- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to jasondew Land dot com. My name's
- 0:10Speaker 1: Jason new Land. Please only listen when you can safely
- 0:20Speaker 1: close your eyes. This is Whisper Saturday Saturday. For some
- 0:34Speaker 1: reason I've done was it Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Saturday for whisper?
- 0:46Speaker 1: Let me boy? The sleeps in a row thirst thing
- 0:53Speaker 1: in the morning when I wake up, and I don't
- 0:58Speaker 1: know why at doorn no way. Hopefully the microphone is
- 1:12Speaker 1: picking up my not so loud voice. Eh, I hope. Eh.
- 1:31Speaker 1: It's a bit of an early start, but I did
- 1:35Speaker 1: go to bed particularly early last night. So I went
- 1:42Speaker 1: to bed at about seven o'clock in the evening. It's about
- 1:51Speaker 1: two thirty hour in the morning, so technically i've had
- 1:58Speaker 1: seven hours was it seven eight nineteen eleven? One to
- 2:05Speaker 1: seven and a half hours sleep? I visited Uncle Sausages
- 2:15Speaker 1: yesterday and I wasn't gonna It's not that I didn't
- 2:28Speaker 1: want to well, I didn't know. It's a weird one.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I don't want to visit him. Of course I do
- 2:37Speaker 1: want to visit him, but I don't know at the
- 2:40Speaker 1: same time, just because it's it's it's very difficult, but
- 2:52Speaker 1: his other visitors is only two of us. She contacted
- 2:58Speaker 1: me yesterday and said that she wasn't able to go
- 3:05Speaker 1: due to grand kids. There's some changes in a in
- 3:10Speaker 1: a day routine. So I said, don't worry, I'll go
- 3:15Speaker 1: up and see him. So I did went up yesterday,
- 3:25Speaker 1: got there about half three in the afternoon. I got
- 3:32Speaker 1: a taxi there. It was raining, proper raining, like really raining,
- 3:49Speaker 1: you know what. I don't think I put my body home, no,
- 4:00Speaker 1: oh no, So I took my brodey with me. I
- 4:09Speaker 1: tried to open it from the front door of the
- 4:12Speaker 1: building where I live to the taxi. Now I got
- 4:20Speaker 1: wetter trying to open the body and in trying to
- 4:25Speaker 1: close it as I tried. You know, as I opened
- 4:29Speaker 1: the taxi door, I'd have got less way if I
- 4:36Speaker 1: just walked straight over, because it was on four footsteps. Probably,
- 4:46Speaker 1: I mean, it's not something that I'm gonna agree great forever.
- 4:50Speaker 1: It wasn't that, it wasn't quite that deep baby, But
- 4:58Speaker 1: thinking about it, everybody would have been easy to just
- 5:02Speaker 1: still take the probably in case I needed to stand
- 5:08Speaker 1: outside and wait for a taxi on the way back. However,
- 5:25Speaker 1: it's quite weird because again and I hear a voice
- 5:29Speaker 1: in the well, it's it's the driver and he says, hi,
- 5:37Speaker 1: Hi Jason. So no, no, I've not looked at him
- 5:42Speaker 1: yet because I'm I'm I'm backing into the into the taxi.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I'm just thinking it's nice and he's being pleasant considering
- 5:53Speaker 1: what's heading towards him, my big fat bomb. And I
- 6:01Speaker 1: settled in and he said, just checking. Your going to
- 6:08Speaker 1: the to see uncle sausages in a nursing home. I
- 6:12Speaker 1: said yeah, and I turn around and it's this was
- 6:16Speaker 1: his name. He was my regular taxi driver when I
- 6:22Speaker 1: was first started going up to the hospital. When I
- 6:28Speaker 1: was up there, every single day, getting taxis there and
- 6:32Speaker 1: back cost me about five hundred pound and not not
- 6:42Speaker 1: a day because that would be expensive. But he was
- 6:47Speaker 1: one of the regular drivers, so I kind of got
- 6:49Speaker 1: to know him a bit. And then a few weeks
- 6:55Speaker 1: ago I started mainly traveling by bar us, so I
- 7:06Speaker 1: didn't see any more drivers, And yesterday was the first
- 7:12Speaker 1: time that I traveled by taxi for I don't remember
- 7:28Speaker 1: how long it's been. It's not a long time, but
- 7:34Speaker 1: it might be a couple of weeks because I wasn't
- 7:38Speaker 1: able to go out for a week due to COVID
- 7:41Speaker 1: and then I visited uncle sausages on Thursday. So I
- 7:50Speaker 1: swim in hospital the previous Wednesday, and then I was
- 7:56Speaker 1: ill on a Wednesday and Thursday. Did the COVID on
- 8:00Speaker 1: a Friday, and then I was clear. Didn't have a
- 8:06Speaker 1: COVID test this Thursday just gone, was clear, and I
- 8:11Speaker 1: went out to visit Uncle's hostages. Then when I became yesterday,
- 8:17Speaker 1: that's it. Yeah, so I'm sitting there. I don't really
- 8:29Speaker 1: know what to do when I'm there. It didn't seem
- 8:38Speaker 1: the right time to show off my new juggling skills.
- 8:45Speaker 1: You know, it's pretty I don't know. I was talking
- 8:49Speaker 1: to him, updating him on.
- 8:53Speaker 2: The locals.
- 8:56Speaker 1: There's not a lot going on. It's just the same
- 9:00Speaker 1: same people making the same noise, really and keep hearing
- 9:14Speaker 1: the same sentence, you know, not from him, but the hearing.
- 9:23Speaker 1: The hearing is the last thing to go. I'm like, okay,
- 9:28Speaker 1: I wonder if he could communicate, what would he say
- 9:32Speaker 1: to me? And I wonder, if you know, I've had
- 9:44Speaker 1: a few little scenarios. One would possibly be him saying,
- 9:50Speaker 1: will you please shut up leave me alone?
- 9:58Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Another please stop sitting on my leg, Please stop farting.
- 10:12Speaker 1: There could be lots of things that he might be
- 10:14Speaker 1: trying to say to me, where's my bloody drinks? That's
- 10:24Speaker 1: the last thing he said to me Wednesday evening, because
- 10:29Speaker 1: I went visited him. He was asleep in hospital, so
- 10:33Speaker 1: I didn't he look like a little baby just needed
- 10:37Speaker 1: a teddy bear. He looks so comfortable, cool, cold, up asleep,
- 10:45Speaker 1: And I didn't disturb him because personally, a couple of
- 10:51Speaker 1: days earlier he told me that all he wanted was
- 10:54Speaker 1: to go to sleep. See he said he hadn't slept
- 10:57Speaker 1: properly for the last five weeks, So I didn't want
- 11:05Speaker 1: to disturb him. He looks so peaceful. Just I'm in
- 11:09Speaker 1: a good sleep. Plus I didn't feel very well. I
- 11:17Speaker 1: just kind of came on on the way to the
- 11:21Speaker 1: laspital and I was like wow, So I just I
- 11:25Speaker 1: took that opportunity to leave. I left a package that
- 11:32Speaker 1: his friend had delivered I had had sent to me.
- 11:39Speaker 1: His friend lives in another country, so I delivered that
- 11:43Speaker 1: stuck on the table. It's just a newspaper in the
- 11:47Speaker 1: packet is uh sweets? So of course Sausages phoned me
- 11:54Speaker 1: up in the evening. Where were you? He didn't shout,
- 12:00Speaker 1: but he was like, what do you mean, why didn't
- 12:04Speaker 1: you come today? I said, I did come today, but
- 12:08Speaker 1: he was asleep. Why didn't you wake me up? But
- 12:14Speaker 1: I just before you wanted to sleep? He said, where's
- 12:18Speaker 1: my drinks? I think that's what I've been to him.
- 12:25Speaker 1: I come and visit and then I go and get stuff.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I'm like a like a little uber eats I suppose
- 12:32Speaker 1: for him, and that's kind of been my role for
- 12:38Speaker 1: the last month and a half. So I get there,
- 12:46Speaker 1: have a chair, have a catch up, you know, that's
- 12:48Speaker 1: how it's been in hospital. And then he starts talking about, well,
- 12:55Speaker 1: what should we get? Then he went for a little
- 13:00Speaker 1: where he liked to eat in their sausage roll pasty
- 13:04Speaker 1: things in Costa and in the early days, which sounds
- 13:14Speaker 1: weird consider it's been six weeks, but in the early
- 13:19Speaker 1: days we used to walk down there together, go and
- 13:23Speaker 1: sit outside have a chat. I still remember that first Saturday.
- 13:32Speaker 1: So you went in there on a Friday, ten thirty,
- 13:37Speaker 1: We left here and I think I came back about
- 13:42Speaker 1: three thirty in the morning. So there the next day
- 13:47Speaker 1: on a Saturday, and in the afternoon, and at this
- 13:58Speaker 1: point he'd already been. They diagnosed him with what was
- 14:03Speaker 1: wrong with him, didn't give him a prognosis at that point,
- 14:07Speaker 1: but they told him what it was because they'd done
- 14:10Speaker 1: a scan and everything. And we were downstairs. I'm not
- 14:22Speaker 1: sure if we had drinks. We were just sitting in
- 14:26Speaker 1: the sun, yeah, because there was That was a Saturday,
- 14:37Speaker 1: and on one of these desk table things and Uncle
- 14:48Speaker 1: Sausages started talking about making arrangements and things like that.
- 14:54Speaker 1: I was like, oh, shut up, mate, what are you
- 14:57Speaker 1: talking about because he started being practical and then he
- 15:06Speaker 1: was saying, oh, we can fight this, and I said yeah,
- 15:10Speaker 1: And so it was a little bit emotional. The next
- 15:15Speaker 1: day where it was outside again. This time we were
- 15:19Speaker 1: near this bit of water which is in hospital grounds,
- 15:27Speaker 1: and a duck started pecking me. Winnie. Now, I thought
- 15:32Speaker 1: it was finny to start with, just because you know, generally,
- 15:37Speaker 1: if I'm sitting somewhere and I feel something, you know,
- 15:43Speaker 1: something starts pulling on my clothing or anything. It's was
- 15:47Speaker 1: always finny, even though I didn't have Finni with me.
- 15:55Speaker 1: It's just a natural reaction, like what you're doing. What
- 15:58Speaker 1: you're doing, mate. I looked down and it's this duck
- 16:00Speaker 1: staring at me, pecking away at me Becker. Oh dear,
- 16:09Speaker 1: I don't know why that made me laugh, beckon at
- 16:12Speaker 1: me Becker Becker. Anyway, it seems like a really long
- 16:31Speaker 1: time because he used to come out. He went from
- 16:39Speaker 1: coming outside with me to still walking down with me
- 16:45Speaker 1: but sitting in costa, to just sending me down to
- 16:55Speaker 1: get stuff. I remember there's one point one day, it
- 17:09Speaker 1: was a couple of weeks in and he said he
- 17:20Speaker 1: wanted to come home. I said, well, in that case,
- 17:26Speaker 1: let's not take the lift anymore. Let's go down the stairs.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Cause he was on the second floor. No, he was
- 17:33Speaker 1: on the first floor. I said, let's go down the stairs.
- 17:38Speaker 1: He said, if you're going to be traveling home, if
- 17:40Speaker 1: you're going to go home, you can have to go
- 17:42Speaker 1: up and down them stairs. And he said, okay. It
- 17:49Speaker 1: was fine. He was a little bit unsteady on his
- 17:56Speaker 1: feet anyway. But I think a lot to do that
- 18:02Speaker 1: can be, you know, when you're wearing your pajamas or
- 18:07Speaker 1: wearing it like a hospital gown, being in public, because
- 18:14Speaker 1: even though you're in hospital, it feels like it feels
- 18:19Speaker 1: like being in a public street. Really. In fact, if anything,
- 18:25Speaker 1: it's a lot busier than a normal public street unless
- 18:29Speaker 1: you're in Oxford Street or somewhere really busy. There are
- 18:33Speaker 1: thousands of people just continuously trafficking. It's not the right words,
- 18:42Speaker 1: but just traveling through thousands of people. I mean to me,
- 18:52Speaker 1: that makes me more invisible and anonymous. I just would
- 19:01Speaker 1: generally not think that anyone had noticed me anyway. Really,
- 19:07Speaker 1: these days, I think my noticeability levels have dropped somewhat.
- 19:23Speaker 1: I think it's just an age thing. It's natural, kind
- 19:29Speaker 1: of blending with the with the wall paint. I think
- 19:48Speaker 1: after seeing him yesterday, it's two days in a row.
- 19:56Speaker 1: It's been a shock to me, to be honest, it
- 19:58Speaker 1: has because it wasn't like that when I last saw
- 20:01Speaker 1: him a week ago. And it's yeah, it's night and day.
- 20:15Speaker 1: It's like completely different, and it what's weird about it
- 20:24Speaker 1: is he didn't believe he was ill because he felt fine,
- 20:32Speaker 1: apart from an upset stomach, which he blamed on having
- 20:41Speaker 1: caught a bug or something for an hospital, which is
- 20:45Speaker 1: highly likely. You know, that is a likely situation, but
- 20:51Speaker 1: it wasn't true, you know, that was a symptom of
- 20:54Speaker 1: his condition. And I started to think, maybe they've got
- 21:04Speaker 1: it wrong, because Okay, he is still yellow, but he's
- 21:16Speaker 1: you know, I don't know. It just seemed I don't
- 21:26Speaker 1: know what I'm trying to say. Maybe I was hoping
- 21:29Speaker 1: they'd got it wrong that you know, A really good
- 21:36Speaker 1: scenario would be that they realized it made a mistake
- 21:42Speaker 1: and he all he needed was a simple ob which
- 21:47Speaker 1: cleared his system out so it could be going a
- 21:50Speaker 1: normal color again. Because he used to be it was
- 21:55Speaker 1: always very pale. But like me, although I'm not pale,
- 22:01Speaker 1: i'm pink. The rest of my body's pale apart from
- 22:07Speaker 1: my arms. My forearms are brown because I'm out in
- 22:10Speaker 1: the sun a lot, with viny and stuff. But my
- 22:17Speaker 1: face is pink and my feet. Basically, my whole body
- 22:25Speaker 1: is the same color as my feet, just white like pale,
- 22:33Speaker 1: but with a pink face. It's very strange. Trust me,
- 22:37Speaker 1: if you see me, you don't want to see me naked.
- 22:41Speaker 1: I think it's agreed upon. That's probably not the first
- 22:47Speaker 1: thing you notice. Okay, let's move on from there. Please, please, please,
- 22:57Speaker 1: And yeah, I prefer not to see him. I was,
- 23:15Speaker 1: I was there yesterday. I was just sitting down and
- 23:25Speaker 1: suddenly income in the room bursts This man. What made
- 23:32Speaker 1: me jump, and there was the husband of where it
- 23:37Speaker 1: was his uncle sausages friend, like you know they're married.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Like the ones that said they weren't coming, there was
- 23:49Speaker 1: a change and they decided to come up and pop
- 23:55Speaker 1: up and see uncle sausages and then I don't pick
- 24:00Speaker 1: up their grandkids. I was like, well, blimey made me jump.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I think I was kind of deep in thought. Hard
- 24:14Speaker 1: to believe, but I do sometimes think it's a rare,
- 24:19Speaker 1: rare occurrence. I gave it go once and I thought
- 24:25Speaker 1: maybe I'll try this again one day, and I did yesterday.
- 24:30Speaker 1: It was that day.
- 24:38Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Man, Yeah, it made me jump. But the good thing
- 24:48Speaker 1: about it is I gotta lift time, which was andy
- 24:55Speaker 1: because it cost me sixteen pounds to get there in
- 25:00Speaker 1: a taxi and I was going to get taxi backs.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Made while two reasons, mainly because it was quite late
- 25:10Speaker 1: in the day and it's going to take me quite
- 25:15Speaker 1: a while to walk it. Plus it was raining, so
- 25:19Speaker 1: it wasn't a good idea to be walking out in
- 25:22Speaker 1: the rain. I just get where, what's the point so
- 25:31Speaker 1: it would be unnecessary dampness. We came back and what's
- 25:42Speaker 1: her name's husband wanted to have a look at the
- 25:45Speaker 1: flat because he was going to clear it out of himself,
- 25:50Speaker 1: because the council have asked us to clear it ours it. No,
- 25:54Speaker 1: I said, it's not. It's no one's job to clean
- 25:58Speaker 1: it out other than the council. Uncle Sausages has no family,
- 26:05Speaker 1: he hasn't got anyone that has to do anything like that.
- 26:09Speaker 1: And besides, I've backed up so much of his stuff
- 26:14Speaker 1: now at the request of his friend, just to try
- 26:21Speaker 1: and help out the counsel and help out, you know, generally.
- 26:27Speaker 1: And it's still so much to do. So much to
- 26:41Speaker 1: move is going to take them a good couple of
- 26:44Speaker 1: days probably to empty that place. That's with all the
- 26:50Speaker 1: work I've done. I mean, the front garden's full of bags,
- 26:58Speaker 1: and now the kitchen's full of backs the stuff that
- 27:01Speaker 1: I've felt and always full of bags. Most of the
- 27:10Speaker 1: living room is now pretty much clear other than the
- 27:15Speaker 1: furniture and a fair bead of the bedroom as well.
- 27:27Speaker 1: It's one of those weird things because I went in
- 27:32Speaker 1: there the other day. A couple of times I've been
- 27:34Speaker 1: asked to go in try and find something. Once it
- 27:39Speaker 1: was was it passport, another time it was his bible,
- 27:50Speaker 1: another time his radio, another time some money that he
- 27:55Speaker 1: had pull a side. He said it was seventy pounds
- 28:00Speaker 1: forty pounds in some diary that I know exactly what
- 28:06Speaker 1: that money was for. He used to give that to
- 28:12Speaker 1: his other friend for getting shopping for him. See it
- 28:17Speaker 1: drawed out money out of the cash point at the
- 28:22Speaker 1: petrol station. I didn't. He told me this, and he
- 28:27Speaker 1: was very organized, so I remember I had to look
- 28:36Speaker 1: for that where else? Oh yeah, I had to look
- 28:40Speaker 1: for some letters, some ID to send his friend because
- 28:46Speaker 1: she needed that. I think it was proof of his
- 28:50Speaker 1: pension because she has to deal with the finances and
- 28:57Speaker 1: canceling stuff. And you know, I mean, sure he did.
- 29:02Speaker 1: She's dealt with the council and given a month's notice
- 29:10Speaker 1: for the end of the tenancy. But that's because I
- 29:14Speaker 1: console I contacted the council. My tummy's gurgling. I contacted
- 29:21Speaker 1: the council just to let them know the situation and
- 29:33Speaker 1: just tell him that we need some help with some
- 29:37Speaker 1: aspects of the flat, need to get a few mackayors
- 29:41Speaker 1: in and stuff like that. It's weird because they they
- 29:52Speaker 1: seem more focused on just getting the flat back, which
- 29:58Speaker 1: I was surprised. I know, I mean, technically that is
- 30:03Speaker 1: their job. But for me, you know, we're dealing with
- 30:11Speaker 1: a human being and they're dealing with a property. Oh well,
- 30:28Speaker 1: I imagine. I mean they say a month. I remember
- 30:36Speaker 1: my friend downstairs, they's the council stuck a sign on
- 30:40Speaker 1: the door saying, if you you need to whoever's god
- 30:54Speaker 1: key to this flat, you need to finish what you're doing,
- 30:59Speaker 1: take what you need to take before a certain day,
- 31:04Speaker 1: because that's then the council we're going to take the
- 31:06Speaker 1: flat back. But it gave a month's notice. Two weeks
- 31:15Speaker 1: later they were breaking in and changing the locks, and
- 31:22Speaker 1: that was it. They didn't wait a month. They did
- 31:27Speaker 1: the same with downstairs. There's another flat and they put
- 31:31Speaker 1: a month's notice. A couple of weeks they came in
- 31:38Speaker 1: and changed the locks. So I'm not sure. If they
- 31:45Speaker 1: just struggled to count up to four, I don't know.
- 31:53Speaker 1: And so I foresee, having having experienced that twice, then
- 32:01Speaker 1: it might happen again with Uncle Sausages. So I I
- 32:09Speaker 1: mentioned they can come up next week, put a sign
- 32:15Speaker 1: on the door, notice of but I don't know, not
- 32:21Speaker 1: if fiction, but notice of being the flat being cleared
- 32:31Speaker 1: with a month's notice. And then after two weeks I
- 32:34Speaker 1: probably turned up. Also downstairs, where my friend used to live,
- 32:45Speaker 1: the new tenant has been there every year. She's also
- 32:49Speaker 1: moved out, which is weird mine Joy. It's not the
- 33:08Speaker 1: first time that there's been two flats empty since I've
- 33:12Speaker 1: lived there, because when Luke left my friend downstairs, the
- 33:21Speaker 1: other flat was also empty. So yeah. In fact, that
- 33:33Speaker 1: week that Luke left, the flat downstairs was being refurbished
- 33:41Speaker 1: by the council. They were preparing it for the next tenant.
- 33:56Speaker 1: But outside of that, I don't notice. We've got new
- 34:00Speaker 1: two new tenants moving into this building. Fingers crossed that
- 34:06Speaker 1: they'll be fairly quiet. I hope, I just, I just
- 34:16Speaker 1: I'm not looking for more door slamming. I mean one
- 34:23Speaker 1: of the door slammers has moved out from downstairs, the
- 34:27Speaker 1: other one downstairs another one doesn't seem to be able
- 34:32Speaker 1: to control ourself, just has to let the door slam
- 34:36Speaker 1: multiple times. I don't know why. The other neighbor blow
- 34:43Speaker 1: me doesn't let the door slam, and Uncle Sausages never
- 34:48Speaker 1: lay his door slam, and the other person on my
- 34:52Speaker 1: floor doesn't let their door slam, and I don't either.
- 34:57Speaker 1: So at the moment, we've just got one door slammer,
- 35:01Speaker 1: but we might have three in a couple of months.
- 35:05Speaker 1: I don't know. Please please know. The reason the doors
- 35:18Speaker 1: slam is because they're so heavy. They just they're supposed
- 35:22Speaker 1: to do that, you know, in the sense of being
- 35:24Speaker 1: fire doors. But they shake the building when they slam.
- 35:39Speaker 1: It's not just it's not just that they slam, but
- 35:42Speaker 1: they are. The two things are apart from the inconsideration.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Two things that affect me is Finny starts barking if
- 35:55Speaker 1: he hears a door slam. And also the times, sometimes
- 36:04Speaker 1: late at night, earlier in the morning the doors of
- 36:07Speaker 1: slamming again causes Benny to start barking. And I'm in bed.
- 36:16Speaker 1: Not a good time to hear barking in my ear
- 36:30Speaker 1: So it's Saturday, the second of August nineteen twenty twenty five.
- 36:42Speaker 1: I'm gonna give myself some breakfast, probably about three o'clock.
- 36:53Speaker 1: It's an early start. Bay made an early an early night,
- 36:58Speaker 1: really early seven in the evening. That's a very early night.
- 37:07Speaker 1: Mm hmm. And I don't know what I'm going to
- 37:16Speaker 1: do today. We'll see. So I'm going to go and
- 37:23Speaker 1: thank you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself.
- 37:28Speaker 1: Because you're too deserved to be happy, be gentle with yourself.
- 37:35Speaker 1: You deserved to feel safe, lots of love.
- 37:44Speaker 2: Bye.
- 37:51Speaker 4: Relax in the more deep and meaningful way. Maybe in
- 38:05Speaker 4: a way that can not just allow you to feel
- 38:12Speaker 4: calmer now and throughout the time we spend together here,
- 38:23Speaker 4: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 38:29Speaker 4: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 38:36Speaker 4: and peace, but also I think it would be nice
- 38:51Speaker 4: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 39:11Speaker 4: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 39:24Speaker 4: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 39:34Speaker 4: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 39:47Speaker 4: find like some people do and myself as well. I
- 39:52Speaker 4: sometimes I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 40:03Speaker 4: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 40:08Speaker 4: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 40:21Speaker 4: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It wasn't hypnosis,
- 40:27Speaker 4: but it was a guided visualization, so it kind of
- 40:31Speaker 4: was hypnosis really, and I managed to find it again
- 40:39Speaker 4: and it still has the same effect on me. And
- 40:45Speaker 4: part of it was the person's voice relaxed me just
- 40:58Speaker 4: felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward to listening to.
- 41:05Speaker 2: Her in the morning and in the evening.
- 41:17Speaker 4: And I knew before even pressing the play button that
- 41:26Speaker 4: since I've done that, pressed the play button. This is
- 41:31Speaker 4: in the days of CD players, press the play button,
- 41:46Speaker 4: if that it might have even been a tape tape recorder.
- 41:50Speaker 4: I'd lie down on the bed and then even without
- 41:59Speaker 4: necessary really listening to her words because I had to memorized. Really,
- 42:16Speaker 4: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 42:27Speaker 4: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 42:49Speaker 4: I remember my mind would slow down.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Now.
- 43:02Speaker 4: Now, I was listening to this recording in the early
- 43:09Speaker 4: days of learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made
- 43:17Speaker 4: any videos or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start
- 43:25Speaker 4: doing that till two thousand and six.
- 43:34Speaker 2: But I knew, I knew how helpful.
- 43:44Speaker 4: I found being able to just let go, to have
- 43:55Speaker 4: that trust in the person I'm listening to, knowing that
- 44:09Speaker 4: it's going to be just as relaxing, if not more so.
- 44:20Speaker 4: Each time you hear my voice, you may feel the same.
- 44:33Speaker 4: Some people have been listening to me for over a decade,
- 44:48Speaker 4: maybe not solidly obviously, not twenty four hours a day,
- 44:54Speaker 4: but maybe people come back. People maybe listen every day.
- 45:12Speaker 4: That's something that I do which you may not realize
- 45:21Speaker 4: by listening, is when I record these recordings. Now, for example,
- 45:44Speaker 4: I also am affected by the words that I say.
- 45:57Speaker 4: So if I set to you focus on your feet,
- 46:06Speaker 4: notice your feet relaxing, I will be focusing on my feet.
- 46:18Speaker 4: I will be noticing my feet relaxing. If I said,
- 46:36Speaker 4: focus on your hands, and maybe notice the difference between
- 46:44Speaker 4: each hand. Perhaps notice the the air in the room,
- 46:54Speaker 4: the temperature of the room. On the backs of your hands.
- 47:07Speaker 4: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 47:11Speaker 4: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 47:20Speaker 4: type of breeze at all where you are right now.
- 47:33Speaker 4: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 47:44Speaker 4: aware of how relaxed my hands.
- 47:54Speaker 2: Are feeling now.
- 48:12Speaker 4: And when it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep,
- 48:19Speaker 4: which may be the reason you're listening, I also feel
- 48:31Speaker 4: drowsy when I make these recordings. I also notice my
- 48:46Speaker 4: mind drifting. In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep
- 49:08Speaker 4: without even noticing, and then I carry on talking. And
- 49:22Speaker 4: it's only when I listen back to do the editing.
- 49:31Speaker 4: I hear snoring, and I think, I don't remember snoring.
- 49:41Speaker 4: I remember talking. This snoring was a pig turned up.
- 49:52Speaker 4: That's why I sound like when I snare and I
- 49:59Speaker 4: get really get into the whole experience. I don't know
- 50:12Speaker 4: how you feel. How relaxed do you feel in your feet?
- 50:25Speaker 4: How relaxed you feel in your hands. I have noticed
- 50:50Speaker 4: more and more that the more relaxed, deeper level of
- 51:07Speaker 4: comfort you feel, the easier your breathing becomes. It's almost
- 51:25Speaker 4: like that additional muscle relaxation. So this allows you to
- 51:45Speaker 4: breathe easier without necessarily folk cousin on your breath. However,
- 52:11Speaker 4: being able to notice the ease in which you breathe
- 52:40Speaker 4: so naturally, you breathe so very easily and smoothly.
- 53:30Speaker 2: Whenever I imagine.
- 53:38Speaker 4: My breathing improving, when I've got my eyes closed, I
- 53:55Speaker 4: tend to.
- 53:59Speaker 2: Visual is.
- 54:02Speaker 4: A beautiful field with trees and flowers producing all that
- 54:18Speaker 4: life giving oxygen. It feels nice two if nothing else,
- 54:54Speaker 4: just taking some time a way from everything, enjoying that
- 55:28Speaker 4: feeling of peace serenity with a joyful heart. Time seems
- 56:19Speaker 4: to just.
- 56:22Speaker 2: Drip by.
- 56:27Speaker 4: So very slowly. Relaxed, so deeply, peaceful, completely unattached to
- 57:18Speaker 4: any thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely free, noticing that
- 58:23Speaker 4: your mind has slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really
- 59:09Speaker 4: requires your attention. You can enjoy the physical sensations of
- 59:40Speaker 4: allowing the stress to rip out of your body, to
- 59:53Speaker 4: appear out of every part. Have your body being released
- 1:00:23Speaker 4: from your brain, your mind slowly but surely. The muscle
- 1:01:04Speaker 4: se lx relax res so very deeply, rex.
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: So deeply.
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: And the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders,
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: deepening each part of your body further.
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: And deeper and deeper.
- 1:03:21Speaker 4: Noticine, the feelings in the back of your neck, the
- 1:03:51Speaker 4: feelings in your wrists, muscles, in front of your body.
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: I also feeling peaceful deeply. There's a sense of peace
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: spreads through your fairy core.
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: Even when you.
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: Focus on your mind, your mind becomes eve and slower,
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: even deeper, relax so very slow, his stomach peace for
- 1:08:09Speaker 4: in your stomach.
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: You're back.
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: Notice Notice how relaxed you'd never feel in the hole
- 1:09:08Speaker 4: of your back. Your spy from your brain all the
- 1:09:41Speaker 4: way down the middle of your back, sending and receiving
- 1:09:52Speaker 4: millions of messages every day deecomfort increasing deeply rixed uns, legs,
- 1:11:25Speaker 4: spreading those signals down a spine or cord into air,
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: every part of your body, your shins and your calf muscles,
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: with elbows, feelings of peace and tranquility spreading through your body,
- 1:12:55Speaker 4: tips of your toes, to your eyes, your fingers, poll
- 1:13:12Speaker 4: wait till you lower back. I thinker, Rea the thinker.
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: Peace.
- 1:14:13Speaker 4: Drifting mind just wandering away, happy to let go, let
- 1:14:44Speaker 4: go completely, let go, so tranquil, the whole body enjoying
- 1:15:49Speaker 4: a sense listening Guy, he for more, he enjoying the space,
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: this space.
- 1:18:18Speaker 2: Of peace.
- 1:18:22Speaker 3: And safety.
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: So very.
- 1:18:55Speaker 4: Relaxed day, letting go. Maybe we can just focus on
- 1:20:49Speaker 4: the different parts of your body, just to notice you foolhead,
- 1:21:25Speaker 4: and your eyes so loose, noticing a sense of complete freedom,
- 1:22:44Speaker 4: absolute freedom, peace, energy, peace, to breathe so much easier loose.
- 1:25:46Speaker 4: You may have or may not have noticed your mind drifting,
- 1:26:35Speaker 4: peaceful men even more deeply in the direction total blissful pace,
- 1:27:15Speaker 4: blissh pace, terreft.
- 1:28:34Speaker 2: Out to peace, Colm.
- 1:29:06Speaker 4: So calm, let him go, peace with mind Rex forty
- 1:30:19Speaker 4: s relax.
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: C relaxed.
- 1:30:55Speaker 4: Your body feels almost visible, so the very relaxed. I'm peaceful,
- 1:31:28Speaker 4: so peaceful RelA likes, and you could start to notice
- 1:32:39Speaker 4: that you are feeling more relaxed, even though I've not
- 1:32:49Speaker 4: purposely focused your mind upon that sense of physical comfort
- 1:33:01Speaker 4: that is growing within you throughout your body, and your
- 1:33:08Speaker 4: mind starts to slow down, and that could be almost
- 1:33:19Speaker 4: in recognition of I guess my speech not being particularly fast,
- 1:33:35Speaker 4: and things just generally feel calmer. Just by listening to
- 1:33:45Speaker 4: my voice, you give yourself an opportunity.
- 1:33:53Speaker 2: To take a break from the day, take a.
- 1:33:59Speaker 4: Break from your life as it is, and to give
- 1:34:06Speaker 4: yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time
- 1:34:15Speaker 4: off and to allow your body to relax and allow
- 1:34:22Speaker 4: your mind to slow down, which in turn releases the
- 1:34:33Speaker 4: tension and he stresses that you had in your body.
- 1:34:43Speaker 4: It's almost as if the parts of your body just
- 1:34:47Speaker 4: open up, allowing the negativity out and at the same
- 1:34:59Speaker 4: time replacing that negativity with positive heathing energy, which then
- 1:35:11Speaker 4: fills your body up and your mind to also starts
- 1:35:20Speaker 4: to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence, an almost uplifting feeling,
- 1:35:40Speaker 4: positive healing, an energy that spreads through your body like
- 1:35:54Speaker 4: a wave of comfort. And all this comes and just
- 1:36:08Speaker 4: allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour, however
- 1:36:16Speaker 4: long you want it to be, to just rest and
- 1:36:26Speaker 4: allow your mind and your body to almost reset itself
- 1:36:39Speaker 4: to the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows
- 1:36:55Speaker 4: more room for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move
- 1:37:09Speaker 4: around your body and into your mind, almost as if
- 1:37:17Speaker 4: your mind and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring
- 1:37:28Speaker 4: each other with that growing positivity and calmness, And it
- 1:37:41Speaker 4: feels nice.
- 1:37:44Speaker 2: It really does.
- 1:37:45Speaker 4: Feel nice to know that you are the one that
- 1:37:51Speaker 4: has allowed yourself to feel more comfort and to experience.
- 1:38:08Speaker 2: More at this.
- 1:38:11Speaker 4: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body, and as I focus
- 1:38:28Speaker 4: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:38:34Speaker 4: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it. It
- 1:38:51Speaker 4: becomes even more calm and comfortable, just by focusing. And
- 1:39:05Speaker 4: as I move down your body, starting at your head,
- 1:39:13Speaker 4: the parts that you've already focused on will continue to
- 1:39:20Speaker 4: relax deeply, and those parts that we've not yet focused
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: on or just automatically release any remain in tension in
- 1:39:40Speaker 4: anticipation of even more.
- 1:39:44Speaker 2: Comfort about to come.
- 1:39:52Speaker 4: Now, I'm going to start by focusing on your forehead.
- 1:40:00Speaker 4: Just being aware of the feelings of your forehead and
- 1:40:09Speaker 4: any background sounds like mister Herbert the Pigeon can just
- 1:40:16Speaker 4: allow you to feel even more relaxed. Just means you're
- 1:40:24Speaker 4: in the moment. This isn't this isn't a sterile environment.
- 1:40:32Speaker 4: This is the world. I live in the countryside, so
- 1:40:40Speaker 4: there's lots of nature sounds around. So as you focus
- 1:40:50Speaker 4: on your forehead, just notice how it becomes even more
- 1:40:57Speaker 4: relaxed as you.
- 1:41:01Speaker 2: Focus only on.
- 1:41:05Speaker 4: My voice and that part of your body. Moving down
- 1:41:15Speaker 4: to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing how your
- 1:41:27Speaker 4: eyelids feel so heavy yet so light at the same time,
- 1:41:38Speaker 4: and all the muscles around your.
- 1:41:40Speaker 2: Eyes relaxing completely.
- 1:41:49Speaker 4: Moving your focus down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue,
- 1:41:58Speaker 4: your teeth, and your gums, the whole of your mouth relaxing,
- 1:42:09Speaker 4: calm and loose as you focus now on your jewel,
- 1:42:22Speaker 4: not just the parts of your jaw near your mouth
- 1:42:27Speaker 4: and your chin, but all the way up.
- 1:42:30Speaker 2: The size of your face to.
- 1:42:33Speaker 4: Your ears, the hole of your jaw, feeding more relaxed.
- 1:42:51Speaker 2: And calm.
- 1:43:00Speaker 4: Focusing on your neck, the front of your neck and
- 1:43:09Speaker 4: your throat, relaxing and loose and calm. The side of
- 1:43:22Speaker 4: your neck, the right and left side.
- 1:43:27Speaker 2: Of your neck relax and lease and calm. And now
- 1:43:46Speaker 2: the back of your neck.
- 1:43:50Speaker 4: Focusing on the back of your neck, letting go of
- 1:44:00Speaker 4: any tension that may have been there before, and enjoying
- 1:44:08Speaker 4: that sense of increasing comfort and release that you can
- 1:44:21Speaker 4: experience in the back of your neck. Moving down your
- 1:44:32Speaker 4: back and moving either side of your spine right from
- 1:44:39Speaker 4: the top.
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: Of your back.
- 1:44:42Speaker 4: All the way down to the bottom of your back,
- 1:44:52Speaker 4: down to your lower back. And as you move up
- 1:45:03Speaker 4: and down your spine, you can feel the muscles either
- 1:45:12Speaker 4: side of your spine relaxing even more. And as those
- 1:45:26Speaker 4: muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts to spread outwards
- 1:45:37Speaker 4: from your spine into both sides of your back, the
- 1:45:47Speaker 4: top of your back, the middle and your lower back.
- 1:45:54Speaker 4: And as you scan gently and slowly up and down
- 1:46:01Speaker 4: your back, there's the muscles in the top of your
- 1:46:06Speaker 4: back relax and become looser.
- 1:46:15Speaker 2: The muscles in the middle of your back.
- 1:46:18Speaker 4: Also seem to just almost divide from each other, separating
- 1:46:26Speaker 4: and almost melting, and in your lower back there seems
- 1:46:42Speaker 4: to be an extra special feeling of comfort. The spreads
- 1:46:55Speaker 4: into your hips, So down your lower back into your hips,
- 1:47:06Speaker 4: into the area where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks,
- 1:47:15Speaker 4: and all those muscles that spread.
- 1:47:21Speaker 5: When your lower back.
- 1:47:24Speaker 2: Into your hip.
- 1:47:25Speaker 4: Area start to melt, start to really let go. I
- 1:47:45Speaker 4: don't even nowhere about to focus on your shoulders. Your
- 1:47:52Speaker 4: back and your spine will continue to let go, continue
- 1:48:03Speaker 4: to relax so calmly, And if you focus on your shoulders,
- 1:48:20Speaker 4: you may notice that they're already feeling really loose. They're
- 1:48:35Speaker 4: already feeding calm, and they're fearing.
- 1:48:57Speaker 2: Those muscles then move from your neck.
- 1:49:04Speaker 4: Into your shoulders. Feel so soft and gentle, so smooth.
- 1:49:29Speaker 2: And calm.
- 1:49:42Speaker 4: The feeling in your shoulders seems to spread deep into
- 1:49:55Speaker 4: your shoulders, that sense of relaxation and not just traveling
- 1:50:04Speaker 4: deeply into your muscles, but also relaxing the bones and
- 1:50:22Speaker 4: moving all the way to underneath your arms, relaxing.
- 1:50:30Speaker 2: That whole area.
- 1:50:31Speaker 4: Between the tops of your shoulders and underneath your arms healing.
- 1:50:47Speaker 2: You feel so.
- 1:50:49Speaker 4: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders, which sends that deep
- 1:51:04Speaker 4: healing message into your arms. You may feel almost as
- 1:51:25Speaker 4: if your arms are not even there because they're so relaxed,
- 1:51:35Speaker 4: so deeply relaxed, so so calm.
- 1:52:06Speaker 6: So.
- 1:52:13Speaker 4: Pose, not feeling, spreading all the way down your arms,
- 1:52:31Speaker 4: two elbows.
- 1:52:36Speaker 2: In including.
- 1:52:39Speaker 4: Your elbows circumfort spreads.
- 1:52:56Speaker 2: Or away into rests.
- 1:53:04Speaker 4: There are forearments and your rests so heavy, yet at
- 1:53:19Speaker 4: the same time.
- 1:53:29Speaker 2: So light.
- 1:53:33Speaker 4: And gentle. Focus Now on your hands, my hands, so peaceful.
- 1:54:39Speaker 5: In your hands.
- 1:54:59Speaker 2: This is sense of real peace.
- 1:55:17Speaker 4: It just seems to feel so familiar with your hands.
- 1:55:31Speaker 4: Relax deeply, m ees.
- 1:56:01Speaker 2: The thing is.
- 1:56:34Speaker 4: You things sadly a finger tips, moving your attention to
- 1:57:41Speaker 4: the front of your body, so comfortable move man, your focus,
- 1:58:12Speaker 4: your legs, a lot muscles in your thighs, your knees
- 1:59:57Speaker 4: so relaxed, a calf musselves and just shins. Co perzy the.
- 2:01:27Speaker 2: Four fathing.

- 2:04:03Speaker 4: Peace for calm, loving that deep relaxation, to spread your chest,
- 2:04:24Speaker 4: in your stomach, so.
- 2:04:38Speaker 2: Letting go.
- 2:04:41Speaker 4: Of everything. So I'm gonna start counting down now, from
- 2:05:00Speaker 4: twenty down to one. You can imagine in a way
- 2:05:09Speaker 4: it's like just walking down some steps and each step
- 2:05:15Speaker 4: or twenty steps, and each step represents a level of comfort.
- 2:05:25Speaker 4: Each step represents a deepening of that comfort and the
- 2:05:40Speaker 4: furvies you walk down those steps a deeper and more
- 2:05:46Speaker 4: relaxed you feel. So starting with number twenty twenty, nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen.
- 2:09:45Speaker 2: Eight four.
- 2:11:28Speaker 4: Four see too well five five.
- 2:15:51Speaker 2: Nine h.
- 2:16:28Speaker 4: H fight seven six.
- 2:20:47Speaker 2: Five five.
- 2:22:06Speaker 4: Four one.
- 2:26:34Speaker 2: And now.
- 2:26:39Speaker 4: As you focus on your eyes, we're gonna count down
- 2:26:52Speaker 4: from ten out one. Focus in just on your eyes,
- 2:27:07Speaker 4: your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes, your eye waves themselves,
- 2:27:17Speaker 4: a whole area that makes up your eye. And as
- 2:27:34Speaker 4: we count down.
- 2:27:35Speaker 2: From ten.
- 2:27:38Speaker 4: Down to one, whilst focus in on your eyes, you'll
- 2:27:51Speaker 4: become twice is relaxed with each number counting down, and
- 2:28:05Speaker 4: you may find the all you want to do is
- 2:28:13Speaker 4: just drift off to sleep. And if that's what you want,
- 2:28:25Speaker 4: then just allow yourself to do that. Now, focusing on
- 2:28:39Speaker 4: your eyes, I'm going to begin counting down from ten
- 2:28:46Speaker 4: down to one right now, two nine eight seven h
- 2:31:36Speaker 4: h four five.
- 2:34:10Speaker 2: Four three.
- 2:36:30Speaker 4: Two one. So counting down from ten to one ten
- 2:38:19Speaker 4: nine eight seven six five four three.
- 2:38:38Speaker 2: Two one.
- 2:38:48Speaker 4: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:38:51Speaker 4: to relax. Maybe it's a bit too fast for you
- 2:38:56Speaker 4: to notice the calming of your body, maybe even a
- 2:39:05Speaker 4: little bit of pressure there, Like you're counting down from
- 2:39:09Speaker 4: ten to one. Would you expect me to do man,
- 2:39:13Speaker 4: expect me to stick go with floppy just because.
- 2:39:16Speaker 2: You're counting down. We could try it again, but.
- 2:39:25Speaker 4: This time I go this lower. This time, as you
- 2:39:32Speaker 4: focus on the whole of your body before we focus
- 2:39:37Speaker 4: on your legs. Just notice how your body does start
- 2:39:47Speaker 4: to feel more relaxed with every number that I count
- 2:39:59Speaker 4: down ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three two one,
- 2:41:43Speaker 4: And just notice how how you feel, generally, how your
- 2:41:49Speaker 4: body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting down from
- 2:42:04Speaker 4: ten to one. It's that space that you have, that
- 2:42:14Speaker 4: space between being active physically or mentally to just sitting
- 2:42:35Speaker 4: or lying down, just being there, not doing anything, not
- 2:42:40Speaker 4: saying anything, not needing to think about anything. So that
- 2:42:48Speaker 4: opens up a space, you know, a bit of a space,
- 2:42:52Speaker 4: a gap. And the more I camped down from ten
- 2:43:02Speaker 4: to one, the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that
- 2:43:10Speaker 4: gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation. It's a nice feeling,
- 2:43:28Speaker 4: and it moves those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally,
- 2:43:37Speaker 4: moves them.
- 2:43:40Speaker 2: Away. Allows you.
- 2:43:51Speaker 4: To just slow down.
- 2:43:58Speaker 2: Someone who counted game from ten down to one and.
- 2:44:02Speaker 4: Notice that gap widening, the gap, And as it widens,
- 2:44:12Speaker 4: it's almost like the stress and attention falls into the
- 2:44:18Speaker 4: gap and gives you that distance, that space. Now ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four,
- 2:45:57Speaker 4: three two one. And how did your body feel? Can
- 2:47:04Speaker 4: you notice that you feeling calmer, the feeling.
- 2:47:19Speaker 2: More relaxed.
- 2:47:42Speaker 4: As we now focus on your legs, just your legs.
- 2:48:03Speaker 4: We're just going to start with focusing on your thighs.
- 2:48:22Speaker 4: Of course, it's not the most exciting thing to be
- 2:48:26Speaker 4: doing because I'm sure like most of your body is
- 2:48:34Speaker 4: not a lot going on right now. Just focusing on
- 2:48:46Speaker 4: the whole of your thighs, the tops of your thighs,
- 2:48:52Speaker 4: the sides of your thighs, the bottoms of your thighs,
- 2:48:59Speaker 4: you're out thighs, and your inner thighs. Basically the whole
- 2:49:05Speaker 4: of your thigh that leads into your hip and it
- 2:49:12Speaker 4: goes down to your knee joints.
- 2:49:22Speaker 2: Now, this is a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 2:49:30Speaker 4: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 2:49:37Speaker 4: or in your thighs. But I don't think we perhaps
- 2:49:53Speaker 4: give enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps we don't acknowledge
- 2:50:06Speaker 4: how important our thighs are to our lives, how much
- 2:50:28Speaker 4: they actually do for us all through our lives. And
- 2:50:42Speaker 4: it may seem sound really weird, but I think that
- 2:50:48Speaker 4: all of our body parts, especially our thighs, need some
- 2:50:55Speaker 4: TLC love, shown a bit of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude
- 2:51:19Speaker 4: for what our thighs do for us. And I know
- 2:51:28Speaker 4: this may sound a bit strange. Maybe you think, why
- 2:51:34Speaker 4: am I Surely I should be out in the garden
- 2:51:38Speaker 4: hugging a tree or something. Well, it's hard to set
- 2:51:46Speaker 4: a microphone up on a tree. That's why I'm doing
- 2:51:49Speaker 4: this indoors. Otherwise I would be outside hugging a tree.
- 2:51:53Speaker 4: Now I can't see the television from the tree. If
- 2:52:02Speaker 4: you move down to your knees gain such an important part.
- 2:52:12Speaker 4: And I think we don't necessarily I'll speak for myself here,
- 2:52:19Speaker 4: I don't necessarily appreciate all that my knees do for
- 2:52:24Speaker 4: me until I have a problem with my knee. It's occasionally,
- 2:52:31Speaker 4: if I ever maybe i'll pash it or it's aching
- 2:52:36Speaker 4: for some reason. It's then that I realize how much
- 2:52:43Speaker 4: it does. You know, the benefit of being able to
- 2:52:47Speaker 4: use my legs without any kind of physical discomfort is
- 2:52:57Speaker 4: a beautiful thing that's possibly not appreciated until it's temporarily removed.
- 2:53:07Speaker 2: You know that's comfort.
- 2:53:13Speaker 4: But as you focus on your knees, regardless of how
- 2:53:17Speaker 4: your knees feel, you can have that sense of gratitude
- 2:53:26Speaker 4: and love to your knees for all that they do
- 2:53:29Speaker 4: for you, And you can still have that attention on
- 2:53:42Speaker 4: your thighs and maybe notice how your thighs feel, maybe
- 2:53:49Speaker 4: noticed that they are relaxing more deeply as you focus
- 2:54:07Speaker 4: now on the bottoms of your legs, your shins, and
- 2:54:12Speaker 4: your calf muscles, the bones between your knees and your
- 2:54:19Speaker 4: feet incorporate, and of course your ankles so important. Anyone
- 2:54:33Speaker 4: that's had even like the slightest sprain of an ankle
- 2:54:39Speaker 4: knows how.
- 2:54:41Speaker 2: How much we take our ankles for granted. And it's
- 2:54:51Speaker 2: kind of strange in a way when you think that.
- 2:54:56Speaker 4: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot thinner than
- 2:55:00Speaker 4: the rest of our arms, which is okay, it doesn't
- 2:55:05Speaker 4: can't see any problem with that because we're just picking
- 2:55:08Speaker 4: stuff up. But our ankles so much thinner than the
- 2:55:16Speaker 4: rest of our legs, and from a physics perspective or
- 2:55:26Speaker 4: logical even it doesn't really make sense that all this
- 2:55:31Speaker 4: weight would ultimately be resting on your ankles then leading
- 2:55:39Speaker 4: to your feet, that thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it
- 2:55:53Speaker 4: does so much great work. Supports us, supports our body
- 2:56:00Speaker 4: for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps you
- 2:56:10Speaker 4: to get around and be mobile. And there's the calf muscles.
- 2:56:23Speaker 4: Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 2:56:31Speaker 4: point in calf muscles. Didn't seem to do anything. Okay,
- 2:56:37Speaker 4: if I walked around on tiptoes, then my calf muscles
- 2:56:41Speaker 4: get some work. But of course that's not true. The
- 2:56:45Speaker 4: calf muscles are being used whenever we use our legs
- 2:56:55Speaker 4: and your shins.
- 2:56:59Speaker 2: There to protect.
- 2:57:02Speaker 4: Your lower legs, shaped in a way, almost as a
- 2:57:10Speaker 4: protector for the bone, leading of course to your ankles.
- 2:57:26Speaker 2: And your feet. But we're not going to focus on
- 2:57:33Speaker 2: your feet. We're just going to focus on the legs.
- 2:57:37Speaker 2: I realize.
- 2:57:40Speaker 4: That now that I've mentioned your feet, it probably focuses
- 2:57:44Speaker 4: on them anyway, So maybe I should focus on your
- 2:57:47Speaker 4: feet a little bit. You can have them in your
- 2:57:53Speaker 4: awareness the same as you have your thighs in your
- 2:57:59Speaker 4: awareness even though we haven't been focusing on your thighs
- 2:58:04Speaker 4: for a few minutes that we focusing on your ankles,
- 2:58:15Speaker 4: there's still that sensation of comfort in your thighs.
- 2:58:30Speaker 2: And this that movement.
- 2:58:33Speaker 4: Of energy because the thighs hold lots of different sensations.
- 2:58:42Speaker 4: Of course, there's the muscles, the big straw muscles that
- 2:58:47Speaker 4: we have in our thighs. But the skin on the
- 2:59:00Speaker 4: outside of the thighs, as in the outside of all
- 2:59:06Speaker 4: of our body, can be very sensitive, sensitive to the touch,
- 2:59:17Speaker 4: sensitive to temperature, and inside your thighs.
- 2:59:29Speaker 2: The bones, there's the.
- 2:59:32Speaker 4: Muscle, there's the blood, vessels, the arch trees, to all
- 2:59:37Speaker 4: this stuff that's inside your thighs. And I guess sometimes
- 2:59:46Speaker 4: it'd be nice if you could actually put your fingers
- 2:59:50Speaker 4: inside your thighs and a message, so you can message
- 2:59:56Speaker 4: on the outside, of course, but to be able to
- 2:59:59Speaker 4: get deep into the muscles, and to be able to
- 3:00:03Speaker 4: just massage inside your thighs, message in the bones of
- 3:00:09Speaker 4: your leg, massage in all the veins, and just gently
- 3:00:20Speaker 4: healing your thighs, and you could move down message and
- 3:00:30Speaker 4: inside your knees, just message in those bones, but with
- 3:00:36Speaker 4: healing fingertips, spreading that healing energy deep into the joints
- 3:00:44Speaker 4: of your knees.
- 3:00:50Speaker 2: Of course, there's the back of your.
- 3:00:53Speaker 4: Your knee, you know, the inside crease where your knee is.
- 3:01:00Speaker 4: It's a very sensitive area. Very it feels very nice
- 3:01:05Speaker 4: when you stroke it. That might be because it's an
- 3:01:10Speaker 4: area that's not really touched very often. It's almost like
- 3:01:15Speaker 4: a hidden part, that crease.
- 3:01:20Speaker 2: In your legs.
- 3:01:21Speaker 4: It's almost.
- 3:01:24Speaker 2: Like a part that has a sensitivity which is a
- 3:01:29Speaker 2: little bit different.
- 3:01:37Speaker 4: Of course, it's protected by your legs, so you can
- 3:01:47Speaker 4: imagine putting your fingers into that crease in your legs,
- 3:01:58Speaker 4: that fold in in your legs. You can just message
- 3:02:02Speaker 4: with your fingertips, letting your fingertips going inside, massage in
- 3:02:09Speaker 4: the muscle tissue.
- 3:02:16Speaker 2: You can of course feel the.
- 3:02:18Speaker 4: Bones of your knees healing through your fingertips. And then
- 3:02:31Speaker 4: as you go down to your calf muscles. Now that's
- 3:02:37Speaker 4: the part I'd like to be able to really put
- 3:02:41Speaker 4: my fingertips deep inside my calf muscles, massage in every
- 3:02:49Speaker 4: single tissue of that muscle.
- 3:02:54Speaker 2: Healing every part, and then doing.
- 3:03:02Speaker 4: The same for my shins, massage in and gently stroking
- 3:03:10Speaker 4: the bones, gently stroking them, healing in a loving way
- 3:03:18Speaker 4: because they deserve to be treated as the precious bones
- 3:03:24Speaker 4: that they are, because our legs are so precious as
- 3:03:29Speaker 4: in all the other parts of our body, and more
- 3:03:33Speaker 4: precious of anyture.
- 3:03:38Speaker 2: On the planet. When you start to think about.
- 3:03:53Speaker 4: Your legs in this way, can change your perspective. It
- 3:04:05Speaker 4: might sound a bit a bit silly to start with
- 3:04:12Speaker 4: the idea of having love for your legs, shown appreciation
- 3:04:20Speaker 4: for your thighs, wanting to be able to put your
- 3:04:26Speaker 4: hands in your thighs, massage the muscles and the bones,
- 3:04:36Speaker 4: and to get your fingers deep in there, releasing all tension,
- 3:04:45Speaker 4: just to show how much you care about your legs,
- 3:04:54Speaker 4: how much you care for what your legs do for
- 3:04:58Speaker 4: you regularly, your knees, your calves, your ankles. The strength
- 3:05:12Speaker 4: of your ankles, considering how thin they are compared to
- 3:05:20Speaker 4: the rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah, they're
- 3:05:27Speaker 4: so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Your ankles are
- 3:05:43Speaker 4: truly a gift because of what they do for you,
- 3:05:54Speaker 4: supporting all that weight, regardless of how what weight you are,
- 3:06:02Speaker 4: even if you only eat ate stone, there's still a
- 3:06:06Speaker 4: lot of weight for these little ankles. Now I'm a
- 3:06:13Speaker 4: lot heavier than eight stone.
- 3:06:16Speaker 2: Double down. Yet my ankles.
- 3:06:23Speaker 4: Support my body all the time, although they do give
- 3:06:31Speaker 4: off a sigh of relief when I sit down.
- 3:06:35Speaker 2: That's in fact, my whole legs do. My feet feet
- 3:06:43Speaker 2: also go, my toes clap. We're so happy.
- 3:07:08Speaker 4: Your legs really are amazing. And I know that talking
- 3:07:17Speaker 4: about talking about your legs is probably possibly among the
- 3:07:24Speaker 4: most most boring things you've ever heard anyone say. Possibly
- 3:07:33Speaker 4: or boring or not, everything I said is true. Your
- 3:07:39Speaker 4: legs are amazing. Your legs deserve not just respect, they
- 3:08:00Speaker 4: deserve to relax deeply. They deserve to take some time
- 3:08:13Speaker 4: out of the day to just let go completely. The legs.
- 3:08:42Speaker 2: Really can relax.
- 3:08:52Speaker 4: And because the legs are so such a most you know,
- 3:08:57Speaker 4: very important part your body. When you relax your legs,
- 3:09:03Speaker 4: the rest of your body also naturally follows in that
- 3:09:14Speaker 4: journey of comfort. I can feel it in my hips.
- 3:09:26Speaker 4: My hips feel really loose, and also.
- 3:09:32Speaker 2: My lwer back as well. My lower back really.
- 3:09:38Speaker 4: Feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting in
- 3:09:42Speaker 4: a chair and there's no stretching as far as I'm
- 3:09:48Speaker 4: aware that I'm doing. But it's almost as if the
- 3:09:51Speaker 4: muscles are just relaxed so much that there is a
- 3:09:55Speaker 4: natural stretch as the tension has reduced a lot. And
- 3:10:20Speaker 4: I'm now going to count down from ten down to one,
- 3:10:28Speaker 4: and you can continue.
- 3:10:31Speaker 2: To fill.
- 3:10:33Speaker 4: Wonderfully relaxed ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 3:11:02Speaker 1: Four three two.
- 3:11:14Speaker 2: Why relax?
- 3:11:29Speaker 4: So I'm just going to count down from five down
- 3:11:33Speaker 4: to one, and as a countdown, if you just focus
- 3:11:38Speaker 4: on the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and notice
- 3:11:47Speaker 4: how you feel.
- 3:11:51Speaker 2: In this moment.
- 3:11:54Speaker 4: As you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 3:11:58Speaker 4: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just in
- 3:12:12Speaker 4: your body, but also relaxing your mind. I just notice
- 3:12:20Speaker 4: how you feel. There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 3:12:27Speaker 4: there's nothing to think about, starting with number five.
- 3:12:44Speaker 2: Four three.
- 3:13:04Speaker 4: Two one. As you notice the gradual letting go the
- 3:13:32Speaker 4: tension in your body, you may also begin to notice
- 3:13:40Speaker 4: and be aware of how your mind is starting to
- 3:13:48Speaker 4: slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:13:58Speaker 4: It's not really a special person a siege. It's just
- 3:14:02Speaker 4: natural because as your body relaxes, your mind also starts
- 3:14:08Speaker 4: to relax. And the more your mind relaxes, the more
- 3:14:13Speaker 4: your body relaxes. It's just a continuous circle of relaxation,
- 3:14:24Speaker 4: and there's that calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know,
- 3:14:33Speaker 4: even even if there's background sounds either your side, online,
- 3:14:40Speaker 4: it's still going to be quite calm. You know, you
- 3:14:46Speaker 4: haven't got the television on, there's no music in the
- 3:14:51Speaker 4: background unless you're listening to the recording. With music, of course,
- 3:14:59Speaker 4: you're very likely not going to be sitting in a
- 3:15:01Speaker 4: room with other people. Of course you might be, but
- 3:15:06Speaker 4: generally it's more ideal if you can do this on
- 3:15:09Speaker 4: your own, so no distractions, and when you stop thinking
- 3:15:20Speaker 4: about stuff, relaxation automatically rises. A sense of comfort starts
- 3:15:38Speaker 4: to grow, and without trying to build it up into
- 3:15:46Speaker 4: something fantastical or something magical, this is just a natural process,
- 3:16:01Speaker 4: something that's easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost the
- 3:16:12Speaker 4: sense of relaxing completely happens really when you put no
- 3:16:19Speaker 4: effort into it. It's not something that you can really force.
- 3:16:26Speaker 4: It's something that happens naturally. And part of the process
- 3:16:36Speaker 4: of this recording and others.
- 3:16:42Speaker 2: Is simply.
- 3:16:45Speaker 4: Two allow you to take advantage of this space, this time,
- 3:17:00Speaker 4: to just let go, to just be here, to be
- 3:17:12Speaker 4: in tune with how you feel, yet with the intention
- 3:17:27Speaker 4: of wanting to relax deeply and maybe even to fall asleep,
- 3:17:40Speaker 4: depending on what it is that you wish for yourself.
- 3:17:47Speaker 2: In this moment.
- 3:17:55Speaker 4: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:18:04Speaker 4: of falling asleep. The actual falling asleep part is a
- 3:18:09Speaker 4: tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you become,
- 3:18:21Speaker 4: the easier.
- 3:18:25Speaker 2: You find.
- 3:18:27Speaker 4: Yourself drifting. You can also, if you choose stay focused
- 3:18:44Speaker 4: on my voice and really enjoy the process, gradually relaxing
- 3:19:13Speaker 4: each muscle.
- 3:19:18Speaker 2: In your body.
- 3:19:24Speaker 4: Effortlessly and just observing.
- 3:19:39Speaker 2: The sensation of letting go.
- 3:19:53Speaker 4: Completely time. I'm going to count from six down to one,
- 3:20:08Speaker 4: and you can notice your mind calming down more with
- 3:20:18Speaker 4: each number that you hear me say, naturally, feeling calm
- 3:20:32Speaker 4: and slow and peaceful six, five, four, three, two, one,
- 3:23:31Speaker 4: being aware of how your mind to slow right down,
- 3:23:44Speaker 4: sinking deeply into relaxation. And as you focus on your mind,
- 3:24:08Speaker 4: you may notice that.
- 3:24:15Speaker 2: There are some.
- 3:24:16Speaker 4: Thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some
- 3:24:26Speaker 4: reason perhaps need your attention. That's what you can do
- 3:24:39Speaker 4: is send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts with love,
- 3:24:59Speaker 4: my lord, pats as from a flower, just sprinkle it
- 3:25:03Speaker 4: over them, petals filled with love towards those thoughts, to
- 3:25:10Speaker 4: let those thoughts know that you're not abandoned in them.
- 3:25:18Speaker 4: You just need them.
- 3:25:20Speaker 2: You require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet
- 3:25:32Speaker 2: down for now.
- 3:25:44Speaker 4: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts as we
- 3:25:50Speaker 4: count down this time from seven down to one. With
- 3:25:55Speaker 4: each number, just imagine brinkling those flower petals of love, kindness,
- 3:26:10Speaker 4: gratitude over those thoughts, which will allow them to just
- 3:26:24Speaker 4: melt away and relax deeply. With every number, those thoughts
- 3:26:39Speaker 4: will become more and more relaxed. Starting with number seven, six, five, four, three.
- 3:29:05Speaker 1: One.
- 3:29:22Speaker 4: How as you now notice how relaxed you're feeling in
- 3:29:39Speaker 4: your body, We're going to focus on your hands, because
- 3:30:01Speaker 4: the more relaxed your hands are, the more relaxed your
- 3:30:07Speaker 4: body and mind are.
- 3:30:24Speaker 2: And there's.
- 3:30:27Speaker 4: You focus on your hands and your fingers. There's nothing
- 3:30:37Speaker 4: needed to be done. There's no clenching of fists or
- 3:30:43Speaker 4: dents in the fingers or anything like that. It's just
- 3:30:54Speaker 4: noticing and focusing on your hands, noticing how they feel, because.
- 3:31:23Speaker 8: The more.
- 3:31:26Speaker 4: Relax your hands feel, the calm your mind feels.
- 3:31:36Speaker 2: And the more comfort you feel throughout your body, and
- 3:31:51Speaker 2: you may have.
- 3:32:00Speaker 4: Already noticed your mind is starting.
- 3:32:24Speaker 2: To dress.
- 3:32:39Speaker 4: Like him, just on your hands and fingers, allowing them
- 3:32:54Speaker 4: to experience a real deepening of that relaxation in your
- 3:33:08Speaker 4: hands and fingers, more.
- 3:33:19Speaker 2: And more relaxed. With each number from eight down to one.
- 3:33:43Speaker 4: You can almost feel that healing and relaxing energy spreading
- 3:33:54Speaker 4: into your hands and fingers, becoming more relaxing with each number.
- 3:34:22Speaker 8: Going down.
- 3:34:24Speaker 4: From eight down to one, drifting, drifting again, starting with
- 3:34:48Speaker 4: number eight.
- 3:35:00Speaker 2: H seven, six, five, four.
- 3:37:22Speaker 4: Three two, just being here now, nothing to think about,
- 3:38:51Speaker 4: nothing to do, nothing to say, and everything just feels calmer.
- 3:39:07Speaker 4: And this is your natural state of being. This is
- 3:39:15Speaker 4: how you just normally feel when you take away all
- 3:39:22Speaker 4: of that other stuff that we add, you know, things
- 3:39:29Speaker 4: like stress and worrying and overthinking, anxiety, tension, just genuinely
- 3:39:45Speaker 4: thinking about stuff.
- 3:39:48Speaker 2: You take that away, which is what we do.
- 3:39:52Speaker 8: What we do now.
- 3:40:00Speaker 2: You're left with.
- 3:40:03Speaker 4: A real sense of peacefulness which comes to you very quickly,
- 3:40:16Speaker 4: because ultimately it's just a feeling, a feeling of comfort.
- 3:40:31Speaker 4: It's almost as if you've gone inside yourself and you've
- 3:40:34Speaker 4: found a special place where everything is peaceful, a place
- 3:40:49Speaker 4: where you can feel relaxed and your natural sense of comfort,
- 3:41:00Speaker 4: A place where you can be you, where you can
- 3:41:08Speaker 4: accept yourself for who you are, the place where you're
- 3:41:15Speaker 4: not trying to please anybody else ever, A place where
- 3:41:26Speaker 4: you can actually not just love yourself, but in some
- 3:41:35Speaker 4: ways more importantly, you can like yourself appreciate who you are.
- 3:41:53Speaker 4: A sense of gratitude is in the air around you.
- 3:42:08Speaker 4: That's also a place where you can actually feel the
- 3:42:16Speaker 4: healing energy soaking into your body. Heathing energy soaking into
- 3:42:31Speaker 4: your body, and the healing energy spreads through your veins,
- 3:42:45Speaker 4: traveling to each and every single part of your body,
- 3:42:58Speaker 4: and you start to realize to actually that healing energy
- 3:43:05Speaker 4: it's not just entered into your brain, it's become part
- 3:43:12Speaker 4: of your brain, and that spinal fluid is now mixed
- 3:43:23Speaker 4: with healing energy, not just allowing you to feel so
- 3:43:35Speaker 4: much more relaxed and healthy in this moment, but also
- 3:43:49Speaker 4: you start to realize that actually, what's happening now with
- 3:43:57Speaker 4: that healing, relaxed and energy spreading through your body, it's
- 3:44:06Speaker 4: actually changing your life. It's actually changing the way you're
- 3:44:17Speaker 4: going to feel, not just now, but tomorrow and the
- 3:44:24Speaker 4: next day. As your health improves, not just your physical
- 3:44:33Speaker 4: health but your mental health. Things that used to bother
- 3:44:41Speaker 4: you in the past, for some reason, no longer have
- 3:44:48Speaker 4: the effect that they used to because something has changed
- 3:44:57Speaker 4: deep within you. Maybe things that used to cause you
- 3:45:08Speaker 4: to feel anger no longer have that power to control
- 3:45:21Speaker 4: you the way they seem to be able to before.
- 3:45:29Speaker 4: As you realize that you're the one who decides what
- 3:45:41Speaker 4: affects you, you're the one who decides to feel relaxed
- 3:45:53Speaker 4: and calm when you choose.
- 3:46:01Speaker 2: To enjoy noticing these natural developments of healing.
- 3:46:14Speaker 4: Continuing to grow and improve your life day by day,
- 3:46:29Speaker 4: including of course, your ability.
- 3:46:33Speaker 2: To relax so much easier. And sleeping.
- 3:46:47Speaker 4: Is the most natural thing in the world to you,
- 3:46:58Speaker 4: because falling asleep is something.
- 3:47:00Speaker 2: That you've done so many times in your life, and
- 3:47:11Speaker 2: you know that you were born, as we all.
- 3:47:15Speaker 4: Were, with the ability to fall asleep naturally. You were
- 3:47:25Speaker 4: born with that ability to just drift off into a deep,
- 3:47:39Speaker 4: healing sleep. Even when we're kids, sometimes will fall asleep
- 3:47:51Speaker 4: when we don't even want to try to us stay awake.
- 3:47:57Speaker 4: Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, or it's Christmas
- 3:48:01Speaker 4: or holiday or something we look forward to. We don't
- 3:48:04Speaker 4: want to go to sleep, but the more we want
- 3:48:09Speaker 4: to stay awake, the more we just start to drift.
- 3:48:18Speaker 4: And the more you fight drifting, the more you try
- 3:48:22Speaker 4: to stop yourself and drift in a safe the deeper
- 3:48:28Speaker 4: and stronger that drifting becomes. Because we're born not just
- 3:48:39Speaker 4: with the need to relax deeply and to naturally fall asleep,
- 3:48:49Speaker 4: but it's our birthright, it's part of our DNA. And
- 3:49:03Speaker 4: sometimes as we get older in life, perhaps at times
- 3:49:09Speaker 4: we have forgotten that relaxing completely is not only a
- 3:49:22Speaker 4: wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also really easy.
- 3:49:45Speaker 2: It's very, very easy to let go, because that's all
- 3:49:52Speaker 2: it is. It is just.
- 3:49:57Speaker 4: Deciding to let go. And when you press the play
- 3:50:08Speaker 4: button on my recordings, you have given permission.
- 3:50:18Speaker 2: For my voice to relax you.
- 3:50:25Speaker 4: When you press that play button, you have given me
- 3:50:29Speaker 4: permission for my words to effect you in a positive,
- 3:50:44Speaker 4: only a positive way. Opening up.
- 3:50:56Speaker 2: Your mind too useful and healing.
- 3:51:08Speaker 4: Suggestions that can have such an amazing effect on how
- 3:51:24Speaker 4: you feel right now, as well as those changes that
- 3:51:37Speaker 4: continue long after the recording ends, those changes within you
- 3:51:50Speaker 4: that continue to flourish and grow transforming life in a positive,
- 3:52:06Speaker 4: beautiful way, allowing you to move forward in your life
- 3:52:17Speaker 4: in the direction that you choose.
- 3:52:21Speaker 2: For yourself.
- 3:52:31Speaker 4: And this feeling, this feeling that you can experience a safety, comfort, calmness.
- 3:52:50Speaker 2: This feels so nice.
- 3:53:01Speaker 4: It's such a healthy place to be, and that positivity
- 3:53:15Speaker 4: grows within you each and every day. Moving forward, you're
- 3:53:34Speaker 4: going to find that you're more relaxed physically and in
- 3:53:45Speaker 4: your mind is more relaxed. And it's not that you're
- 3:53:54Speaker 4: thinking slower, it's just that your mind will be less
- 3:54:01Speaker 4: clogged up with unnecessary negativity because from now on, your
- 3:54:13Speaker 4: mind rejects negativity. From now on, you're going to start
- 3:54:23Speaker 4: noticing when negativity arises and you can just say stop, stop,
- 3:54:42Speaker 4: and that negativity will turn around and leave you alone.
- 3:54:57Speaker 2: Stop and that negativity would disappear.
- 3:55:15Speaker 4: And as you notice that you feel way more relaxed
- 3:55:23Speaker 4: than you probably expected, you can now congratulate yourself because
- 3:55:38Speaker 4: you're the person that has done this. You are the
- 3:55:45Speaker 4: one that has opened your mind up to the simple
- 3:55:50Speaker 4: facts that you can feel more relaxed in your body
- 3:55:59Speaker 4: and in your mind. You've opened your mind up to
- 3:56:10Speaker 4: the birthright of being able to just fall asleep easily
- 3:56:18Speaker 4: when you choose, And that's a nice feeling.
- 3:56:31Speaker 2: Don't you think it feels nice? Doesn't it? To feel calm.
- 3:56:43Speaker 4: Full, that healing energy spreading through your body and your mind.
- 3:56:55Speaker 4: To spend time in a special place where negativity can
- 3:57:06Speaker 4: no longer enter. Negativity is banned. It's bad, it's not allowed.
- 3:57:19Speaker 4: Intrigue doesn't it doesn't. This doesn't deserve to be here,
- 3:57:26Speaker 4: doesn't belong here. Negativity has no place in your life,
- 3:57:45Speaker 4: which makes room for more comfort, more heathing, more relaxation.
- 3:58:00Speaker 2: Or peace. It feels nice, doesn't it?
- 3:58:20Speaker 9: Just the let go.
- 3:58:27Speaker 2: With everything. I'm gonna count down now from twenty down
- 3:58:47Speaker 2: to one.
- 3:58:50Speaker 4: You can continue to relax. If you choose, you can
- 3:59:00Speaker 4: drift to sleep. With every number you hear me say,
- 3:59:15Speaker 4: you can fill twice as relaxed. Or if you choose,
- 3:59:22Speaker 4: you can fill twice a sleeping now twenty nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen, thirteen, twelve, eleven, ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 4:01:53Speaker 1: Four.
- 4:02:27Speaker 2: This is your time to just take a break, your
- 4:02:37Speaker 2: time to.
- 4:02:41Speaker 4: Relax, to allow your mind to slow down, to give
- 4:02:57Speaker 4: yourself permission.
- 4:03:03Speaker 2: To take a break from everything. And you you're the
- 4:03:16Speaker 2: only person that can make that decision. You're the only
- 4:03:23Speaker 2: person that can actually tell your mind to just relax,
- 4:03:40Speaker 2: to just take some time off so that you can
- 4:03:56Speaker 2: focus on your body, getting in touch with how you
- 4:04:02Speaker 2: feel physically. And in the process of.
- 4:04:17Speaker 4: This body scan, where you focus on different parts of
- 4:04:22Speaker 4: your body, those parts that you focus on and observe,
- 4:04:36Speaker 4: even though you're not purposely requesting.
- 4:04:43Speaker 2: For those parts of your body to relax, it's kind
- 4:04:48Speaker 2: of expected.
- 4:04:51Speaker 4: You expect when you listen to my voice to feel
- 4:04:57Speaker 4: more relaxed.
- 4:05:00Speaker 2: Naturally, because when you're listening to me, your attention is
- 4:05:14Speaker 2: focused on my words, and as my words guide you.
- 4:05:28Speaker 4: To focus on those parts of your body, your focus increases,
- 4:05:47Speaker 4: which actually calms your mind. And when you wind calms down,
- 4:06:09Speaker 4: your body relaxes, And when your body calms down, your mind.
- 4:06:33Speaker 2: Relaxes.
- 4:06:41Speaker 4: And even though we have not really started to focus
- 4:06:49Speaker 4: on your body, you can already feel that healing energy
- 4:07:02Speaker 4: spreading through your body, pushing out stress and tension, healing
- 4:07:22Speaker 4: all the parts of your body, including your skin, your bones,
- 4:07:30Speaker 4: your blood, all of your organs inside your body, all
- 4:07:36Speaker 4: of the muscles, all of the fat, all everything, every
- 4:07:45Speaker 4: hair on your body.
- 4:07:49Speaker 2: Is filled with that healing energy, and when you're brain.
- 4:08:05Speaker 4: Fills with that healing energy, the feeding of comfort and relaxation.
- 4:08:23Speaker 2: Increases deeply, increases in a way that.
- 4:08:43Speaker 8: Your mind.
- 4:08:48Speaker 4: Starts to fill perhaps bit drowsy because it's not needed.
- 4:09:05Speaker 2: Then it may start to drift if that's what's needed.
- 4:09:24Speaker 4: So if you're listening to this and what you need
- 4:09:29Speaker 4: is deep relaxation, that's what you get.
- 4:09:34Speaker 9: If what you need is.
- 4:09:37Speaker 2: To fall asleep.
- 4:09:40Speaker 4: Naturally and easily as your mind drifts, that's also for
- 4:09:49Speaker 4: what happened, because by pressing that play button on the
- 4:10:02Speaker 4: podcast and listening to me, I give permission for your
- 4:10:09Speaker 4: body and your mind. In fact, you give the command
- 4:10:22Speaker 4: to your body and your mind.
- 4:10:24Speaker 5: To relax.
- 4:10:28Speaker 2: Deeply and to drift off to sleep if that's what
- 4:10:37Speaker 2: you want.
- 4:10:42Speaker 9: Or need.
- 4:10:50Speaker 2: And as I focus on the different parts of your body,
- 4:11:01Speaker 2: you may start to just drift.
- 4:11:09Speaker 10: And then you come back again and do you hear me.
- 4:11:12Speaker 2: Talking And I'm focusing on a different parts of your body.
- 4:11:22Speaker 9: And you may.
- 4:11:26Speaker 4: Find yourself drifting, but you don't realize you're drifting.
- 4:11:34Speaker 2: Until you stop drifting.
- 4:11:38Speaker 4: And you're alert again to my voice focusing what a
- 4:11:45Speaker 4: different parts of your body starts to relax even detail,
- 4:11:54Speaker 4: because that drifting is basically you already.
- 4:12:02Speaker 5: In the sleep side.
- 4:12:09Speaker 2: And the more you drift, the longer you drift, and
- 4:12:15Speaker 2: the longer you dreat.
- 4:12:19Speaker 4: Eventually that drifting continues into sleep, and that's the last
- 4:12:31Speaker 4: you remember.
- 4:12:34Speaker 9: Until you wake up in your own time, when.
- 4:12:42Speaker 2: You experience the right amount of sleep.
- 4:12:46Speaker 9: Fear, because when you do and if you do fall asleep, it's.
- 4:12:58Speaker 2: Strange, pleasant, so relaxing, so deep.
- 4:13:09Speaker 5: Healing sleep.
- 4:13:23Speaker 4: It feels so nice to relax into the one body
- 4:13:31Speaker 4: in mind.
- 4:13:35Speaker 2: As you feel that.
- 4:13:38Speaker 4: Healing image is spreading through it, relaxing you so deeply,
- 4:13:51Speaker 4: relaxing you so.
- 4:13:55Speaker 9: So deeply.
- 4:14:05Speaker 4: We start to focus on your eyes, leave it down
- 4:14:22Speaker 4: to your jure, down till make.
- 4:14:39Speaker 2: Your shoulders, palms, hand.
- 4:15:04Speaker 5: Pheous, Yes, you ba.
- 4:15:34Speaker 9: Us, spy.
- 4:15:43Speaker 4: Youaps, you likes, Yeah, you're feeds yours and the feeding, eatings,
- 4:16:34Speaker 4: breathing and growing.
- 4:16:38Speaker 2: Inside your body, feeling you up. Now, let's focus again.
- 4:16:53Speaker 2: Are parts of your body?
- 4:16:59Speaker 4: Focus on this time on your forehead, Now on your mouth,
- 4:17:10Speaker 4: your lips, your tongue, the whole of your mouth.
- 4:17:29Speaker 2: Focus in on your fingers, maybe a kid, move your fingers.
- 4:17:41Speaker 4: Little bits you can focus on each one individually, both hands,
- 4:17:58Speaker 4: and even though it should focus on both of.
- 4:18:00Speaker 9: Your hands, now.
- 4:18:03Speaker 4: They almost seemed to just melt into one. Maybe your
- 4:18:12Speaker 4: right hand start and your left hand and almost as
- 4:18:20Speaker 4: if just mixed together. Now focusing on your knees, just
- 4:18:38Speaker 4: noticing how your knees fell.
- 4:18:57Speaker 2: Now, focusing almos.
- 4:19:03Speaker 4: Focusing on both of your elbows, just absurding.
- 4:19:15Speaker 2: The feeling, not your elbows. Now, focusing abserving quickly and that.
- 4:20:00Speaker 9: Feeding the energy the factory you mak.
- 4:20:37Speaker 2: Absurding of the ankles.
- 4:20:50Speaker 5: Be aware.
- 4:20:54Speaker 4: Of physical sensations your ankles.
- 4:21:00Speaker 6: See now.
- 4:22:05Speaker 2: Your tooses, what place do your feet?
- 4:22:18Speaker 5: Being aware.
- 4:22:21Speaker 9: Now your too, yeah right now, m.
- 4:23:02Speaker 2: Notice then.
- 4:23:14Speaker 4: High you entire body feels noticing you. Mind feels now,
- 4:24:03Speaker 4: let him go, let's him go, Let's go everything, Let's
- 4:24:37Speaker 4: him go, let h go, let's ing go everything.
- 4:25:18Speaker 8: I'm going to start now.
- 4:25:20Speaker 4: And I'd like you just first of all, just to
- 4:25:23Speaker 4: see yourself.
- 4:25:25Speaker 8: Lying down.
- 4:25:27Speaker 4: On that message table, lying on your front. Your head
- 4:25:33Speaker 4: is supported, your arms are supported. Then you feel comfortable
- 4:25:42Speaker 4: and breathing. It's really easy, and you feel.
- 4:25:51Speaker 2: You feel confident in how you look as well, so
- 4:25:54Speaker 2: there's none.
- 4:25:54Speaker 4: Of that issue of body problems or shyness, because I'm
- 4:26:01Speaker 4: a professional and this is a therapy session, so none
- 4:26:09Speaker 4: of that stuff matters whatsoever.
- 4:26:15Speaker 2: This is about you.
- 4:26:19Speaker 4: This is about how you feel, how you can enjoy
- 4:26:27Speaker 4: that sense of comfort and relaxation that comes from letting
- 4:26:34Speaker 4: go and allowing my hands, my fingers to relax you
- 4:26:42Speaker 4: by a massagey your body. So I want to start
- 4:26:51Speaker 4: off just by placing my hands.
- 4:26:55Speaker 2: On the back of your head, just gently. You can
- 4:27:00Speaker 2: feel what my hands feel.
- 4:27:03Speaker 5: Like really on you.
- 4:27:09Speaker 2: So you can maybe feel the warmth of my hands
- 4:27:11Speaker 2: on the back of your head.
- 4:27:15Speaker 4: And with my hands to the side of your head,
- 4:27:19Speaker 4: not pressing, but just holding there very gently, maybe over
- 4:27:25Speaker 4: your ears, and a little bit on your face, just
- 4:27:29Speaker 4: so you can feel my hands.
- 4:27:34Speaker 2: So you can become accustomed to them.
- 4:27:46Speaker 4: And now put my hands on the back of your
- 4:27:48Speaker 4: head again and gently let them slide down.
- 4:27:55Speaker 2: Onto the back of your neck. You can feel my hands.
- 4:28:12Speaker 4: Gently stroking the back of your neck to start with,
- 4:28:20Speaker 4: just so you can get used to the feeling my
- 4:28:24Speaker 4: hands on your skin, get accustomed to realize that you're
- 4:28:32Speaker 4: safe and it's all good, it's all fine, And I'm
- 4:28:42Speaker 4: going to start.
- 4:28:43Speaker 2: Gently messaging the muscles in.
- 4:28:46Speaker 9: The back of your neck.
- 4:28:55Speaker 2: With both hands. And this is a very trusting.
- 4:29:05Speaker 4: Situation really, because our necks are so fragile and to
- 4:29:11Speaker 4: have someone have their hands around your neck in that
- 4:29:15Speaker 4: way can sometimes be problematic for people, which is why
- 4:29:21Speaker 4: massages are quite good, because it allows you to relax
- 4:29:27Speaker 4: and to in touch with trust, to feel peaceful and calm.
- 4:29:49Speaker 4: There's a massage the sides of your neck, gently moving
- 4:29:57Speaker 4: from the bottom of your neck. It would be sort
- 4:30:02Speaker 4: of near where your shoulders start, I guess, all.
- 4:30:05Speaker 2: The way up to your jaw. There is kind of
- 4:30:11Speaker 2: an area that side of your neck. Of course, there's
- 4:30:17Speaker 2: a lot longer than the front of your.
- 4:30:19Speaker 4: Neck, and a message in the back of your neck,
- 4:30:39Speaker 4: especially that area where perhaps we hold tension, and there's
- 4:30:48Speaker 4: that area's message. You can actually feel a sense of
- 4:30:53Speaker 4: release in the back of your neck and maybe you
- 4:31:01Speaker 4: can breathe it out as well. Notice how it feels.
- 4:31:06Speaker 4: Notice how you feel. Then moving down to that area
- 4:31:20Speaker 4: between your neck and your shoulders, that muscle area.
- 4:31:27Speaker 2: Starting to message.
- 4:31:31Speaker 4: That area on both sides, and this would be the
- 4:31:36Speaker 4: area that a lot of people would message.
- 4:31:38Speaker 2: If they were going to give you like a shoulder message.
- 4:31:43Speaker 4: Even that's not technically the shoulders, but it's all the
- 4:31:47Speaker 4: muscles that lead to the shoulders.
- 4:31:50Speaker 9: From the neck.
- 4:31:53Speaker 4: And again that can hold a tension and stress and
- 4:31:58Speaker 4: when message sometimes a nice deep message is useful, and
- 4:32:07Speaker 4: you decide how deep that message is, and just allow
- 4:32:24Speaker 4: my knuckles just to dig in, to get to those
- 4:32:29Speaker 4: muscles and to really relaxed, all the time being firm
- 4:32:40Speaker 4: yet gentle.
- 4:32:43Speaker 9: If you.
- 4:32:55Speaker 2: I'm just striking down the area.
- 4:33:00Speaker 4: To your actual shoulders, moving to the muscles of your shoulders,
- 4:33:12Speaker 4: and maybe initially just.
- 4:33:15Speaker 2: Pulling up the shoulders.
- 4:33:17Speaker 10: A little bit of the table, just to give you
- 4:33:20Speaker 10: a little bit of.
- 4:33:21Speaker 2: A stretch.
- 4:33:23Speaker 4: Very gently, and you've got the muscles at the front
- 4:33:32Speaker 4: of your shoulders besides the back.
- 4:33:44Speaker 2: Again, this is a part that you can really take
- 4:33:48Speaker 2: quite a bit of pressure, quite a bit of needing
- 4:33:55Speaker 2: if if you wish to really.
- 4:34:00Speaker 4: Release the tension, to really get into those muscles and
- 4:34:10Speaker 4: let your fingers in there make you feel really nice.
- 4:34:16Speaker 4: Sometimes it's just being stroked gently or being massaged quite strongly.
- 4:34:27Speaker 4: It can all be beneficial to the realization. Put the
- 4:34:36Speaker 4: muscles in your shoulders.
- 4:34:48Speaker 8: Now as you've moved down your arms, we do one
- 4:34:57Speaker 8: arm at a time, start.
- 4:35:00Speaker 10: Two of your right arm. What I do is I
- 4:35:09Speaker 10: just lift your arm up, just hold it to the
- 4:35:13Speaker 10: side of it.
- 4:35:17Speaker 4: And where it still be attached, and I just message
- 4:35:23Speaker 4: the tops of your arms all the way down to
- 4:35:36Speaker 4: your forearms, into your wrists gently message that parts, the
- 4:36:03Speaker 4: softer part, which is the under part of the arm,
- 4:36:09Speaker 4: which leads to the crease in your rowbo the inside.
- 4:36:15Speaker 4: It's much more sensitive skin. Sometimes just having that stroked
- 4:36:32Speaker 4: feel really nice, pleasurable and relaxing. Now moving down to
- 4:36:49Speaker 4: your right hand, just holding your hand, put both of
- 4:37:02Speaker 4: my hands, just pressing gently on the back of your
- 4:37:11Speaker 4: hand and.
- 4:37:14Speaker 2: Stretching your fingers every slightly.
- 4:37:22Speaker 9: At the same time.
- 4:37:25Speaker 4: Pressing down and messaging each finger, and then starting to
- 4:37:38Speaker 4: message the palms.
- 4:37:40Speaker 9: Of your hand.
- 4:37:48Speaker 2: Just turning the hand gently, stretching it gently, and actually
- 4:37:59Speaker 2: having your hand and held.
- 4:38:01Speaker 9: It can really be.
- 4:38:04Speaker 4: An emotional experience sometimes, even if it is a stranger,
- 4:38:11Speaker 4: someone you don't know very well, like a message person
- 4:38:16Speaker 4: or a therapist. Maybe because it's intimate, you can feel nice,
- 4:38:32Speaker 4: you can feel safe.
- 4:38:41Speaker 9: As I put that right arm back down where it was,
- 4:38:50Speaker 9: you did the same with your left arm.
- 4:38:56Speaker 4: Exactly the same massaging the muscles you arm all the
- 4:39:06Speaker 4: way down to your rest, stroking the inside of your arm,
- 4:39:20Speaker 4: just being gentle or as firm as you require, and
- 4:39:34Speaker 4: then massaging your left hand, stretching the fingers gently, massage
- 4:39:50Speaker 4: in the palm of your left hand.
- 4:40:05Speaker 5: You feels so.
- 4:40:09Speaker 2: So riting, so comforting.
- 4:40:33Speaker 9: And distressed your left darn back down.
- 4:40:43Speaker 4: Start to mess up your back, the biggest part of
- 4:40:49Speaker 4: your body. Starting at the top. It's what's in again,
- 4:41:01Speaker 4: where we already be a dean, the area of the top,
- 4:41:04Speaker 4: in between the shoulders, and then your neck, going back,
- 4:41:11Speaker 4: a message in the area again, but this time moving downwards,
- 4:41:23Speaker 4: taking it downwards strength.
- 4:41:27Speaker 9: It's a middle looking back, working from.
- 4:41:32Speaker 2: The outside inwards, massage in that.
- 4:41:39Speaker 9: You're back, but the.
- 4:41:42Speaker 2: Outsides of your back.
- 4:41:48Speaker 4: Parts where your arms would maybe rest against, almost the
- 4:42:04Speaker 4: part that connects your front to your back. You just
- 4:42:16Speaker 4: message it down firmly but gently.
- 4:42:23Speaker 9: As the firm as you want, moving down and.
- 4:42:31Speaker 2: Across a little bit, and.
- 4:42:32Speaker 9: Moving all the way down again.
- 4:42:35Speaker 4: Being very gentle, you firm as you shoes the anch
- 4:42:48Speaker 4: Then you get to the spine. You can massage the
- 4:42:52Speaker 4: muscles of either side.
- 4:42:54Speaker 9: Of your spine from the top of your neck all
- 4:42:58Speaker 9: the way down to your lower back.
- 4:43:09Speaker 4: You can do that a few times. Sometimes people use
- 4:43:18Speaker 4: the knuckle or the you know, two fingers and distance
- 4:43:23Speaker 4: going a side of the spine. Almost just pushed down
- 4:43:29Speaker 4: all the way down to the bottom of the spine,
- 4:43:33Speaker 4: each time releasing tension and opening up the body, stretching
- 4:43:44Speaker 4: your body.
- 4:43:47Speaker 10: So that you feel more.
- 4:43:49Speaker 4: Relaxed than at the same time.
- 4:43:53Speaker 2: Betvenated.
- 4:44:06Speaker 4: And now I'm going to move to one side, to
- 4:44:09Speaker 4: your right side, and from the bottom of your ribs
- 4:44:18Speaker 4: to your pelvis, you can massage the area of your back.
- 4:44:27Speaker 4: I'll stretch over the other side and I will pull
- 4:44:30Speaker 4: the muscles gently and massage and push.
- 4:44:36Speaker 2: On one end that side.
- 4:44:37Speaker 9: Will right on my side to the middle of the
- 4:44:42Speaker 9: fact to where.
- 4:44:43Speaker 10: Your spine is.
- 4:44:45Speaker 4: Massage in that side of your spine the opposite side
- 4:44:51Speaker 4: to where I'm standing. It's almost like leading bread.
- 4:44:58Speaker 9: There's that big area which is.
- 4:45:02Speaker 4: Firm.
- 4:45:03Speaker 9: Yeah, there's lots there to message.
- 4:45:11Speaker 4: Potentially one of the most important places to actually have
- 4:45:16Speaker 4: a message, because you really be there, really feel the
- 4:45:23Speaker 4: release and the pleasure of having your lower back message.
- 4:45:32Speaker 4: It releases so much from your body that's not useful.
- 4:45:41Speaker 2: Starting a human process.
- 4:45:44Speaker 9: Which will continue long after this recording is over. The
- 4:45:57Speaker 9: message in this part of your body only it feels
- 4:46:00Speaker 9: really good for you. It's actually fun to do because
- 4:46:06Speaker 9: it is never said like kneading bread. It's a part
- 4:46:12Speaker 9: that you can really get hold of it.
- 4:46:16Speaker 2: And really massage.
- 4:46:17Speaker 9: Deeply if that's your choice. And they're going to move
- 4:46:30Speaker 9: over to the other side of your body and do
- 4:46:32Speaker 9: the same.
- 4:46:37Speaker 2: By the opposite part.
- 4:46:40Speaker 9: Want your lower back.
- 4:46:44Speaker 2: Needing and messaging from your side or.
- 4:46:48Speaker 9: The way to the middle of your back where your spine.
- 4:46:55Speaker 4: Is pressing and needing firm and gentle at the same time.
- 4:47:11Speaker 4: It feels so releasing this mixture of pleasure, comfort, release, calmness,
- 4:47:24Speaker 4: reveixation or mixed together, plus that feeling from your stomach
- 4:47:37Speaker 4: that has been stretched. Even though you're in your stomach
- 4:47:41Speaker 4: now you can feel it in stressed.
- 4:47:44Speaker 9: Because the whole area is connected to your stomach. Now
- 4:47:56Speaker 9: we're going to move or move further up to the
- 4:48:01Speaker 9: top of your body. And I did the same this time,
- 4:48:07Speaker 9: starting yeah, the upper back, put my hands award over
- 4:48:16Speaker 9: and mess message in that area up to your spine
- 4:48:23Speaker 9: from the side of your body up to your spine
- 4:48:27Speaker 9: to some of that message area and muscle tissue, whatever
- 4:48:34Speaker 9: fatty tissue even will be possibly from the chest. It's
- 4:48:40Speaker 9: all connected. The chest and the back connect together.
- 4:48:47Speaker 4: I'll get massage in and just put in some of
- 4:48:50Speaker 4: that skin on your side up the message that area.
- 4:49:01Speaker 6: And you're up the back.
- 4:49:04Speaker 9: All the way to your spine. And then I move
- 4:49:10Speaker 9: down a bead and I continue at the middle of
- 4:49:13Speaker 9: your back doing it exactly the same thing.
- 4:49:19Speaker 2: There's gentles.
- 4:49:22Speaker 9: Deep you choes.
- 4:49:32Speaker 10: Now I'll move the other.
- 4:49:34Speaker 9: Side again to the exact the same thing with the
- 4:49:39Speaker 9: top of your back on the other side, from pretty
- 4:49:48Speaker 9: much underneath your arm marey really to your spine. Yeah,
- 4:50:02Speaker 9: the continuing that all the way down, including your love.
- 4:50:09Speaker 9: You're middle of the back.
- 4:50:24Speaker 6: Oh, go.
- 4:50:26Speaker 9: To your eighes, the backs of your thighs and the
- 4:50:32Speaker 9: sides of your thighs. Starts with your right leg aside
- 4:50:44Speaker 9: the bank and the side of your eyes. Kick clean family.
- 4:50:55Speaker 9: There're lot of muscles. There's an areas that can be great.
- 4:51:00Speaker 9: Sometimes maybe needs a little bit more pressure than the
- 4:51:05Speaker 9: rest of the body that's up to you. Generally straight
- 4:51:14Speaker 9: the back, the legs where m hm, opposite your knee
- 4:51:21Speaker 9: joints or underneath the knee joints, they sensitive, gentle, yeah yeah,
- 4:51:36Speaker 9: and working down to your card muscles.
- 4:51:42Speaker 6: That's a gene.
- 4:51:43Speaker 9: Card muscles only or deeply the choice, Using both hands,
- 4:51:58Speaker 9: dig news deep.
- 4:52:08Speaker 6: My thoughts.
- 4:52:11Speaker 9: Would do in step you mut talking the.
- 4:52:24Speaker 6: Baby step to stop its swe
