- 0:12Hey everybody, it's Martha Byrne, Burn Unscripted.
- 0:15And for the first time in doing my podcast, I have a repeat guest, Cindy Groes, because as I've told you before, there are very few people that I've met over the years who have as much of experience in so many different lanes when it comes to government, the fraud that has happened in this country and in the city of New York.
- 0:39And then Cindy, like I have encountered wonderful people in this horrific time in my life that have inspired me, educated me, and instead of getting upset about people not knowing what's going on and or just following the lead of whatever's in the media, I I feel like bringing on Cindy to inform with her own personal experience is what I can do to help.
- 1:06And so today we're going to welcome back Cindy.
- 1:09Thank you for coming back to the show.
- 1:13As always, it's a pleasure.
- 1:16Wish the topics were more fun, but I just think they're not going to have enough time to talk about everything.
- 1:22No, we're going to talk about it.
- 1:23You might have to have me back again.
- 1:25I'm always happy to have you.
- 1:27I I think when I see what's happening in the news and today we're going to talk about fraud.
- 1:33Like it you and I both have known this for a long time that this has been going on with the elections, and uh, you know, you were considered uh you were shut down, you were canceled if you talked about fraud in the elections back in 2020, 21, and up until recently when things are starting to come out, thank thankfully uh here and there.
- 1:53But you know, the Nick Shirley's of the world, the James O'Keeffes are really starting to take information that was already available, you know, publicly available regarding fraud and exposing it.
- 2:05And you know, your history and your experience in the space is probably the most informative, I think, to present to the public as to what is it's this is not new, but can you talk to me about how you feel about regarding what is going on currently with the independent journalists and the uh you know the Fannie Willis case is that you know, we now we know for sure that it was created and that you know she was behind the scenes working going to the the White House with her boyfriend and you know, all of that.
- 2:39How do you feel about the current temperature of the fraud finally kind of getting to the public?
- 2:46So you did it in a very descriptive way that most people do not want to hear.
- 2:51It's more than 10 to 15 seconds of their actual expans uh attention span.
- 2:57If Republicans, independents, common sense Democrats want to win, not just in the midterms, but to save freedom and democracy, then they have to focus in on common sense everyday issues.
- 3:14And mine, I could tell you is education.
- 3:18Why?
- 3:19Because a lot of the fraud that was exposed uh in um Minneapolis, especially in the areas where there are illegal immigrants there, run by run by people who really don't like America and just want to take advantage of the money here to use to destroy us.
- 3:41Those people are now working towards LA, and I could tell you this is going on in every major blue state, where probably 40% of the population really is red and independent.
- 3:59But because those cities are overpopulated with uh minorities who have been promised loads of things for 60 years and still haven't received it.
- 4:11We need a better job exposing the fraud.
- 4:14I'll give you an example.
- 4:16In my situation, I exposed fraud in 2005, 2007.
- 4:24I went to the teachers' unions, big mistake.
- 4:28They used it against me.
- 4:29The teachers' unions work together with the supervisors and executive unions.
- 4:35Big mistake.
- 4:36Big money there, big money from endorsements for Democrats who are taking money and doing things.
- 4:42And the proof is in my lawsuit where principal was arrested for uh being involved in um embezzlement and using money illegally against another government agency, where there was a nonprofit organization that was involved with local elected officials, state senators, assembly people, council people.
- 5:06I exposed it even to the mayor's office in 2008, 2009.
- 5:13They went after me for being a whistleblower and illegally terminated me because I filed the lawsuit first, and you're not supposed to have retaliation of a lawsuit after someone files it and made up all kinds of bogus complaints.
- 5:28But I found hundreds of thousands of dollars of fraud and exposed it, and they finally did something about it in 2013, after they destroyed me.
- 5:42Now you are, you know, it's like you never want to be the uh the OG, you know, of something like this.
- 5:47And and and back in when you did this, nobody was covering it.
- 5:52You know, you they were covering for themselves.
- 5:54They were covering.
- 5:55I'm gonna be honest with you.
- 5:56You've mentioned a couple of names.
- 5:58One of those people did know about my case, but they were afraid because they have their own issues with the teachers' union.
- 6:06Republicans are afraid of the teachers.
- 6:09Oh, yes.
- 6:10Oh, for sure.
- 6:11Independents, even a lot of Democrats who know what's going on.
- 6:15But I will tell you the biggest problem of all, the same people named in my lawsuit, and have had other issues brought up against them, are still there, elected, or retired with full pensions.
- 6:30When in the private sector, if somebody steals money from you, you don't rehire them, let them go through other issues of questionable actions and let them retire you with full pensions.
- 6:44And that's what's going on with all the people involved in these fraud schemes, because they can get away with it.
- 6:52Explain to people the because finally, again, we're you're we're hearing about the NGOs and how they were involved in the in fraud in the elections and you know, these these layering, the layering of uh through the NGOs to protect the complicit.
- 7:13So explain to the audience how what the role of the NGO.
- 7:19Okay, so here's the deal.
- 7:21Basically, it doesn't take rocket science to figure out that there is an enormous amount of money that is being flown through schools and where it's going, and how it's not going into the hands of the people it was designated for.
- 7:37A great example, social services for special needs, which is federally funded, brought down to the states, brought down, these are federal laws as well.
- 7:50Also, child protection services, mandated reporting laws that the monies are being misused for to cover up and protect people.
- 8:01Uh, a nonprofit organization, the leader sold 85,000 with the help of, like I said, assembly people were involved in this and state senators and council people.
- 8:15And you know what?
- 8:16This some of them are still in office 20 years later.
- 8:21And you're gonna tell me people don't know better.
- 8:24Well, it's their fault because they're not trying to better themselves, or they're trying to take advantage of the system the same way these crooked politicians are and people involved in these unions.
- 8:35There's big money there that no one wants to get involved with.
- 8:38I will tell you one of the biggest disappointments is that this could probably be something winning for any common sense person, the Republicans who promise to fix up stuff in the education system that we still see has problems, whether or not it's uh still too much federal involvement, and it didn't come down to the state level yet, a biased curriculum, especially a curriculum that hates America.
- 9:07Right.
- 9:08Um and still happening.
- 9:09I mean, when you have Randy Waringgarten coming out saying that the World Economic Forum should be participating in the curriculum of the students, it's like how much more do we have to see to understand that this is going way far above the the people who are on the man on the street, you know, the the teachers, the uh the politicians, it's it's talk about big money.
- 9:32You're talking about global money, global influence into our education.
- 9:37And how much more evidence do you need when you have Randy Widegarden going out and and literally shaking and screaming about you know the the curriculum and how it should be influenced by outside forces?
- 9:52I mean, they're telling you to your face what's going on.
- 9:54Now, do you do you think you know, I'm always an optimist.
- 9:57I hate I can't help it, but do you
- 10:00Think the panic, you know, the the that they're at their wit's end, meaning that they understand that they've been exposed, but they're just gonna lean into it full force and just hope that a Democrat president comes in, or you know, what do you think the reason is that that Randy and other politicians are just screaming from the rooftops that they're still in control of the Department of Education?
- 10:27I mean, well, they are they are because elected officials are afraid to go against them, and I know this uh for a fact.
- 10:35I will tell you because I have still an ongoing litigation, I had to be limited.
- 10:40But any of your followers and listeners, and many of them are tied to the Trump administration, many of them are tied to responsible journalism.
- 10:49You could have them connect with me directly.
- 10:51There's 10,000 documents that are available for them that they can actually use and build up their cases with all those hearings in Washington.
- 11:02You see, people sick and tired of hearings in Washington, and they don't get any answers.
- 11:07No arrest, no punishment, no consequences of any kind for wrongdoing behavior, despite the fact that people run elections based on it.
- 11:18Now, I'm gonna be honest with you.
- 11:20I am gonna say the average person, including many Republicans, don't want to hear about January 6th anymore.
- 11:27It's done.
- 11:28But they do want to hear about their money that they're working hard for being used in the wrong way in a failing education system where it could be used much better, and we could be better uh around the world competitive with our reading and math scores.
- 11:50Of course, our kids in their 20s and 30s don't know how to do an interview, can't a lot of them can't do simple math.
- 11:58They have no idea about September 11th, they have no idea what the word cursive writing means, and they have no desire to pick up a book, especially a classic, like a even something like a pride and prejudice, right?
- 12:12That is something so simple and easy to read for every girl.
- 12:16They don't want it, and they've also destroyed this idea of American factual history, whether or not it's the wokeness, and I don't know if we're allowed to say that in 2026, but people are just not interested.
- 12:31They think they are, but they aren't.
- 12:33It's a small minority that's taking up the seat.
- 12:37We could have fraud fixed very easily in 50 states.
- 12:41If we had people like the National Republican committee take it on, they're they're nowhere to be found.
- 12:47And why do you think that is?
- 12:48Do you think the look let's talk about this for a second?
- 12:50So I've noticed I I look at things from 30,000 feet, right?
- 12:54I go, okay.
- 12:55You talked about January 6th, right?
- 12:58And and and I was just at a Senate hearing in DC, and it was all it was was just a um to confirm two uh U.S.
- 13:08attorneys, and it was a very quick uh thing.
- 13:13And on the Democratic side, they didn't talk about the U.S.
- 13:18attorneys that were being nominated.
- 13:19They went right to January 6th, and they went right to Ed Martin.
- 13:22They they I'm telling you right now that they are gonna use that to rally up or try to dust up their base to get votes again.
- 13:33And that that's all they have really.
- 13:35They it's the distraction campaign.
- 13:37It's using their playbook to the old playbook, by the way, which works.
- 13:42Well, because the this people on the national level are not doing their job.
- 13:48They didn't do it in 2025 in every special election.
- 13:51Every single day, and I've said this to you before, and everybody agrees with me when I say this to them.
- 13:57They should have national ads on ABC, NBC, CNN, and all those quote unquote liberal media of people who were killed by illegal drunk drivers, by elderly women being afraid to go into supermarkets and walking the streets back home for fear of being mugged, raped, or even murdered.
- 14:20You scare people with the idea that they're going to be attacked by an illegal.
- 14:26You get everybody on this.
- 14:28You can agree.
- 14:30Um you show the actual, I don't even see, except for maybe gas.
- 14:36I have yet to see an actual graph of the cost of eggs that were once $40 to a dollar and a half.
- 14:46I just went up, I saw a dollar 99.
- 14:49But that's not being shown.
- 14:52No, I mean, look, the the the it isn't politics is marketing, right?
- 14:57We we know that.
- 14:57That's all marketing.
- 14:58It's not, it's it's uh everything you're saying is right.
- 15:03But you know, when we're talking about, but it all does go back to fraud, though, right?
- 15:08That's what we're talking about.
- 15:09So if if the American people, the fact that someone like Nick Shirley, who's going to these hospices now and showing exposing all the fraud and like, and he's getting 20, 30, 60 million views on his work, you know.
- 15:27But Nick Shirley is a one in a million.
- 15:30You don't need Nick Shirley.
- 15:33You need the teamwork and the money of the people who want to the House Republicans should be doing this.
- 15:41I agree.
- 15:43I agree.
- 15:44I mean, instead of having the news that the House Senate this year had the lowest amount of laws passed, making Thume ineffective, it should be we produced so many laws, and this is what they allowed to go through.
- 16:00Put it on the Democrats, not the Republicans.
- 16:04Why is Chicago voting for Pritzker again when it's a mess?
- 16:10Right.
- 16:10Why will New York vote for Hokel again when it's a mess and she's begging millionaires to come back?
- 16:16Oh, let's talk about that.
- 16:17Talk about that.
- 16:18Tell me about that.
- 16:19Why do you think what talk?
- 16:21Let's talk about what just happened, which was Hokel saying this week, come back.
- 16:26I you know, she kicked them out in 2022, like get out, go to Florida.
- 16:30Now she's saying, come.
- 16:31Do you do you believe that people will vote for her after what she said this week regarding, you know, begging millionaires to come back to what she said, write me a check is what she said.
- 16:43Write me a check.
- 16:43I mean, well, I will tell you the best example, even better than her, is Tish James, who everybody knows went through her own fraud stuff, whether or not it was able to go through because of the judges and whatever.
- 17:00The fact you've even brought up on this are multi-levels and are allowed to be re-elected as attorney general is a joke.
- 17:07Yes.
- 17:08And why is that, Cindy?
- 17:10Why is that?
- 17:11Why do you think that happens?
- 17:13National committees are not doing their job.
- 17:18They are not sending out a message, except the only message we all get every day are 4,000 emails for more money.
- 17:27If they put their time to actually pay attention and do the job with the money they're asking for, instead of a lot of them taking six and seven-figure salaries, maybe then you'd have a winning team.
- 17:41We should not be having the discussion of losing the Senate right now, and yet it's on the minds of many, many, many educated and involved Republicans on all levels.
- 17:55So you think that uh so my friend Michael Minogue is running for governor of Massachusetts, probably the worst, maybe the worst state in the country that is, he said zero growth, that's they do not want to audit.
- 18:08The governor there will not audit, and the people are very upset because that they want an audit.
- 18:13That's a winning tactic, as far as I'm concerned.
- 18:16The most difficult, one of the most difficult states in the country to to win.
- 18:20Do you think if if he's successful, if he if he wins the gun again, which would be is very difficult.
- 18:27Does that send a message to the Republican Party that you have a man on the street doing the job, exposing the fraud, man of the people has no agenda other than is not owned by anybody?
- 18:42And it's a similar to Trump, right?
- 18:44Trump was an outsider, he wasn't a politician.
- 18:45My friend's not a politician.
- 18:47He was he's uh incredible hero and he was an entrepreneur and he you know had a successful business and all of that.
- 18:54He's an outsider, you know.
- 18:56Do you think when more outsiders come in and are successful, that sends a message to the entire party that they may want to be investing more in those kind of people and and backing them and supporting them?
- 19:08And I've heard before, you know, like in New Jersey, if if if the Republicans don't think you have a shot, they won't give you a dime.
- 19:16Like they don't even back you, which we saw in New Jersey what happened there.
- 19:20Uh so what do you think?
- 19:22But I have my own feelings about that.
- 19:24I feel that here's the other thing.
- 19:26Republicans are so content of putting up bench warmers that they don't really really take the time to get exciting candidates engaged.
- 19:39Jack Chitarelli lost twice.
- 19:41What made them think three times is a charm?
- 19:44And then again, pushing Trump to endorse him when they knew that it wasn't going to be.
- 19:51And then as a Jew, I was really offended with Lakewood's coming out, Lakewood's coming out.
- 19:56Like it revolves around that.
- 19:58That's another whole discussion.
- 20:00Another whole show we could have about the Jewish vote, Israel, and what's going on.
- 20:05Because that in and of itself is a mess in the Trump administration right now when it shouldn't be.
- 20:10Right.
- 20:10No, I think like I said, your perspective is so important in your experience.
- 20:17And the you know, it's like something has to be so big it can't be ignored.
- 20:23That's what I think.
- 20:24I think to get through and cut through American people.
- 20:27My case alone isn't big enough.
- 20:30Someone who's like mine in New Jersey isn't big enough.
- 20:34But if somebody took me and brought it to the attention, I'm not afraid.
- 20:40I ran for as a Trump candidate for Congress.
- 20:42And by the way, the establishment leaders went against me.
- 20:46I um I run a lot of grassroots organizations and help bring in lots of votes for the Trump team.
- 20:54I've been fortunate enough to meet the president.
- 21:03Whether or not whether or not it, you know, I don't want to hear any more about Hunter's laptop because I think that's making us look bad.
- 21:12What's going to make us look great is okay?
- 21:16Here's what happened in 2022.
- 21:19Here's what's happening now.
- 21:21Look at the difference.
- 21:22I don't they should even have Afghanistan and then killing all the people and leaders in Iran.
- 21:29Why isn't that commercial up?
- 21:31That's a no-brainer.
- 21:32Right.
- 21:33And then it's it's a bipartisan.
- 21:35It really is.
- 21:37It's like you, you know, and and and the the voter ID, right?
- 21:40It's like 89% of people want that, but yet they won't pass you know that that's the SAVE Act is gonna go, you know, it's gonna go into the justice, it's gonna go into the system, it's gonna get whatever's gonna happen with it.
- 21:51Uh, it's gonna get stalled, you know.
- 21:54Um, but you know, let's look at the other positive of that.
- 21:58You figure 85%, 90%, whatever the number is of Democrats, Republicans want voter ID, right?
- 22:04That's that's a 90 10 issue.
- 22:07And maybe the fact that it's not moving forward and it's not getting voted on that some Americans be like, wait a minute, I thought this is I want this issue.
- 22:16Like, do we focus on the the issues that affect every American?
- 22:20Like you're talking about the we need more people to get upset with these fraud cases of like my tax dollars, I can't put food on the table, but I'm I'm funding uh hundreds of millions of dollars in fraud in in in in states across the country of people that hate our country.
- 22:40Like, are they gonna get out and vote Republican because it's clearly in the blue states that this is happening?
- 22:46Do you think it's the there's a cause and effect to that?
- 22:48Do you think it will happen?
- 22:50Do I I'm not gonna predict anything?
- 22:53I will just say to you, at the rate they're going, the Republicans, nothing's gonna go in their favor unless they wake up and change like yesterday.
- 23:02And what does change?
- 23:04Change is a brand new marketing campaign, a national campaign, a campaign showing the proof.
- 23:15I'll give you another one.
- 23:16I'm friends with people involved with Blexit and the Hispanics for Trump.
- 23:22They are having issues within their own communities now because they're saying things aren't changing.
- 23:28How about some of the commercials of the alternative?
- 23:32How it's been under democratic rule.
- 23:35We're not seeing enough of that.
- 23:37I don't want to hear again that, oh, we're all from immigrants.
- 23:43Our great-grandparents who came here had a different attitude, and we have to teach that accurately.
- 23:48Why aren't we showing that in a commercial?
- 23:50I agree.
- 23:51You came to Ellis Island, you kissed the the concrete.
- 23:55You had to go through a series of questions and a medical exam.
- 24:00And a lot of times people had a vouch that they were taking care of you until they were set up.
- 24:04That's right.
- 24:05You went to school, only English.
- 24:08You didn't miss you didn't uh treat authority with disrespect.
- 24:14Parents showed the utmost respects, and they tried to learn English after hours in between three different jobs that they were working with hard labor.
- 24:23You don't have to tell me washes, they didn't have microwaves, they didn't have takeout food, they didn't have every convenience given to them.
- 24:32You don't have some my grandparents too.
- 24:34They came here, my grandmother came here on a boat, 12 years old from Ireland, and her name is there at Ellis Island, and she you know, came here and and my grandparents and they were paycheck from day to day to put to survive.
- 24:50And and we we uh you're right.
- 24:52I mean, there's there's something to that as far as educating the the generations that don't understand that there's a difference between what our ancestors did and what's happening now.
- 25:05And and in a minute, uh when we come back, I I'd like to talk a bit about um some other issues, but the idea that we love this country and we want to help and we want to educate and give a better future for our children, our grandchildren.
- 25:23That's undeniable for our for the for, I would say the majority of the country who who believe that we have the right to to a future and safety and security, buying a home, you know, the things that we all dreamt about uh for our own uh children and grandchildren seems to be s slipping away.
- 25:45And how do we how do we remedy that?
- 25:46So in a minute, when we come back, let's discuss that and many other things and uh back in a minute with Cindy Gross.

- 28:00Thank you for staying and listening to us today.
- 28:02We're, you know, both of us, I think have the same intention, which is we love this country.
- 28:09We know its potential.
- 28:11And never in a million years would I have thought that when I was in Annie and I was in 1980 and on 52nd Street and Eighth Avenue, the city was dark.
- 28:26I there was a man shot outside our theater at a bodega across the street.
- 28:32Uh, you know, there was I remember going through the Lincoln Tunnel and seeing the prostitutes, and it was insane.
- 28:38I mean, for me coming from New Jersey, a kid and seeing like this is this was but that to me was that was the city, you know.
- 28:43Times Square was you couldn't even go to Times Square back in the in the 80s, and then to see it thrive and come back and be safe again and have my husband who is working under Giuliani and the NYPD turn the city around and and then to where we are now, it's horrifying.
- 29:01It's truly hard to watch.
- 29:02And probably for you as much.
- 29:04And uh, you know, I I really liked you to speak to to that because there really is nobody else who who understands what's happening in New York City and if we're gonna stick on the and the the fraud side of it and like the money where the money is going we can start with that, but it all it's all tied together, Cindy, right?
- 29:29It's all tied.
- 29:30It's like it's all tied, everything is tied together.
- 29:34And believe it or not, uh, it really wasn't a lot of the things that are happening now, it didn't happen overnight.
- 29:42It took decades to develop very carefully planned.
- 29:45Like I said, my loss is two two decades old.
- 29:48Right.
- 29:48This was going on.
- 29:49I remember at the you know, the year 2000, there was stuff always talked about, but people turned the other way because it was easier than being the whistleblower, promise.
- 30:00Federal and state protections I have in my lawsuit in writing.
- 30:05I was promised, and yet they retaliated and harassed.
- 30:10And they still destroyed me in so many different ways.
- 30:13I've picked myself up the best I can, but I can never recoup what they did to me.
- 30:19Right.
- 30:20And the end result is, I mean, in my school, in my case, everything I reported, which was multiple things, was so accurate that they actually closed most of the school.
- 30:33There's only a couple of grades left years after they uh illegally terminated me because everything that I exposed turned out to be true.
- 30:46Uh so to that point, you know.
- 30:50Did you see, you know, when New York City had its, I would say the glory days.
- 30:57Let's let's say the glory days in the in the late 90s, you know, and going in the I'm a little bit older than you.
- 31:04I'm gonna tell you something.
- 31:05Like all the kids say, oh, they think they're going into the city, and they're going, you know, to the high line, and they're watching the reality shows.
- 31:14Let me tell you something.
- 31:16My college campus was Studio 54, Lacote Boss, Lutes, uh Live Like the Palladium area.
- 31:25I mean, come on now.
- 31:26Yes, he was the best, and everybody wanted that.
- 31:31And it was three o'clock in the morning on a Tuesday on a Thursday.
- 31:36People were partying up a storm.
- 31:38Oh, yeah.
- 31:39Having a great time.
- 31:41It was like, you know, Liza Melali just turned 80.
- 31:44Her in Halston, she was wearing the Elsa Paretti jewelry.
- 31:48I mean, I remember I was on the line the day Trump Tower opened, and the store that was Tiffany's was Galleries Lafayette, and I still have the silk scarf that they gave out that day.
- 31:58Oh, that's amazing.
- 32:00It was the best.
- 32:02Glamour.
- 32:04People got dressed up and they wanted to get dressed up.
- 32:08Men look like men, women looked like women.
- 32:11People wanted to be that.
- 32:13They had fun doing it.
- 32:15And it was wild.
- 32:16I know everybody's watching uh love story with uh JFK and Carol and Bassette.
- 32:22That was already the end.
- 32:23That was the end.
- 32:24That was the end.
- 32:25You're right.
- 32:26Because you talk smiling because I'm thinking about, we know, Azarel Turns was 85, and we were on 57th Street, and it was buzzing.
- 32:36Like, you know, it the city was had a pulse, and it was a rapid pulse, and it was a living, breathing entity that you had to navigate.
- 32:46And and growing up, I I always say, you know, my friend JD Roth, and he was also a city, you know, actor, young young actor, and we said we're so grateful that we grew up in Manhattan because really we did, because it just shaped our our lives in a way of uh was so unique and having to navigate the streets.
- 33:05But the difference was we would talk about how I was an Annie and he was in another show or something, and all the city kids, all the the showbiz kids, like all the Broadway kids, we would go to the arcade with all of us walk the street, you know, nobody bothered us.
- 33:19Like it was there was things going on, but it was like we just were the city kids that we owned the streets, really, you know, and it was an amazing time.
- 33:28It was also a time if you go to Manhattan, when you go to any, I was just in Houston, Dallas, I was just in.
- 33:36You go to these places, there were glamorous stores.
- 33:40Now you go around Manhattan, it's stores for rent.
- 33:44Yeah, it's sad.
- 33:45That's LA LA's like that too, by the way.
- 33:47It's all over the country.
- 33:50Our kids are never gonna know what it's like to have a choice of quality shopping because everything's limited to Amazon overseas.
- 33:58So that's some another thing Trump is right about that people, you know, the National Republican Committee again, and people running should take advantage of.
- 34:09If you want jobs for your kids, if you want quality clothing, quality, I mean, Kennedy's trying to do quality food, quality safety toys and and and household needs.
- 34:21You've gotta start, you know, building up our country and building it and being, you know, having more pride in the quality of products that we sell here.
- 34:32Well, here's the other thing.
- 34:33You know, you're you're talking about how you know which I loved you're talking about Manelli and all the you know the glamour uh before.
- 34:42We always enjoyed the Hollywood, what they were wearing and their lifestyle, you know, was it was escapism for us, right?
- 34:50We loved great films.
- 34:51There's no great movies anymore, they're not making good movies anymore.
- 34:54The there's no production in LA anymore.
- 34:57Well, like the Oscars, the Oscars had the third lowest ever ratings.
- 35:01They made fun on the Oscars that Melania's movie, that he was upset.
- 35:08Well, it's the number one movie in the world, it's the number one movie on Amazon, and they made fun of the halftime show during the Super Bowl, and that got double the ratings.
- 35:21Kid Rock is laughing all the way to the bank with that one, as well as Turning Point.
- 35:26But the point is people today don't know what good is, and the ones that are trying to help embrace it, and as we just learned uh this morning, uh Chuck Norris passed away, a great patriot, a great American, proud to be an American.
- 35:49And he is the American dream that went from karate teacher to superstar around right, right.
- 35:55We need more of that, and and and how we you know we talk about Hollywood and and because here's the thing.
- 36:03If it comes down to success, like how do you gauge success in in this country?
- 36:10And and driving down, I lived in in West Hollywood for four years, and I went back to California a couple of years ago, and and exactly like you said in New York, you're driving down Ventura Boulevard, Hollywood Boulevard, and you see everything boarded up.
- 36:24I mean, Hollywood Boulevard and La Brea and Vine, Hollywood and Vine is it is it's so sad.
- 36:32It's so sad to see what's happened.
- 36:34So not only do the governors, the governor of California makes it impossible for you to have the Hollywood, you know, the creatives have been totally shut down.
- 36:43And the the top one percent of the you know, quote unquote creatives are trashing, trashing the whole system and not embracing the the real people who created the best movies, you know, the the the Rockies, the this and that.
- 37:01And here you have Spencer Pratt, who's running for mayor and is is doing very well.
- 37:08Why is that, Cindy?
- 37:09Why is Spencer Pratt?
- 37:11I'm just gonna talk one more minute about Hollywood because then I really think the core of this a child's brain between pre-K and second grade is developed and it actually develops the rest of their life's thinking.
- 37:25True.
- 37:25And it goes back to education.
- 37:28If we have a system that is so filled with corruption and fraud, and people not qualified to be in these positions, and you have people coming here using the education illegally and not appreciating it.
- 37:46It's one thing we all have sympathy, including you and me, including President Trump.
- 37:53If somebody has hardships and they really want to make something of themselves, anybody would give them that opportunity, but show appreciation.
- 38:03Whether or not it has to come in, you know, service to your state, military service.
- 38:11Maybe that's the way we have to think of things.
- 38:13But as long as we have corrupt people, we have supervisors, principals, assistant principals, union representatives, all being coerced into doing something for their benefit and not the benefit of the students, the fit the parents and the community itself, because we are taught when we become teachers of the triangle.
- 38:41It's the teachers and supervisors and staff in a school, then it's the students, the parents, the guardians, etc.
- 38:49And then it's the community because your school is usually the center of a place where a library is, a post-corpus, a fire home, local stores, mom and pop stores, which will be coming back because we're getting rid of so many department stores.
- 39:06So that's a community.
- 39:09And if you don't have the center, that school, quality, safety, a safe environment.
- 39:16Oh, no kidding.
- 39:18Then it's useless.
- 39:20I went to the 1989 Oscars with a legendary actress by the name of Alice Faye, and I believe that they used to make fun that that was the worst Oscars because that was when Snow White sang with Rob Lowe.
- 39:33Well, I remember that.
- 39:36Now let me tell you about Alice Faye because she was like a grandmother to me.
- 39:40Alice was the number one star with 20th Century Fox in 1940.
- 39:44She made five movies that year.
- 39:46Many of you know her because she's saying you'll never know from uh in 1943, which won the Oscar for Best Song.
- 39:54She was married for years to Phil Harris.
- 39:56She was married to Tony Martin, and in fact.
- 40:00We worked together with St.
- 40:01Charisse, who was also married to Tony Martin.
- 40:03And it was a whole generation.
- 40:05She made five movies.
- 40:07She got a salary and she was told what to do.
- 40:10She left 20th Century Fox because she had a fight with them.
- 40:14She really wanted to do the movie Laura.
- 40:16And it went to Gene Tierney.
- 40:18And she said, I want to be considered a serious actress.
- 40:21But she was so well known for the cutesy musicals like Alexander's Ragtime Band and Old Chicago, a whole bunch of them that it ended up it didn't work out, and she had many years of show with Phil, and they toured the country, et cetera.
- 40:36But they did what they were told.
- 40:38They weren't the bosses.
- 40:40They were under employees.
- 40:43Employees.
- 40:43Exactly.
- 40:45And that's the difference.
- 40:46It's no different than the parent who comes to school and spits and hits a principal because they didn't like the principal's uh accurate assessment of a student.
- 40:57You don't have to know my, I don't know if if I've talked to you about this at all, but so my husband, Michael, was a school safety sergeant in the Bronx, and he was in charge of 30 private and public schools and in charge of their safety, working with the principals, working with the students, and implemented programs and change to protect students.
- 41:20And they got rid of that.
- 41:27Once the uh de Blasio came in and and forget now.
- 41:31I mean, I I the student has been forgotten significantly.
- 41:36And it's and it's all the things we just talked about.
- 41:40You know, here you have at some point when Giuliani was the mayor and implemented this school safety program, sergeant's program and the police being involved in the schools.
- 41:52They like the kids were happy that they had some safety in place to protect them.
- 41:58And now they're left vulnerable yet again and used.
- 42:03And to your point, you know, they're the bureaucracy of it all is one thing.
- 42:10But the generations and these kids are just being sacrificed.
- 42:16And then the other day, it was uh revealed.
- 42:20You know, we knew this was going on, that under Biden, there was like this just breaking down of the mother, the mother, that they don't that motherhood and and be staying home with your children is you know, your domestic terrorists.
- 42:35I mean, it all came out that they had these documents, internal documents of destroying the family.
- 42:42And that's straight straight out of the Marxist trade book.
- 42:45But because again, if you have anybody listening who's in the government, I have the legal documents to prove it, the public record in my lawsuit.
- 42:54You have anybody in the media, I know some of your friends in my lawsuit, they sued me because I reported that the principal hit a student, a second grader on his tush.
- 43:05The student later admitted under oath with the mother that he was hit by the principal on his tush.
- 43:13And the judge laughed and said, Oh, you got Apache and dismissed it.
- 43:19The assistant principal pinched me that I was black and blue for weeks in front of students.
- 43:28Another second grader was choked by an assistant principal.
- 43:31A load of letters went out to the uh dist department of education leaders from the parent.
- 43:40What's going on?
- 43:42Well, the kid got so scared, he actually had to bring a knife to school with him because he was petrified of being anywhere near these people.
- 43:49Wow.
- 43:50Uh oh, here's another great one, a second grader that I reported that they said I was crazy.
- 43:57Uh a in the lunchroom, a student took a toy gun and it looked really real to three kids and put it to their heads and said, 'I'm gonna kill you.' But I was the bad one, and I got in trouble because teachers don't sit in the lunchroom.
- 44:15Why did I report this?
- 44:18As long as that's allowed to go on, and these people are rewarded for allowing it.
- 44:28Your tax dollars are being wasted, and there's fraud there.
- 44:32These people should have been fired immediately and never given a pension.
- 44:36There's millions upon millions of dollars like this.
- 44:39Kids aren't safe in these schools.
- 44:42Forget about teachers.
- 44:43You don't want to care about teachers and your kids aren't safe.
- 44:47And when I exposed it all, that's where there's a ton of fraud.
- 44:56There's money that's uh allocated, and somehow that money doesn't go to these kids.
- 45:04It's it's what I think uh seeing is disheartening is that the most vulnerable of our societies always end up being the ones that are used the most.
- 45:14But they don't want to fix themselves either.
- 45:16They keep voting for the same people.
- 45:18I know.
- 45:19They're gonna be voting for, I mean, if she was running again, they'd vote for Maxine Waters again.
- 45:25If they were, you know, they vote for uh Coleman in New Jersey again.
- 45:29They vote for all the they voted for Mandani, and they're not getting anything out of it.
- 45:35Why do you think that was I mean okay?
- 45:39Well, I think first of all that the Republicans, and this is I don't really want to discuss it, but I think that there were some mistakes made on all levels from the Republican Party.
- 45:49If Eric Adams was such a great mayor, there went to been a primary, even Bill de Blasio got elected twice, yet they kept pushing this scenario of Eric Adams.
- 46:01Right.
- 46:01And Cuomo, Cuomo hate hated Trump.
- 46:05Of course.
- 46:06What as big as it was with Curtis and Trump, they should have made an agreement.
- 46:12And Ed Cox, the New York GOP chair should have made an agreement as well with promises.
- 46:18But then again, there were so many GOP leaderships that aren't working.
- 46:22I'm not saying it's Ed Cox, but I know in other areas, there are people that are working against Trump in the administration that are making deals under the table, as you know it as well.
- 46:32And that is, and those are the people that are working with the teachers' unions and the supervisors' unions and allowing all this anti-American curriculum, allowing kids to get hit, bullied, they say they're doing stuff with it.
- 46:47Rhetoric is cheap.
- 46:49Action speak louder than words.
- 46:51That is the truth.
- 46:53That is the truth.
- 46:54And and I I have 10,000 legal documents to prove it.
- 46:58Well, here's what I here's my my so many people come to me and with what happened to me when it happened to you, you know, these these crazy cases, and like what is how do you fix it?
- 47:13How do you fix it?
- 47:13I this is my this is my assessment of five years, more than five years of front lines seeing how broken the justice system is.
- 47:24This is what I think.
- 47:25I don't think it's a broad stroke kind of never gonna happen on the highest level because they're all in on it together, and you don't, you know, there's a backdoor deals and there's you know uh special interests and you know, do nothing, this uh and the other thing.
- 47:39I think that for instance, you take this if the the smaller wins, the multiple smaller wins become the bigger picture, meaning if we can do any, if there's any progress on the lower level, meaning our my husband's case, your case, other small, these smaller uh army of people to expose it, and if even one person is held accountable, it changes the whole game because then it's not as sexy, it's not as attractive anymore to be like, wait a minute, maybe maybe they are gonna go after some people.
- 48:18If not, if nobody's held accountable, then nothing will change.
- 48:22But maybe on the smaller scale, when we start seeing, and I'm seeing it here and there, like the judge who let the illegal immigrant go out the back door and she let him escape and she got arrested, and that case is going forward.
- 48:35Not a lot of people know that that judge was is gonna be held accountable for that.
- 48:40Like that's on the the local level.
- 48:42You and I know both know if things happen on the local lever level, so goes the country.
- 48:48And it's if we look at 30,000 feet, nothing's gonna happen.
- 48:52But if we start looking on the ground locally to see what we can do, or you know, somebody's held accountable, then maybe there is some signaling that maybe it's not as exciting anymore, or maybe somebody maybe maybe I don't want to put my whole entire career on the line to do some corruption for uh a governor of let's say Illinois because my whole life is gonna be ruined.
- 49:14I'm gonna be put in prison.
- 49:15I'm gonna be held accountable.
- 49:16I'm gonna be, you know, I don't know.
- 49:18But I'm always looking for solutions and real solutions of of how there could be some change.
- 49:26Uh and how what role you know we can play as as citizens of this country.
- 49:31Uh, you know, what is your thought about getting involved on the local level for well?
- 49:38I always say local elections count.
- 49:40I've been saying this for a long time.
- 49:42Yep.
- 49:42Anyone who says, oh, they love Trump, and this is Trump's fault and his team's fault.
- 49:48They keep inviting people to the White House and on committees and to sit there.
- 49:53And they all I love Trump, I love Trump on Instagram, but they vote blue down ballot.
- 50:00That doesn't help us.
- 50:02If he loses the House and Senate, we are finished.
- 50:05We will never ever be able to regain any kind of power.
- 50:10We are going to become socialist.
- 50:12There will be two more states added, four more Senate seats, and multiple, and at least four more uh three, maybe uh congressional seats, and you know what I'm talking about with Washington, DC.
- 50:27They are dying to do that.
- 50:29There will be three more liberal people on the Supreme Court.
- 50:33Socialism will live and democracy will end.
- 50:37And to all those anti-Semites who think that Israel's responsible and pushing Trump.
- 50:43First of all, um, if you listen to Trump 20 years ago, he exactly says exactly the same thing as he says today.
- 50:50This was always on his mind.
- 50:52He is it was very astute on world affairs, even 30 and 40 years ago when Larry King and Ronald Barrett were and they're both dead, uh, you know, many years uh interviewed him and he discussed Iran and the Middle East.
- 51:07So no, BB did not push him into this.
- 51:10But the Israelis are living the life, and if you know what just happened this morning, it's Shabbos in Israel and by Jerusalem, by the Western Wall, by the mosque.
- 51:21There were um shots on Iran and uh the um bombs landed there.
- 51:31So they have no regard for Judeo Christian values, they have no regard for Muslims living in Israel with their own history, they have no regard for women, they have no regard for children except to teach children to kill Jews and Christians.
- 51:47That's right.
- 51:48So uh Trump, you gotta get your act together quickly.
- 51:54Uh going out on the same tour that you did already for a decade isn't going to do it.
- 51:59MAGA is changing.
- 52:01Magram is no more make America great again.
- 52:03MAGAR is I gave this to someone last night.
- 52:07They said that's a great line for Trump.
- 52:09MAGA, 250 plus.
- 52:14Looking forward to the future.
- 52:17Yes.
- 52:18It can't have the same thing over and over again, especially in politics.
- 52:24Not with the it it we are on the the brink here.
- 52:27You know, that we are we are really on the edge.
- 52:30And it it's time to whatever's going on.
- 52:34But look, we can do what we can do.
- 52:36We speak out, which is very brave, I think, for for us and has been for you for for decades now.
- 52:46Uh, and we just continue to do what we do.
- 52:48So uh what would be uh your advice for people listening who feel like, well, what can I do on on for me?
- 52:57I'm I'm a working mom, I'm a working man, I'm a this and that.
- 53:00Like, what do you think on the local level?
- 53:03What would you what would your advice be to someone who's terrified by what you just said, which is we're gonna lose everything, it's gonna be socialism.
- 53:12How do especially New Jersey where I'm from, I mean, good luck with that.
- 53:15You know, telling everybody, get your phone calls to the National Republican committee to get their act together and to get focused on a 50 state.
- 53:26Stop worrying about seven states, because they're not even winning everything.
- 53:30And the best example is in um Miami and Boca Ratone.
- 53:36And right now, I read this morning that the state Senate person who's running in where Trump lives with in Florida is also behind the Democrat.
- 53:44You better get your acts together in 50 states on every level and do coalition building.
- 53:51I would love to see for the gubernatorial races in Illinois, New York, and California from coast to coast, from the three worst cities, the three biggest cities at New York, City, Chicago, and LA.
- 54:09What has happened there because of their state leadership in the Capitol?
- 54:16And what do you think, too?
- 54:17Like we know we talked about the wouldn't it be great?
- 54:21I almost feel like we should have a calculator.
- 54:24Like, you know, they have in Times Square, they have the national debt, whatever they have something like ticking away, right in Times Square.
- 54:29What if they did something where you had a ticker of all the fraud, the money that's been been found, and going back into what we could do with that money.
- 54:44Like if people understood the spending that has been totally fraudulently obtained by people who hate us and are living the life and have everything for free and health care for free and housing for free, and they're just opening up all these fraudulent businesses.
- 55:01And so, you know, I'm I'm just spitballing here, but if you show people, like you said, show people the visual of what could be out of your paycheck, what's coming out of your paycheck and going into something that is now fraud.
- 55:17If we can get that back and put it back into your pocket, wouldn't that be an amazing thing?
- 55:23Wouldn't that be a win?
- 55:25And how the government does that and how they seize properties or what they're gonna do, I don't know.
- 55:30But people need visuals, they need to see what it's costing you, the American person who works their tail off.
- 55:40And they also have to make sure that they're watching uh accurate information because AI is gonna confuse them too.
- 55:49Definitely.
- 55:50That's why in saying what the the reason why the the every man, you know, the the the guy on the street who looks like you and me and who kind of like just works hard and uh showing the fraud, you know, visually showing it with with papers and with documents and with visuals, you can't deny that.
- 56:11You can't ignore it.
- 56:13I think that's the other thing.
- 56:14That's what it is.
- 56:15It has to be so big that you can't ignore it, and you can't sit on your tush and not go vote in the midterms.
- 56:22Don't you have to get out and and and vote in the midterms.
- 56:26Republicans are known to not do that.
- 56:28And the Democrats have already their grassroots is second to none when it comes to uh getting their people out to do whatever they're doing to get people to the polls, and it's usually through some sort of groupthink, which is how they function.
- 56:44And it but it works, Cindy.
- 56:46It works, it works in the in and look at Mondami.
- 56:49The fact that they could convince their base to vote for him is shocking, but yet it happened.
