- 0:08Speaker 1: Terrible Advice Shot. Hello, Lo, Lo, andll Welcome to the
- 0:16Speaker 1: Naughty but Night Show. I'm your host, strub Shooter. It's Monday.
- 0:19Speaker 1: We're having a few technical issues this morning with Garrett.
- 0:23Speaker 1: So it's going to be a solo show, my friends,
- 0:25Speaker 1: although we're never really solo on this show because we
- 0:28Speaker 1: all have each other. Thank you, Naughty's Hey, let's jumping.
- 0:33Speaker 1: What time is in? My friends? It is tea time,
- 0:37Speaker 1: big story at the top of the show. So Sherry
- 0:41Speaker 1: Shephard would love to have Wendy Williams on as a
- 0:45Speaker 1: guest on her new show. So Sherry would love Wendy
- 0:49Speaker 1: to come on as a guest when she begins production
- 0:52Speaker 1: of her new show a little bit later on in
- 0:54Speaker 1: the year. So the viewer lump. She was on the
- 0:57Speaker 1: view for eight years. That's why Sherry is so good
- 0:59Speaker 1: at the It's not only is she a natural, she's
- 1:01Speaker 1: super talented. She's done the work. She's done it for
- 1:04Speaker 1: eight years. She knows TV better than anybody. That's why
- 1:08Speaker 1: she is prepared when this opportunity came knocking. She's so
- 1:12Speaker 1: thankful for Williams. After it was announced that Wendy would
- 1:17Speaker 1: not be returning to the show, and instead Sherry would
- 1:21Speaker 1: be taking over those time slots. She said the following
- 1:24Speaker 1: to Dead Lion, she said, quote, I'm so thankful to
- 1:28Speaker 1: Wendy for letting me fill in for her and letting
- 1:31Speaker 1: me fill the gap to support her as all the
- 1:35Speaker 1: other co hosts have also done. I'm thankful because if
- 1:39Speaker 1: it wasn't for Wendy, the eyes wouldn't have been on me.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I'm so thankful for her and I am praying for her.
- 1:48Speaker 1: This is a really complicated situation. So Wendy has been
- 1:51Speaker 1: on that show for over a decade, it's the Wendy
- 1:54Speaker 1: Williams Show. She has been sick, she hasn't been at
- 1:56Speaker 1: the show now for six seven months. Producers have announced
- 2:00Speaker 1: they've got to do something. They can't just keep moving
- 2:02Speaker 1: forward with guest co hosts. So they've decided to give
- 2:06Speaker 1: Sherry her own show, give her the Wendy time slots,
- 2:10Speaker 1: which basically means now Wendy is without a show. Think
- 2:14Speaker 1: about TV. There's only so many hours in the day
- 2:19Speaker 1: and there's only so many time slots available. So if
- 2:22Speaker 1: they give Sherry Wendy's hour in the morning, if when
- 2:26Speaker 1: Wendy comes back, where is she gonna go. There's no
- 2:30Speaker 1: time slots. They're all filled up. Look at your TV
- 2:33Speaker 1: channel this morning. Look at all the guides every single hour,
- 2:36Speaker 1: maybe every half hour. There's a new show, there's a
- 2:39Speaker 1: new show. So where are they going to put Wendy.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Sherry has got these time slots. Now. Would they love
- 2:44Speaker 1: Wendy to hand Sherry their bat on? Of course they would.
- 2:49Speaker 1: That's not going to happen. Wendy's not exactly a pass
- 2:53Speaker 1: the bat on sort of person, so there's no chance
- 2:57Speaker 1: of Wendy coming on this show to say congratulations. So Sherry,
- 3:02Speaker 1: I think you should just move ahead without Wendy because
- 3:05Speaker 1: you're not going to get her blessinger. You are not
- 3:07Speaker 1: going to get her on as a guest. When Wendy
- 3:10Speaker 1: finally wants to tell her side of the story, she's
- 3:13Speaker 1: not going to do it on the Sherry Shepherd Show.
- 3:17Speaker 1: In fact, insiders tell Mia that Wendy is getting offers
- 3:21Speaker 1: from every single TV show, Good Morning America, the Today Show,
- 3:25Speaker 1: even the viewer to come on and tell her side
- 3:28Speaker 1: of the story. What happened? What went wrong? How do
- 3:31Speaker 1: you lose a hit show? So everybody wants to talk
- 3:36Speaker 1: to Wendy. She's not going to do it on the
- 3:38Speaker 1: Sherry Show. What does Sherry do moving forward? I like
- 3:41Speaker 1: Sherry a great deal. I have an enormous amount of
- 3:44Speaker 1: respect for her. I've met her a few times. She's
- 3:46Speaker 1: really really super super nice, and she is super super talented.
- 3:50Speaker 1: She does deserve to have her own show. But in
- 3:52Speaker 1: that statement that she said to Deadline, I think she's
- 3:55Speaker 1: telling the truth. If it wasn't for Wendy's really unusual,
- 3:59Speaker 1: really really sad situation that she's sick, Sherry would never
- 4:03Speaker 1: have been given this opportunity. It is so hard, almost impossible,
- 4:08Speaker 1: impossible to launch her own show. In fact, there's only
- 4:12Speaker 1: a handful of new talk shows that are launched every
- 4:15Speaker 1: single year. Most of them fail, So this is really
- 4:19Speaker 1: a extraordinary opportunity. Inside, as my sources tell me, Sherry
- 4:23Speaker 1: knows that she wouldn't have been offered this time slot.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Had Wendy not been sick, she might not have even
- 4:30Speaker 1: been offered her own show. There were some talks about
- 4:33Speaker 1: it a few years ago, but it didn't happen. It
- 4:36Speaker 1: happened now, and it's really ugly, But I think this
- 4:39Speaker 1: is the truth of life. Sometimes, in fact, quite often,
- 4:43Speaker 1: somebody has to fail or somebody has to get fired
- 4:47Speaker 1: for you to get the job, and to think of
- 4:49Speaker 1: the job you have now, you have that job because
- 4:52Speaker 1: somebody left, they were pushed out, they were fired. So
- 4:55Speaker 1: people have to leave for new shows, new jobs to
- 5:00Speaker 1: come up, but quite often, and Sherry is aware of that.
- 5:03Speaker 1: So she wants to handle Wendy and Wendy's fans with
- 5:07Speaker 1: so much respect. And I think she's doing that. I
- 5:09Speaker 1: do think she's doing a really good job of handling
- 5:12Speaker 1: this graciously, but it's still very, very tricky. I wouldn't
- 5:16Speaker 1: be doing these interviews, Sherry, where you talk about Wendy.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I would talk about the future, look forward, don't look back.
- 5:22Speaker 1: People are going to bring up Wendy Williams in every
- 5:25Speaker 1: interview you do, and you've just got to say I
- 5:27Speaker 1: love her, which I think is true. I love her
- 5:30Speaker 1: and I'm grateful, but I wouldn't go any further than that.
- 5:34Speaker 1: What do you think about all this? It brings us
- 5:37Speaker 1: to our whole question of the day. Sherry Shepherd wants
- 5:42Speaker 1: Wendy Williams as a guest on her new talk show.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Should Wendy take up Sherry's offer? Should Wendy go on
- 5:50Speaker 1: the Sherry Shepherd show. Wow, it's a big question today,
- 5:54Speaker 1: isn't it? Go voute on our Twitter page at naughty
- 5:58Speaker 1: nice Rob or a Facebook page which is naughty goes him,
- 6:01Speaker 1: and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Moving along, Courtney Cox says that she has a really
- 6:10Speaker 1: bad memory when it comes to Friends. Wow. Ouch, I
- 6:13Speaker 1: think so. Friends is the TV show that turned Courtney
- 6:17Speaker 1: and many others, Jennifer Anderson all those people into superstars.
- 6:22Speaker 1: But now the actor is revealing that her memory of
- 6:25Speaker 1: working on the show is that best spotty. She said
- 6:29Speaker 1: the following quote. I should have watched all ten seasons,
- 6:34Speaker 1: because when we did the reunion and they asked her
- 6:36Speaker 1: all these questions, I was like, I don't remember being there,
- 6:40Speaker 1: she said with a laugh. She said, yeah, I don't
- 6:42Speaker 1: remember filming so many episodes. I see it on TV
- 6:47Speaker 1: sometimes and I stop and go, oh my god, I
- 6:50Speaker 1: don't remember this at all. But she does add that
- 6:52Speaker 1: it is still pretty funny. When asked why why didn't
- 6:57Speaker 1: she remember being on the show, Courtney simply said, she
- 7:02Speaker 1: has a bad memory. Oh, there's a lot to unpack here.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I'm not sure this is completely true. It's half true,
- 7:09Speaker 1: and I love the truth. I love when people, celebrities
- 7:12Speaker 1: tell us what's really going on. I believe Courtney. I
- 7:15Speaker 1: believe that she does not remember doing that show. Every
- 7:19Speaker 1: detail of being on that show, well, I don't believe
- 7:22Speaker 1: is her. Reason why Often when we try to forget stuff,
- 7:26Speaker 1: it's because we don't want to remember. It was Courtney's
- 7:29Speaker 1: experience on the show not that good. One of the
- 7:32Speaker 1: cast members has said they don't remember a lot about
- 7:35Speaker 1: the show because they drank a lot through it. I
- 7:37Speaker 1: don't think that's the case with Courtney, but maybe it
- 7:39Speaker 1: wasn't quite as much fun as it looks to us
- 7:43Speaker 1: watching it. You must have had this happen. Have you
- 7:45Speaker 1: had a job that you've just blocked out? Did you
- 7:47Speaker 1: ever do something that you're like, I don't even remember it.
- 7:51Speaker 1: It feels like a lifetime ago, doesn't it, when you
- 7:54Speaker 1: look back at your career and the jobs you've done,
- 7:56Speaker 1: particularly if you've changed jobs quite a bit. I have.
- 7:59Speaker 1: I had lots of different types of jobs, and some
- 8:02Speaker 1: of them I don't even remember. When I worked for
- 8:05Speaker 1: celebrities for a long time, over fifteen years, I was
- 8:07Speaker 1: a publicist for did He Jalo, Jessica Simpson, Alicia Keys,
- 8:11Speaker 1: You know them bon Jovi. A lot of those, not
- 8:14Speaker 1: all of them, but a lot of those were not
- 8:17Speaker 1: that fun experience, and I've sort of blocked it out.
- 8:20Speaker 1: And when people now ask me about being a publicist,
- 8:22Speaker 1: it takes me a minute. I have to be like what,
- 8:25Speaker 1: and then I'm like, oh, wow, yeah, I did do that.
- 8:28Speaker 1: I did I did do that. I did go to
- 8:30Speaker 1: the Oscars with Jalo, and I did go to the
- 8:32Speaker 1: MTV Awards with did He. And I did hold Jessica's
- 8:35Speaker 1: hands when she broke up with Nick Lash. But a
- 8:37Speaker 1: lot of it I have to think about it because
- 8:40Speaker 1: I don't remember it now. If you ask me why,
- 8:44Speaker 1: I'm not going to give you a Courtney's answer. I'm
- 8:46Speaker 1: not going to say I have a bad memory. I
- 8:48Speaker 1: don't have a really good memory. But there's some things
- 8:50Speaker 1: we just don't want to remember. I wonder if that's
- 8:54Speaker 1: going on with Courtney too. This is really nice news
- 8:59Speaker 1: about a terrible situation. So Queen Elizabeth the Second herself
- 9:03Speaker 1: personally has donated to support the people of Ukraine. So
- 9:08Speaker 1: Queen Elizabeth made her donation to a UK charity that
- 9:12Speaker 1: works to aid Ukrainian refugee is now the only reason
- 9:16Speaker 1: we know this. The Queen did not tell us about this.
- 9:19Speaker 1: She wanted to do it privately. The charity told us this.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace has now confirmed the donation was made. The
- 9:26Speaker 1: amount is undisclosed. We don't know how much. People are
- 9:31Speaker 1: applauding the move on social media. The Queen normally makes
- 9:36Speaker 1: it a priority to stay politically neutral. As the Queen,
- 9:41Speaker 1: she doesn't ever express what she's thinking politically. However, this situation,
- 9:46Speaker 1: she's made the exception. And not only has she made
- 9:50Speaker 1: the exception that she has put her money where her mouthish.
- 9:54Speaker 1: She's worth over a billion billion dollars, so she has
- 9:58Speaker 1: the money. I'm told this is from her own money.
- 10:01Speaker 1: This is not from the state money or royal money.
- 10:03Speaker 1: This is from her personal bank account. She was so
- 10:07Speaker 1: moved with what is going on in the Ukraine. I
- 10:10Speaker 1: think we all are. It's just terrible that she made
- 10:13Speaker 1: a donation. I do love to she did not. She
- 10:16Speaker 1: did not disclose it. The charity did. I'm not sure
- 10:19Speaker 1: where they should have done that. Also to William McKay
- 10:22Speaker 1: have shared a statement to supporting the people of the
- 10:26Speaker 1: Ukraine moving forward, are we going to see the royals
- 10:30Speaker 1: be more political now? At the moment, most of us,
- 10:33Speaker 1: I would say, of people in the world, support the
- 10:37Speaker 1: people of the Ukraine. What's happening is outrageous. Is outrageous. However,
- 10:43Speaker 1: what happens if, moving forward, William and Kate get involved
- 10:47Speaker 1: in something that we don't agree with them politically? It's
- 10:50Speaker 1: it's a slippery slope, isn't it. And it's a it's
- 10:53Speaker 1: a very difficult and tricky decision to make. When you
- 10:56Speaker 1: do something that everybody supports, we applaud it. But why
- 11:00Speaker 1: happens when controversial subjects come up. It's one of the
- 11:03Speaker 1: reasons we love the Royals so much is that we
- 11:05Speaker 1: can all adore them people who are Republicans, people who
- 11:08Speaker 1: are Democrats, people in Britain who are conservative, people in
- 11:12Speaker 1: Britain who support the Labor Party. So I think one
- 11:15Speaker 1: of the reasons the Royal family have lasted as long
- 11:17Speaker 1: as they have is by staying neutral. It's it's more
- 11:21Speaker 1: complicated than it first seems, doesn't it. When you say
- 11:24Speaker 1: Queen Elizabeth made a donation to support the people of Ukraine,
- 11:27Speaker 1: of course we all cheer. People on social media are
- 11:31Speaker 1: applauding right now. It's wonderful, But does this now mean
- 11:35Speaker 1: the Royals are going to be more political and how
- 11:37Speaker 1: do you feel about that? It's a big, big question,
- 11:42Speaker 1: isn't it. Britney Spears is curious about Brittney Murphy, who
- 11:46Speaker 1: died in two thousand and nine in the home. Get
- 11:50Speaker 1: this that Brittany sold her? So the home where Brittney
- 11:55Speaker 1: Murphy was found dead once belonged to Brittney Speed. Yes,
- 12:00Speaker 1: I know, so Brittany is now curious, years later after
- 12:04Speaker 1: the death, curious about what happened to Brittany Murphy, the
- 12:09Speaker 1: forty year old pop star. Brittany shared and then deleted
- 12:13Speaker 1: a magazine cover a People magazine cover with details about
- 12:17Speaker 1: Murphy's death. Brittany went on to say that she was curious.
- 12:20Speaker 1: She said the following quote, I saw this online today.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Is anyone else curious? She died at thirty two? Brittany
- 12:28Speaker 1: wrote that, then deleted it. Spears sold Murphy the home
- 12:31Speaker 1: in two thousand and three for three point eight five
- 12:36Speaker 1: million dollars. Murphy died of pneumonia and also multiple drug
- 12:43Speaker 1: intoxication from prescriptions and over the counter medicine circumstances. Just
- 12:50Speaker 1: four months before Murphy's husband died Simon of similar causes.
- 12:57Speaker 1: The reason this is bubbling Garb is there's a new
- 13:00Speaker 1: HBO documentary about the death of Brittany Murphy. This is
- 13:04Speaker 1: going to be the next big thing. Britney Spears is
- 13:07Speaker 1: slightly connected to it because she did sell Brittany Murphy
- 13:10Speaker 1: the House. It is still so curious to die at
- 13:14Speaker 1: thirty two. I think that's why people are so so
- 13:18Speaker 1: so suspicious. Hey, quickly, before we get a break, Hillaria Baldwin, Hillary,
- 13:24Speaker 1: we tease you her real name is Hillary. She goes
- 13:27Speaker 1: by Hillaria. All that drama about who really is she.
- 13:32Speaker 1: She's like the talented Mr Ripley. I watched this new
- 13:35Speaker 1: series on Netflix. It was called Inventing Anna and some
- 13:41Speaker 1: people you have to dig a little deeper to get
- 13:44Speaker 1: to the truth, don't you so, Hilaria. Hillary Baldwin is
- 13:47Speaker 1: taken to social media to say that she's going to
- 13:50Speaker 1: disappear for a little bit. I love that she announced
- 13:53Speaker 1: that she was taking time off social media. On social media,
- 13:58Speaker 1: you know, if you want to step away from from
- 14:01Speaker 1: social media, you can just step away. You don't have
- 14:03Speaker 1: to put out a press release. These two so she
- 14:07Speaker 1: said the following quote, I'm going to take a break.
- 14:11Speaker 1: I promise I'll be back. I love you all and
- 14:13Speaker 1: I know you worried do we so want to give
- 14:17Speaker 1: you the heads up. The thirty eight year old is
- 14:20Speaker 1: also offering her fans her friends some advice and well wishes.
- 14:25Speaker 1: She says, be good to yourself and love each other
- 14:28Speaker 1: and have good energy. See you soon, and then she
- 14:32Speaker 1: captioned it with I cherish our community. I'll come right
- 14:36Speaker 1: back on. Don know about this one. Obviously, Alec is
- 14:39Speaker 1: in the middle of a wrongful death suit. Maybe the
- 14:42Speaker 1: lawyers have suggested it's it's a good idea for the
- 14:45Speaker 1: both of them to step away from social media. Anything
- 14:47Speaker 1: you post could be used against you in that ongoing
- 14:52Speaker 1: death suit. So maybe that's the reason why there's nothing wrong.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I guess with loving attention, Hello Real loves the spotlight,
- 15:01Speaker 1: and I think that she has proven this over and
- 15:04Speaker 1: over again. What I take issue with is people that
- 15:08Speaker 1: love to be center of attention but pretend, pretend that
- 15:13Speaker 1: they hated give us some privacy. Please leave me alone, Oh, Hilaria, Hillary,
- 15:19Speaker 1: We're gonna take a quick break and we will beat
- 15:21Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but Ni Chef.
- 15:28Speaker 1: I'm your house Rob. She our dear friend Garrett is
- 15:30Speaker 1: off today. Hey, let's get to the polls that the dark.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Thank you very much. Did you sing along? I think
- 15:35Speaker 1: you did so. Last show, we talked about Melinda Gates
- 15:38Speaker 1: who said that Bill's work, her ex husband, Bill Gates
- 15:41Speaker 1: work with Jeffrey Epstein played a role in her divorce.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Would this have played a big role for you to wow?
- 15:51Speaker 1: Ninety percent said yes. I don't think I could be
- 15:54Speaker 1: married to somebody who is potentially in business with Jeffrey Stein.
- 16:00Speaker 1: We agree, we agree, we agree. Hey, don't forget to
- 16:03Speaker 1: vote on today's pole. Go to our Twitter page at
- 16:06Speaker 1: Naughty Nice Rob or our Facebook page which is Naughty Gossip.
- 16:10Speaker 1: You can leave a comment there and be sure to
- 16:13Speaker 1: check back tomorrow to hear your results are now. Sing
- 16:18Speaker 1: along please, it's time for and Noises of the Day.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Thank you. So, how does Kim Kardashian really feel about
- 16:28Speaker 1: Kanye West dating a look alike? That's right, Kanye has
- 16:32Speaker 1: a new girlfriend. Her name is Shanny Jones and she
- 16:36Speaker 1: looks a lot like Kim kardashi and sources are saying
- 16:40Speaker 1: that Kim couldn't care less if he's trying to make
- 16:45Speaker 1: her jealous, not going to work, Kim could not care less.
- 16:49Speaker 1: They go on to say, she's over it. She just
- 16:51Speaker 1: wants to move on. She knows Kanye is a loose cannon.
- 16:55Speaker 1: At this point, nothing really surprises her. Just last week
- 17:00Speaker 1: was officially declared legally legally single. She wants to move
- 17:06Speaker 1: on and she just doesn't care. You get to that
- 17:10Speaker 1: point sometimes in life, don't you. You just don't care.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Kim and nicest of the day, and now I naughtiest
- 17:17Speaker 1: that the day, naughty nought nought. So Zoe Kravitz is
- 17:22Speaker 1: revealing that she was considered quote to urban when she
- 17:26Speaker 1: auditioned for Batman The Dark Night Rises. So Zoe was
- 17:32Speaker 1: passed over for the role in two thousand and twelve
- 17:36Speaker 1: in The Dark Night Rises because she was considered to
- 17:39Speaker 1: be quote to urban. She said the following quote. I
- 17:42Speaker 1: don't know if this came directly from Chris Nolan, He's
- 17:46Speaker 1: the big famous director. She goes on to say, I
- 17:49Speaker 1: actually think it was probably a casting director of some
- 17:52Speaker 1: kind or a casting director's assistant. Right now, Zoe is
- 17:57Speaker 1: playing Catwoman in the new Batman and opposite Robert Pattinson.
- 18:02Speaker 1: It's breaking box office records. I think a hundred and
- 18:04Speaker 1: forty million dollars just this weekend. It's going to be
- 18:08Speaker 1: a monster monster monster movie already is She said, though,
- 18:12Speaker 1: that at one time she was uncomfortable with her own blackness,
- 18:16Speaker 1: and it took her a long time to not only
- 18:18Speaker 1: accept it, but also to love it and scream it
- 18:22Speaker 1: from the rooftops. Hey, whoever said this? The casting director, whoever?
- 18:27Speaker 1: It was the naughtiest of the day. And before we end,
- 18:30Speaker 1: let's have a moment of rob. You get a rob,
- 18:32Speaker 1: you get a robb, you get a rob, but you
- 18:33Speaker 1: get you get a rob? Thank you very much. Ask yourself,
- 18:37Speaker 1: where might you be right now if your parents, your friends,
- 18:41Speaker 1: your teachers, your idols had all encouraged you to be
- 18:46Speaker 1: kinder to yourself. Think about it. Where would you be
- 18:51Speaker 1: right now? Where would your life be here? What would
- 18:53Speaker 1: be different in your life if somebody, somebody had encouraged
- 18:57Speaker 1: you to be kind to yourself. It's not too late.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Start being kind to yourself today. Encourage yourself to be
- 19:07Speaker 1: kind to others, and I promise you your life world change. Hey,
- 19:14Speaker 1: that's it for today. Thank you so much for listening
- 19:18Speaker 1: to their naughty but nice show, A production of I
- 19:21Speaker 1: Heart Radio. Don't forget to subscribe on the I Heart radio, app,
- 19:25Speaker 1: Apple podcast or wherever you listen and leave us a review.
