- 0:01Speaker 1: The Blaze in Confused. Podcast is rated M from marijuana
- 0:04Speaker 1: no minors, but your audience is only.
- 0:08Speaker 2: And that's one thing I never had. I never had
- 0:10Speaker 2: an iPod before. I never I didn't get into apple
- 0:12Speaker 2: stuff until about seven years ago. You never ever had
- 0:15Speaker 2: an iPod? I was always an android guy. But did
- 0:17Speaker 2: you ever have an iPod?
- 0:18Speaker 1: An M three? I had an MP three player, I
- 0:20Speaker 1: honestly didn't really use it.
- 0:21Speaker 3: That.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Do you have a zode?
- 0:23Speaker 4: Remember that? You not have that?
- 0:24Speaker 1: I remember those? Would you listen to music on the
- 0:26Speaker 1: radio or something like a weirdo.
- 0:30Speaker 4: Maybe? Yeah? Go ahead.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Becker showed me your radio tattoo. Oh I have I
- 0:36Speaker 1: have one? Yeah, you're right, shut up, you bitch. The
- 0:40Speaker 1: fuck it's a major part of my life.
- 0:42Speaker 4: Oh, yours, here we go. I'm sorry. Forty seconds in,
- 0:45Speaker 4: I'm calling you a bitch. This is the thing I
- 0:47Speaker 4: really want to try very hard this episode. Oh man
- 0:51Speaker 4: did not curse. Okay, all right, let's make a conscious
- 0:54Speaker 4: effort of it. Well, I'm saying it right now. Maybe
- 0:57Speaker 4: every time I say the word fuck, like I have
- 1:00Speaker 4: sound effect or something.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Just one. But let's uh, let's see how well we
- 1:04Speaker 1: do with that.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Yeah, and at the end, we'll have an Italian Pas
- 1:07Speaker 2: said bit earlier, is I think.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Bitch is okay?
- 1:10Speaker 4: Okay?
- 1:11Speaker 2: Okay, good George? Do you think bitch is okay? Is
- 1:13Speaker 2: that an offensive word?
- 1:15Speaker 3: I guess it's all in context, right, Yeah, I think
- 1:18Speaker 3: it's fine.
- 1:20Speaker 1: I wouldn't worry about it.
- 1:22Speaker 5: He's still blazed and confused podcast.
- 1:26Speaker 1: You know what, here's the thing.
- 1:28Speaker 4: I wanted McDonald's to sponsor this podcast, but now I
- 1:31Speaker 4: think McDonald's is the reason why I have shitty skin,
- 1:34Speaker 4: So now I don't think I want them to sponsor
- 1:36Speaker 4: this podcast anymore. You know, Ronald McDonald too greasy. I
- 1:40Speaker 4: think that's what it is. Is that what it is,
- 1:42Speaker 4: My awful diet is the reason why am I have
- 1:44Speaker 4: shitty skin?
- 1:45Speaker 1: I hate my skin. Do you drink a lot of water?
- 1:47Speaker 4: No?
- 1:47Speaker 1: Yeah, I would drink a lot more water hydrate number.
- 1:50Speaker 4: One yeah, yeah, this is funny. As of recently, I've
- 1:56Speaker 4: had the same dermatologists for a long long, long, long,
- 1:59Speaker 4: long long time. Actually, like years ago, my dermatologist switched
- 2:03Speaker 4: offices like and started working for a different branch or
- 2:05Speaker 4: whatever the hell see I said, hell not fuck.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Ah shit, oh we did it again.
- 2:14Speaker 4: Anyway. I like I like traveled with my dermatologists.
- 2:18Speaker 1: From like one office to the other office, you know
- 2:19Speaker 1: what I mean.
- 2:20Speaker 4: I like this woman a lot. So I was supposed
- 2:23Speaker 4: to have a dermatologists appointment like a month ago, and
- 2:26Speaker 4: they normally like call you and confirm the appointment.
- 2:29Speaker 1: And I thought the day of the appointment, I thought.
- 2:32Speaker 4: Wow, it's strangely like I didn't get like a text
- 2:34Speaker 4: or like a call or anything like. So I called.
- 2:36Speaker 4: I was like preemptive with it, you know, I like
- 2:38Speaker 4: reached out and I called the office yeah, And I said, Eddie,
- 2:42Speaker 4: I haven't heard from anybody. I just want to make
- 2:44Speaker 4: sure I have an appointment today. And she goes, oh yeah,
- 2:46Speaker 4: let me look, and she goes, oh yeah, we discovered
- 2:50Speaker 4: after your last visit that we don't take your new insurance,
- 2:53Speaker 4: so unfortunately we canceled your appointment.
- 2:56Speaker 1: And I was like, and they didn't tell you, man,
- 3:00Speaker 1: I was just gonna show up, So now I need
- 3:03Speaker 1: a new dermatologist.
- 3:04Speaker 2: All that great customer service until the end, right, you know.
- 3:10Speaker 1: That's just a little sad though, I mean, you know
- 3:13Speaker 1: that it's the truth. They don't really know care but
- 3:16Speaker 1: just haven't proved.
- 3:17Speaker 4: The Funniest thing though, is that she said again after
- 3:20Speaker 4: your last visit, like the they discovered it after I
- 3:22Speaker 4: went the last time that they didn't.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Don't ever call him. Yeah, don't let him in. They're
- 3:30Speaker 1: walking out. He's like, that's the last we'll ever see m.
- 3:34Speaker 2: They're probably the reason that you might have skin issues too,
- 3:37Speaker 2: you know, maybe they didn't like you to begin with them.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know the dermatologist.
- 3:41Speaker 4: The last time I was there, I remember her being like,
- 3:43Speaker 4: you really got to One thing she said is that
- 3:46Speaker 4: I should be changing my what do you call pillow cases?
- 3:49Speaker 4: Like once a week.
- 3:52Speaker 1: When's the last time you changed your pillowcase?
- 3:55Speaker 4: I actually changed my bed sheets for the first time
- 3:57Speaker 4: in a very long time about a week ago, which
- 4:00Speaker 4: included the pillowcases. And by very long time, I mean like,
- 4:05Speaker 4: you know, a few months, probably.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Does it?
- 4:09Speaker 3: Do you like get in there and not feel good
- 4:10Speaker 3: about it? Like new sheets feel so good jumping into al.
- 4:15Speaker 4: And a week ago I was like, oh wow, I
- 4:17Speaker 4: forgot how nice this is, like a freshly made, like
- 4:21Speaker 4: nice bed Because for the longest time I've been a
- 4:24Speaker 4: big proponent of why make the bed if you're just
- 4:26Speaker 4: gonna unmake it and sleep in it?
- 4:28Speaker 1: Fair However, now the older that I get, I feel
- 4:30Speaker 1: like I'm.
- 4:31Speaker 4: Maturing in some way, shape or form, because I do
- 4:34Speaker 4: enjoy getting into a freshly made bed.
- 4:37Speaker 1: I make my bed every day. I will say I
- 4:40Speaker 1: think I'm very bad at making the bed. Some people
- 4:42Speaker 1: are good at it. I'm not good at it enough
- 4:44Speaker 1: to do a tutorial video. Now, like you're not what
- 4:48Speaker 1: do you have on your bed?
- 4:49Speaker 3: Though?
- 4:50Speaker 1: You have a sheet and one one blanket? What do
- 4:53Speaker 1: you got?
- 4:54Speaker 4: No? No, So here here's the thing. Let me ask you.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Do you have a duvet cover or do you have a.
- 5:00Speaker 3: This is interesting, So is the secret to a good marriage?
- 5:03Speaker 3: And my wife and I have separate blankets, right, so
- 5:09Speaker 3: like we can you know, it's not like we're separated,
- 5:12Speaker 3: but like she has her own like nice little blanket
- 5:14Speaker 3: that would be for a single and then the same
- 5:17Speaker 3: for me. And then you can kind of like share.
- 5:19Speaker 3: But then you have your own thing. You're not like
- 5:20Speaker 3: ripping it from the person.
- 5:22Speaker 1: So it's a good idea.
- 5:23Speaker 2: It's because you got that extra you know, if there's
- 5:25Speaker 2: two people under one cover, you got that extra body
- 5:28Speaker 2: heat coming your way to you know.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I don't like sleeping hot.
- 5:30Speaker 3: I like to be nice and yeah, it's it's been
- 5:33Speaker 3: really good for our relationship.
- 5:35Speaker 4: Good. Yeah.
- 5:36Speaker 2: I thought actually you were going to say you were
- 5:37Speaker 2: sleeping in two different bedrooms, because a lot of people
- 5:39Speaker 2: do that these days. My folks have been doing it
- 5:42Speaker 2: for a long time. And by doing it, I mean
- 5:45Speaker 2: they're sleeping in different you know.
- 5:46Speaker 4: It's more how do they do it?
- 5:48Speaker 1: If they're sleeping in separate bedrooms, you ask them. I
- 5:51Speaker 1: don't want to ask them that. Hey, how do your
- 5:53Speaker 1: parents do it?
- 5:54Speaker 4: You know? Yeah?
- 5:57Speaker 1: Yeah, talk about that tonight at dinner. Thanks the guys.
- 6:00Speaker 1: I was thinking about it. What are you sleeping? Habits?
- 6:04Speaker 1: Should we get on with the questions?
- 6:05Speaker 3: Here? Oh?
- 6:06Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 6:06Speaker 1: By the way, George Whacker is here.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Hi.
- 6:09Speaker 1: See hi George. How's it going? Remind people who you are?
- 6:11Speaker 3: And George Whacker with Lehigh Value with Love. Uh what,
- 6:15Speaker 3: we have a podcast. We do a lot of fun
- 6:17Speaker 3: stuff on social We're gonna be doing fun stuff at
- 6:20Speaker 3: music Fest. Check us out at lvwidlove dot com.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Hey, we're gonna talk more about that in just a
- 6:26Speaker 1: few minutes.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Joe.
- 6:29Speaker 2: He's back for episode twelve of the Blaze to Confused podcast.
- 6:32Speaker 5: Let's go Welcome to the Blazed and Confused podcast with
- 6:38Speaker 5: Becker and Joel, The trivia podcast where the questions are
- 6:42Speaker 5: high and so are they. Hates, Tractice, spark Here, curiosity,
- 6:46Speaker 5: and line up some knowledge though Blazed and Confused. Podcast
- 6:51Speaker 5: starts now.
- 6:57Speaker 1: At feedback. Yeah, we're so professional. Start that podcast with
- 7:02Speaker 1: some nice feedback.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Yeah, with a fellow professional podcaster causing the feedback. Sorry, yeah,
- 7:09Speaker 2: I forget what episode you were here. Let you were
- 7:11Speaker 2: one of the first what three?
- 7:12Speaker 1: Number one or No? Two or three?
- 7:15Speaker 4: Cool?
- 7:15Speaker 1: And you are back for twelve.
- 7:17Speaker 2: And if you're wondering, have we gotten any better at this,
- 7:19Speaker 2: any more professional in our approach to the show, the
- 7:22Speaker 2: answer is no. But we did add a new thing
- 7:24Speaker 2: called rapid Round. And you get ten questions or about
- 7:27Speaker 2: sixty seconds worth of questions, and we're going to fire
- 7:30Speaker 2: off to you. Got to answer those to me? You can't,
- 7:32Speaker 2: oh yeah, feature because.
- 7:33Speaker 1: The last time I was here, I wasn't involved at all.
- 7:35Speaker 1: So an upgrade.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Yeah, we wanted to make sure the guests kid took
- 7:39Speaker 2: time out of their schedules to be here. We're a
- 7:40Speaker 2: little bit more involved. We should explain to you.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Say that we haven't improved. We've definitely. I couldn't say anything, no, no, no,
- 7:49Speaker 1: I says.
- 7:49Speaker 4: Becker says that we haven't improved. Now we're doing we've improved.
- 7:52Speaker 4: We've we've established ground rules for every episode. So our
- 7:55Speaker 4: guest always does the rapid around at the beginning, okay,
- 7:58Speaker 4: and then our guest is all so the lifeline for
- 8:01Speaker 4: each of our questions. So we have four questions for
- 8:04Speaker 4: I have four questions for him, he has four questions
- 8:06Speaker 4: for me. And you are a lifeline. We can use
- 8:08Speaker 4: you one time.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Each, got it. Okay, so we have improved, we have improved.
- 8:13Speaker 2: Good episode twelve.
- 8:16Speaker 4: Yeah, alright, anyway, the.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Game begins into three.
- 8:25Speaker 4: All right, George Wagger, let's do it. What was the

- 8:32Speaker 4: Got it?
- 8:33Speaker 1: What gas is most abundant in Earth's atmosphere? Oxygen? No? Nitrogen?

- 9:32Speaker 2: in the United States? Music First, We're gonna talk about
- 9:35Speaker 2: that in just a minute. Here, let's freaka these answers.
- 9:38Speaker 1: That wasn't bad, right, it was good. That was completely unprepared.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Guys.
- 9:42Speaker 2: See last time I thought the questions were a little easy.
- 9:44Speaker 3: I'm just like, I was very flustered there.
- 9:48Speaker 1: I just still did very good. George did a great job.
- 9:51Speaker 4: So Donkey Kong was the first video game of feature.
- 9:54Speaker 4: You know, I've really never played any of the Mario
- 9:56Speaker 4: games ever.
- 9:57Speaker 1: No, well you were born in ninety eight.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Yeah, but my friends still all played Mario. Like Mario
- 10:03Speaker 4: What is it Mario Kart? Is that like a racing game?
- 10:05Speaker 1: I think it's likest ever made.
- 10:07Speaker 3: Like there's Nintendo people and then there's like PlayStation people.
- 10:11Speaker 4: Yeah, I would have a PlayStation kid. Yeah, rock band,
- 10:13Speaker 4: That's what I played all the music games. Oh right,
- 10:17Speaker 4: I was gonna say Beatles rock band. I was trying
- 10:19Speaker 4: to think of what other kind of system came out
- 10:20Speaker 4: around when you were born. It was probably a PlayStation. Yeah, yeah,
- 10:24Speaker 4: I had a PlayStation two. I remember for Christmas one
- 10:27Speaker 4: year my dad got up PlayStation three.
- 10:29Speaker 1: My mom bought up.
- 10:30Speaker 4: PlayStation three for him, and then that's when they stopped.
- 10:35Speaker 4: Or maybe PS fours did we have that? Maybe that
- 10:38Speaker 4: was kind of recently. I think, Yeah, they have a
- 10:39Speaker 4: five now, isn't that the lightest one? Five?
- 10:41Speaker 1: I got five?
- 10:42Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 10:43Speaker 1: Do you play that a lot?
- 10:44Speaker 4: I do?
- 10:45Speaker 3: Man, I love I love NBA two K. I was
- 10:48Speaker 3: just playing RoboCop this mart and I new RoboCop game.
- 10:51Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 10:52Speaker 4: In my free time, I just can't find I just
- 10:56Speaker 4: don't see myself ever sitting down and playing video games.
- 10:59Speaker 4: I did buy a PlayStation three, I think, or maybe
- 11:01Speaker 4: I bought a PS four off one of my friends. Yeah,
- 11:03Speaker 4: when I lived in my old apartment and I played
- 11:05Speaker 4: it for like two weeks. Wow, that was nuts of
- 11:08Speaker 4: bird just flew right into this fuck shit. I curse
- 11:13Speaker 4: fuck and he did it three more times or whatever
- 11:15Speaker 4: that was.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Video games are they're good for you? You're good?
- 11:21Speaker 3: I mean, it depends good for me It's like, honestly,
- 11:24Speaker 3: it's like, if I need a break, I'll go take
- 11:27Speaker 3: thirty minutes and not think about work stuff, you know.
- 11:30Speaker 4: Yeah, anyway, Donkey Kong, very good, you got that one.
- 11:34Speaker 4: But the gas that's most abundant the Earth's atmosphere is nitrogen. Yeah,
- 11:38Speaker 4: blood type, that's knows the universal donor. You got it?
- 11:41Speaker 4: O negative.
- 11:42Speaker 1: James Earl Jones Darth Vader and mufassas fun to say
- 11:46Speaker 1: it isn't it? Move fasso?
- 11:48Speaker 4: So James James Earl Jones is Darth Vader and he's
- 11:51Speaker 4: in Star Wars, right, yep, all right, So I've never
- 11:53Speaker 4: seen like.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Any of the Star Wars movies ever. I've never known
- 11:56Speaker 1: the Star Wars movie.
- 11:57Speaker 2: I just watched him for the first time ever, like
- 11:59Speaker 2: six years ago. I never watched him when I was younger.
- 12:02Speaker 3: There, I'm not a big Star Wars guy, but they're
- 12:04Speaker 3: worth watching, you know, They're good stuff.
- 12:07Speaker 1: It's just it's not a little underwhelming lately, as when
- 12:10Speaker 1: I gets a sense of the recent ones have been.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not even that I'm like totally against sci
- 12:15Speaker 2: fi or fantasy. Well, I'm just a little weird about it.
- 12:17Speaker 2: I'm very specific about the type.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Of days like what you like, man, you know, no pressure.
- 12:22Speaker 2: I get a lot of shit for that. I did
- 12:23Speaker 2: for a long time. You never saw Star Wars, all right,
- 12:26Speaker 2: so this is hilarious. So last night, this is not
- 12:29Speaker 2: hilarious because I kind of fucked.
- 12:30Speaker 4: Up a.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Telling you it's gonna be difficult, all right.
- 12:35Speaker 4: I kind of screwed up a little teeny I had
- 12:37Speaker 4: a little teeny tiny mistake of my wedding last night
- 12:40Speaker 4: because the the bridal party, for the grand intro, for
- 12:43Speaker 4: the entrances, uh, the groomsman wanted to walk out to
- 12:47Speaker 4: when we met that my note said, and I went
- 12:50Speaker 4: back and looked it said the Jedi Temple March, And
- 12:53Speaker 4: so I went and I got.
- 12:55Speaker 1: The music that I got was like, you know, the
- 12:56Speaker 1: Star Wars music.
- 12:57Speaker 4: I wish I could play it, but I can't because
- 12:58Speaker 4: it's copyright. But it was like the bump bump, bump bum.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Well, wouldn't you know that ain't the Jedi. That's the
- 13:07Speaker 1: Death March, different march. Yeah, yeah, that's.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Actually kind of funny that you put on like the
- 13:15Speaker 3: Imperial Death March or whatever.
- 13:17Speaker 1: And you want to were people laughing or are they
- 13:21Speaker 1: like mad?
- 13:22Speaker 4: Well? No, no, listen.
- 13:23Speaker 1: They walked and they walked in with the lightsabers too,
- 13:26Speaker 1: and they were like, because I went out, I thought
- 13:28Speaker 1: that I kind of screwed it up because.
- 13:29Speaker 4: Right before the Grand intur, I'm thinking, I don't think
- 13:31Speaker 4: that's the Jedi Temple march.
- 13:33Speaker 1: And then Brock, my assistant, was like, yeah, dude, that's
- 13:35Speaker 1: the wrong song.
- 13:36Speaker 4: I'm like, no, so I pulled the wrong thing. And
- 13:38Speaker 4: of course there was no internet there because I I
- 13:40Speaker 4: couldn't even pop on and get the right right ship
- 13:42Speaker 4: last minute.
- 13:43Speaker 1: So I went out and I told him flat out,
- 13:46Speaker 1: I'm like, I think that I preferenced the whole.
- 13:48Speaker 4: Thing by so I've never seen Star Wars. I'm just
- 13:51Speaker 4: I'm not I'm not a movie guy. Oh man, I'm
- 13:54Speaker 4: really not a sci fi like. I just Star Wars
- 13:57Speaker 4: is way out of my wheelouse. It just is. And
- 14:00Speaker 4: uh so they're like, what, you've never seen Star Wars.
- 14:02Speaker 4: You gotta go home and watch and I said, oh
- 14:04Speaker 4: I will. By the way, I think they have the
- 14:06Speaker 4: wrong song for you guys. They were like really, and
- 14:09Speaker 4: then they were like, Oh, it's no big deal. We'll
- 14:11Speaker 4: just we'll put our lightsabers to red. And then they
- 14:14Speaker 4: all like, all right, they all marched in, but it
- 14:18Speaker 4: was kind of awkward.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Yeah, they sound like fun people if they're willing to
- 14:22Speaker 1: be like that.
- 14:23Speaker 4: Yeah, you know what I mean.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Sounds you know it still might come from me if
- 14:29Speaker 2: you ended the story earlier, I'd be like, you're never
- 14:31Speaker 2: going to get a referral from those guys.
- 14:35Speaker 4: Death march on our wedding day. But else to be
- 14:39Speaker 4: as George the smallest independent country in the world, Batican City.
- 14:43Speaker 1: First president to appear on television. Wait, I went, can
- 14:46Speaker 1: we walk through this?
- 14:47Speaker 4: Yes, you want to think about it again.
- 14:49Speaker 3: To appear on television, so it implies the existence of television. Yes,
- 14:55Speaker 3: so we're not talking about like film. So Abraham Lincoln
- 14:58Speaker 3: wouldn't count because that's not television. So you're like live television. Man,
- 15:04Speaker 3: I don't know Eisenhower, No, Nixon, it's not Nixon.
- 15:08Speaker 2: No.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Then I'm just throwing names.
- 15:09Speaker 4: Out now, so old.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Why can't I.
- 15:14Speaker 2: I like Jolda to say the president's real full name,
- 15:18Speaker 2: not the abbreviation.
- 15:19Speaker 4: What is it? Frank? You know what?
- 15:23Speaker 1: Deleanor Delano you were going to go bitch? Should have
- 15:30Speaker 1: should have known that?
- 15:31Speaker 2: One know, if that's a curse, we're not is bitch
- 15:33Speaker 2: a curse words. We're going to figure that out. It's
- 15:35Speaker 2: that one's allowed, right, But it was like, yeah.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Well no, yeah, I guess I just don't.
- 15:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 15:39Speaker 1: I mean, I'm not making any excuses or no, it
- 15:42Speaker 1: makes sense, Delano, that's what it is.
- 15:48Speaker 4: Really. Yeah.
- 15:49Speaker 2: I always said, Deleanor, how many colors are there in
- 15:52Speaker 2: the traditional rainbow?
- 15:53Speaker 1: You got that right? It was seven? Roy g Biv. Yeah,
- 15:56Speaker 1: you remember Saved by the Bell.
- 15:58Speaker 2: They had a whole they had an episode where they
- 15:59Speaker 2: talked about the rainbow and roidgibiv.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Was that something that happened? Am I wrong about that?
- 16:03Speaker 4: I don't remember.
- 16:03Speaker 1: You're a big Saved by the Bell guy, remember that
- 16:05Speaker 1: at all? Yeah? Roygbiv? Yeah, roydgbiv was always a way
- 16:10Speaker 1: that I would remember.
- 16:11Speaker 2: I just feel like they had that mentioned in a
- 16:13Speaker 2: Saved by the Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Right, ye, roydgbiv.
- 16:24Speaker 4: What chess piece can move in an L shape? Yes?
- 16:27Speaker 1: I've never played chess.
- 16:29Speaker 2: I played chess once drunk, and apparently I did really well.
- 16:32Speaker 2: I tried to play it again like a month later.
- 16:34Speaker 2: I had no idea what I was doing, so I
- 16:36Speaker 2: I even bought a chess set to try to learn.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I never did that.
- 16:39Speaker 4: It's like Checkers actually yard sale this past spring. So
- 16:46Speaker 4: checkers is the chess is Checkers like for adults.
- 16:50Speaker 1: The aer a board game you played for Yeah.
- 16:54Speaker 4: Yeah, So so what's the difference between chess and checkers?
- 16:58Speaker 4: Like in Checkers, the pieces can only go certain ways
- 17:02Speaker 4: and do certain things.
- 17:03Speaker 3: And chess the pieces can most of them, well not
- 17:06Speaker 3: all of them.
- 17:06Speaker 1: They move in different directions and there's different ways.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Yeah, Checkers you can move diagonally and you can. Chess
- 17:13Speaker 2: is like they're completely different.
- 17:14Speaker 3: There's basically they're played on the same board and you
- 17:16Speaker 3: can jump over a space.
- 17:17Speaker 1: But that's kind of.
- 17:20Speaker 4: Interesting.
- 17:20Speaker 2: You're never going to learn how to play that. Worry
- 17:22Speaker 2: about it, No doubt that.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Motivates me to go out and learn how to play it.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Somebody teach me how to play chess, please, Yeah, I
- 17:30Speaker 2: want to watch that.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Yeah, there's an all call. We're going to put the
- 17:33Speaker 1: all call out.
- 17:34Speaker 4: If you're listening to this podcast right now and you
- 17:35Speaker 4: want to teach me how to play chess, you reach
- 17:37Speaker 4: out to me.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Let me know it's going to be a chore.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Which part of the human body contains the smallest bones,
- 17:44Speaker 2: the ear. Yeah, and what's the name of the largest
- 17:46Speaker 2: free music festival in the United States is coming up
- 17:48Speaker 2: this week? Actually this Arizon Thursday, this episode, And is
- 17:52Speaker 2: it Freda tonight?
- 17:53Speaker 4: Technically?
- 17:54Speaker 1: All right? Cool?
- 17:55Speaker 2: And it kicks off for a full week and you're
- 17:57Speaker 2: going to be down there right sure?
- 17:58Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I live close to it, like it
- 18:00Speaker 3: would rather be nowhere else during those ten days.
- 18:03Speaker 4: Is great.
- 18:04Speaker 2: And if people happen to live outside of our area
- 18:06Speaker 2: here it is held in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. And is the
- 18:10Speaker 2: what is it the forty first year of doing it?
- 18:12Speaker 2: Forty second?
- 18:13Speaker 1: You put me on the spot. I don't Yes, I
- 18:14Speaker 1: believe it's more than that.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Actually, I think it started in eighty four when I
- 18:19Speaker 2: was born. That's maybe forty one. Yeah, wow, but no.
- 18:22Speaker 3: It's great. It is my one of our favorite times. Actually,
- 18:25Speaker 3: our company has always been tied to music Fest because
- 18:28Speaker 3: every the way that I started, we would do a
- 18:31Speaker 3: scavenger hunt. Yeah, back in like the let's just say,
- 18:34Speaker 3: like what twenty ten's you know, early and we would
- 18:37Speaker 3: put up a list of like some things you had
- 18:39Speaker 3: to find.
- 18:39Speaker 1: We're one point up to ten points, and we had.
- 18:41Speaker 3: All these prizes you could win and It was really
- 18:44Speaker 3: a way for us to market ourselves.
- 18:45Speaker 1: And so you remember that, Joel.
- 18:47Speaker 2: I remember that because I was a fan of Georgia
- 18:48Speaker 2: stuff before I even met him, and he gave his
- 18:50Speaker 2: friend Yeah, And.
- 18:51Speaker 3: It was just such a neat concept. We had, you know,
- 18:53Speaker 3: hundreds of people playing. And I don't know if you
- 18:57Speaker 3: could do it now, like it's just the internet landscape
- 18:59Speaker 3: is different. But it was such a fun way to
- 19:03Speaker 3: experiment because you just had all that in your backyard.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Anything we do a scavenger hunt now, I don't know,
- 19:09Speaker 2: it's just people would be way more into it.
- 19:11Speaker 3: I was having this conversation, how people are they take
- 19:14Speaker 3: less pictures than they used to, Like, it's not as
- 19:16Speaker 3: novel as it used to be, Like, oh my god,
- 19:18Speaker 3: I have a camera on my phone. It used to
- 19:19Speaker 3: be this is crazy, and now it's so normal that
- 19:23Speaker 3: you're not down there looking for some of those suff
- 19:25Speaker 3: and some of the stuff we were asking people.
- 19:26Speaker 1: To like take pictures of. I probably wouldn't want now,
- 19:32Speaker 1: something that it was a little or whatnot. You grow
- 19:36Speaker 1: as a.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Person, right, so I wouldn't want we were like a
- 19:39Speaker 3: guy with socks and sandals, I get a picture like
- 19:42Speaker 3: I don't know, it's kind of mean spirited, even though
- 19:45Speaker 3: I've been that guy.
- 19:47Speaker 2: Socks and sandals sales. When I got here, I was
- 19:52Speaker 2: wearing with no socks.
- 19:53Speaker 4: I do wear socks and sans birking stocks and socks.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Isn't weird.
- 19:58Speaker 3: But then we would make people do like a human
- 20:00Speaker 3: pyramid and stuff like that, So it's fine.
- 20:03Speaker 1: I mean, hey, it's like a whole risk thing, you know,
- 20:06Speaker 1: never say never.
- 20:07Speaker 3: I'm not saying he couldn't do it, was just it
- 20:08Speaker 3: was a lot of work, and I don't know. Now
- 20:10Speaker 3: people are just doing TikTok so, yeah, it would have
- 20:12Speaker 3: to be TikTok related.
- 20:13Speaker 2: I guess I just joined TikTok because of Joel's video
- 20:17Speaker 2: of our friend going viral. We had our friends, you know, Stephanie,
- 20:20Speaker 2: Stephanie Uh, we used to work with the radio station.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Yeah she went viral virus, yeah she got but ninety thousand.
- 20:27Speaker 2: I used it a little bit viral, A little bit,
- 20:29Speaker 2: A little bit viral, A little bit.
- 20:30Speaker 1: That's that's correct, really, but.
- 20:33Speaker 4: Like fifteen thousand likes. But it was just super ferishing.
- 20:36Speaker 1: It was super fast and super funny.
- 20:38Speaker 4: That's exactly what pops on TikTok so now now that
- 20:42Speaker 4: you have TikTok on your phone, are you do you
- 20:43Speaker 4: catch yourself like sprawling on it or not?
- 20:45Speaker 1: I haven't opened it since that day. Really, yeah, I
- 20:48Speaker 1: know why. It's just like Instagram reels. I don't know
- 20:51Speaker 1: how to use it.
- 20:52Speaker 4: What do you mean you don't know how to use
- 20:53Speaker 4: how to use it? It's just like Instagram reels.
- 20:56Speaker 1: It's really not that hard. It's weird for me to say, like,
- 20:58Speaker 1: I'm just actually not that interested.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Okay, it's I I agree with you though, it's weird
- 21:06Speaker 3: like I used to maybe interact with stuff differently on
- 21:09Speaker 3: social media than I do currently. I'm just speaking for myself,
- 21:12Speaker 3: but yeah, I don't. I don't doom scroll as much.
- 21:15Speaker 1: I don't know, I don't do that as much anymore either,
- 21:17Speaker 1: I do.
- 21:18Speaker 4: And I was actually just thinking about this this morning.
- 21:21Speaker 4: I really do think that TikTok and reels in general
- 21:24Speaker 4: has ruined my attention spand I think that like sandedly
- 21:28Speaker 4: has ruined my attention pan.
- 21:30Speaker 1: And I'll give you a perfect example.
- 21:31Speaker 4: I was sitting listening to music on Spotify today. I
- 21:34Speaker 4: get through a minute and twenty five seconds of the
- 21:37Speaker 4: song and my brain is thinking, God when is this over? Yeah,
- 21:40Speaker 4: this is freaking long and it's I looked and it
- 21:42Speaker 4: was a minute twenty five seconds. And this is why
- 21:44Speaker 4: I like to I prefer to listen to music on
- 21:46Speaker 4: Vinyl versus Spotify, because when you put a record on,
- 21:51Speaker 4: you know you're not gonna get up and like skip songs.
- 21:53Speaker 4: It's more like you're listening to the album as an
- 21:56Speaker 4: art piece the way that the artists intended exactly agree act.
- 22:01Speaker 3: And then you have like an involvement with it. You're
- 22:03Speaker 3: touching doing. Yeah, I agree.
- 22:05Speaker 4: So it's kind of sad to me that again, my
- 22:08Speaker 4: attention span is ruined even when it comes to music.
- 22:11Speaker 1: I'm like, God, get.
- 22:12Speaker 4: On with it.
- 22:12Speaker 2: But the act of doing it though, like you're in
- 22:14Speaker 2: control of it too, which was cool, Like you're making
- 22:16Speaker 2: sure that you're gonna listen to it.
- 22:18Speaker 3: I don't saying like I'm not clearly not on my
- 22:20Speaker 3: Li TikTok and Instagram like all the time. It's just
- 22:23Speaker 3: sometimes you're just like, whoa, I need to touch some grass.
- 22:27Speaker 4: All right? We already start asking some trivia questions here.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Yeah, well now we have questions for ourselves.
- 22:32Speaker 5: Hoty, what you're about to learn absolutely nothing. Go Blazed
- 22:37Speaker 5: and Confused podcast.
- 22:38Speaker 4: All right, let's get it going here. I'm gonna start
- 22:41Speaker 4: with you this week.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Yeah, question number one, let's.
- 22:46Speaker 4: See here, let's see you're gonna stump me this time?
- 22:49Speaker 1: Usually get them all right, h.
- 22:51Speaker 4: I've been I've been a nice guy recently. I've been
- 22:53Speaker 4: letting you pick your category. You want to pick your category?
- 22:56Speaker 1: Okay?
- 22:56Speaker 4: I like that? All right? So your four choices? Famous
- 22:59Speaker 4: people short lyric challenge or English?
- 23:03Speaker 1: I think famous people? Famous people?
- 23:06Speaker 4: What Actress's death on June twenty fifth, two thousand and
- 23:10Speaker 4: nine was overshadowed by the death of Michael Jackson, which
- 23:14Speaker 4: occurred a few hours later.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Read it one more time.
- 23:20Speaker 4: What Actress's death on June twenty fifth, two thousand and
- 23:24Speaker 4: nine was overshadowed by the death of Michael Jackson, which.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Occurred a few hours later. Who was that?
- 23:33Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 23:38Speaker 4: It's funny when I pulled this question, I had to
- 23:40Speaker 4: do a Google search just to make sure.
- 23:41Speaker 1: But I do vaguely remember this. I was in like
- 23:44Speaker 1: the what fIF I am taking a Yes, Britney Murphy? No,
- 23:49Speaker 1: who's that?
- 23:49Speaker 4: All right?
- 23:51Speaker 1: Who's Brittany Murphy? You were too young for her? Or
- 23:54Speaker 1: you were too young to know her.
- 23:55Speaker 2: I guess, Man, I don't oh Man actress's death same
- 24:01Speaker 2: day as Michael Jackson.
- 24:06Speaker 1: I have, I don't remember.
- 24:08Speaker 4: Do you want to hint?
- 24:09Speaker 1: Yeah, Charlie's Angels.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Oh, I know, now super famous hot and I mean,
- 24:18Speaker 3: you know the seventies pin up girl.
- 24:23Speaker 1: TV actress.
- 24:26Speaker 2: I'm not going to get that the original. Yeah, I'm
- 24:28Speaker 2: not going to get that. It was going to be
- 24:30Speaker 2: a guest I had on the tip of.
- 24:31Speaker 1: My Yeah, sure you did right.
- 24:34Speaker 4: At the end.
- 24:35Speaker 1: You will always say that I second guessed myself. I
- 24:37Speaker 1: was going to say that I was. This is really fun.
- 24:46Speaker 4: Question too, English lyric challenge or sports?
- 24:54Speaker 1: Uh, what's the first one?
- 24:56Speaker 4: Again?
- 24:56Speaker 1: English? English?
- 24:59Speaker 4: What classic book would you find the characters Piggy, Ralph
- 25:04Speaker 4: and Jack stranded on an island?
- 25:09Speaker 2: Man?
- 25:10Speaker 1: Do you write these?
- 25:12Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 25:12Speaker 2: This came from a trivite book, So no, you didn't
- 25:16Speaker 2: write I took it from the book and.
- 25:19Speaker 1: He curated curate. Yeah.
- 25:21Speaker 4: I shifted my questions.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Sure that it should have meant that you selected these?
- 25:25Speaker 2: Yes, yes, yes, read it one more time the question
- 25:29Speaker 2: that I wrote? Yeah, sure, And what the one that
- 25:32Speaker 2: you penned and authored.
- 25:36Speaker 4: In? What classic book would you find the characters Piggy, Ralph,
- 25:40Speaker 4: and Jack stranded on an island. This is probably one
- 25:45Speaker 4: of the books that you were forced to read like.
- 25:47Speaker 1: In high school. I don't think that I was maybe.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Wow, you got because the only reason I thought of
- 25:55Speaker 2: it is that's the only book I remember reading in
- 25:57Speaker 2: high school. And that's what you just said. That's so crazy,
- 26:01Speaker 2: Lord of the Huh. I probably was supposed to read
- 26:05Speaker 2: a lot more books, and you.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Don't remember reading like To Kill a Mockingbird.
- 26:08Speaker 4: I remember reading that.
- 26:09Speaker 1: I never read that. You never read that. I probably
- 26:12Speaker 1: like read a synopsis somewhere or did something like that.
- 26:15Speaker 1: I never had the attention span for reading like that.
- 26:17Speaker 4: Yeah, me neither.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Though there's always a chore. Always weren't interested by the
- 26:21Speaker 1: time I hit high school.
- 26:22Speaker 4: It was a chore when I was younger. We've hit
- 26:24Speaker 4: on this before with the with the reading. But when
- 26:26Speaker 4: I was younger I was into it.
- 26:27Speaker 1: The older I got, I could care less. Yeah.
- 26:31Speaker 2: I wish I was that kind of person that could, like, literally,
- 26:33Speaker 2: like you said last week, read a book like just
- 26:35Speaker 2: get captivated by it. I'm just not one of those people.
- 26:37Speaker 2: I don't know why, and I have a great imagination.
- 26:39Speaker 4: I just don't get it.
- 26:41Speaker 3: Have you ever like get in spots where I don't
- 26:43Speaker 3: read for a while, and then I'll force myself into
- 26:46Speaker 3: a book.
- 26:47Speaker 1: And I just bought I don't know.
- 26:47Speaker 3: If I talked about this last time, about like a
- 26:49Speaker 3: couple of those Jack Reacher books and it's all just
- 26:52Speaker 3: like action movie type whatever, but they're fun. I was
- 26:56Speaker 3: just getting into it and going through those, just like
- 26:58Speaker 3: sitting down and doing it.
- 27:00Speaker 4: You see the people at the beach that are sitting
- 27:01Speaker 4: there reading a book, and I think, man, that looks
- 27:04Speaker 4: relaxing as ship.
- 27:05Speaker 1: I wish I could do that.
- 27:06Speaker 2: You know, instead you just obsessively scrolling five second videos
- 27:11Speaker 2: destroying your brain.
- 27:12Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, full long. Honestly, it's sad, isn't it. Question
- 27:16Speaker 4: three lyric challenge or sports sports?
- 27:21Speaker 1: You're so avoided.
- 27:25Speaker 4: Screw alright?
- 27:26Speaker 1: God, all right?
- 27:27Speaker 4: So what team did Shaquille O'Neal finish his NBA career with?
- 27:32Speaker 3: Oh?
- 27:32Speaker 1: I think I know this.
- 27:35Speaker 2: I was hoping you're gonna say. I remember him playing
- 27:38Speaker 2: for Orlando when I was growing up, the Orlando Magic.
- 27:44Speaker 2: I was really into basketball growing up. I played basketball
- 27:46Speaker 2: growing up.
- 27:48Speaker 4: I was really into basketball.
- 27:49Speaker 2: I don't know, trying to avoid this question here.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Uh, you got another guitar. I'm gonna say the lake.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Hold on it? Was it Cleveland?
- 28:05Speaker 5: No?
- 28:05Speaker 1: I don't remember.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Cursed?
- 28:07Speaker 1: Damn it?
- 28:09Speaker 4: Wait?
- 28:09Speaker 1: Can I guess? Are you done?
- 28:10Speaker 4: Go ahead?
- 28:11Speaker 1: Was it the Celtics?
- 28:12Speaker 4: Celtics?
- 28:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't not remember that.
- 28:15Speaker 2: You got it with your lifeline, damn it with your life?
- 28:18Speaker 2: Got it wrong five times. Yeah, I'm gonna say, I'm
- 28:22Speaker 2: not going to count that as my lifeline.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Che I jumped in. That was unfair.
- 28:25Speaker 4: I'm gonna say on episode twelve, we should be keeping score.
- 28:29Speaker 4: We should be recapping the score. All right, you're in
- 28:32Speaker 4: charge of that. I don't do numbers. Problem. I'm not
- 28:36Speaker 4: a number guy.
- 28:37Speaker 2: Yeah, number four, number four.
- 28:41Speaker 4: Question four twenty.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Okay, the lyrics challenge, save my lifeline for this? Wait,
- 28:49Speaker 1: you just used your life?
- 28:50Speaker 2: No, he he wanted to chime in. I got the
- 28:52Speaker 2: answer wrong four times. I got the answer four times.
- 28:56Speaker 4: I got it wrong.
- 28:57Speaker 2: I got it wrong four times, and he just kind
- 29:00Speaker 2: of wanted to well, what kind of shit is that?
- 29:02Speaker 4: Damn it? All right? Oh, mirror in the sky? What
- 29:07Speaker 4: is love? Can the child within my heart rise above?
- 29:11Speaker 2: What is love?
- 29:13Speaker 4: No?
- 29:13Speaker 1: That's different? Say that again.
- 29:15Speaker 4: Oh, mirror in the sky. What is love? Can the
- 29:18Speaker 4: child within my heart rise above? What song is that? Oh,
- 29:29Speaker 4: mirror in the sky? What is love?
- 29:33Speaker 1: Can the child within my heart rise above?
- 29:37Speaker 4: Does he do that?
- 29:38Speaker 1: Does the guy sing it like that?
- 29:39Speaker 4: I don't know, I think so. I don't know.
- 29:41Speaker 3: I know like i'm I don't know it, but I
- 29:44Speaker 3: know the song, but I don't know who does it?
- 29:47Speaker 1: What's the song?
- 29:48Speaker 3: Though?
- 29:49Speaker 1: Are you saying it one more time?
- 29:51Speaker 4: Oh? I'll read it. It's many times.
- 29:53Speaker 1: Let's see how long it takes me.
- 29:54Speaker 4: Oh, mirror in the sky? What is love? Can the
- 29:57Speaker 4: child within my heart rise above? Oh, mirror in the sky?
- 30:09Speaker 4: What is love?
- 30:12Speaker 1: Can the child within my heart rise above? My heart rise?
- 30:18Speaker 4: I don't know what you're doing there, but I don't
- 30:20Speaker 4: if that's anything? Simple? Is it?
- 30:23Speaker 1: Simple man?
- 30:24Speaker 4: Simple man?
- 30:25Speaker 1: That's what I don't remember. And he just cursed damn it, ship, George.
- 30:32Speaker 1: I don't. I mean, I can like hear the song
- 30:34Speaker 1: in my head. I can't put it together.
- 30:36Speaker 4: One more time? Sing lyrics? Oh mirror in the sky,
- 30:40Speaker 4: what is love? Can the child within my heart? You
- 30:47Speaker 4: want me to keep going with the lyrics? Yeah? Okay?
- 30:49Speaker 1: Can I sail through the change? In ocean tide.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Oh it's landslide. But yeah with mac Yeah yeah, so
- 31:03Speaker 2: you got it?
- 31:03Speaker 4: What the hell? Yeah?
- 31:04Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, you massaged him into it.
- 31:08Speaker 1: A good pretty good?
- 31:10Speaker 2: All right about that was good? Well done without subjective
- 31:15Speaker 2: could without me. I'm proud of me. Oh yeah, you
- 31:18Speaker 2: love the lyric Challenge. I'm telling you we should do
- 31:20Speaker 2: a lyric challenge every week.
- 31:22Speaker 5: Yeah man, It's like the Universe asking us questions, you know, yeah,
- 31:31Speaker 5: the Blazing Confused podcast.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Question number one, what's the only US state that grows
- 31:41Speaker 2: coffee commercially?
- 31:42Speaker 4: Hawaii?
- 31:43Speaker 1: How do you know that?
- 31:44Speaker 4: If I remember asking it out a.
- 31:49Speaker 2: Stupid you know, I haven't had coffee in about eleven years.
- 31:55Speaker 1: What yeah, I don't drink coffee? How do you? What
- 31:58Speaker 1: are you doing? Do you not drink caffeine?
- 31:59Speaker 2: I remember when I would have coffee. I would have
- 32:01Speaker 2: like one or two cups, and I would come to
- 32:03Speaker 2: work like all jazzy, up and down the hallways talking,
- 32:05Speaker 2: everybody just yapping their my fucking mouth off.
- 32:07Speaker 1: I just cursed again, But it would be like I
- 32:10Speaker 1: was on cocaine.
- 32:10Speaker 2: It just affects me too much, Like it affects me
- 32:13Speaker 2: and it gets me all watery and.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Sure, no, yeah, absolutely, but I don't really like it
- 32:18Speaker 1: every day.
- 32:19Speaker 3: You know, you won't drink it at all, Like it's
- 32:21Speaker 3: like a I mean, you know you can like have
- 32:23Speaker 3: that superpower, right.
- 32:24Speaker 1: I don't even think coffee tastes that good.
- 32:27Speaker 4: What. Yeah, I drink so much coffee that the caffeine
- 32:29Speaker 4: does nothing to me.
- 32:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 32:31Speaker 4: I could drink coffee before I go to bed and
- 32:33Speaker 4: it would do nothing.
- 32:35Speaker 1: That's not good.
- 32:35Speaker 4: Well, I know it's awful.
- 32:36Speaker 2: But when you know, I think about all the coffee
- 32:38Speaker 2: I've missed over the years, like all this new flavor
- 32:41Speaker 2: coffee or whatever, these concoctions they come up with, I
- 32:43Speaker 2: don't know.
- 32:44Speaker 4: How I feel if I like them, you know, I know.
- 32:46Speaker 4: Here's my thing with that.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Enough with these flavors already.
- 32:49Speaker 4: I just read last week that Starbucks is coming out
- 32:52Speaker 4: with like more more flavors and more bullshit on their
- 32:55Speaker 4: like secret menu or whatever happened to just having a
- 32:58Speaker 4: damn cup of coffee sugar. That's it.
- 33:01Speaker 1: I just drink it straight straight up, just back.
- 33:04Speaker 3: Really, I enjoy it because if we put anything else in,
- 33:07Speaker 3: I'm like, I might as well have a cappuccino in
- 33:09Speaker 3: my taste.
- 33:11Speaker 4: So I like it.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Straight. Do you think it tastes good? Yes, I enjoy
- 33:15Speaker 1: the taste.
- 33:15Speaker 4: See coffee like I I love coffee so much that
- 33:18Speaker 4: it doesn't matter.
- 33:19Speaker 1: I'll drink it whatever way.
- 33:21Speaker 4: If you have flavor creamer great, if you have half
- 33:23Speaker 4: and half fun, if you have uh, you know whatever,
- 33:26Speaker 4: just sugar fine. If there's nothing it's only black perfect,
- 33:29Speaker 4: I don't care.
- 33:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I like tea black though, or do you put
- 33:33Speaker 1: sugar in it? Uh? With with cream and sugar? I
- 33:37Speaker 1: like milk see cream and tea though, that's weird.
- 33:40Speaker 4: My grandma.
- 33:40Speaker 2: When I was growing up, my grandmother and I used
- 33:42Speaker 2: to play Checkers and we would she would make tea
- 33:45Speaker 2: and she would put a little bit of milk in
- 33:46Speaker 2: it with some sugar, and we would eat rye toast
- 33:48Speaker 2: with butter on it, and I look forward to it.
- 33:51Speaker 4: Very good.
- 33:52Speaker 3: Nice memory, Yeah, I love that lovely and check us
- 33:56Speaker 3: with grimy Yeah.
- 33:58Speaker 4: Can you?
- 33:59Speaker 2: I was gonna say, what's your like if you could
- 34:01Speaker 2: think of you know, that kind of character the voice
- 34:03Speaker 2: for that person drinking tea.
- 34:07Speaker 4: Playing check us with my grounds?
- 34:08Speaker 1: A nice memory?
- 34:10Speaker 4: Why is it British always? Though?
- 34:13Speaker 1: Because there like the tea right tea? A spot of
- 34:16Speaker 1: tea but cream and tea though, balcon tea for me.
- 34:20Speaker 2: Yeah, not like a lot, just a little. Yeah, she
- 34:25Speaker 2: used to make it, isn't it weird? Though I can't.
- 34:28Speaker 2: It's such a simple thing, black team, you know, with
- 34:30Speaker 2: with cream and sugar or whatever. I can't duplicate how
- 34:33Speaker 2: my grandmother made it. For some reason, like I can't
- 34:36Speaker 2: get she always always see, it always tasted the same
- 34:38Speaker 2: when I would have it at her house. And now
- 34:40Speaker 2: for some reason, I'm like, for some reason, her tea
- 34:43Speaker 2: was better than mine.
- 34:45Speaker 1: I'm sure.
- 34:46Speaker 3: As the supply chain, I think too. Oh yeah, our
- 34:50Speaker 3: products over time, probably.
- 34:52Speaker 4: I used to love some hot tea. I went through
- 34:54Speaker 4: a hot I don't know before I before I was
- 34:57Speaker 4: addicted to coffee. I was addicted to hot tea full long.
- 34:59Speaker 4: But the way I did it, it was like a
- 35:01Speaker 4: freaking hot Arnold Palmer, because I would squeeze a ton
- 35:04Speaker 4: of lemons in there, and I would pour a ton
- 35:06Speaker 4: of sugar in there.
- 35:07Speaker 3: Do you drink coffee on a day that you're not
- 35:11Speaker 3: going to work, Like on a hey, I have the
- 35:12Speaker 3: day off, I'm gonna get up and you'll drink coffee.
- 35:15Speaker 4: I drink coffee every single day, every single day, I
- 35:18Speaker 4: drink so much coffee. Dude, caffeine is full on a drug.
- 35:21Speaker 1: So I don't drink coffee. My body I get the
- 35:24Speaker 1: shakes if I don't drink coffee. Yeah, it's nuts.
- 35:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I do have to try to take the weekend off.
- 35:30Speaker 3: You know, I'll find myself making a cup of coffee
- 35:33Speaker 3: at five am and sat for what?
- 35:35Speaker 4: Yes? All right, more questions.
- 35:37Speaker 2: One day you'll be a reader. One day I'll be
- 35:39Speaker 2: a coffee drinker. In the world will be Okay?
- 35:41Speaker 1: Are playing tea and checkers together in the park?
- 35:44Speaker 5: Question too?
- 35:47Speaker 1: That sounds lovely? All right? Question number two?
- 35:52Speaker 2: Which organ is capable of regenerating itself in humans? Which
- 35:58Speaker 2: organerating capable of regenerating itself in humans?
- 36:02Speaker 1: The hell does that even mean?
- 36:04Speaker 2: If there's damage to it, I'm going to my lifeline.
- 36:06Speaker 2: If there's damage to it, it can regrow.
- 36:09Speaker 4: Oh wait, no, I'm not going to my lifeline.
- 36:12Speaker 1: I know this your lungs. No?
- 36:14Speaker 4: What? No?
- 36:16Speaker 1: Is it not your lungs. I think your lungs fixed
- 36:18Speaker 1: themselves if you fuck them up? I don't think so
- 36:22Speaker 1: those are the ones you shouldn't. It's like the worst
- 36:27Speaker 1: one you could have.
- 36:28Speaker 3: Chu.
- 36:30Speaker 1: No, they always say that that your lungs, like you
- 36:32Speaker 1: gotta give them time to you know, well, I can't
- 36:35Speaker 1: get stuff out. Yeah, can cough up, but they don't
- 36:38Speaker 1: fix them. All right, then I'm going to my lifeline.
- 36:41Speaker 1: Is your literally got it wrong?
- 36:43Speaker 4: Oh so we're just gonna allow one guess, mister, I
- 36:46Speaker 4: have seven guesses before I get it right.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Yeah, but boy, I thought we established the rules, all right,
- 36:52Speaker 1: you said the right answer to liver. Liver, that's good
- 36:56Speaker 1: news though, like you, I can regenerate up to seventy
- 37:01Speaker 1: percent of its mass.
- 37:03Speaker 2: So if you have like an issue where part of
- 37:05Speaker 2: it is gone, drink a lot regrow.
- 37:08Speaker 4: This is why smoking weed is better than drinking alcohol. Exactly,
- 37:11Speaker 4: worry about your liver. If you smoke weed, you have
- 37:14Speaker 4: to be worried about your lungs.
- 37:15Speaker 1: I guess do you have to worry about anything when
- 37:17Speaker 1: you smoke your liver?
- 37:18Speaker 3: Your liver processes everything though, right, So yeah, it takes
- 37:22Speaker 3: in everything.
- 37:23Speaker 1: It's like it takes in the drugs. It's like the
- 37:26Speaker 1: cool filter of your body. Yeah, exactly, that's.
- 37:29Speaker 4: A good way to put it.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Why paging doctor Jordan.
- 37:33Speaker 2: It's the largest internal organ in your body. What's the
- 37:37Speaker 2: largest organ of your body, your skin right again? Yeah,
- 37:40Speaker 2: trying to trick you.
- 37:42Speaker 4: That's it.
- 37:42Speaker 1: That's it. That's like I'm on the wedding circ I
- 37:46Speaker 1: can't fool you guys.
- 37:48Speaker 3: Like that's in class number one on the wedding trivia No, I've.
- 37:54Speaker 1: Never done.
- 37:57Speaker 4: No, let me ask you this.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Have you've been to a wedding trivia services?
- 38:02Speaker 4: Last weekend at my wedding was the first wedding that
- 38:05Speaker 4: I've ever done.
- 38:06Speaker 1: A fifty fifty raffle app that's fun though, really yes.
- 38:10Speaker 4: We first I was like, all right, that's a little strange.
- 38:12Speaker 4: But then at the end of the night, dude, they
- 38:14Speaker 4: went home with they each went home with four hundred
- 38:16Speaker 4: and seventy dollars or something.
- 38:18Speaker 3: What if you did wedding trivia like family feud style?
- 38:21Speaker 3: Was like like the what the I love that the
- 38:23Speaker 3: wives side and the bride versus the groom side their families,
- 38:28Speaker 3: Like do a little idea?
- 38:29Speaker 1: You know that you could kill an hour of that right, Well,
- 38:32Speaker 1: it's a good icebreaker too, you know. Oh man, if
- 38:35Speaker 1: you do that, I want to cut question three. All right.
- 38:40Speaker 2: What vessel, widely used in both World Wars, was first
- 38:44Speaker 2: conceptualized in this seventeenth century by Cornelis Drebble or Cornelius.
- 38:50Speaker 1: I could have had a typo. I don't know Cornelias name, Cordlis.
- 38:55Speaker 4: What the hell?
- 38:56Speaker 1: No, it's definitely Cornelius. Corn a little ass, George. This
- 38:59Speaker 1: is actually the correct spelling, Cordelia, corn Cordelius. Look at
- 39:04Speaker 1: question three. No, look at it. That's the xt the
- 39:07Speaker 1: correct spelling.
- 39:08Speaker 3: That's what they I mean, that's corn I didn't read it.
- 39:13Speaker 1: I'm I've got integrity.
- 39:17Speaker 4: I'm going to my lifeline again.
- 39:18Speaker 3: I didn't.
- 39:19Speaker 1: I don't even know.
- 39:20Speaker 2: You get you get a bonus lifeline for that, just
- 39:22Speaker 2: in case, George. Any idea what vessel widely used in
- 39:26Speaker 2: both worlds was first conceptualized in the seventeenth century.
- 39:30Speaker 1: Both world wars. I know what I would a vessel?
- 39:34Speaker 3: I know what I would. Oh, I know what I
- 39:36Speaker 3: would guess. Okay, it's one of two. Okay, are you done?
- 39:39Speaker 1: Or did you guess?
- 39:41Speaker 4: Vessel?
- 39:41Speaker 1: I don't know what a vessel is. What is that
- 39:43Speaker 1: a boat? So when you think of a vessel, I
- 39:45Speaker 1: think of a boat.
- 39:46Speaker 3: It's it's can I give it or.
- 39:52Speaker 1: You let me know?
- 39:53Speaker 2: I think if you want to chime in submarine submarine.
- 39:56Speaker 2: That's that's the correct answer.
- 39:57Speaker 4: Thank you, George. Right, thank you.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Well, I was just say either that aircraft carrier, but
- 40:03Speaker 1: that was like or a blimp or your mom. Yeah, great,
- 40:09Speaker 1: Sorry missus Becker. All right, let's good a question for
- 40:13Speaker 1: a mom joke two weeks in a row.
- 40:16Speaker 4: Sorry, missus Becker. You're a very nice lady at her
- 40:18Speaker 4: expense too.
- 40:19Speaker 5: Question four twenty What.
- 40:23Speaker 2: What is the only number that has the same number
- 40:26Speaker 2: of letters as its value?
- 40:28Speaker 3: Oh?
- 40:29Speaker 4: God, say this again?
- 40:31Speaker 2: What is the only number? After he just said before,
- 40:34Speaker 2: I don't know numbers?
- 40:36Speaker 3: All right?
- 40:36Speaker 1: What is the only number that has the same number
- 40:39Speaker 1: of letters as its value?
- 40:42Speaker 4: Four?
- 40:43Speaker 1: Got it right? Nice time? Did you figure that out?
- 40:48Speaker 4: Because I started like counting one three two two three, So.
- 40:54Speaker 1: You actually worked it out correctly in your brain.
- 40:56Speaker 4: Good for you.
- 40:57Speaker 1: I didn't think you get that right.
- 40:59Speaker 3: What if your mom's came together and then like they
- 41:01Speaker 3: have such a good time, they started their own podcast.
- 41:04Speaker 4: Yeah, place a Confused Mom Edition, Mom's Gone wild, Mom's
- 41:13Speaker 4: Gone Wild.
- 41:14Speaker 1: I don't want to listen.
- 41:16Speaker 2: Yeah, but no, I think that I think she would
- 41:22Speaker 2: come on.
- 41:22Speaker 1: She would complain the whole time, but she would come on. Yeah,
- 41:25Speaker 1: that's that's a good uh good content that would know,
- 41:29Speaker 1: that would really be good for Mother's Day, I think.
- 41:30Speaker 1: I yeah, let's do it. If you don't do it,
- 41:32Speaker 1: you're sill.
- 41:33Speaker 2: Are we going to remember that? Make a mental note?
- 41:35Speaker 2: Put it in your calendar. Make a mental note.
- 41:37Speaker 4: Yeah, I do that.
- 41:38Speaker 1: Ninety four. Yeah, I'm so good at that.
- 41:41Speaker 4: Make a mental note. You guys watch Shark Week just
- 41:44Speaker 4: wrapped up. What's the deal with Shark Week? It's a
- 41:46Speaker 4: bunch of shark shows on TV.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Yeah, Discovery Channel does it every summer.
- 41:51Speaker 3: Yeah, it's just weird. I feel like I can get
- 41:52Speaker 3: sharks all the time. You know, you don't need a
- 41:55Speaker 3: whole week. Yeah, yeah, Shark Year.
- 41:57Speaker 4: I do remember when Shark Week was a huge thing because.
- 42:00Speaker 3: That was the only place you could get shark content
- 42:02Speaker 3: was on that channel.
- 42:03Speaker 1: And now, like you can just over my phone, get
- 42:06Speaker 1: right now and sharks.
- 42:07Speaker 4: Is it still shark Wig?
- 42:08Speaker 1: No, it just ended like yesterday.
- 42:10Speaker 4: Okay, so by the time this podcast is posting, it's
- 42:13Speaker 4: very much so over. Yeah. Yeah, good old sharks.
- 42:16Speaker 1: You think about sharks.
- 42:16Speaker 4: When you're in the ocean. No, that's all I think about.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Like I'm okay with it, Like I'm like when I
- 42:22Speaker 1: go to the beach, have a good time.
- 42:23Speaker 4: I don't want to go in the ocean. I want
- 42:25Speaker 4: to sit there. You don't get you wrunk.
- 42:27Speaker 2: Okay, you don't even mind. You don't even go there
- 42:30Speaker 2: for the ocean. And maybe I'll go drinking in the water.
- 42:33Speaker 2: You know, it's drinking in the water.
- 42:35Speaker 1: Yeah, at the beach. Yeah.
- 42:38Speaker 2: Well, like I go on vacations, like to an island
- 42:40Speaker 2: or something, you could just take your drinks into the water.
- 42:43Speaker 1: This is what happens when people make money.
- 42:46Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, off the secrets.
- 42:54Speaker 3: Secrets always weird to be out, Like you're like somebody's peeing,
- 42:57Speaker 3: you know, the whole time.
- 42:58Speaker 4: Everybody's like, you.
- 42:59Speaker 1: Know, I can't stop. No, he's gone walk people.
- 43:04Speaker 4: Can't stand up.
- 43:05Speaker 1: You're like, they're definitely peeing in the water.
- 43:07Speaker 3: Right now, because it's like how much of your brain,
- 43:10Speaker 3: you know, the drunker you get. You're like, it's no
- 43:12Speaker 3: big dealer in the ocean, like that's immediate out there.
- 43:15Speaker 4: About one in five American adults admitted in a survey
- 43:17Speaker 4: recently to having.
- 43:18Speaker 1: Peede in the pool.
- 43:20Speaker 4: Come on, one in five, it's gotta be more than that.
- 43:23Speaker 4: I honestly, I think that every time I'm in a pool,
- 43:25Speaker 4: I probably pean it.
- 43:26Speaker 1: Really, Oh my god, you wouldn't agree with that.
- 43:31Speaker 2: I was just thinking to myself right now when the
- 43:33Speaker 2: last time I peed in a pool, and it was probably.
- 43:35Speaker 4: Like when I was a teenage I mean, like, come on, you're.
- 43:38Speaker 1: Telling me that you're in the pool. You have to
- 43:40Speaker 1: peed in the pool. Dude, I'm an adults. No, no, no,
- 43:42Speaker 1: but tell me this.
- 43:43Speaker 4: You're in the pool, you think to yourself, Wow, I
- 43:45Speaker 4: have to pee right now, and you're actually gonna get.
- 43:47Speaker 1: I'm gonna go to go to the toilet.
- 43:49Speaker 2: What No, George answered the questions the last time you
- 43:55Speaker 2: peed in a pool.
- 43:56Speaker 3: I'm probably the same as you, Like, I don't know.
- 44:00Speaker 1: I'm not saying like.
- 44:01Speaker 4: Never, think of a time I didn't pee in a pool.
- 44:04Speaker 1: I'm not saying never.
- 44:05Speaker 3: I'm just it's definitely not I can't think of the
- 44:09Speaker 3: last incident.
- 44:10Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, especially if there's there's alcohol in my system,
- 44:14Speaker 4: and if I'm in a pool and if I have
- 44:15Speaker 4: to pee, I'm.
- 44:16Speaker 1: Not getting out of the Who's getting out of.
- 44:18Speaker 4: The pool, not me? Especially the ocean. That's totally different
- 44:21Speaker 4: from the pool. Of course, I'm gonna pee in the ocean.
- 44:23Speaker 4: You know why, because the fish are doing it. We're
- 44:25Speaker 4: already swimming around in that. So if you can swim
- 44:27Speaker 4: around in the fish piss, you can swim.
- 44:28Speaker 1: Around in my piss.
- 44:30Speaker 2: And like jold, your pool party this summer. What can
- 44:33Speaker 2: we call right now and ask if they if they
- 44:35Speaker 2: still pee in the pool? Is there somebody we can call?
- 44:38Speaker 4: Bob Holders? Yeah, you gotta go.
- 44:43Speaker 5: Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you exactly.
- 44:46Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying. I'm saying that if you're in
- 44:48Speaker 4: the pool and you gotta go, what are the chances
