I Like Zohran Mamdani. I Really, Really Do. But…
I really, really like Zohran Mamdani, as a person, as a mayor. If Palestine wasn’t a question, if Palestine wasn’t a cause, if Palestine wasn't my litmus test, he would be perfect. But since he ran on the Palestine cause, what he’s doing right now is upsetting a lot of people, including myself.
And in saying that — yes, he’s doing good things for New York, he’s doing good things for his constituents. And as a constituent, we have a right and a responsibility to hold our government accountable, to question them, to keep their feet to the fire. That is the only way we can make this country…
