- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_00]: Secretary of State Marco Rubio just received the kind of welcome in Peru that just months ago would have been absolutely unthinkable.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_00]: Left-disc governments throughout Latin America are disappearing and the Trump administration is realigning the world like never before.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_00]: A political revolution is underway.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_00]: All the alliances are collapsing and President Trump is quietly constructing a new order all across
- 0:53[SPEAKER_00]: The Western Hemisphere stigma very end to this video because we're about to find out why Rubio's historic tour may be one of the clearest signs yet that Latin America as a whole is turning right and that the entire civilizational balance of the Americas is about to change forever.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your patron professor, and join yet another glorious day in the civilizational awakening that's remaking our entire world so if you want to front row see on all the latest developments in this new conservative age rising, you know what to do, make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_00]: Secretary of State Marco Rubio has just completed a Latin American tour beginning in Colombia, continuing to Ecuador.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: and concluding in Peru.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: These were not random stops, all three nations are now led by Trump, friendly conservative presidents, and what's being called the Trumpification of Latin America, and the stated agenda brought together three issues that Washington once treated separately.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_00]: cartel warfare, strategic trade and the reconstruction of pro-American civilizational alliances.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_00]: Rubio himself said the three countries share interest with the United States in confronting transnational criminal terrorism and expanding economic engagement.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_00]: This tour was designed to convert a series of election victories into a durable, hemispheric architecture.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: Not merely a collection of friendly governments, but an increasingly integrated block as noted the tour ended with an emotional climax in Peru.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: Rubio was greeted on the red carpet by their foreign minister and he received full honors before meeting the recently elected president, Keiko Fujimori at the government palace.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_00]: Fujimori told Rubio that his visit represents far more than an official meeting.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_00]: It symbolized two nations that have a shared commitment to freedom, independence, and sovereignty for 200 years.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: And then she announced that Peru would become a central part of President Trump's shield of the Americas, giving its government faster intelligence and stronger coordination against criminal organizations that to obviously do not recognize national borders.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: Now, of course, the legacy media wants to reduce this to just be on another
- 3:18[SPEAKER_00]: frightening lurch to the far right the so called far right, but that label conceals far more than it explains across Latin America voters have indeed elevated leaders promising border enforcement public order.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_00]: national sovereignty, market reform, and close a relationship with the United States.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_00]: Columbia and Peru recently joined Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, and Panama in a broad right word movement that's reversed much of what was called the pink tide of the early 2020s.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: When leftists were winning the continent, but isn't it interesting that the moment you get rid
- 4:03[SPEAKER_00]: isn't it fascinating how much of the global left begins to disappear?
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: And that's exactly what we're seeing in Latin America.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the deeper layer to this, the layer that most commentators deliberately miss.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is not merely a Latin American swing from left to right.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_00]: It's a civilizational realignment of the entire Western hemisphere.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_00]: The original Monroe Doctrine of 1823 warned the European empires that the independent nations of the Americas were no longer open to recolonization.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: Trump's renewed doctrine, what's affectionately known as the Don Road Doctrine, updates that principle for an age in which the danger isn't
- 4:48[SPEAKER_00]: simply European armies landing on American shores.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_00]: The new challenge comes through cartel networks uncontrolled migration, strategic ports, critical mineral supply chains, telecommunication systems, energy assets, and extra hemispheric powers acquiring leverage in America's own neighborhood.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why the Trump administration's national security strategy declares that the United
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: Deny non-Hemmospheric rivals control of strategically vital assets, and make America the region's economic and security partner of choice.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: The 2026 National Defense Strategy goes further.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_00]: directing the military to restore American dominance in the hemisphere and protect access to key terrain from the Arctic to South America.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: So this is what it means to understand the United States not nearly as one interchangeable nation state among nearly 200 around the world, but rather to understand the United States as a rising civilization state.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_00]: a nation that recognizes itself as the political epicenter of a wider historic cultural world.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: So America's not simply Washington, D.C., it is the organizing power of a continental civilization shaped by the classical and Christian inheritance.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_00]: the sovereignty of independent republics, the rule of law, the dignity of the family, commercial dynamism, and the conviction that the peoples of the new world should determine their future free from hostile overseas empires.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_00]: So a civilization state,
- 6:34[SPEAKER_00]: doesn't have to erase the sovereignty of its neighbors.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_00]: Properly ordered, it does the opposite.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_00]: It actually creates a protective structure in which distinct nations cooperate because they recognize that shared enemy, shared enemies, shared interests, and shared inheritance mean civilizational flourishing for everyone.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_00]: So that's precisely why Rubio's promise and Lima matters.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: America possesses the capacity to act, but Trump's strategy is strongest when sovereign allies ask for cooperation and contribute to the common defense.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: And Rubio clearly understands the new civilization moment we're in.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: But let me ask you, how about you?
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: are you still doing things the old way?
- 7:22[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, prices keep going up, the economy feels increasingly uncertain, markets can and do turn on a dime, and for many Americans simply working hard saving what you can and hoping your retirement accounts or social security take care of you, it just doesn't feel as secure as it once did.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_00]: The frustrating part is that you could do everything you were told to do, everything you're supposed to do, and still feel like you're falling farther behind.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: And what if there were another way?
- 7:53[SPEAKER_00]: What if you could learn how to use one of the greatest wealth-building vehicles ever created and do it in a way that's simple, systematic and based on common sense?
- 8:03[SPEAKER_00]: What if you didn't need employees or inventory or customers or a second job?
- 8:09[SPEAKER_00]: What if you could develop a simple skill that you can use from virtually anywhere on your own schedule and potentially put to work for years to come?
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: What's the incredible wealth building vehicle I'm talking about here?
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it's called the stock market.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm not talking about risky and expensive trading.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_00]: A good friend of mine, Ryan, has been trading and studying the markets for more than 23 years.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_00]: And when he showed me the common sense strategies he's used for over 20 years and the actual trades that his students have taken recently.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_00]: I was blown away.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: Ryan is going to show you actual trades from the last several weeks, including some very impressive student trades, and you're going to see exactly how these trades were identified using a simple story framework, why they made sense, and how the process works, step by step in the best part is that you learn the process, you practice it, and you understand why it works, you get comfortable with it all, before.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_00]: deploying significant capital, right?
- 9:16[SPEAKER_00]: You'll learn first, you practice then you decide when you're ready to put real money behind it.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly why I asked Ryan to put together a special free live training exclusively for a turly talks community.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_00]: Now this is some generic training he's giving everybody.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_00]: to be created specifically for you and it's brand new.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to walk you through these real-world trades that show you the strategy step-by-step that will give you additional action-packed information to help you understand what it actually takes to become a successful disciplined trader.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_00]: The trading is happening September 21st with two opportunities to attend to
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: 12 p.m. Eastern and 8 p.m. Eastern.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: So go right now to early training dot com and reserve your spot again.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_00]: That's early training dot com and remember this training is exclusively for our early talks community.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_00]: So make sure you show up to unlock the special bonuses and additional training that Ryan has prepared for you.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_00]: Go to early training dot com and reserve your spot today.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_00]: The official strategy calls this approach enlist and expand, so enlist established friends to control migration, stop drug flows, and secure land sea, and then you expand by cultivating new partners and making the United States the preferred economic and security partner throughout the hemisphere.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly what Marco Rubius Tore put into practice.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: So Columbia signed mineral and nuclear agreements, Ecuador, deep in operational cooperation against designated terrorist gangs, Peru joined the shield of America's all three discussed trade, investment, security, and strategic supply chains.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_00]: These are effectively the concentric circles of a new hemispheric order.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_00]: sovereign conservative governments on the inside, shared intelligence and counter-cartel operations around them, American capital, technology, military power, providing strategic depth, and a clear warning to hostile foreign powers that the age of exploiting Washington's neglect, so, aptly, symbolized by the degenerating Biden administration, those days are over, permanently.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_00]: For decades, globalism told Americans that geography no longer mattered, even as our border collapsed and cartels built transnational empires and foreign rivals bought influence on the strategic assets of our neighbors.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_00]: Trump is effectively reversing that globalist gambit.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: Homeland First
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: hemisphere, second, and then the wider world.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_00]: That's not isolationism.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_00]: It's what's technically called civilizational realism.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: If America refuses to lead its own hemisphere, cartels, hostel regimes, extracontinental powers, they will all gladly fill the vacuum, of course, which they did during the Biden era.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why Marco Rubio's welcome in Peru was so significant.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_00]: The red carpet, the ovation, the presidential embrace, and Peru's entry into the shield of the Americas.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_00]: They were all signs of a political door opening after decades of neglect, a Cuban American Secretary of State, traveled through three newly aligned South American nations, speaking
- 12:51[SPEAKER_00]: but the confident language of order, sovereignty, prosperity, and common defense.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_00]: Behind them, of course, stood a president who's formally placed the entire Western Hemisphere at the top of America's strategic priorities, and in a matter of mere months, the civilization of transformation of the Western Hemisphere will be for all practical purposes complete.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_00]: The entire world is waking up.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: The age of the civilizational right is upon us.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: And the left, as President Javier Miele of Argentina often celebrates, the left has absolutely no answer for it.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_00]: Freedom advances, and there is no turning back.
