Speaker 1: because the money would take it in is so great,
• 0:09
  Speaker 1: it's so.
• 0:10
Speaker 2: Enormous that you're not going to have income tax to pay.
• 0:13
Speaker 1: Whether you get rid of it or just keep it
• 0:15
Speaker 1: around for fun, or have it really low, much lower
• 0:18
Speaker 1: than it is now, but you won't be paying income text.

• 3:05
Speaker 4: Morning Update. It's the forty seven Morning Update and it
• 3:08
Speaker 4: starts right now. Story number one, President Donald Trump had
• 3:12
Speaker 4: a cabinet meeting, and it's an important one because it
• 3:16
Speaker 4: shows just how transparent the President the United States of
• 3:18
Speaker 4: America is. The timing was also very important after Democrats
• 3:24
Speaker 4: are saying they smell blood in the water politically right
• 3:27
Speaker 4: now as they defend the narco terrorists who are sending
• 3:32
Speaker 4: drugs into the United States of America that are killing
• 3:35
Speaker 4: Americans at a record rate of almost three hundred a day.
• 3:41
Speaker 4: Mark Kelly and many other Democrats are now leading the
• 3:44
Speaker 4: attack on the Secretary of War Pete Hedgseth over the
• 3:48
Speaker 4: drug boats. And the same people that are now saying
• 3:51
Speaker 4: the President doesn't have the right to strike these boats
• 3:54
Speaker 4: or the terrorists on the boats are the same people
• 3:58
Speaker 4: that literally did nothing after Biden drone attacked children. No,
• 4:04
Speaker 4: they did not say that was a war crime. They
• 4:06
Speaker 4: did not call for the President to be locked up
• 4:10
Speaker 4: or the man in charge at the Pentagon. Instead, they
• 4:13
Speaker 4: look the other way. This time, the President has made
• 4:17
Speaker 4: it clear we're going after these terrorists in these terrorist
• 4:21
Speaker 4: organizations who were killing Americans. And the President also showed
• 4:25
Speaker 4: during the cabinet meeting that he has no problem answering
• 4:28
Speaker 4: the question as the Secretary of War was sitting literally
• 4:32
Speaker 4: right next to him. I want to play for you
• 4:35
Speaker 4: this back and forth with the media, and I want
• 4:37
Speaker 4: you to actually hear what the President had to say,
• 4:40
Speaker 4: not just a SoundBite that the media is putting out,
• 4:43
Speaker 4: but the President in his own words. And I want
• 4:46
Speaker 4: you to hear what he had to say about the
• 4:49
Speaker 4: fog of war, the second strike on the drug boats
• 4:52
Speaker 4: survivors as the media has described it, and why he
• 4:56
Speaker 4: is going after them now. I'll say it again this
• 5:00
Speaker 4: This is an unedited version and it includes a Secretary
• 5:04
Speaker 4: of Defense sitting right next to the president. So listen
• 5:07
Speaker 4: to the President explain exactly why he's doing this and
• 5:11
Speaker 4: why I believe so many Americans are standing behind him.
• 5:14
Speaker 5: Good President, thank you so much for taking questions with
• 5:16
Speaker 5: your assembled cabinet. I wanted to clarify something that you
• 5:19
Speaker 5: had said on Sunday regarding the boat strikes near Venezuela.
• 5:23
Speaker 5: And you had said that you didn't know if the
• 5:25
Speaker 5: second strike on that one boat had happened, but you
• 5:28
Speaker 5: wouldn't have wanted it. Now that your administration has acknowledged
• 5:31
Speaker 5: that it happened, do you support that second strike? And
• 5:34
Speaker 5: mister Secretary, I want to clarify something you had said
• 5:36
Speaker 5: in an interview back in September. I believe on Fox
• 5:39
Speaker 5: News you said that you had watched that strike live
• 5:41
Speaker 5: on television in real time. Did you know that there
• 5:45
Speaker 5: were survivors after the initial strike?
• 5:48
Speaker 1: Well, look, all I know is this every boat that
• 5:51
Speaker 1: you see get blown up, we saved twenty five thousand,
• 5:54
Speaker 1: on average lives, twenty five thousand lives.
• 5:57
Speaker 2: They've been sending enough of.
• 5:59
Speaker 1: This horror, fentanyl and other things like cocaine and other things.
• 6:04
Speaker 2: But Fedol right now is the leader of the pack
• 6:07
Speaker 2: to kill our entire nation.
• 6:10
Speaker 1: Because a little speck on the head of a pin
• 6:13
Speaker 1: could kill somebody is very dangerous stuff. I know so
• 6:16
Speaker 1: many people with their sons where drug addicts. They had
• 6:18
Speaker 1: one little sample and they died.
• 6:21
  Speaker 2: They died.
• 6:22
Speaker 1: They couldn't believe it. As far as the attack is concerned,
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: I didn't, you know. I still haven't gotten a lot
• 6:30
Speaker 1: of information because they rely on Pete.
• 6:32
Speaker 2: But to me, it was an attack.
• 6:33
Speaker 1: It wasn't one strike, two strikes, three strikes. Somebody asked
• 6:36
Speaker 1: me a question about the second strike. I didn't know
• 6:38
Speaker 1: about the second strike. I didn't know anything about people.
• 6:41
Speaker 1: I wasn't involved. I knew they took out about but
• 6:44
Speaker 1: I would say this, they had a strike. I hear
• 6:48
Speaker 1: the gentleman that was in charge of that as extraordinaries,
• 6:52
Speaker 1: extraordinary personal, and Pete speak about him. But Pete was satisfied.
• 6:57
Speaker 1: Pete didn't know about second at having to do with
• 7:00
Speaker 1: two people, and I guess Pete would have to speak
• 7:05
Speaker 1: to it. I can say this, I want those boats
• 7:07
Speaker 1: taken out and if we have to, will attack on
• 7:10
Speaker 1: land also, just like we attack on sea, and they're
• 7:13
Speaker 1: very little coming in by sea. I think we've knocked
• 7:15
Speaker 1: out over ninety percent of it. There's very little, kid,
• 7:17
Speaker 1: I understand that there's very little. We're saving hundreds of
• 7:22
Speaker 1: thousands of lives with those pinpoint attacks. It's an amazing thing.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: When you see a boat going along and you know,
• 7:28
Speaker 1: a lot of the press would like to say they're not.
• 7:31
Speaker 1: You see the boat, they're not maybe drugs. You see
• 7:33
Speaker 1: these boats first of all, who has five engines on
• 7:37
Speaker 1: the back of about going in weird directions and loaded.
• 7:41
Speaker 2: Up with lots of white containers.
• 7:44
Speaker 1: They're volved their bags or things. Now they've done an
• 7:48
Speaker 1: amazing job, and Peter's done an amazing job.
• 7:50
Speaker 2: Pete, you could probably better answer the question spot answer.
• 7:54
Speaker 6: I think you got to start with the baseline which
• 7:56
  Speaker 6: Marco laid out.
• 7:57
  Speaker 2: Was laid out.
• 7:58
Speaker 6: Got twenty million people in invading our country over four years.
• 8:01
Speaker 2: We don't know where they're coming from.
• 8:03
Speaker 6: That includes Trenda Arragua and cartels and violent criminals.
• 8:06
Speaker 2: They bring drugs, and you.
• 8:07
Speaker 6: Mentioned it, mister president, poisoning and intentional poisoning of the
• 8:11
Speaker 6: American people, killing hundreds of thousands of Americans. So the
• 8:15
Speaker 6: President had the courage to designate these cartels as designated
• 8:19
Speaker 6: terrorist organizations. A number of us here served in the
• 8:22
Speaker 6: military and spent twenty years fighting terrorists like al Qaeda
• 8:25
Speaker 6: and ISIS on the other side of the world.
• 8:28
Speaker 2: How do you treat al Qaeda and ISIS.
• 8:30
Speaker 6: Do you arrest them and treat them, pat them on
• 8:32
Speaker 6: the head and say don't do that again. Or do
• 8:34
Speaker 6: you end the problem directly by taking a lethal kinetic approach?
• 8:39
Speaker 2: And that's the way.
• 8:39
Speaker 6: President Trump has authorized the War Department to look at
• 8:43
Speaker 6: these cartels. And I wish everybody could be in the
• 8:45
Speaker 6: room watching our professionals, Our professionals.
• 8:48
Speaker 2: Like Mitch Bradley, Admiral Mitch Bradley and others at Jaysack
• 8:51
Speaker 2: and so Calm and other commanders.
• 8:53
Speaker 6: The deliberative process, the detail, the rigorous the intel, the legal,
• 8:58
Speaker 6: the evidence based way that we're to with sources and methods.
• 9:02
Speaker 2: That we can't reveal here. Make sure that every one.
• 9:04
Speaker 6: Of those drug boats is tied to a designated terrorist organization.
• 9:08
Speaker 2: We know who's on it, what they're doing, what they're carrying.
• 9:10
Speaker 6: All these white bails or not Christmas gifts from Santa,
• 9:14
Speaker 6: This is drugs running on four motor fastboats or submarines
• 9:18
Speaker 6: that we've also struck. No one's fishing on a submarine,
• 9:22
Speaker 6: and I have empowered them to make that call now
• 9:25
Speaker 6: the first couple of strikes, as you would, as any
• 9:28
Speaker 6: leader would want, you want to own that responsibility. So
• 9:30
Speaker 6: I said, I'm going to be the one to make
• 9:32
Speaker 6: the call after getting all the information and make sure
• 9:34
Speaker 6: it's the right strike.
• 9:35
Speaker 2: That was September second.
• 9:37
Speaker 6: There's a lot of intelligence that goes into that building
• 9:40
Speaker 6: that case and understanding that a lot of people providing information.
• 9:43
Speaker 6: I watched that first strike live, as you can imagine,
• 9:46
Speaker 6: at the Department of War, we got a lot of
• 9:47
Speaker 6: things to do, so I didn't.
• 9:49
Speaker 2: Stick around for the hour and two hours whatever where all.
• 9:52
Speaker 6: The sensitive site exploitation digitally occurs.
• 9:55
Speaker 2: So I moved on to my next meeting.
• 9:56
Speaker 6: A couple of hours later, I learned that that commander
• 9:59
Speaker 6: had made the which he had the complete authority to do.
• 10:02
Speaker 6: And by the way, edmal Bradley made the correct decision
• 10:05
  Speaker 6: to ultimately sink.
• 10:06
Speaker 2: The boat and eliminate the threat.
• 10:08
Speaker 6: He sunk the boat, sunk the boat and eliminated the threat.
• 10:13
Speaker 2: And he was the right call.
• 10:15
Speaker 6: We have his back and the American people are safer
• 10:18
Speaker 6: because narco terrorists. No, you can't bring drugs through the
• 10:23
Speaker 6: water and eventually on land if necessary, to the American people.
• 10:27
Speaker 2: We will eliminate that threat, and we're proud to do it.
• 10:29
Speaker 2: So you didn't see any survivors. To be clear, after
• 10:32
  Speaker 2: that first person.
• 10:34
Speaker 6: I did not personally see survivors, but I stand because
• 10:37
Speaker 6: the thing was on fire.
• 10:39
Speaker 2: I was exploded in fire and smoke. You can't see
• 10:41
Speaker 2: anything you got digital. This is called the fog of war.
• 10:44
Speaker 2: This is what you and the press don't understand.
• 10:47
Speaker 6: You sit in your conditioned offices or up on Capitol
• 10:50
Speaker 6: Hill and you knit pick and you plant fake stories
• 10:53
Speaker 6: in the Washington Post about kill everybody, phrases on anonymous sources,
• 10:57
Speaker 6: not based in anything, not based in any true at all,
• 11:00
Speaker 6: And then you want to throw up really irresponsible terms
• 11:03
Speaker 6: about American heroes, about the judgment that they made. I
• 11:07
Speaker 6: wrote a whole book on this topic because of what
• 11:09
Speaker 6: politicians and the press does to war fighters. President Trump
• 11:12
Speaker 6: has empowered commanders, commanders to do what is necessary, which
• 11:16
Speaker 6: is dark and difficult things in the dead of night
• 11:19
Speaker 6: on behalf of the American people. We support them and
• 11:22
Speaker 6: will stop the poisoning of the American people.
• 11:24
Speaker 4: So as you can hear there the President of United
• 11:26
Speaker 4: States of America making it very clear why we are
• 11:29
Speaker 4: going after these terrorists and what success looks like. There's
• 11:34
Speaker 4: also one other warning. Democrats are now playing with the
• 11:39
Speaker 4: idea that they may come back when they gain power
• 11:44
Speaker 4: and start arresting our men and women in uniform and
• 11:47
Speaker 4: even the man in charge of the Department of War,
• 11:50
Speaker 4: Pete Headset, for what they are now describing as war crimes.
• 11:56
Speaker 4: This is psychological warfare. This is a shock being precedent
• 12:00
Speaker 4: by a party that we now know is unhinged. Now
• 12:04
Speaker 4: we know what they try to do to President Trump.
• 12:06
Speaker 4: We know they tried to lock him up, They try
• 12:08
Speaker 4: to overthrow the will of the people. They try to
• 12:11
Speaker 4: impeach him on documents a new or a lie, the
• 12:14
Speaker 4: Stile dossier that were user generated and paid for by
• 12:17
Speaker 4: Hillary Clinton's campaign and the Democrat National Committee. We know
• 12:21
Speaker 4: they're willing to use the government to intimidate, to try
• 12:25
Speaker 4: to lock you and family members up if they don't
• 12:27
Speaker 4: like you. But what they're now saying is they're willing
• 12:29
Speaker 4: to go a step further. Before it was Donald Trump
• 12:32
Speaker 4: and his closest allies. Now they're saying it could be
• 12:35
Speaker 4: any man or woman in uniform that is carrying out
• 12:39
Speaker 4: a strike against these narco terrorists. And what the Democratic
• 12:44
Speaker 4: Party is now clearly trying to do is to put
• 12:48
Speaker 4: major doubt in the minds of our men and women
• 12:50
Speaker 4: that fight these terrorists. This is psychological warfare. And I
• 12:56
Speaker 4: am going to make a prediction there's a very good
• 12:59
Speaker 4: chance are going to hear even more about this in
• 13:01
Speaker 4: the days and weeks ahead. They are going to want
• 13:05
Speaker 4: the men and women in uniform to fear them. They
• 13:08
Speaker 4: want you to believe that they will come after you,
• 13:10
Speaker 4: that they will lock you up, that they will bankrupt you,
• 13:14
Speaker 4: that they will arrest you, and that your life, after
• 13:18
Speaker 4: serving your country, will be spent in a prison cell.
• 13:22
Speaker 4: This is the most shocking part of this entire story.
• 13:26
Speaker 4: Is there an actual controversy here? No. I will remind
• 13:31
Speaker 4: you there were drone strikes that killed children under the
• 13:34
Speaker 4: Biden administration. Democrats didn't bat an eye this time. Republicans
• 13:41
Speaker 4: are killing narco terris who are running drugs that are
• 13:45
Speaker 4: killing Americans. And what are the Democrats doing. They're threatening
• 13:49
Speaker 4: war crimes against men and women for serving the President
• 13:53
Speaker 4: of the United States of America with lawful orders. So
• 13:58
Speaker 4: that's where we are today. This is the Democratic Party
• 14:02
Speaker 4: and we must make sure that our men and women
• 14:04
Speaker 4: in a uniform are allowed to do their jobs and
• 14:07
Speaker 4: not worried about going to jail because of a psychotic
• 14:10
  Speaker 4: Democratic Party.
