- 0:03Speaker 1: Good morning, Good morning, and good morning God. Bless your family. God.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Morning Devo. I want to welcome
- 0:09Speaker 1: myself back. I've been gone for like two weeks. Amen.
- 0:12Speaker 1: We're back on the Morning Devo five thirty eight am
- 0:14Speaker 1: Monday through Fridays. I'm gonna try to be here consistently,
- 0:18Speaker 1: as consistently as possible. I'm already gonna be challenged this
- 0:22Speaker 1: week with the Morning Devo. This week, I guess I
- 0:27Speaker 1: have some obligations, but maybe I can get it done. Amen.
- 0:31Speaker 1: God is good, He's faithful. I do what he wants
- 0:33Speaker 1: me to do, Amen, because he's just an amazing God
- 0:37Speaker 1: and he allows me to do these things. And I'm
- 0:39Speaker 1: honored to do what I do for the Kingdom of God.
- 0:43Speaker 1: So if you're here, Amen, welcome back. If you're watching
- 0:47Speaker 1: on the replay or you're listening to the podcast, welcome
- 0:50Speaker 1: back to the Morning Devo. For those who have been
- 0:53Speaker 1: asking where I've been, thank you so much for your
- 0:55Speaker 1: concern and thank you for noticing a lot of time.
- 0:58Speaker 1: A lot of times we pot cast and we feel
- 1:01Speaker 1: like nobody's noticing that we're here, and the devil's a
- 1:06Speaker 1: lie on. People know when we're here when we're not here, Amen.
- 1:10Speaker 1: And because we're doing it for the glory of God.
- 1:13Speaker 1: There's no other reason why I do this, Amen, But
- 1:17Speaker 1: other than for the glory of God and for me
- 1:22Speaker 1: to get some free biblical counseling. I guess because I'm
- 1:30Speaker 1: going to the Word of God for my thought process
- 1:33Speaker 1: and for the way we think, for the way I think. Amen.
- 1:37Speaker 1: And I had a question that I asked the Lord
- 1:40Speaker 1: last night. I said, what about death? What's going on
- 1:44Speaker 1: with death? Because we had some we lost a loved
- 1:48Speaker 1: one in my family. Amen. Then I found out a
- 1:51Speaker 1: friend of mine lost his loved one, and then another
- 1:54Speaker 1: friend of mine lost his grandfather or grand grandfather or grandmother.
- 1:59Speaker 1: I think its great father. And I'm like, yeah, this
- 2:02Speaker 1: is it's not going to stop, ladies and gentlemen. But
- 2:06Speaker 1: for a believer in Christ, the one who promised eternal life,
- 2:12Speaker 1: what does that mean for to us? What does that mean?
- 2:15Speaker 1: And I heard the Lord's spirits say death is not final?
- 2:19Speaker 1: So I said, woo, that's that's a huge statement. That's
- 2:25Speaker 1: a huge message right there. I said, Lord, for Morning Devo,
- 2:30Speaker 1: and I believe he said, yes, Amen for Morning Devo.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Death it's not final. So let me get it into
- 2:38Speaker 1: my notes here. Amen, excuse me, I'm a little rusty
- 2:42Speaker 1: right now. They men, I haven't done this for a
- 2:44Speaker 1: couple of weeks. But here we go through the Lord Jesus,
- 2:49Speaker 1: we have been set free from judgment and have the
- 2:53Speaker 1: gift of eternal life, set free from the judgment. Right.
- 3:01Speaker 1: People say only God could judge me, and they're right,
- 3:03Speaker 1: and God will. God will judge me, God will judge you.
- 3:08Speaker 1: It'll be in John chapter five, verse twenty four. Death
- 3:11Speaker 1: is not viral today in the morning Devo. If you
- 3:13Speaker 1: have any questions, comments, concerns, prayer requests, or anything along
- 3:17Speaker 1: those lines, there's a live chat right here on the
- 3:20Speaker 1: social media platforms, also on our YouTube page, and also
- 3:25Speaker 1: we're streaming live at Soul Winners with a Zea Org.

- 3:35Speaker 1: sponsored by Bethlom kung Fu Center. Make sure you check
- 3:39Speaker 1: them out at Bethlehemcungfu dot com. Amen. I'm the sponsored
- 3:44Speaker 1: for a couple of months here, so I'm excited to
- 3:46Speaker 1: see what the lawyer is going to do with this
- 3:48Speaker 1: connection that we made they're presenting White Forest Christian Awareness.
- 3:55Speaker 1: It's a program for people ages eight to eighty. Heymen,
- 4:01Speaker 1: you Goetna, want to check that out. It's powerful and
- 4:04Speaker 1: I'm so glad and I'm honored to have them be
- 4:08Speaker 1: a sponsor of On the Morning Devo. So let's go
- 4:11Speaker 1: for it. Let's pray first. After we pray with shit,
- 4:13Speaker 1: it's out for like sixty seconds, and then on the
- 4:16Speaker 1: other side of those sixty we'll get right into our
- 4:19Speaker 1: scripture for this morning, John chapter five, verse number twenty four.
- 4:23Speaker 1: That's gonna be the key scripture. But of course I'm
- 4:26Speaker 1: gonna hit up some other scriptures and give you some
- 4:29Speaker 1: background about how this death thing happened in life, in
- 4:35Speaker 1: our life right biblically well why death? But death is
- 4:40Speaker 1: not final. Thank you, Lord Father, I thank you Lord Jesus.
- 4:43Speaker 1: For every single person that is watching or listening. I
- 4:47Speaker 1: thank you log God for their lives. Thank you for
- 4:49Speaker 1: their health, their strength, their protection, and that you do
- 4:53Speaker 1: what you do. Look God, in these morning devils, all
- 4:55Speaker 1: these morning devils, I pray a heade your protection over
- 4:58Speaker 1: my life, over my family, over my wife, about our children,
- 5:01Speaker 1: over our grandchildren, of all family members. From the very
- 5:04Speaker 1: youngest to the very oldest, and everyone in between. Thank you,
- 5:08Speaker 1: Lord God, for your love, your grace, and your mercy
- 5:11Speaker 1: that you pour out amongst the people of the world.
- 5:16Speaker 1: And I thank you, Lord God, that you continue to
- 5:18Speaker 1: be relevant in our lives, real in our lives. That
- 5:23Speaker 1: you are on time all the time. And that although
- 5:25Speaker 1: we experience loss, hurt, pain, sickness, disease, death, we experience
- 5:31Speaker 1: all this in life. We know that we could go
- 5:33Speaker 1: to you, the one who gives us eternal life, the
- 5:36Speaker 1: one who gives us the victorious way of living, the
- 5:39Speaker 1: one that we follow on a righteous path. And I pray,
- 5:42Speaker 1: Lord God, that you would teach us and show us
- 5:44Speaker 1: in your word, according to your power, according to your spirit,
- 5:47Speaker 1: according to your grace and your mercy and your love,
- 5:50Speaker 1: that your word and who you are in your word,
- 5:54Speaker 1: because of your word, that we can know that death
- 5:57Speaker 1: is not final. So I speak life concerning all things living,
- 6:01Speaker 1: and I speak death to all those things that come
- 6:03Speaker 1: against our way of thinking, come against your word, come
- 6:05Speaker 1: against the Spirit of God. I pray that those things
- 6:10Speaker 1: are those spirits or those demonic entities or principalities, will
- 6:15Speaker 1: not be able to disrupt or distract in any way
- 6:20Speaker 1: during this morning session, and Jesus Holy Name, I pray
- 6:23Speaker 1: it's by faith and all those who agree, we say
- 6:25Speaker 1: Amen to the Amen. Let's go for it. Sixty seconds
- 6:28Speaker 1: to share this out. Help me share this out. When
- 6:30Speaker 1: we come back, we'll get right into today's morning devil.
- 6:32Speaker 1: I'll be right back. Man. Let's go for it. Ladies
- 7:44Speaker 1: and gentlemen, we are here. Death is not final, man,
- 7:48Speaker 1: So if you're experiencing something right now and you feel
- 7:52Speaker 1: that death is knocking on your door, please don't hesitate
- 7:56Speaker 1: to go to the one who gives eternal life. So
- 7:59Speaker 1: that way, when death knocks on the door, the Lord Jesus,
- 8:02Speaker 1: the one who gives eternal life, will open the door
- 8:04Speaker 1: and say what do you want? Ask Death, what do
- 8:07Speaker 1: you want? Because according to the word of God, death
- 8:10Speaker 1: is not final for a believer in Christ. Amen. For
- 8:14Speaker 1: believing in Christ's death is not follow Thank you God.
- 8:18Speaker 1: It's great for sharing our morning devotion on your group page.
- 8:23Speaker 1: I'm grateful for that and we'll take that for granted. Amen.
- 8:27Speaker 1: So let's go forward. Let's go to the scripture, Amen,
- 8:30Speaker 1: and we'll share this out. Hopefully you're willing to listen
- 8:34Speaker 1: and you're willing to watch and see on the word
- 8:37Speaker 1: of God for those who are just listening. Our soone
- 8:39Speaker 1: is with a z do org. Thank you so much
- 8:41Speaker 1: for coming through. I see that a lot of people
- 8:44Speaker 1: come through these morning DeVos and probably didn't come today
- 8:48Speaker 1: because you thought I was gonna be on again. And man,
- 8:51Speaker 1: life happens and I needed a break. I needed some
- 8:54Speaker 1: time off. Amen. I'm still grieving the loss of my
- 8:57Speaker 1: brother in law. But God is faithful. He's good for
- 8:59Speaker 1: you for in his word. It's good because of his word, Amen.
- 9:04Speaker 1: And he's just holding me, holding my family, holding my
- 9:07Speaker 1: sister out, my nieces up, holding our whole entire family
- 9:10Speaker 1: up during this time of loss. Amen. So keep my
- 9:14Speaker 1: family in prayer. I'll keep your family in prayer. We
- 9:17Speaker 1: need each other, Amen, especially when life happens. Amen. And
- 9:23Speaker 1: life happens and hits hard, and so we're here. See
- 9:28Speaker 1: if I get this, Okay, there you go. Should be
- 9:32Speaker 1: good here. Aymen, let's go for it in a while.
- 9:39Speaker 1: So I'm trying to get these buttons figured out. Death
- 9:42Speaker 1: is not final today in the morning devo. Amen, Thank
- 9:47Speaker 1: you Jesus. John chapter number five, verse twenty four. This
- 9:50Speaker 1: is the amplified version. So your version might be different
- 9:53Speaker 1: unless you're in amplified version as well. John five twenty four.
- 9:57Speaker 1: The Lord says, I assure you, and most solemnly say
- 10:01Speaker 1: to you, the person who hears my word, the one
- 10:05Speaker 1: who heeds my message and believes and trusts in him
- 10:11Speaker 1: who sent me, has possesses now eternal life. Now that
- 10:19Speaker 1: is eternal life actually begins. The believer is transformed and
- 10:26Speaker 1: does not come into judgment and condemnation, but has passed
- 10:31Speaker 1: over from death into life. That's an assurance and assurance
- 10:38Speaker 1: from our Lord. And I will say to the Lord Jesus,
- 10:42Speaker 1: and when he says, the person who hears his word,
- 10:45Speaker 1: the one who heeds his message and believes and trust
- 10:49Speaker 1: in the Father who sent the son, has eternal life.
- 10:55Speaker 1: That is eternal life actually begins right then and there.
- 10:59Speaker 1: The believer transformed, The believer is renewed, restored, redeemed. The
- 11:04Speaker 1: believer has eternal life here right now. I know a
- 11:08Speaker 1: lot of people think that, oh, that's later on. No,
- 11:10Speaker 1: when you receive the Lord Jesus as your personal Lord
- 11:13Speaker 1: and savior, and you believe in the one who sent them,
- 11:16Speaker 1: the Father a man, you will now have the power
- 11:20Speaker 1: of Holy Ghost, the Holy Spirit living inside of you,
- 11:23Speaker 1: giving you the transformative power that the Lord gives you
- 11:27Speaker 1: by the way of his Holy Spirit. And that's a
- 11:29Speaker 1: now situation. Right, the believer is transformed and does not
- 11:35Speaker 1: come into judgment and cond nation, but has passed over
- 11:39Speaker 1: from death into life. That's why I was like, wow,
- 11:44Speaker 1: So that means death is not final. No, it's not. Physically,
- 11:49Speaker 1: our body, right will go to the ground. The process
- 11:53Speaker 1: happens from ashes to ashes, from dust to dust. This
- 11:57Speaker 1: physical body, you know, bag of flesh and bones, will expire,
- 12:02Speaker 1: but our spirit remains intact. Our soul belongs, our safe
- 12:07Speaker 1: soul belongs to the Lord for all eternity, and we
- 12:09Speaker 1: have eternal life with God. But the opposite applies, ladies
- 12:13Speaker 1: and gentlemen. I don't never want to just make it
- 12:16Speaker 1: seem like, oh, we all go to heaven. No, the
- 12:18Speaker 1: opposite applies for those who reject the Gospel, for those
- 12:22Speaker 1: who don't believe and the one that sent Jesus the Father,
- 12:28Speaker 1: those who don't believe Holy Spirit, God is real. For
- 12:30Speaker 1: those who say there is no God and live their
- 12:34Speaker 1: life according to their own methods, into their own worldliness,
- 12:40Speaker 1: those people go through the same process that everybody on
- 12:44Speaker 1: planet Earth will go through death, right, but their eternity
- 12:48Speaker 1: and the destination of their eternity is in a different
- 12:51Speaker 1: place than a child of God. For all eternity. Eternity
- 12:55Speaker 1: is a long time, Ladies and gentlemen. I don't know
- 12:58Speaker 1: why people around with God's word and play around with
- 13:03Speaker 1: the Gospel, play around with things that are eternal, and
- 13:07Speaker 1: they feel as oh there is no God, I'm good
- 13:10Speaker 1: and then they die and realize at that point, which
- 13:15Speaker 1: by that time it's too late. I don't think there's
- 13:18Speaker 1: repentance after death. They meet a God who loved them
- 13:25Speaker 1: all through, who showed grace and mercy all through their lives.
- 13:29Speaker 1: And I'm talking about people who heard the gospel, the
- 13:31Speaker 1: people who never heard the gospel. God is a fair judge, right,
- 13:37Speaker 1: People right now in some remote parts of the world
- 13:40Speaker 1: have never even heard of the name of the Lord
- 13:43Speaker 1: Jesus Christ. So would it be fair or just for
- 13:48Speaker 1: God to give them an eternal punishment for not even
- 13:51Speaker 1: hearing his name. No, God is a just God. He
- 13:54Speaker 1: knows what's going on in those remote parts of the world,
- 13:58Speaker 1: and the Bible says no one is has an excuse. Amen,
- 14:04Speaker 1: God will show up in those remote places even if
- 14:07Speaker 1: the evangelist or the missionaries don't get there before he
- 14:11Speaker 1: comes back. So God has that covered. Because I know
- 14:14Speaker 1: a lot of people ask me, oh, what about the people.
- 14:16Speaker 1: We never heard the gospel? Why would God send him hell?
- 14:19Speaker 1: God doesn't send anyone to hell. As a matter of fact,
- 14:24Speaker 1: read your scriptures, read the word. You won't see a
- 14:26Speaker 1: scripture that says the Lord sends people to hell. You
- 14:30Speaker 1: won't see that scripture. Amen. It's one of those things
- 14:35Speaker 1: that people have heard and they automatically start saying, oh,
- 14:39Speaker 1: God does this. God does that, And then when you
- 14:40Speaker 1: look at the scriptures, God never said that and he
- 14:43Speaker 1: doesn't do those things. Amen. JC sanctified, my boy, my
- 14:47Speaker 1: brother in Christ. What something, man, that's real? Yes it is. Amen.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Make sure all the people right now you go and
- 14:55Speaker 1: check out JC sanctified in the music ministry that he
- 14:58Speaker 1: has man a god that for years now. Amen. And
- 15:02Speaker 1: I'm so proud of calling my brother in Christ. Thank
- 15:04Speaker 1: you so much for coming through the morning. Devil Death.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Let's deal with death. How did it happen? Right? Biblically,
- 15:12Speaker 1: death entered the world because of sin Adam sin first
- 15:19Speaker 1: man Adam Genesis chapter three. Read it for yourself if
- 15:22Speaker 1: you don't believe me, Amen, how does the direct act
- 15:26Speaker 1: of God? Think about it? Genesis back it up a
- 15:30Speaker 1: little bit before you get to Genesis chapter three, Genesis
- 15:33Speaker 1: chapter two and seventeen. Amen tells you what happened, tells
- 15:41Speaker 1: you about death. Our death entered into the equation. That's
- 15:46Speaker 1: why when you're at a funeral, and when I'm at
- 15:48Speaker 1: a funeral, everybody's taking it differently. We all know an atheist.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Nos, Christian knows a Muslim, nos a Buddhism of someone
- 15:59Speaker 2: with Buddhist knows a Buddhist, and who knows everybody knows
- 16:03Speaker 2: every human being knows that something ain't read about.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Death wasn't supposed to be like that. We have it
- 16:09Speaker 1: like inside of us. We know. We look around, we
- 16:12Speaker 1: look at people. People are mourning, crying. It's a sad
- 16:16Speaker 1: moment some people, you know, until later on when people
- 16:19Speaker 1: are celebrated, when their lives are celebrated. Amen, it's really sad, man,
- 16:26Speaker 1: It's really sad because we know death wasn't supposed to
- 16:29Speaker 1: be the option. Death wasn't supposed to happen. We all
- 16:34Speaker 1: know that it's written inside of our hearts. We know
- 16:36Speaker 1: that death wasn't supposed to be. When Adam and Eve sinned,
- 16:41Speaker 1: they introduce death and its consequences into the world. Say
- 16:47Speaker 1: that again, When Adam and Eve sinned, they introduced death
- 16:53Speaker 1: and its consequences into the world. That's in Genesis three.
- 16:59Speaker 1: But if you back up, look at Genesis chapter two
- 17:01Speaker 1: and seventeen. I can't go there because the morning devo amen.
- 17:05Speaker 1: I'm just trying to give you some word so that
- 17:07Speaker 1: way you could focus on the Word of God during
- 17:10Speaker 1: the day. So I'll give you some homework Genesis two
- 17:13Speaker 1: seventeen and Romans five to twelve. Check it out for yourself.
- 17:17Speaker 1: But when Adam and Eve sin, death and the consequences
- 17:21Speaker 1: of death was introduced. Because sin was introduced to the world, right,
- 17:27Speaker 1: disobedience to God was introduced, and that created a need
- 17:32Speaker 1: for redemption or need for redeemer, excuse me, a need
- 17:35Speaker 1: for a redeemer who actually lives right now. This is
- 17:39Speaker 1: why we experience getting old because remember, back in Genesis days,
- 17:45Speaker 1: people were living to nine hundred and something years old.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Right then, sickness and death, sin, all that stuff started
- 17:53Speaker 1: shortening the life spans. Read it for yourself, man, it's
- 17:57Speaker 1: in the Old Covenant. Goga Genesis is powerful. First of all,
- 18:03Speaker 1: sickness entered, tragedy entered right, the two brothers one killed
- 18:12Speaker 1: his own brother or God right. But God uses these
- 18:18Speaker 1: circumstances for our good. I know, it doesn't sound like
- 18:23Speaker 1: it makes any sense. How does God use death for
- 18:25Speaker 1: our good? Listen, If it wasn't for God, and it's
- 18:29Speaker 1: his eternal life that he promised through Jesus, the Lord,
- 18:33Speaker 1: the Christ, a man, the King of kings, the Lord
- 18:35Speaker 1: of lords, it wasn't for his grace and mercy, death
- 18:39Speaker 1: would be something that we'll get used to. I don't
- 18:42Speaker 1: think anybody's used to death. You know, you try to
- 18:45Speaker 1: when you hear some bad news about a family members
- 18:47Speaker 1: going through sickness, cancer, or something like that. In your mind,
- 18:51Speaker 1: you're trying to at least, this is what I try
- 18:53Speaker 1: to do. I try to prepare myself for that day,
- 18:56Speaker 1: for that phone call. I'm never ready. Anybody's ready for
- 19:02Speaker 1: a phone call of a loved one that's lost. You
- 19:04Speaker 1: feel it right away. It's like a pain. Right, God
- 19:08Speaker 1: gave us those pains. Might be saying, why would God
- 19:11Speaker 1: give us a pain? Because He wants us to be alive.
- 19:15Speaker 1: He wants us to be aware of what's going on.
- 19:19Speaker 1: He wants us to be alert of the things of
- 19:21Speaker 1: life and of the things of death. And when sin
- 19:25Speaker 1: comes into your situation, and sin comes into my situation,
- 19:29Speaker 1: it introduces death right. But death is not fining for
- 19:33Speaker 1: a believer. Death is not fining for a child of God.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Death is not final for anyone or any whosoever who
- 19:40Speaker 1: calls upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen,
- 19:44Speaker 1: Or it's not final. We know our final destination. Amen.
- 19:48Speaker 1: We know our eternal life. We know the promises of God,
- 19:52Speaker 1: and we rely on trust in it. That's why the
- 19:54Speaker 1: Bible says that when a loved one dies and we're
- 19:57Speaker 1: in Christ, Amen, we don't more like the world mourns.
- 20:00Speaker 1: The world says, oh, that's it, that person's gone forever,
- 20:05Speaker 1: and we're like and we're saying, no, We'll see our brother,
- 20:08Speaker 1: or we'll see our sister. We'll see our mom or
- 20:10Speaker 1: dad who's in Christ. We'll see our aunts and uncles,
- 20:13Speaker 1: our cousins, our children who are in Christ. We'll see
- 20:16Speaker 1: them again. Our hope in Christ remains intact even when
- 20:21Speaker 1: we lose a loved one. But if that loved one
- 20:23Speaker 1: is without Christ, then that pain and that grief amen
- 20:27Speaker 1: will really linger and last. But we know that God
- 20:30Speaker 1: is a god of grace and of second chances. And
- 20:34Speaker 1: we don't know what people do at their last breath.
- 20:38Speaker 1: We're not there, we're not that person. Could it be that,
- 20:42Speaker 1: just like the thief on the cross, that a person
- 20:44Speaker 1: at that very last moment could ask Jesus to forgive them,
- 20:49Speaker 1: ask Jesus to take them into paradise. Could it be
- 20:53Speaker 1: that that's not just for the thief on the cross
- 20:55Speaker 1: that we saw when Jesus was on his cross, to
- 20:59Speaker 1: be men. So there's always hope when you have Christ.
- 21:02Speaker 1: There's always hope when you believe in God. There's always
- 21:05Speaker 1: hope when you believe in the one who gives eternal life.
- 21:08Speaker 1: So for believers, we know it's important to understand that
- 21:12Speaker 1: God is not the author of chaos. He's not the
- 21:16Speaker 1: author of calamities, not the author of death. He uses
- 21:21Speaker 1: these experiences, he uses these things in our lives for
- 21:26Speaker 1: the good for those who love him Romans eight twenty eight.
- 21:29Speaker 1: That's why it's important to know your word when these
- 21:33Speaker 1: things happen in life. Know the scriptures when someone is
- 21:38Speaker 1: in need of prayer, to know the scriptures when someone
- 21:41Speaker 1: lost a loved one. It could be you, it could
- 21:43Speaker 1: be me a man. Like I said, there's a saying, Amen,
- 21:48Speaker 1: that death comes in threes. And if you look around
- 21:53Speaker 1: when someone passes, if you look close enough or you search,
- 21:56Speaker 1: you'll notice that there's always three in your community, in
- 22:00Speaker 1: your maybe in your family, or maybe with your friends.
- 22:03Speaker 1: It always adds up to like three or more people
- 22:07Speaker 1: during the same week or the same day that lose
- 22:10Speaker 1: their life. Amen. Coincidence. I don't believe coincidences. I just
- 22:15Speaker 1: know that every single day, Amen, someone's going to be
- 22:21Speaker 1: in an eternal state, whether with God or separated from God,
- 22:26Speaker 1: every day. Amen. And I know you wake up to
- 22:30Speaker 1: this morning deal. You're like, man, I got to hear
- 22:32Speaker 1: about this. You don't have to hear about it. I
- 22:34Speaker 1: just ask. I'm asking the Lord, by way of holy
- 22:37Speaker 1: spiritual quicken your heart, Amen, to alert yourself to be
- 22:40Speaker 1: aware of sin and sickness and death and also be
- 22:45Speaker 1: aware of God's gift of eternal life. Men. And we
- 22:49Speaker 1: choose right which direction we're gonna go. We're gonna go
- 22:52Speaker 1: to the direction of sin and death, or we're gonna
- 22:54Speaker 1: go into the direction of the gift of eternal life.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Man we choose, we have free will, right. God uses
- 23:02Speaker 1: these circumstances for our good. So it's im point to
- 23:05Speaker 1: understand that God is not the author of death, not
- 23:08Speaker 1: the author of calamity, but rather he's our comforter in
- 23:13Speaker 1: the midst of all the calamity, in the midst of
- 23:15Speaker 1: the sickness, in the midst of the chaos, in the
- 23:18Speaker 1: midst of a lost loved one. Amen, Sanctified says, the
- 23:23Speaker 1: time for salvation is now. Blessed is the one who
- 23:26Speaker 1: has that chance, like the thief on the cross. But
- 23:29Speaker 1: for those who don't have that chance, it's better to
- 23:32Speaker 1: be ready for the unexpected now, for tomorrow it's not promised.
- 23:36Speaker 1: It's so true. Amen. And if you could send a
- 23:40Speaker 1: link to that song that you made concerning that when
- 23:44Speaker 1: you said that in the beginning of the song. I
- 23:50Speaker 1: can't remember the name of the song right now, but
- 23:52Speaker 1: if you could put that link up. Amen, If you
- 23:54Speaker 1: have a link to that song, let me know, put
- 23:57Speaker 1: it on the live chat so that way people could
- 23:59Speaker 1: listen to the question that you asked in the beginning
- 24:03Speaker 1: of that track. Amen, this is important to know that
- 24:08Speaker 1: tomorrow's not promised. Amen, Today's the day of salvation and man,
- 24:13Speaker 1: it's like sobering, like when you realize that someone you knew,
- 24:18Speaker 1: literally knew, was there last week and next week they're
- 24:24Speaker 1: no longer there. The time is now, Yeah, the time
- 24:27Speaker 1: is now. If you have it, Amen, you can put
- 24:30Speaker 1: the link a man, no pressure. You don't have to
- 24:32Speaker 1: do it right away if you can't find it right now, bro,
- 24:34Speaker 1: But somehow, some way during the day with that link up, Amen,
- 24:39Speaker 1: so people could understand where you were coming from and
- 24:42Speaker 1: the perspective of the gospel concerning life and death. It's
- 24:45Speaker 1: very important, man, for believers. There's no condemnation. Jesus didn't
- 24:51Speaker 1: come to the world to condemn the world, the Bible
- 24:53Speaker 1: says John chapter three. But he came to save the world.
- 24:58Speaker 1: There was a need for things to get corrected. Genesis
- 25:02Speaker 1: chapter three was we called the fall of man. Men
- 25:06Speaker 1: fell into sin and to pride men men. Mankind was deceived, Amen,
- 25:13Speaker 1: was deceived. We see it in Genesis chapter three. We
- 25:17Speaker 1: can't hide from the scriptures. We thank you. I see it.
- 25:22Speaker 1: I'll put it up. We're deceived. Mankind was deceived by
- 25:27Speaker 1: the enemy, the one who hates all of God's creation,
- 25:31Speaker 1: the devil Satan, Lucifer. Well, he wasn't Lucifer at that point, Amen,
- 25:36Speaker 1: he was the devil, the serpent man. He was Lucifer
- 25:40Speaker 1: when he was in heaven, the angel of Light and
- 25:45Speaker 1: lasting musician, one of Lee worshippers right in heaven, and
- 25:50Speaker 1: then pride entered into his heart. That's why we gotta
- 25:53Speaker 1: be careful with pride, because when pride enters into our
- 25:57Speaker 1: heart or tries to into our to our heart, we
- 26:00Speaker 1: try to put us in front of God. We try
- 26:03Speaker 1: to put things in front of God. We become idol
- 26:06Speaker 1: worshipers if we don't keep our pride and check. But
- 26:09Speaker 1: for believers, there was absolutely no combination or wrath from
- 26:14Speaker 1: God Romans eight and one, Romans five and nine. Through
- 26:18Speaker 1: Jesus we literally set free from judgment and we could
- 26:24Speaker 1: be sure that we have this eternal life John five
- 26:27Speaker 1: twenty four. That's where we started. So my whole thing
- 26:31Speaker 1: about death is this, that's not final. I have scriptures
- 26:35Speaker 1: to back it up, and you now have scriptures to
- 26:37Speaker 1: back it up. Death is not final according to the
- 26:39Speaker 1: Biblical perspective. And man, I can't tell you or convince you.
- 26:44Speaker 1: I could tell you, but I can't convince you that
- 26:46Speaker 1: God is real. It's not my job. It's not anyone's job.
- 26:50Speaker 1: I mean, there's people who debate is God real or not?
- 26:55Speaker 1: Does God allow? Why does God allow sickness and disease?
- 27:00Speaker 1: Why I would a good God send good people to hell?
- 27:06Speaker 1: Which he doesn't? As a question though that I've heard,
- 27:10Speaker 1: And you could do it that way. You could debate,
- 27:12Speaker 1: you could go through scriptures and we could have a
- 27:16Speaker 1: sword fight with the scriptures. But I don't know how
- 27:22Speaker 1: effective that would be for someone who's in a life
- 27:25Speaker 1: or death situation. But I know for sure that love,
- 27:29Speaker 1: the love of God, the kindness of God, leads men
- 27:32Speaker 1: to repentance, leads women to repentance. Amen. So if you
- 27:36Speaker 1: look at it in a loving way when death is
- 27:40Speaker 1: knocking on a door, and you look at the lover
- 27:43Speaker 1: of our soul, if you look at God who gives
- 27:45Speaker 1: eternal life, Amen, your mind will switch up to a
- 27:48Speaker 1: good way, in a good way, in a good pattern. Amen.
- 27:51Speaker 1: But I'm out of time. I hope the word of
- 27:54Speaker 1: God has spoken to you. John chapter five. Read the
- 27:57Speaker 1: whole chapter for yourself. We camped out of verse number
- 27:59Speaker 1: tween for Thank you so much for hanging out with
- 28:01Speaker 1: me for this morning. Devo. God bless you all, and
- 28:05Speaker 1: God keep you all, and remember always that God is good. Peace,
