- 0:06Speaker 1: All right, guys, we are in a bull run. The
- 0:07Speaker 1: question is going to be how long does this bull
- 0:09Speaker 1: run last? What is the move that bitcoin is currently undertaking.
- 0:12Speaker 1: We'll break it all down for you guys today. My
- 0:14Speaker 1: name is Paul Berreo. Welcome back in the tech path.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I want to thank our sponsor today and that is
- 0:18Speaker 1: marj X. If you guys are looking at going into.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Crypto trading, you want to do it in a little
- 0:21Speaker 2: different way, you can.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Do it over at marjax dot com. Very easy to

- 0:29Speaker 1: to make it easier for first time users. So of
- 0:32Speaker 1: course you guys can do things like copy trading, very
- 0:35Speaker 1: easy to follow other traders and how they're performing, and
- 0:38Speaker 1: get a chance to kind of watch how their performance
- 0:41Speaker 1: has been. I think that's a big advantage. I think
- 0:43Speaker 1: when you look at moving into the market, especially if
- 0:46Speaker 1: you're branding to crypto, this is a great place. One
- 0:49Speaker 1: thing you can do here, guys, is go ahead and
- 0:51Speaker 1: make these trades go into self custody. You've probably heard
- 0:54Speaker 1: us say that before. Their platform is pretty easy to
- 0:57Speaker 1: check out. Plus, if you're going into this, you'll recognize this.
- 1:00Speaker 1: It's a normal dashboard, very easy to trade and do
- 1:05Speaker 1: trading within the copy trading as well, So check it out.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Use our link down below. We'll give you a little
- 1:09Speaker 1: bit of a discount and of course claim some bonuses.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Make sure and use the code once you're logged in.
- 1:14Speaker 1: So we leave the instructions down below.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Today we're going to dive in a little deeper.
- 1:18Speaker 1: And I think one of the things that I want
- 1:21Speaker 1: to get into has really been around whether or not
- 1:25Speaker 1: this bull run is going to last long? What would
- 1:27Speaker 1: we see if the market is shifts quickly? And I
- 1:31Speaker 1: wanted to bring on a gentleman by the name of
- 1:33Speaker 1: Chris Fromillion who has been talking about this for quite
- 1:36Speaker 1: some time.
- 1:37Speaker 2: So Chris, welcome into the show. How are you.
- 1:39Speaker 3: I'm good, Paul, thanks for having me on the show.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Pleasure excellent. So technical Traders, just a quick rundown. What
- 1:45Speaker 1: does technical traders do? How do you guys work your
- 1:48Speaker 1: business so we can kind of understand where you're coming from.
- 1:51Speaker 4: Yeah, from a high level, I'm a technical trader. Meeting,
- 1:53Speaker 4: I just follow price. I don't care about news. I
- 1:56Speaker 4: follow price, money flows, cycles, sentiment, things like that, and
- 1:59Speaker 4: I really just invest my own money and I share
- 2:01Speaker 4: it as a newsletter at the technical traders. So I
- 2:03Speaker 4: analyze the markets and I share my ETF trades for
- 2:06Speaker 4: anyone to copy what I do. I write the cotails
- 2:08Speaker 4: in the markets, people write my cotails and that's it.
- 2:12Speaker 3: I like it.
- 2:13Speaker 1: I like it, well, excellent, Well, I'm gonna have to
- 2:15Speaker 1: jump on your newsletter for sure. I want to get
- 2:17Speaker 1: into a few points right now, where the market currently is. Obviously,
- 2:21Speaker 1: the S and P now at twenty six percent year
- 2:24Speaker 1: to date. Let me kind of zoom in on that
- 2:25Speaker 1: for everybody best. And this is on track now to
- 2:28Speaker 1: post its best election year performance in eighty eight years.
- 2:32Speaker 1: So the index is now returned more than during the
- 2:34Speaker 1: previous three election years combined. Pretty significant when you look
- 2:38Speaker 1: at the performance right now, if where the market stands,
- 2:41Speaker 1: and we're going to get into a lot of you know,
- 2:43Speaker 1: some crypto related stuff, but in general, a lot of
- 2:47Speaker 1: the sensitivities of the market relate to what's happening in
- 2:50Speaker 1: the crypto markets as well. When you look at the
- 2:53Speaker 1: current market right now, is this going to be kind
- 2:56Speaker 1: of the Tom Lee vision of we are still in
- 2:58Speaker 1: the early runs, or is this.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Something that you're a little bit more concerned about right now.
- 3:05Speaker 4: I'm concerned longer term to look out like twenty twenty five.
- 3:07Speaker 4: I think by the end of twenty twenty five, I
- 3:09Speaker 4: think it's gonna be a very difficult year for investors.
- 3:12Speaker 4: I think the equities markets are going to soften and
- 3:14Speaker 4: roll over. I think we're going to see a recession
- 3:16Speaker 4: really kick in. So I think it's gonna be very painful.
- 3:19Speaker 4: But in the short term, we've got money flowing into
- 3:22Speaker 4: the stock market. It's a broad market rally this time,
- 3:24Speaker 4: so we've got money piling into all the aggressive spaces,
- 3:28Speaker 4: into into cryptos, into lithium, uranium stocks, gold miners, money's
- 3:32Speaker 4: just going into small caps in general. So this is
- 3:35Speaker 4: a good sign. So, you know, Trump and Elon Moore
- 3:37Speaker 4: or less like, I kind of think of them as
- 3:38Speaker 4: a combo. They're pushing and got people all worked up,
- 3:41Speaker 4: and so this seasonality wise, is a very strong push
- 3:44Speaker 4: into the end of the year.
- 3:46Speaker 3: So I do think we're going to see.
- 3:47Speaker 4: The markets want to hold up or continue to go
- 3:49Speaker 4: higher into the end of the year come January. Though
- 3:52Speaker 4: generally with a monthly chart, if you look at the
- 3:54Speaker 4: SP five hundred, wherever January closes, if it's positive, it
- 3:57Speaker 4: should be a positive year for equities. If it's negative,
- 4:00Speaker 4: of at the end of January, it's usually a negative
- 4:02Speaker 4: year for the markets.
- 4:03Speaker 3: So it's gonna be very interesting to see how all
- 4:05Speaker 3: that shakes out in the long run. And I'm long
- 4:08Speaker 3: term bearage.
- 4:09Speaker 4: I think things are going to get ugly, but I'm
- 4:11Speaker 4: still a long in the market, so you can't fight
- 4:13Speaker 4: this trend.
- 4:13Speaker 1: So you got to write right, all right, Well, let's
- 4:16Speaker 1: break that down a little bit, because I think this
- 4:18Speaker 1: is some good advice in the sense of being able
- 4:21Speaker 1: to manage risk because a lot of people are going
- 4:24Speaker 1: to be piling into what we've seen has pretty much
- 4:27Speaker 1: been this wall of capital that everybody has been talking
- 4:30Speaker 1: about for the past six months. Maybe now it is
- 4:33Speaker 1: finally here. Do you think this runs well into the
- 4:37Speaker 1: first quarter or you had mentioned January.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Kind of take a look at the S and P
- 4:41Speaker 2: at that time.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Do you think this can go after Trump is inaugurated
- 4:45Speaker 1: and we start to see maybe some regulatory framework get
- 4:48Speaker 1: aligned and maybe some of the risk assets like cryptos
- 4:51Speaker 1: starting to benefit from that.
- 4:53Speaker 2: What are your thoughts?
- 4:55Speaker 4: Yeah, I think this could have a little bit of
- 4:56Speaker 4: legs behind it. The market always has a way of
- 4:58Speaker 4: dragging things out, and I think as Trump moves in,
- 5:01Speaker 4: people will probably continue to be more bullish and feel
- 5:04Speaker 4: like they want to risk money they I think people
- 5:06Speaker 4: are looking at as a good spot. So again, I
- 5:09Speaker 4: think it comes down to how is January going to close?
- 5:12Speaker 4: And that's still a long ways away, that's two and
- 5:14Speaker 4: a half months away. A lot can happen. This momentum
- 5:16Speaker 4: of everybody all worked up and excited about the election
- 5:19Speaker 4: or hating the election, betting what side you're on. You know,
- 5:23Speaker 4: this emotion takes a while to work out of the system,
- 5:25Speaker 4: and portfolios are still trying to recalibrate and rebalance and everything.
- 5:29Speaker 4: So I think we just need to let the sentiment
- 5:31Speaker 4: and the emotions fizzle out and people rebalance, and then
- 5:33Speaker 4: from there we'll see how it goes. So I'm bullish,
- 5:36Speaker 4: I think into January. I don't know how January is
- 5:38Speaker 4: going to end. I have a bearish feel to it,
- 5:40Speaker 4: But that's about it.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I want to get into why you think the latter
- 5:45Speaker 1: part of twenty five could get a little dicey for
- 5:48Speaker 1: not only the economy, but maybe the global scale as
- 5:51Speaker 1: well around some other trading factors out there. But I
- 5:55Speaker 1: want to jump into a couple points here. Crypto market
- 5:58Speaker 1: now extreme greed, they see some de leveraging before the
- 6:01Speaker 1: one hundred k. Many people have been kind of talking
- 6:03Speaker 1: about this right now. Last time we saw a score
- 6:06Speaker 1: of eighty was on April ninth, when we saw the
- 6:09Speaker 1: last real run, especially in the risk assets, a lot
- 6:12Speaker 1: of the all coins that many.
- 6:14Speaker 2: People watch our show for. But if you look at this.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Cycle too, do you think bitcoin is going to continue
- 6:20Speaker 1: to track with the S and P because it has
- 6:23Speaker 1: not deviated as of yet.
- 6:26Speaker 4: I still see bitcoin as its own I look at
- 6:30Speaker 4: almost every asset class and every investment as its own thing,
- 6:33Speaker 4: and yeah, it might be tracking with it, but I
- 6:35Speaker 4: still always kind of follow what that asset is doing.
- 6:38Speaker 4: So like, I really like bitcoin. I haven't bought bitcoin
- 6:40Speaker 4: in like ten years, and I bought some last week,
- 6:43Speaker 4: and simply because the monthly chart has got the most
- 6:46Speaker 4: beautiful jar pattern I have seen and I don't know
- 6:48Speaker 4: how long. So I told everybody, I'm like, I'm buying
- 6:50Speaker 4: it's a bitcoin, And of course it's it's popping and
- 6:53Speaker 4: rallying because it shows where the first target was eighty
- 6:56Speaker 4: seven nine hundred, which we hit. You know, yesterday, and
- 7:00Speaker 4: the next one is one hundred and twelve thousand is
- 7:03Speaker 4: the next upside for bitcoin, and it looks like it's
- 7:05Speaker 4: going to muscle its way up there from based on
- 7:07Speaker 4: the chart. So I like Bitcoin in terms of what
- 7:11Speaker 4: is doing. I think it's going to perform very well
- 7:13Speaker 4: going forward.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Very cool.
- 7:15Speaker 1: So a couple of points you hit on is next
- 7:18Speaker 1: price targets. Here a billion in leverage crypto positions were
- 7:21Speaker 1: liquidated yesterday. This could be even further into liquidations around
- 7:26Speaker 1: especially around logs. Right now with bitcoin performing again almost
- 7:29Speaker 1: clipping into eighty nine thousand again, I think as we're
- 7:32Speaker 1: maybe filming this, we've already eclipsed that. When you look
- 7:36Speaker 1: at the next two months, as you had mentioned earlier,
- 7:39Speaker 1: you like the the let's say above one hundred k.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Do you feel like bitcoin is in a position to
- 7:46Speaker 1: maybe run a little bit further like some analysts, I mean,
- 7:49Speaker 1: Tom Lee has been on record many times saying he
- 7:52Speaker 1: feels like we could be in maybe in the two
- 7:55Speaker 1: hundred k point of where bitcoin could be for twenty
- 7:58Speaker 1: twenty five.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Do you think it's that strong?
- 8:02Speaker 3: I think it's going to go to one twelve. I
- 8:04Speaker 3: really do think.
- 8:05Speaker 4: I think it's going to Muscless way there can it
- 8:06Speaker 4: go a whole lot higher. So, like one caveat, I'm
- 8:09Speaker 4: not a huge crypto guy. My specialty is on the
- 8:12Speaker 4: SP five hundred bonds, the US dollar index. I can
- 8:16Speaker 4: navigate those and manage risk and positions very well. Crypto
- 8:19Speaker 4: is not my space. The only reason I'm in crypto
- 8:22Speaker 4: and bitcoin specifically right now is simply because from a
- 8:25Speaker 4: technical standpoint, the charts are pretty much as perfect as
- 8:29Speaker 4: it gets, and so it's a trade opportunity. I'm not
- 8:32Speaker 4: looking at this as a long term investment. That's not
- 8:34Speaker 4: how I view crypto. I'm moving in as a as
- 8:37Speaker 4: a short term aggressive investment. I think it has potential
- 8:41Speaker 4: to go much higher, So there's tons of potential. I
- 8:45Speaker 4: look at it one step out of time, one stair step,
- 8:47Speaker 4: one pattern at a time, and I kind of will
- 8:49Speaker 4: play it that way versus kind of just buy and
- 8:51Speaker 4: hunker down.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Once bitcoin hits that one twelve range, I want to
- 8:55Speaker 1: come back and kind of find out where your thoughts
- 8:58Speaker 1: are at that point, because you're right right now. What
- 9:00Speaker 1: we're seeing is a lot of active traders in the
- 9:02Speaker 1: market that aren't typical crypto people, but are starting to
- 9:05Speaker 1: move into this risk asset Blackrock. Of course, their ETFs
- 9:09Speaker 1: are passed a one point five billion envolument. It's first
- 9:12Speaker 1: hour of trading, so this again was more news and
- 9:16Speaker 1: more mainstream. Are you seeing more traditional traders like yourself
- 9:21Speaker 1: making this trade right now? Are they continuing to pour
- 9:23Speaker 1: in to the SMP.
- 9:28Speaker 4: I yeah, I think we're seeing. I think we're seeing
- 9:31Speaker 4: a lot more people move in into crypto simply because
- 9:34Speaker 4: now there's a whole bunch of ETFs. So now it's
- 9:36Speaker 4: really easy, right, I mean, and because there's so many,
- 9:39Speaker 4: it feels like it's normal.
- 9:41Speaker 3: I don't know, it's just.
- 9:43Speaker 4: You have kind of picking your litter between the ETF
- 9:45Speaker 4: or the type of fun that you can manage and follow.
- 9:48Speaker 4: So people are getting more comfortable with it, and I
- 9:50Speaker 4: guess the followers of people that I talk about or
- 9:53Speaker 4: talk with, we see it from a more like a
- 9:56Speaker 4: very logical standpoint. There's a reason to get in now,
- 9:58Speaker 4: right now, specifically because it's minute. It's showing that we
- 10:01Speaker 4: should see this forty eight percent rally over the next
- 10:03Speaker 4: two to three months potentially, and that's what we got
- 10:06Speaker 4: positioned for last week.
- 10:07Speaker 3: So that's why the people that I follow We're.
- 10:09Speaker 4: Not heavy into it at all, but this is kind
- 10:12Speaker 4: of like, this is an opportunity to put some money
- 10:14Speaker 4: to work, and it should have like kind of rocket
- 10:17Speaker 4: ship elon Musk kind of take off.
- 10:18Speaker 3: Here it shoots up to one twelve.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Here's Eric balshunas he's been our show many times. Of
- 10:25Speaker 1: course we call him the ETF ZAR. But ninety billion
- 10:29Speaker 1: in assets after yesterday's six billion jump billion and inflows,
- 10:33Speaker 1: five bill in market appreciation, seventy two percent of the
- 10:36Speaker 1: way to passing Gold's ETF That's my next question. Bitcoin
- 10:41Speaker 1: surpasses silver. Now we're looking at possibly taking I say
- 10:46Speaker 1: we meaning bitcoin the asset class starting to really challenge gold.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Do you think gold has pretty much run its course
- 10:53Speaker 1: right now or do you think there's still some opportunity
- 10:55Speaker 1: here with gold long term?
- 10:59Speaker 4: I think gold has more or less run its course.
- 11:01Speaker 4: And kind of to tie back to a question you
- 11:03Speaker 4: asked a little while ago I didn't quite answer, is
- 11:05Speaker 4: why do I feel like there's like twenty twenty five
- 11:08Speaker 4: is going to have some headwinds. I think a big
- 11:10Speaker 4: chunk of it comes back to gold, which is I
- 11:13Speaker 4: look at gold as the planet like a hive mentality
- 11:17Speaker 4: when gold goes up. We saw this in two thousand
- 11:19Speaker 4: and seven. Gold took off and rallied just before we
- 11:22Speaker 4: had a financial crisis, before the bubble and equities and
- 11:26Speaker 4: housing burst, and we've we're seen the exact same type
- 11:29Speaker 4: of run in gold, and so gold is the whole
- 11:31Speaker 4: world getting nervous about things. There's war going on, there's
- 11:35Speaker 4: current huge currency shifts. Still, a lot of people think
- 11:38Speaker 4: there's a bubble in the equities market, there's a bubble
- 11:40Speaker 4: in real estate, and so people are trying to get
- 11:42Speaker 4: out of the financially irregulated stuff, and they're like, give
- 11:45Speaker 4: me bitcoin, give me gold, give me something different, right,
- 11:48Speaker 4: And so gold's come to life, and that is like
- 11:51Speaker 4: the big warning sign that I think we're going to
- 11:53Speaker 4: get into tough times. And I think bitcoin and gold
- 11:57Speaker 4: are gonna have some very interesting price action. I don't
- 11:59Speaker 4: know how bitcoin will in crypto's will be affected during
- 12:03Speaker 4: a big bear market, if they're going to get pulled
- 12:05Speaker 4: down with it. I do believe gold's going to get
- 12:08Speaker 4: pulled back probably twenty five thirty five percent with this.
- 12:11Speaker 4: In twenty twenty five. I think gold has hit a
- 12:14Speaker 4: measured move from two thousand and one to the two
- 12:16Speaker 4: thousand and eleven high if you use Fibonacci extensions, twenty
- 12:20Speaker 4: seven to fifty was the peak that gold should reach
- 12:23Speaker 4: and then something is going to change. And so we
- 12:25Speaker 4: just hit that this month in gold starting to pull
- 12:28Speaker 4: back doesn't mean it's fully topped. It's just saying that
- 12:31Speaker 4: move that fifteen year pattern has now moved, is unfolded,
- 12:34Speaker 4: and so now you really have to be like, Okay,
- 12:37Speaker 4: gold kind of play is done. I think maybe money's
- 12:40Speaker 4: now flowing out of gold and going to go into
- 12:42Speaker 4: crypto for and it's going to have this big leg up.
- 12:45Speaker 4: So I think we're seeing slashing effect of now it's
- 12:47Speaker 4: coming out of gold slashing into crypto kind of in
- 12:50Speaker 4: that way.
- 12:52Speaker 1: With that being the case, and you look at what's
- 12:54Speaker 1: going on within the bricks Nations, they've came out very
- 12:58Speaker 1: bullish around gold is a reserve capital for what they're
- 13:02Speaker 1: trying to do. They're also starting to line up with
- 13:05Speaker 1: some of the digital assets, bitcoin being one of them.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Looking at these and you mentioned the potential here of
- 13:11Speaker 1: a very risk off scenario playing out into twenty twenty five.
- 13:16Speaker 1: First of all, what do you think is going to
- 13:17Speaker 1: lead us into that? Do you feel like it's this
- 13:19Speaker 1: whole tariff concept with what Trump is trying to implement
- 13:23Speaker 1: that could spin us into there where the Fed starts
- 13:25Speaker 1: having to hike rates again. What are your thoughts there,
- 13:28Speaker 1: What are some of the causation scenarios.
- 13:31Speaker 4: Yeah, there's a lot of stuff that could come into
- 13:34Speaker 4: play there, but generally, look at the stuff that I'm
- 13:36Speaker 4: looking at that the economy is slowly grinding to a
- 13:39Speaker 4: halt is we're seeing more or less consumer in the States.
- 13:43Speaker 4: We're seeing savings excess savings has depleted, so people have
- 13:48Speaker 4: burnt through their savings. We're now seeing the highest level
- 13:51Speaker 4: of credit cards being maxed out and being delinquent, so
- 13:54Speaker 4: people can't pay pay them off. They're just they're giving
- 13:57Speaker 4: up on it. So that's the first thing that people
- 13:59Speaker 4: stop paying is usually their credit card. And now we're
- 14:02Speaker 4: seeing commercial mortgages or defaulting, which have been rocketing higher
- 14:05Speaker 4: for a while. Now, residential is going We're seeing unemployments
- 14:08Speaker 4: slowly start to build up. We're seeing layoffs, less jobs
- 14:12Speaker 4: in manufacturing, which is like a three to six month
- 14:15Speaker 4: lead time for the economy. And so there's a whole
- 14:19Speaker 4: bunch of other stuff, But to me, it's the momentum
- 14:21Speaker 4: is styling out. The housing market has been really soft.
- 14:24Speaker 4: There's a million homes for sale, millions of homes they're
- 14:27Speaker 4: not selling because nobody wants to lower their price, and
- 14:30Speaker 4: so the bottom is about to fall out of the
- 14:32Speaker 4: housing market and it's going to collapse. It's going to
- 14:34Speaker 4: create a lot of fearful money, so it'll be you know,
- 14:37Speaker 4: I think all of these things are just telling us
- 14:39Speaker 4: that this economic tide, this cycle, even though there's an
- 14:43Speaker 4: election creating a bump up, there's bigger cycles in the
- 14:47Speaker 4: world and the universe kind of at play that you
- 14:49Speaker 4: really can maybe stretch a little bit longer, but they're
- 14:51Speaker 4: going to come around and pull the markets down. And
- 14:53Speaker 4: I believe that cycle is like almost about to pull
- 14:57Speaker 4: the rest of the economy down once that. I think
- 14:59Speaker 4: the Trump kind of pop or bump is kind of done.
- 15:03Speaker 1: So if you're right, and Chris, if you are right
- 15:06Speaker 1: on this, and you've got the Fed coming in with
- 15:09Speaker 1: another quarter point just last week, most likely people are
- 15:13Speaker 1: now pointing to December giving us another quarter point. That's
- 15:16Speaker 1: a full point in what we've seen in the FED funds. Right, sure, Yeah,
- 15:22Speaker 1: I would say inflation is somewhat checked right now, But
- 15:25Speaker 1: I don't know that we've seen real data yet to
- 15:27Speaker 1: give us a full insight. And plus we're also in
- 15:29Speaker 1: the holiday season, so it's going to be difficult to measure.
- 15:31Speaker 1: But do you think Chair Powell made the right decision?
- 15:36Speaker 1: Do you think, because the way you're talking, it sounds
- 15:38Speaker 1: like maybe he went out a little bit early on
- 15:40Speaker 1: this in terms of the ray cuts.
- 15:43Speaker 4: Yeah, I think the Fed's always been way behind the ball,
- 15:45Speaker 4: and this time I think they're like they're trying to
- 15:48Speaker 4: be They're way in front of the ball, like they're
- 15:49Speaker 4: they're already cutting. Like usually in my experience, like the
- 15:53Speaker 4: ray cuts don't really come until there's like blood on
- 15:56Speaker 4: Wall Street and it's brutal, right, like layoffs and all
- 16:00Speaker 4: that stuff, And here the FED is just like firing
- 16:02Speaker 4: off these rate cuts like nothing. They've got so many
- 16:06Speaker 4: bullets in their gun now that they're just like Almo.
- 16:08Speaker 4: I feel like they're almost wasting them there because I
- 16:10Speaker 4: think they're going to need them. I think things are
- 16:11Speaker 4: going to get ugly. So I think they're ahead of
- 16:14Speaker 4: themselves and that is helping kind of boost the markets,
- 16:18Speaker 4: the equities markets, and hold things up. But again I
- 16:22Speaker 4: don't really care what they do so much because eventually
- 16:25Speaker 4: this cycle is coming into play and it doesn't matter
- 16:27Speaker 4: how much they cut, we still go into a financial
- 16:29Speaker 4: reset and all they're doing is trying to reduce the
- 16:33Speaker 4: damage a bit. But again, there's big things at play
- 16:36Speaker 4: that all they can do is kind of try to
- 16:38Speaker 4: slow and cushion things. But I don't think they can stop,
- 16:40Speaker 4: you know, massive tides.
- 16:42Speaker 1: So Chris, you look at, you know, the opportunity here
- 16:45Speaker 1: that's in front of us right now. There is going
- 16:47Speaker 1: to be possibly some short term gains in this bull
- 16:50Speaker 1: market that we're in the middle of.
- 16:52Speaker 2: How long that.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Lasts is still up in the air. But what you're
- 16:55Speaker 1: getting at is that we are going to see a
- 16:57Speaker 1: correction when that occurs. And if you are right, where
- 17:01Speaker 1: would you be looking at because that's going to where
- 17:03Speaker 1: any of these corrections that's what creates great wealth because
- 17:06Speaker 1: these markets suppressed down dramatically.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Would you be looking at.
- 17:10Speaker 1: You know, some of the fixed assets like real estate,
- 17:12Speaker 1: would you be looking at going back into precious metals
- 17:15Speaker 1: or possibly even the digital assets if they're suppressed, or
- 17:18Speaker 1: just back into the S and P. How would you
- 17:20Speaker 1: guys play that, you know, kind of looking forward here
- 17:22Speaker 1: in case the market really does crash.
- 17:25Speaker 4: Yeah, so when the market eventually, it's just a matter
- 17:28Speaker 4: of time of when it crashes and where the top is.
- 17:30Speaker 4: But eventually, when it crashes, the key is to identify
- 17:33Speaker 4: when it happens and then have an asset to move to. So,
- 17:37Speaker 4: for all we know, bonds like TLT could be actually
- 17:39Speaker 4: a good play while the stock market is falling. When
- 17:42Speaker 4: the stock market falls enough and it enters a full fledge,
- 17:45Speaker 4: what I call is a stage four decline. This is
- 17:47Speaker 4: like a financial crisis phase. You can take advantage of
- 17:51Speaker 4: a falling market with inverse CTFs. Generally you don't really
- 17:54Speaker 4: want to buy stocks, you don't want to buy really
- 17:56Speaker 4: anything because almost all assets go down. So your best
- 17:59Speaker 4: to take advantage from the tide constantly going down. So
- 18:02Speaker 4: bet with the markets, meaning I want you want it
- 18:05Speaker 4: to fall. And then once the market does bottom, it
- 18:08Speaker 4: is going to be a game changer. People who preserve
- 18:10Speaker 4: their wealth, who avoid the crash, either sitting in casher
- 18:14Speaker 4: or taking advantage and profiting from collapsing pricing. You'll take
- 18:17Speaker 4: all that money and there's going to be tons of opportunity.
- 18:20Speaker 4: You'll be able to buy into dividend stocks, you'll be
- 18:22Speaker 4: able to buy into precious metals, miners, uranium stocks probably.
- 18:25Speaker 4: I would think a lot of cryptos are going to
- 18:27Speaker 4: get beat up. I still believe when there is mass
- 18:30Speaker 4: selling and panic in the market, it pulls almost all
- 18:32Speaker 4: assets down. People just get scared and they liquidate and
- 18:36Speaker 4: the markets fall like four to seven times faster than
- 18:39Speaker 4: they rise. So it's all about riding this up, identifying
- 18:42Speaker 4: a top in the market, preserving your capital, and then
- 18:45Speaker 4: redeploying it. As you just said, once the bottom is formed,
- 18:49Speaker 4: moving into whichever one's you know. I think gold and
- 18:51Speaker 4: potentially crypto of it's similar to the gold space will
- 18:54Speaker 4: probably bottom way before the equities market does. Housing market
- 18:57Speaker 4: will probably take another year or two after the bare
- 19:00Speaker 4: market is done. Housing is a slower beast, so everything's
- 19:03Speaker 4: going to have its sweet spot. So you just have
- 19:04Speaker 4: to kind of navigate the best opportunity at any given time.
- 19:07Speaker 4: But real estate is going to be one of my favorites.
- 19:09Speaker 3: I love it.
- 19:10Speaker 4: Get into multifamily. You can buy them at fair market
- 19:13Speaker 4: value or below market value, and it's a good, good bones.
- 19:16Speaker 4: You've got an amazing cash stream for.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Life, no doubt about it.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Well, one of the best investments out there for sure.
