Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Now more Mark Simone on sevent tenor.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Bell you gonna hear about Minnesota day and now let
- 0:14Speaker 2: me check out. We got like four or five TVs
- 0:17Speaker 2: on here. Let me see one, two, three, three channels
- 0:20Speaker 2: are on Minnesota. What's up? Oh, this is not a
- 0:24Speaker 2: real channel. This is New York one. They're on Governor Hokeel.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Governor Hokel running for reelection is trying out every left
- 0:34Speaker 2: wing cliche, left wing gimmick. Now she's come out with
- 0:37Speaker 2: her new free childcare, free daycare that she stole from
- 0:42Speaker 2: the Deblasio playbook, Free Daycare. Well, it got her on
- 0:46Speaker 2: MSNBC this morning and a few other things, so she'll
- 0:49Speaker 2: try all these little gimmicks now. The next governor New
- 0:53Speaker 2: York will be Bruce Blakeman, because as more and more
- 0:56Speaker 2: people get a look at him, study his record, they'll
- 0:58Speaker 2: see it's a no brainer. He's a guy who's a
- 1:02Speaker 2: phenomenal governor. That's basically the job he does in Nassau County.
- 1:06Speaker 2: He's the governor of Nassau County, the county executive, and
- 1:09Speaker 2: he's been brilliant at it, the best county executive in America,
- 1:13Speaker 2: great at it, great results, safest county in America, straighten
- 1:17Speaker 2: out a lot of stuff there, So perfect choice for governor.
- 1:19Speaker 2: He'll be running against her. In fact, he'll be on
- 1:21Speaker 2: the show tomorrow. We'll talk to Bruce Blakeman here tomorrow
- 1:24Speaker 2: and Mondays is inauguration, big inauguration day in Long Island,
- 1:28Speaker 2: Nassau County, where a lot of people will be there.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Now it's going to be an interesting race because Blakeman
- 1:39Speaker 2: is a very very very smart guy with an incredible
- 1:42Speaker 2: resume and not just government but business experience, all sorts
- 1:45Speaker 2: of stuff. And Hochel it's a nice woman when you
- 1:49Speaker 2: talk to her, but let's be honest, she's not being
- 1:53Speaker 2: chased by any mensa people to sign her up. I mean,
- 1:56Speaker 2: he's not the brightest woman in the world. So in
- 1:57Speaker 2: a debate, he'll be in. Blakeman, very articulate, very smart,
- 2:02Speaker 2: will be against Hochel, who is basically in a debate,
- 2:05Speaker 2: just recites cliches and all the you know, talking points
- 2:10Speaker 2: she can quote. So it'll be even in Morning Joe,
- 2:12Speaker 2: this morning. They're crazy on that Morning Joe, but they're
- 2:16Speaker 2: very articulate, very learned, smart people. She just seemed like
- 2:19Speaker 2: just dopey among that crowd. Trying to keep up with
- 2:22Speaker 2: them conversationally. So Minnesota, the whole left, the media, the Democrats,
- 2:31Speaker 2: the left, very very very upset, and they're asking one question,
- 2:37Speaker 2: how do we avoid getting shot by ice? How do
- 2:40Speaker 2: you not get shot by ice? Well, here's one tip.
- 2:44Speaker 2: Don't drive your car into them. That's basically, if you
- 2:46Speaker 2: wrote a book called how not to get shot by ice,
- 2:50Speaker 2: it'd be one page book. Don't drive your car into them.
- 2:53Speaker 2: That's it's pretty much that simple. Now, once again, let
- 2:56Speaker 2: me repeat this. You're seeing all the wrong videos. They're
- 2:59Speaker 2: showing you the from behind the car. That's all you're
- 3:02Speaker 2: seeing on fake news, New York Times, the networks. You
- 3:07Speaker 2: see the videos taken behind the car, and it looks
- 3:10Speaker 2: like the officer is on the side of the car
- 3:14Speaker 2: and she's just trying to get away. Well, if you
- 3:16Speaker 2: look at the two videos we have that are taken
- 3:19Speaker 2: from the front of the car, it's a whole different story.
- 3:22Speaker 2: One of them is up on my Twitter. You can
- 3:23Speaker 2: go look at it. She drives into the officer, does
- 3:28Speaker 2: hit him. She hits him with the car, and the
- 3:33Speaker 2: reason and the other video looks like he's on the
- 3:34Speaker 2: side of the car is when she hit him. It
- 3:36Speaker 2: knocked him to the side of the car. And then
- 3:39Speaker 2: if you watch the video from behind, it looks like
- 3:42Speaker 2: he's just on the side and it looks like she's
- 3:44Speaker 2: turning her wheels to the right to turn away from
- 3:47Speaker 2: him and get away from him. So this is the
- 3:49Speaker 2: left wing explanation. She was just trying to flee. She
- 3:53Speaker 2: was trying to leave the area. But again, if you
- 3:57Speaker 2: look at the video from the front, she's going straight
- 4:00Speaker 2: hits the guy. And if she hits the guy, then
- 4:02Speaker 2: she turns the wheel to get away from him, and
- 4:05Speaker 2: it looks like the guy had plenty of time to
- 4:07Speaker 2: think that the ice agent had time to think about firing.
- 4:11Speaker 2: But I remember you're watching slow, slow, slow motion video,
- 4:15Speaker 2: so that's why it seems like he had five to
- 4:17Speaker 2: ten seconds. Here watch the full speed video, it's like
- 4:20Speaker 2: a tenth of a second to think. But she does
- 4:23Speaker 2: hit him. The first shot goes through the front windshield.
- 4:26Speaker 2: That's enough to make it a justified shooting. You could
- 4:29Speaker 2: only shoot through the front windshield if you're in front
- 4:31Speaker 2: of the car, so she was going right into him.
- 4:35Speaker 2: It'll go to trial. They'll have to do a trial
- 4:38Speaker 2: of some good well, they'll do an investigation and they
- 4:42Speaker 2: could clear him. Tom Holman was so sober about this.
- 4:47Speaker 2: You know everybody two seconds after the incident is declaring this,
- 4:50Speaker 2: declaring that on both sides. But Holman said, exactly what
- 4:53Speaker 2: you're supposed to say. What good is it to do
- 4:55Speaker 2: right now to me?
- 4:56Speaker 3: Prejudge the fact's what happened to say without giving law
- 5:01Speaker 3: enforced professional for the j FPI or the local police there,
- 5:04Speaker 3: give them time to look at all the videos, talk
- 5:06Speaker 3: to all the witnesses, talk to the officers, and make
- 5:09Speaker 3: an educated decision on what occurred today.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Well, Home's a smart guy. Now, if you took a
- 5:15Speaker 2: guy with an IQ like seventy five, let's say it,
- 5:17Speaker 2: Tim Waltz, he doesn't need to look at anything. He
- 5:20Speaker 2: could just talk. We do not need any further help
- 5:24Speaker 2: from the federal government. To Donald Trump and Christy Nome,
- 5:28Speaker 2: You've done enough. Don't need any help. They got eighteen
- 5:33Speaker 2: billion money stolen, missing, they can't find, and they got
- 5:38Speaker 2: illegals all over the place in Minnesota. Now, this is
- 5:45Speaker 2: going to be one screwed up state for a long
- 5:47Speaker 2: time to come. Waltz, things is so bad he can't
- 5:51Speaker 2: run for reelection. He's admitted that in fact, there calls
- 5:54Speaker 2: for him to resign. Who becomes the next governor elections
- 5:58Speaker 2: later this year. Our old buddy, Mike Lindell, my pillow, he's.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Going to run.
- 6:02Speaker 2: I don't think he has much of a chance unless
- 6:04Speaker 2: things really change. It's such a democratic blue state they'll
- 6:07Speaker 2: go with a Democrat and Amy Klobacher wants the nomination.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Amy Klobacher and it's a big name to the left
- 6:16Speaker 2: wing there. If she jumps in and runs, she'll probably
- 6:19Speaker 2: easily beat Lindell. So they're stuck with this stuff. But
- 6:23Speaker 2: now one of the problems ICE has Obviously they're doing
- 6:27Speaker 2: the right thing. You want to get these illegals off
- 6:29Speaker 2: the street, and many of them were the ones they're
- 6:31Speaker 2: going after now are the criminal illegals committing crimes, gang
- 6:35Speaker 2: members and that sort of stuff. You want to get
- 6:36Speaker 2: them off the street. The problem with sending ICE into
- 6:39Speaker 2: the cities. It's the right thing to do. Who else
- 6:41Speaker 2: is going to go do this? And that's what ICE does,
- 6:44Speaker 2: arrest these illegals breaking into the country. But the problem
- 6:47Speaker 2: is ICE has always been border patrol and that's where
- 6:52Speaker 2: they've worked, and that's where they've trained, and that's what
- 6:54Speaker 2: they've been doing for a million years patrolling the border,
- 6:57Speaker 2: which is one way of doing things. When you're patrolling
- 7:00Speaker 2: the border, and if you ever been down to the border,
- 7:02Speaker 2: you're pretty much out in the open. It's like you're
- 7:04Speaker 2: in the desert. It's like you're in the wild West.
- 7:07Speaker 2: There's nothing there. You send them into an urban area,
- 7:10Speaker 2: it's a whole different matter. You got protesters, you got
- 7:14Speaker 2: people all over you. You're in a crowded urban city.
- 7:18Speaker 2: It's different. You got crazy soccer moms trying to drive
- 7:20Speaker 2: into you with their SUVs. So they're not used to this.
- 7:23Speaker 2: It's not something I've ever been through. It's all brand
- 7:26Speaker 2: new to Ice. But you got to blame. And there's
- 7:30Speaker 2: many editorials today blaming democrats, blaming the whole left wing
- 7:35Speaker 2: for causing this killing yesterday by riling these people up,
- 7:40Speaker 2: you know, even Tim Walls calling Ice the Gestapo. And
- 7:43Speaker 2: they're snatching people off the streets, and you rile people
- 7:47Speaker 2: up like that. Now, why would this woman, who everybody
- 7:49Speaker 2: who knows there says, a really good woman, a nice woman,
- 7:52Speaker 2: she a mother of a six year old, writes poetry,
- 7:56Speaker 2: just move that. Why would she get so crazy as
- 7:59Speaker 2: to take her big suv and drive down there and
- 8:01Speaker 2: try to disrupt an ICE operation, try to block them
- 8:05Speaker 2: with her car, trying to you know, cause all consecutions,
- 8:08Speaker 2: every witness agrees she was there all day trying to
- 8:11Speaker 2: harass them, trying to block them, trying to troll them.
- 8:14Speaker 2: And then got to the point where they just couldn't
- 8:17Speaker 2: take her anymore and they said get out of the car.
- 8:19Speaker 2: They were going to arrest her, and that's when she
- 8:21Speaker 2: drove into the one officer and then tried to drive
- 8:24Speaker 2: away as they were evading arrest. Why would she do that?
- 8:29Speaker 2: They just get these people so riled up, and it's
- 8:32Speaker 2: a big problem. And you got this Mom, Donnie and
- 8:35Speaker 2: others who made you just hope they don't do this
- 8:37Speaker 2: in New York, rile people up like this and drive
- 8:40Speaker 2: people crazy. You got this totally reckless, irresponsible mayor of Minneapolis.
- 8:47Speaker 2: Just his language is just over the top.
- 8:50Speaker 5: And I have a message for ICE to ICE get
- 8:54Speaker 5: out of Minneapolis.
- 8:57Speaker 2: You're really not supposed to talk like that.
- 9:00Speaker 5: They are already trying to spin this as an action
- 9:03Speaker 5: of self defense. Having seen the video of myself, I
- 9:08Speaker 5: want to tell everybody directly that is.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Yeah. But again, he's probably only seen the video from
- 9:15Speaker 2: the side. If you watch the video that was taken
- 9:16Speaker 2: from the front, you see the woman hit the officer
- 9:19Speaker 2: with her car. It's up on my Twitter. If you
- 9:21Speaker 2: don't believe it, if you want to go look at
- 9:23Speaker 2: it with your own eyes. So this will go on
- 9:25Speaker 2: for weeks. Maduro will be out of the news. Greenland
- 9:30Speaker 2: will be out of the news for a while. Now,
- 9:32Speaker 2: there's going to be a move in Congress. By the way,
- 9:34Speaker 2: I remember, in Congress, you got all these you know,
- 9:38Speaker 2: guys that are just Trump haters, Trump derangement syndrome, but
- 9:42Speaker 2: also desperate to get on TV every second. The Chuck Schumer's,
- 9:46Speaker 2: the Hakeem Jeffries, the Adam Schiffs, the Jamie Raskins totally
- 9:50Speaker 2: want to do is get themselves on TV day and night.
- 9:52Speaker 2: So they're going to now start a movement called defund Ice,
- 9:57Speaker 2: just like the old defund the police. Now it's going
- 9:59Speaker 2: to be defund Ice. They're going to play that up
- 10:02Speaker 2: like crazy. You're all going to make defund Ice speeches.
- 10:05Speaker 2: They're all going to be on the view, and they're
- 10:07Speaker 2: all going to be on Rachel Maddow and Stephen Colbert
- 10:10Speaker 2: and all that sort of stuff. And you know, the
- 10:15Speaker 2: CBS Evening News. They got a new anchor and they've
- 10:18Speaker 2: cleaned it up a little. It's very balanced now. So
- 10:22Speaker 2: they might say bad things about Ice, but then they'll
- 10:24Speaker 2: have Christy Noman and let a response, so it's balanced.
- 10:27Speaker 2: They give both sides. This is upset liberals like crazy.
- 10:30Speaker 2: I'm looking at one of them here online. It's horrible.
- 10:35Speaker 2: You can't trust the CBS Evening News. It's awful. It's awful.
- 10:38Speaker 2: It's they're shilling for the present. It said, the only
- 10:41Speaker 2: way you can go to get the real story, the
- 10:43Speaker 2: straight news, is Stephen Colbert. Now only on the left
- 10:49Speaker 2: would they get there get their news from comedians John Stewart,
- 10:53Speaker 2: Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel. What kind of party do you
- 10:57Speaker 2: have if you're getting your news from comedians. President Trump
- 11:01Speaker 2: doing a lot of interviews. I just mentioned he's going
- 11:02Speaker 2: to do a big interview with Sean Hannity. You know,
- 11:05Speaker 2: yesterday he did a big, long interview with the New
- 11:09Speaker 2: York Times, and he invited four of them into the
- 11:12Speaker 2: Oval office. I forget the names. Well, one of them
- 11:15Speaker 2: is a crazed Trump hater with the worst Trump arrangement syndrome,
- 11:20Speaker 2: and the three others from the New York Times, they
- 11:22Speaker 2: all just hate him. But he gave him a long
- 11:24Speaker 2: interview in the Oval office, and then he had to
- 11:29Speaker 2: do what was previously scheduled, a call with the president
- 11:32Speaker 2: of Columbia, the country and you know, with the Venezuela
- 11:36Speaker 2: and all this going to Colombia's next on the list,
- 11:39Speaker 2: so they were supposed to talk. So he's going to
- 11:41Speaker 2: get on the phone and talk to the president of Columbia.
- 11:43Speaker 2: He let the New York Times supporters stay there and watch.
- 11:46Speaker 2: This is a president conducting international business, foreign policy, talking
- 11:50Speaker 2: with a foreign leader. And he let the New York
- 11:52Speaker 2: Times stay in the room watch the whole call. And
- 11:55Speaker 2: I'm sure he had it on the speakerphone let him.
- 11:57Speaker 2: You know, they were able to listen to both sides.
- 12:00Speaker 2: It's transparency like nobody's ever seen. No president has ever
- 12:05Speaker 2: done this kind of transparency. Look how when he has
- 12:07Speaker 2: a cabinet meeting, he'll let the press stay in there
- 12:10Speaker 2: and broadcast it live the cabinet meeting for an hour. Hey,
- 12:16Speaker 2: that was interesting. Steve Moore with his last hour. When
- 12:19Speaker 2: you talk about how socialism never works and how bad
- 12:23Speaker 2: it is and it's always a disaster, any place anywhere
- 12:26Speaker 2: in the world, they try socialism, it's disaster and who
- 12:29Speaker 2: suffers the most. Lower income people suffer the most. They
- 12:34Speaker 2: get wiped out by socialism. It kills them, crushes them.
- 12:38Speaker 2: And Steve Moore pointing out Venezuela, you know, Venezuela has
- 12:42Speaker 2: seventeen trillion dollars in oil under the ground. They got
- 12:47Speaker 2: three hundred billion barrels of oil under the ground. It's
- 12:51Speaker 2: just sitting there. They don't drill it. They let their
- 12:54Speaker 2: whole oil drilling infrastructure decay. It's useless now. And they
- 12:59Speaker 2: went socialist under Maduro. Before Maduro and Chavez, the economy
- 13:03Speaker 2: of Venezuela was booming. Everybody was prosperous. It was a
- 13:07Speaker 2: great place. Chavez and his buddy Maduro take over, and
- 13:11Speaker 2: between the two of them, they've just destroyed the economy,
- 13:14Speaker 2: destroyed the country, destroyed everybody's lives with socialism. As Steve
- 13:18Speaker 2: Moore pointed out, the poverty rate level, how many in
- 13:22Speaker 2: poverty in Venezuela, seventy five percent, that's unheard of, seventy
- 13:27Speaker 2: five percent. The inflation rate is five hundred percent in Venezuela. Now,
- 13:35Speaker 2: if this happens somewhere in the world. Then there's you know,
- 13:37Speaker 2: it was just a poor, struggling country. But they're sitting
- 13:40Speaker 2: on seventeen trillion in oil. They got three hundred billion
- 13:45Speaker 2: barrels of oil underthing ground. They got more oil than
- 13:47Speaker 2: Saudi Arabia. They could all be as wealthy as the Saudis,
- 13:51Speaker 2: they could all be oil barons, but they don't drill
- 13:54Speaker 2: the oil. Can you mean this is like Jed Clampett,
- 13:57Speaker 2: remember the opening when the oil shoots up. That's like
- 14:00Speaker 2: Jeded Clampon saying, don't touch that oil, leave it there,
- 14:02Speaker 2: leave it underground. I'll I'll just stay living in this shack. Hey,
- 14:07Speaker 2: we'll take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three
- 14:09Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred
- 14:13Speaker 2: three two one zero seven ten is the number. Hey,
- 14:16Speaker 2: Jimmy Falo will also be with us in a few
- 14:18Speaker 2: moments coming up on seven to ten.
- 14:21Speaker 1: WR give WR a preset on the iHeartRadio app to
- 14:26Speaker 1: hear Mark Simone and all the WR hosts in an instance,
- 14:31Speaker 1: go back to the Mark Simo show on WR.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Hey, let's take some calls. Eight hundred three two one
- 14:40Speaker 2: zero seven ten is the number. Let's go to Randall
- 14:43Speaker 2: in Maryland randal.
- 14:44Speaker 6: How you doing good, Mark, Well, if you mess with
- 14:48Speaker 6: the buller, you get the whore in.
- 14:49Speaker 2: So there you go. That's the whole conversation.
- 14:56Speaker 6: No, but solution for the Maryland is a study orders.
- 15:00Speaker 6: The warrior is not going to run for reelections.
- 15:02Speaker 2: Oh you're very lucky, very good, very lucky lucky.
- 15:05Speaker 6: But now you know they replace him with it.
- 15:08Speaker 2: You did a good job, Rand, very succinct. All right
- 15:10Speaker 2: to the point. Let's go to Stuart in South Carolina. Stuart,
- 15:14Speaker 2: you're a police officer for a million.
- 15:15Speaker 7: Years, right, yeah, almost fifty. You know, I was gonna
- 15:19Speaker 7: mention with Ice, the big hiring drive they had. You
- 15:21Speaker 7: said they bank work on the border. Who they're hiring,
- 15:25Speaker 7: my son is also in the process. Our police officers,
- 15:28Speaker 7: certified officers from all over the country. So these officers
- 15:32Speaker 7: know about inner cities, they know about towns, they know
- 15:34Speaker 7: about rural countries, they know how to work in this area.
- 15:37Speaker 7: So that's who they're hiring now, our police officers from
- 15:41Speaker 7: all over the country. We're doing this job.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Fifty years in law enforcement. You've ever been in that
- 15:45Speaker 2: situation where a car is about to hit you or
- 15:47Speaker 2: scrape you.
- 15:48Speaker 7: Or something, And well, yeah, I've been hit by a car.
- 15:51Speaker 7: My son. Car almost hit him three inches away doing
- 15:54Speaker 7: seventy miles an hour. He didn't even have time to react.
- 15:58Speaker 7: Just by the grace of God, who survived. But yeah,
- 16:00Speaker 7: once the car goes to you, if she had turned
- 16:02Speaker 7: to the left, You're right about the video that you have.
- 16:05Speaker 7: If she had turned to the left, she would have
- 16:06Speaker 7: run him over, there's no question. And she'd been there
- 16:10Speaker 7: all day. You know, they knew what her intent was
- 16:13Speaker 7: and she proved it.
- 16:15Speaker 2: But let me ask you a question as a longtime
- 16:17Speaker 2: police officer. If you look at the video from the front,
- 16:21Speaker 2: he's clearly justified in shooting. She is trying to hit him.
- 16:24Speaker 2: He's justified. But do you have to shoot? Couldn't you
- 16:27Speaker 2: just let her get away and then catch her.
- 16:29Speaker 7: Later, not if she runs you over. See, the thing
- 16:33Speaker 7: is that the tenant is you've got to shoot at
- 16:35Speaker 7: the person, not the vehicle. And like you said, you
- 16:37Speaker 7: can't go to wound somebody. If you points your gun
- 16:39Speaker 7: to somebody, the intent is to neutralize them. And once
- 16:44Speaker 7: she you didn't know what she was going to do.
- 16:46Speaker 7: Like I said, Mark, if she had turned to the left,
- 16:48Speaker 7: she would have run him over. There's no question. But
- 16:51Speaker 7: she turned to the right, but he didn't know what
- 16:53Speaker 7: she was going to do. And as you said before too,
- 16:56Speaker 7: it's about one tenth of the second. It happened instantaneously,
- 16:59Speaker 7: and he had to neutralizer because he didn't know if
- 17:02Speaker 7: she was going to start running over other ice agents.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true. Now, a lot of people, well why
- 17:06Speaker 2: you know, especially if it's not in a car, it's
- 17:08Speaker 2: out of the side of a car. They'll say, well,
- 17:09Speaker 2: why can you just shoot him in the leg. But
- 17:10Speaker 2: there's no police department that doesn't train you like shoot
- 17:14Speaker 2: right for the middle of the chest the biggest part.
- 17:16Speaker 7: Oh yeah, yeah, and you always double tap, always double.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Tap, Well explain, double tap?
- 17:21Speaker 7: Oh, shoot twice. You have to because if you wound
- 17:24Speaker 7: him the first time, they're still coming at you, so
- 17:26Speaker 7: you end up shooting again. You always always shoot twice,
- 17:30Speaker 7: and you can't if you're if you're aiming to shoot
- 17:33Speaker 7: him in the leg, then you're going to end up
- 17:35Speaker 7: dying because things happen so quickly and so fast, and
- 17:39Speaker 7: then they spend four or five years judging what you
- 17:42Speaker 7: did in one tenth of the second.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Yeah, Now, the reason they say shoot to kill, uh,
- 17:47Speaker 2: not that I want to kill, but you shoot for
- 17:49Speaker 2: the middle of the chest easiest part to hit to
- 17:51Speaker 2: Trying to get somebody just in the leg requires incredible luck,
- 17:55Speaker 2: doesn't it.
- 17:55Speaker 7: That's true. You have to shoot center mass.
- 17:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:58Speaker 7: Yeah, I've been into shooting and it happened so fast
- 18:02Speaker 7: that you know, you just react and your training kicks in.
- 18:05Speaker 7: You really don't even have time to think. And in
- 18:07Speaker 7: that situation, as I said, they didn't know what she
- 18:09Speaker 7: was going to do, but she had already hit with
- 18:11Speaker 7: a nice agent and that was enough.
- 18:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Hey, Also, now she seems, according to all the people
- 18:16Speaker 2: that knew, were a very nice woman, a nice, gentle
- 18:19Speaker 2: mother of a six year old. She writes poetry. You've
- 18:21Speaker 2: probably seen this in your life, with a nice woman
- 18:23Speaker 2: with the kid. They get into a protest and all
- 18:25Speaker 2: of a sudden they get vicious and violent and crazy, right,
- 18:28Speaker 2: you've seen that.
- 18:30Speaker 7: Yeah, it's like they've been radicalized by these people. You know,
- 18:33Speaker 7: you've got Tampon Timmy out there. You have Frey and Minneapolis,
- 18:38Speaker 7: I mean just running their mouths. Everybody's against ice and
- 18:41Speaker 7: they've just radicalized these people. They've just like they've lost
- 18:45Speaker 7: their minds.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Mark all right, Vincent I mean, Stuart, great call. Now
- 18:50Speaker 2: Vincent's on the line calling next, but Stuart, excellent call
- 18:53Speaker 2: is always thanks for calling, Vincent and Brooklyn.
- 18:56Speaker 8: Vincent, how you doing, I'm doing okay. It's great to
- 18:59Speaker 8: hear to his point of view, and he's one hundred
- 19:02Speaker 8: percent correct. Mark, I've never seen a wise guy do
- 19:07Speaker 8: what all these liberal fools are doing. Last week. You
- 19:12Speaker 8: have this trans person, Julia, attacking jd Vance's house, breaking
- 19:19Speaker 8: the windows. You have this woman who I believe Whover
- 19:25Speaker 8: was at those protests yesterday, riling up those people, working
- 19:30Speaker 8: them up into a ladder, making their brains fry, and
- 19:34Speaker 8: then they go out, as Stewart said, do something stupid
- 19:37Speaker 8: and try and attack law enforcement officers. Mark, anytime I've
- 19:43Speaker 8: been in this situation where me and friends have been
- 19:46Speaker 8: pulled over by the authorities, the first thing I have
- 19:49Speaker 8: always said to the guys in the car, guys, hands
- 19:52Speaker 8: on the dash, hands on the steelwheel, don't make any
- 19:57Speaker 8: move without asking. And that stupid mayor. I mean, this
- 20:04Speaker 8: guy shouldn't even be on a soapbox with that language.
- 20:08Speaker 8: And he he wants people to believe he's a credible
- 20:13Speaker 8: leader speaking like that, I mean, it would just totally
- 20:17Speaker 8: beyond the bail I mean, and Tim Walts, it's their
- 20:23Speaker 8: language that's firing up these people.
- 20:25Speaker 9: These people should be investigated. Tim Walts should be investigated.
- 20:30Speaker 9: Jacob Fry that Mass should be investigated because it's their language.
- 20:35Speaker 9: Also Mandami's language.
- 20:37Speaker 4: But that's their goal.
- 20:39Speaker 2: They're trying to get them riled up. Hey, Vincent, great
- 20:41Speaker 2: call is always thanks for a calling. He's talking about this.
- 20:43Speaker 5: I have a message the mayors two Ice get out
- 20:48Speaker 5: of Minneapolis.
- 20:49Speaker 2: Well, well, ask Jimmy Fayler, the great Jimmy Fayler about this.
- 20:52Speaker 2: He's going to be with us next on seven to
- 20:54Speaker 2: ten w.
- 20:56Speaker 4: R, Mark Timo.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Wr Well, Jimmy Fayla, the great TV star, great comedian.
- 21:07Speaker 2: You can hear them every night now on w R
- 21:10Speaker 2: from nine to midnight. It's an excellent show. It's interesting,
- 21:13Speaker 2: it's funny, nine to midnight every weeknight. W R also
- 21:18Speaker 2: does the best late night show Saturday nights at ten
- 21:20Speaker 2: Fox News Channel with the finest, funniest monologue in television.
- 21:24Speaker 2: Every Saturday at ten Fox News Channel. Jimmy Fayla, how
- 21:27Speaker 2: you doing?
- 21:29Speaker 4: I'm doing?
- 21:30Speaker 10: Man, What a great week to be a comedian.
- 21:32Speaker 9: Huh yeah?
- 21:33Speaker 2: Except them all set to watch you Saturday night like
- 21:36Speaker 2: I always do, and then it's preempted by Maduro getting arrested.
- 21:42Speaker 10: You know, the nerves, and we were we were ready
- 21:46Speaker 10: to go. I was actually I was excited to make
- 21:48Speaker 10: that one happen. I think the Maduro thing.
- 21:51Speaker 11: Since you mentioned it, is like.
- 21:53Speaker 10: It's it's a reason like as Americans, like we should
- 21:57Speaker 10: all be happy. Like America now offers same day shipping
- 22:00Speaker 10: on dictators.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Think about that.
- 22:03Speaker 10: They got him in Venezuela Saturday morning. He was in
- 22:06Speaker 10: New York City jail by Saturday at dinner time. Like
- 22:09Speaker 10: that's pretty impressive. If you bought sneakers on Amazon Saturday morning,
- 22:13Speaker 10: there's no chance you had.
- 22:14Speaker 4: Them before Sunday.
- 22:15Speaker 11: Trump is bringing in.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Dictators in eight hour.
- 22:18Speaker 11: This is progress America.
- 22:19Speaker 4: I don't care how you vote.
- 22:21Speaker 2: So what about these Democrats. They're all yelling, we don't
- 22:23Speaker 2: need to be in another endless war. It was twelve
- 22:25Speaker 2: minutes the whole thing, endless war.
- 22:27Speaker 10: I'm seriously like the soldiers, if you don't have to
- 22:32Speaker 10: bring a.
- 22:33Speaker 4: Cell phone charger, it's not a long war.
- 22:36Speaker 10: Like this war was the equivalent of do you remember
- 22:39Speaker 10: the space flight with those female astronauts who pretended it
- 22:42Speaker 10: was like an Apollo mission, but they went out in
- 22:44Speaker 10: that Amazon thing. Yeah you know, they're drinking Chardonay with
- 22:48Speaker 10: Jeff Bezos's wife.
- 22:49Speaker 11: That was an eleven minute flight, Like Mark, you know that.
- 22:52Speaker 10: That's not pioneering space travel.
- 22:54Speaker 11: That's an expensive six flag ride.
- 22:56Speaker 4: That's all it was.
- 22:58Speaker 2: You know, old buddy Peteeth. They keeps saying he's not qualified,
- 23:02Speaker 2: he's the most unqualified. Meantime, he's pulled off like twelve
- 23:06Speaker 2: of the most unbelievable military operations ever, from taking out
- 23:10Speaker 2: a RAN's nuclear erect to this. Pretty impressive, isn't it.
- 23:14Speaker 10: It's actually amazing considering sometimes the plans league on signal.
- 23:18Speaker 4: I mean, give the.
- 23:18Speaker 11: Guy, crist give the guy. They're getting it done.
- 23:21Speaker 10: Man, And everyone who yells about this, it's like, think
- 23:24Speaker 10: about we wanted to get Saddam Hussein? How much, how
- 23:27Speaker 10: many years, how many hundreds of billions of dollars did
- 23:30Speaker 10: we spend in a rack to get rid of Saddam Hussein?
- 23:33Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 23:34Speaker 10: We got this guy out. I mean literally in less
- 23:37Speaker 10: time than a Yankee game. Like a Yankey game is
- 23:39Speaker 10: about two hours.
- 23:40Speaker 4: And five minutes.
- 23:41Speaker 11: This was eighty eight minutes.
- 23:42Speaker 10: It's an hour and twenty eight minutes. Any hole is
- 23:44Speaker 10: an hour and thirty one minutes.
- 23:46Speaker 4: The iconic film.
- 23:47Speaker 10: Yes, in the time it took any of you to
- 23:49Speaker 10: go home and watch Andy Hall tonight, we had Maduro
- 23:52Speaker 10: out of a military base Stafley.
- 23:55Speaker 4: I mean, come on, well, you look back on it.
- 23:57Speaker 2: The Trump method seems the Bush method of invade the
- 24:00Speaker 2: country fight for You're right, why didn't they just go
- 24:03Speaker 2: in and capture who saying before even starting a war,
- 24:06Speaker 2: just do that first.
- 24:07Speaker 10: That's where That's where, honestly, you got to give Trump
- 24:10Speaker 10: credit for this one thing. A guy who comes from
- 24:13Speaker 10: the business world. In the business world, you have to
- 24:16Speaker 10: be efficient. Business rewards efficiency because if you're efficient, you
- 24:20Speaker 10: have less overhead. You know, you're not wasting as much money,
- 24:23Speaker 10: you get a quick return on your investment. The government
- 24:26Speaker 10: does the opposite. The government rewards inefficiency because when something
- 24:30Speaker 10: doesn't work, they go, oh great, we'll conduct a billion
- 24:33Speaker 10: dollar study wondering why it didn't work, and the study
- 24:36Speaker 10: will conclude we need another billion to try it again.
- 24:40Speaker 11: And that's what they're doing.
- 24:41Speaker 10: I mean, we're like a day away from Minnesota saying
- 24:44Speaker 10: we need to study. We need to study, to study
- 24:47Speaker 10: why the daycares didn't have kids of them.
- 24:49Speaker 4: Give us another billion.
- 24:51Speaker 6: That's all it is.
- 24:52Speaker 2: Hey, speaking of all this, Maduro is sitting in a
- 24:55Speaker 2: jail note with this Minnesota stuff. This is all we're
- 24:58Speaker 2: gonna talk about now for a month. He must be curious.
- 25:00Speaker 2: He's not on TV anymore. Maduro will get no coverage,
- 25:02Speaker 2: She'll be forgotten about, no more memes.
- 25:05Speaker 11: He doesn't get any of the fun videos.
- 25:07Speaker 10: You know, you know, it's really stressed out about all this,
- 25:10Speaker 10: and you know this, it's whoever the printer is for
- 25:13Speaker 10: all of these paid protests, because like the guy, like
- 25:16Speaker 10: two weeks ago, he was making Palestidian flags, then they
- 25:19Speaker 10: became Ukrainian flags. Now they're doing anti ice stuff. They
- 25:22Speaker 10: had a Madurero bump over the weekend. It's like, I
- 25:25Speaker 10: want to know who that printer is that is turning
- 25:28Speaker 10: around because when Mduk got captured again Saturday morning, those
- 25:32Speaker 10: organized protests were all over the country by Saturday afternoon
- 25:35Speaker 10: and it's probably Soros for somebody else. But whoever they are,
- 25:38Speaker 10: they got a lot of printer acts because I've seen
- 25:40Speaker 10: five different flags outside the Fox News building in the
- 25:44Speaker 10: last two weeks because the protest changes every day.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Well, and you can see you can see Jimmy Fayla
- 25:50Speaker 2: on Fox on the Fox News Channel, and make sure
- 25:52Speaker 2: watch his Saturday night show at ten o'clock. It's excellent,
- 25:56Speaker 2: and of course listen to him every weeknight nine to
- 25:58Speaker 2: midnight here on doubling Are. What's the difference to you
- 26:02Speaker 2: between radio and TV? Which is easier?
- 26:05Speaker 10: Ooh, I mean I like radio because we just have
- 26:09Speaker 10: a little more womb to have a conversation and no
- 26:12Speaker 10: one is chasing me around the studio with a mozambic needle.
- 26:16Speaker 4: Okay, TV, I.
- 26:18Speaker 10: Walk in the door here and it's just like they're
- 26:20Speaker 10: shooting darts at me, just trying to slim me out,
- 26:23Speaker 10: because like I've always dressed like fat Elvis. But in
- 26:26Speaker 10: the last two weeks, I'm telling you go because the
- 26:28Speaker 10: holiday is like, you know you're fat when you're out
- 26:31Speaker 10: of breath reading. Okay, I'm reading I'm by by the way,
- 26:36Speaker 10: I'm not even kidding, you're gonna die.
- 26:37Speaker 4: I meant to bring this up.
- 26:39Speaker 10: I'm reading this Johnny Carson book that you're quoted in
- 26:42Speaker 10: like several times.
- 26:43Speaker 2: Oh, it's an excellent book. Mark Melcoff. It's the best book,
- 26:46Speaker 2: yes ever on Johnny Carson. It's called Love Johnny Carson.
- 26:50Speaker 2: It's phenomenal.
- 26:51Speaker 6: It is phenomenal.
- 26:54Speaker 10: And I'm just randomly banging through the book and they're.
- 26:57Speaker 4: Like Mark Simone, and.
- 26:58Speaker 11: I'm like, well, what what's going on?
- 27:00Speaker 8: That was amazing?
- 27:01Speaker 10: I meant to tell you that. And they're great quotes,
- 27:03Speaker 10: and you have a great take, and it's so like,
- 27:06Speaker 10: I really truly appreciate your understanding and your connection to
- 27:09Speaker 10: Late Night because you're uniquely qualified to explain to your
- 27:13Speaker 10: listeners how modern Late night is failing America. Like it is,
- 27:17Speaker 10: like you watch my show, you can see what I'm
- 27:19Speaker 10: trying to do. It's put people to bed with a
- 27:20Speaker 10: smile on their face and not try to be in charge.
- 27:23Speaker 4: Of the country.
- 27:24Speaker 10: You know, the Kimmels of the world, the Cold Bears
- 27:26Speaker 10: of the world, are actually doing the opposite of our job,
- 27:29Speaker 10: and it really hurts the country because that used to
- 27:32Speaker 10: be this one hour a night that was like a
- 27:34Speaker 10: neutral zone. You Now they have like that five miles
- 27:36Speaker 10: between North Korea and South Korea where they don't shoot
- 27:38Speaker 10: at each other. Okay, that's what late night used to be.
- 27:42Speaker 10: Now it's you know, they've taken those five miles and
- 27:44Speaker 10: just turned it into a war zone, so we don't
- 27:46Speaker 10: have the off ramp.
- 27:47Speaker 4: So I'm trying.
- 27:48Speaker 10: And it's like, I really do appreciate you getting it.
- 27:50Speaker 10: When I read your quotes in that book, it all
- 27:52Speaker 10: made sense.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Yeah, because you are you know, people say, well, I
- 27:54Speaker 2: can't get well, why can't get it? Like a real
- 27:57Speaker 2: late night show like we used to. It's it's Jimmy
- 27:59Speaker 2: fayal every Saturday at ten. If Johnny Carson were alive today.
- 28:03Speaker 2: This is what he would be doing or watching. It's
- 28:05Speaker 2: just you just try to be funny. You're not trying
- 28:06Speaker 2: to preach or or persuade or No, and it's not angry.
- 28:11Speaker 3: No.
- 28:11Speaker 10: I don't want to be in charge, mark, Mark, my
- 28:13Speaker 10: identity got stolen last year and my credit score went
- 28:16Speaker 10: up thirty six pounds.
- 28:18Speaker 11: Okay, I shouldn't be in.
- 28:20Speaker 4: Charge of anything.
- 28:21Speaker 10: Those Albanians actually.
- 28:23Speaker 11: Boosted my credit score.
- 28:25Speaker 10: I don't want to steer the economy.
- 28:27Speaker 11: I just want to laugh about it.
- 28:28Speaker 2: You know, Hey, you mentioned Elvis. I'm just saying, you know,
- 28:32Speaker 2: today's birthday. He would have been like one hundred and
- 28:35Speaker 2: nineteen or something. Today, it's his birthday today, So.
- 28:39Speaker 4: What do you mean would have been? I believe he's
- 28:41Speaker 4: still I'm kidding.
- 28:44Speaker 10: It is funny when you go to Graceland, they kick
- 28:46Speaker 10: you out by five. So I have this belief that
- 28:50Speaker 10: he's just alive. He's just making money off the tours.
- 28:54Speaker 10: He probably plays the stock market. He's a day trader.
- 28:57Speaker 10: We go home at five, he comes down and eats
- 28:59Speaker 10: a sandwich in the uncle room. That's my guess.
- 29:01Speaker 2: Well, he was a very talented guy, but day trader.
- 29:04Speaker 2: He wasn't the smartest guy.
- 29:05Speaker 11: Yes, you got me there, all right, you definitely got
- 29:10Speaker 11: me there.
- 29:10Speaker 10: I'll trade you this peanut butter and banana sandwich for
- 29:13Speaker 10: a pound of bacons.
- 29:14Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what that is.
- 29:15Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 29:15Speaker 2: Even his menu wasn't that bright the thing you said,
- 29:17Speaker 2: See the things he would eat peanut butter and bananas
- 29:20Speaker 2: and bacon and ye. And so wait, what do you
- 29:23Speaker 2: got on Tonight's on the radio tonight nine to midnight.
- 29:26Speaker 4: Oh, it's a crazy one.
- 29:27Speaker 10: Jillian Michaels is on from the Biggest Loser because she's
- 29:31Speaker 10: talking about this RFK food pyramid thing.
- 29:34Speaker 4: Yeah, and then we'll have reporters.
- 29:37Speaker 10: Out on the scene in Minneapolis, just in case there's
- 29:39Speaker 10: any chaos or whatever, hopefully it's cold enough that everybody
- 29:43Speaker 10: stays home and behaves.
- 29:44Speaker 4: I mean, that's the only thing like is a comic.
- 29:46Speaker 4: In times like this, it.
- 29:48Speaker 10: Is actually a good time to be doing comedy because
- 29:50Speaker 10: you can take the edge off. You know, you don't
- 29:52Speaker 10: want to be the guy on the other side of this,
- 29:54Speaker 10: and I don't listen.
- 29:54Speaker 4: I don't have the energy for that.
- 29:56Speaker 8: You know.
- 29:57Speaker 10: I'm just trying to tell my dirty jokes and not
- 29:59Speaker 10: get stabbed by that ozambic needle.
- 30:01Speaker 2: You know how this works. But as a guy who
- 30:04Speaker 2: wants to be a comedian making people laugh, this is
- 30:08Speaker 2: all perfect. Tim Waltz, Mom, Donnie, this is great for business,
- 30:11Speaker 2: isn't it.
- 30:13Speaker 10: Well, that's the one thing I laughed about with Tim Waltz.
- 30:15Speaker 10: It's like as bad as this Minnesota story is. They
- 30:18Speaker 10: said all the public schools were closed today, so I'm like, well,
- 30:21Speaker 10: on the on the bright side, this will be the
- 30:23Speaker 10: first time the daycares have kids in them if you
- 30:26Speaker 10: close all the public so you might actually have a
- 30:28Speaker 10: kid in one of those daycares, so that'd be good
- 30:30Speaker 10: for them.
- 30:30Speaker 2: I guess he's not kidding. They had to close. They've
- 30:32Speaker 2: closed all the schools in Minnesota today and tomorrow just
- 30:35Speaker 2: to be safe.
- 30:37Speaker 10: It's so think when I was growing up, we had
- 30:39Speaker 10: snow days.
- 30:40Speaker 4: Now we have riot days.
- 30:42Speaker 11: Like there's something wrong with liberal.
- 30:44Speaker 10: Cities when you're getting a riot day, you know what
- 30:47Speaker 10: I'm saying.
- 30:49Speaker 2: So and Mom, Donnie's going to be perfect for the
- 30:52Speaker 2: next four years. I mean for us to make fun of.
- 30:54Speaker 2: It might ruin the city, but perfect for our business,
- 30:57Speaker 2: isn't it.
- 30:59Speaker 10: I love I love his You know I'm gonna work
- 31:03Speaker 10: on free World Cup tickets or affordable World Cup tickets.
- 31:06Speaker 4: Yes, And for everyone who listens to.
- 31:08Speaker 10: Mark Simone, I'm gonna work on getting you all a
- 31:10Speaker 10: date with Cindy Crawford Saturday night.
- 31:13Speaker 11: You'll get the two tickets.
- 31:14Speaker 4: From Mom TONI that aren't coming, and then.
- 31:18Speaker 11: You have a dinner date with Sidney Kra's Like, come on,
- 31:20Speaker 11: he just gets on.
- 31:21Speaker 4: He just gets on in.
- 31:22Speaker 10: Front of a camera and just promises anything. It's it's
- 31:24Speaker 10: gonna get tired fast, even for his supporters, but like
- 31:27Speaker 10: you said, it's gonna be fun for us.
- 31:29Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely. Well, Jimmy fail a great talk, and everybody
- 31:32Speaker 2: get that Johnny Carson book. It's called Love Johnny Carson
- 31:36Speaker 2: by Mark Malcolm.
- 31:38Speaker 4: And it is great. I've read a lot of Carson books.
- 31:43Speaker 4: That is the best one I've read by far.
- 31:46Speaker 10: And it's just like you're just a part of the
- 31:48Speaker 10: production of the show. It's so it's I guess the
- 31:50Speaker 10: best way I could explain it to you, it's like
- 31:52Speaker 10: you're just sitting in on his life. It's it's a
- 31:54Speaker 10: great book and you're getting past the fact that he
- 31:57Speaker 10: quotes Mark Simone.
- 31:58Speaker 2: Well, yeah, but you know the guy that did it
- 32:00Speaker 2: has been for the last five years doing the Carson Podcast.
- 32:03Speaker 2: Have you ever heard that? Yes, where he interviews everybody
- 32:06Speaker 2: had anything to do with Johnny Carson's fascinating stuff.
- 32:09Speaker 4: So I would love to meet him. I mean, it's
- 32:11Speaker 4: really fast.
- 32:12Speaker 10: Really, I was blown I was blown away, and I
- 32:14Speaker 10: didn't I didn't know you were in it, which is
- 32:15Speaker 10: even fun which is even funnier.
- 32:17Speaker 4: So there it was like a night surprise party for me.
- 32:19Speaker 2: Well, everybody listened tonight. If you haven't heard Jimmy Faylo's
- 32:22Speaker 2: radio show, it is excellent. It's nine to midnight every weeknight,
- 32:26Speaker 2: nine to midnight wr and don't miss his Saturday night show.
- 32:30Speaker 2: It's the closest thing you get to. Johnny Carson Today,
- 32:33Speaker 2: best late night show in television Saturday nights at ten,
- 32:36Speaker 2: Fox News Channel, Jimmy Fayla, thanks for being with us.
- 32:40Speaker 4: You're the best.
- 32:41Speaker 2: All right, take care and don't forget coming up at noon,
- 32:47Speaker 2: Buck Sexton, Klay Travis, that's a real good show every
- 32:50Speaker 2: day at noon. And Sean Hannity, I think it will
- 32:54Speaker 2: be live from Washington, d C. Today at three o'clock
- 32:57Speaker 2: right here on seven ten.
- 32:59Speaker 1: W Welcome back to the Mark Simone Show seven tenor.
- 33:07Speaker 2: Actually the other thing. Yesterday RFK Junior doctor Oz big
- 33:11Speaker 2: press conference to talk about changing the official diet guidelines.
- 33:17Speaker 2: No sugar, get rid of that sugar, no processed sugar.
- 33:19Speaker 2: But well, here he is.
- 33:22Speaker 12: Old grains outperform. Refined carbohydrates. Added sugars, especially sugar sweetened beverages,
- 33:29Speaker 12: drive metabolic disease, and today our government declares or unadded sugar.
- 33:35Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 33:36Speaker 2: Well, actually, any of the soda as you drink, they're
- 33:39Speaker 2: really bad for you. It's just a bunch of sugar
- 33:41Speaker 2: and chemicals in most of those sodas, but a lot
- 33:43Speaker 2: of ultra processed foods, all kinds of junk chemicals, sugar,
- 33:46Speaker 2: you're not supposed to eat them. Controversial part of what
- 33:49Speaker 2: he was talking about yesterday changing the food pyramid. He
- 33:52Speaker 2: wants more proteins, which means eat more meat, less carbohydrates.
- 33:58Speaker 2: And some people would argue with that, but that whole
- 34:00Speaker 2: thing to eat a lot of meat, eat a lot
- 34:02Speaker 2: of pro that's Atkins all protein. You do lose a
- 34:05Speaker 2: lot of weight real fast on that Atkins type diet.
- 34:08Speaker 2: So now what does it mean this official Well, it
- 34:11Speaker 2: means these schools and lunchrooms and schools, hospitals, all that
- 34:14Speaker 2: government built programs will start to follow this menu. It
- 34:18Speaker 2: is much healthier. It does save a lot of money
- 34:21Speaker 2: because people don't get obese, dunk and diabetes, don't get sick. Hey,
- 34:24Speaker 2: we're out of time. I'll be back tomorrow ten to noon.
- 34:28Speaker 2: You can hear me every day ten to noon, or
- 34:30Speaker 2: you can listen anytime. Just get the podcast wherever you
- 34:33Speaker 2: get the podcasts. So thanks for everything. Love doing this
- 34:37Speaker 2: every day and being with you from ten to noon.
- 34:39Speaker 2: See you tomorrow on seven to ten. Wo
