- 0:41Speaker 3: Lake City welcome in. You know, it was it was
- 0:44Speaker 3: like mateo.
- 0:45Speaker 2: And I'm reluctant to give them a shout out because
- 0:48Speaker 2: I hate, well, welcome in at your business, but it's mateo, because.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Emily wants to welcome in. Mateo.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Welcome, Yeah, welcome to to welcome or let's.

- 1:39Speaker 3: some of the panels actually that are happening, the names
- 1:42Speaker 3: of them very exciting. That's that came up yesterday. People
- 1:45Speaker 3: are just really getting just amped up because it's just
- 1:48Speaker 3: around the corner and some fun.
- 1:52Speaker 2: If you if you're not going to Bravocon and you
- 1:54Speaker 2: have Peacock, you can watch some of the panels on Peacock.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Yes I do.
- 1:58Speaker 2: I think that's the Olympics.
- 2:00Speaker 3: It's fantastic. I love that they're doing that now. If
- 2:04Speaker 3: I recall, they had some other way to watch the
- 2:07Speaker 3: panels before. I think it may have been YouTube. Maybe
- 2:10Speaker 3: it was maybe it was Peacock before, but I feel
- 2:12Speaker 3: like it wasn't released for a while. So it looks
- 2:14Speaker 3: like they're really getting ahead of it now. Sounds like
- 2:18Speaker 3: Bravo con is really coming into their own.
- 2:21Speaker 1: So but listen, even if you're not.
- 2:24Speaker 3: Going to the actual con itself, it won't it won't
- 2:27Speaker 3: stop you from having fun, because head on over to
- 2:30Speaker 3: the hard Rock Cafe and you'll see me perform all
- 2:33Speaker 3: kinds of fun stuff like comedy, parody, songs, audience interaction.

- 2:42Speaker 3: a great venue right on this strip. So, and the
- 2:45Speaker 3: tickets are really not that expensive. Quite frankly, I was
- 2:47Speaker 3: kind of like, can we make these higher? I'm kidding,
- 2:50Speaker 3: Actually I was kind of shocked. I was like, these
- 2:53Speaker 3: are not that expensive, So please come on over. I'll
- 2:56Speaker 3: give you. You'll get what you pay for. I hope
- 3:00Speaker 3: you will, you one hundred percent. Well, and it's gonna

- 3:05Speaker 3: the link is in the podcast notes and then also
- 3:08Speaker 3: over on my Instagram meet Amy Phillips. Now you know
- 3:13Speaker 3: how I like to encourage the darlings to, you know,
- 3:17Speaker 3: send me a pro or a poem about whatever whenever.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Well, listen, I got a limerick.
- 3:24Speaker 3: Yes, if you will, I got a couple I'd like
- 3:26Speaker 3: to read from some darlins. Jonathan, and this is for
- 3:29Speaker 3: a Salt Lake City. So this one is why I
- 3:31Speaker 3: saved it for today. We've got Jonathan w He says,
- 3:35Speaker 3: first season fully watching SLC, and they really go after it.
- 3:40Speaker 3: There once were some wives in SLC whose drama brewed
- 3:44Speaker 3: hot as their tea.
- 3:46Speaker 1: With snow on the ground, the shade still went round,
- 3:49Speaker 1: making Mormon chic wild as can be.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Well good, Jonathan, I'm going.
- 3:57Speaker 3: To read that to Maddie tonight before we going to bed.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Is tame and quite beautiful. It takes me there like
- 4:04Speaker 3: that is a great I want to watch that show.
- 4:07Speaker 3: And then this one is a general one just about
- 4:09Speaker 3: drama Darling, and I really appreciate this from Leah Quintini,
- 4:12Speaker 3: who I love, Amles, James and Ems my most wait, sorry, Amles,
- 4:19Speaker 3: James and Ems my three most favoritist friends my drive
- 4:22Speaker 3: home every day.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Make me laugh.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Lord y'all, slay you bees, keep me in stitches, y'all,
- 4:29Speaker 3: my favoritest bitches, the impressions, the tea drama Darling, my bees,
- 4:36Speaker 3: and Deanna Chang too, march on over my boo.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Very good.
- 4:44Speaker 1: I love this you guys, Thank you very much.
- 4:45Speaker 3: You make doing this podcast so much fun and I
- 4:49Speaker 3: always have a great time with you guys over. Also
- 4:51Speaker 3: on the chat on Patreon, it's like that community chat
- 4:53Speaker 3: that we have and I just put out there yesterday, like, hey,
- 4:58Speaker 3: let's figure out if there's any way. I know there
- 5:00Speaker 3: are some Darlings that want to do a meetup even
- 5:02Speaker 3: outside of going to my show. So that's over on
- 5:07Speaker 3: the chat, So anyone who doesn't know where that is,
- 5:10Speaker 3: if you go to Patreon, it says community and then
- 5:14Speaker 3: there's like a couple different chats. One is specifically for
- 5:16Speaker 3: BRAVOCN twenty twenty five and the other is the general chat.
- 5:21Speaker 3: But I started the conversation in Bravo twenty twenty five
- 5:24Speaker 3: for those who are going and like want to hook
- 5:26Speaker 3: up and hang out. Some people are talking about going
- 5:28Speaker 3: to the Sphere and seeing the Wizard of Oz. Some
- 5:31Speaker 3: people already have tickets to that, so you know, stuff
- 5:34Speaker 3: is happening. It's always nice to connect with people who
- 5:37Speaker 3: are super fans of Bravo and who maybe some people
- 5:40Speaker 3: are going by themselves and want to connect with other
- 5:43Speaker 3: people and like make the best of the whole weekend.
- 5:46Speaker 3: So you know, the Drama Darling community is very pro
- 5:51Speaker 3: let's potty, so head on over there, all right, Well,
- 5:57Speaker 3: we are very excited to talk about Salt Lake City today,
- 6:00Speaker 3: so why don't we just head into it.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Something wrong.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Something, something's wrong, said Denise, And uh, there's it's so
- 6:10Speaker 3: wrong that it's right, you know. I mean here we
- 6:13Speaker 3: have not a ton, you know, not a ton of
- 6:17Speaker 3: drama happened here until the very end. But oh my god,
- 6:21Speaker 3: like this is the type of fighting that makes the
- 6:24Speaker 3: hair stand up on the back of my neck and
- 6:26Speaker 3: I get irritated and I get scared, and I get.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Like, well, yeah, because Lisa came in with all the
- 6:36Speaker 2: props literally and thought she was going to be able
- 6:39Speaker 2: to control the situation, and she didn't make any points,
- 6:44Speaker 2: and then it got just then that train just went
- 6:47Speaker 2: off to rail down New Jersey.
- 6:49Speaker 3: That yeah, they went to rails in New Jersey. Now
- 6:51Speaker 3: that part the posters I want to circle back to.
- 6:54Speaker 3: But the Whitney and Lisa just stand off at the
- 6:59Speaker 3: end there when that got so rough and tumble, I
- 7:03Speaker 3: was not expecting, and Whitney really lost it. And I
- 7:08Speaker 3: don't blame her, I mean quite frankly, I do understand
- 7:11Speaker 3: why people are going to lose it with Lisa and
- 7:15Speaker 3: why they lose why any housewives lose it with other
- 7:17Speaker 3: people's when they aren't deflecting and they keep bringing up
- 7:22Speaker 3: other people's stuff. Now, it is all fair and love
- 7:24Speaker 3: and war to do that. And when Whitney is calling
- 7:28Speaker 3: her out, you know, there is a part of it
- 7:32Speaker 3: where it's like, well, what are you talking about? You
- 7:34Speaker 3: have a failed business, so like where are you coming from?
- 7:36Speaker 3: So I did appreciate that slap back. However, it is
- 7:42Speaker 3: two totally different stories. Whitney doesn't have any lawsuits right
- 7:47Speaker 3: at least that we know of right now.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Not now, And to Lisa's point, like anybody can sue you,
- 7:54Speaker 2: it doesn't mean that they're We've.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Always said that.
- 7:56Speaker 3: You've always said that, and it does make sense, you know,
- 7:59Speaker 3: herting sued by people throughout the years. We know that
- 8:03Speaker 3: most of these lawsuits that have been dismissed have been
- 8:06Speaker 3: from twenty ten.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Now.
- 8:09Speaker 3: The most troubling one, and what everyone was spocus saying
- 8:13Speaker 3: on is the one that hasn't been dismissed yet, and
- 8:16Speaker 3: that was the one that like really got caught in
- 8:21Speaker 3: the door here, you know, like it got caught in
- 8:23Speaker 3: the revolving door.
- 8:24Speaker 2: That that is the one from twenty ten, I believe, allegedly,
- 8:30Speaker 2: and that is the one that is that where Lisa
- 8:33Speaker 2: is talking back and forth with the person to say, yeah,
- 8:36Speaker 2: I owe you this money the text. I yeah, but
- 8:40Speaker 2: it's in writing basically, so they and those that's part
- 8:45Speaker 2: of the discovery or what I guess, not the discovery,
- 8:48Speaker 2: but whatever the documents that were submitted to evidence or
- 8:51Speaker 2: that's all in there. Yeah, but I don't know if
- 8:53Speaker 2: it's I don't know if it's evidence yet. It's just
- 8:56Speaker 2: in what the other side is present.
- 8:58Speaker 1: It's been submitted as it's been submitted.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Yes, right, So, like I did listen to the Bravo docket. Okay,
- 9:06Speaker 2: Like if you if Barlow owes you hundreds of thousands
- 9:09Speaker 2: of dollars. And she's on a major TV show now
- 9:12Speaker 2: where for now six seasons she's talked about how much
- 9:15Speaker 2: money she has. And you're like, you said, you owed
- 9:19Speaker 2: me this money. I don't. It's up to the Statute
- 9:22Speaker 2: of limitations in Utah. And I'm like, pay the money back.
- 9:25Speaker 2: What's the problem.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Well, this is kind of giving me and I don't
- 9:28Speaker 3: think they're the same thing at all, by the way,
- 9:30Speaker 3: so please forgive my example. But it's like Erica Jane
- 9:34Speaker 3: as a housewife. You're on TV, you're talking about all
- 9:36Speaker 3: the money that you have, and then your husband has
- 9:39Speaker 3: all these lawsuits. You know, here, it's like, yes, you know,
- 9:44Speaker 3: Lisa's talking about the money she has, especially when she's
- 9:47Speaker 3: being challenged. It's mostly about business. It's mostly about her.
- 9:53Speaker 3: The things that she brags about are her businesses and
- 9:59Speaker 3: what she's a com pomplished and how important the people
- 10:02Speaker 3: are that she works with. It's not necessarily how much
- 10:06Speaker 3: she's rolling in it, you know, although I know that
- 10:08Speaker 3: she's gone there. Certainly people do that, but it is
- 10:13Speaker 3: more focused on the businesses itself. But here's the thing.
- 10:20Speaker 3: When we have these actual numbers, one hundred and eighteen thousand,
- 10:25Speaker 3: all these specifics, we know that this person obviously exists,
- 10:30Speaker 3: as we say, as you said, the evidence allegedly that
- 10:34Speaker 3: has been submitted. We've seen the texts, We've seen her say,
- 10:37Speaker 3: don't let John know about this. It's all you know.
- 10:41Speaker 3: It all leads to some shady business. So do I
- 10:46Speaker 3: believe that the other five or four lawsuits have been dismissed?
- 10:51Speaker 2: I do.
- 10:52Speaker 3: I don't know what made those lawsuits. I even be
- 10:55Speaker 3: willing to give Lisa the benefit of the doubt and
- 10:57Speaker 3: say they were all bullshit and these are just people
- 10:59Speaker 3: coming out after her for no good reason. And that happens.
- 11:03Speaker 3: But this fifth one that hasn't been dismissed. It seems
- 11:07Speaker 3: like where there's smoke, there's fire, and she's not going
- 11:10Speaker 3: to admit it because it hasn't been dismissed yet and
- 11:14Speaker 3: it hasn't been like settled.
- 11:16Speaker 2: So well, yeah, so according to the Bravo docket, just
- 11:21Speaker 2: because the case is dismissed doesn't mean that it wasn't settled,
- 11:26Speaker 2: so you know what I mean. So maybe she did
- 11:28Speaker 2: owe that and then she did pay it, and assuing
- 11:31Speaker 2: her was to get her to pay it. So we
- 11:34Speaker 2: don't know. We don't know how they were all dismissed.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Right, that's true. It could be dismissed if they settled.
- 11:39Speaker 3: And sometimes they just pay them money to get rid
- 11:43Speaker 3: of them even though they didn't do anything.
- 11:45Speaker 1: So then there's.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Also that aspect. So you know, here's the problem. Like
- 11:51Speaker 3: obviously she was in a pickle at one time. I
- 11:54Speaker 3: don't know if she is anymore, but she was in
- 11:56Speaker 3: a pickle at one time with her business and she
- 11:58Speaker 3: needed help. So she's trying to get money in some
- 12:03Speaker 3: way and was underwater, and you know, much like Whitney
- 12:09Speaker 3: saying I felled, you know, I'm trying to get out
- 12:12Speaker 3: of this business. Lisa can't really say that now that
- 12:16Speaker 3: like back then, I was felling. I was I had
- 12:20Speaker 3: some challenges and I wasn't going to do well. I
- 12:22Speaker 3: needed to pull myself out of this situation. It was bad.
- 12:27Speaker 3: So I tried to. I this person borrowed I borrowed
- 12:30Speaker 3: money from they invested, you know, and it just didn't
- 12:33Speaker 3: work out because I wasn't able to pay them back.
- 12:36Speaker 3: I thought it was just them giving me money, not alone.
- 12:40Speaker 3: There could be a lot to it that we don't know,
- 12:43Speaker 3: but she is not going to tell us the truth
- 12:45Speaker 3: because this is an active lawsuit. And so for that reason,
- 12:49Speaker 3: why go and make all these poster boards when you
- 12:52Speaker 3: can't really speak to it, you know, Really it should
- 12:55Speaker 3: have been when she was like deny, deny, deny, meaning
- 12:59Speaker 3: like those cases have been denied. Really, what she should
- 13:02Speaker 3: have done all along is just been like denying any
- 13:06Speaker 3: conversation about it and put it to rest. What some
- 13:10Speaker 3: of these housewives end up doing is they lean into
- 13:12Speaker 3: it and they try to take it head on because
- 13:15Speaker 3: they think that like if they blow it up, then
- 13:19Speaker 3: people will fall for like the bells and the whistles
- 13:22Speaker 3: and the things that you know, you know, like a
- 13:27Speaker 3: clown at a bull fighting event. What do they call
- 13:30Speaker 3: those clown rodeo clowns? You know, she she tried to
- 13:34Speaker 3: be like a rodeo clown in this situation, and she's.
- 13:37Speaker 1: A rodeo clown.
- 13:39Speaker 3: And now two back to these posters, don't get it twisted.
- 13:44Speaker 1: I am very much here for what happened at this event.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Jpegs's like these are blurry.
- 13:54Speaker 4: Mary was so pissed about the quality and resolution, and
- 13:58Speaker 4: I don't blame her.
- 14:00Speaker 1: And it was so repetitive.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Each line, you know, it said the same thing, the dismissed,
- 14:06Speaker 3: like that big stamp on it looked great. I mean
- 14:09Speaker 3: it said what it needed to say. That spoke volumes
- 14:15Speaker 3: And I don't know if those were real documents. According
- 14:18Speaker 3: to Bronwyn and whoever whomever, they did seem to think like, oh,
- 14:23Speaker 3: this is a great mock up in Canva, Like they
- 14:26Speaker 3: they kind of.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Recreated what this was.
- 14:28Speaker 3: But I appreciate the effort, like it kind of reminded
- 14:32Speaker 3: me of like Karen Huger's press conference.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it was absolutely in the hall of fame
- 14:39Speaker 2: of showing your guilty with props of innocence. It goes
- 14:46Speaker 2: I there's like how many like, yeah, this is thank
- 14:50Speaker 2: you Lisa.
- 14:50Speaker 3: You yeah, I mean honestly, I mean she thought she
- 14:54Speaker 3: had it upper sleeve, like look out everybody here it comes,
- 14:58Speaker 3: I mean the Bravo con Yeah.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Yeah, for sure.
- 15:03Speaker 3: There's no way that that was going to end the
- 15:06Speaker 3: way that she thought it would, Like having poster boards
- 15:10Speaker 3: was just the word dismissed on It wasn't going to
- 15:12Speaker 3: get her there. What I did appreciate were the pointed
- 15:16Speaker 3: questions coming from Angie and Mary. Angie was like.
- 15:21Speaker 4: This man claims you had his credit card, he paid
- 15:24Speaker 4: for the remodeling of your home, and you in you
- 15:27Speaker 4: old one on her euteen grand Let's just get down
- 15:30Speaker 4: to it, lose okay, can we just chlorofhying her?
- 15:34Speaker 2: Are you saying?
- 15:35Speaker 3: And then Lisa's response, of course, was epic with it.
- 15:39Speaker 3: It's a fanciful tale, A fanciful tale by Lisa Barlow.
- 15:51Speaker 1: That's the limerick we need to write next.
- 15:53Speaker 3: I mean, it's a tale of two people, which makes
- 15:58Speaker 3: a lawsuit, right, you one person til and you've got another.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not seeing how Lisa is totally innocent.
- 16:08Speaker 3: No, When Mary's like, so it isn't true, and She's
- 16:12Speaker 3: like no, no, no, no, but we want to know
- 16:18Speaker 3: all the details and we're not going to get it right.
- 16:22Speaker 3: And so her be just saying no is not enough
- 16:26Speaker 3: for us, and them bringing up all the bullet points
- 16:29Speaker 3: of what is in the actual lawsuit and her just
- 16:32Speaker 3: saying no and showing a poster isn't just like that,
- 16:35Speaker 3: we can't make it go away.
- 16:37Speaker 2: We actually can see what's in a lawsuit because it's public, right.
- 16:42Speaker 3: So that's why I loved Angie saying what we all
- 16:46Speaker 3: have read, right, yeah.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Yeah, And like for Lisa to pretend like this hasn't
- 16:51Speaker 2: been in a major news source like that that could
- 16:56Speaker 2: get sued for printing something illegal. It's not just a
- 16:58Speaker 2: TikTok video, you know, or not illegal like slander, you know,
- 17:03Speaker 2: Like they are liable for what they print they have
- 17:06Speaker 2: and if they and if that newspaper is wrong, they
- 17:10Speaker 2: have to print a reaction. So Lisa, you're you're up
- 17:14Speaker 2: against the wall on this. Yeah.
- 17:17Speaker 3: Whitney had a question which I think was the biggest thing,
- 17:20Speaker 3: which is what does this clarify? And then it's just
- 17:24Speaker 3: like dismissed, It clarifies dismissed going the distance to show
- 17:32Speaker 3: you that it's dismissed. I also feel like Angie saying, look,
- 17:39Speaker 3: this is kind of on you because this was brought
- 17:43Speaker 3: up because you did digging behind bron Wins back about
- 17:46Speaker 3: the necklace, and so now people are going to stop digging.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Ever, she has done it forever. I mean, I guess,
- 17:54Speaker 2: like you could say, but people have always done this
- 17:56Speaker 2: on any of any of the shows. This is part
- 18:00Speaker 2: of the job.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Absolutely it is.
- 18:02Speaker 2: So it's not like you can be like Lisa, you
- 18:06Speaker 2: started this whole thing. It's like this has been going
- 18:08Speaker 2: on since the dawn of Housewives.
- 18:11Speaker 1: The dawn.
- 18:12Speaker 3: I mean, well, you know, I know that they are
- 18:15Speaker 3: the same in that you are you're denying the reality
- 18:20Speaker 3: of something in terms of like if this lawsuit is
- 18:23Speaker 3: active and if you really did these things and now
- 18:26Speaker 3: you're lying to us, that's a lie, right, And then
- 18:29Speaker 3: Bronwin not buying that necklace, that's a lie. But I
- 18:33Speaker 3: think the difference between those two things is that bron
- 18:37Speaker 3: Wins was really a showcase for the show, and she's
- 18:40Speaker 3: lying on the show, and she's showing us something that
- 18:44Speaker 3: isn't true and trying to present herself in such a
- 18:48Speaker 3: way that isn't her right. So she's lying to the fans,
- 18:52Speaker 3: whereas own Lisa. But wait, but whereas Lisa, this is
- 18:56Speaker 3: all off camera, her business and stuff. She's not lying
- 19:01Speaker 3: to us about her business all these years. The only
- 19:04Speaker 3: reason why it's brought up is because they dug it up.
- 19:06Speaker 3: But that's off camera, okay. So, and the only reason
- 19:10Speaker 3: why bron when owned it, to your point, is because
- 19:13Speaker 3: she got called out about it. Now, we would just
- 19:15Speaker 3: walk away for the rest of our lives thinking she's
- 19:18Speaker 3: got this great necklace. Well that's a lie. She's presenting
- 19:21Speaker 3: herself in a false light. So which do you want?
- 19:26Speaker 3: I mean, look, I'm I'm fine with when you have
- 19:30Speaker 3: lawsuits outside of the show and has nothing to do
- 19:32Speaker 3: with anyone on the show. Like that, to me is
- 19:35Speaker 3: a little bit more acceptable. But if you're coming on
- 19:37Speaker 3: the show and making a fake storyline about getting a necklace,
- 19:43Speaker 3: that pisses me off. Actually, I think that's really stupid.
- 19:46Speaker 3: I think it's a waste of our time. There's enough
- 19:48Speaker 3: fake stuff that goes on.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Now.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Is that morse is that less serious than Lisa's? Absolutely,
- 19:54Speaker 3: because it's not a lawsuit. But I'm talking about the fans,
- 19:57Speaker 3: I'm talking about us. I'm talking about when I watch.
- 20:00Speaker 3: I don't like to be played by people on screen
- 20:04Speaker 3: pretending to be somebody that they're not.
- 20:06Speaker 2: We're getting played by Lisa right now. I mean, if
- 20:10Speaker 2: this stuff is happening in real time and we don't
- 20:14Speaker 2: live in a bubble, and she's saying this is all
- 20:16Speaker 2: not like I have money for days. My businesses are
- 20:19Speaker 2: so successful ben Affleck, ben Affleck, benafflic and no problem,
- 20:26Speaker 2: Sky's are sunny. And we're like, why don't you just
- 20:28Speaker 2: be real about this thing that we read in like
- 20:32Speaker 2: you know, online, in like a major newspaper, Like, why
- 20:36Speaker 2: are we pretending?
- 20:37Speaker 3: Because it's a lawsuit? That's That's the only other thing
- 20:40Speaker 3: about it is that like what I think that all
- 20:43Speaker 3: of us do I think that she's lying one hundred percent?
- 20:46Speaker 3: Do I think she's playing it?
- 20:47Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 20:48Speaker 3: But the thing is that, like we have to understand,
- 20:50Speaker 3: and this happens all the time, is that when there's
- 20:52Speaker 3: a lawsuit, you can't really talk about this.
- 20:55Speaker 1: You just can't.
- 20:56Speaker 3: What is she going to say, Yeah, I was hiding
- 20:58Speaker 3: money from John. I was borrowing money, but I thought
- 21:02Speaker 3: he was giving it to me, and he was really
- 21:05Speaker 3: just borrowing it and he thought he was going to
- 21:07Speaker 3: get paid back, and I had no intention of that.
- 21:09Speaker 3: She can't say that because the lawsuit has not been yeah,
- 21:13Speaker 3: finishing it. That's where I'm like, but that's my point
- 21:17Speaker 3: from earlier, which is then like, don't put poster boards
- 21:20Speaker 3: up where you're now shining a freaking light on it.
- 21:24Speaker 2: Okay, yes, And she's like, I'm gonna put I'm gonna
- 21:27Speaker 2: shine four spotlights, so you forget about this fifth spotlight, right,
- 21:31Speaker 2: and well, right, all we want to talk about is
- 21:35Speaker 2: a fifth spotlight.
- 21:35Speaker 3: That's the that's the only one that we are concerned
- 21:38Speaker 3: about at this point, because the other ones were like okay, fine,
- 21:41Speaker 3: but this is the one, and you jumping around like
- 21:44Speaker 3: a cheerleader being like do I love my business?
- 21:47Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 21:52Speaker 3: Now that was so unhinged that I just can't help
- 21:56Speaker 3: but appreciate it.
- 21:57Speaker 1: And Whitney's space.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Was like my gay yad da. But like Lisa is,
- 22:07Speaker 3: she is at the core, always at the core of
- 22:11Speaker 3: every bit of drama on this show. From the beginning.
- 22:16Speaker 3: She is the center of the issue every single season.
- 22:22Speaker 3: Would you call her the villain.
- 22:29Speaker 2: Not? I think she operates in accidentally. She operates as
- 22:36Speaker 2: the villain. I don't think that her intent is to
- 22:39Speaker 2: be the villain, like like Janet on the Valley, I'm like,
- 22:44Speaker 2: I don't I she's to me, she's a villain and
- 22:47Speaker 2: she might not realize it, but like she doesn't act
- 22:52Speaker 2: any other way. Whereas Lisa, I think, I think she's
- 22:55Speaker 2: a great friend and she doesn't realize. Like all she
- 22:59Speaker 2: does leans into the person with money that's new on
- 23:03Speaker 2: the season to try to be their friend every time,
- 23:07Speaker 2: like and for whatever reason, it's stuck with Meredith. But
- 23:10Speaker 2: like last season we saw it with bron Wynn and
- 23:12Speaker 2: this season we're seeing it with the social light and
- 23:15Speaker 2: everybody else can eat shit because I'm Lisa Barlow and
- 23:20Speaker 2: I'm friends with money and you know, and so it's gross.
- 23:25Speaker 2: I don't think she realizes it, but yeah, it's it's
- 23:27Speaker 2: villain behavior.
- 23:28Speaker 3: It's I think that, Yeah, by default, I think she
- 23:31Speaker 3: really is the villain. I never would have like put
- 23:34Speaker 3: her like that because I don't think she behaves like
- 23:37Speaker 3: a villain all the time, obviously, but from the response
- 23:41Speaker 3: from everyone else on the cast, she is always at
- 23:44Speaker 3: the center of controversy no matter what think about it.
- 23:48Speaker 3: It's never Heather, it's never Angie, it's never Mary, it's
- 23:53Speaker 3: never Whitney. They all have little feuds with each other,
- 23:56Speaker 3: for sure, but every single person has a problem with Lee,
- 24:00Speaker 3: Lisa and certainly at one point, and there's usually a
- 24:04Speaker 3: gang up, like there's usually more than two people that
- 24:08Speaker 3: have an issue with Lisa and complicated because she's like
- 24:13Speaker 3: nobody wants to be the villain, no one's trying, no
- 24:16Speaker 3: one knows or thinks that they're the villain, and nobody
- 24:19Speaker 3: wants to embrace that.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Monica maka okay. I feel like I feel like that
- 24:27Speaker 2: might be why we all love Salt Lake is it's
- 24:31Speaker 2: complicated and there isn't you know, there isn't a solid villain.
- 24:36Speaker 2: There's Lisa who's oblivious, so it's hilarious to watch her
- 24:40Speaker 2: just fuck things up. And she's high status, and you think, like,
- 24:45Speaker 2: because she says all these high status things, it's deliberate,
- 24:49Speaker 2: But I don't think that it is. Whereas like Monica
- 24:52Speaker 2: came in Calculated or Jenshaw, those were kind of like
- 24:56Speaker 2: villains that like we can kind of have a gauge, right,
- 25:00Speaker 2: that's a villain.
- 25:00Speaker 3: And now they're gone. And even still when they were there,
- 25:04Speaker 3: people still had problems, major problems with Lee's sides always like,
- 25:09Speaker 3: so she's either the villain in the front or the
- 25:12Speaker 3: villain in the back, And part of me thinks like, well,
- 25:15Speaker 3: this is what I know she thinks, which is that
- 25:17Speaker 3: they're trying to take me down because I'm so fabulous,
- 25:20Speaker 3: you know. I do think that there's something about her
- 25:24Speaker 3: that well, as fans, we've always loved, Like everyone has
- 25:28Speaker 3: always been a Lisa Barlow's stan. It seems like the
- 25:32Speaker 3: tides are turning a little bit right now, but she
- 25:38Speaker 3: noise always okay, well, most people love her. I will
- 25:43Speaker 3: just say that. I would say from the jump, everybody
- 25:46Speaker 3: was like Lisa's favorite. So I think that did get
- 25:49Speaker 3: in the way of cast dynamics. I think that people
- 25:52Speaker 3: resented that about her. I think that they didn't like
- 25:55Speaker 3: that she was like a fan favorite, and because of that,
- 26:00Speaker 3: it's sort of under Lisa's umbrella, like they're jealous of her,
- 26:03Speaker 3: jealous of her success meaning the success with the fans,
- 26:07Speaker 3: jealous of her family and they've got you know, they're
- 26:10Speaker 3: very stable, and then of course adding the businesses on
- 26:14Speaker 3: that she puts it in. So from the beginning of
- 26:17Speaker 3: Salt Lake City, she has definitely had an inner narrative
- 26:21Speaker 3: of people come after me because I'm Lisa fucking Barlow.
- 26:27Speaker 3: You know, for the first time people are kind of
- 26:31Speaker 3: really coming after her right now because of something very
- 26:35Speaker 3: serious that they dug up, right, yeah.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Right, but this has been out there since the dawn
- 26:43Speaker 2: of the show.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Yeah, but no one's dug it up things.
- 26:47Speaker 2: But it's been out there for a few sees because
- 26:49Speaker 2: it was out there last season, but we just didn't
- 26:51Speaker 2: like go full in on it.
- 26:54Speaker 4: But it was like, like we know right now, But
- 26:57Speaker 4: I'm saying the cast didn't dig into it.
- 27:00Speaker 2: They didn't.
- 27:01Speaker 1: They didn't make it up.
- 27:02Speaker 2: And she mentioned it right Andie mentioned it last season,
- 27:06Speaker 2: and that was a vibe, but it was not more
- 27:09Speaker 2: than that, I don't think, right, But you know, don't
- 27:12Speaker 2: forget this has maybe been a long time coming for
- 27:16Speaker 2: Lisa because she started this franchise. Remember she's the one
- 27:21Speaker 2: that got this all started before it was going to
- 27:24Speaker 2: even be a Housewives show.
- 27:25Speaker 3: But that's why I think that they want to In
- 27:28Speaker 3: many ways, there is something to the cast wanting to
- 27:32Speaker 3: take her down and humble her because she does have
- 27:35Speaker 3: so much power, and so there is something to her
- 27:39Speaker 3: being like they're always.
- 27:40Speaker 4: Coming after me.
- 27:41Speaker 5: I'm just so you know, I'm so good and like
- 27:43Speaker 5: everybody's trying to take me down, and every reunion she
- 27:47Speaker 5: gets so upset about like all that stuff, right, and.
- 27:53Speaker 3: It is true, But now the dirty work has come
- 27:59Speaker 3: for her. You know, it's like out from under the sewers,
- 28:04Speaker 3: they're coming to grab her, and she doesn't have any
- 28:07Speaker 3: word to turn right now, she's trying to fight it.
- 28:09Speaker 2: I know she and she's Oblivio. This is where I'm saying,
- 28:12Speaker 2: here's a perfect example of how oblivious she is. The okay,
- 28:17Speaker 2: dismiss dismissed poster board, blah blah blah blah. But then
- 28:19Speaker 2: you're going to far shot of her on the yacht
- 28:22Speaker 2: that we don't even know that was her and John.
- 28:25Speaker 2: But then you're gonna put a picture of yourself and
- 28:27Speaker 2: John at the jazz gate like that is such Lisa
- 28:31Speaker 2: Barlow Jazz as a.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Totally lot associated with it.
- 28:36Speaker 2: Yeah, she blow that picture up so people know that
- 28:40Speaker 2: I didn't even go court side to the jazz.
- 28:42Speaker 3: I just she was on and Watch What Happens Live,
- 28:46Speaker 3: and and they were talking about obviously the posters, and
- 28:49Speaker 3: and he's like, why did you put yourself on a
- 28:51Speaker 3: yacht to show how fabulous I am to remind them.
- 28:55Speaker 3: You know, we're on yachts a lot and they.
- 28:58Speaker 4: Go to games, you know, like so that she was
- 29:01Speaker 4: right putting it out there very clearly that she wanted
- 29:04Speaker 4: to remind everybody how fabulous she is.
- 29:07Speaker 2: Well and to that point, that is why if I
- 29:11Speaker 2: if I from twenty ten and whenever have lent you
- 29:15Speaker 2: money and you have said, yeah, I'm going to get
- 29:17Speaker 2: you back, and then you're like, here I am at
- 29:19Speaker 2: the jazz game. Here I am on a yacht, dismiss dismissed,
- 29:23Speaker 2: get glam every single day, right right, I'm like, all right,
- 29:28Speaker 2: pay me back, or like, let's settle this thing too.
- 29:35Speaker 2: But it's not happening. So why isn't it if all
- 29:38Speaker 2: these were dismissed because they were settled allegedly, if maybe,
- 29:42Speaker 2: then why isn't this one? And now we're back, Lisa,
- 29:46Speaker 2: what's up?
- 29:48Speaker 3: Yeah, there is a lack of details out there you
- 29:51Speaker 3: know about this that it is weird.
- 29:54Speaker 2: Yeah, And I do to her point to Whitney. As
- 29:58Speaker 2: much as I love the accountability that Weny is taking
- 30:00Speaker 2: right now, I know that there's probably going to be
- 30:03Speaker 2: some shit that comes out of that too. Like I
- 30:05Speaker 2: don't think the Whitney is going to be coming out
- 30:06Speaker 2: of this clean. But I do appreciate if if I
- 30:10Speaker 2: have went Whitney money and I'm watching her this season
- 30:13Speaker 2: and you have yeah, and I have ten thousand dollars.
- 30:19Speaker 2: What was that that Lisa's like, don't you have someone
- 30:21Speaker 2: ten thousand dollars? No?
- 30:24Speaker 3: Uh, I didn't get myself from Ali baba.
- 30:29Speaker 1: The fact that that was just screamed at, screamed.
- 30:34Speaker 5: I didn't get my daba Alibaba as I'm trying to
- 30:37Speaker 5: get out a bay ah baba.
- 30:41Speaker 1: It's amazing, But that's how you do it.
- 30:43Speaker 2: If you owe someone hundreds of thousands of the dollars
- 30:45Speaker 2: and you don't have it, don't do what Lisa is doing.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Do what Whitney's doing. I am broke. I have no money.
- 30:53Speaker 2: I cannot pay this. We have no money. Oh I'm
- 30:56Speaker 2: not going to go after Whitney. She's going on a
- 30:59Speaker 2: television show say she has no money. Whereas Lisa's like,
- 31:01Speaker 2: you're on a yacht. Like Whitney's doing it right.
- 31:07Speaker 3: Whitney is deflecting in another way, you know she is.
- 31:11Speaker 2: She's deflecting.
- 31:13Speaker 3: She's deflecting in a way that is saying like, don't
- 31:17Speaker 3: dig any deeper because I screwed up. You know, there's
- 31:22Speaker 3: definitely a technique to that too. Maybe, ye if there's
- 31:26Speaker 3: a if there's dirty business on the inside, but like
- 31:30Speaker 3: you know, even if there is, she obviously is like,
- 31:32Speaker 3: well that didn't work out.
- 31:35Speaker 2: It was dirty.
- 31:36Speaker 3: I mean, it would be great if she was like,
- 31:38Speaker 3: I did dirtep business next, you know, at the end
- 31:41Speaker 3: of this, she's like, I found out Justin and I
- 31:43Speaker 3: did dirty business. We didn't do it on purpose, but
- 31:45Speaker 3: we did dir dirty. It was nasty, dirty, filthy business.
- 31:52Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 31:54Speaker 4: Yeah, how about the redneck comment? Wow, Lisa will really
- 31:58Speaker 4: go there?
- 31:59Speaker 2: Mane didn't say that though.
- 32:01Speaker 1: What did she say redhead?
- 32:03Speaker 2: Because the caption said redhead and I watched it back
- 32:07Speaker 2: she says redhead. Oh, so pissed she hears red neck?
- 32:12Speaker 2: Right to me, I was like more offended by Lisa
- 32:15Speaker 2: saying redhead than red neck, because I was like, you're
- 32:20Speaker 2: going for her appearance. It's not her lifestyle. Dare you?
- 32:24Speaker 1: I prefer redneck? Thank you?
- 32:27Speaker 2: How dare you? Lisa? It just felt more harsh. Even
- 32:31Speaker 2: though I would be like, whoa with redneck? I was like,
- 32:35Speaker 2: oh god.
- 32:36Speaker 1: Redhead right right right? She yeah, she's just throwing anything
- 32:43Speaker 1: out there.
- 32:44Speaker 2: And Whitney threw a literal napkin and then they both
- 32:48Speaker 2: had hands on each other. By the time that scene
- 32:52Speaker 2: like really picks up, Whitney walks around the table Tamra
- 32:55Speaker 2: style and is in Lisa's face and they are holding
- 33:00Speaker 2: our hands on each other, and I was like, where
- 33:04Speaker 2: are the producers? Yeah, like I gotten believe didn't. Yeah,
- 33:09Speaker 2: it was some cameras like like movement and.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Suck a camera falling to the grounds that they stopped
- 33:16Speaker 3: them from, you know, moving each other, just.
- 33:21Speaker 2: Something like I feel like we could have shot that
- 33:24Speaker 2: with more action and also stopped the hands going on
- 33:28Speaker 2: each other with them jumping in right before and having
- 33:31Speaker 2: a lot of like handheld camera movement. That was crazy.
- 33:34Speaker 2: And I would have believed like that that teaser would
- 33:38Speaker 2: have like had me like what the hell happens? You
- 33:42Speaker 2: know what I mean? But I couldn't believe that it
- 33:45Speaker 2: got that far and it was nothing like it knows
- 33:48Speaker 2: nobody stepped in. Yeah, yeah, what you know, Lisa, That's
- 33:53Speaker 2: what I'm asking.
- 33:54Speaker 3: When Whitney is across the table and she's had it
- 33:59Speaker 3: with Lisa, her yelling and that forehead is just locked
- 34:06Speaker 3: in like it is not moving.
- 34:09Speaker 1: You know, that is like the ice.
- 34:13Speaker 3: It is like ice in Salt Lake City, hard flat,
- 34:19Speaker 3: like it is very impressive botox I must notice it.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Look, Yeah, it is because she has dreamy eyes and
- 34:28Speaker 2: a ton of botox, which is hard to do, I
- 34:30Speaker 2: have to say, because usually it's like like really wide.
- 34:35Speaker 3: But yeah, it just was like, wow, she's like is
- 34:39Speaker 3: she upset? She's because like that's where it that's where
- 34:42Speaker 3: all this work comes into play, where you're like, what's happening.
- 34:45Speaker 1: She's leaning.
- 34:45Speaker 3: Her body language is telling me and her voice is
- 34:49Speaker 3: telling me she's very angry, and yet I don't see
- 34:53Speaker 3: it on her face.
- 34:55Speaker 2: Yeah, which has been confusing and other times because you know,
- 35:00Speaker 2: I know we've talked about it where Whitney's like pretending
- 35:03Speaker 2: to be mad at something, like pretending she's mad at
- 35:06Speaker 2: Heather for what she printed in her book, and yeah,
- 35:10Speaker 2: we're both like, right, right, care about this? Look at
- 35:13Speaker 2: your face? Right? But this looked like she cared for sure,
- 35:17Speaker 2: And we have a good baseline.
- 35:19Speaker 1: We have a baseline.
- 35:20Speaker 3: And what it sounds like when she's yelling and it's
- 35:24Speaker 3: really no different than when she's talking.
- 35:27Speaker 1: Right, you're a liar, You're a liar, You're a liar.
- 35:32Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 35:33Speaker 3: It just was like I could feel her anger and
- 35:36Speaker 3: her frustration. It would have been really fun though, if her,
- 35:41Speaker 3: like when she's at a ten when she's angry, if
- 35:44Speaker 3: she was just.
- 35:44Speaker 1: Like, whoa rufo, you're a fucking lawyer.
- 35:48Speaker 2: She just went so deep.
- 35:50Speaker 3: Yeah, she went yeah, she just went like I don't
- 35:54Speaker 3: believe this, you're a fucking lawyer.
- 35:57Speaker 2: She just went totally out of her eye.
- 36:00Speaker 1: That would have been amazing.
- 36:03Speaker 3: But you know, when Whitney's like, this doesn't prove anything,
- 36:07Speaker 3: you know, and Lisa's like, how were you on winding
- 36:10Speaker 3: your business?
- 36:13Speaker 1: How were you unwinding it? Is that a business term? Unwinding?
- 36:17Speaker 2: Yeah? I could see. Yeah, I mean it didn't sound
- 36:20Speaker 2: weird to me.
- 36:22Speaker 1: It sounded like specific business jargon.
- 36:25Speaker 2: Yes, exactly.
- 36:27Speaker 1: I liked that. I liked that question, And well.
- 36:30Speaker 2: I was like, oh, Lisa wasn't at the campfire to
- 36:34Speaker 2: get that really raw moment with Whitney where you know,
- 36:38Speaker 2: I think, oh, right, could so she was like coming
- 36:42Speaker 2: there like basically off of whatever she's heard.
- 36:45Speaker 3: Yes, that's right, she hasn't gotten Whitney's I'm owning this
- 36:51Speaker 3: it was a failure. I felled and we're felling and
- 36:55Speaker 3: we're putting it back, trying to put it back together.
- 36:57Speaker 3: That's right. So this was really the first time. I mean,
- 37:02Speaker 3: why are these TikTokers talking about you? I mean is
- 37:04Speaker 3: tough because it's like, yeah, I mean, these TikTokers is
- 37:08Speaker 3: one thing according to Whitney, and lawsuits are another. And
- 37:14Speaker 3: she was like, you're scared of the truth. And then
- 37:18Speaker 3: with Lisa being like she lost it at that point,
- 37:21Speaker 3: she's like, this is a judge saying it's fucking dismissed, right.
- 37:31Speaker 2: Yeah, whoof?
- 37:34Speaker 3: Okay, Wow, Well, you know it's interesting because like Whitney's like,
- 37:39Speaker 3: when they were talking about you at the camp thing,
- 37:41Speaker 3: I wasn't piling on and she really didn't.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Whitney.
- 37:45Speaker 2: Yeah, but if I'd Lisa, I'm not gonna believe that.
- 37:48Speaker 3: I'm just especially in that moment, especially that moment because
- 37:50Speaker 3: now we're asking questions.
- 37:52Speaker 2: But if I am Lisa in the entire table saying
- 37:55Speaker 2: Meredith did say some shit which I don't remember, and
- 37:59Speaker 2: what they've flashback to was not bad because it's Meredith
- 38:04Speaker 2: saying I don't want to talk about this without Lisa.
- 38:07Speaker 2: But I'm sure she said some other things that we
- 38:09Speaker 2: didn't see on camera, because that entire table was like Meredith.
- 38:12Speaker 4: Was even Mary Yes, So for Lisa'd be like, I
- 38:17Speaker 4: don't believe anybody except for Meredith.
- 38:19Speaker 2: Yeah, I would have been like, wait, Meredith, what like
- 38:23Speaker 2: I couldn't believe, like the blind spot, the legally blind spot.
- 38:30Speaker 2: Isn't Lisa legally blind? That's why she has to have
- 38:32Speaker 2: her glam squad. She's like, I can't see. That's why
- 38:35Speaker 2: I have to have a glam squad every day to
- 38:37Speaker 2: put my makeup on. She has for Meredith is wild,
- 38:41Speaker 2: like Meredith is an angel to her.
- 38:45Speaker 3: Well, I think she doesn't have many allies on the
- 38:49Speaker 3: show right now, and Meredith is choosing to stand by
- 38:52Speaker 3: her and me.
- 38:53Speaker 2: What about Britney Amy? Enough? Not enough?
- 39:00Speaker 3: Lisays like I could do without you. You can go
- 39:02Speaker 3: to the other side.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Thank you. I don't need you over here. Actually you're
- 39:06Speaker 1: making it worse.
- 39:07Speaker 3: But I mean, Meredith holds weight so and I think
- 39:11Speaker 3: that also at this point in their relationship, I do
- 39:14Speaker 3: feel like, deep down Lisa feels like she really does
- 39:17Speaker 3: owe her for calling her the biggest horror in New
- 39:21Speaker 3: York City. I mean to come back from that. To
- 39:24Speaker 3: have a friendship bounce back from that is unheard of.
- 39:31Speaker 3: So yeah, she better shut up for the rest.
- 39:33Speaker 1: Of their friendship.
- 39:34Speaker 2: But Lisa's normal way she acts about that stuff is like,
- 39:39Speaker 2: rather than own it and feel bad about it, she
- 39:43Speaker 2: like cuts ties so she doesn't have to feel bad
- 39:46Speaker 2: or feel anything.
- 39:48Speaker 3: So, like I said, there aren't that many people that
- 39:50Speaker 3: she has on this show. It's not going to be Whitney.
- 39:54Speaker 3: Heather comes in and out. Heather's kind of on her side.
- 39:58Speaker 2: Actually that table, you know what she I realized after
- 40:04Speaker 2: I said I was surprised at Heather kind of went
- 40:06Speaker 2: for her a little bit at the lunch. It was
- 40:08Speaker 2: because of Lisa's saying that I'm different, I'm like above
- 40:12Speaker 2: you guys. That's when Heather, I think, because then she
- 40:16Speaker 2: says that to Angie earlier in the episode. I think
- 40:18Speaker 2: Heather's going to be chewing that one overall season.
- 40:22Speaker 3: Well, look, I mean I did appreciate being at the
- 40:25Speaker 3: Vita Lounge and hearing about the people that were going
- 40:28Speaker 3: to be there that night. That was impressive. You can't
- 40:32Speaker 3: tell me that's not impressive. The list of people that
- 40:34Speaker 3: she talked about, Steve Carrell and Jason Schwartzman and you know,
- 40:38Speaker 3: and then she's like, I work with Daniel Radcliffe. I
- 40:41Speaker 3: you know, obviously these are I mean, it's probably all
- 40:44Speaker 3: sun dance related, I imagine, you know, But even still, yeah,
- 40:49Speaker 3: that holds weight.
- 40:50Speaker 1: So when Lisa says she.
- 40:52Speaker 3: Does big things, that's obviously what she's referring to. Yeah,
- 40:57Speaker 3: the other ladies don't do that, and that is a fact.
- 41:01Speaker 3: Her job is very different from everyone else's. She deals
- 41:05Speaker 3: with celebrities and has for the duration of her business.
- 41:11Speaker 3: Those are facts. Now is she different than everybody? No,
- 41:16Speaker 3: So when she says that I live a different life.
- 41:19Speaker 2: Yeah, you could make the argument for each of them
- 41:22Speaker 2: that what they have is equally stressful, equally like under
- 41:30Speaker 2: you know, scrutiny all that.
- 41:32Speaker 3: Oh really you can okaank you are you gonna are
- 41:37Speaker 3: you gonna make an argument about let me think, Uh,
- 41:42Speaker 3: I have a beauty lab and laser is really ting
- 41:46Speaker 3: ting ting, I've announcement what else?
- 41:50Speaker 1: But Heather Brittani is what?
- 41:52Speaker 3: What is Brittany doing That's equally stressing.
- 41:55Speaker 2: A wig on top of a wig and getting extensions
- 41:59Speaker 2: under the win and then getting another wig on top
- 42:02Speaker 2: of that. Did you go back and watch that.
- 42:06Speaker 1: We all unch we saw it.
- 42:08Speaker 3: Oh, by the way, on Watch What Happens Live, Lisa
- 42:10Speaker 3: spoke to that bad glam job that's been going all
- 42:13Speaker 3: over the internet, and she was actually very nice about
- 42:17Speaker 3: her glam. She was like, we all have bad days.
- 42:20Speaker 3: We had a redo. I mean, I don't know, I
- 42:23Speaker 3: don't know how that happened. That was kind of cuckoo crazy.
- 42:27Speaker 2: When it happened. When we saw it last week, I
- 42:29Speaker 2: thought that she cried off half of makeup because she
- 42:33Speaker 2: was upset in that scene and she was crying and
- 42:35Speaker 2: I thought, oh, she she's upset. She cried off a lash.
- 42:39Speaker 2: I didn't realize how bad it was.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I didn't realize either until people were.
- 42:43Speaker 4: Just still framing and screenshotting and blowing it up.
- 42:48Speaker 1: I thought it was going to go on a poster.
- 42:49Speaker 4: I know.
- 42:50Speaker 2: It's like a busted baby doll, like lid has broke
- 42:56Speaker 2: from toy story.
- 42:58Speaker 3: Yeah, you're so right, the Island of rejected toys.
- 43:05Speaker 2: Well, I mean like I had misfit toys. Yeah, the
- 43:08Speaker 2: misfit toys. I also I also own many baby dolls
- 43:12Speaker 2: with a busted lid.
- 43:15Speaker 3: They're all right behind you, Emily. It's not creepy at
- 43:18Speaker 3: all my friends. Yeah, the Island of Misfit Toys. Yeah,
- 43:25Speaker 3: aren't we all part of that?
- 43:26Speaker 4: You know?
- 43:27Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what going for.
- 43:30Speaker 3: I'm gonna have to get Lisa's back on part of
- 43:33Speaker 3: what she says, which is that no, no one is
- 43:36Speaker 3: dealing with a list or B list or dalist celebrities
- 43:39Speaker 3: like she does, and they just can't relate with some
- 43:42Speaker 3: of the things that she's done in her career.
- 43:44Speaker 1: So period stop. I'm just going to get her back
- 43:46Speaker 1: on that.
- 43:47Speaker 2: Okay.
- 43:48Speaker 3: One more thing that I wanted to mention about that
- 43:50Speaker 3: lunch was that Lisa was like, well, this wouldn't have
- 43:53Speaker 3: come up if you didn't compare me to jen Shaw,
- 43:56Speaker 3: and she's like, you're you're more like jen Shaw, she
- 44:00Speaker 3: says to Angie, and Angie's like, that's because we have
- 44:03Speaker 3: the same bro girl, you know, we was the name
- 44:05Speaker 3: bro girl we go. And then Mary's like, she's the best.
- 44:08Speaker 3: I love her, She's the best. Mary could not stop
- 44:10Speaker 3: talking about this bra lady. I keep saying about this
- 44:13Speaker 3: brow lady.
- 44:14Speaker 2: Because because the way they say brow sounds like bra.
- 44:22Speaker 4: I have a brawl, ludude. She comes to my holes
- 44:25Speaker 4: and she puts my bra on.
- 44:29Speaker 2: But meanwhile, finally Brittani has something to say in this conversation,
- 44:35Speaker 2: and she cried wolf when she cried announcement one too
- 44:39Speaker 2: many times, and no one gave two shits because that
- 44:42Speaker 2: is the connection to Jared. Remember they did the flashback
- 44:46Speaker 2: and Antie says, my brow lady is getting DMed by
- 44:50Speaker 2: Jared and and that's when Brittani's like, uh wait, is
- 44:57Speaker 2: this the brow lady that you meant like mentioned and
- 45:00Speaker 2: nobody cared. No.
- 45:02Speaker 3: That's the second time that she said that where she's like,
- 45:05Speaker 3: remember when Jared goes to the gym and he's never
- 45:08Speaker 3: working out. She's like, wait, what did you just say?
- 45:11Speaker 3: And then just everything moves on. She's like left in
- 45:14Speaker 3: the bus stop, they just leave.
- 45:17Speaker 2: She does have to bang on a glass. I'm thinking
- 45:20Speaker 2: about it because they don't listen to her unless she
- 45:24Speaker 2: does that shit. And I really was like, oh, yeah, please,
- 45:28Speaker 2: let's fill us in on the Jared brow think, like
- 45:32Speaker 2: I want that to come up again. Yeah, they were like, sorry, girl, I.
- 45:35Speaker 3: Got other things to talk about. We have poster boards.
- 45:39Speaker 3: And I loved how Angie at the beginning was like
- 45:43Speaker 3: I thought I was invited to a lady's luncheon. Why
- 45:47Speaker 3: are all these posters here?
- 45:49Speaker 1: What do they mean?
- 45:51Speaker 4: Can you clarify?
- 45:52Speaker 2: Loseing oil?
- 45:53Speaker 4: These posters? Are you?
- 45:57Speaker 2: Literally It's just like, now, yeah, I'm not gonna clarify, right.
- 46:02Speaker 3: So well, can we just talk about Bronwin and her
- 46:06Speaker 3: mom and Bronwin and Todd and broad Win.
- 46:09Speaker 2: In that outfit, she's wearing like a Gordon Gatrell shirt
- 46:13Speaker 2: shout out the O huckstable four bed sheets on the bottom,
- 46:17Speaker 2: and walking around with like plates of eggs on her feet.
- 46:19Speaker 2: I did not know what the hell was going on,
- 46:21Speaker 2: but I'm sure it cost a million dollars.
- 46:24Speaker 3: Oh yeah, absolutely, and could barely move those feet. They
- 46:27Speaker 3: were so taught in there. I was like, how are
- 46:31Speaker 3: you gonna get from one end to the other.
- 46:34Speaker 2: Yeah. Also, I'm not a big fan of her mom.
- 46:37Speaker 3: I'm sorry, Well if her mom's not a big fan
- 46:39Speaker 3: of Bronwin either. Yeah, that was really tough to see. Yeah,
- 46:44Speaker 3: you know, you know, I'll give her the benefit of
- 46:46Speaker 3: the doubt that she had a brain tumor, right they
- 46:49Speaker 3: operated on, It's all right, there could be something going
- 46:52Speaker 3: on there. She's not the same as she used to be, however,
- 46:58Speaker 3: seemed to be very familiar with her digs and that
- 47:02Speaker 3: and the way that she has been traded in the past.
- 47:04Speaker 3: So that was, you know, disappointing, But now we know
- 47:08Speaker 3: what the dynamics are. She doesn't feel worthy and she
- 47:12Speaker 3: doesn't feel worthy of her dad and all this stuff.
- 47:17Speaker 3: But for her mom to say, like, you couldn't have
- 47:19Speaker 3: gotten there, Like you couldn't have figured out your life
- 47:21Speaker 3: or landed somewhere solid without Todd's help, without Todd's money.
- 47:27Speaker 3: You needed money, you didn't, you didn't have anything, and
- 47:30Speaker 3: you needed someone to actually do it all for you.
- 47:33Speaker 2: Yeah. Well ps Also, according to the lunch she had
- 47:38Speaker 2: with Todd, Todd's supporting her parents too. So I mean,
- 47:43Speaker 2: I guess I don't know why. You're absolutely right, I
- 47:46Speaker 2: should definitely give that mom some grace for her brain issue.
- 47:52Speaker 2: But to your point, does sound like maybe this isn't
- 47:54Speaker 2: the first time she has mentioned this.
- 47:56Speaker 3: Kind of right, don't you think she would have said
- 47:58Speaker 3: in a confessional she's really not the same as she
- 48:00Speaker 3: used to.
- 48:00Speaker 4: Be in order to absolutely right, Absolutely, she did say this,
- 48:05Speaker 4: So I don't know.
- 48:06Speaker 3: I mean, it's sounded like she seemed like this was
- 48:08Speaker 3: the norm. But anyway, Todd at the lunch who camera
- 48:13Speaker 3: will not stop him from moving on with his life
- 48:16Speaker 3: and enjoying a lunch like that.
- 48:17Speaker 2: Hates being filmed though he hates it.
- 48:20Speaker 4: No, he hated it last season, yeah, and he hates
- 48:23Speaker 4: it this season.
- 48:24Speaker 2: Yeah. But I guess there's been some improvements behind the
- 48:27Speaker 2: scenes in terms of like because Brownman said since she
- 48:31Speaker 2: said in New York, but you know she meant like
- 48:33Speaker 2: since the reunion, he's like made some changes. Yeah. Yeah.
- 48:39Speaker 3: It's sad about her father, you know, having dementia. I
- 48:42Speaker 3: know that's very common for so many people and they
- 48:46Speaker 3: experience that that is very difficult. And I liked seeing
- 48:49Speaker 3: that scene with with she and Meredith, you know, bonding
- 48:52Speaker 3: over their fathers, and that was very nice to see.
- 48:57Speaker 3: Also nice to see Angie, you know, talking about greed
- 49:00Speaker 3: with their dad. That was very sweet and just you
- 49:03Speaker 3: know what he's lived through. It's it is very heartwarming
- 49:06Speaker 3: to see just to kind of get grounded in these
- 49:09Speaker 3: reality shows. When he's talking about you know, Germany invading,
- 49:12Speaker 3: I mean that was like, oh my god.
- 49:15Speaker 2: You know that happened to my dad's family. They had
- 49:18Speaker 2: I'm gonna say they had a vineyard. But when I
- 49:22Speaker 2: say vineyard, think of it as basically like manufacturing, like
- 49:26Speaker 2: making moonshine and jugs. When I say vineyard, it's like
- 49:29Speaker 2: take it, we're not oc girls trip. Here's like where
- 49:33Speaker 2: like in Greece. Oh and in Greece, the Germans came
- 49:36Speaker 2: in and knocked out, but they stayed at this vineyard.
- 49:40Speaker 2: They lived on that farm, and my dad's dad and
- 49:44Speaker 2: like like they all had to like deal with this.
- 49:47Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 49:47Speaker 2: And there's in two thousand and one Nicholas Cage movie
- 49:52Speaker 2: with Penelope Cruz about Germans coming in to Greece and
- 49:57Speaker 2: like setting up on a farm a Captain Corelli's mandol.
- 50:00Speaker 1: Wow about that, Oh my gosh.
- 50:04Speaker 3: Yeah, my my grandmother that happened to her in Poland
- 50:09Speaker 3: that they lived on they lived they they came through
- 50:12Speaker 3: and they stayed in their house. Oh the soldiers stayed
- 50:16Speaker 3: in their house.
- 50:17Speaker 2: I know.
- 50:17Speaker 3: They didn't stay there for years. They stayed there for
- 50:21Speaker 3: a long time. Yeah, just took over, you know, I
- 50:26Speaker 3: thought it was months. Oh yeah, absolutely, absolutely and horrific,
- 50:30Speaker 3: you know, just just again a nice not nice to
- 50:35Speaker 3: be reminded of that.
- 50:36Speaker 1: Obviously horrific.
- 50:38Speaker 3: Yeah, the most horrific event of the entire universe in world, but.
- 50:45Speaker 2: Well, I think that I think that lunch.
- 50:47Speaker 1: Rely so, well, that's a fair point. That's a fair point.
- 50:53Speaker 2: Very Uh.
- 50:55Speaker 3: To hear about Electra just being like I don't fucking
- 50:59Speaker 3: care was like, oh wow.
- 51:02Speaker 2: I also it's a team for you. I think that
- 51:05Speaker 2: that's all of us making like making light of Angie
- 51:09Speaker 2: and the grease thing like as fans. And I think
- 51:12Speaker 2: it's her kid also picking up on that too and
- 51:15Speaker 2: be like I don't even care about grease. Like it
- 51:18Speaker 2: felt very much like a switch went off, But that
- 51:22Speaker 2: also happens when you're a teenager, so I right.
- 51:25Speaker 3: I mean, I think the bigger takeaway is when she
- 51:28Speaker 3: and Heather were, you know, doing the paint swatches and
- 51:33Speaker 3: talking about how there's a shift in the teenage years
- 51:36Speaker 3: and that's you know, buckle up. Yeah, And that was
- 51:40Speaker 3: a real reality check for her, Like I thought we
- 51:42Speaker 3: were going to be best friends forever and you know,
- 51:44Speaker 3: and obviously that's got to be pretty shocking for parents
- 51:47Speaker 3: to experience that. And I think it's really nice that
- 51:52Speaker 3: they have had a closeness all those years and that
- 51:55Speaker 3: her daughter in some capacity can feel honest.
- 51:58Speaker 2: Can be honest with her on that level. You know.
- 52:02Speaker 3: I think I'm just judging, like I could never say
- 52:07Speaker 3: I would have never said.
- 52:08Speaker 1: Anything like that to my mom, you know, Oh I
- 52:10Speaker 1: would have.
- 52:11Speaker 2: I was an asked.
- 52:12Speaker 1: I didn't have that kind of.
- 52:15Speaker 2: You know, but it wasn't like it wasn't about hating
- 52:19Speaker 2: something like and not wanting to talk about it. It
- 52:22Speaker 2: was like, I don't want you to control the conversation
- 52:26Speaker 2: anymore because it's annoying me. That was what it's about.
- 52:29Speaker 2: And I feel like with her, that's the vibe I
- 52:32Speaker 2: get too. I think she's she's trying to be your
- 52:34Speaker 2: own person. It must be very hard with your mom
- 52:37Speaker 2: on TV and Angie's such a presence in the community
- 52:41Speaker 2: and all that.
- 52:42Speaker 4: So right, yeah, I'm gonna get my citizenship. Isn't it exorting?
- 52:49Speaker 1: I really don't care. I mean, here's the thing.
- 52:51Speaker 3: Maddie is like eight years old right now, and she
- 52:54Speaker 3: is one hundred percent giving those vibes. Not only does vibes,
- 52:57Speaker 3: she will say stuff like that to me. Absolutely yeah.
- 53:01Speaker 3: So I mean I'm already experiencing that right now. Yesterday
- 53:06Speaker 3: we were she was just practice piano and then she
- 53:11Speaker 3: like she was throwing her piano books, you know, like
- 53:14Speaker 3: on the ground when she was done, And I was like, okay,
- 53:17Speaker 3: well we don't. We don't throw our things. Okay, we
- 53:19Speaker 3: don't throw our things because that's very disrespect.
- 53:22Speaker 2: Your microphone on the ground everywhere when I'm done.
- 53:25Speaker 1: Oh that's a mic drop. That's different.
- 53:27Speaker 2: Okay, boom.
- 53:31Speaker 3: But like, so she throws this book and it's the
- 53:34Speaker 3: theory book. It's not like the lesson music book. It's
- 53:36Speaker 3: like the theory you know, whatever you're learning.
- 53:39Speaker 2: Okay, John toe, what isn't that what? It is? The
- 53:43Speaker 2: John Thompson theory. But like it's the book you get
- 53:45Speaker 2: for every piano lesson start.
- 53:47Speaker 3: I don't know, I've never seen that, but if that's
- 53:49Speaker 3: what it is, I'll be blown away that you had
- 53:51Speaker 3: that name at the front in your frontal lobe. Anyway, Okay,
- 53:56Speaker 3: So so I'm looking. I was like, okay, so let's
- 54:00Speaker 3: go through the theory together, because that's you know, I
- 54:02Speaker 3: help guide her with the theory part, right, And so
- 54:05Speaker 3: I'm like reading it and she takes the workbook and
- 54:08Speaker 3: she's closing it on me.
- 54:10Speaker 1: She's closing it, closing it.
- 54:14Speaker 2: Yep, uh huh that's an eight year old mic drop.
- 54:18Speaker 3: Yeah, and uh oh she got in trouble.
- 54:22Speaker 1: Oh yes, she did.
- 54:23Speaker 3: Yes, she sure she'd Oh she she got penalized. She
- 54:27Speaker 3: couldn't have her iPad for the rest of the day,
- 54:29Speaker 3: for sure. And she had a nice we had a
- 54:32Speaker 3: nice talking.
- 54:33Speaker 2: Oh sounds like a nice talk, you know.
- 54:41Speaker 3: So those are the things, and that's happened more frequently
- 54:46Speaker 3: the last Like, we've had two of those kind of
- 54:49Speaker 3: situations over the last like three weeks, and those have
- 54:52Speaker 3: never really been there before. And now she's just piping up,
- 54:55Speaker 3: getting real spicy.
- 54:57Speaker 2: Well spicy. Are you letting her watch the facts a lot?
- 55:00Speaker 2: Because that's what my problem was when I was eight
- 55:04Speaker 2: and I my parents took that away from maybe tried
- 55:08Speaker 2: not letting her watch the facts of life.
- 55:10Speaker 1: Ay, you're right, I am letting her, that's all. I
- 55:12Speaker 1: let her watch.
- 55:17Speaker 2: Well, I don't want to tell you how to parent.
- 55:24Speaker 3: Oh boy, well all right, I think we've done it.
- 55:30Speaker 2: By the way, Yeah I am. I am turning into
- 55:34Speaker 2: Angie by the second, because I too, am getting my
