Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. One of the most important things for Prince
• 0:07
Speaker 1: Andrew has always been his status. And that's because he
• 0:11
Speaker 1: knew that that was the vehicle to get him where
• 0:13
Speaker 1: he wanted to go. And he had no problem using
• 0:16
Speaker 1: that status to do exactly that. And of all the
• 0:19
Speaker 1: people that have faced repercussions over Jeffrey Epstein and their
• 0:23
Speaker 1: relationship with him, I think that Prince Andrew has probably
• 0:27
Speaker 1: suffered the most. And that's because he's lost all these
• 0:31
Speaker 1: prestigious titles. And he's not even a prince anymore. So
• 0:35
Speaker 1: if anybody has faced repercussions, it's been Prince Andrew. And
• 0:40
Speaker 1: I think one of the biggest blows to him is
• 0:42
Speaker 1: the fact that he's been uninvited from every single family event.
• 0:47
Speaker 1: This dude's not invited over for anything. Whether it's Christmas
• 0:52
Speaker 1: or the Order of the Garter Ceremony. So today we
• 0:56
Speaker 1: have an article from LBC and the headline. Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor
• 1:01
Speaker 1: has been left feeling more isolated than ever after his
• 1:03
Speaker 1: exclusion from a major royal event. Imagine all the allegations
• 1:09
Speaker 1: that have been made against Andrew and that's what he's
• 1:11
Speaker 1: worried about, not being invited for tea and crumpets. The
• 1:16
Speaker 1: King and Queen and Prince William donned black velvet ostrich
• 1:19
Speaker 1: plumed hats and robes on Monday as they processed through
• 1:23
Speaker 1: the grounds outside Windsor Castle for the Ancient Order of
• 1:26
Speaker 1: the Garter Ceremony. All this pomp and circumstance that happens
• 1:31
Speaker 1: with the monarchy is very odd to me. Like, the
• 1:36
Speaker 1: Order of the Garter? I mean, maybe back in the
• 1:38
Speaker 1: year like 1612 or some shit, that's cool, but I
• 1:42
Speaker 1: really just don't see the relevance in current times. Unless,
• 1:46
Speaker 1: of course, you're talking about dress-up time for a bunch
• 1:49
Speaker 1: of rich, well-to-do people and royals. I mean, I guess
• 1:54
Speaker 1: it makes sense then, but I think that most outside
• 1:57
Speaker 1: observers think it's a waste of money and a waste
• 1:59
Speaker 1: of time. Absent from the procession was the disgraced former
• 2:04
Speaker 1: Duke of York, who was stripped of his order of
• 2:06
Speaker 1: the garter on her last October over his links to
• 2:09
Speaker 1: the sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein. A source told the Daily
• 2:13
Speaker 1: Express that garter day would be a really tough day
• 2:16
Speaker 1: for Andrew. They said, he's become used to watching his
• 2:19
Speaker 1: family celebrate trooping without him, but garter day will be
• 2:22
Speaker 1: a really tough day for him. It's one of the
• 2:25
Speaker 1: days that reminds him of all that he's lost. He's
• 2:28
Speaker 1: feeling more isolated than ever. He's completely alone. Breaking news,
• 2:32
Speaker 1: nobody cares. If anybody has earned their fate, it's this dude.
• 2:38
Speaker 1: Of all the people we talk about, I know I've
• 2:40
Speaker 1: said it before, but I'll say it again. Andrew sickens
• 2:42
Speaker 1: me the most. This man had the whole entire world
• 2:46
Speaker 1: handed up to him from the time he was born.
• 2:48
Speaker 1: He could have done anything with his life. And this
• 2:51
Speaker 1: is what he chose. So I don't give a damn
• 2:54
Speaker 1: if you feel isolated. If it was up to me,
• 2:57
Speaker 1: you'd be shipped off to Antarctica. The disgraced royal, who
• 3:01
Speaker 1: became a member of the order in 2006, had previously
• 3:04
Speaker 1: joined in the festivities and procession. Last year, he attended
• 3:08
Speaker 1: the non-public pre-ceremony lunch, but he has now been removed
• 3:12
Speaker 1: from the order. Well, yeah, when you're this disgraced, what
• 3:16
Speaker 1: are you supposed to do? Like, should the king and
• 3:18
Speaker 1: the royal family just ignore it like they did for
• 3:21
Speaker 1: all the years leading up to this? Because I assure you,
• 3:24
Speaker 1: that's why they're in the position to That they're in now.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: If they would have just met this head on. And
• 3:31
Speaker 1: thrown Andrew to the wolves where he belonged. Then they
• 3:33
Speaker 1: would have avoided all of this. And the queen's legacy
• 3:36
Speaker 1: would be intact. But unfortunately it's not. And anybody who's
• 3:41
Speaker 1: a neutral observer. Who looks at how this all went down.
• 3:45
Speaker 1: Can't help but walk away and say. Look the queen.
• 3:48
Speaker 1: Was at fault. She protected him. She enabled him. And
• 3:52
Speaker 1: she could have made sure that Andrew did the right
• 3:54
Speaker 1: thing instead. But she didn't. So now her legacy is
• 3:57
Speaker 1: being dragged down by this anchor known as Andrew. So yeah,
• 4:03
Speaker 1: your bitch ass should be removed from every order. In fact,
• 4:06
Speaker 1: they should send his ass to the space station. It's
• 4:09
Speaker 1: believed that this is the first year that Andrew has
• 4:11
Speaker 1: not attended in any capacity at all. I mean, he
• 4:14
Speaker 1: was just arrested. There's a lot going on as far
• 4:17
Speaker 1: as his own case and the investigation in the UK.
• 4:21
Speaker 1: Never mind what's going on in America. So there was
• 4:23
Speaker 1: zero shot that he was going to this thing at all.
• 4:26
Speaker 1: privately or publicly. His complete exclusion comes after the King
• 4:33
Speaker 1: took away all of his remaining titles last year, along
• 4:36
Speaker 1: with his royal title, Prince and Duke of York, as
• 4:39
Speaker 1: controversy mounted over his links with Jeffrey Epstein. And I
• 4:43
Speaker 1: know we all want to give Charles credit for doing
• 4:45
Speaker 1: what he's done, but he's had no choice. Do you
• 4:48
Speaker 1: really think he wants to do this? Do you think
• 4:51
Speaker 1: he wants to deal with Andrew in any capacity whatsoever?
• 4:55
Speaker 1: But he has to. and his hand is forced. But
• 4:59
Speaker 1: for the royal family, the best scenario would have been
• 5:01
Speaker 1: for all of this to continue to be whitewashed and downplayed.
• 5:06
Speaker 1: That was the strategy up until recently, up until these
• 5:08
Speaker 1: files were released, and absolutely destroyed their narrative. But leading
• 5:13
Speaker 1: up to that, forget it. The palace had nothing to say.
• 5:17
Speaker 1: The palace had no kind of plan to deal with
• 5:21
Speaker 1: what was happening, and now the queen has just passed
• 5:23
Speaker 1: the buck to King Charles. And we all know he's
• 5:28
Speaker 1: not equipped to deal with this. The dude is old
• 5:31
Speaker 1: and he has cancer. Never mind all the other issues
• 5:34
Speaker 1: going on. Andrew's now living in Norfolk while police investigate
• 5:40
Speaker 1: allegations of misconduct in public office. He was arrested on
• 5:43
Speaker 1: suspicion of misconduct in public office in February and then
• 5:46
Speaker 1: released under investigation. Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing. Well, yeah,
• 5:54
Speaker 1: what's he going to do, admit it? Well, you guys
• 5:56
Speaker 1: got me. Shucks, I'm caught. Everything you said about me
• 6:00
Speaker 1: is true. All the rumors about Epstein, those are true.
• 6:04
Speaker 1: What Virginia said, that's true. I mean, come on. He's
• 6:09
Speaker 1: not going to say a damn thing. I think he
• 6:11
Speaker 1: learned his lesson with that dumbass interview on BBC with
• 6:15
Speaker 1: Emily Maitlis. Probably the worst decision somebody has ever made.
• 6:21
Speaker 1: Imagine being as guilty as Andrew looks and then you
• 6:25
Speaker 1: go up there and you have this interview on BBC
• 6:27
Speaker 1: And you're talking about kits? You're talking about pizza joints?
• 6:31
Speaker 1: You're talking about not sweating? And then, as the cherry
• 6:36
Speaker 1: on top, you leave that interview thinking you did a
• 6:39
Speaker 1: great job. Oh yeah, things went great. I'm a great guy.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: Everybody's gonna believe my story. Meanwhile, nobody believed it. And
• 6:49
Speaker 1: after we all picked our jaws up, we let them know.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: But this bumbling fool thought he did a great job
• 6:55
Speaker 1: and thought that the idea... Of sitting down for that interview.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: Was top notch. Well guess what. Just like everything else.
• 7:02
Speaker 1: That this man touched. It turned to shit. He was
• 7:07
Speaker 1: last seen at the weekend. Just hours before the king's
• 7:10
Speaker 1: official birthday parade. Trooping the color. Took place in London.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: The order of the garter. Founded by Edward the third.
• 7:17
Speaker 1: In 1348. Is the oldest chivalry order. In Britain. I
• 7:22
Speaker 1: mean cool. I love the history. And I certainly love. Medieval.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: English history. Some of the coolest shit in the world.
• 7:30
Speaker 1: I mean, you got the War of the Roses. You
• 7:33
Speaker 1: have the conquest from William the Conqueror. You know, just
• 7:37
Speaker 1: a whole host of world-changing events. And I really find
• 7:40
Speaker 1: the history of England to be super fascinating. One of
• 7:44
Speaker 1: my favorite topics. But with that said, all these different
• 7:47
Speaker 1: orders and all of these different, you know, groups that
• 7:50
Speaker 1: they have, it's all outdated. Now, the flip side of
• 7:53
Speaker 1: that argument is that it's about tradition. and there is
• 7:57
Speaker 1: a valid argument to be made there as well. 100%.
• 8:00
Speaker 1: Tradition is important, but so is holding people like Andrew
• 8:04
Speaker 1: accountable when they should be held accountable. Thousands of spectators
• 8:09
Speaker 1: gathered to watch the procession, which saw the Knights of
• 8:11
Speaker 1: the Order of the Garter walk down to St. George's
• 8:14
Speaker 1: Chapel after their annual lunch. Among those in the procession
• 8:18
Speaker 1: were the King, the Queen, traditionally at the rear of
• 8:20
Speaker 1: the Knights, while further ahead was the Prince of Wales,
• 8:24
Speaker 1: Duke of Edinburgh, and Princess Royal. The king, who is
• 8:28
Speaker 1: sovereign of the garter, personally chooses 24 companions who have
• 8:31
Speaker 1: held public office, contributed in a particular way to national life,
• 8:36
Speaker 1: or served the monarch personally. So, all of his buddies.
• 8:41
Speaker 1: Got it. It's a big-ass club, folks, and you are
• 8:44
Speaker 1: not invited. Other garter knights included former Prime Minister Sir
• 8:49
Speaker 1: Tony Blair, Lord Patton, the last British governor of Hong Kong,
• 8:53
Speaker 1: and West End musical Impresario, Lord Lloyd Webber, all in
• 8:58
Speaker 1: their blue velvet mantles and black velvet hats with white
• 9:02
Speaker 1: ostrich plumes. I'm pretty sure people that are starving in
• 9:05
Speaker 1: the UK don't give a shit. People that can't pay
• 9:08
Speaker 1: their bills don't give a shit. And people being targeted
• 9:12
Speaker 1: by grooming gangs, sure they don't give a shit, but sure,
• 9:15
Speaker 1: have fun with your little costume party. During the St.
• 9:19
Speaker 1: George service, three new garter knights were invested, historian and
• 9:23
Speaker 1: former journalist, Lord Peter Hennessy, ex-Cabinet Secretary and Head of
• 9:27
Speaker 1: Civil Service Lord Gus O'Donnell, and former Chief Justice Lord
• 9:31
Speaker 1: Ian Burnett. So look, as far as Andrew goes, there's
• 9:35
Speaker 1: no way that he's going to be invited to any
• 9:37
Speaker 1: of this stuff ever again. And when you want to
• 9:39
Speaker 1: talk about people that are being punished, Andrew most certainly
• 9:43
Speaker 1: is being punished. Now it's not what it should be,
• 9:46
Speaker 1: especially if you believe that what Virginia was saying is true,
• 9:50
Speaker 1: but at least there are some kind of repercussions. And
• 9:53
Speaker 1: if you want the truth, I thought Andrew would be
• 9:56
Speaker 1: the last person to be dealing with them. I always
• 9:59
Speaker 1: thought that Andrew... would come out of this pretty much unscathed. Oh, sure,
• 10:03
Speaker 1: his reputation took a hit. But besides that, I didn't
• 10:07
Speaker 1: think that Andrew would end up facing any real consequence.
• 10:10
Speaker 1: Certainly never thought I'd see him get arrested. So who
• 10:13
Speaker 1: knows what will happen next? We know that the investigation
• 10:16
Speaker 1: has expanded, and we know that the investigators are looking
• 10:19
Speaker 1: for a whole host of crimes, whether that has to
• 10:21
Speaker 1: do with public corruption or anything else. If there's anything
• 10:25
Speaker 1: to find, I think they'll find it. But you know
• 10:28
Speaker 1: what I'm sure of? I'm sure that Prince Andrew's days
• 10:31
Speaker 1: of playing dress-up and LARPing around, like some great knight,
• 10:35
Speaker 1: are long over. And if anybody has earned their fate,
• 10:39
Speaker 1: it's certainly the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. All
• 10:44
