Brunswick County’s drought alert stays at Stage Three, but watering rules just got smarter: automated systems can now run twice a week, 8 PM to 4 AM, on staggered nights based on address odd/even. Southern areas remain in the worst drought, but overall usage has improved. Small gardens and existing landscaping can still be watered by hand or drip during those hours.
