Transcript
- 0:01[SPEAKER_00]: Time for the 49ers Rush Podcast.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_00]: and here's your host, John Chapman.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_01]: What is going on, faithful?
- 0:36[SPEAKER_01]: It's so great to be with you guys today.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_01]: It's Sunday, and we are in football season.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_01]: There's actually football on with the Hall of Fame game.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_01]: I get it, it's still preseason, training camp, whatever you want to call it, I don't care.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_01]: 49ers football is happening.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_01]: NFL football is taking place.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_01]: Now it probably good news for the 49ers today's their day off and their new kind of installment two days on jog through one hard day one day off today's the day off So for the next two days we'll have practice reports and incoming news and highlights and press conferences and all those things
- 1:15[SPEAKER_01]: But for today, the players get to day off.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_01]: I know that the coaches are up there working and they're going to spend some time with a select media and we'll get some tidbits out of that pretty excited about that, actually, a little bit more peak behind the curtain of some rotational pieces, things like that.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_01]: But for us!
- 1:30[SPEAKER_01]: Today is a milestone.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_01]: We are finishing our 49ers roster count down that started two months ago.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_01]: It is just the incredible work of passion.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_01]: And it's a lot, I mean, shoot with, you know,
- 1:47[SPEAKER_01]: We changed the way in which we do it where we do five players instead of one individual episode and what I would do in the past you know the past five seasons is I would record one individual episode about each person offline then loaded up in the process was just
- 2:03[SPEAKER_01]: little too much and with, you know, moving the kiddo out this year, us moving our location, 20th anniversary, all different days.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_01]: We tried to simplify this best again and I think everybody agrees.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_01]: This is by far the best way that we have done it so far.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_01]: So today we'll be the final four players.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_01]: Um, we have number four through number one.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_01]: So as we get started, you guys join us.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_01]: I want you to put in the chat rank one, two, three, four.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_01]: One most important in this year only.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_01]: Now, let me just tell you the players that we have left because I understand everybody's not going to be happy.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_01]: The four players we have not covered in any particular order, okay, Nick Bosa, Brock Perti, Fred Warner Trent Williams.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_01]: Those are the four players we're going to be discussing today, little, you know, lacking the, if you've been following along with us, you would know this, but if you join us for the first time, that's okay.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_01]: We're looking at most impactful player for the 49ers 20, 26 season alone.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_01]: This isn't about long term.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: This isn't about, you know, what they've done in the past, even though that does factor into it.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_01]: which player is most important we're going to disagree on some of these.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_01]: That is okay and for three of these players we're going to dive into the Hall of Fame watch.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_01]: Brock parties way too early to do that but Nick Bosa, Fred Warner, Trent Williams, probably my favorite part of this whenever we get to the elite of the elite which I think the 49ers have seven.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_01]: Potential future Hall of Famers, maybe that number could grow.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't mean all seven's going to get in, but like, how do you differentiate between seven potential Hall of Famers?
- 3:44[SPEAKER_01]: That is difficult and I understand like Nick Bosa gets the most pushback and we'll talk about that on yesterday's show got some pushback as well.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_01]: But man, start diving into the Pro Bowl or the Hall of Fame resumes, Hall of Fame week, shout out to Roger Craig, can't shut that man out enough.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_01]: Congratulations number 33.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_01]: And now we're 32 days away from the kickoff for the 49er season, Ricky Waters Bay, Ricky Running Waters.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_01]: I just see those 94 throwbacks whenever I see 32.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, so beautiful.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_01]: shout out to Eric Meister who's crushing it on our social media everywhere and follow us if you haven't already if you're on social media 40 hours rush podcast everywhere except for Twitter on Twitter at jl underscore chairman that that Twitter handle kind of predates the 40 hours rush podcast but yeah we're still alive over there we got you know handful of followers
- 4:35[SPEAKER_01]: So go check this out.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_01]: We use that for our 49ers content.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_01]: I want to say thank you to everybody showing up on the hashtag CC's V Malik in first today.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_01]: He says, got to be Fred right?
- 4:46[SPEAKER_01]: We shall see what's up in the Tories hashtag CC.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_01]: We got monkey in the chat.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_01]: Appreciate you guys.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_01]: All the countdown crew coming in straw have to say thank you to NY Niners.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_01]: That's been Josh 49ers faithful 90 and Zach.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_01]: They have helped produce this
- 5:05[SPEAKER_01]: Disagree with the rankings.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_01]: Pretty hard to disagree with the research And just all the stuff that they put out man you guys are the best the best.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you, Ben You are the best.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_01]: Number one's got to be Brock.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_01]: Especially after last year says notorious we shall see Yeah, right don't forget your tag taxes check again.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_01]: I like my routine for the offseason
- 5:27[SPEAKER_01]: I file an extension on my taxes every year and once you know you've got free agency then you've got the draft then we've got our roster countdown series and once I conclude that then it's time to get to the taxes.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_01]: We've got some in-laws coming to stay with us for the next week.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think I want to get it done during that time.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_01]: But as soon as the in laws are out of the uh, the, the, the domicile, then it's going to be taxes time.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm going to be a little bit more cranky than normal and whatever else.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_01]: It always takes me a long time.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_01]: Um, but yeah, I've been right here.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_01]: Hope it to see Jerry Gray speak.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_01]: Have it yet.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_01]: Dude, I've met Jerry Gray a few times in person.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_01]: He's awesome.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_01]: Um, yeah.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_01]: Hopefully we get some clips or some sound bites or some quotes from that.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_01]: Um, yeah, mucky.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_01]: love the way uh... if approaching the countdown as that's all i can't read very well it's great seeing everyone interact with the rings i do too because in the past we've done this off air and then loaded everywhere do it at live we're gonna do it live wrap it up and we'll do it live
- 6:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's way better way way better.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_01]: What's up captain?
- 6:39[SPEAKER_01]: Appreciate you man.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, Natoria says four boasts a three-trant Two-warner one Brock Thomas one party two-warner three-wounds four boasts a Man
- 6:51[SPEAKER_01]: love it, love it, love it, love it, love it, love it.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_01]: We are a football account.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_01]: We are here to talk football.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_01]: We ain't diving into all that stuff that's not football related.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_01]: There are lots of places where you can do that.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want to do that.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_01]: Appreciate you in your comments.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_01]: Not doing that here.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_01]: The Tories.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_01]: I'd have juice number one, but I'm not biased right now.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: Dude, love juice.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_01]: Love all these different variations of the top four.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_01]: This is fun seeing it.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_01]: very very fun seeing it like that you guys put all this up there.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_01]: I am not sure if we have a winner yet or not but that's okay It's not about winning or losing it's about learning more
- 7:26[SPEAKER_01]: about our favorite 49ers, the background, projections, all that different stuff.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_01]: So let's dive in.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_01]: It is time.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_01]: Number four on the 49ers, 2026 roster countdown.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_01]: None other than small bear, Nick Bosa, comes in number four even though.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_01]: I would argue the second most premium position.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_01]: He comes in number four for the 49ers this season.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_01]: Now, you look at the history of the rankings on Nick Boses countdown.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_01]: This is the lowest he's ever been.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_01]: 2022, he was number two.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_01]: 2023, he was one.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_01]: 2024, he was number three.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_01]: Last year was number two.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_01]: This year, number four.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_01]: How much of that is coming off the ACL seems like he's way ahead of schedule.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_01]: How much of that is?
- 8:16[SPEAKER_01]: Now, the defensive end room looks to be in a little bit better shape even though maybe not now.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_01]: It's current practicing.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_01]: You have me kill Williams.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_01]: You have Keyon, White.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_01]: You have Samo.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_01]: You draft.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_01]: Ramello, height.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_01]: little bit better depth in there, or how much of this is just man, other players stepping up.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_01]: Nick Bosa comes in for it.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_01]: I personally had him ringed a little bit higher than this, but the way we do our composite rankings, we have four ballots that we submitted and we ranked them out.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_01]: Nick Bosa bail and the top four were close, like you understand this.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_01]: Top four were very close.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_01]: I would argue the top six were very very close and somebody's got to be there's got to be a different sheated somewhere Nick Bosa comes to number four Where's number 97 64 266 he's 28 years old will turn 29 around midseason and a lot of people you know with Nick Bosa coming out in the 2019 draft class Don't realize like players used to come out a lot earlier
- 9:18[SPEAKER_01]: He's got a lot of football left 28 years old currently.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_01]: We got rookies that are 27.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_01]: We got multiple rookies that are 25 plus Nick post is young 28 years old play that Ohio State goes by smaller bear It's kind of his name born in race in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_01]: That's where he still lives parents Cheryl and John Bosa Older brother Joey Bosa, you know the rumors every year will Joey post aside with the nines.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_01]: I
- 9:47[SPEAKER_01]: Never really been too big on that whenever the 49ers had them in two offseason.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe it was last offseason.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_01]: They had them in for meetings.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_01]: Then he just sighed for more money with the buffalo bills.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_01]: The post is all about that money.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_01]: There's no doubt about it.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_01]: Money first, money second, money third, everything else later.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_01]: 49ers struggling to pay top dollar for a lot of guys, especially whenever you have seven potential Hall of Famers already under contract.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_01]: That is the difficulty, right?
- 10:16[SPEAKER_01]: You look at what, you know, Joey's been incredible, third overall pick, unbelievable.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_01]: But it's not just Joey Bosa, the family.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_01]: They have four first round picks in the Bosa family.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_01]: Four first round picks in the Joey Bolsa family.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_01]: His father John was also a first round NFL draft pick out of Boston College back in 1987 by the Miami Dolphins.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_01]: Did not have the NFL career of his son.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_01]: And then their uncle Eric Kumero, he was in Ohio State captain back in 1987, two time big, big tin performer.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, he was in 1988, first round pick to the Miami Dolphins again, pick 16th overall.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_01]: Definitely the highest potential pedigree.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_01]: He got drafted second overall Joey third overall.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_01]: The dad gets drafted and the uncle for first round picks.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_01]: That is unbelievable.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_01]: I like say this Nicholas John Bosa shout out to Richard Sherman.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_01]: Hope he has a 10 plus sack year.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_01]: He's been very entry pro.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_01]: But here's the thing about Nick Bosa that I think a lot of people miss.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_01]: When Nick Bosa's healthy, the 49ers are dominant, period.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_01]: When Nick Bosa's healthy, the 49ers are dominant, not just the defense, not just the past rush.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_01]: The 49ers team, when Nick Bosa's out there, they are a championship-contending team period.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_01]: There is no debate.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_01]: Now, I remember, uh, raise your hand if you remember the Quentin Williams verse Nick Bosa debates back in 2019, some of you guys had been around for that log, yeah, this is episode 1600 and 89 of the 40 iron charge five.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_01]: We used to argue these things.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_01]: Now I was hardcore, you draft Nick Bosa, I think Nick Bosa should go number one overall, but the Arizona cartels, thank you, they took, can't ride roller coaster, uh, quarterback Kyler Murray.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_01]: did not work out for their franchise.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_01]: Shocker, Nick Bosa falls to number two.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_01]: He should have been the number one overall pick.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_01]: But I remember those debates.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_01]: I really, really do.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_01]: And you look at that draft class, which is stellar by the way.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_01]: Nick Bosa has been as advertised just the injuries.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_01]: We'll detail that in a little bit.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_01]: But Nick Bosa is going into his eighth season and he's only 28.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_01]: played in eighty five games eighty two sex dude averages a sack of game the only flaw is the injuries that that's the issue hundred sixty eight quarter back hits twenty nineteen defensive rookie the year came in red hot twenty twenty two defensive player the year five probals every single year he has it torn his ACL has been in the probal two first team all pros
- 13:05[SPEAKER_01]: Best player in the NFL defensively in 2019.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_01]: The 49ers have only had three defense of player of the years in their entire franchise history.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_01]: That's how hard it is to get that.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_01]: Deon Sanders, Dana Stubblefield, and Nick Bolsa.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_01]: Needs two and a half sex to pass Charles Hayley for second most sex ever as a 49er.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_01]: He's 25 sex behind Bryan Young could'll be why.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_01]: Both those are Hall of Famers, by the way.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_01]: Playoff and said, this is the thing that I think separates Nick Bosa.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't get talked about enough.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_01]: What he has done in the historic 49er's playoff runs.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_01]: 2019 to playoffs, he had four sex, five more quarterback hits, three tackle for losses, 20, 21, four sacks in the playoffs, five more quarterback hits, two tackle for losses, 20, 23.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_01]: He had two sex, 12 quarterback hits, four tackle for losses.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_01]: His worst playoff series was 2022, no SACS 1 quarterback hit for tackle for losses.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_01]: But you're talking about somebody through 12 playoff games, which is a lot.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_01]: 10 SACS and 12 playoff games.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_01]: 23 more quarterback hits and 13 tougher.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_01]: Like, when it matters, Nick Boses, that is best.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_01]: Nick Bosa in the fourth quarter at his best just and we only saw a small sample size because he got injured so early last season Two of the 49ers wins weeks one and week two were because of Nick Bosa in the fourth quarter shutting down the game That is when he is at his best.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_01]: I am a huge Nick Bosa football fan Now I get a lot of people don't like his politics.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_01]: I get it shove it that everybody's face
- 14:50[SPEAKER_01]: not everybody's cup of tea, no problem, but whenever he's on the field, the 49ers of damn near unstoppable.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_01]: He is that important.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_01]: Now we had a comment yesterday, we talked about this a little bit, but somebody said like Nick posts us never getting the Hall of Fame.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_01]: So like, I did the research.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_01]: This morning's been a lot of fun.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_01]: I've, I've
- 15:11[SPEAKER_01]: I wish there was more of a audience for nostalgic NFL comparing pasted present.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_01]: It just never does well, but I love it.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_01]: So today I've been smiling nonstop because just diving through looking at Nick Bosa versus other Hall of Fame defensive end edge players and Trent Williams, Fred Warner, I love that.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_01]: So how does Nick Bosa stack up currently?
- 15:39[SPEAKER_01]: And then also look at just what this looks like long term for the Hall of Fame candidacy of Nick Bosa.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_01]: He has a 49.08, which is 43rd amongst Edge players in NFL history.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_01]: He's already had a, he already has a higher monitor score than two Hall of Famers, Fred Dean, Philiformer, and Elvin Bethea.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_01]: defense player of the year carries a lot of weight, all those probals carry a lot of weight, the all pros carry a lot of weight.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_01]: He already has more quarterback hits than Justin Smith had in his entire career, cowboy, John Abraham and Dwight Freeney, more quarterback hits.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_01]: Now, not sack numbers, but he does have more sack than Hall of Famer Richard Seymour, who's already in.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_01]: Same amount of probals as Charles, Haley, Willie Davis, JJ, what now?
- 16:27[SPEAKER_01]: No probals don't mean what they used to mean, but that is still a defining criteria to get into the Hall of Fame.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_01]: It is.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_01]: Now, the most interesting thing to me and I think the best thing on Nick Boses Resume is the defense of player the year.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_01]: So I went through digging through, okay, went to the defense of player the year come out is back in the 70s.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_01]: There have been 42 defensive player of the years named 24 of them are in the Hall of Fame, but it gets even better than that because three of those guys that have won defensive player of the years not eligible yet.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_01]: And then some of the guys want it multiple times so you take those away, it's really 24 out of 39.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_01]: 57% for a defensive player of the year has a better than 50%
- 17:20[SPEAKER_01]: He's not in yet and if Nick boasts his career in, let's say as another tragic injury and doesn't really muster up another pro ball all pro year, I do not believe he will be in the Hall of Fame.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think he'll get in.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_01]: You add one more pro ball year, one more all pro, get a championship, get some more sex.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_01]: I think Nick boasts on the verge of having a Hall of Fame type resume, not in now, one more year he's gonna have to wait, two more solid year, he's 28 guys.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_01]: It is, I am a betting man.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to bet this because you'd have to wait a decade.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_01]: I would be willing to bet that Nick Post will probably get into the Hall of Fame whenever it's all said and done.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_01]: The name recognition matters.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_01]: I think he gets in.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_01]: Now, I hope that he gets in because that would mean he has two to three more bad ass years for the 49ers and he's under contract for a long time.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_01]: The major issue with Post is always injury.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_01]: So let's go through those.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_01]: Back in 2022, he tore his ACL week two.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_01]: That's the thing, too.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_01]: These injuries have happened so early in the season.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_01]: 2020 is ACL tear was week two.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_01]: Last year, 2025 is ACL tear was week three.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_01]: So you didn't get to build up.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_01]: your stats for the season that hurts them.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_01]: They're complete lost seasons.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_01]: 2024, you missed three games with a hip injury.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_01]: So you've had three seasons of Nick Bosa, missing two seasons of missing completely, and then missed three games in 2024.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_01]: So it is funny whenever people are like, oh, Nick Bosa's just always injured, which I get it with two ACL tears.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_01]: That's very fair.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_01]: But you look at the seven seasons that he's played with the 49ers, one, two, three, four, five seasons.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_01]: He's played 14 or more games.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_01]: Five seasons.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_01]: Like it's not like he's missing games every single year.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_01]: That is not the case.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_01]: Once twice three times he played in every single game.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_01]: Two seasons he's towards ACL.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_01]: He's been banged up, I get it, you know, different situations.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's just that those two injuries happen so early.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_01]: And so then you're going through the whole season, just being like, ah, no Bosa.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_01]: Now you look at what he did last year.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_01]: Dude was bad ass.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_01]: I'll only play three games.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_01]: It didn't even finish the third game.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_01]: Had two sacks, four tackle for losses, three quarterback hits, two force fumbles, one recovered, and two games.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_01]: Dude was crushing.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_01]: Trent Williams said he looks better this off season, then he did last.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_01]: It's pretty hard to like, I understand that there is a camp that is like, dude, Nick boasts is done, they should trade him, can't trade players come on off at ACL, nobody wants them, but whatever with that contract, just couldn't do it.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_01]: If you didn't want Nick boasts, you'd have to release him.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_01]: You couldn't trade that contract, but he's way ahead of schedule.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_01]: The contract itself, he's entering year three of a five year deal.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_01]: Now next year, if this is a contract,
- 20:29[SPEAKER_01]: money money money money money.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_01]: Well guess what he has a giant balloon cap that hits 55 million if left alone next season.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_01]: Niners aren't going to do that.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_01]: Bosa balls out he gets extended.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_01]: They add years on to his deal period.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to have to.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_01]: If Bosa balls out this year and gets anywhere close to 10 stacks are over, you're going to extend them and add and kick that cap year down the road.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_01]: You'll add one to two more years on to his contract.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_01]: That is going to happen.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_01]: I'm willing to bet that that will happen.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_01]: He gets injured again.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_01]: Doesn't look the same.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_01]: Didn't your kind of in that kind of cut whatever category, but they're not that's not a thing.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_01]: It's not happening.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_01]: Nick Boses currently the 8th highest paid edge player in the NFL.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_01]: You're not taking 7 edge players better than Nick Bosa, and for those of you that just look at Sacks, I get it.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe you could have that discussion.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_01]: I would argue, Nick Boses one of the best 2 way edge players in the NFL.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_01]: He has led the NFL in tackle for losses multiple times.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_01]: He is so damn good against the run, so damn good against the past.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_01]: At his best in the fourth quarter, elite, elite, elite, three elite years in the playoffs.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_01]: What they held you like, from a football standpoint, 97 is the shit period.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_01]: Off the field, don't give it to him.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_01]: We're a football show.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_01]: Do I agree with anything that dude thinks?
- 21:57[SPEAKER_01]: Probably not.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_01]: When Nick boasts a place, the 49ers win and he's been rewarded handsomely already made $131.9 million that is his first second to third priority and he's cashed in.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_01]: He is cashed in.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let's get to these comments on Nicholas John Bosa, I'm sure this has got to be fun.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure people are going to be pissed.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_01]: But that's okay.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_01]: Wood, you know, Wood Nick Bosa had come out at 20 years old in today's NIL world.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_01]: I get Nick Bosa's made 131 million.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think he's complaining, but it's going to change things for sure.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_01]: There's no doubt about that.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_01]: uh... boats are promised the cards they'd regret drafting mary he's already on another team one hundred percent one hundred percent right here dug i take freddine over both a completely different players you know dn played that defensive tackle defensive edge you know he he was the
- 23:05[SPEAKER_01]: Outside guy, you know on the line of scrimmage in the odd man front, which is a little bit different than a true edge even though he did play true ed, so there's some hybrid stuff there Natorias.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we have zero pressure up front when we don't have Bosa whenever he's out there He's awesome.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_01]: Where's Bosa not awesome?
- 23:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, thank you Joe.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_01]: Bosa gives exciting interviews.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_01]: Haha dudes E or I swear to God dude just we need to pull up there just like
- 23:32[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 23:52[SPEAKER_01]: Just awesome dude.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, he's he's all up and down the Texas all-time record books played with Harrell at NS1 State Championship as a wide receiver like dude's beast goes to rise one of the smartest guys I know but he's like 65 and sounds like Nick boasts it so like everybody just assumes he's dumb not dumb dude's one of the smartest people I know
- 24:13[SPEAKER_01]: And Nick Bosa fits that too.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_01]: Nick Bosa is freaking smart when it comes to football.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_01]: The technique and studying and like he's off football all the time.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_01]: It's just what he talks.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_01]: It just comes out.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_01]: The deliveries just like, whoa, what is happening?
- 24:29[SPEAKER_01]: But anyway, do with that what you want.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, Logan without Bosa, we might not have a past rush at all to be honest.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_01]: That's what it is.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_01]: Ben, like it or not, he's going to pass Bryant Young and be the all-time sack leader for the 49ers.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_01]: There's no doubt.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_01]: 25 more sex.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_01]: That's all they need to pass them.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, if he stays healthy, you can do that too, right?
- 24:56[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, he's had, you go back to 2021, 2022.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_01]: He had 15 and a half sex, then 18 and a half sex, right?
- 25:04[SPEAKER_01]: So like, if he does that again, he passes.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_01]: And at the year after that, he had 10 and a half.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_01]: That three year is bad ass, man.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_01]: Following year 2024, nine sex.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_01]: He's going to be the record holder and it's not even going to be close It's not even going to be close.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_01]: He's going to be notorious.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think both will definitely be the 40 hours all the time Sack leader too bar and a series.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_01]: I think even with another series injury.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_01]: He's still can get it Invader both this is only untradable player on record And then we're get into the other stuff.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm staying off all that, but yeah, like I get it And I understand a lot of people don't like them
- 25:47[SPEAKER_01]: And, too, that's your prerogative.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_01]: A.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_01]: My job to do that.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_01]: My job is top football, right?
- 25:53[SPEAKER_01]: Jacob, regarding both his early season injuries, allowing him to start the next year, at point.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, 2020, injured misses the entire season, but shows up ready has 15 sex.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_01]: Can that happen again?
- 26:07[SPEAKER_01]: Can that happen again?
- 26:09[SPEAKER_01]: He's way ahead of schedule.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_01]: I can't believe he was ready to practice at the start.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_01]: I fully anticipated Nick Bolsa being on the public to start camp way ahead of schedule.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_01]: Now he's missed the time of soreness.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_01]: Doug, why has he vanished because of soreness?
- 26:25[SPEAKER_01]: Do Bolsa's a private guy like
- 26:29[SPEAKER_01]: Be who you are.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_01]: I believe in that and I used to tell my students.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_01]: I used to tell my players when people ask about starting YouTube channels Like I'm here to help you.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_01]: I want to talk message me cool.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_01]: I'll give you whatever advice.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_01]: I have but I always say like Be unapologetically you Nick boasts is not a public person Nick boasts is injured.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_01]: He's hiding dipping up in the booth or like in the club seats away from everybody
- 26:55[SPEAKER_01]: Fred Warner's injured, he's willing out a damn cart with a broken leg to the high five every player coming in the sidelines.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_01]: He's like in the locker room.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_01]: He's given speeches with a broken leg.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_01]: Like they're different.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_01]: They're not bad.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_01]: You want everybody to be Fred Warner.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_01]: Fred Warner is one and a million.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_01]: Like they don't make that.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_01]: personality mixed with talent mixed with everything that he has like very very different Nick Bolsa he ain't doing public appearances he ain't showing up he's gonna train on his own which he's been around Santa Clara much more so this offseason then he has been in the past and I think that's a positive
- 27:36[SPEAKER_01]: But like Nick both of vanishes, like he vanishes in practice.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_01]: I'll be out of practice and you'll see the defensive ends and D lines working.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_01]: Nick both is over by himself in the corner, literally doing this with his hands and just doing mental reps and like that dude's just beautiful mind, you know what I mean?
- 27:57[SPEAKER_01]: He's Russell Crow in it way over all the side, drawn on windows.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_01]: He's just different.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_01]: And so Nick Boses going to vanish.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_01]: And if Nick Boses don't feel right, like you kind of have to give it to him with how hard he works and how meticulous he is with his regimen and what he eats in his training, he's the only player in the 49ers that still works out five times a week during the season.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_01]: Nobody else does that.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_01]: Nobody in the NFL does that.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_01]: So like whenever you look at Fred Warner in his leadership personality,
- 28:33[SPEAKER_01]: Nick boasts us like that with working out and training and money, right?
- 28:37[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it's so, that's just who he is.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not concerned with the soreness.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want him to be so, I'd much rather him just be perfectly healthy.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_01]: But we're 32 days away from kickoff.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_01]: And this dude's already got a week and a half in a practice.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_01]: I cannot believe that happened.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I just hope his knees are healed and he could have another proble year.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, it's there.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_01]: Five probals, two all pros, I mean, it's just stacking for him.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_01]: It really, really is.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_01]: And so yeah, anyway, I love those bits of it.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_01]: I love it.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_01]: The chat is awesome.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_01]: There's no way I want to catch up now.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_01]: No, what's up, brother?
- 29:19[SPEAKER_01]: Hope everything's going on right where you're at, man.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you for the super chat, John.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_01]: You are the number one most important night, too.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you, man.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not even close, but I do very, very much appreciate that.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_01]: Right here, Jacob, possible.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_01]: We'll have a lot more help on the defensive line this year.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's huge.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_01]: That should help them have a better season.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_01]: Be nice for him not to be a one man band whenever it comes to pass rush.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_01]: I do agree.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, he gets double triple teams all the time, still makes place.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_00]: still makes place still makes place.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_01]: The Tories both is definitely a big time player.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_01]: Guys clutch when we need them.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_01]: I agree.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_01]: I agree.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_01]: It's a chokehold so that piss me off.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, dude.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's it's rough the attention and the lack of holding calls that he's got but I think as we keep going
- 30:10[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's gonna get better.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_01]: I really, really do.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_01]: And I think he's gonna draw more penalties because his status has been elevated.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's gonna happen.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_01]: Now, we are back with my bookie if you bet anywhere.

- 31:57[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_01]: I'm mad about the next one.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_01]: I'm mad about all these because they're all top three and then you get a player that comes in number three and I'm like nope that's wrong that is wrong but we got it to it.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_01]: The standard the best coverage linebacker in the history of the NFL number three most important 49ers for the 20, 20, 26 season Fred Warner I don't like it I'm bad
- 32:28[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, the dude is just so great, he's so great, he's the best, dude breaks his leg and gives a halftime speech, what the hell, man, are you kidding me, like that is Hollywood could write that.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_01]: Fred Warner be number three pisses me off.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, and it's my list.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_01]: It's hour list not my list shout out bin Josh Zach y'all have to take accountability for this Raking to Fred Warner should be higher But whatever he gets a number two.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_01]: It's like okay.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_01]: He gets a number one.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_01]: You're like okay So many greats on this team do this this roster is good this year was hard
- 33:11[SPEAKER_01]: going through these players one through 91 was hard was very difficult and we got a lot wrong obviously and we were going to get a lot wrong every year because it's just the way goes injuries players rise players improve players drop whatever.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I love Fred Warner, leader of the defense gives the half-time speeches when Shinyan has to make offensive adjustments.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_01]: He tells Fred Warner, address the team, give a speech at half-time, on a whim walking into the locker room.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_01]: Fred, you got the team.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_01]: What?
- 33:47[SPEAKER_01]: Lips and Santa Clara, just stays at the facility.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_01]: Dude lives at the facility, trains everybody.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_01]: Fred Warner, aside note, we had one of the coolest much Fred Warner's so badass.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'm convinced when Fred Warner retires, he's just gonna be, I don't know if I'm still gonna be doing the Rush Road Trips, but like Fred Warner's just gonna travel with us.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'm convinced that's gonna happen.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if I'd be able to afford that.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_01]: But like we had about at the draft party in Vegas for one year and do just show to Unapologetically who he is wearing cut off shorts and flip flops and
- 34:27[SPEAKER_01]: Met with everybody, signed everything, was incredible, pictures with everybody.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_01]: It like you hire these players for time, and he finishes, you know, the agreed upon contract, payment, all that stuff, and he's like, you might have just hang out for a little while, yes for a good order, and look over, he's just talking to my son, my eldest son.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_01]: He's just talking to him about life, didn't always my kid comes over, hey man, can I announce some of these giveaways?
- 34:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, dude was just,
- 34:57[SPEAKER_01]: ah, I don't know man, and they say don't meet your heroes.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_01]: I say bullshit.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_01]: You meet your hero, and they don't live up to the standard.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_01]: They shouldn't have been your hero to begin.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_01]: Fred Warner should be everybody's hero.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_01]: Dude is, ah,
- 35:17[SPEAKER_01]: And I saw this, I just saw this, Jacob R.I.P.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_01]: Don Nelson, now I'm Mavs guy, do like Don Nelson played a very important role in my childhood, right?
- 35:27[SPEAKER_01]: Like it's like Dodd Nelson, George C. for that type of connection and then he left and destroyed us with Golden State, which he, I guess, man, I didn't even make that connection.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_01]: One of my least favorite basketball memories of all time, Don Nelson leaves the Mavs, I'm pissed off, goes to Golden State, Golden State with the first
- 35:46[SPEAKER_01]: Y'all remember that shit y'all do because most of you guys are warriors fans.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_01]: I was destroyed.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_01]: I was destroyed Yeah, all right, P man.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't even I wasn't gonna bring it up because I was like man none of my listeners are mass fans I didn't think about the fact
- 36:04[SPEAKER_01]: two coach for the Warriors for a long time man RIP impacted my life in a very positive way yeah that hurts man lost a good one lost a good one RIP done Nelson man and like it puts it into perspective like I had some my message me as I apologize I forgot who was it's like man do you remember
- 36:27[SPEAKER_01]: Joe Montana days.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_01]: I was too young, but like do you remember that I was like, yeah, I do.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_01]: I remember like two to three years where Joe Montana, because again, I became a fan, you know, at the end of 1989.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_01]: I was, what was I like eight years old, eight, nine years old, and so I got a couple of seasons with Joe, but not like, I don't remember Joe, like everybody else remembers Joe, and so like we talk about these players for at Warner and Bosa, Trent Williams, Brock Perti, all these guys George Kittle, and it's just like, man, these are going to be those guys, Kyle Shanahan's gonna be somebody's Don Nelson.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I mean?
- 37:09[SPEAKER_01]: Like, Fred Warner is somebody's Jason Kid, or, you know, Steph Curry, like, those things, like, we are here now, we're talking 20, 26, but there's gonna be a moment where there are young kids that are gonna look back and be like, man, I remember being a kid and meeting Fred Warner.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_01]: like the memories that we have of these guys and that's what's so beautiful about being the faithful, the greatest fan base in sports, faithful then faithful now.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_01]: We've been through some shit.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_01]: That is sports.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_01]: But we also live in a time where you get to see 54 put on your
- 37:57[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I get it, you ain't got a championship.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_01]: I get it, shut the hell up.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe not shut the hell up.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_01]: But like, you get to see Fred Warner play.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_01]: That's poetry and motion, ladies and gentlemen.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_01]: That is beauty.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_01]: This guy,
- 38:16[SPEAKER_01]: is the platonic form, let's get philosophical here, like the idea of the picture perfect linebacker is Fred Warner.
- 38:26[SPEAKER_01]: He is the standard.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_01]: There is before Fred Warner linebacker playing there is after.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_01]: Any still playing?
- 38:33[SPEAKER_01]: Every single linebacker that comes out for the NFL draft is held against Fred Warner.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_01]: Can he cover?
- 38:40[SPEAKER_01]: Can he be great versus the run?
- 38:42[SPEAKER_01]: Does he have leadership?
- 38:43[SPEAKER_01]: Can he play all the damn time?
- 38:45[SPEAKER_01]: Like the measuring stick for what it means to play linebacker.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_01]: In this era is Fred Freakin' Warner.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_01]: He's changed, the position ain't going back.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_01]: It's not.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_01]: I wore 54, or way before Fred Water, I'm older than him, shocker.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_01]: He's 29.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_01]: Fred's not old.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_01]: Six, three, two, 30.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_01]: He's 29 years old.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_01]: 29.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, freaking love this man.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_01]: Went to be why you, California kid, Warner went to Mission Hills High School down in San Marcos.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_01]: He's the oldest of three siblings.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_01]: He has a brother and a sister.
- 39:29[SPEAKER_01]: Started playing football when we was seven.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_01]: Stud and high school.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_01]: Corner and safety is a coverage guy make sense, right?
- 39:37[SPEAKER_01]: Cock the attentions of BYU's coaches after a die hard BYU fan and family friend sent Warner's highlight tape tape to the coaching staff.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_01]: That's how they found him.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_01]: They offer him a scholarship.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_01]: Was roommates at BYU with his younger brother Troy, who played Cornerback as well for BYU.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_01]: Jumped around some practice squad, Troy didn't really catch on.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_01]: Warner became the full-time starter as soon as he drafted.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_01]: Week one rookie starter hasn't looked back since.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_01]: Week one rookie starter at Mike.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_01]: What?
- 40:11[SPEAKER_01]: What?
- 40:13[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely ran with it and just he's the best, he's the best there is.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_01]: Ultimate leader, heart and soul of the team, him and kiddo right offense defense, but like, to Warner is greatness.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_01]: We get to watch that dude play football.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_01]: He was strapped in the third round.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_01]: You got him in a throw-in pick.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_01]: Are the Solomon Thomas straight?
- 40:40[SPEAKER_01]: And a big reason why I don't flip out about the Solomon Thomas pick as much as everybody else is because you got Fred Warner out of that.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_01]: You got two third rounders for falling back one thing so they get Mitch Tribisky.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_01]: And you turned one of those into Fred Warner.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it would have been awesome and he's still drafted Patrick in the home
- 41:00[SPEAKER_01]: Awesome.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_01]: You go to that 2018 draft class, which is a bad astraft, by the way.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_01]: He's the fourth most popular player or most valuable player in that draft class.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_01]: According to pro football reference, they're AV score, they're approximated value.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_01]: He's behind Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Rowe Kwan Smith passed him barely this year with the injury because Fred didn't get played that many games, but he's got a pass.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_01]: Rowe Kwan Smith's awesome, by the way, but
- 41:31[SPEAKER_01]: Fred Warner is way better in every way shaping form.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_01]: And one is the only player from that draft class with four first team all pros and to put it into perspective new teammate Brandon Parker, you know the offensive tackle the backup backup backup offensive tackle was drafted five picks ahead of them not trying to throw shade at Brandon Parker, but this just shows you what you can get the third round and get a backup tackle you get the best linebacker in the NFL that's why I think I get so pissed off whenever the 49ers just keep drafting
- 42:02[SPEAKER_01]: kickers, waste and tight ends, and running backs in the third round, as incredible reaches it's like dude.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_01]: you could still get greatness.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_01]: Quit throwing those damn picks away.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_01]: Kaling black hopefully breaks that mold, whatever else.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_01]: And again, little egg on my face, I wanted Malik Jefferson.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_01]: The Texas off ball linebacker.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_01]: I thought he was gonna be the next whatever.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_01]: He kept falling.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, what is happening?
- 42:25[SPEAKER_01]: Please draft Malik Jefferson.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_01]: He was still on the board.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_01]: They took Warner.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_01]: I was pissed.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_01]: I was pissed.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_01]: Malik Jefferson, and then out of the league, bounced around.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_01]: He was done in three years.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_01]: But the 49ers cut the known.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_01]: If you knew Fred Warner was Fred Warner, he would have went to the top five picks.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_01]: Quarterbacks and then Fred Warner.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_01]: That's what it would have been.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_01]: Add Fred Warner's going into his ninth season.
- 42:50[SPEAKER_01]: 121 games, 121 starts.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_01]: Almost 1,000 tackles, 38 tackles for losses, 30 quarterback hits, 10 sex, 7 fumbles recovered, 17 force fumbles, 56 pass break ups, what?
- 43:05[SPEAKER_01]: Dude, it's like a corner out there, man.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_01]: 10 interceptions, two touchdowns, 10-year-old, he's got to be on the all-deck 18.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be there, the Fred Nader, I mean, a Wolverine arena.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_01]: The standard is my favorite nickname for Fred Warner, because everybody's measured against him.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_01]: Read to find the position.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_01]: You remember, my favorite Warner play, I was there in person for this.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_01]: Playing against the cowboys in the playoffs and Dallas.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_01]: Warner's this was back in solid.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's 2019.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe it's 2021.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know might have been 2021 might might have been to Mikko This is where they would do that show blitz where he would walk up in the eight gap and act like he's blitzing Well, he's in the back side eight gap acting like he's blitzing, right?
- 43:49[SPEAKER_01]: It's third and long Cowboys snap it
- 43:53[SPEAKER_01]: He's the will, so he's got a wall of the number three backer to the opposite side.
- 43:58[SPEAKER_01]: He's in the A-Gap across the center space.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_01]: He's got a wall of the number three vertical.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_01]: That's CD, lamb.
- 44:04[SPEAKER_01]: Run in the seam route.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_01]: Fred Warner is a yard off the line of scrimmage on the other side of the center.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_01]: Gets there, gets the pass break up.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_01]: 40 yards downfield.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_01]: Niners win the game by one position.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_01]: Like, dude, one of the greatest plays.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_01]: Running step for step with CD lamp 40 arts down field.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_00]: He's lined up in the opposite.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_01]: They get like One human in the world can do that one one Get straight green law back.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's huge.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_01]: You look at you know for first team all pros four probals
- 44:43[SPEAKER_01]: Now let's do it.
- 44:44[SPEAKER_01]: Let's do the Hall of Fame monitor.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_01]: Now excited.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_01]: I hope y'all are it.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_01]: Dude, I hope y'all love this.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_01]: This is fun.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_01]: I'm never really good at it.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_01]: You're not having fun.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_01]: I apologize.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_01]: This is greatness before us.
- 44:59[SPEAKER_01]: Alright, his Hall of Fame monitor score again, this is a pro football reference, you know, metric, it's flawed, but it's the best out there, in my opinion.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_01]: He has a 51.78 score.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_01]: That is 24th all time for linebackers.
- 45:14[SPEAKER_01]: The students still in his 20s.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_01]: Now, he's not currently ahead of any linebackers.
- 45:21[SPEAKER_01]: They're not that many off-ball linebackers in the Hall of Fame.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_01]: He's closest to Sam Mills, who just got in and had to wait a long time.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_01]: And he'll pass Sam Mills this season.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_01]: Every linebacker in the NFL with at least four first team all pros, this piss me off.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_01]: Every off-ball linebacker in NFL history with four first team all pros, they're in the Hall of Fame, except one.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_01]: And it's my second favorite 40-nighter player all the time, Navarro Bowman.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_01]: He is not in.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_01]: And Navarro Bowman's a little bit of an outlier.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_01]: He's only started 84 games.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_01]: He had the entries, started little late, and kind of tapered off because the entries so fast.
- 46:03[SPEAKER_01]: He only had it started 84 games.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_01]: There is no linebacker in the top 70 of this Hall of Fame metric that started so few games.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_01]: Navarro Bowman will probably get in at some point.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, there's guys in the Hall of Fame with one, all pro, the viral bones got four.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_01]: Every other linebacker that has four amores in.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_01]: He'll get in eventually.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_01]: He's just going to take a long time.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_01]: I like I could see him being one of those guys like 20 years from now that gets in and he should.
- 46:25[SPEAKER_01]: I had, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh,
- 46:36[SPEAKER_01]: I will argue Navarro Bowman at his height was the greatest linebacker season of it like of all time, like, and I get it.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_01]: Patrick Willis came in the best, stayed the best, but that one season of Navarro Bowman dude, that was, well, best that he should have won defense player the year.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, whatever.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let's talk Fred Warner.
- 46:58[SPEAKER_01]: Fred has more first team all pros listen to this list.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_01]: He has more first team all pros than all of these guys, Sam Mills, London Fletcher, Tommy Novus, Matt Millen, Teddy Burzky, Chris Bilman, Willie Lainier, Harry Carson, Harding Knickers and Sam Huff, Randy Grattishar, and Ray Nitsky, like he's an elite territory.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_01]: Now Fred's in, he's got to get into the Hall of Fame, but there are a lot of guys that are ahead of him.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_01]: that are not in yet, to Mario Davis, London, Fletcher, Leaver, Jordan, Carl Mecklerberg, Hardy, Nickerson, the Varl Bowen, Bobby Wagner.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_01]: Those are guys that have a higher score currently that are not in yet that are waiting.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_01]: Now, you get one more all pro guaranteed in, one one championship guaranteed in.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_01]: I think, looking forward for Fred Warner,
- 47:55[SPEAKER_01]: you're looking at okay which linebacker as the most all pros first team all pros in NFL history that's the conversation I'm having internally for Fred Warner there's two guys with seven all pros first team all pros all time might single Terry and Ray Lewis Fred's 29 years old you mean to tell me he can't get three more all pros and before you answer that you look at last year
- 48:24[SPEAKER_01]: 93.2 overall PFF score, 91.3 run defense score, 91.5 coverage score, all of those are top two at the position.
- 48:34[SPEAKER_01]: Like, Jude was a lead elite.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_01]: Now his injury happened, and here's the positive.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_01]: This dude was fully practicing.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_01]: ready to play in the NFC championship game if they won that game in Seattle they didn't obviously but like he has been ready to go Fred's Fred he's out there breaking running backs ribs going for the ball come down with that one Fred but like Fred is Fred and I was a little worried like man dude leg was facing the wrong way at Tampa Bay it was the worst I felt all season I felt worse at that Tampa Bay game
- 49:08[SPEAKER_01]: then I did at the Seattle Gaming I blown out like that that was just different and it had all these bucks fans turn around and apologizing to me like do we're really sorry like it was weird I've been around injuries before Fred's different the degree of injury was different and like that was the low point that was the low point of the year that's how great this man is opposing fans on the road turn around apologizing to me
- 49:39[SPEAKER_01]: that our player got hurt, multiple.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_01]: Like, that was the feeling in Raymond James Stadium was find a 49er span and apologize because your team somewhat responsible for hurting greatness.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_01]: Like that, yeah, like how often does that happen?
- 49:56[SPEAKER_01]: Right?
- 49:57[SPEAKER_01]: It was just, I was floored because it happened.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm just like, oh, devastated.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_01]: It always people keep saying, sorry,
- 50:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's just like, I get it, don't talk to me, don't make that contact.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, now that's the only entry in this career, he missed one game before that.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_01]: One game, one game in nine seasons before his leg was facing the wrong way.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_01]: Played six games last year was unbelievable, by the way, the whole time.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_01]: signed a three year sixty three million dollar deal um eighty three million dollars is his career earnings which for off the off-the-ball linebackers awesome he keeps redefining
- 50:45[SPEAKER_01]: What that position looks like in terms of how you measured on the field and how you pay it, right?
- 50:53[SPEAKER_01]: It's freaking Fred Warner.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_01]: I have a way to, I'm so behind in the check guys, I'm so sorry.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_01]: That's my Fred Warner spill.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_01]: Let's get to some comments.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_01]: Let's see.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_01]: This is going to be the longest episode I've ever done.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm okay with that.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_01]: You have the predator right there.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_01]: Steve, Fred should be number one.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_01]: I have no qualms with that.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, I'm so wrong.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_01]: Fred Warner my best draft pick, but I had him taking him around too.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_01]: There we go man.
- 51:21[SPEAKER_01]: Invader knows draft like nobody's business.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_01]: Vader Vader's a freaking man.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_01]: I really appreciate you Let's see here right in the notorious.
- 51:30[SPEAKER_01]: I guess I was making the playoffs and getting it when hurt the Warner reen on this list
- 51:35[SPEAKER_01]: Not so much.
- 51:37[SPEAKER_01]: Fred is the linebacker one in the NFL.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, yes, yes, yes, notorious.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_01]: If we had made the NFC game, Fred come back out of put Fred at number two on the list.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_01]: That's awesome.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_01]: Stance is what's up, man.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_01]: Don't see your name in here.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_01]: Lot.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_01]: Fred Warner best NFL player on the planet.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_01]: He should be number one.
- 51:54[SPEAKER_01]: I have no qualms with that.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_01]: None.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_01]: None.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_01]: None.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_01]: Fredgory to have the most force fumbles in the league by the time he retires dude knows how to punch the ball out Yeah, hurt you if he lose the peanut punch.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_01]: There we go Man, dude the chat is awesome dude.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_01]: I love you guys you guys are awesome
- 52:16[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, sorry about that.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_01]: Chaper's dropping F bombs.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, just got serious.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, sorry about that.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_01]: I apologize.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_01]: People like it would have rockers.
- 52:27[SPEAKER_01]: I try not to.
- 52:29[SPEAKER_01]: And I use the curse words.
- 52:32[SPEAKER_01]: purposefully to show like the passion, but I try not to do it too often.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_01]: I apologize if you have little ones in the car, I really am sorry.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_01]: I really am sorry.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, dude, so many in here.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_01]: Been wanting a Warner Jersey for a while.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe this is the year due to its time.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_01]: Like, and, you know, you get Jersey sometime.
- 52:56[SPEAKER_01]: and the player leaves or whatever else and then you don't want to wear the jersey anymore there's nothing Fred Warner could do that would make me want not wanting to wear that jersey right at all like oh dude so good all right so good up we got people arguing about jerseys i love it um... you guys are the best i love it oh freaking love it

- 54:22[SPEAKER_01]: It trusts me.

- 54:26[SPEAKER_01]: We got you covered 49ers
- 54:37[SPEAKER_01]: I got to put this comment in the chat, uh, I hope I don't get back last for this.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_01]: Bucky Fred could punch a baby and I'd wonder what that baby did to deserve it.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_01]: It was carrying the ball loose.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_01]: That's what it was doing.
- 54:49[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, but yeah, we're not pro bunch punching babies on this show, but beautiful comment from Bucky there.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, now who's number one?
- 54:57[SPEAKER_01]: Who's number two?
- 54:58[SPEAKER_01]: Brock Perty.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_01]: Brock.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_01]: Brock number one.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_01]: Perty one.
- 55:02[SPEAKER_01]: Invader says Williams to party one party one.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, Reese says Williams one.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_01]: I love it Yeah, we've got you know James say and CMC would be one Fred to love it love it love it number two On the 20 26 49ers roster countdown the best left tackle to ever put on a uniform any uniform
- 55:24[SPEAKER_01]: Trent Williams comes in number two.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_01]: Who is going to be a first ballot Hall of Famer?
- 55:29[SPEAKER_01]: We're doing the Hall of Fame Watch with a lot of these guys, right.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_01]: Trent is automatic first in and there is no you know he has the most probals for any tackle ever in the NFL ever ever ever ever ever just 12 probals 12
- 55:54[SPEAKER_01]: like Spinal Tap would be jealous.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_01]: This one goes to 12 and he's not done.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_01]: The most ever, the best left tackle to ever played.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Trent Williams, his number rankings, 2022, he is third on this list, 2023, second, 2024, fourth, last year, three this year, too.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_01]: We were getting into the area of Trent's missing, three to five games a year, and that kind of hurt.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_01]: last year Trent was I would argue Trent played better last year than did the previous two seasons.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_01]: So damn good.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_01]: Where's Jersey No.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_01]: 71?
- 56:30[SPEAKER_01]: 6.5.3.20.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_01]: He's 38 years old guys when the season starts 38.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_01]: played for the sooner's only negative about him.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_01]: Born and raised in law view texts, this low post honored in his hometown long view, the Trent Williams day, and low post have a pretty rich football history to say the least.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, if you watched the Hall of Fame game, you saw Haynes King, like that was the same school.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_01]: It's Dad's a coach, one-state championship.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_01]: I saw them play on that state championship run.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_01]: I remember I was at, I think it was,
- 57:07[SPEAKER_01]: Mansfield, Timberview, versus Longview.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_01]: It was in the Cowboy Stadium as the state semifinal.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_01]: Longview's offense was so damn good.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_01]: Mansfield quit kicking off the ball and started on-site in it in the second quarter, because it was just a race to whoever could score the most points.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_01]: Like you just couldn't stop them like our defense is not going to stop them if they have to go 90 yards or 40 yards or we're just on side kicking it every time It was I was like what this is a semi-final state championship game But anyway long view loaded with talent trints the best of the best
- 57:42[SPEAKER_01]: Trump's done so much.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_01]: He's part of a Nike donate over a thousand shoes to kids.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_01]: He does this almost every single offseason.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_01]: He gives back a lot to the community, best friends with Adrian Peterson, two were teammates at Oklahoma and they co-owner Jim and Houston.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_01]: I've known people that worked at that gym.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_01]: Like Nick name is Silverback and he even got announced as Silverback by Roger Cadel whenever he got drafted.
- 58:07[SPEAKER_01]: You can go watch the Silverback documentary.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_01]: go through Trent Williams scare of, you know, he had the sarcoma on the scalp in cancer.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_01]: It surgeries fighting with the Washington franchise.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_01]: It was terrible, man.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_01]: It was just God awful.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_01]: What he had to do.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_01]: The worst franchise worse owner ever snider in all that BS.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_01]: It's shunning hands were there.
- 58:33[SPEAKER_01]: They're the ones responsible for trapped in the first round.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_01]: just got so bad and, you know, they're suing each other and all that stuff and he's basically going to retire unless they trade them.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_01]: Well, the 49ers throw on their hat in the ring with the third and a fifth round pick and robbed the Washington franchise.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_01]: Minnesota Vikings officer, second, but Trent said, you signed, he's trading me their own retiring.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_01]: Dude, dude, chicken, Trent Williams going to win.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_01]: Period.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_01]: Contract negotiations.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_01]: Trent Williams going to win.
- 59:04[SPEAKER_01]: Period.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_01]: Niners got him for a stilt.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_01]: The two players that the Washington team got, Keith Ishmael and Benjamin St. Juice.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_01]: 40 years got Trent F. and Williams.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, crazy crazy crazy crazy.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Trent's talked about 2027 next season.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_01]: He anticipates being his last year.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_01]: And the 49ers in the recent thing, they even put in a holdout clause because Trent cares about money, man.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_01]: He holds out all the damn time.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_01]: I think you can go back and count five separate times, Trent Williams has held out into training camp throughout his career.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_01]: And he's got every single pity.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_01]: You look at the combined.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_01]: amount he's been paid where is it?
- 59:49[SPEAKER_01]: 242 million dollars career earnings.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_01]: The highest for any non-corderback in NFL history.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_01]: Dude's different.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_01]: He's just different.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_01]: And paid rightfully so.
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_01]: He's the most respected player probably in the NFL right now.
- 1:00:04[SPEAKER_01]: Not just the 49ers, but like
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_01]: The trend is different, drafted by Washington den Redskins, forth over all in the first round, best player in that draft by a mile.
- 1:00:16[SPEAKER_01]: In Domic Consues, number two overall, there's only three players still in the NFL from the 2010 draft class, Trent Williams, JPP, Jason Pierre Paul, I'm Brandon Graham, we'll see if JPP and Brandon Graham hold out.
- 1:00:28[SPEAKER_01]: Now the 49er has never had a shot to draft Trent Williams, but...
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go back to a time.
- 1:00:35[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just going to tell you the players that not just drafted.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_01]: It wasn't a bad draft class by any stretch.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_01]: It was a good draft class.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_01]: But it's funny to me.
- 1:00:44[SPEAKER_01]: Michael a party Taylor Mays, Bowman, Nate Biam.
- 1:00:49[SPEAKER_01]: Kyle Williams, Anthony Davis, what's up, Booby, it filled with add-ups.
- 1:00:54[SPEAKER_01]: Put that into perspective with how long-term one has been playing.
- 1:00:58[SPEAKER_01]: It's going into a 16th season.
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_01]: 16th season.
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, 204 games played, I mean, he's played 13,617 snaps, 12 pro bulls most ever for a left tackle.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_01]: Three first team all pros all happened with the 49ers, by the way.
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_01]: Two second team all pros just Part of the Washington Commanders all decade team in the 90s.
- 1:01:24[SPEAKER_01]: His Hall of Fame monitor score.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_01]: Here we go 77.28 19th amongst tackles already ahead of current Hall of Famers Dan Deerdorf, Jimbo Covert, Jackie Slater, Winston Hill He will pass Tony Bicelli in Orlando, pace this season
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_01]: You're talking great, great, great.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_01]: Most pro bowls ever for a left tackle.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_01]: Championship or another pro bowl and he's guaranteed first bell.
- 1:01:50[SPEAKER_01]: I think he's first ball at any way wants to see what that class looks like.
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_01]: But like, probably first ball it.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_01]: probably first ballot.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_01]: You get one more proble all pro championship, whatever, guaranteed first ballot.
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_01]: Like I don't give it to you.
- 1:02:07[SPEAKER_01]: If you've got Tom Brady, Peyton Manney, Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, this dude's getting in first with all of them.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_01]: I don't give it to him about the draft class.
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_01]: That's how good he's been.
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_01]: The injuries, 2020, Miss three games, 2021, Miss two games,
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_01]: last year missed one game and got injured on the very first play week 17 against bears on that pick six takes it down you remember that just so bad ass listen to these pf like last year was a great year for Trent Williams 91.1 overall grade 92 run grade second highest in the NFL pass pro 80.3 like there is some he's not as good as he
- 1:02:57[SPEAKER_01]: But he's still top five left tackle guaranteed.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_01]: Like I don't care.
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_01]: And the funny thing is, you look at all the new contracts that are going out and I love seeing linemen get paid.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_01]: He's currently the fifth highest paid left tackle.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_01]: You're getting a value for what the play that's out there.
- 1:03:15[SPEAKER_01]: Can't, can Trent Williams play pick up where it was last year.
- 1:03:19[SPEAKER_01]: If it can,
- 1:03:21[SPEAKER_01]: went to alo's good in training camp only for a couple of reps a day only gets twenty reps every single day at training camp.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_01]: That's it.
- 1:03:27[SPEAKER_01]: It's there, man.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_01]: I like Trent is still Trent.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_01]: And gosh, that's awesome to to be able to see that.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_00]: Ah, silver back gorilla, I freaking love it, man.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, big Trent, love all the things.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_01]: Love me, so Trent, people are really, really upset.
- 1:03:47[SPEAKER_01]: Tommy, of course you did, it's what it is.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_01]: Never forget his body slams.
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, not as much of that anymore, but whatever, Trent's mad.
- 1:03:55[SPEAKER_01]: There is an affine or a referee or anybody that can get out of the way.
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_01]: And he's gonna slam somebody.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_01]: He's gonna slam somebody look at this Logan.
- 1:04:04[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we're gonna dive into that one.
- 1:04:05[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 1:04:06[SPEAKER_01]: I want to do that now But yeah, Trent Williams crazy.
- 1:04:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, let's make him our kickoff returner I wouldn't want to tackle him Duke and run man.
- 1:04:15[SPEAKER_01]: Even Trent's mediocre performance is better than most left tackles in the league.
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, no doubt about it more.
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he's so freaking good.
- 1:04:25[SPEAKER_01]: I love it.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_01]: I love it.
- 1:04:27[SPEAKER_01]: Oh I freaking love him.
- 1:04:29[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_01]: Number one
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_01]: They're gonna all be one.
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_01]: So most important position in the NFL, it's most important position in pro sports in my opinion.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_01]: Quarterback, Brock Perti, Mr. Relivate, love Brock Perti, man.
- 1:04:46[SPEAKER_01]: His rankings, which I hope we don't just have Brock Perti first all the time, he was 78.
- 1:04:52[SPEAKER_01]: His rookie year, 2022, he was 78 on this list.
- 1:04:58[SPEAKER_01]: Gosh, jumped up to four, but then you had that injury and so that was kind of weird that was coming off to UCI or UCL.
- 1:05:03[SPEAKER_01]: 1 in 2024, 1 in 2025, 1 in 2026, Brock Perti, man.
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_01]: and even in a year where Matt Jones stepped in and was awesome, Brock Perti came back and showed this is why he's the quarterback.
- 1:05:21[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it was just obvious.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_01]: Just keeps winning playoff games.
- 1:05:25[SPEAKER_01]: Dude want to playoff game on the road.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_01]: Brock Perti with the Marcus Robinson SS is number one wide receiver.
- 1:05:33[SPEAKER_01]: Against not one but two all pro corners and one of the top defenses in the NFL and the Philadelphia Eagles.
- 1:05:39[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I get it, wins are not specifically just a quarterback stack.
- 1:05:45[SPEAKER_01]: I understand that, but I'm going to call BS to all the haters out there because it's just like, dude, to Marcus Robinson was his number one wide receiver to Mark's Robinson's 32 years old against two all pro cornerbacks.
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, the prockless monster, I love that clock perdi, dirty perdi.
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, most underrated quarterback in league, and I get it.
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_01]: He was the last pick of the draft.
- 1:06:11[SPEAKER_01]: Niners got lucky as hell, man.
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_01]: Where's the number 13, 612, 20, 612, generous?
- 1:06:19[SPEAKER_01]: 26 years old, pro-perty's a baby, steel.
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_01]: We have rookies older than Brock Perty.
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_01]: The punter, Jack Balmester, is older.
- 1:06:28[SPEAKER_01]: The rookie, then our quarterback.
- 1:06:30[SPEAKER_01]: We have two rookies there, 25 years old.
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I, I, I, I, I went started looking and I, I, I'm going to, I'm going to hold off now.
- 1:06:38[SPEAKER_01]: Now, Brock party played at Iowa State Cyclones.
- 1:06:42[SPEAKER_01]: Born December 27, 1999 in Queens Creek, Arizona.
- 1:06:47[SPEAKER_01]: Middle child of Sean and Carrie Perti who have met and are awesome as advertised and for somebody to raise Perti to be the way they, it sometimes the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in a positive way.
- 1:06:59[SPEAKER_01]: Sean was a minor league baseball player for eight seasons.
- 1:07:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that translates.
- 1:07:04[SPEAKER_01]: Older sister Whitney played softball at South Eastern University.
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_01]: Younger brother Chubba played all over college football.
- 1:07:11[SPEAKER_01]: Florida State, Nebraska, Nevada.
- 1:07:14[SPEAKER_01]: I think he's done.
- 1:07:15[SPEAKER_01]: I think he's done.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody's suing for extra years.
- 1:07:19[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not sure, but I think Chubba's done.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_01]: Didn't make it to the NFL, didn't you draft it?
- 1:07:22[SPEAKER_01]: Not on a roster.
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_01]: Brock Perty played quarterback flag football league as a youngster.
- 1:07:29[SPEAKER_01]: His dad attributed Perty's later success to faster processing speed.
- 1:07:37[SPEAKER_01]: It's a big deal, man.
- 1:07:41[SPEAKER_01]: I would argue the two things that make Brock Perty as great as he is and I love this
- 1:07:55[SPEAKER_01]: and making quick decisions like those are the two things and you put those together that's his superpower.
- 1:08:00[SPEAKER_01]: Now Brock parties first NFL game first NFL start not the Miami Dolphins game.
- 1:08:07[SPEAKER_01]: I think it was the book's game where he beat Tom Brady and his first NFL start like come on storybook.
- 1:08:12[SPEAKER_01]: Good God.
- 1:08:14[SPEAKER_01]: He missed diagnosed the safety blitz pre-snap and got his ribs broke.
- 1:08:18[SPEAKER_01]: no wonder he's figured out all right we've got to figure this out pre-snap if not I want to get my ribs broke But that's what it is.
- 1:08:25[SPEAKER_01]: This dad says you know it playing flag football.
- 1:08:27[SPEAKER_01]: You got to get the ball out in four seconds They count it does one thousand two thousand three thousand four pull the whistle Like it forces you make your decision get it out quick Perti is stated in press reference, you know, he's talked all about his faith big time very very
- 1:08:46[SPEAKER_01]: loud proponent of Christianity.
- 1:08:49[SPEAKER_01]: And where's Jersey number 13?
- 1:08:51[SPEAKER_01]: Because his dad's favorite play was Dan Moreno.
- 1:08:54[SPEAKER_01]: Dan Moreno, like your gloves, buddy.
- 1:08:57[SPEAKER_01]: They're ice atoners.
- 1:08:59[SPEAKER_01]: Brock party gets picked 262.
- 1:09:02[SPEAKER_01]: Mr.
- 1:09:02[SPEAKER_01]: Relevant in the draft.
- 1:09:04[SPEAKER_01]: Nobody ever picked last in the NFL draft has ever started to game in the NFL.
- 1:09:08[SPEAKER_01]: Regardless of position, Brock party.
- 1:09:11[SPEAKER_01]: It's now the franchise quarterback.
- 1:09:13[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh, there's
- 1:09:15[SPEAKER_01]: There's going to be a movie.
- 1:09:17[SPEAKER_01]: No doubt about it.
- 1:09:18[SPEAKER_01]: The starring Timothy Shalame, Mr. irrelevant.
- 1:09:24[SPEAKER_01]: Most valuable player in 2022 draft overall, last picked most valuable.
- 1:09:28[SPEAKER_01]: James Cook Derek Stingley are close behind them, but they're not going to catch them.
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_01]: Only quarterback that worked out of the entire dress.
- 1:09:34[SPEAKER_01]: Same howl is the second best quarterback out of that draft class.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_01]: Going into his fifth season.
- 1:09:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's to be his fourth season as the week one starter.
- 1:09:43[SPEAKER_01]: 53 starts, and just has been so bad ass.
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_01]: Let's actually, I didn't write this down.
- 1:09:51[SPEAKER_01]: Let's see here.
- 1:09:52[SPEAKER_01]: What is this overall record?
- 1:09:55[SPEAKER_01]: As a quarterback, it's pretty bad ass, by the way.
- 1:09:58[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, come on, man, give us his, there it is.
- 1:10:03[SPEAKER_01]: His quarterback record is 30 in 15.
- 1:10:05[SPEAKER_01]: That's a two to one, win the loss percentage.
- 1:10:07[SPEAKER_01]: That's 10 and five every year.
- 1:10:13[SPEAKER_01]: you win when Brock party is the quarterback.
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_01]: It's very, very simple.
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_01]: 13,000 plus yards past 467% completion percentage.
- 1:10:22[SPEAKER_01]: 92 touchdowns to 41 interceptions above the 2-1 touchdown interception ratio.
- 1:10:26[SPEAKER_01]: And some of the critics, he has gotten pretty turnover.
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_01]: The turnover ratio could be improved.
- 1:10:32[SPEAKER_01]: greedy party the past two seasons is definitely a thing like he wants big place and he'll put the ball in jeopardy to get them.
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_01]: Rush Yards, this is one of the things that just extends drives.
- 1:10:47[SPEAKER_01]: 786 Rush Yards, 12 rushing touchdowns.
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_01]: You can see the Dougie, that's out there.
- 1:10:51[SPEAKER_01]: Anticipation, scapability, his quick area burst.
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_01]: It's awesome.
- 1:10:55[SPEAKER_01]: It's awesome.
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_01]: It's awesome.
- 1:10:58[SPEAKER_01]: Four playoff game winning drives.
- 1:11:01[SPEAKER_01]: It's playing eight games.
- 1:11:04[SPEAKER_01]: Half of them, he wins it at the end.
- 1:11:06[SPEAKER_01]: Already more playoff wins than DAC press got Tony Romo combined for their careers.
- 1:11:11[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe my favorite stat suck at cowboys I He the cowboys Pro bowl in 2023.
- 1:11:19[SPEAKER_01]: I think he was fit in MVP voting that year and it fell passing rating leader in 2023 No Hall of Fame monitor score yet.
- 1:11:27[SPEAKER_01]: He's 26 but
- 1:11:30[SPEAKER_01]: you get a ring, maybe an all pro keep stacking those numbers, then we'll see, definitely not a Hall of Fame conversation yet, but being the last pick in the draft, doing what he has become.
- 1:11:45[SPEAKER_01]: Start stacking those numbers.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_01]: He's 26 guys, he's younger than Justin Herbert, Jalen Hertz, Trevor Lawrence.
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_01]: He's got so much time to build.
- 1:11:57[SPEAKER_01]: You look at him in 49ers history.
- 1:11:59[SPEAKER_01]: He's currently ninth in passing the arts all the time for 49ers.
- 1:12:02[SPEAKER_01]: But this season, if he just plays like 10 games, he's passing Colin Kaepernick, Jimmy Garoppolo, Alex Smith.
- 1:12:08[SPEAKER_01]: He's passing all of them to be number six.
- 1:12:10[SPEAKER_01]: He really got passing touchdowns.
- 1:12:12[SPEAKER_01]: He seventh could finish the year's highest fourth.
- 1:12:15[SPEAKER_01]: He's 26.
- 1:12:17[SPEAKER_01]: This is how old quarterbacks come out of the draft right now.
- 1:12:20[SPEAKER_01]: This dude's going in his fourth year starting.
- 1:12:24[SPEAKER_01]: Now injuries, a prox pretty little bit of an issue, 23 concussions, it had some issues.
- 1:12:30[SPEAKER_01]: Next, stingers, you know, then he had that torn UCL, that was huge against Philly and the playoffs, but came back and started week one, 2024 shoulder strain week 11, elbow bruise week 17, sat out of meaningless week 18 game, last year had the turf toe injury.
- 1:12:48[SPEAKER_01]: bottom back too soon Matt Jones got hurt so now you're back up's hurt so you push party to come back early to self-infit the staff is terrible gets re-edger finally returned week 11 and just showed how bad as he was oh he was so good last year now it's kind of five year 265 million dollar till he's made some money $49.3 million so far and you know
- 1:13:19[SPEAKER_01]: It's the 15 highest paid quarterback and it's current state.
- 1:13:25[SPEAKER_01]: It's already a value deal.
- 1:13:26[SPEAKER_01]: It's already a value deal.
- 1:13:29[SPEAKER_01]: Like people getting upset every time somebody pays a quarterback, but like all the new quarterback deals surpass him.
- 1:13:36[SPEAKER_01]: He's the 15th highest paid quarterback as is.
- 1:13:39[SPEAKER_01]: And he's got freaking years on top of his contract.
- 1:13:50[SPEAKER_01]: This dude's got five more seasons under contract.
- 1:13:53[SPEAKER_01]: Now, there is a balloon payment in cap.
- 1:13:58[SPEAKER_01]: The cap shoots up to a $56.9 million cap hit in 2028 season.
- 1:14:04[SPEAKER_01]: It's basically a built-in restructure.
- 1:14:06[SPEAKER_01]: This is,
- 1:14:07[SPEAKER_01]: Jalen Hurts was the first contract to do this to where you're just building these restructures into the deal, uh, started with Patrick Mahomes, the Eagles took it a whole other level, and we're just saying, dude, there's guaranteed restructure at this point.
- 1:14:21[SPEAKER_01]: Brock pretty is going to be a 49er for a long time.
- 1:14:23[SPEAKER_01]: No, the way quarterbacks are playing until the 35, 36, whatever.
- 1:14:27[SPEAKER_01]: Who knows, Brock pretty could be amongst the league leaders in a
- 1:14:37[SPEAKER_01]: You look at just last year, the 49ers were on pace, most passing yards per game, and that's what Matt Jones and Brock party there, like touchdowns per game, passing to like, the sky is the limit.
- 1:14:48[SPEAKER_01]: Now, potential, we'll have to see where that goes.
- 1:14:52[SPEAKER_01]: But in the words of Kyle Shannahand, I want Brock party to be the quarterback for this team as long as I'm the coach.
- 1:14:59[SPEAKER_01]: Brock party is the guy.
- 1:15:01[SPEAKER_01]: And for those of you that are still not on the Brock party, freaking wagon.
- 1:15:07[SPEAKER_01]: What the fuck you waitin' on, man?
- 1:15:08[SPEAKER_01]: Like, come on, there's two categories.
- 1:15:12[SPEAKER_01]: There's people that understand Brock Pertis to quarterback for a very long time, and then there's non-smart people.
- 1:15:18[SPEAKER_01]: What's want are you?
- 1:15:19[SPEAKER_01]: Really, I'm the guy that does his job.
- 1:15:21[SPEAKER_01]: You must be the other guy.
- 1:15:23[SPEAKER_01]: Like, come on, man.
- 1:15:26[SPEAKER_01]: Like, Brock is the guy.
- 1:15:29[SPEAKER_01]: Brock is the guy.
- 1:15:30[SPEAKER_01]: A topic.
- 1:15:31[SPEAKER_01]: How many Dougie dances is he doing this?
- 1:15:33[SPEAKER_01]: He did it.
- 1:15:33[SPEAKER_01]: Practice the other day.
- 1:15:35[SPEAKER_01]: The layer king, I do like that name.
- 1:15:37[SPEAKER_00]: I do like that name.
- 1:15:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Reese, I just don't understand the Brock hate.
- 1:15:42[SPEAKER_01]: I get it from a national media, you know, correspondent level because you put out your draft takes all the time, right?
- 1:15:50[SPEAKER_01]: And this is the best draft quarterback.
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_01]: And this is, this is nobody rated party.
- 1:15:54[SPEAKER_01]: I was one.
- 1:15:54[SPEAKER_01]: Even after they attracted Brock pretty, I went back through his statement.
- 1:15:57[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, this ain't it.
- 1:15:59[SPEAKER_01]: I was wrong.
- 1:16:01[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know why people can't say you're wrong.
- 1:16:04[SPEAKER_01]: Like, the draft is like a 50, 50 crap shoot for first round quarterbacks.
- 1:16:08[SPEAKER_01]: Let alone seventh round quarterbacks.
- 1:16:11[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody was wrong on Tom Brady.
- 1:16:12[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody was wrong on property.
- 1:16:14[SPEAKER_01]: Even the 49ers were wrong on property.
- 1:16:17[SPEAKER_01]: Even the Patriots were wrong on Tom Brady.
- 1:16:20[SPEAKER_01]: If you were right, you take them in the first round, not the seventh.
- 1:16:24[SPEAKER_01]: You got luckier, but not luckier than everybody else, right?
- 1:16:28[SPEAKER_01]: You got
- 1:16:30[SPEAKER_01]: You got it less wrong than anybody else.
- 1:16:33[SPEAKER_01]: That should be the way in which we talk about.
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_01]: You were less wrong about Brock party than everybody else, but guess what, Kyle Shannon?
- 1:16:40[SPEAKER_01]: You were still wrong about Brock party.
- 1:16:42[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody was.
- 1:16:43[SPEAKER_01]: You were just less wrong than everybody else.
- 1:16:47[SPEAKER_01]: I was wrong.
- 1:16:49[SPEAKER_01]: Period.
- 1:16:50[SPEAKER_01]: Period.
- 1:16:51[SPEAKER_01]: Um, yeah, what's up V. He will never get enough love from the NFL as a whole, but Brock is a lead in perfect for this team.
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_01]: You got to win a championship.
- 1:17:01[SPEAKER_01]: You got to get in an all-pro.
- 1:17:02[SPEAKER_01]: Got to get MVP.
- 1:17:04[SPEAKER_01]: You do those things and ain't going away.
- 1:17:07[SPEAKER_01]: And I like, okay, this is going to go down a weird angle.
- 1:17:12[SPEAKER_01]: But then you see guys like Joe Burrow.
- 1:17:15[SPEAKER_01]: I love Joe Burrow.
- 1:17:16[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, here it is.
- 1:17:17[SPEAKER_01]: Any time John Chapman says he loves a player, you're about to get the biggest butt ever.
- 1:17:21[SPEAKER_01]: But, Joe Burrow has had one great year, and it was great.
- 1:17:26[SPEAKER_01]: His teams have won more than nine games, what twice?
- 1:17:30[SPEAKER_01]: Like his teams have losing records all the time.
- 1:17:34[SPEAKER_01]: He has the best wide receivers in the NFL.
- 1:17:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the offensive line, a bad brand of thorn just ranked the Bengals offensive line 16th that's average with the best wide receivers in the NFL.
- 1:17:45[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I, I don't know, man.
- 1:17:48[SPEAKER_01]: Like, people hold on to certain narratives and don't let it go.
- 1:17:53[SPEAKER_01]: There is Joe Peros awesome.
- 1:17:56[SPEAKER_01]: He's very, very good.
- 1:17:58[SPEAKER_01]: And if you put Joe Burrell and Brock Perti, and you get 32 NFL GMs and you ask them what's quarterback to you want, I'm going to probably say 25 quarterbacks would choose Joe Burrell, but whenever you look at the careers that Joe Burrell and Brock Perti have had, it is night and day difference.
- 1:18:16[SPEAKER_01]: Brock Perti is the better quarterback.
- 1:18:18[SPEAKER_01]: It's just this.
- 1:18:19[SPEAKER_01]: Now, combined that with Shanahan and whatever else, do Joe Burrell's going to
- 1:18:28[SPEAKER_01]: Brock party want to play off game on the road.
- 1:18:30[SPEAKER_01]: He gets the one of the best he fits in the NFL with the Marcus Robinson as his number one quarterback Tony Stark built this in a cave like It's not the same.
- 1:18:43[SPEAKER_01]: It is not the same But because Joe Burrow what he did in college at LSU number one pick and he's freaking McColley Kalkin and all those different things I'm just saying these are two
- 1:18:58[SPEAKER_01]: narrative builders that people are wrong on.
- 1:19:02[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not saying Joe Perl is bad.
- 1:19:04[SPEAKER_01]: I'm saying what he has done collectively through his seasons through his career, do not scratch the surface of what Brock Perl has done.
- 1:19:13[SPEAKER_01]: Period.
- 1:19:16[SPEAKER_01]: One year for Perl was all there for Perl was awesome, not the same.
- 1:19:21[SPEAKER_01]: Just not to say what Tom and Louis
- 1:19:27[SPEAKER_01]: to Brock Party's the freaking man.
- 1:19:29[SPEAKER_01]: Best anticipatory thrower in the league, love it, in the party, dude, he's fit best odds to win MVP.
- 1:19:38[SPEAKER_01]: He's getting respect from Vegas, just not to talking heads, you know what I mean?
- 1:19:43[SPEAKER_01]: And that's okay.
- 1:19:43[SPEAKER_01]: All right here, I think the Brock Party movie should be played by Billy Bob Thornton.
- 1:19:48[SPEAKER_01]: He'll be the dad.
- 1:19:52[SPEAKER_01]: I love it, man.
- 1:19:53[SPEAKER_01]: I'm quite happy.
- 1:19:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Joe, that Prock is our quarterback.
- 1:19:56[SPEAKER_01]: Screw the haters.
- 1:19:58[SPEAKER_01]: There are channels out there that you should go listen to anyway.
- 1:20:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:20:04[SPEAKER_01]: I love it, man.
- 1:20:06[SPEAKER_01]: Love it, love it, love it.
- 1:20:07[SPEAKER_01]: Now the chat is just freaking fire.
- 1:20:09[SPEAKER_01]: There's no way I can catch up.
- 1:20:10[SPEAKER_01]: There's no way.
- 1:20:11[SPEAKER_01]: I'll just run them over on Twitch.
- 1:20:12[SPEAKER_01]: Appreciate you.
- 1:20:13[SPEAKER_01]: It pretty look like Burrow or Herbert.
- 1:20:15[SPEAKER_01]: No one would say anything about it.
- 1:20:19[SPEAKER_01]: He's awesome, man.
- 1:20:20[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, he's so freaking good.
- 1:20:23[SPEAKER_01]: And I was at that Miami game.
- 1:20:26[SPEAKER_01]: Well, yeah, I've shared this story a few times a handful of times whenever Jimmy Garoppolo got hurt.
- 1:20:30[SPEAKER_01]: I threw my hands up.
- 1:20:31[SPEAKER_01]: I was so pissed.
- 1:20:32[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, oh, time to go get some beers.

- 1:20:55[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody starts cheering again.
- 1:20:56[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like oh nice.
- 1:20:58[SPEAKER_01]: It just didn't stop.
- 1:21:01[SPEAKER_00]: Gosh man.
