- 0:00Speaker 1: Three Things? Hi, what's going on? Friends? How war you?
- 0:04Speaker 1: Thank you for starting your Tuesday with us.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez has those three things presented by Mark Spain
- 0:09Speaker 2: Real Estate.
- 0:09Speaker 1: What's going on? Ricky?
- 0:11Speaker 3: The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees have been chosen,
- 0:13Speaker 3: so last night on American Idol Ryan Seacrest and Class
- 0:17Speaker 3: of twenty twenty two member Lionel Richie, they revealed the
- 0:21Speaker 3: list of people who are going to be inducted into
- 0:23Speaker 3: the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame class for twenty
- 0:25Speaker 3: twenty six. Among those chosen, Oasis, Wu Tang Clan, and
- 0:30Speaker 3: Billie Idol will all be in the performer category.
- 0:33Speaker 4: Maria Carey, Shakira.
- 0:34Speaker 3: And Lauren Hill were not chosen this round, despite being
- 0:37Speaker 3: really popular in fan voting. The induction ceremony is set
- 0:41Speaker 3: for November fourteenth at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
- 0:44Speaker 3: It's going to air in December on Disney Plus and Hulu.
- 0:46Speaker 4: Where you can watch it.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Metro Parks they need more officers and currently have positions open,
- 0:52Speaker 3: so reports are showing that more than half of Metro
- 0:54Speaker 3: Parks positions are currently vacant. This news comes as officials
- 0:58Speaker 3: and community groups are taking a closer look at safety
- 1:00Speaker 3: across nationals, parks and greenways. So Metro park Police patrol
- 1:05Speaker 3: more than one hundred and fifty parks in Davidson County,
- 1:08Speaker 3: but right now they're really stretched thin, so that makes
- 1:10Speaker 3: it hard for them to make sure that everybody is
- 1:12Speaker 3: safe and that everything is functioning the way that it should.
- 1:15Speaker 3: So the nonprofit Free to Move is documenting safety concerns
- 1:18Speaker 3: and parks and greenways. They've said that there's a lack
- 1:21Speaker 3: of preventive and responsive infrastructure like signage, trail maintenance, and
- 1:26Speaker 3: emergency call boxes. So if you're looking for a job
- 1:29Speaker 3: right now, take a look and see what's open, because
- 1:32Speaker 3: if it's a good fit, maybe you get a job
- 1:34Speaker 3: with Metro Parks.
- 1:35Speaker 4: They need it. They need it.
- 1:36Speaker 3: It's important so that everybody in the community can stay safe.
- 1:40Speaker 3: And there is a man hoping to set a new
- 1:42Speaker 3: record for the oldest person.
- 1:44Speaker 4: To ever play college football. His name is Tom Green.
- 1:47Speaker 3: He's currently practicing with the Division III football team McDaniel
- 1:50Speaker 3: College in Westminster, Maryland. He hopes to take the field
- 1:53Speaker 3: for twenty twenty six season. He's sixty years old right now,
- 1:57Speaker 3: he's just how old. Sixty years old?
- 2:00Speaker 1: Goodness.
- 2:00Speaker 3: He's enrolled at the School for Political Science. That's the
- 2:04Speaker 3: degree he's that he is pursuing, and he wants to
- 2:07Speaker 3: make the team as a defensive end. So he turns
- 2:10Speaker 3: sixty one in June. If he makes the team and.
- 2:13Speaker 4: Takes the field this fall, he'll break the record that was.
- 2:16Speaker 3: Set in twenty eleven by Alan Moore, who is sixty
- 2:19Speaker 3: one years old. So Tom Green will be sixty one
- 2:23Speaker 3: in a few days, essentially older than the other guy.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Uh So we'll see what happens. He's really trying his best.
- 2:30Speaker 3: I'm impressed that he's even trying. Honestly, I'm Ricky Sanchez,
- 2:35Speaker 3: and those are the three things you need to know.
- 2:36Speaker 2: I'm blown away by that. I didn't realize sixty one
- 2:38Speaker 2: was the current record. That's that's just shocking to me, crazy, right,
- 2:41Speaker 2: And that's not Tom Green the comedian, because that sounds
- 2:43Speaker 2: like something he would do for for a bit, as far.
- 2:46Speaker 3: As I know, 'tis not. I did not know there
- 2:50Speaker 3: was a Tom Green the comedian to show.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Oh, Ricky, that's a little before your time, I guess,
- 2:55Speaker 1: but a little.
- 2:56Speaker 4: I'm sensing that it might be a lot before my time.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Look it up. It's good.
- 3:00Speaker 4: I'm sixty.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Oh yeah, okay, you're right. The community is Zach quite sixty.
- 3:04Speaker 1: Thank you for that, Ricky, appreciate it.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Here's Bieber in a bit for the first caller of
- 3:08Speaker 2: the day. Within fifteen minutes, Zach is doing something very
- 3:10Speaker 2: cool this weekend.
- 3:11Speaker 1: It's like a fundraising Galli. Very fancy.
- 3:14Speaker 2: You can be there with him, spending your weekend with Zach.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Then fifteen minutes we'll get you in the door for that.
- 3:19Speaker 5: On the river, Ricky is Zach and manno in the
- 3:22Speaker 5: morning on the river.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Okay, everybody, say good morning to Denise and Murphy's burrow.
- 3:29Speaker 6: Good morning, Denise and Murphy's Burrow.
- 3:33Speaker 3: Good morning, welcome to what I was seven five of the river.
- 3:35Speaker 3: How you doing this morning? Are you on your way
- 3:37Speaker 3: to work?
- 3:38Speaker 5: Yes?
- 3:38Speaker 7: I am.
- 3:39Speaker 4: What do you do for work?
- 3:42Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 3:43Speaker 8: I'm a caregiver.
- 3:45Speaker 4: Oh that's amazing.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Were you carrying to job?
- 3:48Speaker 8: Thank you? I have a patient in o'keel.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Okay, I guess yeah. You maybe don't want to get
- 3:53Speaker 1: specific with us.
- 3:54Speaker 4: How about yeah, you don't ask the questions.
- 3:57Speaker 2: I'm wondering if it's babies you're caring for the elderly,
- 4:01Speaker 2: or you know the elderly.
- 4:03Speaker 4: Okay, that is amazing that you do that. That is
- 4:06Speaker 4: not an easy job but so so important.
- 4:08Speaker 7: Denise, idious idiots.
- 4:11Speaker 4: Thank you for that, I.
- 4:12Speaker 9: Will say, probably a very thankless job. So if nobody
- 4:14Speaker 9: has told you lately, Denise, thank you for what you do?
- 4:17Speaker 8: Well, thank you. I appreciate it.
- 4:19Speaker 1: How long have you been doing it?
- 4:21Speaker 8: For three years?
- 4:21Speaker 4: Now?
- 4:22Speaker 6: What do you do prior? Like, how do you get
- 4:24Speaker 6: into something like that?
- 4:26Speaker 8: Well, I took care of my in laws until they
- 4:30Speaker 8: both passed away, and then I took care of my
- 4:34Speaker 8: sister and if she passed away. So I've always worked
- 4:38Speaker 8: in healthcare ninety five.
- 4:40Speaker 6: So you just have a heart for taking care of people.
- 4:43Speaker 8: I did a lot of my patients. There are all
- 4:45Speaker 8: powers and dementia patients.
- 4:47Speaker 3: Okay, that's that's really really so helpful and such an
- 4:51Speaker 3: amazing thing to do, and to give back to people
- 4:54Speaker 3: who don't have anybody you know that can take care
- 4:56Speaker 3: of them. So that's so important. We appreciate you so much, Denise.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Uh, big question though, do you have any plans this weekend?
- 5:03Speaker 3: Do you have any plans? Are you doing anything? No,
- 5:07Speaker 3: you don't, Well you do now, Denise, because you are
- 5:10Speaker 3: the first call on the day and yeah, hang out
- 5:13Speaker 3: with Zach this weekend at the Opulence at the Opera.
- 5:17Speaker 6: Oh hi, it's really cool.
- 5:21Speaker 9: I don't know if you've heard of it before, but
- 5:22Speaker 9: it's an organization called We Are One Recovery, which is
- 5:25Speaker 9: Tennessee's only LGBTQ plus affirming recovery residents for mental health
- 5:30Speaker 9: and sessence use recovery. They do incredible work, but it's
- 5:34Speaker 9: a gala that's benefiting them. So we're gonna have brunch,
- 5:37Speaker 9: live entertainment, a silent auction. We're gonna have a lot
- 5:40Speaker 9: of fun on Sunday, So mimosas, let's go.
- 5:42Speaker 8: Oh wow, your.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Phone's cutting out a little bit. We're gonna put you
- 5:48Speaker 1: on hold so you can get all your.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Information, but you definitely deserve to cut loose and have
- 5:51Speaker 2: a wonderful brunch this weekend.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Thank you for starting you day with us.
- 5:54Speaker 4: We're gonna put you out hold, Okay, all right, thank you.
- 5:57Speaker 1: And somebody to take care of you, Zach when things
- 5:59Speaker 1: get messy.
- 6:00Speaker 6: I mean that's probably for the best.
- 6:02Speaker 3: I mean more than justin heat, A whole crew more
- 6:06Speaker 3: chances in tomorrow.
- 6:08Speaker 5: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Teddy Swims.
- 6:14Speaker 2: It's the River, Ricky and Zach. I want to try
- 6:16Speaker 2: a little role playing here for a second. Okay, oh god, Kevin,
- 6:19Speaker 2: what I want you guys to put yourselves in the
- 6:22Speaker 2: shoes of a restaurant tour somebody you know, a server,
- 6:25Speaker 2: a restaurant manager or something.
- 6:26Speaker 1: And I have a question for you as a patron.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Okay, this works because we both were servers.
- 6:31Speaker 2: For many Okay, great, So yeah, you guys are representing
- 6:33Speaker 2: a nice restaurant and I'm going to throw a predicament
- 6:36Speaker 2: at you, and I want to see what you would
- 6:38Speaker 2: do where you think society should land on this?
- 6:40Speaker 1: Okay?
- 6:41Speaker 4: Is this based off of personal experience?
- 6:43Speaker 6: Very much?
- 6:43Speaker 1: So?
- 6:44Speaker 4: Oh okay? Oh he feels very personal about this.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Friged right after.
- 6:48Speaker 5: Bab Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on
- 6:54Speaker 5: the river.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Really curious where this is about to go.
- 6:56Speaker 3: It's one oh seven five the River, Ricky, Zach and
- 6:58Speaker 3: Mano in the morning. Keaven wants us to role play
- 7:02Speaker 3: a situation where Zach and I are a waiter and
- 7:07Speaker 3: a waitress or a restaurant manager, something along those lines.
- 7:11Speaker 3: And Kevin is himself a patron of the restaurant and
- 7:15Speaker 3: a situation unfolds.
- 7:17Speaker 4: What is the situation?
- 7:18Speaker 2: It was a nice restaurant, an unnamed nice restaurant, Okay,
- 7:22Speaker 2: And you have to keep in mind my family and I,
- 7:24Speaker 2: we are vegetarians.
- 7:25Speaker 1: We checked beforehand if they accommodate vegetarians. They're like, of
- 7:27Speaker 1: course we do, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 7:28Speaker 2: So we go in there and we are talking to
- 7:30Speaker 2: the server and asking them about vegetarian options, and they
- 7:33Speaker 2: the server she recommended this dish.
- 7:37Speaker 1: I wasn't even looking at the menu. I was just
- 7:38Speaker 1: listening to her. But they sub out the beef for
- 7:41Speaker 1: tofu and it's delicious, and they do it all the
- 7:43Speaker 1: time and it's great. And I was like, oh my gosh, yes,
- 7:45Speaker 1: that sounds great tofus.
- 7:49Speaker 2: When prepared correctly, tofu can be fantastic, I promise.
- 7:52Speaker 1: And so it comes, eat it delicious, and then.
- 7:55Speaker 2: We get the bill and it's crazy expensive, and I
- 7:58Speaker 2: realized the dish that they wreck mended was this Wagu
- 8:01Speaker 2: beef dish and they swapped out the Wagu beef for
- 8:05Speaker 2: tofu and didn't alter the price at all. Oh what
- 8:10Speaker 2: do you think should happen there in that situation?
- 8:12Speaker 6: Well, I think number one that you should have read
- 8:14Speaker 6: the menu.
- 8:16Speaker 9: You should probably have paid attention to what they were recommending.
- 8:23Speaker 3: I do think that you should have read the menu.
- 8:24Speaker 3: But I also will say it should be cheaper. Yeah,
- 8:29Speaker 3: I mean it may not be by much, but it
- 8:30Speaker 3: should be cheaper because Wagoo beef obviously is going to
- 8:33Speaker 3: be it's very expensive, and if you're at a fancy restaurant,
- 8:37Speaker 3: it's going to be even more expensive than it actually
- 8:39Speaker 3: should be because that's what they end up doing to you.
- 8:41Speaker 4: So yeah, that's kind of messed up.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Actually, I'm on Kevin's side that like they should have
- 8:45Speaker 3: changed the pricing.
- 8:46Speaker 6: I feel that way about everything.
- 8:48Speaker 9: Like if I get a sandwich without the mayonnaise, like
- 8:50Speaker 9: I feel like it should be cheaper, like thirty cents cheaper.
- 8:52Speaker 6: So I feel that way about everything that it should
- 8:54Speaker 6: be hal.
- 8:56Speaker 3: What or if I'm like I don't want mayo, please
- 8:59Speaker 3: the already sent off of my bill?
- 9:01Speaker 6: And why is it always something more expensive though?
- 9:03Speaker 9: Like if you want a substitute for gluten free bread,
- 9:06Speaker 9: why is it two dollars more? But if I don't
- 9:08Speaker 9: language and I want to make it a salad bowl,
- 9:10Speaker 9: it's the same price. Okay, Lettuce is not as expensive
- 9:13Speaker 9: as a piece of bread.
- 9:14Speaker 6: So why is it.
- 9:17Speaker 4: Now you have the condiments?
- 9:19Speaker 6: You lost me off.
- 9:20Speaker 3: But that is one hundred percent I'm with you on
- 9:22Speaker 3: that because that pass me off. It also makes me
- 9:24Speaker 3: so mad when they do mocktails and they're the same
- 9:28Speaker 3: price cocktail.
- 9:29Speaker 1: The most expensive ingredient is missing.
- 9:31Speaker 4: It's not literally the alcohol is that, it is just juice.
- 9:34Speaker 6: So fortunate. I do agree with Okay and Ricky Kevin.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Great, thank you both. I didn't expect you both to
- 9:40Speaker 1: agree with me.
- 9:41Speaker 9: I do think you should have read the menu and
- 9:42Speaker 9: probably asked more questions.
- 9:44Speaker 1: The way it.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Was going was like they were like, yeah, I don't
- 9:47Speaker 2: even look at the menu. I'll tell you what we
- 9:48Speaker 2: can do. It was like that sort of vibe.
- 9:50Speaker 4: You know, why do you trust them? You don't know them.
- 9:52Speaker 1: She had a nice face.
- 9:55Speaker 3: That is the most man thing I've ever heard of
- 9:57Speaker 3: my life.
- 9:58Speaker 4: She had a nice face. That's how she lured me
- 10:02Speaker 4: to my death.
- 10:02Speaker 6: Like what I mean.
- 10:04Speaker 9: I think also, whenever you set that expectation of going
- 10:06Speaker 9: to like a really fancy restaurant or like a nice restaurant,
- 10:09Speaker 9: like a lot of times they just assume like you're
- 10:12Speaker 9: there to spend money, so like, you don't really care
- 10:14Speaker 9: about the price of items on the menu to begin with,
- 10:16Speaker 9: if you're going to a fancy restaurant, no, I.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Mean when I look at.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Geez And and he's cut offs, I for sure this
- 10:25Speaker 3: guy's got money.
- 10:25Speaker 9: Nobody's nor do you look like it. I think you're
- 10:30Speaker 9: going to a nice restaurant. That's the assumption from a server.
- 10:33Speaker 1: We are all agree.
- 10:34Speaker 2: The three of us are in agreement that the pricing
- 10:35Speaker 2: should reflect the primary ingredient.
- 10:38Speaker 4: We all are.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Cheap is what we're coming down to, and yes, we
- 10:41Speaker 3: all do agree in that, but we also agree that
- 10:43Speaker 3: you should have read the menu three.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Things after seven o'clock. Thanks for starting your morning with us.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Where he's got those three things? Presented by Mark Spain
- 10:52Speaker 2: real Estate.
- 10:53Speaker 4: The millennials are healing.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Selena Gomez went to support Demi Lovado at her Orlando
- 10:58Speaker 3: tour stop last night. This is huge news, okay, word
- 11:02Speaker 3: is Their backstage reunion before the show was the first
- 11:05Speaker 3: time that they've connected in person in a decade. They
- 11:09Speaker 3: had a riff that goes back to like twenty fourteen ish,
- 11:13Speaker 3: but it seems like they're all okay now. Fans on
- 11:15Speaker 3: social media are so excited about the reunion. Everybody saw
- 11:19Speaker 3: Selena later in the audience cheering Demi on. We all
- 11:22Speaker 3: love to see it. They used to be very close,
- 11:24Speaker 3: the two of them. They were really close for some time.
- 11:26Speaker 3: They met his kids on Barney. They go way back.
- 11:29Speaker 3: They later were Disney Channel stars during the same era.
- 11:33Speaker 3: So this is like nostalgic for millennials who follow their
- 11:36Speaker 3: friendship and their shows, and it's a big deal that
- 11:38Speaker 3: they're happy and together and supporting each other again.
- 11:41Speaker 4: Like it just it brings you that smile to your face,
- 11:44Speaker 4: like that, Oh, I wasn't expecting that. That's so nice,
- 11:46Speaker 4: So everybody's really pumped about it.
- 11:48Speaker 3: I have a quick update on the status of the
- 11:50Speaker 3: new Nissan Stadium. As of the end of March, seventy
- 11:53Speaker 3: five percent of the stadium was built, which is insane crazy.
- 11:58Speaker 3: So the site continues to see a daily average of
- 12:00Speaker 3: around two thousand workers on all levels, which is also
- 12:04Speaker 3: insane to think about. The stadium is expected to open
- 12:07Speaker 3: February twenty twenty seven, which seems.
- 12:09Speaker 4: Like it's like a while away. It's not.
- 12:12Speaker 3: We're less than a year out from what it's actually
- 12:14Speaker 3: supposed to open, so they are really making way with it,
- 12:16Speaker 3: which is really impressive.
- 12:18Speaker 4: Honestly, if you've driven by it and you.
- 12:19Speaker 3: Can see how quickly it's gone up, you're like, oh wow,
- 12:23Speaker 3: that's already a stadium at this point, Like it went
- 12:26Speaker 3: from just a bunch of beams to I can actually
- 12:28Speaker 3: see the full picture coming together.
- 12:29Speaker 4: So really impressive stuff. February twenty twenty seven.
- 12:32Speaker 3: I hope everybody's ready for the new Nissan stadium and BUCkies.
- 12:37Speaker 3: They're getting a lot of negative stuff from customers online
- 12:41Speaker 3: right now. They change their gift card policy, so the
- 12:44Speaker 3: company is no longer letting you use their gift cards
- 12:46Speaker 3: for fuel purchases anymore.
- 12:49Speaker 4: This is super unexpected.
- 12:51Speaker 3: People were not explained or not expecting it. Florida customer
- 12:55Speaker 3: they went viral because they went and drove to a
- 12:58Speaker 3: Bucky's specific to get the gas with a gift card
- 13:03Speaker 3: that they assumed would be able to be used for
- 13:05Speaker 3: it because I'd always used to be able to and
- 13:07Speaker 3: obviously they got really upset about it. They ended up
- 13:09Speaker 3: tossing their BUCkies beaver plushy into the streets. Oh no,
- 13:13Speaker 3: they ripped off their BUCkies bumper stickers from their car.
- 13:17Speaker 4: They're getting a lot of negative reviews over this new
- 13:20Speaker 4: policy change, so we'll see if maybe they change it back.
- 13:23Speaker 3: It doesn't make any sense why they wouldn't just let
- 13:25Speaker 3: you use it for fuel, especially if they always did, Like,
- 13:28Speaker 3: you can't change it now just because chef's prices are expensive.
- 13:30Speaker 4: Let's be real, BUCkies.
- 13:31Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things
- 13:34Speaker 3: you need to know.
- 13:34Speaker 1: All right, Thank you, Ricky.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Let's play Bruno Mars and let's learn on this Tuesday morning.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Zach's FACTX next down the.
- 13:41Speaker 5: River class is in.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Session Sacks Facts brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 13:48Speaker 5: One.
- 13:50Speaker 9: Have you guys ever thought about, like why does your
- 13:51Speaker 9: car look more dirty after it gets rained on?
- 13:54Speaker 4: Never wonder that, but go ahead and tell us why.
- 13:56Speaker 9: Every single time it rains, I get so upset that
- 13:58Speaker 9: my car looks more dirty and a pair currently, because
- 14:00Speaker 9: rain acts as a cleaning agent for the atmosphere. So
- 14:03Speaker 9: it grabs dust, pollen, and like smoke particles from the
- 14:06Speaker 9: air and deposits them on your vehicle whenever it like
- 14:09Speaker 9: evaporates into the sky and then it rains them all
- 14:12Speaker 9: back down onto your car.
- 14:13Speaker 2: So it's not that the rain necessarily it's dirty it's
- 14:16Speaker 2: what comes after it.
- 14:17Speaker 3: No, the rain is dirty inside the rain droplets, but
- 14:20Speaker 3: when they evacuorate, it leaves behind the residue.
- 14:23Speaker 1: So should I not stand out in the rain with
- 14:25Speaker 1: my mouth open?
- 14:26Speaker 6: I mean, you could do whatever you want, Kevin, And
- 14:28Speaker 6: there's your fact of.
- 14:29Speaker 1: The day grows.
- 14:31Speaker 4: He's questioning everything.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky.
- 14:36Speaker 5: Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 14:39Speaker 3: What would you do if you were out at a
- 14:41Speaker 3: sports game and the person next to you had a
- 14:44Speaker 3: full bag of Costco rotisserie chicken? It's one of seven
- 14:47Speaker 3: five the river. The reason why I ask is does
- 14:50Speaker 3: this really happened? Colorado Rockies fan? He went viral because
- 14:53Speaker 3: he brought his own Costco rotisserie chicken to the game,
- 14:56Speaker 3: and a lot of people have mixed mixed reactions, mixed
- 14:58Speaker 3: feelings like is this cool or not cool?
- 15:01Speaker 4: To do out a.
- 15:01Speaker 6: Sports that would be so jealous?
- 15:04Speaker 1: Yeah, that's all I can think about.
- 15:05Speaker 2: I would applaud his ingenuity six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 15:09Speaker 2: one oh seven.
- 15:11Speaker 1: What should if you were making the rules? What would
- 15:13Speaker 1: be the rule there?
- 15:14Speaker 2: Can you bring a gigantic item of food like a
- 15:17Speaker 2: rotissee chicken into a sporting event. That is so much
- 15:20Speaker 2: a thing six one, five, seven, three, seven nine seven
- 15:22Speaker 2: Paramore on the.
- 15:23Speaker 5: River for Ricky, Zach and Meno in the Morning on the.
- 15:28Speaker 2: River, Colorado Rockies fan brought a whole Costco rotisserie chicken
- 15:32Speaker 2: into a baseball game.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Uh, and he was allowed to bring it in.
- 15:35Speaker 2: We want to know how you would feel about that
- 15:37Speaker 2: sort of thing, Jay, and Murphy's burrow is on the line.
- 15:39Speaker 1: What's your take?
- 15:40Speaker 8: Oh?
- 15:40Speaker 10: Is it the emotional animal?
- 15:43Speaker 8: You know?
- 15:43Speaker 10: Is that emotional animal? It's support animal. Getna heat that roches.
- 15:47Speaker 10: I'm a chef, so that be my take on it
- 15:50Speaker 10: brought off the bat because who doesn't love a good
- 15:53Speaker 10: Costco rochestary chicken.
- 15:54Speaker 1: I'm just saying that's an interesting take.
- 15:56Speaker 7: Jay.
- 15:57Speaker 6: I will say I agree with you on who doesn't
- 15:58Speaker 6: love one?
- 15:59Speaker 9: Because I was looking up the price and they're only
- 16:01Speaker 9: four dollars and ninety nine cents. So five dollars for
- 16:03Speaker 9: a whole rotistory chicken versus if you go to a
- 16:06Speaker 9: sporting event or a game or whatever you are, a
- 16:09Speaker 9: hot dog is twelve dollars.
- 16:11Speaker 3: But you're kind of taken away from those businesses by
- 16:13Speaker 3: doing that, right, that's kind of the concern that some
- 16:15Speaker 3: of these people have when it went.
- 16:16Speaker 6: Viral Germany plenty of money.
- 16:19Speaker 10: I don't know, maybe, But at the same time, are
- 16:21Speaker 10: they allergic to something there at the game? You don't
- 16:26Speaker 10: know what kind of items are all in that.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Valid Yeah, if you had dietary restrictions, maybe you get
- 16:32Speaker 2: a pass on this.
- 16:33Speaker 4: That's a solid point. I don't even think about that.
- 16:35Speaker 2: You mentioned taking business away from the you know, the
- 16:37Speaker 2: vendors and stuff there.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Do you ever take your own snacks into a movie theater?
- 16:41Speaker 4: I have. I have for sure done that.
- 16:44Speaker 1: The same, isn't it.
- 16:45Speaker 10: No, that's not the same.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Not the same because the theater owns the snack concessions.
- 16:53Speaker 3: I've already paid the theater to go to the movie,
- 16:55Speaker 3: so they're getting money from me. Anyway, when you go
- 16:58Speaker 3: and you buy things, there's a lot of like if
- 17:00Speaker 3: you go to a Nationalist c game, you see like
- 17:03Speaker 3: a Daddy's Dogs. You'll see like a uh the Panada place,
- 17:07Speaker 3: and like all these different places that are local spots
- 17:10Speaker 3: that you're then taking money from.
- 17:11Speaker 10: What if if you hear me on this, you go
- 17:14Speaker 10: to it with your kids and nothing on their menu
- 17:18Speaker 10: is appretizing to the kids. I've seen parents come in
- 17:20Speaker 10: with McDonald's happy meals for their kids to sit there
- 17:24Speaker 10: and eat happy meal as their mom and daddy eating.
- 17:28Speaker 10: I'm okay because, yeah, at a restaurant, but I'm okay
- 17:31Speaker 10: with it because guess what, the kids are quiet and
- 17:33Speaker 10: they're eating, and they're enjoying their meal. They're not making
- 17:36Speaker 10: a sweat. I'm like, it's kind of a win win
- 17:38Speaker 10: A little bit.
- 17:41Speaker 3: Kid's a little different, you know what I mean. We're
- 17:43Speaker 3: talking about a grown man. Brought this Costco Tostithy.
- 17:47Speaker 6: It's brilliant, you know. I love being cheap and saving money.
- 17:50Speaker 9: Yeah, five bucks for a whole meal to bring in
- 17:53Speaker 9: and I don't have to spend thirty dollars on a
- 17:55Speaker 9: hot dog with extra.
- 17:57Speaker 1: I agree, Jay, Thank you for calling Buddy.
- 18:00Speaker 6: All right, man, y'all have a good one you too.
- 18:01Speaker 4: Bye bye.

- 20:27Speaker 1: We went, we took turns, we went around. We we
- 20:29Speaker 1: challenge you to remember the foods in the correct order.
- 20:33Speaker 1: If you can recite them to us, you're going to
- 20:34Speaker 1: see somber. Are you ready to play?
- 20:36Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 20:36Speaker 1: All right, Tabitha, the flora is yours. Your game starts
- 20:39Speaker 1: right now. What were they?

- 20:59Speaker 2: I'm so sorry, sorry, but thank you for I was
- 21:06Speaker 2: on the edge of my seat there.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Now. We turned to Kathy and Nashville. Kathy, can you
- 21:10Speaker 1: do it? Can you? Can you recap our list of foods?

- 21:30Speaker 1: Wow, Okay, pull my hair out and you did it?
- 21:37Speaker 1: A perfect game?
- 21:39Speaker 3: That hard, you know, Kathy, that is so interesting that
- 21:45Speaker 3: you say that.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Someone I'm really smart in this room also said that.
- 21:49Speaker 6: Kathy way there from ear to ear right now.
- 21:52Speaker 1: She thinks it's gonna be too hard this game. But
- 21:54Speaker 1: you know what, I'm committed to. We're gonna do it
- 21:56Speaker 1: all week.

- 22:08Speaker 1: All Right, hang on so we get all your information.
- 22:10Speaker 1: Nice job. We've got these tickets again tomorrow. Three things
- 22:13Speaker 1: you need to do. Good morning, Good.
- 22:15Speaker 2: Morning, safter eight o'clock. Thank you for being here. Ricky's
- 22:17Speaker 2: got those three things. Presented by Mark Spain.
- 22:19Speaker 3: Real estate podcaster Alex Cooper has called out influencer and
- 22:24Speaker 3: podcaster Alex Earl.
- 22:25Speaker 4: There's a lot going on here.
- 22:27Speaker 3: Alex Cooper is directly addressing their alleged feud that's been
- 22:31Speaker 3: happening for like months. There's been months of speculation about this,
- 22:34Speaker 3: so stay with me here. In a new TikTok, Alex
- 22:38Speaker 3: Cooper called out Alex Earle, saying, quote, you're going to
- 22:42Speaker 3: need to get specific and just say what you've got
- 22:45Speaker 3: to say about me. This comes months after passive aggressive
- 22:48Speaker 3: posts from Alex Earl. She's kind of reposting things of
- 22:51Speaker 3: people saying bad stuff about Alex Cooper.
- 22:55Speaker 4: This feud goes back to when.
- 22:56Speaker 3: Alex Earl's podcast was on Alex Cooper's Unwell network.
- 23:01Speaker 4: She left though, and there was.
- 23:03Speaker 3: A lot of lingering tension between the two of them
- 23:05Speaker 3: because of that. Alex Earl even said that the situation
- 23:08Speaker 3: was quote a little bit of a hot mess, which
- 23:10Speaker 3: kind of stirred the pot a bit, and they clearly
- 23:13Speaker 3: never talked it out since then, and it's just getting
- 23:15Speaker 3: bigger and bigger and bigger. Obviously, I will keep you
- 23:18Speaker 3: updated on where this goes, but it looks like both
- 23:21Speaker 3: of them are just going tip for tat right now.
- 23:24Speaker 3: We have no idea what's gonna come out because of this,
- 23:26Speaker 3: so I will keep you posted. The former Poncho and
- 23:29Speaker 3: Lefties cantina in Sylvan Park has officially flipped to their
- 23:33Speaker 3: new vibe, so they are now ed Lea's Tacos. It's
- 23:36Speaker 3: a fast casual spot with three styles of tacos. They
- 23:40Speaker 3: have burritos, Quesadia's, Nacho's, self served salsa bar. It's a
- 23:46Speaker 3: little bit different than what they were going for originally
- 23:48Speaker 3: with Poncho and Lefties. So if you ever happen to
- 23:51Speaker 3: pass by and you're like, I'm confused what happened here?
- 23:53Speaker 3: It is now at least Tacos, So they are officially open.
- 23:56Speaker 4: You can go check them out if you want to.
- 23:58Speaker 3: And the latest food related social media trend has people
- 24:01Speaker 3: pouring melted chocolate into pringles cans.
- 24:05Speaker 4: I am not opposed to this one, guys.
- 24:07Speaker 3: So people are pouring melted chocolate straight into the canned
- 24:09Speaker 3: chips so that it then chills into a solid block,
- 24:13Speaker 3: and then they break it up into chunks, so it's
- 24:16Speaker 3: sweet and salty.
- 24:17Speaker 4: With a little bit of crunch to it.
- 24:19Speaker 3: If you've ever had a chocolate covered potato chip or
- 24:23Speaker 3: something along those lines, you know how delicious it is.
- 24:25Speaker 3: I know it sounds kind of strange. Zack's looking at
- 24:27Speaker 3: me like questioning everything.
- 24:28Speaker 6: It just feels like a lot of work.
- 24:30Speaker 3: Okay, you think that's a lot of work. The overachievers
- 24:34Speaker 3: out there are actually layering the chips with chocolate, mixing
- 24:37Speaker 3: in different types of chocolates for like a marbling effect.
- 24:40Speaker 4: They're going all in, all.
- 24:41Speaker 9: Out, Like, how much time do people have on their hands?
- 24:45Speaker 3: I mean they're sitting down to go. I'm gonna make
- 24:48Speaker 3: a dessert for myself, so they have time.
- 24:50Speaker 1: I see.
- 24:50Speaker 2: I worry about the the original recipe you're presented first.
- 24:54Speaker 2: I feel like the distribution would be off, So I
- 24:56Speaker 2: like the.
- 24:56Speaker 4: Layering Okay, okay, so try it out.
- 24:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm Rick Sanchez and those are the three things
- 25:01Speaker 3: you need to know.
- 25:02Speaker 5: Ricky's Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 25:04Speaker 3: On Zach over here has a brand new obsession with
- 25:08Speaker 3: Drew Barrymore.
- 25:09Speaker 4: He doesn't know where it came from.
- 25:10Speaker 3: I love her, but he really wants to sit down
- 25:12Speaker 3: and have coffee or tea with Drew Barrymore. It's one
- 25:15Speaker 3: of seven five of the River. Obviously, everybody's got that
- 25:18Speaker 3: one person that they're like, I would love to have
- 25:20Speaker 3: that conversation with if ever given the chance or the
- 25:22Speaker 3: opportunity to so.
- 25:23Speaker 9: The way I picture it is just like sitting on
- 25:25Speaker 9: the couch underneath like a warm, fuzzy blanket and just
- 25:27Speaker 9: like chatting with her about life.
- 25:29Speaker 4: Yeah, okay.
- 25:29Speaker 3: I opened it up though, to dead or alive, anybody
- 25:32Speaker 3: dead or alive that you would love to have a
- 25:34Speaker 3: conversation with over coffee or tea, maybe an alcoholic beverage
- 25:37Speaker 3: if that is your choice, whatever you prefer. I personally
- 25:42Speaker 3: would love to have a conversation with Mac Miller, Okay.
- 25:45Speaker 4: I love Mac Miller.
- 25:47Speaker 3: Grew up at the same age of Mac Miller and
- 25:50Speaker 3: a lot of his songs are like soundtracks of my
- 25:52Speaker 3: high school career. So I would love to be able
- 25:55Speaker 3: to have a conversation with him. I'm so sad.
- 25:57Speaker 4: He's actually one.
- 25:58Speaker 3: Of the very I think the only one actually who
- 26:01Speaker 3: is famous who. When he passed away, I actually cried
- 26:04Speaker 3: because it genuinely upset me because it felt like I
- 26:07Speaker 3: knew him in a way, you know what I mean.
- 26:09Speaker 3: So I felt very connected to him. I would love
- 26:11Speaker 3: to have a conversation with him.
- 26:12Speaker 1: That's a good answer mine.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Originally, I don't know why, but the first person that
- 26:16Speaker 2: came to my mind was Seth Rogan. I kind of
- 26:18Speaker 2: respect his work. He's always churning stuff out. He's very busy.
- 26:22Speaker 2: He takes it very seriously, even though he's goofy as hell.
- 26:24Speaker 2: But then once you open it up to deceased people,
- 26:27Speaker 2: I went to Anthony Bourdain.
- 26:29Speaker 3: Oh, that would be such a phenomenal conversation.
- 26:32Speaker 2: That's sort of what I got known for, is having
- 26:34Speaker 2: these conversations over food or you know what I mean.
- 26:36Speaker 1: So I think that that would be a really cool experience.
- 26:38Speaker 4: A J and I are big Anthony Bourdeen fans. We
- 26:40Speaker 4: watched like all.
- 26:41Speaker 3: Of his TV shows. We have his cookbooks, like love
- 26:44Speaker 3: Anthony Boardin. That's a great one.
- 26:45Speaker 6: You and Kevin and Anthony can be on the couch together.
- 26:48Speaker 4: Yeah, yes, we're all big.
- 26:50Speaker 2: We're throwing a dinner party. Bring Drew Barrymore. This is
- 26:53Speaker 2: good six seven, three, seven, nine one o seven. Who
- 26:57Speaker 2: is your version of this? Who are we bring to
- 26:59Speaker 2: our big dinner party?
- 27:00Speaker 1: Let us know. Thanks for being a part of our morning.
- 27:02Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 27:06Speaker 2: Elizabeth and white House is on the line. We were
- 27:08Speaker 2: just going around the room in here amongst ourselves. Who
- 27:11Speaker 2: we would love to sit down and have a coffee, a.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Tea, a meal with? Elizabeth? Who is that for you?
- 27:16Speaker 7: I would love to sit down and have a conversation
- 27:19Speaker 7: with young Blood. I yes, love him.
- 27:23Speaker 4: That is a phenomenal choice.
- 27:25Speaker 3: He's very high on my list of people that I
- 27:27Speaker 3: want to interview because I've watched a lot of his
- 27:29Speaker 3: interviews and he seems so kind and open, which is
- 27:33Speaker 3: a huge deal.
- 27:34Speaker 7: Yeah, he just seems super genuine and I've just seen
- 27:39Speaker 7: like interactions with him and his fans and he's just
- 27:42Speaker 7: so sweet. Like I just love his music, I love
- 27:46Speaker 7: his soul. I would love to sit down and have
- 27:49Speaker 7: a conversation with him. It would be pretty interesting.
- 27:52Speaker 1: It's so sweet.
- 27:53Speaker 4: I love this.
- 27:54Speaker 3: I agree, Elizabeth, it would be fantastic, a good one.
- 27:56Speaker 3: I hope one day you get to meet him and
- 27:58Speaker 3: have a conversation with him.
- 27:59Speaker 7: Oh my god, me too.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Since we were sort of doing this too, can you
- 28:04Speaker 2: pick a person that's no longer with us as well?
- 28:07Speaker 7: Yeah, I would love to have a conversation with Elvis.
- 28:12Speaker 7: So amazing. I would love to talk to Elvis.
- 28:16Speaker 3: Okay, I was not expecting that from the young Blood
- 28:18Speaker 3: to Elvis.
- 28:20Speaker 9: I like such an interesting conversation though, because he lived
- 28:25Speaker 9: like such a cool life.
- 28:26Speaker 7: Right right, And I would just love to know, like
- 28:30Speaker 7: how the time was like back then his career, like
- 28:34Speaker 7: his music. He just made such a difference in music
- 28:38Speaker 7: and I love him.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Okay, you're coming to dinner party, you young Blood and
- 28:42Speaker 1: the Ghost of Elvis. We will see there.
- 28:45Speaker 4: Yes, thank you for calling in this morning.
- 28:47Speaker 10: Love.
- 28:47Speaker 4: We hope you have a great day.
- 28:48Speaker 5: Thanks you too, Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning on.
- 28:54Speaker 3: The daily double Tap that we were about to play
- 28:56Speaker 3: for you on one oh seven five. The river was
- 28:57Speaker 3: found by Zach and it's something he feels very passionately
- 29:00Speaker 3: about and I intend to agree with him on it.
- 29:02Speaker 9: It is scientific research that I found on TikTok that
- 29:06Speaker 9: proves to be true, scientific research on I don't know that.
- 29:09Speaker 3: It's necessarily science, but it's just, you know, it's the
- 29:12Speaker 3: way that we feel about a very certain active exercise running.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Okay, here we go today's daily double seb.
- 29:19Speaker 12: Did you know that research actually shows that if you
- 29:22Speaker 12: start your day with an early morning run, that is
- 29:26Speaker 12: the best way to make absolutely sure that your day
- 29:32Speaker 12: really can't get any worse from there.
- 29:36Speaker 6: I think it's a positive thing.
- 29:37Speaker 9: So if you go running in the morning, your day
- 29:39Speaker 9: can't get any worse, So you might as well. If
- 29:41Speaker 9: you are going to run, you might as well run
