- 2:57Speaker 3: Yeah, and we don't know yet.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Well, we were talking about Love is Blind.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that's right, don't coming out.
- 3:02Speaker 1: I don't have the actual schedule for that, but I
- 3:06Speaker 1: would actually be deeply interested in watching that.
- 3:08Speaker 3: That would be too, because I heard last season was lit.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean it's always a dumpster, was crazy about Toxic.
- 3:14Speaker 1: It might be something we could have a lot of
- 3:16Speaker 1: fun with Peatris. Yeah, and so we're talking about it
- 3:18Speaker 1: and we will let you know as soon as we
- 3:20Speaker 1: on board a new show. Until then, we're just going
- 3:23Speaker 1: to talk amongst ourselves and have some fun without further ado,
- 3:27Speaker 1: Let's get into the first call, all right.
- 3:29Speaker 3: First one we have is from Raccoon Gertrude.
- 3:32Speaker 4: This is Raccoon Gertrude, and I'm calling from a dumpster
- 3:37Speaker 4: in New Jersey. The reason for my call is that
- 3:41Speaker 4: I have been trying to figure out why Janelle has
- 3:45Speaker 4: turned into an absolute demon, and I'm starting to wonder
- 3:51Speaker 4: if she is still under the thumb of Cody Brown.
- 3:56Speaker 4: And the reason that I think this is when she
- 4:00Speaker 4: starts to talk about the exterminator story, which is just
- 4:05Speaker 4: a stupid storyline that sounds like something Cody came up with,
- 4:10Speaker 4: as if this is all you talk about with your
- 4:14Speaker 4: husband is which exterminator you're using and why you switched.
- 4:20Speaker 4: But I digress. But when she talks about it, she
- 4:25Speaker 4: talks about it as if she has no firsthand knowledge
- 4:30Speaker 4: of the conversation. She says, I must have talked about
- 4:35Speaker 4: it to him. I must have told him, as if
- 4:40Speaker 4: someone told her it happened, and she is convinced of it.
- 4:48Speaker 3: Tell me what you think, Yeah, I mean, I agree.
- 4:51Speaker 3: I think Cody probably told her. Hey, remember that time
- 4:55Speaker 3: that Jen came to me and said she told Mary
- 4:59Speaker 3: to tell take all the money and run. Wasn't that
- 5:01Speaker 3: such a bitchy thing that Jen did? Oh my god,
- 5:04Speaker 3: she's such a terrible person. And Janelle being stupid and
- 5:07Speaker 3: probably still simping for Cody A little bit was probably like, oh, yeah,
- 5:11Speaker 3: I have a vague recollection of that memory, please tell
- 5:14Speaker 3: me it again, and then Cody recounted it to her,
- 5:17Speaker 3: and thus this story became fabricated.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Disagree what I am of the opinion. I'm in the
- 5:26Speaker 1: school of thought that Janelle and Cody came up with
- 5:31Speaker 1: that lie together. I don't think it is about her
- 5:36Speaker 1: memory or about him recollecting what might have happened. I
- 5:41Speaker 1: think this is a conversation. This I'm just speculating, but
- 5:45Speaker 1: this is a conversation that feels like happened around the
- 5:48Speaker 1: time where they were talking about Mary not signing off
- 5:53Speaker 1: on Coyote Pass and the things that they could say.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I just feel to me there's just a energy of
- 6:01Speaker 1: collusion with those two around that in particular, and that's
- 6:04Speaker 1: very disappointing to me because here too four I have
- 6:08Speaker 1: not envisioned Janelle to be that kind of person, But
- 6:11Speaker 1: after this season, I actually kind of think she would
- 6:16Speaker 1: do that. Wow, And I wonder if she would do
- 6:18Speaker 1: that preemptively because she knew this backdoor deal conversation was
- 6:24Speaker 1: gonna happen, and so she wanted to throw something else
- 6:27Speaker 1: in the mix in order to take the attention off
- 6:31Speaker 1: of her. I don't know, but I personally feel like
- 6:35Speaker 1: maybe she's capable. I mean, Gertrude here, did she call
- 6:39Speaker 1: her a demon?
- 6:40Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 6:40Speaker 1: I believe it. I mean, I just there's something that's
- 6:42Speaker 1: happened with Janelle. I don't know if she's just given up.
- 6:46Speaker 1: I don't know if it's because she's still in love.
- 6:49Speaker 1: I don't know if she's simping or if she's just
- 6:51Speaker 1: quiet quitting. But I personally think they orchestrated that, and
- 6:57Speaker 1: Mary said it herself in that final episode. It feels
- 6:59Speaker 1: like something that came together recently, this lie and so do.
- 7:03Speaker 3: You think it was purely because Janelle wanted to take
- 7:06Speaker 3: the heat off of her or do you think it
- 7:08Speaker 3: was just Janelle and Cody colluding against Mary somehow because
- 7:14Speaker 3: Mary was pissing.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Them off the latter. I mean, I think that the
- 7:19Speaker 1: nicest way we could frame it is that Janelle wanted
- 7:23Speaker 1: to take the heat off of herself. But I'm wondering
- 7:25Speaker 1: if the more accurate idea is that her and Cody
- 7:29Speaker 1: and maybe even Robin, although I think Janelle hates Robin,
- 7:31Speaker 1: so her and Cody, but Robin, through Cody came up
- 7:34Speaker 1: with this thing to say during the tell alls totally
- 7:37Speaker 1: and like, you know, there's the whole NDA that she signed,
- 7:41Speaker 1: it sounds like and so she's participating in this cover
- 7:44Speaker 1: up already with Cody and Robin. So I just wouldn't
- 7:47Speaker 1: put it past her. I don't know what's happened to Janelle.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Has she always been like this? This week we covered
- 7:53Speaker 1: season seven, episode six, when they're going on this long
- 7:56Speaker 1: road trip and we see Cody really coming down hard
- 7:59Speaker 1: on Garret and the rest of the family also coming
- 8:02Speaker 1: down hard on Garrison, and we don't see Janelle stepping
- 8:05Speaker 1: in front to cover her son. And maybe that's because
- 8:08Speaker 1: Garrison was a problem child. I don't know, but I'm
- 8:11Speaker 1: just like, there are so many things in these recent seasons,
- 8:14Speaker 1: but also in these earlier seasons that I find troublesome
- 8:20Speaker 1: with Janelle.
- 8:20Speaker 3: So yeah, I agree. I don't know if she's always
- 8:23Speaker 3: been this way or if it's just a product of
- 8:25Speaker 3: this fundamentalist religion that they are in or we're in,
- 8:30Speaker 3: because I've seen a lot of comments and stuff from
- 8:32Speaker 3: people like on youtubes or whatever saying that this is
- 8:34Speaker 3: like part of their conditioning, like in how the women
- 8:38Speaker 3: are supposed to be like very passive, Like we see
- 8:41Speaker 3: Janelle even in season seven, being super passive, being very
- 8:45Speaker 3: much a background character, and just like letting Cody spuw
- 8:49Speaker 3: bullshit on all of her kids and everything. Like I
- 8:52Speaker 3: don't know if it's a product of their religion or
- 8:53Speaker 3: if Janelle's just a bad person. I don't know, or
- 8:57Speaker 3: maybe it's both.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Maybe, but I mean to me, it's like I have
- 9:02Speaker 1: been a part of a coercive religion. I have been
- 9:07Speaker 1: a part of a system of religious thought that was,
- 9:11Speaker 1: in my opinion looking back, toxic. The things that Janelle
- 9:16Speaker 1: has said over the years about being independent and not
- 9:19Speaker 1: buying into the patriarchy, like the things she's signaled to
- 9:23Speaker 1: us that she believes about the world and about herself, Like,
- 9:26Speaker 1: don't reconcile with me regarding the things that she's done recently.
- 9:32Speaker 1: So I just and at some point, like you have
- 9:34Speaker 1: to take responsibility, like, yeah, I came up in a cult,
- 9:37Speaker 1: or like I'm still loosely affiliated with this strict religion.
- 9:41Speaker 1: But it's also bad for women. Yeah, it's also really
- 9:44Speaker 1: harmful to children. And I'm also involved in this production
- 9:48Speaker 1: company and the show on TLC that had a hand
- 9:51Speaker 1: in truly damaging my son who is no longer with us. Like,
- 9:54Speaker 1: there's just thought processes that I feel like Janelle should
- 9:58Speaker 1: be involved in that. I'm not seeing the fruit of
- 10:01Speaker 1: Does that make sense? Yeah, I'm not seeing it with you, Janelle?
- 10:03Speaker 1: What the fuck is wrong with you? Janelle?
- 10:05Speaker 3: I agree with you, And I feel like Janelle, out
- 10:06Speaker 3: of all of them, has the emotional intelligence to have
- 10:10Speaker 3: those kinds of conversations or like have that kind of
- 10:13Speaker 3: self reflection. But she's like actively choosing not to. Maybe
- 10:16Speaker 3: it's because she's so passive, maybe she's so disconnected, or
- 10:19Speaker 3: maybe it's the money, maybe it's the NDA or whatever,
- 10:22Speaker 3: and she just wants to avoid it. But I feel
- 10:24Speaker 3: like she, out of everybody, should have the ability to
- 10:28Speaker 3: look back on that and to articulate it, because there's
- 10:31Speaker 3: some things that like Janelle will say every now and
- 10:33Speaker 3: then where she'll like articulate how Robin's this conniving puppet
- 10:38Speaker 3: master who speaks Cody and like she'll articulate it in
- 10:41Speaker 3: a very intelligent way, whereas the others are not able
- 10:45Speaker 3: to do that because they're not that smart. So I'm like, Janelle,
- 10:48Speaker 3: you have you have this ability, So why you made
- 10:51Speaker 3: a big old bitch.
- 10:52Speaker 1: And that's the question I think Gertrude is asking, like
- 10:55Speaker 1: what happened to Janelle. I would love to hear your
- 10:57Speaker 1: feedback in the comments below or via Instagram. You could
- 11:00Speaker 1: write to our girl Beatrice and tell her what you think.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Let us know, Yeah, because I'm curious to Gertrude. Yes,
- 11:05Speaker 1: so thank you for the call, Gertrude. Next one we
- 11:08Speaker 1: have is from Tanya.
- 11:10Speaker 2: High lady is this is Tanya calling from a dumpster
- 11:13Speaker 2: in Houston. I've called a couple of times, but I
- 11:15Speaker 2: haven't called lately. Right now, James from my take on Reality,
- 11:20Speaker 2: I know that's one of you guys's YouTube buddies. He
- 11:23Speaker 2: is opening up a discussion on the catfish and how
- 11:27Speaker 2: it's basically been used to somewhat bully Mary and embarrass
- 11:33Speaker 2: her and humiliate her and not really open it up
- 11:36Speaker 2: all the way to where it began, how the catfish
- 11:41Speaker 2: was even able to infiltrate the Browns basically by Cody
- 11:45Speaker 2: being a piece of shit and not taking care of
- 11:49Speaker 2: his wife while she sat there in her backyard looking
- 11:52Speaker 2: over at him, barbecuing with Robin and her kids and
- 11:55Speaker 2: not giving a shit.
- 11:56Speaker 4: But also.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Even after we admit, okay, yes, Mary cheated. If Mary
- 12:03Speaker 2: is telling Cody and Robin, hey, somebody has broken into
- 12:09Speaker 2: the cul de sac, has put bugs in the house
- 12:11Speaker 2: and is spying on me. That puts the children in danger.
- 12:16Speaker 2: And Robin is completely overprotective of her children, and Cody
- 12:21Speaker 2: went through the whole COVID thing and lost his family
- 12:23Speaker 2: because he was just trying to protect his children from
- 12:26Speaker 2: something that he had no idea. If you're both so
- 12:29Speaker 2: concerned about protecting the children, why did you not care
- 12:32Speaker 2: about this fear of this person that has scaled the
- 12:35Speaker 2: fence and come into the cul de sac.
- 12:38Speaker 3: That makes me, oh, kind of but yeah, I mean
- 12:42Speaker 3: that's a good that's an interesting thought. What do you
- 12:45Speaker 3: think about that?
- 12:47Speaker 1: It reminds me of something I want to say was
- 12:49Speaker 1: Love and Marriage Huntsville, where these two women were having
- 12:53Speaker 1: an argument and one of the women said, well, don't
- 12:56Speaker 1: start at the middle. Let's start this at the beginning
- 12:59Speaker 1: where it actually really started. And this is what it
- 13:03Speaker 1: kind of gives to me, Like they want to talk
- 13:08Speaker 1: about what Mary did and the betrayal of her actions
- 13:13Speaker 1: with the catfish without talking about what led up to that,
- 13:18Speaker 1: what created this vulnerability in Mary that she would be
- 13:22Speaker 1: susceptible to be taken advantage of by this woman pretending
- 13:26Speaker 1: to be a man who was in love with her. Like,
- 13:29Speaker 1: that's the important conversation that, of course Cody and Robin
- 13:34Speaker 1: are unwilling to have, and they're much more interested in
- 13:37Speaker 1: trying to ostracize in estrange Mary yep, based on like
- 13:41Speaker 1: the choices that she made, but in this state of
- 13:45Speaker 1: mind that they created. Right, So it's it is unfair.
- 13:49Speaker 1: I mean, that doesn't take away the responsibility of Mary
- 13:53Speaker 1: and the things that she did which we call out,
- 13:55Speaker 1: and it was wrong, and I still think to this
- 13:58Speaker 1: day Mary does not own it the way that she should.
- 14:02Speaker 1: But like, imagine a world where Mary came out and
- 14:06Speaker 1: said I did that. Yeah, I was in a tub,
- 14:10Speaker 1: there was a banana in my mouth. I took a
- 14:12Speaker 1: picture of that and then I sent it to Sam
- 14:14Speaker 1: because I was falling in love with this idea of
- 14:17Speaker 1: a man who could love me back. Because I was
- 14:20Speaker 1: in a marriage, and that's the beginning, that's the start
- 14:22Speaker 1: of it. Because I was in a marriage where I
- 14:25Speaker 1: wasn't seen, nobody cared about me, nobody liked me, and
- 14:28Speaker 1: I was alone, and so I did some stupid shit
- 14:31Speaker 1: and I was wrong for that, and I would not
- 14:34Speaker 1: do that again. But can we also have a conversation
- 14:37Speaker 1: about what preceded that, Like if Mary came to us
- 14:42Speaker 1: with that kind of conversation, the amount of respect that
- 14:46Speaker 1: I would have for her and I think that we
- 14:47Speaker 1: would all have for and also sympathy and rooting for
- 14:52Speaker 1: you that would happen in the Sister Wife's community would
- 14:56Speaker 1: be on another level. But that's the problem with these
- 15:00Speaker 1: people is they can't tell the whole truth and when
- 15:04Speaker 1: they do something wrong, they can't own it, like down
- 15:07Speaker 1: to the bones, no own a part of it. Yeah, okay, well,
- 15:10Speaker 1: I mean but I did that because and then they
- 15:12Speaker 1: deflect and they just can't own anything that they do.
- 15:16Speaker 3: No, none of them can.
- 15:17Speaker 1: So what do you think? What is your feedback?
- 15:19Speaker 3: I mean, I agree completely. I mean Mary got a
- 15:22Speaker 3: little close in These Tell Nothings in season twenty where
- 15:26Speaker 3: she kind of tried to articulate like Janelle and Cody
- 15:30Speaker 3: couldn't understand, like why I was in such dark place
- 15:34Speaker 3: in these early years that would lead up to the catfish,
- 15:37Speaker 3: like they couldn't understand it. But then she doesn't really
- 15:40Speaker 3: take full responsibility like you said, because she'll say like, well,
- 15:43Speaker 3: but Sam was taking advantage of the family and manipulating me, Like, girl,
- 15:47Speaker 3: but you were sending banana photos of yourself in the tub,
- 15:50Speaker 3: like please miss me with this, Like he was not
- 15:53Speaker 3: completely taking advantage of you, you were also giving in
- 15:56Speaker 3: to it. But I do think that Mary does her
- 15:59Speaker 3: best with her emotional acuity and emotional intelligence level, which
- 16:03Speaker 3: is quite low. She does her best to try and
- 16:06Speaker 3: own up to it in the sense of like I
- 16:08Speaker 3: did something that was wrong, I shouldn't have done it.
- 16:11Speaker 3: But she doesn't take the full weight of the responsibility.
- 16:13Speaker 3: But nobody does in this family, Like literally, no one
- 16:15Speaker 3: fucking does, even in Christine's book, which we covered on
- 16:19Speaker 3: Patreon at length, Like she is glossing over so many
- 16:23Speaker 3: like big things, so many things, like she was responsible
- 16:26Speaker 3: for so many things that Cody was responsible for, and
- 16:29Speaker 3: she can't even fully articulate like how these things made
- 16:33Speaker 3: her feel, how Cody was such a piece of shit Dad,
- 16:36Speaker 3: Like she can't really.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Go in which she lied I lost weight because of
- 16:41Speaker 1: plexus when the entire time she was on a GLP
- 16:44Speaker 1: one exactly, I mitigated my perimenopause symptoms with plexus when
- 16:48Speaker 1: the entire time she was on hormone replacement therapy.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Yep.
- 16:52Speaker 1: But she's not telling people that because she's a liar.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Yep. And so back to Tanya's original point about like
- 16:58Speaker 3: using the catfish as a way to bully Mary, I
- 17:00Speaker 3: do agree with that as well, because I do think
- 17:02Speaker 3: that they I mean, they just keep bringing it up,
- 17:06Speaker 3: even when we get to the Catfish episodes, which I
- 17:08Speaker 3: rewatched like recently a few months ago, because I hadn't
- 17:11Speaker 3: seen them in so many years. Like, they were so
- 17:13Speaker 3: hard on Mary for it, and I understand Cody was
- 17:17Speaker 3: her or betrayed or whatever because Mary had this emotional affair,
- 17:20Speaker 3: but it's like, do we ever call Cody out for
- 17:23Speaker 3: the fact that he like moved out of Mary's house
- 17:25Speaker 3: at that point and like wasn't fucking her for years
- 17:28Speaker 3: and didn't give a shit about her. Melt it down
- 17:30Speaker 3: her ring, melt it down her ring, and then got
- 17:32Speaker 3: the legal divorce. Like all of this happened in this time,
- 17:36Speaker 3: and that was what led up to Mary cheating, emotionally cheating,
- 17:40Speaker 3: but nobody talks about that. We're just gonna make Mary
- 17:42Speaker 3: feel complete and utter shame, not only just in the
- 17:47Speaker 3: family personally, but publicly as well, because we're gonna talk
- 17:50Speaker 3: about it on every fucking episode of Sister Wives, every
- 17:53Speaker 3: tell all, every interview because at the time when they
- 17:57Speaker 3: were doing interviews with like ABC Family and whatever like,
- 18:00Speaker 3: they were bringing it up then, and so Mary had
- 18:02Speaker 3: to constantly relive it over and over and over again,
- 18:06Speaker 3: like talk about how humiliating.
- 18:08Speaker 1: And we're still talking about it in twenty twenty six.
- 18:10Speaker 1: We're using it as a weapon against Mary exactly. Mary
- 18:13Speaker 1: could literally diffuse the entire thing though by owning it
- 18:16Speaker 1: one hundred percent and saying, yeah, I shouldn't have done that.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Like I said, she could change the narrative on this.
- 18:22Speaker 1: But I think for whatever reason, she's still vulnerable around
- 18:25Speaker 1: it and is still maybe in a little bit of
- 18:27Speaker 1: shame about it, and so she doesn't want to say anything,
- 18:30Speaker 1: or maybe she wants to protect Cody and Robin.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Maybe I don't know. And I mean, I can understand
- 18:36Speaker 3: her still having shame over it and not wanting to
- 18:39Speaker 3: talk about it fully or thinking that it's stupid, like
- 18:41Speaker 3: why are we still bringing it up ten years later?
- 18:43Speaker 3: But I'm like Mary to your point. Mary could diffuse it.
- 18:46Speaker 1: She could diffuse it so many ways.
- 18:48Speaker 3: She could drop bombs on the family too. She could
- 18:50Speaker 3: drop some secrets because I know she knows some shit, yes,
- 18:54Speaker 3: but she chooses not to. She actively chooses not to
- 18:57Speaker 3: because she thinks that that's like being the bigger person,
- 18:59Speaker 3: and maybe it, but you know what, just stoop down
- 19:02Speaker 3: to their level just a little bit, very just stoop
- 19:05Speaker 3: down a little bit and just drop some fucking tea
- 19:07Speaker 3: because she would she I feel like, has the capacity
- 19:10Speaker 3: to throw some fucking grenades, yes, and she just actively
- 19:14Speaker 3: chooses not to. So she just lets them blear with this.
- 19:18Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Yeah, that's true too.
- 19:20Speaker 3: And I hate that. I hate to say that because
- 19:22Speaker 3: she's not like to blame for their behavior, for them
- 19:26Speaker 3: constantly weaponizing the catfish behavior. But she could put a
- 19:30Speaker 3: stop too.
- 19:30Speaker 1: And maybe she will someday. And you know, we've talked
- 19:33Speaker 1: about this. I think she's on a healing journey. I
- 19:37Speaker 1: think she's on an arc, like she is in the
- 19:39Speaker 1: process of trying to change her mindset, trying to change
- 19:43Speaker 1: her life, trying to be independent and be joyful and
- 19:45Speaker 1: all of those things. And I think over time, I
- 19:48Speaker 1: don't think she's getting therapy unfortunately. I think she could
- 19:51Speaker 1: really stand to go to therapy. But over time, I
- 19:55Speaker 1: think she'll come into more epiphanies about herself and like
- 19:58Speaker 1: her past, and maybe in five years, ten years, will
- 20:02Speaker 1: get a Mary. If I'm still here, you can tell
- 20:04Speaker 1: me via the week shut up, get the Ouiji border
- 20:06Speaker 1: out and say, Dailia. Mary's book is so awesome. She's
- 20:10Speaker 1: finally talking about it all, and I will respond via
- 20:14Speaker 1: the punchet. But like, maybe at some point in the
- 20:17Speaker 1: future we'll have a Mary who can articulate herself in
- 20:20Speaker 1: this way. I hope for that, but like, this.
- 20:23Speaker 3: Is where she is, Right's journey.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Entitled to be where she is at this time, it's
- 20:28Speaker 1: her path.
- 20:29Speaker 3: Yeah, So what do y'all think? Do you think the
- 20:31Speaker 3: catfish story has been weaponized to bully Mary or do
- 20:34Speaker 3: you have other theories about it? Let us know in
- 20:36Speaker 3: the comments below. And the last caller we have is
- 20:40Speaker 3: from a dirty raccoon.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Those are my favorite raccoon.
- 20:43Speaker 5: They doo Hi, guys. I just wanted to let you
- 20:46Speaker 5: guys know. I know it's not really it's not really good,
- 20:50Speaker 5: but I think why Danelle hates Robin. I think she
- 20:54Speaker 5: blames her about Karl, about Garrison. I really do the
- 20:58Speaker 5: way how she has distinct her in the Waven Mattie
- 21:01Speaker 5: talks about it, I feel like they have disdain for her.
- 21:04Speaker 5: But anyways, let me know what you y'all think.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Dang, that's a hot take.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Well, the only way I can respond to that is
- 21:16Speaker 1: by putting myself into her shoes as a mother in
- 21:20Speaker 1: the situation that I understand it to be, as an
- 21:22Speaker 1: observer on the outside. If I were Janelle and my
- 21:27Speaker 1: kids were popping off upset, it was Garrison that called
- 21:31Speaker 1: Robin and said, stop taking my dad away from me.
- 21:35Speaker 1: It was Mattie who said, anytime she opens her mouth,
- 21:39Speaker 1: she's lying.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Yep.
- 21:40Speaker 1: So if I'm Janelle and I know that my kids
- 21:43Speaker 1: feel that way, and one of my children leaves the
- 21:48Speaker 1: world be because of their current situation on a night
- 21:53Speaker 1: when they were talking to TLC production about the show,
- 22:01Speaker 1: I can see how she would shift some of that
- 22:04Speaker 1: blame onto Robin. It really deserves to be on Cody, though,
- 22:09Speaker 1: for sure, it deserves to be on Cody. And to
- 22:12Speaker 1: the extent that Janelle gives a pass to Cody because
- 22:16Speaker 1: she's still in love with him, has signed an NDA
- 22:20Speaker 1: is a simp. Whatever the reason is, like to the
- 22:22Speaker 1: extent that she absolves him for responsibility and maybe shifts
- 22:26Speaker 1: it onto Robin because she can't use him as a target. Like,
- 22:29Speaker 1: I can understand how that would happen, But I think
- 22:34Speaker 1: the disdain that we get from Janelle about Robin has
- 22:38Speaker 1: been there the whole time. Agreed. I think from the
- 22:41Speaker 1: very beginning, Janelle had Robin's number. I think Robin knew
- 22:46Speaker 1: that Janelle had her number, which is why she never
- 22:48Speaker 1: wanted to channel challenged Janelle. She never wanted to get
- 22:51Speaker 1: into an altercation with Janelle. She also knew that Cody
- 22:55Speaker 1: had a heart for Janelle. So I think the reason
- 22:59Speaker 1: Janelle and like Robin is because Robin is fundamentally unlikable. Yeah,
- 23:04Speaker 1: and Janelle has the secrets and the deats.
- 23:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree. I think that if Janelle hated Robin
- 23:12Speaker 3: so much, it was because of more tangible reasons, like
- 23:15Speaker 3: she saw where the money was going and it went
- 23:17Speaker 3: to Robin and her fake nails and her Dickenzie and
- 23:20Speaker 3: villages and all that shit. She saw how Cody favored Robin,
- 23:24Speaker 3: and probably at that point, like we had to call
- 23:26Speaker 3: her a couple weeks ago, say that Janelle was the
- 23:29Speaker 3: original Robin. So maybe Janelle hated Robin because she was
- 23:33Speaker 3: no longer Cody's favorite. She wasn't getting the sweet sweet dicken,
- 23:36Speaker 3: I guess, and only Robin was getting it. And then
- 23:39Speaker 3: she had a few good years in Vegas and then
- 23:41Speaker 3: it went all downhill. So I think that Janelle, like
- 23:44Speaker 3: you'd said, probably hated Robin from the get go because
- 23:47Speaker 3: of the whole money situation. She knew Robin was vying
- 23:50Speaker 3: to be the favorite and best wife, and she ultimately
- 23:55Speaker 3: got that. She ultimately won, and so maybe that's why
- 23:58Speaker 3: Janelle hated her. But I could see where she could
- 24:00Speaker 3: shift some of the blame to Robin. I feel like,
- 24:04Speaker 3: if anything, Jenelle probably only blames Robin. I don't think
- 24:08Speaker 3: Janelle blames Cody for anything with Garrison, which is really unfortunate.
- 24:12Speaker 3: I guess, god, it's so fucking obvious to everybody else
- 24:15Speaker 3: with eyes that Cody, I don't want to say, contributed
- 24:19Speaker 3: to Garrison's passing. But Cody did not help Garrison's mental
- 24:26Speaker 3: well being. I'll just leave it there. He did not
- 24:28Speaker 3: help it in a positive way. He only contributed negative
- 24:32Speaker 3: to negatively to it, especially within the last few years.
- 24:35Speaker 3: And I think, if anything, Janelle blames Robin for it
- 24:39Speaker 3: because she doesn't feel like she can blame Cody for
- 24:42Speaker 3: it for some reason.
- 24:44Speaker 1: I think the question is why doesn't she think she
- 24:46Speaker 1: can blame Cody for it? That's like the most interesting question.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Is it because she's in love? Is it because of
- 24:52Speaker 1: the show? Is it because of an Nda? Is it
- 24:56Speaker 1: because they partnered in stealing from the LC together and
- 24:59Speaker 1: she got a benefit that the other wives didn't get?
- 25:02Speaker 1: What would the reason be that she wouldn't want to
- 25:05Speaker 1: point that at Cody, and so she feels comfortable to
- 25:08Speaker 1: point it at Robin. But like to be fair, she
- 25:10Speaker 1: really doesn't come for Robin that much. Like she's asked
- 25:13Speaker 1: a question and a tell nothing and she answers it
- 25:15Speaker 1: and she's like, yeah, no, I don't think so she
- 25:18Speaker 1: ain't shit. But that's the extent of it. It kind
- 25:21Speaker 1: of more feels like she's just opted out of the
- 25:23Speaker 1: conversation and she doesn't want to participate in it anymore.
- 25:26Speaker 1: But if that were my child.
- 25:28Speaker 3: Girl righteous rage, the way that I would be dexter
- 25:34Speaker 3: levels of planning with latex and executing that, like the
- 25:40Speaker 3: way I would be holding a grudge the lawsuits, I mean,
- 25:44Speaker 3: I would be apoplectic and.
- 25:47Speaker 1: I wouldn't give a fuck if there was a production
- 25:49Speaker 1: house that was trying to control the narrative. I would
- 25:52Speaker 1: be talking to the New York Post and the New
- 25:55Speaker 1: York Times. I would be fucking on my Instagram. I
- 25:58Speaker 1: would be coming for every buddy's throats. That's me, though.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Maybe I'm anomalous as a mom because I'm just a
- 26:05Speaker 1: wild person out here. But I don't know why. I
- 26:08Speaker 1: don't know how she has swept this under the rug
- 26:10Speaker 1: after Garrison's passing, because you're being very kind, I think
- 26:14Speaker 1: he one hundred percent contributed to Garrison's mental state. I
- 26:18Speaker 1: think when you have Garrison texting production on the night
- 26:22Speaker 1: that he ultimately left us, talking about the show and
- 26:25Speaker 1: lamenting the show, and when you hear Garrison in that
- 26:30Speaker 1: season talk about how he hasn't talked to his father.
- 26:33Speaker 1: He wanted to tell his dad about the car that
- 26:35Speaker 1: he bought and the home that he'd bought, but he
- 26:37Speaker 1: can't share that with his dad. You can hear how
- 26:41Speaker 1: he is torn up about his relationship with his father. Definitely, So, Janelle,
- 26:46Speaker 1: I don't know where you are in the fog, honey.
- 26:49Speaker 1: I get that it's comfortable and you've been in a
- 26:51Speaker 1: thirty year nightmare or whatever, but I just know how
- 26:54Speaker 1: I would be doing it differently, which would be a felony.
- 26:57Speaker 1: I know for real, it would be a felony right
- 27:00Speaker 1: if it were me. But we're all different and stuff.
- 27:03Speaker 3: God bless, I mean, God bless not to bring astrology
- 27:06Speaker 3: into the to the equation. But I'm like, I wonder
- 27:09Speaker 3: what your placements are, Like what is your mars placement?
- 27:11Speaker 3: Because you have to be so fucking docile, because like
- 27:13Speaker 3: I would be just as rageful and cancer and that's
- 27:18Speaker 3: supposed to be like one of the tamer ones. But
- 27:21Speaker 3: they can't be crazy grudges and they're very emotional, interrational gemina.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Bitch, oh honey coming for everybody in the story.
- 27:30Speaker 3: I'm like, you're the hurricane.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Yep, I'm ready.
- 27:35Speaker 3: And it's just so it's just odd to me. The
- 27:36Speaker 3: only thing that I can think of that could kind
- 27:39Speaker 3: of rationalize her lack of like reaction and her lack
- 27:42Speaker 3: of anger is like, you know, when two parents lose
- 27:46Speaker 3: a child, like you could either go two ways. The
- 27:50Speaker 3: parents could blame each other, they ultimately split up and
- 27:53Speaker 3: it creates this huge division and it creates a break
- 27:56Speaker 3: that will never be fixed. Or you can have two
- 27:59Speaker 3: parents that like just console each other, and you just
- 28:02Speaker 3: bond over the loss of your kid, and so maybe
- 28:04Speaker 3: she like looks at Cody with these like rose colored
- 28:07Speaker 3: glasses and it's like, well, but he's a father lost
- 28:09Speaker 3: a kid too. But I, just like you had said,
- 28:13Speaker 3: I can't fucking relate to it. I really can't, because
- 28:15Speaker 3: I don't understand how she could just not blame him
- 28:17Speaker 3: and not be so upset.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Well, And you have to take into account that this
- 28:22Speaker 1: is not happening in isolation, right, This is happening on
- 28:26Speaker 1: the world stage, where you have people out here calling
- 28:29Speaker 1: out in real time what they see regarding Cody and Robin.
- 28:33Speaker 1: In the entire dynamic. It's not like you aren't privy
- 28:36Speaker 1: to the information, yeah, and the perspective of everybody who
- 28:40Speaker 1: sees it from an the outside vantage point. And so
- 28:44Speaker 1: to have all of that information, plus to have lived
- 28:48Speaker 1: it and to still choose to potentially make up a
- 28:51Speaker 1: story about Jen and Mary and potentially try to do
- 28:55Speaker 1: a backdoor deal with an absolute demon of a person
- 28:59Speaker 1: and his fuck wife, Like, are you so broken down
- 29:03Speaker 1: internally that you're just like living day to day? Because
- 29:07Speaker 1: contextualize this with the fact that she's launched her coaching business. Oh,
- 29:12Speaker 1: let's all get coaching for life from Janelle, okay, and
- 29:15Speaker 1: for fitness from Janelle. But like that she's doing these
- 29:18Speaker 1: lives on Facebook or whatever like Mary does, in which
- 29:21Speaker 1: she's trying to mentor people in fitness and their life
- 29:25Speaker 1: when she's so fundamentally broken, but she's also desperate for
- 29:30Speaker 1: an income stream.
- 29:31Speaker 3: Yep.
- 29:31Speaker 1: So if she's that desperate for an income stream, and
- 29:34Speaker 1: we've had people on Reddit who have attended those lives
- 29:36Speaker 1: and who've said she's really bad at it, she does
- 29:39Speaker 1: not seem comfortable trying to talk to people about their issues.
- 29:42Speaker 1: But if you're that desperate that you would do something
- 29:45Speaker 1: that you don't want to do for money, then what
- 29:48Speaker 1: else will you do for money?
- 29:50Speaker 3: Exactly? I mean, we already saw her in season twenty,
- 29:52Speaker 3: like going to this stupid brunch apology with Cody and
- 29:56Speaker 3: she's googling his eyes the entire time. She's totally fawning
- 30:00Speaker 3: over him. She thinks that his apology was genuine and
- 30:03Speaker 3: very healing for her, But did we hear him talk
- 30:06Speaker 3: about the kids at all? And she even said in
- 30:09Speaker 3: the season like, yeah, I should have asked about the kids,
- 30:12Speaker 3: but I didn't even think about it.
- 30:13Speaker 1: Well because I'm contractually obligated not toadyound by an NDA.
- 30:17Speaker 3: Because it's verboten, you know. So it's like she's willing
- 30:20Speaker 3: to do shit like that. It's it's just weird. It's
- 30:23Speaker 3: just odd. I don't understand it. I can't relate. It
- 30:26Speaker 3: makes me side eyed Janelle and her character a bit,
- 30:28Speaker 3: because why aren't you mad at the right people? And
- 30:31Speaker 3: if you are shifting the blame onto Robin instead of
- 30:34Speaker 3: blaming Cody for it, that's lame too. I mean, Robin
- 30:38Speaker 3: deserves her come up in so Robin deserves all of
- 30:40Speaker 3: the anger from everybody else in this family too, because
- 30:44Speaker 3: she is just as much of a part of it
- 30:46Speaker 3: as anybody.
- 30:47Speaker 1: Garrison's wound was a father's anged, it was an ancestor's wound.
- 30:52Speaker 1: It's not a Robin wound exactly.
- 30:54Speaker 3: I mean, she like contributed to it largely, but the
- 30:57Speaker 3: wound definitely was created by Cody. Undred boo woo. That
- 31:03Speaker 3: was a hard question, but very interesting. Let us know
- 31:07Speaker 3: what you guys think. Do you think Robin or sorry,
- 31:09Speaker 3: do you think that Janelle blames Robin for Garrison's passing?
- 31:12Speaker 3: Do you think there's other reasons? Let us know your
- 31:14Speaker 3: theories I know it's a little inappropriate.
- 31:16Speaker 1: Too, but at the same time, I also want to say,
- 31:19Speaker 1: this is what they have presented on their television show.
- 31:21Speaker 1: This is the content that they have given us, and
- 31:23Speaker 1: we are talking about the content available to us. It's
- 31:25Speaker 1: not that we're trying to be inappropriate. These are questions
- 31:28Speaker 1: normal human beings have and we don't have to apologize
- 31:30Speaker 1: for that.
- 31:31Speaker 3: Well, and if anything, we're trying to navigate for Garrison,
- 31:33Speaker 3: because is anybody else.
- 31:35Speaker 1: Doing that in the family. I'm sure the kids are.
- 31:37Speaker 1: I'm sure we just don't see them because they're not
- 31:40Speaker 1: featured and platformed by TLC. Correct, right, Oh god, Beatrice.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Is there anything else that we should say to these
- 31:47Speaker 1: beautiful raccoons before we get up on out of here.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Well, we love you. You're important, and if you love us,
- 31:53Speaker 3: please show that by going to your favorite podcast platform

- 32:02Speaker 3: so thank you very much.
- 32:03Speaker 1: We will be back next week to continue our deep
