When you eat and are satisfied, you are to bless the LORD your God for the good land that He has given you. — Deuteronomy 8:10
True gratitude recognizes every good gift as flowing from the Father's hand rather than from personal achievement. Satisfaction can dull the soul's awareness of the Giver, making thanksgiving the believer's defense against spiritual amnesia. When the heart receives every blessing as God's kindness, even a simple meal becomes an act of worship.
