Emily Sisson recently took the win at the Gate River Run 15k National Championships in Jacksonville Florida. She ran a time of 48:07 on a windy day – the 5th fastest time run by a woman on that course. She also won the equalizer race coming in ahead of the men’s champion as well. This was her third national title. Emily went to the University of Wisconsin and later transferred to Providence College where Ray Traecy became her coach and still coaches her 10 years later during her Professional career.
