- 2:22Speaker 4: we want to do that, but I'll tell you what
- 2:23Speaker 4: I really want, the victory, and I'm prepared to do
- 2:25Speaker 4: anything to get it.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Same. I'm sick of it, man, I'm sick of second best.
- 2:30Speaker 3: What have you tried switching up your style, your radio style,
- 2:34Speaker 3: maybe doing something different?
- 2:37Speaker 2: Yep, Jason, because you've been doing it for so long now, Jason,
- 2:40Speaker 2: you've won nothing, so surely that tells you something.
- 2:42Speaker 3: Yeah, but you keep doing the same Yeah, yeah, yeah, how.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Deep you know?
- 2:49Speaker 3: They're just joking around, man, I reckon. We still should
- 2:51Speaker 3: try and get in touch with some of the other
- 2:52Speaker 3: radio and podcasts out there and try and like, you know,
- 2:55Speaker 3: staunch them out of.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeah, give them the eyeball. Yeah, you're not bad.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Key Big Show week days from four on Radio Hodkove.

- 3:40Speaker 2: I'm in.
- 3:42Speaker 3: Best Music Feature The Goat. We helped out with that.
- 3:44Speaker 2: What do we do for that? It was really good.
- 3:46Speaker 3: We're part of it.
- 3:47Speaker 5: Yeah, oh yeah, we better get that one up against.
- 3:53Speaker 3: I wouldn't be able to tell you has done anything
- 3:55Speaker 3: else that I you know, like The Goat. That's the
- 3:58Speaker 3: one man, the Biggie.
- 4:00Speaker 2: It's the greatest of all time.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Best comedy podcast, The Huducky Big Show.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Now that's the one you want.
- 4:11Speaker 3: We're up against some heavy hitters in that one though, Fellers,
- 4:13Speaker 3: I'm not confident. He who we got Flitch, warn and Hailey.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Come on, man, there one of the bigger shows in
- 4:20Speaker 3: New Zealand.
- 4:21Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 4:22Speaker 5: In terms of comedy podcasts, do the Extra five or
- 4:25Speaker 5: six minutes of the start, I think, yeah.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Yeah. We're also up against Tom Sainsbury's small Town Scandal,
- 4:34Speaker 3: which is one in the past.
- 4:35Speaker 2: There's one in the past, I mean once enough into
- 4:39Speaker 2: a TV show.
- 4:40Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, which is a good sign for him.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, I mean it's moved on from the play.
- 4:45Speaker 2: They don't really need to focus on that.
- 4:46Speaker 3: No, they still are though, And then there's a couple
- 4:52Speaker 3: of others in there as well, which I don't think
- 4:53Speaker 3: are worth mentioning, to be honest. Those are our two
- 4:55Speaker 3: main opposition Okay, yes, so we've got to take them down.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Best marketing campaign. We're up for, oh wow, holding the
- 5:04Speaker 3: International Comedy Festival when we we did the Old Night
- 5:07Speaker 3: of Culture there, Yes, and we did a few other things.
- 5:10Speaker 2: If we don't whin that, I'll be film, wouldn't you really? Yeah,
- 5:15Speaker 2: you can get or take it.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Okay, Best sponsorship or partnership Reburger in the Big show.
- 5:23Speaker 4: Boy.
- 5:23Speaker 3: I mean it's going to take some beating that one, Yeah, totally,
- 5:26Speaker 3: you know, ma, because we were doing the thing where
- 5:27Speaker 3: we'd be like, that's going to take some beating.
- 5:31Speaker 5: That's clever, stay and we can do it again now
- 5:33Speaker 5: because they're back on board, We're gonna do it again.
- 5:34Speaker 3: Then started again, start from the beginning again. Sorry, the
- 5:38Speaker 3: Royalty Free Music is just stopped. That was going to
- 5:39Speaker 3: start again. There's a different track, Best Station Trailer, Best
- 5:46Speaker 3: Community Campaign, Dayan Lou which is coming back doing that.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Now.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Do we care about having a finalist nomination for digital
- 5:54Speaker 3: content producer Dylan Dilly Big Dilly will the office?
- 5:58Speaker 2: Do we care about her? Yeah?
- 6:00Speaker 3: It's really he's very young.
- 6:02Speaker 2: He's very young and whole life in front of him.
- 6:06Speaker 3: If he wins, are we doing him all?
- 6:09Speaker 2: We'll be happy for him, but you know it's not
- 6:11Speaker 2: important to us.
- 6:12Speaker 4: Yeah, right, okay, But I mean, how do we improve
- 6:17Speaker 4: our chances here?
- 6:18Speaker 3: Well, we could have weekly meetings and go through our
- 6:21Speaker 3: content plan and figure out what we're doing wrong.
- 6:23Speaker 5: I mean, in the short term tonight we can call
- 6:27Speaker 5: up the other people. I just think we just wrung
- 6:29Speaker 5: them up and how they think they're going to gain
- 6:32Speaker 5: they go.
- 6:33Speaker 2: We wish them all the whatever happens happens. Man, What
- 6:37Speaker 2: an honor it is just to be nominated?
- 6:39Speaker 3: All right, Let's well, let's do it. Let's try to
- 6:40Speaker 3: track down a phone number for Vaughan from Fletchford and
- 6:44Speaker 3: Haley or potentially Tom Sainsbury's because we could staunch him out. Yeah, yeah, totally.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Man the Wold Aching Big Show with Mike and Keysy.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio Hod Ike.
- 6:58Speaker 4: There on the radio, hold on Key Big Show this
- 7:01Speaker 4: Thursday afternoon.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Fellas big news.
- 7:05Speaker 3: Breaking news, Yes, okay.
- 7:11Speaker 1: This.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Is breaking news.
- 7:14Speaker 5: I've got a new car. Oh, Mugie's gone and done it.
- 7:18Speaker 5: He's splashed out. He's got himself a new car. And
- 7:21Speaker 5: I got to say it's better than It's better than
- 7:23Speaker 5: I could possibly have imagined.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Wow, because you got a new car with it last
- 7:26Speaker 3: year for your wife. I she got a new LV.
- 7:29Speaker 2: No, I didn't get it for my wife, Keysy.
- 7:31Speaker 5: She's perfectly capable of getting herself job, et cetera.
- 7:35Speaker 3: Did you do all the admin on that?
- 7:36Speaker 5: No, she does all the admin on that sort of thing.
- 7:39Speaker 5: Because I sort of find myself drifting off. You don't care,
- 7:44Speaker 5: so I yeah, she did all that, and she's got
- 7:46Speaker 5: that car the only time it's sort of and it's
- 7:48Speaker 5: an electric car, keys fully electric. Our timing was pretty
- 7:51Speaker 5: good given the state of things. Yes, we are saving
- 7:54Speaker 5: a lot of money. The only time it seems to
- 7:56Speaker 5: be my car is when we go to use it
- 7:58Speaker 5: and it's got three percent better tree left, and I
- 8:00Speaker 5: have to be the one to take it down to
- 8:02Speaker 5: the server to charge it up. So sit and sit
- 8:05Speaker 5: in the car for half an hour while it charges up.
- 8:07Speaker 5: And it's quite The weird thing about it is it's
- 8:09Speaker 5: kind of like a lawn mowing situation.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Jason.
- 8:12Speaker 5: Yes, well, you pretend you don't like mowing the lawn,
- 8:14Speaker 5: so it feels like you're contributing something to the house
- 8:16Speaker 5: against your will. But really you love it because you
- 8:19Speaker 5: get half an hour to yourself scrolling through the reels.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Baby.
- 8:23Speaker 4: Yeah, I was going to say, it's like half our
- 8:26Speaker 4: time out for yourself making it coffee, maybe a sausage roll.
- 8:30Speaker 5: It's exactly what I do. I get myself a pie
- 8:33Speaker 5: and one of those little chicken ey tender bath. I've
- 8:39Speaker 5: now also got a brand new car as well, so
- 8:40Speaker 5: I'm feeling pretty specih.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Whit sweet? So did you go for a second ev Or?
- 8:44Speaker 5: I went for a new Teeter, a new Teeter which
- 8:48Speaker 5: is bloody good on the gas.
- 8:49Speaker 3: So it's like having a similar to your old one.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Same well similar, yeah, similar, bit different because it's got
- 8:57Speaker 2: the different engine. In it. So we went ahead and
- 8:59Speaker 2: we did that.
- 9:00Speaker 3: So so the breaking news is that the new engine
- 9:03Speaker 3: you said you were putting in your tee that has
- 9:05Speaker 3: now been put in your teeter.
- 9:06Speaker 2: And it worked. But it works because you never know,
- 9:08Speaker 2: do you.
- 9:09Speaker 3: It's sort of like a.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Or a lung transplant, a heart transplant, that's more like it,
- 9:16Speaker 2: because the engine, Keezy, is the beating heart of the car.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Did you bleed it? Did you bleed it out before
- 9:21Speaker 2: you put it in?
- 9:21Speaker 3: Oh?
- 9:22Speaker 2: Yeah, my keys he did with his mateor bike the
- 9:24Speaker 2: other day.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Those are the broskno a few times.
- 9:27Speaker 6: Yeah, yes, yeah, you instilled it. Oh yeah, yeah, far right, Yeah,
- 9:32Speaker 6: that's aweso. Yeah no, I put it one hundred percent.
- 9:35Speaker 6: It cost me eight hundred bucks for the engine.
- 9:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:38Speaker 5: Well, I'll tell you what was though. This is interesting though.
- 9:40Speaker 5: I got the engine off the guy there. He said,
- 9:44Speaker 5: I've had a yan to a guy. I can now
- 9:46Speaker 5: get you one which has got forty five thousand k's
- 9:50Speaker 5: on the clock.
- 9:51Speaker 3: For eight hundred bucks, so less than the Yeah, okay,
- 9:53Speaker 3: that's amazing.
- 9:55Speaker 5: A new car really yeah yeah, And then it turned
- 9:58Speaker 5: up and he goes, yes, not bad, ninety eight thousand k's.
- 10:01Speaker 5: So what so he got one that was twice as old.
- 10:05Speaker 5: We've been run through twice as much run through as
- 10:07Speaker 5: the term I used for it, right, and and expected
- 10:11Speaker 5: to get paid the same amount.
- 10:13Speaker 2: That's outrageous. It is outrageous.
- 10:16Speaker 3: Is this another bone to pick?
- 10:17Speaker 2: Another bone to pick? Well? That yeah, okay, So anyway,
- 10:19Speaker 2: I paid them nothing and you did it yourself. Yeah,
- 10:23Speaker 2: and I did it myself.
- 10:24Speaker 5: So yeah, if anybody wants to buy a Nissan Tea
- 10:27Speaker 5: now to sale is as weird as just sort of
- 10:30Speaker 5: packed up on blocks outside my house, right, Okay.
- 10:32Speaker 1: So it's the Darky Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Tune in four on Radio Hodach. The Sons of Hodache
- 10:45Speaker 1: led to see who wants to ride with the street Dogs.
- 10:49Speaker 4: Yeah, bloody exciting stuff actually, felt us. Of course that's
- 10:51Speaker 4: going to be drawn tomorrow morning. On the Breakfast Show,
- 10:54Speaker 4: we give away our second electric, brand new motorbike.
- 10:57Speaker 3: Yeah, street Dog fifty or a street I'll get sared,
- 11:00Speaker 3: depending on if you've got your Murtorbike license or your
- 11:02Speaker 3: full license one hundred percent made and built and run
- 11:05Speaker 3: here in New Zealand f fty in motion. Bloody Keil
- 11:07Speaker 3: looking by because they look like classic cafe races, feelers.
- 11:10Speaker 2: There's sick men. Can I put it to you that way?
- 11:12Speaker 4: There's sick Well, you were saying on the show yesterday, Mogi,
- 11:15Speaker 4: you were seriously considering getting one.
- 11:17Speaker 5: I really am. I was keen as soon as they
- 11:20Speaker 5: came through. And now I just sort of think it's
- 11:22Speaker 5: one of those things where I'm trying to find a
- 11:24Speaker 5: way for.
- 11:24Speaker 2: It to not make sense. It just makes sense. Yeah,
- 11:27Speaker 2: you know what I mean.
- 11:28Speaker 5: So I'm just going to have to do it and
- 11:29Speaker 5: then explain myself to the missus later.
- 11:32Speaker 3: I think, why don't you put yourself why don't you
- 11:33Speaker 3: listen out for the kid to call yes and getting
- 11:35Speaker 3: the drawer for this one we're giving away to morow Okay, okay,
- 11:38Speaker 3: I don't think anyone would have a problem with that.
- 11:40Speaker 3: All right, It.
- 11:40Speaker 4: Sounds like, hey, let's go to the phone lines. Good
- 11:44Speaker 4: a Dan, your mad bastard?
- 11:45Speaker 2: How's life? Thanks?
- 11:48Speaker 3: Good?
- 11:48Speaker 2: Good on you? Dan? What do you do for a crash?
- 11:50Speaker 3: Mate? I work in the finance industry?
- 11:55Speaker 2: Bank are you? You're a shocking bastard? Mate, shock a bastard?
- 12:02Speaker 2: Since then, splitting around the edges of what he did, well.
- 12:06Speaker 3: Actually, Dan, that could be an issue because we're actually
- 12:09Speaker 3: plotting a bank robbery is out with our gang.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Maybe you could be our inside man? Would you help us? Possibly? Yeah?
- 12:17Speaker 3: I love it because I know people that work for banks,
- 12:20Speaker 3: and any joking about robbing banks is like really frowned upon.
- 12:26Speaker 2: Who knows all the ins and outs? Don't you worry
- 12:28Speaker 2: about that?
- 12:28Speaker 3: Which particular bank and branch do you work for?
- 12:30Speaker 1: Day?
- 12:34Speaker 2: Yeah? Good stuff?
- 12:35Speaker 3: All right, Dan, you hold the liner, I will put
- 12:37Speaker 3: you onto pugs. You're in the drawer, Thanks very much.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Get a demo, your mad bastard? How's life o? Great?
- 12:46Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 12:46Speaker 2: Good? Thanks mate? Good? What do you do for a
- 12:48Speaker 2: cruss demo? On a national count company? Company? Tell me, Damo,
- 12:56Speaker 2: have you ever owned a motorbike? I'm owning a farm.
- 13:00Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Have you ever had the joy of riding? Bitch?
- 13:06Speaker 4: Oh?
- 13:07Speaker 2: That would be calling true.
- 13:09Speaker 3: Hey, Damo, did you say you're an account manager? Do
- 13:12Speaker 3: you reckon? You can help our gang when it comes
- 13:14Speaker 3: to selling all our legal drugs? Man?
- 13:17Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely, we needed we need in the gang.
- 13:23Speaker 3: All right, you're in the drawer to dam you hold
- 13:25Speaker 3: the line?
- 13:25Speaker 6: All right?
- 13:25Speaker 2: Good luck, thank god, good on your mate? Sorry mate,
- 13:29Speaker 2: tomorrow morning.
- 13:30Speaker 3: Eh, tomorrow morning, someone wins one of those awesome ifty
- 13:33Speaker 3: in motion street Dog electric murder bikes. Seriously, I implore
- 13:36Speaker 3: you go online, have a look and customize your own one.
- 13:39Speaker 3: It's pretty bloody cool what they can do for you.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Oh Man, speaking of cool, r e m Yeah, Okay,
- 13:46Speaker 2: the Darchy Big.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune in on radio.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Are em there on the radio.
- 13:53Speaker 4: Hold Archy Big Show this Tuesday evening. But right now
- 13:57Speaker 4: it's time four What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue.
- 14:06Speaker 5: Yes, Fellows As a discust, I spent a fair amount
- 14:11Speaker 5: of time over the weekend, the long weekend King's Birthday,
- 14:15Speaker 5: watching a bunch of sports Dooco Mentores on Netflix. There
- 14:19Speaker 5: it's the Untold series. I just ended up searching Untold
- 14:21Speaker 5: and then sort of powering through a whole heap of them.
- 14:25Speaker 5: This one was the story of Johnny football Man.
- 14:29Speaker 3: Yeah, very good, very good because he was touted for greatness.
- 14:33Speaker 5: He was he was touted for greatness. So this is
- 14:36Speaker 5: a young quarterback Coddy j over there in the us
- 14:39Speaker 5: of A. Yes, and he's a pretty special player. He
- 14:42Speaker 5: went to a sort of a highly discipline sort of
- 14:46Speaker 5: New Zealand. We would call it a college over there
- 14:48Speaker 5: as a high school. Then out the back of that,
- 14:50Speaker 5: he went into a university and took his team on
- 14:55Speaker 5: his shoulders to glory. Really they didn't win titles, but
- 14:59Speaker 5: he won the Heisman Trophy, which is he is the
- 15:01Speaker 5: only player ever to win that as a as a freshman,
- 15:04Speaker 5: which is the best player in the whole division, in
- 15:06Speaker 5: the whole competition. And it's pretty interesting stuff because he
- 15:11Speaker 5: gets he starts feeling pretty entitled pretty quick, and so
- 15:14Speaker 5: he should because in those days, and I feel like
- 15:16Speaker 5: it might have changed in the last year or two,
- 15:19Speaker 5: college players aren't allowed to earn any money. Now this,
- 15:23Speaker 5: this this particular university made something in the vicinity of
- 15:28Speaker 5: I think I'm right here of seven hundred and fifty
- 15:32Speaker 5: million dollars off the back of him selling his jersey,
- 15:36Speaker 5: his jersey number.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Wow.
- 15:38Speaker 5: That the donations that went to the college as a
- 15:41Speaker 5: result of how well they do all this sort of stuff.
- 15:45Speaker 5: The players don't get one cent of it.
- 15:47Speaker 2: Wow. They're playing in front of one hundred thousand people
- 15:50Speaker 2: every single week.
- 15:51Speaker 5: It's an US watching. It's it's modern slavery. It's a disgrace,
- 15:55Speaker 5: it's disgusting. So he decides, well, he doesn't like that,
- 15:59Speaker 5: so he goes out and starts doing signing sessions and
- 16:02Speaker 5: before you know it, he's flying in private jets. He's
- 16:06Speaker 5: getting himself in all sorts of trouble because he's making
- 16:08Speaker 5: all this money. And then they just came up him
- 16:10Speaker 5: and his best mate with a story that he was
- 16:12Speaker 5: never signing anything that anything that was there because they
- 16:16Speaker 5: came up with a fake signature. So when people said,
- 16:18Speaker 5: you go, oh, that's not my signature, and he said
- 16:20Speaker 5: the reason why he had all this money was because
- 16:22Speaker 5: his family were rich. They come from an oil, which
- 16:25Speaker 5: was a complete lie. Right, So he got let off, right,
- 16:28Speaker 5: he's got completely enough. Then he went into the big league,
- 16:30Speaker 5: went into the NFL, lost at drugs, alcohol, complete disgrace.
- 16:34Speaker 5: All the way through his high school, he was doing that.
- 16:36Speaker 5: Through Uni, he was doing that as well. He wasn't
- 16:38Speaker 5: turned up to trainings or anything like that, and he
- 16:41Speaker 5: completely blew out within about a year and a half
- 16:44Speaker 5: and he got worse and worse. And now I think
- 16:46Speaker 5: he's thirty four odd and is just getting himself back
- 16:48Speaker 5: on the rails. Now football, Johnny football are really entertaining.
- 16:53Speaker 5: It's a pretty had to ruin his wife to entertain
- 16:54Speaker 5: me for about sort of seventy odd minutes, but well
- 16:57Speaker 5: worth it.
- 16:58Speaker 3: How many busies I was a go three and a half.
- 17:00Speaker 3: But it's really interesting.
- 17:01Speaker 2: It's good stuff.
- 17:02Speaker 3: They didn't they used to call you Johnny Radio Jason.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Oh, they still do keasy. It's interesting. There's quite a
- 17:09Speaker 2: few sort.
- 17:09Speaker 4: Of quarterback sort of stories, you know, gone wrong kind
- 17:13Speaker 4: of thing, because they're the superstars generally of an any
- 17:16Speaker 4: team appreciate.
- 17:17Speaker 3: For example, who else I can't remember.
- 17:19Speaker 4: There's another documentary I watch and that he was the
- 17:23Speaker 4: same character side or.
- 17:25Speaker 3: On his shoulders O. J.
- 17:26Speaker 2: Simpson. Oh J. Simpson was wide receiver.
- 17:29Speaker 3: It was a really weird thing to say position.
- 17:33Speaker 4: But yeah, sportsmen getting themselves into all sorts.
- 17:37Speaker 5: Of well you get all of the money, all of
- 17:39Speaker 5: the attention, mate, Oh my god, you got good.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Fella's pretty crazy life. We've actually run out of time.

- 18:48Speaker 4: the speeches.
- 18:49Speaker 2: You know who's saying when we win? You know what
- 18:52Speaker 2: I mean and what we're thinking of saying.
- 18:55Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I think we should because I think the
- 18:57Speaker 5: problem that people have is if once you get up
- 18:59Speaker 5: on the Mic, especially with the three of us being
- 19:00Speaker 5: available to talk. Pugs will be up there too, but
- 19:02Speaker 5: he obviously isn't allowed to talk because talent. Yeah, you
- 19:07Speaker 5: don't want to be talking. You don't want one person
- 19:09Speaker 5: going on for then going and wanting to talk about
- 19:13Speaker 5: the same thing over.
- 19:14Speaker 4: There is nothing more tedious than people just banging on.
- 19:20Speaker 3: We've got to wrap this up with me to be
- 19:22Speaker 3: going to the old five o'clock news man.

- 20:02Speaker 4: pack and I forgot to take one.
- 20:04Speaker 5: We aren't participating in these lives anymore. Jase, you bring
- 20:07Speaker 5: great shame on Reburger with this kind of chat.
- 20:11Speaker 2: You can ask my wife Maggie, well, yeah, out at
- 20:15Speaker 2: the moment, she's pretty busy.
- 20:16Speaker 5: She's got a phone on it because you know she
- 20:18Speaker 5: owns a mobile, so all good. Yeah, but she's just
- 20:20Speaker 5: I think we'll call it.
- 20:21Speaker 4: Actually I just takes it her before and she said
- 20:25Speaker 4: she's otherwise engaged at the moment.

- 20:32Speaker 3: we could call him. Yeah, yeah, it's called he literally
- 20:37Speaker 3: call him right now, right and see whether they did
- 20:39Speaker 3: or not have Reburger.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Hey, I tell you what's coming up, Fellas.
- 20:43Speaker 3: It's your last chance, Jase, you want to admit that
- 20:45Speaker 3: you didn't have it last Tell me what's.

- 21:27Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, try later in the show.
- 21:30Speaker 5: That's not for hungry children. Give a kid a blanket?
- 21:33Speaker 5: What do you mean, well, you don't give a kid
- 21:35Speaker 5: a blanket who's hungry.
- 21:36Speaker 2: No, they're not hungry, they're just cold.
- 21:40Speaker 3: Okay, are you sure you don't want to meet you
- 21:41Speaker 3: didn't eat Reburger?
- 21:42Speaker 2: Totally, totally, man, it was.

- 22:14Speaker 4: Vaughn were nominated and Vaorn than Mad Barstard it has
- 22:18Speaker 4: decided to have a chat with us.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Good a Vaughn House life mate. You're mad Bar's good.
- 22:24Speaker 2: You must be uh party, hell, you must be nervous
- 22:26Speaker 2: as hell? Are you.
- 22:29Speaker 4: Shaking him?
- 22:30Speaker 3: Shaking him a slip on?
- 22:31Speaker 2: To be honest, A hell of a category and with
- 22:34Speaker 2: you three flollers up there, I tell you what we're
- 22:36Speaker 2: going to be. We're up against the stiff competition.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:39Speaker 2: We just also got Tom Sainsbury in the category with
- 22:42Speaker 2: us as well.
- 22:43Speaker 4: Never never heard of him neither, man.
- 22:45Speaker 2: I wish him.
- 22:45Speaker 3: I wish him well, and he sounds like a young
- 22:47Speaker 3: fellow with a bright future. Wait, look, Vaughn, cat I
- 22:50Speaker 3: keazy here, men hope you're will CAZy?
- 22:53Speaker 2: Is that a yes?
- 22:54Speaker 7: No?
- 22:55Speaker 2: I don't want to comment on the state of my
- 22:56Speaker 2: house or men mental health and well being at this moment, CAZy.
- 22:59Speaker 3: But back to you, okay, fair enough, just quickly, man.
- 23:01Speaker 3: I mean you've been in radio for a long time.
- 23:03Speaker 3: Obviously not as long as jas, but some would say
- 23:05Speaker 3: too long. So would say you've been talking to what
- 23:11Speaker 3: are these these radio awards?
- 23:12Speaker 4: Man?
- 23:12Speaker 3: When you win a big award, because we have we
- 23:14Speaker 3: yet to win one, Vaughn, you know what does it
- 23:15Speaker 3: do for sort of you and your profile and the
- 23:18Speaker 3: show in general.
- 23:19Speaker 5: Absolutely nothing.
- 23:21Speaker 2: It's a huge industry circle jerk there, Kazy, and it
- 23:24Speaker 2: means nothing. And when it comes to your next pay negotiations,
- 23:27Speaker 2: management will conveniently forget that you've one a of these
- 23:30Speaker 2: in a row.
- 23:30Speaker 5: Yeah, to be honest, you know, I mean you you
- 23:34Speaker 5: sort of brush it off because you know you've had,
- 23:36Speaker 5: as you say, eight years in a row. You've been
- 23:38Speaker 5: involved in an industry circle jerke. I haven't had a
- 23:41Speaker 5: circle jerk for I don't know how many years, And
- 23:44Speaker 5: I would love to get involved in a circle.
- 23:46Speaker 2: Jerke tonight, involved in a circle jerk.
- 23:48Speaker 4: Yeah, I've actually never been involved in a circle jerk either.
- 23:51Speaker 2: I mean, I've been doing radio for a long time, Vaughn,
- 23:56Speaker 2: I've been in a radio circle jerk, hoidy jay.
- 23:58Speaker 3: But surely you've taken in an industry circle.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Jet on an industry one, but just not a radio one.
- 24:04Speaker 3: Is that like a circle jerk on an industrial scales
- 24:06Speaker 3: an industry.
- 24:08Speaker 4: I have never had such sure a sore shoulders. But listen, Vaughan, mate,
- 24:13Speaker 4: if you fellows have won so many awards over the years,
- 24:16Speaker 4: haven't Yeah, you're probably over it now, I'd say, I
- 24:19Speaker 4: mean awards moored. Yeah, get to the poor.
- 24:23Speaker 2: That's getting expensive putting up a new shelf.
- 24:25Speaker 3: So I'm you know, if it was up to.
- 24:26Speaker 7: Me, I'd be more than happy to pass a bad
- 24:28Speaker 7: time to three young sex flollers yourself.
- 24:31Speaker 2: So really to take it to the next to the next.
- 24:33Speaker 5: Step, really well, we just sort of thought five years
- 24:35Speaker 5: and maybe it's about time we take something home. So,
- 24:37Speaker 5: you know, the only way that we're going to shaften
- 24:39Speaker 5: up our chances is if there's less nominees in the category.
- 24:43Speaker 5: So we thought, if you don't withdraw, how about we
- 24:46Speaker 5: smack you over.
- 24:48Speaker 3: It's all sort of a scratching of sort there. You
- 24:51Speaker 3: don't need to.
- 24:52Speaker 4: Sell, Yeah, you don't need to say why horn, You
- 24:55Speaker 4: just quietly withdraw your name from you know, from the
- 24:58Speaker 4: ticket as it were. I mean, you've got such a
- 25:00Speaker 4: great career. It would be such a shame for it
- 25:05Speaker 4: to end. You know what I'm saying.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Man, it's quit while on the head, sort of quit
- 25:10Speaker 2: now before before there's a laugh, is what you say.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Now, but while you're still healthy, you know what I mean.
- 25:15Speaker 3: It's still fed between the lines here all man. We
- 25:18Speaker 3: don't want to you know, are you going tonight? You
- 25:20Speaker 3: are going?
- 25:20Speaker 2: Eh?
- 25:21Speaker 4: For the brief assign I'll put in my contract of
- 25:25Speaker 4: obligation time at the awards and then believe it.
- 25:27Speaker 3: Right, we're kind of saying, if you don't pull out,
- 25:30Speaker 3: then we might have to take you aside and just
- 25:31Speaker 3: sort of, you know, rough, We're not rough yet, not.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Just you, but all three of you. Yeah, you know
- 25:37Speaker 2: that's actually fair enough.
- 25:39Speaker 3: And if I got me out of the actual headings,
- 25:40Speaker 3: through the actual award ceremony and happily take a pre
- 25:43Speaker 3: pre ceremony hiding.
- 25:44Speaker 2: In the bathroom, Well, I'll tell you what, bourn I
- 25:47Speaker 2: this is.
- 25:47Speaker 5: As I say, it's our fifth year, and Jason and
- 25:50Speaker 5: I have never been to this awards. Jason's been ready
- 25:52Speaker 5: for probably twelve years. He's never been. This is my
- 25:54Speaker 5: fifth year. I've never been, so this will be my
- 25:56Speaker 5: first time. The way you're talking it up, brother, it
- 25:59Speaker 5: sounds like a great ev.
- 26:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah, hell of it, the hell of a time.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Hell of it. If you can last long enough, you
- 26:03Speaker 2: get the voted to the you know, the the last level,
- 26:06Speaker 2: if you will, the golden the Golden circle. Jerk and
- 26:08Speaker 2: it's Hoskins is always there. He's a regular participant.
- 26:14Speaker 3: Yeah, you've got your Hskins, you've got your lushes, you
- 26:16Speaker 3: know the big names.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, wells of course he's he's quiet, but he's
- 26:21Speaker 2: always present.
- 26:22Speaker 3: Oh he's jerking, yeah, one hundred percent. All right, so Vaughn,
- 26:25Speaker 3: So just so we'll let you go mate, you're a
- 26:27Speaker 3: busy man. But just so we're in agreeance. You're going
- 26:28Speaker 3: to withdraw from that category, aren't you. Yeah, count me
- 26:31Speaker 3: and scratched.
- 26:32Speaker 2: Get out your Friday your your Friday flash and your
- 26:34Speaker 2: best bits and scratches from the ticket.
- 26:36Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, it's good. Good luck for to night.
- 26:42Speaker 2: Vorn you the best.
- 26:43Speaker 4: Well, you know you just told me I'm now Yeah,
- 26:45Speaker 4: that's that's the same, right, yeah, right right, got your lads, Yeah,
- 26:51Speaker 4: good good stuff.
- 26:52Speaker 1: The Hiarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune.
- 26:55Speaker 4: In four on radio indeed radio head here on the
- 27:00Speaker 4: radio Hodarchy Big Show this Thursday evening.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Well we're going to talk about something else, but I've
- 27:06Speaker 2: I've just thrown a flag in here. We called an
- 27:09Speaker 2: audible as I say in American football. James, I just
- 27:11Speaker 2: want to know, man, are you all good?
- 27:13Speaker 3: GM You're good?
- 27:14Speaker 2: Yeah, fellas, I'm great. What do you ask?
- 27:17Speaker 5: The reason why I ask is because you've turned up
- 27:19Speaker 5: here today and that Sally's Salvation Army suit, which is great.
- 27:23Speaker 3: Thanks man. Yeah, because we go to the radio awards
- 27:25Speaker 3: after the show. Yeah, so anyone's going to look, what's awesome.
- 27:28Speaker 2: My wife bought it for me for ten bucks. Ten
- 27:32Speaker 2: ten bucks. Wow.
- 27:34Speaker 5: And so what's happened is You've come in here to
- 27:38Speaker 5: the studio and just now I've witnessed you sitting there
- 27:42Speaker 5: looking around behind you on your back of your chair
- 27:45Speaker 5: and then on the floor, and I could tell from
- 27:48Speaker 5: looking at the you that you were looking for your jacket.
- 27:50Speaker 2: I recognized that sort of lost look.
- 27:52Speaker 5: Yes, it's that sort of active senility where you don't
- 27:55Speaker 5: know quite what's going on in the world. Because wilderment
- 27:57Speaker 5: if you will, because I look the same often.
- 28:00Speaker 6: Yes.
- 28:01Speaker 5: And so I said to you, no, Jays, you hung
- 28:02Speaker 5: your jacket up ten minutes ago. It's on a coat
- 28:05Speaker 5: hook out there in the other room. And you said, oh, yeah,
- 28:07Speaker 5: that's right.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Then you said I was just looking for my jacket,
- 28:11Speaker 2: and I was like, yeah, I know, mate, we're just
- 28:13Speaker 2: chatting about it.
- 28:14Speaker 3: And then he went out there and put the jacket on,
- 28:15Speaker 3: then came in, then went out to the office porta drink,
- 28:18Speaker 3: came in here and then took the jacket off and
- 28:19Speaker 3: then hung it up again.
- 28:20Speaker 2: And when I tell you. This is in the space
- 28:22Speaker 2: of six minutes. I'm not lying.
- 28:23Speaker 3: What's up? What's going on?
- 28:25Speaker 2: Well, I'm going to be honest with you, fellows. I'm
- 28:27Speaker 2: a little bit concerned. It's just I'm breaking out in
- 28:30Speaker 2: hot flushes every now and then.
- 28:32Speaker 3: Right, so you get really hot randomly.
- 28:34Speaker 2: You know, and you we can all agree on this.
- 28:36Speaker 4: In the studio at the moment, she's all over the
- 28:38Speaker 4: place temperature wise, why not at the.
- 28:40Speaker 2: Moment it's been absolutely Megan.
- 28:43Speaker 4: Wearing a jacket. And then I'll go, Jesus is a
- 28:45Speaker 4: bit steamy in here, so I'll take my jacket off.
- 28:48Speaker 2: And in my defense, I hung my.
- 28:50Speaker 4: Jacket up over the back of the chair initially, which
- 28:53Speaker 4: is why I looked around to see if it was
- 28:54Speaker 4: still there, forgetting, of course, that i'd hung it up
- 28:58Speaker 4: on the you know, the clothes hanger and Studio.
- 29:00Speaker 2: B, the troubler courses.
- 29:02Speaker 5: That's not a defense because you had hung it up
- 29:04Speaker 5: on a coat hanger out in Studio B.
- 29:06Speaker 4: But that's why I initially, because initially I hung it there.
- 29:10Speaker 4: But you know, at night too, I'm waking up with
- 29:13Speaker 4: the sheets are just ropes, so I'm covered in sweat.
- 29:16Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 29:18Speaker 2: Mood yeah, really totally.
- 29:21Speaker 4: One minute, I can be the nicest guy on planet
- 29:24Speaker 4: Earth the next just biting your head off.
- 29:27Speaker 3: Yeah, what about this?
- 29:28Speaker 2: Okay?
- 29:29Speaker 3: So was it you hot flushes? Yes?
- 29:31Speaker 4: You get those regularly all the time, man, I'm having
- 29:34Speaker 4: one as we speak. And night sweats, night sweats?
- 29:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:37Speaker 3: Do you have problems sleeping.
- 29:39Speaker 2: All the time? Man?
- 29:41Speaker 3: Yeah? What about mood changes or irritability?
- 29:43Speaker 2: Well, that's what I was just saying. Keasy.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Do you ever feel fatigued all the time? Man, Just
- 29:50Speaker 3: chill out, man, it's all g headaches, migrains. No, okay,
- 29:56Speaker 3: that's good. Reduced libido, oh yeah, definitely. No, Okay, that's well,
- 30:01Speaker 3: that's the other thing that's gone completely. Hay what meddleabido?
- 30:06Speaker 3: It's through the roof for it. It is through the roof, right, okay?
- 30:10Speaker 2: Literally? Sometimes?
- 30:11Speaker 3: What about memory lapses? Pardon hard of hearing? What do
- 30:19Speaker 3: you mean? I'm just putting your symptoms? And clearly what
- 30:23Speaker 3: about weight gain, especially around the abdomen?
- 30:25Speaker 2: Yes, take a lock, feelings?
- 30:28Speaker 3: Is that what they call him? Punch?
- 30:30Speaker 2: Take a lock?
- 30:32Speaker 7: Fill your eyes. I've just put feast your eyes. I've
- 30:35Speaker 7: just fill your eyes. I've just put all the symptoms
- 30:38Speaker 7: into chat GPT. Do you know what it says you've
- 30:40Speaker 7: got what minopause? What's minopause? Menopause?
- 30:48Speaker 2: What is that? I don't know, man, is that a thing?
- 30:51Speaker 5: I think it's a late stage of life that generally
- 30:53Speaker 5: it's something that women go through, not late stage of life.
- 30:56Speaker 5: That's certainly halfway through. It's almost over.
- 30:58Speaker 3: It's got the word men in it though. Do you
- 31:01Speaker 3: can you can have menopause?
- 31:03Speaker 2: Wow?
- 31:03Speaker 3: As I say, my libidos through the roofs, so maybe not.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Okay?
- 31:07Speaker 3: How's your vaginal dryness?
- 31:09Speaker 2: Terrible?
- 31:10Speaker 1: The Whoarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Keyzy.
- 31:13Speaker 5: Tune in on radio.
- 31:16Speaker 4: Wez are there on the radio Hodarchy Big Show this
- 31:20Speaker 4: Thursday afternoon.
- 31:21Speaker 3: Hey fellas A signed for this. What's on the news
- 31:28Speaker 3: with me?
- 31:30Speaker 4: Chusy You're gonna love this, Mogi. I was going through
- 31:34Speaker 4: the news every day as I always do, and so
- 31:37Speaker 4: what are you doing?
- 31:38Speaker 3: This is my Segrett, What are you doing? Well?
- 31:39Speaker 2: I took it over yesterday, Kezi.
- 31:41Speaker 3: Yeah you did your boat yard? Yeah that was an
- 31:43Speaker 3: article verbatim.
- 31:44Speaker 4: I have never been inundated with more messages of support
- 31:48Speaker 4: than I was yesterday.
- 31:50Speaker 2: Well on your boat yard on my boat chat. How
- 31:53Speaker 2: many people have me? How long was that bastard? A
- 31:56Speaker 2: mile long? Which is how many meters? It's team thousand
- 32:01Speaker 2: meetings in kilometers long.
- 32:05Speaker 3: Do you want to do the segment because I've got
- 32:06Speaker 3: a news story.
- 32:07Speaker 2: Here, give you one more just to you know, make saloon.
- 32:13Speaker 3: Okay, fellers. Have you heard about the mole people living
- 32:16Speaker 3: in New York? What that's interesting? Have you heard about
- 32:21Speaker 3: the mole people? No Ah, got any news about them?
- 32:26Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 32:26Speaker 3: Yeah, So some videos have been going viral of people
- 32:31Speaker 3: either coming out of manholes or entering manholes in New York,
- 32:38Speaker 3: and people are like, what's going on that. We're wearing
- 32:39Speaker 3: fishing waiters and all sorts of stuff and going down
- 32:42Speaker 3: there and then coming out. One eyewitness was like, Y
- 32:44Speaker 3: saw this. Three dudes just casually walk up to a manhole.
- 32:47Speaker 2: I've seen a few holes in his This is different though,
- 32:52Speaker 2: when he worked in the sewers.
- 32:54Speaker 3: Oh well, in that case, it's similar. Yeah, I don't know,
- 32:56Speaker 3: you worked in the sewers. So Jason breaking he was
- 32:58Speaker 3: taking it on the road.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I break some love.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Yeah cool. Just back to the story. People apparently were like, oh,
- 33:06Speaker 3: there's some sort of like hidden community down under. People
- 33:08Speaker 3: living down there, you know, costs of living, might have
- 33:11Speaker 3: to go live in the manholes.
- 33:15Speaker 4: I mean it's pretty it's pretty extraordinary, isn't it. Guys
- 33:20Speaker 4: wearing waders going into a manhole.
- 33:23Speaker 5: I mean that is big news. I'm surprised we've got
- 33:25Speaker 5: the waiters. I did see a story. It was either
- 33:27Speaker 5: in Pakistan, it might have been in Dubai something like that.
- 33:30Speaker 5: They have these children that have been a band of
- 33:31Speaker 5: the parents go home and they live underneath like this
- 33:36Speaker 5: keysy under manholes and close to sort of air conditioning
- 33:40Speaker 5: vents and things, so they can get some heat and
- 33:43Speaker 5: also similarly some cool It's amazing what you can do.
- 33:46Speaker 3: Some water as well.
- 33:48Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, then like water. Yeah, they went into it.
- 33:51Speaker 2: Yeah yeah.
- 33:52Speaker 3: Well people have been, you know, spreading yarns and maybe
- 33:55Speaker 3: people are living underground, but the authorities have looked into
- 33:57Speaker 3: the manhole and various other manholes not just.
- 34:02Speaker 2: Work. Yeah, it really is.
- 34:05Speaker 3: But it turns out that the leading explanation of the
- 34:07Speaker 3: stage fellers as to why these blokes are all cue
- 34:10Speaker 3: enough is that they're all scavengers urban explorers, searching for coins, jewelry,
- 34:20Speaker 3: scrap metal, that sort of thing.
- 34:22Speaker 2: Ah, because people shit those out all the time, don't they.
- 34:28Speaker 3: But anyway, Yeah, can I do that segment again tomorrow?
- 34:32Speaker 2: That wasn't bad from you?
- 34:33Speaker 1: Thank you for the Hurdarchy Big Show week days from
- 34:36Speaker 1: four on radio.
- 34:37Speaker 4: Hold Ark Strokes there on the radio, Holdnkey Big Show.
- 34:41Speaker 4: There's late afternoon before the Radio Awards. Now, Fellers, I'm
- 34:45Speaker 4: actually pretty excited about a sporting event coming up tonight.
- 34:48Speaker 4: I believe it starts Mogi ah the first Test match
- 34:52Speaker 4: in cricket between England and New Zealand at that Halloaed
- 34:56Speaker 4: of all grounds lords as.
- 34:59Speaker 3: A sports chair, Yeah, I guess so supports that.
- 35:09Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 35:11Speaker 4: Now, I think it's been pretty well documented Fellas, that
- 35:14Speaker 4: I've gone off me cricket.
- 35:15Speaker 2: I used to be passionate about the game.
- 35:17Speaker 3: Is it because you did a podcast on it and
- 35:20Speaker 3: commentated heaps of it and just based your working life
- 35:23Speaker 3: around it? A bit too much?
- 35:24Speaker 2: Partially?
- 35:25Speaker 4: But no the real reason, and the same thing happened
- 35:28Speaker 4: with me with drugby There was just too much of it. Actually,
- 35:31Speaker 4: there is too much pap and I lost my passion
- 35:34Speaker 4: for the game.
- 35:35Speaker 2: Genuinely. I got to the point where I couldn't even
- 35:37Speaker 2: watch it anymore.
- 35:38Speaker 4: There were three things I would watch Australia versus England
- 35:42Speaker 4: ashes either in England or Australia. I'll watch that New
- 35:46Speaker 4: Zealand versus India.
- 35:47Speaker 3: I'll watch that hardre pornography.
- 35:50Speaker 4: Certainly I watched that, or New Zealand versus England, or
- 35:55Speaker 4: in England, preferably in England. So I'm actually very excited
- 35:58Speaker 4: because I haven't watched cricket for months and months and
- 36:01Speaker 4: months to see them.
- 36:03Speaker 2: Playing at Lord's. To be honest with you, couldn't even
- 36:05Speaker 2: tell you who the New Zealand side is going to be. Well,
- 36:07Speaker 2: I can help you with that, Hoidy j.
- 36:10Speaker 5: The likely eleven is Tom Latham's captain, Devin Conway, Came Williamson, Ratchen, Ravendra, Darryl, Mitchell,
- 36:19Speaker 5: Blundell's with the gloves. Yes, Glenn Phillips or Mitchell Santner
- 36:24Speaker 5: a little bit dependent because Phillips hasn't had a lot
- 36:27Speaker 5: of cricket lately. So yeah, here we go there, Nathan Smith,
- 36:32Speaker 5: Carle Jamison, Matt Henry, will O'Rourke.
- 36:36Speaker 2: That's actually a very good side. It's not bad.
- 36:39Speaker 4: That's a very good side because I know that we've
- 36:41Speaker 4: had issues with our fast bowlers basically falling apart all
- 36:45Speaker 4: over the place.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Good to see o back. Matt Henry always does well
- 36:49Speaker 2: in English conditions.
- 36:50Speaker 5: Pity you are not to have Duffy Yes, who had
- 36:53Speaker 5: such a blinding summer last year and was I think
- 36:56Speaker 5: our player of the year, player of the season. So
- 36:59Speaker 5: he's got his first born on the way priorities I mean,
- 37:03Speaker 5: for God's sake, but anyway, and then England Ben Duckett,
- 37:06Speaker 5: Emilio gay On debut, never heard of him, Jacob Bethel,
- 37:12Speaker 5: Joe Root, Harry Brook, Ben Stokes, Jamie Smith with the gloves,
- 37:16Speaker 5: Chai Basher, Olie Robinson, Gus Atkinson and Josh Tungue round
- 37:21Speaker 5: out the eleven. Now there's been a little bit of
- 37:24Speaker 5: a little bit of drum around the fact that draw
- 37:25Speaker 5: for Archer's made himself unavailable for the first Test because
- 37:28Speaker 5: he's playing wait for it, T twenty.
- 37:32Speaker 3: Yeah, good, yeah, isn't there a disgrace?
- 37:35Speaker 5: It is a strike bowler making himself unavailable for a
- 37:38Speaker 5: Test match at Lord because he's playing T twenty.
- 37:42Speaker 2: Well, there's my argument. In a nutshell, mane, there's.
- 37:44Speaker 3: More money in it, isn't there? Do you know why
- 37:46Speaker 3: it's called Lord's.
- 37:49Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 37:50Speaker 3: It's nothing to do with the House of Lords, which
- 37:51Speaker 3: is what I thought it was something to do with that.
- 37:53Speaker 3: It's just because a bear, the guy that founded it
- 37:55Speaker 3: in seventeen eighty seven was named Thomas Lord. Oh there
- 37:58Speaker 3: you go. I thought it was some like now you
- 38:00Speaker 3: know what I mean, So it could have been Johnson and.
- 38:02Speaker 2: I tell you what it is, magnificent.
- 38:08Speaker 1: The whole Achy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keysy
- 38:11Speaker 1: tune in week days and four on Radio hod Ike.
- 38:13Speaker 4: Welcome back your messive bagbones. Hope your Thursdays absolutely going off.
- 38:17Speaker 4: You're listening to the Big Show, brought to you by.
- 38:20Speaker 3: Redoogear, handcrafted big gears, loaded fries and gourmet eats that
- 38:24Speaker 3: will change.
- 38:24Speaker 2: The goome grumbly obstious year.
- 38:28Speaker 3: Me totally is scrumbledly. I'm scious, isn't it?
- 38:30Speaker 2: Jason?
- 38:31Speaker 7: It is?
- 38:31Speaker 2: I love it.
- 38:32Speaker 4: I love it, man, As I say, we had it
- 38:33Speaker 4: last night, So it's going to be you know, now
- 38:36Speaker 4: that they're back with us, it's going to become a
- 38:38Speaker 4: regular feature.
- 38:39Speaker 2: Of my diet again.
- 38:40Speaker 3: What did your wife have?
- 38:42Speaker 2: I can't remember actually what was it?
- 38:44Speaker 3: Chicken or beef?
- 38:44Speaker 4: It was a beef cheesy burger. I remember, it's not
- 38:49Speaker 4: get bogged down in the details here. I'm just saying
- 38:53Speaker 4: that we enjoyed it.
- 38:54Speaker 2: What did you have? Fries and a red Royal or something?
- 38:59Speaker 3: Okay, a regent our regent here?
- 39:01Speaker 2: All right with cheese? Anyway? Hey, how are you feeling, fellows?
- 39:05Speaker 5: That we've got the awards coming up soon, we'll be
- 39:08Speaker 5: out the door, by all accounts, one of the greatest
- 39:11Speaker 5: events in the social calendar. Sounding get a bit nervous
- 39:15Speaker 5: the radio. There's very few awards where you get to
- 39:18Speaker 5: go up on stage and make a speech. Yes, but
- 39:21Speaker 5: our category that we're up for, if we win, we
- 39:23Speaker 5: have to go up and make a speech. So I
- 39:25Speaker 5: think we need to practice that sort ourselves out. Yeah,
- 39:28Speaker 5: I'm keen to do a little little dry run if
- 39:31Speaker 5: you will. We can do that a little later on
- 39:32Speaker 5: this hour. But Jason, I am just I have found
- 39:36Speaker 5: your wife's number, by the way, Pug sent it to me,
- 39:38Speaker 5: So we're going to call your wife and actually see
- 39:40Speaker 5: whether or not you keep lying about having reburger. Yeah,
- 39:42Speaker 5: it'll be interesting, won't it, Because off the back of
- 39:44Speaker 5: all your other lives that we know about lying about
- 39:46Speaker 5: giving up smoking and vaping, she'll probably be.
- 39:50Speaker 2: Driving fellows wouldn't be safe at that point, but still trying. Mogi.
- 39:54Speaker 2: That's a very good point. We need to be prepared
- 39:56Speaker 2: in case we win tonight.
- 39:57Speaker 3: Do that later. I'm going to call your wife and
- 40:00Speaker 3: see whether you keep lying about eating our sponsor's product.
- 40:03Speaker 3: As I say, she could be dry it out there
- 40:06Speaker 3: cheeseburger fries and a Regent red I'm just going to
- 40:08Speaker 3: confirm that order as well. So that's good. We'll do
- 40:10Speaker 3: that next day. Jason, Yeah, okay, be nice to hear
- 40:13Speaker 3: from your wife, won't it. I'll just text you, just
- 40:19Speaker 3: don't you.
- 40:20Speaker 1: The Darchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy Tune in.
- 40:24Speaker 4: Four on Radio A Nirvana via on the radio, hold
- 40:28Speaker 4: Archy Big Show this Thursday night.
- 40:30Speaker 2: As we press ever closer to the radio awards.
- 40:34Speaker 3: Yeah, so seven o'clock sharp, we run across to the
- 40:37Speaker 3: event center or skys City. I don't even know actually
- 40:39Speaker 3: know where it is. We've all got our suits and
- 40:41Speaker 3: stuff on and we get stuck in. We're actually up
- 40:43Speaker 3: for an award Best Comedy Podcast, and it is one
- 40:47Speaker 3: of the awards where, if you do want it, you
- 40:49Speaker 3: actually have to go up on stage and say a speech.
- 40:52Speaker 3: I've never seen an award acceptance speech before. I don't
- 40:55Speaker 3: know how to do it. So the idea was put forward,
- 40:58Speaker 3: maybe do a practice. Have you guys ever said an
- 41:01Speaker 3: acceptance speech before?
- 41:02Speaker 5: Well I did when I had the honor of winning
- 41:04Speaker 5: Best Actor at the twenty nineteen Film and Television Awards
- 41:08Speaker 5: whatever man. And it was a beautiful moment because the
- 41:11Speaker 5: actress that announced it, Kate Elliott, she said the winner
- 41:16Speaker 5: is mister Minnigu, so she'd never heard of old Minigo
- 41:21Speaker 5: and so she completely mispronounced my name, and so I
- 41:24Speaker 5: didn't know if I had won right, And then I
- 41:27Speaker 5: was sort of thinking, there's there anyone out who else
- 41:29Speaker 5: has got a name that's kind of like that. So
- 41:31Speaker 5: I just had to work through it and work out, oh,
- 41:34Speaker 5: that must be me. So there's a break of about
- 41:36Speaker 5: thirty to forty seconds before I even stood out. So yeah,
- 41:40Speaker 5: I mean, if it's better than that, it's not how
- 41:41Speaker 5: in your dreams you imagine things going in your dreams,
- 41:44Speaker 5: you're probably at the oscars is.
- 41:45Speaker 3: So yeah, that is hilarious.
- 41:47Speaker 2: Well, I think the key obviously fellows in this scenario.
- 41:50Speaker 2: Keep it humble. Oh yeah, you know what I mean?
- 41:52Speaker 2: Keep it real, okay, keep it about the people.
- 41:55Speaker 3: All right? Well should I go first?
- 41:56Speaker 5: Well, i'd also say, now it feels like I, captain
- 41:59Speaker 5: should kick things off, but I don't want to, So
- 42:01Speaker 5: we'll get Jason captain.
- 42:04Speaker 2: But I feel like there's sort of three areas.
- 42:06Speaker 5: One is think for you know, you're thinking, and it's
- 42:09Speaker 5: an honor, but also the nominate our fellow nominees, so
- 42:16Speaker 5: someone has to cover that off. And then there has
- 42:18Speaker 5: to be also I think sort of the key to
- 42:20Speaker 5: all of this stuff is weirdly, we can't take any
- 42:24Speaker 5: of the credit for this, right, Like, it's not that
- 42:27Speaker 5: we're actually good, even though that's what it is. Yeah,
- 42:31Speaker 5: of course, as you've got to think the other nominees.
- 42:33Speaker 5: You've got to think the people in the office out here,
- 42:35Speaker 5: You've got to think pugs for God. So I mean,
- 42:37Speaker 5: how ridiculous is that you don't think we should say
- 42:39Speaker 5: you got to thank your families? Yes, and then if
- 42:43Speaker 5: there's any time left over, yeah, I don't know. All right,
- 42:47Speaker 5: Well let's run through.
- 42:48Speaker 3: So you're gonna lead us off, Jason, sure, and then
- 42:52Speaker 3: and then Mogi will come in and then I'll bring
- 42:53Speaker 3: it home. So this is the scenario. We've just we've
- 42:56Speaker 3: just won orright, we've been caught up on stage. Thank you,
- 43:03Speaker 3: thank you.
- 43:06Speaker 2: Your faith you, thank you very much.
- 43:10Speaker 3: Wow wow what an honor.
- 43:13Speaker 4: Uh just first before we you know, kick off an
- 43:17Speaker 4: acknowledgment of the other nominees in this category.
- 43:22Speaker 2: You must have been shockingly bad and pest port to
- 43:24Speaker 2: lose to us.
- 43:29Speaker 5: M Yeah, I also sorry, thanks Jason. I just want
- 43:35Speaker 5: to thank the the people backing into me at home.
- 43:39Speaker 5: Recky there. Oh, Pugs, his hat's not anymore. If anybody
- 43:45Speaker 5: wants to give him a job, he's again.
- 43:51Speaker 2: He's done.
- 43:51Speaker 3: Good stuff.
- 43:52Speaker 2: Mogi, he's cooked.
- 43:53Speaker 3: Hey, just from just from myself and Mogie and Jason also, POGs.
- 43:58Speaker 3: Thank you so much. It's a huge honor. Arm all right,
- 44:04Speaker 3: thank you.
- 44:06Speaker 1: The Hidarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune
- 44:09Speaker 1: in four on radio.
- 44:12Speaker 4: You two there on the radio hold Archy Big Show
- 44:15Speaker 4: this Thursday evening. And I tell you what New Zealand
- 44:18Speaker 4: and Day and lou Is back.
- 44:20Speaker 3: Wow. Twenty fifth of June fellas Tuesday, three weeks time
- 44:23Speaker 3: will be up the skytower broadcasting for twelve hours straight.
- 44:26Speaker 3: If you have a broadcast for that long before.
- 44:29Speaker 2: I haven't, but it feels like it's going to be
- 44:30Speaker 2: shared out amongst the team. Would that be right? I
- 44:32Speaker 2: mean I'm not going to do it if we're not
- 44:33Speaker 2: doing a full twelve hours, are we sure?
- 44:35Speaker 4: No?
- 44:35Speaker 2: I have vowed to do the stairs five times on
- 44:39Speaker 2: that day. Oh cool, okay, we'll hold you to that.
- 44:41Speaker 2: If you don't do it. Oh yeah, it's it's not really.
- 44:45Speaker 2: I just make it that you have to do the
- 44:47Speaker 2: bungee off the skytower. If you don't do five times
- 44:49Speaker 2: out the stairs.
- 44:50Speaker 3: Well how about this even just once? You just have
- 44:51Speaker 3: to go up once, up the stairs once yep, to
- 44:54Speaker 3: the top, and then you.
- 44:56Speaker 2: Tell you what, Jason, I'll do it with you. I'll
- 44:59Speaker 2: just if challenges it a bit for me. If we're
- 45:02Speaker 2: going to do that.
- 45:02Speaker 4: What do you mean while my training is specifically around
- 45:05Speaker 4: five times just at once? I look, this just flag it,
- 45:09Speaker 4: I mean, not lo just the charity this. Yeah, but
- 45:14Speaker 4: let's focus on the chair on the sideline.
- 45:16Speaker 3: What about this, Jase runs up? What does you can
- 45:19Speaker 3: just walk up the stairs to the top from the
- 45:20Speaker 3: bottom and we raise donations for boal cancer?
- 45:23Speaker 2: What idea? Man? What a great idea?
- 45:25Speaker 3: Like ten thousand per step?
- 45:28Speaker 1: No?
- 45:28Speaker 3: Just anything really even if it was for one hundred bucks,
- 45:30Speaker 3: wouldn't that be worth it? Yeah, per step, just in general.
- 45:34Speaker 3: So I think that's a really good way, and really
- 45:37Speaker 3: for you to volunteer to do that.
- 45:38Speaker 4: Yeah, I want to reiterate the most important thing here
- 45:42Speaker 4: is the broadcast. Agree, let's not get sidelined.
- 45:46Speaker 2: That good if we can cut to you live and

- 47:44Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio
- 47:48Speaker 1: Hdarchy is.
- 47:49Speaker 4: Indeed rage against the machine. There on the radio Hodarchy
- 47:52Speaker 4: Big Show. This wet and moist Thursday evening.
- 47:56Speaker 3: It certainly is we're in moist. It's also I feel
- 48:00Speaker 3: like there's a big stench of lies hanging over the
- 48:02Speaker 3: Big Show.
- 48:03Speaker 2: Man.
- 48:04Speaker 3: I don't know if you can smell that, Mogi.
- 48:05Speaker 5: Probably I can't tell you what I can smell, man,
- 48:07Speaker 5: I can smell a cloud of distrust.
- 48:10Speaker 2: That's what it is.
- 48:11Speaker 5: And that's what I'm not happy about, is that there's
- 48:13Speaker 5: all this distrust around the place, and it feels like
- 48:17Speaker 5: Red's under the bed. It feels like knocking out your
- 48:22Speaker 5: neighbors and all this sort of sort of stuff. And
- 48:24Speaker 5: so what I want to do is I just like
- 48:25Speaker 5: to get to the bottom of exactly what's going on. Jason,
- 48:28Speaker 5: last night you said that you were going to Reburger
- 48:31Speaker 5: with your wife for dinner. It's something you said a
- 48:33Speaker 5: million times before, and you say it so often that
- 48:35Speaker 5: there's no way it can be true.
- 48:36Speaker 3: Keys, you agree one hundred percent. We're just like, we
- 48:38Speaker 3: don't believe you. And it's a sponsor's product, they invested,
- 48:40Speaker 3: we're partners with them. And you, well, I'm pretty sure
- 48:43Speaker 3: you go on the radio and lie and say that
- 48:45Speaker 3: you're definitely having Reburger come on. So what we thought
- 48:48Speaker 3: we'd do is pugs are sent through your wife's numbers.
- 48:51Speaker 3: So actually, wait, we're calling you now, So hello, reception,
- 49:02Speaker 3: don't you.
- 49:04Speaker 4: Cause I have not spoken to my wife about this
- 49:07Speaker 4: issue at all. So whatever you ask her, she is obliged,
- 49:13Speaker 4: and she's a very honest. She's an honest person.
- 49:16Speaker 3: I think this actually is reception. Is that actually reception? Hello,
- 49:21Speaker 3: this sends in me reception. No you haven't. I've accidentally
- 49:27Speaker 3: called the wrong number. I'm so sorry.
- 49:31Speaker 1: Something.
- 49:32Speaker 3: Yeah, we'll give you a backbone T shirt. Okay, sorry, Rochelle,
- 49:42Speaker 3: all right, thank you, love you. Bye. That's a bag
- 49:47Speaker 3: of fellows.
- 49:49Speaker 2: That's that's terrible.
- 49:51Speaker 1: Man.
- 49:51Speaker 2: Well we have to come back to that one. Yeah,
- 49:53Speaker 2: maybe another time. We could probably do.
- 49:55Speaker 3: It just checking it.
- 50:00Speaker 2: That's it's kind of over now, isn't it.
- 50:02Speaker 3: I mean there's I mean, that was just radio gold
- 50:06Speaker 3: right there. Man, she'll kill your wife tomorrow.
- 50:09Speaker 2: Yeah, the Hidarchy.

- 50:37Speaker 4: we've been nominated?
- 50:38Speaker 2: Everyone? We don't, We don't. Everyone.
- 50:41Speaker 3: Pugs literally just sent through and said, hey, you don't
- 50:43Speaker 3: have a clip because we've got to shoot off straight
- 50:44Speaker 3: after this.
- 50:45Speaker 2: That conscience ignored it.

- 50:55Speaker 2: I'm not.
- 50:55Speaker 5: I don't feel like the clip even really makes people
- 50:58Speaker 5: think go from I'm not listening to of the podcast.
- 51:00Speaker 3: To that I reckon that the opposite I think people
