Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And His Uncanny Ability To Avoid Consequences (7/23/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:06
Speaker 1: One of the most pressing questions when discussing Jeffrey Epstein
0:11
Speaker 1: is was he an asset for the government or not. Now,
0:16
Speaker 1: I'll tell you, in my opinion that he most certainly was,
0:21
Speaker 1: from the time he worked at bear Stearns all the
0:24
Speaker 1: way up until the time he got arrested the second
0:27
Speaker 1: time around. Now, I'm not one of these people that
0:32
Speaker 1: will tell you he was a spy or he worked
0:36
Speaker 1: for the Massad. You know, there's a lot of people
0:39
Speaker 1: that like to look for the Masad boogeyman everywhere. But
0:43
Speaker 1: the reality is this, folks, the CIA is much more
0:48
Speaker 1: dangerous and much worse than the Massad could ever wanna be.
0:53
Speaker 1: The CIA is like the Massad's older, more dangerous brother
0:57
Speaker 1: who was on mushrooms. So when people run around with
1:02
Speaker 1: the whole Masade line of thinking and trying to set
1:06
Speaker 1: the Masade up like they're this big boogeyman, I just
1:08
Speaker 1: can't get on board with that. Now, does that mean
1:12
Speaker 1: I think the Masade is made up of good people? No,
1:14
Speaker 1: I do not think that these intelligence groups in general
1:18
Speaker 1: are not made up of great people. In my opinion,
1:21
Speaker 1: and people that will go to the lengths that some
1:24
Speaker 1: of these people will go to. Well, they most certainly
1:27
Speaker 1: are not the kind of people that you would say, yeah,
1:30
Speaker 1: these are fantastic folk. So why would anyone think that
1:34
Speaker 1: these people wouldn't be in bed with Jeffrey Epstein, Because
1:38
Speaker 1: they most certainly were. And Jeffrey Epstein most certainly was
1:42
Speaker 1: an asset for the government during the bear Stearns situation.
1:47
Speaker 1: How else did he not go to prison? Folks? Come on,
1:49
Speaker 1: what do you think he's just this incredibly lucky man.
1:54
Speaker 1: That is not reality. It's never been reality, it's never
1:57
Speaker 1: going to be reality. The fact is Jeffrey Epstein was
2:01
Speaker 1: a snitch and he was working for the government with
2:05
Speaker 1: the government at least when it comes to bear Stearns,
2:09
Speaker 1: and probably a lot more. So we're gonna go back
2:13
Speaker 1: into the time machine today, folks, and we're gonna pull
2:15
Speaker 1: an article from November twenty eighth of two thousand and eighteen. Now,
2:20
Speaker 1: this article is from the New York Post and the
2:22
Speaker 1: author is Bruce Golding. Headline, Pedophile millionaire dodged harsh sentence
2:29
Speaker 1: by ratting out bear Stearns executives. Sounds like a hell
2:33
Speaker 1: of a guy. Huh out here ratting people out, you know,
2:36
Speaker 1: says snitching on folks. No big deal. I'm Jeffrey Epstein.
2:40
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna go to prison. This is gonna be
2:41
Speaker 1: my in So for Jeffrey Epstein, he says to himself, Hell,
2:46
Speaker 1: I can use this, I can manipulate this situation. I'm
2:50
Speaker 1: already working as an asset with the government. Well, maybe
2:54
Speaker 1: I can ingratiate myself to them a little bit more
2:56
Speaker 1: and they can help me along the way with my
2:59
Speaker 1: sexual de deviancy. And in return, what I'll do is
3:03
Speaker 1: I'll collect compromot for them, and I'll turn it over
3:06
Speaker 1: to them so that they can profile people and then
3:09
Speaker 1: use it to you know, blackmail them, make them do
3:12
Speaker 1: whatever they want politically, or whatever sort of scum baggery
3:17
Speaker 1: they have in mind. And that was always the plan
3:19
Speaker 1: for Jeffrey Epstein. He obviously took it a step further
3:23
Speaker 1: and was not only in bed with whoever his handler
3:27
Speaker 1: was here in America, but he certainly was working with
3:30
Speaker 1: other groups. The Masade certainly other groups as well, and
3:34
Speaker 1: he was probably passing off information to all of these groups.
3:38
Speaker 1: That would be my guess. That's what information brokers do.
3:43
Speaker 1: So If anyone thinks that Jeffrey Epstein was sitting on
3:46
Speaker 1: information and not passing it around, not selling it off,
3:50
Speaker 1: then they're not paying attention to who Jeffrey Epstein was
3:53
Speaker 1: and what he was up to. Multimillionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein
3:59
Speaker 1: secretly served as a key federal witness against two hedge
4:03
Speaker 1: fund managers around the time he cut the sweetheart deal
4:07
Speaker 1: that let him avoid federal child sex trafficking charges and
4:10
Speaker 1: served just thirteen months in a Florida jail, according to
4:14
Speaker 1: a newer report on Wednesday, So because he helped out
4:17
Speaker 1: with Baron Stearns, helped out a little snitching action that
4:21
Speaker 1: was probably set up by his lawyers, you know, Dershowitz
4:24
Speaker 1: and left Kowitz and the rest of the bunch. They
4:27
Speaker 1: probably went in there and manipulated the whole situation behind
4:30
Speaker 1: the scenes like they always did. And then you had
4:33
Speaker 1: someone like Mukasey at the controls at the Justice Department
4:37
Speaker 1: as the head honcho. And this is the result. All
4:41
Speaker 1: of these scumbags, all of these people who were in
4:44
Speaker 1: power when this deal went down, they should all be
4:47
Speaker 1: held responsible for this shit. This is absurd. All these
4:50
Speaker 1: years later and this is still cracking off. We're still
4:53
Speaker 1: talking about this non prosecution agreement. How in the hell
4:57
Speaker 1: is this non prosecution agreement not skill added to the
5:01
Speaker 1: four wins? It is obscene that the court has allowed
5:08
Speaker 1: this to stand. A year long investigation by the Miami
5:13
Speaker 1: Herald turned up records that show Epstein, who was one
5:16
Speaker 1: of the fund's largest investors, cooperated in the prosecution of
5:20
Speaker 1: a pair of executives at now defunct bear Stearn's financial
5:24
Speaker 1: firm and received value valuable consideration for providing investigators with
5:30
Speaker 1: unspecified information. So, look, we all know that Jeffrey Epstein
5:35
Speaker 1: was a scumbag. We all know that he was a
5:37
Speaker 1: molestor and a pervert, and he was also a snitch.
5:41
Speaker 1: He was all of the worst things that you could
5:43
Speaker 1: possibly be for somebody who was getting ready to go
5:46
Speaker 1: to prison. He had all of those black marks against him.
5:51
Speaker 1: How do you think this du who would have fared
5:52
Speaker 1: in prison? You show up there with all of these
5:56
Speaker 1: black marks against you as a snitch, as a child molester,
5:59
Speaker 1: as a human trafficker. Yeah, you're gonna be met with
6:02
Speaker 1: some scorn, my friend, You're gonna be met with some
6:05
Speaker 1: pretty aggravated people. And that most certainly is what Epstein
6:10
Speaker 1: had to look forward to, because he was an absolute
6:14
Speaker 1: piece of shit, folks, And there is a certain level
6:18
Speaker 1: of a prison I don't know what you want to
6:22
Speaker 1: call decorum if you will. And if you show up
6:26
Speaker 1: there as a child molescer soon who words kids, you're
6:28
Speaker 1: asking for big time trouble. But being a snitch on
6:35
Speaker 1: top of all of that, boy, forget about it. You
6:38
Speaker 1: got a PC up right away. If that's the case.
6:42
Speaker 1: Emails also show then Miami US attorney Alexandra Acosta, who
6:46
Speaker 1: is now President Trump's Secretary of Labor and the lead
6:49
Speaker 1: prosecutor in the case, agreeing to help Epstein high power
6:53
Speaker 1: defense lawyers try to contain the scandal sparked by his
6:56
Speaker 1: two thousand and six arrest in Palm Beach. According to
6:59
Speaker 1: the so, look, we all know that Acosta is a
7:02
Speaker 1: piece of shit, and we all know that Acosta has
7:04
Speaker 1: no backbone, and that Acosta should have stood up to
7:07
Speaker 1: his bosses in DC and he should have said, fuck you, guys,
7:10
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna do this. We're gonna prosecute this man
7:14
Speaker 1: to the fullest extent of the law. And if Mukasey
7:17
Speaker 1: and the rest of these guys have a problem with it,
7:19
Speaker 1: then they can put their name on it. But no
7:23
Speaker 1: dude had no backbone, had the backbone of a spaghetti
7:27
Speaker 1: and here we are. But to put it all at
7:30
Speaker 1: Acosta's feet is ridiculous. And you can tell who's playing
7:33
Speaker 1: politics by the people who do that. See me, I
7:37
Speaker 1: don't just care about scoring a quick political victory, folks.
7:40
Speaker 1: I'm looking for long term gains. That means getting rid
7:45
Speaker 1: of all of these scumbags, the Acostas of the world
7:48
Speaker 1: and the rest of them. But to act like Acosta
7:51
Speaker 1: could make this decision himself is very, very, very stupid.
7:57
Speaker 1: This man cannot make this kind of decision. He was
8:02
Speaker 1: an age down in Florida. You really think that the
8:05
Speaker 1: local ags have that kind of leeway to make a
8:08
Speaker 1: decision on a rich man like Jeffrey Epstein such as
8:11
Speaker 1: this zero chance Lefkowitz and the rest of them all
8:15
Speaker 1: had breakfast with Acosta's people. They all had breakfast with
8:22
Speaker 1: people from the Department of Justice. They had the inroads
8:25
Speaker 1: with people like Mukasey. What do you think it's just
8:28
Speaker 1: some kind of coincidence that a lot of these dudes
8:31
Speaker 1: ended up working at Kirkland and Ellis on an avoid
8:41
Speaker 1: the press note, I can file the charge in district
8:43
Speaker 1: court in Miami, which will hopefully cut the press coverage significantly.
8:48
Speaker 1: Do you want to check that out? Assistant US Attorney
8:51
Speaker 1: Marie Villa Fauna wrote in September two thousand and seven
8:54
Speaker 1: to defense lawyer Jay Lefkowitz, a former colleague of Acostas
8:58
Speaker 1: at the Kirkland and Ellis law firm, Kirkland and Ellis
9:01
Speaker 1: is just like a law firm full of scumballs. Bro.
9:05
Speaker 1: Every one of them dudes, every one of them lawyers
9:07
Speaker 1: there is just worse than the next, it seems like,
9:10
Speaker 1: and frankly, it seems like every single lawyer is worse
9:13
Speaker 1: than the next lawyer. I've had my fill of these people.
9:17
Speaker 1: I mean, going into this, I wasn't a big fan
9:20
Speaker 1: of lawyers, but now it's even worse. Then you add
9:23
Speaker 1: to the fact that most of our scumbag politicians are
9:26
Speaker 1: either lawyers or doctors, and yeah, it leaves a bad
9:29
Speaker 1: taste in my mouth. How is it that only lawyers
9:33
Speaker 1: or doctors can be our political representatives. In the old days,
9:37
Speaker 1: it was our neighbors, people who are own stores, or
9:40
Speaker 1: people from the community. Now it's a whole political career.
9:44
Speaker 1: We should have never had a political class ever, because
9:49
Speaker 1: this kind of shit happens. You get the you want
9:51
Speaker 1: to talk about oligarks in Russia, We got our own
9:54
Speaker 1: oligarchs right here in America. Folks. People are just too
9:57
Speaker 1: stupid to pay attention and see what's going on. The
10:03
Speaker 1: following month, a Costa met with Lefkowitz for breakfast at
10:06
Speaker 1: a Marriotte hotel in West Palm Beach, seventy miles from
10:10
Speaker 1: Acosta's office, to negotiate terms of Epstein's non prosecution agreement
10:15
Speaker 1: with the Feds. According to The Herald, and again, do
10:18
Speaker 1: you think that Acosta just signed off on this paperwork
10:22
Speaker 1: and it didn't shoot up top for Mukeesi to take
10:26
Speaker 1: a look at and the upper echelon at DOJ to
10:29
Speaker 1: sign off on stop it. That's not how this works. Remember, folks,
10:34
Speaker 1: we're talking about a gigantic, huge bureaucracy. When we're talking
10:39
Speaker 1: about the federal government, and when we're talking about the
10:42
Speaker 1: FBI or the CIA or the federal prosecutors. You can
10:46
Speaker 1: double that the bureaucracy is large and it's hungry, and
10:51
Speaker 1: you can't skip steps in the bureaucracy. If you're a
10:54
Speaker 1: middle manager, that's what Acosta was. You can't make those
10:57
Speaker 1: decisions on your own, zero chan. So it's very, very,
11:03
Speaker 1: very very dishonest when people try and act like Acosta
11:07
Speaker 1: was the number one guy here, because that is not
11:10
Speaker 1: the case. And frankly, I question the motives of people
11:14
Speaker 1: that try and frame it as such, because remember, there's
11:17
Speaker 1: a lot of people who are still playing politics here.
11:20
Speaker 1: There are a lot of people who are still using
11:22
Speaker 1: this case as a political cudgel, and the people that
11:25
Speaker 1: do that are pieces of trash, point blank, period. This
11:29
Speaker 1: is not one of your little political tools to beat
11:32
Speaker 1: each other over the head with. This isn't your biolabs situation,
11:37
Speaker 1: all right, Save all of that shit, Save your qa nnning,
11:41
Speaker 1: save your other nonsensing for another case, for another situation,
11:47
Speaker 1: because there's no room for it here. There's only room
11:50
Speaker 1: for holding people accountable. And if you're not on board
11:53
Speaker 1: with that, you're just gonna get run over by this train.
11:55
Speaker 1: At this point, once the pack was struck. Epstein, who's
12:01
Speaker 1: hosted former President Bill Clinton, British Prince Andrew and others
12:05
Speaker 1: at his own private Caribbean island, pleaded guilty to two
12:09
Speaker 1: felony prostitution charges in state court. Even though the FEDS
12:13
Speaker 1: identified thirty six underage girls who accused Epstein, then a
12:18
Speaker 1: powerful pal of Clinton and Prince Andrew, of sexually abusing
12:22
Speaker 1: them in his Palm Beach mansion between two thousand and
12:24
Speaker 1: one and two thousand and five, the Herald said, Remember
12:28
Speaker 1: this is right around the time too, where him and
12:30
Speaker 1: Billy Boy Clinton are super close. There's a lot of
12:33
Speaker 1: people that don't like that line of thinking either. Oh, well,
12:36
Speaker 1: he wasn't as close to Clinton, Yes he was, Okay,
12:39
Speaker 1: Him and Bill Clinton were very close. So was Maxwell
12:43
Speaker 1: and the Clintons. And there's no denying it. The only
12:45
Speaker 1: people who are denying that are trying to deny it
12:48
Speaker 1: are the very same people who are still playing politics
12:51
Speaker 1: with this shit. But there's zero chance that anyone can
12:57
Speaker 1: deny the fact how deep the relationship between the Clintons
13:02
Speaker 1: and Epstein went. A Labor Department spokeswoman didn't immediately return
13:10
Speaker 1: a request for comment, but Acosta was questioned about Epstein's
13:15
Speaker 1: plea deal during the US Senate confirmation hearing in March
13:18
Speaker 1: twenty seventeen. Although he said he couldn't discuss the details
13:23
Speaker 1: of the case, Acosta said the decision not to file
13:26
Speaker 1: federal charges was a broadly held decision in his office.
13:31
Speaker 1: That means it came from the top. You have to
13:33
Speaker 1: learn how to read between the lines with these people.
13:35
Speaker 1: They're never gonna be honest with you. They're never going
13:37
Speaker 1: to tell you the truth about things, So you have to,
13:40
Speaker 1: you know, try and read between the lines and figure
13:43
Speaker 1: out what the hell these idiots are really trying to
13:45
Speaker 1: say to you, and what he's trying to say to
13:47
Speaker 1: you here is. It wasn't his decision. It was a
13:50
Speaker 1: broad decision made by the whole office, meaning his boss
13:53
Speaker 1: made the decision as part of any plea. It is
13:57
Speaker 1: not unusual to have an indictment that says these are
14:00
Speaker 1: all the places we can go. Yet, at the end
14:02
Speaker 1: of the day, based on the evidence, professionals within a
14:05
Speaker 1: prosecutor's office decide that a plea that guarantees that someone
14:09
Speaker 1: goes to jail, that guarantees that someone register as a
14:13
Speaker 1: sex offender generally, and that guarantees other outcomes is a
14:17
Speaker 1: good thing. He said, yeah, not in this case, you scoundrel,
14:20
Speaker 1: you coward, you bitch ass chump. Epstein should have been
14:24
Speaker 1: in prison for his whole life. None of you people
14:26
Speaker 1: should have ever helped him, and he most certainly should
14:29
Speaker 1: have never got this sweetheart deal. But the fact remains
14:34
Speaker 1: it was not just a costa, and I just want
14:36
Speaker 1: to keep hammering that fact home because there's some people
14:39
Speaker 1: out there that still believe that that's the case, and
14:42
Speaker 1: it most certainly is not. Again, he deserved his share
14:45
Speaker 1: of scorn. He should have never been Labor secretary, and
14:49
Speaker 1: he should be forced to tell us what he's talking
14:51
Speaker 1: about when he said Epstein belonged to intelligence. But as
14:57
Speaker 1: far as setting Acosta up as the guy who made
15:00
Speaker 1: this decision, there's no way that I'm getting on board
15:04
Speaker 1: that train. The evidence doesn't lead there, and he's a
15:08
Speaker 1: nice fall guy and stuff like that, but I'm I'm
15:11
Speaker 1: not interested in middle management, folks. I'm interested in going
15:15
Speaker 1: to the very top and going big game hunting. All right, folks,
15:22
Speaker 1: that is going to do it for today's episode. I
15:25
Speaker 1: hope that all of you have a great morning, and
15:28
Speaker 1: there will be some more coming your way context episodes
15:31
Speaker 1: and some other stuff as well. So until later on,
15:34
Speaker 1: if you're looking to contact me, you can do that
15:36
Speaker 1: at Bobby Capuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bo bbu
15:41
Speaker 1: y c ap you c ci at ProtonMail dot com.
15:46
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at bo bbu
15:49
Speaker 1: y underscore c A p you c c I. The
15:54
Speaker 1: link that we discussed can be found in the description box. Yeah,
15:58
Speaker 1: what's going on everybody? So today we're gonna go back
16:00
Speaker 1: to the vault and pull out another article. This article
16:03
Speaker 1: is from July twelfth of twenty nineteen, and it's from
16:06
Speaker 1: the New York Post. It has to do with Jeffrey
16:09
Speaker 1: Epstein and the amount of money that he was spending
16:11
Speaker 1: to influence potential witnesses. We talked a little bit about
16:15
Speaker 1: this last night when we were talking about who went
16:18
Speaker 1: and visited him in jail, and I was talking about
16:21
Speaker 1: how his personal train, his personal assistants, excuse me, we're
16:25
Speaker 1: making way more money than any other personal assistance even
16:28
Speaker 1: on Wall Street. And the reason for that was it
16:31
Speaker 1: wasn't because Jeffrey Epstein was a nice guy, or he
16:34
Speaker 1: wanted to pay them a little bit of extra money
16:36
Speaker 1: to make their lives better, or that they were just
16:38
Speaker 1: so good at their jobs that he had to give
16:41
Speaker 1: them so much more money than all of the other
16:43
Speaker 1: assistants on Wall Street. Nope, it had nothing to do
16:46
Speaker 1: with any of that. It had to do with buying
16:49
Speaker 1: their silence, It had to do with making sure that
16:52
Speaker 1: they had funds so they did not rat him out.
16:56
Speaker 1: And that was all part of the layer, layer and
16:59
Speaker 1: layer and layer on layer that he built within this operation.
17:03
Speaker 1: So today we're going to talk a little bit more
17:05
Speaker 1: about that, and we're going to see who this article
17:09
Speaker 1: is talking about. So, like I said, this is from
17:12
Speaker 1: the New York Post. The author is Andrew Denny, and
17:17
Speaker 1: this article was produced on July twelfth of two thousand
17:21
Speaker 1: and nineteen. Millionaire convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein has already tried
17:26
Speaker 1: to buy the silence of two potential witnesses against him.
17:29
Speaker 1: Manhattan prosecutors charged Friday. Yeah, that's his mo. When you
17:34
Speaker 1: have that kind of money, that's what you do. You
17:36
Speaker 1: spread it around. You try and help yourself to be
17:38
Speaker 1: insulated when the fall comes. And does it always work? No,
17:43
Speaker 1: it certainly does not always work. But Jeffrey Epstein had
17:48
Speaker 1: another aspect to all of this. Not only was he
17:50
Speaker 1: providing them money, and they not only were they employees,
17:53
Speaker 1: they were all part of his sex cult as well,
17:56
Speaker 1: and he had them all wrapped around his finger. The
18:01
Speaker 1: former hedge fund manager, who was arrested last week on
18:04
Speaker 1: child sex trafficking charges, doled out a total of at
18:07
Speaker 1: least three hundred and fifty thousand dollars to two people
18:10
Speaker 1: last year, Federal prosecutors said in new court papers. The
18:14
Speaker 1: money two hundred and fifty thousand dollars in one case
18:17
Speaker 1: and one hundred thousand in the other, was secretly funneled
18:21
Speaker 1: to the potential witnesses identified in the documents as possible
18:25
Speaker 1: co conspirators. At around the same time, the Miami Herald
18:29
Speaker 1: unleashed a series of exposs about the perverted financier. The
18:33
Speaker 1: FED said, wow, so two people co conspirators. We can
18:38
Speaker 1: only be left to wonder who they might be. So
18:42
Speaker 1: here are our list of suspects. Sarah Kellen Vickers, Leslie Groff,
18:47
Speaker 1: Adriana Ross, Nadia Marsonkova, and Ghilan Maxwell. Those would be
18:53
Speaker 1: the five top choices in my opinion. I'm sure that
18:56
Speaker 1: there might be some others, but those are the top
18:58
Speaker 1: five where I'm guessing that this money went to the
19:03
Speaker 1: person who was wired the two hundred and fifty thousand
19:06
Speaker 1: dollars was identified as one of the defendant's employees. Yeah, well,
19:10
Speaker 1: there you go. We know that we know that he
19:13
Speaker 1: was paying hush money to his employees. We know he
19:15
Speaker 1: was paying hush money to people like Leslie Groff and
19:19
Speaker 1: Adriana Ross. We know that that's been established. There's no
19:22
Speaker 1: way that those gals were making two hundred thousand dollars
19:26
Speaker 1: a year to be personal assistants. So with the four
19:29
Speaker 1: of them around him, he was doling out eight hundred
19:32
Speaker 1: grand to his assistance people to answer phones, people to
19:35
Speaker 1: set up meetings. Come on, really, on what planet is
19:38
Speaker 1: that normal? That doesn't happen. That's a job where those
19:42
Speaker 1: people are probably making seventy five eighty grand, ninety grand,
19:45
Speaker 1: maybe maybe one hundred thousand with incentives and whatnot. None,
19:51
Speaker 1: they're not making two hundred grand a year to answer phones. Okay,
19:56
Speaker 1: that's insane. Neither of these payments appears to be recurring
20:01
Speaker 1: or repeating during the approximately five years of bank records
20:04
Speaker 1: available to the government. The document said, this course of action,
20:10
Speaker 1: and in particular its timing, suggests the defendant was attempting
20:13
Speaker 1: to further influence co conspirators who might provide information against him. Well, yeah,
20:19
Speaker 1: that's cool, the prosecutor. The prosecutors are coming out and
20:22
Speaker 1: saying that, and they're realizing what's going on. But what's
20:25
Speaker 1: going on now is the real question. Epstein's dead, There's
20:29
Speaker 1: nobody left a funnel money to these girls. Why aren't
20:32
Speaker 1: you arresting them? Why aren't you kicking in the doors.
20:37
Speaker 1: Don't act like you're going after the co conspirators. Don't say, oh, well,
20:40
Speaker 1: the co conspirators shouldn't sleep easy when we haven't seen
20:44
Speaker 1: one iota of movement towards bringing any of them to justice.
20:50
Speaker 1: And Epstein's and Epstein's efforts to influence witnesses continue to
20:54
Speaker 1: this day, the prosecutors added, So they had them for
20:57
Speaker 1: witness tampering. And the people in the witness who received
21:00
Speaker 1: the money, why aren't they under scrutiny? Are they being followed?
21:04
Speaker 1: Is there an investigation cracked off into them? How about again,
21:08
Speaker 1: a forensic accountant tracing that money? Where did the money
21:11
Speaker 1: come from that Jeffrey Epstein funneled to them? The FETs
21:16
Speaker 1: pointed to an allegation that Epstein, whose fortune was estimated
21:19
Speaker 1: at five hundred million dollars in court papers, tried to
21:22
Speaker 1: pay off one of his victims to keep her quiet.
21:25
Speaker 1: During a two thousand and six investigation, into his pedophilia. Yeah,
21:30
Speaker 1: he always tried to do this. He's one of these
21:32
Speaker 1: people again, one of these people from polite New York
21:36
Speaker 1: society who thinks that their money makes it okay for
21:40
Speaker 1: them to act any way they want and to treat
21:42
Speaker 1: people anyway they feel that they should treat them. And
21:46
Speaker 1: if he stepped out of line, that's okay. He'd spread
21:49
Speaker 1: a little dull around to the poor subjects around him,
21:53
Speaker 1: and then everything would go away. And it's not just
21:56
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, folks. I hate to break the news to you.
21:59
Speaker 1: That's how the world works. If you have money, if
22:02
Speaker 1: you have a bunch of racks, well you're more than
22:04
Speaker 1: likely you're going to get off with whatever crime you commit.
22:09
Speaker 1: The prosecutors cite a police report from Palm Beach County,
22:11
Speaker 1: Florida that states that an associate of Epstein tracked down
22:15
Speaker 1: the young woman the young woman while she was home
22:17
Speaker 1: from college on spring break, telling her that Epstein would
22:20
Speaker 1: pay for her silence. Who's this associate? Can we have names?
22:25
Speaker 1: I don't you know. This is what I'm talking about,
22:27
Speaker 1: And this is why the documents from Presca's court need
22:30
Speaker 1: to be released as well. They're associate unnamed, unnamed a partner, etcetera, etcetera.
22:36
Speaker 1: We can't have that anymore. All of these people need
22:39
Speaker 1: to be exposed for their role within this enterprise. All
22:42
Speaker 1: of these people need to be called upon the carpet
22:44
Speaker 1: and they have to answer questions. They don't get to
22:49
Speaker 1: skate by because they have fat bank accounts. They don't
22:52
Speaker 1: get to skate by because they're hanging out with politicians
22:56
Speaker 1: or powerful people. That's not how this works. That's not
22:59
Speaker 1: how any of this is supposed to work. The Epstein
23:05
Speaker 1: associate told the girl, those who help him will be compensated,
23:08
Speaker 1: and those who hurt him will be dealt with accordingly.
23:15
Speaker 1: Imagine that's that's what these are the kind of people
23:18
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein would send out after he abused these girls,
23:22
Speaker 1: after they had survived his abuse, he would send out
23:25
Speaker 1: his quote unquote associate whoever that is, to tell them
23:28
Speaker 1: if they don't play a ball, that they're going to
23:30
Speaker 1: be in big trouble. They'll be hurt, They'll be hurt
23:32
Speaker 1: and dealt with. That's pretty open ended. What does that mean?
23:36
Speaker 1: Is he threatening their lives? That's that's a felony. He
23:40
Speaker 1: can't he can't threaten them. That's a criminalistic threat. So
23:43
Speaker 1: where are the where are the prosecutors with that? Who's
23:46
Speaker 1: the associate that went and passed on that message? Isn't
23:49
Speaker 1: that shouldn't that person be held accountable for their actions
23:52
Speaker 1: and for what they're doing for Jeffrey Epstein? But no,
23:56
Speaker 1: all we see so far the two guards from MCC
23:59
Speaker 1: they're the only one ones that are in trouble. And
24:01
Speaker 1: again and again we see it, the two tier justice
24:06
Speaker 1: system right in front of our faces. In another Palm
24:12
Speaker 1: Beach police report, one of Epstein's survivors told police that
24:15
Speaker 1: he had hired private investigators who were terrorizing her family,
24:19
Speaker 1: in one case driving one of her parents off the
24:22
Speaker 1: road during a car pursuit. You see, this is the
24:24
Speaker 1: kind of stuff that really gets me upset, and I honestly,
24:28
Speaker 1: I really hope that would happen to me. I wish
24:31
Speaker 1: somebody would try that shit with me, because I would
24:33
Speaker 1: go absolutely crazy. The intimidation, the intimidation of reporters is
24:39
Speaker 1: such a joke. The intimidation of these people is an
24:43
Speaker 1: even bigger joke. How did the police let this occur?
24:47
Speaker 1: Not only had have these girls been abused by Epstein
24:51
Speaker 1: on the first time, around, the second time, around, third
24:53
Speaker 1: time around, whatever it may be. But after the fact,
24:56
Speaker 1: their families are being terrorized, family members being off of
25:00
Speaker 1: the road, even and there's no arrests, there's no associates
25:05
Speaker 1: that are brought in for questioning, there's no deeper dive,
25:08
Speaker 1: there's no harder look what is going on? Mister Berman,
25:13
Speaker 1: I have news for you. If that was me and
25:15
Speaker 1: some maniac ran my family off the road and I
25:18
Speaker 1: was in the vehicle with them, forget it, I'd be
25:20
Speaker 1: I'd end up in jail. I would. I would, one
25:22
Speaker 1: hundred percent, without a question, end up in jail because
25:25
Speaker 1: there would be an extraction from that vehicle. And to
25:28
Speaker 1: be honest with you, if I was one of these
25:30
Speaker 1: girls' parents, I would have probably kicked in Lbrio Way's
25:33
Speaker 1: door and went and looking for Epstein myself. Because if
25:39
Speaker 1: you know you're a you're a tax paying citizen, right,
25:41
Speaker 1: you're a good person. You lived your life the right
25:43
Speaker 1: way your whole entire life. You never you know, we
25:47
Speaker 1: never broke the rules, committed felonies, anything like that. And
25:50
Speaker 1: any time that you've gotten a parking ticket, you've stood
25:52
Speaker 1: up and you've answered for what you have done, and
25:56
Speaker 1: now you sit here and you see that your daughter
25:59
Speaker 1: has been a by Jeffrey Epstein. And not only was
26:02
Speaker 1: your daughter assaulted, now your family's being harassed as well.
26:06
Speaker 1: You're being harassed, You're being driven off the road by
26:08
Speaker 1: some maniac, and the police aren't doing anything about it.
26:13
Speaker 1: I you know, what do you do at that point?
26:16
Speaker 1: I mean, I saw the movie Law Abiding Citizen, and
26:19
Speaker 1: I'll tell you what that might be where I would
26:21
Speaker 1: be at, honestly, if this was my daughter. So Jeffrey
26:25
Speaker 1: Epstein's honestly, he's lucky that none of these parents ever
26:28
Speaker 1: have took vigilante justice on him, because this is the
26:32
Speaker 1: sort of case where you see that kind of thing, right,
26:34
Speaker 1: and you really could you really blame the parents. They
26:37
Speaker 1: got screwed by the prosecution, Jeffrey Epstein obviously devastated their
26:42
Speaker 1: child's lives, and you, as a parent, you're sitting there
26:45
Speaker 1: saying yourself, all right, where do I turn? What do
26:47
Speaker 1: I do? Now? So Epstein's lucky nobody ever kicked in
26:52
Speaker 1: his door, because I have news for you. If it
26:54
Speaker 1: was me and it was my daughter, you wouldn't have
26:57
Speaker 1: to worry about the police, my friend. I promise you
26:59
Speaker 1: that details of the alleged payoffs and harassment surfaced as
27:05
Speaker 1: prosecutors insisted that Epstein should continue to be held without Bell,
27:09
Speaker 1: and that was the right decision. By the way, he
27:11
Speaker 1: should have never had bell. This guy's a repeat offender,
27:13
Speaker 1: the whole nine. He should have never had bell. He
27:16
Speaker 1: is currently at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Lower Manhattan,
27:20
Speaker 1: three cell doors down from drug kingpin Joaquin el Choppo Guzman,
27:24
Speaker 1: awaiting another bell hearing next week. That's another thing we
27:28
Speaker 1: really haven't talked about, the fact that El Choppo was
27:30
Speaker 1: a couple of doors down from Jeffrey Epstein. So you
27:33
Speaker 1: mean to tell me that the cameras that were watching
27:37
Speaker 1: El Choppo as well as Jeffrey Epstein, and now, mind you,
27:39
Speaker 1: el Choppo was a proficient and prolific escape artist. You
27:43
Speaker 1: mean to tell me that those cameras weren't working. Huh, Okay, sure,
27:47
Speaker 1: I believe you. I mean, you're so credible over at
27:52
Speaker 1: the Department of Corrections and in the Justice Department that
27:55
Speaker 1: I just believe you. I don't have to do my
27:56
Speaker 1: own research. I don't have to look at none of
27:58
Speaker 1: the facts, none of it. Just your word is enough,
28:02
Speaker 1: said nobody ever, So l Chapo was hanging out two
28:07
Speaker 1: doors down from Jeffrey Epstein, and cameras don't work all
28:11
Speaker 1: of a sudden. Huh makes a whole lot of sense.
28:13
Speaker 1: The two most prized possessions in your whole entire facility,
28:17
Speaker 1: and you're gonna tell me the cameras didn't work. Okay.
28:23
Speaker 1: In the court papers filed Friday, prosecutors argued Epstein should
28:27
Speaker 1: not be released in part because his primary residence in
28:30
Speaker 1: the United States is a private island in the US
28:33
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. Well, that's a part of it, I guess,
28:36
Speaker 1: But the real issue is the guy is a prolific
28:40
Speaker 1: sex trafficker and child molester. Okay. There should have been
28:44
Speaker 1: no discussions of bail, not even a conversation. This man
28:48
Speaker 1: should have been put under the prison while he awaited trial.
28:51
Speaker 1: Even in fact, I'll take it a step further. We
28:53
Speaker 1: should have put him in one of those black sites
28:55
Speaker 1: that his buddies in this CIA loved so much. And
28:58
Speaker 1: we should have let the parents of all of the
29:00
Speaker 1: girls who were abused by him come over and water
29:03
Speaker 1: board him for a little while. That would have been fun. Huh.
29:08
Speaker 1: The defendant's primary residence is a private island in the
29:11
Speaker 1: US Virgin Islands, a place where any sort of meaningful
29:14
Speaker 1: supervision would be all but impossible. They wrote, Of course
29:18
Speaker 1: it would be because, as we stated last night, the
29:22
Speaker 1: politicians in the Virgin Islands were on the dole. They
29:25
Speaker 1: were all taking bribes from this guy. Are you kidding me?
29:28
Speaker 1: Right now? They were wetting their beak, and then they
29:31
Speaker 1: tried to try and wet their beak on the back
29:33
Speaker 1: end as well. Who talk about getting my blood pressure,
29:36
Speaker 1: my blood pressure raised. It's absolutely ridiculous. The Virgin Islands
29:40
Speaker 1: is a ridiculous place. Obviously. The island is near the
29:45
Speaker 1: tropical community of Saint Thomas, where locals never welcomed the
29:48
Speaker 1: purvy billionaire. Anyway, everybody called it pedophile Island. Kevin Goodrich,
29:53
Speaker 1: a charter boat operator from Saint Thomas, said, it's our
29:57
Speaker 1: dark corner. He added, Oh, everybody called it petal file island. Handanisee, George.
30:01
Speaker 1: So you mean to tell me that your predecessors had
30:04
Speaker 1: no idea what was going on? Huh? But this boat
30:06
Speaker 1: captain sure called it pedophile island. These people that lived
30:09
Speaker 1: around there, Shure called it pedophile island. But none of
30:12
Speaker 1: the authorities knew. None of the elected officials knew, and
30:15
Speaker 1: you expect us to believe that. We don't believe that
30:18
Speaker 1: happy crappy man. Nobody believes that that's bs. Epstein's island
30:24
Speaker 1: features a stone mansion with a turquoise colored roof, as
30:27
Speaker 1: well as several other structures. There was also a maid's
30:31
Speaker 1: quarters and another square shaped mansion that features a gold dome.
30:35
Speaker 1: Workers believe the temple like structure was used as a
30:38
Speaker 1: music room and was built with acoustic walls. I don't
30:42
Speaker 1: have any information to add to any of that. I
30:44
Speaker 1: don't have concrete information one way or the other about
30:46
Speaker 1: what that temple was used for, but I will tell
30:49
Speaker 1: you this, there's a lot of symbolism with that temple
30:52
Speaker 1: and with a lot of things that Jeffrey Epstein was
30:55
Speaker 1: up to. There's definitely a lot of symbolism there. And
30:58
Speaker 1: I'm not qualified to really delve deep into that aspect
31:01
Speaker 1: of this case, but it's something that I've started looking into,
31:05
Speaker 1: and that's the whole entire symbolism aspect of this. So
31:10
Speaker 1: I'm trying to educate myself further on all of that.
31:12
Speaker 1: So I don't want to speak out too much on
31:14
Speaker 1: that right now, because I want to make sure I
31:16
Speaker 1: know what I'm talking about before I bring it here
31:19
Speaker 1: to the podcast. Like every other thing I talk about here,
31:21
Speaker 1: I want to make sure I'm not bumbling around like
31:24
Speaker 1: a moron. So the occult aspect of this I have
31:27
Speaker 1: not really delved too deep into. But the symbolism is
31:31
Speaker 1: obvious when you start looking at the symbolism of some
31:34
Speaker 1: of the structures he had and some of the other
31:36
Speaker 1: things on his properties. There's a lot of symbolism. There are, folks,
31:40
Speaker 1: a lot of it. Epstein's former employees on the island
31:45
Speaker 1: described an odd working environment to Bloomberg News, including that
31:49
Speaker 1: they were not supposed to be seen by the pedophile
31:51
Speaker 1: billionaire when he was there. He tried to act like
31:54
Speaker 1: he was royalty. Epstein tried to act like he was royalty,
31:57
Speaker 1: like his buddy Prince Andrew. He tried to make it
32:00
Speaker 1: when his workers would see him, they didn't associate with him,
32:04
Speaker 1: you know, I'm sure they had to like look down,
32:06
Speaker 1: and he tried to make it like he was some
32:08
Speaker 1: kind of prince or some kind of a king or something,
32:11
Speaker 1: when in reality we know he's the prince of nothing,
32:14
Speaker 1: the king of less. One of the former workers told
32:19
Speaker 1: Bloomberg that he remembers two closely guarded security boxes in
32:24
Speaker 1: the main residence. One, a still safe in Epstein's office,
32:28
Speaker 1: was protected by a level of security that suggested it
32:31
Speaker 1: contained much more than just money. The worker remembered, Oh,
32:34
Speaker 1: I'm sure it did. I'm sure it contained all sorts
32:36
Speaker 1: of thumb drives and files and pictures and C. D.
32:40
Speaker 1: Rohm's and you name it, you name it. I'm sure
32:43
Speaker 1: it had all kinds of crazy stuff. Because, like serial killers,
32:47
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was the kind of pedophile that had to
32:50
Speaker 1: take a trophy. And those trophies were videos and pictures,
32:55
Speaker 1: et cetera, et cetera. Whereas you have serial killers when
32:57
Speaker 1: they murder somebody, they'll take a piece of clothing, maybe
33:00
Speaker 1: an earring, something like that. And Epstein was the same
33:03
Speaker 1: kind of cat. While he wasn't murdering these girls, we
33:06
Speaker 1: don't think or no, he definitely was taking trophies. This
33:10
Speaker 1: man had all of the characteristics of an absolute sociopath.
33:17
Speaker 1: Epstein's lawyers have offered to put up his seventy seven million,
33:20
Speaker 1: twenty one thousand square foot Upper East Side townhouse, where
33:23
Speaker 1: the Feds say he sexually abused minor girls and kept
33:26
Speaker 1: Petrov of suspected child porn and his private plane as
33:30
Speaker 1: collateral if he gets bail. Reading back on that, the
33:35
Speaker 1: gall of these lawyers to even think that this guy
33:38
Speaker 1: was going to get bail, to even think that anybody
33:40
Speaker 1: was going to acquiesce to that, to that request, that
33:44
Speaker 1: was never going to occur. Zero chance he was getting bail,
33:48
Speaker 1: zero chance he was getting out. This guy was really
33:51
Speaker 1: going up up the river this time, because, like I
33:54
Speaker 1: said earlier, his intelligence contacts and his intelligence protection bailed
33:58
Speaker 1: on him after the second arrest. They knew that a
34:01
Speaker 1: second time wasn't going to be able to happen. They
34:04
Speaker 1: knew that they weren't going to be able to get
34:06
Speaker 1: him off again. So he got abandoned by the intelligence apparatus,
34:10
Speaker 1: in my opinion, and he had zero chance of beating
34:13
Speaker 1: the second case. Epstein is even willing to pay for
34:17
Speaker 1: around the clock armed security to keep an eye on him,
34:20
Speaker 1: as lawyer said. Epstein's lawyers did not return messages seeking
34:24
Speaker 1: comment again with the money, Oh, he's going to pay
34:26
Speaker 1: for people to protect him, so he has armed security
34:29
Speaker 1: around at all times. No, you're in jail, dude, You're
34:33
Speaker 1: going to be treated like everybody else. And if it
34:35
Speaker 1: was up to me, I would have dropped you right
34:37
Speaker 1: on the main line. I would have put you in
34:40
Speaker 1: general population. Forget Nicholas TARTAGLIONI. I would have dropped you
34:44
Speaker 1: in right with whoever the baddest dudes in the prison were.
34:47
Speaker 1: That's exactly the tier you would have been on. That's
34:50
Speaker 1: the car you would have been riding. And whatever happened
34:53
Speaker 1: to you, Hey, it would have happened to you. That's
34:55
Speaker 1: fate you would have not had. You would have had
34:58
Speaker 1: zero protection. If I was in charge, none of these
35:01
Speaker 1: people would ever get any sort of special protections. You're
35:04
Speaker 1: the one who molested those girls. You're the one who
35:07
Speaker 1: abused them. You're the one who raped them. So face
35:11
Speaker 1: the consequences, sir, go ahead and enjoy that jail cell.
35:14
Speaker 1: Go ahead and enjoy that jail cell with those hardened
35:16
Speaker 1: criminals who don't take kindly to people like you. I
35:20
Speaker 1: think they call people like you Chomo's in the pen,
35:24
Speaker 1: my friend. And that's exactly what I would have done
35:26
Speaker 1: to Epstein. If I was in charge of the prison,
35:30
Speaker 1: I would have made sure obviously, I kept the guy
35:32
Speaker 1: alive so he could have testified, and then after that
35:35
Speaker 1: I would have dropped him right in the main line
35:37
Speaker 1: and let nature take its course, because that's what he deserves.
35:41
Speaker 1: He didn't deserve to be put in some kind of
35:43
Speaker 1: solitary confinement cell or to be protected in the shoe
35:47
Speaker 1: or anything like that. This man deserved to be treated
35:50
Speaker 1: just like any one of us would have been treated,
35:52
Speaker 1: like any other sick, disgusting pedophile would be treated, and
35:55
Speaker 1: drop him right in the main line and let him
35:58
Speaker 1: go about his life in the yard. I say that's
36:01
Speaker 1: a proper punishment for him. It would have been nice, right,
36:05
Speaker 1: It would have been nice to see it through, to
36:06
Speaker 1: see him get arrested, and to see all of that occur. Unfortunately,
36:10
Speaker 1: the morons at the Department of Corrections and the idiots
36:14
Speaker 1: at the Justice Department, who will oversee the whole entire shebang,
36:17
Speaker 1: couldn't even follow through with the small task of keeping
36:20
Speaker 1: him alive so that he could be faced by the
36:24
Speaker 1: survivors and after face the justice that he so deserved.
36:29
Speaker 1: So now that he's gone, all that's left are the
36:35
Speaker 1: co conspirators, and their time is coming. Like I say
36:42
Speaker 1: all the time, folks, and like you know, you know
36:44
Speaker 1: what the deal is. In the year twenty twenty. This
36:47
Speaker 1: is the year that the predator turns into the prey.
36:52
Speaker 1: All right, folks, if you'd like to contact me, you
36:54
Speaker 1: can do that at Bobby Kapuci at protonmel dot com.
36:57
Speaker 1: That's bobbycapu cc at ProtonMail dot com. You can also
37:03
Speaker 1: find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore cap Uccis. What's
37:10
Speaker 1: up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Recently
37:15
Speaker 1: we heard that Larry Nasser's victims, the gymnasts and others
37:19
Speaker 1: who were abused by him, were going to get a
37:21
Speaker 1: settlement from the FBI, and that settlement was in the
37:25
Speaker 1: amount of one hundred and thirty nine million dollars. Now,
37:29
Speaker 1: the question is, when's the FBI gonna start paying attention
37:33
Speaker 1: to what happened to Epstein's victims. Considering that the FBI
37:38
Speaker 1: has already admitted that they flubbed things. Considering that the
37:42
Speaker 1: FBI has already come out and said they screwed it up,
37:46
Speaker 1: is there ever gonna be a settlement for Epstein survivors
37:49
Speaker 1: or are they just going to be forgotten once again?
37:52
Speaker 1: Because that's really just the pattern that we've seen time
37:55
Speaker 1: and time again throughout this whole entire thing. I've never
37:57
Speaker 1: seen more people on the fringes collect a bag while
38:01
Speaker 1: the actual people who suffered get left out in the cold.
38:05
Speaker 1: It's one of the most amazing things I've ever seen.
38:07
Speaker 1: But yet here we are, and that's the situation that
38:10
Speaker 1: we find ourselves in now. Don't get it twisted. I'm
38:13
Speaker 1: glad that the FBI had to pay out and serve
38:16
Speaker 1: up that dough to Larry Nasser's victims. They were oweded.
38:20
Speaker 1: The FBI knew, they ignored the complaints, they didn't stop
38:24
Speaker 1: Larry Nasser, and because of their inaction, all of these
38:28
Speaker 1: other women were abused. And we see the same pattern
38:31
Speaker 1: when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein. So it's not just
38:34
Speaker 1: a coincidence. The fact is the FBI doesn't take this
38:37
Speaker 1: kind of shit nowhere near as serious as it should,
38:40
Speaker 1: and because of their nonsense, once again, you and I
38:43
Speaker 1: are on the hook for a king's ransom and taxpayer
38:46
Speaker 1: dollars to be paid out to people who were wronged
38:49
Speaker 1: by the FBI. Today's article is from Business Insider, and
38:53
Speaker 1: the headline the FBI continues to ignore Jeffrey Epstein's victims,
38:58
Speaker 1: even after reaching one hundred and thirty nine one million
39:00
Speaker 1: dollar settlement for botched Larry Nasser investigation. This article was
39:06
Speaker 1: authored by Jacob Shamsien. This week, the Justice Department agreed
39:11
Speaker 1: to a mammoth one hundred and thirty eight point seven
39:13
Speaker 1: million dollar settlement to resolve more than one hundred claims
39:17
Speaker 1: brought by accusers of Larry Nasser, the former USA gymnastics doctor.
39:22
Speaker 1: It was announced nearly three years after the Justice Department's
39:25
Speaker 1: internal watchdog found that the FBI botched its handling of
39:29
Speaker 1: the investigation into Nasser, who has been the subject of
39:33
Speaker 1: hundreds of sexual abuse claims and is currently serving over
39:36
Speaker 1: a century in prison after being convicted of sexual assault
39:40
Speaker 1: and child pornography charges. And let's not forget that Larry
39:43
Speaker 1: Nasser's bitch ass was used as a pincushion by a
39:47
Speaker 1: cellmate recently who stabbed him a bunch of times. Now,
39:50
Speaker 1: Nasser ended up surviving, but you think that's going to
39:53
Speaker 1: be the end of it. There's no way there's going
39:56
Speaker 1: to be another inmate at some point who does the
39:58
Speaker 1: same thing. But the FBI seems less interested in resolving
40:02
Speaker 1: claims from victims of Jeffrey Epstein. Jordan Merson, an attorney
40:06
Speaker 1: representing about thirty of Epstein's victims and claims against the FBI.
40:10
Speaker 1: Told Business Insider that the Justice Department has so far
40:13
Speaker 1: turned the blind eye to his clients. Unfortunately, that doesn't
40:17
Speaker 1: shock me. The absolute disrespect for Jeffrey Epstein's survivors has
40:22
Speaker 1: been ongoing and obviously is not going to end anytime soon.
40:26
Speaker 1: We are happy that the FBI has resolved those cases
40:29
Speaker 1: so that the Naser victims can have that sense of accountability, responsibility,
40:34
Speaker 1: and justice to try and get some peace moving forward,
40:36
Speaker 1: Merson told Business Insider. But it's curious as to why
40:40
Speaker 1: the FBI won't do the same thing in this case,
40:42
Speaker 1: won't allow these women who have bravely come forward to
40:46
Speaker 1: get that accountability, responsibility, and justice. It's because the FBI
40:51
Speaker 1: is scared of what will be revealed. Here's the difference
40:56
Speaker 1: between Jeffrey Epstein and the rest of these people. Might
41:00
Speaker 1: have money, they might have some prestige, they might have
41:03
Speaker 1: hung out with presidents, whatever, but they weren't protected by
41:06
Speaker 1: intelligence and Jeffrey Epstein was. And that's the biggest difference,
41:11
Speaker 1: because not only did Jeffrey Epstein have money and power
41:14
Speaker 1: and prestige, he had friends in high places who were
41:17
Speaker 1: looking out for him, and those friends were in these
41:20
Speaker 1: intelligence services, they were in the FBI, and yes they
41:23
Speaker 1: were in government. Mrsan filed the lawsuit initially on behalf
41:28
Speaker 1: of twelve Epstein accusers against the FBI in February. It
41:32
Speaker 1: alleges the law enforcement agency knew about the well connected
41:35
Speaker 1: financiers serial sexual abuse of girls since at least the
41:39
Speaker 1: mid nineteen nineties, and they did nothing to stop them.
41:42
Speaker 1: The agency ignored numerous tips and pleas from victims as
41:46
Speaker 1: early as the nineteen nineties, according to the lawsuit, and
41:49
Speaker 1: the FBI also failed to act when visas and passports
41:52
Speaker 1: were issued for girls who flew on his plane, actions
41:56
Speaker 1: that should have required background checks. The lawsuit alleges that
42:00
Speaker 1: happened Epstein was able to do whatever you wanted, whenever
42:04
Speaker 1: you wanted, for literally decades, no accountability, nobody stepping forward
42:10
Speaker 1: and saying, hey, you know what, what's this guy up to?
42:13
Speaker 1: Why are we letting him do this? Meanwhile, they're arresting
42:16
Speaker 1: gramdmas because they went to a protest in Washington, DC. Meanwhile,
42:21
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's out here raping girls by the dozen, molesting
42:24
Speaker 1: a bunch of underage girls, and nothing's done about it,
42:28
Speaker 1: and then you wonder why people don't have any trust
42:30
Speaker 1: in the system, have no trust in the FBI, and
42:33
Speaker 1: feel like the institutions are crumbling around their ears. This
42:37
Speaker 1: is all self inflicted. This isn't because people are sitting
42:41
Speaker 1: around saying, Oh, the FBI is shitty. No, this is
42:44
Speaker 1: because the FBI refused to do their job, point blank, period.
42:48
Speaker 1: They were way too busy arresting people for illegal gambling.
42:53
Speaker 1: Representatives for the Justice Department didn't immediately respond to Business
42:57
Speaker 1: Insider's request for comment on Friday. Epstein orchestrated an illegal
43:01
Speaker 1: sex trafficking ring for the elite, and the FBI fell
43:05
Speaker 1: to adequately investigate the abuse, failed to interview the victims,
43:09
Speaker 1: failed to investigate the crimes, and did not follow routine
43:12
Speaker 1: procedure or offer victim assistance, notwithstanding credible reports and tips.
43:17
Speaker 1: The lawsuit alleges the FBI sat back while Epstein and
43:21
Speaker 1: his co conspirators sexually abused Jane Does one through twelve.
43:25
Speaker 1: The DOJ concluded it botched an earlier Epstein investigation. Well,
43:29
Speaker 1: no shit, it did, And I think botched is putting
43:32
Speaker 1: it lightly. I think that they ignored it purposefully. How
43:36
Speaker 1: about that I'll take it a step further. It wasn't
43:38
Speaker 1: a mistake, it wasn't an oversight. They ignored it purposefully
43:43
Speaker 1: because Epstein was still feeding them information. Why don't people
43:46
Speaker 1: just call it like it is. In twenty nineteen, Epstein
43:50
Speaker 1: killed himself in jail while awaiting trial on sex trafficking
43:53
Speaker 1: charges in New York. Years earlier, in two thousand and seven,
43:57
Speaker 1: he reached the plea deal with federal prosecutors in flow
44:00
Speaker 1: Or that allowed him to serve an insubstantial sentence on
44:03
Speaker 1: a prostitution charge, even though law enforcement officials believed at
44:07
Speaker 1: the time that he had sexually abused dozens of girls.
44:10
Speaker 1: The deal was widely recognized as a corrupt bargain between
44:14
Speaker 1: Epstein's lawyers and then US attorney Alexander Acosta, who later
44:18
Speaker 1: resigned as Labor Secretary in Donald Trump's cabinet. Following an
44:22
Speaker 1: investigation into the agreement by the Miami Herald. I wonder
44:26
Speaker 1: when the Bill Clinton Miami Herald piece is coming out. Oh,
44:29
Speaker 1: it's not going to come out Julie Brown's busy. Oh okay,
44:32
Speaker 1: I guess, because let's be very very clear, Okay, if
44:37
Speaker 1: it wasn't for alex Acosta, being in the position he
44:39
Speaker 1: was in, Julie K. Brown would have never wrote that
44:42
Speaker 1: article in the first place. The whole idea was to
44:44
Speaker 1: have a gotcha moment for Trump, and what it really
44:47
Speaker 1: did was backfire, honestly, because it exposed the whole entire
44:51
Speaker 1: underbelly of the beast, and not only exposed the Trump
44:55
Speaker 1: relationship with Epstein when there were buddies back in the
44:58
Speaker 1: early two thousands and late nineties, but it really put
45:01
Speaker 1: a spotlight on Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit with Bill Clinton. But unfortunately,
45:05
Speaker 1: your legacy media and the people who are supposed to
45:08
Speaker 1: be telling you the truth refuse to dig into the
45:11
Speaker 1: weeds and tell you the truth about Bill Clinton and
45:14
Speaker 1: his deep, deep ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Instead, what they'll
45:18
Speaker 1: do is they'll try and change the narrative and turn
45:20
Speaker 1: it all back on Acosta. The Justice Department's Office a
45:23
Speaker 1: Professional Responsibility later concluded that Acosta exercised poor judgment with
45:28
Speaker 1: the agreement, which also kept secret from Epstein's victims, and
45:32
Speaker 1: in December, US Senators Corey Booker and Marsha Blackburn pressed
45:36
Speaker 1: FBI Director Christopher Ray on getting to the bottom of
45:39
Speaker 1: the scope of Epstein's sex trafficking and the failures of
45:42
Speaker 1: the FBI to investigate his accusers claims. Oh yeah, I'm
45:46
Speaker 1: sure that's not politically motivated. All of that's because they
45:49
Speaker 1: really care about the survivors. Maybe that dork Jamie Raskin
45:54
Speaker 1: can show back up with another Jeffrey Epstein sign acting
45:57
Speaker 1: like a fucking fool. Ray told the senator that it
46:00
Speaker 1: had been a while since I looked at the specific
46:02
Speaker 1: case and that he would figure it out if there
46:05
Speaker 1: is more information that we can provide with his team.
46:08
Speaker 1: But Merson told Business Insider that Ray had been uninterested
46:12
Speaker 1: in resolving claims from Epstein's victims, even though it's been
46:15
Speaker 1: nearly a year since he filed administrative claims against the FBI.
46:19
Speaker 1: The FBI has so far shown no interest in resolving
46:22
Speaker 1: these cases, and it makes you scratch your head, like
46:25
Speaker 1: why is that? And what about this case? Why these
46:29
Speaker 1: women who have come forward with claims against Jeffrey Epstein
46:32
Speaker 1: and the FBI's role. In addition to the FBI's failure
46:36
Speaker 1: in investigating their sex crimes, Epstein and Nasser are connected
46:40
Speaker 1: in another way. While in jail, Epstein attempted to send
46:44
Speaker 1: Nasser a letter. It was returned to the sender, and
46:47
Speaker 1: the contents have not been made public. Meerson's case is
46:50
Speaker 1: part of a spate of lawsuits seeking to hold government
46:53
Speaker 1: agencies and corporations accountable for allegedly facilitating Epstein's sexual abuse.
46:59
Speaker 1: His firm is also involved with a lawsuit against the
47:02
Speaker 1: US Virgin Islands, claiming the territory and its politicians helped
47:06
Speaker 1: Epstein traffick girls till one of his private islands for sex.
47:10
Speaker 1: One thousand percent. I've been calling for this for how long?
47:14
Speaker 1: How long have I told you that the USVII is
47:16
Speaker 1: smack dab in the middle of enabling Jeffrey Epstein, way
47:20
Speaker 1: before anybody else was talking about it. I promise you that,
47:23
Speaker 1: in fact, everybody was running around singing the praises of Denise,
47:26
Speaker 1: George and the US Virgin Islands like they were really
47:29
Speaker 1: doing something besides trying to secure a bag. A compensation
47:33
Speaker 1: program formed by Epstein's estate after his death identified one
47:37
Speaker 1: hundred and thirty six victims, while later litigation put the
47:40
Speaker 1: number closer to two hundred. I'll say there's over a thousand.
47:43
Speaker 1: How about that all the women we haven't heard from yet. Yep,
47:46
Speaker 1: A lot of those Mrsan's clients initially filed standard Form
47:51
Speaker 1: ninety five claims with the FBI, which offers federal agencies
47:54
Speaker 1: as a chance to resolve claims efficiently and quietly and
47:58
Speaker 1: serves as a precursor to a law suit if they
48:00
Speaker 1: don't in May of twenty twenty three, But the Justice Department,
48:04
Speaker 1: while not denying wrongdoing, hasn't engaged in settlement talks. He said.
48:09
Speaker 1: Since filing the lawsuit in February, Murson has more than
48:12
Speaker 1: doubled the number of clients with claims against the law
48:15
Speaker 1: enforcement agency for failing to stop Epstein. He said, it's
48:19
Speaker 1: confusing and confounding that the FBI isn't addressing the claims
48:23
Speaker 1: of Epstein's victims with the same urgency it gave nassirs.
48:26
Speaker 1: Why won't the FBI do the right thing for sexual
48:29
Speaker 1: abuse survivors of Jeffrey Epstein, Mrson said, And guess what,
48:34
Speaker 1: I'll add my voice to that too. When's the FBI
48:36
Speaker 1: going to do something They had no problem kicking in
48:39
Speaker 1: the door of my loved one sending them to jail
48:42
Speaker 1: for seven fucking years for illegal gambling. But Jeffrey Epstein,
48:46
Speaker 1: blessed in Little Girls still a money laundering, acting as
48:50
Speaker 1: an agent for other countries, no big deal. Put him
48:53
Speaker 1: in the stockade. If you can't see how wrong all
48:56
Speaker 1: of this is, I don't know what to tell you.
48:59
Speaker 1: And the fact is it's time for the FBI to
49:01
Speaker 1: step up and do the right thing and pay these
49:04
Speaker 1: women out. And not only that, there needs to be
49:06
Speaker 1: accountability for everybody who was involved. As far as the
49:09
Speaker 1: FBI goes, that ignored what Jeffrey Epstein was up to.
49:14
Speaker 1: So hopefully Merson can push that ball over the goal
49:17
Speaker 1: line and these ladies see a settlement from the FBI
49:20
Speaker 1: and the FBI owns up to their nonsense. All right,
49:24
Speaker 1: everybody that's going to do it for this one. All
49:27
Speaker 1: of the information that goes with this episode can be
49:29
Speaker 1: found in the description box.
