- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: A.I.
- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: won't replace people who know how to create and understand its core technology.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_01]: You want to be able to make as much money as you can.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_01]: The fastest as you can, so you can enjoy it.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of us don't realize that we don't have as much time as we think we have.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_00]: For A.I.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_00]: replace much of a have all this fear.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_00]: I have all this worry.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: Get out of your head and get in the game.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_00]: Stop allowing for news and all this crazed of the dictated.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_00]: Create the future.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I'm teaching.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_01]: Application is different from the learning.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_00]: That's what most people don't understand.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_01]: You could literally have an idea today.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_01]: Execute on that idea and be making money like soon.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_00]: The well-gap is not...
- 0:42[SPEAKER_00]: But with income, it's forward, well, it's not what you say but how you say to AI.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_00]: My mom and you saw we say the tank.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: She was right.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_00]: That was right.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_00]: The fact how easy is it though to now go from the solution to that code as fast as you can past fear, make this life count, go build something.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_01]: I know you want to watch this next video, but listen if you are an entrepreneur, business coach, business consultant, or a small business owner who has a story and wants to learn how to create multiple strings of income from your story.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_01]: I need you to text me right now.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_01]: My book.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_01]: to six, four, six, six, eight, seven, four, one, five, two.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_01]: That is my personal number.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_01]: I have been an author for over 12 years, I've written 10 books, four of them have been best sellers, and I've sold over 100,000 books, but I've also helped a lot of my clients, take their expertise and put it into a story, then create multiple streams of income from that.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_01]: So I wanna help you do the same thing.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_01]: So text my book to six, four, six, six, eight, seven, four, one, five, two.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_01]: I, let's go back to the video.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so welcome to another awesome episode of Inside The Vault with Ashcast.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_01]: The greatest money mindset show on the planet.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_01]: Listen, right now there are over 300 million jobs that are projected to be impacted by AI globally.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_01]: That's 300 million.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_01]: And in the US alone,
- 2:28[SPEAKER_01]: nearly one in four jobs could be disrupted within the next few years, not replaced, but disrupted meaning if you don't evolve, you will disappear.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_01]: And here's the scary part.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_01]: The same technology that's about to wipe out the entire industry is quietly
- 2:47[SPEAKER_01]: creating new millionaires every single day.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_01]: So the real question is this, are you about to become obsolete or are you going to build wealth today?
- 2:59[SPEAKER_01]: Today's guest is not just talking about AI, he's actually building with it, profiting from it and showing people how to turn ideas into real income using tools that didn't exist a year ago.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_01]: Last time, like you've got to see his episode last time, we went crazy.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_01]: He gave us a lot of gems.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_01]: He taught us how we could become AI million is now.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_01]: But a lot of people in the comments was like, yo, you're just, you keep in it too simple, but today we are going deeper.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_01]: We're breaking down how to actually build AI power apps, how to position yourself in this new economy and how to move.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_01]: from consumer to creator before the window closes isn't important thing right when you have an opportunity of a lifetime you have to take advantage of it during the lifetime of the opportunity so this will not be here forever because make no mistake about it this is one of those moments in history with the people who move early don't just when they will actually
- 4:06[SPEAKER_01]: been hearing about AI, but haven't made a dollar from it yet, you're about to understand exactly why and exactly what to do next.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_01]: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Inside the Vault, my brother, Justin Burns, what's up, brother?
- 4:21[SPEAKER_01]: Listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, I don't even want to, all the pleasant trees, if anybody want to know who you are and all that, you have to go to the last episode.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_01]: I want to get to it, right, because the truth of the matter is that first and foremost, you're building a super powerful community of people who are getting to it.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_01]: Like I'm me and people who are like, yo, I show you inside the vault interview, yo, I just made this amount of money, or I just put this app, and it's happening really, really fast.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I haven't seen
- 4:53[SPEAKER_01]: Um, people being able to go from idea to execution this fast in my lifetime though, and I'm, you know, I was a kid during the dot com era, but even understanding dot com ever you needed money, you need a resources like that, like there was so much, uh, barriers to entry.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_01]: I've never seen never in my lifetime.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_01]: You'll have this idea, I wanna execute on it and make money off it really, really fast.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_01]: So can you talk about that?
- 5:22[SPEAKER_01]: Can you talk about this opportunity that exists right now that you can literally have an idea today, you can literally execute on that idea and be making money like soon.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_01]: Talk about that for now.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_00]: Like I talked about in the last episode, right?
- 5:36[SPEAKER_00]: I still stand true to that.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: This is the greatest time in history.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: And when we talk about like technology, technology changes like fast, right?
- 5:44[SPEAKER_00]: So even we shot that episode months and months ago, now the opportunity has even increased even further, right?
- 5:51[SPEAKER_00]: And so no matter what's happening, no matter, I tell people this all the time, Ash.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_00]: Don't let distraction stop you from being in one they'd be in the part of the greatest time in history Which is right now because see let me just tell you like we talked about this in the last episode for those who haven't even seen the last episode I spent a million dollars on just trying to take an idea
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: put it on the computer create a software technology app and listen I just be if I await it a few years out of been a little richer than I was but I always tell people like failures always create such an amazing amount of opportunities and that's how I was able to find out like oh hey I has that vans so much
- 6:32[SPEAKER_00]: then now is responsible for 50, 60% of some of the top 500 companies in the world they're actually using AI to code their own code base.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_00]: So it's powerful.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_01]: So I like I literally saw a news article that said,
- 6:51[SPEAKER_01]: that Mark Zuckerberg is training a co-CO-CO using AI.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_01]: Meaning that he's the CEO of the company.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_01]: He's creating a co-CO to run the company.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_01]: You say one of the biggest threats that's happening is a Genetic AI.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_01]: Like you're talking a little bit about that.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so, you know, years ago, people used to say, oh, hey, I can't replace me.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_00]: And to some degree, that's true.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_00]: But for the most part, we're entering into the phase of a ginti AI.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: What is a ginti AI?
- 7:27[SPEAKER_00]: Well, last, probably about six months ago, about in that time frame, everybody was talking about open claw.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_00]: Open claw, if you don't know what open claw is, it was one of the smartest kind of AI models that surround, where actually open source model that actually Facebook just purchased that company.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_00]: where AI went and actually did task.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_00]: So you can tell it, hey, you know, go and ask to my email, take a vent, you know, take my credit cards and go and purchase this and it would do it.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_00]: That's the error that we're moving out of because when most people when they think about AI, they're familiar with AI, but they're used to going to chat cheap BT or they're used to go on the clock.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: and just saying, it's getting information.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_00]: What's the weather?
- 8:08[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think I should do?
- 8:09[SPEAKER_00]: Now we're moving into one of the most powerful ages in history, and that is where AI will actually be agentic.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: It means that it will answer your emails.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: It means that it could build code, it could write code.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_00]: I'm even predicting that it will also, as time goes on, be able to finish.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: even a task and know what you mean by it with just one prompt.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_00]: That's the future and I tell people the future isn't out there.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_01]: The future is here right now.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_01]: And so speaking of it being here right now, like what is the, like how are you, how are you, how are the people that you're coaching?
- 8:48[SPEAKER_01]: How are they making money so fast using a building apps?
- 8:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because there's not that resistance where most of your capital used to go to as hiring one developer.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, the average developer, I mean, if you wanted to say higher developer say in the States, right, it would cost, I mean, an average of probably $100 an hour or more, right, and so now, but that's not even the only barrier.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_00]: So there was so many barriers asked to take an idea and turn it into a technology company.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_00]: And like I said in the last episode, listen, you don't have to program people to use
- 9:21[SPEAKER_00]: The average person, actually I said the average person is subscribed to about six to eight apps, meaning they pay for it.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_00]: And when we think about apps, let's even break down the psychology around apps.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_00]: Those people think apps are just on your phone.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_00]: That's not an app.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_00]: Apps are web apps, things like zoom, things like camera, things like
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: You know, slack.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_00]: Those are web apps, but then there's the phone apps.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_00]: But now you also have tools.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_00]: Those are also considered apps.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_00]: So in the last episode, as one of the things that I saw in the video, because I explained it in so much simple terms.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_00]: Most people said, oh man, you know, that's too simple.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: What he explained in the two wrong.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_00]: But see, here's the thing that we oftentimes, that happens to us.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_00]: We often confuse simplicity with hard work.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: because we think that all of something is too simple, it must not be like making it just too simple.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_00]: But let me kind of break this, this kind of pattern down so we can kind of get people to understand the age that we're living in, right?
- 10:20[SPEAKER_00]: Simplicity, the definition of simplicity equals clarity.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_00]: That's all simplicity means.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_00]: It means so if so for example, you to go of writing books.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: If I were to write my book, I would reach out to you.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, because you have a framework, you have systems.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_00]: But if I tried to write my book ash, I would actually go in circles.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_00]: Now I know I've written a book before, but guess what?
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: You figured out frameworks.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: You figured out systems.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: You figured out tools.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_00]: You figured out ways to make the process simpler for your clients.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: So guess what they say.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I want you to do it, Ash.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_00]: So when you spend a million dollars on all this, what you spend it.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: You better have bigger something out, right?
- 10:59[SPEAKER_00]: So what I tell people is AI makes it easy, but simple doesn't necessarily mean, oh my God, like there's harder things to do.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, there is work you got to do.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, we know that.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_00]: But there's also if you have the right framework I'm telling you, you can actually build something really fast.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_00]: If you, and here's the thing, I tell people go do your own research.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_00]: There's actually, I posted this in my community and it asked me where a community I said.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_00]: There's a guy who vibe code, if you know what vibe coding is, vibe coding is, just like ChatGPT, you go in type and it actually starts coding up and codes the actual platform.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_00]: So there's a guy who used the platform level.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_00]: And what he did was, and one week, he realized that was an issue.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: And this is in the dog niche.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: We don't talk about this because what I tell people is the riches are not just only in the niches, but if you go and you shrink down to solving a problem in that market and you understand their problem with languageing patterns, there is an infinite amount of wealth that can be had with that.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_00]: And so we're going to break that down because I'm going to help you build Joe App on this episode.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk his chin.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_00]: Talk his chin.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_00]: Talk his chin.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, talk his chin.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_00]: Let's actually, this is what I want to do.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_00]: I think what we could do in this because I think when when when people say something that's simple, I think you can show it simple.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: But simple and always the key.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_00]: When you have frameworks and we're going to show a framework, we will actually build it.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_00]: But there was
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: on a lovable, this guy that lovable as a platform that you could build, most people don't utilize lovable the proper way, right?
- 12:37[SPEAKER_00]: So he went on and he built this dog app that actually took portraits of this dog.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_00]: I know this guy will create this, there's a lot of money.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't realize how much money was in the dog news, right?
- 12:50[SPEAKER_00]: People, people look at their dogs like family, right?
- 12:53[SPEAKER_00]: And so they'll go to Lymphs to spend any amount of money.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_00]: So what you do as you go to this app,
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: You could upload your dog image and actually takes the dog and turn them into like, you know, everybody got the portrait, you know, like, and that dude made a bag, by the way, there's a lot of people who made just simply taking, like, a portion of that, I think about it for sure.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_00]: Think about it.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_00]: So now what it, what you could do now is you could take that, he took, you took an image of your dog, you uploaded it and he created a head shots that you can actually send to your local printer.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: and actually make money.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: Well, fast forward, he actually reveal his revenue recently and I think he made like $10 million from that app.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_00]: And so isn't, I think people get so caught up in, oh, if it's simple, then this and they get, they have all these limiting beliefs around things, but it stops them from actually getting to, you know, the wealth that they know they can generate.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_01]: and the simplicity of it allows it to get mass adoption, right?
- 13:51[SPEAKER_01]: So you're saying that any, because when you say it, like, from a dog, that makes sense, right?
- 13:58[SPEAKER_01]: That, uh,
- 14:00[SPEAKER_01]: a guy is able to make portraits of a dog.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_01]: So any industry, it don't matter what industry, you could build an app with AI and you could stop monetizing that.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, just that.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly, because here's the thing.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_00]: Not just even the app industry, the technology industry is the number one industry in the world, right?
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think is the second?
- 14:22[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, entertainment probably right.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_00]: No, the second is, uh, where's I'm out the biggest capital in the world where people are spending is growing 15 to 20% year over year.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_00]: So if you think you combine the number one industry with the second industry in the world, what do you think you have?
- 14:39[SPEAKER_00]: You have two juggernauts.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_00]: So I tell people all the time, see the barrier to entry used to be.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_00]: that you have to have a lot of capital used to have to raise a lot of capital.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_00]: Now, now we've kind of switched that model on this head.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: But see, now, there presents a greater challenge that we're going to talk about in this episode, which is step one.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: And we talked about this in the last episode, where people skipped step one.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_00]: See, I call it the opportunity gap.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_00]: The opportunity gap.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_00]: And you can apply this to any industry.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_00]: Most people,
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: baseline numbers in every industry, you could say that 90% of people, well, we could say like 10% of people make 90% of the money, okay?
- 15:18[SPEAKER_00]: That means that 90% of people don't hardly make any money in every industry, it's not just this industry.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now, then, that started getting me down and I was spending all this money, actually.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_00]: So, it's going through, you know, with that money, it was leaving my bank out every month.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I started thinking, like, what is the challenge?
- 15:34[SPEAKER_00]: Like, why am I, what is it that I haven't figured out yet?
- 15:38[SPEAKER_00]: And so here's what happened.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_00]: I started realizing I was focused on the wrong things.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_00]: I was so focused on trying to build a great product.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_00]: And you should be focused on building a great product, but that's the next step.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_00]: The first step is what is the opportunity so that I can actually put this problem in front of this customer and they pull out their credit card and buy.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_00]: And when you combine that with, so you don't have to, you don't have to condition tube, you don't have to train people to do two things.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_00]: Number one, you don't have to train them to buy.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_00]: Since they were a baby, they were programmed to buy, right?
- 16:11[SPEAKER_00]: We're in a capitalistic society, okay?
- 16:14[SPEAKER_00]: That's number one.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_00]: So, number two, you don't have to, in this age, you don't have to train people to use technology.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_00]: Because even if they say, I'm not good at technology.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_00]: Guess what they're probably doing with their work.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_00]: They use technology on some basis.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_00]: The average person is using between eight and 10 apps or more.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_00]: And so the first step is what we call the opportunity gap.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_00]: The opportunity gap is something I teach to my students.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: And here's what I say.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: What is the major problem that's not being addressed in the marketplace?
- 16:43[SPEAKER_00]: Now, everybody thinks they need a new idea like always talk about.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_00]: It's great to have the great, like, listen.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_00]: There's going to be so many new ideas, Burf.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_00]: But here's where the fastest path to the cash is I like to always say.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_00]: It is finding an idea, taking your idea, figuring out what the gap in the market is, the problems, the frustration.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_00]: You know what people buy, people buy, because their experience is some pain point.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_00]: Okay?
- 17:08[SPEAKER_00]: So there's two things that technology does very, very well.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_00]: Okay?
- 17:11[SPEAKER_00]: Number one is it helps people to solve some great problem that they have.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_00]: Number two, it makes their life easier.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, if you combine both of them, that is what people need to start.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_00]: Case important, let me give you an example.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_00]: There's a company out there and they're a great company, a type form, right?
- 17:29[SPEAKER_00]: So this is a technology, if you don't know what type form it is, but yeah, you type form it.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so you build our forms, you know, basically you, it's a software technique, a piece of technology that a web-based technology where people go and they get fill out forms.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_00]: Well, here's what happened, right?
- 17:44[SPEAKER_00]: And again, disclaimer, I'm not saying this stuff is true enough, okay?
- 17:47[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just saying it wasn't a lie.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_00]: So a lot of people were complaining like, hey, this software is a little bit kind of pricey, uh, depending on how you look at it, or hey, there's just some other challenges that it had.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_00]: So here's what happened.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_00]: This guy creates this software.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_00]: That's a little bit of a competitor to them.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_00]: What, he is a competitor.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_00]: And now he didn't rip him off.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_00]: He just went and he found those market gaps.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_00]: So he made his product a little bit lower in pricing.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_00]: He went and he filled that gap.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_00]: And here's what happened.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm creating a competitor to them.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_00]: But if he would have listened to everybody, say, oh, they're too big.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_00]: This they got millions of dollars.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_00]: They raised all this capital.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_00]: He would have missed out on one of the greatest opportunities.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I think he's on track to do about $50,000 a month and recurring revenues.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_00]: So, step one, before we even get into building, which is what we're going to do next, we're going to actually build the app together, you need to be able to find the opportunity gap, and that's what stops a lot of people.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_01]: Um, how easy is it though to now go from the solution to that.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_01]: So I give you a prime example, right?
- 18:44[SPEAKER_01]: So for me, um, you know, I've been a financial educator for over 15 years, right?
- 18:49[SPEAKER_01]: I have my career in banking, left the banking world.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, um, and I was teach up financial financial literacy, right?
- 18:55[SPEAKER_01]: And one of the things I found in financial literacy was yeah, I could teach it to you, but at the end of the day, like if you know, if I don't change your behaviors, right, you're not going to do anything with it.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_01]: So so I've never, I never like left the space, you know, but I was, you know, I kept teaching, but but I almost.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_01]: kind of was like, what solution can I provide that could help with that problem, right?
- 19:24[SPEAKER_01]: And so I thought about it over and over and got to the number one problem was not only do people don't understand financial literacy and money and wealth and things in that nature.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_01]: I think what they're what they're calculating, what they're measuring is wrong, right?
- 19:41[SPEAKER_01]: You know, you know, for a long time, people measure income and not necessarily net worth not asset.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_01]: These things that actually not cash flow, these things that actually happen, based on that, what type of app you think I should create?
- 19:55[SPEAKER_00]: So here's the thing.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_00]: Some people guess and then some people become calculated.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, see the thing about online and I love is that you don't need to guess because there's so many different Marketplaces that can give us the answers that we want.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_00]: So let's actually, let's actually pull it up.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_00]: So this is actually called product hunt, right?
- 20:16[SPEAKER_00]: So I kind of mentioned this site, I kind of mentioned this site in the last episode, right?
- 20:21[SPEAKER_00]: So product hunt is actually a site.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_00]: Let's actually show it, right?
- 20:24[SPEAKER_00]: This is, this actually is where all the great products that are launching in the marketplace are.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_00]: So most companies, especially tech companies, when they go and let's just say, you know, they are here and they're about to launch.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_00]: they actually show you what they're launching.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_00]: So you can actually go to the different categories.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_00]: Let's say for example, we talk, let's actually build Joe out to the source.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_00]: Let's get it to the source.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_00]: So like if I were to go about that guy, I got a million.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_01]: I think I think it's a multi million eyes.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_00]: I believe you made you the abundance king.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I wouldn't you know what I'm saying.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_00]: So this is like I saw I went to the financial category.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_00]: Let's pull this up on the screen, right?
- 21:00[SPEAKER_00]: So I went to the financial category, right?
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: So this shows all of the different financial apps that are in the marketplace.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_00]: And here's what happens.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_00]: It actually shows me.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_00]: Let's say I click on what type of app you want to build.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_01]: like an aggregator, right?
- 21:20[SPEAKER_01]: So like I want to build an app that can track your net worth, but tell you, so, so, so, you know, like you said, bundlesking, right?
- 21:28[SPEAKER_01]: A bundles is your birthright.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_01]: I would love to build what's called the abundance calculator, like that's a, you know, AC, right?
- 21:36[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, abundance calculated and I wanted to be I want anybody at any moment to have like a score so they could know where they stand as it relates to abundance because it's because abundance is mindset, but it's also practical social money is also with you having your bank account credit taxes like so so all these different things that
- 21:58[SPEAKER_01]: I have a nice step process that I call the abundance formula.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_01]: Everything in the abundance formula, I want that in the app.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_01]: So people could always know where they stand.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, got you.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_00]: So this is what we're going to do.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_00]: So everybody here could take a lot of value and gems.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_00]: to show you how you can build what we call a 1% app or 1% of piece of technology.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_00]: So we already talked about step one, you need to find an opportunity gap, right?
- 22:25[SPEAKER_00]: And the way that you find more opportunity gaps is switch it to the screen, right?
- 22:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like this is all the different financial products that are out there, okay?
- 22:34[SPEAKER_00]: Now here's the great part.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_00]: When we go to, let's just say, I'm going to just throw this out here for the sake of time.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_00]: Let's say monarch, right?
- 22:40[SPEAKER_00]: This is a budgeting.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_00]: If this is a budgeting app, it shows us everything that's going on.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_00]: I think I got ratings.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_00]: So you got right.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_00]: This is what it go.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_00]: So we got the ratings, right?
- 22:51[SPEAKER_00]: So then people tell you here is what is here's what is good about this product and then you have some people that also tell you the opportunities of this product and there's other places you can go.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_00]: see like it gives you all of these different things it gives you the pros and the cons.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_00]: So we don't have to guess there's also other sites like trust pilot all these other products that where people go and they give their experiences so we can find out what we call the market gap right we can say okay here's the challenges that are in the marketplace right so that's step one find all the challenges and what we're going to do is address that in our product that's how we're
- 23:28[SPEAKER_00]: Well, then we got step two, step two is what?
- 23:31[SPEAKER_00]: How do we build what we call a 1% app, right?
- 23:35[SPEAKER_00]: So let's get in together, can I build a app?
- 23:37[SPEAKER_00]: I need that, let's build on camera.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_00]: I need to actually build the abundance app.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, do that, yeah.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_00]: So you sent me over, transparent.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody, you sent me over a document because I asked you about this.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_00]: But I want to break this down if everybody, okay?
- 23:51[SPEAKER_00]: So in software, because I have, I've been in software for almost 15 years.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_00]: We have something to call the user stories, right?
- 24:01[SPEAKER_00]: So user stories is describing what someone wants and breaking it down into features.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_00]: What's the feature?
- 24:08[SPEAKER_00]: It's the things that you're actually going to use in the app, okay?
- 24:12[SPEAKER_00]: So here's the challenge.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_00]: Most people, and we hear these stories all the time in my community, in the apps bill way I community.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_00]: Where some people are at different places and if you're watching this, you're at a couple different places.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_00]: One You might be you have an idea, right?
- 24:26[SPEAKER_00]: And so you say, oh, I got this idea, but I really don't know where to start right or two You already kind of heard about these Tools like loveable some of the reasons I'm gonna introduce today.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_00]: You heard of them.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_00]: You started building the challenge is you have a lost yet
- 24:41[SPEAKER_00]: So, or, or you might be in number two where you, you, you, you've even maybe even hired a developer and you're wet where I was.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you spent the money, you're like, you never launched.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_00]: It's okay, if you're watching this, I look, we're gonna get past that.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_00]: Or yes, that three where you're a technical, you kind of have to experience, you start building.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_00]: But you've never kind of got the jet off the runway, right?
- 25:04[SPEAKER_00]: You might have got one or two customers, a couple customers, or you might have got ten, but then it's like, how did you go past 100?
- 25:11[SPEAKER_00]: I've been at every phase and that's what this episode is designed to do.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_00]: So going back, you sent me kind of like, and we could switch to this screen, right?
- 25:19[SPEAKER_00]: So you sent me over,
- 25:21[SPEAKER_00]: this is the abundance calculator right yeah yeah yeah yeah so we got so we got the abundance calculator here and we got all the different features um you know you gave me I asked you for some features and you went you went in as you went like 10 pages because you yeah I like I like you did it what you so first that's actually a good point what did you use to actually come up with this so I went I went to Chad GVT um and we want to give
- 25:48[SPEAKER_00]: No, no.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's how to you.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_00]: This, this is what I'm telling you.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_01]: So look, this is why this is important for people right books and have their philosophy down.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_01]: So all I did was upload it one of my books.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_01]: So I have a book, my wife and I wrote a book called the abundance formula.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_01]: I uploaded the abundance formula into chat, GBT, and I said that I wanted to create an app.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_01]: based on this, um, I also because I don't know if you're using level one, not, but I remember in our last episode, you talked about loveable.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_01]: So I said, you know what, let me ask chat to create this if I was going to do it for levelable.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_01]: So it gave me like, but then I also asked chat if it was the best idea.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_01]: Also, so I wanted it to to give you the input and if this is the best idea, if it's not refining it, so it could become the best idea, it then that's what it came up with.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so here's just a tip.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_00]: The first thing that everybody wants to do,
- 26:47[SPEAKER_00]: is we want to go to Claude and Claude is my favorite brain thinking tool.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_01]: Ah, better than that.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, yes, it's definitely to me.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_00]: OK, I've been using it for about four years, you know, and a lot of people has become popular now because it was in, you know, chat TV teams in the new, some of our support in the government and Claude kind of stood against it.
- 27:08[SPEAKER_00]: So, but not just for those reasons, it's because Claude is a better kind of thinker to me.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_00]: It goes very, very in much depth.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_00]: So all you got to do first step is if you have an idea, come over to Cloud and all we're going to do is just type out, help me build out this ideation.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_00]: So going back to user stories right in software, without going too crazy deep on this.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_00]: the one thing that I tell people is you want to first before you even try to build out any product, you want to build something called a product requirements document.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so PRD in the industry or I call it the specification document.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_00]: What that is is it tells anything like you get real specific on what type of technology you're building.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to save you time.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to save you money.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to save you headache.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_00]: Because you can still go down a long path if you don't know what your app does or the problem that it solves, you can end up going down a path where you're still spending a lot of money on the tools, your frustrated, you don't launch.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_00]: So let's switch over to the screen.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_00]: Let me show an example of this, right?
- 28:06[SPEAKER_00]: And we're going to have a resources tool kit for all of y'all.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_00]: I won't try to get value out of this.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_00]: So this is what we call a product requirements document.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_00]: Basically, here's the breakdown.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_00]: We talk about what the app does, right?
- 28:20[SPEAKER_00]: What the problem is,
- 28:22[SPEAKER_00]: Who is the target users?
- 28:23[SPEAKER_00]: This is important, right?
- 28:25[SPEAKER_00]: And then we say, what is the journey that we call the workflow?
- 28:29[SPEAKER_00]: What is the journey that we want our customers to go on?
- 28:32[SPEAKER_00]: Okay?
- 28:33[SPEAKER_00]: And then here's what we do.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_00]: We're just going to do three to five features.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_00]: I asked now you got about 10, 20 and it's joined, but we're still going, look, we're still going.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_00]: because I want people to really get value out of this.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_00]: So what we do is we define three to five features.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_00]: That's what we call an MVP, a minimal viable product.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_00]: What does that mean?
- 28:53[SPEAKER_00]: It means that instead of you saying, I need a hundred features, we just want to get the core features of what we're trying to build.
- 29:00[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so step one, we know the problems because we did it.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_00]: Step two, we went to the cloud, we brainstormed out a little bit, we kind of started to get our ideas out.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_00]: Step three is now we can create a product requirements document, which we go include as a download for a toolkit that people could download.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_00]: Now next is we're going to go into the bill.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so how do we, how do we, this one tell people?
- 29:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's not what you say, but how you say to AI, right?
- 29:27[SPEAKER_00]: My mom and you saw we say that Tane, she was right.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_00]: Mom was right.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_00]: Mom was right.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_00]: Mom was right, right?
- 29:32[SPEAKER_00]: Like it's not what you say about how you say it.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_00]: And here's the problem with that most people think.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_00]: They think that, oh, if I just say, I want to build the app, that's the way most people do it.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_00]: I have this idea.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why they burn through a lot of credits, is why they burn through a lot of money, a lot of capital.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_00]: Here's what I've created, right?
- 29:49[SPEAKER_00]: I've created what I call the perfect prompt, okay?
- 29:52[SPEAKER_00]: It's called the perfect prompt for at building and building technology.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_00]: Then we're going to talk about the tool.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_00]: So switching back, these are the elements that you want to have and if you are building the technology.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_00]: So AI is all about context.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_00]: What is context?
- 30:09[SPEAKER_00]: What are you building?
- 30:10[SPEAKER_00]: So this says you are building this app.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_00]: This is the type of app, this is the target user, and here is how it's going to benefit them.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_00]: Then we go into what it does.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_00]: So we want to describe, like AI is all about description, right?
- 30:26[SPEAKER_00]: Step three is who uses it because it's important because when you understand the pain point, the situation, everything, it's important to know what people use it.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_00]: And then when I talk about the three to five features, we got our core features, and then we tell one of these tools, the pages that we need.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_00]: So we need a landing page.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_00]: That's what we're going to sell our app.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_00]: We got the sign up, that's where people get the sign up behind the guard or where people can put in there.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody, we all have used these things, right?
- 30:52[SPEAKER_00]: Then we need a dashboard, or our app is actually housed on.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_00]: And then if we need additional pages, we do that.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_00]: Now you don't need to worry about necessarily the tech stack AI can figure that out for you.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the most important thing.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_00]: what's the look and feel?
- 31:07[SPEAKER_00]: So, Ash, let's get through yours.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_00]: So, I got the document, but let's talk through it.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_00]: So, tell me a little bit about the app that you, we got the abundance calculated.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_00]: Very, very simple.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_00]: What is it that you're building?
- 31:19[SPEAKER_00]: What's the problem?
- 31:20[SPEAKER_00]: And who's the target market that was?
- 31:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_01]: So, I think what I want to do is help close the wealth gap.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_01]: And a wealth gap is not
- 31:32[SPEAKER_01]: foot with income is what we've wealth is what we assets and so the problem that I'm trying to solve is to first educate enough people so that they could understand what having a positive net worth is.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_01]: No, but number two, I want to create the tools so that they know
- 31:55[SPEAKER_01]: that whether they're moving in a direction of wealth or not.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_01]: Not somebody who makes six figures lives in the house, drives the car, but if they lost that job, everything gets lost as well.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_01]: So I want to create an app that allows them in real time.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_01]: So I wanted to be gamified.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_01]: I wanted to be something that makes them want to check on a daily basis.
- 32:17[SPEAKER_01]: But when they check it, it's telling them, hey, out of 100, right, 100 being,
- 32:23[SPEAKER_01]: You know, you are abundant, right?
- 32:27[SPEAKER_01]: You think abundant, you act abundant, you receive abundant, right?
- 32:32[SPEAKER_01]: But I want them to know each step of the way that they're moving in that direction.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_01]: So I think they could actually live in abundance.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so tell me real quick.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_00]: Who's the target audience?
- 32:46[SPEAKER_01]: Give me give me the target target target target target or target target target target target target target market is anyone who is looking to to create generation Well, so it's it's hello.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna push bat.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna push back on you for a second never start with anyone
- 33:05[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_00]: Because if everybody is your customer, nobody is your customer.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_00]: So let's get more, let's let's be more specific.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_00]: Like, like, let's talk about who specifically is it, you know, creators that are 25, the more specific that you are the better is going to be.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_01]: So I would I would say.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_01]: middle class, middle class individuals who make any way from $35,000 or more,
- 33:36[SPEAKER_01]: got you, but have a negative net worth.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so middle class.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I'm pushing those so here.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_00]: So we're going, we're going to cook up some.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_00]: So middle class, how old are they?
- 33:49[SPEAKER_01]: Anywhere from, I was say between 25 and 65, 25 is 65.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, let's let's narrow it down though.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go to 50.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, because then when you start going into six is a little bit different.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, right?
- 34:03[SPEAKER_00]: So
- 34:06[SPEAKER_01]: negative negative network so they have a lot of debt.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I have, you know.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they have more debt than they have assets.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_00]: Got it.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_01]: Well, 70% of America.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_00]: Got you.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_00]: Tell me what the problem is now with current solutions that out there.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_01]: Um, I would say that the the the the solutions that are out there.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_01]: Um, really just help people maintain well, um, or not even well, maintain like their lifestyle, right?
- 34:33[SPEAKER_01]: So budgeting at the tells them if they're budgeting or not, could they afford to consume.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_01]: Um, this app is going to focus on building that worth.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_01]: like when you die, do you have money to pass on to your next generation?
- 34:53[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, okay, and then what based on some of those issues, I'm actually two more questions now we're gonna build it out and I'm also, so for those who are watching most people think we're just gonna talk about loveable, but we're gonna talk about the other side of the coin too because I don't think people realize and I'll tell you, I'll tell you this kind of like ideation that I want to even end the building process.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_00]: There are also tools that even if you go down because there's a way to build it, we're going to talk about building.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_00]: We're just getting through the basics now, right?
- 35:21[SPEAKER_00]: So in the other part of building, we're going to talk about the tools next.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_00]: But what we're doing now is we're describing to AI more specifically so that we can get the right output.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_00]: You got it?
- 35:33[SPEAKER_00]: So now the problem is basically to summarize for you the problem is there's budgeting apps out there.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_00]: All they do is kind of track habits that are not going to really
- 35:41[SPEAKER_00]: to that wealth for sure.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_00]: And then your solution is the calculate is going to kind of combine these various things with a jacquistie how much of worth, but also you could take the action steps that's necessary.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_00]: Is that sound of all right?
- 35:55[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_00]: Cool.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_00]: So here's what we're going to do, right?
- 35:57[SPEAKER_00]: So to kind of speed up the process because I'm going to go in depth, you know, in the summit, right?
- 36:02[SPEAKER_00]: But here's what we're going to do.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to use, we go back to the screen real quick.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to use this platform called Whisper Flow.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_00]: You guys can download it, all right?
- 36:10[SPEAKER_00]: This is so you don't get carpatonal.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that'll cover some of this way, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
- 36:36[SPEAKER_00]: which makes it super, super easy, super fast.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so here's what we're gonna do.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_00]: We on the same, this is the prompt, this is the prompt that we're gonna include, right?
- 36:43[SPEAKER_00]: This is the prompt.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna use my voice and I'm actually gonna describe.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_00]: What's the, what's the, what's the, did you put the color stuff in here?
- 36:50[SPEAKER_00]: Look at that.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_00]: So what is that?
- 36:53[SPEAKER_01]: My favorite, he was a button in his blue.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so I would love to do, so like a button in his blue and white.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_01]: A button in his blue, okay.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_01]: Which is navy blue.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, and it wasn't give me a few other colors that you want to build a like gold gold.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_00]: What a Yeah, navy blue gold white.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, navy blue gold white.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_00]: All right cool.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_00]: What's the kind of when people look think about your brand what do you look at are you looking at you want them to have like I'm assuming because I'm in the role with you and I know you you kind of like royalty right you like that kind of royal royalty kind of look is that That's the kind of look you want
- 37:28[SPEAKER_00]: So it's always important when you guys are building out any type of products, you want to always describe the feel.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_00]: Most people don't do this when they're actually ideating and they're going through and actually building out of the piece of technology they never go and say, okay, here's how I want people to feel.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so you ready, let's go ahead, let's just jump into it.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm just going to, what I'm going to do y'all just real quick, I'm going to use a one command on my computer and I'm going to use whisper flow to actually kind of summarize it.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so listen, what I want you to do is I want you to, I'm prop the AI right now.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_00]: this is a app that we're going to be building.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_00]: It is for middle, you know, middle age people from between 25 and 50, you know, they have a negative net worth.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_00]: Basically, this is going to be a differentiating app that's going to kind of bring everything in together and there's actually a summary of what this does specifically.
- 38:23[SPEAKER_00]: The kind of the look and feel that we're going for
- 38:26[SPEAKER_00]: is abundance blue.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_00]: Go white.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_00]: We want to kind of have that feel or royalty.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_00]: We want this to be specific.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_00]: Please look at the product document because we're going to be building out a dashboard, landing page.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_00]: And again, this is going to solve the problem of people just with budget regular budgeting apps.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_00]: So also we can come up with different ideas as well to keep building it out.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so now boom, there's my voice.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_00]: Now as you can see on the screen, look at all of that.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 39:19[SPEAKER_00]: When we think about this, it's like, what can we use to build?
- 39:23[SPEAKER_00]: So the first one is I'm going to rank it from beginner to also middle to also kind of like if you are more on the advanced size.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_00]: So everybody who's watching this get a lot of value out of this.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_00]: One, if you're going more on the beginner side,
- 39:37[SPEAKER_00]: one of my favorite platforms is lovable and I also use a platform called Repplet.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_00]: If you're doing mobile, it still stands in the last episode, Roark.com, right?
- 39:48[SPEAKER_00]: Remember, I talked about that.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_00]: So listen, I'm gonna need them with Philly and Chex on Y'all Seeders.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_00]: That's not that bad.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_00]: So listen, so we got Roark.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_00]: We got, we got, we got lovable.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_00]: We got Repplet for the regular regular products, okay?
- 40:03[SPEAKER_00]: The next thing that we're going to do is or the more advanced part is we use something called claw coat All right, so if you do like one of them has all the solutions to it the second point is like we built all of that separately All right, but let's jump into it right for the sake of time.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go ahead and jump into it So here's what I'm gonna do.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna take all of this Everything that you just that you just did.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_00]: All right, we don't go.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_00]: We don't build this product.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_00]: All right We're gonna talk about the last step
- 40:30[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to for the sake of time just because I'm going to use loveable.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_00]: So when you sign up for loveable, this is how it looks.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_00]: And we just don't go over here, just like chat TFT.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_00]: We don't go over here.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to drop all of what you just did in the chat.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_00]: But here's what I'm going to do.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_00]: You can feed it as much information as you truly want.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to go select all.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just going to go right here and I'm going to drop even the ideas that you gave to me.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_00]: So now we got the prompt.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_00]: We got everything and we can also, you know, for the sake of time, you just have to take this and I will put it all together, right?
- 41:02[SPEAKER_00]: So this will be going to do, we're going to put all of this together.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to throw it right into loveable.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to come back and watch this watch this bill.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_00]: So we're going to go
- 41:14[SPEAKER_00]: So after I press enter, after I press enter, now what's going to happen is it's going to now start cooking up okay so as it's the right now is going to take a couple of minutes so we could come you know we could still talk about you know the next step so that we could come back and show everybody the kind of like the abundance conflict.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_01]: And so, as a question for you right, so now, so again, if it feels simple right because all you did was speak a command and then it gave you sort of like the transcript of that you live it to copy that put that into color so the simplicity of it's you know seems seems rather rather rather simple and so and so and so now.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_01]: Once that happens and it creates the app for me, do I own the app?
- 42:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, or am I on my leasing it?
- 42:04[SPEAKER_01]: Like we'll talk about ownership if you will.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so ownership is always the thing.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_00]: That's why you have to make sure that on a lot of these platforms, you read the terms of service.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_00]: because there's some platforms and not gonna say who it is.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_00]: And find, and that's why some people be like, Justin, why don't you recommend this platform?
- 42:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's because I've raised some of their terms of services.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_00]: Some of them will be like, we're gonna take your code base and we're gonna do X, Y, and Z.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_00]: So you wanna make sure, I tell people this all the time, right?
- 42:33[SPEAKER_00]: As you are building your code, you need to look at your code as gold.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_00]: Some people just look at code is like, oh, it's just regular, they know.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_00]: It's like goal.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_00]: Every time you add to it, every time you make it better, this is the product that you are building.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_00]: So as we are going through this process, that's what we need to look at, but one of the things about protecting it, let's kind of talk about some other tools.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so people can get a lot of value.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_00]: So you need a couple of things to really build out a really, really great product.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_00]: Number one, you need to be able to make money, so you need to be able to take payments, right?
- 43:05[SPEAKER_00]: So the main one that everybody uses, and you can see here, stripe.com, right?
- 43:10[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody knows, but some people don't know why people use, so just to give you FYI, chat, GPT, clawed, they all process their payments through stripe.com, okay?
- 43:19[SPEAKER_00]: Now most people say, we're just bad about a stripe, I don't like stripe.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, you don't know, don't we ain't go do it on this episode.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_01]: But listen, they close a few of my accounts because so much money going.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_00]: So let me just tell you this, and this I'm glad you bought that up, right?
- 43:32[SPEAKER_00]: One of the biggest things is technology companies are less prone to be closed in this account.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_00]: That's why a lot of technology companies use trial, okay?
- 43:41[SPEAKER_00]: Now when you're in the kind of culture space, and this is, you know, it just depends, right?
- 43:44[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not telling you the reason why they close the account.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just telling you that.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_00]: info products and all of that kind of got a bad rap.
- 43:51[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so, but with technology, if they know you're providing a piece of technology, unless it's less prone to close, okay, so we're just going to use strike, but there's also other resources.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_00]: Let me give you a couple paddle.com is also another resource you could take.
- 44:04[SPEAKER_00]: But then it's like, okay, well, let's actually break down the other components.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_00]: So now you need to be able to store your data.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_00]: So let's say if you're not using lovable backing, because here's the thing about great about lovable, lovable, you could just code and you can actually store all your data on that platform, which I love.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_00]: But here's another resource for y'all.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_00]: It's called Superbase.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_00]: All right, super bases where you can store all of your customer information.
- 44:28[SPEAKER_00]: This is called super base.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_00]: So this is what we call database database in simple terms.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_00]: Just means where a lot of the store was data is being stored for your app.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_00]: So super base.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_00]: Now let's get into hosting.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_00]: Where am I going to host my app again?
- 44:42[SPEAKER_00]: You can either use lovable clouds, you know, code or you can use this platform called Vercel.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so Vercel.com is actually where you can actually deploy your app and host it as well.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so we just kind of break it down the different components.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_00]: But listen, outside of that, all we need mainly
- 45:01[SPEAKER_00]: as you can use lovable.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_00]: If you want it also, you don't got to wear about the tech stuff, you've got to go about the overwhelm, just use lovable.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_00]: Now, let me see.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_00]: So, so with that, right?
- 45:12[SPEAKER_00]: The biggest barrier that I tell that stop people from really, really growing is a couple, a couple, a couple barriers.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_00]: Number one is if you look at all of this and you don't study this, you're not going to be ready for the next wave of what's coming.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're watching this, you're like, man, this is we're going to look deep.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_00]: We are going because the first episode was the basis of the foundation.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_00]: People talked about A.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_00]: This is simple.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_00]: What about how do I store my dad?
- 45:38[SPEAKER_00]: How are we not going to go deeper on that today because we talk about this on the summit?
- 45:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_00]: But learn these skills sets are going to be left behind number one.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_00]: Number two, you have to remove this idea, the on that techy enough.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_00]: That's the one number one thing that's types a lot of people.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't remove that, listen, we're in the tech phase.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_00]: When I told you this on the last episode, when I sold everything and I went to Kenya, right?
- 46:00[SPEAKER_00]: When I went out to Kenya, I was traveling in the South Africa.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_00]: We're gonna do a whole episode on that, by the way.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_00]: But when I was traveling, right, one of the things that I realized, when I came back to Atlanta, right, where I'm based, the whole world had changed in two years, right?
- 46:15[SPEAKER_00]: Waymo, the driverless cars, was driving all around the city with nobody in it.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_00]: A couple years ago, they were around, but they had to have supervision.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_00]: It was like they had a driver.
- 46:25[SPEAKER_00]: He had his hand under.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the cars are everywhere.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_00]: Or have you seen a little robot's deliverance?
- 46:31[SPEAKER_00]: All the junk.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_00]: They got everywhere now.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_01]: All the junk.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_00]: Here's a fun fact.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_00]: And this was something that whether whatever you feel about Elon Musk is up to you, but that angle of stop was going to happen.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_00]: And the next three to five years, I would venture to say more on the five-year side.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_00]: There's going to be probably more robots than there are human.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, they're going to be more robots than there are human and I don't think the previous five years in the next five years Yes, people might say oh Justin I didn't that didn't good idea.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_00]: Pete listen you can argue with you could argue with anybody that you want But this is what I tell people you need to learn how to be a student and learn how to master AI because it doesn't matter your opinion Case in point let me get you this other example
- 47:12[SPEAKER_00]: back in like the 80s, right?
- 47:15[SPEAKER_00]: Calculators had just started coming out, right?
- 47:18[SPEAKER_00]: Calculators just said, every day part of life.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_00]: So there was, there was uproar, asked them to come up, uproar.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_00]: They have to come up, teach us, start picketing people, start.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_00]: This is going to replace us.
- 47:28[SPEAKER_00]: They were going to bat people, people don't notice.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_00]: Calculators, for Calculators, they were like, people, like, this is going to replace us.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking about kind of like the uproar around AI is just around like now.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_00]: So they were like,
- 47:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing happened to that.
- 47:44[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_00]: People were adapted to calculators.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_00]: We still need a teachers.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_00]: They're still around.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_00]: They didn't replace certain elements of the position.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_00]: But then the one, the teachers who did now, and people wouldn't probably tell you this, that word teachers, they're probably retired because of calculators.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_00]: Those teachers that went, I can't compete.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_00]: The strong one's adapted.
- 48:07[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're watching this and you're like, what, I replace my job, I have all this fear.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_00]: I have all this worry.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_00]: Get out of your head and get in the game.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 48:17[SPEAKER_00]: That's the tip.
- 48:17[SPEAKER_00]: Get out of your head and get in the game.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_01]: And, and, and, but here's the thing notes, right?
- 48:21[SPEAKER_01]: Like,
- 48:22[SPEAKER_01]: I hear you when you talk about calculators, but when you tell me that an AI will could, like in real time, could become you, it could replace you.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_01]: So now, the only thing that I think the reason why I can't replace me is because it can't do physical things, right?
- 48:43[SPEAKER_01]: Because right now,
- 48:44[SPEAKER_01]: It's in the computer.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_01]: It could do tasks and things in that nature.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_01]: But what happens when you mix Agents of AI, which you just told me that it could think it could do all these different things with these robots that you question.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_01]: That's going to be more than humans.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_01]: Agents of AI, with actual robots.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_01]: Well, now if I need a painter,
- 49:10[SPEAKER_01]: I can get a robot to paint.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_01]: I can get a robot to do electricity.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I mean.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_01]: So, so how are we safe?
- 49:16[SPEAKER_01]: How is this?
- 49:17[SPEAKER_01]: How is this not going to replace you?
- 49:20[SPEAKER_01]: Like, like, in the calculator aspect.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_01]: Like, all right, we still need the teacher.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_01]: But in the robot and the jitz of AI, you had that together.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_01]: We don't need humans.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_01]: So here, we're gonna be nice servants.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, and that might listen.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_00]: I think in that far, I'm right.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, I'm thinking about it like this, right?
- 49:39[SPEAKER_00]: There's two, there's two ideologies to that.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_00]: Number one, I don't think people are realized in that it's time for humanity to advance.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_00]: There's gonna be new industries that are created as a result of this.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_00]: We're about to enter into the Jesson's age.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_00]: I don't, you know, we all grew up watching the Jesson's.
- 49:54[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think people realize that the Jesson's are here.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_01]: Sure, Jesson.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_01]: Like straight up like, you go had a robot coming up.
- 50:02[SPEAKER_00]: You go pressed the button.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_00]: That was just a reason.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_01]: It was rosy.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_00]: It was rosy.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_00]: How did they know that?
- 50:08[SPEAKER_00]: Rosy.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_00]: But like you're going to have like right now, even Uber, they're starting their flying taxi services.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_00]: So you're going to have flying cars.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's already happening.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_00]: The robots are already here.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_00]: How you prepare is like, you, everybody has heard the quote, because I said on the last call, which was like,
- 50:25[SPEAKER_00]: AI will replace people, people using AI will replace people.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_00]: But here's an even better quote like I talked about.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_00]: AI won't replace people who know how to create and understand its core technology.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_00]: So you are creating the technology, right?
- 50:40[SPEAKER_00]: And that's the power.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_00]: But let's see, let's see real quick.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_00]: We've been on here five, like we've been cooking up for five today.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_00]: Let's see what we got so far, right?
- 50:48[SPEAKER_00]: So we've been building, we've been building this app, all right?
- 50:53[SPEAKER_00]: The abundance score.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_00]: Hold on, let's see.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_00]: Ooh, let's see.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_00]: We got go.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_00]: We got about five minutes.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_00]: See, this is what people don't understand.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_00]: They used to take
- 51:02[SPEAKER_00]: Almost, this stuff used to take us six months, right?
- 51:06[SPEAKER_00]: So now we got the abundance calculated.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_00]: Let's see, we got the, let me zoom in real quick.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_00]: We got the, we got the 12 streak.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_00]: We got the wealth builder.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_00]: We got the point system in here.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_00]: We got the nine pillars.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_00]: So check this out.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_00]: It says spending alignment income growth.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_00]: Emergency fund, credit health, debt reduction, investments, insurance strategy, tax strategy, and they combine it all in here under one roof.
- 51:34[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_00]: And here's what I can also do, the AI picked up one.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_00]: I could actually track the spending on this.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_00]: I could track everything, and I could choose every single day.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_00]: I could have a daily, daily checking.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think, guys?
- 51:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yo, I saw a bit of a whole office there, but right, because now when you start looking at the score, it's getting the score based on what we gave it.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the actions daily that it takes.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_00]: So your score increases as you keep putting action.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_00]: But here's the thing, we did this for five minutes.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine if we put in work, we said, improve this.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_00]: See, this is the time.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_00]: See, back in the day, it was always this barrier of, I had to do this.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_00]: I had to hire this technique.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I had to change this.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_00]: Like, it was even sometimes as where it would take almost five days to change a button color.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I could change it with AI and less than five minutes.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_00]: Sheesh.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_01]: And then now, what I'll be able to add a payment gateway, so like now that, you know, we created this app, is there a way for me to block access to it?
- 52:44[SPEAKER_01]: And it's the only way people have access if they actually pay me money.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, absolutely.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_00]: So that's called authentication, right?
- 52:49[SPEAKER_00]: So the biggest thing to know is that's why we like striped.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_00]: That's why we like easy platforms because what we call the API is really simple.
- 52:56[SPEAKER_00]: What that means is it's, I can literally sign up for a free striped account as free.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_00]: I can go in and I can tell lovable or claw code and say connect my payments so that I can get paid and it'll do it in five minutes.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm gonna take a week.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_00]: So you can start to get paid.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_00]: So when people talk about simplicity,
- 53:13[SPEAKER_00]: simplicity remembers simplicity equals clarity.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_00]: It does not mean that it's easy.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_00]: That's not, that's the wrong definition that you have.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_00]: It means that once you understand how things work in a certain form in a certain way, that's how you build what we call a 1% technology, a 1% app.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_01]: So, so I know you're gonna go over this and you're some, it talks to me about the summit for those who maybe were on the fence last time.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_01]: They're now like, all right.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_01]: you gave me some more sauce.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_01]: Talk about the summit.
- 53:45[SPEAKER_01]: What could somebody expect when they go to the summit?
- 53:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so we host, you know, the Aspill with AI Summit.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_00]: We've had literally ash over 40,000 people, I don't go through the summit.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_00]: And this changed their life.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_00]: I get so many testimonials.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_00]: Case in point, there was a 14-year-old named Melody, who came out of the summit.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_00]: She's 14 years old ash.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_00]: One of the things is her dish.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_00]: She was watching on the summit
- 54:11[SPEAKER_00]: her dad forced her.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_00]: So y'all parents out there because they need to be built in the next generation of games and apps and the next level of technology.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_00]: So here's what she did.
- 54:21[SPEAKER_00]: But he didn't force her about away.
- 54:22[SPEAKER_00]: Melody is a beautiful soul, by the way.
- 54:24[SPEAKER_00]: She actually wanted to help teenage girls increase their self esteem.
- 54:29[SPEAKER_00]: And here's what she did on the summit, right, which is free by the way,
- 54:34[SPEAKER_00]: She went on there and in one afternoon, you know how adults seem like a lot of times we overthink everything.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 54:40[SPEAKER_00]: See, when people say that can't be that simple, that's because we're programmed to think that everything has to be complicated in order to work.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_00]: That's more of a societal brain-washing thing.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_00]: But here's what she did.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_00]: Children a lot of times, unless they talk that they have limitations, they don't have limitations unless they talk it.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_00]: So here's what happened.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_00]: Her parents did a phenomenal job.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_00]: It teach her her that there's no limitations.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_00]: So, when she did was right on the summit, she built out an app called My Blooming Grow.
- 55:08[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't believe me, like I tell people, the proof is in a putt and you go to MyBlooming Grow.com, that's Melody's App 14 years old, or she built right from the summit.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_00]: She had a working app before the summit was live.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_00]: She had customers in five days.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, from the app because all she did was tell people even she told people about the app and she started we called that distribution.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_00]: We'll talk more about that on the app.
- 55:31[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, on the summit.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_00]: So what I tell people is from the summit, 40,000 people, people have birth health apps.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_00]: There's so many problems in the world as it is not enough.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_00]: things to be able to solve it.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_00]: So that's what the summit is about.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_00]: The summit isn't.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_00]: I know there's a lot of stuff out here.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_00]: People pitching is peat that.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_00]: That's not why I do the summit.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_00]: I do the summit to birth the next generation because I didn't have the opportunities that were given to me.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_00]: Nobody wanted to create a table.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_00]: because the table was capital, the table was all these connections.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm not saying you don't need any of them.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_00]: You still need those things, but I'm telling you, now is the time for everybody who's watching this.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_00]: Now is your time.
- 56:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's your moment to stop sitting on the sidelines.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_00]: Stop thinking about what the job economy, stop allowing for news and all this crazed of the dictated, create the future.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I'm teaching.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_00]: Man, and so I heard you say this,
- 56:25[SPEAKER_01]: But just for clarity, you're saying the summit is free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's free, it's
- 56:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 56:42[SPEAKER_00]: So here's the thing, right?
- 56:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's not just about building an app there.
- 56:47[SPEAKER_00]: You could find a dime of dust and vibe coding tutorials, YouTube trainings, people building, I don't know, we call these this a little different.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_00]: We call these 1% apps.
- 56:57[SPEAKER_00]: What's the 1% app is finding the problem.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_00]: It's actually getting people who want to solve their problem by paying money because money only equals value.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_00]: As you see people when people think about what we talk about making money,
- 57:11[SPEAKER_00]: Why do you think, why are you over-complicating this stuff, right?
- 57:14[SPEAKER_00]: Value equals money.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're creating a piece of technology that solves a problem, will do you deserve to be compensated?
- 57:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, absolutely.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_00]: Once you build this, if this was able to take somebody, and it actually reduced their expenses and create more abundance, why would not pay you 20, 30, 40, 50 miles a month?
- 57:32[SPEAKER_00]: Right, so what the summit is teaching you is how to go from ideation through all the three faces that we talked about number one if you'd have an idea We're gonna teach you an idea number two if you stuck at the youth using the tools, but you don't know how to scale the tools number two The summit is gonna help you number three Which is the biggest one let's say you are close to launching a you launching you the guy say a number amount of customers Well, you know, you didn't really get any customers take it from me who has gotten
- 57:55[SPEAKER_00]: over 30,000 customers.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_00]: I figured out the whole system.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_00]: So it's not just one element.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_00]: It's the whole system to help you capitalize on a greatest opportunity in history.
- 58:04[SPEAKER_01]: Why would somebody just not talk to you?
- 58:08[SPEAKER_01]: AI, like why won't they just talk to AI and say, you know what, thank you Justin for all this information?
- 58:15[SPEAKER_01]: I got it from here.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna talk to AI, like what else do they get from coming to the summit that makes it worth, even though they're not paying with money, they have to invest time, you know, what can it get from it that they can't just ask chat or close?
- 58:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because like I said, like going back to this thing and about it's not what you do by how you do it.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's not what you say by how you say it.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_00]: And so a lot of times we've been conditioned to say, let me just not that I got the information I'm going to try to do on my own.
- 58:48[SPEAKER_00]: And yes, I'm not here.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to tell you that I'm not going to show you the cool nothing.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_00]: Can you take this episode out of the goal this episode anyway?
- 58:54[SPEAKER_00]: Can you take this and go build something absolutely?
- 58:56[SPEAKER_00]: That was the goal.
- 58:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_00]: The goal wasn't just to get you on the summit.
- 58:59[SPEAKER_00]: The goal was to give you value as you're watching it.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_00]: Here's the thing though.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_00]: As you and me know, there's levels of coaching, right?
- 59:06[SPEAKER_00]: For me, if I were to say, let me, let me spend time to somebody who has spent the million dollars, who has, you know, spent nights sweating, blood sweat and tears,
- 59:17[SPEAKER_00]: Don't you think that they have a better blueprint to get to my income faster?
- 59:21[SPEAKER_00]: See, that's the challenge.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of us don't realize that we don't have as much time as we think we have.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's the thing.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm talking about whatever you think.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not, let's not even talk about hyping up the AI.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_01]: I'm talking about just time in general.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_00]: Me and you, we were just playing in the yard with baseball bats and hooping in basketball.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_00]: We was little and now look at us.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_00]: grown with grown people bills right and so now and we're going to look up to snap our fingers and we're going to be older, we're going to have grandchildren and so many different things.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_00]: So what I tell people is this.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_00]: don't try to do everything on your own.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_00]: Go at the fastest rate.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have as much time as you think you have.
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what the sum is shows you.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_00]: It shows you how to get there.
- 1:00:04[SPEAKER_00]: Faster.
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_00]: It shows you how to get there.
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_00]: Simple with somebody who has done it to the tune of 30,000 customers, blood sweat in tears, not raising any capital and being able to really scale a technology company.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and that's good, though, because one of my mentors always says, man, when you know how healthy do you want to be as healthy as I can be, you know, how much money do you want to make as much money as I can, right?
- 1:00:28[SPEAKER_01]: I don't have a number and you know, you know, one of the things about that is that you want to be able to make the as much money as you can.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_01]: the fastest that you can, could you, so you can enjoy it, right?
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
- 1:00:43[SPEAKER_01]: Because we, to your point, right?
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I recently saw, there was a billionaire founder of, of only fans, right?
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_01]: That recently passed away.
- 1:00:54[SPEAKER_01]: That's why, yeah, that's why.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_01]: Right, at only 43 years old, when you start thinking about that 43 is still young.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_01]: Right, the average lifespan is now 70, 80, you know, some of even, even, 11 to 90.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_01]: And at the beginning of his life for real, with billions of dollars, but the true for them that is that you just never know when you're going to be here, so to be able to learn in a way that, because, and this is the issue, because you said that you said this earlier, right?
- 1:01:23[SPEAKER_01]: You say, oh, if you need to write a book,
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to ask you guys if I got to build the app, I'm calling you why, because yes, I could go to AI and I could go to cloud and I could try to do the things myself.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_01]: But at the end of the day, you have done this already.
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_01]: It's trying to prove there's tricks to the trade.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_01]: Just because I could go to Home Depot and buy a hammer and buy a drill and buy,
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_01]: Tate don't mean I could build a house don't mean it.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_01]: I still need a carpenter who could teach me how to use the tool or I just hire them to build a tool for me Exactly.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, and guess what you could find and into your point you could find house building tutorials on you too Right because that's always the issues like well, I can find that information free We'll go out there go about all the materials to a house go and sit for just one day
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_00]: and go ahead and watch all the tutorials.
- 1:02:16[SPEAKER_00]: Take all the copias, know that you could possibly think of.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_00]: And then go out in the field and actually apply it and actually go build a house.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_00]: I can promise you you're going to probably be missing the kitchen before it's done.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to forget something.
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_00]: But you just watch the YouTube episode.
- 1:02:30[SPEAKER_00]: You so call God all the steps.
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_00]: Because the application is different from the learning.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_00]: Thanks.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_00]: That's what most people don't understand.
- 1:02:38[SPEAKER_00]: And so, avoid them mistakes, take advantage of this like you said.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, rest in peace today, guy, you know, but at the same time, like he didn't know, you know, his life was going to tragically end at that age.
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I tell everybody who I'm, who I even, you know, under the sign of my voice, I always tell people like.
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_00]: go as fast as you can past fear, make like make this life count, go build something, don't be crippled by so much fear and so much uh what do you call it like being so skeptical, skepticism, don't be so skeptical about everything that stops you from getting to your destiny.
- 1:03:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, right.
- 1:03:15[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's why I tell uh
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, I think skepticism is another form of fear.
- 1:03:21[SPEAKER_01]: It is, you know, I think skepticism is the permission to sustain your comfort zone, it's the permission to not move forward.
- 1:03:32[SPEAKER_01]: It's the permission to keep doing the same things and hoping that you get a different result, which is literally the definition of insanity.
- 1:03:42[SPEAKER_01]: And so yeah, definitely.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_01]: And now when y'all think about it, you know, again, this summit is a free summit.
- 1:03:49[SPEAKER_01]: So, so now you're just investing your time to learn.
- 1:03:54[SPEAKER_01]: He just talked about, you know, a young lady 14 years old was able to while she was on the summit, create an app that was ready to go and made money from it, like cash rules, everything on Miami.
- 1:04:07[SPEAKER_01]: She made the cream.
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, by the way, she got a hundred customers now 14 years old 14 years old 14 hundred customers as she and I always use her case study on it because I want people to understand like get out of your own damn way and stop overthinking she's she because she's at the age right now she's like wait opportunity hold on yeah and even her dad he got on the last summit was funny he got on the last summit because I'm an interview her on the on this summit as well and um
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_00]: He said, you know, Justin, I just want to thank you because I think people when we talk about at building, right, Ash, they think it's just about the strategies, but this stuff can actually break generational curses, sure.
- 1:04:43[SPEAKER_00]: He said, thank you, Justin, because being on this, I was able to understand my daughter because he actually, at first, is like, you know, the discrepancy with teenage versus this, he like, because of the at building process, I'm building now with her.
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_00]: I'm her cameraman.
- 1:04:58[SPEAKER_00]: I'm helping her become a superstar and has made our bond closer.
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're watching this, you shouldn't be just worried about building.
- 1:05:06[SPEAKER_00]: You should be building what your family to break curses and ask what building technology is.
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_00]: See, I don't want people to watch this and be like, Justin, this is an app builder.
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, this is more than that.
- 1:05:16[SPEAKER_00]: This is building the future of the technology.
- 1:05:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is change of people's lives.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_00]: This is helping them solve a problem that was once pressing them in the side like a thorn.
- 1:05:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:05:25[SPEAKER_00]: And this is helping them go to new heights and new levels, pass their imagination and an exchange for that you can compensate it for creating.
- 1:05:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so you are essentially a model of the creator and it's so much different that you're thinking about some strategy of tactic to make the next money.
- 1:05:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's not making money and learn how to generate abundance.
- 1:05:45[SPEAKER_00]: Abundance can be had in the technology phase, so blow out there, the excuses are gone, and it's time for you to break those curses, break those cycles, and step into greatness, baby.
- 1:05:57[SPEAKER_00]: Man!
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_00]: what what more can I say we can people find you, man, listen, check out the summit, man.
- 1:06:13[SPEAKER_00]: It is life changer for real.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_00]: 40,000 people went through it.
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_00]: Even more people have gone through it.
