- 0:00Speaker 1: Now, this is The Mark Simone Show on 710WOR.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Hey, it's almost Friday. It's Thursday. Almost Friday. A lot
- 0:11Speaker 2: to get to today. There's going to be a lot
- 0:14Speaker 2: of trouble in Alaska. People are going to go to jail.
- 0:17Speaker 2: We'll get to Bruce Blakeman and Kathy Hochul. We'll get
- 0:21Speaker 2: to the Ukraine. We've got a lot to cover today.
- 0:24Speaker 2: We'll get to congestion pricing and a whole lot more.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Don't forget, this weekend... A lot of stuff is happening.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Saturday night is Halloween. We've got that going on. Then Saturday,
- 0:37Speaker 2: 2 a.m., we go off daylight saving time. So at
- 0:42Speaker 2: 2 a.m., it'll become 1 a.m. You get an extra
- 0:45Speaker 2: hour of sleep Saturday night. And then Sunday morning, you'll
- 0:48Speaker 2: wake up to the marathon, which will cause traffic problems
- 0:53Speaker 2: all over New York City, every borough. So Sunday, don't
- 0:56Speaker 2: even think of driving into New York City. If you're
- 0:59Speaker 2: thinking of coming in, remember the marathon. will be going
- 1:02Speaker 2: on all over the place, and that, of course, a
- 1:04Speaker 2: lot of security. Police Commissioner Tisch.
- 1:07Speaker 1: As for the logistics on Sunday, spectators entering designated marathon
- 1:11Speaker 1: viewing areas in Central Park should know that bags are
- 1:15Speaker 1: subject to inspection. Prohibited items include coolers, oversized bags, chairs, umbrellas, and,
- 1:22Speaker 1: of course, all weapons. Additionally, the use of drones is prohibited,
- 1:26Speaker 1: given the complex threat environment.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Now, you know, they do this. No umbrellas. You're not
- 1:32Speaker 2: allowed to bring an umbrella. But if it rains, if
- 1:37Speaker 2: it's raining, you've got to stand out there without an umbrella.
- 1:39Speaker 2: The forecast is for no rain. The forecast is for nice, clear,
- 1:42Speaker 2: dry skies for the next four or five days. So
- 1:45Speaker 2: the marathon will be on Sunday. And don't forget, it's
- 1:48Speaker 2: going to get dark at 5 o'clock, maybe even a
- 1:50Speaker 2: few minutes earlier. So these are the last couple days
- 1:54Speaker 2: of staying light out until 6 o'clock. Hey, in Alaska...
- 1:59Speaker 2: This is one of the dirtiest political tricks you can do.
- 2:02Speaker 2: It's been done before, but this is on a big scale.
- 2:05Speaker 2: And this is going to end up with prosecutions. People
- 2:08Speaker 2: most likely will go to jail over this. The Democrat
- 2:12Speaker 2: candidate in Alaska, Mary Peltola, is running against a guy
- 2:18Speaker 2: named Dan Sullivan. He's the Republican candidate, Dan Sullivan. So
- 2:23Speaker 2: what they did It's a common name. They went out
- 2:26Speaker 2: and found a couple of other Dan Sullivans, not politicians.
- 2:30Speaker 2: One's a teacher, one's a plumber, one's a this, one's a...
- 2:34Speaker 2: And they somehow got them on the ballot. So when
- 2:38Speaker 2: you go to vote, there's Mary Peltola and there's a
- 2:44Speaker 2: bunch of Dan Sullivans. So Republicans going to vote for
- 2:48Speaker 2: Dan Sullivan might hit this one, they might hit that one,
- 2:51Speaker 2: they could hit this one. That would end up splitting
- 2:53Speaker 2: the vote up on the Republican side, making it easier,
- 2:57Speaker 2: much easier for the Democrat to win. It's fraud. Legal
- 3:03Speaker 2: scholars have looked at this as absolutely fraud. President Trump
- 3:07Speaker 2: is going to go after Peltola and everybody on the
- 3:12Speaker 2: campaign that was involved in it. Now they denied having
- 3:15Speaker 2: anything to do with this other Dan Sullivan. They kept
- 3:17Speaker 2: denying and denying and denying. The New York Times has
- 3:22Speaker 2: come out with a massive expose with documents, with proof,
- 3:26Speaker 2: with phone calls, with texts proving they were behind it,
- 3:30Speaker 2: proving her staff took great pains and made a great
- 3:34Speaker 2: effort to make this happen. It's absolutely proven in the
- 3:38Speaker 2: New York Times article. How'd they get all this information? Well,
- 3:42Speaker 2: the Poltola campaign got into fights with them, and they
- 3:46Speaker 2: ended up firing a campaign manager. They fired her. So
- 3:50Speaker 2: she took all this stuff and went to the New
- 3:52Speaker 2: York Times and gave it to them. So they are
- 3:55Speaker 2: all caught. Now, definitely the campaign staff that did this,
- 3:59Speaker 2: they're going to get prosecuted.
- 4:01Speaker 3: U.S.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Attorney will come after them. The Alaska state governor is
- 4:05Speaker 2: now talking about opening up an investigation into them. This
- 4:10Speaker 2: is out and out voter fraud. And if they're convicted,
- 4:14Speaker 2: these people most likely will go to prison for this. Again,
- 4:18Speaker 2: top legal scholars have looked at it, said it's absolutely,
- 4:21Speaker 2: absolutely fraud, President Trump.
- 4:23Speaker 3: They said they didn't do it and we caught them cold.
- 4:26Speaker 3: And Mary Peltola should resign from the race. I think
- 4:31Speaker 3: she should be prosecuted criminally for what she did.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Yeah, and then the Justice Department has gone ahead with it.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Alaska locals are going to prosecute. So that's a fraud.
- 4:39Speaker 3: It's a fraud to the public. And they had a
- 4:42Speaker 3: Dan Sullivan running against Senator Dan Sullivan. And they didn't
- 4:47Speaker 3: put Senator in front. She had two Dan Sullivans. The
- 4:49Speaker 3: people aren't going to be able to tell.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Yeah, it's out and out fraud. She is denying any
- 4:55Speaker 2: knowledge of it. It's slightly possible. that when they did this,
- 4:59Speaker 2: the campaign guys did this, they deliberately, she obviously knew
- 5:03Speaker 2: something was going on, but sometimes in a campaign, they'll say,
- 5:06Speaker 2: we're taking care of it. We can't let you know
- 5:08Speaker 2: the details, but we're taking care. So it could have
- 5:10Speaker 2: been something like that, possibly, but most likely she was involved.
- 5:14Speaker 2: This is her.
- 5:15Speaker 4: I have every confidence that Alaskan voters know what they're doing.
- 5:19Speaker 4: And I believe in the rule of law and free
- 5:22Speaker 4: and fair elections. And I have all the faith that
- 5:25Speaker 4: this is going to get sorted out in the right way.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Yeah, which means she'll get prosecuted, a good chance of
- 5:32Speaker 2: going to prison, and that's how it'll get sorted out. Now,
- 5:36Speaker 2: if she wins and they'll look at the Dan Sullivan votes,
- 5:40Speaker 2: if they were split up enough to cause a Dan
- 5:44Speaker 2: Sullivan loss, they'll most likely void the whole election. The
- 5:47Speaker 2: other problem in Alaska, it's the stupid ranked choice voting.
- 5:52Speaker 2: which would make the whole thing even more confusing. So
- 5:56Speaker 2: expect some serious legal action in this case. President Trump
- 6:02Speaker 2: every day flying to another state, another city, another town,
- 6:05Speaker 2: running around the country doing these rallies. Today, he's going
- 6:08Speaker 2: to do a couple, but there'll be Zoom, tele-rallies, not
- 6:12Speaker 2: actually Zoom, but high-quality, high-def television rallies. The reason he's
- 6:17Speaker 2: not going in person, he's going to stay in the
- 6:20Speaker 2: White House. Tonight is the big Halloween stuff at the
- 6:23Speaker 2: White House for kids and families. That's a big, big
- 6:27Speaker 2: thing going on tonight. A election is five days away.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Five days away. Hard to believe. Just five days away. Now,
- 6:37Speaker 2: they're pushing these fake polls, these college polls, these media
- 6:41Speaker 2: polls that are totally rigged. The Republicans, they brought it
- 6:45Speaker 2: down to 20% of the sample. 80% of the sample
- 6:48Speaker 2: are Democrats. They don't use voters. They don't use the
- 6:51Speaker 2: right demos. They totally rigged the polls to get these results.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Bruce Blakeman and Kathy Hochul, the candidates, pay a fortune
- 6:59Speaker 2: for real polling, the real polls. The real polls have
- 7:03Speaker 2: them both pretty much tied within the margin of error.
- 7:08Speaker 2: And that's why you've seen Hochul go into total panic
- 7:11Speaker 2: in the last week or two. running millions and millions
- 7:15Speaker 2: and millions of dollars of attack ads against Blakeman. And
- 7:20Speaker 2: then she got a lot of criticism. Well, first of all,
- 7:23Speaker 2: the attack ads, they couldn't find anything to really attack
- 7:26Speaker 2: Blakeman on except that he's friends with Donald Trump. That's
- 7:28Speaker 2: about all they came up with. And then they doctored
- 7:31Speaker 2: up some things where he wants to get rid of
- 7:33Speaker 2: your Medicare and the things that weren't true. And then
- 7:36Speaker 2: she got a lot of flack for not having any
- 7:38Speaker 2: positive ads. What about your accomplishments? Well, she tried... She
- 7:43Speaker 2: came out with positive ads for her accomplishment. The only
- 7:45Speaker 2: accomplishment you see in the ad, something she did to
- 7:48Speaker 2: help the menu in the school lunches. That was it.
- 7:52Speaker 2: So Blakeman, he's fighting these fake polls. They're called suppression polls.
- 7:58Speaker 2: They put them out to make it look like it's
- 8:01Speaker 2: hopeless so that Republicans don't bother to come out and vote.
- 8:05Speaker 2: And by the way, early voting is going crazy, especially
- 8:09Speaker 2: here in New York. It's up. 40% from last time.
- 8:15Speaker 2: So huge numbers are coming out early voting. Now, the
- 8:18Speaker 2: thing is, that's most likely Democrats. It's Democrats that mostly
- 8:22Speaker 2: do the early voting. Republicans, whatever reason, they always wait
- 8:27Speaker 2: till Election Day. So change that. There's heavy Democrat turnout.
- 8:31Speaker 2: So if you want Blakeman to win, it's very important
- 8:34Speaker 2: for New York. Get out there and vote now. Today, tomorrow, Saturday, Sunday,
- 8:39Speaker 2: do the early voting. You'll be glad you did because
- 8:42Speaker 2: you won't wait in line. It's real easy. You just
- 8:45Speaker 2: sail right through. Bruce Blakeman on the polls.
- 8:47Speaker 5: The dirty tricks have started already.
- 8:50Speaker 4: We knew it was coming.
- 8:51Speaker 1: They want to suppress all of our voters so they
- 8:54Speaker 1: talk about polls from woke universities that say we're behind.
- 9:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:01Speaker 2: And it's an amazing whole system they've put together. They
- 9:06Speaker 2: put out the fake poll. The New York Times will
- 9:08Speaker 2: quote it. You could even be watching TV and watching
- 9:11Speaker 2: that Robert Moses, that very left-wing slanted reporter on Channel 5,
- 9:16Speaker 2: and he said, this poll shows definitely 15 points. He's
- 9:21Speaker 2: never looked at the metrics in the poll, never saw
- 9:24Speaker 2: that it was a poll of mostly Democrats. They forgot
- 9:27Speaker 2: to put Republicans in the sample. You can see that
- 9:29Speaker 2: when you look in the metrics, what they call the crosstabs.
- 9:32Speaker 1: We can win this thing if people get out to vote.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Because remember.
- 9:37Speaker 5: If good people don't vote, you get bad laws. And
- 9:40Speaker 5: that's what we've got in this state.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Yeah, get out and vote. That's the whole key. If
- 9:44Speaker 2: you're saying to yourself, how did Mamdani get it? Because
- 9:47Speaker 2: only about 4% of New York showed up to vote.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Everybody get out there and vote. Kathy Hochul responds on this.
- 9:53Speaker 5: That's a novel approach to how you read polls since
- 9:57Speaker 5: we've had polls in this country since about 18. And
- 10:01Speaker 5: I never heard them being defined as something that's intended
- 10:05Speaker 5: to suppress people getting out to vote. So that's a
- 10:08Speaker 5: new one. That's a new one. So I will dismiss
- 10:11Speaker 5: that outrageous claim.
- 10:13Speaker 2: All right. Now, that's one reason you should vote against her.
- 10:16Speaker 2: She actually knows that everything she's saying is a preposterous lie.
- 10:21Speaker 2: She's got her own real polls. She'd pay a fortune
- 10:23Speaker 2: for these internal polls. You can see the public polls
- 10:26Speaker 2: are a million miles away from the real polls. And
- 10:28Speaker 2: she knows. She's seen the metrics in the real polls.
- 10:31Speaker 2: She knows how it works. So that's an out-and-out lie.
- 10:34Speaker 2: If she'd lied to you that just blatantly, and did
- 10:37Speaker 2: you see how sincere she sounded when she lied? That
- 10:40Speaker 2: should scare you a little, that she sounded that sincere lying.
- 10:45Speaker 2: And her whole campaign is yelling and screaming, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump.
- 10:48Speaker 5: All the promises that were made by Donald Trump and
- 10:51Speaker 5: repeated by Bruce Blakeman, who says he's going to cut
- 10:54Speaker 5: Medicaid in half and he's going to cut utility bills
- 10:57Speaker 5: in half on day one. He's going to drive down price.
- 11:00Speaker 5: None of this happens. And I think what people saw
- 11:02Speaker 5: with Donald Trump is he says anything to get elected.
- 11:05Speaker 5: You know, see the parallels here in New York State
- 11:06Speaker 5: say anything to get elected.
- 11:08Speaker 2: All right. But it's never going to happen. It's happened.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Cut the electric bills by hundreds and hundreds of dollars
- 11:16Speaker 2: a month. It's happened before. It's easy to do. You
- 11:21Speaker 2: just open up the fracking. It's natural gas. It's the cleanest,
- 11:25Speaker 2: safest kind of energy. It's all kinds of things you do.
- 11:28Speaker 2: You get rid of all the increases, the taxes on
- 11:31Speaker 2: your energy. You know, they keep talking about gas prices.
- 11:35Speaker 2: What's the effect of a higher, slightly higher gas price? Well,
- 11:37Speaker 2: you could pay an extra $ 100 a month or $ 150
- 11:38Speaker 2: a month. But with your electric bill, you're paying an
- 11:44Speaker 2: extra $ 300 a month thanks to Kathy Hochul and her
- 11:47Speaker 2: buddy Cuomo there, Shut Down Indian Point. That was 25%
- 11:51Speaker 2: of our electricity. Bans fracking. You know, in Pennsylvania, it's
- 11:56Speaker 2: booming because they've got the fracking. Their electric bills are
- 11:59Speaker 2: nothing there. I mean, if you're going to talk about
- 12:02Speaker 2: gas prices, you've got to talk about your electric bill.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Those combined are the energy costs. And she talks about affordability.
- 12:11Speaker 2: You got to remember, Democrats have controlled every inch of
- 12:14Speaker 2: New York for 15 years. City Hall, City Council, Albany,
- 12:19Speaker 2: State Legislature, Governor's Mansion, 15 years total control by the Democrats.
- 12:25Speaker 2: So if there's an affordability crisis, it's on them. They
- 12:28Speaker 2: caused it. So why would you keep them there if
- 12:31Speaker 2: they're the ones that caused it? You tried them for
- 12:33Speaker 2: 15 years. And by their own admission, there's an affordability crisis.
- 12:37Speaker 2: There's a crime problem. There's this problem. Hey, there's a
- 12:43Speaker 2: lot of flack now about Kathy Hochul yesterday. Bruce Blakeman
- 12:46Speaker 2: has said if he's elected, he'll get rid of this
- 12:48Speaker 2: congestion pricing the day after the election. And it has
- 12:52Speaker 2: come out that if Hochul is reelected, she plans to
- 12:56Speaker 2: bring the congestion pricing to everybody. It's going to go
- 13:01Speaker 2: to Brooklyn. It's going to go to Queens. It's going
- 13:03Speaker 2: to go everywhere. You're going to have it all over
- 13:04Speaker 2: the place. It's going to go to Albany and Rochester
- 13:08Speaker 2: and Syracuse. So she comes out with these fake studies
- 13:11Speaker 2: that traffic is 12% lower, 17% lower. People are able
- 13:18Speaker 2: to drive 10 miles an hour fast. Well, none of
- 13:21Speaker 2: this is true. This is completely false. The trucking industry,
- 13:26Speaker 2: they've got their own numbers because the trucks all have GPS.
- 13:32Speaker 2: They've got all kinds of things in the truck that
- 13:34Speaker 2: measure all of this. And according to their numbers, There
- 13:38Speaker 2: has been no drop in traffic at all. She claims
- 13:41Speaker 2: it's cut by 11%. They actually show nothing. There's been
- 13:46Speaker 2: no change in traffic. And you know that if you've
- 13:48Speaker 2: been driving in New York or if you live in
- 13:50Speaker 2: New York. You look out the window at the streets.
- 13:52Speaker 2: There's been no change in traffic. Congestion pricing has done
- 13:56Speaker 2: absolutely nothing to fix anything. It's just a cheap money grab.
- 14:01Speaker 2: This slime ball that runs the MTA, Jano Lieber, that's
- 14:05Speaker 2: Hochul's guy there. put out a statement saying it's an
- 14:08Speaker 2: unqualified success. All the metrics show people are saving time.
- 14:16Speaker 2: There's absolutely no evidence of that. In fact, the actual
- 14:20Speaker 2: measure of it by legitimate sources shows absolutely no difference
- 14:25Speaker 2: in traffic since the congestion pricing. You know, the other
- 14:28Speaker 2: reason you got to elect Bruce Blakeman, you got to
- 14:31Speaker 2: start doing something about this anti-Semitism. It is frighteningly out
- 14:36Speaker 2: of control, especially here in New York. And Mamdani's just
- 14:40Speaker 2: throwing gasoline on the fire. So you got to do
- 14:43Speaker 2: something about that. Blakeman, Jewish himself, Blakeman, an anti-Semitism fighter.
- 14:48Speaker 2: You need somebody like that in government. It's just getting
- 14:51Speaker 2: crazier and crazier. And people are getting nuttier and nuttier.
- 14:55Speaker 2: It's not just here. It's this anti-Semitism. Wherever you got
- 14:58Speaker 2: blue states, they let it run wild. Although I'll give
- 15:01Speaker 2: them credit, in California... You can get these personalized license
- 15:06Speaker 2: plates everywhere. So in California, a woman wanted a personalized plate,
- 15:10Speaker 2: and the DMV wouldn't allow it. Her personal plate was RVRTSEA,
- 15:19Speaker 2: which is river to sea. RVR, river, T, sea. River
- 15:25Speaker 2: to sea, which is, of course, a very anti-Semitic thing,
- 15:28Speaker 2: calling for Israel to not exist. So the DMV in
- 15:34Speaker 2: California wouldn't allow the plate. She's now suing them. That's
- 15:37Speaker 2: California suing them because they're trying to impede her anti-Semitism.
- 15:44Speaker 2: And imagine that in California, driving around with that anti-Semitic
- 15:48Speaker 2: license plate. But that's what, and that's just the silly
- 15:51Speaker 2: little stuff. I mean, the real dangers of anti-Semitism, even,
- 15:55Speaker 2: you know, much more serious than that. And that's the
- 15:59Speaker 2: other reason you need to, Bruce Blakeman in New York. Hey,
- 16:01Speaker 2: we've got a lot to get to this morning. It's
- 16:04Speaker 2: three hours every day. Mark Simone here now, nine to
- 16:07Speaker 2: noon every day on 710WOR.
