- 0:00SPEAKER_03: I know you guys can't hear our pre-show talk because we're not recording, but Jake just told me that he is, in fact, going to say the hard R this episode.
- 0:10SPEAKER_03: So I want everyone to get your pencils out, jot down the time when you hear it, and mark it in history.
- 0:17SPEAKER_03: That Jake is gonna say the hard R on the show this week.
- 0:21SPEAKER_03: The following filth is a production of the Farmouth University Gypsy and the General Department.
- 0:24SPEAKER_03: Thank you for listening.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: Where wealth minds can find sleep, Farmouth University.
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: It's been a year since he was killed by an Israeli.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: Hope hell is hell for you, Charlie.
- 0:41SPEAKER_03: Fuck you, piece of shit.
- 0:42SPEAKER_03: Good luck changing Satan's mind about anything.
- 0:45SPEAKER_03: Rest in peace, is bitch.
- 0:47SPEAKER_03: Rest in piss.
- 0:49SPEAKER_03: That's better.
- 0:51SPEAKER_03: Welcome everyone to Fartmouth Podcast, a show that has a lot in common with 9-11 conspiracy theories.
- 0:58SPEAKER_03: For one, it ropes you in at first, but the longer you listen, the more retarded it makes you.
- 1:06SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:07SPEAKER_02: Every week we're the loose change of podcasts.
- 1:10SPEAKER_03: Well, I mean, we're the inside jobbers, dude.
- 1:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah, dog.
- 1:13SPEAKER_03: We're inside jobbing all day.
- 1:17SPEAKER_03: By that we mean there's a hole in our pocket.
- 1:19SPEAKER_03: You do the math.
- 1:20SPEAKER_03: Better than a hole in your neck.
- 1:21SPEAKER_03: Oh shit.
- 1:25SPEAKER_03: Corn maize looking ass motherfucker.
- 1:29SPEAKER_03: Every week we do a few rotating segments and make each other laugh.
- 1:34SPEAKER_03: Tyler.
- 1:35SPEAKER_02: I'm Jake.
- 1:36SPEAKER_03: We're gonna get right on into the news.
- 1:40SPEAKER_03: Oh yeah.
- 1:42SPEAKER_03: What a wild, uh, what a wild time of year, man.
- 1:45SPEAKER_03: It seems like people are all hot and bothered in September.
- 1:49SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:50SPEAKER_02: They are.
- 1:51SPEAKER_02: I mean, you got your 9-11, you got your summer's ending, you got there's a lot of different reasons, a lot of a lot of different ones.
- 2:00SPEAKER_02: We, you know, the idea, let's go ahead and say this.
- 2:03SPEAKER_02: The idea for a remix of September 10th came up.
- 2:09SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 2:09SPEAKER_02: In that Tyler brought it up.
- 2:11SPEAKER_03: Well, uh, somebody was somebody mentioned to me like two weeks ago that Charlie Kirk was shot on September 10th, and I never put two and two together on that.
- 2:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 2:23SPEAKER_03: And then I was like, oh my fucking God, that's crazy.
- 2:25SPEAKER_03: Cause we wrote a song called September 10th, like five, six years ago.
- 2:30SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 2:31SPEAKER_03: About the day before 9-11 and how 9-11 fucked up the world, and you know, it's just about how shit was before that.
- 2:38SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 2:39SPEAKER_03: Uh, so I thought it would be a fun idea to remix, remix, rewrite whatever September 10th and make it about Charlie Kirk getting shot.
- 2:49SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 2:49SPEAKER_03: Which would have been the thing to do, you know, back when it happened.
- 2:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I know for sure.
- 2:55SPEAKER_02: But uh I mean we could have d like dropped it on September 17th of that year, and it would have been fine of last year, you know.
- 3:03SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 3:04SPEAKER_03: But uh, I mean, a little bit of inside baseball, honestly, just to be real with you guys, our band had two shows last week, yeah, and that ate up a lot of the time and energy that I would have had to put into this idea.
- 3:18SPEAKER_03: And I know you started working on it a little bit and you came up with a few good lines.
- 3:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I was just gonna recite them real quick.
- 3:25SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
- 3:26SPEAKER_02: So we could get a little, you know, so I didn't just waste five minutes today.
- 3:30SPEAKER_03: Well, what if we actually do it next year?
- 3:33SPEAKER_02: Oh.
- 3:34SPEAKER_02: Then everyone will forget by then.
- 3:35SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, they'll they'll have they spent too much time never forgetting 9-11 to never forget the words you said.
- 3:41SPEAKER_02: They can't keep this in their brain, too.
- 3:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 3:43SPEAKER_02: Uh so yeah.
- 3:45SPEAKER_02: I don't remember the exact cadence.
- 3:46SPEAKER_02: I'm not gonna sing it.
- 3:48SPEAKER_02: But it's like, yeah.
- 3:50SPEAKER_02: Day before we lost our in a single.
- 3:53SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 3:53SPEAKER_02: I went with that, but I couldn't remember like how how exactly we stanza it out, like how many lines, but I wrote three that I thought would work.
- 4:02SPEAKER_02: So, like uh September 10th, things have been a pain in the neck ever since.
- 4:07SPEAKER_02: That Israeli gave him a permanent trachea event.
- 4:11SPEAKER_02: Too bad he couldn't breathe through it.
- 4:14SPEAKER_02: And then I thought it was three, but it might be four.
- 4:17SPEAKER_02: So then I thought of they assassinated the next president, which is pretty funny because you see all of the memes where they're like, Charlie could have been it's always blue checks, obviously, because they're looking for that blue check uh love to get their uh Elon Bucks.
- 4:31SPEAKER_02: But uh they're like, Oh, they assassinated the next president.
- 4:36SPEAKER_02: Charlie could have been president.
- 4:38SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, dude, he was a podcaster, and that's all he was ever gonna be.
- 4:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah, there's I mean, there's just not a world where that was ever gonna happen.
- 4:45SPEAKER_02: Like, truly, that was never gonna happen.
- 4:48SPEAKER_02: He wouldn't have wanted that.
- 4:50SPEAKER_02: Like, I don't think, right?
- 4:51SPEAKER_02: Like, I doubt it.
- 4:52SPEAKER_02: Automatically, when you become president, there's like a whole list of shit you can't say anymore.
- 4:58SPEAKER_02: Now, obviously, Trump defies that every day, but like your average conservative is not gonna say half the shit Trump says just for posterity's sake, you know?
- 5:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah, if he ever like put himself on the ballot, it would just be a publicity stunt to get more on his media.
- 5:18SPEAKER_02: On his new like White Lives Matter shirt or what the fuck.
- 5:20SPEAKER_02: Right, whatever he's hawking.
- 5:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, whatever whatever partnership with Candace Owens he he had cooking up.
- 5:25SPEAKER_02: Some switch survival bucket.
- 5:28SPEAKER_02: Obviously, yeah, right, with fucking corn in it and shit.
- 5:32SPEAKER_02: Uh, but uh popcorn, I guess.
- 5:35SPEAKER_02: Uh, but uh fucking obviously I said the Israeli thing because of Candace Owens, but uh she she made a non-named appearance in the uh I was like she thinks Israel fucking assassinated Charlie Kirk, and she has basically been saying that basically outright since his death for like a year.
- 5:56SPEAKER_02: This bitch has just been going on every show that will have her and arguing that an Israeli, like like Mossad assassinated him.
- 6:06SPEAKER_02: And as she lays out her argument over the months, it gets less and less hard to poke holes in, man.
- 6:14SPEAKER_02: I'm not I'm not saying I believe it.
- 6:16SPEAKER_02: I'm just saying on this topic specifically, she's done uh she's laid the groundwork effectively.
- 6:26SPEAKER_03: Maybe I'm uh no, there's no maybe.
- 6:29SPEAKER_03: I'm an uneducated retard.
- 6:32SPEAKER_03: What what purpose would Israel have?
- 6:35SPEAKER_03: Like, was he a detractor of Israel?
- 6:37SPEAKER_02: Yes, he apparently like toward the end of his life, he realized like it started to dawn on him that like Israel's kind of a problem for the right, in that uh a lot of a p independents don't like Israel because of their war crimes.
- 6:55SPEAKER_02: And so like that's gonna make it more difficult for the like post-Trump for the like someone to get elected.
- 7:03SPEAKER_02: So he was kind of supposedly he was toying around with like uh like balking Israel, basically, like trying trying to kind of keep them out of his circle of like topics that he would bring up all the fucking time.
- 7:21SPEAKER_02: I see.
- 7:21SPEAKER_02: I think that that's kind of how Candace has thrown it out there, is like she you don't know what to believe, obviously, with her because she's batshit crazy, but she's gonna she's she debated fucking Andrew Wilson recently.
- 7:36SPEAKER_02: I'm sorry to make this all political, but she debated Andrew Wilson.
- 7:40SPEAKER_02: Channel 5 or whatever?
- 7:41SPEAKER_02: Yeah, right.
- 7:42SPEAKER_02: No, no, no, no, no, that's not him.
- 7:43SPEAKER_02: Uh Andrew Wilson is this fucking stupid ass conservative dude.
- 7:46SPEAKER_02: He goes on uh the whatever podcast a lot and argues with sluts, and uh, but he also uh tries to debate like right wing shit, and like he's on he's right wing.
- 7:58SPEAKER_02: So he debated Candace Owens kind of recently, like two weeks ago.
- 8:03SPEAKER_02: Okay, and uh about whether or not the shooter is the actual killer, like the guy that's on trial, t whatever his name is, Tyler Robinson or whatever, is the actual killer, right?
- 8:16SPEAKER_02: She says it's not.
- 8:18SPEAKER_02: And she uh have you seen you haven't heard about this at all?
- 8:21SPEAKER_02: No, but I mean it's just there there's one detail that's very funny.
- 8:25SPEAKER_03: I think that I don't know.
- 8:26SPEAKER_03: I I guess I would just discount everything she's saying out of pocket because of everything that's true.
- 8:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah, like like the obvious fact that it was him because of pictures and video.
- 8:38SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 8:39SPEAKER_02: Like I've seen she poked some good holes in the pictures, but I I haven't I also haven't like done a deep dive on it.
- 8:45SPEAKER_03: Dude, there's a video of some old white lady pointing at the roof he's on with the gun, going, He's right there, officer, he's up there with he's got a gun.
- 8:53SPEAKER_03: Like I've seen enough to know like it's very obviously him.
- 8:57SPEAKER_02: She says that's a Mossad guy dressed up like him.
- 8:59SPEAKER_02: I think.
- 9:00SPEAKER_02: I think that's her contention.
- 9:02SPEAKER_03: That's it's you have gone so far into the realm of suspended disbelief.
- 9:08SPEAKER_02: I'm not saying I believe her.
- 9:10SPEAKER_02: I'm saying like this is probably her most like she's dug into the minutia of this thing so much that it's almost like the first time you watched Loose Change, where you're like, wait a minute.
- 9:23SPEAKER_02: Like, you know, like if this is if everything that this video is saying is true, this is pretty fishy.
- 9:29SPEAKER_02: But you find out that most of the shit in the video is not true.
- 9:31SPEAKER_03: It's way more believable that he was, you know, some sort of influenced figure than it is to say that this guy who is obviously the guy is just a dude in a costume.
- 9:44SPEAKER_03: Because there's also a picture of him with the fucking rangefinder.
- 9:47SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 9:48SPEAKER_03: And you can see his face very clearly, and it's him.
- 9:50SPEAKER_02: No, it's for sure him.
- 9:52SPEAKER_02: But uh, like I said, I'm not saying I believe that, but she did a good job in this debate at being Candace Owens.
- 10:00SPEAKER_02: And Andrew Wilson did a terrible job at being himself because she goes, uh she says something about the charges, and he's like, Well, yeah, the charges, and she's like, Can you name a single charge that he's on trial for?
- 10:14SPEAKER_02: Can you name a single charge?
- 10:16SPEAKER_02: And he's like, Well, I can, but he keeps like skirting around it and she keeps coming back to like name me one of the charges.
- 10:24SPEAKER_02: And he goes, Well, obviously murder, and she goes, It's aggravated murder because she he used a gun or it it whatever it was.
- 10:31SPEAKER_02: There is a there that is a difference that it's a difference in prison time, it's a difference, it is a difference.
- 10:37SPEAKER_02: She's right that he didn't get it right.
- 10:39SPEAKER_02: And uh he was like, Can you name all seven charges?
- 10:43SPEAKER_02: And she was like, Aggravated murder, the two charges for obstruction, the two, and she fucking named them.
- 10:50SPEAKER_02: And it's like, dude, why are you making her seem so smart, dude?
- 10:55SPEAKER_02: Like you're a fucking idiot.
- 10:57SPEAKER_02: But he's stupid too.
- 10:58SPEAKER_02: Anyway, let's get out of politics.
- 11:00SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I mean, I'll the last thing I'll say about it is shit like that is what proves that people that watch debates are okay, let me rephrase.
- 11:10SPEAKER_02: Gather your thoughts.
- 11:11SPEAKER_02: I don't watch them that much if you're gonna say we're uh debate watchers or retards.
- 11:15SPEAKER_03: Well, it is they are because stuff like that is so inconsequential to the right to the overall like they get so caught up in the minutiae and like the micro details.
- 11:27SPEAKER_03: It's like, oh, you got that one word wrong.
- 11:29SPEAKER_03: Obviously, I win now.
- 11:30SPEAKER_03: It's like that that's irrelevant.
- 11:32SPEAKER_03: It's irrelevant what his charges are.
- 11:34SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 11:35SPEAKER_03: Because you're what what are you actually debating?
- 11:37SPEAKER_03: Are you debating what his charges are?
- 11:39SPEAKER_03: Because if so, you win.
- 11:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah, if not, you're distracting.
- 11:44SPEAKER_03: And that's like this is poor conversation.
- 11:46SPEAKER_03: The whole entire like realm of debate, I think, is flawed, and the people that put a lot of stock into it are retarded.
- 11:55SPEAKER_02: She's fucking she's the Beyonce of that.
- 12:00SPEAKER_02: Of obfuscating the actual issue and making it about something completely different to make herself look really smart and good at debating.
- 12:10SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 12:10SPEAKER_02: That yeah, you nail on the head.
- 12:12SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 12:13SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 12:13SPEAKER_03: Anyway, segments.
- 12:15SPEAKER_02: We have segments.
- 12:16SPEAKER_03: Let's get into them.
- 12:18SPEAKER_03: Happy 9-11.
- 12:20SPEAKER_03: Would you rather uh so in entirely un-9-11 related stuff.
- 12:31SPEAKER_03: Well, I mean, I guess it depends on your perspective.
- 12:34SPEAKER_03: Uh sh see if you can find the 9-11 in these Would You Rathers.
- 12:39SPEAKER_03: But uh, I had to go back and and find what your topic was the last time we did it.
- 12:44SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 12:44SPEAKER_03: Uh, which I think was last week.
- 12:46SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 12:46SPEAKER_03: And your Would You Rather topic of a new was Yarmicas.
- 12:51SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 12:52SPEAKER_03: Glad I got that right.
- 12:54SPEAKER_03: Yes, yes.
- 12:55SPEAKER_03: So I've got a Yarmica base, Would You Rather.
- 12:59SPEAKER_03: Jake, would you rather get a little tiny yarmulca tattooed on the head of your penis?
- 13:09SPEAKER_03: Or once a week visit Palestinian restaurants across America wearing full Hasidic garb.
- 13:19SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 13:20SPEAKER_03: You know, like the thing with the curly cues and the little yarmulca and all that shit.
- 13:24SPEAKER_02: So I either get a tattoo on my dick.
- 13:27SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 13:28SPEAKER_03: Or I die.
- 13:30SPEAKER_03: I mean, if you think Palestinians are violent animals, then sure.
- 13:35SPEAKER_02: Well, I mean, they have a lot of reason to dislike anyone who uh, you know, is is pro-Israel, you know?
- 13:43SPEAKER_03: Well, I mean, just because you're a Hasidic Jew doesn't mean that you support the genocide.
- 13:49SPEAKER_02: That's true.
- 13:50SPEAKER_02: I guess I would just have to announce as soon as I walk in the door, I open the door and it's like ding ding ding ding, you know.
- 13:57SPEAKER_02: Shalom.
- 13:58SPEAKER_02: I'm like, uh, what's up?
- 14:01SPEAKER_02: Um I am a Jew that uh is anti-Israel.
- 14:06SPEAKER_02: I don't agree with what they've done over there.
- 14:08SPEAKER_02: Don't like that they're hacking up dogs in the in the fucking West Bank.
- 14:12SPEAKER_02: I'm one of the good ones.
- 14:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't like any of the I don't like the bombing of children and hospitals and shit.
- 14:19SPEAKER_02: Uh that's not me.
- 14:20SPEAKER_02: That's not what I'm about.
- 14:21SPEAKER_02: I love you guys.
- 14:22SPEAKER_02: I'm here.
- 14:22SPEAKER_02: I'm here at your establishment.
- 14:24SPEAKER_03: Just here for some chicken schwarm.
- 14:25SPEAKER_02: Just fucking give me some spices and let me have diarrhea and peace.
- 14:29SPEAKER_02: Hook me up with a little bit of that euro.
- 14:32SPEAKER_02: So I I guess we could do that, but I'm gonna get a lot of looks.
- 14:35SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna get like children throwing rocks at me, probably, if that stereotype holds true for the for the stateside Palestinians.
- 14:43SPEAKER_03: I I mean, I don't I don't know.
- 14:46SPEAKER_03: I mean your concentric circle is gonna get a lot larger too because you're gonna hit the local ones.
- 14:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 14:51SPEAKER_03: I think there's one in the town we live in that I know of, and then you're just gonna have to go wider and wider and until eventually you're all over America, which could be a good thing, could be an inconvenient thing.
- 15:04SPEAKER_02: No, you want some inconvenient, but uh well, yeah, that means I gotta hit fifty-two different ones a year.
- 15:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 15:10SPEAKER_02: For the rest of my life.
- 15:12SPEAKER_02: I mean, I think you can cycle back through after a hundred.
- 15:16SPEAKER_02: Okay, so every two years I can go back to the same ones, but I have to find a hundred, which probably means a hundred mile radius of here.
- 15:24SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 15:25SPEAKER_02: At least.
- 15:26SPEAKER_02: Sure.
- 15:26SPEAKER_02: Probably two or three hundred, honestly.
- 15:28SPEAKER_02: But or I get a yarmulca tattooed on my dick.
- 15:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah, which is I mean, it's gonna be a life-altering experience uh in a lot of ways.
- 15:40SPEAKER_03: Not just that that it's permanent ink on your dick, but like you're gonna see God for a little while because it's gonna be 20 minutes.
- 15:47SPEAKER_03: It's gonna be an intricate yarmulke.
- 15:49SPEAKER_03: We're gonna have some decoration going on this thing.
- 15:52SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's actually better.
- 15:53SPEAKER_03: Little color work.
- 15:54SPEAKER_02: That's oh, okay.
- 15:55SPEAKER_02: So the color's getting packed in.
- 15:56SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we're packing in some white, some blue.
- 15:59SPEAKER_03: Oh.
- 16:01SPEAKER_03: Because those are the colors of Israel.
- 16:04SPEAKER_02: Okay, alright.
- 16:07SPEAKER_03: Got it.
- 16:07SPEAKER_03: You gotta line it.
- 16:08SPEAKER_03: We gotta pack color in.
- 16:09SPEAKER_02: We're talking why don't we just do a star of David on the Yarmica?
- 16:13SPEAKER_02: Sure.
- 16:13SPEAKER_02: Why not that?
- 16:14SPEAKER_02: Just a white star of David on a blue yarmulca.
- 16:17SPEAKER_02: No.
- 16:18SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 16:19SPEAKER_03: No, because I want it to look nice.
- 16:21SPEAKER_03: That will look.
- 16:22SPEAKER_03: That'll be super Israeli.
- 16:23SPEAKER_03: Nah, it's too simple.
- 16:24SPEAKER_03: I want it and I want it nice and intricate.
- 16:26SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 16:27SPEAKER_02: Well, that I guess that will increase the time, but not by a whole lot.
- 16:32SPEAKER_03: Let's say 40 minutes.
- 16:33SPEAKER_02: My dickhead is not that big.
- 16:35SPEAKER_02: It's not, I mean, and it's a yarmulka, so it's like a sm a circle that's smaller than my dickhead that's supposed to look like a yarmulke on someone's head.
- 16:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 16:44SPEAKER_03: Oh, I also want locks down the side of it.
- 16:46SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay, that's fine.
- 16:47SPEAKER_03: I mean, that only adds like 10 minutes, but I think it it adds a lot to the open.
- 16:51SPEAKER_02: You could have a little three banger and just do the little thin lines.
- 16:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 16:56SPEAKER_02: That ain't gonna take that long.
- 16:57SPEAKER_02: Sure.
- 16:57SPEAKER_03: Five minutes.
- 16:58SPEAKER_03: Maybe but I want it to be a complete piece.
- 17:01SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 17:01SPEAKER_02: Uh maybe five.
- 17:03SPEAKER_02: And I would have to do it in a way that it looked like my the rest of my dick is the nose.
- 17:13SPEAKER_02: You know?
- 17:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 17:14SPEAKER_02: Because why wouldn't you?
- 17:15SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 17:16SPEAKER_02: That's the only way to do it.
- 17:18SPEAKER_02: Uh so you put the yalmick on top of the dick head, you know what I mean?
- 17:22SPEAKER_02: On like I can see it at all times.
- 17:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 17:24SPEAKER_02: And then and then the locks go down like the sides of the bulb, you know, at the top of the head.
- 17:32SPEAKER_02: So yeah, I mean that's just God fuck.
- 17:40SPEAKER_02: Can you yeah, something's going on?
- 17:41SPEAKER_02: Okay, fucking pause it.
- 17:42SPEAKER_03: Yes, sir.
- 17:43SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 17:44SPEAKER_03: One moment, folks.
- 17:46SPEAKER_03: Crisis averted.
- 17:48SPEAKER_03: Problems.
- 17:50SPEAKER_02: We're here.
- 17:50SPEAKER_02: Uh so I'm probably gonna do the yarmulca because it's a one-time thing.
- 17:55SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 17:56SPEAKER_02: Uh, and it's a funny, it's funny.
- 18:02SPEAKER_02: So it'll knock it'll kind of knock the the piss out of like the rest of my life.
- 18:09SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 18:10SPEAKER_02: Of like, so like it kind of like makes me getting it out for my lady so much less serious, you know?
- 18:19SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 18:19SPEAKER_02: It's just I can just get it out anytime because it's a piece.
- 18:22SPEAKER_02: It's like it's got it's got flavor now.
- 18:25SPEAKER_02: It's not flavor that I particularly like, but it's flavor.
- 18:28SPEAKER_02: It's matza flavor.
- 18:29SPEAKER_02: Nonetheless, yeah.
- 18:30SPEAKER_02: Uh so I think I I mean, just having to travel and that whole thing, like once a week I gotta travel to another Palestinian restaurant, which are not gonna be that easy to find in the first place.
- 18:45SPEAKER_02: And I mean, that's a whole that's a such a nightmare.
- 18:48SPEAKER_02: And granted, I am a bad sitter for tattoos.
- 18:52SPEAKER_02: You know it, my lady knows it.
- 18:55SPEAKER_02: I'm not great at it.
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: But uh for this specific one, I think I would just cover my dick in numbing cream for like caveat no cream.
- 19:08SPEAKER_02: Oh, goddammit.
- 19:10SPEAKER_02: Uh I would get I would take like four Laura tabs.
- 19:15SPEAKER_03: You can't do drugs when you're getting tattoos.
- 19:18SPEAKER_02: Before no, well, you can in this and I'm gonna have to do something.
- 19:23SPEAKER_02: No, you gotta raw dog it.
- 19:24SPEAKER_02: You're trying to skirt.
- 19:25SPEAKER_02: Oh.
- 19:25SPEAKER_02: No skirting.
- 19:27SPEAKER_02: I know what I'll do.
- 19:28SPEAKER_02: And this is not, you can't say no to this.
- 19:30SPEAKER_02: You like you just can't.
- 19:32SPEAKER_02: It's a fresh T bone, no skirt steak.
- 19:34SPEAKER_02: You can't, you this is this is like it's a caveat to some extent, but it's not nearly the caveat of a bunch of Laura tabs or numbing cream.
- 19:43SPEAKER_02: What I would do is I would beat the fuck out of my dick every day, like four times leading up.
- 19:50SPEAKER_02: So then it's very this the sensitivity is down as much as it can be naturally.
- 19:57SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 19:57SPEAKER_02: That's what I would do.
- 19:58SPEAKER_02: And I would I would do the tattoo because I this you know the idea of getting my head bashed in with a rock is it's much less appetizing than a dick tattoo.
- 20:11SPEAKER_03: It's in this scenario, as soon as you make the choice, it's like a tattooer shows up, sits across from you.
- 20:20SPEAKER_03: Whip it out, cowboy.
- 20:22SPEAKER_03: There's no time to prep.
- 20:23SPEAKER_02: I'd still do that.
- 20:24SPEAKER_02: No prep.
- 20:25SPEAKER_02: I'd still do that.
- 20:26SPEAKER_02: I'd still do the the dick tattoo.
- 20:28SPEAKER_02: I mean it's gonna be it's gonna look terrible because I'm gonna be jumping around a lot.
- 20:32SPEAKER_02: But uh yeah, that's what I'm gonna have to do.
- 20:35SPEAKER_03: Fair enough.
- 20:36SPEAKER_03: I think it's the right choice.
- 20:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 20:39SPEAKER_03: Mostly because I like I like I usually like a choice in these scenarios where I just do something and it's over.
- 20:47SPEAKER_03: You know, I'll drink the shot glass of cum before I'll spend, you know, yeah, 30 hours blowing dudes or whatever.
- 20:54SPEAKER_03: That's where I'm at, too.
- 20:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 20:55SPEAKER_02: I'd I'd rather just get it over with.
- 20:57SPEAKER_02: Just because I I got shit to do.
- 20:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 20:59SPEAKER_02: I'll forget about it.
- 21:00SPEAKER_02: We're busy guys.
- 21:01SPEAKER_02: You know?
- 21:02SPEAKER_02: I'll forget about it.
- 21:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 21:04SPEAKER_02: Until if and until the next time a new person sees my dick.
- 21:09SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 21:10SPEAKER_02: The original thought I had theoretically, would you rather world where it's like anything can happen, new person's gonna see my dick, whether it's a medical professional, whoever, oh yeah, that's gonna be a problem.
- 21:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, Jewish doctor?
- 21:24SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 21:25SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be a problem.
- 21:26SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be interesting to explain.
- 21:29SPEAKER_02: There, like to Dr.
- 21:30SPEAKER_02: Goldberg.
- 21:31SPEAKER_02: That's not supposed to be his nose, is it?
- 21:34SPEAKER_02: No, definitely not.
- 21:35SPEAKER_02: I just pro-Israel, dude.
- 21:37SPEAKER_02: Just yeah, get them, you know.
- 21:39SPEAKER_02: Just all the hospitals fucking bomb them, do it.
- 21:42SPEAKER_02: Go team.
- 21:43SPEAKER_02: I back the blue.
- 21:44SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 21:44SPEAKER_02: Hospitals.
- 21:45SPEAKER_02: Uh, I'm doing the thing where I'm counting on my fingers a lot.
- 21:48SPEAKER_02: Uh, hospitals, journalists, ambulances, uh, rescue workers, all of them.
- 21:54SPEAKER_02: Fuck them, get them.
- 21:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah, blow that elementary school up.
- 21:57SPEAKER_02: Go team.
- 21:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 21:58SPEAKER_02: Yeah, dude.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: Them.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: The Houthis, don't like them.
- 22:03SPEAKER_02: Hezbollah, don't like them.
- 22:05SPEAKER_02: Houthis, more like who these retards think they are.
- 22:08SPEAKER_02: Actually, I don't know if the Houthis are against Israel.
- 22:10SPEAKER_02: I just assume they are because they're Muslim.
- 22:12SPEAKER_03: I think, yeah.
- 22:12SPEAKER_02: I think if you're almost have to be, right?
- 22:14SPEAKER_03: If you're Muslim, period, you're anti-Israel.
- 22:17SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 22:17SPEAKER_03: That's one of the facts.
- 22:18SPEAKER_02: The other terrorist organization I can't remember the name of that's actually in Gaza.
- 22:22SPEAKER_02: Uh Hamas.
- 22:23SPEAKER_02: Hamas, yeah.
- 22:25SPEAKER_02: Al Qaeda, all of them.
- 22:26SPEAKER_03: I think there's anybody in Hamas that's like, I don't know, dude.
- 22:29SPEAKER_03: I feel like maybe there's some good ones.
- 22:34SPEAKER_03: There's a few good ones.
- 22:35SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the people.
- 22:37SPEAKER_02: I think you guys are being a little harsh.
- 22:39SPEAKER_02: You guys ever tried bagels?
- 22:41SPEAKER_02: They're pretty fucking everything bagel, they're pretty fucking good, dog.
- 22:44SPEAKER_03: I traveled to Cats Dilly one time in a minute.
- 22:48SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 22:49SPEAKER_03: Uh Post Romion Rye?
- 22:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, dog.
- 22:53SPEAKER_02: Alahu Akbar.
- 22:56SPEAKER_02: Um praise all praises be.
- 22:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 22:59SPEAKER_03: My original thought for the second thing I thought was a little too harsh, and that was that you instead of the tattooing, your other option would be to get smuggled into Gaza and walk down the street in a Yarmoka.
- 23:16SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 23:16SPEAKER_03: And I was like, oh, you'll just get shot in the head and fucking decapitated.
- 23:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 23:20SPEAKER_03: So that's probably a little too much.
- 23:22SPEAKER_02: Or bombed by Israel.
- 23:25SPEAKER_02: Right, right, right.
- 23:26SPEAKER_02: Or a friendly fire, friendly fire.
- 23:28SPEAKER_02: Yeah, where a drone bomb fucking lands on my head.
- 23:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 23:32SPEAKER_02: Uh, because there was uh if you, I don't know, two, three years ago when there still were hostages and that whole fucking conversation was happening, yeah.
- 23:40SPEAKER_02: Israel kept killing their own hostages.
- 23:42SPEAKER_02: They're kept killing the hostages that Hamas had that were Israeli citizens.
- 23:47SPEAKER_02: They kept fucking killing them.
- 23:48SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna be honest though, just from like take the politics out of it.
- 23:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, just look at it like a war.
- 23:54SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 23:56SPEAKER_03: That goes pretty fucking hard.
- 23:58SPEAKER_02: Like it's pretty gangster to be like You kill your own people that are hostages?
- 24:02SPEAKER_03: It's kind of just like, I don't give a fuck.
- 24:06SPEAKER_03: They truly don't.
- 24:07SPEAKER_03: It's one guy.
- 24:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:10SPEAKER_03: You guys can suck my fucking trimmed pecker, dude.
- 24:15SPEAKER_03: I don't give a fuck about one guy.
- 24:17SPEAKER_02: Well, they're probably justifying it in like as long as we got more than one Hamas member with that bomb, it's worth it.
- 24:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 24:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that Jew gave his life for 10 fucking goat rapers.
- 24:29SPEAKER_03: That's what they would say.
- 24:31SPEAKER_03: Hey, I would never.
- 24:32SPEAKER_02: I think they're all probably molesting farm animals if we're being real on both sides.
- 24:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 24:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they would never use that argument.
- 24:39SPEAKER_03: They're like, well, I mean, we can't call the kettle black here.
- 24:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 24:44SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 24:48SPEAKER_02: They're like, well, they could just put that right back on us.
- 24:50SPEAKER_02: So let's go with something else.
- 24:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 24:53SPEAKER_02: Fair enough.
- 24:54SPEAKER_02: You guys are are darker or something.
- 24:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 24:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 24:57SPEAKER_03: You guys uh different gods and stuff.
- 25:00SPEAKER_02: We're basically the same in every single fucking way, but except that some guy came along after your holy book and made a new one that incorporates a bunch of your holy book, but we still have to fight over it.
- 25:13SPEAKER_02: You speak a different language.
- 25:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 25:16SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 25:17SPEAKER_03: Fair enough.
- 25:18SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 25:18SPEAKER_03: My uh my topic for this week.
- 25:21SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 25:21SPEAKER_02: Oh, I need to write it down.
- 25:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah, go ahead.
- 25:24SPEAKER_03: Um it's just something that I've been thinking about for the past week, and I think that we had we've experienced similarly recently.
- 25:34SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 25:34SPEAKER_03: And that is just the topic of sleep.
- 25:36SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 25:38SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 25:40SPEAKER_03: So my would you rather for sleep is Jake, would you rather have to stay awake for seven days straight?
- 25:49SPEAKER_03: Or from now on, you can only sleep for 15 minutes at a time.
- 25:57SPEAKER_03: So like how long between the sleeps though?
- 26:00SPEAKER_03: At least another 15 minutes.
- 26:02SPEAKER_03: Oh, okay.
- 26:03SPEAKER_03: So you got a 15-minute cooldown.
- 26:05SPEAKER_03: You can sleep 15, be awake for 15, sleep for 15, be awake for 15.
- 26:11SPEAKER_03: But at the end of the day, you know, you can sleep, you can you can add that up in a 24 hour period for as long as you want it to be, maximum twelve hours.
- 26:21SPEAKER_03: But every 15 minutes that you're awake.
- 26:25SPEAKER_03: That's still only three hours of sleep a day.
- 26:28SPEAKER_02: No, it's not.
- 26:30SPEAKER_02: Fifteen minutes.
- 26:31SPEAKER_02: Every 15 minutes.
- 26:32SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, you're right.
- 26:33SPEAKER_02: Six hours.
- 26:33SPEAKER_03: You could it could be up to 12 hours in a 24 hour period.
- 26:38SPEAKER_02: Oh, sure.
- 26:39SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I got you.
- 26:39SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 26:40SPEAKER_02: I thought you meant that too.
- 26:41SPEAKER_02: I thought you meant that I could only do the 15 minutes back and forth thing for 12 hours.
- 26:46SPEAKER_02: And then the other 12, I had to be up.
- 26:48SPEAKER_02: But I see what you're saying now.
- 26:49SPEAKER_02: Yeah, 12 hours a day if you do it that way.
- 26:52SPEAKER_03: If every 15 minutes you took another 15 minute nap, but you don't you can't like you can't function like that.
- 26:58SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 26:58SPEAKER_02: You never reach rim sleep.
- 27:00SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 27:01SPEAKER_02: Uh, which is a problem.
- 27:02SPEAKER_02: That's when all the like dope shit about sleep happens.
- 27:06SPEAKER_02: Uh or at least a lot of it, at least like uh the important uh aspects of sleep happen during that time.
- 27:12SPEAKER_03: If you look at it like on a weekday, like you have work, so you can't really steal you can maybe nap on lunch for 15 minutes, but essentially you have an eight-hour window where you can't sleep.
- 27:26SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 27:27SPEAKER_03: So you just go ahead and take that chunk out.
- 27:30SPEAKER_03: Essentially, after that, it's like you might get eight hours in that 16-hour window of non-working.
- 27:36SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 27:37SPEAKER_03: If you sleep every 15 minutes and then take 15 off and God, my alarm's gonna piss me off.
- 27:44SPEAKER_03: Plus, it's not like a magical thing where you can just instantly fall asleep.
- 27:47SPEAKER_03: It's like you lay down and whenever as soon as you hit like sleep, 15-minute timer starts.
- 27:53SPEAKER_02: I see.
- 27:56SPEAKER_02: But then the seven days is just one time.
- 27:58SPEAKER_02: For seven days, I guess.
- 28:00SPEAKER_03: You have to stay, you cannot fall.
- 28:01SPEAKER_03: If you fall asleep, you die.
- 28:02SPEAKER_02: See, I'm not good at that.
- 28:04SPEAKER_03: It's tough.
- 28:05SPEAKER_03: I've never done it, I've never stayed awake for more than like 36 hours, maybe 48.
- 28:09SPEAKER_02: Same.
- 28:10SPEAKER_02: I did uh I did 36 once, like I think I was 25 when I did that.
- 28:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 28:17SPEAKER_02: And it fucked me up for like a week.
- 28:20SPEAKER_02: Dude, it it wrecks your shit.
- 28:21SPEAKER_02: Uh all nighters are no good.
- 28:23SPEAKER_03: I'll give you the caveat that if you know like it's life or death.
- 28:28SPEAKER_03: So you can do meth.
- 28:30SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
- 28:33SPEAKER_02: That's a no-brainer.
- 28:34SPEAKER_02: I'm just gonna do that.
- 28:34SPEAKER_03: You're just gonna do meth within the five.
- 28:36SPEAKER_03: Well, I mean, methyl doesn't guarantee seven days.
- 28:39SPEAKER_02: No, well, I mean unless you do meth for seven days.
- 28:43SPEAKER_02: I mean, if you want to take that risk.
- 28:46SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 28:47SPEAKER_02: Rather than 15 minutes increments for the rest of my life, yeah.
- 28:53SPEAKER_02: I'll just be fucking strung out on meth for a week, stay up the whole week, hallucinate a lot, probably, and then you know, sleep for two or three days, be fucked up for probably a month.
- 29:04SPEAKER_02: All right.
- 29:04SPEAKER_02: But eventually I'll get back to normal.
- 29:06SPEAKER_03: Let me let me adjust the the parameters a little bit because I want to make it a little more even.
- 29:13SPEAKER_03: Seven straight days.
- 29:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:15SPEAKER_03: You can't do meth, but you can do cocaine.
- 29:18SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 29:19SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 29:20SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 29:20SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 29:21SPEAKER_02: More addictive.
- 29:22SPEAKER_03: More well, I mean, there's no the like meth, you can smoke it once and be up for two days straight.
- 29:28SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 29:28SPEAKER_03: With cocaine.
- 29:29SPEAKER_03: You gotta keep hitting it.
- 29:30SPEAKER_03: You gotta keep fucking going.
- 29:32SPEAKER_02: You have to have like four thousand dollars worth of cocaine.
- 29:35SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 29:36SPEAKER_03: I think that evens the odds a little bit more.
- 29:38SPEAKER_02: So I would have to procure the cocaine myself with my current income.
- 29:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:43SPEAKER_03: Also, as soon as you make the choice, the timer starts.
- 29:46SPEAKER_03: So you have uh from now until the seven days is up.
- 29:51SPEAKER_02: So part of the seven days is me finding cocaine.
- 29:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 29:55SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 29:56SPEAKER_02: Good thing I have some CD friends.
- 29:59SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I know.
- 29:59SPEAKER_03: I know a couple.
- 30:00SPEAKER_02: I do too.
- 30:01SPEAKER_02: I I know that I could get my hands on it eventually.
- 30:04SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 30:04SPEAKER_03: Uh if I went.
- 30:05SPEAKER_03: I would also be forced to kind of like be in favor of helping you because now it's like, well, if he doesn't stay up, he's gonna die.
- 30:12SPEAKER_03: I don't want that.
- 30:14SPEAKER_02: I don't want him to lose the challenge per se.
- 30:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 30:17SPEAKER_02: Um I could definitely get my hands on some.
- 30:19SPEAKER_02: It's a matter of if it's enough.
- 30:21SPEAKER_02: Now, one thing about me that helps me is I'm a lightweight with everything else.
- 30:28SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 30:28SPEAKER_02: Everything else I've tried.
- 30:30SPEAKER_02: You're literally a lightweight.
- 30:31SPEAKER_02: Literally, but you know, and figuratively, uh, with the uh, you know, uh three beers and I'm buzzing and I'm feeling pretty good.
- 30:38SPEAKER_02: Six beers and I might throw up uh if I drink them too fast.
- 30:42SPEAKER_02: Uh same with Bud.
- 30:44SPEAKER_02: Uh I don't know about like acid or anything.
- 30:47SPEAKER_02: I think that's pretty much I think I have basically the same experience as everyone else as far as it's been described anyway, when we've done the same shit, you know.
- 30:56SPEAKER_03: Uh so well, I didn't finish the caveat.
- 31:00SPEAKER_03: Oh, god damn it.
- 31:01SPEAKER_03: The uh on the other side of it, the 15 minutes deal, that's only for a year.
- 31:07SPEAKER_03: Oh okay.
- 31:09SPEAKER_03: I think that makes the odds a little more detail.
- 31:11SPEAKER_03: It does it even the rest of your life deal.
- 31:13SPEAKER_03: It evens it out better.
- 31:14SPEAKER_03: Uh but a year is a long time to have fucked up sleep habits.
- 31:19SPEAKER_03: You know what?
- 31:19SPEAKER_03: And then it might affect your next year.
- 31:21SPEAKER_03: Right, exactly.
- 31:22SPEAKER_02: You know what?
- 31:23SPEAKER_02: I've never done cocaine.
- 31:25SPEAKER_02: I acted like I snorted some with a friend.
- 31:28SPEAKER_02: I mean, I did a little, but I, you know, I barely got any and kind of acted like it affected me more to get him to stop like pressuring me to do it.
- 31:37SPEAKER_02: Right, right.
- 31:38SPEAKER_02: And uh uh because I really didn't want to do it.
- 31:40SPEAKER_02: I was still in my like heart anxiety phase at the time.
- 31:43SPEAKER_02: And I uh I just barely did it.
- 31:45SPEAKER_02: And I acted like I felt it in my nose like a little, but it really didn't I didn't really feel it.
- 31:51SPEAKER_02: It didn't like really do anything.
- 31:54SPEAKER_02: And uh uh so I've never done it really, so I don't know how it feels.
- 32:01SPEAKER_02: And this would give me the excuse to do it because otherwise, 15 minutes of sleep at a time for a year, that's probably gonna fuck me up worse than a few months of uh fucking addiction I have to get over.
- 32:13SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah, like that's probably gonna be worse.
- 32:16SPEAKER_02: You might hate it.
- 32:17SPEAKER_02: I'm it might I might I might be like, that's not for me.
- 32:20SPEAKER_02: That doesn't happen to many people, but if it's gonna happen to anybody, I think it might be me, man.
- 32:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I might be like uh like Big J Ogerson has the story of like I've done Coke twice, didn't feel it either time.
- 32:33SPEAKER_02: Didn't have a good didn't really nothing happened.
- 32:35SPEAKER_02: So uh I don't know if nothing would happen.
- 32:38SPEAKER_02: I would imagine I would feel it, but uh there are some drugs that people some people didn't like heroin when they tried it.
- 32:45SPEAKER_02: Like that has happened.
- 32:46SPEAKER_02: Uh most people have normal brains that heroin feels like uh euphoric or whatever, but like some people don't.
- 32:54SPEAKER_03: I'll tell you what, I've hated every opiate I've ever done.
- 32:57SPEAKER_02: Really?
- 32:58SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 32:59SPEAKER_02: I loved lore tabs the first time I did them, and then I've done them a few times since and did not get the same thing.
- 33:07SPEAKER_02: It just didn't didn't work the same way.
- 33:10SPEAKER_02: I don't know if they were stronger the first time.
- 33:11SPEAKER_02: I thought they were seven fives the first time, which is like middle, middle of the road.
- 33:16SPEAKER_03: Every pill I've ever done, I hated.
- 33:18SPEAKER_03: I hated Xanax, I hated Vicodin, I hated Oxycotton, I hated Kratum, I hated uh Valium.
- 33:31SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I hated it all.
- 33:33SPEAKER_03: I hated I hated more morphine, I hated it.
- 33:35SPEAKER_02: Hydrocodone was sick.
- 33:37SPEAKER_02: That was the only pill I've done that I was amazing.
- 33:41SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah, I I mean I think it is I thought it was an opiate, but it doesn't matter.
- 33:46SPEAKER_03: Vicadin is an opiate.
- 33:47SPEAKER_03: Oh, I think hydrocodone is just the it was fucking awesome.
- 33:50SPEAKER_03: Hydrocodone is like the generic uh name because Vicodin is a brand.
- 33:56SPEAKER_02: Right, you're right.
- 33:57SPEAKER_02: Uh and then uh uh Lore Tabs was fucking phenomenal the first time, but then my back hurt the next day.
- 34:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 34:05SPEAKER_02: I did two halves, one half at like 10 a.m.
- 34:08SPEAKER_02: the other half at like 2 p.m.
- 34:11SPEAKER_02: And then like my buddy told me to, he gave them to me at work and he was like, You're gonna love this, it's great.
- 34:16SPEAKER_02: And I did.
- 34:17SPEAKER_02: I was tabbed out.
- 34:19SPEAKER_02: I was like energetic as fuck, just like they like people describe, and uh it was a great fucking time.
- 34:26SPEAKER_02: And then the next time I tried it, I did the same thing.
- 34:28SPEAKER_02: I took one half, I waited a few hours, took the other half.
- 34:32SPEAKER_02: Not much.
- 34:32SPEAKER_02: It just I mean, it was fine, but it just didn't, you know.
- 34:36SPEAKER_02: So, all of that to say, I'm gonna do the cocaine because I uh I'm gonna I'm gonna stay up for seven days on cocaine.
- 34:43SPEAKER_02: I don't even know if that's a realistic cocaine bender.
- 34:46SPEAKER_02: I don't think it is.
- 34:47SPEAKER_02: I think usually people go two or three days before they crash out.
- 34:50SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 34:50SPEAKER_02: Like seasoned cocaine people, but I'm gonna have to.
- 34:55SPEAKER_02: So I'm gonna go to the fucking gas station, I'm gonna get caffeine out the ass.
- 34:59SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna get caffeine pills.
- 35:01SPEAKER_02: My heart is probably gonna explode by the end.
- 35:04SPEAKER_03: I think honestly, dude, I think doing the cocaine is a trap.
- 35:08SPEAKER_03: I it's sort of like you know, you get in a car and it's like you have to go this distance with only one tank of gas.
- 35:17SPEAKER_03: And if you're going 90 or 100 miles an hour, you're like, I'm just gonna get there.
- 35:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 35:23SPEAKER_03: You're burning more miles per gallon.
- 35:25SPEAKER_03: Right, yeah.
- 35:26SPEAKER_03: So I honestly feel like you just push off any mind-altering anything, like no caffeine, no nothing for as long as possible.
- 35:36SPEAKER_03: And then you just sip caffeine.
- 35:38SPEAKER_03: Uh yeah.
- 35:39SPEAKER_03: Don't slam red bulls, don't fucking snort a bunch of cocaine because I think that ramps your heart rate, your heart rate up, and there's gonna be a crash, you're gonna because it makes you tired.
- 35:50SPEAKER_03: I was thinking, like, you know, I the times I've done acid and shit, like it's kept me up, and I've like gone to fucking raves and shit, and like had a lot of fun dancing around, and it kept me up.
- 36:02SPEAKER_03: But then eventually, you're wearing yourself out.
- 36:05SPEAKER_03: Like, you don't want to dance party, like you want to just settle in, watch a bunch of fucking movies that are real interesting, that keeps your attention, like play video games.
- 36:15SPEAKER_03: Like, you just want to keep your energy as low as possible, right?
- 36:20SPEAKER_03: And like marathon out.
- 36:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you're not burning calories.
- 36:23SPEAKER_03: People don't sprint during marathons.
- 36:26SPEAKER_03: It's true, they keep a steady pace the whole time.
- 36:28SPEAKER_02: True, true, true.
- 36:28SPEAKER_02: Good point.
- 36:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 36:29SPEAKER_02: Good point.
- 36:30SPEAKER_02: Well, I'm still gonna pick that option and try to stay up for seven days because like, and I'm not good at that, dude.
- 36:37SPEAKER_02: Uh, ever since I was a child, I remember like I uh I went to Golden Videos.
- 36:44SPEAKER_02: Goldens.
- 36:45SPEAKER_02: It might have been Goldens with an apostrophe S.
- 36:47SPEAKER_02: Uh Goldens Videos in not Jewish, by the way.
- 36:51SPEAKER_02: In uh it's not Gold Men, it's Gold Golden.
- 36:54SPEAKER_02: So it might have been Golden Video.
- 36:55SPEAKER_02: Anyway, in Owensboro, Kentucky, my hometown, dox me, bro.
- 37:00SPEAKER_02: Come at me, come at me, dude.
- 37:02SPEAKER_02: Fucking swap me, bitch.
- 37:04SPEAKER_02: I don't live at all.
- 37:05SPEAKER_02: And uh uh so my parents would take me there.
- 37:08SPEAKER_02: It's where I I first picked up my VHS copy of, or well, not my copy, but I watched a VHS copy of Men in Black.
- 37:15SPEAKER_02: Uh, but we went there one night and I'm just perusing.
- 37:19SPEAKER_02: I'm like eight or nine.
- 37:20SPEAKER_02: I'm perusing, and uh I see that holy shit, they have VHSs of all the WCW pay-per-views that I have not been able to watch because my parents don't have that and would never order a$50 fucking WCW for me at eight years old.
- 37:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 37:42SPEAKER_02: So they had fucking Starcade, dude.
- 37:45SPEAKER_02: Holy shit.
- 37:46SPEAKER_02: Sting wrestled, I think Hollywood Hulk Hogan at Starcade.
- 37:51SPEAKER_02: Holy crap.
- 37:51SPEAKER_02: And there was the whole like Mon uh WCW Nitro every Monday night during this is during like right in the fucking smack middle of the Monday Night Wars.
- 38:01SPEAKER_02: And uh I was a WCW kid because it was more family friendly, and my parents have appreciated me watching that more.
- 38:07SPEAKER_02: Also, Lex Luger, enough said.
- 38:10SPEAKER_02: Goldberg was my guy.
- 38:12SPEAKER_02: Uh Kevin Nash, enough said, and so I fucking watched WCW and I got Starcade.
- 38:17SPEAKER_02: And it I was so excited to be able to watch Starcade because I'd obviously I saw the run-up on Nitro, and then I saw the aftermath on Nitro, but I never got to actually see what happened, you know?
- 38:30SPEAKER_02: Just heard tell of it.
- 38:32SPEAKER_02: And uh I popped that bitch in and I remember distinctly.
- 38:37SPEAKER_02: I'm it's funny.
- 38:38SPEAKER_02: I think my parents used this opportunity to go fuck because they were not, they did not watch this with me.
- 38:45SPEAKER_02: I watched it in the living room on the big TV.
- 38:48SPEAKER_02: They set me up with probably snacks and shit, and they were like, all right, turn this up really loud.
- 38:54SPEAKER_02: Yep, yep, yep, louder, louder, good.
- 38:57SPEAKER_02: We're gonna be in here for a little, we got to talk and we'll be back, you know.
- 39:02SPEAKER_02: I think because I don't remember them being there for me watching, you know, they weren't there watching this with me, which probably would have helped me in this uh occasion, on this occasion, because I'm watching and it gets to the main event.
- 39:14SPEAKER_02: Obviously, the pay-per-view, they got to keep your eyes on it for three hours, you know.
- 39:19SPEAKER_02: So they they mix in a bunch of random shit the whole time, you know, a bunch of wrestlers you don't really care to see, but it's like, ah, well, I've I've seen his arcs, so whatever.
- 39:27SPEAKER_02: Uh finally gets to the fucking main event, and I believe it was Sting and Hollywood Hulk Hogan is the main event.
- 39:34SPEAKER_02: And they get in the ring and they start to wrestle, and my eyes are fucking drooping, dude.
- 39:43SPEAKER_02: I ended up, I fell asleep in the middle of the fucking main event.
- 39:47SPEAKER_02: So I'm not good at staying up when I when my even when something exciting's happening.
- 39:52SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 39:52SPEAKER_02: When the thing I've been looking forward to not only all night, but like throughout the year, I've been like, man, I wish I could watch one of those.
- 39:59SPEAKER_02: Man, I wish I could watch one of those.
- 40:01SPEAKER_02: Really sucks that I miss every fucking one of these.
- 40:04SPEAKER_02: And uh, yeah.
- 40:06SPEAKER_02: So though those seven days are gonna feel like a fucking year, dude.
- 40:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 40:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 40:12SPEAKER_03: I mean, I'm I'm pretty good at the 30 hour thing, but everything beyond 30 hours is a fucking hassle, dude.
- 40:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah, dude.
- 40:22SPEAKER_03: I mean, I can yeah, fuck.
- 40:24SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna have to take a week off of work because work is gonna it's gonna be brutal.
- 40:28SPEAKER_02: So 30 hours would be you wake up at 7 on a Friday, you do you go through your whole day, then you go to the party after work, and you stay up all night till 1 p.m.
- 40:44SPEAKER_02: That's 30 hours.
- 40:47SPEAKER_02: That's nuts.
- 40:49SPEAKER_02: I haven't done that in so fucking long.
- 40:51SPEAKER_02: I I did that, like I said, when I was like 25 and like it fucked me up for days afterward.
- 40:58SPEAKER_02: My fucking not only my like sleep schedule, but just I was groggy for days.
- 41:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 41:04SPEAKER_03: Somewhat, I mean, not that recently, but recently enough to talk about.
- 41:09SPEAKER_03: I stayed up all night, went to work, oh yeah, got off work at four, went home, four thirty, took like a two-hour nap.
- 41:19SPEAKER_03: So that was like thirty-five hours, thirty-four hours, something like that.
- 41:26SPEAKER_03: Um, but it fucks me up.
- 41:28SPEAKER_03: Like it's it's miserable.
- 41:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:30SPEAKER_02: I dated a waitress years ago, and she stayed, you know, she had to stay at the fucking restaurant till like 10 30 or 11, and then that's when we got to hang out.
- 41:40SPEAKER_02: So I had to like flip my whole shit around and it was a bitch.
- 41:45SPEAKER_02: Like having to having like you want in in your normal day-to-day, you want looking forward to a nap to be a very slim occasion.
- 41:58SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you want that to be like once a month, maybe that you're actually like, God damn, I can't wait till I get off so I can take a nap.
- 42:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's ideal.
- 42:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I mean it's very occasional.
- 42:09SPEAKER_03: The my my thing that I look forward to is Saturday morning when I can sleep till nine.
- 42:15SPEAKER_03: Same.
- 42:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 42:16SPEAKER_03: You know, like sleeping in on the weekend feels great.
- 42:20SPEAKER_02: It's my shit, dog.
- 42:20SPEAKER_02: Blood.
- 42:21SPEAKER_02: That's why that's half the reason.
- 42:24SPEAKER_02: That is half my motivation every time I buy a lottery ticket.
- 42:28SPEAKER_02: That is half my motivation.
- 42:30SPEAKER_03: Sleep till whenever the fuck I want.
- 42:31SPEAKER_02: Exactly, dude.
- 42:32SPEAKER_02: It's like I won't have to get up at fucking seven nothing anymore.
- 42:36SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 42:37SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 42:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 42:39SPEAKER_03: Like uh the other day I got like three hours of sleep, uh, and it was a brutal day.
- 42:45SPEAKER_03: Well, it was we had that three-day weekend for Labor Day.
- 42:48SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that and fuck shit up.
- 42:50SPEAKER_03: Monday night rolls around and it's 3 a.m.
- 42:52SPEAKER_03: and I'm still having fun.
- 42:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 42:54SPEAKER_03: And uh, I'm like, fuck, I gotta I gotta be up in a couple hours and I go lay down, takes a minute to wind down, yada yada.
- 43:01SPEAKER_03: Wake up at seven and I'm a fucking mess.
- 43:04SPEAKER_03: Just had a headache all day.
- 43:06SPEAKER_03: It sucked.
- 43:08SPEAKER_03: But I got through it.
- 43:09SPEAKER_03: No big deal.
- 43:10SPEAKER_03: Life goes on.
- 43:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 43:12SPEAKER_03: So anyway.
- 43:14SPEAKER_03: Next segment.
- 43:15SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 43:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 43:16SPEAKER_03: How about that?
- 43:18SPEAKER_03: Uh, this one.
- 43:19SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 43:19SPEAKER_00: Ladies and gentlemen, here's Tyler's Top 10 list.
- 43:22SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 43:23SPEAKER_03: You wanna you wanna read these comments real quick?
- 43:26SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 43:26SPEAKER_03: Let's do some let's do some Spotify comments before I get into the list.
- 43:29SPEAKER_03: I think I read them last time.
- 43:31SPEAKER_03: Uh but you'll read them again.
- 43:33SPEAKER_02: It doesn't matter.
- 43:33SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 43:33SPEAKER_02: You already got it pulled up.
- 43:35SPEAKER_02: I do have them pulled up.
- 43:36SPEAKER_02: Uh it always takes me to Blumpkin Impromptu.
- 43:40SPEAKER_02: First thing.
- 43:40SPEAKER_02: I don't know why, but I always have to scroll up.
- 43:43SPEAKER_02: Uh so R.I.P.
- 43:44SPEAKER_02: hee ha.
- 43:45SPEAKER_02: By the way, no body cam.
- 43:48SPEAKER_02: Nothing yet.
- 43:48SPEAKER_02: No information yet.
- 43:50SPEAKER_02: Damn.
- 43:50SPEAKER_02: I want the drone footage.
- 43:52SPEAKER_02: Fucking horrible.
- 43:52SPEAKER_02: I want both, yeah.
- 43:53SPEAKER_03: But I I just want to see the overhead view of it because I feel like it's going to be a lot funnier.
- 43:58SPEAKER_03: You know, it'd be nice to hear it.
- 44:00SPEAKER_03: Hear like his commands to the donkey.
- 44:03SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 44:03SPEAKER_03: But I feel like an overhead view is gonna be hilarious.
- 44:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 44:07SPEAKER_02: Uh I think if the footage showed a out of control, crazy fucking cannibal not cannibalistic because it'd be another donkey.
- 44:22SPEAKER_02: Uh uh rabid, rabid, just fucking mean donkey that ran up and was snapping and was being a cunt.
- 44:31SPEAKER_02: I think we would already have the footage.
- 44:34SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
- 44:35SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 44:35SPEAKER_02: When cops do the right thing and they're in the right, they drop that shit the next day, dude.
- 44:42SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah.
- 44:43SPEAKER_02: Anyway, uh, so on RIP heeha, Arden J says creditreport.com seem ripe for parodying.
- 44:53SPEAKER_02: Ooh.
- 44:53SPEAKER_02: And you are correct.
- 44:55SPEAKER_02: I would agree with that.
- 44:56SPEAKER_02: We should do that.
- 44:57SPEAKER_03: And yeah, I will say the previous episode, there might be ones that we missed because I posted it late.
- 45:03SPEAKER_02: Oh, uh no, I don't think so.
- 45:08SPEAKER_02: Uh Arden J says I was initially against the Spurgy Spook segment, but now I get a half chub and the uh Basket said that intro is my favorite front bottoms cover.
- 45:16SPEAKER_02: So yeah, we read those, yeah.
- 45:18SPEAKER_03: Word.
- 45:20SPEAKER_03: Well, thanks for the Spotify comments.
- 45:22SPEAKER_03: Keep them coming.
- 45:22SPEAKER_03: I love you.
- 45:23SPEAKER_03: You're the best.
- 45:26unknown: Drop again.
- 45:27SPEAKER_00: Ladies and gentlemen, here's Tyler's top ten list.
- 45:30SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 45:30SPEAKER_00: Top five lists.
- 45:31SPEAKER_03: Top five lists.
- 45:33SPEAKER_03: But but I think it's an in-depth one.
- 45:36SPEAKER_03: It's a more in-depth one than I've done in a while.
- 45:38SPEAKER_03: Put a lot of research into this.
- 45:39SPEAKER_03: Oh wow.
- 45:40SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 45:40SPEAKER_03: Uh this week's top five list in honor of our fallen heroes and heroettes.
- 45:46SPEAKER_03: I think that's so denigrating to tell women you're not a hero.
- 45:52SPEAKER_03: You're a heroette.
- 45:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 45:54SPEAKER_03: I don't no, I don't know.
- 45:56SPEAKER_03: I know that no one's ever really said that before.
- 45:58SPEAKER_02: I think they say heroine, but yeah.
- 46:00SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah.
- 46:01SPEAKER_03: Just to give it a different name.
- 46:02SPEAKER_03: It's just so denigrating.
- 46:03SPEAKER_03: It is, it is.
- 46:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 46:05SPEAKER_03: Um, speaking of heroin, I uh I went to Hot Topic recently and bought a new t-shirt.
- 46:14SPEAKER_03: I it's rare I ever see a shirt there that I want.
- 46:18SPEAKER_03: Uh-huh.
- 46:18SPEAKER_03: Silverstein had a fucking sick ass shirt, dude.
- 46:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 46:23SPEAKER_03: It's like there's some sort of tentacle monster and it's purple and gold.
- 46:29SPEAKER_03: It's fucking badass.
- 46:30SPEAKER_03: Cool.
- 46:31SPEAKER_03: I'll show you sometime.
- 46:33SPEAKER_03: But Silverstein has a song called Heroine.
- 46:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 46:36unknown: My heroin.
- 46:38SPEAKER_03: My heroine.
- 46:39SPEAKER_03: Anyway, uh, my top five list this week is 9-11 fun facts.
- 46:46SPEAKER_03: Just fun facts about the tragedy 9-11.
- 46:50SPEAKER_03: Okay, hell yeah, dude.
- 46:51SPEAKER_03: Starting with number five.
- 46:54SPEAKER_03: In early 2001, there was a browser game called Trade Center Defender, where he used a gun site to shoot down an endless stream of airplanes before they hit the two towers.
- 47:08SPEAKER_03: That's great.
- 47:08SPEAKER_03: When a plane hit, the tower would catch fire and collapse.
- 47:13SPEAKER_03: The game was on a website called Angel Fire, for those who remember it, and it was pulled offline two days after the attacks.
- 47:20SPEAKER_02: Oh, damn.
- 47:20SPEAKER_02: So you could still play it the next day and the day of.
- 47:24SPEAKER_02: Like you could be watching the second tower be hit and be playing the game.
- 47:28SPEAKER_03: Surely there's a kid out there that stayed home sick from school and was just browsing Angel Fire.
- 47:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 47:34SPEAKER_03: And was like, oh, I'll try this out.
- 47:35SPEAKER_03: And he's like shooting planes down, and he looks over, and his little tube TV is like, did I do that?
- 47:44SPEAKER_01: Oh, I missed one.
- 47:44SPEAKER_01: I missed one.
- 47:45SPEAKER_01: And look what happened.
- 47:48SPEAKER_03: That would be so that would be insane, dude.
- 47:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 47:53SPEAKER_02: That's pretty fun.
- 47:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 47:54SPEAKER_02: That's a very fun fact.
- 47:56SPEAKER_03: I thought so too.
- 47:57SPEAKER_03: Nice.
- 47:57SPEAKER_03: These are all fun facts.
- 47:59SPEAKER_02: I did not realize when I said that we are the loose change of podcasts at the beginning that we really were about to turn into that.
- 48:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 48:06SPEAKER_03: Well, I came so topical.
- 48:08SPEAKER_03: I came across one fun fact, like organically about 9-11.
- 48:13SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 48:14SPEAKER_03: And I was like, holy shit.
- 48:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 48:16SPEAKER_03: I couldn't believe it.
- 48:17SPEAKER_02: And then I was like, well, I wonder what else.
- 48:19SPEAKER_02: Instead of a light bulb, it was an explosion out the side of a building above your head.
- 48:24SPEAKER_03: It was well, it was a light bulb, but it burst.
- 48:27unknown: Yeah.
- 48:28unknown: Okay.
- 48:29SPEAKER_03: A little thing of flames.
- 48:30SPEAKER_03: It was a Xeon.
- 48:32SPEAKER_03: I was going to say a tower seven popped up above your head and then fell down.
- 48:36SPEAKER_03: There was two fluorescent bulbs side by side.
- 48:40SPEAKER_03: Then they burst.
- 48:41SPEAKER_03: Um, yeah.
- 48:42SPEAKER_03: So I looked up more fun facts because I wanted more fun facts.
- 48:46SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 48:47SPEAKER_03: Uh number four.
- 48:50SPEAKER_03: There was a a group, a musical group called The Coup.
- 48:57SPEAKER_03: They had an album cover depicting the two towers exploding.
- 49:02SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 49:03SPEAKER_03: Uh, and the album was supposed to come out the day of 9-11.
- 49:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it was a Tuesday.
- 49:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah, there was a guy with a with a fucking like a detonator, and he was holding it and pressing the button with like a devious smile, and there was a lady to his left, and it was like they had taken this selfie, like an up selfie, in front of the Twin Towers, and then they photoshopped an explosion happening.
- 49:29SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 49:30SPEAKER_03: At the Twin Towers.
- 49:31SPEAKER_02: Wow, dude.
- 49:32SPEAKER_02: How the how the fuck?
- 49:35SPEAKER_02: And it it really was gonna come out on September 11th.
- 49:38SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 49:40SPEAKER_02: I feel like System of Downs toxicity came out on 9-11, or maybe the week before.
- 49:44SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 49:44SPEAKER_02: It's right around then.
- 49:45SPEAKER_03: Well, there was just there was a lot of stuff pop culturally that was coming out around that time because you know, you remember the George Carlin thing.
- 49:53SPEAKER_03: Yeah, right.
- 49:54SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that was a deal.
- 49:56SPEAKER_02: Yep, he he was gonna record his special.
- 49:59SPEAKER_02: Jay-Z had a whole thing.
- 50:00SPEAKER_02: The name of the special was gonna be I kinda like it when a lot of people die.
- 50:04SPEAKER_03: Exactly, dude.
- 50:05SPEAKER_03: Well, Jay-Z ended up releasing the blueprint on 9-11, and it was originally supposed to be released a week after, but he pushed it forward a week to beat the bootleggers.
- 50:16SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah.
- 50:16SPEAKER_03: I did a lot of research on this topic.
- 50:18SPEAKER_03: I like went deep into like 9-11 stuff that was happening on the day of 9-11 or associated with it.
- 50:25SPEAKER_03: That's cool.
- 50:26SPEAKER_03: But uh that was yes, number four.
- 50:28SPEAKER_03: Number three, uh six months before 9-11, the X-Files television show, spin-off, called The Lone Gunman, right, aired a pilot in which a passenger jet is remotely hijacked and intended to be crashed into the World Trade Center in order to create public support for a war.
- 50:58SPEAKER_03: That was the plot of the thing.
- 51:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 51:03SPEAKER_02: Apparently, Tom Clancy wrote some books that were kind of similar along those lines.
- 51:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 51:08SPEAKER_02: And uh the FBI like went to his house and was like, I don't know what they gleaned from that visit.
- 51:14SPEAKER_02: Uh, but they were like, you how did you know his plan?
- 51:19SPEAKER_02: Let me see your phone, make sure you're not calling uh Osama or whatever.
- 51:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 51:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, stupid.
- 51:24SPEAKER_03: Another like little I'm just gonna throw in a bunch of little caveats or not caveats, uh like honorable mentions.
- 51:30SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 51:31SPEAKER_03: Stuff that was like interesting, but not like a fun fact, quote unquote.
- 51:34SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 51:35SPEAKER_03: The head of security for the World Trade Center on the day of 9-11 had just started.
- 51:40SPEAKER_03: It was like his first week.
- 51:42SPEAKER_03: And he was a former FBI agent that worked on the task force that their entire like existence, they're like they were their whole MO was they were experts on specifically Osama bin Laden.
- 51:58SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 51:59SPEAKER_03: What the fuck?
- 52:01SPEAKER_03: Wow, insane.
- 52:03SPEAKER_03: I have another one of those, like uh not that fun, but still a fact, that I will read after number two.
- 52:13SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 52:14SPEAKER_03: Number two.
- 52:16SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 52:16SPEAKER_03: In the movie The Matrix, the original, yeah, Keanu Reeves, shout out, one of the greatest uh human beings ever.
- 52:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 52:24SPEAKER_03: Neo's passport in the movie, if you freeze frame, when his passport is shown on screen, is set to expire on September 11th, 2001.
- 52:36SPEAKER_03: That's great.
- 52:37SPEAKER_03: I I just put that one up higher because I fucking love that movie and I fucking love Keanu Reeves.
- 52:41SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 52:42SPEAKER_03: Thomas Anderson.
- 52:43SPEAKER_03: And it's a crazy fucking well, it's the uh the the the Tranny twins that that directed it.
- 52:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
- 52:52SPEAKER_03: What are they called?
- 52:53SPEAKER_03: I can't remember.
- 52:53SPEAKER_03: Wikowski or something.
- 52:55SPEAKER_03: Wikowski non-binaries.
- 52:58SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 52:59SPEAKER_02: Siblings.
- 52:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 53:00SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah.
- 53:02SPEAKER_02: His name was Thomas Anderson in the movie.
- 53:04SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I remember his original name.
- 53:05SPEAKER_02: Mr.
- 53:05SPEAKER_02: Anderson.
- 53:06SPEAKER_02: Mr.
- 53:06SPEAKER_02: Anderson.
- 53:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 53:08SPEAKER_02: Hugo Weaving.
- 53:10SPEAKER_02: Agent.
- 53:11SPEAKER_02: Just a fucking impeccable.
- 53:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 53:14SPEAKER_02: Hugo Weaving.
- 53:15SPEAKER_02: He did a great job.
- 53:16SPEAKER_02: He was he there's no one else who could be Mr.
- 53:19SPEAKER_02: Smith or Agent Smith.
- 53:21SPEAKER_02: Like no one else.
- 53:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he was uh the perfect, like he was amazing.
- 53:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 53:27SPEAKER_03: What do you think about amazing villain?
- 53:29SPEAKER_03: What do you think about the guy that played Morpheus?
- 53:31SPEAKER_03: Lawrence Fishburne?
- 53:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 53:33SPEAKER_02: He's a fucking national treasure.
- 53:35SPEAKER_02: That's what I think about him.
- 53:36SPEAKER_03: Do you think there's like I feel like there's a nice, a nice top five, like an impromptu top five, like elder black actors list we can do.
- 53:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 53:47SPEAKER_03: Like leave out the new blood.
- 53:49SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 53:49SPEAKER_03: Just young bloodshed.
- 53:51SPEAKER_03: Focusing on like the the unks.
- 53:55SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 53:56SPEAKER_03: The black unk actors.
- 53:57SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 53:58SPEAKER_03: Because Lawrence Fishbrand's got to be on there.
- 54:00SPEAKER_03: We don't have to do it in any order, but I'll just want to throw out some names.
- 54:03SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 54:03SPEAKER_03: Obviously, my number one, not I mean, I just said I wasn't going to name numbers, but my number one is Samuel L.
- 54:09SPEAKER_03: Jackson without any fucking debate whatsoever.
- 54:13SPEAKER_02: We'll we'll I'll put him at number one as well because I had a tie between him and another one.
- 54:17SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 54:18SPEAKER_02: Denzel.
- 54:19SPEAKER_02: Denzel, of course.
- 54:20SPEAKER_02: Denzel's number two.
- 54:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 54:21SPEAKER_02: What's your favorite Denzel movie?
- 54:23SPEAKER_02: Uh probably stereotypically training day.
- 54:25SPEAKER_02: Probably.
- 54:26SPEAKER_02: Training Day's amazing.
- 54:27SPEAKER_02: It hit me at just the right age.
- 54:29SPEAKER_02: Dr.
- 54:29SPEAKER_02: Dre's in it.
- 54:30SPEAKER_02: I mean, come on.
- 54:32SPEAKER_03: I think my number one Denzel movie, it's a kind of a sleeper, dude.
- 54:37SPEAKER_03: And a lot of people are not going to agree with me.
- 54:41SPEAKER_03: Book of Eli.
- 54:42SPEAKER_02: Oh, really?
- 54:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 54:43SPEAKER_03: Damn.
- 54:44SPEAKER_03: That movie, like the concept of it, like I already am a sucker for post-apocalypse movies.
- 54:51SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 54:51SPEAKER_03: I fucking love that shit or books or anything, any media around this the post-apocalypse.
- 54:56SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 54:56SPEAKER_03: But like, I mean, spoiler alert, the shit that's revealed at the end that he's fucking like he's been blind the whole time, and there's been all these clues.
- 55:05SPEAKER_03: Maybe I was a retarded teenager when I watched this shit, but I was like, What?
- 55:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 55:12SPEAKER_03: Like he kicked all those people's fucking asses and he's fucking blind.
- 55:16SPEAKER_03: That was so crazy.
- 55:17SPEAKER_03: The only thing that detracted me from it of putting it in like my top 10 or whatever movies of all time was that the whole deal was about the Bible.
- 55:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 55:24SPEAKER_03: Like it was a fucking braille Bible.
- 55:26SPEAKER_03: A lot of religious undertones.
- 55:30SPEAKER_02: Still, badass fucking movie.
- 55:32SPEAKER_02: It was cool.
- 55:32SPEAKER_02: It was more about like how that type of thing can manipulate a populace.
- 55:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 55:38SPEAKER_02: But still, there were a ton of there was a ton of imagery and undertone of like religious iconography and shit.
- 55:45SPEAKER_02: And it was, but you know, it's fine.
- 55:47SPEAKER_02: It was a it was a good movie.
- 55:49SPEAKER_02: Uh it was also Mila Kunis and her like uh uh like cinematic prime as far as our popularity.
- 55:56SPEAKER_02: Uh I'm sure that was an influencer for me too.
- 55:59SPEAKER_02: It was funny.
- 56:01SPEAKER_02: I mean, I was 17, I think, when that movie came out, 18, so yes.
- 56:05SPEAKER_02: Uh, but but yeah, uh I yeah, I gotta go training day on the best Denzel movie.
- 56:11SPEAKER_02: He's number two.
- 56:12SPEAKER_02: Sam Jackson, I'll go ahead and put him in order.
- 56:15SPEAKER_02: Sam Jackson number one.
- 56:16SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 56:17SPEAKER_02: He's just got the most bangers, Die Hard with a Vengeance.
- 56:20SPEAKER_02: Come on.
- 56:21SPEAKER_02: And then Denzel Washington, fucking King Kong ain't got shit on me.
- 56:26SPEAKER_02: Come on.
- 56:27SPEAKER_02: Uh fucking and all the other ones.
- 56:30SPEAKER_02: He was in so many dope ass movies.
- 56:32SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 56:32SPEAKER_02: Fallen, like so many sick movies.
- 56:35SPEAKER_02: And then uh then you got your uh Lawrence Fishburne, I would throw number three.
- 56:41SPEAKER_02: Uh number four.
- 56:45SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
- 56:45SPEAKER_02: Forrest Whitaker.
- 56:47SPEAKER_02: Forrest.
- 56:48SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 56:48SPEAKER_02: I don't I don't give a fuck about that lazy eye, dude.
- 56:52SPEAKER_02: He's number four.
- 56:52SPEAKER_03: You know what movie that he was in that I really enjoyed?
- 56:54SPEAKER_03: Well, it's one where it was about the Stanford Prison Experiment.
- 56:58SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah.
- 56:59SPEAKER_03: That was really good.
- 57:01SPEAKER_03: I mean, the movie he was weird in it.
- 57:04SPEAKER_03: Uh he literally got a heart on from like telling people what to do.
- 57:09SPEAKER_03: Like he was one of the guards and he was like, get in your fucking cell.
- 57:14SPEAKER_03: And he looks down and his dick was hard.
- 57:15SPEAKER_03: Oh, wow.
- 57:16SPEAKER_03: That was fucking weird.
- 57:17SPEAKER_03: But the movie was really good.
- 57:20SPEAKER_02: Um I liked he was uh guest star for a season of The Shield.
- 57:26SPEAKER_02: He was like the new uh internal affairs guy who was keeping up with Vic Mackey, and uh that was that was interesting, that was cool.
- 57:34SPEAKER_02: Uh so that's what I remember him the most from, probably as a like form at a formative age.
- 57:40SPEAKER_02: Uh I liked him in that.
- 57:41SPEAKER_02: And then number five, kind of for me, kind of sort of obligatory, but we got to throw Morgan Freeman somewhere on this bitch.
- 57:51SPEAKER_02: You know, like he's gotta be somewhere.
- 57:53SPEAKER_02: I mean, deep impact, like a bunch of movies when I was a kid, you know.
- 57:57SPEAKER_02: So you got Samuel, Denzel, Denzel, Lawrence Fishburne, Lawrence, Forrest Whitaker, and uh your boy, uh Morgan Freeman.
- 58:09SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 58:09SPEAKER_03: So I'm gonna deviate from yours, and I'm just gonna go through it real quick.
- 58:13SPEAKER_03: Sick.
- 58:14SPEAKER_03: Samuel, of course, Denzel, of course.
- 58:16SPEAKER_03: Number three, I'm going James Earl Motherfucking Jones.
- 58:20SPEAKER_03: Wow, Darf dude.
- 58:22SPEAKER_03: Darf Vader, dude.
- 58:24SPEAKER_03: My my number one performance for his The Sandlot, dude.
- 58:28SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
- 58:29SPEAKER_02: Fuck, dude.
- 58:30SPEAKER_02: It's a bit of a sleeper performance of his, honestly.
- 58:32SPEAKER_03: And he absolutely slayed.
- 58:34SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 58:35SPEAKER_03: Played a blind guy just like Denzel in that other movie.
- 58:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 58:38SPEAKER_03: Uh then I'm gonna go with the Matrix fella, Lawrence Fishburne.
- 58:42SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 58:43SPEAKER_03: And then I'm gonna go Morgan Freeman.
- 58:44SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 58:45SPEAKER_02: So you're just swapping out.
- 58:46SPEAKER_02: You just don't like Forrest Whitaker, huh?
- 58:48SPEAKER_03: He's alright.
- 58:49SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 58:49SPEAKER_03: He's just never been in anything that I thought was mind-blowing.
- 58:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 58:53SPEAKER_03: Whereas like all the others have.
- 58:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 58:56SPEAKER_02: So I just remember he was like a big movie star and he just decided to do the shield for a season, and it was kind of cool.
- 59:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 59:04SPEAKER_02: At a time when I was watching that every week with my dad.
- 59:07SPEAKER_03: Just never, I mean, honestly, I don't like Forrest Whitaker.
- 59:10SPEAKER_03: I don't have a problem with him.
- 59:11SPEAKER_03: I just don't like anything that I've seen him in where it was like he made that better.
- 59:16SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
- 59:17SPEAKER_03: You know?
- 59:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 59:18SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 59:19SPEAKER_02: I thought I think he's done he's done a few.
- 59:21SPEAKER_03: Fair.
- 59:22SPEAKER_02: But uh, but yeah, I just he's more of an im I don't know.
- 59:25SPEAKER_02: I I I thought of him first.
- 59:29SPEAKER_02: I did not think of James Earl Jones at all.
- 59:32SPEAKER_03: Honorable mention, Vingrames.
- 59:34SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 59:35SPEAKER_03: Sick as fucking Pulp Fiction.
- 59:36SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 59:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 59:37SPEAKER_03: Uh, and uh Michael Clark Duncan.
- 59:40SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 59:40SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 59:40SPEAKER_02: Sick.
- 59:41SPEAKER_02: They're basically the same person, but uh they each of them could be in another the other one's role, and it wouldn't really change the movie.
- 59:50SPEAKER_03: I think that the one exception to that was the Green Mile.
- 59:54SPEAKER_03: I don't think Ving Rams has done a as good a performance.
- 59:57SPEAKER_03: Sure, sure, sure.
- 59:57SPEAKER_03: Good point.
- 59:58SPEAKER_03: John Coffey and fucking Tom Hanks, dude.
- 1:00:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:00:03SPEAKER_03: I mean, that's that's a top 100 movie ever made.
- 1:00:06SPEAKER_03: It's a great movie.
- 1:00:07SPEAKER_02: Stephen King story.
- 1:00:08SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:00:08SPEAKER_02: I believe the Book of Eli is also a Stephen King story.
- 1:00:11SPEAKER_02: I'm not sure.
- 1:00:11SPEAKER_02: Am I wrong?
- 1:00:12SPEAKER_02: I'm probably wrong about that.
- 1:00:13SPEAKER_02: I'm probably wrong about that.
- 1:00:14SPEAKER_02: I would think I'm thinking of the gunslinger series.
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_02: My bad.
- 1:00:18SPEAKER_03: Perhaps.
- 1:00:19SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 1:00:20SPEAKER_03: Number that was number two?
- 1:00:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I think so, yeah.
- 1:00:23SPEAKER_03: Uh okay, quick little not that fun fact.
- 1:00:27SPEAKER_03: The police or the the fire chief for the FDNY during 9-11 went all the way up to like the 73rd floor, and he was like, the fire doesn't look all that bad.
- 1:00:39SPEAKER_03: And then like 30 minutes later, he died.
- 1:00:43SPEAKER_03: Or 30 seconds later.
- 1:00:45SPEAKER_03: Like he was like, I don't know, this fire seems like it's pretty under control.
- 1:00:48SPEAKER_03: I don't think really anything is all all that bad is gonna happen.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_03: And then he fucking died.
- 1:00:53SPEAKER_03: It was pretty crazy.
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_03: He was just like, I know what I'm doing.
- 1:00:56SPEAKER_03: He was also a green beret.
- 1:00:57SPEAKER_03: And then when I read that, I go more like green gay burger gay.
- 1:01:05SPEAKER_03: Nice.
- 1:01:05SPEAKER_03: You're dead and gay.
- 1:01:07SPEAKER_03: Uh number one.
- 1:01:08SPEAKER_03: Uh-huh.
- 1:01:09SPEAKER_03: And this one is more significant to me and maybe you based on musical taste.
- 1:01:16SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 1:01:17SPEAKER_03: The band Dream Theater.
- 1:01:19SPEAKER_03: Oh.
- 1:01:20SPEAKER_03: Released an album on the day 9-11, 2001, released an album called Live Scenes from New York.
- 1:01:28SPEAKER_03: Nice.
- 1:01:29SPEAKER_03: With an album cover that had the Twin Towers engulfed in flames.
- 1:01:35SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_03: And they had to pull the albums from shelves and change the album cover.
- 1:01:43SPEAKER_03: That sucks.
- 1:01:44SPEAKER_03: And they were like, what the we fucked up.
- 1:01:46SPEAKER_03: Oh my god, this is crazy.
- 1:01:48SPEAKER_03: But yeah.
- 1:01:49SPEAKER_03: That was the fun fact I came across on my own.
- 1:01:52SPEAKER_03: Huh.
- 1:01:53SPEAKER_03: I was just scrolling and came across that because 9-11's coming up.
- 1:01:57SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 1:01:58SPEAKER_03: And uh somebody was talking about how they did that, and I saw the album cover, and it was also, by the way, a dog shit album cover.
- 1:02:05SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:02:06SPEAKER_03: It looked like somebody just took a picture of a campfire and poorly cut it out in paint.
- 1:02:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:02:12SPEAKER_03: And threw it over a photo of the fucking Twin Towers and um the Statue of Liberty, and they were inside the flames.
- 1:02:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:02:23SPEAKER_02: Dream Theater is one of those bands that like I heard people talking about them when I was a lot younger.
- 1:02:31SPEAKER_02: And and the people that were talking about them turned me off from ever giving them a real shot.
- 1:02:37SPEAKER_02: Like I've listened to them some and I know they're obviously super talented and like technically a fucking amazing band.
- 1:02:44SPEAKER_02: I get it.
- 1:02:44SPEAKER_02: I've heard I've heard some songs, but like I don't know, just like the fucking turbo nerds that used to love dream theater, and I would I would overhear them talking about and just obsessing over them.
- 1:02:56SPEAKER_02: It really turned me off.
- 1:02:58SPEAKER_03: You know what it was for me was the first progressive metal band I ever listened to was Between the Berry to me.
- 1:03:05SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:03:06SPEAKER_03: And I hammered through the albums that they had out, and I just went over and over and over and over.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_03: And I was like, I wonder if there's any other progressive metal bands out there.
- 1:03:13SPEAKER_03: And I Googled it, and Dream Theater came up and I listened to it, and all I could think the whole time was there's never gonna be a band better than Between the Berry to me.
- 1:03:23SPEAKER_03: Why am I even listening to this shit?
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_03: I just turned it off.
- 1:03:25SPEAKER_02: I had a moment like that too later because it was like earlier teen years, like 16, 17, I heard about Dream Theater, uh, checked them out at a buddy's house or something, listened to a couple of songs, and then tuned it out because it just wasn't my thing.
- 1:03:39SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:03:40SPEAKER_02: And then uh later I heard I overheard people talking about them when I was a little more seasoned as a musician.
- 1:03:48SPEAKER_02: I heard people talking about them, and then I would tell someone, like, yeah, I'm into Between the Buried and Me, and they would be like, Oh, dude, you would probably like Dream Theater.
- 1:03:56SPEAKER_02: And like, no, because it doesn't have Tommy Giles fucking vocals on it.
- 1:04:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:04:02SPEAKER_02: Like, sure, it's technically awesome.
- 1:04:06SPEAKER_02: Like, they're all amazing at what they're doing, and they all know their way around their instrument, but the vocals aren't the same, and then that's the part that pulls it all together and gives it like any inkling of a human like spirit to it.
- 1:04:21SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:04:21SPEAKER_02: And otherwise, it's just amazingly technical musicianship, yeah.
- 1:04:26SPEAKER_02: And it's hard to sink your teeth into.
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_02: It basically dream theater is between the buried and me without a good vocal.
- 1:04:34SPEAKER_02: The sick vocals that I like.
- 1:04:36SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 1:04:36SPEAKER_02: So why not why would I listen to that at all?
- 1:04:39SPEAKER_02: Instead, I'm just gonna listen to the band that sounds a lot like that, but is better.
- 1:04:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:04:44SPEAKER_03: 100%.
- 1:04:45SPEAKER_03: That's exactly how I felt about it, and I could never get into it because of that.
- 1:04:48SPEAKER_03: Even though I think that technically speaking, Mark Mike Portnoy is probably the best drummer in that field.
- 1:04:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:04:56unknown: Probably.
- 1:05:00SPEAKER_03: Like the shit I've seen him like just in videos without doing dream theater or stuff, and I'm like, what the fuck, dude?
- 1:05:06SPEAKER_03: I know, right?
- 1:05:07SPEAKER_03: Like the shit that he can do on drums is superhuman.
- 1:05:11SPEAKER_02: Like with one hand, like making it sound like he's using two hands with one hand and shit.
- 1:05:16SPEAKER_02: Just insane shit.
- 1:05:17SPEAKER_02: Just shit that you can't comprehend what he's doing because it takes so much technical know-how and experience and just raw talent.
- 1:05:26SPEAKER_02: Muscle memory, reflexes.
- 1:05:29SPEAKER_02: Your brain cannot comprehend what he's doing.
- 1:05:31SPEAKER_02: It just takes, it's like he's so deep into that thing.
- 1:05:34SPEAKER_02: But that's also part of the reason why it's difficult to listen to.
- 1:05:38SPEAKER_02: Because like, there's nothing for me to like wrap my head around in it.
- 1:05:42SPEAKER_02: It's just it's just like crazy.
- 1:05:45SPEAKER_02: Like it's just like a fever dream of technicality.
- 1:05:49SPEAKER_02: You know?
- 1:05:50SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:05:50SPEAKER_02: Which is cool as a as a musician, it's cool, but like there's nothing like I don't know.
- 1:05:56SPEAKER_02: There's not enough humanness to it.
- 1:05:59SPEAKER_02: It's almost like Like uh you they went forward in time and asked AI to make the most cacophonous, insane technical shit they could, and went back in time, put mediocre vocals over it, and called it a fucking day.
- 1:06:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's exactly how I feel about polyphia, by the way.
- 1:06:17SPEAKER_02: Uh polyphia is even worse.
- 1:06:19SPEAKER_02: At least Dream Theater has the old sounding recording, you know what I mean?
- 1:06:25SPEAKER_02: Like older method of recording, so it sounds more authentic, yeah, organic.
- 1:06:32SPEAKER_02: Whereas polyphia just sounds like a digital mess to me, to my brain.
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_02: It sounds so perfect, it's like too much.
- 1:06:40SPEAKER_02: It's like what okay, the dude's good at guitar.
- 1:06:44SPEAKER_02: We all we've all established that, like, we all know that.
- 1:06:46SPEAKER_02: Like, why what he's not he's already like pushed the edges out so far that there are no edges anymore, and it's just okay, he's just swinging his dick around.
- 1:07:02SPEAKER_02: That's all it is.
- 1:07:03SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I agree.
- 1:07:04SPEAKER_02: There's nothing nothing artistic about it to my brain.
- 1:07:07SPEAKER_02: I'm sure to him, it's like it's I'm in, sure, you you could say I'm in fucking pee-wee football, and the game is a hell of a lot slower to him, you know?
- 1:07:18SPEAKER_02: Sure, I'll take that all day, every day.
- 1:07:21SPEAKER_02: But like, guess what?
- 1:07:23SPEAKER_02: 99% of the populace is closer to where I am.
- 1:07:28SPEAKER_03: So they well, it's like, do you want to watch Pee-Wee football where humans are playing a game, or do you want to watch robots play football?
- 1:07:35SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 1:07:35SPEAKER_02: There you go.
- 1:07:36SPEAKER_02: There's no metaphor.
- 1:07:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I'm not a fan of you know, C3PO.
- 1:07:41SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 1:07:42SPEAKER_03: C, you know, unit 4264987B.
- 1:07:46SPEAKER_03: He threw the heck out of that ball.
- 1:07:47SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 1:07:48SPEAKER_03: Go that unit, you know.
- 1:07:50SPEAKER_03: Like I want to get behind the human being behind the artist.
- 1:07:54SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 1:07:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:07:55SPEAKER_02: Battle bots isn't cool because it's robots.
- 1:07:59SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 1:07:59SPEAKER_02: It's cool because people are controlling the robots.
- 1:08:02SPEAKER_02: And you get to see their reaction whenever their shit gets all the thing that they've worked on in their fucking shop for six months.
- 1:08:10SPEAKER_02: Uh gets destroyed by the other one.
- 1:08:12SPEAKER_03: Good point.
- 1:08:13SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 1:08:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he's too robotic and I don't like it.
- 1:08:16SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 1:08:16SPEAKER_03: And it's a lot of filters, it's a lot of programming, it's a lot of big time.
- 1:08:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:08:21SPEAKER_03: A lot of yuck.
- 1:08:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's a lot.
- 1:08:22SPEAKER_02: And just like a lot of like plug-ins on plugins on plugins to make the tone sound a certain way, which is fine, but it's just all of it together as a package is just too much.
- 1:08:34SPEAKER_03: It's one of those things that's like a spectacle where it's like interesting to listen to one time.
- 1:08:39SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 1:08:39SPEAKER_03: It's crazy what they're doing with technology these days.
- 1:08:42SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
- 1:08:42SPEAKER_03: You go back to listening to real music and you're like, mm-hmm.
- 1:08:45SPEAKER_03: I feel I felt something when I listened to that.
- 1:08:47SPEAKER_03: Right.
- 1:08:48SPEAKER_02: Cool.
- 1:08:48SPEAKER_02: There used to be bands that made that their thing, but they were just it's just a guitar player and a drummer.
- 1:08:56SPEAKER_03: I don't know how the fuck we for probably two weeks now have glossed over the fact that the Dow Boys dropped another single and it was fucking insane.
- 1:09:03SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, they did.
- 1:09:04SPEAKER_03: It was heavy as all fucked.
- 1:09:05SPEAKER_03: Oh my god, the video was awesome as fuck, too.
- 1:09:07SPEAKER_02: Did you ever watch the video?
- 1:09:08SPEAKER_02: No, I didn't.
- 1:09:09SPEAKER_02: But there's there's not even a chorus in the song.
- 1:09:12SPEAKER_02: It's just a series of heavy things happening.
- 1:09:16SPEAKER_02: It's so brutal.
- 1:09:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah, there's there's not the usual like break in the middle, really.
- 1:09:23SPEAKER_02: Like there's a little bit of a section where it gets like slightly lighter, but it's not the same as they usually do, where it gets like super melodic, and there's like a like long, like clean sung section.
- 1:09:35SPEAKER_02: We gotta not that at all.
- 1:09:37SPEAKER_02: It's just fucking heavy and brutal the whole time.
- 1:09:39SPEAKER_02: It's nice.
- 1:09:40SPEAKER_02: We gotta watch the video on the next week's Patreon.
- 1:09:43SPEAKER_03: It's fucking crazy.
- 1:09:45SPEAKER_02: The video's insane.
- 1:09:46SPEAKER_02: I ordered the seven inch of the two singers back to back.
- 1:09:50SPEAKER_02: So I was like, fuck it, man.
- 1:09:51SPEAKER_02: It's 20 bucks.
- 1:09:52SPEAKER_02: Like, let's get it.
- 1:09:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's I have all their physical shit except die on Mars anyway, right?
- 1:09:57SPEAKER_02: So wait.
- 1:09:58SPEAKER_02: You got that die on Mars.
- 1:10:00SPEAKER_02: You got me die on Mars.
- 1:10:02SPEAKER_02: I've been it's been years that I've been like I don't have Die on Mars.
- 1:10:07SPEAKER_02: But now I do.
- 1:10:08SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
- 1:10:08SPEAKER_03: Problem solved, baby boy.
- 1:10:09SPEAKER_03: Happy birthday to me.
- 1:10:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah, happy birthday to me in several days or something.
- 1:10:13SPEAKER_02: It was several months ago.
- 1:10:14SPEAKER_02: So yes, I'll have your birthday present next week.
- 1:10:16SPEAKER_02: I'm not pressuring you.
- 1:10:18SPEAKER_02: You don't have to give me nothing.
- 1:10:19SPEAKER_02: Well, it's not your birthday yet, so you know I'm not on the hook until it's the show after your birthday.
- 1:10:24SPEAKER_02: Well, that's when I'm a scumbag.
- 1:10:26SPEAKER_02: We've got the whole Patreon planned out for next week, then.
- 1:10:29SPEAKER_02: Hell yeah, bruh.
