- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. When it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and his
- 0:08Speaker 1: death at MCC, there is still more questions than there
- 0:12Speaker 1: are answers. And now that we have access to the
- 0:15Speaker 1: Epstein files, or at least some of them, and we've
- 0:18Speaker 1: seen some of the depositions from people working at MCC,
- 0:22Speaker 1: does anyone out there actually believe the official narrative? And
- 0:25Speaker 1: I think that one of the biggest tells that their
- 0:28Speaker 1: narrative is garbage is by how evasive everybody's been during
- 0:33Speaker 1: the OIG interviews. You could tell that the lieutenant that
- 0:37Speaker 1: we're talking about right now wanted nothing to do with it.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Do you really think he had no idea about anything
- 0:42Speaker 1: that happened? He had no idea how any other process
- 0:45Speaker 1: worked in the shoe. Of course he did, but he
- 0:50Speaker 1: was being evasive about it. He didn't want to give
- 0:52Speaker 1: them the information they were looking for. And that's because
- 0:56Speaker 1: I believe that either the facility let Jeffrey Epstein do
- 1:00Speaker 1: what he did or somebody else did it. And when
- 1:05Speaker 1: I say let him do it, I believe that Nicholas
- 1:08Speaker 1: Tartaglioni was there to pass on a message, and that
- 1:12Speaker 1: message was, look, we can reach out and touch you
- 1:14Speaker 1: whenever we want, and either you're gonna do it or
- 1:17Speaker 1: we're going to do it. And Epstein knew exactly who
- 1:21Speaker 1: he was dealing with, and he knew that these people
- 1:24Speaker 1: meant business. So if Epstein did take himself out, then
- 1:30Speaker 1: I think he did so at the behest of the
- 1:32Speaker 1: people who wanted him gone. But you know what, I
- 1:36Speaker 1: don't believe for a single second that Jeffrey Epstein wrote
- 1:39Speaker 1: any kind of suicide note while he was in that
- 1:42Speaker 1: cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni. You can save that shit for
- 1:46Speaker 1: somebody else, because I'm not buying it, not for one
- 1:48Speaker 1: single second, especially considering nobody has taken responsibility for making
- 1:53Speaker 1: the choice of putting Tartaglioni in his cell with Epstein
- 1:56Speaker 1: in the first place. He should have never been in
- 1:58Speaker 1: that cell. This is the guy who just got an
- 2:01Speaker 1: infraction roughly a week earlier for having a phone in
- 2:04Speaker 1: his cell, and then all of a sudden, you put
- 2:09Speaker 1: him in a cell with Epstein, and Epstein just happens
- 2:12Speaker 1: to almost commit suicide. Who was tartag Leoni talking to
- 2:16Speaker 1: on that phone and instead of being punished. Why was
- 2:19Speaker 1: he rewarded by being put in a cell with Epstein?
- 2:22Speaker 1: And when you go through the depositions, it's a whole
- 2:24Speaker 1: bunch of we don't know, we didn't make the decision,
- 2:27Speaker 1: We have no idea ask the warden. Well, the warden's
- 2:30Speaker 1: dead now, so nobody's asking him anything. And if I
- 2:34Speaker 1: was a member of Congress, I wouldn't be wasting my
- 2:36Speaker 1: time with Glenn Maxwell's ex boyfriend. Instead, I'd be calling
- 2:40Speaker 1: up this unnamed lieutenant, the captains, all of the guards,
- 2:45Speaker 1: everybody involved, any person that was involved in the decision making,
- 2:50Speaker 1: I'd be bringing them before Congress and putting them under oath.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Why are we wasting our time with people that have
- 2:56Speaker 1: nothing to do with it, really, unless, of course, you're
- 3:00Speaker 1: trying to play out the string. And as you know,
- 3:03Speaker 1: I think that the GOP members of the committee are
- 3:06Speaker 1: just trying to run the clock out, and I think
- 3:08Speaker 1: that's what they've been trying to do from the start.
- 3:11Speaker 1: So today we have an article from ABC News and
- 3:14Speaker 1: the headline Excelmate says he found suicide note from Jeffrey
- 3:18Speaker 1: Epstein following earlier suicide attempt. This article was authored by
- 3:23Speaker 1: James Hill and Aaron Katerski. I'm gonna file this one
- 3:30Speaker 1: under bullshit. I'll just be straight up with you. I
- 3:33Speaker 1: don't believe a thing Nicholas Tartaglioni has to say. The
- 3:37Speaker 1: guy's corrupt, He's a four time murderer, part of a
- 3:40Speaker 1: drug cartel, and somebody that is just not trustworthy. You
- 3:44Speaker 1: might as well listen to Glenn Maxwell too. A suicide
- 3:48Speaker 1: note purportedly written by the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein
- 3:52Speaker 1: is locked inside the case file of his former cellmate,
- 3:56Speaker 1: convicted quadruple murderer Nicholas Tartaglioni, who told The New York
- 4:00Speaker 1: Times it was written on paper from a yellow legal
- 4:03Speaker 1: pad and tucked inside a book. Okay, that's Tartaglioni's side
- 4:06Speaker 1: of it, right, here's my side of it. Tartaglioni wrote
- 4:10Speaker 1: that note, put it in the book, and had this
- 4:12Speaker 1: whole plan ready to go. And I believe that there
- 4:14Speaker 1: is sufficient evidence to back that up. Why would Jeffrey
- 4:17Speaker 1: Epstein say that Nicholas Tartaglioni was threatening him, that Tartaglioni
- 4:22Speaker 1: roughed him up. What did Epstein have to gain by that?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Not a damn thing. On the flip side, What did
- 4:30Speaker 1: tartag Leoni have to gain? Well, he didn't get the
- 4:33Speaker 1: death penalty, right, did that have anything to do with it?
- 4:37Speaker 1: Did one of his buddies pull some strings after Tartaglioni
- 4:40Speaker 1: completed his task at MCC what that's not plausible? I
- 4:45Speaker 1: think it is, especially considering what we've heard from all
- 4:48Speaker 1: the employees. I think somebody was paid off. I don't
- 4:52Speaker 1: know who, but I think that a good place to
- 4:54Speaker 1: start would be Toauvin Nowell and Michael Thomas, and then
- 4:58Speaker 1: of course some of these other lieutenants that we've talked
- 5:00Speaker 1: about might have been in on it. Who knows. And
- 5:03Speaker 1: I'm not saying they murdered Epstein? But did they set
- 5:06Speaker 1: the scene? Did they make sure the time was right?
- 5:11Speaker 1: I don't know. These were questions that the OIJ should
- 5:14Speaker 1: have been asking, but instead we see how they work.
- 5:19Speaker 1: According to the Times, Tartaglioni found the note in July
- 5:22Speaker 1: of twenty nineteen, after Epstein unsuccessfully tried to kill himself, allegedly,
- 5:28Speaker 1: about two weeks before Epstein died by suicide allegedly in
- 5:32Speaker 1: his Lower Manhattan jail cell. Boy, they sure are quick
- 5:35Speaker 1: to just jump on board with that narrative. Huh. Epstein
- 5:38Speaker 1: died in his jail cell. Nicholas Tartaglioni wrote, found a note.
- 5:42Speaker 1: What why would you believe what Tartaglioni has to say?
- 5:47Speaker 1: And don't you realize that this is something that's self serving?
- 5:49Speaker 1: It helps him out, helps his case out, makes it
- 5:52Speaker 1: look mysterious. There's no mystery here. Tartaglioni is a vile
- 5:57Speaker 1: murderer who murdered four people and in my opinion, also
- 6:01Speaker 1: assaulted Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein was found in his cell on
- 6:05Speaker 1: July twenty third, twenty nineteen, with a homemade noose fashioned
- 6:09Speaker 1: around his neck, according to a Bureau of Prisons incident report.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Is that true, though? What did Michael Thomas say in
- 6:16Speaker 1: the deposition? Well, I don't know what was around his neck.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I can't recall, I don't remember. Oh, I don't know
- 6:22Speaker 1: if that was it. And then they show us a
- 6:25Speaker 1: picture of a noose and it wasn't even the noose
- 6:27Speaker 1: that was supposedly around old Boy's neck. So if you
- 6:30Speaker 1: want to believe that shit, that's cool. As I've told
- 6:33Speaker 1: you a million times, I'm not here to convince anybody
- 6:36Speaker 1: of anything. Here's the evidence. If you want to follow
- 6:39Speaker 1: it wherever it leads. Cool. If not, that's fine too.
- 6:42Speaker 1: The days of me trying to convince people of what's
- 6:45Speaker 1: going on here long over. So now I just show
- 6:48Speaker 1: up with a handful of receipts. Epstein was lying in
- 6:54Speaker 1: a fetal position on the floor of his cell, wearing
- 6:56Speaker 1: a T shirt and boxers. He was breathing heavily and
- 6:59Speaker 1: was snor His neck was red with no abrasions. The
- 7:03Speaker 1: report said. Epstein was determined to have sustained a circular
- 7:07Speaker 1: line of arrhythmia at the base of his neck and
- 7:11Speaker 1: friction marks on the front of his neck. Yeah, because
- 7:14Speaker 1: you know Epstein decided to try and kill himself with
- 7:16Speaker 1: Tartaglioni sleeping on the floor, sounds like a great plan
- 7:20Speaker 1: in a plot like Epstein's. A lot of things, or
- 7:24Speaker 1: was a lot of things, stupid wasn't one of them.
- 7:28Speaker 1: And if he was going to take himself out, I
- 7:29Speaker 1: think he'd have a better plan. So, in my opinion,
- 7:33Speaker 1: and I've said this from the very beginning, Nicholas Tartaglioni
- 7:37Speaker 1: was there to send a message and considering what happened,
- 7:40Speaker 1: a few weeks later, it would seem like that message
- 7:43Speaker 1: was heard loud and clear. According to the report, Epstein
- 7:48Speaker 1: alleged that it cell mate Tartaglioni had tried to kill him,
- 7:51Speaker 1: an allegation he did not repeat. He later said he
- 7:54Speaker 1: could not recall what happened. Tartaglioni has denied attempting to
- 7:58Speaker 1: harm Epstein. Well, okay, well that's the end of it, right,
- 8:01Speaker 1: Let's just trust Tartaglioni. People that are grasping for straws
- 8:06Speaker 1: to try and have the official narrative be true are
- 8:10Speaker 1: looking real foolish right now, because if you're relying on
- 8:13Speaker 1: Nicholas Tartaglioni as your source here, then I'm telling you
- 8:17Speaker 1: right from the jump, I don't believe what you're saying.
- 8:21Speaker 1: And in my opinion, he wrote, whatever note was found,
- 8:25Speaker 1: but we'll never know, right because the camera has just
- 8:28Speaker 1: happened to not be working that night that we're pointing
- 8:31Speaker 1: at the cell. No big deal, just another coincidence, just
- 8:35Speaker 1: another thing that happened to happen when it comes to
- 8:38Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. Tartaglioni first mentioned the existence of the purported
- 8:44Speaker 1: suicide note in a podcast last year. Why is he
- 8:47Speaker 1: on a podcast? First of all, Second of all, why
- 8:49Speaker 1: does anyone care what Tartaglioni has to say. It's unbelievable.
- 8:53Speaker 1: It's truly unbelievable. It said something like, FBI, you know
- 8:59Speaker 1: you looked into me for months and found nothing. Then
- 9:01Speaker 1: he wrote what do you want me to do? Cry
- 9:03Speaker 1: about it? And he was weird because he wrote a
- 9:06Speaker 1: smiley face and then he wrote time to say goodbye.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Tartaglioni said on the podcast, you mean you wrote it right, Nick,
- 9:13Speaker 1: you fucking clown. And if anybody's out here supporting this dude,
- 9:16Speaker 1: fuck you too. Is that clear? Four time murderer? Oh yeah,
- 9:20Speaker 1: he got screwed by the system. No, just another scumbag
- 9:25Speaker 1: involved in the drug game and decided that he had
- 9:28Speaker 1: to be the big shot and take out his rivals
- 9:30Speaker 1: for them stealing from him. And then you put that
- 9:34Speaker 1: dude in a cell with one of the most prolific
- 9:37Speaker 1: inmates in the country. That doesn't even happen in movies.
- 9:42Speaker 1: That's like some shit from tangoing cash right. Oh, we'll
- 9:47Speaker 1: send them to the jail and then we'll have people
- 9:49Speaker 1: kill them. I mean, what are we even doing here? There?
- 9:54Speaker 1: Was nobody else in the facility to put Epstein in
- 9:56Speaker 1: a jail cell with he had to use Nicholas Tartaglioni.
- 9:59Speaker 1: And the wild part is people are buying it. People
- 10:01Speaker 1: are actually out here buying what Tartaglioni has to say.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Crazy work, crazy ass work. The note is now part
- 10:09Speaker 1: of a sealed file in Tartaglioni's criminal case. The New
- 10:12Speaker 1: York Times on Thursday filed a petition with a federal
- 10:15Speaker 1: judge to have the alleged note unsealed, arguing that Tartaglioni
- 10:20Speaker 1: has publicly discussed it and that a two page chronology
- 10:23Speaker 1: document about the alleged note was included in the Justice
- 10:26Speaker 1: Department's recent disclosures of the Epstein files. US District Judge
- 10:31Speaker 1: Kenneth Carris ordered the parties to the case to respond
- 10:35Speaker 1: to the Times unsealing request by May fourth. Federal prosecutors
- 10:39Speaker 1: from the Southern District of New York did not know
- 10:41Speaker 1: of any suicide note written by Epstein, sources familiar with
- 10:45Speaker 1: the matter told ABC News, but a two page chart
- 10:48Speaker 1: contained in the Justice departments Epstein files referenced it sometime
- 10:53Speaker 1: between seven twenty three and seven twenty seven and T
- 10:56Speaker 1: found the note, the chart said, referencing Nicholas Tartaglioni by initials,
- 11:01Speaker 1: The chart said. Tartaglioni's lawyer, Bruce Barkett, authenticated the note
- 11:06Speaker 1: in January twenty twenty, but did not say how so.
- 11:09Speaker 1: The only people who have authenticated this are Tartaglioni's team,
- 11:13Speaker 1: And you want me to believe that? Now for the
- 11:16Speaker 1: regular people out there who are new to the story, Oh,
- 11:18Speaker 1: it's this a big story, right, It's a big bombshell.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Five pages of Google news about this stupid note that
- 11:26Speaker 1: Nicholas Tartaglioni wrote. Yeah, that's right, I said it. I
- 11:29Speaker 1: don't believe his story. Okay? Is that clear? Everybody out
- 11:32Speaker 1: there got that? Good. Reached by ABC News on Thursday,
- 11:37Speaker 1: Barkett declined to comment because the matter is sealed. The
- 11:41Speaker 1: entire Epstein affair as it relates to Nick is under seal,
- 11:44Speaker 1: not just a supposed note if there is one, Barkett said,
- 11:48Speaker 1: And why is that? Why is that? What does that
- 11:51Speaker 1: have to do with Tartaglioni's case overall? Why would they
- 11:54Speaker 1: seal it to protect their boy? Right? Okay? Seems to
- 12:00Speaker 1: me that that's the case, and in my opinion, that's
- 12:03Speaker 1: what we're looking at. Just another cog in the machine,
- 12:07Speaker 1: just another hustle performed on the American people, just another
- 12:12Speaker 1: aspect of the ongoing cover up. After the first possible
- 12:17Speaker 1: suicide attempt to Epstein himself denied he was suicidal during
- 12:21Speaker 1: a suicide risk assessment he underwent while in jail and made.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Epstein denied any past or presence suicidal ideation, intention, or plan.
- 12:30Speaker 1: He denied ever engaging in any suicide attempts or a
- 12:34Speaker 1: self injurious behavior in the past, the evaluation said. He
- 12:38Speaker 1: stated he lives to have fun, to enjoy life, and
- 12:41Speaker 1: to learn. He said his future plans include fighting his
- 12:44Speaker 1: case and going back to his normal life. Sounds like
- 12:47Speaker 1: a guy that's trying to commit suicide. Huh, So, who
- 12:50Speaker 1: are you gonna listen to Nicholas Tartaglioni or what Epstein
- 12:54Speaker 1: was telling his lawyers. I'm gonna go with what Epstein
- 12:56Speaker 1: was telling his lawyers. Epstein was taken off so a
- 13:00Speaker 1: side watch the following day, July twenty fourth, twenty nineteen,
- 13:04Speaker 1: but was kept under psychological evaluation. Mister Epstein stated, I
- 13:09Speaker 1: have no interest in killing myself. A staff psychologist at
- 13:12Speaker 1: the Metropolitan Correctional Center, wrote in a report. He explained
- 13:17Speaker 1: although his situation is not perfect due to his being incarcerated,
- 13:20Speaker 1: he noted he has lots to do for his legal case.
- 13:24Speaker 1: He described having a wonderful life to include interactions with
- 13:27Speaker 1: interesting people and projects. He said it would be crazy
- 13:31Speaker 1: to take his life. He furthered I would not do
- 13:34Speaker 1: that to myself, and I have talked to literally a
- 13:38Speaker 1: dozen people who knew the men who have said the
- 13:40Speaker 1: same thing. Epstein, a wealthy financier who owned two private
- 13:46Speaker 1: islands in the Virgin Islands, came under investigation for allegedly
- 13:49Speaker 1: luring minor girls to his seaside home in Palm Beach,
- 13:53Speaker 1: Florida for massage that turned sexual. Allegedly, no, he did it, Hey,
- 13:57Speaker 1: James Sill, the fuck is wrong with you? Do you
- 14:00Speaker 1: get allegedly here? You want to use allegedly cool talk
- 14:03Speaker 1: about Prince Andrew, But there's no allegedly here. These girls
- 14:09Speaker 1: were brought to the island, they were brought to Florida,
- 14:12Speaker 1: they were brought to New York, and they were abused.
- 14:16Speaker 1: He served thirteen months of an eighteen month sentence for
- 14:19Speaker 1: sex crimes charged after reaching a controversial non prosecution agreement
- 14:23Speaker 1: in two thousand and seven with the US Attorney's Office
- 14:26Speaker 1: in Miami. In twenty nineteen, Epstein was indicted on charges
- 14:31Speaker 1: that he sexually exploited and abused dozens of minor girls
- 14:35Speaker 1: at his homes in Manhattan, New York, and pom Beach, Florida,
- 14:39Speaker 1: among other locations, and use cash payments to recruit a
- 14:42Speaker 1: vass network of underage victims, some of whom were as
- 14:46Speaker 1: young as fourteen years old. Epstein died in jail while
- 14:50Speaker 1: awaiting trial on August tenth, twenty nineteen. His death was
- 14:54Speaker 1: ruled a suicide by hanging by the New York Medical
- 14:57Speaker 1: Examiner's Office and the Justice Department can occurred with that finding.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Tartaglioni was convicted in twenty twenty three and sentenced in
- 15:06Speaker 1: twenty twenty four to four consecutive terms of life imprisonment.
- 15:10Speaker 1: His appeal is currently pending before the Second Circuit of
- 15:14Speaker 1: the Court of Appeals. Yeah, good luck, buddy. Enjoy your
- 15:17Speaker 1: stay because you're not going anywhere. If you remember, we
- 15:21Speaker 1: followed that trial and the evidence was overwhelming, just like
- 15:25Speaker 1: I think the evidence is overwhelming. That Tartaglioni assaulted Epstein
- 15:29Speaker 1: in that gel cell, and not only that, my guess
- 15:32Speaker 1: is my speculation is that he also wrote that note.
- 15:36Speaker 1: So we'll keep on keeping on, and when we have
- 15:38Speaker 1: some more information about Tartaglioni and this fougazy note, we'll
- 15:43Speaker 1: get it added to the catalog. All the information that
- 15:46Speaker 1: goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
