  Speaker 2: like herpes. He keeps coming back. You can't get rid

  Speaker 1: Oh, I've been trying to avoid giving him any more

  Speaker 1: publicity because it's his new addiction. But honestly, it's just

  Speaker 1: so ridiculous the way he's trying to rewrite history. And unfortunately,

  Speaker 1: there are a lot of gullible podcasters out there willing

  Speaker 1: to allow him to view his lies. It's the only

  Speaker 1: way I can describe it. He is still pretending it's
• 1:03
  Speaker 1: not his laptop. The laptop doesn't exist, you know. But

  Speaker 1: the funny thing is that the more he talks, the

  Speaker 1: more he just confirms our reporting and You know, for instance,

  Speaker 1: the other day he was on some addiction podcast called Dopey.

  Speaker 1: I kid you not. And he's saying, oh, yeah, you know, yeah,

  Speaker 1: I got paid a million dollars a year by Burisma
• 1:28
  Speaker 1: for going to four board meetings a year and I
• 1:32
  Speaker 1: was high on crack. So all expenses paid in, you know,
• 1:38
  Speaker 1: Monaco or Paris or Dubai, these glamorous locales in very
• 1:43
  Speaker 1: expensive hotels. And he, you know, for all this time,
• 1:48
  Speaker 1: he said, oh, I was on the Burisma board, had
• 1:50
  Speaker 1: nothing to do with my father. It was because of
• 1:52
  Speaker 1: my great expertise as a very important and respected lawyer
• 1:57
  Speaker 1: and a seasoned board member. But no, now he admits
• 2:01
  Speaker 1: that all he had to do was go to four
• 2:03
  Speaker 1: meetings a year for a million dollars a year, which
• 2:06
  Speaker 1: is pretty incredible money if you can get it.

  Speaker 2: Yeah. Do we know how much he made off those paintings?

  Speaker 2: I would think it was millions.

  Speaker 1: Yeah. No, I don't think. That was pretty well documented.

  Speaker 1: I can't remember offhand, but it was not. It was
• 2:22
  Speaker 1: in the realm of the high hundreds of thousands. And

  Speaker 1: most of those paintings were bought by his sugar brother,

  Speaker 1: Kevin Morris, the Hollywood attorney, who was, for some reason,
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: funding his lifestyle, paying for his expensive rental.

  Speaker 2: In New York.

  Speaker 1: Malibu or the Hollywood Hills or wherever he ended up.
• 2:45
  Speaker 1: And at the Palisades, I think was his last one. And,

  Speaker 1: you know, these are $ 20, 000, $ 30, 000 a month rentals and

  Speaker 1: paying for his, for instance, his Porsche repayments and everything else. So,

  Speaker 1: Hunter really hasn't had a proper job for as long
• 3:04
  Speaker 1: as we can remember. And he just seems to get
• 3:10
  Speaker 1: by with the help of friends. And Now his lawyer
• 3:16
  Speaker 1: is suing him for unpaid legal bills because Kevin Morris
• 3:20
  Speaker 1: finally shut his wallet. And then he's got this other
• 3:26
  Speaker 1: lawyer now called Dick Harpootlian, who's an old crony of
• 3:29
  Speaker 1: Joe Biden's, who presumably is doing everything pro bono for him.

  Speaker 2: Miranda Devine, this Hunter Biden, he's a good-looking guy. He's
• 3:39
  Speaker 2: quite a talker, very articulate. Why didn't he ever get
• 3:42
  Speaker 2: a job? Why didn't he ever start some kind of career?

  Speaker 1: Well, because why should he when he could get millions
• 3:49
  Speaker 1: of dollars just from leveraging daddy's contacts and daddy's power
• 3:54
  Speaker 1: and influence? And, you know, we're talking about tens of
• 3:57
  Speaker 1: millions of dollars that just poured in from China and
• 4:00
  Speaker 1: Russia and Ukraine and so on. You know, it's all
• 4:05
  Speaker 1: so well documented and it's way beyond the laptop now.

  Speaker 2: It was.

  Speaker 1: corroborated by witness after witness. And the only reason that
• 4:15
  Speaker 1: Hunter is not in jail, he was convicted in Delaware.
• 4:20
  Speaker 1: He pleaded guilty on the first day of his California trial,
• 4:25
  Speaker 1: tax fraud trial. The only reason he's not in jail
• 4:28
  Speaker 1: is because his father was president and pardoned him. And
• 4:32
  Speaker 1: not just a regular old pardon that presidents normally give,
• 4:35
  Speaker 1: but one that went back 14 years, sorry, 11 years
• 4:40
  Speaker 1: to 2014, and that covered all of the Ukraine grift
• 4:44
  Speaker 1: and the beginning of the rest of it. So the
• 4:47
  Speaker 1: only other person that Joe Biden was kind enough to
• 4:50
  Speaker 1: do this sort of retrospective 11-year pardon was Anthony Fauci.

  Speaker 2: Another fine, upstanding citizen. Well, Miranda Devine. Hey, what did

  Speaker 2: you think of the meeting with President Xi of China?

  Speaker 2: It was... Very cordial. Was it too cordial?

  Speaker 1: I don't think so. I mean, that's sort of the

  Speaker 1: way that Donald Trump does things. He tries to schmooze,

  Speaker 1: and at the same time, he has his arm around
• 5:21
  Speaker 1: their back twisting it. And afterwards, the Chinese put some
• 5:26
  Speaker 1: sort of deliverables on the table, and, you know, they
• 5:30
  Speaker 1: seemed quite fine. I mean, the main thing is, I think,
• 5:33
  Speaker 1: At the moment, Donald Trump is trying to get China
• 5:36
  Speaker 1: and Russia to stop helping Iran. And while President Xi
• 5:41
  Speaker 1: was in Washington or maybe he was jetting his way
• 5:44
  Speaker 1: to Washington, we now find out that Donald Trump gave
• 5:50
  Speaker 1: the green light to blowing up a Chinese spy satellite
• 5:54
  Speaker 1: in space. So Star Wars has arrived and that spy satellite, apparently,

  Speaker 1: was giving coordinates to Iran of various ships and things
• 6:08
  Speaker 1: that they could blow up of America.

  Speaker 2: You know, for all the flack he gets, Pete Hegseth,
• 6:13
  Speaker 2: yelling and screaming, he's not confident. This guy has pulled
• 6:16
  Speaker 2: off a dozen of the greatest military operations in history,
• 6:19
  Speaker 2: from Venezuela to shooting out that spy satellite, hasn't he?

  Speaker 1: Yeah, look, to me, he seems to be doing a
• 6:27
  Speaker 1: great job and rebuilding morale and recruitment in the military,
• 6:33
  Speaker 1: which had sagged terribly because of all the woke ridiculousness
• 6:38
  Speaker 1: that had crept in under Obama and exploded under Joe Biden. So,
• 6:44
  Speaker 1: you know, and he gets bad press because he's firing
• 6:50
  Speaker 1: or demoting or you know, not promoting certain generals who
• 6:55
  Speaker 1: were part of that really malign reign of terror in
• 7:01
  Speaker 1: the military where they were, you know, trying to put
• 7:05
  Speaker 1: women and transgender individuals who were like taking chemicals that
• 7:11
  Speaker 1: would destroy their readiness, pregnant women in, you know, combat.
• 7:18
  Speaker 1: It just didn't work. And there are just certain jobs
• 7:21
  Speaker 1: in the military that, that you can't have DEI in.
• 7:26
  Speaker 1: And so I think he's doing the right thing. He's
• 7:30
  Speaker 1: doing what's supposed to be done. For all the huge
• 7:33
  Speaker 1: amount of money that American taxpayers pour into the military,
• 7:36
  Speaker 1: you want a military that is going to be effective
• 7:39
  Speaker 1: and not incompetent. And, you know, I just remember during
• 7:43
  Speaker 1: Joe Biden's reign, you had the disastrous pullout from Afghanistan,
• 7:48
  Speaker 1: total incompetence. of the military on display there. And, I mean,
• 7:54
  Speaker 1: obviously it came from the top, from Joe Biden and
• 7:57
  Speaker 1: General Milley. And then we had that other story that
• 8:02
  Speaker 1: sort of didn't get much attention because everyone was trying
• 8:06
  Speaker 1: to cover up for Joe Biden. But remember they had
• 8:08
  Speaker 1: that pier in Gaza that the military was supposed to build?
• 8:11
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 8:12
  Speaker 1: And it fell apart within days. It cost a fortune.
• 8:16
  Speaker 1: And I think a soldier either died or was severely
• 8:19
  Speaker 1: injured there. on that thing. And it just got washed away.

  Speaker 1: And that is just such incompetence and such an indictment
• 8:30
  Speaker 1: of what used to be a supremely competent body. So
• 8:34
  Speaker 1: I think it was necessary for Pete Hegseth and Donald
• 8:40
  Speaker 1: Trump to get in there and really clean house.
• 8:44
  Speaker 2: Well, Miranda Devine, we're out of time, but everybody should
