  I
• 2:08
  wanted
• 2:08
  to
• 2:08
  talk
• 2:09
  about
• 2:09
  some
• 2:09
  rumors
• 2:10
  that
• 2:10
  are
• 2:10
  going
• 2:10
  around
• 2:10
  of
• 2:10
  people
• 2:11
  that
• 2:11
  are
• 2:12
  saying
• 2:12
  we've
• 2:12
  got
• 2:12
  a
• 2:13
  housing
• 2:13
  crash
• 2:13
  coming
• 2:14
  and
• 2:14
  we
• 2:14
  gotta
• 2:14
  be
• 2:14
  careful.
• 2:16
  Really,
• 2:16
  guys,
• 2:16
  I
• 2:17
  don't
• 2:17
  think
• 2:17
  we
• 2:17
  have
• 2:18
  one
• 2:18
  coming.
• 2:18
  And
• 2:19
  here
• 2:19
  is
• 2:19
  why.
• 2:20
  Historically,
• 2:22
  housing
• 2:22
  crashes
• 2:23
  happen
• 2:24
  when
• 2:24
  multiple
• 2:25
  things
• 2:25
  pile
• 2:26
  up
• 2:26
  and
• 2:26
  trigger
• 2:27
  a
• 2:27
  sharp
• 2:27
  drop
• 2:27
  in
• 2:28
  home
• 2:28
  values.
• 2:29
  And
• 2:30
  historically
• 2:31
  these
• 2:31
  things
• 2:31
  have
• 2:32
  been
• 2:32
  different
• 2:32
  combinations.
• 2:34
  But
• 2:34
  really,
• 2:34
  here's
• 2:35
  the
• 2:35
  issues.
• 2:36
  Easy
• 2:36
  credit
• 2:37
  and
• 2:37
  of
• 2:37
  course,
• 2:38
  loose
• 2:38
  lending
• 2:38
  standards
• 2:39
  where
• 2:39
  you
• 2:39
  give
• 2:40
  everybody
• 2:40
  a
• 2:40
  loan
• 2:40
  for
• 2:40
  a
• 2:41
  house
• 2:41
  and
• 2:41
  people
• 2:41
  can't
• 2:41
  make
• 2:41
  their
• 2:42
  payments.
• 2:43
  Overbuilding
• 2:43
  and
• 2:44
  oversupply.
• 2:45
  Then
• 2:46
  you've
• 2:46
  got
• 2:46
  that
• 2:46
  bubble
• 2:47
  where
• 2:47
  big
• 2:48
  people
• 2:48
  are
• 2:48
  out
• 2:48
  there
• 2:49
  buying
• 2:49
  houses
• 2:50
  and
• 2:50
  they're
• 2:51
  reselling
• 2:51
  them.
• 2:52
  There
• 2:53
  have
• 2:53
  been
• 2:53
  other
• 2:53
  countries
• 2:53
  that
• 2:54
  have
• 2:54
  had
• 2:54
  big
• 2:54
  ones,
• 2:54
  like
• 2:55
  Japan
• 2:55
  had
• 2:55
  one
• 2:55
  in
• 2:56
  1980s,
• 2:57
  their
• 2:57
  late
• 2:57
  80s
• 2:58
  that
• 2:58
  was
• 2:58
  huge.
• 2:59
  Prices
• 2:59
  soared
• 3:00
  and
• 3:00
  that
• 3:00
  absolutely
• 3:01
  crashed.
• 3:02
  Interest
• 3:02
  rate
• 3:03
  spikes
• 3:04
  and
• 3:04
  economic
• 3:05
  shocks
• 3:06
  and
• 3:06
  job
• 3:06
  losses.
• 3:07
  It
• 3:08
  takes
• 3:08
  the
• 3:09
  oil
• 3:09
  bust
• 3:09
  in
• 3:09
  the
• 3:09
  mid-80s
• 3:10
  in
• 3:10
  Texas
• 3:11
  or
• 3:11
  things
• 3:11
  like
• 3:12
  that
• 3:12
  for
• 3:12
  it
• 3:12
  to
• 3:12
  really
• 3:13
  happen.
• 3:13
  So
• 3:13
  let's
• 3:14
  go
• 3:14
  down
• 3:14
  the
• 3:14
  list
• 3:14
  here
• 3:14
  real
• 3:15
  quick
• 3:15
  and
• 3:15
  maybe
• 3:15
  you
• 3:15
  can
• 3:16
  understand
• 3:16
  this
• 3:16
  a
• 3:16
  little
• 3:16
  bit
• 3:16
  better.
• 3:17
  We
• 3:18
  don't
• 3:18
  have
• 3:18
  any
• 3:18
  Issues
• 3:19
  really
• 3:19
  with
• 3:19
  easy
• 3:20
  credit
• 3:20
  and
• 3:20
  loose
• 3:20
  lending
• 3:21
  standards
• 3:22
  don't
• 3:23
  have
• 3:23
  an
• 3:23
  issue
• 3:23
  there.
• 3:23
  They've
• 3:24
  got
• 3:24
  that
• 3:24
  dialed
• 3:25
  in.
• 3:25
  We
• 3:26
  have
• 3:26
  a
• 3:26
  shortage,
• 3:27
  not
• 3:27
  an
• 3:28
  overbuilding
• 3:28
  and
• 3:28
  oversupply.
• 3:29
  Now,
• 3:29
  maybe
• 3:30
  in
• 3:30
  your
• 3:30
  area,
• 3:30
  in
• 3:30
  a
• 3:31
  local
• 3:31
  area,
• 3:31
  you
• 3:31
  could
• 3:31
  have
• 3:32
  overbuilding
• 3:32
  and
• 3:32
  oversupply.
• 3:33
  But
• 3:34
  I
• 3:34
  tell
• 3:34
  you
• 3:34
  what,
• 3:34
  that
• 3:35
  is
• 3:35
  not
• 3:35
  the
• 3:35
  case
• 3:36
  if
• 3:36
  you
• 3:36
  jump
• 3:36
  on
• 3:37
  the
• 3:37
  MLS
• 3:37
  in
• 3:37
  many
• 3:38
  markets
• 3:38
  across
• 3:38
  the
• 3:39
  country.
• 3:40
  So
• 3:40
  our
• 3:40
  housing
• 3:41
  starts
• 3:41
  are
• 3:41
  lower
• 3:41
  than
• 3:42
  what
• 3:42
  you'd
• 3:42
  expect
• 3:42
  them
• 3:43
  to
• 3:43
  be
• 3:43
  because
• 3:43
  our
• 3:43
  interest
• 3:44
  rates
• 3:44
  right
• 3:44
  now
• 3:44
  are
• 3:45
  higher
• 3:45
  than
• 3:45
  they've
• 3:45
  been.
• 3:46
  So
• 3:46
  that's
• 3:47
  a
• 3:47
  big
• 3:47
  one.
• 3:48
  We
• 3:48
  don't
• 3:48
  have
• 3:49
  to
• 3:49
  worry
• 3:49
  about
• 3:50
  overbuilding
• 3:50
  and
• 3:51
  oversupply
• 3:51
  across
• 3:52
  the
• 3:52
  country.
• 3:53
  Tom,
• 3:53
  interest
• 3:53
  rate
• 3:54
  spikes?
• 3:54
  Nope.
• 3:54
  They're
• 3:55
  talking
• 3:55
  about
• 3:55
  maybe
• 3:55
  dropping
• 3:56
  that
• 3:56
  a
• 3:56
  point
• 3:56
  here
• 3:57
  in
• 3:57
  a
• 3:57
  number
• 3:57
  of
• 3:57
  weeks
• 3:58
  here
• 3:58
  in
• 3:58
  September,
• 3:58
  in
• 3:59
  about
• 3:59
  a
• 3:59
  month.
• 4:00
  If
• 4:00
  we
• 4:00
  lose
• 4:00
  a
• 4:01
  point
• 4:01
  there,
• 4:01
  it's
• 4:01
  going
• 4:02
  to
• 4:02
  go
• 4:02
  the
• 4:02
  opposite
• 4:02
  way.
• 4:03
  We're
• 4:04
  going
• 4:04
  to
• 4:04
  see
• 4:05
  all
• 4:05
  of
• 4:05
  a
• 4:05
  sudden
• 4:06
  the
• 4:06
  market
• 4:06
  open
• 4:07
  up
• 4:07
  where
• 4:07
  you'll
• 4:07
  see
• 4:08
  actually
• 4:08
  how
• 4:09
  housing
• 4:09
  shortage,
• 4:10
  because
• 4:10
  you're
• 4:11
  going
• 4:11
  to
• 4:11
  see
• 4:11
  people
• 4:11
  out
• 4:11
  there
• 4:12
  putting
• 4:12
  their
• 4:12
  homes
• 4:12
  on
• 4:12
  the
• 4:13
  market
• 4:13
  and
• 4:14
  of
• 4:14
  course
• 4:14
  trying
• 4:15
  to
• 4:15
  buy
• 4:15
  them
• 4:16
  and
• 4:16
  people
• 4:16
  that
• 4:16
  have
• 4:16
  been
• 4:17
  saving
• 4:17
  trying
• 4:17
  to
• 4:17
  wait
• 4:18
  for
• 4:18
  that
• 4:18
  interest
• 4:18
  rates
• 4:19
  to
• 4:19
  drop
• 4:19
  down.
• 4:20
  Tom,
• 4:20
  you're
• 4:20
  going
• 4:20
  to
• 4:21
  see
• 4:21
  that
• 4:21
  happen
• 4:21
  as
• 4:21
  well.
• 4:22
  So
• 4:22
  you're
• 4:23
  going
• 4:23
  to
• 4:23
  see
• 4:23
  something
• 4:23
  change
• 4:24
  here
• 4:24
  probably
• 4:24
  in
• 4:24
  the
• 4:24
  next
• 4:25
  30
• 4:25
  to
• 4:26
  60
• 4:26
  days.
• 4:27
  And
• 4:27
  of
• 4:27
  course,
• 4:27
  economic
• 4:28
  shocks
• 4:28
  and
• 4:28
  job
• 4:29
  losses,
• 4:29
  I'm
• 4:29
  not
• 4:30
  seeing
• 4:30
  that
• 4:30
  either.
• 4:31
  Yes,
• 4:31
  we're
• 4:31
  seeing
• 4:32
  some
• 4:32
  economic
• 4:32
  shop
• 4:33
  shocks
• 4:33
  and
• 4:34
  job
• 4:34
  losses,
• 4:34
  but
• 4:34
  we're
• 4:35
  also
• 4:35
  seeing,
• 4:36
  with
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  tariff
• 4:37
  situation
• 4:37
  out
• 4:37
  there,
• 4:38
  companies
• 4:39
  starting
• 4:39
  to
• 4:39
  bring
• 4:39
  stuff
• 4:40
  back
• 4:40
  on
• 4:40
  shore.
• 4:41
  So
• 4:41
  I
• 4:41
  think
• 4:41
  we're
• 4:41
  not.
• 4:41
  We're
• 4:42
  going
• 4:42
  to
• 4:42
  see
• 4:42
  job
• 4:42
  losses
• 4:43
  because
• 4:43
  everything
• 4:44
  is
• 4:44
  tight
• 4:44
  out
• 4:44
  there
• 4:45
  right
• 4:45
  now.
• 4:45
  You're
• 4:45
  seeing
• 4:46
  health
• 4:46
  care
• 4:47
  with
• 4:47
  some
• 4:47
  big
• 4:47
  losses.
• 4:48
  You're
• 4:48
  seeing
• 4:49
  lots
• 4:49
  of
• 4:49
  larger
• 4:50
  companies
• 4:50
  slimming
• 4:51
  down,
• 4:52
  but
• 4:53
  I
• 4:53
  don't
• 4:53
  see
• 4:53
  that
• 4:53
  happening
• 4:54
  in
• 4:54
  policy.
• 4:54
  And
• 4:54
  tax
• 4:55
  changes,
• 4:56
  I
• 4:56
  don't
• 4:56
  see
• 4:56
  any
• 4:56
  incentives
• 4:57
  or
• 4:57
  anything
• 4:58
  else
• 4:58
  like
• 4:58
  that.
• 4:58
  Tax
• 4:59
  breaks
• 4:59
  going
• 5:00
  around.
• 5:00
  I
• 5:00
  don't
• 5:00
  think
• 5:00
  we're
• 5:01
  going
• 5:01
  to
• 5:01
  see
• 5:01
  anything
• 5:01
  there.
• 5:02
  And
• 5:02
  of
• 5:02
  course,
• 5:04
  all
• 5:04
  it
• 5:04
  would
• 5:04
  take
• 5:04
  would
• 5:04
  be
• 5:05
  some
• 5:05
  external
• 5:05
  shocks
• 5:06
  like
• 5:06
  a
• 5:06
  terrorist
• 5:06
  attack
• 5:06
  or
• 5:07
  something
• 5:07
  like
• 5:07
  that.
• 5:07
  But
• 5:08
  that's
• 5:08
  not
• 5:08
  going
• 5:09
  to
• 5:09
  affect
• 5:09
  things
• 5:09
  that
• 5:10
  drastically.
• 5:11
  So
• 5:11
  my
• 5:12
  bet
• 5:12
  right
• 5:12
  now
• 5:12
  is
• 5:13
  we're
• 5:13
  not
• 5:13
  anywhere
• 5:14
  near
• 5:15
  any
• 5:15
  kind
• 5:16
  of
• 5:16
  a
• 5:16
  housing
• 5:17
  crash.
• 5:17
  If
• 5:18
  anything,
• 5:18
  we
• 5:19
  are
• 5:19
  in
• 5:19
  that
• 5:20
  crash
• 5:20
  now
• 5:21
  where
• 5:22
  we
• 5:22
  had
• 5:22
  high
• 5:22
  interest
• 5:22
  rates,
• 5:23
  we
• 5:23
  had
• 5:24
  builders
• 5:25
  not
• 5:25
  building,
• 5:25
  material
• 5:26
  costs
• 5:26
  were
• 5:26
  high.
• 5:27
  Now
• 5:27
  I
• 5:27
  think
• 5:27
  we
• 5:28
  are
• 5:28
  getting
• 5:28
  ready
• 5:28
  to
• 5:28
  spool
• 5:29
  up
• 5:29
  for
• 5:29
  another
• 5:29
  housing
• 5:30
  boom.
• 5:31
  Which
• 5:31
  means
• 5:31
  if
• 5:32
  you're
• 5:32
  thinking
• 5:32
  about
• 5:32
  buying
• 5:33
  a
• 5:33
  house,
• 5:34
  now
• 5:34
  is
• 5:34
  the
• 5:35
  time
• 5:35
  to
• 5:35
  go
• 5:35
  through
• 5:35
  and
• 5:36
  really
• 5:36
  get
• 5:37
  ready
• 5:37
  for
• 5:37
  that.
• 5:37
  What
• 5:38
  would
• 5:38
  you
• 5:38
  do
• 5:38
  for
• 5:38
  that
• 5:39
  go
• 5:39
  talk
• 5:40
  to
• 5:40
  a
• 5:40
  potential
• 5:41
  lender
• 5:42
  and
• 5:42
  see
• 5:42
  what
• 5:42
  you
• 5:42
  could
• 5:43
  do.
• 5:43
  Right
• 5:43
  now,
• 5:44
  of
• 5:44
  course
• 5:44
  interest
• 5:45
  rates,
• 5:45
  you
• 5:45
  don't
• 5:45
  need
• 5:45
  to
• 5:45
  lock
• 5:46
  anything
• 5:46
  in,
• 5:46
  it's
• 5:46
  going
• 5:46
  to
• 5:47
  get
• 5:47
  better.
• 5:48
  But
• 5:48
  what
• 5:48
  I
• 5:48
  would
• 5:48
  do
• 5:49
  right
• 5:49
  now,
• 5:49
  if
• 5:49
  you're
• 5:50
  thinking
• 5:50
  about
• 5:50
  buying
• 5:50
  here
• 5:50
  in
• 5:50
  the
• 5:51
  next
• 5:51
  year,
• 5:51
  go
• 5:52
  get
• 5:52
  pre
• 5:52
  approved,
• 5:53
  take
• 5:53
  a
• 5:53
  look,
• 5:53
  see
• 5:54
  what
• 5:54
  you
• 5:54
  can
• 5:54
  afford
• 5:54
  so
• 5:55
  you
• 5:55
  can
• 5:55
  be
• 5:55
  ready.
• 5:56
  If
• 5:57
  we
• 5:57
  see
• 5:57
  a
• 5:57
  big
• 5:58
  interest
• 5:59
  rate
• 5:59
  drop
• 6:00
  and
• 6:00
  people
• 6:00
  go,
• 6:00
  wow,
• 6:01
  I'm
• 6:01
  putting
• 6:01
  my
• 6:01
  house
• 6:01
  on
• 6:01
  the
• 6:01
  market
• 6:02
  now
• 6:02
  you
• 6:02
  can
• 6:02
  go
• 6:02
  out
• 6:03
  and
• 6:03
  look
• 6:03
  and
• 6:03
  you
• 6:03
  might
• 6:03
  be
• 6:04
  able
• 6:04
  to
• 6:04
  find
• 6:04
  something
• 6:05
  because
• 6:05
  people
• 6:05
  are
• 6:05
  going
• 6:05
  to
• 6:06
  try
• 6:06
  selling.
• 6:07
  Tom,
• 6:07
  we're
• 6:07
  seeing
• 6:08
  interestingly
• 6:09
  here
• 6:09
  in
• 6:09
  my
• 6:10
  area
• 6:11
  and
• 6:11
  let
• 6:11
  me
• 6:11
  know
• 6:11
  what's
• 6:12
  happening
• 6:12
  in
• 6:12
  yours
• 6:12
  because
• 6:12
  there's
• 6:13
  a
• 6:13
  lot
• 6:13
  going
• 6:13
  on
• 6:13
  out
• 6:14
  there.
• 6:14
  But
• 6:14
  in
• 6:15
  my
• 6:15
  area
• 6:15
  the
• 6:15
  more
• 6:15
  expensive
• 6:16
  homes
• 6:17
  in
• 6:17
  the
• 6:17
  higher
• 6:17
  tax
• 6:18
  areas
• 6:19
  are
• 6:19
  going
• 6:19
  away,
• 6:20
  those
• 6:21
  are
• 6:21
  dropping
• 6:21
  down,
• 6:21
  those
• 6:22
  values
• 6:22
  are
• 6:22
  dropping.
• 6:23
  And
• 6:24
  what
• 6:24
  I'm
• 6:24
  seeing
• 6:24
  is
• 6:25
  it's
• 6:25
  a
• 6:25
  great
• 6:25
  example
• 6:26
  in
• 6:26
  my
• 6:26
  area
• 6:26
  and
• 6:26
  it
• 6:26
  might
• 6:26
  be
• 6:27
  your
• 6:27
  area
• 6:27
  as
• 6:28
  well,
• 6:28
  but
• 6:29
  we
• 6:29
  have
• 6:29
  a
• 6:29
  county
• 6:29
  here,
• 6:30
  Multnomah
• 6:30
  county,
• 6:30
  which
• 6:31
  is
• 6:31
  way
• 6:31
  higher
• 6:31
  in
• 6:32
  taxes
• 6:33
  than
• 6:33
  the
• 6:33
  county
• 6:33
  next
• 6:34
  door
• 6:34
  in
• 6:34
  Portland.
• 6:36
  So
• 6:36
  you're
• 6:36
  seeing
• 6:36
  those
• 6:37
  million
• 6:37
  dollar
• 6:38
  house
• 6:38
  prices,
• 6:38
  which
• 6:39
  isn't
• 6:39
  a
• 6:39
  lot
• 6:39
  of
• 6:39
  house
• 6:40
  in
• 6:40
  Multnomah
• 6:40
  county
• 6:41
  where
• 6:41
  those
• 6:42
  property
• 6:42
  taxes
• 6:42
  are
• 6:43
  almost
• 6:43
  double
• 6:44
  with
• 6:44
  all
• 6:44
  the
• 6:44
  different
• 6:44
  taxes
• 6:45
  they
• 6:45
  have
• 6:45
  with
• 6:45
  arts
• 6:46
  taxes
• 6:46
  and
• 6:46
  all
• 6:47
  this
• 6:47
  other
• 6:47
  crazy
• 6:47
  stuff
• 6:48
  that
• 6:48
  people
• 6:48
  that
• 6:49
  are
• 6:49
  going
• 6:49
  to
• 6:49
  buy
• 6:49
  a
• 6:49
  million
• 6:50
  dollar
• 6:50
  house
• 6:50
  and
• 6:50
  up,
• 6:51
  that's
• 6:52
  where
• 6:52
  you
• 6:52
  start
• 6:52
  to
• 6:52
  get
• 6:52
  interesting
• 6:53
  because
• 6:54
  those
• 6:54
  are
• 6:54
  not
• 6:54
  selling
• 6:55
  as
• 6:55
  well
• 6:55
  in
• 6:55
  the
• 6:56
  areas
• 6:56
  that
• 6:56
  have
• 6:56
  the
• 6:57
  lower
• 6:57
  tax
• 6:57
  rates.
• 6:58
  Those
• 6:59
  are
• 6:59
  selling
• 6:59
  a
• 6:59
  lot
• 6:59
  better.
• 7:00
  So
• 7:00
  it's
• 7:01
  interesting
• 7:01
  to
• 7:01
  see
• 7:02
  how
• 7:03
  governmental
• 7:03
  politics
• 7:04
  on
• 7:04
  a
• 7:04
  local
• 7:05
  level
• 7:06
  really
• 7:06
  affects
• 7:07
  the
• 7:07
  housing
• 7:07
  market
• 7:07
  there.
• 7:08
  So
• 7:09
  you're
• 7:09
  seeing
• 7:09
  many
• 7:09
  people
• 7:10
  bailing
• 7:10
  out
• 7:10
  of
• 7:10
  there
• 7:11
  and
• 7:11
  I
• 7:11
  think
• 7:11
  that's
• 7:11
  going
• 7:11
  to
• 7:12
  be
• 7:12
  interesting
• 7:12
  to
• 7:12
  see
• 7:12
  what
• 7:12
  happens
• 7:13
  in
• 7:13
  especially
• 7:14
  in
• 7:14
  our
• 7:14
  west
• 7:14
  coast
• 7:15
  cities
• 7:15
  here
• 7:15
  where
• 7:15
  I
• 7:16
  think
• 7:16
  you're
• 7:16
  going
• 7:16
  to
• 7:16
  see
• 7:16
  more
• 7:16
  condo
• 7:17
  development,
• 7:18
  you're
• 7:18
  going
• 7:19
  to
• 7:19
  see
• 7:19
  a
• 7:19
  lot
• 7:19
  more
• 7:19
  stuff
• 7:20
  like
• 7:20
  that
• 7:20
  because
• 7:20
  what
• 7:20
  you're
• 7:21
  going
• 7:21
  to
• 7:21
  see
• 7:22
  is
• 7:23
  all
• 7:23
  these
• 7:23
  empty
• 7:23
  buildings
• 7:24
  and
• 7:24
  yeah,
• 7:24
  we
• 7:25
  have
• 7:25
  33%
• 7:26
  commercial
• 7:26
  vacancy
• 7:27
  rate
• 7:27
  in
• 7:27
  downtown
• 7:28
  Portland
• 7:29
  and
• 7:29
  you're
• 7:29
  seeing
• 7:30
  that
• 7:30
  in
• 7:30
  many
• 7:30
  west
• 7:31
  coast
• 7:31
  cities.
• 7:31
  San
• 7:31
  Francisco,
• 7:32
  Louisiana,
• 7:32
  all
• 7:33
  these
• 7:33
  places,
• 7:34
  people
• 7:34
  are
• 7:35
  bailing
• 7:35
  out
• 7:35
  of
• 7:35
  there
• 7:35
  with
• 7:35
  their
• 7:36
  companies
• 7:36
  to
• 7:36
  go
• 7:36
  to
• 7:37
  lower
• 7:38
  tax
• 7:38
  rate
• 7:38
  areas
• 7:39
  or
• 7:39
  they've
• 7:39
  just
• 7:40
  had
• 7:40
  a
• 7:40
  reduction
• 7:40
  of
• 7:40
  force
• 7:41
  and
• 7:41
  they're
• 7:42
  winding
• 7:42
  that
• 7:43
  down
• 7:43
  so
• 7:43
  they're
• 7:44
  not
• 7:44
  using
• 7:44
  that
• 7:44
  office
• 7:44
  space.
• 7:45
  So
• 7:45
  are
• 7:45
  we
• 7:45
  going
• 7:45
  to
• 7:45
  see
• 7:46
  those
• 7:46
  office
• 7:47
  buildings
• 7:47
  and
• 7:48
  towers
• 7:48
  put
• 7:48
  into
• 7:48
  condos?
• 7:49
  Maybe
• 7:50
  it's
• 7:50
  very
• 7:50
  expensive,
• 7:51
  there's
• 7:52
  zoning
• 7:52
  issues
• 7:52
  and
• 7:53
  things
• 7:53
  like
• 7:53
  that.
• 7:54
  But
• 7:54
  it's
• 7:54
  going
• 7:54
  to
• 7:54
  be
• 7:54
  Interesting
• 7:55
  to
• 7:55
  see
• 7:55
  what
• 7:55
  happens
• 7:55
  across
• 7:56
  the
• 7:56
  board
• 7:56
  out
• 7:56
  there
• 7:57
  with
• 7:58
  housing
• 7:58
  when
• 7:58
  it
• 7:58
  comes
• 7:59
  to
• 7:59
  condos.
• 7:59
  But
• 7:59
  here's
• 7:59
  the
• 8:00
  thing.
• 8:00
  Many
• 8:01
  families
• 8:01
  don't
• 8:02
  want
• 8:02
  to
• 8:02
  live
• 8:02
  in
• 8:02
  a
• 8:02
  downtown
• 8:03
  condo
• 8:03
  when
• 8:03
  they
• 8:03
  can
• 8:04
  live
• 8:04
  out
• 8:04
  in
• 8:04
  suburbia
• 8:04
  for
• 8:05
  the
• 8:05
  same
• 8:05
  price
• 8:06
  and
• 8:06
  not
• 8:06
  have
• 8:06
  to
• 8:07
  worry
• 8:07
  about
• 8:07
  taking
• 8:07
  two
• 8:08
  kids
• 8:08
  on
• 8:09
  a
• 8:09
  bus
• 8:09
  or
• 8:10
  a
• 8:10
  train
• 8:10
  to
• 8:11
  go
• 8:11
  to
• 8:11
  the
• 8:11
  grocery
• 8:11
  store.
• 8:12
  They
• 8:12
  want
• 8:12
  to
• 8:12
  jump
• 8:13
  in
• 8:13
  their
• 8:13
  car,
• 8:13
  go
• 8:13
  down
• 8:13
  the
• 8:14
  road,
• 8:14
  come
• 8:14
  in
• 8:14
  and
• 8:15
  have
• 8:15
  an
• 8:15
  easy
• 8:15
  in
• 8:16
  and
• 8:16
  out,
• 8:16
  let
• 8:17
  alone
• 8:17
  not
• 8:17
  have
• 8:17
  the
• 8:18
  crime
• 8:18
  problems
• 8:18
  that
• 8:18
  we
• 8:18
  have
• 8:19
  in
• 8:19
  our
• 8:19
  major
• 8:19
  cities
• 8:20
  like
• 8:20
  that
• 8:20
  across
• 8:20
  the
• 8:21
  country.
• 8:21
  So
• 8:22
  I
• 8:22
  think
• 8:22
  that's
• 8:22
  going
• 8:22
  to
• 8:23
  be
• 8:23
  an
• 8:23
  interesting
• 8:24
  one.
• 8:24
  And
• 8:24
  I
• 8:24
  don't
• 8:25
  think
• 8:25
  unless
• 8:26
  they
• 8:26
  come
• 8:26
  up
• 8:26
  with
• 8:27
  really
• 8:27
  affordable
• 8:28
  housing,
• 8:28
  which
• 8:29
  isn't
• 8:29
  gonna
• 8:30
  happen.
• 8:30
  Cause
• 8:30
  it's
• 8:30
  expensive
• 8:31
  to
• 8:31
  work
• 8:31
  in
• 8:31
  a
• 8:31
  downtown
• 8:32
  core.
• 8:33
  I
• 8:33
  don't
• 8:33
  see
• 8:33
  that
• 8:33
  happening
• 8:34
  for
• 8:34
  these
• 8:34
  things.
• 8:34
  So
• 8:35
  I
• 8:35
  think
• 8:35
  it's
• 8:35
  gonna
• 8:35
  be
• 8:35
  a
• 8:35
  bigger
• 8:36
  issue.
• 8:36
  Cities
• 8:37
  that
• 8:37
  get
• 8:37
  their
• 8:37
  crime
• 8:38
  dialed
• 8:38
  in
• 8:39
  will
• 8:40
  have
• 8:40
  a
• 8:40
  better
• 8:41
  chance
• 8:41
  of
• 8:41
  getting
• 8:41
  their
• 8:42
  inner
• 8:42
  core
• 8:43
  built
• 8:43
  back
• 8:43
  up.
• 8:44
  We'll
• 8:44
  see
• 8:44
  what
• 8:45
  happens
• 8:45
  in
• 8:45
  cities
• 8:45
  when
• 8:46
  they
• 8:46
  start
• 8:46
  to
• 8:46
  figure
• 8:46
  this
• 8:46
  out.
• 8:47
  But
• 8:47
  I
• 8:47
  think
• 8:47
  that's
• 8:48
  one
• 8:48
  of
• 8:48
  the
• 8:48
  biggest
• 8:48
  things
• 8:49
  where
• 8:49
  crime,
• 8:49
  drug
• 8:50
  use,
• 8:50
  mental
• 8:50
  health
• 8:50
  care
• 8:51
  is
• 8:52
  rampant
• 8:52
  in
• 8:53
  these
• 8:53
  cities.
• 8:54
  I
• 8:54
  don't
• 8:54
  think
• 8:54
  you're
• 8:54
  going
• 8:54
  to
• 8:55
  see
• 8:55
  people
• 8:55
  wanting
• 8:55
  to
• 8:55
  move
• 8:55
  down
• 8:56
  there.
• 8:56
  Considering
• 8:57
  now
• 8:57
  the
• 8:57
  restaurants,
• 8:58
  the
• 8:58
  businesses,
• 8:59
  the
• 8:59
  stores,
• 9:00
  the
• 9:00
  retail
• 9:01
  places
• 9:01
  are
• 9:01
  closing
• 9:01
  up
• 9:02
  shop
• 9:02
  left
• 9:03
  and
• 9:03
  right
• 9:03
  and
• 9:04
  it's
• 9:04
  leaving
• 9:04
  a
• 9:05
  city
• 9:05
  core
• 9:06
  that
• 9:06
  is
• 9:06
  empty.
• 9:07
  And
• 9:07
  as
• 9:07
  far
• 9:07
  as
• 9:08
  building
• 9:08
  materials
• 9:09
  out
• 9:09
  there,
• 9:09
  we're
• 9:09
  still
• 9:09
  seeing
• 9:10
  some
• 9:10
  pretty
• 9:10
  crazy
• 9:11
  prices
• 9:11
  out
• 9:11
  there.
• 9:12
  Almost
• 9:13
  $19
• 9:13
  a
• 9:14
  sheet
• 9:14
  for
• 9:15
  half
• 9:15
  inch
• 9:15
  drywall.
• 9:16
  Four
• 9:17
  by
• 9:17
  eight.
• 9:17
  You're
• 9:17
  looking
• 9:18
  at
• 9:18
  375
• 9:19
  or
• 9:19
  so
• 9:20
  for.
• 9:21
  Or
• 9:21
  365.
• 9:22
  375
• 9:23
  for
• 9:23
  a
• 9:23
  two
• 9:23
  by
• 9:23
  four.
• 9:24
  You're
• 9:25
  starting
• 9:25
  to
• 9:25
  see
• 9:25
  where
• 9:25
  these
• 9:25
  prices
• 9:26
  are
• 9:26
  still
• 9:27
  staying
• 9:27
  high
• 9:27
  up
• 9:28
  there.
• 9:29
  And
• 9:29
  that's
• 9:29
  gonna
• 9:30
  also
• 9:30
  affect
• 9:30
  things
• 9:31
  because
• 9:31
  I
• 9:32
  tell
• 9:32
  you
• 9:32
  what,
• 9:32
  I
• 9:32
  was
• 9:32
  just
• 9:33
  out
• 9:33
  buying
• 9:33
  some
• 9:33
  trim
• 9:34
  because
• 9:34
  I'm
• 9:34
  working
• 9:34
  on
• 9:35
  my
• 9:35
  house
• 9:35
  right
• 9:35
  now.
• 9:36
  And
• 9:37
  I've
• 9:37
  been
• 9:37
  saving
• 9:38
  some
• 9:38
  money
• 9:39
  buying
• 9:39
  materials
• 9:40
  from
• 9:40
  some
• 9:40
  of
• 9:40
  the
• 9:41
  discount
• 9:41
  lumber
• 9:42
  yards
• 9:42
  in
• 9:42
  my
• 9:42
  area.
• 9:42
  For
• 9:43
  instance,
• 9:44
  I
• 9:44
  use
• 9:44
  a
• 9:44
  place
• 9:44
  called
• 9:45
  Building
• 9:45
  Materials
• 9:45
  Outlet
• 9:46
  where
• 9:46
  I
• 9:46
  get
• 9:46
  a
• 9:47
  lot
• 9:47
  of
• 9:47
  finished
• 9:47
  materials
• 9:48
  that
• 9:48
  I
• 9:48
  can
• 9:48
  get
• 9:48
  that
• 9:48
  are
• 9:49
  they
• 9:49
  buy
• 9:49
  the
• 9:49
  extras
• 9:50
  from
• 9:50
  the
• 9:50
  mill,
• 9:50
  that
• 9:51
  kind
• 9:51
  of
• 9:51
  stuff.
• 9:51
  So
• 9:51
  I
• 9:51
  bought
• 9:52
  some
• 9:52
  rustic
• 9:53
  hemlock
• 9:54
  that's
• 9:54
  really
• 9:54
  cool
• 9:55
  that
• 9:55
  I
• 9:55
  used
• 9:55
  in
• 9:56
  a
• 9:56
  1x6
• 9:57
  shiplap.
• 9:58
  I
• 9:58
  just
• 9:58
  naturally
• 9:59
  stained
• 9:59
  it,
• 9:59
  put
• 10:00
  a
• 10:00
  natural
• 10:00
  Olympic
• 10:01
  sealer
• 10:02
  on
• 10:02
  it
• 10:02
  just
• 10:02
  to
• 10:03
  give
• 10:03
  it
• 10:03
  a
• 10:03
  matte
• 10:03
  finish
• 10:04
  so
• 10:04
  it
• 10:04
  would
• 10:04
  be
• 10:04
  sealed
• 10:05
  up.
• 10:05
  But
• 10:05
  I
• 10:05
  wanted
• 10:05
  that
• 10:05
  natural
• 10:06
  look.
• 10:07
  So
• 10:07
  I
• 10:07
  put
• 10:07
  that
• 10:07
  up.
• 10:08
  I
• 10:08
  got
• 10:08
  it
• 10:08
  for
• 10:08
  41
• 10:09
  cents
• 10:09
  a
• 10:09
  linear
• 10:10
  foot.
• 10:11
  But
• 10:11
  if
• 10:12
  I
• 10:12
  Went
• 10:12
  in
• 10:12
  and
• 10:13
  tried
• 10:13
  to
• 10:13
  buy
• 10:14
  the.
• 10:15
  This
• 10:15
  was
• 10:15
  hemlock.
• 10:15
  So
• 10:16
  I
• 10:16
  bought.
• 10:16
  Tried
• 10:16
  to
• 10:16
  buy
• 10:16
  hemlock
• 10:17
  boards
• 10:17
  basically
• 10:17
  from
• 10:18
  Home
• 10:18
  Depot
• 10:18
  when
• 10:18
  I
• 10:18
  went
• 10:19
  in
• 10:19
  there.
• 10:19
  Holy
• 10:20
  smokes.
• 10:20
  Just
• 10:20
  to
• 10:21
  trim
• 10:21
  out
• 10:21
  two
• 10:21
  windows.
• 10:22
  I
• 10:22
  was
• 10:22
  going
• 10:22
  to
• 10:22
  have
• 10:22
  $200
• 10:24
  in
• 10:24
  the
• 10:25
  trim
• 10:25
  to
• 10:25
  do
• 10:25
  that.
• 10:26
  And
• 10:27
  that
• 10:27
  was
• 10:27
  almost
• 10:27
  as
• 10:28
  much
• 10:28
  as
• 10:28
  the
• 10:29
  900
• 10:29
  lineal
• 10:30
  feet
• 10:31
  of
• 10:31
  material
• 10:31
  that
• 10:32
  I
• 10:32
  got,
• 10:32
  you
• 10:33
  know,
• 10:33
  for
• 10:33
  the
• 10:33
  wall
• 10:34
  systems
• 10:34
  in
• 10:34
  there
• 10:35
  to
• 10:35
  cover
• 10:35
  that
• 10:35
  up
• 10:36
  to
• 10:36
  make
• 10:36
  it
• 10:36
  look
• 10:36
  nice.
• 10:36
  So
• 10:37
  it's
• 10:37
  really
• 10:37
  crazy
• 10:38
  how
• 10:39
  expensive
• 10:39
  this
• 10:39
  stuff
• 10:40
  gets
• 10:40
  out
• 10:40
  there,
• 10:41
  Tom.
• 10:41
  And
• 10:41
  the
• 10:42
  building
• 10:42
  materials
• 10:42
  are
• 10:43
  just
• 10:43
  still
• 10:43
  not
• 10:43
  especially
• 10:44
  when
• 10:44
  it
• 10:44
  comes
• 10:45
  to
• 10:45
  lumber,
• 10:46
  windows,
• 10:46
  everything
• 10:47
  else.
• 10:47
  Yeah,
• 10:47
  it's
• 10:47
  expensive,
• 10:48
  but
• 10:48
  the
• 10:48
  lumber
• 10:48
  is
• 10:49
  still
• 10:49
  way
• 10:49
  high
• 10:49
  priced
• 10:50
  even
• 10:50
  though
• 10:51
  the
• 10:51
  lumber
• 10:51
  futures
• 10:52
  are
• 10:52
  down.
• 10:52
  We'll
• 10:53
  see
• 10:53
  what
• 10:53
  happens
• 10:53
  out
• 10:53
  there.
• 10:54
  A
• 10:54
  2
• 10:54
  by
• 10:55
  4
• 10:55
  by
• 10:55
  8
• 10:55
  walnut
• 10:56
  finished
• 10:56
  piece
• 10:57
  is
• 10:57
  $174
• 10:58
  at
• 10:58
  Home
• 10:58
  Depot.
• 10:59
  Give
• 10:59
  me
• 10:59
  a
• 11:00
  break.
• 11:00
  That's
• 11:01
  insanely
• 11:01
  expensive.
• 11:03
  And
• 11:03
  I
• 11:03
  don't
• 11:03
  think
• 11:03
  it's
• 11:04
  going
• 11:04
  to
• 11:04
  come
• 11:04
  down
• 11:04
  anytime
• 11:05
  soon.
• 11:05
  We're
• 11:06
  going
• 11:06
  to
• 11:06
  have
• 11:06
  to
• 11:06
  see
• 11:06
  lumber
• 11:07
  producers
• 11:07
  out
• 11:07
  there
• 11:08
  really
• 11:08
  get
• 11:09
  after
• 11:09
  it.
• 11:09
  And
• 11:09
  we'll
• 11:09
  have
• 11:10
  to
• 11:10
  see
• 11:10
  what
• 11:10
  the
• 11:10
  lumber
• 11:10
  futures
• 11:11
  prices
• 11:11
  go
• 11:11
  in
• 11:11
  the
• 11:12
  future
• 11:12
  to
• 11:12
  see
• 11:13
  what
• 11:13
  we
• 11:13
  have
• 11:13
  going
• 11:14
  on
• 11:14
  there
• 11:14
  because
• 11:14
  prices
• 11:15
  are
• 11:15
  still
• 11:15
  way
• 11:16
  out
• 11:16
  of
• 11:16
  line
• 11:16
  for
• 11:16
  what
• 11:17
  we
• 11:17
  should
• 11:17
  be
• 11:17
  paying
• 11:18
  for
• 11:18
  building
• 11:18
  materials.
• 11:19
  Now.
• 11:20
  One
• 11:20
  of
• 11:20
  my
• 11:20
  favorite
• 11:21
  places
• 11:21
  to
• 11:21
  go
• 11:22
  to
• 11:22
  find
• 11:22
  a
• 11:23
  good
• 11:23
  deal
• 11:24
  is
• 11:24
  of
• 11:24
  course,
• 11:25
  my
• 11:25
  local
• 11:25
  places
• 11:26
  that
• 11:26
  have
• 11:26
  donations.
• 11:27
  I
• 11:27
  have
• 11:28
  my
• 11:28
  Habitat
• 11:29
  for
• 11:29
  Humanity
• 11:29
  stores
• 11:30
  here
• 11:30
  if
• 11:30
  I'm
• 11:30
  looking
• 11:30
  for
• 11:31
  something
• 11:31
  specific
• 11:32
  or
• 11:32
  I've
• 11:33
  got
• 11:33
  some
• 11:33
  other
• 11:33
  places
• 11:34
  here
• 11:34
  that
• 11:34
  are
• 11:35
  private
• 11:35
  places
• 11:36
  but
• 11:36
  that
• 11:36
  are
• 11:36
  really
• 11:37
  great.
• 11:37
  You
• 11:38
  can
• 11:38
  search
• 11:38
  around
• 11:39
  and
• 11:39
  find
• 11:39
  all
• 11:39
  these
• 11:40
  places.
• 11:40
  And
• 11:40
  I
• 11:41
  love
• 11:41
  the
• 11:41
  kind
• 11:42
  of
• 11:42
  places
• 11:42
  where
• 11:42
  you
• 11:42
  donate
• 11:43
  materials.
• 11:43
  And
• 11:44
  guys,
• 11:44
  make
• 11:45
  sure
• 11:45
  at
• 11:45
  this
• 11:46
  time
• 11:46
  right
• 11:46
  now
• 11:46
  that
• 11:46
  you
• 11:47
  are
• 11:47
  donating
• 11:47
  those
• 11:48
  materials.
• 11:48
  Because
• 11:48
  I
• 11:48
  tell
• 11:49
  you
• 11:49
  what,
• 11:49
  the
• 11:50
  thing
• 11:50
  that
• 11:50
  we
• 11:50
  see,
• 11:50
  and
• 11:50
  we
• 11:51
  talked
• 11:51
  about
• 11:51
  it
• 11:51
  in
• 11:51
  a
• 11:51
  previous
• 11:51
  episode,
• 11:52
  is
• 11:52
  we're
• 11:52
  seeing
• 11:52
  people
• 11:53
  not
• 11:53
  donating
• 11:53
  materials
• 11:54
  because
• 11:54
  they're
• 11:55
  hard
• 11:55
  on
• 11:55
  money
• 11:55
  and
• 11:56
  they
• 11:56
  want
• 11:56
  to
• 11:56
  get
• 11:56
  as
• 11:56
  much
• 11:57
  money
• 11:57
  back
• 11:57
  so
• 11:57
  they
• 11:57
  can
• 11:58
  continue
• 11:58
  the
• 11:58
  project
• 11:59
  here
• 11:59
  in
• 11:59
  Portland.
• 12:00
  My
• 12:00
  favorite
• 12:01
  place
• 12:01
  to
• 12:01
  go
• 12:01
  where
• 12:01
  I
• 12:02
  live
• 12:02
  is
• 12:02
  the
• 12:02
  Rebuilding
• 12:03
  Center.
• 12:03
  They
• 12:04
  really
• 12:04
  help
• 12:04
  their.
• 12:04
  Their
• 12:04
  nonprofit,
• 12:05
  they
• 12:05
  help
• 12:05
  their
• 12:06
  community,
• 12:06
  they
• 12:06
  help
• 12:07
  people
• 12:07
  of
• 12:07
  low
• 12:07
  income
• 12:08
  and
• 12:08
  try
• 12:09
  to
• 12:09
  get
• 12:09
  people
• 12:09
  to
• 12:09
  stay
• 12:09
  in
• 12:10
  their
• 12:10
  house
• 12:10
  as
• 12:10
  long
• 12:10
  as
• 12:10
  possible.
• 12:11
  So
• 12:11
  they
• 12:11
  have
• 12:11
  a
• 12:11
  really
• 12:12
  good
• 12:12
  program,
• 12:12
  including
• 12:13
  classes
• 12:14
  so
• 12:14
  you
• 12:14
  can
• 12:14
  learn.
• 12:15
  It's
• 12:15
  just
• 12:15
  a
• 12:15
  really
• 12:16
  great
• 12:16
  setup.
• 12:17
  So
• 12:18
  make
• 12:18
  sure
• 12:18
  and
• 12:18
  donate
• 12:19
  those
• 12:19
  extra
• 12:19
  materials
• 12:20
  to
• 12:20
  these
• 12:20
  guys
• 12:20
  because
• 12:21
  they're
• 12:21
  really
• 12:22
  hurting
• 12:22
  on
• 12:22
  donations
• 12:23
  out
• 12:23
  there.
• 12:23
  And
• 12:23
  don't
• 12:24
  just
• 12:24
  give
• 12:24
  them
• 12:24
  trash.
• 12:25
  I'm
• 12:25
  going
• 12:25
  to
• 12:25
  be
• 12:25
  taking
• 12:26
  a
• 12:26
  trailer
• 12:27
  load
• 12:27
  down
• 12:27
  to
• 12:27
  them
• 12:28
  when
• 12:28
  I
• 12:28
  get
• 12:28
  done
• 12:29
  with
• 12:29
  my
• 12:29
  house
• 12:29
  here
• 12:30
  and
• 12:30
  donate
• 12:30
  stuff.
• 12:31
  So
• 12:31
  they've
• 12:31
  got
• 12:31
  a
• 12:31
  lot
• 12:31
  of
• 12:31
  materials
• 12:32
  to
• 12:32
  work
• 12:32
  with
• 12:33
  because
• 12:33
  some
• 12:34
  of
• 12:34
  this
• 12:34
  stuff,
• 12:34
  it's
• 12:35
  just
• 12:35
  doesn't
• 12:35
  pay
• 12:36
  to
• 12:36
  store
• 12:36
  it
• 12:36
  and
• 12:37
  I'll
• 12:37
  just
• 12:37
  have
• 12:37
  to
• 12:37
  get
• 12:37
  it
• 12:37
  the
• 12:38
  next
• 12:38
  time
• 12:38
  if
• 12:38
  I
• 12:39
  even
• 12:39
  need
• 12:39
  it.
• 12:40
  Sometimes
• 12:40
  getting
• 12:40
  rid
• 12:41
  of
• 12:41
  it
• 12:41
  is
• 12:41
  the
• 12:41
  best
• 12:42
  way
• 12:42
  to
• 12:42
  save
• 12:42
  money.
• 12:43
  Now
• 12:43
  the
• 12:43
  next
• 12:44
  thing
• 12:44
  here
• 12:44
  is
• 12:44
  I
• 12:45
  another
• 12:45
  one
• 12:45
  of
• 12:45
  my
• 12:45
  favorite
• 12:46
  places
• 12:46
  and
• 12:46
  this
• 12:47
  is
• 12:47
  a
• 12:47
  website
• 12:48
  that
• 12:48
  crawls
• 12:49
  Home
• 12:49
  Depot
• 12:49
  and
• 12:50
  Lowe's
• 12:50
  looking
• 12:51
  for
• 12:51
  closeouts
• 12:52
  and
• 12:53
  it's
• 12:53
  called
• 12:53
  Home
• 12:53
  Depot
• 12:54
  dot
• 12:55
  deal.
• 12:56
  And
• 12:56
  then
• 12:56
  you
• 12:56
  can
• 12:56
  search
• 12:57
  the
• 12:57
  Lowe's
• 12:57
  deals
• 12:58
  and
• 12:58
  the
• 12:58
  Home
• 12:58
  Depot
• 12:58
  deals
• 12:59
  by
• 12:59
  state
• 12:59
  and
• 13:00
  by
• 13:00
  your
• 13:00
  local
• 13:00
  stores
• 13:01
  and
• 13:02
  you
• 13:02
  can
• 13:02
  go
• 13:02
  through
• 13:02
  and
• 13:03
  find
• 13:03
  so
• 13:04
  many
• 13:04
  crazy
• 13:05
  deals
• 13:05
  out
• 13:06
  there.
• 13:06
  And
• 13:07
  so
• 13:07
  all
• 13:07
  you
• 13:07
  do
• 13:07
  is
• 13:07
  go
• 13:07
  to
• 13:08
  that
• 13:08
  and
• 13:08
  then
• 13:08
  pick
• 13:08
  your
• 13:09
  state.
• 13:10
  And
• 13:10
  as
• 13:10
  you
• 13:10
  pick
• 13:11
  your
• 13:11
  state,
• 13:11
  you
• 13:11
  can
• 13:12
  distill
• 13:12
  down
• 13:12
  basically
• 13:13
  to
• 13:13
  whatever
• 13:14
  store
• 13:14
  you're
• 13:15
  looking
• 13:15
  for.
• 13:16
  Like
• 13:16
  Lowe's.
• 13:16
  Right
• 13:16
  now
• 13:17
  in
• 13:17
  my
• 13:17
  area,
• 13:17
  they've
• 13:17
  got
• 13:18
  a
• 13:18
  ton
• 13:18
  of
• 13:18
  stuff
• 13:18
  out
• 13:19
  there
• 13:19
  for
• 13:19
  tile
• 13:20
  and
• 13:20
  lighting
• 13:21
  on
• 13:22
  closeouts.
• 13:22
  Right
• 13:23
  now
• 13:23
  if
• 13:23
  I
• 13:23
  go
• 13:23
  over
• 13:24
  to
• 13:24
  the
• 13:25
  Home
• 13:25
  Depot
• 13:25
  side
• 13:26
  in
• 13:26
  my
• 13:26
  area
• 13:27
  and
• 13:27
  this
• 13:27
  is
• 13:28
  the
• 13:28
  time
• 13:28
  of
• 13:28
  year
• 13:29
  you
• 13:29
  start
• 13:29
  seeing
• 13:29
  the
• 13:29
  resets
• 13:30
  for
• 13:30
  fall
• 13:31
  for
• 13:31
  winter.
• 13:32
  But
• 13:32
  really
• 13:33
  when
• 13:33
  you
• 13:33
  start
• 13:33
  looking
• 13:33
  at
• 13:33
  materials
• 13:34
  like
• 13:34
  that,
• 13:34
  they've
• 13:35
  got
• 13:35
  a
• 13:35
  lot
• 13:35
  of
• 13:35
  ryobi
• 13:36
  stuff,
• 13:36
  some
• 13:36
  DeWalt
• 13:37
  stuff,
• 13:38
  lots
• 13:38
  of
• 13:38
  Milwaukee
• 13:39
  stuff
• 13:39
  that
• 13:39
  they're
• 13:40
  closing
• 13:40
  out,
• 13:40
  bringing
• 13:40
  in
• 13:40
  new
• 13:41
  products.
• 13:42
  So
• 13:42
  a
• 13:42
  lot
• 13:42
  of
• 13:42
  this
• 13:43
  stuff
• 13:43
  is
• 13:43
  50,
• 13:43
  60,
• 13:44
  70%
• 13:44
  off.
• 13:45
  And
• 13:45
  so
• 13:45
  you
• 13:46
  can
• 13:46
  jump
• 13:46
  on
• 13:46
  there
• 13:46
  and
• 13:47
  see
• 13:47
  where
• 13:47
  it's
• 13:47
  at
• 13:47
  and
• 13:48
  run
• 13:48
  down
• 13:48
  to
• 13:48
  the
• 13:48
  store
• 13:49
  quickly
• 13:49
  or
• 13:50
  sometimes
• 13:50
  even
• 13:50
  buy
• 13:50
  it
• 13:51
  online
• 13:51
  and
• 13:52
  they
• 13:52
  can
• 13:52
  grab
• 13:52
  it
• 13:52
  for
• 13:52
  you
• 13:53
  and
• 13:53
  you
• 13:53
  can
• 13:53
  have
• 13:53
  it
• 13:53
  where
• 13:53
  you
• 13:54
  can
• 13:54
  do
• 13:54
  curbside
• 13:54
  pickup.
• 13:55
  So
• 13:55
  all
• 13:55
  of
• 13:56
  these
• 13:56
  things
• 13:56
  can
• 13:56
  be
• 13:56
  great
• 13:57
  for
• 13:57
  you
• 13:57
  in
• 13:58
  saving
• 13:58
  money
• 13:58
  on
• 13:58
  projects
• 13:59
  because
• 13:59
  that's
• 13:59
  what
• 14:00
  it's
• 14:00
  all
• 14:00
  about
• 14:00
  these
• 14:00
  days.
• 14:01
  It's
• 14:01
  hard
• 14:02
  to
• 14:02
  spend
• 14:02
  money
• 14:02
  on
• 14:02
  these
• 14:03
  things.
• 14:03
  It
• 14:03
  gets
• 14:03
  expensive
• 14:04
  and
• 14:04
  I
• 14:04
  know
• 14:05
  the
• 14:05
  pain
• 14:05
  you're
• 14:05
  going
• 14:05
  through
• 14:06
  because
• 14:06
  I'm
• 14:06
  doing
• 14:06
  it
• 14:06
  myself
• 14:07
  on
• 14:07
  my
• 14:08
  own
• 14:08
  projects.
• 14:09
  All
• 14:09
  right
• 14:09
  everybody,
• 14:09
  I
• 14:09
  gotta
• 14:10
  get
• 14:10
  back
• 14:10
  to
• 14:10
  my
• 14:10
  house.
• 14:10
  I
• 14:11
  am
• 14:11
  on
• 14:11
  a
• 14:11
  two
• 14:11
  week
• 14:12
  push
• 14:12
  right
• 14:12
  now
• 14:13
  to
