That means 'I would like a ticket.' Listen: Je voudrais un billet. Luna: Je voudrais un billet. Lucas: Perfect. Now, you'll probably want to know the price. So you ask: C'est combien? — 'How much is it?' Say it with me: C'est combien? Luna: C'est combien? Lucas: Great. Let's imagine you're a student. You can say: Je voudrais un billet étudiant — 'I would like a student ticket.' Repeat after me: Je voudrais un billet étudiant. Luna: Je voudrais un billet étudiant. That's handy. Lucas: Now, to confirm the museum is open, you might say: Le musée est ouvert. — 'The museum is open.' Let's practice: Le musée est ouvert. Luna: Le musée est ouvert. Lucas: And after you get your ticket, the staff might say: Merci, bonne visite — 'Thank you, enjoy your visit.' Let's try it: Merci, bonne visite. Luna: Merci, bonne visite. That's a nice phrase. Lucas: Okay, let's put it all together. Imagine you're at the museum. You walk up and say: Je voudrais un billet. Luna: Je voudrais un billet. Lucas: Then you ask: C'est combien? Luna: C'est combien? Lucas: And if you're a student: Je voudrais un billet étudiant. Luna: Je voudrais un billet étudiant. Lucas: The attendant says the price, you pay, and they say: Merci, bonne visite.
