  mean What's leadership mean to you?

  >> I think leadership is is about being a

  servant and letting other people know

  that you're willing to do whatever it

  takes to serve them and to be the

  ultimate leader, you have to be humble

  and humble yourself and have that

  humility so that people can respect you
• 0:52

  you know, hear what you have to say when

  when you have to say something. And so,

  that's the fun thing about playing
• 0:57
  quarterback is just taking on that role

  and trying to serve your team.

  If you could use AI to solve one problem

  in your daily life, what would it be?

  >> I think I would somehow figure out a way

  to make it maybe on time for everything.

  I feel like there's a We always have gym

  bag days and stuff. If I was able to
• 1:19
  somehow get me to places faster or
• 1:23
  you know, create schedules, which I know
• 1:24
  it can. So, I need to use AI better and
• 1:27
  in more efficient ways, but I would say
• 1:29
  just help me with scheduling and
• 1:30
  figuring things out to get to places on
• 1:32
  time.

  to do the human things better.

  Uh what's the way you like to be

  involved and give back to your

  community?

  >> I love um just going to events, you

  know, like we did earlier with with

  Braden and going to community events and

  just seeing the kids and
• 1:49
  um just their joy and their their
• 1:50
  happiness that they have when you know,

  we show up and play games and do
• 1:54
  different things. Hand out ice cream. I

  love any way that I can to interact with
• 1:58
  kids especially and just let them know

  that they're loved and cared for and
• 2:01
  that you know, we care [music] about

  them.

  the kids are the ones that are going to

  be out there watching you and aspiring

  [music] to do what's next and they're

  going to see you as a role model and

  it's a great opportunity for you to do

  that and give back to the community. We

  love that. Fourth question.

  What What qualities separate good teams
• 2:19
  from great teams?
• 2:21
  >> I think in my experience is in what I've
• 2:23
  seen so far at Indiana um the biggest
• 2:26
  thing that makes that difference is just
• 2:27
  how close that team is. You know, do
• 2:29
  those guys really enjoy being around
• 2:31
  each other?
• 2:32
  Um do they love their company?
• 2:34
  Um because at the end of the day that
• 2:35
  bond, that uh relationship you have with
• 2:38
  guys that are on defense, the special
• 2:39
  teams guys, offense coaches, everybody,
• 2:42
  that's what makes the difference and so
• 2:44
  the quality of just having, you know,
• 2:45
  clear leadership from the top, being
• 2:47
  head coach and then everyone falling in
• 2:49
  line, doing their job and just that bond
• 2:51
  that you form and yeah, all the hard
• 2:53
  work.

  >> Love the idea, the bond that you guys

  formed as a team and and what you can do
• 2:58
  all the way through from everybody on
• 2:59
  the team from the head coach to you and

  everybody on defense and offense. Great
