- 0:00Speaker 1: And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. One of the
- 0:04things I like to do when we're discussing this case
- 0:07is go back in time and look at news articles
- 0:11from years gone by, and you can see how this
- 0:15story has changed over time, how it's transformed over time,
- 0:20and how the legacy media loves to use revisionist history
- 0:24talking about how nobody knew what was going on with
- 0:27Jeffrey Epstein. Well, I say, that's a bunch of bs.
- 0:31And the proof of that is all of these articles
- 0:34that you can still find if you just do a
- 0:36simple search that we're telling the story about who Jeffrey
- 0:40Epstein was.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Here's the truth.
- 0:42Speaker 1: The people that were still associating with them, the people
- 0:45that were still hanging out with them, they didn't care.
- 0:49Speaker 2: That's the truth.
- 0:51Speaker 1: So today we're going to go back in time once
- 0:54again and go all the way back to twenty and
- 0:57eleven to an article from The Daily Beast. This article
- 1:01was authored by Conchetah Sarnoff and Lee Aiken. Headline, Jeffrey
- 1:07Epstein how the hedge fund mogul pedophile got off easy.
- 1:12So at least they call him a pedophile in the headline, right,
- 1:14And this was in twenty eleven. Nowadays, you can't even
- 1:17get the legacy media to admit that he committed crimes
- 1:21right oh, his alleged victims, his alleged trafficking survivors, No,
- 1:25nothing alleged about it. Documents obtained by The Daily Beast
- 1:32reveal how pedophile hedge fund mogul Jeffrey Epstein escaped tefty
- 1:36jail sentence despite overwhelming evidence of sex crimes with dozens,
- 1:40that's dozens folks of young girls. Kancheatah Sarnov and Lee
- 1:44Aiken on how the fear and intimidation experienced by survivors
- 1:49during pre trial proceedings, combined with a ferocious, protracted campaign
- 1:54to undermine the prosecution, culminated in a set of charges
- 1:58that became a virtue will slap on the wrist. Now
- 2:02we all know that twenty twenty two, we all know
- 2:06the story well, but remember this is twenty eleven when
- 2:10this story was published. So for all the people out
- 2:13there that act like they had no idea what was
- 2:15going on, that's a lie. This was out in the
- 2:18Daily Beast, this was out in other publications, So I
- 2:22don't want to hear we had no idea who Epstein
- 2:25was Why is Prince Andrew palling around with this dude?
- 2:30It is proving difficult for Hedge fung Hedge fund manager
- 2:34and registered sex offender Jeffrey Epstein to avoid the glare
- 2:37of media scrutiny. British tabloids most recently cried foul over
- 2:42the shabby royal comportment of Prince Andrew in agreeing to
- 2:46be the guest of acknowledgment of the pedophile, but the
- 2:51larger mystery surrounding Epstein, who completed a thirteen month sentence
- 2:55for soliciting prostitution from a minor in twenty ten, has
- 2:59remained unsolved. How did the hedge fund mogul manage to
- 3:02finesse the kind of sex crimes allegations typically associated with
- 3:07a hefty prison sentence, And that's really what it comes
- 3:11down to, right, How does someone like Jeffrey Epstein avoid
- 3:15serious jail time for these obviously very very serious crimes
- 3:22that usually carry a very long time in jail twenty thirty,
- 3:26forty fifty years, But he gets thirteen months in a
- 3:30county stockade, a county lockup, and nobody's supposed to have
- 3:34any questions about that? Huh? For the first time, the
- 3:41US attorney who oversaw the Epstein prosecution in Florida's Southern District,
- 3:45is commenting publicly on the case in a letter released
- 3:49exclusively to The Daily Beast. This letter, along with other
- 3:53correspondents on Earth and R reporting, sheds new light on
- 3:57the no holds barred battle waged by Epistein's lawyers to
- 4:01evade the full exercise of prosecutorial power. So remember this
- 4:07is twenty eleven, before Alexander Acosta was even considered for
- 4:13a role in a presidential administration. Why would anyone, and
- 4:19I ask this honestly, why would anyone have alex Acosta
- 4:23as part of their administration? Are you kidding me? Right now?
- 4:28You don't have people that are vetting people like Acosta
- 4:31for these positions. All it would take is a simple
- 4:34Google search or a Duck Duck Go search or whatever
- 4:37browser you use, and you could come up with this information.
- 4:41So why would anyone want this guy to be part
- 4:44of their administration. Some of the most shocking allegations against
- 4:50Epstein surfaced only after the conclusion of an FBI probe
- 4:55in civil suits brought by the survivors. For example, the
- 4:59claim that three twelve year old French girls were delivered
- 5:02to him as a birthday present, but the FEDS did
- 5:05identify roughly forty young women, most of them under age
- 5:09at the time, who described being lured to Epstein's Palm
- 5:12Beach home on the pretense of giving a massage for money,
- 5:16then pressured into various sex acts, as well as the
- 5:19Balkan sex slave. Epstein allegedly boasted of purchasing from her
- 5:24family when she was just fourteen. So that's Nadi al
- 5:27Marsonkva obviously right again, now that we have hindsight to
- 5:30guide us, we know what that is. And we also
- 5:35know that it was Jean Luke Brunel who allegedly provided
- 5:38these twelve year old triplets to Jeffrey Epstein for his
- 5:41birthday for him to abuse. We heard that right from Virginia.
- 5:45We've heard it from other sources. And that's why I
- 5:48am so adamant at this point that Nadia marson Cova
- 5:51should be looked at in a different manner than these
- 5:54other women because she was brought in at such a
- 5:56young age. You're purchased from about it for a minute, okay,
- 6:01your parents sell you to some disgustoid and then you
- 6:05end up in their atmosphere, in their orbit, and your
- 6:09whole life, this kind of abuse is normalized, so of
- 6:12course you're going to think that this is the right
- 6:14way to go, like this is how normal people live.
- 6:17So when we're talking about Nadia marson Cova, it's a
- 6:20whole different ball of wax for me, and my opinion
- 6:23on her and her involvement here has evolved over time.
- 6:28When I first started looking at this, I just lumped
- 6:30her in with the other core four members. But when
- 6:33you get down into it and you get into the
- 6:35weeds and you follow the evidence, to me, anyway, it's
- 6:38rather obvious that Natio marson Cova was somebody who was
- 6:43groomed and was dragged along into this. More recently, a
- 6:52big cash payment from Mail on Sunday coached one of
- 6:55Epstein's main survivors out of anonymity to describe what she
- 6:59claims her years as a teenage sex toy. This survivor,
- 7:03Virginia Roberts, produced a photo of herself with Prince Andrew
- 7:07in two thousand and one and reported that Epstein paid
- 7:10her fifteen thousand dollars to meet the prince, then seventeen
- 7:14years old. She claims that she was abused by Epstein
- 7:17and loaned to his friends from the age of fifteen.
- 7:21Now again another girl who was brought into his orbit
- 7:24when she was young. And you see, there's the issue
- 7:27for me. If you're brought in when you're malleable, right,
- 7:31a young teenage girl a little bit younger than that,
- 7:33maybe even it's a lot easier for these sick bastards
- 7:37to manipulate you mentally and for them to create this
- 7:43sort of picture in your brain that what you're doing
- 7:46is okay. And Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell were professionals
- 7:51at that Sex crimes of the kind Robert's alleges took
- 7:58place typically carry a term of ten to twenty years
- 8:01in federal prison. Yet when all was said and done,
- 8:05Epstein served his scant year plus one month in a
- 8:08private wing of the Palm Beach Jail and was granted
- 8:11a sixteen hour per day free pass to leave the
- 8:14premises for work. Now, how many of you out there
- 8:16have friends who have been to prison or maybe yourself,
- 8:20were you ever afforded that kind of those kind of privileges,
- 8:24you could leave jail, go to work.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Do whatever you want.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Of course, you weren't because you're not rich, because you
- 8:29weren't running around with a bunch of other so called elite.
- 8:36A Daily Beast examination into the inner workings of Epstein's
- 8:39defense strategy reveals how the fear and intimidation experienced by
- 8:44survivors during pre trial proceedings, combined with a ferocious, protracted
- 8:49campaign to undermine the prosecution, summed up as the best
- 8:53defense is an all star offense culminated in a set
- 8:57of charges that became a virtual slap on the wrist
- 9:00for the globe trotting financier for the pedophile. And that's
- 9:04why I'm so adamant about a full look into what
- 9:07went on down in Florida as well. I know I
- 9:10go hard on the SDNY, and that's because they're considered
- 9:13the most elite prosecutor or prosecutorial office in the nation, right,
- 9:18so they should be doing a better job.
- 9:20Speaker 2: But what went on down.
- 9:21Speaker 1: In Florida, Yo, this is a straight up abortion of justice.
- 9:27The prosecutors in Florida and everybody involved down in Florida,
- 9:31they should all be looked at. Because Epstein manipulated everything
- 9:35that happened down here. He was able to finagel and
- 9:38maneuver himself into a position of only getting thirteen months.
- 9:44And this next segment was the actual letter from Alexander
- 9:48Acosta to the deadly Beast. Over the past weeks, I
- 9:52have read much regarding mister Jeffrey Epstein. Are words opening
- 9:56an extraordinary letter written by our Alexander Acosta, who served
- 10:01as US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida during
- 10:04Epstein's criminal investigation. Mister Acosta goes on to detail how
- 10:09in two thousand and five, a young girl first brought
- 10:12sex crimes allegations to the Palm Beach Police Department, which
- 10:16sought felony charges against Epstein. Subsequently, however, the state attorney
- 10:21agreed to charge him only with one count of aggravated
- 10:25assault with no intent to commit a felony.
- 10:27Speaker 2: Acosta rites.
- 10:29Speaker 1: He notes that such a charge whatever resulted in no
- 10:31jail time, no registration as a sexual offender, and no
- 10:35responsibility for restitution to Epstein's underage survivors. So basically what
- 10:41he's saying is he's the hero here of folks. Mister
- 10:44no spine, limpiass backbone, alex Acosta set himself up as
- 10:49the hero.
- 10:50Speaker 2: You're no hero, You're just.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Another Yes, man that went along with this absolute travisy.
- 11:01Frustrated by the state attorney's decision, the police referred the
- 11:04case to the FBI, which handed it to the US
- 11:07Attorney General's office. After reviewing the charges, federal prosecutors agreed
- 11:12that the state charges were insufficient Acosta rights. In a
- 11:16script that could have been lifted from Law and Order,
- 11:19his team gave Epstein two choices. Plead to more serious
- 11:22state felony charges or prepare for federal felony trial. Well
- 11:28that never happened, right, and you might ask yourselves, why
- 11:31is that? Well, we're about to find out. The next
- 11:34passage is where things get really interesting. What followed was
- 11:38a year long assault on the prosecution and prosecutors. Epstein
- 11:43had assembled a world class legal team including Allen I
- 11:46Kept my Pants on, Dershowitz, Kenneth Starr, and Roy Black,
- 11:51best known for having defended William Kennedy Smith against rape
- 11:55charges in Palm Beach. One member of the defense team
- 11:58warned me that the offices excess zeal in forcing a
- 12:02good man to serve time in jail might be the
- 12:05subject of a book if we continued Acosta rights. In
- 12:10his view, excessive zeal more aptly describes the actions in
- 12:14Epstein's camp. Defense counsel investigated individual prosecutors and their family.
- 12:20So why didn't you put a stop to it? Your prosecutors?
- 12:23Let Jeffrey Epstein and his lawyers run rough shot over
- 12:26you and your whole ass office. Who's the blame for that?
- 12:30If it's not you? Often felt to negotiate in good faith.
- 12:33They would obtain concessions as part of a negotiation and
- 12:36agreed to proceed, only to change their minds and appeal
- 12:40to the office's position to Washington. Oh well, there you go, folks.
- 12:46Let me be very clear once again, it was not
- 12:49Alexandra Acosta making these decisions on his own. He just
- 12:52told you that. Okay, they appealed to Washington, d C.
- 12:56Who was in DC at the time, Mukasey, Right, Well,
- 12:59just follow the trail. Who was mcazy associated with, what
- 13:03were his associations, and then you come to the reasoning
- 13:06at how Epstein and his lawyers can manipulate this situation. Remember,
- 13:10you're not paying for your lawyer for what he does
- 13:12in the courtroom. You're paying for who he knows behind
- 13:15the scenes, how many judges chambers he can access, and
- 13:19when you have the team that Jeffrey Epstein had. Do
- 13:23you really think that these guys had trouble accessing the
- 13:25very highest levels of DC or any of these judges.
- 13:29Of course not. That's what you're paying for. That's why
- 13:32it costs you twenty five hundred an hour. Undeterred, Acosta
- 13:38stuck to his position that Epstein must agree to the
- 13:41three criteria he had laid out, jail time, registration as
- 13:45a sex offender, and restitution to survivors. Acosta's account is
- 13:50supported by his second document, obtained by The Daily Mail Beat.
- 13:54By The Daily Beast, a five page letter written by
- 13:57Assistant US Attorney and Marie Villa Fauna to another of
- 14:01Epstein's lawyers, Jay Lefkowitz, during the period when both sides
- 14:05were hammering out the eventual plea agreement. The indictment was
- 14:09postponed for more than five months to allow you and
- 14:11mister Epstein's other attorneys to make presentations to the office
- 14:16to convince the office not to prosecute, Villafana writes, conjuring
- 14:20the degree of pushback apparently central to the team strategy,
- 14:25those presentations were unsuccessful. Villa Fauna also mentions her efforts
- 14:29to ensure that Epstein would serve time in a federal
- 14:32prison camp and not a state prison, which would be
- 14:35far rougher environment, particularly for a child molester. So Ann
- 14:41and Anne Marie Villa Fauna was over here acting like
- 14:44she was helping the survivors, but at the same time
- 14:47play in ball with Epstein's lawyers. So she was playing
- 14:51both sides of the fence here, and that's always been
- 14:54my interpretation of her involvement. Villafano marshall these facts in
- 15:01the process of strenuously disputing apparent charges of misconduct by
- 15:05the defense. I continue to work with you in a
- 15:08professional manner, even after I learned that you had been
- 15:11proceeding in bad faith for several weeks, thinking that you
- 15:14would fool our office into letting mister Epstein plead to
- 15:18a non registerable offense. And the whole entire time that
- 15:22they were trying to maneuver, they were reaching out to
- 15:25the bosses in DC, they were reaching out to the
- 15:28Muckesy's office and the Department of Justice leadership. What do
- 15:33you think they were doing just hanging out eating cereal.
- 15:38At another point in her letter, Villafano refers to an
- 15:41apparent allegation of self dealing in the selection of an
- 15:44outside attorney who would represent the forty odd survivors identified
- 15:48in the probe. In a somewhat unusual arrangement, Epstein agreed
- 15:53not to contest his liability in any civil suits brought
- 15:56by these survivors, and in fact pay for lawyers to
- 16:00represent them. So take all of the alleged and shove
- 16:04it okay. Epstein admitted numerous times that he did this shit,
- 16:08and he did it with hubris and in a straight up,
- 16:11in your face manner, and nobody had anything to say
- 16:14to him. Huh, nobody wanted to stop them. Yeah, thirteen months, man,
- 16:18that's all you're gonna get for this, No big deal.
- 16:21In her letter, Villafana denies any personal interest in the
- 16:24choice of attorney and goes on to say, your attacks
- 16:27on me and on the survivors established why I wanted
- 16:31to find someone whom I could trust with safeguarding the
- 16:34survivor's best interests in the face of intense pressure from
- 16:37an unlimited number of highly skilled and well paid attorneys.
- 16:41Imagine being some girl from the other side of the
- 16:44tracks accusing somebody like Jeffrey Epstein of this and then
- 16:48getting faced with all of these high profile attorneys that
- 16:50are basically ruining your life. If they're so brazen and
- 16:55so comfortable going after prosecutors, do you really think they'd
- 16:58have any qualms going after survivers. Responding to a request
- 17:04for comment on a Costa's account of events, Roy Black
- 17:07wrote The Daily Beast on Thursday that I can't reply
- 17:10to a letter I haven't received. I can't give a
- 17:12reason to response without examining the files and being able
- 17:16to refresh my recollection of events that occurred years ago.
- 17:19Black went on, I do not believe any of the
- 17:22things you mention occurred, except for the fact we did
- 17:25exercise our right to appeal to the Department of Justice
- 17:28to determine if a federal crime had been committed. There
- 17:32you go again, folks, Remember what I tell you about
- 17:34the little golden nuggets that we get here, That it's
- 17:37his lawyer telling you, not me. Okay, this isn't me
- 17:40telling you. It's his lawyer, Roy Black telling you that
- 17:43they appeal to the Department of Justice. That means mukesy,
- 17:47that means the bosses about all of this and what
- 17:51was going on? Now, you mean to tell me that
- 17:54those guys had nothing to do with a slap on
- 17:56the wrist here, huh okay, it's all a Costa's fault.
- 18:00Other Epstein attorneys contacted by The Daily Beast did not respond.
- 18:04The US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida
- 18:07had no comment. Why did Acosta decide the Voice's opinions now?
- 18:11In part, he clearly is reacting to ongoing criticism that
- 18:15Epstein's puny punishment did not fit his crimes. Some may
- 18:19feel that the prosecution should have been tougher. Acosta Rites
- 18:23evidence that has come to light since two thousand and
- 18:25seven may encourage that view. Many survivors have since spoken
- 18:29out physical evidence has since been discovered. Acosta may also
- 18:34have chosen to come forward now because on Monday, attorneys
- 18:38for a number of those survivors filed the suit under
- 18:41the Victim's Crimes Rights Act to challenge the non prosecution
- 18:45agreement that ultimately resulted from all the wrangling, claiming that
- 18:49they were not consulted. The US Attorney's Office, now led
- 18:52by Wilfredo A. Ferrar, has indicated it will file a
- 18:56response to the suit on April seventh. Now, remember this
- 19:00was two thousand and seven and they brought this suit
- 19:04in two thousand and excuse me, twenty and eleven, and
- 19:07they brought the suit in twenty and eleven, and it
- 19:09was still ongoing all the way through all these years.
- 19:13Now ask yourselves, why is that the case. Don't you
- 19:16think a case like this would be heard in a
- 19:19timely manner and not dragged out through the courts. The
- 19:23fact is this, the government doesn't want to be transparent here.
- 19:26They don't want to give you all of the details
- 19:28of what went down because it makes them look absolutely horrible.
- 19:36In his letter, Acosta also takes issue with the way
- 19:38Epstein's sentence was carried out. Although the terms of confinement
- 19:42in a state prison are a matter appropriately appropriately left
- 19:46to the State of Florida, without doubt, the treatment that
- 19:49he received while in state custody undermine the purpose of
- 19:52a jail sentence. Indeed, Epstein's brief confinement likely reinforced a
- 19:57perception that he had merely succumbed to a nuisance suit.
- 20:01Such a gross misapprehension would help account for the apparent
- 20:05ease with which Epstein has rejoined the ranks of the
- 20:09social elite twenty eleven. Folks, Remember this is before the
- 20:12second arrest, when all of these people welcomed them back
- 20:16with open arms. Katie Kirk, Woody Allen, and George Stepanopolis,
- 20:23among others, attended a dinner party he hosted for Prince
- 20:27Andrew in December, and New York authority seemed to be
- 20:30either unaware or unconcerned that his Upper east Side home
- 20:34is within one thousand feet of an episcopal preschool and
- 20:38violation of sex offender laws. You know, it's all just
- 20:41such a big ass joke to these people, all of
- 20:44these people who are supposed to safeguard folks, who are
- 20:47supposed to protect the vulnerable. They made a big joke
- 20:51at all of this and acted like these survivors and
- 20:54what they went through didn't matter, and they thought they
- 20:56were never going to have to hear about it again.
- 20:59They thought this boom bomerang was never going to come
- 21:01back and slap them in the head. Well, guess what.
- 21:04The boomerang has arrived and the slapping has begun yet.
- 21:09A source tells The Daily Beasts that Epstein's legal troubles
- 21:12may not be over. Talk about foreshadowing, huh. It is
- 21:16possible that as an outgrowth of the two thousand and
- 21:19seven Florida investigation. Federal investigators are now looking into allegations
- 21:24of money laundering and other financial misdeeds. Boy, would wouldn't
- 21:28that be nice? How long have I been telling you
- 21:30this is a financial crime. They knew it all the
- 21:33way back then, and they didn't chase it down because
- 21:35people like Mukasey and the bosses at the DOJ told
- 21:39them not to. Now can I prove that with documentation?
- 21:43I cannot. But if you add up all of the
- 21:45things that we have heard from Acosta and others involved,
- 21:49it's obvious who was pulling the strings here. And if
- 21:51you think some second rate Florida state attorney general or
- 21:55I mean federal attorney general is going to be pulling
- 21:58the strings of investigation like this into Epstein, I don't
- 22:02know what to tell you because this comes from on high.
- 22:11Villa Fanna notes at the end of her letter to Lefkowitz,
- 22:14you accuse me of broadening the scope of the investigation
- 22:17without any foundation for doing so, by adding charges of
- 22:20money laundering and violations of a money transmitting business to
- 22:24the investigation. Again, I consulted with the Justice Department's Money
- 22:29Laundering section about my analysis. The duty officer agreed with
- 22:33my analysis. So that's the FBI telling you right there, folks,
- 22:37that there was money laundering going on, a whole ass
- 22:39lot of it too. Villa Fauna knew it, their office
- 22:42knew it, the DOJ knew it, and they refused to act.
- 22:47So keep this all in mind what we just talked about.
- 22:50Next time you hear somebody talking about how this is
- 22:52all Lacosta's fault, it is not. He is somebody who
- 22:56played a part, and a big part, no doubt about it.
- 23:00But he ended up really being the fall guy. And
- 23:02when we use fall guys, we don't ever get to
- 23:05the real problem, de we. So the people who were
- 23:09really at the levers of power here, the people who
- 23:11were really making the decisions, once again, get off scott free,
- 23:15and we turn all of our anger, all of our
- 23:18ranker towards Acosta.
- 23:21Speaker 2: And while he definitely deserves it.
- 23:23Speaker 1: Again, I have to keep reiterating that because I don't
- 23:25want you to think I'm saying, oh, A Costa is
- 23:27a victim here.
- 23:28Speaker 2: He is not.
- 23:29Speaker 1: He is a spineless coward who should have stepped up
- 23:32to the plate. But I'm not willing to just stop there.
- 23:36Other people might just want to go hunting for a
- 23:39regular old deer, right me. I'm looking to go trophy hunting,
- 23:44and that means I want the people who are behind
- 23:47the decisions. Those are the people that need to answer
- 23:50questions because they're the ones who made these decisions and
- 23:54let Jeffrey Epstein, in the wake of those decisions, continue
- 23:58to abuse people. Somebody needs be accountable for it, and
- 24:02all these years later, unfortunately, still nobody is. All Right, folks,

- 24:28that I discussed can be found in the description box.
- 24:32It comes to light now that a year's worth of
- 24:36emails for mister Acosta vanished from two thousand and seven
- 24:42to two thousand and eight. Where did those emails go?
- 24:47Speaker 2: Oh?
- 24:48Speaker 1: But the government says it's just a glitch. It affected
- 24:51a lot of people. Does anybody really believe that? So
- 24:57it was a glitch with the video cameras, It's it's
- 25:00a glitch. With the emails. Everything's just coincidence, and none
- 25:06of this adds up to a much darker, more devious picture. Huh,
- 25:11that's what you would have us believe. Well, I'm sorry,
- 25:15but I don't believe it. I don't believe it for
- 25:18one single minute. These emails just happened to disappear. Ha.
- 25:23I'm sure the NSA has them. They have all the
- 25:25metadata and all the other information from everybody else. Pretty
- 25:29sure that they probably have those emails too, don't they.
- 25:32I find it very hard to believe that a year's
- 25:36worth of emails from this crucial period of two thousand
- 25:39and seven and two thousand and eight just happened to disappear.
- 25:47And it's a glitch, you say. Now, we know that
- 25:51Jeffrey Epstein had some very powerful friends for a very
- 25:54long time that spanned numerous presidencies. Did somebody in power
- 26:03pull on a lever to get rid of these emails,
- 26:06knowing how damning they were? It's above these people. They
- 26:13don't have the capability to do something like this. Of
- 26:16course they do. We're talking about the FBI, we're talking
- 26:21about the intelligence services. There is nothing out of the
- 26:25realm of possibility for these people these are kingmakers.
- 26:30Speaker 2: These are nation topper. They topple nations. These people you
- 26:36think it's above their pay.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Grade to get rid of some emails that might, you know,
- 26:42lead to a place they don't want anyone to go.
- 26:46And look, I'm not saying that's exactly what happened, right,
- 26:48I don't have the evidence for that. But what I
- 26:50am saying is this, I don't believe that all these
- 26:53coincidences are just coincidences. There are way too many of
- 26:56them around this case. I am not a conspira theorist
- 27:00in the least. You'll never catch me piping off about weird, wild,
- 27:04nonsensical bullshit. But when things don't add up, they don't
- 27:08add up. There is way too much that has occurred
- 27:13in this case, from Jeffrey Epstein's death all the way
- 27:17back to this first investigation that they would want us
- 27:20to believe is just coincidence. And I'm sorry, I don't
- 27:24believe that it's statistically possible for all of this to
- 27:27just be coincidence. Not when you add up everything around
- 27:34the case, everything that was Jeffrey Epstein in general, and
- 27:39then you add in all these coincidences and you look
- 27:42at the big picture and it's really a hard pill
- 27:45to swallow, to buy that narrative that they're trying to sell.
- 27:50And with these emails, of course they're gonna say, oh,
- 27:52it affected multiple people or a bunch of people, and
- 27:56but I honestly I don't believe it, again a gli
- 28:00or was it something that was done on purpose by
- 28:05who the hell knows? Again, we know that Epstein was
- 28:09rolling with some of the most powerful people in the world,
- 28:12prime ministers, presidents, leaders of industry, leaders of science and academia.
- 28:20Speaker 2: You don't think.
- 28:23Speaker 1: It would be possible for insert whoever to try and
- 28:27clean up a little bit of the mess by getting
- 28:30rid of these emails. I mean, it's something that we
- 28:35have to talk about and think about.
- 28:37Speaker 2: At the very least.
- 28:38Speaker 1: I just I'm not willing to buy their explanations anymore.
- 28:43Speaker 2: They've been nothing but untruthful with us.
- 28:46Speaker 1: They've been very guarded, they've been everything but transparent, and
- 28:53they have sold us some whoppers, expecting us just to
- 28:57buy write in folks, I'm here to.
- 28:59Speaker 2: Tell you I am not buying it.
- 29:02Speaker 1: They honestly think we're going to believe anything that they say.
- 29:05And the sad part is there's a good portion of
- 29:07the populace that believes every single thing they hear on
- 29:11the news. They don't bother to dig deeper. They have
- 29:15this trust in the media to do the right thing.
- 29:18And while I wish I could have that sort of trust,
- 29:23it just is not reality. The legacy media does not
- 29:26have anyone's best interest at heart, and this whole entire
- 29:30situation was just going to be blown up, forever blown up,
- 29:35and these people are never ever going to be able
- 29:39to sweep this under the rug. I don't care about
- 29:41missing emails. I don't care about all the coincidences in
- 29:44the world. I don't care about the legacy media running
- 29:47cover for them. We're just gonna keep on keeping on,
- 29:51and we're gonna keep digging and we're gonna keep talking
- 29:54about these articles on a daily basis. And these people
- 29:58are not getting off the hook. I'm sorry, sorry, I'm
- 30:01not going to just let it go by the wayside
- 30:04and be like, oh yeah, just miss missing emails. It's
- 30:08not like this is, you know, a missing email chain
- 30:10from a Taco Bell employee who got fired. This is
- 30:15serious shit here, folks. You know, we talk about how
- 30:18the United States is the world leader and how you know,
- 30:21the world should look up to the United States. We
- 30:23can't even keep our own backyard cleaned up. So it's
- 30:27time that we focus on cleaning up our own backyard
- 30:29before we try and tell other people what they should
- 30:32be doing. And we certainly shouldn't be dropping any more
- 30:35bombs of freedom on anyone anytime soon. We have a
- 30:38lot of looking in the mirror and some self reflecting
- 30:41to do in this country, and we need to realize
- 30:44that these people that we send to Washington, d c.
- 30:47Are not working for us, and most most times they're
- 30:51working against us, and we see it here. This will
- 30:54just go by the wayside. Nobody will be in trouble
- 30:56and they'll write it off as just a glitch. They'll
- 30:59never be any firm their investigation. Congress won't care, the
- 31:02Senate won't care, and it'll be just forgotten by these
- 31:06people because at the end of the day, they don't
- 31:09care about any of this. This is not something that
- 31:13they care about. If any of them cared, they would
- 31:15have stopped this guy a very long time ago. But
- 31:18they didn't care. Nobody cared, not the FBI, not the prosecutors, nobody.
- 31:24This man was able to do whatever he wanted for
- 31:27all of these years, and people like Acosta and his
- 31:31bosses get away with bullshit like this, Oh, the inbox
- 31:36is missing.
- 31:36Speaker 2: We can't provide that for you.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Let me or you try that, say the government's coming
- 31:43after us in an investigation. Let us try that bullshit.
- 31:47Oh yeah, well I lost that stuff. You know, we
- 31:49don't have it for you. I'm sure that would go
- 31:52over real well. Our article is from the Daily News.
- 31:58The headline cost his email inbox during critical period of
- 32:04Jeffrey Epstein case missing, author Steven Rex Brown Nearly a
- 32:11year of emails and Alex Acosta's email inbox while he
- 32:15oversaw the case against Jeffrey Epstein are missing. The Justice
- 32:18Department has revealed to the survivor's lawyers during a meeting
- 32:22on Thursday. Imagine being the person that has to deliver
- 32:26that news. Talk about showing up and having to break
- 32:32the bad news to the survivor's lawyers that the federal
- 32:35government is inept once again. We have to tell you, guys, sorry,
- 32:39we screwed the pooch here. We really we don't know
- 32:43what we're doing. Obviously, the emails in the inbox back gone. Sorry,
- 32:49that's a glitch. We don't know what happened to those.
- 32:52But the good news is federal officials attributed the gap
- 32:59from May twenty, two thousand and seven to April second,
- 33:02two thousand and eight to a technical glitch that wasn't
- 33:06limited to the former US Attorney for the Southern District
- 33:09of Florida. Two sources familiar with the Justice Department review
- 33:13of Epstein's sweetheart deal told The Daily News, and there
- 33:16it is.
- 33:17Speaker 2: Well, it wasn't just him.
- 33:18Speaker 1: So come on, folks, all right, don't be crazy, don't
- 33:22be a conspiracy theorist.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Just suck down this bullshit that we're feeding you.
- 33:29Speaker 1: It's like they want you to just obey, don't question anything,
- 33:34don't have any kind of critical thought or critical critical thinking.
- 33:39They just want you to just fall in line, listen
- 33:42to what they have to say and buy into the narrative. Meanwhile,
- 33:50they have done nothing to prove their worthiness of us
- 33:55just believing them, not at this point, not after everything
- 33:58we have seen, and I don't just mean the Jeffrey
- 34:00Epstein case. Folks, look at the way these people conduct themselves.
- 34:04Look at the absolute, absolute shit show that the Department
- 34:09of just Us is. It is a shame, a dumpster fire,
- 34:14a clown show. You insert whatever kind of derogatory comment
- 34:20you want here, and it would be fitting.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Bill Barr is a failure.
- 34:27Speaker 1: His predecessor was a failure, and all of them before
- 34:31them were failures as well, the whole entire lot of them.
- 34:35It's it's just completely corrupt, and it's unacceptable that it
- 34:42could be that the Department of Justice could be mismanaged
- 34:45in such a way. It has such an overreaching effect
- 34:49on all of our lives, and the ineptitude shown time
- 34:53and time again, administration after administration is unacceptable, and some
- 35:00body somewhere in our government has to has to put
- 35:03a stop to it. There has to be accountability for
- 35:06this shit. No chain of custody. Nobody got in trouble
- 35:09for the video missing from Jeffrey Epstein's alleged suicide attempt
- 35:14the first time around. No chain of custody issues whatsoever
- 35:18there here, emails go missing, No big deal. We'll just
- 35:21keep it moving and blame it on a glitch. You're
- 35:23a conspiracy theorist for asking questions. Though the review made
- 35:32public Thursday found that Acosta exercised poor judgment but committed
- 35:36no misconduct when he allowed Epstein to plead guilty to
- 35:39state prostitution charges rather than face a federal case. The
- 35:44serial pervert served thirteen months in Palm Beach County jail
- 35:48despite evidence he ran an underage sex trafficking scheme. And now,
- 35:54mind you the deal that was cut between Acosta, all
- 35:59the other attorneys involved, and Epstein's lawyers, and let's not
- 36:04forget the Justice Department, all of those emails in that
- 36:07inbox for that year, that period of a year just
- 36:10magically disappeared. I mean, it's not like, you know, there
- 36:15was an internal investigation and by the Department of Justice
- 36:19or anything looking into this stuff. It's not like there
- 36:22were other people who were interested in this stuff. It's
- 36:26just very convenient that the emails go missing. Huh, very convenient. Indeed,
- 36:34Epstein hanged himself last year in a Manhattan federal jail,
- 36:38allegedly after being slapped with new sex trafficking charges. Investigators
- 36:44with the Justice Department's Office of Professional Responsibility said they
- 36:48were able to reconstruct much of a Costa's inbox by
- 36:51examining his cent folder as well as other staffers' emails.
- 36:55Are we so we're supposed to believe this? Honestly, folks,
- 36:59a real talk here. Do any of you believe this
- 37:02narrative that they're spinning to us, because I just can't.
- 37:06I can't buy into it. I believe me. I wish
- 37:09it was this cut and dry. I wish I didn't
- 37:12have to spend all this time every day talking about
- 37:16this case. I wish these people would just do their job.
- 37:20I wish they would have done their job and we
- 37:22could have had a trial and all of this could
- 37:24have been sorted out. But no, they have to play
- 37:26their games. They have to be not transparent, they have
- 37:29to f around. Well, the bullshit's over. People are done
- 37:33with the nonsense, all right. It is time for accountability.
- 37:38It is no longer time for excuses. And if these
- 37:41people are not held accountable, this shit will continue to
- 37:45go on and we will continue to see people like
- 37:48Jeffrey Epstein pop up in our society, because when there's
- 37:51no repercussions, then why would these people not conduct themselves
- 37:56in the same manner. The email gap came during a
- 38:03critical period in the Florida Epstein case, when the sex
- 38:06offender's powerhouse legal team aggressively negotiated with Acosta and his prosecutors.
- 38:12Epstein's non prosecution agreement with the Costa's office, which covered
- 38:16named and unnamed co conspirators, was executed in September two
- 38:21thousand and seven, an unprecedented deal in Justice Department history, officials.
- 38:27Speaker 2: Said during the meeting.
- 38:28Speaker 1: According to attendees, so in all the deals the Justice
- 38:32Department has ever cut, all the people that have come
- 38:35through those doors, all of the people that have been
- 38:38served federal warrants, nobody ever has had a deal quite
- 38:43like Jeffrey Epstein's. But yet you mean to tell me
- 38:47I should just accept all of the coincidences around this case,
- 38:50around Jeffrey Epstein, that's what you're telling me. I am
- 38:54not buying it. Okay, this guy gets the greatest deal
- 38:59in the history of great deals, and nobody gets held
- 39:03accountable for that. The Department of Justice, the Inspector General,
- 39:10couldn't come up with something, couldn't slap sanctions on any
- 39:13of these lawyers who were involved in this, of course not,
- 39:15because it's always about protect our own cover your ass. Now,
- 39:19we can't make the Justice Department look bad, so we'll
- 39:22say it was just an error in judgment and a glitch.
- 39:32In October two thousand and seven, Acosta had an unusual
- 39:36breakfast meeting at a Miami hotel with Epstein's lawyer, Jay Lefkowitz. Now,
- 39:42remember Jay Lefkowitz is also the man who told us
- 39:45that Epstein made an obscene amount of money donation to
- 39:50the Clintons for their Clinton Global initiative. So this is
- 39:56someone who's really locked in with Jeffrey Epstein. J Lefu
- 40:00was a huge part of that team. Him and Dershowitz
- 40:03were pretty much the frontmen, the guys that were really
- 40:05running the show. So Lefkowitz was really locked in. He
- 40:09knows the deal. He had this meeting with Acosta. They
- 40:12were not talking about their families. They were obviously talking
- 40:17about this case. The gap was also just revealed Thursday,
- 40:24despite more than ten years of litigation over prosecutors handling
- 40:28of the case. All these years and we've never heard
- 40:30anything about that. It took some bitch ass internal investigation.
- 40:34And that's the bone they're going to throw us, that
- 40:37the emails were missing. And they wonder why there are
- 40:40all these questions about this. They wonder why people are
- 40:42making documentaries about this. They wonder why nobody trusts the
- 40:47Department of just Us anymore. Yesterday we were told that
- 40:55OPR was unable to recover months of emails from Alex Acosta,
- 40:59who was the US attorney and the person ultimately in
- 41:02charge of this deal. That raises numerous questions about what
- 41:05the defense attorneys were telling mister Acosta and why he
- 41:08continually exercised influence to give a sweeter and sweeter deal
- 41:13for Epstein, said Epstein's survivor's attorney, Paul Cassel. We intend
- 41:19to pursue this issue through all possible venues to determine
- 41:23why these emails were missing and why we were never
- 41:26told about it until yesterday. Good on you, mister Cassell,
- 41:30and I hope you guys do go harden the paint
- 41:32over this, because the more I think about it, the
- 41:35more enraging it is to me. Like I said, I
- 41:37didn't even plan on doing a daily drop tonight. I
- 41:39had other things going on already, I was doing other things,
- 41:43and I'm sitting here and I'm like, you know what,
- 41:45this shit can't wait till the morning.
- 41:47Speaker 2: This is such.
- 41:48Speaker 1: An egregious move by the Department of Justice. And I
- 41:52really hope the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals is watching,
- 41:55and I hope they take this into account. And I
- 41:57hope that they understand that they're literally the last line
- 42:00of transparency and the last line of defense of some
- 42:06semblance of justice truly occurring, because that non prosecution.
- 42:12Speaker 2: Agreement has to go. It has to go.
- 42:15Speaker 1: And if I was the lawyers for the survivors and
- 42:18the Eleventh Circuit Court didn't rule in my favor, I
- 42:20would take this all the way to the Supreme Court
- 42:22if I had to. It's that important, it's that serious,
- 42:26and it has that those kind of long reaching ramifications,
- 42:30not only on this case but on the nation as
- 42:33a whole. We have to do some soul searching, folks,
- 42:36who do we want to be? The email gap is
- 42:42further fodder for conspiracy theories or more evidence that there's
- 42:47no conspiracy theory here. This is obviously some sort of
- 42:52real screw up. Okay, there's something really disgustingly.
- 42:57Speaker 2: Weird going on here.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Okay, nobody's talking about no sasquatches, nobody's talking about little
- 43:03green men, nobody's talking about anything like that. Okay, we're
- 43:07talking about an absolute failure by the Department of Justice
- 43:11that is not explained away by the excuses that they're
- 43:15giving us. And if you're willing to accept that narrative
- 43:20from them, that basic explanation about what occurred, then more
- 43:25power to you. I'm not here to tell anybody how
- 43:27to think me personally, though, I am not accepting that bullshit. Sorry,
- 43:32I need more answers, all right, I need proof At
- 43:38this point, the government has done nothing but lie for
- 43:41ten years. They know about these emails missing, and they
- 43:44don't tell nobody about it. They don't tell the lawyers
- 43:47about it for the survivors.
- 43:48Speaker 2: Why not?
- 43:49Speaker 1: What else is the government hiding? So I'm guessing it's
- 43:53going to have to come down to a flurry of
- 43:57Freedom of Information Act suits to try and get some
- 44:00information from these scumbags like Angela Clemente did. It's a
- 44:05sad world, folks, when the people who are in place
- 44:09to protect us do everything in their power to avoid
- 44:13bringing people like Epstein and his associates to justice the
- 44:22email gap. Excuse me, I am a firm believer that
- 44:25there are no coincidences. Epstein survivor's lawyer Jack Scarola said,
- 44:30there are a lot of strange things that went on
- 44:33with regards to this case, a lot of questions that
- 44:36remain unanswered and not yet adequately investigated.
- 44:40Speaker 2: That's from the lawyer himself.
- 44:41Speaker 1: So I guess he's a conspiracy theorist too, right, or
- 44:45maybe that's something they like to throw around to try
- 44:48and make it seem like there's nothing here, But folks,
- 44:53there's a lot here. Like mister Scarola says, there is
- 44:57a lot of unanswered questions that have not yet been
- 45:02adequately investigated, and that's a damn shame. The legacy media
- 45:07has had decades to do this and they failed, like
- 45:12at everything else they get involved with, for the most part,
- 45:15their failures. So the investigation continues, the digging continues, the
- 45:24search for answers continues, and ultimately.
- 45:28Speaker 2: The goal is justice.
- 45:32Speaker 1: If you like to contact me, you can do that
- 45:34at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bobby c
- 45:39ap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also

- 45:57be back tomorrow morning and we'll see what we see.
- 46:00Speaker 2: Then just call
