A shooting and assault in Newbury, Vermont, have authorities hunting a bright yellow pickup truck with a ladder rack and rust on the driver’s side—believed to be linked to both crimes. One man was injured, and 41-year-old Amanda Belville of Cabot received medical treatment after being physically assaulted.
