- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, everybody.
- 0:00Speaker 2: Welcome to Vince on a Monday. It's so great to
- 0:02Speaker 2: have you with us. As always, man, we've got an
- 0:04Speaker 2: epic show for you. I've got a lot of updates
- 0:07Speaker 2: coming up. Let's see. More rhinos thrown out on their
- 0:12Speaker 2: asses by the MAGA voters across the country. We've got that,
- 0:16Speaker 2: which is wonderful, wonderful news. More news for you. The
- 0:22Speaker 2: president of the United States, now fresh back from China,
- 0:24Speaker 2: has been unstoppable on Truth Social over the weekend. And
- 0:28Speaker 2: he's celebrating something that the media desperately tried to cover
- 0:31Speaker 2: up involving our climate. It's very, very good news. And
- 0:36Speaker 2: I can't wait to share it with you. That's coming
- 0:37Speaker 2: up today. And we have to get an update on
- 0:39Speaker 2: what the heck's going on with James Comey. Are charges
- 0:42Speaker 2: very imminent for the former FBI director? It sure feels
- 0:45Speaker 2: like it. I've got big updates on that and so
- 0:48Speaker 2: much more all ahead on this edition of Vince. Thanks
- 0:51Speaker 2: as always for being here. You're the best audience anywhere.
- 0:54Speaker 2: Appreciate you. I want to thank the great sponsors who
- 0:56Speaker 2: make this show possible each day. This includes, this morning,

- 1:03Speaker 2: Slept so well last night thanks to Bull and Branch.
- 1:05Speaker 2: You know, summer nights are approaching, and when those summer
- 1:09Speaker 2: nights arrive, sometimes you feel like your sleep doesn't stand
- 1:12Speaker 2: a chance. The fan will be blasting, and the air
- 1:15Speaker 2: feels thick. Sleeping hot? That's miserable. Now, you've blamed the
- 1:20Speaker 2: AC and the mattress, but the real culprit oftentimes is
- 1:23Speaker 2: your bedding. Regular sheets actually trap heat. Bowling Branch is

- 2:25Speaker 3: Boom.
- 2:30Speaker 4: Yeah, all right.
- 2:32Speaker 2: First of all, let me thank everyone who came out
- 2:34Speaker 2: to see me last night at the Birchmere. It's a
- 2:37Speaker 2: concert venue in Alexandria. We did a station event for
- 2:41Speaker 2: WMAL in Washington, D.C., and we had a bunch of
- 2:44Speaker 2: people show up. It was so awesome, and lots of wonderful,
- 2:49Speaker 2: wonderful listeners stopping by to say hello. I just had
- 2:52Speaker 2: the best time ever. Thank you very much. It was
- 2:54Speaker 2: great to see all of you, and I hope we
- 2:56Speaker 2: get to do another thing like this coming up soon.
- 2:59Speaker 2: I am supposed to go to Kansas City later in
- 3:03Speaker 2: the year when I have more details on that. I
- 3:05Speaker 2: will share that as well. So maybe we could do
- 3:08Speaker 2: a Kansas City meetup at some point. I want to
- 3:10Speaker 2: get out to Chicago, too, for WLS out there. So
- 3:13Speaker 2: we've got some we've got some events coming going into
- 3:17Speaker 2: the future. But thank you to all of you showed
- 3:18Speaker 2: up in Alexandria, Virginia last night. It was so great
- 3:21Speaker 2: to see you all. Thank you for that. And I
- 3:24Speaker 2: was with a lot of great friends on stage. We
- 3:26Speaker 2: did the four of us. It was myself, Larry O'Connor,
- 3:29Speaker 2: Chris Plant, and Derek Hunter, all with WMAL. And it
- 3:32Speaker 2: was just a total blast. I love getting together with
- 3:34Speaker 2: those guys.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Very, very fun.
- 3:37Speaker 4: Okay.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Let's see here. One of the things that we were
- 3:40Speaker 2: talking about, both on stage and in the green room,
- 3:44Speaker 2: was the fun news of the weekend that Louisiana Republicans
- 3:48Speaker 2: just gave Bill Cassidy the heave-ho.
- 3:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 3:51Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Bill Cassidy just got thrown out on his butt from
- 3:55Speaker 2: the United States Senate. The guy was trying to keep
- 3:58Speaker 2: the job, but Republicans have decided, no, you don't get
- 4:00Speaker 2: to keep that job. You can go. You can go now.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Thank you very much. In fact, Bill Cassidy came in,
- 4:06Speaker 2: and this is unheard of for an incumbent. He came
- 4:09Speaker 2: in third. He came in third in the Republican primary
- 4:13Speaker 2: this weekend. Louisiana, I don't know what you have in
- 4:18Speaker 2: the water right now, but I have to thank Louisiana.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Louisiana has been busting its tail for our country lately,
- 4:23Speaker 2: haven't they? Louisiana v. Calais, get rid of the racist
- 4:26Speaker 2: districting in the United States, and then redraw the maps
- 4:30Speaker 2: to make them less racist, thus Democrats lose power, and
- 4:33Speaker 2: then throwing Bill Cassidy out? I don't know what's going on.
- 4:37Speaker 2: in Louisiana, but I'm loving it. Thank you very much, guys.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Here's Fox's report. Trump scores major Republican primary victory as
- 4:45Speaker 2: Cassidy ousted in Louisiana. Yeah, it's true. They frame it
- 4:49Speaker 2: around Donald Trump because President Trump, of course, made the
- 4:51Speaker 2: endorsement here against Cassidy. But this is fundamental. This is
- 4:55Speaker 2: a win for all of us. Five and a half
- 4:57Speaker 2: years ago, it says, what's this ad jumping in front
- 5:00Speaker 2: of me? What the hell is this? Five and a
- 5:02Speaker 2: half years ago, after he voted to convict President Trump
- 5:05Speaker 2: in his impeachment trial, Republican Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana
- 5:09Speaker 2: was sent packing by Republican voters as he ran for re-election.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Trump backed Republican Julia Letlow and Louisiana Treasurer John Fleming
- 5:19Speaker 2: topped Cassidy in Saturday's Republican primary, according to the Associated Press.
- 5:24Speaker 2: With most results tabulated late in the evening, Letlow stood
- 5:27Speaker 2: at 45% of the vote, Fleming at roughly 28%. And Cassidy,
- 5:34Speaker 2: at under 25%, Bill Cassidy, the incumbent Republican senator, couldn't
- 5:39Speaker 2: crack a quarter of the vote in a Republican primary.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Since no candidate cracked 50% of the vote, let Lohan
- 5:47Speaker 2: Fleming now move on to a runoff next month. And
- 5:51Speaker 2: Cassidy becomes the first Republican senator to lose renomination since
- 5:56Speaker 2: Dick Lugar of Indiana in 2012. Amazing. So Julia Letlow
- 6:02Speaker 2: and John Fleming. Now, Letlow is who President Trump has endorsed,
- 6:05Speaker 2: but I think he's excited about both of these guys
- 6:07Speaker 2: having run. They both easily defeated Bill Cassidy, and they
- 6:11Speaker 2: head to this runoff. And I expect Julia Letlow, based
- 6:14Speaker 2: on the polling, will likely become the nominee and subsequently
- 6:18Speaker 2: next Republican senator from the great state of Louisiana. But
- 6:22Speaker 2: isn't this fun to see? I love, you know, we've
- 6:24Speaker 2: talked at some lengths how there's a lot of Dan
- 6:28Speaker 2: calls them doomers. There's a lot of people out there
- 6:30Speaker 2: who got a black pill on the news. I love this.
- 6:33Speaker 2: I love to see the fight that the American people
- 6:36Speaker 2: are waging here and that we're winning all of these victories.
- 6:40Speaker 2: We just had all this success throwing out the Indiana
- 6:42Speaker 2: Republicans who sold us out, who refused to do even
- 6:46Speaker 2: the simple thing of picking up two congressional seats and
- 6:50Speaker 2: from those Democrats who've been stealing over 40 seats all
- 6:53Speaker 2: across our country. So what did we do? What did Republicans,
- 6:56Speaker 2: conservatives do all across the country, and particularly in Indiana?
- 6:59Speaker 2: They said, you're fired. And they threw these guys out.
- 7:02Speaker 2: They threw them out. Bill Cassidy just got fired. And that,
- 7:06Speaker 2: to be clear, is a part of a trend line.
- 7:08Speaker 2: There's a lot of these establishment figures that we've been
- 7:10Speaker 2: getting rid of or are leaving right now from the
- 7:13Speaker 2: United States Senate, which is good news for the rest
- 7:15Speaker 2: of us. I mean, just think about the last couple
- 7:18Speaker 2: of years. You know, we've had people like Richard Burr
- 7:22Speaker 2: and Mitt Romney leave the United States Senate. John, not
- 7:27Speaker 2: John Thune, excuse me, not yet. Thom Tillis, Thom Tillis
- 7:31Speaker 2: is leaving angrily. This year, he's done at the end
- 7:34Speaker 2: of this year. Mitch McConnell, he's leaving because his mind
- 7:38Speaker 2: already left, but he's subsequently leaving the United States Senate
- 7:42Speaker 2: this year. There's a race to replace him going on
- 7:44Speaker 2: right now in Kentucky. And now we get Bill Cassidy
- 7:48Speaker 2: thrown out. And I just think this is victory after
- 7:52Speaker 2: victory after victory, kind of doing a controlled burn of
- 7:55Speaker 2: the Republican Party to improve the United States Senate and
- 7:58Speaker 2: get people in there who are actually going to fight, fight,
- 8:00Speaker 2: fight for our country. That needs to be the goal
- 8:02Speaker 2: right now. And just think about Cassidy and who he's been. Cassidy,
- 8:07Speaker 2: back in 2023, he's been crapping on Trump for years.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Look what he was saying in 23 when he was saying,
- 8:14Speaker 2: you know what, that Donald Trump, he has no chance
- 8:16Speaker 2: of ever becoming president again.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Here he is.
- 8:19Speaker 7: Watch.
- 8:20Speaker 4: Well, a couple of things.
- 8:21Speaker 8: I don't think Trump can win a general election, but
- 8:23Speaker 8: that's a nice way for him to diss people like
- 8:26Speaker 8: Tim Scott, who's a pretty formidable candidate. So so you
- 8:29Speaker 8: just have to take this as a competitor trying to
- 8:31Speaker 8: diss others. On the other hand, during the last election cycle,
- 8:35Speaker 8: we saw that in all the swing states, almost all Georgia, Pennsylvania,
- 8:40Speaker 8: Nevada and Arizona, that Trump's that the candidates for Senate
- 8:45Speaker 8: that Trump.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Endorsed all lost.
- 8:48Speaker 8: If you had taken the votes that went to other
- 8:50Speaker 8: Republicans and put them together, those Republicans would have won.
- 8:54Speaker 8: So I think the president's kind of high-profile endorsement of
- 8:57Speaker 8: those candidates actually hurt those candidates.
- 9:00Speaker 4: At least in the general election.
- 9:02Speaker 8: So if passed his prologue, that means President Trump is
- 9:05Speaker 8: going to have a hard time in those swing states,
- 9:07Speaker 8: which means that he cannot win a general election.
- 9:10Speaker 1: All right, Senator.
- 9:11Speaker 2: He cannot win a general election. Thank you to Western
- 9:13Speaker 2: Lensman for surfacing that clip. Isn't that a fun clip? Chat,
- 9:18Speaker 2: how did President Trump do in the swing states in 2024?
- 9:21Speaker 2: Does anybody know? Does anybody know how President Trump did
- 9:24Speaker 2: in the swing states? Can I just get a quick
- 9:27Speaker 2: fact check on that particular thing? Because Bill Cassidy, the
- 9:30Speaker 2: clip I just played, he said that Donald Trump was
- 9:32Speaker 2: not going to fare well in the swing states. How
- 9:34Speaker 2: did he do? How did he do, chat? That's right,
- 9:39Speaker 2: Mega Chip. He won them all. He won all seven.
- 9:42Speaker 2: He won every swing state. Bill Cassidy was wrong. And
- 9:46Speaker 2: now Bill Cassidy is out of a job.
- 9:48Speaker 5: Cassidy.
- 9:50Speaker 2: In fact, in the closing hours of his race this weekend,
- 9:52Speaker 2: Bill Cassidy went on the Fox News channel and he
- 9:54Speaker 2: was questioned by, and this is a great clip, Jason Chaffetz,
- 9:58Speaker 2: former congressman. And Chaffetz just got in his face about
- 10:03Speaker 2: how he voted, as Cassidy did. He voted to convict
- 10:06Speaker 2: Donald Trump in one of President Trump's impeachment trials. He
- 10:10Speaker 2: voted to convict him. He said, yeah, no, the House
- 10:12Speaker 2: has a right to impeach him. I'm going to vote
- 10:14Speaker 2: to convict. That was Cassidy, Republican senator. these ludicrous impeachment
- 10:19Speaker 2: operations by the left. Cassidy played along with it. So
- 10:22Speaker 2: in the closing hours of the race, Jason Chaffetz asked
- 10:25Speaker 2: him about it, and boy, did Cassidy not want to
- 10:28Speaker 2: talk about it. Watch this.
- 10:29Speaker 9: You and I got to serve in the Congress for
- 10:31Speaker 9: a little while, but my question for you is still
- 10:35Speaker 9: about Donald Trump. I mean, knowing what you know now
- 10:38Speaker 9: about the farce that was put forward to the American
- 10:41Speaker 9: people and the Congress, knowing what you know now, would
- 10:44Speaker 9: you still vote to actually convict Donald Trump of the
- 10:49Speaker 9: charges that he was put up for?
- 10:49Speaker 2: Answer the question.
- 10:53Speaker 4: Reporters always love to ask that question. I'm a doctor.
- 10:56Speaker 4: You give me all the information I can. I make
- 10:58Speaker 4: a decision. I move on.
- 10:59Speaker 8: I don't keep on going back. Oh, what happened five
- 11:01Speaker 8: years ago? I'm thinking about what's going to happen five
- 11:04Speaker 8: years from now. You just talked about, Senator, with all
- 11:06Speaker 8: due respect, you just talked about the stuff you've done
- 11:07Speaker 8: for the last five years.
- 11:08Speaker 3: Hang on, Jason. Let me finish.
- 11:08Speaker 10: Let me finish, Jason.
- 11:10Speaker 9: You just touted everything you've done for the last five years.
- 11:12Speaker 9: Why can't you answer that question? Did you or did
- 11:16Speaker 9: you not? Hey, Jason, if I can finish. I want
- 11:18Speaker 9: you to answer that question. Would you or would you
- 11:21Speaker 9: not actually vote to convict knowing what you know now?
- 11:25Speaker 4: It's a simple question.
- 11:28Speaker 8: Yeah, Jason, you may go back and flagellate yourself over
- 11:31Speaker 8: decisions in the past.
- 11:32Speaker 4: I do not. I move on. By the way, what
- 11:34Speaker 4: I'm talking about is not just the present. It is
- 11:38Speaker 4: the future.
- 11:39Speaker 8: By the way, the future also includes that if somebody
- 11:42Speaker 8: wants somebody working for the state of Louisiana, for the
- 11:45Speaker 8: future not fixated on the past, then polls close at
- 11:48Speaker 8: 8 o'clock tonight.
- 11:49Speaker 4: Get out there and vote.
- 11:50Speaker 8: But by the way, I will continue to vote for
- 11:53Speaker 8: the future of Louisiana, working.
- 11:55Speaker 4: Well with President Trump and anyone else. I'm about the future.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Oh, it's so satisfying to watch that clip knowing that
- 12:05Speaker 2: he lost like by huge numbers in Louisiana right after
- 12:10Speaker 2: that happened. Good for Jason Chaffetz, man, for cornering him
- 12:13Speaker 2: and being like, hey, just answer the question. Would you
- 12:15Speaker 2: do this again? And I love how Cassidy's like, I'm
- 12:17Speaker 2: a doctor. And, you know, I just have to make
- 12:19Speaker 2: the best decision I can. Then I don't have any regrets. Well,
- 12:23Speaker 2: what if you amputate the guy's arm and then you
- 12:25Speaker 2: figure out later, you're like, oh, you should have never
- 12:26Speaker 2: done that. There was no malady that required you amputating
- 12:29Speaker 2: his freaking arm. You don't have any regrets about that?
- 12:32Speaker 2: It's so crazy. It's so crazy. Get the hell out.
- 12:38Speaker 2: By the way, this whole thing of like, we don't
- 12:39Speaker 2: look backwards, I only look forward. Well, that's another reason
- 12:42Speaker 2: to get rid of you because the rest of us
- 12:44Speaker 2: are looking at the past and thinking to ourselves, how
- 12:46Speaker 2: can we prevent these atrocities from happening again? Namely things
- 12:50Speaker 2: like rigging our elections. How can we stop that from happening?
- 12:55Speaker 2: And what we need are fighters in the United States
- 12:57Speaker 2: Senate who are actually gonna do something like say, pass
- 12:59Speaker 2: the Save America Act to prevent our elections from being rigged.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Because right now, power for Democrats in America is defined
- 13:09Speaker 2: by the unearned power that they have grabbed, they have
- 13:12Speaker 2: seized through rigging. So yeah, you damn well better be
- 13:17Speaker 2: looking at the past because the past is an indicator
- 13:20Speaker 2: of how Democrats plan on wielding their power again going
- 13:23Speaker 2: into the future, obviously. So good.
- 13:26Speaker 11: Goodbye.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Goodbye. Get the hell out. And I think that, you know,
- 13:29Speaker 2: anybody who saw that exchange with Jason Chaffetz saw right
- 13:32Speaker 2: through Bill Cassidy's lame attempts to survive that interview. Good
- 13:35Speaker 2: for Chaffetz. this weekend. Now, after he lost, after he
- 13:40Speaker 2: got less than a quarter of the vote as an
- 13:42Speaker 2: incumbent Republican senator in the primary, Cassidy gave his concession speech.
- 13:48Speaker 2: And when he gave his concession speech, rather than support
- 13:52Speaker 2: the president and his agenda, he made whiny, veiled shots
- 13:56Speaker 2: at the president in a very passive-aggressive way. Take a
- 13:59Speaker 2: look at this. Cut three.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Watch.
- 14:01Speaker 4: I've been able to participate in democracy.
- 14:03Speaker 8: And when you participate in democracy— Sometimes it doesn't turn
- 14:08Speaker 8: out the way you want it to.
- 14:10Speaker 4: But you don't pout.
- 14:11Speaker 8: You don't whine. You don't claim the election was stolen.
- 14:15Speaker 8: You don't find a reason why. You don't manufacture some excuse.
- 14:25Speaker 8: You thank the voters for the privilege of representing the
- 14:28Speaker 8: state or the country for as long as you've had
- 14:30Speaker 8: that privilege.
- 14:32Speaker 4: And that's what I'm doing right now.
- 14:37Speaker 2: He thinks that there's no problem with our elections. Bill Cassidy,
- 14:42Speaker 2: he's taking shots at Trump and he's like, I don't,
- 14:44Speaker 2: I wouldn't, I can't believe that that guy questioned the
- 14:47Speaker 2: 2020 election. I can't believe it. So the answer to
- 14:51Speaker 2: Jason Chaffetz's question actually is, yes, I would do that
- 14:54Speaker 2: all over again. I would vote to convict Donald Trump again.
- 14:58Speaker 2: I detest that man and I detest the voters who
- 15:00Speaker 2: sent him there. That's his answer. Good riddance to Bill
- 15:05Speaker 2: freaking Cassidy, the guy who uses his concession speech to
- 15:09Speaker 2: attack the president of the United States. What a selfish
- 15:13Speaker 2: pile of garbage. It's good. Thank you, Louisiana Republicans. Thank you. Now,
- 15:24Speaker 2: the rhinos in Congress are really nervous by what they
- 15:27Speaker 2: just saw. They're getting worked up over the fact that
- 15:32Speaker 2: that we are firing people like Bill Cassidy. And this
- 15:36Speaker 2: includes a congressman from Pennsylvania by the name of Brian Fitzpatrick.
- 15:41Speaker 2: He was on CBS's Sunday show this weekend, Face the Nation,
- 15:44Speaker 2: with the hostess Margaret Brennan. And Margaret asked him, what's
- 15:50Speaker 2: the lesson here? That Bill Cassidy was just thrown out
- 15:53Speaker 2: in Louisiana. Listen to Brian Fitzpatrick's answer. And to summarize
- 15:57Speaker 2: what you're about to hear, it's basically, well, The answer
- 16:02Speaker 2: to this is we should allow Democrats to vote in
- 16:05Speaker 2: Republican primaries. I'm sorry, what? This is a real Republican
- 16:10Speaker 2: congressman from Pennsylvania, watch.
- 16:12Speaker 3: We just saw what happened overnight down in Louisiana where
- 16:14Speaker 3: Senator Bill Cassidy lost in this three-way primary. The president himself,
- 16:22Speaker 3: the leader of your party who wanted this redistricting, has
- 16:26Speaker 3: also been directly involved in some of these primary races,
- 16:30Speaker 3: picking candidates. He came out hard against Cassidy. He's also
- 16:34Speaker 3: now focusing in on Congressman Thomas Massey of Kentucky, who
- 16:38Speaker 3: has taken votes in opposition to the president, including for
- 16:42Speaker 3: the release of the Epstein files. I mean, is the
- 16:44Speaker 3: message here for Republicans that if you dissent from the president,
- 16:51Speaker 3: he's going to take you down?
- 16:55Speaker 5: Well, it's one of the many reasons, Margaret, why we
- 16:57Speaker 5: need to open primaries up in all 50 states, another
- 17:00Speaker 5: cause that Tom and I are behind. Over half the
- 17:03Speaker 5: states in this country have closed primaries, meaning that if
- 17:07Speaker 5: you're a registered independent, you are excluded from voting in
- 17:11Speaker 5: 50% of elections. And let's just put this in a context.
- 17:13Speaker 5: You could be a 98-year-old World War II veteran who
- 17:17Speaker 5: stormed the beaches of Normandy, saved civilization, who registers independent
- 17:22Speaker 5: in the land of independence, which we're celebrating 250 years of,
- 17:25Speaker 5: and in half of the states of this country, including, unfortunately,
- 17:28Speaker 5: our home state here in Pennsylvania, If you register independent,
- 17:31Speaker 5: you're told you're not welcome to vote in half of elections.
- 17:34Speaker 4: That is insane.
- 17:36Speaker 5: And not only is it an injustice, Margaret, it has
- 17:38Speaker 5: a terrible corrosive effect on the floor of the House.
- 17:40Speaker 5: Tom and I see it all the time. We call
- 17:42Speaker 5: it the vote no, hope yes crowd. They go to
- 17:44Speaker 5: the House floor wanting to support a policy, knowing that
- 17:47Speaker 5: policy is the right thing to do. But because they
- 17:50Speaker 5: live in a closed primary state and 18 percent of Americans,
- 17:53Speaker 5: 18 percent of Americans vote in primaries. They're going to
- 17:57Speaker 5: the House floor thinking about 18 percent of their electorate
- 17:59Speaker 5: instead of 100 percent of their electorate. So closed primaries,
- 18:03Speaker 5: coupled with gerrymandering, your previous question, are really, really hurting
- 18:07Speaker 5: our country. They're causing gridlock on the House floor.
- 18:09Speaker 2: This is idiocy. This is complete idiocy. Actually, the thing
- 18:12Speaker 2: that's hurting our country is a lack of election integrity.
- 18:15Speaker 2: The thing that's hurting our country is rigged congressional districts.
- 18:17Speaker 2: The thing that's hurting our country is allowing illegal aliens
- 18:21Speaker 2: to pour in by the millions, giving Democrats unearned congressional seats.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Those are the things that are hurting our country. And
- 18:26Speaker 2: the things that are hurting our country include weak rhinos
- 18:31Speaker 2: like Brian Fitzpatrick, who sits there and says, you know,
- 18:33Speaker 2: the real answer to this is to allow Democrats to
- 18:35Speaker 2: vote in Republican primaries. What the hell's wrong with you?
- 18:40Speaker 2: How is that your assessment of all of this? Talk
- 18:43Speaker 2: about a guy who has contempt for his voters. Like,
- 18:45Speaker 2: I don't really like these Republicans. They're kind of annoying. Boy,
- 18:47Speaker 2: I wish independents and Democrats could vote in a primary.
- 18:50Speaker 2: The point of a primary, of a closed primary, it
- 18:54Speaker 2: should be any primary, is that it's a party choosing
- 18:57Speaker 2: the person who within their own party is going to
- 19:00Speaker 2: represent them. By design, it's a party process. That's why
- 19:04Speaker 2: you have primaries. The primary phase is so that Republican
- 19:08Speaker 2: voters can choose the Republican nominee that person advances to
- 19:12Speaker 2: the general election. Should a consideration be the general election
- 19:16Speaker 2: electability of that person? Sure, if voters want to factor
- 19:19Speaker 2: that into the math. But right now, policy priorities predominate
- 19:23Speaker 2: among Republican voters because we are so sick of what
- 19:26Speaker 2: has happened to our country. So, of course, there's all
- 19:29Speaker 2: sorts of really important litmus tests that Republican primary voters
- 19:33Speaker 2: have when it comes to their candidates. Like, are you
- 19:36Speaker 2: going to secure my borders? Are you going to get
- 19:38Speaker 2: men out of women's sports? Are you going to improve
- 19:40Speaker 2: the economy? Are you going to stimulate American energy? Are
- 19:43Speaker 2: you going to save election integrity in the United States?
- 19:46Speaker 2: If you're not going to do those things, I'm not
- 19:48Speaker 2: considering you. Why would we let independents and Democrats interfere
- 19:51Speaker 2: in that operation? That's a great way to screw up elections.
- 19:56Speaker 2: And Frey's claim is like, well, what about the 98-year-old
- 20:00Speaker 2: World War II veteran? That guy can vote in the
- 20:03Speaker 2: general election. If he's not affiliated with a party and
- 20:06Speaker 2: he's in a closed primary state, which is, by the way,
- 20:08Speaker 2: the way a primary should be conducted, then he can
- 20:10Speaker 2: vote in the general election. He's not being deprived of
- 20:12Speaker 2: his voting franchise. He made a choice not to participate
- 20:15Speaker 2: in the primary level. And that's his freedom that he
- 20:18Speaker 2: fought for. Insanity. I guess a Republican congressman saying Democrats
- 20:25Speaker 2: should vote in the elections. I know he said independence.
- 20:27Speaker 2: What he means when he says open primary, anybody. can
- 20:30Speaker 2: vote and meddle in the election. That's insane. That's insane.
- 20:36Speaker 2: And that way only lies more chaos.
- 20:40Speaker 4: I voted to convict President Trump because he is.
- 20:42Speaker 2: Oh my God! Beautiful.
- 20:49Speaker 4: I voted to convict President Trump because he is.
- 20:53Speaker 2: What am I even watching? It's so funny.
- 20:55Speaker 1: I love that.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Bill Cassidy getting hit in the head with a golf ball.
- 20:59Speaker 1: I love it.
- 21:00Speaker 2: I love it so much. Thank you very much, Josh.
- 21:01Speaker 2: I appreciate it. Oh, man. These guys. It's good. I'm
- 21:07Speaker 2: glad we're purging the party of the weakness. It's good.
- 21:10Speaker 2: Get rid of the weakness. Just bring in better people.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Bring in fighters. We need more fighters. I've got some
- 21:16Speaker 2: more great news for you about people who are getting
- 21:18Speaker 2: fired who deserve to be coming up in just a moment.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you to everybody who is fighting.
- 21:25Speaker 2: We're getting some very good results. There's more ahead on
- 21:27Speaker 2: this edition of this. Let me thank one of our
- 21:30Speaker 2: great sponsors right now. That's Patriot Mobile. And I really
- 21:33Speaker 2: thank them because I use Patriot Mobile. I love my

- 21:46Speaker 2: decided in our culture and our economy. And who we
- 21:49Speaker 2: choose to support matters more than ever. You know, a
- 21:52Speaker 2: lot of wireless companies don't even really care about who
- 21:55Speaker 2: you are or what you believe. They just really want
- 21:57Speaker 2: your money. Patriot Mobile is a very different operation. You see,
- 22:00Speaker 2: for more than 12 years now, they've stood with Americans

- 22:55Speaker 2: get a free month of service. That's patriotmobile.com slash Vince
- 22:59Speaker 2: or 972-PATRIOT and switch today. Thank you, Patriot Mobile. All right,
- 23:05Speaker 2: so the firings will continue until the country improves. We
- 23:10Speaker 2: just got another one. I love this. This developed on Friday.
- 23:13Speaker 2: And I was like, I got to save this because
- 23:15Speaker 2: you and I have to talk about it Monday morning.
- 23:16Speaker 2: And I'm glad we can do this. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 23:20Speaker 2: Steve Cohen is getting fired. Isn't that great? Steve Cohen,
- 23:26Speaker 2: Tennessee Democrat, is officially hanging it up after decades in
- 23:31Speaker 2: the United States House of Representatives. What just happened is
- 23:35Speaker 2: Tennessee Republicans came in and they removed... his rigged district.
- 23:41Speaker 2: It's donezo. And the reason for that is because it
- 23:44Speaker 2: was a racially segregated district that Democrats drew particularly in
- 23:50Speaker 2: order to get Democrat power. Well, without a rigged district,
- 23:54Speaker 2: Steve Cohen doesn't have a job. The people of Tennessee
- 23:57Speaker 2: have never thought to themselves, you know that Steve Cohen
- 23:58Speaker 2: is really delivering for me. He's really improved my community
- 24:01Speaker 2: and my country. Steve Cohen has been wonderful. No, because
- 24:05Speaker 2: if he had that case to make, he'd still be
- 24:08Speaker 2: running in the redrawn maps, but he's not. On Friday,
- 24:13Speaker 2: without a rigged district, Steve Cohen announces that he is
- 24:15Speaker 2: officially retiring from Congress. And I want you to enjoy this.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Here is Steve Cohen looking all mopey that we just
- 24:23Speaker 2: took his rigged district away.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Watch.
- 24:25Speaker 11: This is by far the most difficult moment I've had
- 24:28Speaker 11: as an elected official. I signed a paper that I
- 24:33Speaker 11: was sent to Nashville for noon central time was the deadline,
- 24:37Speaker 11: stating that I did request not to be on the ballot,
- 24:40Speaker 11: which otherwise, if I didn't make the statement, they would
- 24:42Speaker 11: keep me on the ballot in the 9th district. If
- 24:44Speaker 11: you have a congressional delegation that has nine members and
- 24:48Speaker 11: they're all Republican and they all Bend a knee to Donald.
- 24:52Speaker 10: Trump, which they've done on this redistricting. This is for
- 24:55Speaker 10: Donald Trump to get one more vote, he thinks, to
- 24:58Speaker 10: stop him from being impeached. I feel bad for my
- 25:01Speaker 10: constituents because a lot of them come up to me
- 25:02Speaker 10: regularly and say, please, we're for you and don't quit,
- 25:06Speaker 10: don't quit. I've had people tell me, recently as today,
- 25:09Speaker 10: African-American and Caucasian, don't quit.
- 25:12Speaker 2: And I don't want to quit.
- 25:13Speaker 4: I'm not a quitter.
- 25:14Speaker 10: But these districts were drawn to beat me. They were
- 25:16Speaker 10: drawn to defeat me.
- 25:19Speaker 4: I love it.
- 25:20Speaker 2: He's quitting. He's like, they tell me don't quit. And
- 25:22Speaker 2: I just ignore them. Just like I always ignore the
- 25:25Speaker 2: voters because I've never once really had to work for
- 25:28Speaker 2: a vote. It's always been a rigged operation that's given
- 25:30Speaker 2: me this seat. And they say, don't quit. Well, then
- 25:35Speaker 2: why did you quit? Why didn't you run? Why didn't
- 25:38Speaker 2: you make your case?
- 25:39Speaker 4: I'm better.
- 25:40Speaker 2: I should be elected in the new district. The best
- 25:42Speaker 2: part of this story is the racializing that the Democrats
- 25:45Speaker 2: have done. It looks like that a black Republican woman
- 25:48Speaker 2: is going to replace him in the newly drawn ninth
- 25:51Speaker 2: district in Tennessee.
- 25:52Speaker 4: Isn't that fun?
- 25:54Speaker 2: It is very fun. But Steve Cohen, the chicken man,
- 25:57Speaker 2: is is heading out the door. The KFC guy, he's
- 26:00Speaker 2: he's gone. He's gone, which is what wonderful news. This
- 26:06Speaker 2: is why it's like Indiana Republicans, man, you had an
- 26:08Speaker 2: opportunity to do this. And I want to see more
- 26:11Speaker 2: Republicans duplicate this. We were talking on Friday with a
- 26:15Speaker 2: great former representative from South Carolina talking about this. Adam
- 26:19Speaker 2: Morgan was talking to us. And they're doing this right now.
- 26:23Speaker 2: They've got a special session going on to redraw the maps.
- 26:26Speaker 2: But in many cases, these Republicans need to be dragged
- 26:29Speaker 2: kicking and screaming to do this. Guys, buck up a
- 26:33Speaker 2: little bit, because look what just happened. You got rid
- 26:36Speaker 2: of an awful congressman like Steve Cohen. It's wonderful news.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Let's keep duplicating that. It's great for the country. Get
- 26:42Speaker 2: rid of the rigged seats, and I guarantee you this
- 26:45Speaker 2: country is going to improve dramatically. Steve Cohen is proof
- 26:49Speaker 2: of this. I can't love it more. It's super funny.
- 26:53Speaker 2: It's super funny. And let me just, yeah, there he is,
- 26:57Speaker 2: the chicken man, eating his KFC. What a goober. Good riddance, dude.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Let me once again just remind you of how valuable
- 27:08Speaker 2: election integrity is. This is why we're going crazy on
- 27:10Speaker 2: John Thune and why we want the Save America Act
- 27:12Speaker 2: so badly. If you get rid of these ludicrous people
- 27:16Speaker 2: like the chicken man and all these other morons who
- 27:19Speaker 2: take this power and then use it to whip their
- 27:23Speaker 2: weak and vicious minded base into a frenzy, if you
- 27:25Speaker 2: get rid of all those people because you get rid
- 27:26Speaker 2: of election rigging, you realize how meaningfully our country improves
- 27:31Speaker 2: just in terms of like the quality of the voter
- 27:36Speaker 2: and the fact that there's not a bunch of people
- 27:38Speaker 2: being led to believe that assassinating the president of the
- 27:41Speaker 2: United States is a legitimate way to address a political grievance,
- 27:45Speaker 2: that the temperature immediately goes down. If you get rid
- 27:48Speaker 2: of the rigged system, if you establish election integrity, we
- 27:51Speaker 2: bring the temperature down dramatically because then people who want
- 27:56Speaker 2: to acquire power in our system can only get it
- 27:59Speaker 2: if they appeal to voters on a fundamental level, if
- 28:02Speaker 2: they actually like address their concerns. But if the system
- 28:05Speaker 2: is rigged, if you don't derive power from actual votes,
- 28:09Speaker 2: instead you're just stealing power, that's how everything becomes so chaotic.
- 28:14Speaker 2: That's how you can have like 40% of the country
- 28:16Speaker 2: thinking that President Trump faked his own assassination attempts. That's
- 28:19Speaker 2: how you have half of, 40% of Democrats, excuse me.
- 28:22Speaker 2: That's how you end up with half of Democrats thinking
- 28:25Speaker 2: that it's legitimate to assassinate the President of the United States.
- 28:28Speaker 2: That's crazy. We need election integrity to address this immediately, immediately.
- 28:35Speaker 2: And if you won't give it to us immediately, we'll
- 28:38Speaker 2: fire you and we will find people who will, which
- 28:40Speaker 2: is underway right now. I'm very encouraged by this.
- 28:43Speaker 1: I love this.
- 28:44Speaker 2: All right, I've got more coming up for you, specifically
- 28:46Speaker 2: on the Save America Act. I've got an update for
- 28:48Speaker 2: you from the President of the United States himself. We
- 28:51Speaker 2: will get to that. A lot more to discuss coming
- 28:54Speaker 2: up on this edition of Vince. I want to thank
- 28:56Speaker 2: the great sponsors who make it all possible. Gold Belly. Guys,
- 29:01Speaker 2: I don't know. Have you tried Gold Belly yet, Chad?
- 29:03Speaker 2: Gold Belly is so good. What an amazing service. Why
- 29:07Speaker 2: didn't I think of this? Gold Belly. What they do
- 29:09Speaker 2: is this. Gold Belly will go to the finest restaurants
- 29:13Speaker 2: across the country. And then they figured out a way
- 29:16Speaker 2: to ship their food anywhere across our country, perfectly packaged
- 29:22Speaker 2: and ready to warm up and consume and whatever. It's
- 29:25Speaker 2: so good. What a great service. And I just used it.
- 29:28Speaker 2: I think I was telling you. For Mother's Day, I
- 29:30Speaker 2: used it to send my mother some rugelach, which is
- 29:34Speaker 2: a Jewish pastry. She loves it. She's been a big
- 29:38Speaker 2: rugelach fan forever. Rugelach is delicious. by the way, if
- 29:40Speaker 2: you've ever... Not to be confused with a rugelach, the lettuce. No, rugelach.
- 29:45Speaker 2: It's very, very good. So I sent her some rugelach
- 29:48Speaker 2: for Mother's Day, right from New York, from Brooklyn, actually.
- 29:53Speaker 6: And.
- 29:54Speaker 2: She got it. She's like, this is the best Rugal
- 29:56Speaker 2: I've ever had. And she loves Rugal to begin with.
- 29:58Speaker 2: She said it was the best she's ever had. And
- 30:01Speaker 2: I just shipped it to her from Gold Belly.
- 30:02Speaker 1: I was like, score.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Absolute score. So let me tell you. So we had
- 30:07Speaker 2: Mother's Day. Now we have Father's Day coming up. And
- 30:10Speaker 2: don't tell my dad, but I think I may do
- 30:11Speaker 2: the Gold Belly thing again because it is a perfect idea,
- 30:14Speaker 2: especially for dads. People are like, what do I get
- 30:16Speaker 2: dad for Father's Day? And then they end up with

- 32:35Speaker 2: Save America Act. Now, obviously, because we're on the Save
- 32:38Speaker 2: America Act, I should gavel in.
- 32:40Speaker 1: We did.
- 32:40Speaker 2: We gaveled in. Producer Jim Verde is keeping our meeting
- 32:44Speaker 2: minutes as usual. On this one, here's the president of
- 32:47Speaker 2: the United States. He just posted again at Truth Social.
- 32:49Speaker 2: I knew as soon as he got into that airplane,
- 32:51Speaker 2: by the way, from Beijing. Once he got his internet
- 32:55Speaker 2: access back, he's on Truth Social. I was like, get ready, everybody.
- 32:59Speaker 2: Here come the truths. There's a lot of them this weekend.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Here's the president. He said, the Save America Act must
- 33:04Speaker 2: be passed now. Use the housing and FISA bills to
- 33:10Speaker 2: get it done. Maryland just had 500,000 fake mail-in ballots revealed.
- 33:17Speaker 2: We cannot, as a country, put up with this any longer.
- 33:22Speaker 2: Voter ID and proof of citizenship must be approved now.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Crooked mail-in voting must be stopped. Put it all in
- 33:29Speaker 2: the housing and FISA bills. Make America great again, President
- 33:34Speaker 2: Donald J. Trump. Now I'm going to go ahead and
- 33:38Speaker 2: venture a guess here. It's an educated guess. that posts
- 33:42Speaker 2: like this drive Mike Johnson and John Thune crazy. John
- 33:47Speaker 2: Thune in particular. They drive him crazy. Because if it
- 33:52Speaker 2: was up to John Thune, President Trump would stop talking
- 33:55Speaker 2: about the Save America Act. John Thune wants all of
- 33:59Speaker 2: this to quietly go away. Because so long as the
- 34:03Speaker 2: president's talking about this, and most importantly, so long as
- 34:05Speaker 2: we continue to talk about this and call the United
- 34:08Speaker 2: States Senate, then John Thune has to figure out ways
- 34:12Speaker 2: to navigate away from us. He has to keep walking
- 34:14Speaker 2: on eggshells, keep giving us head pats, keep trying to
- 34:16Speaker 2: placate us and give us explanations for why he hasn't
- 34:20Speaker 2: produced this thing. He doesn't want to do that anymore.
- 34:23Speaker 2: He wants to move on to a million other things
- 34:25Speaker 2: that are not election integrity, and we don't want him.
- 34:31Speaker 2: to stray away. We want him focused on this. President
- 34:34Speaker 2: Trump wants him focused on this. God bless the president
- 34:36Speaker 2: for staying on this. And so his point is like, hey,
- 34:39Speaker 2: work this into another bill. Put it in the housing bill.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Put it in the FISA bill. Thank God he's saying that.
- 34:46Speaker 2: Thank God. You know, I had Reagan Reese ask President
- 34:49Speaker 2: Trump about this recently. Would you, Mr. President, would you
- 34:53Speaker 2: want to include Save America with the FISA reauthorization? as
- 34:59Speaker 2: Anna Paulina Luna has been suggesting. And the president said, yeah,
- 35:03Speaker 2: I would like that. I would like that. And again,
- 35:06Speaker 2: when he answered Reagan's question, when he answered our question,
- 35:10Speaker 2: it just kind of seemed like it was an idea
- 35:12Speaker 2: that he was vaguely interested in. That sounds kind of good.
- 35:15Speaker 2: But here he is now straight up declaring it on
- 35:17Speaker 2: Truth Social that, yes, let's do that. Will Congress follow suit?
- 35:23Speaker 2: I think they should, given that we keep firing all
- 35:26Speaker 2: of their friends who failed to serve us well. I
- 35:29Speaker 2: think they should. They'd be well-advised to follow this advice.
- 35:34Speaker 2: Let's see if they do. Let's also see if the
- 35:36Speaker 2: president takes this to the next level at any point.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Does President Trump really go after John Thune by name?
- 35:43Speaker 2: Does that happen?
- 35:45Speaker 1: Good. Good.
- 35:47Speaker 2: There we go. Only American citizens should vote in American elections.
- 35:50Speaker 2: Totally right. Totally right. It's the law. Why don't we
- 35:53Speaker 2: just uphold the law? Why don't we verify that people
- 35:56Speaker 2: are American citizens when they vote? So glad the president
- 36:00Speaker 2: stayed on that. Speaking of the left's election rigging operations,
- 36:04Speaker 2: of course, one of the great things and I was
- 36:07Speaker 2: thanking the Virginians last night in Alexandria that I saw.
- 36:09Speaker 2: One of the great things that's happened this year is
- 36:11Speaker 2: that we stopped the Democrats from rigging the Virginia congressional elections.
- 36:18Speaker 2: They tried to steal four congressional seats this year and
- 36:20Speaker 2: they failed. And on Friday, here's the great news. On Friday,
- 36:23Speaker 2: the United States Supreme Court laughed them out of the court.
- 36:26Speaker 2: The homicidal maniac known as Jay Jones, the attorney general
- 36:30Speaker 2: of the Commonwealth of Virginia Democrat, he had filed an
- 36:33Speaker 2: appeal to the United States Supreme Court saying, please let
- 36:35Speaker 2: us rig the congressional districts. Please let us do it.
- 36:38Speaker 2: And the court said, yeah, no. And in a terse statement,
- 36:42Speaker 2: refused to hear this case. It's not our business is
- 36:46Speaker 2: basically the answer from the United States Supreme Court. This
- 36:48Speaker 2: was handled by the state Supreme Court. It's a state issue.
- 36:51Speaker 2: And that state issue is that the Democrats violated the Constitution.
- 36:56Speaker 2: So they have gotten absolutely shut out, which is great.
- 37:02Speaker 2: But something I told you about that was happening in
- 37:05Speaker 2: the midst of the referendum that we finally got an
- 37:08Speaker 2: unfortunate update on is that Abigail Spanberger is the governor
- 37:14Speaker 2: of Virginia. And before the referendum, before the election rigging
- 37:19Speaker 2: operation took place, The Democrat-led legislature sent her what they
- 37:25Speaker 2: call an assault weapons ban, a gun bill designed to
- 37:29Speaker 2: rob Virginians of their Second Amendment rights. She refused to
- 37:33Speaker 2: sign the legislation until after the referendum was over. And
- 37:37Speaker 2: the reason she did that, of course, is because she
- 37:39Speaker 2: didn't want to further energize Virginians to show up to
- 37:43Speaker 2: the polls to stop the election rigging. That's why she
- 37:46Speaker 2: did that. She waited until after the referendum was over.
- 37:50Speaker 2: But in the past week, she just signed this thing
- 37:53Speaker 2: into law. And it is Virginia. It's a dumpster fire.
- 38:00Speaker 2: It's bad news for Virginians, for the Second Amendment, for
- 38:04Speaker 2: gun rights. Just a quick summary here. This comes to
- 38:08Speaker 2: us from WSLS in Virginia. Virginia's new gun laws ban
- 38:13Speaker 2: the future sale of semi-automatic firearms beginning July 1st. dividing
- 38:19Speaker 2: gun owners and supporters. Beginning July 1, Virginia will prohibit
- 38:24Speaker 2: the future sale, manufacture, and transfer of certain semi-automatic firearms
- 38:30Speaker 2: and magazines capable of holding more than 15 rounds. 15 rounds?
- 38:37Speaker 2: That's all you get? What the hell is wrong with
- 38:40Speaker 2: these people? So are the state police who protect Abigail
- 38:45Speaker 2: Spanberger going to be limited to 15 rounds? Is that
- 38:49Speaker 2: how it works? Or do they get to have a
- 38:51Speaker 2: 30-round magazine? Can you tell me why you have better
- 38:56Speaker 2: protection than I do? Why you get to have better
- 38:59Speaker 2: protection than the citizenry that you're supposed to work for?
- 39:06Speaker 2: Where in the Second Amendment does it say that gun
- 39:09Speaker 2: rights can be infringed? In fact, the Virginia Declaration of
- 39:15Speaker 2: Rights is more clear than even the Second Amendment about
- 39:22Speaker 2: the value of gun rights. So this is unconstitutional based
- 39:27Speaker 2: on both the U.S. Constitution and even more so the
- 39:30Speaker 2: Virginia Constitution, and it should be absolutely defeated. They say
- 39:37Speaker 2: it's aimed at reducing access to weapons commonly used in
- 39:41Speaker 2: mass shootings.
- 39:42Speaker 5: What?
- 39:44Speaker 2: First of all, the weapons that are commonly used in
- 39:47Speaker 2: mass shootings are handguns. They're gangsters with handguns. It's not AR-15s,
- 39:54Speaker 2: you psychos. The measure allows current owners to keep firearms
- 39:59Speaker 2: they legally possess. Oh, thanks. Yeah, for now. This is
- 40:02Speaker 2: always the same way it is. Everything's a slippery slope
- 40:05Speaker 2: with these people. They want mandatory confiscation. They want an
- 40:10Speaker 2: Australian-style gun buyback, mandatory gun buyback, which is confiscation of weapons.
- 40:15Speaker 2: In some cases, these weapons may also be transferred to
- 40:18Speaker 2: immediate family members. Supporters, including state lawmakers who back the legislation,
- 40:22Speaker 2: say the goal is to gradually reduce the number of
- 40:25Speaker 2: high-capacity firearms in circulation. Ladies and gentlemen, this is only
- 40:29Speaker 2: going to make Virginians less safe. The only people who
- 40:34Speaker 2: are going to ignore these laws are lawbreakers. They're the
- 40:39Speaker 2: ones who will be carrying the 30-round magazine. Meanwhile, you're
- 40:41Speaker 2: going to be switching your 15-round magazine in order to
- 40:45Speaker 2: fight back? That's insane. That's totally insane. And this needs
- 40:50Speaker 2: to be defeated. Now, the good news is that there
- 40:53Speaker 2: are lawsuits already filed. The NRA and other gun rights
- 40:56Speaker 2: groups have already filed lawsuits in state and federal court,
- 41:01Speaker 2: basically challenging it both on state constitutional and federal constitutional grounds,
- 41:05Speaker 2: which is wonderful. But the restrictions here are crazy. The
- 41:09Speaker 2: Sportsman's Alliance just gave us a summary of all of
- 41:13Speaker 2: the things here. It creates a class one misdemeanor for
- 41:17Speaker 2: any person to import, sell, manufacture, purchase, or transfer semi-automatic
- 41:21Speaker 2: firearms classified as a, quote, assault firearm. That doesn't even
- 41:25Speaker 2: mean anything. Every firearm can be used as an assault firearm.
- 41:29Speaker 2: A pencil can be used as an assault pencil if
- 41:32Speaker 2: you stab somebody with it. The legislation employs a feature-based
- 41:36Speaker 2: definition to classify assault firearms. Prohibited items include semi-automatic rifles,
- 41:42Speaker 2: centerfire rifles with detachable magazines and specific features such as
- 41:46Speaker 2: folding and collapsible stocks, pistol grips, or threaded barrels. So basically,
- 41:52Speaker 2: anything that makes a rifle useful or more accurate is
- 41:57Speaker 2: being removed. Pistols, semi-automatic centerfire pistols with fixed magazines holding
- 42:02Speaker 2: over 15 rounds or those with detachable magazines and similar
- 42:06Speaker 2: band features. Shotguns, semi-automatic shotguns with folding stocks or capacities
- 42:12Speaker 2: exceeding seven rounds. Screw you people, just screw you. They're
- 42:22Speaker 2: disarming Virginians. Virginia, a historic state, which by the way,
- 42:27Speaker 2: historically has been much better on gun rights than many
- 42:30Speaker 2: of its many of the surrounding states, certainly in the D.C. area,
- 42:33Speaker 2: if you had a choice, as we did when we
- 42:34Speaker 2: first moved to the D.C. area between Maryland, D.C. or Virginia,
- 42:37Speaker 2: you go to Virginia. Virginia had a better tax situation
- 42:40Speaker 2: and it was respectful of Second Amendment rights. And now
- 42:44Speaker 2: Democrats are destroying all of that. Everywhere they touch, everywhere
- 42:47Speaker 2: they get power, they destroy all of it. These lawsuits
- 42:50Speaker 2: have to prevail. We have to defeat these people in court.
- 42:53Speaker 2: So in a way, if there's a silver lining here,
- 42:56Speaker 2: Part of me is a little bit grateful for the
- 42:58Speaker 2: opportunity to absolutely dunk on these monsters in court. If
- 43:01Speaker 2: we can establish clear Second Amendment precedent in the United
- 43:05Speaker 2: States Supreme Court, that this is totally out of bounds,
- 43:08Speaker 2: this could end up being a very good thing in
- 43:10Speaker 2: the long run. So maybe this blows up in their face.
- 43:13Speaker 2: But in the meantime, a gross violation of rights. This
- 43:16Speaker 2: all goes into place on July 1st. If you're in Virginia,
- 43:20Speaker 2: buy it while you can. Buy it while you can,
- 43:24Speaker 2: because the restrictions... show up. They say you can legally
- 43:28Speaker 2: possess all of this if you buy it prior to
- 43:31Speaker 2: July 1st. So get busy. The gun shops, the poor
- 43:34Speaker 2: gun shops, by the way, they're going to really suffer
- 43:36Speaker 2: because of this. And if the gun shops have to
- 43:39Speaker 2: close down because they can't sell anything, isn't that just
- 43:45Speaker 2: another way to attack Second Amendment rights? It sure is.
- 43:48Speaker 2: It sure is. Virginia's doing that. Abigail Spanberger, she was
- 43:51Speaker 2: supposed to be moderate. And that jackass held onto that
- 43:55Speaker 2: bill and waited for that referendum to be over. And
- 43:59Speaker 2: then once she was like, well, we successfully tried to
- 44:00Speaker 2: rig the elections, let me move on to banning the
- 44:04Speaker 2: Second Amendment. It's just awful. So that's the update on that.
- 44:08Speaker 2: All right, let's move to some other craziness in the world. Actually,
- 44:12Speaker 2: here's a fun story for you. This is a really
- 44:14Speaker 2: fun story, but the media has basically ignored this until
- 44:18Speaker 2: President Trump put a focus on it. This weekend, President
- 44:22Speaker 2: Trump posted to Truth Social about something called RCP 8.5,
- 44:28Speaker 2: RCP 8.5. And here's what it's about. It's about the climate.
- 44:36Speaker 2: It's about climate change. The United Nations for years, through
- 44:40Speaker 2: something called the IPCC, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change,
- 44:49Speaker 2: had a projection that they referred to as.
- 44:54Speaker 2: RCP 8.5. And basically it was the doomsday scenario is
- 44:59Speaker 2: that because of climate change, the whole planet was going
- 45:02Speaker 2: to be completely destroyed basically by 2100. This is like
- 45:05Speaker 2: kind of the thing that AOC has been pushing for years.
- 45:09Speaker 2: People like Greta Thunberg have been pushing this garbage for
- 45:14Speaker 2: a very long time. Al Gore, that the whole planet
- 45:16Speaker 2: is going to be destroyed unless you give the forces
- 45:19Speaker 2: of evil a lot more power over your lives. In
- 45:22Speaker 2: the United States, that would be Democrats. If you give
- 45:24Speaker 2: Democrats a lot more power, if you surrender all of
- 45:27Speaker 2: your money and your energy and your ability to travel
- 45:31Speaker 2: any great distance, if you surrender all of that, if
- 45:33Speaker 2: you give up your single-family home, if you live in
- 45:36Speaker 2: a high-density building, if you rely only on government transportation,
- 45:41Speaker 2: if you do all of those things, if you get
- 45:44Speaker 2: rid of the power plants in your community, if you
- 45:46Speaker 2: put up windmills, you do all those things, you enrich
- 45:50Speaker 2: all their left-wing crony friends, you do all those things,
- 45:53Speaker 2: then you can save the planet. But until then, everything's
- 45:57Speaker 2: going to be destroyed. Well, here's what happened. In the
- 46:01Speaker 2: past few weeks, with little fanfare, the United Nations abandoned
- 46:07Speaker 2: its doomsday scenario. They abandoned it. They said, the data
- 46:13Speaker 2: demonstrate that this is not going to come true, that
- 46:16Speaker 2: all of the fear-mongering on this issue is not gonna
- 46:19Speaker 2: come to pass at all. It's been a lie. And
- 46:24Speaker 2: so this weekend, President Trump celebrated this, and rightfully so.
- 46:29Speaker 2: And it's funny because there's been not a tremendous amount
- 46:32Speaker 2: of coverage about this, but President Trump suddenly has taken
- 46:35Speaker 2: something that the left has been very quiet about, and
- 46:37Speaker 2: he's put it on full blast. Here's President Trump. Here's
- 46:41Speaker 2: the headline from the New York Post. Climate group reverses
- 46:43Speaker 2: course on doomsday predictions. And Trump takes victory lap.
- 46:47Speaker 4: Wrong, wrong, wrong.
- 46:51Speaker 2: President Trump took a victory lap late Saturday after a
- 46:53Speaker 2: prominent international climate change panel backed off of using some
- 46:57Speaker 2: of the most aggressive doomsday estimates after determining that they're
- 47:02Speaker 2: not the most plausible outcomes. The UN-backed IPCC had quietly
- 47:07Speaker 2: adjusted its modeling framework of four to five degrees Celsius
- 47:10Speaker 2: warming by 2100 last month. That framework had underpinned a
- 47:16Speaker 2: myriad of other analyses predicting terrifying consequences for greenhouse gas emissions.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Here's the president's post on Truth Social. Take a look
- 47:26Speaker 2: at this. Good riddance.
- 47:29Speaker 12: After 15 years of Democrats, he's going with Democrats, promising
- 47:34Speaker 12: that climate change is going to destroy the planet, the
- 47:37Speaker 12: United Nations top climate committee just admitted that its own projections,
- 47:41Speaker 12: RCP 8.5, were wrong, wrong, wrong.
- 47:45Speaker 2: For far too long, climate activism has been used by
- 47:47Speaker 2: Democrats to scare Americans, push horrible energy policies. and fund
- 47:51Speaker 2: billions into their bogus research programs. Unlike the Democrats who
- 47:56Speaker 2: use climate alarmism nonsense to push their green new scam,
- 47:59Speaker 2: my administration will always be based on truth, science, and fact.
- 48:03Speaker 2: President Donald J.
- 48:05Speaker 1: Trump.
- 48:05Speaker 2: Now, the funny thing is, one of the many funny
- 48:08Speaker 2: things about this is that the forces of evil that
- 48:11Speaker 2: were pushing this in the first place They're now claiming
- 48:15Speaker 2: that the reason that Yuan is backed off of RCP 8.5,
- 48:18Speaker 2: the doomsday scenario, is because the green energy movement has
- 48:21Speaker 2: been so successful. I love this. Heads I win, tails
- 48:26Speaker 2: you lose. It's always the same thing. They're now claiming
- 48:28Speaker 2: that they were such an immense success that they thwarted disaster.
- 48:33Speaker 2: So we just need to continue to give them more
- 48:35Speaker 2: power so that we can thwart these doomsday scenarios. Now,
- 48:39Speaker 2: if you pay any attention to this story, You know
- 48:45Speaker 2: that the real answer to why we've seen a dramatic
- 48:48Speaker 2: decrease in carbon emissions, again, even the idea that you
- 48:51Speaker 2: would refer to carbon dioxide as a pollutant when it's
- 48:54Speaker 2: literally what you breathe out and what trees benefit from,
- 48:58Speaker 2: the whole thing is so stupid. But insofar as you
- 49:00Speaker 2: talk about carbon emissions, you know why carbon emissions are down?
- 49:04Speaker 2: You know why, Chad? Why are carbon emissions down? Why
- 49:07Speaker 2: did carbon emissions fall every year of President Trump's first
- 49:11Speaker 2: term in office? Was it because President Trump was putting
- 49:14Speaker 2: windmills up everywhere? Was it because solar panels exploded all
- 49:17Speaker 2: over the place? Is that why? Is it because everybody
- 49:20Speaker 2: jumped into electric vehicles? Why did carbon emissions go down
- 49:24Speaker 2: every single year in President Trump's first administration? Hmm.
- 49:30Speaker 1: Hmm.
- 49:31Speaker 2: What was it? No, it wasn't that cows stopped farting.
- 49:34Speaker 2: That's a good guess, Megachip. Hmm. Natural gas. Cam's got it. Fracking. Fracking.
- 49:45Speaker 2: We had an absolute revolution in natural gas technology. The
- 49:49Speaker 2: fracking revolution has changed everything. Everything. It was fracking. Fracking
- 49:57Speaker 2: is amazing. It changed everything. And so what we ended
- 50:02Speaker 2: up with is fewer carbon emissions and a lot more
- 50:05Speaker 2: abundant American energy. And so, you know, we didn't have
- 50:09Speaker 2: to sign on any stupid, like, you know, Green New
- 50:14Speaker 2: Deal or stupid international alliance. President Trump has been ripping
- 50:18Speaker 2: up those international agreements that, by the way, only hamstrung
- 50:22Speaker 2: the United States and everybody else gets away with murder. No,
- 50:25Speaker 2: we just revolutionized the way we draw energy. That's it.
- 50:28Speaker 2: It's as simple as that. Isn't that wonderful? And so
- 50:32Speaker 2: this whole thing has been crazy. But the left has
- 50:34Speaker 2: been scaremongering about this for years. And again, it was
- 50:38Speaker 2: all designed to give them power. Remember Greta Thunberg going
- 50:42Speaker 2: to the United Nations now? It was 2019, just before COVID.
- 50:46Speaker 2: We were served up with this goofball. Cut six, watch.
- 50:50Speaker 13: This is all wrong. I shouldn't be up here. I
- 50:55Speaker 13: should be back in school on the other side of
- 50:57Speaker 13: the ocean. Yet you all come to us young.
- 51:02Speaker 2: People for hope.
- 51:04Speaker 4: How dare you?
- 51:07Speaker 13: You have stolen my dreams and my childhood with your
- 51:10Speaker 13: empty words. And yet, I'm one of the lucky ones.
- 51:15Speaker 13: People are suffering. People are dying. Entire ecosystems are collapsing.
- 51:24Speaker 13: We are in the beginning of a mass extinction. And
- 51:27Speaker 13: all you can talk about is money and fairy tales
- 51:31Speaker 13: of eternal economic growth.
- 51:34Speaker 2: Ha ha ha ha! I love and I love every
- 51:37Speaker 2: how the left held her up is like this child Oracle.
- 51:40Speaker 11: Yes.
- 51:41Speaker 6: Tell us how to live our lives. 16 year old
- 51:44Speaker 6: little Brett. And that was Greta Thunberg. And then, of course,
- 51:48Speaker 6: we were served this great moment at the same event.
- 51:50Speaker 6: Remember when Donald Trump, President Trump walks past her and
- 51:53Speaker 6: there's Greta Thunberg in the background looking all grumpy that
- 51:56Speaker 6: President Trump is there and he doesn't pay her any
- 51:58Speaker 6: attention at all.
- 51:59Speaker 2: Watch this. She was so grumpy. How could you be
- 52:17Speaker 2: that grumpy? She's 16 years old. She's got her whole
- 52:20Speaker 2: life ahead of her. She got to see the president
- 52:22Speaker 2: of the United States. It was so good. Yes, that's
- 52:27Speaker 2: for real.
- 52:28Speaker 4: You don't remember?
- 52:29Speaker 2: Rock Justice has this for real. Yes, that was real. Oh,
- 52:32Speaker 2: my gosh, that was so fun. That was so fun. Yeah,
- 52:36Speaker 2: what a world. By the next year, to be clear,
- 52:39Speaker 2: the left, you know, their doomsday predictions once again hadn't
- 52:42Speaker 2: come true. So they had to back off of another
- 52:46Speaker 2: one of their ludicrous claims. Remember Glacier National Park started
- 52:51Speaker 2: replacing signs that predicted that the glaciers would be gone
- 52:55Speaker 2: by 2020? They waited until 2020 to do it. The
- 52:59Speaker 2: signs at Glacier National Park at the time, this is CNN,
- 53:02Speaker 2: warning that its signature glaciers would be gone by 2020
- 53:06Speaker 2: are being changed. The signs in the Montana park were
- 53:09Speaker 2: added more than a decade ago to reflect climate change
- 53:11Speaker 2: forecasts at the time by the U.S. Geological Survey. In 2017,
- 53:16Speaker 2: the park was told by the agency that the complete
- 53:19Speaker 2: melting off of the glaciers was now no longer expected
- 53:22Speaker 2: to take place. due to changes in the forecast model.
- 53:25Speaker 2: But tight maintenance budgets made it impossible for the park
- 53:28Speaker 2: to immediately change the signs. So they just kept lying
- 53:31Speaker 2: to the visitors. All these glaciers are going to melt.
- 53:35Speaker 2: And then by 2020, they had to remove the signs
- 53:37Speaker 2: that said, all of the glaciers are melting. They're not melting.
- 53:41Speaker 13: How dare you?
- 53:42Speaker 2: How dare you? How dare you tell the truth? We've
- 53:46Speaker 2: record polar bear populations. They just tell a lot of lies.
- 53:50Speaker 2: They lie. The left loves to lie. All right, let
- 53:54Speaker 2: me finish today on an amazing development over the weekend.
- 53:57Speaker 2: I have to tell you, my spidey senses are tingling
- 54:01Speaker 2: about what comes next in the James Comey, John Brennan
- 54:05Speaker 2: grand conspiracy case. Is Bad Old Kitty in our chat today?
- 54:09Speaker 2: Bad Old Kitty is always asking about the grand conspiracy case.
- 54:12Speaker 2: Any updates on that? Yeah, here's an update on it.
- 54:16Speaker 2: James Comey is freaking out that that case is about
- 54:20Speaker 2: to result in real indictments. And the reason I can
- 54:22Speaker 2: tell is because he's spending all of his time on
- 54:25Speaker 2: national television trying to work the American public. James Comey,
- 54:32Speaker 2: I haven't seen him on TV this much since his
- 54:34Speaker 2: book came out, his ridiculous book. The guy's all over
- 54:37Speaker 2: the television all the time. And here he is this
- 54:41Speaker 2: weekend saying on national television, that he has deep staters
- 54:46Speaker 2: still inside of the FBI. Now, this is a message
- 54:49Speaker 2: he's been spreading on TV over the past few days.
- 54:51Speaker 2: I don't know if this is supposed to be a
- 54:54Speaker 2: threat or if he's trying to activate his troops by
- 54:58Speaker 2: virtue of the media. But watch this. Here's James Comey
- 55:01Speaker 2: telling the deep staters, hang on. If you can hang
- 55:04Speaker 2: on for two and a half more years, we can
- 55:06Speaker 2: retake all this power. Watch Comey this weekend. looked at
- 55:11Speaker 2: from the top level.
- 55:13Speaker 7: The people running it, if you're bragging about forcing out
- 55:15Speaker 7: career prosecutors and agents because the president doesn't like a
- 55:20Speaker 7: lawful investigation they conducted, something is seriously broken at the top.
- 55:24Speaker 7: But I have great confidence in the people down below
- 55:27Speaker 7: who are just trying to hang on. And I'm urging them,
- 55:30Speaker 7: hang on two and a half years, and then we
- 55:33Speaker 7: can rebuild these institutions.
- 55:34Speaker 2: But we need good people in those roles.
- 55:36Speaker 7: America does.
- 55:37Speaker 2: Rebuild, do you hear the way he uses language in
- 55:40Speaker 2: such an Orwellian way? So what's happening is Kash Patel
- 55:44Speaker 2: right now is getting rid of all of the tyrannical
- 55:48Speaker 2: and out of control people that have been inside of
- 55:51Speaker 2: that agency. Again, I've talked about this with you many times.
- 55:56Speaker 2: Kash was the inheritor of an agency with so little
- 55:59Speaker 2: trust from the American people because that agency has abused
- 56:02Speaker 2: its power on a routine basis. It's been tyrannical. It's
- 56:05Speaker 2: been attacking the political opponents of the left. They're getting
- 56:08Speaker 2: rid of that garbage. They're purging that garbage. And this
- 56:12Speaker 2: is a source of great frustration to the left that
- 56:15Speaker 2: the deep state is being found and smoked out. James
- 56:18Speaker 2: Comey is saying, for whatever deep staters who are still there,
- 56:22Speaker 2: hang on, reinforcements are coming. We're going to, quote, rebuild.
- 56:26Speaker 2: What he means by rebuild is not build an agency
- 56:30Speaker 2: that has integrity. It's not build an agency that is
- 56:33Speaker 2: dedicated on taking out criminals. In fact, the FBI right
- 56:36Speaker 2: now is taking down child predators at unbelievable levels. They're
- 56:40Speaker 2: going after child predators in these vicious networks. He's on
- 56:45Speaker 2: the 764 network. Hundreds of child predators are being tracked
- 56:49Speaker 2: down as we speak. They're busting. They brought the crime
- 56:53Speaker 2: rate down, the murder rate down to the lowest levels
- 56:56Speaker 2: in recorded history. They dropped the fentanyl importation by over half.
- 57:00Speaker 2: They helped deport all sorts of illegal aliens from the country.
- 57:04Speaker 2: Cash has reoriented the FBI around criminal justice and actually
- 57:08Speaker 2: holding criminals accountable, to include people like James Comey, who's
- 57:11Speaker 2: now been served at multiple indictments for his own behavior.
- 57:14Speaker 2: And so Comey, an active criminal defendant, is going on
- 57:18Speaker 2: national television, as he has in the past week, and
- 57:20Speaker 2: bragging about how he's had ongoing conversations with members of
- 57:23Speaker 2: the FBI.
- 57:25Speaker 8: One.
- 57:26Speaker 1: He's still.
- 57:26Speaker 2: So you hear that? You have active FBI agents, allegedly,
- 57:30Speaker 2: unless Comey's lying, he could be, talking to, giving aid
- 57:35Speaker 2: and comfort to an active criminal defendant, somebody who's being
- 57:39Speaker 2: thoroughly investigated right now by the FBI. Yeah, that is
- 57:43Speaker 2: a total conflict of interest. And then for him to
- 57:46Speaker 2: go on television and say, yeah, don't you worry, deep state,
- 57:50Speaker 2: stay in the fight because in the end, we're going
- 57:52Speaker 2: to win. We better stop them. We better stop them.
- 57:55Speaker 2: And we got to get this grand conspiracy case underway.
- 57:59Speaker 2: What's the latest on that? Well, I'm glad you asked,
- 58:02Speaker 2: because I've been asking the same question. The Attorney General
- 58:05Speaker 2: of the United States, Todd Blanch, was just on Fox
- 58:08Speaker 2: this weekend with Maria Bartiromo. And she is, well, she's tenacious.
- 58:13Speaker 2: And she stayed on this issue particularly and asked Todd
- 58:15Speaker 2: Blanch a couple times about the grand conspiracy case. Let
- 58:19Speaker 2: me start with this clip. Here's Todd Blanch saying that
- 58:21Speaker 2: we are investigating the Russia hoax aggressively right now. This
- 58:25Speaker 2: Justice Department is very aggressively on this case.
- 58:28Speaker 1: Watch. Cut nine.
- 58:29Speaker 14: The whole Russia hoax, there was absolutely nothing to it.
- 58:32Speaker 14: And so the question that the American people have to
- 58:34Speaker 14: ask is, well, then why did they do it? Why
- 58:36Speaker 14: did Comey say what he said? Why did the outgoing
- 58:39Speaker 14: Obama administration do what they did?
- 58:42Speaker 2: And that's what we're.
- 58:42Speaker 14: Studying right now, because it did great damage to this country.
- 58:46Speaker 1: It did great damage to President Trump's first term.
- 58:49Speaker 14: And we want to understand why that happened, why there
- 58:52Speaker 14: continued to be an effort by by operatives in the
- 58:56Speaker 14: government to go after President Trump while he was in office.
- 58:58Speaker 1: Then, of course, over the past several years as well.
- 59:02Speaker 2: OK, so that's not a small statement. That's not random
- 59:05Speaker 2: analysis from the outside. That's the attorney general of the
- 59:07Speaker 2: United States saying we are very aggressive. investigating the Russia
- 59:11Speaker 2: hoax as we speak. But then, of course, you know,
- 59:14Speaker 2: what you might be asking and what you heard Maria
- 59:16Speaker 2: ask this weekend, she's like, okay, that's fine. But when
- 59:19Speaker 2: are we going to see action on it? When's it coming?
- 59:22Speaker 2: Because we've been talking about this for years that we've
- 59:24Speaker 2: got all these problems. When do we see action? Take
- 59:27Speaker 2: a look at this exchange. Cut down.
- 59:29Speaker 14: We're finding out some incredibly troubling things, and at some point,
- 59:33Speaker 14: at the right time, that will be made public, and
- 59:35Speaker 14: the American people will see exactly what happened to this
- 59:39Speaker 14: administration and President Trump over the past decade.
- 59:41Speaker 15: Well, I mean, the country was ripped apart. We all
- 59:43Speaker 15: know that. Half of the country said he colluded with Russia.
- 59:46Speaker 15: The other half said, no, it didn't. I mean, it
- 59:48Speaker 15: ripped the country apart. But you say when the time
- 59:50Speaker 15: is right. When is the time right? When should we
- 59:52Speaker 15: expect these charges of conspiracy?
- 59:56Speaker 14: Well, I mean, look, as has been publicly reported, the
- 59:59Speaker 14: Southern District of Florida has an open criminal investigation. That
- 1:00:03Speaker 14: involves hundreds of subpoenas. It involves hundreds of witnesses. And
- 1:00:06Speaker 14: so as far as timing and when we can expect it,
- 1:00:09Speaker 14: we are working hard and we are working efficiently, but
- 1:00:12Speaker 14: we are going to do it right. We are not
- 1:00:14Speaker 14: going to rush something that isn't ready. We're not going
- 1:00:18Speaker 14: to reach a conclusion before our investigation is over.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: But I assure you and I assure the American people
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: that we are completely focused on it. They're on it.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Southern District of Florida. I mean, we've got it confirmed
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: six ways from Sunday. It's there. They're doing it. They're
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: doing the grand conspiracy case. And if you're going to
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: do it right, nail it. Just absolutely nail it. They're like,
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: give us time to do it right. Okay, we've given
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: you a lot of time. Please nail it. We beg
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: of you. All right, I got a lot more coming
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: up today. We'll do it today on The Vince Show.
