Mega Edition: The DOJ Has Been Giving The Epstein Survivors The Run Around For Years (6/23/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

Speaker 1: Hello everyone, and welcome to the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm
0:04
your host, Bobby Capuci, and this is a morning update.
0:10
We're going to talk a little bit more about the
0:13
plea deal in Florida. Now we know that the Eleventh
0:19
Circuit Court just heard the appeal from Courtney Wilde and
0:24
Paul Cassell to try and have this NPA overturned. Well,
0:30
an article from the Palm Beach Post is really digging
0:37
to the heart of the matter, and the heart of
0:40
the matter is that the Palm Beach County Prosecutor's office
0:46
worked in conjunction with the defense of Jeffrey Epstein to
0:53
make sure that these girls didn't get justice. Now, I've
0:58
talked about this from almost the very beginning, right how
1:03
the Epstein legal team and his CONGLOMERATEI of powerful lawyers
1:10
were able to put a significant amount of pressure on
1:15
the state prosecutors, and they were able to control the
1:19
narrative and get their client, Jeffrey Epstein, one of the
1:24
most prolific sex traffickers and child abusers in the history
1:29
of this country. Well, they were able to let him
1:35
get that nice NPA, catch a nice cushy jail sentence,
1:41
and the girls that were abused once again were just ignored.
1:51
And this new article today from the Palm Beach Post
1:55
delves into that, and it talks about how the high
2:00
profile lawyers from Jeffrey Epstein's team were able to use
2:05
their significant amount of influence to push this case in
2:09
a way that they wanted, and the saddest part is
2:14
the state prosecutors went along with it. This article was
2:23
published by the Palm Beach Post the headline Jeffrey Epstein
2:28
case PBC's state attorney worked with defense to undercut Feds.
2:33
The report says this article was authored by Jane Musgrave
2:41
and that headline alone is enough to make you want
2:43
to beat your head off of a wall. Right, How
2:48
in the hell does the state attorney's office work with
2:51
the defense to undercut the feds? And furthermore, how are
2:55
the FEDS led by spineless bitch ass Acosta getting run
3:02
roughshot by a local attorney's office. From the moment federal
3:10
prosecutors were handed the Jeffrey Epstein case, they didn't trust
3:14
Palm Beach County State Attorney Barry Krisher. Yeah, I don't
3:19
blame them, right, you know, Barry Krisher is the guy
3:21
that tried to throw Rush Limbaugh in jail for a
3:24
bazillion years over being a drug addict. Now, I don't
3:28
care what you think about Rush Limbaugh one way or
3:30
the other. But if you're going to pursue somebody for
3:33
having a drug addiction as as hard as they pursued
3:39
Rush Limbaugh, you would think the same prosecutor would be
3:42
just as worried about someone like Jeffrey Epstein conducting all
3:46
sorts of crimes against children. Right, you would think that
3:51
it would be the same kind of hard charging, I'm
3:54
gonna throw you in jail the rest of your life attitude.
3:56
But we certainly didn't see that from Barry Krisher. In fact,
4:00
we saw Barry Krisher attempt to get Jeffrey Epstein pretty
4:03
much off. But even though federal prosecutors believed Krisher had
4:10
intentionally torpedoed the case, they took the rare and misguided
4:15
step of putting him in the driver's seat. You see,
4:18
this is why none of it adds up, Right, The
4:21
Feds never defer to local like this in a case
4:24
like this, But yet they deferred to the local prosecutor
4:29
and let Jeffrey Epstein face state charges instead, If anyone
4:34
thinks that that was a decision that was made by
4:37
Acosta on his own without calling his buddy, mister Mukesy
4:42
frantically and frequently, you're not paying attention to how all
4:46
of this bureaucracy works. Instead of vigorously pursuing and the
4:52
politically connected financier pedophile on charges that he sexually assaulted
4:58
dozens of teens at his Palm Beach mansion, Krisher joined
5:02
hands with Epstein's defense team and undermined federal prosecutor's efforts.
5:09
I've talked about the Federal Prosecutor's office in Palm Beach
5:14
for a while, and I think that they played a
5:17
huge role here. Obviously, I think the OKA came down
5:20
from uh Mukasey's office, but I think that the Palm
5:25
Beach office here was very significant in the deal that
5:32
Jeffrey Epstein ended up getting. I think that the State's
5:37
Attorney's office, even I'll take it a step further. I
5:39
think Krisher in the State's Attorney's office went to bat
5:42
for Jeffrey Epstein. Now do I have direct evidence of that. No,
5:46
I don't. I can't provide that evidence for you. Unfortunately,
5:50
but all the pieces fit together. And when we keep
5:54
getting articles like this after the fact, when we add
5:57
more context to this story after the fact, things start
6:01
to emerge, right, things definitely start to emerge. And it looks,
6:07
at least to me that the State's Attorney's office was
6:13
playing ball with Jeffrey Epstein. And I don't see how
6:19
anyone cannot see that at this point. The conclusions detailed
6:26
in a three hundred page report of an investigation by
6:29
the US Justice Department paint a damning picture of both
6:32
Christian's duplicity and federal prosecutors being naive that I wouldn't
6:40
even die. I can't even say that, I don't even think.
6:43
I won't say that the federal prosecutors are naive, and
6:46
I won't even say they're negligent. I'll say they're just lost. Right,
6:52
they're easily guided from up high when they get a
6:56
call from the Attorney General's office. These dudes aren't willing
7:00
to risk all of that static right, They're not willing
7:02
to risk the chance of never attaining whatever political position
7:07
they have their eye on, so they play ball. Muksey's
7:13
office contacts Acosta's office, and then Acosta's office tells Chrisher, Hey, look,
7:19
the ball's in your court, my boss. You know, this
7:22
is the way we decided to go after this case.
7:26
And the ball is in your court court, mister Krisher.
7:30
That is such a rare occurrence for the federal government
7:34
to pass off providence like that. The federal government wants
7:39
that feather in their cap, right, the federal prosecutors want
7:42
that feather in their cap. They want to take down
7:45
the big game, like Jeffrey Epstein. Why in the hell
7:47
would they pass it off to Krisher, unless, of course,
7:51
there was some sort of bargain worked out behind the scenes.
7:59
The twenty two month long investigation by the Office of
8:01
Professional Responsibility cleared former South Florida US Attorney Alex Acosta
8:07
and his top lieutenants of wrongdoing in connection with their
8:10
handling of the solicious case that began more than fifteen
8:15
years ago. And I always expected that, right, cover your ass.
8:19
The Department of just Us is always going to protect
8:23
their uh shitbag employees like Acosta. They're gonna do their
8:28
best to protect them. And that's what you saw in
8:31
this report. Right. Oh, we made some mistakes, there was
8:34
some bad decision making, but nothing to damning right. Nothing
8:38
that's going to get Acosta hemmed up, nothing that's going
8:41
to get some bracelets tossed on his bitch ass, you see,
8:45
because if they did that, then the whole entire operations
8:48
in jeopardy. Right now, he's ratting out Mukasey or Philippe
8:53
or whoever it was that passed these UH orders down
8:57
to him. We know that Mukasey's off signed off on
9:01
the deal, and we know that Mark Philippe signed off
9:05
on the deal. So if they went after a Costa
9:10
right and tried to hold him responsible in this report,
9:13
they'd have to go all the way up the top.
9:15
And the just US Department certainly isn't setting that precedent, folks.
9:21
Since Chrishier doesn't work for the Justice Department, it offered
9:24
no opinions about his conduct. Under investigation by the Florida
9:28
Department of Law Enforcement for his actions, he declined to
9:32
detail his decision making to investigators or comment for this story. Yeah, well,
9:37
no shit, Chrisher is the last guy that should be
9:40
opening his mouth at this point. Everybody knows that Krisher
9:45
dropped the ball. Everybody knows that his office acted like
9:51
the three stooges times one hundred. Everybody knows that his
9:58
office let Jeffrey Epstein walk. The report comes one year
10:07
after the Palm Beach Post, in an investigation called the
10:10
First Failure, detailed how Krisher crippled his own case by
10:14
working with the defense and treating Epstein's teenage survivors like
10:19
prostitutes instead of victims of sexual assault. And we see
10:23
the same strategy popping up again now right as they
10:27
try and go hard to discredit Virginia. And it's the
10:32
same story this time around, except for one crucial factor.
10:38
The prosecution isn't sitting behind the scenes with Jeffrey with
10:42
Gilay Maxwell's scumbag lawyers and working out some kind of
10:46
ridiculous deal like the state prosecutors did. That's not going
10:52
to happen this time around, thankfully. But the first time,
11:00
and the strategy of calling them prostitutes and only one
11:04
of the witnesses speaking before the grand jury, that could
11:08
have never happened without the State Prosecutor's office signing off
11:12
on it and being on board. So the State Prosecutor's office,
11:17
like I've said for a very long time, should really
11:20
bear the brunt of all of this and people like
11:24
Chrishier and even Villa Fauna, who people who have tried
11:27
to lionize as of late, are all responsible for this.
11:32
In my opinion, at some point, you have to say
11:36
to yourself, enough is enough. If you're a prosecutor here
11:40
or you're involved in the case to set the state
11:42
level and you know it stinks to high heaven, you
11:45
got to come out all guns blazing and you go
11:48
to the media, whatever it takes. If you lose your job,
11:53
then so be it. Some things are more important in
11:55
my opinion, and it seems like a lot of people,
11:59
especially in the world of politics, have seemed to forgotten that.
12:05
While investigators found no evidence that federal prosecutors violated any
12:09
professional codes or criminal laws, they said Acosta showed extremely
12:14
bad judgment by placing his faith in Krisher. Again, do
12:19
you really think Acosta made that decision on his own.
12:23
You think Acosta woke up one day and said, look,
12:25
we're just going to pass this case off. That's it.
12:27
I'm making that executive call. That is not what happened.
12:32
Acosta doesn't have the power to make that call. None
12:35
of these states attorneys do, none of these attorney generals do.
12:41
All of that stuff gets kicked up high station chiefs,
12:44
bureau chiefs, all the way up to the directors, all
12:47
the way up to whoever the man is that on
12:49
the top. That's how these things are handled. When we're
12:56
dealing with somebody like Jeffrey Epstein, or we're dealing with
12:59
somebody like Elaine Maxwell, it's not made. The decisions aren't
13:03
made by mid level bureaucrats. Too sensitive, and it's a
13:09
political hot potato. So Acosta letting Krisher run the ball
13:21
here and control the offense was not a decision that
13:25
was made by Acosta. If Acosta tried to make that
13:30
decision on his own and his bosses didn't like it,
13:33
do you really think they wouldn't have shut it down.
13:36
Of course they would have, even after the longtime state
13:43
attorney showed he shouldn't be considered a reliable partner. Acosta
13:47
continued to let Krisher make key decisions about a controversial
13:51
federal non prosecution agreement. And again it just goes to
13:57
show you that the federal government is not as interested,
14:07
shall we say, and going after the so called elite
14:12
as they would be going after you. You would be
14:17
in prison for a million years if this was any
14:20
of you out there, but Jeffrey Epstein. Nah, we'll pass
14:25
that off to the state's attorneys, three stooges of an office,
14:29
and we'll let them uh yok yok yok yok yok
14:31
themselves around the case all day, and we'll just have
14:34
our hands off, you know, here at the federal prosecutor's office.
14:37
We'll just kick back and let you prosecute this high
14:39
profile case and we'll just you know, eat some sandwiches
14:42
and act like fools. I just I cannot believe for
14:49
one second that this is a decision that was just
14:52
made by spineless ass bitch Assacosta. I am sorry, but
14:56
I think that is just scratching the surface, and that
14:59
is no nowhere near deep enough for us to get
15:03
the answers that we need in this specific situation. Acosta
15:12
blindly handed authority to Krisher to craft the crucial parts
15:15
of the secret Epstein deal that allowed Epstein to escape
15:18
a sixty count federal indictment as long as he pleaded
15:22
guilty to two state prosecution charges. Let me read that
15:25
for you again. Sixty count federal indictment turned into two
15:31
state prostitution charges. You really think that Acosta has that power.
15:37
He just waves a magic wand and all of those
15:39
felonies go away, sixty federal indictments go away, zero chance, folks.
15:47
And I know I'm sorry that I'm driving that point
15:50
home so often, but I see so many people so
15:53
many times turning their ire completely onto Costa. And as
15:59
I've said, he does deserves it right. He deserves to
16:01
be maligned, he deserves to be ridiculed, and he deserves
16:05
to be hammered in the press. But it shouldn't stop there.
16:10
Remember what I'm always talking about. The pitchforks and the
16:15
torches need to focus their rage at the right people
16:18
and mid level bureaucrats. While it might make us feel
16:22
good if they get toppled, if they lose their jobs,
16:27
if they know they get caught up in an embarrassing
16:30
scene and they're caught, it might make us feel good,
16:33
but at the end of the day, they'll just be
16:35
replaced by another mid level bureaucrat until we get to
16:39
the real problem, Until we get to the real meat
16:43
in this dish, and that's the people that provide all
16:48
of this money to these politicians. Until we focus our
16:52
ir on them and our rage at them. This is
16:55
a story that's just going to continue to replay over
16:58
and over and over again because you can take out
17:02
all the mid level operatives you want, like Acosta, but
17:06
the real problem are the people above them. While investigators
17:16
said the non prosecution agreement was unjustified and ill advised
17:20
from the outset, any hope that it would lead to
17:22
real punishment for Epstein disappeared when Acosta seated authority to
17:27
Krisher as a fourth term state attorney. Krisher knew the
17:31
rules of Florida criminal justice system. Federal prosecutors did not. Well,
17:37
that's a cop out. I don't even want to hear that. Shit.
17:39
This is the federal government we're talking about. They could
17:42
have had a local attorney, state state attorney general, or
17:47
a state prosecutor on retainer to walk them through the
17:54
loopholes of the legal ease of the state statutes. But
17:58
they didn't. They let Krisher and his office have the reins.
18:03
They let Krisher and his office do the damn thing.
18:09
And what that did was it added another layer of
18:13
plausible deniability for the f heads at the top of
18:16
the CIA and the FBI. Right, that's what they always
18:20
want layer upon layer upon layer. Like any organized crime enterprise.
18:28
Krisher used his knowledge, so loopholes were in the agreement
18:31
that Epstein, with the help of his high powered legal team,
18:34
was able to exploit. Look, Krisher needs to be held accountable, folks.
18:38
He needs to go to jail. That's my honest opinion
18:41
of this guy. He was a key cog in what
18:45
happened here. Without him and his meddling, Epstein would it
18:49
would have been in prison for a million years. But Krisher,
18:54
at the behest of the federal prosecutors, put his fingers
18:58
into the pie, mixed it all up, pulled his fingers out,
19:04
and we were left with a shit pie. Evidence repeatedly
19:10
showed that Krisher was predisposed to manipulating the process in
19:14
Epstein's favor. Investigators wrote, this is all damning stuff, right,
19:20
And while we covered the initial drop of the DOJ investigation,
19:27
this goes deeper into the state level. And as you
19:31
all know, I've always thought that at the state level
19:35
was where the real big problem was here. And I
19:38
think that Krisher needs to be arrested. And I don't
19:42
say that lightly, right in my opinion, Chrisher needs to
19:45
be charged with some sort of negligence in this case
19:51
or something. There has to be a way for him
19:54
to be punished and to face some sort of repercussions
19:59
for his behavior. You can't be in a position like
20:01
he was in can conduct yourself the way he did
20:04
and get off scott free. There's no way in hell
20:07
that that should occur, in my opinion. For instance, because
20:14
language in the agreement wasn't clear, Epstein was housed at
20:18
the Palm Beach County Stockade, a minimum security facility that
20:22
was known for its lacks rules, instead of at the
20:24
county jail, as federal prosecutors intended. So again, remember when
20:31
we're out there and you see people yiping, yawn and
20:35
hawing about Acosta, and they're so adamant that it's just
20:38
a costa and it was all his fault and all
20:41
his Remember this article that we're reading here, and refer
20:45
back to it if you must. The state prosecutor's office
20:49
in this case has and always will be the biggest
20:55
problem here. Even though federal prosecutors insisted he be locked
21:03
up continuously, Epstein was approved for work release. He was
21:08
allowed to leave his cell for twelve hours a day,
21:11
six days a week to work at his Florida Science Foundation,
21:15
even after federal prosecutors provided strong evidence that the operation
21:20
was a sham. So imagine putting yourself in Epstein's shoes, right,
21:27
slip it around. You're the scumbag Epstein. You're You're going
21:30
to you know, you get arrested for something. Do you
21:34
really think you'd get the privilege of being in this stockade,
21:38
low level, able to leave your leave the jail cell
21:43
for twelve hours a day, six days a week, go
21:45
to work, you know, all of that jazz. Do you
21:47
think you would have ever been afforded those rights, especially
21:50
being charged and convicted of the crimes Epstein was. But
21:57
yet he gets all all these special privileges afford it
22:03
to him by Barry Krisher. And then the Feds will say, well,
22:09
we handed it off to Chrisher's state department. State prosecutors
22:14
sludes their fault, and then the state prosecutors blame the
22:16
federal prosecutors, and we have this hodgepodge of bullshit. Get
22:21
that stupid report that comes out blah blah blah blah
22:24
blah blah, And the only people that are holding anyone
22:28
accountable are the local papers in Florida. It would seem
22:33
the Palm Beach Post has been great about this. They've
22:36
been all over this proportion of the case from the beginning,
22:40
and they have been of the same mind as myself
22:44
when it comes to Barry Krisher and his office. There
22:49
are big time villains in this story. In my opinion,
22:53
what sort of disgusting prosecutor works behind the scenes with
22:57
a scumbag like Jeffrey Epstein to try and undermine the
23:03
allegations of these little girls. If that doesn't get you
23:09
fired up, folks, you better check your pulse further. Epstein
23:19
was able to circumvent what Acosta described as one of
23:21
the most crucial parts of the agreement. When Acosta agreed
23:25
not to pursue federal charges, he said he wanted to
23:28
make sure Epstein was forced to register as a sex
23:31
offender so he couldn't continue to pray on teenage girls anymore. However,
23:38
when Christier charged Epstein with soliciting of a minor for prostitution,
23:42
he chose a victim who was sixteen, even though evidence
23:45
showed at least one of the teens he molested was fourteen.
23:49
The survivor's age made a difference. Investigators wrote, of course
23:54
it did. The older the girl is the less the
23:57
charges are going to be right. Them using the sixteen
24:01
year old and not the fourteen year old got Jeffrey Epstein.
24:04
The lesser charges meanwhile protected him and threw all of
24:11
these little girls under the bus. And when I say
24:13
little girls here, folks, we're not talking about eighteen or nineteen,
24:16
we're talking about fourteen, fifteen, and sixteen. We're talking about
24:19
the Palm Beach portion of this sixth son of a
24:24
bitch's disgusting criminal crime spree fourteen years old and Krisher,
24:34
this disgusting, smarmy scumbag son of a bitch, uses the
24:40
sixteen year old instead to manipulate the ruling by the court.
24:49
It met that it met. The Palm Beach resident, who
24:51
also had homes in New York, New Mexico, the Virgin
24:55
Islands in Paris, didn't have to register as a sex
24:58
offender when he visited his sprawling ranch in New Mexico.
25:02
The edge of consent in New Mexico is sixteen. So again,
25:07
right back to New Mexico, all roads lead to Zoro Ranch.
25:12
Don't they funny? How that place has still never been raided. Huh,
25:16
But that's okay. I'm headed back there in February, I think,
25:21
or March one or the other, probably the end of February,
25:24
like I've thought, and I'm going to do some more investigating.
25:29
I'm going to spend some more time at the Santa
25:31
Fe Institute. I'm going to drive down to Los Alamos
25:34
and get an idea of just how far that is
25:36
from Epstein's ranch. And I have a few other irons
25:41
in the fire down in New Mexico. As we speak,
25:45
Hopefully I'll be able to talk to my sources down
25:47
there again. Hopefully that occurs, Hopefully they'll be able to
25:51
be available. And I have also been talking to a
25:53
couple of new sources in New Mexico that certainly have
26:00
a tale to tell. Epstein bought the ranch in New
26:06
Mexico with this in mind. He knew the age of
26:09
consent laws. He could have had a ranch in Nevada
26:12
or Colorado, or he could have had a ranch anywhere.
26:15
He chose New Mexico. A because it's close to the
26:19
Santa Fe Institute and Los ale and b because of
26:23
these laws. After Epstein was found hanged in a Manhattan
26:29
jail cell. In twenty nineteen, while facing multiple charges of
26:33
child sex trafficking, New York prosecutor said he had exploited
26:37
teens at his ten thousand acres Zoro Ranch near Santa Fe.
26:42
So where is the subpoenas, Where are the warrants to
26:46
kick in the door and wave in your four or four?
26:49
Where's any of that in Zoro Ranch? How come that's
26:52
not occurring? And folks, by the way, if you notice,
26:56
I haven't even talked about the nonsense that people the
26:59
per SnO said we saw Jeffrey Epstein drive up to
27:02
our gate. That did not occur, okay, And it makes
27:07
everybody look like a whack job when you have these
27:09
people out there making those sorts of allegations. So do better.
27:14
If you're out there and you're protesting at Zoro Ranch,
27:17
I totally support that for sure. But don't make up
27:19
any wild, weird conspiracy theories. Okay, Please, we have enough
27:23
real shit that's mind blowing in this case that wild
27:26
made up conspiracy theories aren't needed. Save it for your Reddit,
27:33
can't sleep thread, or whatever the hell it is you
27:35
got going on. Krisher was aware that different states have
27:41
different rules for sex registration because one of Epstein's attorneys
27:45
explained it to him in a two thousand and six letter.
27:47
Investigators said, Unfortunately, they said Acosta and his team didn't
27:53
do the same research, or they didn't they ignored it.
28:00
That's not possible. You really think they didn't do their research. Huh.
28:04
Pretty sure they did their research, but they just ignored it.
28:09
More significantly, Krisher misled federal prosecutors about what state charge
28:13
would require Epstein to register as a sex offender. It
28:17
was Epstein's own legal team that contradicted Krisher's erranus assertion
28:23
in time, so the correct charge was filed. Imagine that
28:27
this guy's such a bumbling idiot, such a buffoon, that
28:32
the defense had to fix his filing charge to make
28:36
sure it was the right one. So there was no
28:39
prosecutors in this case the first time around, folks, Not
28:42
at all. It was the state of Florida, the federal government,
28:47
Jeffrey Epstein and his high profile lawyers against poor girls
28:51
from broken homes who had nobody standing up as their surrogate,
28:56
who had nobody standing up for their rights, had a
29:00
court system who failed them, a prosecutor who did not
29:03
care and unfortunately a populace who was left in the
29:09
dark due to the negligence of the legacy media. How
29:15
in the hell is this non prosecution agreement still standing yet?
29:25
Despite this evidence, which at least suggested that the state
29:28
authorities should not have been considered to be a reliable
29:31
partner in enforcing the NPA, Acosta did not alter his
29:35
decision about proceeding with a process that depended completely on
29:40
state authorities for its successful execution. Investigators wrote again, I
29:45
don't believe it was a costa. I believe and this
29:49
is me being cynical again, right, I believe that the
29:52
Department of Justice and the federal prosecutors' offices wanted it
29:59
to look like this, Right. They wanted it to look
30:03
like the state government flubbed the ball. If it ever
30:06
came back to haunt them. They're certainly not going to
30:11
make it look like it. They screwed the pooch, right,
30:15
So Acosta was left holding the bag as the front man,
30:19
for sure. But really, I've said it from the beginning.
30:22
I truly believe that the State Prosecutors' Office's office here
30:27
needs to be fully eviscerated. They need to be held
30:33
to account for what they did, folks, and for the
30:35
way they conducted themselves. There's no prosecutor's office in the
30:38
whole entire country that should be taking the side of
30:41
a sex offender over the fourteen fifteen, sixteen year old
30:45
high school girls that he or she abused. That should
30:49
never occur. These prosecutors should be the biggest advocates for
30:54
these girls once the case is brought. They shouldn't be
30:57
working behind the scenes to undermine them or their case.
31:05
At first, Krisher was gung ho. That many believed Krisher
31:09
had no interest in prosecuting Epstein for learning teens to
31:13
his home for sex should come as no surprise to Acosta,
31:16
who stepped down as US Labor Secretary in twenty nineteen
31:21
after questions were raised about the sweetheart deal he helped negotiate.
31:26
The case was brought to Acosta's office by Palm Beach
31:30
Police Chief Michael Ryder, whose agency had uncovered Epstein's lurid
31:34
scheme during a year long investigation, and Michael Ryder was
31:38
one of the only heroes in this whole entire storid ordeal.
31:42
In my opinion, Michael Ryder was one of the good
31:45
guys he brought this case to light. He went after
31:51
Krisher's office after they didn't want to send it up
31:55
top after they were going easy on Epstein, and the
32:01
chief writer was a hard charging man who really wanted
32:07
to get to the truth of this. While Chrisher was
32:13
initially gung ho about pursuing the case, writers said the
32:16
state attorney's enthusiasm quickly waned after Epstein's lawyers peppered him
32:21
with the teens MySpace pages, which they used to portray
32:24
the girls as willing participants and worse, Krisher decided their
32:28
claims weren't incredible, writer said, you know, I got news
32:31
for you. If this was my kid and this asshole
32:35
state's attorney prosecutor here tried to use their MySpace page
32:40
to demean them and undermine their credibility, it would have
32:44
been on. I would have gotten a contempt of court
32:47
charge and I would have had to been escorted out
32:50
of that court. I would have lost my shit. Furthermore,
32:55
I would have worked as hard as possible for the
32:58
rest of my life to make sure that Krishna and
33:00
company were held responsible. Assistance Date attorney Lana bell Holovak
33:08
told investigators there simply wasn't enough evidence to charge Epstein
33:12
with unlawful sexual activity with a miner and lude and
33:16
lascivious molestation of a miner as police wanted. Bullshit, absolute bullshit,
33:22
a mountain load high. We're talking everests stacked on top
33:28
of everest high. There was no evidence. Huh, unbelievable. Instead,
33:38
she said, Instead, she said, she offered to let Epstein
33:41
plead guilty to a charge of aggravated assault. While he
33:45
wouldn't have to serve any jail time, he wouldn't be
33:47
allowed to have any unsupervised contact with miners during his
33:51
five year probation. Epstein rejected the offer, of course he did.
33:56
Look how easy that would have been. No jail time
34:00
and he wouldn't be allowed to hang out with unsupervised
34:02
miners in his five years. Well that's okay, because don't worry.
34:08
Glenn and Eva Dubin will let you hang out with
34:10
their daughter, Uncle Jeffy. What sort of deals worthies? Right?
34:16
We went from sixty federal accounts to aggravated assault. I mean,
34:23
how can anyone look at this and not see that
34:25
this is completely fed, that this has not been completely
34:28
and utterly manipulated. But Now the house of cards is
34:36
tumbling down, folks. We used to just we had a
34:40
peek in the window. Now because of independent content creators
34:46
and investigative journalists that have worked hard on this case,
34:50
it's not just a little piece of the curtain that's
34:52
been pulled back. We've pulled the whole damn curtain back,
34:56
and everyone's getting a whole, big eye full of the
35:03
filth on the other side. Later, Krisher convened a grand
35:08
jury that indicted Epstein on a single charge of solicitation
35:12
of prostitution. There wasn't any recognition that he paid women
35:16
as young as fourteen, women girls as young as fourteen
35:19
to give him massages that led to disrobing, fondling, and sex.
35:26
We're talking fourteen years old, folks. Fourteen year old girls
35:30
come into his house for massages, fondling, and sex. If
35:34
you throw out everything that we've discussed after Palm Beach,
35:38
even him delaying Maxwell and the rest of them should
35:41
be in prison for the rest of their lives, never
35:44
mind adding on all of the other crimes that were
35:46
committed elsewhere and the financial crimes on top of that.
35:50
Just what happened in Palm Beach alone, makes this guy
35:53
and his criminal enterprise some of the most disgusting, prolific
35:58
sex traffickers in history. But by then Ryder had already
36:05
gone to the FBI, who had dubbed the investigation Operation
36:09
Leap Year because police initially identified twenty nine survivors. I
36:15
knew that it didn't really matter what the facts were
36:17
in this case. It was pretty clear to me that
36:19
mister Krisher did not want to prosecute this case, Ryder
36:23
said in a deposition. For sure, Chief Rider said that
36:27
from the jump, and that's why they went over his
36:29
head and brought the FEDS in. And even when the
36:33
FEDS came in, even though the FEDS at first were
36:35
going to charge Epstein with sixty counts, the pressure started
36:39
to come in hot and heavy from Epstein's attorneys, and
36:42
they pulled the right levers up top. And my guess
36:45
is Mukasey and his band of criminals put this all
36:49
into motion because of the leverage being put on them
36:53
and the pressure being put on them by Epstein and
36:57
his high profile attorneys. During a May two thousand and
37:06
six meeting, Palm Beach Police detective Joseph Riccari warned that
37:10
Epstein's attorneys used hard knuckle tactics. Assistant US attorney Marie
37:14
Villa Fauna told investigators Rocceri said pressure had been brought
37:20
to Baron Krisher by Epstein's attorneys. Recalled Villafauna, who worked
37:24
in Acosta's West Palm Beach office and spearheaded the federal investigation.
37:30
What did I just tell you? Pressure had been brought
37:32
right and right here they say it on by Epstein's attorneys,
37:36
and not only by Epstein's attorneys. I'm sure they were
37:39
buoyed by federal prosecutors. And I don't mean Acosta. I'm
37:43
talking the big wigs on high folks. Epstein was represented
37:48
by Harvard law professor Allen I kept my underpants on,
37:52
Dershowitz and nationally known defense attorneys including Jay Lefkowitz and
37:57
Gerald Lefcourt of New York and Roy Black of Miami.
38:02
But once Krisher was involved, Epstein hired West Palm Beach
38:05
defense attorney Jack Goldberger. You see how that works, Goldberger,
38:10
local guy has an inn with Krisher, their buddies. Favorable
38:15
deals come in your way, and so the wheel spins
38:19
and the spokes gleam. According to Ricari Goldberger was hired
38:26
to force assistant State Attorney Delia Weiss, known as an
38:30
aggressive prosecutor, off the case. Because her husband worked in
38:34
Goldberger's firm, Weiss had to step aside. Again, the manipulation
38:41
of the legal system by Epstein's attorneys is right there
38:46
in your face. They made these moves behind the scenes.
38:49
They used loopholes to try and get Weiss off, god
38:52
Her bumped, and then pursued the case the way they
38:55
wanted to pursue it without the interference of Weiss. But
39:03
investigators said there was likely another reason Goldberger was asked
39:07
to join the defense team. The longtime defense attorney had
39:10
a relationship with Krisher. Of course he did. That's how
39:13
this hall works. Don't you know what you don't think
39:16
Christian Everdell Kelane, Maxwell's lawyer, an ex prosecutor in New York,
39:20
has a relationship with the prosecutors. I'm sure he does.
39:25
Epstein's wealth enabled him to hire multiple attorneys who had
39:29
pre existing personal connections to some of the government attorneys
39:32
involved in his case in the State Attorney's office, in
39:35
the USAO and elsewhere in the department. They wrote based
39:41
on the attorneys Epstein selected to represent him. A reasonable
39:45
inference can be drawn that Epstein believed that hiring attorneys
39:49
with relationships to the prosecutors would be beneficial to him,
39:54
and of course it would be. That's how this all works, right,
39:57
That's how this works. Guys have these relationships. That's what
40:02
you're paying for as well. You're not just paying for
40:04
their legal advice right in the courtroom, you're paying for
40:07
all of their connections as well. Recognizing that she was
40:14
up against aggressive legal heavyweights, Villa Fauna alerted her top
40:18
bosses in Miami, including a Costa, that they would be
40:21
inundated with calls about the case. Villa Fauna said that
40:27
she had never before asked to meet with executive management
40:30
about initiating a case, but the allegations that Epstein had
40:34
improperly influenced the state Attorney's office greatly troubled her. Investigators
40:39
wrote over time, other top officials in the US Attorney's
40:44
Office came to share Villa Fauna's view that Krisher had
40:49
bowed to pressure. Look again, I'm not going to lionize
40:56
Villa Fauna, but I won't demonize her either. She was
40:58
the only one that had add any sort of plan here,
41:02
the only one that was really going hard, the only
41:05
one that really wanted to send Jeffrey Epstein up the river,
41:09
it looks like. So I'm not going to demonize her either.
41:14
But at the same time, if it was me and
41:18
I was in her position, I would have rolled over
41:22
played whistleblower, no matter the cost it would have had
41:25
to my career. And I think that is a black
41:31
mark against her. Right in a case like this, And
41:33
as a prosecutor, your number one goal should be to
41:36
protect people. And if that doesn't occur because of pressure
41:39
from on high, then you have to step up and
41:41
you have to put an end to it. Right. You
41:48
have to be the one to make the step, to
41:50
take the step to stop the corruption, to stop the nonsense.
41:56
And Villafana didn't do that. But what I will say
41:58
is this, from all of the stuff we've heard, all
42:01
of the reports we have read and seen, she seems
42:03
to be the only one in that office that truly tried.
42:06
So I definitely will give her that. All right, folks,
42:10
that's the end of part one of this article. We're
42:13
going to pick up part two tonight during the Daily Drop.
42:19
I didn't it'll probably run another half hour or so,
42:22
so I didn't want this episode to be too long.
42:25
So well, we're gonna end it here and we will
42:28
pick back up part two of this article tonight at
42:32
the Daily Drop. So if you'd like to contact me,
42:36
you can do that at Bobby Kapouchi at ProtonMail dot com.

42:58
All right, folks, I'll be back later on tonight for
43:01
part two of this story and the Daily Drop. Hope
43:07
you all have a fantastic Sunday and we will pick
43:10
up where we left off later on. Hello everyone, and
43:15
welcome to the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm your host, Bobby Capucci,
43:20
and this is a morning update. What's up everybody in
43:25
Greetings from Sin City. I don't know about you, folks,
43:29
but I'm sitting here and I was watching this helicopter
43:31
on Mars and I'm blown away by it. Maybe I'm
43:35
just old at this point, you know, I'm forty one.
43:38
I remember sitting around watching the shuttles. Take off and thinking,
43:43
oh my gosh, this is amazing. Now fast forward to
43:47
the year twenty twenty one and we have a helicopter
43:50
that was sent to Mars that just took flight. That
43:56
is absolutely amazing to me that we have come that far.
44:03
I know, there's a lot of people that don't care about,
44:06
you know, the space and investigating space or trying to
44:12
populate the stars and stuff like that. There's people that
44:16
will say, well, spend the money here on Earth, fixed Earth.
44:18
I agree we should be doing both, though I think
44:21
we're capable of doing both, because it's very amazing to
44:27
think that right now, as we speak, there is a
44:31
helicopter flying around on Mars. I just I don't know,
44:36
I don't know. I can't wrap my mind around that.
44:38
It's just so cool to me. I'm such a sci
44:40
fi fantasy nerd anyway though, that that kind of stuff
44:44
really gets me going, so that I've been sitting here
44:47
watching it for I don't know, two hours or so,
44:50
watching different coverage and some of the video pictures blah
44:54
blah blah, and it's just just amazing to me, I mean,
44:57
absolutely positively amazing that there's a helicopter flying around on
45:03
Mars right now. I don't know. I just can't get
45:05
my mind wrapped around that. All right. So today, what
45:10
we're going to talk about here on the program is
45:13
a new report from the Daily News about the decision
45:18
to not pursue Epstein in two thousand and sixteen. We
45:24
know that this prosecution of Epstein from the very beginning
45:27
was absolute gobbage, hot stinking gobbage, folks. Nobody ever nailed
45:34
it down, nobody ever went hard in the paint. In fact,
45:37
they handed him a non prosecution agreement that is amazingly horrible,
45:46
and nobody from his criminal enterprise went to jail until Maxwell.
45:56
With all of the evidence that we have that is
45:58
just in the circumstantial pile, there's no reason that that
46:07
should have occurred. People that were working with Epstein, people
46:14
that allegedly were working with Epstein, they should have all
46:17
been brought in the first time around. But the prosecution
46:26
didn't really care, did they. They were more interested in
46:30
painting a picture for the grand jury of these girls
46:33
being prostitutes and less than right. Oh they kissed a
46:39
boy on MySpace. Oh, they took a hit a weed,
46:42
whole weed, what was that? Oh? They were drinking beer? Oh, no,
46:47
they're drinking beers. I mean, the whole thing from the
46:51
very beginning was just absolutely ridiculous and the type of
46:58
thing you would see in some sort of beef a
47:00
late night movie on like one of Showtimes, like many
47:07
auxiliary channels. Right, this is a storyline that's not even
47:11
believable in real life, but yet here we are dealing
47:15
with it. And now in this new report, we're gonna
47:21
get a little bit more of a look behind the
47:24
scenes as to why Epstein was not pursued in twenty
47:28
and sixteen. This article is from the New York Daily
47:33
News dot com headline Manhattan federal prosecutors confirmed decision to
47:39
not pursue Jeffrey Epstein in two thousand and sixteen. This
47:45
article was authored by Stephen Rex Brown. Manhattan federal prosecutors
47:52
confirmed in court papers made public Friday that they chose
47:56
not to pursue Jeffrey Epstein in twenty and sixteen, with
48:00
one former assistant US attorney saying she felt horrible after
48:04
learning of the perverts abuse of the criminal justice system
48:08
in Florida. You know, this seems to be an ongoing
48:11
theme with prosecutors and police officers and people involved in
48:17
this case. Oh, we feel horrible, we have a lot
48:20
of sorrow about what you went through, but there's no
48:23
recourse for you. There's nothing we can do. We can't
48:26
provide you with justice. That's basically what everybody at every
48:31
single turn has said. Doesn't seem to be changing now either,
48:36
does it. Same old actors, same old script. The disclosure
48:46
by the Southern District of New York came in a
48:48
two hundred and twelve page filing responding to Glenn Maxwell's
48:52
legal challenges to an indictment charging her with grooming underage
48:56
Epstein's survivors in the mid nineteen nineties lying under oath.
49:02
So this is just I mean, I don't understand how
49:09
they can come to terms with something like that. How
49:13
do you sit in your office and look at your
49:15
colleagues and say, yeah, nah, we're not gonna prosecute Nah,
49:18
this is this is this case doesn't warrant that. Meanwhile,
49:24
if you go to a protest these days, and I
49:26
don't care if you're on the left or the right,
49:28
you can expect a visit from from the FBI. Right, Oh,
49:32
you're at a protest, how dare you go and express
49:36
your rights? Meanwhile, Jeffrey Epstein's friends. They don't get a look.
49:43
Nobody shows up to talk to them ever. Oh, you're
49:48
accusing somebody of violating you sexually. Nah, we'll get to
49:51
that when we get to it. Flip side, you were
49:54
at a political rally. You belong in guantanamo. You're an insurgent.
50:00
Everything's upside down and down is up, up is down,
50:03
left is right, right is left. Who the hell knows anymore?
50:06
Where we're at. One thing should be locked and loaded
50:14
and for damn sure, and that is people like Maxwell
50:17
and Epstein should never be getting the homie hookup. The
50:25
Daily News exclusively revealed last year that lawyers for epstein
50:30
accusers met with the Assistant US Attorney Amanda Kramer in
50:34
twenty sixteen and urged her to open an investigation of
50:38
the notorious sex offender. She didn't have any time for that.
50:41
Right twenty sixteen, mister preet still in charge. They're going
50:46
full bore with all of their politics at that point, right,
50:51
the one storied SDNY nothing more than a political arm
50:58
of the elite. Now ache, how disgusting, how discouraging. And
51:04
these are the people that we're putting all of our
51:06
eggs in the basket with to bring this case home. Huh,
51:11
And you wonder why I'm so cynical. The SDNY is
51:18
not this storied office. They're not this group of hard
51:22
charging prosecutors. They're more like Chuck Rhodes from Billions. Sources
51:31
told the News that they also urged her to investigate Maxwell,
51:35
but prosecutors wrote in a new filing that Epstein was
51:38
the main subject of the February twenty ninth, twenty sixteen
51:42
sit down in a conference room at SDNY headquarters in
51:46
Lower Manhattan. Look, if you're having a sit down about Epstein,
51:50
you're having a sit down about Maxwell as well. That's
51:53
how connected they were, right, So it should never be
51:58
one without the other. When we're talking about this criminal conspiracy.
52:05
When they're talking about just going after one person, then
52:09
you know that the fix is in because one person
52:13
couldn't have done what this enterprise did. It takes more
52:18
than one to longer this money. It takes more than
52:20
one to groom these girls. It takes more than one
52:24
to facilitate all of this stuff. And every single person
52:28
who had their fingers in the pie, every single person
52:31
who enriched themselves from these ill gotten gains, must be
52:37
held accountable. You know, they talk with a good game
52:42
about wanting to restore faith in the institutions and in
52:45
the justice system, but then they go off and do
52:47
some wild shit like always, and everybody's left shaking their
52:51
head and talking about what a travesty it is. Rinse
52:56
and repeat over and over and over again, and nothing
52:59
ever gets done, no one's ever held accountable, and changes
53:03
are never made. How long are we going to get
53:08
caught up in this repeat cycle. We need real changes,
53:14
and we need people like Epstein and Maxwell to be
53:19
pursued to the very ends of the earth, if that's
53:22
what it takes. The focus of the meeting was on Epstein,
53:29
and Kramer understood that the attorneys were advocating that the
53:33
USAO United States Attorney's Office SDNY opened an investigation into Epstein.
53:40
Assistant US Attorney Allison Moe wrote during the meeting, the
53:44
attorneys referenced multiple individuals who worked for and or helped Epstein,
53:50
including Maxwell, but the attorneys primarily focused their presentation on Epstein. Well,
53:57
that's because Epstein was the head of the dragon in
54:00
this regard, right, And if you cut the head off,
54:04
then you can go in and get the body. That's
54:05
how they usually do it. So they were working from
54:09
the top down when it comes to Epstein, bring in Epstein,
54:12
and then wrap up all of his associates and a
54:15
nice little bow under conspiracy charges. I'm guessing that's the
54:18
way they were going, even if they don't admit it.
54:22
You know, Look, the government said that they had no
54:24
plans of adding new charges to Maxwell, and then here
54:27
we are with the superseded indictment. I don't take anything
54:32
the government says to me at face value either. Folks
54:34
believe it. I've said it once, I'll say it a
54:36
million times. We're dealing with a pit of vipers on
54:39
both sides here. Kramer recently spoke to an FBI agent
54:45
in prosecutors on the Maxwell case about the twenty sixteen meeting.
54:49
Notes from the phone call, which were included in the
54:52
new filing, referred to Kramer by her initials AK. Kramer
54:57
had the impression that the lawyers who came in to
55:00
meet with AK were disorganized the notes read. She suspected
55:04
the survivors lawyers wanted the FEDS to open a criminal
55:07
investigation because it would give them an upper hand in
55:10
civil litigation with Epstein. The documents reveal, Oh yeah, so
55:14
that's what it was. Huh ak, you feel so bad.
55:18
But in other words, it was a money grab. Let's
55:21
just call it what it is. The sdn Y under
55:23
pret by the way, let's remember pre pret, my best friend.
55:27
Pret are the ones that did all of this. They're
55:31
the ones that's basically that said. According to these documents,
55:35
I didn't say it. They did that. The reason you're
55:37
pining for this is because you want a better chance
55:40
in your civil case. Boy, does the SDNY look stupid now?
55:44
Or what? How's all that egg on the face there, SDNY,
55:50
Do you want some catch up with your crow? Three
55:55
years later, they indict the guy. Maybe if you would
55:58
have paid attention all the way in the nineties when
56:01
people were telling you all the way through his whole
56:04
reign of terror, you guys would have been able to
56:07
stop him. But you had no interest in that, did you.
56:13
After the meeting, Kramer met with her then supervisor Dan Stein.
56:17
The prosecutor recalled being concerned that Florida FBI agents were
56:21
allegedly not pleased with how an earlier investigation into Epstein concluded, Oh, well,
56:27
that's very magnanimous, very nice of them. Okay, very very
56:31
very nice of them, very magnanimous. I mean, we were
56:39
happy with the way the investigation went down, but we're
56:42
just gonna put it on the back burner and forget it.
56:44
Ever happened? Does it? Where's the integrity? I mean, I
56:50
get it. You don't want to lose your job, right,
56:52
FBI agents a good job, probably making close to one
56:55
hundred g's a year or something. Nobody wants to lose
56:58
a gig like that. But at what point does it
57:01
become a situation where you're sacrificing your own morality for
57:06
a few bucks. So Kramer contacted the FBIS then head
57:13
of Sex Crimes against Children in New York, Sean Watson,
57:17
and asked him to speak with FBI agents in Florida.
57:20
Kramer wanted Watson to ask colleagues in the Sunshine State
57:23
whether they were unhappy with the outcome and felt like
57:27
justice had not been served. According to the notes, hold
57:32
on a minute. If you're a station chief or you're
57:36
a field boss, I get it, you want to talk
57:39
to your employees and get a feel right and see
57:41
what's what. But let's be real, you're the one that's
57:44
making this choice. Don't try and pass the buck. If
57:49
I was this agent, forget sending an email, I'd be
57:52
at your door, knock, knock, knock. Hey, did you get
57:56
that email I sent you? Hey, Hey, I got some
57:57
problems over here. We're gonna need to handle this. But no,
58:02
we'll just forget about it. I'll send them. I sent
58:04
them an email, but I got no response, so we
58:06
just forgot about it. I mean, what talk about dereliction
58:10
of duty. The inquiry hit a dead end after that.
58:15
No Epstein investigation was opened. In response to the twenty
58:19
sixteen meeting. Sewn never called Ak back. AK doesn't recall
58:24
ever affirmatively following up with Sean, but he took the
58:28
radio silence to mean that the FBI agents in Florida
58:31
did not express dissatisfaction. The notes read, Is this really?
58:38
This is how the FBI works? No wonder all of
58:41
these different things happened to America. These guys don't know
58:45
their ass from their elbow. I didn't hear back, so
58:50
I just forgot about it. No follow up, no phone call,
58:53
no knock on the door. Now, just forget about it.
58:56
We'll let the most prolific sex criminal in modern times
59:00
at the very least just get away with it. Ak
59:05
and this Sean character both should have their pensions yanked.
59:12
Epstein survivors say the pervert used his wealth and influence
59:15
to avoid federal charges in Miami in two thousand and eight,
59:19
despite evidence he ran an underage sex trafficking ring. Epstein
59:24
pleaded guilty to state prostitution charges in a highly unusual
59:28
sweetheart deal with then Southern District of Florida US Attorney
59:32
Alex Acosta. We know that that whole entire episode was
59:42
maybe one of the lowest points in the history of
59:44
the United States judicial system. And I mean that letting
59:49
this guy off on that NPA is absolutely there's not
59:55
even words to describe how disgusting it is. Epstein only
1:00:01
served thirteen months in Palm Beach County jail, including home releases,
1:00:06
then allegedly continue to abuse miners. The episode remains a
1:00:10
major embarrassment for the just US Department. Oh well, you
1:00:14
tag it on to all the major embarrassments that the
1:00:17
Justice Department has under its belt, and then you wonder
1:00:20
why I'm so critical of them. They need to get
1:00:24
their act together, and if they can't do it under
1:00:27
current management, under current leadership, then somebody who knows what
1:00:30
the hell they're doing needs to be brought in, or
1:00:34
maybe just disband the whole entire thing and start from
1:00:37
the bottom up. And then while you're at it, you
1:00:43
can fire everybody at the CIA and just bring Edward
1:00:47
Snowden and Julian assanj over to take care of that role.
1:00:53
The Sordid Saga was highlighted in a bombshell Miami Herald
1:00:56
investigation published in November twenty eighteen, which prompted Manhattan prosecutors
1:01:02
to open the Epstein probe that resulted in his arrest
1:01:05
for underage sex trafficking. You know, it's crazy. They needed
1:01:10
the embarrassment and the egg on the face of an
1:01:13
investigation being opened by a newspaper to spur them into motion.
1:01:19
Remember we're not talking about a robber here. We're not
1:01:22
talking about somebody who was involved in, you know, some
1:01:25
kind of financial scheme. He was, but that's not his
1:01:28
main crime. We're talking about a prolific child trafficker. And
1:01:35
nobody thought it would be a good idea to open
1:01:38
an investigation. You had to wait till the Miami Herald
1:01:41
absolutely exposed you and embarrassed you. That's promising Kramer Smoke
1:01:52
spoke with her SDNY colleagues after the story broke. Part
1:01:55
of the reason Ak felt horrible when reading the Miami
1:01:58
Herald article was because Ak took no action after calling
1:02:02
Sean Watson. The notes read, oh yeah, well, I guess
1:02:05
it's nice to feel sorry the next day. Right. Guess what, Ak,
1:02:08
You're not getting let off the hook. You were in
1:02:10
a position to help. You were in a position to
1:02:12
stop this. None of us are. We're just common citizens
1:02:15
who are pissed off. You had a chance to stop it,
1:02:17
and you didn't. You should feel bad about it. Ak
1:02:25
remembers telling them that she felt terrible reading the Miami
1:02:28
Herald series. You know what, You're an FBI agent. You
1:02:31
couldn't pull the files from Florida and read the accounts
1:02:33
of them girls themselves. I don't believe that. Stop with
1:02:37
the lip service, Stop with the crocodile tears. I'm over
1:02:41
here playing the world's smallest violin for you there. Ak
1:02:48
sources told the News that Kramer had a second meeting
1:02:50
with attorneys for Epstein survivors in this summer of twenty sixteen,
1:02:55
after Maxwell was deposed in connection with a civil suit
1:02:58
brought by Epstein's survi for Ginia Roberts survivors. Lawyers David
1:03:03
Boyce and Stan Pottinger urged Kramer to consider charging Maxwell
1:03:08
with lying under oath. The sources said, oh yeah, and
1:03:12
she didn't do it. It took four more years for other
1:03:18
agents to come in and clean up your mess. It
1:03:20
took Allison Moe and the prosecution that's currently working on
1:03:24
this to clean up your mess at least a little bit.
1:03:29
And these are the people that we're relying on to
1:03:32
stop terrorism and narco trafficking and all of that stuff. Folks,
1:03:37
I'm sure you all feel real secure. Do me a
1:03:39
favor and make sure you lock your doors tonight. Prosecutors
1:03:46
wrote in the new filing that the second meeting never happened,
1:03:49
though Kramer did have a phone call with Pottinger on
1:03:52
May second, twenty sixteen. This, you know what, They've been
1:03:56
nothing but devious the whole time. Let's not forget the
1:03:59
year long chain of emails that disappeared with Acosta and
1:04:03
his bosses over all of this shit. You know, it's
1:04:06
to the point now where I can't help but just
1:04:08
being utterly cynical and sarcastic about the whole entire government
1:04:13
portion of this. They are absolutely disgusting. Kramer does not
1:04:25
recall the details of that conversation, nor is the government
1:04:28
aware of any notes or other records documenting the substance
1:04:31
of the call. Moe wrote in the filing. So there's
1:04:35
no record of it. Nobody knows anything. No one's the wiser,
1:04:38
and the government can have the stance of, oh, this
1:04:42
never happened. We don't know what you're talking about. SDNY
1:04:50
wrote it could find no records indicating Kramer communicated with
1:04:53
attorneys for Epstein and Maxwell accusers after May third, twenty sixteen,
1:05:00
Maxwell's Maxwell is accused of lying in depositions in April
1:05:03
and July twenty and sixteen. Her legal team argues survivor's
1:05:08
attorneys were improperly in cahoots with the Feds, compromising aspects
1:05:12
of her criminal case. She has pleaded not guilty. Oh yeah,
1:05:16
they were so in kahoots with the feds, her lawyers
1:05:20
that all of these prosecutions came in twenty sixteen. Right,
1:05:24
do me a favor. Maxwell's legal team go back to
1:05:29
the drawing board and start all over, because it's starting
1:05:32
to look like you guys straight up suck. If you'd
