  So my friends, let's talk about this new unintended

  acceleration, kind of quote bug. That's been going around.

  That's been mentioned numerous times about Tesla.

  Now, let me come right out in the open, in the front of the
• 3:33
  program and say, it's not true, it's not true.

  It is not a thing that happens to test the vehicles.
• 3:42
  So Tesla released a press release about this because they
• 3:46
  didn't want anybody to kind of defame.
• 3:50
  They're awesome cars. That's kind of what happened,
• 3:53
  right? So there's, um, there's or
• 3:56
  sellers of Tesla stock that are out there and they try to kind
• 4:00
  of make people think bad things about Tesla, so they can make
• 4:04
  money. Basically, that's pretty much
• 4:05
  what it is. And so Tesla came out.

  The press release in the press release said, there is no
• 4:10
  unintended acceleration in Tesla.
• 4:12
  Vehicles, this petition is completely false and was brought
• 4:16
  by a Tesla short seller. We investigate every single
• 4:20
  incident where the driver alleges to us.
• 4:22
  That their vehicle accelerated, contrary to their input.
• 4:25
  And in every case where we had the vehicle's data, we confirm
• 4:29
  that the car operated as designed.
• 4:31
  In other words, the car accelerates if and only if the
• 4:34
  driver told it to do so and it slows or stops when the Driver
• 4:39
  applies, the brake. Okay.
• 4:42
  So this is very important. Tesla has the data about your
• 4:46
  car so you can't lie right there coming out and saying, look,
• 4:50
  man, this person is trying to have a spirit, a smear campaign,
• 4:57
  basically against Tesla. And they're trying to say that
• 5:01
  our cars don't perform the way that they're supposed to
• 5:03
  perform, they accelerate, when not intended.
• 5:06
  So, what Tesla said is, like, look, Man, we got the data, you
• 5:09
  can't lie to everybody, here's all the stuff.

  Here's all the data, every single incident that they
• 5:15
  checked out the driver was at fault of these incidents, right?

  So unintended acceleration is what it is.

  People think that they're Tesla takes off without their foot on
• 5:28
  the gas or because they, they may have pressed the gas too
• 5:31
  hard, right? And that's the thing with
• 5:33
  Tesla's and if you've never driven one, I've driven some
• 5:36
  I've drove a Model S and there. They're exceptionally crazy fast
• 5:42
  and they're exceptionally crazy fast if you stomp on the pedal
• 5:46
  and even if you go a little bit too hard, you know, the Tesla
• 5:51
  will accelerate but it accelerates extremely fast
• 5:54
  compared to a i.c.e. car. So maybe some of these incidents

  were because of that, you know, but there's also you know, like
• 6:05
  I was saying that The driver error is where it's at.

  Like you stomp down on the thing it's going.

  So what Tesla is also saying is that this person is trying to

  smear us, don't listen to him and they are awesome because

  they wanted to actually get this out in the open, right?

  So if you're going to deal with these kind of people you're
• 6:27
  gonna call them out man, there's no reason not to call them out.

  Don't be afraid of people that are going to smear your company
• 6:36
  because as if you got the data to back it up then you gotta say

  look man you're full of it. You are full of it and here's
• 6:43
  why so anybody that pulls a claim on you and said you're

  guilty and then you're like nah nah bro I'm not guilty.

  This is why here's the data so you know that's where they're at

  right now. They release this.

  No dude didn't happen like that and then Tesla goes on to say

  while accidents caused by a mistake and press of the
• 7:05
  accelerator pedal, Been alleged for nearly every make and model
• 7:08
  of vehicle on the road. The accelerator pedals in Model,

  S x + 3, vehicles have two independent position, center
• 7:15
  sensors. And if there is a any error the
• 7:17
  system defaults to cut off, motor torque likewise applying
• 7:21
  the brake pedal simultaneously with the accelerator pedal will
• 7:25
  override the accelerator. Pedal input and cut off motor
• 7:28
  torque and regardless of the torque sustained braking, while
• 7:32
  stop the car unique to Tesla. We also use the autopilot
• 7:36
  sensor. Oh sweet to help.
• 7:37
  Distinguish potential pedal, misapplications and cut torque
• 7:41
  to mitigate or prevent accidents.
• 7:44
  When we're confident, the drivers input was unintentional.
• 7:47
  You system is independent and Records data, and we can examine
• 7:50
  exactly what happened. That's basically them saying,
• 7:53
  this is what we did, man, and we calling you out sucker.

  So they want to let everybody know that it's not their fault.

  And it's this person going a little bit above and beyond to

  smear them. So we don't know who this person
• 8:09
  is. I don't care who it is, is some
• 8:11
  doofus out there, trying to give Tesla bad name because they

  didn't make money off their short sell and they should be,

  you know, they shouldn't be publicly shamed or anything but
• 8:20
  this is the right way to do it. Tell them that they're wrong,
• 8:23
  and here's why you're wrong. I mean, this person is obviously
• 8:29
  trying to make money off of Tesla's Misfortune.

  So there are scumbags. Basically, the reason scummy,
• 8:35
  they're being slimy and Sleazy and there's no place for those
• 8:38
  kind of people in technology even though, you know, there are
• 8:43
  people like that in the world and you gotta watch out for them
• 8:45
  in, this is the way you battle them.

  So Tesla said we are transparent with nhtsa and routinely review,
• 8:52
  customer complaints of unintended acceleration with
• 8:54
  them over the past several years.

  We discuss with nhtsa, the majority of the complaints
• 8:59
  alleged in the petition, in every case, we reviewed with
• 9:01
  them, the data proved the Vehicle functioned properly.

  So there you have it. Tesla is in the right here.

  They showed with the data that they are on top of this and they
• 9:14
  are not at fault. So, hey sucker short, seller,

  keep it to yourself, and don't try to smear a company.

  That's got all the data on it. So you're kind of stupid to see

  You know, Tesla. The data, if you've been trying

  to make money off them, you've been researching them and you

  If you're going to make money just in like, just buy the stock

  Tesla itself is growing at a huge rate.
