- 4:10Speaker 5: not one, not two, but three thousand dollars cash. That's
- 4:14Speaker 5: put it in the piggy banks, save it for a
- 4:16Speaker 5: rainy day. Maybe ness doesn't have power at your house
- 4:18Speaker 5: like mine for eight days straight, you're gonna need that money.
- 4:21Speaker 5: Whoever gets second place, you're gonna get two thousand dollars
- 4:26Speaker 5: or bank account. And then finally a third place. We
- 4:28Speaker 5: don't like participation trophies in this game, but we're gonna
- 4:30Speaker 5: give you one thousand dollars as well. So that is
- 4:32Speaker 5: the way this game is going to take place. I'm gonna
- 4:34Speaker 5: tell you what the schedule is on all this as well.
- 4:37Speaker 5: So the submission window is gonna be February third, which,
- 4:39Speaker 5: by the way, is today when this episode comes out,

- 5:04Speaker 5: thousand dollars or give a hell of a shot. Man,
- 5:08Speaker 5: just give your best go. That's all you can ask
- 5:10Speaker 5: the audience. The year of the audience.
- 5:12Speaker 1: We want your best.
- 5:14Speaker 5: Year, the audience. We got everything dialed. Wilson's that a
- 5:17Speaker 5: little text text the group chat. Take care of your
- 5:20Speaker 5: your wife, your kids, your family. Like this is These
- 5:22Speaker 5: are Titanic rules. You got to take care of your
- 5:25Speaker 5: your own house first. We've kind of dialed dialed it
- 5:28Speaker 5: into an extent because we all have internet. Will's just
- 5:30Speaker 5: without one more item than we are. Monday happens and
- 5:34Speaker 5: was like eight am, you call me or text me
- 5:37Speaker 5: eight am. Will it hits me with the text, Hey, man,
- 5:40Speaker 5: I'm not gonna be able to make it this hill
- 5:42Speaker 5: I got it's an uphill, it's a this is this
- 5:46Speaker 5: is a this is a hill. Now, I'm not gonna
- 5:48Speaker 5: be able to make it out. No time out.
- 5:52Speaker 4: Here's here's where I need the time out is. I said,
- 5:55Speaker 4: go ahead and leave me because I don't. I didn't
- 5:57Speaker 4: want to be going too long because there's there's there's
- 5:59Speaker 4: just there's chaos going on. The text the night before
- 6:03Speaker 4: was you you were down to handle the podcast, but
- 6:06Speaker 4: I was basically letting everybody know, hey, if the shop
- 6:10Speaker 4: is shut down in your brain and you like, the
- 6:13Speaker 4: podcast is priority number two right now, so there's zero
- 6:16Speaker 4: expectation for anybody to come in. So on that night
- 6:19Speaker 4: I was already pretty much not like doing the pod
- 6:23Speaker 4: in my head. Got you. So Monday, Monday eight am happens.
- 6:28Speaker 4: I love to get some salt. Willie Boy ain't getting
- 6:30Speaker 4: out of this driveway.
- 6:32Speaker 5: It's too steep.
- 6:33Speaker 4: Road's dangerous driveways too steep, is what I heard. Oh buddy,
- 6:37Speaker 4: it's like, you know how, we're driving around San fran
- 6:40Speaker 4: like we were hit. We were hitting some of these hills.
- 6:43Speaker 4: I saw one sign that basically said Willie Ces driveway
- 6:47Speaker 4: as we were driving up.
- 6:50Speaker 5: Huge, huge incline. So I think, I tell will listen
- 6:54Speaker 5: if you need me, I'll bring the salt first, and
- 6:57Speaker 5: then I'll go do all the stuff for busting with
- 6:59Speaker 5: the boys. Will leave me go without me, save yourself,
- 7:02Speaker 5: Go do busting with the boys without me, because this
- 7:05Speaker 5: driveway is too much for me to handle. That was outside,
- 7:08Speaker 5: and I was like, this is insane.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Okay, hey, gonna time my time out. So yeah, I said,
- 7:15Speaker 4: don't worry about coming to drop the salt off because
- 7:17Speaker 4: I'm talking to the cats who are there. Jared, who
- 7:19Speaker 4: was trying to figure out an Airbnb. Sure's like, hey,
- 7:21Speaker 4: I got a dip right after the pod. I'm thinking,
- 7:23Speaker 4: all right, don't push anything back because you just got
- 7:25Speaker 4: to come bring me salt right right, which.
- 7:26Speaker 5: Is which is a boy move. We come, we do
- 7:29Speaker 5: the show. I think we made lemonade at a Lemons
- 7:32Speaker 5: we did it was Yeah, it was a good show.
- 7:35Speaker 5: I thought we had a lot of fun. Uh, definitely
- 7:37Speaker 5: got Uh. We gotta save zips. That's that's it. That's
- 7:40Speaker 5: staying the same.
- 7:40Speaker 4: Biggest takeaway, save zips. And also Josh paid storytelling.
- 7:44Speaker 5: With Josh paid storytelling with how insane was that nuts?
- 7:48Speaker 1: Dude?
- 7:48Speaker 5: Yeah, that's a good one to go listen back to.
- 7:50Speaker 4: So we're like you.
- 7:52Speaker 5: Will had a great comment to the boys, Hey, think
- 7:54Speaker 5: about things you can do for making content, for busting
- 7:57Speaker 5: in a time like this, right, it's it's shitty out.
- 7:59Speaker 5: Will's doing it best with the generator. He's at the
- 8:01Speaker 5: E five L one S two code going on as generator.
- 8:04Speaker 5: But you need to fix that. I got all the
- 8:05Speaker 5: things for you on the generak. I believe he called,
- 8:07Speaker 5: not knowing he was called generak Jack.
- 8:11Speaker 4: Time out, Jack, Hey, time out?
- 8:15Speaker 5: You getting five minutes.
- 8:16Speaker 4: I'm just saying, ain't gonna sit here and be like
- 8:18Speaker 4: I didn't know what it meant.
- 8:19Speaker 6: I don't know if Will pronounce it right or wrong.
- 8:21Speaker 6: I will say Will is a king of content, and
- 8:24Speaker 6: he knows how to capitalize on a good situation. And
- 8:28Speaker 6: maybe he knew the term generack and maybe he did it.
- 8:32Speaker 5: I had five people text me, but make sure your
- 8:33Speaker 5: boy knows. To Will's credit, he's literally texting me.
- 8:39Speaker 6: It's like he's texting me about to set the world
- 8:41Speaker 6: on fires, Like I'm about to call it a gain iraq.
- 8:43Speaker 1: He's like, just wait for the comments.
- 8:45Speaker 4: Oh I actually I look.
- 8:49Speaker 6: And then within two minutes of the tweet, he's like
- 8:51Speaker 6: already sitting me screenshots.
- 8:53Speaker 1: He's like, people are texting me and like people just.
- 8:56Speaker 6: Want to get mad at Will already online, especially in
- 8:58Speaker 6: these moments. And this is why I really respect him,
- 9:01Speaker 6: is because he takes it one step too far and
- 9:04Speaker 6: he's out there getting these good old boys rouled up
- 9:07Speaker 6: and he's he's wearing the full camera.
- 9:11Speaker 4: But I love it.
- 9:11Speaker 5: It's a heady play. Did he text you also and
- 9:14Speaker 5: be like I'm gonna tell Taylor my driveways in Sanley Steeve? No,
- 9:16Speaker 5: I didn't get that text.
- 9:17Speaker 6: Bro and and and JP also, uh, we have to
- 9:21Speaker 6: credit JP. He was like, Hey, it would be great
- 9:24Speaker 6: content if you guys delivered some salt as well. So
- 9:27Speaker 6: that's what we did. You you were in your side
- 9:30Speaker 6: by side. I drove my four four runner that's got
- 9:33Speaker 6: two hundred and ninety seven thousand miles on it and.
- 9:36Speaker 5: The pits of hell that no one could drive it,
- 9:39Speaker 5: especially around West Nashville. Couldn't do it.
- 9:43Speaker 4: I will say it.
- 9:43Speaker 5: Though I'm taking selfie videos, you're taking videos.
- 9:46Speaker 4: There's nothing.
- 9:47Speaker 5: You're out of timeouts.
- 9:49Speaker 4: I'll tell you, guys, come over. It'd been sunny. It
- 9:53Speaker 4: was like in the middle of the afternoons.
- 9:54Speaker 5: Not the point had.
- 9:56Speaker 6: The one saving grace that Will has is the main
- 9:58Speaker 6: road the old Hillsboro High School runs off of.
- 10:02Speaker 5: It was destroyed, destroyed.
- 10:04Speaker 6: Every single property you you were weaving in between one lane,
- 10:09Speaker 6: it was destroyed. When we got to Will's house, I
- 10:13Speaker 6: could have put my car in two wheel drive and
- 10:15Speaker 6: gone a backwards.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Yo yo.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Got by the time y'all came over.
- 10:22Speaker 5: Out of timeouts, I'm driving and I'm look over and
- 10:26Speaker 5: I'm looking at my phone like, okay, this is in
- 10:29Speaker 5: five hundred feet and I'm looking. I'm like, these are
- 10:32Speaker 5: flat lots. These lots are flat. So I'm thinking and
- 10:36Speaker 5: knowing my brain, I'm like, I messed up the address
- 10:39Speaker 5: on this house. I turn up in this driveway one
- 10:42Speaker 5: percent in climb, get up a driveway I get out,
- 10:46Speaker 5: I look at Jack, I go, hey, are you thinking
- 10:49Speaker 5: what I'm thinking? Goes craziest non steep driveway of our
- 10:53Speaker 5: entire lives.
- 10:54Speaker 6: We were We were laughing for a minute straight until
- 10:56Speaker 6: Will came out, and then he goes, have y'all been bitten?
- 11:00Speaker 4: It was the first thing he says to us, and
- 11:02Speaker 4: Taylor came some. I am legend to my head like,
- 11:06Speaker 4: show me your hands, do you have any bite marks?
- 11:09Speaker 6: Taylor breathe and but honestly, it was great. We got
- 11:13Speaker 6: to see Will's new house, beautiful property home. I love
- 11:16Speaker 6: the crew, saw all the cool stuff. His gooner cave
- 11:20Speaker 6: is all time great shades of green everywhere.
- 11:23Speaker 5: Love the shades of green.
- 11:25Speaker 4: You guys got there in the morning at.
- 11:27Speaker 5: Will's house is like a roll xbox gold. Honestly, yeah,
- 11:33Speaker 5: I can see that.
- 11:34Speaker 4: I didn't know where you're going.
- 11:37Speaker 5: The green I've been obsessed with for a while now.
- 11:40Speaker 4: In the morning, that entire driveway was ice bro The
- 11:45Speaker 4: streets were ice. There was a massive tree down to
- 11:48Speaker 4: my right that was cleaned up. By the time you
- 11:49Speaker 4: guys got there, the road did look good. The road
- 11:52Speaker 4: did look good. But like by the time you guys
- 11:54Speaker 4: came over the road did look good?
- 11:55Speaker 1: Weren't you driving around to target earlier in the That.
- 11:58Speaker 4: Was when it was slush.
- 12:00Speaker 5: So when we had the media of the show, he
- 12:01Speaker 5: tried to say, like, oh, none of the ice storm
- 12:03Speaker 5: came the next day, Like the ice storm already came on.
- 12:07Speaker 4: That if you're in Nashville on Saturday, it snowed about
- 12:10Speaker 4: two or three inches. The next morning is when there
- 12:13Speaker 4: was a rain. There was like a rain moment. Why
- 12:15Speaker 4: it was slush going.
- 12:16Speaker 5: On Saturday mornings when that happened.
- 12:17Speaker 4: And but Sunday is when it dropped down to single digits, yes,
- 12:21Speaker 4: to where everything was hardened over throughout that night. Right,
- 12:26Speaker 4: So I don't I don't like the snowstorm. The ice
- 12:28Speaker 4: storm didn't happen like on like Saturday night to where
- 12:32Speaker 4: everything was down in the single digits part like ice happened,
- 12:35Speaker 4: but not to the extent where it got even worse
- 12:37Speaker 4: and hardened up overnight on Sunday because it was single
- 12:39Speaker 4: digits on Sunday.
- 12:40Speaker 5: Dude, Saturday morning, five am, Taylor wakes me up and
- 12:45Speaker 5: she's like the powers out. I go outside, not knowing
- 12:48Speaker 5: what to do. I'm wearing Camo gear that I got
- 12:51Speaker 5: from from me eater thinking this is enough, and I'm
- 12:55Speaker 5: wandering around outside thinking I do I'm not sure what
- 12:57Speaker 5: she wants me to really do, but I'm gonna be
- 12:59Speaker 5: out here and I'm gonna try to figure out. It's
- 13:01Speaker 5: twenty seven degrees outside and it's raining. Yeah, it was
- 13:04Speaker 5: the weirdest. It was the weirdest thing ever. I'm looking
- 13:07Speaker 5: off in the distance. I'm hearing like gunshots go off,
- 13:09Speaker 5: but it's branches that are breaking in the distance because
- 13:12Speaker 5: the ice is already piling up on top of it.
- 13:14Speaker 5: I go to our generator that's not starting. I'm fuming
- 13:17Speaker 5: thinking about the guy who built our house, being like
- 13:19Speaker 5: this is I gotta do something?
- 13:21Speaker 4: Yeah, I was terrify was You'd.
- 13:24Speaker 5: Be like, there's no way Tales beating this guy's ass.
- 13:26Speaker 5: He's way too strong and handsome, he be he would
- 13:28Speaker 5: handle me. I go over literally juke box, the thing.
- 13:32Speaker 5: I just start hitting it, and ice crumbles off this
- 13:35Speaker 5: little event area. It starts right up. Been running two
- 13:38Speaker 5: hundred hours ever since Doude. Those things grind, man, those
- 13:41Speaker 5: things grind. Yeah, I FONSI did, dude. I just hit it.
- 13:45Speaker 5: Ice fell turned on. I'm like, I'm a handy man.
- 13:49Speaker 5: I've I mean, I've been having a pocket I've had
- 13:51Speaker 5: a pocket knife in my pocket since that day. Having
- 13:54Speaker 5: because we're in a commercial flight today that don't have
- 13:56Speaker 5: it right now. But I'm I'm changing my identity because
- 13:59Speaker 5: of this storm. I become more of a man had
- 14:02Speaker 5: We've had to do more. I brought Cowboy but I'll
- 14:04Speaker 5: be wearing them tomorrow. I feel different. I've saved people.
- 14:10Speaker 4: It was solid ice on Monday morning. And there's a
- 14:14Speaker 4: couple of things you just don't do. You just don't
- 14:16Speaker 4: mess with ice, like I don't play around with ice,
- 14:19Speaker 4: you know. And you can say flat in one percent,
- 14:21Speaker 4: but you'll be wrong on a one percent incline.
- 14:28Speaker 5: All right, there's no way for me to go to
- 14:31Speaker 5: the public and like prove this without like putting your
- 14:33Speaker 5: house on blast, like this is Will's house.
- 14:35Speaker 4: I'll figure out a way to measure it. We'll post inline.
- 14:38Speaker 5: Whatever you post is fake. Yeah, it's more than one percent.
- 14:43Speaker 4: It's the drive The driveway is is an incline, like
- 14:46Speaker 4: it's by definition, show me the hand he put it
- 14:53Speaker 4: on Twitter. Will put this driveway on Twitter. Yeah, I
- 14:58Speaker 4: posted it's crazy. I posted the photo.
- 15:02Speaker 5: That freeze frame now screenshot that that gift is going
- 15:06Speaker 5: to go crazy.
- 15:06Speaker 4: Over for Compton.
- 15:08Speaker 3: That as an immediate game.
- 15:10Speaker 5: It's like that, yes, bro, Like like I am when
- 15:16Speaker 5: I pulled up to your hats when I thought Will
- 15:18Speaker 5: needed a vacation day and out, that's okay with me.
- 15:21Speaker 4: Oh so no, no, no, no, bro. We had guys.
- 15:25Speaker 5: I thought, oh, my man just didn't want to come
- 15:27Speaker 5: into work.
- 15:27Speaker 4: That's all good.
- 15:28Speaker 5: He could just told me, hey, I'm really not feeling
- 15:30Speaker 5: it today.
- 15:33Speaker 3: No.
- 15:35Speaker 5: No, the way he was talking to me on the
- 15:37Speaker 5: phone in the morning, I'm thinking, this, man, you never
- 15:40Speaker 5: wear at my.
- 15:41Speaker 4: I literally told and I told you too. I was like,
- 15:42Speaker 4: you don't have to bring the ice right now, or
- 15:44Speaker 4: not the ice to salt right now.
- 15:46Speaker 5: I did that like six times to that morning.
- 15:48Speaker 4: Like you don't have to bring the saut right now.
- 15:49Speaker 4: You can do it after. But yeah, in my brain,
- 15:51Speaker 4: I'm like, bro, there's power lines down everywhere. There's trees
- 15:55Speaker 4: down everywhere. I've driven around. Like the two guys that
- 15:57Speaker 4: were at the shop that were going to run the
- 15:59Speaker 4: podcast were just sleeping there because they had power out
- 16:02Speaker 4: at their house. Like you have sharm with this family.
- 16:05Speaker 4: They're trying to figure out a hotel situation because they're
- 16:07Speaker 4: staying with their friend. Jared's there with his two dogs.
- 16:09Speaker 4: Surem's there with his two dogs. Jared's also there with Mackenzie.
- 16:12Speaker 4: They're trying to figure out an airbab. In my head
- 16:14Speaker 4: when I'm making a call on how it being single
- 16:17Speaker 4: digits on Sunday and how it's gonna freeze over, It's like, Yo,
- 16:20Speaker 4: doing a podcast should be the least of our worries.
- 16:23Speaker 4: Not I want a vacation day.
- 16:26Speaker 5: Well do you think I really thought you needed a
- 16:27Speaker 5: vacation day?
- 16:28Speaker 4: That's what you just said.
- 16:29Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 16:30Speaker 5: Yeah, I said, There was a smirk and a smile
- 16:31Speaker 5: on my face.
- 16:32Speaker 4: Well I know, but I'm saying like that. That was
- 16:34Speaker 4: like what was going on through my head. Like when
- 16:37Speaker 4: when I'm basically saying like, yeah, there's no need to
- 16:39Speaker 4: go in if you don't want to go.
- 16:40Speaker 5: In, I just need you to admit your driveways like that.
- 16:44Speaker 4: I will say this, My driveway is higher than a
- 16:46Speaker 4: one percent incline.
- 16:48Speaker 5: That's fair, less than five.
- 16:51Speaker 4: I'm not good with the angles and shit like that,
- 16:56Speaker 4: but I'm saying the driveway is like it's on, like
- 16:59Speaker 4: it's you want to hill, bro?
- 17:07Speaker 5: I'll take you till you're not hitting zone two Cardio.
- 17:10Speaker 5: On that you're not you're not gonna be able to
- 17:12Speaker 5: hit zone two Cardios.
- 17:13Speaker 4: That my driveway was a mile long, you being zoned
- 17:16Speaker 4: to Cardios, you be in Cardio probably it would be man,
- 17:22Speaker 4: you had a beautiful home. You thought about me out
- 17:24Speaker 4: there laying on the ground with a ruler and ship
- 17:26Speaker 4: trying to figure out I need you with that little
- 17:29Speaker 4: a little balance guy that's not a ruler, Yeah, a
- 17:39Speaker 4: pro tractor.
- 17:45Speaker 5: Yeah, that protracted tonna be like two point one and
- 17:47Speaker 5: you're like, fuck, as long as it's higher than one.
- 17:51Speaker 5: Maybe I did want a vacation day god Lee, but hey,
- 17:58Speaker 5: it's awesome to be out here this superball. It's been hell.
- 18:04Speaker 5: It's been hell in Nashville. Boys, it's been hell from
- 18:06Speaker 5: no hour's out in San Francisco. While Well and I
- 18:08Speaker 5: as wives are just spending for themselves with children.
- 18:11Speaker 4: Bro and tro hit me up today too, saying like
- 18:14Speaker 4: the generator is still blinking green, but it's got a
- 18:16Speaker 4: yellow back light, so I'm like, all right, let me
- 18:19Speaker 4: figure it out. But essentially we figured out that like
- 18:22Speaker 4: if it's blinking green, that's good, and the hours because
- 18:26Speaker 4: it can go like I want to say, the generat
- 18:28Speaker 4: twenty four k watt can go like two hundred hours
- 18:31Speaker 4: at a time. And I just don't think it reset
- 18:34Speaker 4: like whenever I did learn whenever I did figure out
- 18:37Speaker 4: how to change the oil. So I just don't think
- 18:39Speaker 4: it reset. I think it's still running off of hours
- 18:41Speaker 4: protected from day one that it started working.
- 18:46Speaker 5: So what does that mean?
- 18:47Speaker 4: I think she's good. I was like, hey, I think
- 18:49Speaker 4: you're fine, but I'll get somebody out there to check it.
- 18:51Speaker 5: Yeah, at this point, it's kind of just who's going
- 18:54Speaker 5: to sustain the grit longer at the power outage or
- 18:57Speaker 5: the generators.
- 18:57Speaker 4: At this point, I'm just hoping the power gets up, bro.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Like they they're saying the latest can be on Sunday
- 19:02Speaker 4: on February eighth. But my optimistics has like maybe they're
- 19:06Speaker 4: just airing on just the worst you would host scenario,
- 19:09Speaker 4: because again, the house that we just moved out of,
- 19:13Speaker 4: it's in the same zip code, and that one came
- 19:16Speaker 4: on yesterday. So I'm just thinking, like, you know, slowly
- 19:20Speaker 4: but surely, I'm sure they'll get him up and run there.
- 19:21Speaker 5: I was on the way back from media days or wherever.
- 19:25Speaker 5: What is that the name of what we were just
- 19:26Speaker 5: at Media Days opening night? On the way back, I'm
- 19:29Speaker 5: on the phone with Tail and she's like, there's nests
- 19:32Speaker 5: like a couple of blocks away from where we're at
- 19:34Speaker 5: right now. But the block, the blocks they're at are
- 19:36Speaker 5: to the right where all the power is. So I
- 19:38Speaker 5: don't know what they're doing. Probably getting warm.
- 19:40Speaker 4: You're I mean Jared situation. His power went off what
- 19:43Speaker 4: three different days?
- 19:44Speaker 5: Yeah, tell that story because that's maybe the most gangster
- 19:46Speaker 5: move of all time.
- 19:47Speaker 4: So his power went out for a decent period of time,
- 19:50Speaker 4: then the power kicks back on. So then he comes
- 19:52Speaker 4: back from the Airbnb because his power kicks back on,
- 19:55Speaker 4: then his power goes off again. Did he go anywhere
- 19:57Speaker 4: that night or that day? Did he go back to
- 20:00Speaker 4: the Airbnb like he still had the Airbnb? I think no.
- 20:02Speaker 3: I think when the power came on, they got rid
- 20:04Speaker 3: of the Airbnb and then they were in Limbo. I
- 20:07Speaker 3: think that's why they stick. He took and then they
- 20:09Speaker 3: tried to take schrm's Shore Hotel room I had come
- 20:13Speaker 3: back on. Apparently the hotel was diabolical. There was a
- 20:16Speaker 3: million dogs just yapping everywhere.
- 20:19Speaker 4: Right because there's a pet friendly hotel. Yeah, goly bro,
- 20:22Speaker 4: there's a friend that I had that was in the
- 20:24Speaker 4: hotel like all week long. But anyway, the power comes
- 20:26Speaker 4: back on for the second time. Jerry gets back and
- 20:28Speaker 4: he's fired up. Power goes off for the third time
- 20:31Speaker 4: because he's sending when the power came back on the
- 20:33Speaker 4: second time, he's like sending photos like in his house,
- 20:35Speaker 4: like hands up like Poe's and being funny. And then
- 20:39Speaker 4: he's showering the next morning and in the middle of
- 20:41Speaker 4: him showering, the power goes out and he just says
- 20:44Speaker 4: his body just fills with rage, and he puts on
- 20:47Speaker 4: his clothes. He goes outside and starts driving to find
- 20:50Speaker 4: any strucks. He finds him at a gas station and
- 20:53Speaker 4: he said he was super kind about it, but he
- 20:55Speaker 4: was enraged at the same time. It was just like, hey,
- 20:59Speaker 4: what did he say? He asked at first, like, hey,
- 21:02Speaker 4: in the power are like my powers out at the
- 21:04Speaker 4: house are like, oh no, your area. We just got
- 21:06Speaker 4: it up and running. He's like, no, it's not. And
- 21:07Speaker 4: he's like, I said it way nice for that, but
- 21:09Speaker 4: I'm like, no, uh no, it's not. He's like, oh,
- 21:11Speaker 4: I'm pretty sure we got all up and running He's like,
- 21:13Speaker 4: do you want me to show you? He's like, yeah,
- 21:14Speaker 4: if you want me to show you, and he said
- 21:16Speaker 4: he got in his car and he started driving to
- 21:18Speaker 4: his house and the entire fleet of the NIES trucks
- 21:21Speaker 4: were just behind him. As he's going to show him
- 21:23Speaker 4: the powers out in his house and other people around
- 21:25Speaker 4: in the area. He gets out, starts twenty at wires.
- 21:27Speaker 4: He's like, this one's out there out over there. Ours
- 21:29Speaker 4: went out and they stayed there and fixed it in
- 21:32Speaker 4: that time. In that time, right, yeah, yeah, they got
- 21:35Speaker 4: it up and going, like within an hour, I.
- 21:37Speaker 5: Believe Dayling like Sunday yesterday. Sunday was like, hey, can
- 21:43Speaker 5: you just go find and ask people and ask them questions, like,
- 21:46Speaker 5: ask them when they're gonna get it done. I'm like,
- 21:49Speaker 5: I would love to, but you know that's not gonna
- 21:51Speaker 5: me going up to some real man and me pulling
- 21:55Speaker 5: up my car and be like, hey, when are you
- 21:56Speaker 5: guys gonna fix my power?
- 21:57Speaker 4: They yeah, people that's just been driving by they have.
- 22:01Speaker 5: And I understand where her heads at. She's like, she
- 22:02Speaker 5: just wants answers. We all just want answers. But I'm thinking,
- 22:05Speaker 5: you just want me to get my truck in because.
- 22:07Speaker 4: There hasn't been a whole lot of transparency on like
- 22:09Speaker 4: when all the car is going to get up a run.
- 22:10Speaker 5: And they don't know, they're just making subject to Hey,
- 22:12Speaker 5: you guys are going here now and they're gonna be there,
- 22:14Speaker 5: And it's like when they're like Karen's and Taylor pull
- 22:17Speaker 5: up and we're like, hey, why aren't you at my house? Like,
- 22:21Speaker 5: what the fuck's wrong with this guy?
- 22:22Speaker 4: We're on day seven over here.
- 22:23Speaker 5: Yeah, do you understand I'm having a hard time. It's like, yeah, bitch,
- 22:27Speaker 5: we're all having a time.
- 22:29Speaker 4: We've been operating three days straight.
- 22:31Speaker 5: Yeah, that's not slept at all anyway. Man ness is
- 22:36Speaker 5: having a tough time. Yeah, they're having a tough time.
- 22:38Speaker 5: Good thing is is when chaos like this happens and
- 22:40Speaker 5: we see not prepared, good opportunity to fix some things
- 22:43Speaker 5: going to the next issue that will probably come about
- 22:46Speaker 5: because our power goes out once a year.
- 22:48Speaker 4: I wonder how many generators have been sold in Nashville.
- 22:51Speaker 5: No, dude, the guy I told you about, my guy
- 22:54Speaker 5: right over he was fixing the generator who was just
- 22:59Speaker 5: like a surface saying it. He's like, we've sold five
- 23:01Speaker 5: million generators in the last year that crazy net profit
- 23:07Speaker 5: just nuts, ma'am.
- 23:08Speaker 4: We're out here in San fran And by the way,
- 23:11Speaker 4: when we're flying out here to San France, I want
- 23:12Speaker 4: to say Chefty dropped the tweet saying that a little
- 23:14Speaker 4: earthquake hit ye. Just going to the next just going
- 23:18Speaker 4: to the next zone of chaos.

- 25:28Speaker 4: you're in if you're in the Bay Area watching this
- 25:30Speaker 4: right now or listening, drop some spots we should go eat.
- 25:34Speaker 5: Drop some Mexican spots we should go eat because I
- 25:37Speaker 5: know you guys went to El Cilantro or wherever you
- 25:38Speaker 5: all went to.
- 25:41Speaker 3: That's crazy, you said El Cilantro.
- 25:43Speaker 4: Why you hating on El Cilantro bro? Oh wait, hang on,
- 25:46Speaker 4: what was it called just slunch Cilantro?
- 25:49Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 25:49Speaker 4: Why you gotta hate on the Mexican food in Nashville.
- 25:52Speaker 5: Because it's not that good Mexican food in general. If
- 25:55Speaker 5: you make Mexican food is good, it's just a good meal.
- 25:58Speaker 4: Like Mexicans honestly, it's hard to.
- 26:01Speaker 5: It's hard to. It's like pizza. Pizza is always good
- 26:05Speaker 5: when you eat it, but there's obviously a different variety
- 26:08Speaker 5: of this is much better and this is not, and
- 26:11Speaker 5: Nash will be in the category of not. It's just not.
- 26:14Speaker 5: And that's okay. You think it's bad for Mexican if
- 26:18Speaker 5: you were just to put Mexican food as a meter, because,
- 26:22Speaker 5: like I just said, you can't really fuck up Mexican.
- 26:23Speaker 5: So any Mexican food place you guys go to, I'm
- 26:25Speaker 5: sure there were comments made like the service was great,
- 26:28Speaker 5: love the vibe in there. What what about say when
- 26:34Speaker 5: the food is lacking? The chips and sauce was great,
- 26:37Speaker 5: I'm great. The caeso was great Missouri, Pennsylvania. But bro,
- 26:42Speaker 5: what's so difficult about making some of these dishes? And
- 26:46Speaker 5: what's so special about like the great of the greats
- 26:48Speaker 5: of the great? It's not like it's like, oh, this
- 26:50Speaker 5: guauku is insane because I'm eating it in Arizona. It's
- 26:54Speaker 5: the way they make it in Arizona. It's the way
- 26:56Speaker 5: they make it in California. But how to make it
- 26:58Speaker 5: in Texas?
- 26:58Speaker 4: What's this? What's the rest? Everybody that they love Mexican food,
- 27:03Speaker 4: wouldn't be able to come to Nashville and recreate awesome.
- 27:07Speaker 5: With an answer, I have a Mexican spot Nashville. I
- 27:10Speaker 5: don't know these amazing ingredients, but you know why. There's
- 27:14Speaker 5: not a high Mexican population in Nashville, so more Mexican
- 27:17Speaker 5: dense populated areas are going to have better Mexican food.
- 27:22Speaker 4: The entire argument. I've never disagreed in saying that Arizona
- 27:26Speaker 4: and in all these spots like Texas West Coast has
- 27:30Speaker 4: better Mexican food over like, there's way more places and
- 27:33Speaker 4: opportunity and done. I'm just not in the campus saying
- 27:36Speaker 4: like Nashville has bad Mexican food, because that's just not true.
- 27:40Speaker 5: Because there's no such thing as bad Mexican food Mexican food.
- 27:44Speaker 4: But there's also good there's also you can find good
- 27:46Speaker 4: Mexican food in Nashville. I haven't. I have not.
- 27:50Speaker 5: Now I've gone back and forth with a bad food
- 27:52Speaker 5: in Nashville or overrated you guys have, I've walked that
- 27:56Speaker 5: off a little bit.
- 27:56Speaker 4: But the Mexicans, so hang on, Just to be clear,
- 27:59Speaker 4: you're saying you're wrong about saying nationals are bad foods.
- 28:02Speaker 5: I've said what I said, but I'm saying I know
- 28:05Speaker 5: I just said, but I said that earlier this week.
- 28:07Speaker 4: Right, but now that we're on cameras on mic just wrong. Yeah,
- 28:11Speaker 4: But let's just for the podcasting audience.
- 28:13Speaker 5: For the podcasting audience, you can go back on our
- 28:16Speaker 5: socials and see what I talked about. When I was
- 28:18Speaker 5: referring back to the conversation we had about National for.
- 28:20Speaker 4: A hard time taking an l bro L, you were
- 28:24Speaker 4: saying that you were wrong.
- 28:26Speaker 5: Nashville has blind spots in their food, in their food category.
- 28:29Speaker 5: That's not to generally say, to generally say that Nashville's
- 28:34Speaker 5: food is bad is wrong. Correct, that's a good that's
- 28:37Speaker 5: the take.
- 28:38Speaker 4: That's the Nashville's food is not bad.
- 28:41Speaker 5: It has blind spots.
- 28:42Speaker 2: Like natural Mexican food's not bad, but it's not great.
- 28:44Speaker 2: I'm not talking about talking about it's this not it
- 28:46Speaker 2: not even started. It didn't even the whole thing didn't
- 28:48Speaker 2: even start from Mexican food. It was the food scene. No,
- 28:52Speaker 2: it was the food scene. It started from l A lookout.
- 28:55Speaker 2: We'll look out.
- 28:56Speaker 4: We're out here in LA and can find some great food.
- 28:57Speaker 4: Like Nashville has a bad foods, and I was like, no, no, no, no, no,
- 29:01Speaker 4: that's wrong. Has good food.
- 29:04Speaker 5: I feel like Nashville is missing a good, solid, middle
- 29:07Speaker 5: class tier of food, which would be fixed by Zips.
- 29:10Speaker 4: Middle class food is like overall, we're just talking about
- 29:14Speaker 4: average places.
- 29:15Speaker 5: Fire depends about affordable food. Zips is affordable and delicious,
- 29:22Speaker 5: not average. Would you say Zips is an average place.
- 29:25Speaker 4: I love Zips. I'm saying average. My takes are I
- 29:28Speaker 4: love Zips. Nashville has a good food scene. Okay, I'll do.
- 29:32Speaker 5: Both those perfect with the next thing, with the next
- 29:36Speaker 5: thing of but they have.
- 29:37Speaker 3: Some blind spots, which is there is there one plate,
- 29:41Speaker 3: like one type of food in particular you wish that
- 29:43Speaker 3: Nashville had in that in that.
- 29:44Speaker 4: He wants affordable Mexican food with that knocks him off
- 29:49Speaker 4: his feet and reminds him of the West Coast. Yeah.
- 29:53Speaker 5: I went to Sunday last.
- 29:54Speaker 4: Night because if ye know, I've never been there.
- 29:56Speaker 5: It's crazy.
- 29:57Speaker 4: It's Sunda is a lawant staple. It has been since
- 30:03Speaker 4: twenty eighteen.
- 30:04Speaker 5: Nice dude, I am a creature of habit.
- 30:09Speaker 4: And then Taylor. Taylor got tacos last week, get a
- 30:11Speaker 4: spot next to Sunday and he's like I liked him.
- 30:14Speaker 4: There's also there's good you got neighbors.
- 30:17Speaker 5: They would be people would go if if I took
- 30:19Speaker 5: you guys at Keli Taco which no justices, but you
- 30:21Speaker 5: walk in there, they got the thing going. They have
- 30:24Speaker 5: a nice little vibe. They have a little corner where
- 30:25Speaker 5: can put all the fixings on. I ordered tacos. What happened?
- 30:29Speaker 5: I ate the tacos, and I thought to myself, people
- 30:31Speaker 5: from Nashville would think this is the best.
- 30:33Speaker 4: You said, I like the taco.
- 30:35Speaker 5: I saw it. You win because I've already said Mexican
- 30:37Speaker 5: food is good, point blank. There are different levels of
- 30:41Speaker 5: Mexican food. Yeah.
- 30:42Speaker 3: Hey, speaking of different levels of Mexican food, apparently the

- 35:48Speaker 5: thinks about like five to ten strides with me, and
- 35:51Speaker 5: I'm like realizing, oh this this gentleman wants to speak
- 35:53Speaker 5: with me. But I'm gonna have to basically wait for
- 35:54Speaker 5: him to say the first thing, leans over in the

- 36:49Speaker 5: of the off season.
- 36:51Speaker 4: Let's give a gym beam taste of the off season.
- 36:53Speaker 5: Our gym beam Tastes of the off season is going
- 36:55Speaker 5: to go to another California team. That'd be the l
- 36:58Speaker 5: A Rams, specifically Matthew Stafford in that beautiful offense.
- 37:03Speaker 4: Is he coming back?
- 37:04Speaker 5: Is he coming back?
- 37:05Speaker 2: Is?
- 37:06Speaker 5: I don't think the question. I think he's coming back
- 37:08Speaker 5: with a vengeance. But you had a guy who is
- 37:10Speaker 5: what mid to late thirties playing the best ball of
- 37:13Speaker 5: his entire life. Pooka Nkula probable MVP probable MVP Pooka Nakula,
- 37:18Speaker 5: the yak King, Pooka yak Nicula and then DeVante Adams
- 37:22Speaker 5: having a resurgence in his career, red zone threat. But's
- 37:26Speaker 5: you got a lot to be proud about, a lot
- 37:27Speaker 5: to be a devious defensive line, a lot to be
- 37:31Speaker 5: proud about. Next year might be your year. I think
- 37:34Speaker 5: as fans, you guys have a lot to look.
- 37:35Speaker 4: Forward to, the biggest factor of all of it.
- 37:39Speaker 5: Blake Horn Sean McVay, Sean McVay. Another year of wondering
- 37:43Speaker 5: if Sean McVay comes back.
- 37:46Speaker 4: Is he starting, Is that starting to get out there?
- 37:48Speaker 5: I don't know, starting to get out there every year?
- 37:51Speaker 5: Every year it's like a Sean gonna come back.
- 37:53Speaker 4: I fact he kind of found, like some of his
- 37:55Speaker 4: old interviews he's done like over the past like year,
- 37:57Speaker 4: year and a half. I feel like he's he's found,
- 37:59Speaker 4: Like it is his rekindled love for coaching football.
- 38:03Speaker 1: That's good.
- 38:04Speaker 4: I am curious if Stafford is going to come back though,
- 38:06Speaker 4: speaking of love and Stafford and shout out for the dads.
- 38:11Speaker 2: That clip of him after the loss going home to
- 38:13Speaker 2: his kids. I don't know if he saw it.
- 38:14Speaker 4: I didn't.
- 38:17Speaker 2: There's like two am he just got back from losing
- 38:19Speaker 2: just walked in the room, gave the kids a kiss
- 38:22Speaker 2: on the monitor, and like walked out.
- 38:23Speaker 4: It was awesome.
- 38:24Speaker 2: It was a great clip, one of those ones where
- 38:26Speaker 2: you're like, man, these are these are people as well
- 38:28Speaker 2: is awesome.
- 38:29Speaker 4: Shout out to Matt Stafford.
- 38:30Speaker 5: And another clean take. Once you become a father, it's
- 38:34Speaker 5: so much easier to cry at almost anything. Yea, is
- 38:37Speaker 5: it not a clean take? For the dad's watch parent
- 38:41Speaker 5: trap the other day with my kids Bald dude when
- 38:46Speaker 5: the girl so when they switch and the girl goes
- 38:50Speaker 5: to the dad, which, by the way, the ranch house
- 38:53Speaker 5: and Napa. The thing, the funniest part of that that
- 38:56Speaker 5: movie to me was the the mom is like some
- 39:00Speaker 5: fashion wedding dress designer in the heart of London who
- 39:04Speaker 5: has a butler, and the dad is a Napa Valley
- 39:07Speaker 5: like vineyard grantcher. And then they get plugged into this
- 39:12Speaker 5: first date like back in wherever. On the boat, they're like,
- 39:15Speaker 5: how did you guys afford this? It's like, how the
- 39:17Speaker 5: fuck you guys could clearly afford renting a boat for
- 39:20Speaker 5: an hour.
- 39:22Speaker 1: And the.
- 39:24Speaker 4: Which is crazy.
- 39:26Speaker 5: But when the when she's in the car and she
- 39:29Speaker 5: keeps calling him dad, Dad, Dad, over again, and he's like,
- 39:31Speaker 5: why you keep calling me dad? She's like, I don't know.
- 39:33Speaker 5: I just love saying dad. And he's like, I feel
- 39:34Speaker 5: like I haven't seen you in forever. And every kid
- 39:36Speaker 5: meets their dad. I was just sitting there, like Lindsay
- 39:40Speaker 5: Lohanna is so right right now, fucking I'm sitting there.
- 39:46Speaker 5: I'm like a swivel chair and I swivel over the
- 39:48Speaker 5: tail in tears of my eyes. She goes, look at
- 39:50Speaker 5: you like Lindsay Lohan and usually, how do you not
- 39:54Speaker 5: love this movie? This is incredible? Yeah, but it's beautiful.
- 39:58Speaker 5: It's a beautiful movie. Linday li by the.
- 40:00Speaker 4: Way, and the child actor and just the chances of
- 40:03Speaker 4: them linking up at a camp crazy.
- 40:07Speaker 5: It's like there's a lot of holes in that movie.
- 40:11Speaker 5: The boat thing. You're gonna send your kid to a
- 40:14Speaker 5: camp and then your husband. You guys haven't talked to
- 40:16Speaker 5: eleven years, but you split the kids when they were born, right?
- 40:19Speaker 4: Is that not nuts?
- 40:20Speaker 6: No?
- 40:20Speaker 5: One like talks about how that's like a thing like, hey,
- 40:23Speaker 5: this is obviously not working out between us.
- 40:24Speaker 1: Which one?
- 40:25Speaker 5: Which one do you? Which one do you want to
- 40:26Speaker 5: take the other one? We'll never see each other so weird.
- 40:28Speaker 5: I'll take that one Frock Paper Scissors over one of them.
- 40:32Speaker 5: Great movie though.
- 40:33Speaker 4: Great movie.
- 40:34Speaker 5: Great movie.
- 40:35Speaker 4: Huh is.
- 40:38Speaker 5: That the girls? It's like how they become friends, Like,
- 40:44Speaker 5: oh yeah, oh shit, I must have missed that part.
- 40:46Speaker 4: I haven't seen it in a while.
- 40:47Speaker 5: So Michigan. Michigan was playing Nebraska the same night, So
- 40:52Speaker 5: that was between cries. I was watching.
- 40:55Speaker 4: People. People have been saying, too since we dropped the shirts,
- 40:57Speaker 4: Nebraska zone too. Oh, who'll lose to again Illinois? But
- 41:03Speaker 4: we're still ranked nine Illinois five. Apparently Illinois really good?
- 41:06Speaker 4: Yeah they are?
- 41:07Speaker 5: Is he getting close to a Willie curse?
- 41:10Speaker 1: Hey?
- 41:10Speaker 4: We put that. I don't really I don't really post
- 41:12Speaker 4: about it, like I follow him, but it's not like
- 41:14Speaker 4: I'm sitting there watching every I was gonna say every snap,
- 41:16Speaker 4: but every minute of every game, and I am cautious,
- 41:20Speaker 4: I legitimately, in my brain, I'm like, don't tweet about
- 41:23Speaker 4: Nebraska basketball because the Husker fans are just in my
- 41:26Speaker 4: head telling me that I'm a curse.
- 41:28Speaker 3: We posted that one graphic of the ranking of y'all
- 41:31Speaker 3: in the uniforms, and people were like, please keep will
- 41:34Speaker 3: Compton away from my basketball.
- 41:36Speaker 4: Oh, I tweeted about that Michigan game happening just one time,
- 41:41Speaker 4: justing acknowledge that I was watching it, and then that's
- 41:43Speaker 4: when Michigan took the lead in the last three minutes.
- 41:46Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, it was just crazy.
- 41:48Speaker 5: Yeah it was the first like three too. Yeah, yeah,
- 41:51Speaker 5: because y'all were up by like ten points at one point.
- 41:53Speaker 4: I know, I'm sitting there, I'm like, man, it is
- 41:55Speaker 4: crazy on Nebraska is a good team, Like this.
- 41:59Speaker 5: Is all these turnovers. I'm thinking, this is not fundamental basketball.
- 42:02Speaker 3: Make March madness a lot of fun.
- 42:04Speaker 4: Because I got done on like hardball game and everybody's like,
- 42:06Speaker 4: oh the rest I'm thinking will be one seed.
- 42:11Speaker 1: What are they ranked right now?
- 42:13Speaker 5: I think two or three? I really don't know. I
- 42:15Speaker 5: know Arizona's one, Michigan Arizona.
- 42:21Speaker 4: I forget who's too.
- 42:23Speaker 5: I might have to watch that first day again.
- 42:25Speaker 1: We're falling off, I.
- 42:26Speaker 4: Mean our teams, Nebraska is gonna be in it, y'all
- 42:29Speaker 4: might be that right there? Could I just now said?
- 42:39Speaker 4: I know I said, but I'm thinking, like.
- 42:42Speaker 5: I mean, how many games could possibly be left in
- 42:43Speaker 5: the season.
- 42:44Speaker 4: I'm assuming February that we're not only gonna we're gonna
- 42:49Speaker 4: we're gonna have like a good ranking. I'm assuming based
- 42:52Speaker 4: on my my surface level knowledge, which is nuts.
- 42:57Speaker 5: Nuts. You didn't even make it last year, two years ago.
- 43:00Speaker 5: You're talking about some Asian cat Tominaga. Yeah, falling as
- 43:04Speaker 5: soon as you start talking about them. Yeah, lost A

- 44:34Speaker 4: I was trying to get some intel for you too,
- 44:36Speaker 4: I asked coach McDonald. I just painted in the picture.
- 44:38Speaker 4: I'm like, fourth quarter, twenty six seconds left, it's second
- 44:41Speaker 4: goal to one. You're down fo you run the ball,
- 44:43Speaker 4: are throwing it. He did a good job. Kind of
- 44:46Speaker 4: just do I need to call Marshall Lance and we
- 44:48Speaker 4: all kind of laughed. But I was trying to see
- 44:50Speaker 4: if you get a runner pass there.
- 44:52Speaker 1: Yeah. Probably a lot of that depends on what personnel
- 44:55Speaker 1: we have out there.
- 44:56Speaker 5: Yeah, he's gonna.
- 44:58Speaker 1: On the goal line package, aren't you?

- 45:10Speaker 1: every blade.
- 45:11Speaker 4: Of grass get out there, will you see?
- 45:15Speaker 1: So I couldn't tell it was day One that hit
- 45:18Speaker 1: it out and you just recovered it or did the
- 45:20Speaker 1: hit knock it out?
- 45:22Speaker 4: Are you sure that that was publicly? I will set
- 45:24Speaker 4: the record strate. I got the stat for forced fumble,
- 45:27Speaker 4: but but it started it loose, but the helmet was
- 45:31Speaker 4: placed nicely. It was.
- 45:33Speaker 1: It probably would have come out either way.
- 45:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I feel like they have we talked about this before.
- 45:38Speaker 5: I don't know if we've talked about it publicly, but
- 45:39Speaker 5: I know that Day One like pulled you over in
- 45:41Speaker 5: the locker room after the game big win takes place.
- 45:44Speaker 4: Ye came in and was upset with me. He's like,
- 45:47Speaker 4: they're gonna give it to you because your social media.
- 45:49Speaker 4: I was like, hey, man, I'll tell everybody.
- 45:51Speaker 1: That you have it. You have it. This is the
- 45:54Speaker 1: first time that you public give.
- 45:57Speaker 5: And he's sitting there.
- 46:00Speaker 4: That was the only defensive player I had that game.
- 46:02Speaker 1: I will say I've been there before where you're like,
- 46:05Speaker 1: I know I'm going to get credit, but I also
- 46:07Speaker 1: know in the back of my mind that probably wasn't
- 46:10Speaker 1: deserve it. But you're trying to get every stat that
- 46:13Speaker 1: you possibly anything you possibly can. Is like that dynamic
- 46:17Speaker 1: of do I come out or do I just you know,
- 46:21Speaker 1: let them know you, but you're not going out publicly,
- 46:27Speaker 1: and then some defensive linemen they'll like turn it in,
- 46:29Speaker 1: like be like, hey, can you turn this playing? I
- 46:32Speaker 1: need a half a sack.
- 46:33Speaker 4: So so you're you been in a situation where you
- 46:36Speaker 4: might have gotten a sack. Absolutely yes, A dude comes
- 46:40Speaker 4: to you and he's like, hey, you want.
- 46:42Speaker 1: To turn that and then mistake you know, I mean
- 46:44Speaker 1: like the media, like our media person would like turn
- 46:47Speaker 1: it in and then they review it the Elias Sports
- 46:50Speaker 1: group they review it for like sacks.
- 46:54Speaker 4: Have you ever gotten to get back for your status?
- 46:56Speaker 4: Like have you have youned?
- 46:59Speaker 1: I think probably I turned in have to.
- 47:01Speaker 5: Did you ever have like a incentive like you get
- 47:04Speaker 5: this certa amount of sack certamount of tackles you get
- 47:06Speaker 5: like extra.
- 47:06Speaker 1: No, I think it was I think it was just playtime.
- 47:09Speaker 1: It was just play time. When I was in New England,
- 47:11Speaker 1: it was just tied like pet yeah, yeah, fifty sixty
- 47:15Speaker 1: seventy and you had to make the playoffs or something
- 47:19Speaker 1: like that, and the Pro Bowl. No, just just play time. Okay,
- 47:24Speaker 1: did you guys go over there yesterday to Pro Bowl?
- 47:28Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 47:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I know you guys wouldn't miss that. That's like
- 47:30Speaker 1: tight end you on steroids.
- 47:32Speaker 4: Yeah, it's it's just down.
- 47:35Speaker 5: Yeah, they need to go back to the game and
- 47:37Speaker 5: do it. Because we walked it. It's like a conference
- 47:39Speaker 5: center and we like get off the plane. We immediately
- 47:41Speaker 5: rushed there and like you're judging the kid in competition.
- 47:43Speaker 5: We get there, like, hey, so what's the deal. They're like,
- 47:45Speaker 5: tell if they hit tell us if they hit it
- 47:47Speaker 5: or not. And it was kind of like there's just
- 47:49Speaker 5: a little people around like they they still they still
- 47:51Speaker 5: take it. So fans want to come in and watch
- 47:53Speaker 5: and everything else. But it's just not uh, I don't know.
- 47:56Speaker 1: It's it's it's tough. I think I coached the last
- 47:59Speaker 1: year our staff, which the last year that it was
- 48:01Speaker 1: an actual game or they went out onto a football field. Yeah,
- 48:04Speaker 1: I wouldn't consider it a game, but it had to
- 48:07Speaker 1: be better than what they're doing now.
- 48:09Speaker 5: It's way better they just having a game, even if
- 48:11Speaker 5: it's a jog throw.
- 48:12Speaker 4: Dodgeball was happening, and so two teams were playing AFC NFC.
- 48:17Speaker 4: But if the guy, any of the guys who weren't
- 48:19Speaker 4: part of the first game, they were starting to just
- 48:21Speaker 4: trickle out because they could have came in and played
- 48:23Speaker 4: like after a game is done, new guys can come in.
- 48:25Speaker 4: But it basically was just the two same teams for
- 48:29Speaker 4: like four or five games.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Maybe you guys should put something together and fix it.
- 48:33Speaker 4: We might have to. We might have to.
- 48:36Speaker 1: So is this a big week for you guys? So
- 48:38Speaker 1: she got on.
- 48:39Speaker 5: Here secrets right now, we can't allude.
- 48:44Speaker 4: To it being secrets, but really we're in crunch time
- 48:47Speaker 4: and we need some plays to be made and are
- 48:49Speaker 4: not getting made.
- 48:50Speaker 1: Yeah, that's okay.
- 48:51Speaker 5: There'll be conversations had during this week about hey, this
- 48:54Speaker 5: is where we this is this is the ship that
- 48:55Speaker 5: gets you beat.
- 48:56Speaker 4: Type of conversation.
- 48:57Speaker 5: Yeah, we'll be in the team meeting with a couple
- 48:59Speaker 5: of people the ship to get your Yeah, hey, listen,
- 49:02Speaker 5: these are the things we did good. We sandwich it.
- 49:04Speaker 5: This is the ship right here. We're gonna lose a
- 49:05Speaker 5: lot of games doing this.
- 49:06Speaker 1: And this is the guys. These are you guys personally
- 49:11Speaker 1: get These are.
- 49:11Speaker 5: The guys that when we're in the team meeting, we
- 49:13Speaker 5: put JP. You know what I'm talking about, clump am
- 49:15Speaker 5: I right? Like just like you hit Jeffrey Simmons or
- 49:17Speaker 5: KB or Derek in a meeting like over and over
- 49:19Speaker 5: and over again. Yeah, these are the guys you can
- 49:21Speaker 5: rely on. Back here we're talking going. We got the
- 49:25Speaker 5: best players that need to play their best and in
- 49:27Speaker 5: order to win, we gotta have it.
- 49:29Speaker 1: I appreciate you. Yeah, you didn't play every game, but
- 49:33Speaker 1: you all the time.
- 49:38Speaker 4: Not all the time.
- 49:39Speaker 5: I'll tell you, there is nothing that makes you tighter
- 49:42Speaker 5: than those damn team meetings. It ain't that funny, will
- 49:45Speaker 5: shut the funk up.
- 49:46Speaker 4: It's funny because you knew something was coming.
- 49:49Speaker 5: Something and he's like smiling, like okay, he's on a
- 49:54Speaker 5: high horse. You didn't play a whole lot.
- 49:58Speaker 1: I'm gonna flip the script is going to be completely professional.
- 50:02Speaker 1: I am so proud of you guys. I could have
- 50:04Speaker 1: never dreamt this for you guys in a million years.
- 50:06Speaker 1: You guys are crushing it.
- 50:08Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 50:09Speaker 5: Hey, that's a big time.
- 50:10Speaker 4: And to think about it, the clip of you cutting
- 50:15Speaker 4: your dick off that went viral kind of put us
- 50:17Speaker 4: on the map, didn't put.
- 50:19Speaker 1: We don't need, we don't need. Let's just call it
- 50:22Speaker 1: what it is.
- 50:23Speaker 4: Let's just call what it is. But what six years later?
- 50:26Speaker 1: Here we are, here, we are at the Super Bowl one.
- 50:30Speaker 4: You're with the page.
- 50:31Speaker 1: You guys are covering Daddy. You guys are staying at
- 50:33Speaker 1: the team hotel, family plan.
- 50:36Speaker 4: We got it. All is exactly right. I'll sketching up
- 50:40Speaker 4: with Gin yesterday. I know they get in today. What
- 50:44Speaker 4: can be some fun questions to ask coach Braves? Well
- 50:46Speaker 4: you got anything out there? And she was like, just
- 50:48Speaker 4: just play the hits, bring back up, the bring back up,
- 50:53Speaker 4: the cutting off the piece in the super Bowl.
- 50:54Speaker 1: I mean that we guys got plenty.
- 50:56Speaker 5: You guys have what is how many times have you
- 50:59Speaker 5: been asked this week about that?
- 51:00Speaker 1: Just a couple and then somebody asked me in Boston, Yeah,
- 51:03Speaker 1: what was your answer to them? I mean I'd probably
- 51:06Speaker 1: cut it in half. Okay, lever six.
- 51:16Speaker 5: Do we show our gifts I have in my pocket? Well,
- 51:20Speaker 5: we have gifts.
- 51:20Speaker 4: We have another gift.
- 51:22Speaker 5: Do you want the this is so we went out,
- 51:24Speaker 5: we looked all over the earth and we found this
- 51:27Speaker 5: for you. So this is just just in case you
- 51:30Speaker 5: get it. And we know what the situation you've got.
- 51:32Speaker 5: You talked about six well for centimeters.
- 51:34Speaker 4: We know you're about the details.
- 51:35Speaker 5: So that's so right. You want to clean cut, you
- 51:39Speaker 5: want to clean cut, So we got to make sure
- 51:40Speaker 5: we have that.
- 51:41Speaker 4: Can we just get you just a smile?
- 51:43Speaker 1: And for some reason I feel like the boys.
- 51:55Speaker 5: Yeah, how was what was like when you guys are
- 51:58Speaker 5: playing the Bronco with a backup quarterback? How much was
- 52:01Speaker 5: was it humbling your squad to be like, hey, you're
- 52:03Speaker 5: not going to get up every single day and just
- 52:05Speaker 5: put clothes on and beat teams, doesn't matter if Bow's out.
- 52:09Speaker 1: Well, again, you can see the defenses in this playoffs disgusting.
- 52:14Speaker 1: They are good and the longer you go, the better
- 52:17Speaker 1: the defenses get. So quarterback play is critical. I think
- 52:22Speaker 1: the way that the weather turned out, it turned into
- 52:24Speaker 1: a defensive game. We were able to take care of
- 52:26Speaker 1: the ball and sometimes you don't know how it's going
- 52:30Speaker 1: to go, but again, we took care of football. We
- 52:33Speaker 1: talked about the three teams. You guys would have loved this.
- 52:35Speaker 1: There were three teams that had gone into Denver in
- 52:37Speaker 1: the past two years and one I called, you know,
- 52:40Speaker 1: they were part of the Mile High Club. I said, said,
- 52:42Speaker 1: you guys want to join the Mile High Club. And
- 52:44Speaker 1: I asked one player, I said, you know what that is.
- 52:46Speaker 1: He's like no, I said, well, Digsy explained it to him,
- 52:49Speaker 1: and so I said, the Mile High Club is you know,
- 52:52Speaker 1: when you're on a plane whatever. But our mile High
- 52:55Speaker 1: Club is going to be Jacksonville, Pittsburgh and the Chargers
- 53:00Speaker 1: were the three teams that beat him the last two years.
- 53:02Speaker 1: None of them had turned the ball over and they
- 53:04Speaker 1: had gotten two turnovers from from Denver. Low and be Hole.
- 53:08Speaker 1: We go out, we don't turn the ball over, we
- 53:10Speaker 1: get two turnovers from Denver. So it's a hard place
- 53:13Speaker 1: to play. You know. We got altitude, seventy five thousand people,
- 53:17Speaker 1: great defense, and so again we played the game pretty
- 53:21Speaker 1: much how we needed to play it.
- 53:22Speaker 4: The Blizzard hit too. That's crazy, bro nowhere.
- 53:28Speaker 1: I mean, well, we walked out for pregame and it
- 53:31Speaker 1: was like one of those like forty two degree days sunny.
- 53:34Speaker 1: You're like, I got too much. Take some of this
- 53:36Speaker 1: stuff off within two hours, hour and a half. It
- 53:42Speaker 1: was fifteen degrees. I look over, everybody's face is just
- 53:46Speaker 1: covered with snow, and I'm like this, this guy real
- 53:51Speaker 1: in a hurry, and sometimes that's how these things go.
- 53:55Speaker 4: Yeah, handle business. You were bringing up uh digsie and
- 53:59Speaker 4: there's the the clip that was going viral about him
- 54:01Speaker 4: coming up to you on the sideline want to block
- 54:04Speaker 4: and you're telling him to shut the fuck up. But
- 54:06Speaker 4: what is he said? Storylines and headlines throughout his career.
- 54:10Speaker 4: What do you feel like is the biggest misconception with
- 54:12Speaker 4: Stefan Diggs that.
- 54:13Speaker 1: He's somehow not a great teammate. I mean, he's been
- 54:16Speaker 1: an unbelievable teammate. He's been engaged. I would say that
- 54:20Speaker 1: he has some sort of relationship with everybody in our building,
- 54:24Speaker 1: whether that's his wide receiver, coach Todd Downing, whether that's Josh,
- 54:28Speaker 1: whether that's the quarterback, whether that's defensive players, that's me.
- 54:32Speaker 1: He's got a great spirit to him. You guys would
- 54:35Speaker 1: love him, and you know, he's been a great addition.
- 54:39Speaker 5: We camp. We were talking about his significant other, Cardi
- 54:43Speaker 5: ban I haven't met her yet, heard good things can't wait,
- 54:46Speaker 5: how is your relationship developed with miss Cardi Bean good?
- 54:49Speaker 1: I think she's absolutely hysterical, But I mean, I don't
- 54:53Speaker 1: see her bunch. I saw her after the Denver game.
- 54:55Speaker 1: Couldn't miss her. She had lime green hair, was the
- 54:56Speaker 1: only thing that was standing out in the snow. But
- 54:59Speaker 1: the stuff she said. Sometimes as I take them to
- 55:02Speaker 1: Touloum tonight on Delta, I'm like, this girl is hilarious.
- 55:08Speaker 1: And again, whatever they do, and however, if they seem
- 55:13Speaker 1: like they're having a good time and enjoying this thing,
- 55:16Speaker 1: and I'm sure I'll see her this week.
- 55:18Speaker 4: I love it. Dude.
- 55:19Speaker 1: How what are you getting nervous? You forget? The questions
- 55:24Speaker 1: are reminiscent when we signed you late in the year
- 55:27Speaker 1: during COVID.
- 55:29Speaker 4: Yeah, I was just thinking the coach speak we might get.
- 55:32Speaker 4: But how nuts is it you guys are sitting at
- 55:37Speaker 4: seventeen and.
- 55:38Speaker 5: Three about the super Bowl?
- 55:39Speaker 4: Yeah, not no coach training camp, but we're looking around.
- 55:45Speaker 1: So when when I had you guys in Tennessee, clearly
- 55:48Speaker 1: that wasn't enough to get us to the super Bowl.
- 55:50Speaker 1: So I had to get different players. I had to
- 55:52Speaker 1: go to another place. I mean, to get guys better
- 55:55Speaker 1: than you guys for us to get to the super Bowl.
- 56:00Speaker 1: That's want coach speak.
- 56:04Speaker 5: You told me nineteen we got a squad that can
- 56:07Speaker 5: get it done. I know we had Derek aj Tannehill
- 56:11Speaker 5: was slinging it, great offensive line. We were playing all
- 56:15Speaker 5: of us.
- 56:16Speaker 1: All out there, all of us. Uh it is uh,
- 56:20Speaker 1: we were Hey, I played these guys take this for granted.
- 56:23Speaker 1: And I and I hope that you guys realized that
- 56:26Speaker 1: in your career is to not take it for granted. Uh.
- 56:29Speaker 1: And we also talk a lot about everybody's journey being
- 56:33Speaker 1: different to the NFL and what your career looks like.
- 56:37Speaker 1: Again between the three of us, different journeys, first round pick,
- 56:42Speaker 1: third round, Willie's story, but it doesn't matter. And I
- 56:46Speaker 1: think that this is this is this is no because
- 56:53Speaker 1: you're like getting teary eyed, like.
- 56:56Speaker 4: I'm up for a good cry being a dad. Now.
- 56:58Speaker 4: All your boot.
- 57:02Speaker 1: Right is it's just don't take it for granted, don't
- 57:06Speaker 1: take these opportunities, don't take these moments for granted. But also,
- 57:10Speaker 1: you know, we've got a lot of guys from a
- 57:11Speaker 1: lot of different places that have come together quickly, and
- 57:14Speaker 1: I think that you guys would appreciate it. What they've
- 57:17Speaker 1: done in the off season of building a team, not
- 57:20Speaker 1: taking yourself too seriously, making jokes. You know, we do
- 57:24Speaker 1: this thing we've added on Friday tape. We've added the
- 57:27Speaker 1: weekend Update, So give us some weekend will Willie Campbell
- 57:32Speaker 1: does the weekend Update. He'll talk about the weather for
- 57:35Speaker 1: the game, he'll talk about birthdays that are coming up,
- 57:39Speaker 1: any any events, and then we go into this like
- 57:41Speaker 1: monologue of like making fun of people. And he goes
- 57:45Speaker 1: up there with his like Southern draw and he kind
- 57:47Speaker 1: of dead pans it. And you know, we have a
- 57:49Speaker 1: group of writers that write these.
- 57:51Speaker 5: Jokes, so it's like, don't make fun of me.
- 57:58Speaker 1: It's like the same six people just rotating, and the
- 58:02Speaker 1: guys love it. Everybody laughs. And then I tell him
- 58:05Speaker 1: to sit down, and then he goes through the food
- 58:07Speaker 1: menu on Friday. You know, I mean like, you know, oh,
- 58:10Speaker 1: we're having burgers from this place or you know, tacos
- 58:13Speaker 1: from this place or burritos, whatever the Friday menu is
- 58:16Speaker 1: that they bring in and it's something that we've added
- 58:19Speaker 1: and the guys love it.
- 58:20Speaker 4: That is awesome.
- 58:21Speaker 1: So we've got the last one this Friday.
- 58:23Speaker 5: Getting Campbell up there too to talking for the team.
- 58:25Speaker 5: I'm sure the first four or five times he was nervous.
- 58:27Speaker 5: Is he kind of learning it now?
- 58:29Speaker 1: Dead aren't brutal? And these last three weeks like bringing
- 58:32Speaker 1: heat and I'm like, you're going to be amazing. You're
- 58:35Speaker 1: going to be amazing next year. I'm not doing it
- 58:38Speaker 1: next year. I go, hell, yes you are.
- 58:43Speaker 5: How has his rookie season like there was all a
- 58:46Speaker 5: bunch of criticism run the arm length, which I think
- 58:48Speaker 5: is ridiculous. He gets drafted fourth overall. I thought he
- 58:51Speaker 5: was playing relatively well and then he goes into this
- 58:54Speaker 5: gauntlet and he's getting a lot of criticism. Are you
- 58:57Speaker 5: having that sit down conversation like, listen, man, you have
- 59:01Speaker 5: a couple of plays here and there. It's like you
- 59:02Speaker 5: just got to.
- 59:03Speaker 1: You sign up to play left tackle, you sign up
- 59:05Speaker 1: to play corner.
- 59:07Speaker 5: I mean, that's what happens, right, there's any games you
- 59:09Speaker 5: get got.
- 59:10Speaker 1: And that's what this that's what this league is about.
- 59:14Speaker 1: It's about it's not about to success. It's about can
- 59:17Speaker 1: you have adversity and come back the next week, come
- 59:21Speaker 1: back the next play. And I said, listen, we you're
- 59:24Speaker 1: the guy that we wanted to play this position. And uh,
- 59:29Speaker 1: and we can't wait to watch you continue to play
- 59:31Speaker 1: and improve get better. I mean, we have a lot
- 59:34Speaker 1: of guys that are twenty one, twenty two, twenty three
- 59:36Speaker 1: years old. Our quarterback's younger than Carter, if you can
- 59:39Speaker 1: imagine that. And that's exciting to think that. And again,
- 59:45Speaker 1: you know, this is how this league goes. Whether you
- 59:47Speaker 1: get beat as a tackle, you get beat as a corner,
- 59:52Speaker 1: whatever that may be. You know, they just come back
- 59:55Speaker 1: the next day and next week and keep fighting. So
- 59:57Speaker 1: I'm proud of them for doing that. And you know,
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: but you gotta protect a quarterback, you guys know all that,
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: all right?
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: Quick, little potty break to shut out Neutral. Neutral tastes
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: great and tastes much better than anything else out there
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: that we tried. Neutrals made a real vodka and real juice.
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: That's what makes it taste great. It comes to a
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: variety of flavors like watermelon, black cherry, strawberry, new flavors
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: like peach and blueberry. And it's perfect for social occasions
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: because it's such a crowd pleaser, especially during spring vacation
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: and basketball, college basketball, or holidays like Saint Patti's Day
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: or Marty Graw. They have their new variety twelve packs
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: that launch nationwide. That is their biggest pack yet. They
- 1:00:39Speaker 4: got bucket deals. You can go, you know, grab a
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: twelve pack of Neutral for the game, or grab a
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: bucket deal in your favorite bar as you root on
- 1:00:46Speaker 4: your favorite team. Neutral. Keep it tasty. We are also
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: brought to you by Jim Beam. This postseason is upon
- 1:00:54Speaker 4: us and there's really nothing like it. But the postseason
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: can be stressful. Crushing losses, wild ups, that's your six
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: game parlay falling apart at the literal last second. Things
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: can get rough and it can leave you feeling a
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: little sour, but you gotta look on the bright side.
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: Once your team is out and headed to off to decompress,
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: you can finally relax. Now you can actually enjoy the
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: postseason without all the heart palpitations. That's why we're partnering
- 1:01:17Speaker 4: with Jim Beam. We want to help you turn that
- 1:01:19Speaker 4: lemon of a loss into delicious, tasty Jim Beam and
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: Lemonade because it's really the perfect bevy for the offseason.
- 1:01:25Speaker 4: It's refreshing, it's got that perfect sweetness, that little bit
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: of tang on your tongue, and it's best paired with
- 1:01:30Speaker 4: stress free watching when your team is out, So gather
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: the boys and grab some Jim Beam and Lemonade to
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: make the rest of the postseason just a little bit sweeter.
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: Refresh your season with Jim Beam and Lemonade, best enjoyed together.
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: Please your irresponsibly. Jim Beam, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey forty
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: percent alcohol by volume, twenty twenty five. James B. Beam
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: Distilling Coke, Clermont, Kentucky. Back to this episode. Yeah, I know,
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: obviously you're as competitive as anybody. What is your brain?
- 1:01:59Speaker 4: What is going on in your when you see all
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: the chatter of this when people talk about the strength
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: of schedule and the path that you guys have had
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: to get here.
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: I mean, they let me do a lot of things.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: They don't let me schedule the games. They don't let
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: me schedule where we play or who we play. I
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: mean I have control over a lot of things as
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: the head coach here. That's not one of them. We've
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: tried to improve. I think we have regardless of who
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: we've played. I think we've gotten better and we're doing
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: a lot of things that you need to do in
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: the playoffs to get to this point.
- 1:02:29Speaker 5: Well, what was alluding to this before when we were
- 1:02:31Speaker 5: at camp kind of watching your your team, looking at
- 1:02:34Speaker 5: the roster, you kind of walk around you see like, okay,
- 1:02:36Speaker 5: this team's young. Hopefully Drake may takes a step, but
- 1:02:39Speaker 5: you know, probably with the cold, with the Raves culture,
- 1:02:42Speaker 5: we're going to double the wins from the cultures, right, Yeah,
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: Tom beat for second type situation. And I'm sure you
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: guys sat there as a as a staff and sat
- 1:02:51Speaker 5: back in like what of our expectations this year? And
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: behind closed doors, at what point were you guys like, hey,
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: we really we really got a shot at this thing logically,
- 1:03:01Speaker 5: not like hey we're going to every game.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: You know, I've never I've never tried to set expectations
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: one because that way you're not disappointed.
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: Peter, happiness is little expectation.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: That's it.
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: Do you ever have any for like you have taken
- 1:03:13Speaker 4: on this next job as a head coach knowing that
- 1:03:15Speaker 4: they were three and thirteen the two years prior, like,
- 1:03:18Speaker 4: have some type of expectation for yourself?
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: No. I wanted to build a program that when the
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: player to think what would I wanted to have as
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: if I was a player, And I said, I want
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: to try to build a program that when these guys
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: walk in, they feel like this is what it's supposed
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: to look like, everything is in alignment, everybody knows what
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: their job is to help us, and that the players
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: feel like this is something that's heading in the right direction.
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: Whoever the players ended up being, that was my goal
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: to try to unite the building and make sure that
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: everybody was moving in the same direction and they knew
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: what the expectation was now once we got going. You know,
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: I think the joint practice again Washington was good. I
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: think the joint practice against Minnesota was good. Took some lumps,
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: came back, you know. I mean it was back and
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: forth against a really good defense. So I was like, okay,
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: let's see what happens. You know, put the quarterback in
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: a blender with all the blitzer blitzes and stuff like that.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: Handled it pretty well. You know, started off with the Raiders,
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: and again, I think we're just tentative. You know, we
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: didn't really know, and that's that's on me. We didn't
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: really know how we wanted to play or that we
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: were just kind of guarded and cautious, and I said,
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: we're going to have to be attack and be aggressive
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: and h not be worried about making mistakes. And so
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: you go through this little stretch. You go to Buffalo
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: on Sunday night, win that game. You know, my dad
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: said something to me that he I didn't really. He's like,
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: you got a lot of young guys that just went
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: out there on a big stage on Sunday night, crowd, noise, environment,
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: all this stuff, and you won the game. And I didn't. Really.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: It didn't dawn on me that again, whoever plays plays
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: I did an age and everything else, But I guess
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: you have to look at some of those things. So
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: I think that helped us get going, and then I
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: think we got better along the way. We finished strong.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: We had you know, we lost to Buffalo. We had
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: some adversity there where we were up and then gave
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: up a lead and and then finished strong.
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I was out on Twitter talking about his
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: ass whooping happening in New England right now, and then
- 1:05:22Speaker 4: it backfired. So it was a tough l to take
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: by the end of that game. The second one, just
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: saying personally, the second Buffalo Bills.
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: Game, yeah, and coming off, Braves is undefeated by oh,
- 1:05:34Speaker 5: this is a clear yeah.
- 1:05:35Speaker 4: With the pods and that media, and they're like, you're
- 1:05:38Speaker 4: kind of attacking the whole strength of schedule thing. Buffalo's
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: coming in, They're whooping their ass and here we go.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: You're like, can we get a punt here?
- 1:05:45Speaker 5: Can Josh Allen? We One thing that you clearly do
- 1:05:53Speaker 5: extremely well is game management. Having your guys understand two
- 1:05:56Speaker 5: minutes four minute. Hey, this situation.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: Here, I don't want to cut off. We changed it
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: to five minute. Why is that? Because the timing roles
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: coincide with being under five minutes. So instead of saying
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: four minutes, we say five minutes because the clock stops
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: when you go out of bounds under five minutes, gotcha,
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: we might as well call it five minutes so that
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: the players all know, like what the timing rules are,
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: but go ahead, Sorry to cut you off.
- 1:06:20Speaker 5: No, it's a great yeah bag brain thought. And it's
- 1:06:22Speaker 5: exactly where it leads me to the question, is your
- 1:06:25Speaker 5: players when we know this from experience, like everyone knows
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: what to do and when to do it, but you
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: also have guys in the headset you're putting the launder
- 1:06:32Speaker 5: in the field when you want to challenge something, what
- 1:06:34Speaker 5: is the process when you're reviewing plays and it's so
- 1:06:37Speaker 5: like you know, bang bang, as far as like guys
- 1:06:39Speaker 5: are trying to get the ball, like big deep pass happens, right,
- 1:06:42Speaker 5: Is it a catch? Is it not a catch?
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: Point? Obviously, Stretch and I are constant communication.
- 1:06:48Speaker 5: Is it just you two like that are on the
- 1:06:50Speaker 5: headset during those situations?
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: Yep, Stretch has his own dedicated line just like you guys.
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: You guys can talk to there.
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: It is what what stretches percentage on challenges?
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: I think I overruled them one time and I was like,
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: I just was pissed and so I challenged. It's like
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: I told you not to challenge. It was going to
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: mess his record up. I think it's okay. I mean
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: it's tough sometimes right now to figure out where they're going.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: And in review, I would say that the call in
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: the field is very critical that you understand what the
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: call in the field is because they need a lot
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: to overturn it.
- 1:07:29Speaker 5: Why do you think your teams do such a good
- 1:07:32Speaker 5: job with those situations, then you see other teams that
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: maybe lack in that area from communication, I can.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: Only coach one team at a time. I don't Again,
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: I'm trying to focus on explaining what we're trying to
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: do at the end of the game or the end
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: of the half to help us. Trying to have everybody
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: in place so that the coaches understand that I'm stretching
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: out of communicating. I'm communicating to Josh about what we
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: want to do, and I'm communicating to Zach on what
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: we want to do defensively. Uh, and as long as
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: our players understand it, that's the most important thing. We
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: we rep it, we practice it. We'll have to do
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: it this week. We've got a whole practice dedicated to
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: that on Thursday.
- 1:08:11Speaker 4: What stretches ego like these days? I know, I see
- 1:08:17Speaker 4: he's above saying what's up?
- 1:08:18Speaker 5: Now? You know what's crazy is early in the year,
- 1:08:20Speaker 5: like the first three weeks of the season, I would
- 1:08:22Speaker 5: text and call Stretch and he would text and call
- 1:08:24Speaker 5: me back. Late in the season, I have about three
- 1:08:27Speaker 5: unanswered texts to him.
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: He's he does a lot, he's doing a lot.
- 1:08:32Speaker 4: And he's doing a lot of things.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, he had a podium last night at
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: the media.
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: You know, miss is crazy.
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: If you yeah, you're not gonna he's not going to
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: do many interviews, but uh, you know, you guys know
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: what he means to me personally, to this team and
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: to my family. So I'm thankful that that he's he's
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: with us and he's along for this journey.
- 1:08:59Speaker 4: Are you Are you ever sitting there thinking like I'm
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: gonna have to keep fighting to keep this guy around,
- 1:09:06Speaker 4: because I mean it's starting to it's leaking, it's getting out.
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: Let Stretch go anywhere?
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: What would the record be without stretch?
- 1:09:15Speaker 5: Leak's built to be leagus, built to be five hundred leagues,
- 1:09:18Speaker 5: built to be what do you, yeah, what do you
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: think it would be? How vital is strikes?
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: I've said this all along. He's helped us win games
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: when we're in Tennessee. He's helped us win games here.
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: When we were at a training camp, we were talking
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: about the leadership with Drake and Bussy, you were busting
- 1:09:40Speaker 4: his balls about celebrating after touchdowns are big plays. What's
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: the leadership learning curve been like for Drake? And what
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: have you seen like this season?
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: Good? And again you have to understand he's young, and
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: in his mind he's like, I haven't done anything, and
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: so I don't want to, uh, you know, lead or
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: be out there if I haven't really done it. I said, well,
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: that's not really how it goes. You know, many of
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: the quarterback here and you have to you know, there's
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: certain things that you have to do. And he embraced
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: that and you can see the growth there and you
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: can see the way that guys respond to him and
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: him being the conductor. And you know, when the quarterback
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: does stuff, then people are like, okay, you know we
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: can that's okay to do, It's okay to celebrate, it's
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: okay to do these things. And again we talked about
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: everybody's personality being different. Certainly Drake's mindset is exactly what
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: we want. The competitiveness, the energy, and the performance go ahead.
- 1:10:38Speaker 5: When you take this job and you and all the
- 1:10:40Speaker 5: coaching staff are watching the film of the previous season,
- 1:10:43Speaker 5: you're not the head coach down, but you're seeing a
- 1:10:45Speaker 5: lot of the same guys in the way they're playing
- 1:10:46Speaker 5: in the field. And you look at Drake Mayho has
- 1:10:48Speaker 5: fifteen touchdowns, ten interceptions last year and then you fast
- 1:10:52Speaker 5: forward to the end of this year and it's thirty
- 1:10:53Speaker 5: one touchdowns to eight interceptions. Make some message on basically
- 1:10:56Speaker 5: doubles his passing yards, like what has been the most
- 1:11:00Speaker 5: change that he's had from year one to year two.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: Man, I think that there's a great system. I think
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: Josh does a great job. I think Ashton Grant quarterback coach,
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: provides a really good balance between Josh Ashton's younger. So
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: Josh does the majority of that stuff and then Ashton
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: is able to kind of fill in the blanks and
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: be a different type of coach. And then it's obviously,
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: you know, Drake's improvement. I think our receivers have done
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: a fantastic job. We've had guys step up each and
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: every game. And it's not been just one or two guys.
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: We've had guys fill the stat sheets. Everybody has a couple,
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: you know, you know, touchdowns, everybody's got yards and catches
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: and you know. So I think that's a very unselfish
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: group that has allowed him to succeed and that he
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: has confidence in each and every one of those guys.
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: Are those treats that his wife brings in? Are they
- 1:11:52Speaker 4: they like that?
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: They're good? They're delicious? Yeah, And Michael does a great job.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: Bake Miss was good, Bake Miss, Bake Miss.
- 1:11:59Speaker 5: What's big Miss?
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: It's a holiday season instead of Christmas, It's bake miss,
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: and so she bakes something every day, every day, every
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: day that she had. I think there was a snickerdoodle
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: with like cinnabon.
- 1:12:14Speaker 4: Icing on that. Yeah, the snickerdoodle, but they got an
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: icing on top.
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like a cinnamon butter cream cinnabon.
- 1:12:23Speaker 5: How's How's Carter? Carter and Tyler taking all this good
- 1:12:28Speaker 5: handling it well and they letting it get to their
- 1:12:30Speaker 5: head that their dad's in the super Bowl.
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: Not Tyler, you know, I mean, Tyler doesn't say too much.
- 1:12:36Speaker 4: He's pretty He's.
- 1:12:39Speaker 5: That Carter's out here. He's got to be enjoying Carter.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: He's in root right now out here. But again, there's
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: not a bigger supporter of me than Carter. And he
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: when somebody says something bad about his dad, he's ready
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: to fight and he will hold grudges. And I love
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: him and he is loyal and I'm glad that he
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: can enjoy this. Jen said, when Drake got that first
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: down in Denver, she just felt this like somebody like
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: Jacker from behind, and he was like just squeezing her
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: for like a minute because he was just like, you know,
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: we getting this business and we are always judged. You're
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: judged as a tackle or judged as a player. I'm
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: judged as a coach. And so the people that love
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: us the most they see that stuff and they're just like,
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: I'm keeping the receipts and I'm going after each and
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: every one of them. That's how Carter is. So I'm
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: glad that they can enjoy this. They are great for
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: me and allow me to be here and do this,
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: and and they're a large part of it.
- 1:13:46Speaker 4: You still put the beanie cap on and get out
- 1:13:48Speaker 4: there and mix it up. I feel like I haven't
- 1:13:50Speaker 4: seen a whole lot of v able moments throughout this season,
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: mixing I.
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: Put the pad on. I don't, I mean I put
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: the pad on.
- 1:13:57Speaker 4: Try to get around and O line d anybody putting
- 1:14:01Speaker 4: you on?
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: Mean that game that day you guys were there for
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: training camp, I went diving into a fight. It was
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: like I was going to save Taylor from another fight.
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: I had to go jumping another training camp fight. I
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: had to go diving into the pile. Do you have
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: to play victim?
- 1:14:14Speaker 5: Do you have a player like Jeff that you protect
- 1:14:16Speaker 5: under any circumstances.
- 1:14:20Speaker 4: I wish, I wish we could find one of their
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: old moments in training.
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: Camp, I heard like Carter. Carter said, you guys had
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: like this Twitter moment.
- 1:14:29Speaker 5: Yeah, because I was watching them both analogized to I'm
- 1:14:32Speaker 5: watching I'm watching the game, and I'm literally watching jeff
- 1:14:37Speaker 5: manhandle individuals. But it's like he's getting double teamed. He's
- 1:14:40Speaker 5: still just killing people, and it's to the Poinum, I'm like,
- 1:14:42Speaker 5: I have to publicly acknowledge how dominant Jeffrey Simmons is
- 1:14:45Speaker 5: and I do, and he like tweets above it appreciate you,
- 1:14:47Speaker 5: big dog. He comes on the pod and we start
- 1:14:49Speaker 5: breaking down a story that happened.
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: I was an.
- 1:14:52Speaker 5: Nineteen twenty camp where you know, zone blitz on the
- 1:14:57Speaker 5: right and drops Jeff tries to loop out.
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: And light one.
- 1:15:00Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, get him. I was like, what, well, yeah,
- 1:15:04Speaker 5: you're not you don't like.
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: That, we're not taking shots. No, No, it wasn't a shot.
- 1:15:08Speaker 5: It was it was just obviously I gotta put something
- 1:15:11Speaker 5: into used. And okay, so you're on Jeff's side. Okay,
- 1:15:17Speaker 5: I remember I catch him on the hip to day,
- 1:15:19Speaker 5: but do you remember him trying to fight me for
- 1:15:21Speaker 5: like the next six days straight.
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: Yeah? I loved every second.
- 1:15:27Speaker 5: Hey, Raves. It got to the point where I'm walking
- 1:15:28Speaker 5: around the halls. I'm like, if he's around the corner,
- 1:15:31Speaker 5: I feel like he's going to start swinging on me.
- 1:15:33Speaker 5: And hey, hey that's a big guy, big scary man.
- 1:15:36Speaker 5: That's it, And I like the in game, have fun.
- 1:15:38Speaker 5: But there's a line there and he said some things.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: But now you guys are you guys are good? Yeah?
- 1:15:48Speaker 4: Like when we were at the kicking competition for the
- 1:15:50Speaker 4: Pro Bowl, Jeff's he's kind of hanging out with us.
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: Where he and so he came out. You guys had
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: him as a guest.
- 1:15:57Speaker 5: Yes, and it's I'll say this clump reached out to
- 1:16:01Speaker 5: me like Sunday night. He's like, how do you fee about
- 1:16:03Speaker 5: Jeffrey Simmons. I'm like, fuck, I guess, man, I guess
- 1:16:07Speaker 5: we're gonna have them on. And I'm walking into the
- 1:16:09Speaker 5: pod being like, I really don't want to have And.
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: So what are you doing in Nashville? Where is it
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: where you guys have the bus? You guys still have
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: the warehouse or what? Yeah?
- 1:16:16Speaker 5: Yeah, still got the s same setup.
- 1:16:19Speaker 4: Yeah, the last time you came home with the trash bag,
- 1:16:20Speaker 4: we're still there.
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: How much of that stuff did you keep it was
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: the traction. I thought it was your equipment. I thought
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: there was some of your equipment and stuff.
- 1:16:30Speaker 5: You guys took that personally, didn't you? That was that
- 1:16:33Speaker 5: was funny.
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: Yeah, it was funny.
- 1:16:35Speaker 4: Yeah, coming in with the juice bag.
- 1:16:37Speaker 5: Yeah, I got I remember getting called from Puff and
- 1:16:39Speaker 5: he's like, what are you doing? We're getting We're getting
- 1:16:42Speaker 5: killed over here for like leaving you. I'm like, dude,
- 1:16:44Speaker 5: I really, we're coming in with the trash bag. Did
- 1:16:53Speaker 5: you see have you seen the clip going around with Cushing? Yeah,
- 1:16:58Speaker 5: everybody got you.
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: You know. The guy was like the scout team running
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: back and like a walk through and I you know,
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: I mean, and he knocked the ship out of me
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: one time in Houston, and it's a lot of years
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: later he wants to talk about it. I was like, dude,
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: this didn't happen, Like, you didn't knock me on my ass.
- 1:17:16Speaker 4: Well he did knock you on your No. No, he
- 1:17:19Speaker 4: made it seem like he's like I put everything into
- 1:17:21Speaker 4: and I knocked him on his ass. Coaches were coming
- 1:17:23Speaker 4: up like yeah, and.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: Then he like he cut put blood on his forehead
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: and he was like, ah, yeah, that's it's just cush.
- 1:17:33Speaker 4: What else? Man?
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: I feel like this has been It's been a great week.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: What our time too?
- 1:17:39Speaker 4: What I was here and we got longer?
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: Now, you guys, the deal was on the it was
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: thirty minutes.
- 1:17:46Speaker 4: Thirty Yeah, keep a little longer.
- 1:17:51Speaker 5: We keep at longer.
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: How is it ot? It's time and happen?
- 1:17:54Speaker 5: Getting to this game as a coach as opposed to
- 1:17:56Speaker 5: a player, and then being able to like emotionally catch yourself, because.
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: I think that's probably the biggest thing, is trying to
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: catch yourself that you're here right, because it happens pretty quick.
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: We stayed the night in Denver because of the weather,
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: and it took us a while to get back and
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: then it was like, okay, like put this schedule together
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: and try to figure out what we need to do
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: to get the team ready. And I think just as
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: a player, you just have a different mindset. The players like, yep,
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: I lock in, I know what to do. When it's done,
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: it's done, and then I can kind of get back
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: to it the next day. I think as a coach
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: it just continues to like linger and stay on your
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: mind and am I doing this? And what do I
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: have today? And you know, I think that's been the
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: biggest thing.
- 1:18:36Speaker 5: Seeing like haws and dudes and like all the old coaches,
- 1:18:40Speaker 5: watching them walk around like media as you just tell
- 1:18:42Speaker 5: like buddy, I've kept going with them like yo, you're
- 1:18:44Speaker 5: one game away from having a ring on your finger.
- 1:18:47Speaker 5: You see their eyes like light up, but then quickly
- 1:18:49Speaker 5: like like can I sit back like I got I
- 1:18:51Speaker 5: can't have that type of emotion.
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: Yeah, And I want them to enjoy it. We've talked
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: this whole year about embracing the preparation, embracing how hard
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: this league is, and also enjoying what you do, where
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: you do it, and who you get to deal with.
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: And then obviously enjoyed the execution.
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: I got nothing else he's getting.
- 1:19:10Speaker 5: He had a time limit in his head watching once.
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: He said time and a half.
- 1:19:16Speaker 5: O's got one who was harder to cut in your career?
- 1:19:22Speaker 5: Will or Taylor? Uh?
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: Both both fairly easy, man. Those are easy decisions, maybe
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: with the team's best interest in mind and no emotionally
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: Uh Will Will?
- 1:19:43Speaker 5: And the thing that sucks to clemp is I knew
- 1:19:46Speaker 5: that was the answer, but I just hated here to
- 1:19:49Speaker 5: come out of his mouth. I hated every bit of that.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: I'm proud of these guys. Man. I appreciate the friendship.
- 1:19:56Speaker 4: Jack did have one. He's our titan. Well, that was
- 1:20:00Speaker 4: sorry that. I didn't mean to do that, Jack.
- 1:20:02Speaker 5: Come on, yeah, And I do want to say just
- 1:20:05Speaker 5: one thing. We were in Cabo when Rabel called me
- 1:20:08Speaker 5: and he's like, hey, listen, we're gonna you know what's
- 1:20:11Speaker 5: gonna happen, like you go and pick the day like
- 1:20:14Speaker 5: when we're gonna kill you, essentially, and I was like, hey,
- 1:20:16Speaker 5: I'd love to do this. He's like, we gotta do
- 1:20:17Speaker 5: it before the combine, so it's gotta be sooner than that. Yeah,
- 1:20:20Speaker 5: And so I go in and braves just like.
- 1:20:22Speaker 4: You get off the phone because we're out there together
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: and we kind of just sit there quietly, and I'm like,
- 1:20:26Speaker 4: that's how you feel, And it sucks.
- 1:20:29Speaker 5: You knew like when I when I was you know,
- 1:20:30Speaker 5: twenty two, when it's like you play two.
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: Games longer than in the conversation I got when I
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: got traded from New England to Kansas City that lasted
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: about nine seconds.
- 1:20:38Speaker 5: Yeah, you can. When I went into your office and
- 1:20:40Speaker 5: you're like talking to me, Hey, Yeah, we're at Park
- 1:20:42Speaker 5: City of Utah skiing I'm thinking myself, man, just pull
- 1:20:45Speaker 5: out the gun schedule, say like talking to me. Ran
- 1:20:48Speaker 5: comes in. I don't even know Ran, and you're like, hey,
- 1:20:51Speaker 5: so you know the deal. I'm like, all right, yeah
- 1:20:53Speaker 5: it was. Then it just got uncomfortable. Let me just
- 1:20:55Speaker 5: get out of here.
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: Okay, go ahead. What do you got.
- 1:20:58Speaker 6: So I know all the Titans fan is back home?
- 1:21:00Speaker 6: I would like to hear about this our recent hire
- 1:21:03Speaker 6: Robert Sala. The news media wants to say that we
- 1:21:06Speaker 6: fired Mike Rabel and hired a lesser Mike Rabel. I
- 1:21:10Speaker 6: think the Titans fan just want to know if there's
- 1:21:11Speaker 6: anything you have to say about Robert Sala and what
- 1:21:14Speaker 6: you think of him as a coach.
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: I think he'll do a great job. I enjoy my
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: relationship with Robert, and I think he'll do a fantastic
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: job back there.
- 1:21:24Speaker 4: Feel good? Yeah you can live with that, right?
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: We make you guys.
- 1:21:30Speaker 5: So I sent him an Instagram video of like how
- 1:21:32Speaker 5: Titans fans are? Guy been at a party, But no,
- 1:21:34Speaker 5: I'm happy for him and this dude like basically saying
- 1:21:36Speaker 5: like he's for the He just takes me back, hi buddy, for.
- 1:21:41Speaker 4: The Titans base. I feel like It's one of those
- 1:21:43Speaker 4: situations where you're happy seeing very achieve and accomplish all
- 1:21:47Speaker 4: the things, but now that he's gotten to the super Bowl,
- 1:21:49Speaker 4: it's like God.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: He's basically he is a huge titan guy. Huge titan guy,
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: huge titan I know. But that doesn't mean you still
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: have to like you at cheerleader.
- 1:22:00Speaker 5: Now that's very Actually I'll take it. They would say
- 1:22:04Speaker 5: the opposite.
- 1:22:06Speaker 4: Well, that's it.
