- 0:08Speaker 1: let's take you calls eight hundred three two one zero
- 0:13Speaker 1: seven ten. Is the number eight hundred three two one
- 0:17Speaker 1: zero seven ten. Let's go to doctor Bob in Long Island.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Doctor Bob, how you doing there? We go?
- 0:22Speaker 2: Mark, Yes, a little bit of a crackling line sounds
- 0:25Speaker 2: good right now? Though, Mark, I was, you know, following
- 0:30Speaker 2: Donald Trump with this war and he I wonder if
- 0:33Speaker 2: he has a sailing background, because he reminds me of
- 0:36Speaker 2: a sail sailing where you attacked back and forth against
- 0:40Speaker 2: the wind to get to your destination. And he's very
- 0:44Speaker 2: nimble and very adept and keeps everybody on their toes
- 0:48Speaker 2: on our side, but especially on the upposite side. And
- 0:51Speaker 2: he's you know, he said, works out that he's got
- 0:53Speaker 2: the upper hand, you know, if he has a sailing background.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Nope, no sailing ever. He's not a big guy as
- 0:58Speaker 1: far as the water. He's not swimmer, never goes to
- 1:01Speaker 1: the beach, although he did. Late eighties, he bought a yacht.
- 1:06Speaker 1: You know, back then every billionaire had have a yacht.
- 1:08Speaker 1: So I bought a big yacht.
- 1:10Speaker 2: I had a secret for you though, I had a
- 1:12Speaker 2: secret to tell you way back, he and I dated
- 1:17Speaker 2: the same girl high school years. Really, and I can't
- 1:20Speaker 2: tell you who it is because I'd have to have
- 1:22Speaker 2: Vincent take care of you.
- 1:24Speaker 1: So you dated the same girl who did better with her?
- 1:28Speaker 1: You were Donald Trump?
- 1:29Speaker 2: Oh, we'll both won. We both won.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Uh huh.
- 1:33Speaker 2: It was an interesting you know path.
- 1:35Speaker 1: And where did this woman live?
- 1:37Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:37Speaker 2: She lived on Long Island. Okay, not too far from
- 1:39Speaker 2: where he lived, and then from where I lived.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Oh? Wait, you were in high school at the time,
- 1:43Speaker 1: high school years and he was in high school at
- 1:47Speaker 1: the time. What happened? We lose him? Yep, I don't know.
- 1:51Speaker 1: He cut out his phone, sounded like his phone blew up.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Let's go to Fran in Massapequa. Fran, how you doing.
- 1:58Speaker 3: I think the Trump got him, Paul.
- 2:00Speaker 1: I heard that, maybe just zapped them away.
- 2:02Speaker 4: But just Mark, You're just uh, you're a pleasure.
- 2:07Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying.
- 2:08Speaker 4: We need people like you.
- 2:09Speaker 1: You're a beacon of.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Hopeful all of us that don't have that voice.
- 2:13Speaker 1: What are you talking about? You got plenty of voices.
- 2:15Speaker 4: Well, I know, but what you do is special. You're
- 2:18Speaker 4: a special You're you're.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Well I can't argue with that. But you got plenty
- 2:22Speaker 1: of voices all day and night here on this station.
- 2:25Speaker 4: But I mean, you're right, ABC is awesome, and you're all,
- 2:30Speaker 4: that's a different.
- 2:30Speaker 1: A different station we're talking about, w all, I know.
- 2:33Speaker 4: But but what I'm saying is you got this station.
- 2:35Speaker 4: You got that we don't have a lot of out outlets.
- 2:37Speaker 1: You got a lot of play about for conservative stuffs.
- 2:40Speaker 1: You got Newsmax.
- 2:42Speaker 4: Radio radio just radio. But listen anyway, I love you,
- 2:45Speaker 4: and I just wanted to know this. How sick of
- 2:48Speaker 4: the is the say forty of America is liberal? How
- 2:52Speaker 4: sick of they that they don't see how sick the
- 2:55Speaker 4: liberal politicians are. I have a neighbor who's a school
- 2:59Speaker 4: teacher and he'll fight you to the debt that liberalism
- 3:03Speaker 4: is the only way to go. And I mean, are
- 3:06Speaker 4: we crazy or are they crazy?
- 3:08Speaker 2: What is it?
- 3:10Speaker 4: It's really scary.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Both can be true. But yeah, no, it's a good point, Fran,
- 3:14Speaker 1: excellent point. Thanks for calling. You know what it is?
- 3:18Speaker 1: The problem is Trump keeps succeeding. You know, like if
- 3:22Speaker 1: you didn't like Biden, he said this guy's terrible, Well
- 3:25Speaker 1: he would show you every day, which grew up something.
- 3:28Speaker 1: He'd go on TV and he couldn't talk. He'd bump
- 3:30Speaker 1: into the wall. So you didn't have to make much
- 3:31Speaker 1: of a case. Problem with Trump is when you try
- 3:34Speaker 1: to attack him, he keeps succeeding. Let's say there's a
- 3:38Speaker 1: guy you can't stand. You hate this guy, and so
- 3:40Speaker 1: you start badmouthing him. Next thing you know, the guy
- 3:42Speaker 1: got fired. Next thing you know, his wife left him.
- 3:44Speaker 1: But you don't have to badmouth him so much. But
- 3:48Speaker 1: if there's a guy you hate, Let's say here is
- 3:50Speaker 1: somebody you hate. Next thing you know, he gets promoted.
- 3:52Speaker 1: He's the vice president. Next thing you know, he's the president.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Next thing you know, he's the CEO of the company.
- 3:58Speaker 1: You got to get even crazier with your hate. You
- 4:00Speaker 1: got to try to convince you everybody. And that's what
- 4:04Speaker 1: Trump derangement syndrome is. You know that all started in
- 4:08Speaker 1: about twenty something years ago. They called it Bush derangement syndrome.
- 4:12Speaker 1: They started to do this, not as bad as this,
- 4:13Speaker 1: but they did it about Bush. And it was Charles
- 4:16Speaker 1: Crowdhammer who came up with the name Bush derangement syndrome.
- 4:20Speaker 1: But if you want a bad mouth, somebody let's say
- 4:22Speaker 1: you don't like somebody at work, you hate somebody in
- 4:24Speaker 1: your office. Now, he could go to the big boss
- 4:26Speaker 1: and complain about him. If you walked in and said,
- 4:29Speaker 1: you know, he comes in late every morning, he takes
- 4:32Speaker 1: like two three hours for lunch, he leaves early. Well,
- 4:36Speaker 1: the boss is gonna that's terrible. He's going to look
- 4:39Speaker 1: into this. But if you went in and said, hey,
- 4:42Speaker 1: you know, that guy is a total maniac. He's evil.
- 4:45Speaker 1: He's the most vicious, violent, disgusting, evil maniac. He's deranged,
- 4:52Speaker 1: nobody's going to take you seriously. In fact, now the
- 4:54Speaker 1: boss thinks, I'm better look into you. There's something wrong
- 4:57Speaker 1: with you. So let's go to Vince in Brooklyn. Vincent,
- 5:01Speaker 1: how you doing.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Good morning, Mark, Good morning matter. Mark is rich for
- 5:05Speaker 3: Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Those The technology they used to
- 5:09Speaker 3: track this wounded weapons officer in the mountains has been
- 5:14Speaker 3: used for armed boats and yachts, commercial fishing boats, and
- 5:18Speaker 3: even pleasure boats for years. It looks like a walkie talkie.
- 5:23Speaker 3: When you buy it, it's pretty pricey, but it's well
- 5:25Speaker 3: worked it. When you buy it, you send in this
- 5:28Speaker 3: registration card with the instruments registration number. And if this
- 5:34Speaker 3: instrument gets wet for a prolonged period of time, I
- 5:38Speaker 3: don't mean it for wet. A wave hits it. In
- 5:41Speaker 3: some cases, if your boat is going down, the better
- 5:44Speaker 3: ones will automatically self launch into the water and it'll
- 5:48Speaker 3: send up a beacon, a satellite signal to a satellite
- 5:52Speaker 3: that the Armed forces in the coast Guard is always monitoring,
- 5:58Speaker 3: and it'll pinpoint your your position within a couple of feet. Now,
- 6:03Speaker 3: obviously the military has more sophisticated devices. But when you
- 6:09Speaker 3: buy this thing, all you do is put in the
- 6:11Speaker 3: registration number.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Yeah, but I got that right here in my Apple Watch.
- 6:15Speaker 1: I can just hit the SOS button. It'll send up
- 6:17Speaker 1: a signal.
- 6:18Speaker 3: This is but this is not to a cell phone.
- 6:21Speaker 3: This is sending up the military satellite.
- 6:24Speaker 1: That's what this does. The SOS on the Apple Watch
- 6:26Speaker 1: or your iPhone doesn't use cell service. It goes right
- 6:29Speaker 1: to a satellite. It uses satellites. Well, hey, look about
- 6:33Speaker 1: your exact location.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Hey, mark live and learn. That's all I could say.
- 6:37Speaker 1: How much that thing you're talking about?
- 6:39Speaker 3: Thousands of dollars Apple, thousands of dollars. Also, it doesn't sink,
- 6:48Speaker 3: It floats and It has a light beacon on it,
- 6:51Speaker 3: so that if a helicopter, a coast Guard helicopters coming
- 6:55Speaker 3: out to rescue you, they could see your exact position.
- 7:01Speaker 1: The difference the Apple Watch, like if you fell real suddenly,
- 7:05Speaker 1: it'll send up a beacon. Hey, but it won't do
- 7:07Speaker 1: it if it gets wet, because it's made to get wet.
- 7:10Speaker 3: What Darren lies the difference. These instruments are totally totally waterpoof.
- 7:16Speaker 3: In fact, on commercial vessels, most of them are required
- 7:20Speaker 3: to have this type of technology.
- 7:23Speaker 1: All right, Well, good to know, Vincent, excellent call, thanks
- 7:26Speaker 1: for calling. When we come back and Culter, we'll talk
- 7:28Speaker 1: to her next. Lots to talk about coming up on
- 7:31Speaker 1: seven to ten wor
