Transcript
- 0:12Speaker 1: It's hell level love and Love Loo. Welcome to the
- 0:16Speaker 1: Naughty Bernaisha. I'm your host from Shooter and it is Friday,
- 0:19Speaker 1: which means our dear friend Corey Andrew joins us. Hey, Corey,
- 0:22Speaker 1: how are you?
- 0:23Speaker 2: I am here, Darling. I'm fine with bells on.
- 0:26Speaker 1: I love your bells. I love your bells. I love
- 0:27Speaker 1: your bells. We've got a turn of gossip to get
- 0:29Speaker 1: to jump in to the show. What time is it,
- 0:32Speaker 1: my friends? It is? So this is a really exciting story.
- 0:36Speaker 1: So this Victoria Beckham drama, we've been covering it, Corey,
- 0:39Speaker 1: I know you've been following it to it is wild. Well,
- 0:42Speaker 1: there might be a silver lining to the fact that
- 0:44Speaker 1: her son just trashed her. Could there be a silver
- 0:46Speaker 1: lining to that? Maybe there is? Let me explain. The
- 0:50Speaker 1: Spice Girls are rallying around Victoria, and now insiders are
- 0:53Speaker 1: saying the family drama could actually trigger a longer waited reunion.
- 0:59Speaker 1: So it's Victoria Beckham faces the most painful public drama
- 1:03Speaker 1: in her life. The former bandmates are closing ranks. They're
- 1:06Speaker 1: really supporting her, but they're also do pushing for the
- 1:10Speaker 1: ultimate distraction, a Spice Girl's reunion tour. Now it does
- 1:15Speaker 1: sound like a long shot. Althose my insight are telling
- 1:19Speaker 1: me that Victoria might be interested in this. She's looking
- 1:22Speaker 1: to move on. What would change the subject better than
- 1:26Speaker 1: Victoria hit in the stage. Maybe not a big tour,
- 1:28Speaker 1: maybe just a few concerts in London. It's interesting because
- 1:31Speaker 1: she did return to social media after her son really
- 1:35Speaker 1: slammed to her, and do you know what her post was?
- 1:37Speaker 1: It was about the Spice Girls. That's what was her
- 1:39Speaker 1: first response when she returned to social media. So there's
- 1:45Speaker 1: something here. The sources are really close there, once again
- 1:48Speaker 1: saying it is not a done deal. She has passed
- 1:50Speaker 1: on doing this for years. They've really wanted to get
- 1:53Speaker 1: her to do this, and she's never really wanted to
- 1:55Speaker 1: do it. However, now that her son has come after
- 1:59Speaker 1: her brand, Beckham is very important. Her son said that
- 2:04Speaker 1: what better way to reinforce the brand to rally the
- 2:07Speaker 1: troops than remind everybody that you're a Spice Girl. What
- 2:12Speaker 1: do you think?
- 2:12Speaker 2: Well, I don't know. I mean that Spice Girl audience
- 2:15Speaker 2: are they still there? I mean they you know if
- 2:17Speaker 2: you think about when they came out, are like fifty
- 2:20Speaker 2: plus year old people? Are I'm gonna go sell out
- 2:23Speaker 2: Wimbley Stadium to see Spice Girls. I don't know, but
- 2:26Speaker 2: I will say also there is another thought for me
- 2:29Speaker 2: is girls, stay home and take care of your family.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Maybe this is not the time for that tour. That
- 2:35Speaker 2: that's when you stay home, money and work it out.
- 2:37Speaker 1: That's interesting, But you know, celebrities, they're not gonna be
- 2:39Speaker 1: able to resist it. They can't help themselves. It just
- 2:42Speaker 1: could not help the selves. I don't know if she
- 2:43Speaker 1: wants to work this hard. You are right there. But
- 2:45Speaker 1: when I think of celebrities from yes to yea that
- 2:48Speaker 1: I don't unerstand that cold legacy artists. Let's say that, yeah,
- 2:51Speaker 1: they might not be playing the Garden anymore, but there's
- 2:52Speaker 1: many many venues. When I think of Diana Ross, I
- 2:55Speaker 1: think of these super superstars that were so big, they
- 2:58Speaker 1: were just so so big that even if their audience
- 3:01Speaker 1: half they can still play a pretty big venue. A
- 3:04Speaker 1: lot of celebrities that used to play the Garden and
- 3:06Speaker 1: now playing Radio City. If the Spice Girls did five
- 3:09Speaker 1: nights at Radio City, they might not be able to
- 3:11Speaker 1: sell out Wembley Stadium anymore, but they could sell out
- 3:13Speaker 1: the London Pladium, and so they could do that so
- 3:16Speaker 1: Madonna did the London Pladium and she used to do stadiums,
- 3:19Speaker 1: So there will be.
- 3:20Speaker 2: Packed up in a hotel like two years ago. Madonna,
- 3:24Speaker 2: the show must go on in any venue. Yeah she did,
- 3:27Speaker 2: she did, she did, so I think there's a place
- 3:29Speaker 2: for them. And once again mindsiders say, this isn't about money.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Oh, this isn't about this is about distraction. If she
- 3:37Speaker 1: and the Spice Girls got back together and just a
- 3:39Speaker 1: week at the London Pladium, can you imagine? Can imagine
- 3:42Speaker 1: if they came to Broadway for ten weeks the Spice Girls,
- 3:44Speaker 1: they could sell out the biggest theater on broadwa is
- 3:47Speaker 1: only two thousand. They could sell out Radio City for
- 3:50Speaker 1: a week. So I think there's something to this. What
- 3:53Speaker 1: do you think? Not? Is? It brings us to our
- 3:54Speaker 1: whole question of the day. The Spices Girls are rallying
- 3:58Speaker 1: around Victoria Betham. Will we finally get the reunion tour
- 4:03Speaker 1: that we all want? A few years ago the ladies
- 4:06Speaker 1: went out on the road without Victoria. It wasn't the
- 4:08Speaker 1: same now Victoria is that justin templated? Im gon get
- 4:13Speaker 1: any trouble. I do love Jerry too.
- 4:15Speaker 2: I do love Jerry. I thought Jerry was the one.
- 4:17Speaker 1: I don't know. I think Jerry would agree with you.
- 4:19Speaker 1: She would agree with you, Yes, she would. So what
- 4:21Speaker 1: do you think here? Will they finally do a reunion too? Hey? Gay,
- 4:25Speaker 1: vote on a Twitter page at Naughty Nice. We are
- 4:27Speaker 1: about Facebook pages naughty gossip and be sure to check
- 4:30Speaker 1: back on Monday ye to hear your results. Hey, Cory,
- 4:34Speaker 1: let are you working on? Yes?
- 4:35Speaker 2: Well, a bit of sunshine and the brand Beckham tobacco
- 4:38Speaker 2: if you will. And you know what, this is a
- 4:40Speaker 2: nice little story here about Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Pelts.
- 4:44Speaker 2: They are showing the world that they're standing strong and
- 4:46Speaker 2: they're holding hands in their first public appearance outing since
- 4:50Speaker 2: Brooklyn's jaw dropping dead against his famous parents. As we
- 4:55Speaker 2: just discussed obviously, but the couple were photographs strolling along
- 4:58Speaker 2: a Malibu beach at so they were walking their dog
- 5:01Speaker 2: and they were packing on the PDA. Just days after,
- 5:04Speaker 2: of course, the twenty six year old blasted David and
- 5:07Speaker 2: Victoria on Instagram and sources are same that their mood,
- 5:12Speaker 2: their mood was relaxed. They were just enjoying the moment.
- 5:15Speaker 2: They were kind of tuning out all the noise and
- 5:17Speaker 2: Nicola actually had her pop in her arms as Brooklyn
- 5:20Speaker 2: snapped a photograph about them. So you know, Rob, you
- 5:23Speaker 2: did the publicity thing for a long time, so you
- 5:26Speaker 2: know this could be calculated or it could just be
- 5:29Speaker 2: really natural. What do you think of, Corey?
- 5:32Speaker 1: What do you think? You know, you know, we all
- 5:34Speaker 1: know this is perfectly staged. It's delicious walking along the
- 5:38Speaker 1: beach with a puppy. Oh and a paparazzi, a photographer
- 5:41Speaker 1: just happened to get you up. Yeah. No, if you
- 5:44Speaker 1: look at them, they look too perfect. Now, if she
- 5:46Speaker 1: was picking his nose and he was wrapping her his crutch,
- 5:50Speaker 1: then may it would be real pictures. That's the giveaway,
- 5:52Speaker 1: is it? Whenever you see Tom Cruise at six in
- 5:55Speaker 1: the morning jogging through Central Park in full hair and
- 5:58Speaker 1: making that's the tell. That's the top. If the picture
- 6:01Speaker 1: is just a little too perfect at Starbucks, Ben Affleck
- 6:04Speaker 1: or Dunkin Donuts, then you know they called it and
- 6:07Speaker 1: you would be shocked. My years working for celebrities, you'd
- 6:11Speaker 1: be shocked at who called them in? Did he? When
- 6:12Speaker 1: I worked with did do you the disgrace? Did he?
- 6:14Speaker 1: Over twenty years ago? Did he was the king of tipping?
- 6:17Speaker 1: Off the photographers. And the way that you did it
- 6:19Speaker 1: is you say, I'll be on the corner on fifty
- 6:21Speaker 1: seventh Street and sixth Avenue at noon. I won't look
- 6:25Speaker 1: at you, you won't look at me, but you'll get
- 6:27Speaker 1: the picture that's happy yance. That's how Angelina, Joe Lou
- 6:31Speaker 1: That's how a lot of these celebrities get a lot
- 6:33Speaker 1: of coverage. I'm not saying they tip them off specifically,
- 6:36Speaker 1: but a lot of stars do. And forget forget the
- 6:39Speaker 1: real hotseworks. I mean, if they're a reality star, they'll
- 6:42Speaker 1: take a picture and send it to you. They'll take
- 6:44Speaker 1: it themselves like that. Firstly, definitely wrangling those housewives. I
- 6:47Speaker 1: think this is very clever. But what it tells me
- 6:49Speaker 1: here is there's no doubt in my mind that it
- 6:51Speaker 1: was stage. Brooklyn ain't going away, Rooklyn is playing. Is
- 6:56Speaker 1: telling me he's secretly enjoying all this for his whole life.
- 6:59Speaker 1: He's been in the show of his mom and dad.
- 7:01Speaker 1: If you told me six months ago that Brooklyn Beckham
- 7:05Speaker 1: was going to be walking down a beach in Malibu,
- 7:07Speaker 1: I'd pass. I wouldn't curless, I wouldn't bother to send
- 7:09Speaker 1: a photographer Now, if you told me if he was
- 7:11Speaker 1: with his mom and dad, then I would send a photographer.
- 7:13Speaker 1: So this kid has lived in the shadow of his
- 7:15Speaker 1: mom and dad, and I think he's really resentful of
- 7:17Speaker 1: their fame. Although their fame did pay for your private school.
- 7:20Speaker 2: And whole existence and his whole life life money.
- 7:23Speaker 1: So yeah, everything, everything, the life he got was because
- 7:27Speaker 1: of mom and dad's money. He has never really had
- 7:29Speaker 1: a job, so to be resentful of it is a
- 7:31Speaker 1: little odd, but silly, silly devil. But this picture tells
- 7:34Speaker 1: me he is not going away, Okay, moving a long.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Chris Natho, who had a lot of trouble with Sex
- 7:41Speaker 1: and the City, is talking about falling out with Sarah
- 7:44Speaker 1: Jessica Parker, saying it was really hurtful. If you remember,
- 7:46Speaker 1: Chris was fired from the show, allegations of sexual assault
- 7:52Speaker 1: really affected everything, and he said that his decades long
- 7:55Speaker 1: friendship with Sarah Jessica Parker was over that minute. He's
- 7:58Speaker 1: now seventy one years old, and he revealed on a
- 8:00Speaker 1: podcast that he felt blindsided when Sarah publicly supported his
- 8:05Speaker 1: accusers back in twenty twenty one, four years ago without
- 8:09Speaker 1: even calling him to get his side. He might have
- 8:11Speaker 1: a point here, so not repeatedly denied the allegations made
- 8:16Speaker 1: by three different women. According to Chris, a joint statement
- 8:20Speaker 1: was sent out by Sarah Jessica, Cynthia Nixon and Kristen Davis.
- 8:24Speaker 1: They did, and they, he said, and this is an
- 8:26Speaker 1: interesting term. He said, it was more about brand management,
- 8:30Speaker 1: the friendship, and he called it was very disappointing and
- 8:32Speaker 1: painful after they're working together for so long on sex
- 8:35Speaker 1: and the city. He also claimed to and this is
- 8:37Speaker 1: really really interesting. Had the roles been reversed, he would
- 8:41Speaker 1: have reached out to them privately. So if somebody had
- 8:43Speaker 1: said Sarah did something awful before condemning her, he would
- 8:47Speaker 1: have reached out to that. He would have reached out
- 8:50Speaker 1: to Sarah. This is a real lesson here, because when
- 8:52Speaker 1: I hear three people accuse your sexual harassment, I believe
- 8:57Speaker 1: the women. However, I might call my friend first and
- 9:00Speaker 1: say what happened, Yeah, tell me what happened.
- 9:03Speaker 2: They didn't give him that chuck.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:04Speaker 2: It's very similar in a way to Kathy Griffin and
- 9:08Speaker 2: Anderson Cooper. You know, it's like you can be upset
- 9:11Speaker 2: at the allegation, you can be upset with what's being
- 9:13Speaker 2: said about your friend, but you maybe owe them a
- 9:15Speaker 2: little bit of grace because they have not been convicted.
- 9:18Speaker 2: And I think Chris as a businessman as well, he
- 9:21Speaker 2: would have understood if she had called him and said, listen,
- 9:23Speaker 2: you understand this business. There's a lot of money being
- 9:26Speaker 2: put into this reboot of Sex and the City. This
- 9:29Speaker 2: is not the decision I would have made, but we
- 9:31Speaker 2: must make it. I love you and innocent till proven guilty,
- 9:35Speaker 2: and she could have maintained the friendship that way, and
- 9:38Speaker 2: also her dignity. I think this is a little awful
- 9:40Speaker 2: that people just sort of throw you under the bus.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Sometimes it's not good.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm with you. It's a side of Sarah that
- 9:46Speaker 1: now is becoming quite familiar. Kim Catrell tried to warn
- 9:50Speaker 1: us ten years ago that maybe Sarah isn't quite quite
- 9:53Speaker 1: so nice. She's friends with Andy Corian and we know
- 9:55Speaker 1: he can be a mean a meani too, and so
- 9:58Speaker 1: now people are questioning just what really was it like
- 10:01Speaker 1: working with Sarah, And once again we are not excusing
- 10:04Speaker 1: Chris's behavior. Although no charges have ever been filed and
- 10:08Speaker 1: this has not moved forward, the allegations are pretty graphic,
- 10:11Speaker 1: but Sarah didn't call her friend. She immediately defended the show.
- 10:16Speaker 1: This show means everything to her and has paid for
- 10:18Speaker 1: her forty million dollar down as it has made her
- 10:21Speaker 1: a superstar. So I do understand protecting that's the road.
- 10:25Speaker 1: No protecting the askets. I do understand that. But I
- 10:28Speaker 1: got to believe decades of friendship means something, and you
- 10:32Speaker 1: know that person, you've been around them. Now, if I
- 10:34Speaker 1: was a round a shady person for ten years and
- 10:36Speaker 1: I saw sort of stuff or word whispers, like if
- 10:39Speaker 1: it was a Harvey Weinstein, I'd be like, oh, I
- 10:40Speaker 1: get it. But there were no no signs of that
- 10:44Speaker 1: on the set to sources I spoke to. So Sarah
- 10:46Speaker 1: knew this guy, she did know him, she was with
- 10:48Speaker 1: him for decades, didn't call him. Chris might have a point. Okay,
- 10:53Speaker 1: moving along, Dylan Efron's Zac Efron's brother. He's a very
- 10:57Speaker 1: sweet guy. He's defending Ashley tisday. What does he have
- 11:01Speaker 1: to say, Yeah.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Well, he is defending her amid the big toxic mom
- 11:06Speaker 2: group fallout story that you know, as I'm reading that
- 11:08Speaker 2: story online, it's sort of again, people really need to
- 11:12Speaker 2: have a hobby or something. If this is the most
- 11:14Speaker 2: difficult their lives are like mom grooves hagging you not
- 11:19Speaker 2: to dismiss their problems, but come to my house. I
- 11:21Speaker 2: have real problems. But anyway, but yeah, so Dylan is
- 11:24Speaker 2: coming to Ashley Tisdale's defense as her very public mom
- 11:27Speaker 2: group drama it continues to spiral online. A thirty three
- 11:31Speaker 2: year old blushed Off claims that Tisdale was to blame
- 11:34Speaker 2: for the breakup of a so called mean girl mom
- 11:37Speaker 2: click that reportedly included Now, this is the part that's
- 11:41Speaker 2: kind of shocking, because these girls are all pretty nice
- 11:43Speaker 2: girls that you would think in Hollywood. There were these women.
- 11:46Speaker 2: It included Hillary Duff, Mandy Moore, Megan Trainer, all who
- 11:50Speaker 2: have these brands that are sort of nice girl next
- 11:52Speaker 2: door if you will. But you know, while admitting he
- 11:55Speaker 2: didn't know all the details, Dylan made, you know, one
- 11:58Speaker 2: thing clear that he's standing by Ashley, and I think
- 12:01Speaker 2: because he says she's always been really sweet and nice
- 12:04Speaker 2: to him, And that goes back to what we were
- 12:06Speaker 2: just saying. There's a relationship there, right, And so what
- 12:10Speaker 2: does that mean in the terms of Hollywood constructs? Is
- 12:13Speaker 2: it real or are you just convenient? Because there's a
- 12:16Speaker 2: headline attached with pl What do you think?
- 12:19Speaker 1: Oh, you're so deep, my friend. The of the five story.
- 12:24Speaker 1: You make me think, Donnie, never make me think. If
- 12:28Speaker 1: you're listening, I love him, I do love He's revamped
- 12:33Speaker 1: her Facebook page. He's convinced me that there's money to
- 12:36Speaker 1: be made on Facebook, and I'm like, knock yourself. I agree.
- 12:41Speaker 1: So he's as busy as a bee on Facebook. Follow
- 12:43Speaker 1: naughty gossip if you can. He's basically taken over my life.
- 12:47Speaker 1: But the story here, it is sweet. I like to
- 12:50Speaker 1: defend my friends now. I want to be very careful.
- 12:53Speaker 1: I don't want to say because they were nice to me,
- 12:55Speaker 1: they were a good person. There's a difference, you know.
- 12:57Speaker 1: I had to be very careful. Did he was really
- 12:59Speaker 1: nice to me? When I worked with Diddy? He was
- 13:00Speaker 1: one of my favorite people. It was twenty years ago,
- 13:03Speaker 1: but he was charming and funny. But just because he
- 13:05Speaker 1: was nice to me doesn't mean he's not a monster.
- 13:08Speaker 1: You can see both both can be true. You can
- 13:10Speaker 1: be very nice to me because I am rob shoot,
- 13:13Speaker 1: I am very fabulous. People are nice to me because
- 13:15Speaker 1: I've got a big mouth and I'll tell their secrets.
- 13:17Speaker 1: So I get why people are nice to me, but
- 13:19Speaker 1: they can still be mean to others, and so I
- 13:21Speaker 1: think that's what's going on here. I like this guy.
- 13:24Speaker 1: I do like him. I liked him on Dancing with
- 13:26Speaker 1: the Stars. I think he was on a reality show Traitors.
- 13:29Speaker 1: He's got to be careful though, what does he do next? Now?
- 13:32Speaker 1: I'm not sure if he's an actor. He's very, very cute.
- 13:35Speaker 1: I don't think he's a singer, but I think he'd
- 13:38Speaker 1: be a great podcast host or a talk show host
- 13:41Speaker 1: or a game show. So I'm really wishing him the best.
- 13:44Speaker 1: And it's been really difficult. I think growing up in
- 13:45Speaker 1: the shadow of zac Efron. He said when he was little,
- 13:48Speaker 1: Zach was better at everything, singing, dancing, being charming, I mean,
- 13:52Speaker 1: and so finally for him to get his flowers. I
- 13:54Speaker 1: love that expression, Hello min As Cyrus. I think it
- 13:58Speaker 1: is adorable. And also to defend your friends do like
- 14:03Speaker 1: I do that. I get quite cross when people I
- 14:06Speaker 1: love don't defend me, like I had a friend recently
- 14:09Speaker 1: who said, You've got to be really careful of this
- 14:12Speaker 1: lady called Sarah. I'm not going to say her next
- 14:14Speaker 1: last name, but Sara, because she's talking s hi t
- 14:18Speaker 1: about you. She's talking she's she's talking smack about. That's
- 14:21Speaker 1: a nice way to put it. And it didn't bother
- 14:22Speaker 1: me that Sarah was talking about me. What bothered me
- 14:25Speaker 1: is I said, and how did you respond? That's what
- 14:28Speaker 1: bothered me, My friend. I was like, did you defend me?
- 14:30Speaker 1: And they did? They said they did. I think they
- 14:32Speaker 1: did too, But defend your friends. Okay, we're going to
- 14:34Speaker 1: take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Welcome back to their not about Nisha and the hairst robs.
- 14:42Speaker 1: You to me, my dear friend, Cory Andrew, Hey, Corey,
- 14:44Speaker 1: let's get to the polls are. Last year we talked
- 14:48Speaker 1: about Blake Lively and Taylor Swift addressing their friendship shift.
- 14:53Speaker 1: It was shifting in real time. We've seen the private
- 14:55Speaker 1: text messages. Are you loving reading all these messages? Yes?
- 15:00Speaker 1: All know there's a lot of juicy messages. She even
- 15:02Speaker 1: calls Taylor just In Bellooney the director, a little bitch
- 15:07Speaker 1: at one point. I love these text messages they were reading.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Once again, we have not stolen them. We have not
- 15:11Speaker 1: tapped anybody there in the documents. This is part of
- 15:14Speaker 1: the legal dispute. My question was are you loving reading
- 15:17Speaker 1: all the text message? Yes? That's what eighty percent. I
- 15:20Speaker 1: love you, naughtiest, Norty, naughty you're saying, yes, I love it.
- 15:24Speaker 1: I was thinking about this, Corey. We're nice guys, We
- 15:26Speaker 1: are good guys. However, if somebody just got hold of
- 15:29Speaker 1: our text messages, you could think we were all honey.
- 15:31Speaker 2: My guys. Let alone. Please don't look at the pictures.
- 15:33Speaker 2: Don't get me started.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Every time there's a naked nail picture, I said it
- 15:37Speaker 1: to Corey, Y say, I have to said warnings like,
- 15:40Speaker 1: do not open this with your at the dinner table,
- 15:44Speaker 1: run to the bathroom and look at this picture of
- 15:46Speaker 1: zac Efron or whoever the latest might be. Okay, don't
- 15:49Speaker 1: forget to vote on today's pole. Will go to page
- 15:52Speaker 1: Nordy Nice Rob or our Facebook page Nordy Gossip and
- 15:55Speaker 1: be sure to check back on Monday to hear your results.
- 15:58Speaker 1: And now, oh I love this one for and nicest.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Not today it's about Harry Styles. Yes, Harry Styles confirms
- 16:08Speaker 2: his massive Big MSG takeover. He is officially back and
- 16:12Speaker 2: he is doing it big. The pop superstar announced a
- 16:15Speaker 2: jar wrapping thirty show residency at Madison Square Garden. It's
- 16:19Speaker 2: his Together Together tour and it will take over NYC
- 16:22Speaker 2: from August through October.
- 16:24Speaker 1: I'm a huge Harrish Styles fan, and we broke on
- 16:26Speaker 1: my substack that he's trying to get Billy Joel to
- 16:28Speaker 1: turn up. Billy Joel is the king of Madison. He
- 16:31Speaker 1: has the most residency, I think over one hundred there,
- 16:34Speaker 1: so that would be trific to We will get tickets, Corey,
- 16:36Speaker 1: you and me will be dancing Harry Styles and nicest
- 16:39Speaker 1: of the day and now and not She's the day, naughty, naughty, naughty,
- 16:42Speaker 1: the Oscar Shakers, they're out. Wiki just snubbed wikid for good,
- 16:46Speaker 1: shut out completely. Cynthia both nominated previously, but this year
- 16:53Speaker 1: not a single nomin nation. On the good side here Sinners,
- 16:57Speaker 1: which is terrific, continues to smash red chords with sixteen
- 17:01Speaker 1: nomin nations and also to Kate Hudson made a triumphant
- 17:05Speaker 1: return to the Oscars for the first time in twenty
- 17:08Speaker 1: five years. Now, what is shocking about Wicked is most
- 17:11Speaker 1: people are going to talk about Ariana or Cynthia. No,
- 17:13Speaker 1: what's shocking is Stephen Schwartz, the legendary composer of Wicked
- 17:17Speaker 1: the Musical, wrote two new songs for the movie because
- 17:22Speaker 1: old songs can't be nominated for an Academy award, so
- 17:25Speaker 1: he wrote two new songs. I thought at least one
- 17:27Speaker 1: of them would be nominated. Neither one were nominated. And
- 17:30Speaker 1: now what this means is we're not going to get
- 17:32Speaker 1: either Ariana or Cynthia singing at the excuse. They're not
- 17:36Speaker 1: going to show up to sing a song that nominated
- 17:38Speaker 1: and Naughtist of the day. LIS's end of a moment.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Rub the most most of your stress isn't coming from
- 17:46Speaker 1: what's happening to you. It's coming from how fast you
- 17:49Speaker 1: react to it. You fire off a text, you say
- 17:52Speaker 1: yes when you mean no, You assume the worst reaction mode.
- 17:56Speaker 1: It feels urgent. But that's a trap. So here's a shift. Pause,
- 18:02Speaker 1: one second, one breath. That tiny gap between trigger and action,
- 18:09Speaker 1: that's where all the power lives. In that moment. You
- 18:12Speaker 1: move from impulse to intention. You choose instead of explode,
- 18:20Speaker 1: you respond instead of regret. So pause first, pause first,
- 18:28Speaker 1: and then everything gets much easier. Take a pause, take
- 18:33Speaker 1: a second. When I get a nasty text or nasty email,
- 18:37Speaker 1: my instinct is to fire one back off immediately. I stop.
- 18:41Speaker 1: I wait an hour, I wait two hours. Sometimes I
- 18:44Speaker 1: wait till the next day, and I feel a lot different.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Control your emotions here, and once again, most of the
- 18:50Speaker 1: stress it's not coming from what's happening to you. No, no, no,
- 18:55Speaker 1: it's coming from how first you react. Let's all have
- 18:59Speaker 1: a slower can slow down, don't speed up. Hey, that
- 19:02Speaker 1: is it for this week. Thank you so much for
