- 0:03Well guys, it's been an absolute crazy morning.
- 0:07Horrible morning to be invested in the precious metals.
- 0:10I'm right here with you. But, but who we going to blame?
- 0:13Are we going to blame the Comex? Should we blame the Chinese?
- 0:18Or should we blame Susie? What the heck?
- 0:20She's not here today. We'll blame silver Susie
- 0:22nonetheless. Let's talk about what's going
- 0:25on. Let's talk about what we can
- 0:26expect for the rest of the summer and quite possibly for
- 0:30the rest of the year as well. Hey, it may not be as bad as it
- 0:34feels right now. We may have some some things to
- 0:38look forward to. And on top of that, I'll share
- 0:40with you, I actually wrote it down like four days ago where I
- 0:45will consider buying more physical silver.
- 0:48Now, everybody's different. Everybody's in a different
- 0:50situation. Maybe are you thinking about
- 0:53buying some silver today? Let me tell you something good.
- 0:56If you are thinking about buying silver today, you're going to
- 0:59get it for about a dollar less per oz than you would have
- 1:02yesterday. That's what I always that's we
- 1:04talk about that, right, guys? Like if you're going to buy
- 1:07metals, hold on here, I'm going to put my earbuds in case you
- 1:10guys are talking back to me. If you're going to buy metals,
- 1:17you know, it never hurts to buy on a down day because then you
- 1:21know for sure you're getting a better deal than you did the day
- 1:23before. So if you do decide to buy some
- 1:25metal today, hey, you can say I could have bought it yesterday
- 1:28and it would have cost me a buck more per oz.
- 1:30And that's, of course, as if we're talking about silver.
- 1:34So who we going to blame it on? The Comex, those dirty Comex, JP
- 1:39Morgan? We'll look at some of the data.
- 1:41Or should we blame it on the Chinese?
- 1:43They seem like a very convenient target lately, don't they?
- 1:47Or, or is it just natural market forces?
- 1:51Let's let's go ahead and take a look at the chart and see just
- 1:54how beautiful it is and the silver price.
- 1:57This is a 5 day chart from our friends at Yahoo Finance.
- 2:03Wow, look at this guy's. It all happened around 9 O clock
- 2:07last night, right when you went Betty Boom boom time, right?
- 2:10Right about when we were all snuggling up ready to go to bed.
- 2:14They decided, look at the volume down here.
- 2:17They decided to to sell an unbelievable amount of silver.
- 2:24Wow. It's probably like the
- 2:26equivalent of what, like half the year's mining production or
- 2:30something like that, right? They can sell it.
- 2:32This is electronic silver. OK, go ahead tell me if you can
- 2:37touch some electronic silver. We can't touch electronic
- 2:40silver, can we? We can touch real silver.
- 2:43But look at this. I mean, quite literally from was
- 2:47that nine O 5:00 PM Eastern last night through oh, eleven took
- 2:53two hours to smash down the price of silver.
- 2:57And don't forget. I mean, what's even crazier
- 2:59about? This.
- 3:00Basement dwellers, huh? I mean, does this feel crazy to
- 3:03you? Because it is.
- 3:05It's crazy. What was even crazier about it
- 3:08all is that like six days ago we were, we were talking about the
- 3:13fight to get through $32 silver. Now let's go out to our friends
- 3:18at at pin backs and get a, a quote.
- 3:23I mean, I don't even want to press the magic button, but we
- 3:26will. OK, Now we're only down $1.20 on
- 3:30silver, $27.73 gold, down 32 dollars, $2365 per oz.
- 3:38It was just six days ago, guys, that we were looking at this
- 3:41number. It was what, like $31.50?
- 3:44And we, and I was talking about how we could very well be having
- 3:48a premature fall rally, right, and a late summer rally in the
- 3:54medals when the medals are usually dead.
- 3:56Well, they proved me wrong. And I didn't guarantee that, and
- 4:00you didn't guarantee that either.
- 4:02But they've really proven to us yet again that the summer
- 4:07doldrums for the medals are real.
- 4:09But I want you to think about this, you know, and maybe you
- 4:13did, we always talk about prudent purchases and dollar
- 4:16cost averaging, but you could have been buying silver six days
- 4:20ago at $31.00 per oz. And today, I mean, gosh, you can
- 4:25get it for about $4.00 an ounce cheaper.
- 4:28And if you're going to do that, I would just recommend that you
- 4:31consider comparing what this company who sponsors Ron's
- 4:35Basement Pimbex Pi MB EX, what they can do for you compared to
- 4:41the other big online bullion dealers.
- 4:45You can check them out for yourself.
- 4:46They got great selection, great service, but the prices for the
- 4:51exact same products that you can get on the other big online
- 4:54bullion dealers, the prices are always, always hard to beat.
- 4:59What I like about Pinbeck's as you get more metal for your
- 5:01money, and please, please do me a favor.
- 5:04If you ever decide to convert part or all of an IRA into
- 5:08precious metals, talk to the guys at Pembex.
- 5:12Guys that that area in particular is fraught with traps
- 5:17and potholes. You, you really want to be
- 5:20careful if you're converting an IRA into precious metals.
- 5:24Shop around. At the end of the day, compare
- 5:27how many ounces of silver, how many ounces of gold, platinum
- 5:30that you're going to get when you convert an IRA between your
- 5:35different options. And I think what you'll find
- 5:37with PMBEX is you might be shocked at what you can get
- 5:40compared to some of those other companies who advertise on the
- 5:45mainstream media with high price to what celebrity spokespeople?
- 5:48Anyway, let's get back to the matter at hand.
- 5:51PMBEX is the best. I think that if you give them a
- 5:54chance, you'll think that is, well, OK, who are we going to
- 5:59blame, the Chinese? Let's go read this quickly.
- 6:04Here we go. This is out of Kitco and we'll
- 6:07blame the Chinese strong price pressure on gold and silver on
- 6:11demand concerns. So they're saying demand
- 6:14concerns. Gold and silver are trading
- 6:16sharply lower in the early US trading Thursday as worries
- 6:20about lessening global demand for metals on this day trumping
- 6:24any safe haven demand bids amid keener risk aversion in the
- 6:28marketplace. At present.
- 6:30Gold prices hit more than a two week low and silver dropped to a
- 6:342 1/2 month low. Man, that happened quick.
- 6:38Heavy profit taking and week long liquidation, blah, blah,
- 6:41blah. OK, so now they're saying, I
- 6:42guess there's some GDP numbers that came out that of course by
- 6:46dynamics is great, that was not good for gold and silver.
- 6:50But the real, the, what my sources are telling me that the
- 6:56excuse they also have to have an excuse for why this is happening
- 7:00is fear of, of worldwide economic slowdown and of course,
- 7:05specifically the Chinese. OK, now we've got big, big, big
- 7:10news coming out tomorrow. Tomorrow was supposed to be the
- 7:14biggest day of the week for the precious metals.
- 7:16Let's hope in a bad way it's not because we may.
- 7:19I'm going to tell you here in a second.
- 7:20I've got a list right here, OK, on the other side of the sheet
- 7:24that I wrote like six days ago about when I will buy more
- 7:28silver. Because if we get, if we get
- 7:30disfavorable news tomorrow, excuse me, still fighting off
- 7:37this summer cold, but if we get disfavorable news tomorrow,
- 7:41right? The big, big news story, the
- 7:44PCE, personal consumption expenditures, I think it's
- 7:49called. That's the feds favored.
- 7:51That's what Jerome Powell, the Federal Reserve watch closer
- 7:54than anything. And if that shows that inflation
- 7:58is is continuing to March higher, that could be bad for
- 8:01the precious metals. Although it's hard after the the
- 8:05shellacking that we've received here over the past, what, 6 days
- 8:10to imagine that the shellacking could get much worse.
- 8:12But it could, right? But it could, I'm suspecting
- 8:17that we're going to see further and I don't know, how do you
- 8:21feel about it? Like they're going to report to
- 8:23us that we've had further progress on the fight on
- 8:25inflation, right? I'm sure you feel that when you
- 8:28go to the grocery store, when you go to the gas station,
- 8:31right? We all feel that.
- 8:33But I think that what we're going to get is ABS low
- 8:37inflation number. I'll go out on a.
- 8:39Limb because we need something I don't wait.
- 8:42We need a little something specially a silver investors to
- 8:45be optimistic about. I think tomorrow could be a very
- 8:49good day for the metals or at least a day where hopefully we
- 8:53we stabilize for a little bit. We need to stabilize, OK.
- 8:58We talked about this weeks and months ago, right, that this
- 9:01summer is tough for the metals. I remember sitting down here
- 9:05telling you right four weeks ago, if we can hold $2627.00 per
- 9:10oz through the summer, that we could be set up for what I think
- 9:15could be a spectacular run sometime around the September
- 9:19time frame. It's hard.
- 9:21I mean, think there are. So there's so much going on.
- 9:23There's so much happening right now, but hopefully tomorrow, you
- 9:27know, it's, it's you, you know it, I know it.
- 9:31It's a bunch of BS, but hopefully the BS numbers that
- 9:35they put out on the personal consumption index are going to
- 9:37show us then inflation slowing down.
- 9:40The market will think that means all the Fed can cut rates. the
- 9:43Fed can cut rates and we'll be in for some better times, at
- 9:46least some stability in the precious metals markets.
- 9:51That's all. I have a drink of coffee.
- 9:52I'm going to put up the hold on here guys.
- 9:56Comments. Oh, oh, Oh no, I screwed
- 9:58something up. Oh boy, bear with me.
- 10:01Sorry guys. How do I do what happened here
- 10:06well? OK, if somebody gave me a super
- 10:09chat, I apologize. Here we go.
- 10:13Comments. Why is that not working?
- 10:16Uh oh. Well anyway, thank you guys all
- 10:24for being here. OK, we're going to keep going.
- 10:26Somebody gave a super chat. For some reason they're not
- 10:29showing up properly today. Are we going to blame?
- 10:37So are we going to blame? Are we going to blame the Comex?
- 10:40Are we going to blame the the Chinese?
- 10:42Right? I don't know.
- 10:44Let's go check. Let's go check on what Silver's
- 10:47doing in China. It's our daily check with the
- 10:49Shanghai Ghost, Oriental Ghost. I apologize.
- 10:52I always say that wrong. So over and wow, over in China
- 10:58last night, Silver that's AG closed down 6, almost 6%, $31.05
- 11:07on the Shanghai Gold Exchange, On the Shanghai Futures
- 11:10Exchange, excuse me, we had gold close at 31 tenth.
- 11:16So we're about $31.00 over in China.
- 11:20And let's go back again one more time here and see we're going to
- 11:25do some investigative work. So we're 31 in China and we are
- 11:30at, let's say, 28. There's still $3.
- 11:34Still 1010. I'm sorry.
- 11:35Yeah, 10% above us. Wow.
- 11:38What the heck is going on? So tomorrow's the PCE.
- 11:42When will I buy more silver? Here we go.
- 11:45Let's get to that. OK, Look, everybody's different,
- 11:49OK? What we know right now for sure
- 11:53is that you can buy silver for about $4.00 an ounce, $3.00 an
- 11:57ounce cheaper then you could have let's say six days ago.
- 12:00If you bought 6 days ago and you took all your money and piled it
- 12:04into silver. I never recommend that, right?
- 12:07I recommend steady dollar cost averaging or just you know,
- 12:13small purchases. I think I know Mike at Pinbeck
- 12:16says something like, you know, make make prudent, reasonable
- 12:20purchases. Don't you know, most people that
- 12:24I know that I respect will not recommend doing everything all
- 12:28at once. That could work out great for
- 12:30you. It could not.
- 12:30But but one thing we know for sure, you can buy it today $4.00
- 12:35an ounce cheaper than you could have six days ago.
- 12:38I wrote this down about six days ago, right when the silver
- 12:42market started to break a little bit and I, I got the itch right.
- 12:46Should I buy? Should I buy excuse me in the
- 12:51first? So I wrote this down that I
- 12:53would buy if the price hit the following three levels.
- 12:57The first one I wrote down was I'm not going to show you them
- 13:01all 202650. And honestly, I thought it would
- 13:06never. Get there.
- 13:07OK, because I don't need to buy more silver.
- 13:10I've bought. I've been buying silver for 20
- 13:12years. Trust me, I have enough silver
- 13:15coin. Chef Chris will always razz me.
- 13:16You should buy more silver. Buy more.
- 13:18You know, I'm like I'll. Buy a you know.
- 13:20I'll buy it if I find something neat that I like.
- 13:24I'm a stacker. I like, you know, 10 oz bars.
- 13:27I keep it at an off site location.
- 13:29I like bars. I like sovereign coins, the
- 13:33Krugerrands coins that I can get that are as close to spot as
- 13:36possible. I was always about the most
- 13:39metal I could get for my money, which is why I fell in love with
- 13:42Pembacs. OK, but so now I was just I
- 13:46don't want to say I was, I was kind of dreaming when I wrote
- 13:49this down. I thought, but if prices were to
- 13:51get the 2650, I'll buy then. I said that I would buy another
- 13:56tranche at this level, $25. OK, again, I I swear on anything
- 14:06that I wrote this six days ago thinking, oh, that would never
- 14:09happen. That kind of seems like that
- 14:10could happen right now. I don't think that it will, but
- 14:14it's definitely much more possible now than it was, let's
- 14:17say a few days ago. And the final number I wrote on
- 14:19there, and I'm going to tell you right now, $22.00, which I've
- 14:24said many times, if we hit $22.00 silver here in the next
- 14:28six months, I don't think that's going to happen.
- 14:31But I'm going to warn you, the basement is going to look much
- 14:34more bare because I'm going to sell everything I have to buy
- 14:37silver. Watch out.
- 14:41OK, so I'll keep you posted if it, if it gets to 2650, I'll
- 14:44probably buy some Krugerrands right now.
- 14:47Let's run out. Let's go see what Krugerrands
- 14:49are doing. I'm just curious in inventories
- 14:52and things available change all the time.
- 14:54So I'm taking a little bit of a risk, but let's go out to pin
- 14:58backs and see what Krugerrands are doing right now.
- 15:02OK, and there's that. Where'd I go?
- 15:06There we are. OK, so Krugerrands $30.00, So
- 15:12what $2.50 over spot. So this is how I would shop,
- 15:16right? The next thing then that I would
- 15:20look at because they often have a, a lower premium might be a
- 15:24Britannia. Looks like we got more
- 15:27Britannias there, OK, And you can get Britannia random years
- 15:31$29.00. So I might actually skew more
- 15:33toward that, right? Because to me right now, right,
- 15:39I can buy these Britannias and get one.
- 15:41OK, so that's if you buy 500 with cash.
- 15:45But I can buy a Britannia coin today, right?
- 15:49Even if I buy let's say 20 of them, 25, I don't know how,
- 15:53forget how many come in a tube. I would have checked that out,
- 15:56but for a lower than what the spot price was six days ago.
- 16:00So anyway, that's my thinking on silver right now.
- 16:05You know, some people are just starting the stack.
- 16:08I would just consider, you know, a continuing your dollar cost
- 16:11averaging. I think the fundamentals for
- 16:15silver are absolutely still there.
- 16:18I mean, come on man, come on, think about what's going on with
- 16:21India, right? I mean, remember this big news
- 16:25it broke yesterday? Here's the Silver Academy's take
- 16:28on it. India, the second largest
- 16:30consumer of gold and silver. I disagree with that.
- 16:34I love John Little. I'm just, I'm joking when I say
- 16:36this, but I have designated India as the precious metals
- 16:40capital of the world. How can we not?
- 16:43Indian households have 25,000 metric tons of gold.
- 16:47Indian grandparents, did you know this?
- 16:50Indian grandparents tell their little great Indian
- 16:52grandchildren. They tell them.
- 16:55You should you should you should own your your body weight and
- 17:00silver. OK import duty slashed by 60%.
- 17:04They were. 15% for gold and silver, now it's 6%.
- 17:08I'm glad it clarified that 'cause I was thinking about this
- 17:11earlier, that was it. Just gold.
- 17:13They did that for or did they do it for silver as well?
- 17:16And they did do it for silver as well.
- 17:19India instituting a silver squeeze.
- 17:21Shanghai vaults will be drained. This will be interesting guys.
- 17:25And that's a great point that John brings up there at the with
- 17:28the Silver Academy, how from a physical purchase perspective
- 17:33are the Indians and the Chinese think if you're in India right
- 17:37now? Excuse.
- 17:43Me, if you're in India right now, you're already crazy about
- 17:46silver and gold. Now your government just
- 17:50slashed. I love this graphic.
- 17:52That's great. The duties by 60% on silver and
- 17:57gold. You already love silver and
- 17:59gold. You've been brainwashed by the
- 18:00truth. So that's really not
- 18:02brainwashing. But since you were a child, that
- 18:04silver and gold hold their value.
- 18:05I know a lot of Indian people, they all say the same thing.
- 18:08They all get it. They're like you and me.
- 18:11So let's back up. You and me were were, let's be
- 18:15Indian people, India living in India.
- 18:17We're Indian people. We're in Mumbai.
- 18:19We love gold and silver. We've been paying these crazy
- 18:24duties or 10 taxes or we've been or we've been forced to buy.
- 18:27They smuggled a lot of gold and silver in India and you know,
- 18:31we're borrowed. We were forced to buy gold or
- 18:32silver that might have been, you know, stuck up somebody's you
- 18:35know what and smuggled into the country or whatever, right?
- 18:39Anyway, now, now they've cut these taxes significantly.
- 18:43All right, And remember, Grammy and Grandpa told us that we
- 18:46should own our body weight and silver, so they cut the duties
- 18:50significantly. But wait, there's more.
- 18:53Now we're what? What?
- 18:54What? What?
- 18:55What else is going on? Yeah, that's right.
- 18:58The price of silver has been smashed.
- 18:59Down if you're an Indian person, you're going to run out and buy
- 19:02yourself some silver. There's no other there's no
- 19:06other way around it. And the jewelry, that's the
- 19:09other thing to consider with the this shows you how big it was
- 19:13that the the jewelry makers in India, because a lot of Indians
- 19:18do their gold investing through gold jewelry.
- 19:21They buy gold jewelry. So this is a big deal.
- 19:24OK, This is a big deal. What's going to be really
- 19:27interesting about this is to see what happens on the Shanghai.
- 19:32I did it once. Gold exchange.
- 19:35OK, are are the Chinese and the Indians going to be just taking
- 19:40total advantage of this paper smash?
- 19:45Remember they did it while we were all sleeping right?
- 19:48They waited till we felt the oh we all fell asleep last night
- 19:50and then then a paper market Unicorn fart dust make believe
- 19:54silver world. They smashed the price down, the
- 19:59Chinese and the Indians might say.
- 20:00Sure. Yeah, that's great.
- 20:01We buy, we want, hey, we'll buy it, we'll buy it.
- 20:04So it's going to be really, we're going to keep a close eye
- 20:06on that. What do you think?
- 20:07All right, let's put two and two together.
- 20:10Remember, we were living in Mumbai.
- 20:11We're going to go out and buy some silver.
- 20:13Mumbai. We're going to Mumbai.
- 20:18We're going to Mumbai. Me and you.
- 20:20I love Indian people. I do not like Indian food, no.
- 20:23Offense It's the like, I love all food.
- 20:26I've never developed a fondness for food.
- 20:28The other type of food that I don't like is North African
- 20:31food. My neighbor from North Africa.
- 20:33And then they I'm like, I just, I don't get it anyway.
- 20:36And that's fine. And I understand people love
- 20:38Indian food. My neighbors are at the pool the
- 20:40other day and they're like, oh, we got Indian food.
- 20:41And I'm like, but I get it. I mean, a lot of people love it
- 20:46and nothing. I'm not putting anybody down
- 20:47that likes Indian food. I just cannot stand it.
- 20:52OK, when will I buy more silver? So yeah, I'll keep you posted.
- 20:55OK, If we get 2650 silver and I don't tell you guys about some
- 20:59silver I bought, you can unsubscribe and not like me
- 21:03anymore. But for now, I'd really
- 21:05appreciate it if you did something nice, gave this a
- 21:07thumbs up. Like the channel that helps a
- 21:10lot. And you can subscribe that's
- 21:19free. OK.
- 21:22Oh, Newmont. OK, now let's talk about some
- 21:24good things. All right, some of us some good
- 21:26things going on. Newmont Mining could think about
- 21:29this. Could we be in AI want you?
- 21:31What do you think? Could we be in a situation where
- 21:34if the gold miners start to produce unbelievable amounts of
- 21:41profit and cash? Flow.
- 21:43That Wall Street is forced to pay attention to the gold and
- 21:48silver sector. OK, not just the miners, but as
- 21:52Wall Street starts to pay attention to the gold and silver
- 21:54miners, right, because of unbelievable profits that start
- 21:58coming through, that'll also put more focus on to the metals
- 22:04themselves. That may say, oh, yeah, we kind
- 22:05of forgot about gold. I remember right when I first
- 22:08got into the business, people put 5% of their money in gold.
- 22:12Well, let's look at what Newmont happened with Newmont last
- 22:14night. Because hey, there he is.
- 22:20Everybody say hi to Neils. We love Neils.
- 22:23Great guy at Kitco. I don't know him personally but
- 22:26my I really have always liked Neils.
- 22:28Newmont Generates only $594,000,000 in free cash flow
- 22:36in Q2. Let me tell you guys, I'm going
- 22:38to educate you quickly on something.
- 22:40When it comes to numbers that you see reported by businesses,
- 22:45cash flow is king. OK, that shows how much cash
- 22:48actually came into the company. How much?
- 22:52Cash they generated. Like when the banks report
- 22:55earnings when any big company, the GAAP gap generally accept.
- 23:00I have a degree in accounting. I work for one of the big four
- 23:02firms. I know what I'm talking about.
- 23:04Those those earnings numbers that you see are like Disneyland
- 23:08accounting, especially the banks.
- 23:10It's like it's not even worth looking at them.
- 23:12It's it's BS. OK, cash is king.
- 23:15Cash shows how much cash. Excuse me, the company generated
- 23:21during the quarter, all right, it's like you're checking
- 23:23account book based basically and and Newmont's checking account
- 23:27book went up by 500, almost $600 million guys, that is huge and
- 23:33they are the world's biggest gold producer, OK, continues to
- 23:36fire on all cylinders as robust production and higher gold
- 23:39prices, OK, This all has to do with higher gold prices.
- 23:44All right, and here we go. Meanwhile, Newmont said that the
- 23:50average realized gold price in the second quarter was $2347 an
- 23:55ounce, up from 2090, so in the second.
- 23:59Quarter, they sold gold at a price which was actually lower.
- 24:03I think. Let's go check.
- 24:05Let's go make sure here. Let's go make sure. 2361 But
- 24:14let's press the magic PMBEX button.
- 24:16Maybe someday they'll put like a Ron's basement magic button on
- 24:19there. We can press guys.
- 24:20What do you think? OK, still we're at 2364 dollars.
- 24:25Newmont sold gold. Yeah, at a lower.
- 24:29Price in the second quarter, right?
- 24:31And now we're what almost all the way through July and I think
- 24:35the average price, what this means is they generated all this
- 24:39cash because because they were selling gold for and it looks
- 24:43like on average about 200 and. 50.
- 24:46Dollars per oz more in the second quarter than they did in
- 24:49the first quarter. This is huge.
- 24:51And this is not just Newmont that's going to have this going
- 24:54on, OK? It's all of the gold mining
- 24:58companies that are producing are going to be making huge profits.
- 25:01Wall Street will be forced to pay attention and they will pay
- 25:05attention. Hold on, guys.
- 25:12Somebody's texting me like crazy.
- 25:16And. Yeah, All right.
- 25:19Nothing important. Susie's at her mom's house.
- 25:21I'm like the single dad this morning.
- 25:23So I get a little bit paranoid when the when the when the
- 25:26phone. So that could be a good thing
- 25:28right now. What else is going on?
- 25:32You know, and all this is, is, is been happening before this
- 25:36crazy price action that we're seeing today, but there's some
- 25:39other interesting developments in the global gold market and I
- 25:43want to draw your attention to this.
- 25:46This is a chart from Bloomberg with sources Bloomberg's OK
- 25:52Bloomberg's global gold ETFs saw inflows.
- 25:56Two months in a row. OK, this shows, let's go back to
- 26:03June of 2023, right? Look at June of 2023.
- 26:07Look at all the outflows of money that the the Blues, North
- 26:12America, the green is Europe, pink is Asia, and the light blue
- 26:16is other. OK, look how last year all the
- 26:21way through December, we had some pretty major outflows into
- 26:23the ETS. And again, the ETS are in theory
- 26:27supposed to be forced to buy physical metal.
- 26:29When there's money going into the ETS, they're forced to buy
- 26:33physical metal, which supports the price when there's money
- 26:36coming. Out of the.
- 26:37ETFs, they're forced to sell metal, which puts downward
- 26:40pressure on the price and that's what we saw all last year until
- 26:44the last two months where we began to see a net inflow.
- 26:52OK, now what's heartbreaking, and that's where the red boxes
- 26:56here, what's heartbreaking is that dark blue part down here,
- 27:00North America. Still was negative.
- 27:03But overall, on a global basis, we're seeing inflows into the
- 27:09ETS. And like we talked about before,
- 27:11guys, this is not necessarily just an American, North American
- 27:16market anymore. The gold market is universal.
- 27:19The silver market is universal, right?
- 27:23I know you're probably like me. It's easy for us to forget.
- 27:34That there's a great big world out there and gold is unique.
- 27:37It's like oil, right? It's universal.
- 27:40It's like water. It's universal.
- 27:43We can talk about the market for the dollar, the ruble, none of.
- 27:46Those are is universal. They might be big, they may be
- 27:49huge, but none of them are as universal as the gold and silver
- 27:53market. So what goes on on a worldwide
- 27:55basis that wouldn't that would it make sense to us that that
- 27:59would have a big impact on the market on on the value of the
- 28:03metals, right? I mean, not to mention the fact
- 28:07that they're timeless and everything else.
- 28:08Hold on for a second. I need to blow my nose.
- 28:12Hold on man, I have not been sick in
- 28:24like 2 years and I have the worst summer cold that I think
- 28:28I've ever had in my life. So I apologize and I appreciate
- 28:31you sticking with me as, as we, as we get through this.
- 28:35So we got a few more really interesting things to talk
- 28:37about. Congratulations.
- 28:39Hey, we need to be congratulated.
- 28:41I think 70% of you on average are from America.
- 28:45We're, we're about ready to accomplish something very big,
- 28:47my fellow Americans, very big. You know what it is?
- 28:53Yeah, You know what it is? It'll be happening here in just
- 28:55a few days. Yes, as we look up here in the
- 28:59upper left hand corner of the US debt clock, we are now at 34
- 29:03trillion, 962. What would that be?
- 29:08Billion dollars, guys, we're going to hit 35 trillion here
- 29:12soon. What I hope, do you feel this
- 29:13way? You know what I hope is that
- 29:16when we hit that number, when we hit that 30. $5 trillion level
- 29:23that there's some more attention paid to what's going on that the
- 29:29mainstream media. Starts to pick up on this
- 29:34situation in this country because look over here if you're
- 29:38a taxpayer in this country right, you basically own you owe
- 29:41don't own you owe 267,267 thousand dollars.
- 29:47Wow, somebody needs to whisper that in Joe Biden's ear.
- 29:51OK, just if you're a normal citizen, I guess that would
- 29:55include my my little daughters, twin daughters who are I think
- 29:58still sleeping upstairs. Oh, that's combined $207,000.
- 30:05It's really crazy we need this This is why we own silver and
- 30:11gold. OK, that and when we go over
- 30:14here just to do our daily, it's going up.
- 30:16Wow, hold on here, Look at this guys.
- 30:22It continues the dollar to silver ratio now at 260.
- 30:27Yeah, we're going to round up, but it is going up and up again.
- 30:32That number compares OK the year over year increase in dollars
- 30:38printed money supply to. The amount of silver that is
- 30:43produced every year. So for each one ounce of silver
- 30:46that's produced, there's 260 U.S. dollars printed or created
- 30:51and over A5 year period. It's crazy.
- 30:54OK, OK. And you can read it right up
- 30:57there at the very top middle, the five year average of the
- 30:59yearly increase in the USM two money supply.
- 31:03OK, so that's the money that's printed bank.
- 31:06You know, there's money, the actual money supply out there
- 31:09divided by the yearly production.
- 31:12Of silver in oz wow wow that is just I mean unbelievable and of
- 31:18course the paper to silver ratio still hovering at 403 that.
- 31:22Means for each one ounce of silver that's produced, there's
- 31:26400 paper contracts created every year.
- 31:31So congratulations, my fellow Americans.
- 31:33We're reaching new. Highs in debt, Absolutely crazy.
- 31:38And then how do we know are you? Are you, are you feeling it?
- 31:42Are you feeling like financial stress?
- 31:45Are you feeling? That things aren't so good out
- 31:49there in the economy despite because we've been being they've
- 31:52been gaslighting us OK it's been like 6 days since I've shown her
- 31:57I think she needs a little sunlight let's.
- 31:58Get her out right. I got to stop saying right so
- 32:04much. If I say right and somebody
- 32:05count how many times I say right, it's bugging me her.
- 32:10If we believe her, everything's we need to be happy.
- 32:16Everything's great in the economy, everything's wonderful.
- 32:20You know, you don't have to worry about the national debt.
- 32:23Well, it's a little bit of a problem, but as long as we deal
- 32:26with it sometime in the future, we'll be OK.
- 32:28That's what she's talking. But what if you, what if you're
- 32:31just an average American? I'm average.
- 32:34OK. Are you average?
- 32:36Do you feel? I mean, you're exceptional, no
- 32:38doubt about it. All of you basement dwellers are
- 32:41absolutely exceptional people. No, no doubt about it.
- 32:45But we're I'm an average guy. I'm not super wealthy.
- 32:48You know, we don't have any debt.
- 32:50I am lucky. I guess that makes me on
- 32:52average, but still I'm trying to raise a family.
- 32:54Susie doesn't work. You know, we're living off what
- 32:58I earn, a little job that I do a a wonderful job I have in the
- 33:03evening that I've been doing for 16 years, the best job in the
- 33:06world. I love it, but it's not a high
- 33:08paying job. I can walk there from my house
- 33:11there. I'll tell you more about it some
- 33:12other time. Best place in the world where I
- 33:14get to work at night, wonderful people, everything else, but it
- 33:18doesn't pay the bills, brother. It provides health insurance and
- 33:21a little bitty paycheck because when you try to get health
- 33:24insurance for a family in this country, that's a whole
- 33:26different discussion. But do you feel?
- 33:29It right and I'm and then whatever little bits that I make
- 33:32from this channel, it's it's it's it's interesting right now
- 33:36and let's go let's look at this is this is scary.
- 33:40This is scary. This is what our politician.
- 33:44This is what our friend uh oh, wrong.
- 33:48There we go we're back. Hopefully I didn't lose you
- 33:51guys. Oh no, here we go.
- 33:55Here, look at this. Do you hold on?
- 33:57Here, let me ask you something, Basement dwellers.
- 34:01Do you sometimes feel like this? I do.
- 34:05I'll be honest, you know. Yes, I do.
- 34:07Do you feel like that? Anyway, this is from Zero Hedge,
- 34:11the percentage of Americans that worry.
- 34:15They won't be able to pay their bills is higher than it was
- 34:20during the Great Recession. Now, the first time I read this
- 34:25and added it to my show notes, I said the Great Depression.
- 34:28So I want to make sure you don't make the same mistake.
- 34:29And this is it's worse not than the Great Depression.
- 34:32It's worse than the Great Recession.
- 34:34OK, which was what happened in 2008.
- 34:38Excuse me, do you remember how painful the Great Recession was?
- 34:43The years 2008 and the years immediately following we're a
- 34:46dark chapter in our history, but a new study has actually found
- 34:50that the percentage of Americans that worry they won't be able to
- 34:54pay their bills is actually higher today.
- 34:56Hold on here. OK.
- 35:00Hopefully you guys can still hear me.
- 35:01Are you still there, basement dwellers?
- 35:03All right, according. According to ACNN poll that was
- 35:08just released, almost 40% of all US adults say they quote, say
- 35:14they worry, say they worry most or OK, they worry most or all of
- 35:21the time that their family's income won't be enough to meet
- 35:26their. Expenses most or all of the
- 35:32time. That sounds like me.
- 35:33I thought I was the only person that did that.
- 35:35How about you? Do you do it?
- 35:37Do you worry about, you know, well, a lot of you guys are
- 35:40older than me. I know.
- 35:41And there's more. There's data about that 'cause
- 35:43it's really shocking. To see to.
- 35:45Hear how it how the level of worry is different amongst the
- 35:49different age groups. All right, let's go down here.
- 35:56Ordinary Americans from coast to coast are being absolutely
- 35:59crushed by rising prices. And that isn't going to change
- 36:03anytime soon. It says here, for example, other
- 36:09recent surveys, OK, for example, one discovered that a whopping
- 36:1271% of Americans are stressed out about their, quote, UN
- 36:18quote, ability to afford everyday expenses.
- 36:22All right, Americans most regularly spend money on
- 36:25groceries, phone bills, utilities, gasoline.
- 36:29I like to say it that way. Gasoline.
- 36:31Gasoline. You know what my mom says and
- 36:33she might be watching right now? She's going to kill me for
- 36:36saying this. My mom and dad are wonderful
- 36:38people, but they don't call. We call them gas stations here
- 36:43in Saint Louis. What do you call them?
- 36:44People are from all over the world, but my mom calls.
- 36:48She says we need to go to the filling station.
- 36:50The. Filling station, the filling
- 36:52station. I always give her a hard time.
- 36:53I love her. It's great.
- 36:55I love that she says that, but she always says filling station.
- 36:59And she doesn't go to the, she goes to the movies.
- 37:01They go to the movies anyway. And rent and mortgage payments.
- 37:03So, yeah, Americans can't, you know, we just can't afford
- 37:07groceries, right? that Lady yesterday said, you
- 37:09know, I can't even feed my family regular food 'cause I
- 37:12can't afford it. Grocery bills frustrate
- 37:16Americans more than any other expense.
- 37:18Utilities, utilities, rent and mortgage payments, gasoline and
- 37:23insurance payments round out the top five most annoying expenses.
- 37:28Well, you don't have twin 12 year old daughters like I do.
- 37:31I still feel like I'm always either give either giving Google
- 37:34or Microsoft some money for some type of membership or game thing
- 37:39that they're doing. But that's, that's besides the
- 37:41point. Unsurprisingly, younger
- 37:43generations are being hit particularly hard.
- 37:46Are you So Oh boy, I guess if you want to be young, you got to
- 37:50really feel like you're being hit particularly hard right now.
- 37:54Listen to this. Financial stress levels are
- 37:56highest amongst millennials, 77%, followed by Gen.
- 38:01Z 75% and then my generation I'm Generation XI think from 5474%.
- 38:08Those darn baby boomers, man. I know a lot of you guys out
- 38:11there and, and women are baby boomers and we love you, but
- 38:15man, you had it made right. You were born right after the
- 38:18United States conquered the world and everything's awesome.
- 38:23Good for you. It's not your fault you were
- 38:25born then, so I'm happy for you. But baby boomers reported
- 38:29experiencing the least financial stress, although almost 60% OK
- 38:33or still more than half of those surveyed.
- 38:36Think about where, where, where do you fit in there?
- 38:38Are you stressed about money? I'd be curious.
- 38:44Put it in the comment yes or no? Are you?
- 38:47I I'll say yes here. I'll I got to put my money where
- 38:49my mouth is. Put my mouth where my money is.
- 38:53Where's the comments? Over here.
- 38:55You guys, can you see me? I'm down here in the corner.
- 38:59Here. Let's go back here.
- 39:00I'm sure you're just dying to see my fall.
- 39:03There we go. Are you stressed about money?
- 39:05I'm going to say yes. It's OK.
- 39:11OK. Let's go back and oh, then I got
- 39:14some. You're not going to believe
- 39:16some. Unbelievable.
- 39:17Our friend Tucker sent this over.
- 39:19Yeah, that Tucker, the real Tucker sent over some
- 39:24unbelievable pictures. You're going to this will blow
- 39:27your mind. Today, the typical household
- 39:29spends about 12% of their total income on food and about 33% on
- 39:34housing. Yeah, welcome to America.
- 39:39It really is become this country really it's become like a modern
- 39:43form. And I'm not in any way
- 39:44minimizing what slavery of different previous generations,
- 39:50but it's really become for a lot of Americans like modern day
- 39:53slavery. I mean, if you're just working
- 39:56to barely eat and, and get and get and get some shelter and
- 40:02some maybe some decent health care, that's all you're doing is
- 40:06working all the time, 60 hours a week to make that happen.
- 40:09Doesn't that sound like slave? I mean, that's like a form of
- 40:11slavery in my opinion, but I digress.
- 40:15Meanwhile, homelessness homelessness in the United
- 40:18States is at the highest level ever recorded and has been
- 40:23growing at the fastest pace ever recorded.
- 40:28I really apologize. I keep coughing, guys.
- 40:30I trust me, I wish I wasn't. It appears to be inevitable that
- 40:33all of these economic, all of this economic pain will have a
- 40:37dramatic impact on the upcoming election.
- 40:39At this point, approximately three out of every five
- 40:43Americans believe that we are in a recession right now.
- 40:47Do you think we're in a recession?
- 40:49I think we're in a recession. No, what I mean, they're like
- 40:52they're in, they're so confused. They're so confused.
- 40:56You know, Janet Yellen is just, she doesn't understand.
- 40:59I've heard him say like, we don't understand why Americans
- 41:01aren't happy about this is the greatest economy ever.
- 41:04We're doing great. Joe Joe Biden created 16,000,000
- 41:08jobs. We have that 16,000,000 jobs
- 41:11that that deliver Burger King to drunk college students with
- 41:14DoorDash because of the people that had to take those jobs, had
- 41:18to do that just so they could afford to buy some food
- 41:21ingredients from the dollar store, which isn't a dollar
- 41:24anymore. It's $1.25.
- 41:26Yeah. No, I mean, look, look here, let
- 41:30me let me tell you the reality. I don't know how you feel about
- 41:32this. Are and are you?
- 41:34I mean, if you noticed, do you have any friends that are in
- 41:37like the top 2 to 5%? I do.
- 41:40They're doing great. They're going to Italy, they're
- 41:43going to Germany, they're going to Europe.
- 41:45They're, you know, they're living large.
- 41:47They're going out to eat, right? Because, yeah, because the top
- 41:50234 percent, they're doing awesome.
- 41:54But guess what? There's another 97% of people.
- 41:58And within that 97%, there's like another 60 percent, 50%
- 42:04that can barely make ends meet. So, I mean, do you know any of
- 42:09those people? I do, right.
- 42:11And, and people will be very, I think when they answer these
- 42:14surveys, they'll be very honest. But out in public, you're
- 42:17getting the best version of everybody's life.
- 42:20That's the way Americans are. We're, we're, we're, we're
- 42:23taught. Do you know that in Europe?
- 42:24They laugh at us? They do.
- 42:28They laugh at us, especially the Germans.
- 42:31They're like, what is wrong with those Americans?
- 42:33And I'm not, I'm not putting America down, but they're like
- 42:36Americans always make believe everything's great.
- 42:39Ask them how they're doing. Oh, I'm doing great.
- 42:41I'm doing great, right? I mean, So what you're seeing
- 42:43out there, right? Like when you see that that
- 42:47person driving that Nissan Altima down your street right
- 42:51there and they're doing great and they wave at ya right there,
- 42:542023 Nissan Altima. What you don't know is that they
- 42:58can barely afford the payment on that Altima that they're paying
- 43:0112% interest on, they can barely afford insurance on it, and they
- 43:05sure as heck are having a hard time putting gasoline.
- 43:07In it at the filling station. The filling station mom.
- 43:12Yeah, You know, that's the reality of what's going on.
- 43:16That's the stark, stark reality. And I'm not, you know, I'm just
- 43:21what this all leads to eventually, OK, is a big
- 43:28problem. And we're just going to go for a
- 43:30second because I know it's overwhelming.
- 43:32I don't want to overwhelm us. We don't want to be overwhelmed.
- 43:35But it's a big problem with this, right?
- 43:37And all these other numbers on here that are just untenable.
- 43:41They don't work. And then on top of that, OK, you
- 43:45got the American economy and we are you and me, right?
- 43:50We're the backbone of the economy.
- 43:52We're the, it's a consumer based economy, right?
- 43:54That's what we're told of you couldn't American consumers, the
- 43:57strongest in the world or consumer, Well, guess what?
- 44:01The American consumer is dying, dying on the vine right now.
- 44:06It's happening, right? They're shriveling up.
- 44:09OK, go ask, go ask anybody that deals with everyday Americans.
- 44:14Ask the guy at the auto repair shop.
- 44:16Ask the guys. They'll, they'll, they'll tell
- 44:18you what they tell me. They're like, people are dying
- 44:22in the United States. You know, it's, it's, I mean,
- 44:25look at that. Look at that data.
- 44:27I mean this picture. Let's go back and look at her
- 44:31again. That's all.
- 44:34You know, I think we need to tell.
- 44:35Oh, I got some good news for you guys, too.
- 44:36Darn it. I almost forgot.
- 44:38A couple of things are good news.
- 44:41That's America, right? That's a lot of Americans.
- 44:44That's that's 50% of Americans. All right, let's go.
- 44:50We got to talk about a couple fun, exciting things.
- 44:55Oh, man. Yeah.
- 44:56OK. All right, here.
- 44:57Let's go. Let's look at this from our
- 44:59friend Tucker. All right?
- 45:01He sends me stuff on a regular basis.
- 45:03So thank you, Tucker. Wait till you see this guys.
- 45:05This is what we could be heading for in the United States.
- 45:08You know, I'm always trying to bring you the breaking
- 45:10up-to-the-minute news. So I've got this article here
- 45:13from the 20th of August 2018. I wanted to get it to you before
- 45:17it was officially six years old. No, but it's on a serious note.
- 45:21This is interesting. Remember what happened in
- 45:24Venezuela? Remember what happened to the
- 45:26price of silver in Venezuela? Remember we used to have a lot
- 45:30of fun on the channel? Oh, man.
- 45:33Hold on a second. Remember.
- 45:36Yeah, she's going over here. But let's look.
- 45:39Let's see if I can find it quickly.
- 45:41Stay with me here, because we want this.
- 45:43This is my pile of. There's the wedgie dollar to
- 45:48gasoline. Oh, darn.
- 45:51Is this it? Well, this this is Argentina.
- 45:57Darn it. I thought that was going to be
- 45:58Venezuela bear market bull market.
- 46:02Hold on, I'm going to look through one more time so guys
- 46:05see if we can find it Tower, this is it banks historical
- 46:16there's the old wedgie. We might be back in the wedgie
- 46:20with silver. Right?
- 46:25Shoot. Argentina.
- 46:30Wait a minute. Oh, here.
- 46:32Is this it? Here it is.
- 46:34We found it. Thank you for those of you who
- 46:36stuck with me back in the day. Yeah, hold on here.
- 46:43All right, here we go. I got something to show you
- 46:45guys. Right.
- 46:46We all know Argentina had this. What am I going to do with her?
- 46:50I'll put her over here. All right, here we go.
- 46:53We all know Argentina had a horrible not Argentina,
- 46:57Venezuela. Argentina too, but Venezuela.
- 47:00I've never been. I've never been to Venezuela.
- 47:02But where I work at night, there's a Venezuelan cleaning
- 47:05crew. Mama, you.
- 47:06I've showed you her before. She's in her 70s.
- 47:09And her son, who looks like he could smush me with his hands.
- 47:14This guy's so big, but he's so cool and so nice.
- 47:17And his wife, all three of them come to clean the building.
- 47:19And they always give me a hug. And they, you know, we kind of
- 47:22speak Spanish, Spanish, Spanish, English.
- 47:26They love silver and gold. Now, I always have a piece of
- 47:28silver with me, and I always show it to him.
- 47:30And I forget what they call it, Oro or I don't know.
- 47:33But trust me, they lived through this.
- 47:36OK? Venezuela had an unbelievable
- 47:41currency collapse, and let me tell you something I know the.
- 47:44United States is bigger, United States dollar blah blah blah
- 47:47blah. At the end of the day, at the
- 47:49end of the day, OK, the United States will and I asked, I got a
- 47:53an interview with Rick Rule that'll come out tomorrow.
- 47:56I asked him about this. I said, at the end of the day,
- 47:58is the United States subject to the same laws of mathematics as
- 48:03let's say, Venezuela or Argentina, Right.
- 48:06I think we are right. Mathematics shows no forgiveness
- 48:12on the altar of truth. That means, in the end, you can
- 48:15only manipulate stuff for so long.
- 48:18Does that make sense? Right.
- 48:20You can only, only, only say, you know, manipulate your
- 48:24checkbook or manipulate whatever, right?
- 48:26It only goes on for so long. So here's here's a here's a
- 48:29chart of the silver price per oz in Venezuelan bolivars.
- 48:34OK, it went from this says 36 to 10,000 and four months, four
- 48:43months, yes, I want you to look at that for a second.
- 48:48Hold on. Here we are.
- 48:50I think you can hold on. Let me get rid of this banners
- 48:55end. Thank you to all our sponsors.
- 48:57Don't forget, check out First Mining Gold and our mining
- 49:01sponsor here they are Fortuna Mining and 1st Mining Gold, OK,
- 49:11both great companies. All right, now this is the
- 49:14chart. Look at this guys, OK, this is
- 49:17the price of silver in four months, OK?
- 49:22It went from 36 bully bars all the way up to 10,000 bully bars.
- 49:28That's a 27,000, 700 percent, 27,000% increase.
- 49:36OK, silver, silver, silver. Now let's look at these
- 49:41pictures. Let's get back to this.
- 49:43Is this then this shows you what happens when this occurs.
- 49:47Never could happen in America. Never.
- 49:49Yeah. Yeah.
- 49:51Every paper currency ever created.
- 49:53And then do you know that? Do you agree with me?
- 49:57History agrees. I believe with me.
- 49:59Every paper Fiat currency ever created in the history of the
- 50:03world has gone to zero. OK.
- 50:08And it's just a matter of time until the other ones do.
- 50:10So look at this. And then I I got some more good.
- 50:13News for you, but here we go. This was from the is it BBC?
- 50:18Yeah, BBC Venezuelan Blvd. What can it buy you?
- 50:23This is on Monday. Maduro will issue a new currency
- 50:27to manage the country's one away inflation with the OK, million
- 50:31percent inflation. So this is what you could buy,
- 50:36OK? Last Thursday, one chicken cost
- 50:40you 14,000,000 bully bars, OK? This is why people in Venezuela
- 50:46were paying for things with silver and gold, OK?
- 50:49Mama told me that OK, a toilet, A roll of toilet paper cost 2.6
- 50:57million. Isn't that ironic?
- 51:013,000,000 bolivars for those carrots.
- 51:07A packet of 1 kilogram rice cost 2.5 billion million bolivars.
- 51:12Billion million. Who cares?
- 51:15OK, for a packet of sanitary pads, you need 3.5 million
- 51:19bolivars. A kilo of tomatoes would be 5
- 51:23million. Oh, look at that.
- 51:26A a kilogram of cheese, seven and a half million.
- 51:30Wow. OK, so that's, that's what can
- 51:33happen. And and you know what?
- 51:36I want you to look at that. That that.
- 51:38Chicken and and I want you to think.
- 51:40I want to think. I want you to think about
- 51:42something with me that's happening in America, OK?
- 51:47If we, if we compared what that chicken cost in America, let's
- 51:53say 50 years ago and stacked up dollar bills and compared it to
- 51:57what in paper dollar bills that same chicken cost now, I bet it
- 52:02would be, it wouldn't be as extreme as this was.
- 52:04What I'm saying is it's it's happening, but that's the way
- 52:06these things happen. They happen in slow motion
- 52:09first, right? It's like when they asked what
- 52:11is it, Hemingway or Jimmy Buffett or whoever it was, how'd
- 52:16you go broke? He said very slowly and then all
- 52:19at once. So, you know, very interesting.
- 52:25Oh, shoot, hold on guys. I need to share something with
- 52:27you. I'm going to share something
- 52:29really happy. Two things that are happy.
- 52:31But first, darn it, I need to update something here on the
- 52:37screen. I'll just let you look at me
- 52:39while I do this present. I'm not prepared, but we're
- 52:44going to get there. This will take like 15 seconds
- 52:49and it's a good life lesson. I think we all need to learn and
- 53:02hold on. Here.
- 53:03Here we go. All right, now.
- 53:07We got it. OK, before we get to that,
- 53:13hopefully this will process and I can show you.
- 53:17Here we go. All right guys, there we go.
- 53:21Right over there you see me pointing those are that's 16
- 53:26ounces of Coke and I'm not talking the Coke that comes in a
- 53:29bottle and I'm not talking about the other Coke either.
- 53:32That's 16 ounces of Coke silver, A10 oz bar, A5 oz bar and a one
- 53:38ounce bar. And I will have a 16 oz bottle
- 53:41of Coke on the day that we do the giveaway.
- 53:43But this is going to be given away to you on August 31st if
- 53:47you win the giveaway. And to enter the giveaway,
- 53:51there's a link in the description of this and all the
- 53:53videos that says enter giveaway here.
- 53:57And you click on that and it'll take you like 2 minutes at most
- 54:02to enter the giveaway. OK, August 31st live stream, I
- 54:06believe it's a Saturday. It's on August 31st.
- 54:08It'll be at 10:00 AM central time.
- 54:10You can enter that. So you can win that.
- 54:13There's another shot. That's the 10 oz bar.
- 54:15And then in the distance you can see the five ounce on the one
- 54:19ounce bar behind. It's actually sitting right
- 54:20here. Here, let me show you prove to
- 54:22you I I haven't consumed it myself.
- 54:25Here's the 10 oz Coke bar. Isn't that cool?
- 54:33Really cool, very nice and by the way, I forgot to mention
- 54:37that came from our sponsor pinbecks.
- 54:39So thank you Pinbecks for sponsoring that silver.
- 54:43I want to show you a picture. I had something really fun
- 54:47happened to me yesterday and I just, I'm going to, I'm going to
- 54:51share this with you because it's what life's all about.
- 54:54You know, we talk about, we, there we go.
- 55:03We're all over the place. I talk to you all the time about
- 55:05being prepared, right? Right, like we talked.
- 55:09About, oh, what if silver goes to $600.00 an ounce?
- 55:12What if silver goes to $200.00 an ounce?
- 55:14And I always preach like you got to be mentally prepared.
- 55:18And on a day like today, we don't even want to.
- 55:20That doesn't feel like it's going to go that high.
- 55:22But I think we all know eventually, right?
- 55:24Like, like those pictures from Venezuela that we looked at,
- 55:28right? That's happening here just in a
- 55:31slow motion basis. And you know, I'm, I'm not
- 55:34predicting that next month or next year, you know, it's a
- 55:37chicken's going to cost $15,000. It could, it could, but I think
- 55:43it's a very, very minimal chance.
- 55:45But I think a chicken's probably going to cost a lot more than it
- 55:47costs in five years from now. How much you think a chicken's
- 55:50going to cost in the United States right now?
- 55:51What's I don't even know what a whole chicken would cost.
- 55:55Let's say 8 bucks, 10 bucks a raw chicken in an average
- 55:59grocery store. What do you think that same
- 56:02chicken's going to cost you 10 years from now?
- 56:05Because 10 bucks now. I would say at.
- 56:07Least at least 20 or 25 bucks, right?
- 56:12Maybe 30 or 40 or 50. So we got it.
- 56:15We want to be prepared and we talked about being prepared for,
- 56:18I mean, that's under, I think the best case.
- 56:20I know this is not a cooking show.
- 56:24That's under the best case of scenarios that we get this, you
- 56:27know, a steady price increase. However, if we do have major
- 56:34events and we very we could have major events and let me know
- 56:38when you look at that debt clock, we could have like
- 56:40extreme moves in the gold and silver price.
- 56:42And one of the things I always talk about be prepared, right
- 56:45and be mentally prepared, but is to have friends.
- 56:47And I want to show you a picture of a friend of mine who showed
- 56:50up yesterday out of the blue. You guys have heard about this
- 56:53character before. He's got to be one of the
- 56:56coolest guys that I've known in my life.
- 56:59I'll be honest with you. Let me pull it up here.
- 57:02Even cooler than Silver, right? Because you want to have
- 57:04friends. You want to have community.
- 57:07And so yesterday. I'm right.
- 57:10Yeah. That's what you guys see.
- 57:11I'm getting ready to take my my afternoon nippy nap and I hear a
- 57:15knock on the door. And I'm like, oh shoot, who is
- 57:17it? And I go and it's this
- 57:18character, this guy, we'll call him Mr. B.
- 57:23He was my mailman for 20 years. And I'll almost tear up telling
- 57:28you this because I'll never forget the day I moved into this
- 57:31house. I went out and he happened to be
- 57:33driving down the street. And I said, hey, how you doing?
- 57:35He said I'm your mailman. I said, well, cool.
- 57:37I said I'm Ron and he said, OK. He said, well, my name's Bill.
- 57:42And he said you'll be easy for you to remember that because I'm
- 57:44going to deliver you a lot of bills anyway.
- 57:48I got to know him over the years very well.
- 57:51But when when when my when Evie and Lily, my daughters were
- 57:55little, I didn't really work during the day.
- 57:58I just had this small job I told you about that I did in the
- 58:00evening that I could walk to if I needed to, right by my house.
- 58:04And so I spend a lot of time out in the yard with my kids.
- 58:07I would see Bill probably three or four times a week.
- 58:10Always brought a big smile to my face.
- 58:12And we became pretty good friends over those years.
- 58:15And then he retired and I had a cell number and he had my
- 58:19number. And anyway, I hadn't seen him in
- 58:21like a year and a half. And he showed up yesterday and
- 58:24I'm going to tell you what it made the, I'll tell you this
- 58:26basement dwellers. I'll tell you that's Bill.
- 58:28I'm sorry, I wasn't going to say his name.
- 58:30He doesn't care. He's the nicest guy, best guy
- 58:33ever meet, you know, and I live in an upper middle class
- 58:38neighborhood, right? I always say, if, if one of my
- 58:41neighbors doesn't know who the mailman is or thinks they're too
- 58:45good to know who the mailman man is, well, then I'm too good to
- 58:48be friends with you because you got to get to know these people
- 58:51and it and it's and it pays big dividends on just a human
- 58:56emotional level. I know my trash man, right?
- 58:59He'll, he'll drive by with his big giant truck and, you know,
- 59:02honk his horn and, and he always.
- 59:04Says whoop, Dee whoop, whoop, whoop.
- 59:06You know, he told me, he said you can put anything you want in
- 59:08your trash can, Ronnie, anything.
- 59:11Just no human bodies. And when you go to the
- 59:16McDonald's drive thru, I got him, I have a McDonald's I can
- 59:20walk to from my house. Always be nice to those people
- 59:23in the drive through. They're working.
- 59:25They're giving you food, right. So I guess the big my message
- 59:28here is, you know, this is what, what you're seeing on your
- 59:33screen. And I don't know why I feel
- 59:35like, but that's what life's all about, right?
- 59:38And I had a big thing anyway, That's what life's all about.
- 59:42Get to know these people. That's what a lot of you do here
- 59:45in the in the in the in the comments section.
- 59:50Oh boy, hold on. Oh boy.
