Lorena Evangelista, mother and author of Help Zac to Speak provides personal insight to raising her autistic son

Lorena Evangelista is based in Sydney, Australia, a wife and working mother of two children. Lorena also wrote "Help Zac to speak." The book was inspired by the journey of her family when her son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in 2022.

She hopes to inspire other families and friends with this book and help them to learn how to interact and be more inclusive in engaging children with ASD, speech delays or even younger children who are just starting to learn how to speak.

Lorena is working on a second book and hopes to publish this next year.
