- 3:19Speaker 11: give them more information. We start writing, and some of
- 3:22Speaker 11: them continue to write after we get out. Some of

- 4:00Speaker 1: many of the life hacks that make a sentence more tolerable.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Alright, tampon making with a shitty pad.
- 4:10Speaker 11: There's two different kinds of pads in this place.
- 4:12Speaker 3: These those are the shitty ones when they are harder
- 4:14Speaker 3: to mate. But open it.
- 4:18Speaker 11: You gotta peel off this wonderful top layer. You're a female,
- 4:22Speaker 11: you know how much using pads sucked, So you become creative.
- 4:27Speaker 11: You gotta calm out this.
- 4:29Speaker 3: Extra fluff.
- 4:33Speaker 11: And then the inside of the tampon, depending on how
- 4:37Speaker 11: thick you want it. It's how much fluff you use.
- 4:42Speaker 11: Roll it up nice and tight, put it all together,
- 4:46Speaker 11: fold this little flat down, roll it tied it or
- 4:59Speaker 11: not so it doesn't I'm undone and well, I you
- 5:05Speaker 11: I was tampon with your little pulse string. One of
- 5:08Speaker 11: the first things I learned how to do when I
- 5:10Speaker 11: came to jail.
- 5:11Speaker 3: And thank god because Pat's up.
- 5:20Speaker 8: Yeah, did she hear?
- 5:23Speaker 1: New inmates need to work out the pecking order? And
- 5:26Speaker 1: Victoria d As aka Baby D think she's a force
- 5:30Speaker 1: to be reckoned with.
- 5:32Speaker 2: There's like a like a good handful of girl. That's
- 5:35Speaker 2: like everybody wants to talk to us. Everybody wants to
- 5:39Speaker 2: like know what we're doing. Me nia Iris, my roommate,
- 5:46Speaker 2: this is our pardon. And they see how I walk
- 5:50Speaker 2: around my head high.
- 5:51Speaker 3: I don't.
- 5:52Speaker 2: I'm not scared of nobody. They can see that in me.
- 5:54Speaker 2: So it's just I come off as intimidating to tell
- 5:57Speaker 2: a lot of the female take me with you. I'm
- 6:02Speaker 2: not gonna like fix the way I walk and the
- 6:06Speaker 2: way I talk to accommodate somebody else because they feel
- 6:09Speaker 2: intimidated by the way that I am. This is just
- 6:11Speaker 2: the way that I am. If you don't like it,
- 6:12Speaker 2: then get the fuck from around me. I don't know
- 6:14Speaker 2: what they tell you.
- 6:16Speaker 1: As a dominant claque, Baby D and friends are not
- 6:19Speaker 1: interested in integrating with new inmates. They show their prowess
- 6:23Speaker 1: by making a cake whilst the group of new girls
- 6:26Speaker 1: watch on.
- 6:27Speaker 13: Be read, hap, be bad, happy birdy.
- 6:38Speaker 6: To what.

- 6:54Speaker 2: my forehead, Like what the fuck y'all want? Like everyone's
- 6:57Speaker 2: staring at me, like what the fuck y'all want? Oh
- 7:00Speaker 2: my goodness, very stubborn, I'm very loud, outspoken. I don't
- 7:07Speaker 2: know who the fuck these bitches think they are.
- 7:09Speaker 3: I could be.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Nice, but if I don't like you, I'm rude as hell.
- 7:12Speaker 3: Still you're still staring at me, bitch. Very violent, yep, impulsive.
- 7:18Speaker 2: No one, no one ever gotta be scared to get
- 7:20Speaker 2: the ass whooped.
- 7:20Speaker 1: And that's on dead dogs.
- 7:22Speaker 6: All need fucking val.
- 7:25Speaker 1: You said, what what?
- 7:27Speaker 2: I try to work on the whole violent part.
- 7:30Speaker 3: But you gotta do what you gotta do.
- 7:36Speaker 2: I can't stand these bitches man, any of y'all, any
- 7:39Speaker 2: of y'all, y'all just y'all just be grilling me. I
- 7:41Speaker 2: don't know what the fuck it is, but y'all be
- 7:42Speaker 2: grilling me like I got signed on my forehead that
- 7:44Speaker 2: y'all want. The cake's on the table, not on my forehead.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Don't do it again. Nothing the fuck got your track
- 7:57Speaker 3: shoes on.
- 7:57Speaker 2: But what you're running from? See, I know where you're
- 7:59Speaker 2: going and where you come.
- 8:00Speaker 4: I'm from.
- 8:00Speaker 2: It's a maturity show and it's.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Just a baby and you For twenty one year old
- 8:03Speaker 1: Victoria Das gangster life and occupational hazard of prison is
- 8:08Speaker 1: in the blood. Her mother was a well known drug
- 8:11Speaker 1: dealer who gave birth to Victoria in prison.
- 8:14Speaker 2: Who know that you was in a sports like that
- 8:15Speaker 2: we all players because they all players. Everyone knows my
- 8:18Speaker 2: mother and my mom's name is tattoo on my arm,
- 8:20Speaker 2: so they're like, oh, wanda's your mom. Everybody knows not
- 8:23Speaker 2: to fuck with me?
- 8:23Speaker 3: Can you tell you back the love that?
- 8:25Speaker 6: Like?
- 8:25Speaker 3: Yeah, you looking like a whole Seo girl oh Okyo.
- 8:29Speaker 3: You know she looked like a mad and a carrier.
- 8:35Speaker 2: I try to be good since I turned twenty one,
- 8:37Speaker 2: I've been trying to be good, but people be trying me.
- 8:42Speaker 3: I give them like two tries because I don't like
- 8:46Speaker 3: being tested. There ain't even running water.
- 8:49Speaker 2: I have a twin, b By Tone was still born
- 8:52Speaker 2: and my twin was gonna be named Crystal. That's why
- 8:54Speaker 2: my middle name is Crystal. Should I blame everything on Crystal?
- 8:59Speaker 2: It's not Victoria? Yeah, it was Crystal.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Victoria is a wait in trial for breaking and entering
- 9:05Speaker 1: and the salt and battery. She attacked her rex, who
- 9:08Speaker 1: was allegedly cheating with her best friend.
- 9:11Speaker 2: There was some door that was cracked open, so I
- 9:14Speaker 2: just walked inside the house, closed the door, locked it,
- 9:17Speaker 2: snatched him out of bed, did whatever I did, and
- 9:21Speaker 2: then I ran into the living room beat her up.
- 9:27Speaker 2: But that was my best friend for twelve years, so
- 9:28Speaker 2: she knows better. She knows what we used to do
- 9:31Speaker 2: to other females that did things like that. So she
- 9:33Speaker 2: thought she was gonna get like a golden ticket or something,
- 9:36Speaker 2: and I wasn't gonna do it to her. She already
- 9:37Speaker 2: knows how I get down. I have her name taped
- 9:39Speaker 2: it on my back too. That's what's fucked up. I've
- 9:43Speaker 2: fucked that bitch up anytime I see her, because.
- 9:45Speaker 3: She deserves it.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Despite the tension, one of the new inmates tries to
- 9:50Speaker 1: build bridges.
- 9:52Speaker 6: Wow, why are we?
- 9:54Speaker 8: Why are we at beils? We don't because.
- 9:59Speaker 3: Just stare I like, need you?
- 10:01Speaker 14: I raid?
- 10:02Speaker 3: So I'm just it's it's I don't like that shit.
- 10:03Speaker 2: I guess stayed out by the CEOs all day. I
- 10:05Speaker 2: don't want y'all staring at me.
- 10:07Speaker 3: And it's not just you.
- 10:07Speaker 2: You took it upon yourself to come to hand and
- 10:09Speaker 2: try to settle something that is not even there. Okay,
- 10:11Speaker 2: I just say it was that whole table. Yeah, she
- 10:15Speaker 2: sat down with me and Katie like, oh, I don't
- 10:17Speaker 2: know what your beef is like. No, the beef that
- 10:20Speaker 2: you think that you think there is, it's in your head.
- 10:22Speaker 2: You want there to be beef. But you're not gonna
- 10:24Speaker 2: win this. Like she was just she was just trying
- 10:27Speaker 2: way too hard to fit in and she just she
- 10:30Speaker 2: didn't fit in.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Yeah, don't put your hand over this for me?
- 10:34Speaker 8: Which what are you doing?
- 10:34Speaker 3: And so the god it doesn't matter.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Go around and don't go behind me either. I'm not
- 10:38Speaker 2: dafting you up.
- 10:39Speaker 8: It's wrong with you.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Really, I told you when I first got here. I
- 10:42Speaker 2: don't dat people up.
- 10:43Speaker 6: Go ahead, she do that.
- 10:43Speaker 2: I don't do that, So go ahead nothing.
- 10:47Speaker 6: No.
- 10:49Speaker 2: If I see iris, or if I see somebody like,
- 10:51Speaker 2: I'll wap them up. You know what I'm saying. It's
- 10:53Speaker 2: like a greeting without say having to say words.
- 10:55Speaker 3: But I don't know you. I don't know you.
- 10:58Speaker 2: I'm not gonna touch your hand. I'm not gonna give
- 10:59Speaker 2: you no fist pounder. I'm not going to do any
- 11:02Speaker 2: of that.
- 11:02Speaker 3: And that she gets. She went like this, and then
- 11:04Speaker 3: she went like this, and I.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Just like a.
- 11:08Speaker 3: No, I can't.
- 11:13Speaker 8: Alters.
- 11:15Speaker 3: They want to have the.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Medical Twenty six years old and eight months pregnant Foranessa,
- 11:22Speaker 1: like many of the women who come through the doors
- 11:24Speaker 1: of the Western Massachusetts Regional Women's Correctional Center, is battling
- 11:29Speaker 1: a heroin addiction.
- 11:31Speaker 10: I know that a lot of people just judge me
- 11:32Speaker 10: off the rep when it comes to drugs and me
- 11:35Speaker 10: being pregnant.
- 11:35Speaker 3: But I tell them too, until you walk the day.
- 11:37Speaker 10: In my shoes, or until you actually have experienced it,
- 11:40Speaker 10: Please don't say anything, right, just tell people don't even
- 11:42Speaker 10: touch subject on that, because that's not fair, because you're
- 11:44Speaker 10: just judging off of what you heard.
- 11:47Speaker 1: In the US, around ten percent of the female prison
- 11:50Speaker 1: population is thought to be pregnant, and midwives from the
- 11:53Speaker 1: local hospital regularly visit the gel to examine the pregnant inmates.
- 12:00Speaker 15: You're going that.
- 12:04Speaker 3: Does that hurt your Yeah, that like really hurt really bad.
- 12:06Speaker 3: I don't know why that hurts so bad.
- 12:08Speaker 10: Yeah, no, up here when you were just right here,
- 12:11Speaker 10: I don't know why.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Ow shit, Oh, excuse my language. That hurts way too much.
- 12:17Speaker 16: She's growing fine. So I basically they don't like to
- 12:25Speaker 16: do it before thirty seven weeks.
- 12:27Speaker 17: But you won't be there.
- 12:28Speaker 3: By three some weeks.
- 12:29Speaker 6: Well you'll be.
- 12:29Speaker 8: It'll be closed one to forties. So I was great
- 12:37Speaker 8: that strong, I see regular, couldn't.
- 12:41Speaker 11: Right.
- 12:43Speaker 16: Did you get things for labor pain with your ol breaths?
- 12:46Speaker 10: Yes? My well, my second one I didn't because I
- 12:50Speaker 10: went all natural, because I jumped from four and alcentimeters
- 12:52Speaker 10: tonight and a half centimeters and a half an hour.
- 12:54Speaker 11: Uh huh uh.
- 12:55Speaker 3: But my first one I did. I got up a
- 12:57Speaker 3: durl and this one I planned on ivery intention girl again,
- 13:01Speaker 3: I never wanna.
- 13:02Speaker 16: Have a natural labor in my life.
- 13:04Speaker 3: That is too fainful for me. Alright, let's go talk
- 13:06Speaker 3: to them.
- 13:07Speaker 1: This will be Vanessa's the child.
- 13:10Speaker 16: And when you were pregnant in twenty thirteen.
- 13:13Speaker 8: Was your first friendency?
- 13:14Speaker 14: No?
- 13:14Speaker 10: No, my no, was my first pregnancy, but it was
- 13:16Speaker 10: my first live birth that I given birth to.
- 13:19Speaker 3: Ow fought.
- 13:19Speaker 15: Did you go to term?
- 13:20Speaker 8: Gud?
- 13:21Speaker 18: Yeah?
- 13:21Speaker 3: Okay, I had her five days early. But that's that's.
- 13:23Speaker 17: Full, that's full turn How much did that be do
- 13:26Speaker 17: with seven pounds fourteen ountees?
- 13:31Speaker 15: Yeah?
- 13:33Speaker 17: Girl, she's adopted, okay.
- 13:35Speaker 8: And then your next pregnancy was.
- 13:37Speaker 3: A girl vaginal normal, full term.
- 13:40Speaker 17: And where is she she is in well, right now,
- 13:44Speaker 17: she's in foster care. M me losing my kids, it
- 13:49Speaker 17: was one of Yeah, it was probably one of my
- 13:50Speaker 17: darkst woes as well, because to me, I feel like
- 13:54Speaker 17: it's not just.
- 13:56Speaker 3: You physically being there. I feel like it's.
- 13:58Speaker 10: Your mind being there as well, or like go just
- 14:00Speaker 10: even like I said, like doing an open adoption. That
- 14:02Speaker 10: killed me the most, but like I did what I
- 14:04Speaker 10: thought was okay. Like the people that she's with, they
- 14:06Speaker 10: love her, they'll do anything for her, and I'm grateful
- 14:09Speaker 10: for that. I couldn't ask for anything more. My youngest
- 14:12Speaker 10: she's in foster care. I didn't want these things for
- 14:15Speaker 10: my kids. Obviously I want my kids. It's just that's
- 14:18Speaker 10: what addiction does to you.
- 14:22Speaker 1: But Vanessa, like all new inmates, must spend at least
- 14:29Speaker 1: five days in the orientation unit.
- 14:33Speaker 19: Most of the ladies about eighty five to ninety percent
- 14:36Speaker 19: using drugs heavily.
- 14:38Speaker 3: It's pretty much de taxing unit.
- 14:40Speaker 8: They going through that swelling here.
- 14:43Speaker 18: If they need longer than five they is they're gonna
- 14:45Speaker 18: stay here longer.
- 14:50Speaker 8: They very needy and they.
- 14:52Speaker 3: Not feeling good.
- 14:52Speaker 15: It's like flu like symptoms and they have a lot
- 14:55Speaker 15: of vomiting and diarrhea.
- 14:57Speaker 3: So because of many more clothing constantly this.
- 15:02Speaker 19: Thank you, and it takes them a little bit to
- 15:06Speaker 19: get it out of the system.
- 15:08Speaker 3: And that's so if we call it dedux.
- 15:11Speaker 6: We've had a lot of pregnant women in and out
- 15:13Speaker 6: of here before. Unfortunately, if they are heavy drug users
- 15:17Speaker 6: and then they give birth to the baby, from what
- 15:19Speaker 6: I hear, is not a pleasant sight to see. You know,
- 15:22Speaker 6: the baby can have everything from they could be shaking,
- 15:25Speaker 6: crying all the time, you know, there's just so many
- 15:28Speaker 6: different medical issues that come about when a baby is detoxing,
- 15:32Speaker 6: and it is really sad. It's a really sad thing
- 15:35Speaker 6: to see.
- 15:36Speaker 3: No.
- 15:36Speaker 10: No, the one that I that I was told to
- 15:38Speaker 10: mix together, right is the eternity oil. I know for
- 15:41Speaker 10: me being pregnant with the belly and all, it worked
- 15:43Speaker 10: for me. My one worry is having the baby here
- 15:46Speaker 10: in jail cause my daughter, unfortunately, she would be detoxing
- 15:49Speaker 10: from the subtext.
- 15:50Speaker 3: So that's the medication that I'm on.
- 15:52Speaker 10: I wouldn't be able to stay there and comfort her nothing.
- 15:55Speaker 10: I would be there for the first two to three days,
- 15:56Speaker 10: that's it, and they would bring me right back here.
- 16:00Speaker 10: For both my daughters, my other daughters that I had
- 16:02Speaker 10: or they were both born addicted to drugs, one of them, unfortunately,
- 16:05Speaker 10: my first one, she was born addicted to heroin. Oh,
- 16:11Speaker 10: I know what people say, and I know what they see.
- 16:14Speaker 10: They see somebody that either A doesn't care, b is
- 16:18Speaker 10: just a junkie, or see me the famasing, Oh, you
- 16:23Speaker 10: care more about the drugs than you do your kid,
- 16:25Speaker 10: or why couldn't you just stop?
- 16:27Speaker 3: Why is it that your kids couldn't make you something?
- 16:29Speaker 3: It has nothing to do with that. It has everything
- 16:31Speaker 3: to do with the hold that addiction has on you.
- 16:37Speaker 10: I feel like this time, if I have my kid
- 16:38Speaker 10: in jail, I I know I'll lose the baby.
- 16:43Speaker 3: I know I would, and I.
- 16:44Speaker 10: Just feel like all bets would be often I just
- 16:46Speaker 10: wouldn't care no more.
- 16:49Speaker 8: An odd Angelina Morales.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Vanie's being moved out of orientation and into a pre
- 16:56Speaker 1: troun put where she will await her got you cold.
- 17:00Speaker 10: I've been to jail more than five times since I
- 17:02Speaker 10: was twenty two. The reason why I'm here today is
- 17:05Speaker 10: because they call it a violation of probation. Yes three
- 17:09Speaker 10: v my come on, Sidney, Me and my two best friends.
- 17:14Speaker 10: We ended up getting arrested together pretty much because pretty
- 17:20Speaker 10: much my idea was used for stolen stuff.
- 17:23Speaker 3: Bye, ladies, God bless and good luck.
- 17:25Speaker 10: Hi Auntie, now, huh, you know I have to tell
- 17:29Speaker 10: you so much shit.
- 17:30Speaker 3: Your sister arrested me.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Your sister, Vanessa's best friend Kimberly, who committed the crime
- 17:38Speaker 1: with her, is also in Pod three.
- 17:40Speaker 10: By yes, yes, I'm so happy and luckily for her,
- 17:47Speaker 10: they'll also be sharing a cell.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Hi Auntie, dude, I missed you so much. I was crying,
- 17:53Speaker 3: but be my best friend. I'm so glad. I'm minion
- 17:56Speaker 3: room with you.
- 17:57Speaker 4: I knew it too, because they were moving everybody and
- 17:59Speaker 4: I'm like, you're.
- 17:59Speaker 11: The pregnant at just already in here, and then I
- 18:01Speaker 11: was like, she's gonna come in here.
- 18:03Speaker 8: I was like, I know it.
- 18:06Speaker 10: One of my biggest hopes for right now, for the
- 18:08Speaker 10: instant future, would be to get into this program and
- 18:11Speaker 10: have the baby and my mom be there.
- 18:14Speaker 3: I need.
- 18:15Speaker 10: I definitely want to stay clean. Oh my god.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Crystal Lugo is being in WCC for the last eight months.
- 18:34Speaker 1: She's charged with kidnapping, assault and batteries with dangerous weapons,
- 18:38Speaker 1: and asult and intimidating a witness.
- 18:43Speaker 20: Authorities today calling the scenario and organized torture chamber an
- 18:48Speaker 20: unidentified teenager from New Jersey taped to a chair in
- 18:51Speaker 20: the basement of a home in Massachusetts. You start to
- 18:54Speaker 20: Jersey's Eric Lanscrowner has the story.
- 18:57Speaker 14: Once inside, Crystal Lugo and the others organized a deliberate,
- 19:02Speaker 14: organized torture chamber for the victim.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Unfortunately for her, the nature of her alleged crimes is
- 19:09Speaker 1: being discovered by prison hard girl Baby d who knew
- 19:13Speaker 1: the alleged victim that couldn't.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Be on the same universe, So either I was gonna
- 19:16Speaker 2: be her up or make you see herself.
- 19:19Speaker 5: It was determined by the supervisors that Crystal Wigo's information
- 19:23Speaker 5: got out to the other inmates. I don't think Google
- 19:26Speaker 5: was requested to come on protective customer, but I think
- 19:28Speaker 5: it was by.
- 19:28Speaker 8: The supervisor decided be everyone's best interested to get her
- 19:31Speaker 8: off the unit.
- 19:32Speaker 3: Why my shot.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Crystal's been placed in segregation, under protective custody and in
- 19:38Speaker 1: the care of Counselor Peach.
- 19:40Speaker 5: My name is Richard Peach. I'm a questional counselor. I've
- 19:43Speaker 5: been doing that for the last three years. My office
- 19:46Speaker 5: is right in the middle of segregation or a special
- 19:48Speaker 5: manuf A unit. The idea was to have a counselor
- 19:51Speaker 5: or a caseworker in the unit at all times, so
- 19:54Speaker 5: to any inmates we're having a hard time dealing with
- 19:56Speaker 5: being a one B being locked up twenty three hours
- 19:58Speaker 5: a day, they would have a k to work her
- 20:00Speaker 5: accounselor to could see.
- 20:01Speaker 1: That baby d claims Crystal's victim was her gang system.
- 20:05Speaker 2: It's not my real little sister, not my blood little sister,
- 20:08Speaker 2: but I was taking care of that little girl. She's
- 20:10Speaker 2: like my little sister. Were living together for a really
- 20:13Speaker 2: long time. Her and her boyfriend and her brother put
- 20:17Speaker 2: my little sister in a dog cage, caught all her
- 20:20Speaker 2: hair off, burnt her with cigarettes. Crystal beat her in
- 20:23Speaker 2: the legs with a crowbar so she couldn't move like.
- 20:27Speaker 2: I was so surprised, like that was her like because
- 20:30Speaker 2: she she got way fatter than what she looked like,
- 20:33Speaker 2: so I didn't recognize her.
- 20:37Speaker 5: We didn't know our first Victoria Diaz knew the victim
- 20:40Speaker 5: as well as she did, so we weren't you know,
- 20:42Speaker 5: we weren't prepared for it, and we weren't expecting this.
- 20:46Speaker 5: So when this happened with Diaz, when she was talking
- 20:50Speaker 5: to Lieutenant and then freaking out, it's the first time
- 20:53Speaker 5: we knew about it that dis was actually either friends
- 20:56Speaker 5: with or related to the victim.
- 20:58Speaker 8: For that, if we would have known that beforehand, than separated.
- 21:01Speaker 14: A machete was held at the victim's neck at the
- 21:04Speaker 14: direction of Crystal, and Crystal told the victim that if
- 21:07Speaker 14: she lied or continued to lie, they would hold the
- 21:09Speaker 14: machete closer to her neck.
- 21:11Speaker 21: Police in Massachusetts say it was a few days after
- 21:14Speaker 21: Christmas when they received a call from a juvenile being
- 21:17Speaker 21: tortured in the basement of a home. When they arrived,
- 21:20Speaker 21: they say they found a sixteen year old sitting on
- 21:22Speaker 21: the edge of a mattress, crying and scared. She told
- 21:25Speaker 21: police that about eight people, four of them in court Wednesday,
- 21:29Speaker 21: stood around her as she was tied to a chair,
- 21:31Speaker 21: burned with a cigarette, and her head was shaved. All
- 21:35Speaker 21: of it retaliation for what she told officers was a
- 21:38Speaker 21: home invasion that they believed she had set up.
- 21:42Speaker 12: See the problem here is nobody really knows the truth,
- 21:46Speaker 12: you know what I mean. There was no cage, so
- 21:50Speaker 12: they tried to get my brother with rape, but it
- 21:54Speaker 12: was not him. And when the girls when the victim
- 21:57Speaker 12: seemed that he was being charged with it, she called
- 21:59Speaker 12: the detect and told the detective that that wasn't the case.
- 22:02Speaker 12: He had My brother had nothing to do with it.
- 22:06Speaker 12: The gang is the one who did the home invasion
- 22:09Speaker 12: on us, But I don't know if Diaz has anything
- 22:12Speaker 12: to do with it.
- 22:14Speaker 2: I'd be telling them, if you guys want me to
- 22:16Speaker 2: handle things the way I handle things last year, I
- 22:19Speaker 2: would drag a inmate and bring her in my room
- 22:22Speaker 2: just to fight here. I would drag you into any
- 22:24Speaker 2: the closest room, the coll any, any room that's the
- 22:27Speaker 2: closest to where we're at.
- 22:28Speaker 3: That's just how it's gonna be.
- 22:32Speaker 5: Victoria just responds to everything with violence, just says I
- 22:36Speaker 5: have a lot of great coping skills, and she hasn't
- 22:38Speaker 5: been taught a lot of great coping skills, Like I say.
- 22:40Speaker 5: She grew up in houses and gangs and just not
- 22:42Speaker 5: a lot of opportunities.
- 22:46Speaker 12: Personally, I think that they should move her because I've
- 22:49Speaker 12: been here for eight months and haven't had a single issue.
- 22:52Speaker 12: We did get along, she'd ask me questions, I'd tell
- 22:57Speaker 12: her we've talked a couple of times. This sh just
- 23:00Speaker 12: all came out of nowhere.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Oh sorry, Crystal's troubles are bigger than Baby D. In
- 23:08Speaker 1: retaliation for the alleged crimes, a HiT's being ordered on
- 23:11Speaker 1: her by a local gang known as the Kilby Street Gang,
- 23:14Speaker 1: of which Baby D is supposedly a member. Rumorates two
- 23:19Speaker 1: members are deliberately trying to get arrested in order to
- 23:22Speaker 1: get sent to the prison to carry out the revenge attack.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Kilby's a gang from Woos there and they got a
- 23:28Speaker 2: price on her head because she's snitching on two of
- 23:31Speaker 2: two of our guys or whatever. So there's two there
- 23:34Speaker 2: was two girls coming in and there was gonna beat
- 23:37Speaker 2: her up.
- 23:37Speaker 3: Or whatever for a price or whatever. I'll do that
- 23:40Speaker 3: shit for free.
- 23:40Speaker 2: I don't need no money for that.
- 23:42Speaker 3: I will beat you up.
- 23:44Speaker 2: I'll buck fifty your face, like cut them straight across
- 23:47Speaker 2: their face to make them look different.
- 23:49Speaker 6: They ain't gonna look the.
- 23:49Speaker 2: Same after I'm done, so I stomp you out. I
- 23:52Speaker 2: don't jump people, though. If I'm getting jumped on, obviously
- 23:56Speaker 2: we're gonna come back with more females, but no regular stuff.
- 24:03Speaker 8: They're not going to put Crysal.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Back in here and just scare follow until the jail
- 24:07Speaker 1: can figure out if the threat is real and Diaz
- 24:09Speaker 1: is telling the truth. Mistol's life could depend on her
- 24:12Speaker 1: remaining in segregation in the Western Massachusetts Regional Women's Correctional Center.
- 24:26Speaker 1: It's the inmates favorite day of the week, Commissary Day.
- 24:30Speaker 6: So Commissary Day is Tuesday. I guess they call it
- 24:33Speaker 6: around the jail, turn up Tuesday when commissary comes. It
- 24:36Speaker 6: is a bit of a chaotic day, to say the least.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Inmates in the jail can order extras like sweets, snacks,
- 24:44Speaker 1: and toiletrees as long as they have money in their account.
- 24:51Speaker 1: One of the inmates, India, seemingly something of an entrepreneur,
- 24:56Speaker 1: has spotted an opportunity to turn a profit from her
- 24:58Speaker 1: prison s day, buying up lots of commissary. She sells
- 25:03Speaker 1: it to the other inmates, often at double or even
- 25:06Speaker 1: triple the price. This store running is against the rules
- 25:10Speaker 1: and the officers are always looking to crack down on
- 25:13Speaker 1: this scan. She could get up to ten days in
- 25:16Speaker 1: the hole. If cool, you.
- 25:19Speaker 18: Want to see my stash, it's down here. I'm not
- 25:23Speaker 18: supposed to say this, I might go to jail.
- 25:25Speaker 8: In jail.
- 25:28Speaker 18: So I have a store.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Store runners like India often take advantage of new inmates
- 25:35Speaker 1: who don't yet have money in their accounts. They could
- 25:38Speaker 1: put their purchase on a slate, but the interest rates
- 25:41Speaker 1: mirror those of a loan shark.
- 25:45Speaker 3: With my stash, I could get in trouble.
- 25:48Speaker 18: Honestly, if they see all the stools.
- 25:53Speaker 6: When new women come in the pine, they will actually
- 25:56Speaker 6: they're trying to help them and they'll say, listen, I'll
- 25:59Speaker 6: give you a soup because I know you're detox and
- 26:01Speaker 6: you're not feeling well, but you have to give me
- 26:03Speaker 6: two or three in return. Then you're kind of in
- 26:07Speaker 6: debt with the other inmates in the pod, and they say,
- 26:10Speaker 6: you know, then we could have many issues, such as
- 26:12Speaker 6: if you don't pay this back, then you're gonna get
- 26:16Speaker 6: jumped or something of that sort.
- 26:19Speaker 18: When people come, they're like detoxing off like dope or
- 26:23Speaker 18: like whatever, or they haven't they've been smoking crack for
- 26:27Speaker 18: weeks and weeks and they haven't ate. So when they come,
- 26:30Speaker 18: like all that comes back and they're like so hungry
- 26:32Speaker 18: and stuff, but they crave sweet stuff.
- 26:34Speaker 3: So I just buy a whole bunch of sweet shit.
- 26:37Speaker 1: I descry sugar because it has a similar feel good
- 26:40Speaker 1: effect on the brain to drugs and alcohol.
- 26:43Speaker 18: And it's just like I'm used to doing this. I
- 26:45Speaker 18: don't know, like just like with the shit that I've
- 26:49Speaker 18: done all my life. But it's a hustle. It's a
- 26:53Speaker 18: hustle in jail. Yeah, we gotta charge you with trafficking trafficking.
- 27:00Speaker 18: I want in trafficking of cocaine. There's really no difference
- 27:04Speaker 18: between what I do in and out of jail.
- 27:08Speaker 3: That's bad. I mean, it's food right now, so that's good,
- 27:12Speaker 3: but it's bad.
- 27:13Speaker 11: That's bad.
- 27:14Speaker 3: That means I haven't learned shit.
- 27:16Speaker 18: Huh No, it's I don't know's it's the same thing.
- 27:22Speaker 18: It's really the same thing, the same exact thing.
- 27:29Speaker 1: In pre troll free b eight months pregnant heroin addict,
- 27:33Speaker 1: Vanessa's only chance to get out of jail before her
- 27:36Speaker 1: due date and to keep her child is to get
- 27:39Speaker 1: onto a residential drug treatment program.
- 27:42Speaker 6: A long term residential program is somewhere that we actually
- 27:46Speaker 6: help the women apply to, So that is a large part.
- 27:49Speaker 3: Of my job as a caseworker.
- 27:51Speaker 6: If they're willing to change and they want to stay
- 27:53Speaker 6: keen and sober when they are released from jail, we
- 27:56Speaker 6: will help them, you know, with all the paperwork and.
- 27:59Speaker 3: Do the referrals.
- 28:00Speaker 6: There are programs for women who have just given birth,
- 28:04Speaker 6: dealing with postpartum. There are programs for families, so women
- 28:08Speaker 6: are able to take your children with them and be
- 28:11Speaker 6: housed there. So there's so many different kinds of programs
- 28:14Speaker 6: that we work with with the women.
- 28:17Speaker 10: I'm filling out and it may be recrust form because you
- 28:20Speaker 10: have to fill one of these out in order to
- 28:22Speaker 10: like see medical or to see a sick call if
- 28:24Speaker 10: you need like something for like the bathroom or you're
- 28:27Speaker 10: nauseous or anything like that, or to see a counselor a.
- 28:31Speaker 3: Hey, I'm a meeting with you. Yeah, great minds.
- 28:34Speaker 10: Think of like I have court on Thursday and I'm
- 28:37Speaker 10: trying to get into a program and my counselor can
- 28:39Speaker 10: help me and she can make phone calls with me. Yes,
- 28:42Speaker 10: I have a life coach.
- 28:43Speaker 3: Her name is Lisa.
- 28:44Speaker 10: Okay, she might have a program for me this Thursday,
- 28:47Speaker 10: because I need to get into a program by Thursday,
- 28:49Speaker 10: especially because I'm pregnant and I'm due next month.
- 28:54Speaker 16: I ad this Lisa time we says, this is Lis Davis,
- 28:58Speaker 16: and the correctional account are signed in Vanessa louders Hi, Lisa.
- 29:04Speaker 10: So I talked to my mom and she told me
- 29:06Speaker 10: that you suppose he might have a program for me
- 29:08Speaker 10: for Thursday. Yes, I'm looking into it now.
- 29:11Speaker 15: I actually can nail stands for mornings because I need to.
- 29:15Speaker 6: I just want confirmation that, you know, if you're getting out.
- 29:18Speaker 11: Bene you know.
- 29:19Speaker 10: Oh yeah, because Judge cal said if I have a
- 29:22Speaker 10: concrete plan and a way to get there, that he
- 29:24Speaker 10: quote unquote will entertain it. And he will definitely for
- 29:28Speaker 10: sure do it on this day.
- 29:30Speaker 16: Okay, I have, but all the efforts you you can't
- 29:33Speaker 16: do what you did to me last time.
- 29:35Speaker 11: I won't.
- 29:36Speaker 3: Okay, I promise I will.
- 29:38Speaker 15: Get that today and I will live. I'll call you
- 29:41Speaker 15: till later on today.
- 29:43Speaker 17: Okay, that sounds great.
- 29:44Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 29:48Speaker 10: Let me know about everything else if you can.
- 29:50Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 29:52Speaker 8: All right, have a good one.
- 29:53Speaker 10: Oh yeah, you're covering the brigad all right, thank you,
- 29:56Speaker 10: you're welcome. One of my biggest hopes be able to
- 30:03Speaker 10: maintain life on life terms clean America, and just to
- 30:08Speaker 10: be able to sit there and be like, yeah, it's
- 30:10Speaker 10: been hard, it's been hell, but I'm finally doing it.
- 30:14Speaker 1: But That'sa's best friend, Kimberly, who's currently sharing a celle
- 30:17Speaker 1: with her, is there for moral support.
- 30:20Speaker 8: I'm so happy I have been here with my best friend.
- 30:21Speaker 3: That's my best friend'srom the street.
- 30:22Speaker 8: But I'm just glad. Like I said that, I'm in
- 30:24Speaker 8: here with her.
- 30:26Speaker 11: So she's definitely one person if you keep me out
- 30:28Speaker 11: of my own mind.
- 30:31Speaker 10: So Thursday, Thursday, well, I don't know if you're getting out.
- 30:35Speaker 3: You so you should be.
- 30:37Speaker 10: Getting out and I should go to a program that's
- 30:40Speaker 10: not like cook.
- 30:40Speaker 3: He's gonna crumble on Thursday. Vanessa is having positive thoughts
- 30:43Speaker 3: about it.
- 30:43Speaker 2: Every time she says something's gonna happen, it usually does.
- 30:47Speaker 3: And she thinks everybody's gonna go home. So hopefully that happens.
- 30:50Speaker 3: Hopefully you won't see me.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Crystal Lugo has been moving moved into segregation for around
- 31:01Speaker 1: safety in my Victoria. DA has this claimed a retaliatory
- 31:05Speaker 1: hit has been placed upon Crystal by the Kilby Street Gang,
- 31:09Speaker 1: of which Dias is allegedly a member. Counselor Page, who
- 31:12Speaker 1: is in charge of segregation, has received the letter from Crystal.
- 31:17Speaker 5: Aslogo is appealing her being placed on protective custody status.
- 31:20Speaker 5: She believes that she should not have been moved, should
- 31:23Speaker 5: have been the other inmate.
- 31:25Speaker 12: Since Diaz has been in three A, there has been
- 31:27Speaker 12: a few altercations between her and other inmates that she
- 31:30Speaker 12: has started. I've been incarcerated for eight months. It remained
- 31:33Speaker 12: in three A the entire time, with no issues and people.
- 31:35Speaker 3: Knowing my case well.
- 31:37Speaker 12: Being in three A, I've made a few great friends
- 31:40Speaker 12: and companionships that I wish to continue. I understand that
- 31:42Speaker 12: my protection and safety is important, but this is very unfair.
- 31:46Speaker 12: Please take into consideration what I've said above and noticed
- 31:49Speaker 12: that I'm not the problem. I would greatly appreciate it.
- 31:52Speaker 12: From move back to three, a thank you and advance.
- 31:56Speaker 5: Lugo's still saying she has no idea how her information
- 31:59Speaker 5: got out.
- 32:00Speaker 8: Obviously she gave it to somebody.
- 32:01Speaker 5: That's why as always told not to share anything that's
- 32:04Speaker 5: going on with their cases. Because the information gets out
- 32:06Speaker 5: like this, it continually becomes a problem and kind of
- 32:10Speaker 5: with us in.
- 32:11Speaker 8: A tough spot.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Before the officers can make a decision about Crystal, they
- 32:16Speaker 1: have to investigate if the gang threat is true. Leading
- 32:19Speaker 1: this investigation is Lieutenant Scherard.
- 32:23Speaker 15: Had I met with bitter Ideas I went and looked
- 32:26Speaker 15: up the information on the computer, it appears to mean
- 32:29Speaker 15: that she was repeating to me, for batim what was
- 32:32Speaker 15: on the news report. I'm having some people look into
- 32:36Speaker 15: reviewing phone calls to see maybe she made a call to.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Someone, Hello, hi baby.
- 32:42Speaker 3: How you doing.
- 32:45Speaker 1: The officers are listening to a recording of Victoria dia
- 32:48Speaker 1: as his phone calls to see if any information was
- 32:51Speaker 1: given on Crystal and if the Kilby Street gang mates
- 32:54Speaker 1: are coming in.
- 33:00Speaker 9: Kilby is known for drug dealing and sex trafficking, and
- 33:05Speaker 9: you know they have money and be possible that they
- 33:08Speaker 9: you know they can get that done. So you know
- 33:11Speaker 9: she's gotta be aware of these Kilby members and if
- 33:15Speaker 9: they're coming in and don't keep a close eye on
- 33:18Speaker 9: them and identify them.
- 33:20Speaker 8: We look for tattoos.
- 33:22Speaker 9: Information from informants and law enforcement help us out a
- 33:26Speaker 9: lot and identifying these inmates.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Eight months pregnant, Vanessa needs to get on a drug
- 33:41Speaker 1: treatment program before she gives birth. If she doesn't, she'll
- 33:45Speaker 1: lose custody of her Balby baby. She's desperate to speak
- 33:48Speaker 1: to her mother to find out there's been any progress.
- 33:52Speaker 3: I'm gonna kill my mom. Yeah, she didn't answer. That's upsetting.
- 33:57Speaker 10: I have court tomorrow. How is it that my mom's
- 34:00Speaker 10: not answering me? And people know how I get before court?
- 34:03Speaker 10: Because it's anxiety filled a b I'm nervous and see,
- 34:07Speaker 10: like this is important to me and my kid.
- 34:09Speaker 3: Like it's a program.
- 34:11Speaker 10: It's not like it's just like oh hey and iop are,
- 34:13Speaker 10: oh hey a methodone clinic or no, Like this is
- 34:17Speaker 10: like where I'm going to be living. This is where
- 34:18Speaker 10: I have to start my life again.
- 34:20Speaker 3: Like and it's not fair.
- 34:22Speaker 10: When I'm doing all this, it scares me because it's
- 34:24Speaker 10: bringing up my stress level.
- 34:25Speaker 3: And I always go early in my pregnancy.
- 34:27Speaker 10: So if I had this baby here, that will kill me,
- 34:30Speaker 10: that will crush me. And I don't think like, and
- 34:32Speaker 10: it sucks to say this like this, but like, I
- 34:33Speaker 10: don't think I'd be able to stay.
- 34:34Speaker 3: Clean because I can't be.
- 34:36Speaker 10: I wouldn't be able to be in jail, have a baby,
- 34:37Speaker 10: lose a baby, be on medication and then detalks from
- 34:40Speaker 10: a medication. Oh, and then deal jail time and want
- 34:42Speaker 10: to be mentally stable and being stay clean.
- 34:44Speaker 3: That's not gonna happen for me. I don't have the.
- 34:46Speaker 10: Devices and the people and the services that I would
- 34:48Speaker 10: need in place for that to happen. So I'm hoping
- 34:53Speaker 10: and praying.
- 34:58Speaker 1: Lieutenant Chirauda now have been giving evidence on Crystal Lugo's investigation.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Today the senior staff members are meeting to discuss it
- 35:08Speaker 1: and look at her repeal.
- 35:11Speaker 8: And Crystal Lugo.
- 35:13Speaker 15: Victory Diaz came up to me stating that she just
- 35:16Speaker 15: found out that Cristal Lugo was the person that in
- 35:19Speaker 15: the case for the teenage girl that was placing the cage,
- 35:23Speaker 15: and she claimed that the teenage victim was her sister.
- 35:28Speaker 15: She also stated to me that there's supposed to be
- 35:30Speaker 15: two or three Kilby Street Gang women coming into the
- 35:34Speaker 15: facility to take care of her.
- 35:37Speaker 8: So I had Mascara do some phone reviews for me.
- 35:39Speaker 15: Diaz said, yeah, I just found out about it just now,
- 35:44Speaker 15: but she didn't make any comments about causing any harm
- 35:47Speaker 15: or making any threats to her.
- 35:49Speaker 7: The Kilby Street Gang is now become a bigger issue
- 35:53Speaker 7: for us because we all know that they are much
- 35:55Speaker 7: more violent than most of the gang involvement that other
- 35:58Speaker 7: women have threat against. Lugo seem to be real with the.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Joe worried about the Kilby Street Gang coming in and
- 36:07Speaker 1: carrying out a hit on Crystal, putting her back with
- 36:10Speaker 1: the other roommates could see her life under threat. It's
- 36:17Speaker 1: early morning at Western Massachusetts Regional Women's Correctional Center and
- 36:22Speaker 1: cook day is finally here for Vanessa.
- 36:26Speaker 11: Can you lift one quote at a.
- 36:27Speaker 19: Time, please, thank you, yell great, and he's gonna scan
- 36:30Speaker 19: you and you can have a seat.
- 36:31Speaker 1: Another threat, she needs the judge to release her to
- 36:34Speaker 1: a drug rehabilitation program.
- 36:38Speaker 10: I know if I had a child in jail, DC,
- 36:39Speaker 10: I will take the baby, and I know I'll lose
- 36:42Speaker 10: another kid, and I had the pain of losing a child.
- 36:45Speaker 10: I think it's one of the worser things ever that
- 36:47Speaker 10: you can ever go through.
- 36:48Speaker 3: I feel like it's literally.
- 36:48Speaker 10: A PC that gets ripped and no one knows that
- 36:51Speaker 10: feels like until they actually go through it.
- 36:53Speaker 3: I can grab these, Okay.
- 36:58Speaker 17: I just don't want to keep doing nothing on and
- 37:00Speaker 17: live my life like this.
- 37:03Speaker 10: Because this.
- 37:05Speaker 17: Is not fun checking in and I'll getting body scans strips.
- 37:08Speaker 3: So it's just to go to court it it's not
- 37:11Speaker 3: fun and.
- 37:13Speaker 15: Bring it down good.
- 37:16Speaker 3: That ship's overrated. I hate this part.
- 37:21Speaker 10: I feel like this is the most embarrassing part about
- 37:23Speaker 10: it all. Belly shackles. No, I can't get them down here,
- 37:29Speaker 10: but you.
- 37:30Speaker 8: Can't up here.
- 37:36Speaker 10: Okay, yeah, next to me, that's fine, kim me in
- 37:39Speaker 10: is next to me, to both of.
- 37:40Speaker 3: Y'all, Okay, were you go?
- 37:47Speaker 1: Vanessa's future and that of the baby is now in
- 37:50Speaker 1: the hands of the judge.
- 37:55Speaker 3: Mm hmmmm m.
- 37:59Speaker 1: With the you made on Crystal's future, Counselor Peach and
- 38:03Speaker 1: Lieutenant Charade call a r in to talk it over.
- 38:06Speaker 3: Coome one in Miss luga no I can stand.
- 38:11Speaker 15: So we did go over the information that we received,
- 38:15Speaker 15: and at this point we deemed that our initial placement
- 38:19Speaker 15: of you here on protected custody is where we're gonna
- 38:23Speaker 15: keep you for this week. We do believe and that
- 38:26Speaker 15: the information received is very credible and the threat is
- 38:29Speaker 15: very real. We're doing more investigation that some KiB Street
- 38:33Speaker 15: gang members are coming here and that there's a price
- 38:36Speaker 15: on your head regarding the victim in your case that
- 38:38Speaker 15: you're being accused of. We're gonna review you again next week.
- 38:42Speaker 16: I don't even want to get out now.
- 38:44Speaker 15: I know this is a lot.
- 38:49Speaker 8: It is unfortunate.
- 38:59Speaker 10: Mhm.
- 39:00Speaker 3: She is is the one who told you this.
- 39:03Speaker 15: I can't discuss the investigation. There's more than one person
- 39:06Speaker 15: that I'm investigating behind us, and I want to be
- 39:09Speaker 15: fair to you as much as I can, but I
- 39:11Speaker 15: really need to protect you first and foremost. See it
- 39:16Speaker 15: is it is, and I know it feels like punishment.
- 39:21Speaker 1: Okay, for the foreseeable future, Crystal will remain in segregation.
- 39:27Speaker 1: What happens next is for the prison staff to decide
- 39:30Speaker 1: is she safe in WCC or rather the threats to
- 39:33Speaker 1: her life real? In my India is ready to call
- 39:41Speaker 1: in her debts.
- 39:42Speaker 3: It's payday.
- 39:44Speaker 18: I pull out my little list and I see everybody
- 39:47Speaker 18: that owes.
- 39:47Speaker 3: Me money twenty four.
- 39:49Speaker 8: That's ony four dollars.
- 39:50Speaker 18: Yeah, I expect you to know that once you get
- 39:55Speaker 18: your commissary, you have the opinion back. I hate to
- 39:58Speaker 18: have to harass you for it. Whatever I have, I will,
- 40:00Speaker 18: or I'll send somebody to go tell 'em.
- 40:02Speaker 3: Like yo, in DCS, she wants.
- 40:03Speaker 18: Her shit this she is a dollar, So I'll be like, alright,
- 40:09Speaker 18: I want two dollars. Or I want two of 'em,
- 40:12Speaker 18: so I get three. Like if if they put money
- 40:15Speaker 18: in my books, I give 'em, I give it to
- 40:17Speaker 18: them for double. If they don't give it to me
- 40:19Speaker 18: in my books, and then I'll give it to them
- 40:21Speaker 18: for triple.
- 40:23Speaker 8: I want double with it.
- 40:25Speaker 3: Sometimes they're like.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Oh that's a lot.
- 40:27Speaker 3: Well, I don't really care. It's like do you want
- 40:29Speaker 3: it up?
- 40:30Speaker 18: And everybody knows either. You put it, you wrap it
- 40:32Speaker 18: in a shirt, put it in a trash can, and
- 40:34Speaker 18: we just switch off trash cans every all day.
- 40:37Speaker 8: Oh, I already got my stuff.
- 40:38Speaker 18: Those are the days that are kind of like iffy too,
- 40:43Speaker 18: because I don't wanna put out too much like alarm
- 40:46Speaker 18: towards the officers because they they'll see like, oh, what's
- 40:49Speaker 18: all this movement going towards your room, or they see
- 40:52Speaker 18: all the trash cans. That's why I try to like
- 41:00Speaker 18: only deal with people that I know are discreet about it.
- 41:04Speaker 3: Like if I know they're going to be like.
- 41:06Speaker 18: Too loud or too showy about it, I just won't
- 41:09Speaker 18: deal with them.
- 41:09Speaker 3: I'll be like, I don't know what you're talking about.
- 41:13Speaker 6: To be honest, a lot of the things that we
- 41:15Speaker 6: catch in this facility is due to I guess what
- 41:17Speaker 6: the inmates called snitches. We have confidential informants, that's what
- 41:21Speaker 6: we call them as staff. They'll let us know that
- 41:23Speaker 6: something is going on and then we will investigate it further.
- 41:27Speaker 6: We can look into their cash transactions, so if they've
- 41:30Speaker 6: had people from the outside deposit money onto their books
- 41:34Speaker 6: that you know, deposits money on someone else's books as well,
- 41:38Speaker 6: we're able to catch them that way, or simply just
- 41:41Speaker 6: observing them in the pod trading the items or going
- 41:43Speaker 6: to a store and coming away from the room with
- 41:47Speaker 6: a bunch of items in their hands.
- 41:50Speaker 1: Although the correctional offices are aware India has a store,
- 41:54Speaker 1: they don't have enough information to investigate her. It's the
- 42:04Speaker 1: end of the day and the cool intakes and returnees
- 42:07Speaker 1: have arrived back at the jail.
- 42:09Speaker 10: For this weft.
- 42:10Speaker 8: I do well.
- 42:12Speaker 19: Now, I got a read, I got to bed, I
- 42:16Speaker 19: have a program, and I'm going to a bed. But
- 42:19Speaker 19: I can't go to the thirtieth because the piece of
- 42:22Speaker 19: paper of proof, even though my lawyer and the CEOs
- 42:25Speaker 19: that were downstairs.
- 42:26Speaker 10: Should have been enough proof of my transportation right it
- 42:32Speaker 10: was transtation or some shit. The piece of paper was
- 42:34Speaker 10: there pretty much for proof some bullshit, and so I
- 42:37Speaker 10: have to wait till the thirty four my lawyer gets
- 42:38Speaker 10: back from vacation to be able.
- 42:39Speaker 3: To go to the program.
- 42:42Speaker 10: When I got out of court, I was so upset
- 42:44Speaker 10: because I could have had my bed, been at my bed.
- 42:46Speaker 3: I should be in my bed right now, and I'm not.
- 42:49Speaker 10: I'm anti because I said that it was in the making,
- 42:51Speaker 10: that it's all fine.
- 42:52Speaker 3: I have the bed, I have as I have that
- 42:54Speaker 3: everything set up, but I just don't have the paperwork yet.
- 42:56Speaker 3: And that's and that's what the judge.
- 42:58Speaker 10: Wants, is the paper documentation stating that it's all solid concrete.
- 43:03Speaker 10: If nothing works out by the thirtieth, and I have
- 43:05Speaker 10: to have baby in jail. It's gonna be probably one
- 43:07Speaker 10: of the worst things that happened in my life.
- 43:12Speaker 1: In their old shared celle, Crystal sale might Corey has
- 43:16Speaker 1: received news about her absent friend.
- 43:19Speaker 3: So let's letters from my old Roman Crystal.
- 43:23Speaker 11: She said, Corey, So, I just met with Lieutenant Chirard
- 43:27Speaker 11: and I have to stay in a year longer. I
- 43:29Speaker 11: guess I'm really not safe. So she's investigating multiple people.
- 43:34Speaker 11: The Kilby Street gang put a hit out on me.
- 43:37Speaker 11: People are coming to jail to get me or are
- 43:39Speaker 11: already here. I can't even believe this. I'm so scared
- 43:42Speaker 11: to get out of jail now. To know that I
- 43:44Speaker 11: have to watch my back at all times and that
- 43:46Speaker 11: there's a hit out on me as terrifying. I missed
- 43:48Speaker 11: you on her so much. I can't stop crying about this.
- 43:51Speaker 11: I just want to collapse in you guys in the
- 43:53Speaker 11: arms right now. I feel like my whole world just
- 43:55Speaker 11: came crashing down. I wish you were still over here.
- 43:58Speaker 11: I feel so many emotions. Me and you have the
- 44:01Speaker 11: best times in our cell.
- 44:02Speaker 5: What the fuck?
- 44:03Speaker 11: I just wanna scream, Well, I'm gonna lay down and
- 44:05Speaker 11: listen to music. I'll be waiting for a reply. Love
- 44:08Speaker 11: you always, Crystal, And there's consequences for.
- 44:12Speaker 17: Your actions, and.
- 44:15Speaker 11: She's just a serious consequences.
- 44:20Speaker 3: You do for grips. But I'm not sure. I'm not
- 44:22Speaker 3: too be sure.
- 44:24Speaker 2: It's just as a matter of who gets there first.
- 44:32Speaker 1: Next time, thinking that this.
- 44:37Speaker 3: Is your house, cause i'm'a tell you right now, this
- 44:39Speaker 3: is our house. You're visited and listles
