Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with amyen Bev. We're back.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Good day, good day.
- 0:08Speaker 2: It is a good day, a love month.
- 0:14Speaker 1: I got the recording of this video. Nice, nice, All right, friend,
- 0:22Speaker 1: let's dive in. What do you got, Let's go.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Before we even got on, I was like, I had
- 0:28Speaker 2: to send you a message because somehow time got away
- 0:32Speaker 2: from me. And what my reasoning is is, when you're
- 0:35Speaker 2: in the now, time really is an irrelevant thing. And
- 0:38Speaker 2: then when I came on here and sat down, you
- 0:40Speaker 2: were finishing up a phone call, and I thought there
- 0:42Speaker 2: was never a It was all divine all along. It
- 0:45Speaker 2: just wasn't meeting up with a time frame that we
- 0:47Speaker 2: had discussed, is all. It's to remind ourselves in those moments,
- 0:52Speaker 2: just take a breath and know that it's always it's
- 0:54Speaker 2: always on divine time. Always. If you can't make an appointment,
- 0:58Speaker 2: there's a reason why you can't make that appointment. There's
- 1:01Speaker 2: always a good reason. There really is bigger than what
- 1:03Speaker 2: we email.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I have a prime example with that. In the past
- 1:11Speaker 1: two videos, I believe I talked about my mom being
- 1:13Speaker 1: in the hospital and and all the things, and I think,
- 1:19Speaker 1: let's see, it was a the week before she went
- 1:25Speaker 1: to rehab. So they were saying that that following Monday
- 1:32Speaker 1: she would be going to rehab. And they're like, oh, okay, cool, Well,
- 1:39Speaker 1: we had to drive one hundred miles to go be
- 1:41Speaker 1: with her, so in one direction in the hospital, and
- 1:44Speaker 1: then when she was going to rehab, we had to
- 1:46Speaker 1: drive sixty five miles the opposite direction to go see her.
- 1:53Speaker 1: So we did. She she would actually have to pass
- 1:55Speaker 1: through the town to go to rehab where we were saying, right,
- 1:59Speaker 1: So we're like, well, we'll just wait until she gets
- 2:03Speaker 1: transported and then we'll go what I called the hospital
- 2:05Speaker 1: in the morning. They're like, no, they're not going to
- 2:06Speaker 1: send her today, they don't have a bed. They're going
- 2:08Speaker 1: to send her tomorrow. I was like, oh my gosh.
- 2:10Speaker 1: So we went ahead and drove the hour and a
- 2:12Speaker 1: half to go see her one hundred miles. And as
- 2:17Speaker 1: we were driving there in the opposite direction, so the
- 2:22Speaker 1: direction she would have been traveling, traffic there was an
- 2:27Speaker 1: accident on the freeway and traffic was backed up in
- 2:31Speaker 1: in the opposite direction, backed up from an on ramp
- 2:36Speaker 1: in another direction, and I was sinking in that moment,
- 2:40Speaker 1: I'm like, there's the reason why she wasn't transported today
- 2:45Speaker 1: she would have been sick because it was It's like
- 2:49Speaker 1: it would have been like two and a half three
- 2:51Speaker 1: hour drive for her a trip for her to go
- 2:53Speaker 1: from the hospital to the rehab center. Who knows how
- 2:57Speaker 1: long they would have sat in that transportation vehicle, and
- 3:02Speaker 1: it's like a it's like an ambulance, but they transport,
- 3:08Speaker 1: and it would have been horrible, especially in with her
- 3:17Speaker 1: mental and emotional state as it was at that time.
- 3:22Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm really glad she wasn't. So when we
- 3:26Speaker 1: got to see her and she was feeling disappointment that
- 3:30Speaker 1: she didn't get to leave the hospital that day, I
- 3:34Speaker 1: explained to her some mom, there's a reason why. And
- 3:36Speaker 1: I told her and she's like, oh, you know. So
- 3:39Speaker 1: there was a relief in her after that. So and
- 3:43Speaker 1: she got transported the next day, which was great.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Yeah, probably was smooth. So we never know, no, because
- 3:52Speaker 2: we don't know about divine timing. We don't know there
- 3:55Speaker 2: might have been another person to even have an encounter
- 3:57Speaker 2: with before she left the hospital. There might have been
- 3:59Speaker 2: There's so many things. There's just so many things. Maybe
- 4:02Speaker 2: someone need to see that she had the support that
- 4:05Speaker 2: was there who knows, like it's the opportunities are endless
- 4:10Speaker 2: in those situations. Yeah, So it just goes to show you.
- 4:13Speaker 2: And what a lot of people do is like we
- 4:15Speaker 2: get into these moments of this anxiety or this feeling
- 4:17Speaker 2: like we're because we're trying to push, and that's why
- 4:19Speaker 2: we're getting all these feelings because we're trying to push
- 4:21Speaker 2: to make something be what it's not supposed to be.
- 4:25Speaker 2: It's just it's it's surrendering and being in the allowing phase.
- 4:28Speaker 2: And it's like, that's really what I've been learning a
- 4:30Speaker 2: lot of lately. And it's not all. It's not always easy.
- 4:34Speaker 2: It's certainly not it is most certainly not justly is
- 4:39Speaker 2: not I agree with you, And then you're like, oh,
- 4:43Speaker 2: I'm so glad I did exactly. It's just like you know,
- 4:46Speaker 2: and that or the relief that your mom felt in
- 4:49Speaker 2: that moment is the same relief that we can have
- 4:51Speaker 2: in that moment too and realize I'm such a bigger
- 4:53Speaker 2: picture without having to know why.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Right because probably ninety percent of the time you're not
- 5:00Speaker 1: going to know why they didn't go the way you
- 5:03Speaker 1: wanted them to, like didn't meet your expectation in your timeline.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Trust me, I lived this for years, getting upset and angry,
- 5:13Speaker 1: sad and depressed because something didn't work out in my timeline,
- 5:16Speaker 1: and then find out later. So now I'm given that
- 5:20Speaker 1: the time and focus into those emotions and then swirling
- 5:25Speaker 1: in it, and then a day, two days, a week
- 5:29Speaker 1: later find out I was glad it didn't happen the
- 5:33Speaker 1: way I wanted it to. But in that entire time,
- 5:37Speaker 1: I sat in anger, sadness, depression, whatever heavy emotion it
- 5:44Speaker 1: was at the time. And so I stressing out my
- 5:49Speaker 1: own body over an incident that I didn't first of all,
- 5:51Speaker 1: didn't have any control over. But at the same time
- 5:54Speaker 1: found out later it was a blessing in disguise, and
- 5:57Speaker 1: I was like, Okay, there's more going on here in
- 6:02Speaker 1: me than I and I need to look at this
- 6:03Speaker 1: and see how I can start remedying or easing up
- 6:07Speaker 1: on trying to be And this goes along with being
- 6:10Speaker 1: a control freak, right, It's all about control, and we
- 6:16Speaker 1: just don't have the control of things that we think
- 6:19Speaker 1: we do or that we would think love to have.
- 6:26Speaker 2: So crazy, I've got so much stuff going on my mind.
- 6:28Speaker 2: If I could pick up one thing and go with
- 6:29Speaker 2: it because it's like everything that you said is so
- 6:33Speaker 2: relevant in so many, so many facets, all of it
- 6:37Speaker 2: us being patient and being in that time space, honestly
- 6:40Speaker 2: taking the breath. It's it's this allowing that we're not
- 6:45Speaker 2: familiar with, and we're not familiar with it because we've
- 6:48Speaker 2: grown a lot of people have grown up with struggle.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Why because we've seen our parents struggle because that was
- 6:53Speaker 2: the normal. So for us to feel normal, we're creating
- 6:57Speaker 2: our own struggles to be in that finmilr zone, not
- 7:01Speaker 2: realizing that's one of the ways how we're holding ourselves
- 7:04Speaker 2: back and not allowing ourselves to fully be in the
- 7:07Speaker 2: moment or to fully well celebrate. Is celebrating to me
- 7:12Speaker 2: is being in the moment all the moments. And then
- 7:14Speaker 2: it's our gauge. It's like what I've said it a
- 7:16Speaker 2: million times, but it's like it goes back to the gauge,
- 7:18Speaker 2: letting us know as soon as we start feeling that
- 7:20Speaker 2: anxiety or that trying to control things or getting pissed
- 7:24Speaker 2: off because it's not happening the way we want to,
- 7:27Speaker 2: which was a normal response back then, because that's what
- 7:29Speaker 2: we learned from someone else. That's like it that is
- 7:31Speaker 2: such a child perspective, it is, and the emotionally evolved
- 7:36Speaker 2: perspective is recognizing that every moment is divinely perfect, and
- 7:41Speaker 2: it's just to be in that space and to be
- 7:43Speaker 2: aware of it, because the more that you're aware of it,
- 7:46Speaker 2: the more that you get to experience more like that.
- 7:50Speaker 2: It's so simple. It's so simple.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Anyways, It really is simple.
- 7:56Speaker 2: It really is. It's so simple that the female mind
- 8:00Speaker 2: and it's you know what, even saying that almost makes
- 8:02Speaker 2: me think that we've been made to believe that it
- 8:04Speaker 2: has to be harder than it is.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Yes, of course, and.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Well specifically because men or men don't think the same
- 8:11Speaker 2: way that we do. Mostly they just don't. We're usually
- 8:14Speaker 2: on different perspectives. We're like spinning things all the time
- 8:17Speaker 2: and they're probably fixing things. But we keep ourselves in
- 8:21Speaker 2: that space that's familiar like that, because that for us
- 8:25Speaker 2: is like that's where we're supposed to be. It's not
- 8:28Speaker 2: where we're supposed to be, but we don't know without
- 8:30Speaker 2: feeling all that stuff and not feeling it like you
- 8:33Speaker 2: were saying, like feeling it because I've done that a
- 8:35Speaker 2: million times too, is like recycling and recycling it, making
- 8:38Speaker 2: it bigger. It's just feeling it.
- 8:40Speaker 1: In that way.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Oh wait a second, I feel these emotions and not
- 8:43Speaker 2: having it attached to any person, placer, thing or situation.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Yes. And also so when we think about that timing
- 8:58Speaker 1: and control and things like that, it's and we had
- 9:03Speaker 1: a we had a huge event last night for a fundraiser.
- 9:09Speaker 2: And now and.
- 9:12Speaker 1: As I reflect, I reflect on things like this because
- 9:15Speaker 1: I had a big role in the in the event,
- 9:18Speaker 1: and there were a couple of times, as I reflect
- 9:22Speaker 1: on it, where in my history, in those days of
- 9:27Speaker 1: control freak, I would again I would have things that
- 9:32Speaker 1: would were asked of me. I would have been I
- 9:36Speaker 1: rate like, it would have consumed me for the evening.
- 9:42Speaker 1: I would have been just closed off, bitchy, just you
- 9:46Speaker 1: know whatever, bitch face resting, bitch face whatever. But one
- 9:54Speaker 1: of the things that was asked of me am I
- 9:58Speaker 1: don't often I and very seldom do I ever wear
- 10:01Speaker 1: heels anymore and shoes, and I had those had some
- 10:05Speaker 1: one last night and my feet were not feeling well.
- 10:09Speaker 1: So I was like, I do not want to be
- 10:11Speaker 1: walking all over this place anymore. So somebody asked me
- 10:15Speaker 1: to do something. I was across the room and I
- 10:17Speaker 1: was like, oh God, okay, I can make it. But
- 10:20Speaker 1: I get over there and I said, I'm standing there
- 10:22Speaker 1: to talk to a person who I was sent to
- 10:25Speaker 1: go talk to. Another person came up to me and said,
- 10:30Speaker 1: we have a mutual friend who highly suggested that I
- 10:33Speaker 1: come talk to you. And I just stood there and
- 10:38Speaker 1: the person who I was talking to, I was just like, wow,
- 10:45Speaker 1: this in me, I knew this was like a huge
- 10:48Speaker 1: step for them, huge, like something completely out of their
- 10:53Speaker 1: comfort zone. And he says, I don't even know what
- 10:59Speaker 1: you do, but here's what you know. It gives me
- 11:02Speaker 1: a synapsis of what he's going through. And I'm like,
- 11:05Speaker 1: and I just made it lie hard. That's what I do.
- 11:06Speaker 1: I want people to be, you know, ease, have feel
- 11:10Speaker 1: some ease and some comfort in them when they're talking
- 11:12Speaker 1: to me. And it's like I just started laughing and
- 11:14Speaker 1: I said, I don't even know what I do. I
- 11:16Speaker 1: just do it, you know, and trying to ease that up.
- 11:19Speaker 1: And he just looks me up and he goes like, no, no, really,
- 11:21Speaker 1: I don't know what you do. So but it's in
- 11:26Speaker 1: those moments like that that I really am embracing more
- 11:32Speaker 1: and more the everything happens for a reason. So even
- 11:36Speaker 1: in my discomfort physically, I said yes, I was like, okay,
- 11:43Speaker 1: I'll hop out, you know, and I went and did
- 11:45Speaker 1: the thing. But that is happening more and more. The
- 11:49Speaker 1: other day, sitting at my desk, just getting back from
- 11:52Speaker 1: being gone for three weeks, have quite a bit of
- 11:57Speaker 1: stuff work to do, right, and my boss, she says, oh,
- 12:01Speaker 1: I got to walk down to the store. I'm gonna
- 12:04Speaker 1: get blah blah blah. You want to go with me?
- 12:06Speaker 1: And in me, in my head said no, I have
- 12:10Speaker 1: a ton of work to do. But something pulled me
- 12:13Speaker 1: and said, just out of my mouth, yeah, I'll go.
- 12:18Speaker 1: And I ended up seeing two people and talking to
- 12:23Speaker 1: them that one of them I hadn't seen in a while,
- 12:26Speaker 1: and so we stood there for probably good ten minutes,
- 12:30Speaker 1: talking and talking about their plans. And so it's just
- 12:35Speaker 1: like it's a and it's so it's such a gentle nudge,
- 12:39Speaker 1: and I'm leaning more into that now. Back in the
- 12:42Speaker 1: day when I was learning all about all this stuff,
- 12:44Speaker 1: I had no idea what that meant. It's those gentle nudges,
- 12:47Speaker 1: it's those subtle signs, and I'm just like, what does
- 12:49Speaker 1: that mean? But now it's like, because I'm practicing so
- 12:55Speaker 1: much more presence and again not always good at it.
- 13:00Speaker 1: So I'm not perfect at this and by no means,
- 13:02Speaker 1: but I am better than I used to be. And
- 13:05Speaker 1: that's my goal, and that's why I say all the time,
- 13:07Speaker 1: I just try. My goal is to be better and better.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Right as I do better in myself, I do better
- 13:14Speaker 1: outside in the world. So the better I get at
- 13:18Speaker 1: this and listening to those nudges and those those those
- 13:22Speaker 1: intuitive moments, the more I notice how I'm guided and
- 13:27Speaker 1: I'm not controlling it, and that like you said when
- 13:30Speaker 1: you started, it comes down to timing, divine timing, And
- 13:35Speaker 1: there have been such beautiful moments because I've allowed the
- 13:39Speaker 1: divine timing instead of my control freak thinking it's going
- 13:43Speaker 1: to happen right now when I want it.
- 13:45Speaker 2: To, yep, And it makes the surrendering more noticeable when
- 13:51Speaker 2: you're not doing it.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Yeah, So to me, it's like, but like you said,
- 13:56Speaker 2: it's doing better every day. I'm doing better every day.
- 13:59Speaker 2: I might have a few moments here and there, but
- 14:00Speaker 2: I'm doing better and better every day, and the moments
- 14:04Speaker 2: don't last, they're not permanent. There there's nothing that is permanent.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Mmm. Yeah, everything's temporary, but the memory lasts. So you know,
- 14:21Speaker 1: I had a lot of memories of being angry and
- 14:24Speaker 1: sad and depressed because things didn't go my way. Now
- 14:27Speaker 1: I have many more memories of how while things went
- 14:32Speaker 1: because I allowed it to unfold.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Yeah, or weren't closing ourselves off. You were giving good
- 14:38Speaker 2: descriptions earlier when you were talking about being like how
- 14:42Speaker 2: you would normally have well, how you would have acted
- 14:44Speaker 2: in the past and had shut down, would have shut
- 14:47Speaker 2: down and been like like every the way you described
- 14:50Speaker 2: it was perfect. It was exactly how I felt. You
- 14:53Speaker 2: put words to the feelings that how I used to feel,
- 14:55Speaker 2: and it's and it's freeing. But it's also nice know
- 15:00Speaker 2: that I wasn't the only one feeling those things, you know,
- 15:02Speaker 2: during that time frame, Because sometimes I feel like we
- 15:05Speaker 2: can think that we're crazy with the thoughts that go
- 15:07Speaker 2: through our head, but I also think we've been so
- 15:11Speaker 2: very tuned into those around us telepathically, because we were
- 15:14Speaker 2: still telepathic then, that we were picking up everything from
- 15:19Speaker 2: the people that were around us everything, And that's how
- 15:22Speaker 2: we created this template that we're in right now. We
- 15:24Speaker 2: created the struggle or the happiness or the pretending to
- 15:27Speaker 2: be enjoyed, or the or the actual being enjoyed, like
- 15:30Speaker 2: all these things, all these things, these dynamics, and it's
- 15:33Speaker 2: just us kind of taking a look and kind of like, like,
- 15:37Speaker 2: I that has helped me realize, right there, what's going
- 15:40Speaker 2: on that that's not what I want to feel. I
- 15:42Speaker 2: wanted to fill the opposite of that. And if I
- 15:44Speaker 2: didn't feel that, then I wouldn't even know how far
- 15:46Speaker 2: of the opposite direction I wanted to go away from
- 15:49Speaker 2: that feeling. So it's like all these things that we're
- 15:51Speaker 2: experiencing are it's all divine, it's all perfect timing, it
- 15:55Speaker 2: all is.
- 16:00Speaker 1: And you know, trying to control things is very, very
- 16:06Speaker 1: very stressful.
- 16:08Speaker 2: It's futile.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Sucks. So yeah, so you can be in a ball
- 16:21Speaker 1: of mess and stress. If you think you're going to
- 16:24Speaker 1: control how things unfold. Good luck with that, BEV and
- 16:29Speaker 1: I have tried many, many millions of times. Doesn't work
- 16:34Speaker 1: out so well. So the one thing that we do
- 16:38Speaker 1: have control over is ourselves. And when we recognize that,
- 16:42Speaker 1: then we start to lean into changing our perspective about
- 16:48Speaker 1: situations or experiences. And when you start doing that, then
- 16:54Speaker 1: you notice your how you're feeling when you're showing up
- 16:59Speaker 1: and it. The only thing that you can control in
- 17:02Speaker 1: any situation is yourself.
- 17:06Speaker 2: It's true.
- 17:09Speaker 1: So, and of course we could just go on a
- 17:12Speaker 1: whole nother conversation about, you know, trying to control people.
- 17:18Speaker 1: We've already talked about controlling time. We have talked about
- 17:22Speaker 1: in past videos about the idea that we can control people.
- 17:28Speaker 1: But when ultimately, when it comes down to the only
- 17:30Speaker 1: thing you have control over is you, nobody else, nothing else.
- 17:36Speaker 1: You know, if you have animals, just look at their
- 17:38Speaker 1: look watch your animals. You have no control over them,
- 17:42Speaker 1: with the exception of maybe commands that you've that they've learned.
- 17:47Speaker 1: But think about them when they were a puppy or
- 17:50Speaker 1: you know, you know, when they're in their older phases
- 17:53Speaker 1: where they're struggling, and yeah, you think you have control.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Sorry, good luck with that.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Sorry, it's not sorry.
- 18:09Speaker 2: It's a never ending story. Yeah, until you decide to
- 18:15Speaker 2: step out of it. As soon as you step out
- 18:16Speaker 2: of you're like, oh my gosh, life could be this
- 18:19Speaker 2: much easier and I didn't have to be doing all
- 18:21Speaker 2: this time. Life could be that much easier. It's kind
- 18:25Speaker 2: of crazy, but it's true.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Yeah, so you can decide, you know, how uncomfortable you
- 18:32Speaker 1: want your life to continue to be, or how much
- 18:36Speaker 1: you want to do self reflection and figure out ways
- 18:40Speaker 1: to ease up in that controlling mindset. I personally, I
- 18:50Speaker 1: enjoyed the ease up. It's been great because nothing outside
- 18:59Speaker 1: of me. Let me see, I got a word this
- 19:05Speaker 1: in a way, when I eased up on thinking that
- 19:11Speaker 1: I could control things, I realized that everything outside of me,
- 19:18Speaker 1: first of all, has nothing to do with me, and
- 19:21Speaker 1: everything to do with me, not everybody else.
- 19:31Speaker 2: It's true, because everything else is just a mirror image
- 19:35Speaker 2: of what's going on in this area, this vessel.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Yeah, and that's a whole nother conversation. So I just
- 19:47Speaker 1: went you to the audience to just take that in.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Everything outside of you has nothing to do with you
- 19:54Speaker 1: and everything to do with you. So say with that
- 20:02Speaker 1: for a while, journal about it, maybe just take it
- 20:05Speaker 1: a piece at a time. How how does everything outside
- 20:09Speaker 1: of me pertain to me? And a key piece of
- 20:15Speaker 1: that is self awareness? And how does everything outside of
- 20:23Speaker 1: me have nothing to do with me? Fun with that?
- 20:34Speaker 2: I mean, gosh, because it doesn't. I mean, like even
- 20:37Speaker 2: for me sitting here processing everything that you're saying it
- 20:40Speaker 2: doesn't have anything to do with you. On one point,
- 20:43Speaker 2: it's not they're not. Nobody's doing things to you. It's like,
- 20:47Speaker 2: what are you doing to yourself? What are you saying
- 20:51Speaker 2: to yourself? How are you keeping yourself separate? Ask yourself
- 20:55Speaker 2: how this habit or this pattern is serving you. Because
- 20:59Speaker 2: there's a lot of things that we're doing for a reason,
- 21:02Speaker 2: and when we can get to the reason why, we're
- 21:04Speaker 2: going to find out how nonsensical that that reasoning is.
- 21:07Speaker 1: But all of this is an opportunity, then everything you
- 21:12Speaker 1: just said has everything to do with you.
- 21:15Speaker 2: Exactly exactly. The guru would say, you are correct, because
- 21:25Speaker 2: no matter what you were correct, it's your own perspective,
- 21:27Speaker 2: it's your own, it's your story.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Yep yep. So friends, I would say, get a pin
- 21:36Speaker 1: and paper and just start writing down. Well, we just
- 21:40Speaker 1: talked about journal about it. How is it? How does
- 21:44Speaker 1: it have nothing to do with you? And how does
- 21:47Speaker 1: it have everything to do with you? And it could
- 21:49Speaker 1: actually be one scenario if you're struggling in a relationship,
- 21:53Speaker 1: How does it have nothing to do with you? How
- 21:55Speaker 1: does it have everything to do with you? And keyword you,
- 22:02Speaker 1: not them, not what they're doing right, not how they're
- 22:07Speaker 1: reacting you. How are you perceiving this, How are you reacting?
- 22:12Speaker 1: What is your emotions? What are your thought processes, how's
- 22:16Speaker 1: your what are the physical sensations? Like? Everything to do
- 22:19Speaker 1: with you? And then when you find that you don't
- 22:26Speaker 1: want to be like that the person that you are
- 22:30Speaker 1: being or happen being, if you don't want to do
- 22:33Speaker 1: that anymore, if it feels uncomfortable, it feels too stressful,
- 22:36Speaker 1: you recognize you're the control freak, whatever that might be,
- 22:39Speaker 1: and you're just like, yeah, this doesn't feel good in
- 22:41Speaker 1: my body right now? How does it have everything to
- 22:44Speaker 1: do with you? And what are you gonna do with
- 22:45Speaker 1: it to change it? Because that's that's all on you.
- 22:51Speaker 1: All of it is on you, and it's not it's
- 22:56Speaker 1: not to create weight on you. It is to say
- 23:00Speaker 1: that if I am not liking what I'm seeing, perceiving,
- 23:05Speaker 1: or how I'm perceiving it, really how I'm perceiving it,
- 23:08Speaker 1: how I'm speaking to people, my body language. If if
- 23:12Speaker 1: you're uncomfortable with yourself, and the way you're gonna know
- 23:14Speaker 1: that is by having that self awareness, by noticing those
- 23:18Speaker 1: sensations in yourself. If you're not comfortable with it, then
- 23:24Speaker 1: do you think everybody else is comfortable with it? And
- 23:28Speaker 1: I hope the answer is no. If the answer is no,
- 23:33Speaker 1: then if you're not comfortable with it, what are you
- 23:35Speaker 1: going to do to change it? So you're comfortable. Has
- 23:39Speaker 1: everything to do with you, and you're doing it for you, You're
- 23:43Speaker 1: not doing it for them. But in retrospect, this is great.
- 23:50Speaker 1: You are doing it for them. When you're doing it
- 23:52Speaker 1: for you, it's mind blowing when we take in all
- 23:59Speaker 1: the pieces that to know that it's all about me,
- 24:06Speaker 1: and that's not an ego statement. It's a true statement.
- 24:09Speaker 1: It is all about me because it's about my energetic
- 24:14Speaker 1: point of attraction. It's mind manifesting, it's what I'm putting
- 24:18Speaker 1: out that's coming back to me. It's all of that. Again,
- 24:22Speaker 1: we could go through hours of this conversation, but recognizing
- 24:28Speaker 1: the statement has nothing to do with you and has
- 24:33Speaker 1: everything to do with you, it's the.
- 24:37Speaker 2: Best conversation ever.
- 24:41Speaker 1: It is.
- 24:42Speaker 2: I so understand it all. So it's so perfect. Yeah,
- 24:47Speaker 2: I would just tell anybody that's watching, like, really stop
- 24:50Speaker 2: and really take this in because it's really it's pretty
- 24:53Speaker 2: dang amazing honestly, and it's so many different perspectives and
- 24:57Speaker 2: it's all it all rings true for me, all of it.
- 25:02Speaker 2: It just feel feels right. And then you think about it.
- 25:06Speaker 2: We come in as babies, right, and all the focus
- 25:09Speaker 2: is on us. And it wasn't for us to perceive
- 25:11Speaker 2: it like now you've got to do this, and now
- 25:13Speaker 2: I need to have put someone doing this and someone
- 25:14Speaker 2: doing this. It was to be in the space. It
- 25:18Speaker 2: was to be in that space feeling all these things,
- 25:20Speaker 2: recognizing these these things, but not from a black space,
- 25:23Speaker 2: not from any type of black or need or want.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Yeah, yep. And when I when I'm speaking, when I'm
- 25:31Speaker 1: teaching or having conversations like with Bev or anything like
- 25:36Speaker 1: in this space that we're in, I listen to what
- 25:41Speaker 1: I say, and I will know in my body. I
- 25:44Speaker 1: will know that the difference of am I teaching because
- 25:51Speaker 1: of my experience and I'm you know, excited to share
- 25:56Speaker 1: things like this, or am I saying that because I'm
- 26:00Speaker 1: in a space of my life where I needed to
- 26:02Speaker 1: hear it. But in order for me to hear it,
- 26:04Speaker 1: I had to say it. And so when I said it,
- 26:06Speaker 1: I heard it. And so these conversations always are so
- 26:14Speaker 1: beneficial in how organically they show up. And that's what
- 26:20Speaker 1: Bev and I do. We have organic conversations. We don't
- 26:22Speaker 1: plan our conversations. We show up. It's like at the
- 26:25Speaker 1: beginning of every single video, it's like, okay, well what's
- 26:29Speaker 1: going on because we don't know. But in retrospect, we're
- 26:34Speaker 1: almost living parallel lives and we hardly ever talk to
- 26:37Speaker 1: each other in between recordings. So it's just it's the
- 26:44Speaker 1: beauty of us showing up. We could very easily have
- 26:48Speaker 1: these conversations over the phone a couple of times, you know,
- 26:51Speaker 1: every other week or so, just checking in. But years ago,
- 26:56Speaker 1: in twenty twenty, we decided to do this because we
- 27:00Speaker 1: were having such great conversations. It was like, yeah, let's
- 27:03Speaker 1: we need to be recording these and sharing these with people.
- 27:06Speaker 1: So that's what we did, and we we have been
- 27:10Speaker 1: doing this going into our sixth year, well ending up
- 27:15Speaker 1: with our sixth year, I think. Anyway, so you know,
- 27:21Speaker 1: people are out there having these conversations, seeking guidance and
- 27:24Speaker 1: all that, and so be resourceful, share the content, have
- 27:29Speaker 1: the conversations, share the links, whether it's us or any
- 27:32Speaker 1: other teachers or influencers that are resonating with you. Even books,
- 27:39Speaker 1: but you know we can. You can find us in
- 27:41Speaker 1: many platforms, so we're on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Speaker, spoduct
- 27:46Speaker 1: By podcast, attic, and YouTube. So be resourceful. Help a friend,
- 27:57Speaker 1: help a friend my friends. Thank you for hanging out
- 28:02Speaker 1: with us, teach time with Amy and Bev and will
- 28:03Speaker 1: see you next time. Bye,
