- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know after six o'clock on
- 0:04Speaker 1: this Wednesday morning. Appreciate you being here. Ricky Sanchez has
- 0:07Speaker 1: those three things presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 0:10Speaker 2: This is a bummer, but Julie Andrews has confirmed that
- 0:13Speaker 2: she will not be in Princess Diaries three.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Julie plays the.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Queen in the first two movies, and despite being asked
- 0:20Speaker 2: repeatedly to come back, she has decided not to. She
- 0:23Speaker 2: said it was a tough, tough no, but she's retired
- 0:26Speaker 2: and she doesn't feel like the movie actually needs her anymore.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Princess diarys three is officially on the way. We do
- 0:32Speaker 2: not have a premiere date. Last we heard from Anne Hathaway,
- 0:36Speaker 2: they are reworking things and kind of rewriting. I wonder
- 0:40Speaker 2: if this is why this is me having that realization
- 0:43Speaker 2: in real time right now that maybe they had to
- 0:46Speaker 2: rework and rewrite things because Julie Andrews decided she wasn't
- 0:50Speaker 2: going to come back. Okay, yeah, that might be a thing.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Who knows. But we do not have a premier date yet.
- 0:56Speaker 2: We just know what is going to happen. I will
- 0:58Speaker 2: keep you updated when we know more information. Vanderbilt Football
- 1:01Speaker 2: announced that season tickets are sold out for this upcoming season,
- 1:06Speaker 2: but you can still buy non conference single game tickets,
- 1:09Speaker 2: four packs and mini plans. They are going to put
- 1:12Speaker 2: single game SEC single game tickets are going to go
- 1:15Speaker 2: on sale later this month, so make sure you're prepared
- 1:18Speaker 2: for that. If you want to go to a game,
- 1:19Speaker 2: you gotta be in quick. You gotta be ready to go.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Uh.
- 1:23Speaker 2: If you're interested in supporting, just be aware of that
- 1:26Speaker 2: because it's I have a feeling they're gonna sell out
- 1:28Speaker 2: pretty quickly as well. And Lows. They have a new
- 1:32Speaker 2: sparkly mini bucket that's available in stores. It doesn't really
- 1:36Speaker 2: hold much, okay, it has a point thirty seven core capacity.
- 1:42Speaker 2: It's itty bitty, teeny tiny. It's just like their viral
- 1:45Speaker 2: pink mini buckets that they had. Everybody loved them so much.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Just these are kind of like a glittery upgrade. They
- 1:52Speaker 2: sold out on a bunch of stores and online, So
- 1:55Speaker 2: if you see them in the wild, consider yourself lucky.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Snatch it up because you may not ever see it again.
- 2:01Speaker 2: If you're into that. A lot of people use them
- 2:03Speaker 2: as like little mini gifts. They put like stuff inside
- 2:06Speaker 2: of them as like a gift bag kind of thing. Yeah,
- 2:10Speaker 2: but if you find one, grab it, because they don't
- 2:13Speaker 2: look like it's coming back. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those
- 2:15Speaker 2: are the three things you need to know.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Appreciate your Ricky. Here's Olivia Rodrigo. We're about ten minutes
- 2:20Speaker 1: away from asking for the first call or the day.
- 2:21Speaker 1: We've got music City Brewers, fast tickets again. Today, we've
- 2:24Speaker 1: got these all weekends coming up on the twenty second.

- 2:30Speaker 1: over here at the river hangtied about ten minutes. Well,
- 2:32Speaker 1: that's gonna called.
- 2:33Speaker 4: Ricky zachon Mano in the morning.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Jamie. I know this is early. I know you're just
- 2:37Speaker 2: driving around an old hickory. But I have a question
- 2:40Speaker 2: for you. Oh yes, what's your favorite beer?
- 2:44Speaker 4: Beer? Yeah?
- 2:47Speaker 1: Well, uh probably old school Budweiser.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Okay, old school Budweiser. I like you, I'm not expecting that.
- 2:58Speaker 2: I'm not gonna lie to you, Jamie.
- 3:01Speaker 1: What's your favorite Let's okay, let's put beer to the side.
- 3:05Speaker 1: What's your what's your favorite drink in general? Like, you know,
- 3:08Speaker 1: adult beverage.
- 3:10Speaker 5: Along all O.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Don't play with me.
- 3:13Speaker 2: That is that's go to whenever he goes to an airport,
- 3:17Speaker 2: he has to get an l I c never anywhere
- 3:19Speaker 2: else but at an airport.
- 3:22Speaker 1: I don't know why.
- 3:22Speaker 5: I literally have never ordered it at like a restaurant
- 3:25Speaker 5: or a bar. It's only in the airport, special.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Airport, I guess. So I don't know, Jamie.
- 3:34Speaker 3: I'm just getting a drink before the fly.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Absolutely, it doesn't matter if it's in the morning. It's uh, it's.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Rights, that's just flying, Yeah, for sure. I mean there's
- 3:46Speaker 2: way more relaxing drinks than you could have that are
- 3:49Speaker 2: not long island.
- 3:50Speaker 3: I ski.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Well, Jamie, I know, I know that it's early, but
- 3:56Speaker 2: I asked them because we have these tickets for Music
- 3:58Speaker 2: City Brewers Fast for the first call of the day,
- 4:01Speaker 2: and you are the first color of the day on
- 4:04Speaker 2: one of seven five the river. I can grasp Yay,
- 4:07Speaker 2: I'm so excited.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Oh good, it's happening like a week and a half,
- 4:11Speaker 1: not this Saturday, the following Saturday. That's the twenty second
- 4:13Speaker 1: at Music City Walk of Fame. It's gonna be a
- 4:16Speaker 1: party out there. Congratulations.
- 4:17Speaker 5: Oh, I'm so excited.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Thank you so much, you are so well. I can't wait.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Hopefully it's a really nice day. Hopefully it's not too
- 4:25Speaker 2: hot out, but if it is, make sure you drink
- 4:27Speaker 2: water along with the Budweiser. Okay, and yes, Budwiser's Cadig water. Yeahway,
- 4:37Speaker 2: sweitch a bud light everyone, Yeah, Jamie's a bund Wiser.
- 4:44Speaker 2: You are fantastic. Thank you so much for hanging out
- 4:46Speaker 2: with us this morning. We're gonna put you on hold
- 4:48Speaker 2: for just a second, okay, because we've gotta get your info. Okay,
- 4:51Speaker 2: thank you so much.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Ricky. What's your airport drink?
- 4:54Speaker 2: Typically a prosecco? Okay, yeah, like a glass of proscco.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Used to be beer mine, used to be a bloody
- 4:59Speaker 1: man all the time, every time at the year. It's
- 5:02Speaker 1: like the too salty, too much sodium, so probably a mimosa.
- 5:06Speaker 2: What an old man?
- 5:08Speaker 1: I mean?
- 5:08Speaker 5: Now, you guys are kind of the same prosecco. Yessah.
- 5:12Speaker 2: It was the sodium part that really just threw me
- 5:15Speaker 2: for a loop. There you get so much sodiumuff, my
- 5:18Speaker 2: bloody Mary.
- 5:18Speaker 1: You all puffy more of these passes.
- 5:20Speaker 4: Tomorrow, Ricky, Zach and Mannow in the morning, I.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Have some bad advice to give you.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Oh god, what that really scared Zach?
- 5:31Speaker 2: Right, off of that. I mean, it's it's good advice,
- 5:34Speaker 2: bad advice, depending on how you'd like to take it.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Is this based on something you recently.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Did, based on something I recently experienced, and just something
- 5:42Speaker 2: that I learned. Sometimes you got to take matters into
- 5:45Speaker 2: your own hands.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Okay, kind of sounds fun to me. Now he's in,
- 5:48Speaker 1: are you a vigilante?
- 5:50Speaker 2: Maybe you'll find out.
- 5:52Speaker 1: More bad advice from Ricky? Will get it next right
- 5:54Speaker 1: after allow Langley on the River, Ricky is Zach and
- 5:58Speaker 1: Man in the morning is Samela Langley on the River.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Ricky mentioned a moment ago she's got some advice for us.
- 6:05Speaker 1: But it's not good advice. It is bad advice, and
- 6:07Speaker 1: we cannot wait to hear what it is.
- 6:09Speaker 2: It depends on the way you take it. Okay, it
- 6:10Speaker 2: could be good advice, it could be bad advice. I
- 6:13Speaker 2: just know some people are gonna be like, that's terrible,
- 6:15Speaker 2: don't ever do that. And other people are gonna be like, yes,
- 6:17Speaker 2: that's exactly what you should do.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Oh, I can't wait.
- 6:19Speaker 2: My advice is sometimes you got to be somebody's karma. Okay,
- 6:23Speaker 2: so often you gotta take karma into your own hands
- 6:27Speaker 2: and it'll make you feel better. For instance, recently, when
- 6:31Speaker 2: I was traveling, I was in line tsa line, and
- 6:35Speaker 2: we're putting everything in bins. We're up to that point
- 6:37Speaker 2: right where you're gonna put your bags through the X
- 6:39Speaker 2: ray machine. I haven't been in front of me. I'm
- 6:41Speaker 2: taking my bag off of my shoulder. When a man
- 6:44Speaker 2: who went through the scanner had to come back because
- 6:47Speaker 2: he left something on his watch or something like that,
- 6:51Speaker 2: he was beeping, so he came back and he grabbed
- 6:54Speaker 2: my bin that I was placing my items into.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Oh no, didn't say.
- 6:58Speaker 2: A word to me, just grabbed it and kept it pushing.
- 7:02Speaker 2: So when I grabbed my next bin and I put
- 7:05Speaker 2: my stuff into it, I noticed that his hand was
- 7:08Speaker 2: in a very unfortunate place for him. So I slammed
- 7:10Speaker 2: my bin into his bin, smashed his hand in between
- 7:13Speaker 2: the jewel, and I called a lot better. So sometimes
- 7:17Speaker 2: you just gotta be someone's karma.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Honestly, I'm impressed.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 7:22Speaker 1: I would have done the exact same thing. Thank you,
- 7:25Speaker 1: I would see I. I think that's bad advice because
- 7:28Speaker 1: you never know what somebody is capable of. That man
- 7:30Speaker 1: could have snapped on you right then and there.
- 7:32Speaker 2: That would have been very bad for that man. That
- 7:36Speaker 2: would have been a very bad experience for that man.
- 7:38Speaker 2: He should have just taken the slam in between his hands.
- 7:40Speaker 5: I think the most impressive part is that you kept
- 7:42Speaker 5: your mouth shut.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Thank you, because I feel like you would have said
- 7:46Speaker 1: some really bad things in the airport.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 7:49Speaker 1: I was like, I'm not missing this plight inflicting physical
- 7:53Speaker 1: pain on the man.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Why are you so rude? Are you so rude? Talk
- 7:57Speaker 2: about the man? No, that was so rude. You don't
- 8:06Speaker 2: just take someone's bin without If he had just said,
- 8:09Speaker 2: excuse me, ma'am, may I take this bin? I have
- 8:11Speaker 2: to go through the X ray machine again? Sure, no problems,
- 8:14Speaker 2: very fine, take the bin. No, don't just grab my
- 8:17Speaker 2: bit as I literally picture this pic. Sure this midway
- 8:23Speaker 2: putting my bag into the bin and he pulls it
- 8:25Speaker 2: to himself.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Yeah, he's awful. He's a jerk. He sucks terrible human beings.
- 8:29Speaker 2: So now you got your hand slammed in between two bins.
- 8:31Speaker 2: That's awesome.
- 8:32Speaker 1: I'm so proud of it.
- 8:33Speaker 2: See, it just depends on the person. Good advice, bad advice,
- 8:36Speaker 2: just totally depends on the person that you're talking to.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Kevin's cringing right now at the thought of him even
- 8:42Speaker 2: thinking doing this.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I would just let Karma do its thing, just
- 8:45Speaker 1: run its course.
- 8:46Speaker 2: It will get anytimes you need to be Karma, And
- 8:50Speaker 2: that day I had to be Karma a lot better.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Right after you watch Spider Man too, So I do
- 8:55Speaker 1: I think maybe you're just feeling like an Avenger exactly.
- 9:00Speaker 2: I always really a superhero, but I just really need
- 9:03Speaker 2: I needed to do that and it made me feel
- 9:04Speaker 2: a lot better. So you know, as your day goes on,
- 9:07Speaker 2: think to yourself, do I have to be the Karma
- 9:08Speaker 2: today or am I gonna let the universe handle it?
- 9:11Speaker 2: Three things.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Seven o'clock appreciate you starting your Wednesday with us. Ricky's
- 9:16Speaker 1: got those three things presented by Mark Spain real Estate.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Jason Sidekis he surprised fans at a Mumford and Sons
- 9:23Speaker 2: show by singing the Ted Lasso theme song. What a
- 9:26Speaker 2: cool moment. Okay. Mumford and Sons. They played at Madison
- 9:28Speaker 2: Square Garden. If you've never seen them, you need to
- 9:31Speaker 2: see them in concert. They're absolutely phenomenal. But Jason Sidekas
- 9:34Speaker 2: was there and they had a little moment together because
- 9:37Speaker 2: the camera panned to Jason Sidekis. Fans went nuts that
- 9:42Speaker 2: he was there, and then he ended up hopping on
- 9:45Speaker 2: stage to sing the theme song to his show ted Lasso.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Because fun fact, Marcus Mumford wrote and performed the song
- 9:53Speaker 2: for the series. Here's the two of them up there
- 9:55Speaker 2: on stage.
- 10:12Speaker 1: How cool.
- 10:14Speaker 2: A very cool moment, Very very cool moment for everybody
- 10:16Speaker 2: who is there. Like I said, if you ever get
- 10:18Speaker 2: a chance to see Mumford and sons, go see them.
- 10:21Speaker 2: The National Songwriters Hall of Fame announces class of twenty
- 10:24Speaker 2: twenty six yesterday. Miranda Lambert, Chris Tampleton, and Taylor Swarts
- 10:28Speaker 2: were among the nominees in the Contemporary Songwriter Artist category.
- 10:32Speaker 2: They selected Taylor Swift, making her the youngest inductee at
- 10:36Speaker 2: thirty six years old. So congrats to her. That's a
- 10:40Speaker 2: huge feat. They also named the Hall yesterday Lyle Lovett,
- 10:43Speaker 2: Sean camp, Lee, Thomas Miller, and Bruce Channel as well.
- 10:47Speaker 2: The Hall is established in nineteen seventy They have had
- 10:50Speaker 2: two hundred and fifty four members prior to this announcement.

- 10:56Speaker 2: Taylor Swift. Obviously, no one's surprised, but big congrats Star
- 11:03Speaker 2: and this is so exciting. The first ever gluten free
- 11:08Speaker 2: Goldfish Crackers have been announced. I could cry. In the
- 11:14Speaker 2: press release, they said that handwritten letters in social media
- 11:17Speaker 2: please have pushed them towards this certified gluten free version
- 11:20Speaker 2: of the Goldfish Crackers. Goldfish Gluten Free will begin rolling
- 11:24Speaker 2: out to retailers nationwide in November of this year. I
- 11:28Speaker 2: am so pumped about this. I genuinely mean it when
- 11:31Speaker 2: I say I could cry.
- 11:32Speaker 1: I'm so happy for you.
- 11:34Speaker 2: I just seed more sacks. We need more snacks. The
- 11:36Speaker 2: gluten free community. We're struggling. I'm Marique Sanchez and those
- 11:40Speaker 2: are the three things you need to know.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Wow, big day, Thank you, Ricky pumped. We're gonna learn

- 11:54Speaker 4: Sacks facts brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 11:59Speaker 1: I'm just gonna say it. You are going to work today.

- 12:05Speaker 5: are more often to be receptive to employee requests on Wednesdays.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Huh oh. I don't know why, but it was like
- 12:12Speaker 1: a full survey.
- 12:13Speaker 2: The middle of the week, you're kind of over Monday

- 12:44Speaker 2: be something small, like you left the house today because
- 12:48Speaker 2: you're going through something, or it could be something big,
- 12:50Speaker 2: maybe you got accepted into a program that you're really
- 12:53Speaker 2: excited for, or you got a raise. This is your
- 12:56Speaker 2: moment to give yourself some flowers. Girl, I loaded the

- 16:04Speaker 1: to cry, Eddie.
- 16:06Speaker 2: I'm so happy that it all worked out. I know
- 16:09Speaker 2: we as a whole were very excited to tell you
- 16:12Speaker 2: that you should quit your job, but also Kevin got
- 16:14Speaker 2: very nervous the more we talked about it that maybe
- 16:16Speaker 2: that wasn't the right decision. So he is smiling ear
- 16:19Speaker 2: to ear right now, knowing that we didn't completely ruin
- 16:22Speaker 2: your life.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Feel good.
- 16:23Speaker 4: You did not.
- 16:24Speaker 2: It has been one thing.
- 16:26Speaker 3: After another of just great news and it's just all
- 16:30Speaker 3: around better.
- 16:31Speaker 5: So I'm going on the old job to the new job.
- 16:33Speaker 5: What do you think is your favorite part.
- 16:35Speaker 3: I'm home every night, I get more pay, and I
- 16:39Speaker 3: get to see my family a lot more.
- 16:41Speaker 1: I remember talking about the work life balance with you,
- 16:43Speaker 1: so we're so happy it's working out.
- 16:45Speaker 2: Honestly, you calling back and giving us updates is the
- 16:48Speaker 2: best thing ever because we know exactly what you're talking about.
- 16:50Speaker 2: We remember it so literally.
- 16:52Speaker 5: We have tears in my eyes because I'm so excited
- 16:54Speaker 5: and I'm so happy for you and the fact that
- 16:56Speaker 5: you have the work life balance and you get to
- 16:58Speaker 5: hang out with your family.
- 16:59Speaker 1: That makes me so happy. We did it.
- 17:01Speaker 2: We did it. That was all you, Laddy, that was
- 17:05Speaker 2: all you. We just we just helped you.
- 17:07Speaker 1: We gave you the push.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Yeah, we helped push you into the right direction, but
- 17:10Speaker 2: we appreciate you more than you could ever know. And
- 17:13Speaker 2: keep calling us with updates on things. Okay, let us
- 17:15Speaker 2: know you know what's going on in your life for sure,
- 17:18Speaker 2: for sure.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Thanks Sattie, you're the best buddy. Thank you for the update.
- 17:21Speaker 1: All right, you guys, have you my friend. We do
- 17:25Speaker 1: have the game of the day on the way for
- 17:26Speaker 1: more of these Pentatonics tickets if you want them, hang tight,
- 17:29Speaker 1: they're coming.
- 17:30Speaker 4: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky, Zach
- 17:32Speaker 4: and Meno in the morning.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Five and five that's the name of Kevin Manno's game
- 17:37Speaker 2: of the day on one O seven five of the River,
- 17:39Speaker 2: because we have tickets to see Pentatonics. They're going to
- 17:42Speaker 2: be a British own arena December ninth for their holiday
- 17:45Speaker 2: tradition and pettitive means five. So Kevin made up this
- 17:48Speaker 2: game that makes you really nervous and I want to
- 17:50Speaker 2: throw out every time to play it.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Robbie and Lemon, and have you heard this game at
- 17:54Speaker 1: all this week? I missed yesterday morning, but I've kind
- 17:57Speaker 1: of cind agory game about naming five it. Within the time,
- 18:00Speaker 1: we'll give it our best shot. All right, man, we
- 18:02Speaker 1: have a stop watch over here. We'll give you your categories.
- 18:05Speaker 1: You gotta get two out of three of these. So
- 18:06Speaker 1: if you get the first one right, congratulations, But you
- 18:08Speaker 1: still that's not it. You got to get two out
- 18:10Speaker 1: of three. Are you ready, Robbie? Yeah, okay for tickets
- 18:14Speaker 1: to see Pentatonics. Your game starts right now, Robbie. With
- 18:19Speaker 1: five seconds on the clock, name five US states.
- 18:23Speaker 4: Go.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Sanity, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, led three seconds.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Wow, it was great, Robbie. Maybe I won't want to
- 18:34Speaker 2: throw up this time.
- 18:35Speaker 1: That good, Robbie. Five things you'd find in a bathroom go.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Toilet paper, mirror, toilet thing, and cout.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Wow, that was really good.
- 18:50Speaker 1: You didn't even have to say poop. That was the
- 18:52Speaker 1: first one I would have done in ridiculous.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Congratulations, Robbie. This is the first time that it didn't
- 18:59Speaker 2: gets so anxious that I I felt sick and uneasy.
- 19:02Speaker 2: So you're very good at this. Yeah, congratulations. You were
- 19:06Speaker 2: gonna see Pedatonics December ninth at Bridge Stone Arena.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Be really excited for that one.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Yay.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Hey, what's your secret for being sharp as attack?
- 19:15Speaker 4: Like?
- 19:15Speaker 1: Do you get a lot of sleep? Do you not
- 19:17Speaker 1: drink alcohol. What is your thing? Uh, actually, lack of
- 19:21Speaker 1: sleep a little bit of alcohol and that.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Makes no sense, Robby none. But if it works for you, fantastic.
- 19:30Speaker 1: All right, hey guy, buddy, we're gonna get you all
- 19:32Speaker 1: the information for these tickets take out. Thank you. It's
- 19:35Speaker 1: like when you see like the world's oldest person, like
- 19:37Speaker 1: I smoke a packa day to sleep.
- 19:41Speaker 2: With a bottle of wine.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Yeah. Three things morning, just past eight o'clock here, thank
- 19:47Speaker 1: you for starting your day with us. Ricky's got those
- 19:49Speaker 1: three things? Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate. What's happened
- 19:52Speaker 1: in Ricky?
- 19:53Speaker 2: We may have new music coming from the weekend, because
- 19:56Speaker 2: we may have a whole new album in the works.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Either he was trying to tea or he had a
- 20:00Speaker 2: little foot and mouth situation going on, but he told
- 20:03Speaker 2: a concert crowd in Stockholm quote, we are getting closer
- 20:06Speaker 2: to and then stopped, trailed off, never finish the thought.
- 20:11Speaker 2: So fans are like, ooh, we're getting closer to new music.
- 20:13Speaker 2: He's got an album happening, That's what we're thinking. This
- 20:16Speaker 2: moment comes after his recent announcement that he's no longer
- 20:19Speaker 2: interested in retiring, big shift from his earlier plans, which
- 20:24Speaker 2: was to potentially retire the Weekend Persona after his movie
- 20:27Speaker 2: Hurry Up tomorrow, so we will see what he's almost
- 20:31Speaker 2: done with. But fans are really hoping for new music Nashville.
- 20:35Speaker 2: This is the best thing I've heard in a while. Okay,
- 20:37Speaker 2: I am so pumped about this. We now have a
- 20:40Speaker 2: free online tool to help you find free and validated
- 20:44Speaker 2: parking around the city.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Cool.
- 20:46Speaker 2: One of the worst parts about Nashville is the fact
- 20:50Speaker 2: that you cannot park anywhere anymore for free or for
- 20:54Speaker 2: less than forty dollars an hour, and it's really hurting businesses.
- 20:59Speaker 2: It's really hurting a lot of people. So a national local,
- 21:01Speaker 2: Tony Gully, I believe that's how you pronounced his last name.
- 21:04Speaker 2: He launched lot Boss last week. So it features a
- 21:07Speaker 2: list of local businesses in different national neighborhoods and the
- 21:11Speaker 2: best parking options that are located near it. You can
- 21:14Speaker 2: search by business or through a map, and you can
- 21:17Speaker 2: add new locations. So this is a team project here, Okay.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Anybody that knows the best places to park near certain
- 21:24Speaker 2: areas that they love, you can go on to this
- 21:26Speaker 2: website and you can add to it. It also lets
- 21:28Speaker 2: you know where there are paid parking lots if you
- 21:31Speaker 2: have a lot of money and would rather pay for
- 21:33Speaker 2: whatever reason. But this is a great tool. I don't
- 21:37Speaker 2: know why someone hasn't thought of it earlier. I kind
- 21:39Speaker 2: of kicked myself yesterday when I was reading about this,
- 21:42Speaker 2: I was like, why did I not think of this?
- 21:43Speaker 2: This is my biggest complaint about Nashville is that you
- 21:45Speaker 2: can't go anywhere anymore. It's just so expensive, Like drinks
- 21:49Speaker 2: are expensive, food is expensive, and you want me to
- 21:51Speaker 2: spend fifty dollars on parking. Get out of here. So
- 21:54Speaker 2: it's called lot boss, Go check it out, Go be
- 21:58Speaker 2: a part of it. I'm so fricking pumped about this.
- 22:00Speaker 2: You have no idea. I like it. And vacation ets
- 22:03Speaker 2: they're the new way to relax, okay. Harvard professor and
- 22:07Speaker 2: happiness expert Arthur Brooks is suggesting taking shorter, more frequent getaways.
- 22:11Speaker 2: He calls them vacation ets instead of saving all your
- 22:14Speaker 2: time off for one big trip a year. Okay. The
- 22:16Speaker 2: reason why is that many vacations throughout the year means
- 22:19Speaker 2: that you get to enjoy that vacation glow more often,
- 22:22Speaker 2: and it gives you something to look forward to which
- 22:24Speaker 2: has been proven to boost your mood. So take little
- 22:27Speaker 2: vacation ets, little long weekends as opposed to two weeks
- 22:31Speaker 2: off at once. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the
- 22:34Speaker 2: three things you need to know.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Thank you, Ricky. I feel like that would almost have
- 22:37Speaker 1: to be road trips or something because the flights alone
- 22:40Speaker 1: are incredibly expensive. So if you're taking a bunch of
- 22:43Speaker 1: flight it's opposed to just you know, one or two
- 22:45Speaker 1: a year. I don't know, I don't know.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Wait to take something that could be positive, making.
- 22:49Speaker 1: It a vacation.
- 22:52Speaker 2: We appreciate that.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Go on a vacation. That to chatter movie, that's all
- 22:55Speaker 1: up sat to sellware clothes. Here's ella link.
- 22:57Speaker 4: We're getting back into the music out there for Ricky.
- 23:00Speaker 4: Zach In Mennow in the.
- 23:01Speaker 1: Morning, Risk it All, Bruno Mars, it's the river. Zach
- 23:06Speaker 1: had a very strange dream recently. We're asking what the
- 23:09Speaker 1: last thing you dreamt about was. I dreamt that my
- 23:12Speaker 1: wife wanted to move again. We just moved into a
- 23:15Speaker 1: new house like a year ago, and she wanted to
- 23:16Speaker 1: move again and it was very stressful. That was my
- 23:18Speaker 1: latest dream. But Zach, I want to hear all about yours.
- 23:22Speaker 1: I mean, I will say so.
- 23:23Speaker 5: I have like very vivid dreams almost every single night,
- 23:27Speaker 5: Like I don't understand.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Why they're so vivid. Yeah, I'm with you.
- 23:30Speaker 5: But the last dream that I had was that my
- 23:32Speaker 5: nephew took my phone and sign this up for a
- 23:36Speaker 5: hot chicken festival on March tenth to be specific.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Okay, and how old your nephew again?
- 23:43Speaker 6: Eight?
- 23:43Speaker 2: Okay, March tenth, Hot chicken festival. It's happening. I don't
- 23:49Speaker 2: know where. I don't know why, but Zach will be there.
- 23:51Speaker 2: He can't even eat hot chicken.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I'll be there. And I was like, literally,
- 23:56Speaker 1: where did that come from?
- 23:57Speaker 2: You can't stop thinking about it though. He's brought it
- 23:59Speaker 2: up like six times in the last two days because
- 24:02Speaker 2: it freaked him out so much and he just doesn't
- 24:04Speaker 2: understand why.
- 24:04Speaker 1: And he just like stole my phone and signed us up.
- 24:07Speaker 1: I'm like, an eight year old did that? How is
- 24:09Speaker 1: there any significance to that date in your life? March tenth?
- 24:13Speaker 4: No?
- 24:13Speaker 1: Nothing, no, literally nothing real strange.
- 24:18Speaker 2: I think it's so weird that you guys remember your dreams.
- 24:20Speaker 2: I love to hear them because they make no sense
- 24:22Speaker 2: to me. I don't ever remember my dreams. I've remembered
- 24:26Speaker 2: maybe two in my entire life. Oh every single night,
- 24:28Speaker 2: it's like so vivid.
- 24:30Speaker 1: No two in your entire life. Did you ever have
- 24:32Speaker 1: like reoccurring dreams back in the day, Ricky, where you
- 24:34Speaker 1: were like flying or anything like that.
- 24:36Speaker 2: I had a really bad one when I was younger.
- 24:39Speaker 2: But that was that one I remember. And then the
- 24:42Speaker 2: only other one that I remember is a really bad
- 24:43Speaker 2: one as well. I never remember my dreams when I
- 24:45Speaker 2: wake up. Yeah, they were more like nightmares.
- 24:48Speaker 1: That's so weird.
- 24:49Speaker 2: There were nightmares and there were two very like horrific
- 24:52Speaker 2: ones like wake up. Like God, if you've ever cried
- 24:56Speaker 2: during a nightmare and woke it up and you were
- 24:58Speaker 2: actually like physically crying, it was those kinds.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Of like, oh gosh, that's awful.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Those are bad. But I don't Outside of that, I
- 25:04Speaker 2: never remember. I never ever ever remember.
- 25:07Speaker 1: My dream My two reoccurring ones I used to have
- 25:09Speaker 1: it all the time when I was a kid, is
- 25:10Speaker 1: that I was like kind of like jumping from tree
- 25:12Speaker 1: to tree and like flying around my neighborhood.
- 25:13Speaker 2: It sounds about right, yeah.
- 25:14Speaker 1: And then the other one that I had a lot
- 25:17Speaker 1: was that like it was the end of the semester
- 25:19Speaker 1: is probably pretty common, and I realized it was like, oh, well,
- 25:21Speaker 1: we have to take the final today. And I forgot
- 25:23Speaker 1: about the class entirely and I never went once throughout
- 25:26Speaker 1: the year, and it was the day that I had
- 25:27Speaker 1: to go take the final and I was panicking. But
- 25:30Speaker 1: those of it would be the real You're a.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Great student, is what you're saying.
- 25:33Speaker 1: It was a panic dream. Yeah, well, I mean not
- 25:36Speaker 1: as bad as.
- 25:36Speaker 4: Ricky's Ricky Zach in the morning every day.
- 25:39Speaker 1: About this time, we played some audio from a video
- 25:41Speaker 1: that one of us stumbles upon on the social networking apps.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Ricky found this one. It's about Leo's. If you're a Leo,
- 25:47Speaker 1: pay close attention to this one.
- 25:49Speaker 2: I am a Leo, so this is me also kind
- 25:52Speaker 2: of making fun of myself as well.
- 25:54Speaker 1: Oh I can't wait. It is daily double tap for Leo's.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 25:58Speaker 6: Yeah, it's actually my birth on Saturday. I'm not like
- 26:02Speaker 6: a birthday person at all, and I'm actually I'm kind
- 26:05Speaker 6: of gonna be like kind of like offline that day
- 26:07Speaker 6: and like maybe a few days after. I just don't
- 26:09Speaker 6: want to spend my birthday like with Apple products and
- 26:11Speaker 6: like you know, Meta and Mark Zuckerberg and stuff, just
- 26:15Speaker 6: because it's a lot I'm just trying to get on
- 26:17Speaker 6: and get ahead of. Just like if you we're gonna
- 26:20Speaker 6: post about my birthday, yeah, I mean that's awesome, Like
- 26:24Speaker 6: I appreciate it.
- 26:25Speaker 1: I like literally don't care about it's.
- 26:27Speaker 2: A LEO trying to pretend that they don't care about
- 26:29Speaker 2: their birthday. Leos are known to be very loyal, charismatic.
- 26:35Speaker 2: The thing that people make fun of us more all
- 26:36Speaker 2: the time, though, is that we love to be the
- 26:39Speaker 2: center of attention as well.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Yeah, so that is.
- 26:42Speaker 2: The thing that everybody comes at us for. So whenever
- 26:46Speaker 2: there's a LEO that says like I really just like
- 26:48Speaker 2: don't care about my birthday, the joke is that we're lying.
- 26:51Speaker 1: And do you find this to be true based on
- 26:53Speaker 1: not only yourself but other leos?
- 26:54Speaker 5: You know, yes, I would say, as a friend of
- 26:58Speaker 5: a LEO, I would agree, But I'm not.
- 27:01Speaker 2: This is the thing I used to very much. I
- 27:03Speaker 2: used to make people celebrate my birthday all month long.
- 27:05Speaker 2: It was all about me kind of thing. I don't
- 27:07Speaker 2: care anymore, but I did at one point.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Sure, still feels like a lie.
- 27:12Speaker 2: No, what did I do this year for my birthday,
- 27:15Speaker 2: it still feels like you want to be celebrated. Tell
- 27:18Speaker 2: me what I did for my birthday this year.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Nothing exactly.
- 27:21Speaker 2: I went on a bachelorette for someone else.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Yeah, we really loved to I would what you would
- 27:28Speaker 1: have loved to been celebrated.
- 27:30Speaker 4: I don't.
- 27:31Speaker 2: I mean celebrated is different than making it all about you.
- 27:34Speaker 2: I mean, yes, is it nice to hear a happy birthday? Absolutely,
- 27:37Speaker 2: but like I don't make it all about me anymore
- 27:41Speaker 2: because I don't care as much anymore. But but you
- 27:44Speaker 2: very much used to. Oh, I very very much used you.
- 27:47Speaker 2: I used to be like, hi, everybody, so make sure
- 27:49Speaker 2: that you're available all week long for all of the
- 27:51Speaker 2: activities that we have coming up to celebrate me and
- 27:54Speaker 2: my birthday. And I was very much that person for
- 27:57Speaker 2: a long period of time. I'm just tired now.
- 27:59Speaker 4: I get it.
- 28:00Speaker 1: You're getting old. Welcome to the.
- 28:02Speaker 4: Club, Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the morning
- 28:06Speaker 2: One of the River
