKER_01: So fantastic.
- 40:23SPEAKER_02: That's why I don't do any learning course.
- 40:24SPEAKER_02: I'm just like on-the-fly trainings.
- 40:26SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think that change in the second you're like putting it.
- 40:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm not gonna do any more again, put it that way.
- 40:32SPEAKER_01: But uh as I say, I'm locked in now, so I'm gonna have to just uh proceed forward.
- 40:35SPEAKER_01: So fantastic.
- 40:36SPEAKER_02: Yeah, Joe, I think looking around, we do some more community stuff.
- 40:42SPEAKER_02: You're going to ask a pro for Fabric?
- 40:44SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna be a pro for Fabric.
- 40:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm a pro for Copilot Studio and the Copilot harness as I just learned.
- 40:49SPEAKER_02: So learn something new, can share it for people already.
- 40:51SPEAKER_02: Fantastic.
- 40:52SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 40:53SPEAKER_02: And then I think there's pit bull tonight.
- 40:56SPEAKER_01: There'll be in and I will be going to in and out at least one more time, but I can't I can't speak for this guy.
- 41:01SPEAKER_01: This guy just seems to be, I don't know.
- 41:03SPEAKER_02: I'm already thinking about an expensive.
- 41:04SPEAKER_01: Do you think you're an addict, maybe?
- 41:06SPEAKER_01: You're addicted to it?
- 41:07SPEAKER_01: I think I think generally the the rate of addiction in Las Vegas is pretty low.
- 41:11SPEAKER_01: Okay, so it's like it's like the lesser of all evils.
- 41:13SPEAKER_01: So it's like, okay, you could you could gamble, you could drink, so but instead you go for in and out.
- 41:18SPEAKER_01: So you're therefore you're meeting the criteria of being in Vegas by being an addict, but you're not harming yourself.
- 41:24SPEAKER_01: Okay exactly.
- 41:24SPEAKER_02: It's like when you want to quit smoking and you get addicted to uh chewing gums.
- 41:28SPEAKER_02: Exactly as that's the story.
- 41:29SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 41:30SPEAKER_02: Okay, so you're you're you're doing yourself a service.
- 41:32SPEAKER_02: Absolutely, absolutely.
- 41:33SPEAKER_02: My body is ready for that.
- 41:34SPEAKER_02: Your body is so ready.
- 41:35SPEAKER_02: I'm at least I'm not lost all my money at gambling.
- 41:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:39SPEAKER_01: I should probably try and record you eating a double double at some point.
- 41:42SPEAKER_01: Well, let's say we got it.
- 41:43SPEAKER_02: I don't think that is anything someone wants to watch because it's like the most disgusting experience ever.
- 41:48SPEAKER_02: You think you can't eat a burger very nicely, so how do you do that?
- 41:52SPEAKER_01: It's got like the wrapper on it.
- 41:53SPEAKER_01: The rather it's got like an outer wrapper and then the inner wrapper.
- 41:56SPEAKER_02: That inner wrapper is like soaked in fat and cheese.
- 42:00SPEAKER_02: And you need to be careful to not swallow it.
- 42:03SPEAKER_01: So but important question do you get fried onions on your double double?
- 42:07SPEAKER_01: No.
- 42:07SPEAKER_01: You do not, you need to get fried onions on it.
- 42:09SPEAKER_01: I don't like onions.
- 42:10SPEAKER_01: You don't like onions?
- 42:11SPEAKER_02: I don't like it.
- 42:12SPEAKER_02: Are there is there's some things that uh have a very special taste which is very intense for me.
- 42:17SPEAKER_02: And uh one of them is onions, and the other one is um I forgot the English word.
- 42:24SPEAKER_02: Say the German, I might be able to spick.
- 42:27SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 42:29SPEAKER_02: Uh bacon, bacon, bacon, bacon, bacon.
- 42:31SPEAKER_02: Yes, so bacon and onions both taste for me so intense that whatever I'm eating, it always tastes that I would like eat only bacon or onions.
- 42:45SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 42:45SPEAKER_02: That's that's why I don't eat them, basically.
- 42:48SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 42:49SPEAKER_01: Well, we know it's never gonna feature on Sebastian Eats, then we know that for a fact.
- 42:53SPEAKER_01: So yeah, that's it.
- 42:54SPEAKER_02: There are little, just very, very, very, very little dishes where I say, okay, that's fine.
- 42:58SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 42:59SPEAKER_02: Cool.
- 42:59SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 43:00SPEAKER_02: Then with that.
- 43:02SPEAKER_01: We've tried to again, second time live, we're trying to resolve our dependencies.
- 43:05SPEAKER_01: I think this is helping being next to each other.
- 43:08SPEAKER_01: You know, eventually we might we might eventually get to a point where you know we can sort of touch each other without you know any.
- 43:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we you will hear from a lawyer.
- 43:15SPEAKER_02: So I'll hear from a lawyer, okay, okay.
- 43:17SPEAKER_02: All right, so and a special thank you for the team here on site who had to listen through all of that.
- 43:21SPEAKER_02: So I I think they may have turned off the their headphones after two seconds in this one.
- 43:26SPEAKER_02: But yeah, your singing was pri quite like intense.
- 43:29SPEAKER_01: So that was what did it evoke anything?
- 43:33SPEAKER_02: I'm not sure what this word means.
- 43:35SPEAKER_01: Like even if it was just like you wretching or something like that.
- 43:37SPEAKER_01: I mean, you had some feeling.
- 43:39SPEAKER_02: I there was there was some feeling.
- 43:41SPEAKER_02: Some feeling, okay.
- 43:42SPEAKER_02: Some feeling.
- 43:42SPEAKER_02: And of that, thank you so much for listening.
- 43:44SPEAKER_02: We are here till we resolve this thing between us.
- 43:47SPEAKER_02: Um, we are now going back to this lovely conference.
- 43:50SPEAKER_02: If you're around, I think this will like release like shortly after this one.
- 43:54SPEAKER_02: But if you're around any conference, because there are many more conferences for uh for us as well this year, uh give us a shootout, uh stop by and uh say hello.
- 44:04SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much.
- 44:05SPEAKER_02: Thank you bye bye.
