Speaker 1: Under the Biden administration, the government paid sponsors in HHS
• 0:06
Speaker 1: in order to host these children, and those sponsors many
• 0:09
Speaker 1: times we found instances where they trafficked these children themselves.
• 0:13
Speaker 1: So under that administration, we not only had children that
• 0:16
Speaker 1: were in this country as a part of a program,
• 0:18
Speaker 1: the government was paying individuals that were knowingly trafficking them
• 0:22
Speaker 1: and abusing them. That has stopped.
• 0:24
Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
• 0:28
Speaker 3: Good Thursday morning. Nice to have you with us on
• 0:30
Speaker 3: the forty seven Morning Update, and we've got two big
• 0:33
Speaker 3: stories for you. First up, Democrats are not just looking
• 0:36
Speaker 3: to get rid of ICE, but now they're saying they
• 0:38
Speaker 3: wanted to dismantle the entire Department of Homeland Security. What
• 0:43
Speaker 3: would that look like? And what is the White House
• 0:45
Speaker 3: saying in response? We have all that for you in
• 0:47
Speaker 3: a moment. Also, in a big report, the FBI Director
• 0:52
Speaker 3: Cash Battel is now saying the FBI has uncovered antifa's
• 0:58
Speaker 3: funding sources and some of the money may be coming
• 1:02
Speaker 3: from overseas that as well. But before we get to that,
• 1:06
Speaker 3: I want to take a moment and ask you to
• 1:08
Speaker 3: help the people in Israel with my friends at the
• 1:11
Speaker 3: IFCJ working right now on the ground for all those
• 1:15
Speaker 3: in need. As Operation Epic Fury intensifies, the world braces
• 1:20
Speaker 3: for what comes next, and people of faith pray for
• 1:23
Speaker 3: freedom and for God's people to be protected in the
• 1:27
Speaker 3: Holy Land. Red alert sirens fill the air, sirens that
• 1:31
Speaker 3: give you fifteen seconds to reach the nearest bomb shelter.
• 1:35
Speaker 3: The situation is serious and the threat is real. In
• 1:39
Speaker 3: times like this, freedom and faith aren't just abstract ideas.
• 1:44
Speaker 3: They are what we depend on. And the International Fellowship
• 1:48
Speaker 3: of Christians and Jews is on the ground preparing large
• 1:51
Speaker 3: scale distributions of life saving food, first aid and emergency
• 1:56
Speaker 3: essentials for security personnel, while helping ensure hospitals, emergency rooms,
• 2:01
Speaker 3: and shelters are stocked with critical medical supplies. This aid
• 2:05
Speaker 3: is focused on Israel's most vulnerable, the sick, the elderly,
• 2:10
Speaker 3: children and families in great need. But the Fellowship needs
• 2:13
Speaker 3: your most generous gift today to make this work all possible.
• 2:18
Speaker 3: Now is your time to stand with Israel's most vulnerable.
• 2:21
Speaker 3: To rush your gift. Call eight eight eight four eight
• 2:24
Speaker 3: eight IFCJ. That's eight eight eight four eight eight IFCJ,
• 2:30
Speaker 3: or give online at IFCJ dot org. That's IFCJ dot org.
• 2:36
Speaker 3: It's the forty seven Morning Update, and it starts right now.
• 2:39
  Speaker 2: Story number one.
• 2:41
Speaker 3: Democrats, we are now learning are looking not only to
• 2:43
Speaker 3: dismantle ICE, but also the entire Department of Homeland Security.
• 2:49
Speaker 3: Remarks now coming from Representative Ilam Omar signal that the
• 2:54
Speaker 3: National Democrats as a party are pursuing sweeping changes that
• 3:00
Speaker 3: extend far beyond their calls to quote abolish ICE. During
• 3:05
Speaker 3: a town hall, Omar said, Democrats are not only discussing
• 3:09
Speaker 3: eliminating immigration and customs enforcement, but are also engaged in
• 3:13
Speaker 3: conversations about dismantling the Department of Homeland Security altogether. Quote.
• 3:19
Speaker 3: What I will say is that there is an easier
• 3:22
Speaker 3: conversation happening today than six seven years ago when I
• 3:26
Speaker 3: got to Congress about what we need to do with ICE,
• 3:30
Speaker 3: which is to abolish it, Omar told attendees in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
• 3:35
Speaker 3: She added, there's a lot of conversation about what the
• 3:39
Speaker 3: dismantlement of the Department of Homeland Securities should look like.
• 3:43
Speaker 3: Omar's remarks come as Democrats continue to protests federal immigration
• 3:48
Speaker 3: enforcement operations directed under President Donald Trump. ICE, which was
• 3:53
Speaker 3: established in two thousand and three under the DHS, has
• 3:57
Speaker 3: carried out immigration enforcement action for more than two decades. Now,
• 4:02
Speaker 3: Thursday mark the sixth day of a federal shutdown forced
• 4:06
Speaker 3: by Congressional Democrats over their new demands to get rid
• 4:11
Speaker 3: of ICE, or at the bare minimum, as they describe it,
• 4:13
Speaker 3: reform it, which actually means shut it down.
• 4:17
  Speaker 1: Now.
• 4:17
Speaker 3: Democrats are pushing for, they say, a series of major
• 4:21
Speaker 3: new restrictions on ICE operations. What does that include? Banning
• 4:27
Speaker 3: agents from wearing face masks and requiring judicial warrants before
• 4:33
Speaker 3: making any arrests at all. They are also calling for
• 4:37
Speaker 3: a mandate that ICE agents wear body cameras, something the
• 4:41
Speaker 3: Trump administration is already moving towards, but of course they
• 4:44
Speaker 3: want to seem like there's fake outrage. In fact, ICE
• 4:48
Speaker 3: agents have been requesting the body cameras to prove their
• 4:52
Speaker 3: innocence and many of the accusations that are coming from
• 4:55
Speaker 3: the radical left now. In addition, Democrats are seeking to
• 5:00
Speaker 3: prohibit immigration enforcement actions at what they describe as sensitive locations,
• 5:06
Speaker 3: meaning they'll become safe havens for actual criminals. What are
• 5:10
Speaker 3: these places? Hospitals, schools, and polling sites. Just so you
• 5:16
Speaker 3: know with American individuals that have broken laws. As an
• 5:20
Speaker 3: American citizen, you can be arrested right now at a hospital,
• 5:24
Speaker 3: or a school, or at a polling site. So why
• 5:27
Speaker 3: would we give special care to illegal immigrants? Is the
• 5:30
Speaker 3: question every American should be asking now. One on other
• 5:34
Speaker 3: side point about the insanity of them saying that you
• 5:37
Speaker 3: can't arrest illegal immigrants at polling sites. Republicans, they're laughing
• 5:42
Speaker 3: at that, noting that non citizens, by the way, are
• 5:44
Speaker 3: literally prohibited from voting in US elections under federal law.
• 5:49
Speaker 3: So why are Democrats so angry and wanting to demand
• 5:52
Speaker 3: that our laws would make it impossible for law enforcement too?
• 5:58
Speaker 3: You guessed it are rest illegal immigrants at polling sites?
• 6:03
Speaker 3: Is it because they want them to vote? Or know
• 6:05
Speaker 3: that some of them already are voting right now now.
• 6:09
Speaker 3: In recent weeks, several Democratic leaders have strongly condemned ICE operations,
• 6:14
Speaker 3: including Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz, a Democrat who lost to
• 6:18
Speaker 3: twenty twenty four election to Trump and Vice President JD. Vance.
• 6:22
Speaker 3: He now warned that federal enforcement efforts could expand nationwide,
• 6:26
Speaker 3: therefore we must defund them. He also had this warning
• 6:30
Speaker 3: to America quote to Americans who are watching this, if
• 6:35
Speaker 3: you're in Portland, or you're in LA or you're in Chicago,
• 6:39
Speaker 3: or you're wherever they're coming next. Now, to be clear,
• 6:44
Speaker 3: for me, that's a good thing if we're sending law
• 6:47
Speaker 3: enforcement to clean up cities that are filled with tons
• 6:51
Speaker 3: of criminals. Yet again the Democrats showing whose side they're
• 6:55
Speaker 3: actually on now. Republicans have urged that ICE enforcement outictions
• 7:00
Speaker 3: are not only lawful operations carried out by federal authorities,
• 7:04
Speaker 3: but they are needed to protect American citizens, and the
• 7:07
Speaker 3: crime statistics have shown where ICE agents have been out
• 7:11
Speaker 3: in major enforcement actions, we've seen the crimes drastically drop
• 7:16
Speaker 3: in those areas. Of course, critics of Democratic proposals say
• 7:20
Speaker 3: dismantling ICE or DHS more broadly would significantly not only
• 7:25
Speaker 3: reshape national security of the home land, but it would
• 7:28
Speaker 3: allow for criminals to run a mock DHS. By the way, overseas,
• 7:32
Speaker 3: twenty two agencies focusing on national security and public safety.
• 7:38
Speaker 3: Major components include Customs and Border Protection known as CBP.
• 7:42
Speaker 3: If you get rid of home insecurity, you would get
• 7:45
Speaker 3: rid of that. You'd also get rid of obviously, immigration,
• 7:48
Speaker 3: customers enforcement, ICE agents and the TSA. So yes, Democrats
• 7:53
Speaker 3: want to shut down the same people that keep you
• 7:55
Speaker 3: safe when flying on airplanes. They also want to get
• 7:59
Speaker 3: rid of FEMA. That is also yet again under the
• 8:02
Speaker 3: Department of Homely in Security. So the next time there's
• 8:04
Speaker 3: a national disaster, guess what, Yeah, no one from the
• 8:08
Speaker 3: federal government would be there to help you if the
• 8:09
Speaker 3: Democrats get their way. Oh and if you're at sea,
• 8:13
Speaker 3: or you're a drug dealer, or maybe some other country
• 8:16
Speaker 3: that's looking to do harm, don't worry. Democrats also say yeah,
• 8:20
Speaker 3: that includes the US Coast Guard. So if you're sinking
• 8:23
Speaker 3: on a boat, tough luck for you. Democrats say no more.
• 8:27
Speaker 3: And if you are caring about our president and others
• 8:30
Speaker 3: around him and other cabinet members, well you would like
• 8:34
Speaker 3: the Secret Service protection. If Democrats get their way shutting
• 8:38
Speaker 3: down the Department of Homely in Security, that would include
• 8:40
Speaker 3: the Secret Service. And finally, maybe this is what it's
• 8:43
Speaker 3: really all about for them. US Citizenship and Immigration Services
• 8:49
Speaker 3: under the USCIS. Yes, you've probably dealt with them if
• 8:52
Speaker 3: you've ever had to get a passport or other things
• 8:55
Speaker 3: like that, well, Democrats also apparently say yeah, let's get
• 8:59
Speaker 3: rid of that as well. So to be clear, in
• 9:02
Speaker 3: the midterm elections, Democrats are saying exactly what they believe.
• 9:07
Speaker 3: They hate this country. They hate secure borders, they hate
• 9:10
Speaker 3: law and order, they hate FEMA, they hate the Coastguard,
• 9:13
Speaker 3: they hate the Secret Service, and they hate the people
• 9:16
Speaker 3: they help US citizens and immigration services as well, and
• 9:20
Speaker 3: they want to abolish all of it just because they
• 9:23
Speaker 3: don't like ice actions. This is what the midterms are
• 9:26
Speaker 3: going to be about. And thank goodness, Donald Trump has
• 9:29
Speaker 3: made it clear as he had a campaign rally for
• 9:32
Speaker 3: the midterms, we must continue to fight back against this anarchy.
• 9:37
Speaker 2: Now, story number two.
• 9:38
Speaker 3: Cash Battel, the FBI director, is now coming out and
• 9:42
Speaker 3: saying that the FBI has uncovered ANTIFA funding sources in
• 9:47
Speaker 3: a major breaking news event. Now, let me remind you
• 9:51
Speaker 3: of where we were about four months ago when Cashpttel
• 9:54
Speaker 3: was talking at the White House. When Cash Battel was
• 9:57
Speaker 3: talking at the White House was President Trump, and this
• 10:00
Speaker 3: is where he said.
• 10:01
Speaker 4: What we are doing at the FBI is simple. It
• 10:04
Speaker 4: does not require rocket science. We are following the money.
• 10:08
Speaker 4: Money never lies, and that's what it's going to take
• 10:11
Speaker 4: to bring down this network of organized criminal thugs, gang bangers,
• 10:16
Speaker 4: and yes, domestic terrorists, because that's what they are. They
• 10:19
Speaker 4: are harming everyday citizens in every single one of our communities.
• 10:23
Speaker 4: And the folks you see here on the right and left,
• 10:25
Speaker 4: there's some of the bravest men and women we have today.
• 10:27
Speaker 4: They're reporting the stories livetime because the mainstream media won't
• 10:30
Speaker 4: cover it. They're putting their lives on the line. They're
• 10:32
Speaker 4: standing up for the flag. The least we can do
• 10:34
Speaker 4: is stand up for them. So you have my thanks.
• 10:37
Speaker 4: I read more of your stories than I do theirs,
• 10:39
Speaker 4: because you guys are putting out the truth and we
• 10:41
Speaker 4: deserve a country where you are protected as equally as
• 10:44
Speaker 4: they are. We in this FBI will go after with
• 10:47
Speaker 4: the criminals with the vengeance. We will not rest until
• 10:49
Speaker 4: we find every single seed, money, donor organization and funding
• 10:54
Speaker 4: mechanism that we have. And I want to echo the
• 10:57
Speaker 4: Secretary's comments on Scott Bessen who allowing us to map
• 11:01
Speaker 4: out these networks through their financial criminal activities, which has
• 11:05
Speaker 4: been going on for decades, and I would like to
• 11:07
Speaker 4: remind the American public they built this disease temple of
• 11:10
Speaker 4: corruption over decades and in eight short months, mister President,
• 11:14
Speaker 4: you have crippled their foundation because of your leadership here,
• 11:17
Speaker 4: because of the inner Agency, because of people like Deputy
• 11:20
Speaker 4: Attorney General Blanch and because of Attorney General Pam Bondi's
• 11:23
Speaker 4: fearless leadership to go after criminals wherever they are. They
• 11:25
Speaker 4: will not be able to hide. They were able to
• 11:27
Speaker 4: hide and conspire with prior administrations, and we are exposing
• 11:31
Speaker 4: their corruption from within, and we will go to every
• 11:34
Speaker 4: single city in this country under Operation Summer Heat and
• 11:36
Speaker 4: the other operations we are doing at the FBI to
• 11:39
Speaker 4: bring these criminals to justice. We will arrest every single
• 11:42
Speaker 4: one of them from whatever perchase, sit in private or public.
• 11:45
Speaker 4: No matter how your goal or your ambition is, it
• 11:48
Speaker 4: will be crushed by the Constitution because the American people
• 11:51
Speaker 4: deserve law and order, and that's what we're going to
• 11:53
  Speaker 4: give you.
• 11:54
Speaker 3: You listen at cash Bettel there and he made it
• 11:56
Speaker 3: very clear we're going to go after the funders. The
• 11:59
Speaker 3: FBI will follow the funds to dismantle ANTIFA operations. So
• 12:05
Speaker 3: fast forward just four and a half months later and
• 12:08
Speaker 3: the FBI director is saying now that investigators have uncovered
• 12:13
Speaker 3: what he described as major funding streams tied to ANTIFA.
• 12:18
Speaker 3: The revelation signal possible new enforcement actions as the Bureau
• 12:22
Speaker 3: is intensifying their scrutiny of left wing violence. According to
• 12:26
Speaker 3: the report coming out from the Washington Examiner. Cashpittel, also
• 12:31
Speaker 3: speaking on the Dan by Geno show, said the FBI
• 12:35
Speaker 3: under President Donald Trump has been conducting a financial investigation
• 12:39
Speaker 3: and how demonstrations linked to the loosely organized far left
• 12:43
Speaker 3: movement are really supported. Here's part of that interview. There's
• 12:48
Speaker 3: been actual action to take down and dismantle this entire
• 12:52
  Speaker 3: ring of people.
• 12:53
Speaker 4: You're right, We set out to actually activate intelligence based operations.
• 12:58
Speaker 4: This includes Antifa and dan You know this. How many
• 13:01
Speaker 4: people were arrested related to Prayerland. We're over two dozen
• 13:04
Speaker 4: federal arrests. We're in the mideral of federal trial in
• 13:08
Speaker 4: five of those defendants. This week again in Texas, nineteen
• 13:11
Speaker 4: people have been convicted for acts of violence related to Antifa.
• 13:16
Speaker 4: It's in the indictment. You don't got to believe me
• 13:18
Speaker 4: or you everybody can go read the public indictment. And
• 13:20
Speaker 4: it didn't just happen there. It happened in Copcity in Georgia,
• 13:23
Speaker 4: where we had to go rearrest everybody because the state
• 13:26
Speaker 4: authorities couldn't get their act together to produce the enough
• 13:30
Speaker 4: information to take that to trial.
• 13:31
  Speaker 2: So we did.
• 13:33
Speaker 4: And it's not a creation or manufacturing of information it exists.
• 13:38
Speaker 4: It's just a willingness that you and I and this
• 13:41
Speaker 4: building's new leadership took to say, we're gonna look at
• 13:43
Speaker 4: the facts that exist. We're not going to try to
• 13:45
Speaker 4: make up facts that don't so we can serve a
• 13:47
Speaker 4: political narrative and wait till you and I know you
• 13:50
Speaker 4: know this, but wait till you see what's coming in
• 13:52
Speaker 4: the next month or two. On the funding streams related
• 13:56
Speaker 4: to this. You and I had launched a serious investigation.
• 13:59
Speaker 4: We had said, these organizations don't operate alone, don't operate
• 14:03
Speaker 4: in silence. They operate with the heavy, heavy stream of funding.
• 14:08
Speaker 4: And we started looking into it and guess what, Dan,
• 14:10
  Speaker 4: we found them.
• 14:11
Speaker 3: We found them now. To be clear, Patel did not
• 14:15
Speaker 3: identify specific donors, organizations, or financial mechanisms, but said more
• 14:21
Speaker 3: details could emerge in the coming months as the investigation continues.
• 14:25
Speaker 3: The FBI director said agents are examining whether funding has
• 14:30
Speaker 3: flowed through US based nonprofit groups. Let me say that again,
• 14:35
Speaker 3: whether funding has flowed through US based nonprofit groups, meaning
• 14:41
Speaker 3: some of this money could actually be coming from overseas.
• 14:45
Speaker 3: There's also some groups that have tax exempt status as
• 14:49
Speaker 3: well as possible foreign sources. He emphasized that investigators are
• 14:54
Speaker 3: focused on tracing financial support tied to acts of violence,
• 14:58
Speaker 3: specifically and not constitutionally protected protest activity. Go back to
• 15:05
Speaker 3: what Caspittel said, money doesn't lie, describing the effort as
• 15:10
Speaker 3: a strategy to follow the money to determine who may
• 15:13
Speaker 3: be underwriting unlawful conduct. Patel also pointed to prosecutions the
• 15:19
Speaker 3: Bureau has already brought that he said, we're connected to
• 15:22
Speaker 3: Antifa related violence, including federal arrests and convictions tied to
• 15:28
Speaker 3: protest incidents in multiple states now under his leadership. He
• 15:33
Speaker 3: referenced that ongoing federal trial involving nine defendants in Texas.
• 15:38
Speaker 3: They're accused of ambushing and attempting to murder ice personnel
• 15:42
Speaker 3: on July the fourth of last year. Patel also cited
• 15:46
Speaker 3: a case from twenty twenty three in Georgia surrounding the
• 15:50
Speaker 3: proposed Atlanta public safety training facility known as cop City.
• 15:56
Speaker 3: The director said the FBI has elevated the issue internal
• 16:00
Speaker 3: by creating what he described as a dedicated program focused
• 16:04
Speaker 3: on identifying financial backers of protests related violence. Tracking Antifa
• 16:10
Speaker 3: has become so important that the bureau he set establish
• 16:14
Speaker 3: additional resources to investigate the funding behind such activity. Antifa
• 16:20
Speaker 3: has long been described by participants and many analysts as
• 16:25
Speaker 3: a decentralized movement rather than a formal organization, a distinction
• 16:30
Speaker 3: that has complicated past law enforcement efforts. They did this
• 16:34
Speaker 3: on purpose, why because it's hard to pursue conspiracy style cases,
• 16:39
Speaker 3: but tell points to antifa's organizational structures, including conferences and
• 16:44
Speaker 3: a national network for local chapters. Bongino also criticized past
• 16:50
Speaker 3: FBI leadership under Democratic President Barack Obama and Joe Biden
• 16:55
Speaker 3: for describing Antifa, as they said, an idea quote unqong quote.
• 17:00
Speaker 3: It's not an idea when actual action follows the idea.
• 17:05
Speaker 3: In September of twenty five, Trump also signed that executive
• 17:09
Speaker 3: order declaring Antifa a domestic terrorist organization after first raising
• 17:15
Speaker 3: the idea during his first term. Patel said the FBI's
• 17:19
Speaker 3: current approach relies solely on intelligence and financial investigation, similar
• 17:25
Speaker 3: to those used in other counter terrorism probes. He did
• 17:29
Speaker 3: not announce new charges tied specifically to the alleged funding networks,
• 17:34
Speaker 3: but clearly There's a lot more of this story coming
• 17:37
Speaker 3: very soon, and it also goes back to what was
• 17:39
Speaker 3: said five months ago at the White House. Donald Trump
• 17:42
Speaker 3: had a clear mandate on this issue. In cash, Bettel
• 17:46
Speaker 3: and Dan Bongino made sure to pay off on that
• 17:49
Speaker 3: mandate so the American people got exactly what they voted for.
