  Speaker 1: go to God in prayer, and as always I invite

  Speaker 1: you to join along with me in prayer. And today

  Speaker 1: as we go to God in prayer, so often we

  Speaker 1: are thinking about us. We're thinking about our situations, and
• 0:17
  Speaker 1: we forget about those that are less fortunate, those that
• 0:21
  Speaker 1: don't have as much as we have. So today I
• 0:24
  Speaker 1: remind you of what Jesus said in Matthew twenty five
• 0:28
  Speaker 1: and forty. Verily, I say unto you, and as much
• 0:31
  Speaker 1: as you've done it until the least of these, my brethren,
• 0:34
  Speaker 1: you've done it unto me. Oh Heaven and Father, we
• 0:36
  Speaker 1: come before you today with grateful hearts, with humbled hearts,
• 0:42
  Speaker 1: thinking about the words of Jesus. Lord, let this truth
• 0:46
  Speaker 1: penetrate our hearts and transform the way we see and
• 0:50
  Speaker 1: even serve other people. Father, help us to recognize that
• 0:54
  Speaker 1: every act of kindness matters in a world that often
• 0:58
  Speaker 1: celebrates the grand than the visible. Remind us that you
• 1:02
  Speaker 1: value the small things done with great love. Help us
• 1:06
  Speaker 1: to see people the way that you see them, not
• 1:09
  Speaker 1: by their status, not by their position, not by their appearance,
• 1:14
  Speaker 1: but as precious souls created in your image. Lord, open

  Speaker 1: our eyes to those who are hurting. Help us notice
• 1:23
  Speaker 1: the lonely, the forgotten, the overlook, and the discourage. Give
• 1:27
  Speaker 1: us hearts that are sensitive to the needs around us.

  Speaker 1: Let us not become so busy with our own lives
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: that we miss opportunities to be your hands and your
• 1:38
  Speaker 1: feet here in the earth. Father, when someone is hungry.

  Speaker 1: Help us to share when someone is hurting. Help us
• 1:45
  Speaker 1: to be a comfort when someone feels abandoned. Help us
• 1:48
  Speaker 1: to show compassion when someone needs encouragement. Help us to
• 1:52
  Speaker 1: speak life. Teach us that ministry is not confined to
• 1:55
  Speaker 1: a church building. It happens every day through simple acts
• 1:59
  Speaker 1: of life, love, generosity, and grace. Oh God, forgive us
• 2:04
  Speaker 1: for the times that we've looked past people who needed kindness.

  Speaker 1: Forgive us for moments when we were too distracted to care,
• 2:12
  Speaker 1: too busy to help, or too quick to judge. Create
• 2:15
  Speaker 1: within us, God, hearts that are reflecting your compassion and
• 2:20
  Speaker 1: your mercy. Father, Help us to remember that every person
• 2:24
  Speaker 1: we encounter is fighting a battle that we may never
• 2:27
  Speaker 1: know anything about. Let us be quick to offer grace.
• 2:31
  Speaker 1: Let us be patient with those who are struggling. Let
• 2:34
  Speaker 1: us extend mercy. Because you so generously extended mercy to us. God,
• 2:39
  Speaker 1: raise up a spirit of service on the inside of us.

  Speaker 1: Let us serve not for recognition, not for applause, not
• 2:47
  Speaker 1: for reward, but because we love you. So Let our
• 2:50
  Speaker 1: actions reflect your heart. Let our generosity point others toward
• 2:55
  Speaker 1: your goodness. Let our compassion become a testimony of your love.

  Speaker 1: And Lord Lord, when we grow we're in doing good,

  Speaker 1: remind us that nothing done for your glory is ever wasted.

  Speaker 1: Every encouraging word, every helping hand, every prayer offered, every

  Speaker 1: sacrifice made in love is seen by you all today. Father,
• 3:17
  Speaker 1: make us more aware of opportunities around us to serve others.
• 3:20
  Speaker 1: Help us to love beyond convenience, to care beyond obligation,
• 3:24
  Speaker 1: and to give beyond expectation. God, let our lives reflect
• 3:28
  Speaker 1: the heart of Christ, so that we serve the least
• 3:32
  Speaker 1: among us, and we know that we're truly serving you
• 3:35
